Worst engineering College i have ever seen, Teaching Staffs are lack of knowledge and experience, Education quality is very bad.

Infrastructure is good, Library with lots of books are available , computer lab as well as all the labs for every stream with full equipped with new instrument is present . Faculty and college staffs are good in nature, they guide and advice in time of need. College is good for engineering aspirant.

Since the foundation, this college has consistently zero percentage placement record till now. No lab facility. No Events . No hackathons . No celebration. One can easily score higher credits in degree by being a puppet of temporary worthless faculty and support their petty agendas. (Teacher of Mathematics are adept, but core engineering subject teacher will talk politics and ask you to attend class so they can get their Payrolls.) All the excellent reviews are from either faculty member or from some students who still want to get good grades from faculty in mid-sem and practical. In this college, faculty and peon have the same knowledge and standard. Peon too can talk politics and teach the subject by narrating what written in books.

In context of learning this institute fail the providing tha facility. Politics are attached more day by day It's become downword. Not a single permanent faculty teach here. Students attract the name of University but after joining the course they faced challenges regarding the study. Zero placement and no lab (at all). I repeat no lab !!! Gommatagiri Digambar Jain Mandir is a jain religious temple which is located near Gandhi Nagar Indore. This is a beautiful and peaceful place. You can go by bike or car in this place. A small garden with a swing is also available in this place. this place is also good for natural lovers.

Serene place to be. At this temple, there are temples for tirthankar. And a big idol in the center. It's on a hill, and away from the city. Hence the ambience is calm and you can feel relaxed. There is a small breakfast place as well. Also meals are available between particular times. You can reach here via Public Transport as well from the City.

I recently got a chance to revisit Kaanch Mandir on the auspicious occasion of Dhoop Dashmi, and it was an absolutely divine experience. The temple, made entirely of glass and mirrors, looks stunning on any day but on Dhoop Dashmi, with beautifully crafted Mandal Ji, its beauty and spiritual glow were truly beyond words. The temple is located in the main market area, so I’d recommend visiting by public transport or two-wheeler for convenience, as parking space is limited. It is 110 years old Jain mandir belonging to Digamber jain sect. Totally made of glass. Photography inside the temple is not permitted. Timing from 10.30am to 5PM. No entry fee. Inside there are deities of Shanti Nath jain, Digambar Jain. Located in the market area. Peaceful.

One of the best kaanch ka temple i have ever seen. Kaach Mandir is a stunning Jain temple near Dhanvantri Mandir, beautifully adorned with glasswork and mirrors. The vibrant designs and peaceful ambiance make it a serene and spiritual experience. It’s not crowded, and the caretakers are kind and informative. A must-visit for anyone in Ujjain! Note - TOURISTS ARE ALLOWED ONLY TILL 8 PM.

My experience was quite good, but to get there you first need to bargain with the auto drivers. They will ask for ₹100, but you should only give them ₹20. They will tell you that the gate charges parking fees, but in reality, the parking is only ₹10. The place is not very far from the gate, so you can also go by walking. As for inside, you won’t find drinking water there, so it’s better to carry your own water bottle. The entry ticket is just ₹20. There isn’t much special inside the palace. However, it’s a nice place for couples—it’s peaceful, surrounded by forest, and you can sit quietly and talk. But if you are going with your family, then you won’t really find it that enjoyable.

Lal Bagh Palace is one of the most fascinating heritage gems in Indore, and my visit here was an unexpectedly rich experience. The moment you step inside the massive iron gates, imported from London and said to be inspired by those of Buckingham Palace, you instantly feel the grandeur of the Holkar era. The palace was built in phases between 1886 and 1921 by the Holkar rulers, mainly by Tukoji Rao Holkar II and III, and it served as one of their important residences. Knowing that you are walking through the same corridors where the Holkar royal family lived makes the visit even more special. The interiors are the real showstopper. The palace has a strong European architectural influence, especially Italian and French styles. The grand ballroom, with its large Belgian mirrors and ornate decorations, is absolutely breathtaking. One interesting fact I loved learning about is that the ballroom’s floor was designed with springs inside so that it would vibrate with the rhythm of the music during royal dances something truly ahead of its time. Another surprising feature is the European-style elevator, which was installed more than a century ago! Seeing such engineering in a palace of that era is genuinely impressive. The walls, furniture, chandeliers, and artwork, all reflect the luxurious lifestyle of the Holkars. Every room seems to preserve a piece of history. The palace also sits on a beautiful 28-acre estate, and although some areas outside could use better maintenance, the overall charm is still intact. The museum section displays old photographs, royal artifacts, weapons, and personal belongings that give insight into the Holkar dynasty’s cultural legacy. What I personally found most interesting is that Lal Bagh Palace used to host major diplomatic and royal gathering, it wasn’t just a residence but a symbol of Indore’s power, culture, and openness to global influences.

This is a grand palace with a lot of European architectural influence. But it has its own pros and cons. Pros: Beautiful architecture and high ceilings (I really like buildings with high ceilings). Massive garden area in the premises. And since Indore doesn’t have a lot to offer, you can visit this to pass time. Cons: It’s under renovation for restoration work. Most of the palace is inaccessible. There is not much to see with what is accessible. If you have visited a lot of museums and palaces, you won’t enjoy it at all. Ticket price is only Rs 20 pp.

I am disappointed and feeling cheated. The Lalbagh Palace is under renovation but they didn't tell me this before I bought the high priced ticket (400) for foreigners. Only a few ground floor rooms are accessible, other ones are closed. The garden is poorly maintained and littered, the toilet is broken and dirty. When I asked why the renovation wasn't mentioned, they said it is written. Yes, in Hindi. Why they couldn't write that two words: "Under renovation" in English? Waste of money and time. This high entry fees for foreigners, the constant discrimination, will not develop the international tourism.

Lalbagh Palace at Indore was built by the Holkar Dynasty. The Holkars resided in the palace up to 1978. After the demise of Tukojirao Holkar(III), his granddaughter Usha Raje set up a trust to look after the estate. Later, it was brought under the control of State Government. It is a lovely palace to visit and has some beautifully decorated rooms which are very similar in architecture to what you see in Windsor palace. So whenever you are planning a trip to Indore, do visit this iconic Palace, and fall in love with its wonderful architecture. Owing to its real royal feel, Lal Bagh Palace has remained one of the favourite Bollywood shooting location. No boats ride now. Practically nothing inside except the big lake access for which is denied. Youngsters come in for their private love time. Nothing else. Not worth any visit until they restore boating.

I visited Khajrana Ganpati Temple on the weekend around 2 PM. The vibes of the temple were truly divine – Ganpati Bappa Morya! It was a little crowded at that time, but manageable. The temple has a wonderful archway and beautifully designed premises with other small temples as well. Overall, it was a peaceful and spiritual experience — definitely a must-visit in Indore.

This newly built guesthouse / Accomodation is truly amazing and has its own aura. Just next to mandir , one can feel blessed . Very calming premises with almost all facilities.

Amazing Mandir. The Garb Gruh is on the ground floor and there's a Sabhamandap on the upper floor where Satsang sabha is there every Sunday evening. The campus also features a guesthouse, with 20 AC rooms for the convenience of travellers. There's also a Dining Hall within the Main building itself. We visited the temple around 11am and it was too hot in dewas ! we visited the place after after chamunda tekri and their was no crowd ! the darshans of devi is first kaila devi in saffron colour than Idol of devi durga in middle and third i dont remember !! Their is a huge Idol of Hanuman ji and Durga devi ! also their is a shiva temple !! Great Darshans

Jai Mata Di. Kaila Devi temple is a major Piligrimage site and tourist attraction in Dewas city. During the time of both Navaratris various activities like Bhagwat Ji and Kathas were organised by the trust run by the temple association. Once upon a time a great fair was organised here but after sometime that was stopped. Jyortirlinga Mahadev temple, Maa Vaishno Devi Cave, Maa Durga Statue (41 feet), Shri Hanuman Ji Statue (51 feet), and Maa Kaila Devi temple are the major attraction of this place.

Beautiful place....But the security staff is highly unprofessional​ and illiterate. Intolerable rude behavior.

The falls do not allow you to travel to the bottom anymore so lost a lot of charm. You only get to see it from far and are surrounded by street vendors. There is not many covered spaces to hide from the sun. Hardly an adventure spot and definitely not an interesting tourist spot as it only has one thing to see.

Yodhasthal is basically a type of museum which has multiple military tanks and weapons which were used during the time of war. Entry ticket here is free. You won't regret visiting this place because the amount of knowledge that you will get to know about the history of wars that took place between India and other countries is lot. Its a great place to visit in bhopal. You will feel proud of indian army. The staff is very friendly and will explain every thing in details. The tanks, fighter planes, helicopter, guns and many more army equipment's. It also has a mini theater that show the documentary based on indian army.

Yudhasthal was inaugurated by GOC 21 Corps on 24 June 2017..It is a place worth visiting if you want to feel the josh...There is a canteen facility...Drinking water facilities and proper sitting places are also available...There is a special Hall where you can enjoy special movies on the achievements of Indian Army. There are many Halls like The Param Vir Chakra Hall, Weapons Hall and War Hall where you will get more details about the weapons used by the Army and the various battles they fought. Van Vihar National Park is often referred to as a “national park,” but in reality, it feels more like a large open zoo. Many of the animals are kept in enclosures, so don’t expect a completely wild safari experience. The park is set along a single straight road about 10–12 km long, which you can explore in different ways — on foot, by bicycle, bike, or car — with separate entry fees depending on your choice. It’s a very photogenic location, with plenty of spots where the greenery, lake views, and wildlife make for beautiful pictures. The best time to visit is early in the morning when the air is fresh and the crowds are minimal. If you plan to walk the whole route, wear sports shoes and comfortable clothing, as it can be a long stretch. On the other hand, if you’d rather not walk, bringing your own vehicle is a good option to cover the distance comfortably. One thing to keep in mind is that the park is not very shaded, so visiting on hot, sunny days can be tiring. Overall, it’s an “okay” place for a peaceful outing, especially for nature lovers and photographers who enjoy a calm environment without too much rush.

Beautiful place! So green and there is river/lake flowing alongside. It feels surreal. Ticket cost is very less but the experience is amazing! They have a very clean and maintained national park. So spacious and we can find many animals there. The view is just breathtaking. Rare trees are also there, beautiful butterflies, tigers, bears, snakes, rabbits, rare birds, turtles and many more I have seen. They also have a beautiful cafe inside van vihar. They have scenic dining settings. Good options in the menu. I enjoyed a coffee there while gazing at the water below, observing beautiful and soothing ripples of flowing water. Well maintained place. Bikes and cars are allowed inside. Horn is not allowed to keep animals and other creatures at peace. Bicycles and e bikes are available for rent there at a very reasonable cost. Great experience overall.

Must visit tourist attraction of Bhopal. With the lake on one side and animals on the other. There are lot of peacocks 🦚around. Lot of different birds. It’s hard to get the glimpse of tiger 🐯 and leopards 🐆. As their cage are huge. Entry fee for car is 300 rupees. They tell you to not honk while driving. But some dumb people still honk and disturb the animals. So please remember this while you visit next time.

I really enjoyed visiting the Indira Gandhi National Museum of Mankind in Bhopal. It’s a huge place with lots of interesting artifacts that show how different tribes across India live. The best part is the open-air section—full-size tribal houses from all over the country, from the remote Northeast to the deserts of Rajasthan. Walking through these huts and seeing their unique designs feels like a mini trip across India. The museum is calm, spacious, and very well maintained. Nothing feels rushed—you can take your time, look around, and learn a lot without getting bored. Loved the artificats inside museum though few galleries were closed due to renovation..But a must watch , inside it can be humid. Even 2-3 hours are not sufficient.. The outdoor exhibits are worth every penny.. Loved this place! It feels like you have been teleported to a whole new different world. It gives old vibes with mud houses of different tribes. It also has a cafe. And the surrounding is very nice. Also besides the tribal museum there is state museum where you can visit. There is no charges for females. You can see old sculptures, coins, paintings,etc. Also you can have VR experience which needs extra charges as per the duration. Must visit if you are in bhopal.

I must say that Tribal museum in Bhopal is one of the most illustrative and amazing museum showing the tribal culture and life. It shows how tribal community is living in different type of houses, how they draw painting, how they celebrate their functions and how they play games. Museum has large galleries which are beautifully designed to give a real life showcase. One must have minimum 3 to 4 hours to fully explore the museum, there are also cultural shows by tribal community on specific times and date. There is also a good cafeteria there which serves food at very reasonable prices.

This mosque is a very beautiful mosque. After going here you will feel as if you have gone there many years ago. People go to the mosque here to offer prayers. There are very good people living here with whom I have talked. They gave me a lot of information about the mosque. They told me how this mosque was built, who built it, when it was built, so after coming here I felt very good going inside this mosque.

Located on a small hillock it offers amazing views of the city. The temple premises are quite clean and peaceful. The temple closes in the afternoon between 12-4 pm. Photography is not allowed inside the temple. There is a nice museum nearby with lot of sculptures and other archaeological finds.

The place is different from what is shown in the picture. The temple is small and beautiful but it covered from three sides by buildings of samaj. A good place as a marriage hall. The idols are attractive and properly maintained and clean.

A sense of accomplishment that we have been to the centre of India. Feeling proud to be at this Fantastic location…

WHO SAYS TROPIC OF CANCER IS AN IMAGINARY LINE ? We were taught in schools that : 1) Tropic of Cancer is an imaginary latitude located at 23.5 degrees North of Equator. 2) It passes through 16 countries, three continents, and six bodies of water. 3) It marks the northern most latitude where the sun is directly overhead around June 21st, marking the beginning of summer in the Northern Hemisphere. 4) This imaginary line passes through eight Indian states viz Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Tripura, and Mizoram. But the sign boards , the bold lines drawn on the high way, the photo spot meant for clicking photos on Bhopal-Vidisha highway, give you a feeling that the Tropic of Cancer is a real existing line and not just an imaginary one. Once you are in Bhopal and have decided to visit Sanchi Stupa and/or Udayagiri Caves, it makes sense to stop over at this place on the Highway , where the so called imaginary line of Tropic of Cancer passes through. One of the tropics crossing India passes through Madhya Pradesh along this road. A clean place, open at all hours. Best time to visit in cool season and during mid day for better photography. No tickets required. Stop the vehicle, click few memories, enjoy tea from nearby shop and move ahead.

Visited the Tropic of Cancer line near Bhopal – a fascinating spot for geography lovers! It’s amazing to stand exactly on the line that divides the tropics from the temperate zone. The area is peaceful with clear signage marking the latitude. Great place for a quick photo stop and a fun educational moment. Would recommend it for a short detour if you’re exploring around Bhopal.

The Tropic of Cancer marker is located on the highway (NH-146) between Bhopal and Sanchi, specifically near the town of Salamatpur. It's a simple, unassuming monument—a concrete board or pillar with a sign and a white line painted across the road. It's a quick, five-minute stop to snap a picture and contemplate the geographical significance of the spot. It's not a place you'll spend a lot of time. It's best treated as a fun and educational pit-stop on your way to the main attractions of Sanchi. The main draw is the chance to stand on the imaginary line that divides the Earth's Northern Hemisphere. It's a great photo opportunity and a conversation starter. The Tropic of Cancer crossing is not the main destination itself but an excellent addition to a trip that includes other nearby historical and archaeological sites. The area is famous for the Buddhist Monuments at Sanchi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Udayagiri Caves. Many visitors combine these places into a single day trip from Bhopal.

The Bhojpur Shivling is closely associated with the unfinished Bhojeshwar Temple, believed to have been commissioned in the 11th century by King Bhoja of the Paramara dynasty. The temple is renowned for its massive monolithic Shiva lingam, standing about 2.3 meters tall, which is regarded as the largest of its kind in India. Although the construction was abruptly discontinued for reasons that remain uncertain, the site today holds the status of a Monument of National Importance and is preserved by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI).

The Bhojeshwar Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It houses a 7.5 feet tall lingam in its sanctum. In fact, it is an incomplete Hindu temple in Bhojpur village of Madhya Pradesh (about 25 kms from Bhopal). The temple construction is said to have commenced in the 11th century, during the time of the Paramara king Bhoja. The construction was abandoned for the reasons unknown. The temple is designated as a Monument of National Importance by the Archaeological Survey of India. Visited on 18.10.2025.

Shivalingan is superb or I would say exclusive and the place is also vibrating, but the society and governments have not done their job properly. Bhojeshwar temple of Bhojpur is very important, not only for religion or Hindu people, but also for Indian history and culture.

An unfinished temple with a large shivling. History says it was build in a night. Has a huge shivlinga which is a treat to the eyes. The temple brings positive energy. The view from the top of the hill is fabulous. A must visit place.

Sanchi Archaeology is a very good place. You will find many types of sculpture here. You must visit here. If you visit Sanchi Stupa, then you must visit Archaeology. It is only 700 meters away from there. If you want, you can also go there by walking. When I went here, I got free entry.If you are interested in sculptures, then you must visit here. Here you will find detailed information about how the Sanchi Stupa was built and how it was constructed. Where were these sculptures found and made? The best thing is that the guards here will cooperate with you in a very good manner. They will give you information in a very good manner and please do not touch any statue after going here.

This is one of the best places near Vidisha district. Sanchi is about 5 km away from Vidisha and is known for its stupa, built in honor of Lord Buddha. It is one of the best places to visit. I personally recommend visiting by 3 PM or earlier so you have enough time to explore, as it closes at 5 PM. You will get sufficient time to sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful Buddhist architecture. If you are visiting Sanchi, don’t forget to see the Udayagiri Caves, which are around 7 km from the Sanchi Stupa.

Such a wonderful place to know about the historical events! There are many sculptures and monuments to see inside the museum. There's a sense of peace and the staff there are also very co-operative and knowledgeable. You don't need a guide, the guards over there know everything about those things.

Archaeological Museum Sanchi established on the hilltop, in 1919, by Sir John Marshall. Subsequently, Archaeological Survey of India acquired a college building at the foot hill of Sanchi Stupa and got the exhibits shifted to the new building in the year 1966 and in the same year the museum was opened for the public. The museum comprises main hall and four galleries besides exhibits in the verandah and a few in open courtyards.

Located near the entrance of Sanchi stupa compound on the left side. Entry ticket for adults Rs.5 per person. Small but good collection. Took me about 1 and half hour to visit. Nice collection of Statues, Tools, Weapons, Pots and Restoration photographs. The broken pat of Ashokan Pillar "The Lion Capital" with 4 lions is kept here. Sanchi Stupa is a calm and beautiful historical place. It’s one of the oldest Buddhist sites in the world, built over 2,000 years ago. The main stupa is huge and surrounded by four carved gates that tell stories from Buddha’s life. The area is peaceful, clean, and great for a quiet walk. Not too crowded, so you can take your time and enjoy the views. There’s also a small museum near the entrance. • Entry fee is low • Carry water and wear a cap – it gets hot

The Sanchi Stupa is located in sanchi, vidisha about 50 km from Bhopal. The Stupas of Sanchi is a World Heritage site... that's why many foreign tourists visit here. The Site is clean, well managed and easily accessible. The Campus can be roamed by walking. The Stupas and other ruins are so well preserved and maintained, you cannot believe that it's 2 millennia old. The Place is very peaceful although it was a public holiday and many people visited there...you can feel some sort of peaceful energy here. The Great Stupa of Sanchi is built by Ashoka the Great in the 3rd century B.C.E. It's one of the oldest Stone structures in india about 2,300 years old. World Famous Archeological Monument that is significant from a historical and religious standpoint. Relics of Buddhist monks abound in and around and add to the sanctity of this ancient site. The main Stupa has 4 gates in each direction. The ASI (Archeological Survey of India) has maintained the site beautifully and added a few attractions like a sound & light show and a museum.

This stupa is located in the 'Buddhist Monuments of Sanchi'. Similar in shape to Stupa 1, but much smaller in size, this stupa is believed to have housed the relics of two of the Buddha's disciples. There is only one intricately carved gateway. Actually this is the first monument one sees after entering the complex.

Stupa 3 is a small version of the main stupa located in the Buddhist monument complex in Sanchi. It's much smaller in size and has less carvings, but it still makes a pretty sight. The Stupa is in a good condition and it's said that a century back the remains of Buddha’s loyal disciples were recovered from the inner halls of the stupa by the British archeologists.

STUPA No.3 -(SECOND CENTURY B.C.) The relics of the Buddha's two chief disciples were found in the ruins of Stupa No.3 at Satdhara (six and a half miles west of Sanchi) which measured about forty feet in diameter and was smaller than the Great Stupa.

A small but beautiful Stupa (next to the grand Stupa no 1) that supposedly held the relics of one of Buddha's first disciples. It's in a good condition because it has been restored to a large extent by the British and ASI.

They were first discovered by V.S. Wakankar during his train journey from Bhopal to Itarsi in 1957. Bhimbetka is the oldest evidence of paintings and habitation by early humans in the Indian subcontinent. The Bhimbetka paintings date from the Upper Paleolithic period (approximately 40,000 BC - 10,000 BC) to the historical period (first millennium BC), suggesting that the area was inhabited for a long time. Approximately 650 caves in Bhimbetka are painted, but only 15 are open to tourists. Animals are predominant in the Bhimbetka paintings. According to one study, 29 species of animals are depicted, including elephants, rhinoceroses, lions, blackbucks, and wild buffaloes, which are not currently found in the region. Sixteen colors are used in these paintings, with white and red being the most prevalent. Animals are depicted either independently or in hunting scenes. Some paintings may have had ritualistic purposes. Human figures are depicted in geometric patterns. An examination of these paintings reveals the gender division of labor prevalent in that period: men are mostly depicted in hunting scenes, while women are depicted in activities such as food gathering and preparation.

Sethani Ghat is very beautiful ghat on the bank of river Maa Narmada . It is very very clean . Local management is always looking for cleaning the offerings in the river . There is a temple of Maa Narmada ji on the bank of river . Ghat is beautifully managed and developed for devotees . People can park vehicle a km before and walk upto the ghat . There are many temples along the way . Evenin aarti is worth watching . There is boating available for all on pay basis . Charges are reasonable . Narmadapuram is one of the prominent places on the Narmada river and Sethani ghat has good views and is capacity to hold good crowd. The river is wide and gives good views. One can safely have a dip in the holy river. You can feel fish biting the dead skin on your feet. The water current is not so heavy, you can stand comfortably to say prayers. Make sure you wear your footwear till the waters; the mid-day sun is so powerful that it becomes very difficult to walk bare foot. Concerned authorities must put some effort to clear the trash and other material in the water close to the steps.

Beautiful and Peaceful Spot by the Narmada!! Visited Sethani Ghat recently and had a wonderful experience. The ghat is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a peaceful evening by the Narmada River. There is nothing much to enjoy except the dam view, the administrator will not allow you to walk on the bridge, you can only see the lake from the side view. Over-all ok !

Near badi on the Bhopal jabalpur road...barna reservoir is a great spot...its a huge dam with lots of natural beauty...its good for day picnic... sunrise and sunset time provide a amazing view from this dam...if you are planning darshan at Chinnd Dham... you can also cover this reservoir !!!

This is a very beautiful place to visit just 40 km from Itarsi, Madhya Pradesh, India. Though I visited in summer time but this dam will be more attractive to visit during rainy season. The nearby Tawa Resort managed by MP TOURISM is only place for staying and for boating in Tawa Reservoir.

Good Place to Visit during Monsoon. Best if you can visit when the Gates of Dam are Open. You Can also sail in The Houseboat and enjoy the Beauty of Reservoir and the islands.

The place is good for family trip .Resort stay is bit costly but food and rooms are very high standards. view from room is amazing specially in sun rise timing .Internet and phone connectivity is big problem . Celebrated Dussehra in nearby village which was also very exciting and thrilling experience.

The Dam is situated near to the the Govt. Ordinance factory having a direct road internally, but is restricted to be used by general public, hence do not follow the 1st road suggestion Maps offer you but take the second road instead. Now, as a location it offers great option for many water sports, being charged accordingly. The reservation for which can be made through reception of Tawa Resort. The dam itself is a nice picnic spot,picturesque nature blooming with dense forest of Teak & being the longest dam of state you are bound to see a big catchment area in sight. Weekends are rush hour due to its accessibility in all seasons, connected by the NH 69, which leads to forest trail of about 10 kms before reaching the spot. You can opt for either dam top or dam view point both being equally good location. The charges for cruise are 130₹ pp for 45 min ,1030₹ for family boat of 25 min & 660₹ for 15 min of speed boat joyride.
