Played here couple of weeks ago while on holiday. Great course, challenging but not difficult so would suit most golfers. Greens were quick but had a lot of pitch marks in them. Also doing improvements on the big body of water between the 6th and 7th so that was empty at the time of playing. Hired clubs from the pro shop for 35euro staff was friendly and helpful as well.

I am not a golfer but the hospitality is really excellent here! the food and the drinks are pure quality and fair priced. Where in any golf club do you find a crisp Spanish white wine or other at 14€ per bottle served on ice with olives? The golf is very well kept, looks immaculate even for a reluctant caddy like me.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I have no choice here. I can only judge on my experience and it was bad, we paid 45 EURO for Premium (their words not ours) hire clubs and where given a set of clubs that were 11 year old Callaway X Hot, even when new these were budget clubs, massive gap between 4 hybrid and 3 wood, grips terrible, worst hire clubs I’ve ever had the misfortune to use and the most expensive with the average price around. 35 EURO. The course has a lovely layout with lots of variation on holes, but, the condition was abysmal, I’ve never played a course with such bad greens, the 3rd was literally full of holes, it was unplayable, fairways rough and the course looked like it hasn’t been maintained at all, even though there were lots of green keepers around, I can’t express in words how bad the greens where, maybe 3 or 4 out of the 18 OK, the rest bad to unplayable. If the course was in great conditional I would play it, but today, it’s horrible, don’t go.

Went to play golf and it didn't disappoint, hotel is 20 minutes from airport and 100 meters from the club house . Hotel was clean , we stayed b&b and eat out at night . The golf course was really good and challenging but playable for the mid handicapper, we will be back 100% recommend

Great Pool Area. Entrance fee is only €12. You get access to a big pool, a jet massage area, a jacuzzi as well as a water slide. They have a restaurant as well as a bar. The only bad part is that the parking is very limited.

Very fun course to play - highs and lows. Some holes are under maintenance, so temporary greens. That did not spoil the fun. Afterwards have a great lunch in the excellent restaurant.

Really interesting spot. We went out from Alicante by the tram to see it. Super easy to get to. Interesting site. On a beautiful point. Really cool to see how people lived in a little village. Wish I’d brought snorkel gear. Great, uncrowded beach area around.

There Is nothing great about this place, i realy do not get why it has So high user review score, everything Is made as reconstruction from modern materials like concrete or normal bricks. That Is not How the archeological site Is supposed to look like. Do not recommend.

It has some good, some bad about it. The site is interesting and the signage in 3 languages allows many to learn. The non historic building materials are a little weak. The staff wasn't friendly. The security guard always was smoking and there are cigarette butts on the ground all around 🤔. The fee to get in is a little high, but they give families a small break. The best part is the fish hatchery the ancients dug into the rock and that's actually outside of the pay area and free to hike to. I liked getting to see how it was laid out and we had fun, but it isn't the best ruin site by a long shot.

It should be ruins but it is all newly built, new bricks, new concrete... Everything looks sterile, like newly built garden. Not worth a visit.

Lovely area to swim and snorkel. We arrived after 1 pm and it has just closed for the afternoon. We discovered that you could follow a rocky path around the ruins and could see the whole site through the wire fence. While I appreciate the history there wasn’t really much to see. Overall we are happy to have travelled out there just because it’s a pretty bay.

If you’re into history and archaeology and bronze age living. This is place to visit. Plus, they snorkeling and swimming and beautiful turquoise sea

Lovely historical place to visit. Only cost my family of four €1 to get in,(so we donated a bit more as the staff was great and friendly and 8nformayive about other places to visit). The site itself is very informative, with information boards in a multitude of languages,(inc english). The only thing is the site is small, and can be walked around in 30 minutes, but is well worth the visit. The adjacent beach and rocky areas on the front is lovely and my four year old loved that part. Free parking under 5 min walk away if your there early! Worth a visit.

Spectacular cave! It's right on top of a mountain with spectacular views! Parking is limited so we could only park further down which is a ten minute walk up a steep hill. You have to go with a guide so there was a small wait before we were allowed in. The cave is one big space and you are guided down several levels to look at the cave from different angles. Our guide didn't speak English so used the playback recorder - there was a tiny bit of history but then mostly comparing the rocks to things - crocodile, whale and even a helmet. That stretched the visit out to around 50min. Would we go again? Probably not! Was it the best? Nope. But - it was cool inside and the views outside were incredible.

Fabulous visit; the cave is amazing and well worth a visit. Our guide was great - she said her English wasn't good, but it was excellent and we had an interesting explanation of the structures in the cave, as well as the history of it being used as a bunker. She managed to incorporate humour, which is a great skill. There is a small gift shop and snacks are available. The panoramic views are fabulous. A great way to spend a couple of hours. You have to have the guided tour, but you can find all the details online. Probably best to book in the holiday season.

Absolutely worth visiting! The tour of the caves was fascinating, full of history and interesting details thanks to a great guide. The views right before entering are breathtaking, and everyone we met was very friendly. A must-see if you’re visiting Busot!

A spectacular cave in the Alicante hills.. This is a great location for a day out, especially during the summer, because the temperatures stay around 18 degrees all year, so a welcome respite from the summer heat. The tours are every half hour and led by an informative guide. You must take a tour.. there is no unaccompanied access. Very well priced at around 8€ for adults and 5€ for kids. Quite a lot of steep stairs, so not for those less mobile. Outside there is a small visitor centre, souvenir shop, snack bar and amazing views to enjoy. You aren’t allowed to take photos or videos 😉 The local town of Busot has a musical museum which is included in your ticket entry, but the town also has a few great little restaurants and a small charm, so is nice to visit..

The cave is nice. The space accessible for visitors is not big. The guide was in Spanish and English. The view in front of the entrance to the cave is stunning.

Very cool caves and history. We had an excellent guide, Noe (Noelia). Tour was in both Spanish and English, with enthusiasm and energy and very fun. At the end we could go to the original old entrance. The views from the parking area and picnic area are also fantastic. No photos or videos were allowed in the cave.

It's a pretty big cave, just 1 chamber you get a guided tour of. Team were nice and they did an English translation. Was cool to see the people scaling the cliff face. Great views. Only 4 stars as the website gave the impression there was a walking route through the caves when this wasn't the case as we do prefer to freely wander through things usually. Parking is definitely an issue and not suitable if you have problems with stairs.

Good place to spend with family ! Very close to see the animals. Was amazing to stand near the giraffe which was fed and take the photos! Friendly staff!

I had a fantastic experience at this safari park. The staff are polite, friendly, and very professional. Everyone we interacted with spoke English, so if you don’t speak Spanish, you won’t have any problems. The park is home to a wide variety of animals, and you can see them from surprisingly close distances, which makes the whole visit really exciting. One important thing to know: the last chance to buy a ticket is at 4:00 PM, although the park itself remains open until 7:00 PM. Three hours is more than enough time to explore everything without feeling rushed. My personal recommendation is to arrive on a weekday just before the ticket office closes, around 3:40 PM. By that time the crowds have thinned out, so you won’t end up stuck in a line of cars, and you’ll still have plenty of time to enjoy the park. Also, don’t miss the drive on the final stretch before you arrive. The road winds through the mountains, and the scenery is absolutely stunning — it really adds to the experience.

I’m putting three stars as the personal was helpful and the safari ( first part of the experience) by itself is actually nice, animals enjoyed a lot of space and the local guide explained well. It just becomes sad when you see the Lion, wolves and tiger in relatively small cage. The highlight was to see a woman in a keffiyeh — symbol of anti-colonial struggle — sipping the view next to a Coca-Cola vending machine (aren’t they supposed to boycott that?). She’s taking photos of a meerkat in a cage while dressed in the attire of resistance. Paying for entry to a zoo, supporting capitalism, and snapping pictures of imprisoned animals… all while wearing a scarf that screams “freedom.” Modern activism looks a lot like selective outrage wrapped in tourist behavior. Hypocrisy, neatly packaged.

If you’re looking for a unique wildlife experience, this zoo is an absolute gem. Even getting there feels like part of the adventure. The drive winds through a stunning mountain landscape with breathtaking views around every other corner. Just be aware that parts of the road are quite narrow and twisty, so take it easy and enjoy the scenery. Once you arrive, the experience really kicks off. You use your own car for a guided tour through the park, stopping at each animal area while the guide shares interesting facts in both Spanish and English. The tour begins with curious ostriches and ends with the majestic lions, and in between you’ll meet zebras, camels, water buffalo, wolves, and even tigers. It’s incredible to see these animals up close in such a natural setting. After the driving tour, there’s a smaller zoo area where the “little guys” live. This part is perfect for stretching your legs and wandering around. Here you’ll meet everything from lemurs to giant tortoises, and don’t miss Eddie the Lama – he’s a total charmer and loves meeting visitors. To make it even more magical, peacocks roam freely everywhere you go. They’re so beautiful and add to the special atmosphere. What really stands out here is how well the animals are cared for. The whole park is dedicated to protecting endangered species and rescuing animals that haven’t had the best start in life. You can tell the staff are passionate about what they do, and it’s reassuring to see the animals living in spacious, clean environments. A little tip: bring plenty of water and wear comfortable shoes. There’s quite a bit of walking involved, and it can get very warm, especially in summer. This place is an unforgettable experience for animal lovers and families alike. The combination of amazing animals, stunning surroundings, and a genuine focus on conservation makes it something special. Highly recommended – this is the kind of place you’ll want to tell all your friends about afterwards.

We visit the Safari on Sunday it’s a long drive up to the mountains. Once you get there the drugstore will guide you to see all the animals. You can buy your tickets online or at the counter. The tour is for two hours

We took the guided tour and got a lot of info about the animals from the guide. The animals is in good condition but would like to see more greenery in the animals closure. The tour lasted over 2hrs so bring something to drink. We ate at the restaurant after and we recommend the cheese and bacon burger 👍 Nice staff.

I was there for new years celebration (2022/2023) so the season was quite lean, with only a few people. I found this place very relaxing. Amenities are appropriate, beach very clean and good eating places around.

Really great for disabled people access and kids. Really soft and clean sand and bits of shingle. Toilets and kids play area. Not many cheap touristy shops but plenty nearby if ur walking on the way down.

Benidorm is for British people so you feel at home there but you will notice a lot of local staff would rather look after there own

Good small trip to the island that sits of the coast of Benidorm. It was only €18 and that included the small glass hull boat trip once on the island. So very cheap for a day out. We had some refreshments at the cafe/ restaurant on the island. Then walked up the path to the top. Recommend for a short day out. Doesn’t take long and very enjoyable.

Wanted to go here for ages, and when I did, I was not disappointed. The boat trip across was better than expected, and the hike to the top was worthwhile. Even a drink in the cafe was good. My only advice would be to wear good walking shoes. I did not know about the hike, so I found it hard on the feet.

Amazing. Nice to paddle board here on a day the sea flat no winds .and see dolphins if you are lucky. Its about 30/40 min paddle though no many get here with kayaks o paddle boards .but is possible as i did it few times.

My favourite day😊 boat ride out to this beautiful gem for lunch. I wanted to stay all day. As the boat doesn't serve drinks make sure to have water with you. Refreshments are sold on the Island at cheap prices. A must see !!!!

Decoration awasome. Low attractions density overall, only 5 per adults.looks that many attractions were closed. You can enter food and drinks, there is no control at entrance. The swimming pool is awesome, with bar and music. Don't forget your swimming suits. The best timing to go, around 16h. Enough time for the few attractions and swimming pool until 21h

A epic theme park loved it, very good value for money, plenty to do for adults and a good selection of rides for small kids. Quite a few shows, realt impressed with the cleanliness of the park, plenty of toilets and bins ( with ashtrays ) food selection is your typical stuff with beer as well. Good size car park with taxi rank only 15 euros to the beach in benidorm and hotels. Staff are polite and speak some english as well as spanish and other languages. PARK IS SET UP FOR DISABLED PERSONS AND BUGGIES IN MIND 😉

We visited Terra Mítica during Halloween 2025, and it turned out to be a fantastic place to enjoy with the kids. The rides are really well done—just note that most of the big ones require children to be over 1.4 meters tall. One of mine was a bit shorter and was a little disappointed she couldn’t go on everything, but that’s something to keep in mind. A fun tip: there are two water rides—one on a smaller setup and one on a big boat. We ended our day on the big boat ride and got absolutely soaked. The good news is I learned afterward that they have drying facilities on site—something I wish I’d known sooner! So you can dry off before heading out if you get drenched. All in all, Terra Mítica is a great spot for family fun, especially during the Halloween season. Just keep those height requirements and the handy drying stations in mind.

Such a disappointing review. Initially, I wanted this review to be 5* however there were some segments of my day that didn’t go particularly well to my desire. Why so? I waited for one of the rides: EL LABERINTO DEL MINOTAURO and we waited for 41 minutes in a hot room without any sprinklers present to cool you down. Additionally, once I got onto the ride, the laser things weren’t working properly even though I accurately aimed at the targets. You should honestly fix that ride. This ride is the chief reason why I rated this theme park 3*. However, there more positives than negatives… I really enjoyed the water rides: the rapids and that ride with the huge drop at the end and you get absolutely. But due to meteorological conditions. You will dry extremely fast within 15 minutes at least, fully. I also went on the orange swing ride (whatever it is called) which was so fun. Furthermore, prior to riding the orange swing ride, I went on the blue rollercoaster something associated with Titan theme (I think). That was highly fun and I do recommend it.

What a fun place, where you can soend the whole day. All the water rides are the best fun and on a hot day getting wet was great. The park itsellesi is a master piece and so clean aswell. All the sets and atmosphere, with different countries and eras. The shows are great with really talented actors, dancing, singing, stunts and the stage settings. The pirate show was amazing, loved it. All in all a great day. Yes it does take a lot of money to enjoy, since food and especially drinks are very expensive. But if you compare to theme parks around the world, entry fees are not as high for the quality of this theme park. It really is a place to see and experience. We will be back.

A great day out with loads to enjoy. Every time we have visited there are very few queues for the rides, great water play areas and amazing shows. We always try and visit once a year and haven't ever been disappointed!

Beautiful view from the balcony, you can see the whole city and it's beauty. The best time for visit is in the morning, because of the sunlight and there is a quiet number of people then, in the afternoon is very crowded 🤫

Old Town benidorm is a absolute gem , loads of shops bars and cafes it's more cultured than new benidorm and old town is more traditional, its definitely worth exploring plus there are two beaches a small cove beach and the large beach and the harbour

Small train station at the border of Benidorm. Around 20-25 minutes walk from the center. From here you will have to take the bus to Allicante since the railways are still under construction. The train ticket prices are low , 1,35 euro to Altea this is for a single ticket. Inside the new building there are two ticket machines that accept cash (coins,paper) debit cards and credit cards. There is also a small office with some service desks. There are two toilets cabins , 1 toilet seat for ladies and one toilet seat for the gentlemen plus a hanging urinoir. Plus running water to wash your hands. There are also some vending machines with beverages and candy / chips.

Very user friendly if you go to Alicante be very prepared to go over a very tall free standing bridge apart from that the route is a lovely trip and very inexpensive.

Levante beach was simply beautiful. It is well maintained, clean and safe. Sunbeds can be rented for only 6 euro for the day. Excellent place to relax.

Lovely beach but very busy. Chairs and umbrellas €6 each, you just sit down and someone comes round to pay. Close to shops you have people walking up and down selling cocktails and offering massages. A place with taps to wash the sand off your feet. A warning women do walk around and lounge top less if this offends anyone.

A great beach. However, it is rather populated with many tourists and locals making it rather busy. You can hire a sun-bed at only €12 overlooking the Mediterranean, turquoise, yet quite transparent sea. 🌊

I visited Platja de Llevant in Benidorm at the end of December, and the weather was surprisingly warm, not hot enough for a swim, but perfect to enjoy the sun and a long walk by the sea. The sky was clear, the water shimmered in deep blue tones, and the whole promenade was lively even in winter. Historically, Platja de Llevant has been one of the main symbols of Benidorm’s transformation. In the 1950s, this small fishing village began turning into one of Europe’s most famous seaside resorts, and this beach became the heart of that change, lined with hotels, cafés, and palm trees that still define the skyline today.

Great Beach Fantastic beach very famous worldwide, the view on the buildings is incredible. Not the beach has all the expected amenities & lots of shops, cafes & restaurants around. The water is also really nice and this is what made this beach so fabulous.

My Days in Benidorm 🥰 🌸❣️ It was August, and Benidorm welcomed us with 41-degree weather 🥵. What wonderful days we had at the beach, strolling through its streets, trying out restaurants, watching the sunrise, or walking at night while enjoying the nightlife. We’d wake up early to enjoy the sea and walk along the sand. Each day was unique and amazing! Creating human connections, observing and learning about their lifestyle and culture made the experience even more enriching.

A brilliant day out for the whole family. We have two boys aged 6 and 7 and they both had an amazing time. We brought our own packed lunch after reading other reviews as the food in the park didn’t seem like the best option, and this turned out to be a smart decision as there are plenty of picnic areas available. We booked our tickets online which cost £109 for the four of us. On arrival, we rented a large locker for €10 (smaller ones are €7). They give you a PIN code printed on a receipt which is a bit odd, as it means you have to go into the water with a piece of paper to remember your code. It would make more sense if you could set your own code. We also paid for two sunbeds at €7 each and the inflatable ring floats came at an extra cost too. This felt like a bit of a rip off, as items like floats and sunbeds should really be included in the ticket price. This is the main reason we’ve given 4 stars instead of 5. That said, the park itself is spotless and very well maintained. The lifeguards, although quite young, did a fantastic job and we felt very safe letting the boys explore nearby. The children’s area is the best I’ve seen in any water park as it has a full section with obstacle courses, smaller slides and jumping platforms. We would definitely visit again for another family day out.

Great day out with the Grand kids here. Take your own drinks and food as the kiosk prices inside are a little hard on the wallet (€3.75) for a 1.5 ltr water that you can pick up for about 60 cents in the supermarket. €5.40 for a beer 🍺. Apart from that, it's a lovely park that kept the boys busy all day.

We visited on a Friday in August so was very busy as expected. However we found the park to be clean, well organised and we all had great fun, dragging the kids away after about 7 hours. Queues for some slides were 15-20 mins but plenty of shade and well mannered. Didn’t attempt to get a sun bed or picnic bench (which looked like you needed to be there early to get) - just sat on a towel on the grass which was fine. Lifeguards very professional and kept good order.

It was too crowded for me, even though we visited on a Wednesday. However, the kids had a lot of fun, which is the most important thing! We will come back! Food was available at affordable prices. What surprised me was that the lockers and lounges required payment.

Aqualandia in Benidorm is a great place and an absolute hit with kids—plenty of rides, pools, and attractions to keep the whole family entertained. The park is clean and well maintained, and overall it’s a fun experience for both children and adults. That said, the downside in high season is the waiting times. Some rides had queues of up to 90 minutes, which meant that even though we spent the whole day there, we couldn’t try everything we wanted. On-site food is also very expensive—for example, a gofre with just one scoop of ice cream was over €7. Security lockers cost €7, and hiring a large inflatable wheel is €8 plus a €2 deposit (though this does give you an advantage on Rapidos, where you can skip the queue). Overall, it’s still a great experience and the kids loved it, but the long waiting times and high prices take away from what could otherwise be a perfect day out.

Amazing place. Definitely recommend to visit with children before 10-12 years. Beatiful shows. You can do pictures together with sea lion, dolphin, parrot, lemur. The park has beautiful territory and zoo. There are few restaurants on the park.

What a special place. So much fun! Negatives, its a little pricey, and they dont have a vast amount of animals. The pros, wow, the shows are phenomenal, especially the dolphin show. Amazing, just amazing. Yes its pricey, but honestly the shows itself make it worth it! Get over there. €20 cash or €17 (paid online) to touch a dolphin and have a photo (included) is such amazing value. You wont find better. Nice animal Park got discounted tickets so went with family. The dolphin and sea lion show were amazing definitely recommend going and seeing them. At the top. Is a great view of aqualandia which is right next door. Overall a good place to visit with family.

Pretty cool. We did combine tickets with Aqualandia. So we visited this place in the morning. We arrived about half past 10 which gave us time to look around and the watch the parrot show. Which was very informative. 2 of the parrots did not listen to the trainers and decided they were staying out just jumping on the rope. After that we headed to the sea lion show to watch some very happy sea lions and then the dolphin show, which has 8 dolphins doing tricks. The place is small so wouldn't recommend spending the whole day there as you can watch all the shows and see all the other animals in around 3 hours. Prices for photos with animals is around €20 euros I recommended paying for these before you enter the park.

In my opinion, Mundomar a bit too pricey, compared to Oceanografic in Valencia. However, dolphins did an amazing job performing, the instructors are great. Stunning view from the top! I liked it

It was a good day plenty to see and great shows.But don't bother with getting the VIP TOUR as you are unable to take Photos as they block you and say only me.The photographer was a bit rude and right in my face as I attempted to get a photo.

A great day was had by the whole family. The animals were amazing, well worth going to the shows, birds, sealion, and dolphin. There are other experiences which we didn't do this time. We purchased the combo ticket for mundomar and aqualandia, which was a good saving.

It's a fabulous cave and a wonderful drive to get there. We waited about 15 minutes for our tour and it was just the two of us. The guide was fabulous. He explained about the history and how the formations developed and pointed out so many things we wouldn't have noticed or understood on our own. He mainly spoke Spanish but would interject with some English to help our understanding. He was very patient with us. The tour was just long enough, circa 30 minutes. Great value at 4€ entry. Well worth the journey and highly recommended.

Fantastic and amazingly large cave. 50m from top to bottom and a view of approx 150m on the inside. Beautifully lit and comfy walkway. The guide is only in Spanish though, no translated pamflet or so. Some panels at the entrance. No photos or videos allowed inside. Videos are up on youtube for your pleasure. Use your eyes!

Really interesting cave up in the mountains and well worth the 4 euros each. Although the tour is only in Spanish the tour guide did well with our limited understanding and pointing out some clear points. There is one point that if you're larger around the middle you may not fit through but we were able to take h the loop the other way so didn't lose out on anything.

This monastery is in the process of being reconstructed and the work they have done already is amazing. This is a long term project but worth a visit to see what work has been undertaken.

Discovered this while out on a scooter close to our camping site at Xeraco and what an amazing piece of history of medieval architecture of stunning structures, the ceilings in the main rectory were mind blowing, the small town had supermarkets bars and restaurants, if you are in the area well worth seeing

Admission was free and just from the panorama inside the gates it looked awesome. Founded in the 13th century, this was a very wealthy Cistercian monastery and it lasted until the mid 19th century when laws were passed against monastic holdings and the monastery artworks were sold or plundered. The monastery then became a farm and the buildings declined until the Valencian government bought them in 2003 and began the process of restoration. The first room as you enter has a display of the history of the monastery and the wider political story in the area but this was all in Spanish so we skimmed through it. The gardens were a mix of lavender hedges and orange groves and the main church building had the most incredible interior, polychrome ceiling and the remains of baroque wall paintings. These were quite fantastic to see and most have been mind blowing in their heyday a few hundred years ago. There were several areas we couldn't enter due to the ongoing restoration but the work being done was quite superb. The cloisters were beautiful, although still a work in progress and there was some vaulting from a ceiling (but no ceiling) that looked fantastic. We spent about 90 minutes at the monastery.

Incredible! In mamy countries it would be a top tourist attraction with a high entrance fee and huge crowds and here... free entrance and NO visitors! We came at 18.00 and were the only people there. The place is amazing. A lot of effort clearly put in the restoration, the look and feel od the old monastery, the beautiful views to the mountains. Sadly, only at the departure, we find out there is an information office open with electronic guides. We still recommend!

Very nice trip, but remember to book your reservation online! Its a bit tricky, but use translate and it should be alright(the fines are 600-6000€). No amateurs should go here. You can expect to climb using the ropes and chains that are available. Its not very difficult if youre normally fit, but if you slip certain places, you can get really hurt. Reccomend to go in the morning before the sun gets too hot.

The best hike ever! Such a beautiful place Go with good hiking shoes, the stones are ve try slippery and it can be disheartening not to be able to continue because of that. And don’t look down to see how high it is while you’re climbing - this was my mistake! Just watch your feet, use the chains and go calmly!

I did this hike with my 48 year old mother. It took 1 hour to the top and 40 minutes down. We did this trip june 20th so if you're going during summer months I'd suggest going at 08:30 (when they open). It's easy up to the tunnel and afterwards it gets rockier and even more slippery because of all who have walked there. It's 332m above sea level. Free to book on the National park’s website. They are limiting the number of people to 300 a day due to erosion and potential overcrowding at peak times. It is quite a scramble so you’ll need decent shoes and some bits are a bit scary if you aren’t good with sheer drops but mostly easy. Best tackled early in the day I think.

Fantastic hike but past the tunnel, path is not for beginners. You will need to climb rocks and have good balance 😊 Don’t forget to reserve online, as there is a visitor center and they’ll check your reservation. The ticket is free but only 300 visitors allowed per day and there was no immediate availability on the website. Bit of planning and good shoes required for this adventure.

Firstly you need to reserve an entrance to the park, which is limited to 300 entries per day. The signs warn of sporadic checks and minimum 600€ fines. When booking do not translate the page to English because it will give you an error at the very end... Once you get through the reservation you can start the walk. Make sure to have at least good trainers with good grip as the rocks are very slippery and sharp. Under 18s are only allowed up to the tunnel and no further although we've seen people with children further (personally I would stick to the rules and not go with kids too far up this path). I was surprised with the difficulty of this route, in any other country you would have information that it's quite dangerous but here I didn't see any such sign (maybe I missed it). In general the path is very rocky, some exposition and chains along the way. The rocks are very slippery so be careful especially on the descents. The views are very nice, and the hike is a good challenge and good fun but do take care when hiking it.

This is the other beachfront in Calpe, less crowded, where walkers find the usual restaurants, bars and souvenirs shops. Ideal for a short stroll. The beach itself is wide, it must be packed during the summer months. The beach is cleaned up everything morning by the municipality technical services. There are benches along the way which allows for frequent breaks.

Fantastic & Scenic Beach in Calpe This is a scenic beach in Calpe, it is very long very wide and the sand is great. It has lots of shops, boutiques, restaurants & cafés around it. The water is quite shallow so good for the young kids. The best part though is the fabulous view of the rock! We really enjoyed our time in Calpe.

Two minute walk from our hotel, a lovely walk down towards the rock and then it continues all around to the town centre. Very clean and great to just stroll and enjoy the sunshine and views.

Blue flag beach with crystal clear water and nice sandy beach, although the beach is becoming narrower. Unfortunately the city council are hoodwinked into believing that allowing the dead seaweed to pile up is environmentaly friendly. But not for the economy of the city which relies on tourists. It stinks and is really smelly and you have to climb mountains of it to get to the sea. The contract for sunbed management is also messed up by the incompetent City Council, so no sunbeds or umbrellas for hire. Shame because it used to be beautiful!

Very nice area for evening walk and also great beach although we weren't beaching there. If was clean, not that busy and with great views! The letters of Calpe are a nice place to have a photo at (of course I have had a few). There are also lots of bars and restaurant that you coild choose from for a drink or a meal. Amazing introduction to the tradition of Fallas! We took the self-guided audio tour. Very clear and detailed audio and written information on the exhibits and the history of Fallas. Free parking behind the museum, the ticket was €5 for adults, €4 for a child, well worth paying for! There is a cafe that serves food and drinks, and there are toilets as well.

Great spot to learn a little more about Las Fallas and its history in Gandia. The staff is friendly and our girls enjoyed learning more about the falleras and their dresses. The collection of the “pardoned” ninots is housed here with an audio guide that explains the history, building methods and traditions. It is a smaller museum focused on local fallas history that is a fairly quick and enjoyable visit.

The woman on the ticket desk also acted as a guide to some of the exhibits and couldn't have been more enthusiastic about something she clearly loves. Again, small, but definitely recommend.

I experienced the fallas in Gandia but am able to understand and appreciate it more after visiting this nice little museum. The person selling tickets spoke English and was very friendly.

A lovely palace with a mix of styles (Neogothic, Baroque) as it has had a longevous existence with a variety of owners (Mostly the Borja family but afterwards the Osuna and last the Jesuits). It has on display wonderful tiling from Manises with a variety of floral motifs that are typical from the region and gorgeous to look at. Being one of the most salient constructions in Gandía, it is well worth the visit if you are around.

We arrived at the entrance of the road leading to the parking and beach past 3pm on a Sunday of July 2025. All cars were being stopped by entering the beach. The beach officer was talking to each car and explaining that parking is full already by 10ish am. So he handed out a brochure where to park it 2mins away from where he stopped us. He told us to get on the next beach bus which will take us down the beach. So we did. It was a small parking space but we did street parking in residential area beside it, just like what others did. And we waited for the bus. At the time, only 3 groups rode the bus. U have to pAy per person (2way already) but i think our 1yo was free of charge. I posted in the photo of the brochure here. Then we reached the beach in no time. Take note that it is a pebble beach, which i realized I prefer better than the sand, considering i have kids. I can relaxed a bit knowing they wont throw sands to each other. Though it is a bit of a struggle to make an umbrella stand on pebble and the sand underneath was a bit hard to stick on. Make sure u have proper footwear like almost everyone does. The smooth rocks seriously hurt our feet from walking. The water... the clearest Ive ever seen in Valencia/Alicante. At the right side of the cost is the clearest and a cove is nice like this with shadow so you can hide from the sun if you wish. There is also a shower which is i really like compared to other long beach where you can only wash ur feet. There are restaurants too and small hotels. Past 6pm, the cove is clearing up and so does the parking. So my husband rode the bus back to the parking lot and he brought it inside to the parking space within the vicinity so we dont need to pack up and leave for the last bus trip. We left around 8pm. Less people. More chill vibe. We really enjoyed it and will surely be back because im a sucker for crystal clear water.

Although a pebbly beach, it was very beautiful and not windy. The water was warm. There were jellyfish in the water the day that we came here, but it was still possible to find nice spots for a swim. There are rocks under water so need to watch out not to kick your foot. Toilet facilities are near the beach and free. There is a long road car park near the beach, but we parked before the access control on the road for free and trekked to get here for about 25-30 min. It was a nice hike so if anyone else is willing, it is an option, but you would have to follow the road to get down to the cove so I dont recommend doing that with children or a lot of bulky luggage. Plan ahead and take a backpack instead of a trolley or big hand bags.

This is a great cycling destination during the tourist off-season. From Xàbia, the road CV742 (towards Cap de la Nau), then 7420 goes up and down across a posh and quiet neighbourghood with little car traffic. The pebbly beach is nested in a lovely cove. Bring along food and fluids because there is nowhere to buy supplies. No toilets.

Fun Rocky beach (Pebbles) with a cool bar - definitively an Instagram looking spot! The water has an incredible turquoise color. Bring water shoes, as the rocks can be tough on your feet. We went by boat in September and it was easy to find a spot to anker and swim to shore to enjoy a beer and some snorkel. A great place to relax, enjoy the views, and snap some amazing photos.

Very nice hike. We took the easier route. The views of a town and sea below the mountains were very nice. Path is quite wide and there is plenty of space for a quick or a longer brake. Not very crowded. Recommend :)

Parc Natural del Montgó is a beautiful place to visit with stunning views and breathtaking scenery. However, the rocks and roads can be challenging to navigate and are not an easy walk. Nonetheless, the park is definitely worth a visit for anyone who loves nature and enjoys hiking.

Pick up a free leaflet with a detailed map of the park, showing the various walking routes plus relevant information (in Spanish) - distance, degree of difficulty, total ascent/descent etc. There is a very useful 3D scale model of the park and surrounding area, with walk routes marked on. Amazing views from the top, quite a climb allow 2 - 3 hours each way. The path at places can be very rough or close to the edge especially the summit climb. Even if you go half way the views are stunning!

Coffee and cake are a must, visit is most definitely recommended, the surrounding streets with the quaint spainish houses are lovely to also explore.

Interesting place. €2 for seniors. There is a fairly steep tarmacced slope after the entrance, there are other routes up to the top, but steep and very uneven stone paths. Lots of boards with the history around. Lots of different areas to explore including the walls, so if you want to do it all, you'll need a lot of time.Views are good of the surrounding areas. Once outside, there is also a tunnel that runs underneath the castle which is free.

There is a small cafe at the top with a lovely seating area under pine trees, it does close mid afternoon so take a drinknifnyour going after 1400. We walked down the easy route and walked the castle tunnel that runs under the castle, this is free to enter. We parked down at the port car park, reasonably priced at around a €1 and hour and its only 10 mins from the castle.

A good uphill walk to a once thriving castle, little remains and all signs with history in Spanish, thankfully Google Translate helped tremendously. But you can see the history of the place it's mott and bailey,and footprints of the houses. Great views over Denia and harbour,watching the Ibiza ferry's come in.
