Authentic nomad lifestyle re-enactment. Camel rides, authentic dishes in yurts. You should probably come when there is a festival going on, else the place is a bit empty. But there are festivals all the time.

Good place children. Adults won't have that much fun, specially if you don't speak Russian, although staff is very friendly. A good opportunity to ride camels for 500 rubles. Also they have cute Huskies.

Nice and cozy place, various animals and the Buryat's local canteen. Entrance fee could be paid only by cash, but the canteen has a card terminal (POS). Facilities are OK, not the best, but better then others. Local workers are friendly and cheerful.

(Translated by Google) It was July 10, 2024. I really liked it. At 11 o'clock there will be an ethnic excursion about nomadic peoples and their habitats. Then you can go to a puppet show, followed by a tour of the zoo farm. Animals fed: camels, llamas, donkeys, goats and yaks) horses cannot be fed. But you can ride both on the bottom and on camels. We rode a camel, very interesting, great feeling. We had lunch at the Baikal cafe. Very tasty, especially meat, brushwood and tea. We took 2 flatbreads with us. The ethnopark is located in a beautiful location. Large parking. I recommend it to everyone both with children and just adults!

(Translated by Google) This place is just terrible!!! How have they not closed yet?! The rooms had probably not been cleaned since the “hotel” opened. Everything stinks of tobacco and something else incomprehensible. The water in the shower, if you can call it a shower, simply does not drain. There is a CURTAIN separating the toilet from the room!!! There is no heating, the bedding is dirty. Lord, where is the inspector??? This is a disgusting place, think 10 times whether it’s worth saving at the expense of calm nerves and sleep! Hi I — Google review
(Translated by Google) Wild smell inside. The corridors and rooms stink of whitefish, the room smells very strongly of old grandfather and it’s not yet clear what. Peeled wallpaper, dirty plastic in the rooms and most importantly an UNREAL STINK. The rooms are very cold, sagging mattresses, poor shower and toilet. They pulled the bed aside and behind it lay a dried sausage; at first they thought it was a severed finger. You are now reading this review and probably freaked out, but I spent the night there and was all checked by whitefish and the old grandfather...
The building is very old, the water stinks, it doesn’t drain well, it washes away very poorly. There is no room to turn around in the shower. There are no doors between the room and the toilet, only a CURTAIN with holes. In the hotel building there is some kind of club or cafe with loud music; at night, lying in your room, you get the feeling that you are driving in a charged Priora with a subwoofer. There is a children's playground under the window, it would seem not bad, right? But no, at night the local kents, after several bottles of beer, decided to organize a pull-up tournament and fights without rules, and all this at 3 am. I highly recommend not moving there. Perhaps, after reading the review, you thought that I was making fun of you, but this is all in all seriousness. The rooms are probably not cleaned at all. If I had known that such trash would happen, I would have overpaid 500 rubles, but I would have lived in a normal place.

It is truly worth to visit place. Park is 1km from the station, but we came here through trespassing the forest nearby. There are several buildings on the estate, each with its own history. All of them are now museums with unique collections. The main house in which the Aksakovs and Mamontovs lived and their creative friends visited was a two-story wooden building with two outbuildings. It has a museum where the atmosphere of a manor house is preserved: furniture, some paintings created in the estate, books, a stove covered with tiles made by Vrubel. Here you can see paintings by Serov, Repin, Vrubel and other guest artists of Mamontov. Abramtsevo has several unique collections of paintings, drawings, icons, printed graphics, manuscripts, rare books, sculptures, Russian tiles of the 17th-18th centuries. It contains furniture, porcelain, glass, memorial photography and a music library of the 18th-19th centuries.

It brings no benefit other than aesthetic pleasure. There are 103 steps from the top platform to the wheel. People come with eggplants and collect water from the spring. The parking lot is large, there is enough space for everyone. Equipped baths are available. I saw both adults and children diving into the water. The monument to Sergius of Radonezh is beautiful and majestic. I recommend visiting. There are many beautiful views, the photos will be wonderful! It is believed that in the 15th century there was a fortress with earthen ramparts, but this did not help much, since by the 17th century the village fell into decay. At the same time, the village came into the possession of the monastery (the one that is now called the Trinity-Sergius Lavra). At the beginning of the 19th century, the Transfiguration Church was built, which still towers over the surrounding area. The village is especially revered as the place of residence of Peter and Mary, the parents of the youth Bartholomew, later known as Sergius of Radonezh. The remains of the ramparts have also been preserved, but are now difficult to distinguish and a cemetery is located on their remains. Actually, the photographs of the Church of the Transfiguration were taken from them.

(Translated by Google) The Church of the Transfiguration in the village of Radonezh near Moscow was built in 1836-1842. The village of Radonezh on the Pazhe River is widely known due to the fact that it was here that the exploits of St. Sergius (Bartholomew), who received the nickname of Radonezh, began. In the 18th century, the village acquired a new name - Gorodok. A new church in the village was built with funds from the parish in the mid-19th century in the Empire style. Initially, the main volume of the temple was placed separately from the bell tower, and they were combined with a refectory in the 1860s. The main volume is quadrangular, the sides are decorated with high porticoes in four columns, and a high light rotunda is placed on the lower tier. A five-tiered iconostasis was placed in the main part of the temple, and a small two-tiered iconostasis in the chapel of St. Sergius of Radonezh in the refectory. In the 1870s, the temple was painted, and some of these paintings have survived.

(Translated by Google) Radonezh This is one of the memorable places in the Moscow region. In his owner's fate of the XIV-XVI centuries. how the mirror reflected the originality of the historical development of North-Eastern Rus' of this period. Radonezh and the Radonezh land are associated with such events as the emergence of the first monasteries near Moscow, from which the northern desert-dwelling monasticism originated; as the conclusion of the Deulin truce of 1618, which brought long-awaited peace to the Moscow state; as the end of the “Khovanshchina” of 1682, this most striking manifestation of the dynastic crisis of the late 17th century. Certain pages of the history of Radonezh are marked by monuments located on its territory. Behind the village one can see the earthen ramparts of a fortress from the early 15th century. On the outskirts of the village, the Transfiguration Church of the first half of the 19th century sparkles with its gilded dome. Next to the temple stands a monument to St. Sergius of Radonezh at the end of the 20th century. The village of Radonezh is located in the southern part of the Sergiev Posad district, between the 59th km of the Yaroslavl highway and the Abramtsevo platform of the Northern Railway. Geographically, Radonezh is located at the base of the southern slope of the Klinsko-Dmitrovskaya ridge, on the left bank of the Pazhi River. Its surroundings are characterized by gentle hills with flat tops, the slopes of which are dissected by large and small ravines. The village is surrounded on all sides by small fields. Behind them darkens a dense forest of spruce, aspen, birch and alder. In some places there are groups of pine trees, the edges of the ravines are framed by bird cherry trees. To the north of the village there are several dozen oak trees. In the past, they, together with linden, formed the basis of forests near Moscow. From the nine-century history of the settlement, one can distinguish the periods of its existence as the village of Radonezh, the town of Radonezh and the village of Gorodok (Original)

Museum is along the lines of other such historic residences around Miscow area. Important difference is that children of Tyutchev decided to hand the mansion to the Soviets after the revolution, this way they avoided being plundered by the proletariat. Even though Tyutchev probably never been here, his children brought many of his belongings here, they even have a bed where he died. Nice location, nobility had plenty of time and resources to find the best area to enjoy life ))) Beautiful area in and out.

(Translated by Google) It has become a little easier for residents of the south of the Moscow region to get to the north. On the Simferopol highway there is an exit to the South-Eastern Expressway (SEH). And from the SE you get to the Moscow High-Speed Diameter (MSD). But the Yaroslavl highway is in a big traffic jam, perhaps in the future it will be possible to get to Muranovo in a couple of hours. But it's still almost 4 hours away. You can drive up to a large parking lot or to a church, everything is determined by the flow of tourists. The house certainly surprises with its non-standard architecture. But it's quite cozy inside. You will be told about its owners and guests during the excursion. Inside, the clocks and chandeliers were chosen by the previous owners for the house and this is the first thing that is visible. Lots of paintings and sculptures. The only pity is that the tour ends quickly. The territory is small, you can meet a descendant of Tyutchev, his house is nearby. The church is small and active. The poet and writer Yuri Mikhailovich Polyakov has a wonderful poem. "Do you remember, we wandered to Muranovo Following the cloud running across the azure, Not at all timid of that land, Where did the Russian poet Fyodor Tyutchev live...

The estate is small, but very cozy. It’s worth checking out the local cafe - everything is very tasty. The estate is a must-see; don’t spare 450 rubles for the excursion. I’ve been to many places, but I’ve never seen such a pristine, cozy atmosphere in a 19th century house. I liked it even more than the big Abramtsevo - it’s more intimate, the nature is more untouched. It was very calm and good, I didn’t want to leave. After walking around the estate, we walked around the surrounding area.

The whole family had a great time: we went for a walk, attended 2 excursions, and tried pineapple soup. But we were a little shocked by the toilet rooms; it seemed like we were back in time. They naively believed that this problem had long been solved in museums near Moscow. The entrance to the main entrance was not found. We entered from the side of the house church. There is security there, employees will tell you how to get to the ticket office for tickets. A visit to the museum with a guided tour is a bit expensive: 400 rubles per adult and 350 rubles per child. We didn't get in because we arrived a little late, after 15-00... Delicious snack in a cafe: pancakes with jam and sour cream, pies, cutlets, etc., drinks. I liked Muranovo tea better chilled)) Nature is certainly impressive! A century-old linden alley, a grove around the estate, a river and air!!! It’s easy to imagine how people lived here 100 years ago. It would be a sin not to visit this centuries-old monastery. I didn’t even suspect that there was such a wonderful place not far from Moscow. There are a lot of emotions, I won’t talk about everything. I’ll just publish a few photos and highly recommend everyone to visit here. By the way, half a kilometer from the monastery there is a spring with a bath. The source itself is a little unusual in its arrangement, but everything you need to get water is there.

Beautifully designed exhibitions, the opportunity to book a guided tour. Nice atmosphere. There is only one thing that somewhat overshadows it - namely, the lack of special interactive programs and the low availability of modern special equipment that allows you to create thematic installations on various topics. It would not be amiss to add similar modern technologies (as, for example, in the Darwin Museum).

The Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center (Star City, Russia) is an actual training center for Russian cosmonauts. It was established in the 1960s and has functioned since then as a place where aspiring astronauts can learn about the profession. The Center is fantastic, and it's definitely worth a visit if you're ever in the area!

Central Air Force Museum

Museum
Military Museums
Military relics from the Russian Civil War & Soviet periods including uniforms, weapons & equipment.
Well worth a visit to this amazing museum with line after line of truly iconic and unique Soviet era aircraft...an absolute treat for aircraft enthusiasts and alike. To be honest, the display could do with some TLC (open air museum after all) and also signposted directions from Monino train station. Fantastic place!
JWG - — Google review
Absolutely amazing airspace museum. Some of the rarest airplanes made in the Soviet Union and Russia is here. I am highly impressed with the collection and the facts. A bit upset on the upkeep of the planes and artifacts, probably due to funding , and the lack of information and facts on some planes. Otherwise a must visit. But do come in the warm period. I visited in the winter and it was cold but still enjoyable. Would recommend to anybody. Even with children
Ivan M — Google review
Amazing museum. They have unique aircraft. It is possible to reach by train from Moscow, but the museum is a bit far from the Monino station. I recommend going by taxi. Not very expensive from Moscow.

It took a 90 minute train ride and walking a mile to get here, but it was worth it. Some of the most beautiful planes I'll ever see. So happy to know that the Tu-144 is getting a full restoration due to the contributions of visitors. I gladly put 100 rubles in the donation box.
Thomas B — Google review
For aviation fans (like me) the visit is well worth the travel time to get there from Moscow City: A large selection of Russian military aircraft from between the two world wars to current times. Most of the few indoor exhibits are only with explanations in Russian, most of the outdoor exhibits have English spec sheets, too. The TU-144 is very special to see! We had a great opportunity to enter the fuselage and cockpit of the largest helicopter of the world: A technician let us in through a side door! Impressive!! The entry fee is relatively cheap, the memorabilia shop ok. The lady there very friendly. The travel with the Russian railway from Yaroslavsky station took about an hour and didn't cost much. To the "non-aviation-enthusiast" visitor a warning: The overall maintenance of the place is not exactly outstanding, some of the exhibits are not in a good condition - I guess they're fighting budget problems.
Big M — Google review
I took the train with some friends out to the Central Air Force Museum (Moscow) to see planes. The museum has lots of older aircraft and I an glade to see they are resorting some too. The signs are small but you can find with a smartphone.

Izmailovo Kremlin

Mentioned on

Architectural Buildings
Nestled in the northeastern part of Moscow, the Izmailovo Kremlin is a vibrant and enchanting complex that offers a unique glimpse into traditional Russian architecture and folklore. This cultural center and marketplace, constructed in the early 2000s, boasts a kaleidoscope of colorful towers reminiscent of Old Russia's fairy-tale depictions. Visitors can explore wooden houses, churches, and a bustling market showcasing the style of 14th-17th century Moscow.
Beautiful place to visit in Moscow, it is the perfect place to buy gifts, souvenirs as prices there lower than the centre of the city.

A great place in Moscow. The place is deserted during the weekdays, especially during the afternoon time, so would recommend to visit it during the weekends. An interesting place!

I have been here for the bazaar, but I didn't expect this type of fairy tale. It was really nice to see unusual historical buildings. After this, you can go to the shopping mall or go to the lake for a walk nearby. Note: Be careful about the bazaar and pricing.
CreosB — Google review
A fairytale-like cultural wonderland in Moscow's Izmailovo District. It is set up as a cultural center and marketplace loosely modeled after traditional Russian architecture and fairytale depictions of Old Russia. The colorful and bustling complex hosts several museums such as one for Russian folk art, another for bread, and yet another for vodka.

Performing arts theater

Theaters
This is hard, strong and beautiful show they really worked hard to dance this for us.Also they changed their clothes so fast for its impossible to do that!!! 😍👍❤️
Abdullah A — Google review
Alla Dukhova's Theatre "TODES" (an abbreviation for "Dance Association of Jazz Modern and Experimental Styles"). We watched a performance that was advertised as flawless. From the theatre's website: "This performance is a foretaste of an incredible journey in the clouds of fantasy and bold dreams." In fact, it was an incredibly tasteless spectacle. The only thing beautiful was the number with the umbrellas. Because it was performed to relatively quiet musical accompaniment and was danced harmoniously. The rest of the time, the volume of the performance was so excessive that it was impossible to be in the hall, even if you put on earplugs or headphones. I recommend measuring the number of decibels, it was clearly exceeding sanitary standards, much louder than at rock concerts. This is dangerous to health, you can't treat spectators like that. Probably, excessive volume is needed to suppress perception, to hide the general shortcomings of the performance, that is, weak choreography, mechanical movements and tricks. And most importantly, there is a feeling that robots are performing, some kind of soulless action. After the performance, I became interested in how this theater became famous. Alla Dukhova was the first in the USSR to combine ballet pas (fouettes, jumps) with breakdance and acrobatics. The main direction of TODES is a mixture of various dance styles: jazz-modern, classical ballet, hip-hop, contemporary and show elements. Thanks to spectacular and dynamic productions, the theater gained popularity. Over the past 35 years, TODES has actively toured Russia and abroad, participated in television projects, collaborated with famous pop performers. Alla Dukhova personally choreographed many pop stars. However, some critics note that the TODES style is more focused on mass culture and show business than on a deep artistic component. TODES productions rely on technical tricks and acrobatics, but are often devoid of substantive content. Choreographer Olga Tarasova points out the lack of stylistic development - over 30 years, the language of the theater has remained virtually unchanged, retaining the features of 1990s modernism, while world contemporary dance has moved towards minimalism. The commercialization of the project is subject to serious criticism. TODES functions according to the laws of show business with mass recruitment to schools and the replication of similar numbers. I agree with the critics. If the theater wants to grow, it must change from within, change its worldview.

Sokolniki Park, named after the royal falconry that once took place in its dense forest, was established by Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich. Over the years, it has been transformed with updated lawns, landscaped ponds, picnic areas, a summer cinema and theater, a rose garden, sports grounds, and bicycle paths. The park features 8 alleys forming 9 sectors with trees of the same breed in each sector.
The place is magically beautiful and huge, if you are looking for a long walk and want to clear your mind, you must visit it, unfortunately i didn't discover it until the very last days of my trip. If you want a quiet place, avoid going on the weekend. it has different activities like play area, roses park...

I have a deja-vu feeling that I was already prompted to share my opinion of Sokolniki park. Oh well, I can write like like Tolstoy, quantity wise at least ) The park is very old, I looked up old maps and general shape and main roads, cutting through it, were formed around the time of Peter the Great. Recently it was modernised with hip summer benches and nice walkways. Rosarium is a great garden within a garden. Chekhov used to party and drink here with his friends. Now I am sure that I was mentioning it before. Shall I write new park impressions every week now?) Google maps prompts me!

(Translated by Google) It just so happened that I had never been to Satyricon before. Let's go see Don Juan. It is perhaps not good to judge a theater by one performance, but this production is considered the hallmark of the theater. I categorically did not like the production - it was very drawn out, very often not witty and there was no smell of satire here. The servant played by Raikin constantly starts talking and confuses his words, although he plays well, which cannot be said about the don’s beloved. The hall is full, but she was almost crawling on countermarks - or this is the theater's policy or a coincidence - I don't know. The price of 6,000 for a front row ticket for this production is unreasonably high - I sincerely sympathize with those who spent that kind of money. The hall is quite normal, but unbearably stuffy. The buffet is normal, but the number of sellers does not correspond to the number of people. The wardrobe work is terribly organized. Shouting programs advertising programs are annoying. Some of the "theater-goers" behaved rather rudely - they jumped in line at the buffet and cloakroom. In general, I didn't like it here. Fortunately, there are other theaters. However, I wish the troupe creative success.
Alex K — Google review
(Translated by Google) I'll probably change the rating to 4. The main advantages are proximity to the metro, affordable prices from 500 rubles for a balcony, from where visibility is much better than many other theaters (1700 for the middle of the amphitheater). In most productions Raikin himself plays. This is important for fans. Cons: not comfortable places. in the amphitheater, your legs go wildly numb even if you’re 170 inches tall, on the first row of the balcony you have to bend forward so as not to get in the way of the curb, huge queues at the buffet with a couple of staff at the checkout, valets constantly find fault with the mask below the nose. We watched the London Show and were delighted even though we didn’t like the musical. The Man from the Restaurant is a strong work by both Raikin and the troupe as a whole. The new production of R is a madhouse, there is a lot mixed in, nothing is clear in the first act, but it is interesting. The music and light in the performance make it amazing. Raikin is in his own mood, but Alena Razzhivina keeps the whole performance energetic. In general, I recommend it. Not exactly great productions, but the cast really always gives their best and the evening is especially cozy.

I reckon that the museum is a great place for your child to experiment and have fun. The concept is definitely productive. There are two floors, so the choice is huge. Modern art museum
Specialty Museums
This museum explores the history of Jews in Russia with modern, hands-on exhibits & videos. It is located in a heritage garage and has multiple lectures, conferences & temporary exhibitions.
Not so easy to find, but nice museum. Record the Jewish history in Russia and to memorize the history. Also talks about the current situation of the Jewish in Russia. Atmosphere is great and the museum is informative. Souvenir is a little bit expensive.
Kattie — Google review
The museum itself is well-organized seeing that there are few exhibitions and master classes in the kids center. Security procedures are tough, so if you are a visitor, you will be checked numerous times.

Wow!! Amazing, atmospheric, moving without being over dramatic, a very interesting history lesson, very modern, incredibly well designed with a huge range of interactive displays - loved it!!!
Karen H — Google review
This museum is one of the best museums I've ever been to. You can easily spend here 8+ hours reading and watching information on the history of Jewish people. I'm highly recommending this place to visit if you are in Moscow.
Yevgeniy U — Google review
This place will tell you not about The Jews and The Second World War, but there are also some exhibitions. It's totally worth seeing!!!
Liza M — Google review
Well worth a visit. Well laid out and full of interactive exhibits. For someone new to Russia it's an insight looking into both the history of the Jewish people in Russia, and the history of Russia through their eyes and experiences.

The staff was really nice and helpful plus one * for them, but the exhibition is extremely shallow and overpriced. I bought tickets to 3 of them but left after the first one. It all seems to be made for people to like it and for Instagram (funny how the first words of the exhibition encourage you to turn off your phone and everything else encourages you to post on Instagram and tag the place). The exponats are a real definition of cliche and I just felt one big void behind them. I wouldn't bother to write a review if it was for a 1/2 of the price, but I just hope that no one else will fall for the same trap, hoping for a digital art.

Hi Human - the worst exhibition I've been to in my entire life. The first room was just Siri processing your questions and answers, the second was a movie shown with a broken projector.

(Translated by Google) We visited the Mars center, the exhibition "Sense. Geometry of feelings". The compositions are not bad, but the halls are very small) In the room where the element "Air" is located, there was a clear feeling of what "money is made of" 🤣 Not at all an interesting and simple composition (There is no regret about the visit, but no delight either.

Shopping mall
Shopping
Aviapark is a colossal retail paradise located in Moscow, boasting over 500 stores and an impressive array of amenities. This shopping haven features a multiplex cinema with 17 screens and an expansive food court on the fourth floor, perfect for satisfying any craving after a long day of shopping. One of its standout attractions is the breathtaking cylindrical aquarium that rises 24 meters high, showcasing vibrant tropical fish beneath a stunning glass roof.
Astonishing size and variety. One of the biggest malls I've visited in the world. The food court on level 4 is an experience on its own. We had great fast food lunches at Рамен по - Ланьчжоуски and Кубдари.

One of the largest malls in Moscow, featuring a wide variety of brands. Great for dining and spending quality time while in the city and don’t miss the impressive aquarium.

There is a lot of things to do at this Mall for kids, for example there is kidszania , a lot of shops for clothes for kids for home, food court also very nice. You will enjoy very much.
UAE N — Google review
Amazed by how big; beautiful clean and elegant this place is. The shops have great variety- good quality of clothes and brands. The food court huge - many choices for different taste buds. I tour the world and thus far this is one of the best. Come visit
Alex J — Google review
The mall is really big and beautiful and has many brands like Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Lacost, Boss, and other Russian brands. The prices are considered similar to the Middle East prices, so they are not cheap even for the Russian brands. The last floor is for kids and food, thirst one for shoes and sports clothes, second and first for normal clothes. You will need more than 4 hours. Most of the workers don't speak English, only Russian. The sizes, in general, are smaller than normal, so if you are 44 get 46 and so on. And if you are plus size you will not going to find many things 😅

"Aviapark Mall is a great place! It has a wide variety of shops and restaurants, plus entertainment that makes it a complete destination for shopping and fun. The mall's design is unique and its spaces are large, making it an enjoyable experience for visitors. I recommend visiting it!"
Asma A — Google review
A six storey shopping center, holds the title of Europe's largest mall. Opening in November 2014, it boasts over 500 shops and a record breaking cylindrical aquarium reaching 22.31 meters in height. The complex features a variety of stores, entertainment options, and dining venues spread across its 390,000 square meters. Notable attractions include an IKEA City, educational centers for children, an ice rink, and a sports arena. The mall's ground floor showcases the impressive cylindrical aquarium, while the upper levels house diverse retail offerings and entertainment zones catering to all ages. Adjacent to the mall lies the Khodynskoe Pole park, providing additional recreational space for visitors.

Amazing mall. If you like them big. This one is huge. Every possible type of store. Organized parking. Metro station right outside. A very beautiful Fish Tank . They have cleared out all of the worthless stores that supported the sanctions. Now there are only honest vendors there. I highly recomend it.
