You have to distinguish between the creative aspects of the Bregenzer Festspiele and the guest experience. The first is worthy of its reputation, the latter is amateurish. The stage, the singing, the costumes, the location are all beyond criticism. I've been four times and, even as someone with no interest in opera, the performance has always been a rewarding experience. Your enjoyment thereof is however undermined by neglected basics: the lack of toilets is laughable (allow 20 minutes of queueing for the gents); the hard, narrow plastic seats hurt within 45 minutes; the view is always seriously obstructed because the raking is too flat. By far the biggest flaw is the audio: it is quiet and unclear. The warning about phone use is loud and clear, but then the dialog/singing is indiscernible. Most guests are left reading the subtitles, from which random sentences are missing. Comparable outdoor stages better understand that what happens on stage is only part of the experience. So the Bregenzer Festspiele is a worthwhile experience, if you have realistic expectations - this is not simply a pleasurable night at the theater.

I am visiting the festival next once every two years for the last 12 years and have never been disappointed. I would recommend to buy premium tickets that include a seat inside in case of the opera having to be moved due to bad weather. Also arriving early and exploring Bregenz beforehand is a good idea as Bregenz alone is worth a visit.

We visited “The Freischütz” by Carl Maria von Weber, which is considered a key work of the German romantic opera. We can highly recommend it: amazing, very elaborate decorations built on the lake, great music and singing, large cast, lots of special effects and overall an outstanding performance. The story takes place in a rural German village. Max, a young forester, must win a shooting contest to marry Agathe, the daughter of the head forester, Kuno. However, Max has lost his confidence after a series of failures. In desperation, he turns to Kaspar, another forester who has secretly made a pact with dark forces. Kaspar convinces Max to cast "magic bullets" in the haunted Wolf’s Glen at midnight. These bullets are supposed to never miss their target, but the last bullet is controlled by the devil. At the contest, Max fires his final bullet at a target meant for the competition — but the bullet, influenced by evil, instead aims at Agathe. Miraculously, she is saved by a sacred wreath she wears, and Kaspar is struck down instead. In the end, Max confesses his actions. Rather than being punished severely, he is given a year to prove his worth, after which he may marry Agathe. The opera blends elements of folklore, supernatural horror, love, and redemption, and is known for its vivid atmosphere, especially the eerie Wolf’s Glen scene.

A beautiful place and a fantastic venue, I am here most years for the opera and it never fails to enchant me. It's a very special place and a beautiful lake to go with, I would visit every year and every year again. Food is superb, try the local beer Moran, wine is good value and very tasty, you should come to Bregenz and have a fantastic time, 2 to 3 days is perfect. Enjoy

This has been on my bucket list since I found out about an amphitheater on Lake Constanz! It did not disappoint! Performance: We saw "Der Freischütz" (The Marksman) by Carl Maria von Weber. While it was in German, the story was easy to follow, except perhaps the ending, which was unexpected for me. The actors were amazing, especially when working in a stage with water throughout. Staging: The star of the show! A stage built on a lake with a lake on it. Dilapidated buildings illustrate the young Agathe's desperation to go anywhere else. The staging added to the morose nature of the setting. The use of fire and water defines the infernal struggle going on with Max as he tries to win Agathe's hand. Seating: Stage on the lake, seating on the land. It still had an intimate feeling with 7,000 seats. With the slope of the seating, there shouldn't have been a bad sight line. Although it can be a little intimidating for some. Therefore, if you are uncomfortable with height, choose seats in the lower rows. Another tip would be to bring a pad for your seat. Sitting for two or more hours on weather-resistant plastic seats can be uncomfortable. Theater: The theater was nicely laid out. The restrooms are clean. The lobby is well designed with easy access to amenities. The after show bars provided a nice area to discuss the show. It included special drinks for the festival! I was more than satisfied with my visit and enjoyed it immensely!

It is so impressive, had Goosebumps through the entire show, it surprised me in every way. I have been to many operas, this is a total different game. Go, just book it, you will not regret it. Also perfect for a surprise romantic weekend away.

Simply amazing, no other words for the experience

Wonderful areas along with scenic view from the ropeway or cable car. The place is in Austria but from there you’ll see the Germany as well as Switzerland. For those who would like to do one day trip this is the best place to roaming around with friends and family.

Great place to visit if you're in Austria. The cable car is 1 big cable car that is shared with others at the same or similar time as you. Not a long ride, 5 minutes to the other side and you can nice views. When you reach the other side you can come straight back or you can get off and explore as there is mountains where you can do skiing there, there is also a kids playground area there which was useful for the kids. There is a wildlife park with small animals you can enter this as it comes with the ticket option if you chose this option. Good prices as I was expecting more. For 2 kids and 2 adults it cost £27 cable car and back and to see the wildlife park.

The parking in an issue here at the weekend The price doesn’t worth the visit, kids didn’t have that much fun with animals hiking down though was great but a bit slippery and not easy for kids it took us around 1:30 hours but was very tricky

Great day trip. Stunning views. Lovely restaurant where you can rest have some food and a coffee. Outdoor seating. There's a little wild animal zoo and slides for the younger visitors. Great outing for the whole family. Reasonable prices.

Good place to visit ! You can get a breath taking view from the top. Although would recommend you to buy a ticket only one way either upwards to the summit and enjoy the stroll while returning to the city

The Cabel car experience was very good. It was quite crowded as it’s summer and we had to wait for a long time for our turn to come. The ride was quite good and the view of the whole Switzerland was amazing.

An amazing spot with breathtaking views over Lake Constance and the surrounding mountains! The cable car ride up is quick and scenic, and there are plenty of walking paths and viewpoints at the top. It’s perfect for a day trip — you can grab a bite at the restaurant, enjoy the fresh air, and take some incredible photos. Definitely one of the highlights in Bregenz!

Very nice mountain for a hike. You can also take the Sailbahn. The hike is not an easy one with steep roads. You need to gain almost 600meters from the bottom which was hard for me ;) the place is amazing and offers the best view of Bodensee from the top. Sunsets are really cool to watch from the top. Must visit !

A very beautiful and quiet place, overlooking three countries: Austria, Switzerland and Germany, you can see the top of the Alpine mountain range, you can go up on foot or through an air lift that costs 15 euro to go up and down or 8euro to go up or down only. A place I recommend to any tourist to visit

At 1064m this mountain offers a spectacular view of Lake constance. The places has lot to offer includes hiking, wild park, restaurants , kids playing area , cable car , horse rides etc. The surrounding forest area , Swiss mountains and Bodensee will provide you an enchanting view. The best and scenic way to travel between the tourist places in the lake constance is via ship.

One of the best trekking which I have done ✅ work of trekking 3.3km to reach the top. The view is incredible.

You can see beautiful city landscape from the top of the tower. To see the beautiful landscape, you should enter the stairs which is need more than 9 level. Prepare your energy and power to claim the stairs. Wind in the top of the tower is strong enough, becareful with that, watch your step and keep safe.

A little bit of a walk to the top. Great little viewing platform. You feel a nice breeze on the summer evening. Spectacular view with plenty of space for taking pictures and enjoying the atmosphere. Also excitement as a little bit of resonance at around 2Hz which can give brilliant experience.

The Moleturm in Friedrichshafen is a lakeside observation tower that offers spectacular views of the city and the lake, especially during sunset. To enjoy the view from the top, you will need to walk up several flights of stairs, as there is no elevator, but the climb is not too demanding and adds a bit of light exercise to the visit. Once at the top, the reward is truly worth it. The atmosphere is calm, and the panoramic view is simply beautiful. It is a great spot to pause, take in the scenery, and enjoy a different perspective of Friedrichshafen.

One of my most memorable experiences I've ever had in my life. Literally just stopped by and made so many memories. While I will always have the key, I'm sure the lock is gone and I'm ok with it. Thank you to the locals for the very warm welcome. ♥️

this is one of the must visit place when in Friedrichshafen. there are so many exhibits for aviation and it was a spacious and huge museum to move around. Hardly any quene for each exhibit. however i find very limited merchandise at the souvenior shop and hope that they could duplicate the displayed medal into magnets in the future.

Awesome and completely unexpected visit. I was in the area for work and came across this museum in the late afternoon. Tickets were disconted as there want much time left open but we got around and learned a lot about these awesome airships! Really informative museum and well worth a visit. I expect this is a huge draw after going.

Nice museum for adults. Interesting history and nice view into the zappelin and the accommodations for passengers. For children ( 12 and 11) who do not speak German and are not very fluent in English, there was not a lot to do. So this was a quick visit.

The museum is certainly interesting. Although I expected more. There is a feeling that some exhibitions were created just to fill empty space. The exhibition is very strangely organized. It is difficult to immerse yourself in the topic because everything is simply scattered thematically.

Great museum. Very well set up. Lots of information and model aircraft to explain history. The real aircrafts on display are fantastic to walk around and maybe go inside some of them. There is a Zeppelin doing rounds above the Bodensee as well so if you're lucky you can see it land and take off.

Nice museum with history of the German aircraft manufacturer. Some unique aircraft parked outside, which you're allowed to walk into. They sometimes host events with airshows at the adjacent airport.

Must visit place if you are around together with Zeppelin museum (you can get a discounted combined ticket for that). I wish there would be more information about epic DO-X and DO 31 E1 planes, however I may missed it due to language barrier.

We were here on a Saturday with #Bigfoot and #Littlefeet and it was great! Good prices, audio guides, a quiz for children and real planes taking off again and again. The museum is located in a hangar directly at Friedrichshafen Airport. Thematically, the museum ranges from the beginnings with Claude Dornier to space research and the last aircraft, the Dornier 328, which can be viewed in the outdoor area. The museum is an asset for both children and adults because you learn a lot, whether about the region, the commitment of the former Dornier employees or also about technological and climatic conditions. All in all, a great experience that we can only recommend.

It is a nice, small ski area for families to introduce their kids to skiing. Being very small you can always keep an eye on your little ones, during their ski class or after (if they are old enough, to ski alone). The reason for only three stars is, it’s mainly having old T-bar lifts and this is in my opinion something to change, at least for one or two of the old T-bars. Nevertheless i will return with my family as i like the area.

Loved the view and especially the lunch at Imberghaus, located at top of cable car ride. Since it was late summer, we hiked through the fields where cows grazed. We enjoyed the medley of their bells.

okay 50€ for 4 Hours which is a better deal as 40€ for 2 Hours ; ) but yeah very mixed crowd of people from children to very grumpy Germans… mixed saunas from 60 degrees to 95, steam room with free salt scrub swimming pool , outdoor pools I believe it can be magical when the snow is around but yeah nice experience … like I’ve always said it’s not the place it’s the crowd that make a place shine or not.

Unfortunately this place has aged and not worth the ridiculous prices they charge for entry, food and parking. My son cut his toe on a sun lounger but all the staff could offer was a non-waterproof plaster and no apology. €6 for just over 2 hours parking is the cherry on top - we will not return.

Love this place! Huge swimming pool, indoor and outdoor, a variety of different saunas and rooms for relaxation. They also accept clients with wellpass.

Great complex with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and many sauna options. Not a fan of all the completely naked people in the saunas but that's the culture in Germany.

Meh. Went there with my partners family on a weekday and it was super crowded and loud. Parking was really hard and there was a long line at the entrance. The pools looked clean, gotta say that and they had a 3m and 5m tower. There also were outside pools. Entrance for a day was 29 euros and I do not recommend staying there for more than two hours, it gets boring quickly because it's not incredibly big. One hour swimming would be 14 euros (sauna included) plus 1 Euro per hour for parking and very expensive food. All in all if the weather sucks and you wanna go for a short swim with your kids it's fine. Be aware that it is overpriced and crowded and not crazily exciting. The Therme Erding is worth its price more than this one in my opinion

Katastrophe! Langweilig für Kids over 5 years old. I will not recommend. We had lunch in Gaststätte restaurant. Food was cold and tasteless. Paid 60 Euro for lunch for two adults and a child. Not even a microwave to reheat the food. Asked the staff and no one cares. Almost students working from entrance kasse till in restaurant, no one cares. All attractions are poorly organized.

Good place for kids particularly age group from 3 to 7 years. My daughter is 5 years and she enjoyed very much. They have many rides for small kids and good part is , parents can accompany them.

Great adventure playland for kids with some rides that the adults can enjoy as well. Entry fees are around €33 for person, but totally worth it as all rides are free and the food available isn't too expensive, considering it's a theme park. Wonderful day out with the kids and longest wait time in the queue for a ride was about 20 minutes. Great fun.

Highly recommended. 99% staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Special mention the guy (Pescal) at the boat ride. Our boat was bit soak and he placed his own jacket on it. He made sure that we are comfortable and enjoying our time. He loves his job and hard working. He should get promoted to Manager or higher rank. Overall we had a nice time and we are looking forward to coming back soon.

Nice park with great attractions for kids from 4-10 years old. On the downside it’s quite expensive - €38,50 for adults and €36,50 for kids plus €5 for parking in the middle of nowhere !!! Also food at the restaurants is fairly expensive. Facilities are good and overall everything is clean. Kids had a good time 👍🏻

Got discounted tickets online. There are wages for kids to lend for 5 euros. The drinks Pfand is higher and the prices of food is slightly high The car park is large. There are places for families, kids of all ages and adults to play with. Kids could enjoy changing car tyres and get a driving license too 😉

What an awesome place to spend time with your family. They make it easy to get up the mountain using the ski lift. Tickets can be purchased at the box office or online all at the same price. Family discounts are offered and you can purchase packages for all the attractions. The Llama park was a treat and they even have three different places to eat once you summit. The toboggan karts are clean and very safe going down for like what it seemed as an eternity. I would highly recommend it as a must visit if you're in this area.

It's a great place for nature lovers. You can try a combination ticket for ascending and descending by cable car, or ascending and descending by coaster. Alternatively, you can walk up and down. The upper section consists of three sections: a children's park with an entrance fee, a climbing experience trail, and a free common area open to everyone. Spending time at an altitude of 1100 metres is enjoyable. I recommend bringing tick and insect repellent. Restaurant prices are reasonable and not touristy.

We reached the place at 9.40 am on a sunday, took the chairlift and reached the coaster right at the opening time. So we did not have to wait at all ! We had the best time with the coaster ride.

Stayed there for a family trip, we got 4 cabins next to each other easily. The cabins are great, lots of room and the kitchen is equipped, we did clean everything before we used them, but everything in the kitchen seemed clean. The pool park is so fun, we returned every day and even at night the place lights up. The games for the children and the other adventurers are great! Bike rental was so easy and they recommended many trails. However, we felt that the bedrooms were not so clean, we asked for new sheets as we got which was no problem and non charge, but if you open the window keep in mind that bugs will come in, I came back home with many stings.. also about the service in the water park, I felt like more supervision was needed, in some slides people were all over each other and it took out from the fun. All and all, I would recommend this for families, you can spend days in the park w/o the need to leave, but you should, because the area is lovely.

Great place for families. We were with two kids (4 years and 8 months). A lot of activities for kids, inside and outside. Great for taking a walk, riding a bike, there are a lot of playgrounds outside. When the weather is bad there is a lot of fun stuff to do inside also. Great indoor playground, bowling, mini golf etc. Some activities can have a long queue since a lot of them must be booked at the same place. The aqua mundo is very big and offers a lot of pools and slides for different ages. We had a difficulty finding a chair and place to sit, but you don't actually need it. We made a break only to eat and at that time we could find a table. Our cottage was clean and we liked it. The kitchen is nicely equipped, every meal can be made there if you want to safe some money. The restaurants are very basic, offering pizza, pasta, burgers, but we didn't need more. We will come again for sure.

The park is nice but seems that its facilities are not built for rhe amount of people they let in (we visited in September). The farm is small and all the animals were trying to hide from children trying to pet them. Same in Aqua Mundo - we had difficulty to find a chair. Our cabin was new and clean. The park is not so big so there is no need to rent a golf cart

Cleanliness is to be desired. When we arrived the bed linen was wet. That was replaced immediately. The cleaning issues that we encountered was said to us will be taken care of the following day. After the „cleaning“ the following day we found the property in exactly the same condition. The shower we did not use at all as you can see how it was in the picture. We actually showered after a day at the aqua mundo in the showers there. We could have enjoyed our week long stay a lot more if our home was clean. On the positive side, it’s a great place to be with kids. Lots of things to do, activities etc. We will give Center Parcs another chance.

The place is not flexible with families that comes for a vacation to enjoy. If you booked activity and there is extreme cold or you sick they won't late you make changes. Service people, not smiling or give you the feeling of being welcomed. I find myself working hard in the vacation rather the vacation works for me. The kids enjoyed the attractions, but i wouldn't recommend this place, there are better options for family vacations that makes you feel pleasant.

Here is an objective review of our stay (first time) in center parcs Allgäu. We’re a family and had a premium cottage. Cottage - basic, relatively clean and has everything you need for day to day living. It’s not luxury but it’s enough to enjoy your time. Parc - it has all amenities for kids, no mater the weather. Very good entertainment options with lots of activities available. The parc is relatively big, depending on where your cottage is located you might walk 20 minutes to the center where all activities are. To keep in mind. Food / restaurant - an absolute disgrace. No other words. Literally 0 healthy options. I think I haven’t seen a single vegetable in our plates during the whole trip. There are of course salads (1 or 2) in some restaurants but the quality is below par and has not nutrients, blunt and fade. It is one thing to offer fast food style in a kids oriented resort but another one to offer fast food style that isn’t even good and make you sick. I genuinely got sick due to the food. Food is 0 out of 5. To sum up: Centerparcs is similar to a low cost airline. Cottage prices are relatively reasonable (depending on when you book, the size, etc. of course) but then you pay extra for anything you do (except indoor playground and pools). This is fine but also to keep in mind. We would come again but better prepared for cooking in the cottage, which is a bit disappointing as your holidays are the time you don’t necessarily want to cook / clean the dishes but far better than eating junk food all day long.

Very nice place. During the week not too crowded. For 11 EUR you can have 2 hours at the thermal which is more than enough. The steam bath is great. The indoor pools can be a bit cold but outside pools are definitely better. The only thing I wish they would provide for more info at the entrance about how everything works.

Very poor price - performance ratio. Came with a family, cost nearly €50 - honestly not worth the money at all. Very nice thermen on Oberschwabischer Jakobsweg. If you are there, I strongly recommend to add wellness (saunas), which are super clean and nicely designed.

As a lot of sport and wellness place in Germany , everything is well arranged. Big thermal pools (Outside and inside) are great. I was expected a standard swimming pool (25m) but I found a shorter one...not to bad anyway!

Bad Waldsee There is an excellent spa with heated indoor/outdoor pools where you can swim and stay warm on the coldest day of the year! It has a nice steam bath that utilizes a different aroma each day. The thermal bath is clean with political and helpful staff. After your steam bath or dip in the pool you can relax in a lounge chair in a quiet fresh air room or around the indoor portion of the pool.

The aqua fitness was priceless! Visit this place between 12.00 - 15.00. Not many people and you have a whole pool to swim in.

I liked this place. It is aimed more towards an older crowd (no slides for kids and the like). Food and drink are not available on the Therme side of things, but there is a restaurant there before you go in. I got the feeling this place was more geared towards the therapeutic crowd, but it was quite nice.

Paid for three hours, which is a little long - there's a limit to my relaxation! Not really suited to families, more for the patients of the local rehabilitation clinics, but that being said we enjoyed ourselves.

Therme Bad Saulgau is an excellent spa experience! You can take a steam bath, sit in a hot tub or swim outside all year round in the heated pool. There is a separate pool for swimming laps.

It is an amazing experience in a place where one can find a lot of information about the history of caravans and campers in Germany and even more. There you can see the newest Hymer camper that is very impressive. The exhibits are interesting and enchanting. You can get an iPod with explanations in English. I enjoyed every minute and we spent there more than two hours. Price is 11 euros per person but there are discounts and for journalists is free of charge. There are also very nice souvenirs at shop.

Stunning church and monastery, unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on around it at the moment so it doesn't shine in all its glory. But I definitely recommend a visit, whether you're a religious person or architecture afficionado.

UNESCO world heritage Park that is top notch in size, beauty and features. It's free, never locked and has the most flowers, herbs, trees and walking trails imaginable. Kneipp baths (multiple leg stations, arm stations for adults, kids and disabled people), educational herb garden with smell stations, frog pond, huge bird aviaries, fountains, lakes with duck islands, exercise and mobility stations ("the five Esslingers"), agility and balancing trails, barefoot trails, labyrinth, mud station to walk through and so much more. All based on Kneipp's natural healing therapies. You can't ever see it all, but you can try...

Amazing location if you are looking for for a calm therapeutic nature walk. There are trailed walks pathways where you can walk barefoot and experience different senses. Though I have visited here before but yesterday the rose garden was not well maintained, I think this years constant rain was not good. Highly recommended as well if you are coming here with elderly parents

It makes one appreciate the things we often take for granted. It's inspirational the history of the place and those that made it really happen. Amazing park to visit in the middle of the forest. Beautiful rose garden and lovely lake. A bit disappointed as they don't keep the very famous umbrellas for longer time in the summer. Would be nicer if they stay there for the full summer time. Free parking for 2h. And Toilet facilities. There could be more take away coffee places and refreshments.

The barefoot trail is a lot of fun for the whole family. My only complaint is that some sections could be better marked since the paved road interrupts the trail. The trail is pretty rough on your feet but it is worth it for the experience. Some of the stations along the trail are mud pits, balance bridges, and various walking textures. Parking is a little difficult especially on weekends when the weather is nice. There are also limited lockers on site to store shoes. They require a 1 or 2 euro coin that is returned at the end of use.

We was at the first time in Skyline Park near Bad Wörrishöfen. Not really crowded as used from other parks. Fair prices for food and beverages. Some attractions seemed a little bit older. Employees were helpful but not friendly. Overall it’s worth to visit Skyline Park especially with smaller children.

This is an excellent park to visit if you all about the rides! The rides are great. Including some that I had never seen before in other parks. Many of the rides are not for kids under 1.40cm and they are worth it! We visited the park middle of the week. Off season and with some small rain. And we had the feeling that we have the whole park to ourselves!! Stuff is friendly and all rides are operational even if you are the only one there!! It has less of the fairytale park but for hardcode riders!!! Loved it!

The experience very much depends on the length of the waiting queues and thus on the number of people visiting the park. We went on a Friday in August, where many Bavarians are on vacation, so it was great. Kids with a birthday +- 5 days of the visit are free. Reduced fees for all under 1.50m. Most really heavy rides are free from 1.50m and 14 years of age.

We went here on 3 November during kids autumn break, knowing it was the last week before Skyline closes for winter break: we paid the full price as it would of been summer season, a lot of amusements did not work as well as small huts with snacks were also closed. The staff for the rides were extremely RUDE and moody. We started to question if that was after Halloween mood or what has happened but everyone working there was super grumpy. It was quite disappointing experience and not worth of the money we spent.

If you want to use the train you have to walk 10-15 minutes from the station Rammingen bay to arrive the parking space and from there enter the park. If you are alone walking through empty fields might feel a bit uneasy. At least for me as a solo visitor arriving there early Sunday. You are provided with a useful map at the ticket booth. I spent a night in Ulm on my road trip back to Switzerland from Copenhagen and had chosen this unique hotel, that must be one of the most photographed in the world. Although the house in itself is far from horizontal, floors inside appear to be. Beware if you are really tall because it may be difficult to reach your bed through the low passages. Owner and staff are great and beds, shower and breakfast are up to the standards of the start rating. If you are lucky, you can enjoy a violin concert while sipping a beer in the shade on their veranda overlooking the little stream running parallel to the Danube river.

It took 4 steep flights of stairs to get to our beds. The shower over the bath was a bit awkward. But for us it was well worth it. Beds were comfortable. The decor is a bit dated (90s chique all the way) but everything is in very good condition. Special mention of the excellent breakfast. The service was also fantastic. Thanks!

This was the second time I stayed here. It Is an absolute stunning, cosy and romantic place. But also the staff is fantastic. They are very polite and do everything possible to make ones stay as pleasant as possible. The room and bathroom was spotless clean. The breakfast buffet (included) was freshly prepared with a variety of bread and buns, jams, honey, cold meat, cheese, eggs to your liking, salmon. Can't ask for more. Every nice church. This church has the tallest tower in the world. You can pay 7 Euros and walk all the way to the top. Please ensure that you are semi fit....it is a long and winding staircase of over 750 steps. But the view is worth it. They are currently doing some restorations to the church so please bear with the noise.

A very successful experience for children aged 4-12. A large place with lots of options that are very difficult to complete in one day due to the long lines for most of the facilities. You have to arrive with a lot of patience. Overall, this is a park where the attractions themselves are not crazy, but the "wrapping" of Lego does its job. The place is very neat and clean and easy to navigate. Overall, this is a recommended day out for the family.

This is in my opinion the best of the 3 Legoland parks in Europe. Everything is good value here, especially the food and the quality of said food is fantastic. I went into the pizza restaurant and paid around €16 for a fresh out of the oven pizza and amazing chocolate tart. They both felt like they came from an expensive restaurant, very tasty and beautiful presentation. You have the best selection of rides here from small to thrilling. A really good variety - the best being Maximus. An absolutely thrilling b&m coaster which despite the short ride time, offers some incredible moments of weightlessness. The park is kept tidy and clean - the bathrooms are cleaned very regularly. Queues are managed well and have the bonus of single rider if you're a lone traveller like me. Saves a lot of time. Theres a few little themed shops dotted around and although a couple were closed on my trip due to the time of year possibly, there's still a lot on offer. More than any other Lego park in Europe like I said. I had the best 2 days here and I can't wait to come back again.

We took the kids to Germany and our first stop before traditional castles and museums was Legoland Germany! We LOVED it. Drove straight from airport to the hotel (we stayed at the Pirate Hotel), checked in, then did a full afternoon and evening till close. We ate at the steak restaurant near hotels and onsite for snacks, lunch, etc. We prepaid for breakfast at Pirate hotel. Because of birthdays, we did the birthday package (they decorated the room and more) and because tip mattered we did the VIP package. THIS was worth every penny! We skipped the line at every ride, got extra swag & mini figures, and store discounts [don’t forget to ask for tax refund forms at the store (typically 100 or more spent)]. The staff are awesome and most are bilingual if you are rusty. If you are a LEGO fan or traveling Germany with kids, this place is worth every penny! For the super fans, they had themes we found no where else (e.g. adventure series at the log ride); and rides that are not found at the US Legolands. Augsburg and Ulm are nearby if you need a culture/ museum break.

We spent lovely 2days here, great experience for us, adults and our kids. We had lovely weather, so a lot of people arrived, and some attractions were crowded, and we had to wait. Luckily it was just occasionally. Plus was Halloween decorations and products that can bring home🎃🎃 Thank you, will come again.

An absolute dream holiday location for my family and I. My son and daughter loved it, the rides were great, food was good and queues were decent. Staff were very friendly, parking wasn't an issue and having Peppa Pig Park right next door made it ideal for my 2 year old daughter too! It was also great fun for my wife and I. Unforgettable memories were made and we cannot wait to visit once again!

If you or your kids like LEGO then you must visit, the place is huge and there are a lot of activities for all ages. To really cover it you need at least 2 days to get on most of the rides. The only downside is the large ques that form so you don't like to wait a lot then maybe pay more for the express pass. You can also get tickets online for both the park and the parking which I recommend to save some time.

We had so much fun here :) We came to Heidenheim City for 3 days trip and came to here for half day visit. It was really sweet for both kids and adults. It’s nice to read the history and also very good presented. We have talked to the lady who is working in -Hand made - area, she is very kind and friendly, explained some aspects very nicely to us. And I was happy to read all those instructions in Japanese especially :)

Small but really amazing museum showcasing the toys made by Steiff. The first part of the museum tour is really beautiful and we could hear the story of how it all began. The last part has a lot of big toy animal structures. A must if you are in this town with kids.

A great place to spend the afternoon with children. Such a fun, interactive experience for both young children and adults. Some places were a little overcrowded and we had a few rude families who pushed in front of our children instead of waiting their turn for certain experiences. But overall, it was great to learn about the history of the teddy bear and the gift shop was great. Definitely worth a visit.

Growing up I owned a lot of Steiff animals ( still have them) and now I took my grandkids there to visit. This museum is absolutely amazing and interesting. You are part of their story when visiting

Not only kids but also adults can enjoy the story and exhibition. Good size museum for kids with high quality entertainments. The tour is available in De, EN and surprising Japanese.
