Visiting this place was a dream come true. Our ride from Cadaqués to Port was filled with some crazy views of the National Park and crystal clear blue water. Enjoyed it so much!! Our heart was full. Hoping to go there once more if everything falls into place and also do those trails. The only thing we missed was spending more time there. We had the flight to Stockholm at night and the connectivity from buses to Cadaqués town wasn’t very frequent. It is a must when in Spain.
Bhawana S — Google review
Great lighthouses and the easternmost point of Spain! 🇪🇸 we enjoyed the sunrise. Beware of the time schedule to enter with your own car. Road is a bit narrow at times but manageable.
Connection E — Google review
Beautiful view! There’s a bus that takes you all the way to the lighthouse. You can also drive up yourself if you have a reservation at the restaurant. However, I wouldn’t recommend it as the road is very narrow and buses need to pass by, leaving very little room to manoeuvre. From the top, you can also walk down the road to a small beach. The final stretch involves a bit of a climb down, so keep that in mind!
Iwan W — Google review
Nice little light house. Private cars are normally not allowed to drive there but we saw alot of cars driving to and from there. The shuttle bus goes often enough in summer. The hike there is nice and easy to follow (despite the hot weather)
N P — Google review
If you’re in Cadaqués you have to take at least half a day to go to the lighthouse by bicycle or hiking. Impressive views and beautiful flora.
Tim H — Google review
The hike here was worth it several times over. Good swimming options along the way. Earned restaurants at the lighthouse with nice staff and good libations make up for a long trek with the kids. Driving here, I would not recommend, would feel very underwhelming, and you miss the beauty of the unique stone formations of folded volcanic rock.
Malte W — Google review
Cap de Creus is stunning, you can see the surroundings in the video, restaurant service, food and welcome top notch. To sit here with the great seafood and view is highly recommended.
Al — Google review
The place is truly beautiful, but be careful! IMPORTANT NOTICE ACCESS REGULATIONS FOR CAP DE CREUS NATURAL PARK Access is restricted for unauthorized vehicles every day from 09:30 to 21:30. Fine is €200. There are signs, but they can be easy to miss if you're not aware in advance. Make sure to check the access rules before visiting!

Salvador Dalí House Museum

Mentioned on
52 lists
Museum
Local history museum
The Salvador Dalí House Museum, located in Port Lligat, Catalonia, was the residence of the famous surrealist artist from 1930 to 1982. The museum offers pre-booked tours that allow visitors to explore Dalí's eccentric house and studio filled with personal artifacts and artworks. The stunning seaside complex overlooks a peaceful cove and features a mishmash of cottages, sunny terraces, and offbeat furnishings.
Cool experience! Be sure to book tickets well in advance during the tourist season (July-August) because they can be booked out a week or two. A ticket gives you a timed-entry to Dali’s beautiful, funky, artistic, and historic home and olive grove garden just outside of Cadaques, about 20-30 minutes walking from the center of town, along a beautiful route that does include a very steep hill. You’ll get a ~30 minute tour of the inside of the house, which is exactly as Dali left it (for reasons you will have to find out). Also, the pool is shaped in an interesting way… prepare to be confused, amazed, and intrigued 🙂
Sean T — Google review
Visited without booking and we could not get tickets to enter house as it was fully booked so recommend booking before going. We visited the gardens though, ticket 6 euro and well worth a visit as it has a lot of Dali's touches. Also bar and beach for a beer, coffee and stroll amongst the boats.
Al — Google review
I bought our tickets about two months in advance so we were ready. What we were not ready for was how cool the house was!! We had a friendly guide where took us through and spoke English and French to the rest. I loved that they had lockers free of charge available for larger bags. Also the Caffe by the entrance has a cute balcony on the top floor and tables outside. It was uplifting to soak up the local atmosphere.
Veronika M — Google review
100,000% worth the visit! Buy tickets in advance as tour groups are kept to 10 people at a time. Excellent museum with guides who know their material. It was a highlight experience to walk into the Secret Room where Dalí had his parties and where you can hear an echo of your voice. Loved touring the large olive orchards and seeing how Dalí lived and worked. Save time to watch the video at the top of the orchard. We stayed in Cadaques and loved our time there, if driving in give yourself plenty of time to arrive and navigate the mountain roads and take in the views. Would absolutely love to return to this wonderful place.
Versatile V — Google review
We loved our visit to the Dali house and gardens. Booking tickets in advance is recommended since groups are limited to 8 people at a time. The guides provided explanations in English, Spanish, Catalan, and French.
Dennis B — Google review
Great tour guide who speaks several languages fluently. Interesting place. Need to book tickets and time for your visit ahead of time. We booked a couple weeks in advance.
Sandra H — Google review
Ok, first I will answer to all 1⭐️: buy your tickets in advance and be on time. Museum is an old theatre restored and some corridors are just to narrow to accommodate more people. About museum: after seeing lots of museums all over the world, not even Dali fan, I have to say- you have to visit it.
Sanja P — Google review
Well, I will say that the staff here is super friendly and helpful. We had a little ticket slip-up and they really came through and helped us out. The tour guide was good too. But wow, Dali's house is the most ugly and unimpressive thing I've ever seen. His artistic nature didn't really translate into the property as much as I'd expected, and to be honest it's mostly just a lot of... trash. And bad taxidermy. The garden is nice, for the trees and plants. And the wife's dome room is interesting. So, there's that. Anyway, don't feel bad if you miss this on your trip 😅

Santa Maria de Cadaqués

The impressive Catholic church Santa Maria de Cadaqués overlooks the old town of Cadaques. Completed in the 14th century, it was later rebuilt after a series of pirate raids in the 15th and 16th centuries. The golden Baroque altarpiece is a popular attraction inside. While some found its gaudy style too overbearing, others found it charming. The town itself is full of good tapas bars and views are beautiful from the church.
Iconic church on the top Cadaques, it has a Dali like painting inside (not sure who the artist is) the viewa are worth the uphill and the ornaments are very interesting
Daniel T — Google review
Great church with a spectacular interior that is a contrast to the fairly simple exterior. Quite a trek to get up the hill to it but the views from outside the church are a bonus.
Steven A — Google review
Visited around midday on a Tuesday in late May. Looks quite utilitarian on the outside but the inside has some lovely ornate features - without being overly showy. Cool (temperature), quiet and solemn inside. Some interesting paintings to take in. Has some nice alcoves too. Quite central and relatively easy to access. Certainly worth a visit if you find yourself in Cadaques. Highly recommended.
Leighton S — Google review
It is a nice litle rown but the local police is very selective when you want a parkingspot at the parkingplace. Good tapasbars every where.
Christophe V — Google review
Nice church at the top of a short but steep hill with great views of the bay.
Lorraine D — Google review
This large church dominates the town and is attractive on the outside. Inside the oversize alterpiece attempts to impress, but I found it too gaudy for my tastes.
Ian Y — Google review
One of the coolest churches I’ve ever been in. Absolutely a must to visit
Seve E — Google review
Such a great gem in an amazing town. We were just walking the town waiting for our house of Dali tour. Beautiful place with tons to do. This one is a quick and easy choice. Sit and cool off, admire the beauty and quiet.

Nestled atop a hill overlooking the picturesque village of Collioure, Fort Saint Elme is a remarkable star-shaped fortress that dates back to 1552. Originally constructed under the reign of Charles V, this military stronghold was designed to protect against potential invaders and boasts impressive eight-meter-thick walls. Although currently closed to visitors, its commanding presence can be admired from afar as it towers over the pebbled beaches below.
Tricky ride up to the fort but once there breathtaking b Views across the bay. Entrrence to the castle was £8 per adult an well worth the visit. An excellent example of a fort built in the age of gunpowder
Anthony ( — Google review
Fort Saint Elme is currently closed (nil signage as to why at the location), however the surrounding views are beautiful and the walk is gorgeous. Recommend walking up and back if you’re in Collioure, rather than driving.
Duncan P — Google review
Really interesting visit and great value. Lots of local history. There’s a combination ticket with the local Petit Train from Collioure which gives a local guided tour. Follow the visit with a hike back into town through vineyards with spectacular views.
Chris B — Google review
it is advisable to either take the petite train to the top of the fort, it's a spectacular view around the coast, and the winding roads snaking up to the mountain a wonder. I would then advise to take time to walk around the fort as the train only stops for a few minutes before returning. you can then walk down if it's not too hot to enjoy the smell and scenery of the vineyards. It is about an hour back down towards Coullier, otherwise wait for the next train which will be about the same time.
RJ C — Google review
Great views of the town below and surrounding countryside, a bit expensive I thought and the access road is very narrow, so take your time if you go.
Mike C — Google review
Amazing views of Colliure, the coast and the hill. Toddlers love it, they can borrow knight costumes and soft play swords.
Maria S — Google review
I have been looking up at this Fort from my studio so was very impressed by the building itself, the history along with the staff working there.!

Our Lady of the Angels Church, also known as Notre-Dame des Anges, is a picturesque Catholic place of worship located by the waterfront in Collioure. Built in the 17th century, it features a distinctive round bell-tower that has been captured in numerous paintings and photographs. The church has a rich history, having once served as a light station and later attracting renowned artists like Matisse and Picasso.
The gilded high altar (1698) of Notre-Dame-des-Anges Church in Collioure, France, was made by Catalan sculptor Joseph Sunyer. The church's tower was once a lighthouse.

The church is interesting but you need to consult the literature to learn why. It is situated beautifully at one side of the harbour and I enjoyed it for the best part of an afternoon, drinking a couple of beers at a bar on the Rue de la Démocratie, vis-à-vis.

The Royal Castle of Collioure is an ancient castle complex with a rich historical background and stunning panoramic views from its highest point. Situated on the Mediterranean coast in the Pyrenees-Orientales department, this citadel has deep roots dating back to Roman times and was later transformed into a royal court residence. Over the years, it served various purposes including being used as a prison and disciplinary camp for refugees from Spain.
An ancient and medieval castle overlooking the sea—a truly captivating sight. Highly recommend visiting for a magical and atmospheric experience!
Галин Г — Google review
Pretty castle but empate and boring. 9€ is too much for an empty castle. Views are amazing tho.
Paula S — Google review
A fantastic place to visit. Spectacular views of the surrounding area from almost every angle so a great place if you like taking photos. Guided tours are available in French and they have written guides available in several languages. There is plenty of interesting information and displays about the history of the area. There is an art gallery floor with lots of beautiful pieces of work. I would describe the place as family friendly - we saw lots of young children and there was plenty of space for them to run around in the courtyard and have fun. Good, clean toilets and a place to refill water bottles. It cost us 7 Euros each to get in (August 2025) and was well worth the visit. We parked in the car park at the top of the town and used the free shuttle bus to get into the busier areas.
Purple A — Google review
One of the biggest and ancient castles on the region. It’s a true royal fortress as it says. There are a lot of groups of students visiting some excursions so make sure you are prepared. In the castle there are some temporary expositions including the one dedicated to the history of the place in 1930s. Moreover you can find an escape room and a projecting performance. At the end of the visit you will see the underlying rooms of the fortress. It’s as breathtaking as the view from the highest tower.
Kirill M — Google review
The views from the Château Royal are absolutely amazing — looking out over the sea and the colorful town of Collioure is worth the visit on its own. However, the inside of the castle was a bit disappointing. There isn’t much to see beyond the empty stone walls, and the exhibitions felt limited and not very engaging. Considering the entrance fee, we expected more history or interactive displays. Overall, a nice stop for the scenery, but the interior could be improved to make the visit more worthwhile.
Doris H — Google review
Beautiful castle, feels a bit like a maze, there are so many ways and path and it’s one of the best spot to witness the beauty of the city meeting the sea Not expensive, free for under 26, a lot of documentation and information about the history of the castle, loved it

Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes

Mentioned on

Monastery
Sights & Landmarks
Churches & Cathedrals
Perched on a mountain top in the Serra de Verdera within the Cap de Creus Natural Park, the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes is a remarkable medieval Romanesque complex. This historical gem has undergone significant restoration work and is considered one of Catalonia's most important monasteries. The monastery offers stunning views of the Pyrenean peaks and the Mediterranean Sea.
The Monastery truly conveys its history and helps one imagine how life must of been in the medieval ages. A few tips to know before visiting for the first time like we did. There are three parking areas as you get close to the monastery, the last one is where the road ends. There is also a castle and a church to visit while there all short hikes from the monastery. Bring a jacket as it’s cooler and windy depending on the weather. We went on a cloudy rain and it was very dramatic with the fog and clouds but also chilly. Will try again when it’s warmer. The gift shop has unique local made gifts. The restaurant cafe has incredible views of the valley below and prices are reasonable. The staff are very friendly.
Deblanes — Google review
Fascinating to learn about the monks and villagers who lived here long ago. The monastery has one of the most impressive Romanesque churches ever built, I can only imagine what it would be like to have a beautiful Mass there. There is an old wine cellar where the monks made wine in later centuries in order to sustain their life in the monastery.
Zoe O — Google review
Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes is a delight — both for the eyes and for history lovers. Perched on the Verdera mountain overlooking the Bay of Llançà and El Port de la Selva, the monastery offers sweeping Mediterranean views that are nothing short of spectacular. Overall, I’d say it’s more than worth the trip. The mix of dramatic landscapes, architectural beauty, and historic atmosphere makes Sant Pere de Rodes a highlight of Catalonia.
Jessica J — Google review
An hour’s drive from Girona reveals fantastic views, plenty of hiking trails, and a monastery. The Sant Pere de Rodes Monastery is a wonderful place. The Mediterranean landscapes visible from here are simply breathtaking. One of the most remarkable sights in Catalonia. My family 's favourite place. Definitely recommend it.
Indra K — Google review
Beautiful building that was visible from our vacation home. After seeing this monastery for a week standing across the water we decided to visit it on one of our last days. We drove up the mountain and walked from the parking area which was about a 5-10 minute walk. At the entree we paid €6 p.p. to enter the building. Once inside we walked around and made some pictures of the building and our group members. The visit was definitely worth it, as it shows quite a beautiful piece of history.
Reno M — Google review
€6pp to enter (€4 concession). Great monastery, free audio tour accessible on your phone (wifi provided), wonderful history and experience with lots of different parts accessible to visitors.
Mary C — Google review
Sant Pere de Rodes Monastery is an enchanting gem that surpassed all my expectations. Its ancient Romanesque architecture and serene ambiance create a captivating atmosphere, while the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea add to its allure. Exploring its historic corridors and tranquil cloisters was an unforgettable journey through history and spirituality. Additionally, visitors will find convenient facilities including toilets and a restaurant, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Sant Pere de Rodes Monastery.
Stephane P — Google review
Nice to see the ruines and what they turned it into for visitors today. The ride to it is already a nice experience! Good audio tour. Dissapointing: the restaurant is not very convenient. They have a lunch time that is only for lunch. So if you only want a coffee or drink: not possible between 13.30 and 16.00. Poor salesmen ship, I'd say.

I cannot recommend enough the audio guide. It’s beautifully written, well put together and helps bring everything alive. The day we visited, though not too hot (30°) but there is little to no shade so make sure you’re wearing a hat and comfortable shoes. The site has preserved the idea of the two towns (Greek and Roman) without resorting to oafish reproductions. It’s all still exposed and wild and benefits from that. Astonishing to think that 200 years before Christ, the Greeks were already living and trading here. The neighbouring village is elegant and charming with what seem like some fine dining spots. On the whole, if you’re in the area, have an interest in history and want to revel in the ancient, do have a look. On the way out you’ll pass the relics of the amphitheater… I dare you to stand in the middle and not ask the world “are you not entertained?!”

Dating back to the 5th Century BC, the Ruins of Empuries was first Greek and then a Roman city that was built around trading. The site is vast and takes atleast 2 hours to see, consisting of the Greek city, the Museum and the Roman city. The Greek city is the highlight of the ruins and similar to Delos. A must visit and well worth the 40 min drive from Girona

What a wonderful spot for an escape enroute to Barcelona from Figueres! Plan for 3-4 hours to soak it all in, or a day and enjoy the beach as well! You’ll travel back 2500 years walking through the ruins! And have detailed descriptions from the cell phone guided tour.

I went in November on a stormy day. So they were no summer tourists all over the place. It was raining all morning and when I reached the.place in the afternoon I was only one at the Museum. For the full 1 hr or so, I had the entire place for myself. It was so surreal :) Coming to the place itself, how often do you get to see Greek and Roman ruins at one place and at this scale? I have always been a Greek and Roman mythology Nerd and this was a perfect place for a guy like me :) If you are anywhere in the Costa Brava region and you are into history, dont miss this place :)

Very interesting place, having both roman and greek ruïns so close to eachother. I liked going here. You can take wonderfull pictures and they have an audioguide you can use on your phone with free wifi. AMAZING! Ps. It does get quit hot here sometimes so if you're going in summer I'd recomend bringing a hat because there isn't a lot of shade. :)
Lotte C — Google review
We paid 7 euros, and it was definitely the best 7 euros spent in a long time! Fascinating site still undergoing excavation. There are plenty of details around the Greek site, but not as much on the Roman site. You could easily spend a day there. Take plenty of water and sunscreen as you will be outside with little shade for the majority of the time. The indoor exhibition was closed for refurbishment on our visit, but they had put some of the better finds in a small room below.
Paul M — Google review
Great beach, clean clear water . Only downside is there are no public toilets. You have to use the beach bar to get a key
Viv H — Google review
Didn’t expect to enjoy as much as I did! Lots of walking involved but the audio guide was super informative which really caught our attention. Google maps wasn’t as helpful as just following the road signs once we were near the site. Also has a GORGEOUS on site restaurant/cafe with a huge patio I wish we had time to try. We went a weekday in October and it was phenomenal weather and super empty. I imagine it gets quite hot as it’s exposed outside. Also a few bathrooms which is helpful. Parking was a lot just after the museum turn off road sign.

Begur's Castle

Scenic spot
Sights & Landmarks
Begur's Castle, also known as Castell de Begur, is a medieval fortress built in the 11th century to protect the village from pirate attacks. Although it mostly consists of outer wall remains today, its position atop the tallest hill offers a pleasant walk and stunning panoramic views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea.
The castle itself is a small ruins of what’s left of the castle but it is still a cool place to visit and learn the history behind. The views of the town of Begur and the surrounding areas are beautiful. So just relax and enjoy the scenery. It is also not crowded or at least when we went it wasn’t as it was a weekday.
Mirna A — Google review
Begur’s Castle dates back to the XI century. What remains of this medieval fortress is now an excellent place to take in sweeping views of the Costa Brava and of the Mediterranean Sea. Walk through the historic old town, follow the signs up to the castle. It is manageable and well worth it. Aside from the views, there’s not much to do there. Regardless, first timers should make a point to check out the castle.
Nanita — Google review
The Castle of Begur (Castell de Begur) crowns the town from a rocky hilltop that has watched over this stretch of the Costa Brava for nearly a thousand years. Even though only a few towers and fragments of wall remain, it’s an incredibly atmospheric place where history and scenery come together perfectly. The first fortifications here were built in the 11th century, during the early medieval period, when this part of Catalonia was still on the frontier between Christian and Muslim territories. The castle originally belonged to the lords of Begur, local nobles who controlled the surrounding lands and villages. Over the following centuries, it was reinforced several times, especially in the 14th and 15th centuries, when the coast suffered repeated attacks from North African pirates. The strong position of the hill made it an ideal lookout, offering views across the Mediterranean and far inland. In begur’s golden age, between the 16th and 17th centuries, the castle served less as a noble residence and more as a defensive refuge for the townspeople during raids. However, by the late 17th century, it began to lose its strategic importance, and much of it fell into ruin. During the Napoleonic Wars (early 19th century), the remaining structures were further damaged, and stones from the castle were later reused in village houses, a common fate for medieval fortresses across Catalonia. Today, what’s left is an ruin: stone walls, sections of towers, and a circular platform where the flag of Catalonia now flies. From up here, you can see the entire Empordà region, the Medes Islands, and even Cape Creus on a clear day. Information panels tell the story of the site. Its great to visit at sunset for memorable moments. Climbing to the top only takes about fifteen minutes from the old town, and the path and stairs wind past charming whitewashed houses and narrow cobbled streets. At the summit it offers one of the most breathtaking views on the Costa Brava. There is small car park right by the castle, busy during Summer peak time, and its free entry to the ruins. Please be causion as its ruins and paths are uneven and slippery. Take extra causion on the egses of the walls.

This castle in Begur is worth visiting while in Begur. It is located at the mountain top from the village. It takes approximately 20 minutes from Begur town to walk up to the top of the castle. It is a very good view point of seeing Costa Brava. I would highly recommend visiting this castle when in Begur. No tickets are required.
BCL A — Google review
From the top, you get breathtaking panoramic views of: • The old town of Begur • The Baix Empordà plains • The Mediterranean Sea • Coastal coves like Sa Tuna, Aiguablava, and Fornells

Highest point of the Begur city. You have a panoramic view of the city and sea. No tickets required to visit.
Sam S — Google review
This is a popular viewing spot so parking gets crowded there’s only a small parking lot just below the castle. Otherwise, you should find parking along the small street before or at the Main Street which runs through the village. It began to get crowded at sunset also very windy. I think the best time is to arrive around just before golden hour .

La Platgeta is one of the busiest beaches in Calella de Palafrugell, along with Port Pelegri, Canadell, and Golfet beach. It's a cozy and warm place that's perfect for spending lazy days by the sea. The beaches are ideal for families with children and snorkeling enthusiasts due to their clean and crystal-clear waters. La Platgeta offers a relaxed atmosphere where visitors can enjoy long lunches after exploring the beautiful coastal walks in Catalunya.
Beautiful small village on the water. We didn't have as much time as we wanted to explore, but had a delicious lobster and mussel paella and a few glasses of wine before spending some time taking in the views.

This is one of the nicest Calas in Costa Brava. I would highly recommend making a trip here where you have access to the beach. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants directly on the beach front and also a public toilet when visiting the beach for many hours. The water is very rocky so I would recommend wearing shoes that you can use in the water.

You have been discovering Costa Brava and finally you reached the crown jewel of Baix Emporda, this one the old songs talk about. No place for disappointment, Calella is spectacular, cosy to the extreme, perfect mix of an ancient fishermen village and a mediterranean bay. The sand, the colors of the wooden boats lying on the beach, the timid scattered rocks, the smell of fideua. Costa Brava's best definition is Calella.
Alex S — Google review
Small beach with coarse, pebble-like sand. Beautiful water and adjacent scenery. Get here early, like 9am to get a spot close to the water. It stays busy all day. Oh, if you’re American, be aware folks (of all ages) are frequently sunbathing topless. That being said, no age restriction as we saw families with little toddlers up through older folks. At night, past 10pm, it seems like a favorite spot for teens to hang out with friends.

Jardíns de Cap Roig is a serene botanical garden that encompasses a stone castle in a picturesque environment. Established in 1927 by Russian Colonel Nicolai Woevodsky and English aristocrat Dorothy Webster, the garden spans over 20 hectares and features more than 800 botanical species. It is renowned as one of the most remarkable gardens in the Mediterranean region.
One of the most beautiful Jardins (Gardens), with such a varied array of plant species from across the globe. We happened to come on a day that must have been quiet because the place was pretty much empty, bar maybe a couple of others who we saw maybe once or twice en route around the gardens. This meant it was incredibly peaceful - like we had the place to ourselves. We easily spent hours here, admiring the scenery, the beautiful views of the coastline and just taking our time meandering. - The gardens were clean and well cared for - Access was easy, and directions clear We would without doubt recommend this to anyone visiting the area to enjoy as a day out, we most definitely shall be returning when back. We also are aware that Cap Roig hosts concerts and events at its venue which is exceptionally intriguing, so perchance check out what’s on before booking your trip

Lovely gardens, beautiful views from every side and a lovely seating area under the trees for a nice break. Only downsides being chunks of it locked off, building work going on right in the centre and all drink places closed besides 2 vending machines. However the gardens themselves are stunning and well maintained.
Lee S — Google review
Great gardens overlooking the sea. Variety of Mediterranean plants. Palms, geraniums and cactus to name a few.
Annette R — Google review
So stunning. We visited in late October. (We took a taxi from Palamos and hiked the Camí de Ronda back. I highly recommend that.) There was still plenty of colour in the gardens but the weather was ever so pleasant, and there were fewer visitors than high season. We were impressed at how well maintained the entire gardens were.

If you like plants and flowers and you want to enjoy a impressive view from the coast cliffs into turkies water with a lot of boats crossing - that's the place to go. Very clean and well maintained. Good infrastructure with clean toilets and a lot of separate benches to rest. A few paths are quite steep but doable and well developed. You can buy water and other drinks from a vending machine outside. There is nothing to buy in the park itself. If you like to take some impressive photos, here you go 😉👍.

We only had lunch here. We were happy to get a spot without a reservation during a busy lunch. The service was quite hectic, with waiters running around and quite long waiting times without much communication. The view was really great but with 2 hungry kids quite a challenge. In the end they moved fast on the starters and the food for the kids. The pan con tomate and fried squid were fine, and the kids meals were too. The paella was not. It basically only tasted like salt. The house white wine was nice but all in all the price was high for a not so great lunch in terms of the paella and service. The hectique and general lack of friendliness really are a miss, while other things were really fine the main course should not be disappointing like this. I could not tell the staff this as they did not ask once how it was.

We stayed here one night while walking camino de Ronde. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful beach and views. Ate at the restaurant. Some of the best fish I have ever eaten but a bit pricey and over portioned. All in all, can definitely recommend this place.

Had a delicious!!! lunch here, love the attention to sustainability and local produce. Prawns, tomatoes salad, hamburger and fried hake, home-made ice-creams and truffles, everything was super tasty! And even organic coffee to finish 👌

I did not stay at the hostel. I only visited the restaurant to have lunch in October on a sunny day. My dad and I sat outside on the sand and ordered Fideua of Prawns. The service was fast, and polite. Overall amusing. We sat outside on the sand and there were just too many flies swarming around us. They stood on our food, faces and legs and made the experience somewhat uncomfortable. I’d appreciate if the restaurant did something to mitigate since we saw it was annoying for other customers as well

A beautiful hotel right next to the sea. You fall asleep with the sound of the sea. The food is amazing with produce from the farm and all of it is ecological. total disappointment! Terribly hot in all floors, even in a cloudy day and not so hot outside. Musty smell in all rooms. While we were there we were sprayed with a smelly product! This terrible smells plus the heat left us with terrible headache! All you will see is a few rooms with stamps, illustrations and clothes. NOT REALLY SUITABLE FOR KIDS. “Experience what is like to be a circus artist” - a promise NOT delivered in any way… Not even the Faquir is like the photo in the promotional leaflet… This place could me amazing, IF HAVING any type of videos, interactions and other educational material. ANSWERING TO CIRCUSLAND REPLY: As you can see from my previous reviews, my kids are used to visit museums. Usually great experiences. I did said at reception how many adults and kids we were. And we did pay all the entries, be careful with slander… Since you mentioned: it’s an abuse to consider children only up to the age of 9 y.o. Children are widely considered up yo 12 y.o. Again, an evidence that you are not child friendly. We followed other persons to the patio, which had door opened. I guess you will offend the other customers too. If you had air conditioning, consider install new ones, because it was insanely hot! (Maybe that’s why the patio door was open …) Please take feedback to improve, not to offend your customers. If your museum is more suitable for adults loving circus, which I can understand, please advertise accordingly. You will see previous reviews, from other customers, aligned with what I have just written here. Continuous improvement is an art…

Girona wall is unmissable even f you are going on a day trip. It’s easy to walk & you must walk it if you visit the old town . During my 2 weeks stay I climbed it several times from 3 different routs , south & notrth . It goes through old town and offers get b’views of cities and observation points. You will love the detailing of wall with its lovely little windows or red stone or steps and small squares to wait and enjoy views. You can climb at some places the small metal circular staircases to have higher views of the city or skip it altogether and continue walking . It is bit narrow but 2 ppl can easily pass at a time. The height of wall is well maintained without any risk of falling or slipping . O realm feet pleasant experience and short hike at a historic place, definitely a must to do . It’s free completely.

We stopped in Girona just for a day on our way back from Morocco, and walking along the Muralles was one of the highlights. The views over the city and nearby hills are stunning, and the historical atmosphere is really strong here. It happened to be during the flower festival, which made everything feel extra magical. It's a beautiful mix of nature, history, and peaceful city vibes. Would definitely come back to explore more. 📌 Interesting fact: The Girona city walls (Muralles de Girona) date back to Roman times and were expanded during the medieval period. Today, you can walk long stretches of the restored walls for free and enjoy panoramic views of the historic center and the surrounding area.

Lovely cathedral and nice to see where they filmed some of the game of thrones. The walk on the wall surrounding it is quite something and worth doing. If you more in depth information it's probably worth going on a small guided tour.

Visiting Girona Cathedral was one of the most memorable experiences of my trip to Spain. Climbing the steep steps to see its stunning Gothic façade and elegant Baroque details, I knew it was going to be unforgettable. Inside, the cathedral’s nave—the widest Gothic nave in the world—left me completely in awe. The way light streamed through the stained-glass windows and highlighted the intricate stonework made me feel like I was walking through centuries of history. What fascinated me even more were the stories hidden within these walls. The cathedral has witnessed pivotal moments in history, from the medieval struggles during the Reconquista to its role as a religious and political center in Catalonia. I was intrigued to learn that it was originally built on the site of an earlier Romanesque church, and its construction spanned several centuries, reflecting the changing styles and influences over time. Beautiful cloisters, which date back to the 11th century, have seen everything from daily monastic life to historical ceremonies that shaped the region. Inside, there is so much to see. The main altar, with its stunning Gothic retablo, is breathtaking, and the Treasury houses priceless religious artifacts, including chalices, reliquaries, and medieval manuscripts. The Museu d’Art Sacre attached to the cathedral showcases beautiful liturgical garments and intricate paintings. I was also captivated by the fantastic rose window at the entrance and the Baroque pulpit, which is a true masterpiece of craftsmanship. Legend adds an extra layer of magic to the cathedral. They say that on quiet nights, the ghostly figure of a white-clad woman—known as the “White Lady of Girona”—wanders the cloisters, mourning a lost love. Locals claim she was a noblewoman whose secret romance ended tragically, and her spirit now lingers, protecting the cathedral and its treasures. This add a pinch of mystery to the history of this magnificent church. Climbing the tower gave me a breathtaking view of Girona’s old town, the Onyar River, and the surrounding hills—it really makes you appreciate how this cathedral has stood as a guardian over the city for centuries. For anyone visiting Girona, the cathedral is not just a sight to see—it’s a journey through time, mystery, and culture. Entrance cost €7.50 and its well worth it.

This is a must see in Girona, from its Gothic architecture to its history and modern-day GOT references. There is something for everyone! While a bit crowded, it never felt overwhelming and we were able to enjoy the climb up the stairs and the views.
Lina C — Google review
A quite amazing place. Only €7:50 to enter and includes a guide handset. The cathedral is on of the most amazing one I have seen, with lots to see and learn about. It’s incredibly beautiful inside and out. Highly recommended

A must visit if in Girona especially if you are a game of thrones fan. Jaime rode his horse partially up the stairs which is very impressive. Word is it took 2 weeks to train the horse. Inside is a small museum and amazing architecture for your entry fee. Views from top of stairs are really cool.
Steven S — Google review
I had a fairly negative experience when visiting this cathedral which was a shame. I was approached by some men on the street and shouted at, which took away from the natural beauty and atmosphere of the cathedral, i was warned by locals not to be in the area by myself and they walked me back to the centre of Girona. I think if you are in a group or with a friend it is definitely worth a visit, I was just unlucky, and maybe be a bit more alert if you are a solo female traveller too!

The Museu d'Història dels Jueus, located in the Bonastruc ca Porta centre in Girona, is a museum dedicated to showcasing the history and culture of Catalonia's Jewish communities. Housed in a former synagogue, the museum features 11 rooms that provide insight into the daily lives and traditions of medieval Jewish communities in Girona and the surrounding region.
This museum is fantastic! For a visitor from the US, it was enlightening, comprehensive and so interesting! Thank you for making my visit so memorable!

Not a large museum but very professionally displayed. The film is particularly interesting. The surround area with the narrow streets & stairs is amazing to walk around. The souvenir shop is also lovely to browse - so many things to buy!

Good little museum on history of jewish settlement in Girona. Amazing now that they have dug up the past on what happened. Narrow streets are really cool. Check it out for a low cost of entry.

I visited this Museo on 18/12/22. Weeks later I find myself still reflecting on it. I’ve been to similar museums but ultimately I found this one rather exceptional. It has great information and translations are in Castellano, Catalán, and English. I would allow for 45min to 1.5 hr for the visit. Additionally the very sweet and kind lady work the desk first thing in morning was delightful and professional. Make this a stop if your in Griona.

This was one of the museums I definitely wanted to visit while being in Girona. Extremely interesting, very well located and have 2 exhibitions: one temporary (which is free) and the permanent (2-4 euros/person). The temporary is not available in English, only the handbook, but the permanent can be followed in English. Walking through history, with the amazing audio guide I understood more about Jewish people and their culture and past. 10/10 recommend!
M. S — Google review
Excellent experience! Really great job of discussing and showing the history!! The entrance was 4€ and there is a audio guide. I learned so much about what happened to the Jewish community in Girona. Definitely suggest all tourists to visit. It is very organized and we'll thought of. Very informative

An interesting museum to visit while in Girona. Use the audio guide to learn about the tragic history of the Jews in Girona and in Spain in general. The museum is laid out in different section so you can learn about the life of the Jewish community, traditions and ceremonies for many centuries ago.

When exploring the charming streets of Girona, make sure to visit Pont de les Peixateries Velles, also known as Eiffel Bridge. This iconic bridge, dating back to 1877 and built by the renowned Eiffel et Cie company, offers a picturesque view of the colorful buildings along the Onyar river. As you cross this historic bridge, you'll be treated to a unique perspective of the city's architecture and natural beauty.
Stepping onto the Pont de les Peixateries Velles is like entering a living museum of 19th-century innovation. Designed by Gustave Eiffel in 1877, this elegant bridge showcases his pioneering approach to iron architecture. Its intricate latticework and enduring design are not only a testament to advanced engineering but also a striking piece of art that enriches the urban landscape. Walking along the bridge, you’re treated to scenic views that merge the historic charm of the old fish market area with the modern vibrancy of the city. The interplay of light on the iron structure—especially during sunrise or sunset—creates a captivating atmosphere that’s perfect for photography enthusiasts and history buffs alike.

Ponte de les Peixateries Velles was built from 1876 to 1877 by the company responsible for constructing the Eiffel Tower in Paris. This pedestrian only bridge is very popular amongst tourists as it connects the historic old part of the city to the new part. It’s bright red painted steel is an eye catcher though the diamond shapes created by crisscrossing the steel beams is also something to marvel at. Definitely recommend

The Red Iron bridge is worth a visit when in Girona, Spain, this served as a filming location for Game of Thrones, specifically featuring in scenes where Arya Stark was fleeing in the city of Braavos 🎬

The best view in Girona and the one you see when you google the city. The water was low when I was there but the view was still great. There are a ton of shops and restaurants around as well if you want to stop and eat or shop around.

It’s a nice place that I wished to visit, however, it’s pretty in videos and images but not the same beauty in real. The houses don’t look clean and even the river. Was a bit disappointed after visiting the place.
Waleed T — Google review
This bridge has the wow factor, not only because it was designed by Gustave Eiffel's company in 1877, before the famous Eiffel Tower. This red, wrought-iron bridge spans the Onyar River and provides iconic views of Girona's colorful riverside houses.
Tiffany K — Google review
An avant garde bridge in Girona, Spain that is designed by one famous Gustave Eiffel in 1877. It is a deep red color that is eye-catching and terrific for social share. The bridge is less than nine feet wide, and its length across the Onyar River is about 136 feet. Good view of the river and the buildings along it from the bridge
CK C — Google review
Great viewing point in Girona separating the city into two halves. You see beautiful colourful house on the banks of Onyar river. There are many local food shops around. This has to be included in your Girona itinerary. It can be crowded most of the time but worth to visit. In the evening this place becomes very happening.

Girona offers a plethora of activities, but some of the most cherished experiences include savoring wine while basking in the sun, taking in the picturesque views from the unique bridges that span the Onyar River, and indulging in delectable tapas. Consider renting a car to explore the charming nearby towns and Costa Brava coastline.
The 'must-see' point of any trip to Girona, this picturesque raw of houses by the canal, with their intense colors, will remind you of other sites in Europe, like Bruges or Venice. Despite, sorry to say, that the majority are much debilitated and hence inhabitable, they still they offer a wonderful scenery that changes according to the light.

Platja Gran is one of the three main beaches in Tossa. It's located next to Villa Vela, the old town, and offers a stunning coastal experience. La Mar Menuda Beach is a bit more touristy and offers sports equipment for rent, while El Colador beach provides a relaxing sunbathing spot behind the walls. The town also boasts nice restaurants and late bars catering to tourists.
If you're looking for a little getaway from Barcelona, this place is absolutely worth it! Just a quick 1-2 hour trip, and suddenly you're in a dreamy seaside town with crystal-clear waters and the most peaceful vibes. It's super easy to find a quiet beach to relax, soak up the sun, and just forget about everything for a while. Plus, the whole town is walkable, and there's so much Catalan history to explore along the way. Whether you're here for the beaches, the views, or just a break from the city, Tossa de Mar won't disappoint! 🏖️🧘‍♀️

Breathtaking Beach with History and Heart Platja Gran is hands down one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Brava. The setting is absolutely magical — soft golden sand, crystal-clear waters, and the medieval castle of Tossa de Mar rising just above the shoreline. It feels like stepping into a postcard. The beach is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and swimming. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, so it’s easy to grab a drink or some tapas without leaving the sea view behind. Families, couples, and solo travelers alike will find something to love here. The real charm is the blend of natural beauty and historical atmosphere. Watching the sunset over the castle walls is something you won’t forget. A must-visit if you’re anywhere near Costa Brava — peaceful, stunning, and unforgettable.

Platja Gran is the main beach of Tossa de Mar and one of the most iconic spots on the Costa Brava. Perfectly framed by the turquoise waters of the bay and the medieval walls of the old town (Murallas de la Vila Vella), it offers a postcard-perfect setting that blends history with natural beauty. In the summer season, it can get very busy—unsurprising given its central location and charm—but there’s usually still space to lay down your towel if you look around. The sand is the typical coarse-gravel texture found on many Costa Brava beaches, comfortable enough for sunbathing and great for keeping the water crystal clear. Its location right next to the promenade means you’re only steps away from cafés, restaurants, and shops, making it ideal for a full day out. Whether you want to swim in calm waters, take in the incredible views, or enjoy a leisurely seaside lunch, Platja Gran is a must-visit when in Tossa de Mar.

Coarse and abrasive sand, but still worth visiting. Beautiful vista. Mountains surround the beach. Young crowd. Best to bring water socks. The beach is adjacent to food & drinks. Beach has a volleyball net. Chair & umbrella rental options were not spotted while I was there.
Adam H — Google review
The beach is very picturesque and is located in a bay. There is a large number of places for towels, and it is also possible to rent sun loungers. There is a parking lot nearby for 4 euros per hour under a barrier, we parked the car in the blue parking zone, which can be paid for using the Telpark app. The beach is not mixed, but small pebbles, the entry into the water is pleasant. The water temperature is refreshing and slightly lower, compared to Barcelona and Salou. There are quite a lot of nudist girls on the beach, so if you are traveling with children, think twice. If you are a single man, you can not think) Near the beach, enough cafes and a grocery store with a good selection.

A quick photographic opportunity on a flying visit whilst exploring the Costa Brava. We parked about a 10-15 minute walk further inland, stopped for an ice-cream, which considering it's the height of the peak summer season was at a price one can expect €9 for two ice creams and a bottle of water. The beach was crowded. So we decided to walk around the castle walls and take a couple of photos.

What a picturesque place to be . Very easy uphill hike . Well marked . Amazing views of Mediterranean Sea on your left and beautiful beach line and town on the other , you just can’t miss this lovely hike. Carry some water , hat and also a light jacket . We went around 17.30 and it was a nice sunny day of 15th May 2025 . Yet the wind on the top was so gusty that I had to put in my hoodie to keep myself warm . The weather was pleasant but wind will sweep you off your feet. You see great views from top and also cute village lanes to walk at some points. You will come across beautiful statues and also the light house. The lighthouse opens in stipulated timings . We could not enter but see from outside . Views from that point are extra ordinary. Spring brought several wild flowers blooming and made the views and rocks look more beautiful

Platja de Lloret de Mar is a beautiful and popular beach with a large bay. The sandy shore can be busy, and the water has surprisingly large waves that deepen quickly. There's a steep drop-off from the beach to the sea, making it less suitable for small children. However, there are calmer areas near Castel d'en Plaja and in the evenings.
Very nice sandy beach. Its quite deep but overall very clean. You can bring your own umbrella for a beach day and also you can go for a walk in the afternoon. Id recommend.

In March the water looks so clean! The view is absolutely beautiful. The bad thing is that there is a lot of trash in beach it would be nice to clean it up.

Nice beach looks like sand but is made up of small little rocks. Be careful with children. The sea becomes deep after a few meters, and waves are strong. Don't hire the rip-off sunloungers there €8 each plus €8 for umbrella! Bring a towel/blanket instead. Beach gets very busy on sunny days. There are some free public toilets, but be ready to see some dirty supprises in them like I did! 🤮

Great Beach This is beach is quite narrow compared to other beaches in Spain but it is very long. This is also packed in summer almost unbearable, but in winter (and the off season) is amazing and really nice. Beautiful beach! Lots of cute fishies to see under the water. The water is nice and very clear, but in some areas it’s a bit murky and polluted. Every morning (very early) a huge machine goes around the beach to clean everything. Every now and then I spotted a jellyfish, but no dangerous ones. Beware! There are currently no showers at the beach, if you want to clean yourself, you can bring a cup and some water from the tab near the toilets. The beach is made out of small rocks, which is fine, but it can get quite hot in the sun. (Ps. Using wedge heels or shoes with thick soles is great to avoid the rocks) near the beach there are small kiosk shaped buildings who sell great slush or ice cream. The beach is quite busy, near the castle it’s a bit more calm. On the completely other side there is a spot with very low water (last video), which is great for kids!

Water World Parc is a large water park located in Lloret de Mar, on the beautiful Costa Brava coastline in Spain. This popular tourist destination offers a vibrant atmosphere and stunning beaches, making it an ideal vacation spot for travelers of all kinds. The park spans 140,000 square meters and features fifteen water attractions suitable for the entire family. Surrounded by natural areas and grassy spaces, visitors can enjoy picnics or sunbathe between rides.
Great water park, many really good rides. Plenty of choices, we spent all day and didn’t try all rides! Very clean and well maintained, had no problems to get a good spot. Plenty of shade and food choices. The only downside are the queues especially for the best attractions. Worth getting there early and go on them first.

Place is overcrowded. Lines are extreme specially with more then 30 degrees. We were at Monday The lines are sometimes like 1,5h. If you want to go they force to buy fast pass otherwise it makes no sense. Park itself nicely placed. There are many spots for chill and hide from heating sun. Food is mid level better burgers than pizza. Use lockers located inside the park than at the entrance. Shame that park and attractions open only for 6h. They start from 11 and close at 17 sic. Pools are opened for 10-18. It make no sense to write more people go it anyway. Who cares.

Went on a rainy day and still had a great time. A few of the rides hurt my back on them, so I would maybe avoid the big ones if you have problems or back pain already. And it’s a bit overpriced to be honest but worth the trip if you’re around. They have lockers and a phone water proofing station. Changing rooms have no privacy at all. Went at 1pm on Monday mid August and had no queue at all, longest we waited at a ride was 20 mins.
Ben H — Google review
Get there early, 9.30 ready to open at 10am this will have you ready for the main slides, this is key to not standing in cues all day. 3rd August, cue times of 30-40 min but only twice as we completed the big slides by 11am. Been coming here many times over the years, my boys love it. You can take a cool box with pre prepared food/drink to save money, we did not. Panini 5.99, chips 4.99, takeaway prices. All of the park is on a hill side, we had a great day. Sadly if you have mobility difficulties this will be very challenging.

13 &17 year old loved it. Was included in our hotel all inclusive week in Llorett de Mar. 10 minute walk from hotel we went 3 X during our week. 2 days were less busy with shorter Q's, one day was v busy with v long queues. The wave pool is great, the boys loved the thrills & spills of all the rides. Food mostly burgers & pizzas & expensive as are All places like this. 11 euro for a pizza , 3,50euro for a ice cream etc. 4 euro for a deck chair reasonable. We loved it glad it was included in the package for sure!

Some of the newer rides are amazing especially the rafting ones though please be careful especially on the purple slide, the ride is very bumpy and you can't breathe, also there is a part in the ride where your head will hit the slide and will cause injury, I don't recommend the purple slide at all. Other than that everything else is good. The changing rooms have no doors just and open area for women and a separate area on the opposite side for men - not connected. They allow food and drinks and a small locker is €6 at the time I went. They provide a temporary waterproof phone case, much better to get from a shop before coming because it costs a lot at the park. Be prepared to climb some hills and stairs to get to certain slides. Be wary of the purple slide in vid attached! My friend had a bad injury after riding slide also injured arm. Please be careful. I think on certain days they have tickets on sale for €15

Food good, toilets and changing room pleasantly clean, rides are awesome. Please ve aware of the queues, its worth getting a pass as some of the wait time is 90mins+ We spent all day from open to close and still didn't get on all the rides, but the experience was still 5 star. Oh, you will also do a lot of walking, we managed 30k steps.

It's a beautiful BIG Parc. A Parc that is build on a mountain and you will really feel you're legs at the end of the day or the next day. We had a good day, with not to much waiting. But in high season, vacation time I totally can imagine long waiting lines. First we had a spot with towels on the Gras but at the end we orderd a bed for €4,00 that was nice too. There are lockers there to place your stuff in. I would recommend swimming shoes. And buying food or drinks aren't to expensive tbh.

Playa de Fenals is a city beach in Lloret de Mar, featuring coarse white sand and offering amenities such as lifeguards, toilets, lockers, and water sports. The area also hosts the Lloret Outdoor Summer Festival with circus, magic, and street dance performances.
We came there in January. Really nice weather and no tourists at all. Most bars and restaurants were closed though. Beautiful sand beach and sea.

Lovely place to relax with clean sand, clear water, and plenty of space. Great for swimming and enjoying the sun.

So close to the main Lloret de Mar beach but much better. There is more space here and less crowded. No traffic and free parking.

Lovely clean beach. The sea was beautiful and clear. Lovely scenery and beautiful views. Only downside is the stony beach, really hurt my feet.

Beach is very gravelly so I'd suggest water shoes as it does hurt your feet after a while. The beach itself does get crowded which shows how good it is, with very clear water. The left and centre of the beach are the best spots with facilities and a few rocks to climb on. The right side is steep and about a 45 degree slope. All in all I'd says its a really good beach and the gravel is the only thing to let it down. Bit of a steep slope to actually get into the water so if yiu struggle walking make sure you have someone with you as it can be difficult.

I preferred Fenals Beach over the central beach in Lloret de Mar. I recommend exploring both ends of the beach and the nearby hills - they offer some really beautiful views.

The sand isNOT sand at all but rather very tiny (some sharp and rough) little stones!!! You will need - rubber soles slip ons just to walk the beach as it's so uncomfortable on your poor feet BUT THEN!! When you do manage to get to the shoreline THE WAVES ARE SO POWERFUL - GOOD LUCK GETTING IN THE SEA - YOU'LL NEED TO BE A STRONG SWIMMER - SO BE WARNED - IT PUSHES YOU OFF BALANCE - THEN DRAGS YOU OUT !!!!! The beach is so steep and very swampy and loose under foot it is NOT a good fun day at the beach but rather a bloody workout trying to get in the sea. The massive rocks just in the shallows are really helpful and you'll be so grateful for breaking your toes and banging your feet and knees - 0/10 Never again. Holiday basically ruined as the beach should be such a huge part of the experience but not on this occasion and all of this ON OUR FIRST BLOODY DAY.

very nice but 7am in the morning you recognize the main objective of this small spot, party party fiesta 🤣 full of the leftovers from last nigt, outside the beach you smell urine allover. But it is beautiful, just the sand isn’t that fine as I am used to it. deserves almost five points as per beauty and view.

Parks
The Gardens of Saint Clotilde, located in Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava coastline in Spain, offer a serene escape with their Renaissance-inspired design and stunning coastal views. These 19th-century gardens are perched on a clifftop and feature sculptures, fountains, lagoons, and Mediterranean flora that reflect the artistic trend of noucentisme.
It’s a wonderful place to admire the beauty of nature, stunning sculptures, and immerse yourself in a romantic and fascinating history. This garden was a gift from a loving husband to his wife — a story that makes the visit even more special. If you're looking for a peaceful escape, this is a must-visit spot. ✅ A perfect photo session in every corner, surrounded by breathtaking nature ✅ An incredible walk filled with the soothing scents of flowers and greenery Tip: Bring a bottle of water, and maybe a thermos with coffee or tea if you’d like — there are no kiosks or cafés on-site.

Pretty gardens. I arrived at 10am for opening and it was only me and one other family there. Landscaping is lovely and views are amazing. Some footpaths were closed off and there were maintenance vans which did travel at speed (so watch out!). I spent about an hour here.

Nice but small garden, with statues and good views. You will need about 15 minutes to walk it all around. Not to much history or other info about the place. Good idea with zone with chairs to sit, relax and enjoy the view, but again, you wouldn't sit there for long time. It would be great if there was some coffee-to-go or snacks on the entrance, so it would make you stay longer at the park. Still 6 euro for entrance is like the museum entrance, and expencive as for garden entrance.

Very beautiful garden with amazing sea view and nice nature atmosphere. The entrance fee was 6 euro. Also comfortable to be visited with baby carriage 👌🏼

This is a wonderful garden with very lovely views over the coastline and the playa de boadella below. The park invites with nice fountains, walkways and many stairs and causeways. Strewn in are sculptures and an assortment of plants and trees. Worthwile for 1-2h of ambulating, which is ok for €6,10 for adults. Entry for minors below 12 is free. Around 20 minutes walk from Playa de fenals.

I recently filmed a wedding at Jardines de Santa Clotilde, and the location is outstanding. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the view of the Mediterranean provides a stunning backdrop for any event. It’s a venue that combines elegance with natural beauty, ideal for couples looking for a sophisticated setting

An incredible park with panoramic sea views! The entrance is easily accessible, and there are plenty of benches to relax on. It’s a beautiful place full of flowers, shade, and amazing spots for taking photos. Highly recommended for a peaceful walk or just to enjoy nature and the views!

Very nice to see! luckily it was also free today. Just have to keep in mind you have to walk a lot of stairs so leg day in the gym not necessary in the evening!
