Heavenly! The stained glass was gorgeous! The morning sunlight filled the church with jeweled toned colors! The organ music was richer than any I had ever heard! I don't know if it was the organ or the organist or the acoustics or all three together, but the sound was divine! The priest was dressed in exquisite vestments and sang like it was a concert performance! If Jesus would have returned at the end of the service, I would not have been surprised!

Tip: go earlier in the day for the best light and a quieter vibe. A really beautiful cathedral in the centre of Luxembourg City. The architecture is impressive from the outside with its tall towers and detailed design, and inside it feels very peaceful and spiritual. The stained glass windows are amazing, especially when the sunlight comes through them. There are also nice statues and decorations everywhere. You can feel the history of the place while walking around. It’s not very big compared to some other European cathedrals but it’s still very special and definitely worth a visit if you are in Luxembourg. The area around it is also very nice to walk and explore.

The only cathedral in Luxembourg. Built in the Gothic style, but with many Renaissance elements. It has an interesting interior, and since I'm not a fan of lavish golden walls and decorations in such buildings, you won't see much of it here either

Beautiful church and definitely worth checking out. The crypt was unfortunately closed during my visit and I am not sure what the hours are for that area, but the main part of the church is still very impressive.

It ok, quite expensive for a few casements. Most the views are either obscured or the same as the last casement, you visited. I don’t think it’s worth €10 and adult. Don’t get me wrong, it’s an impressive feat of workmanship but you don’t really need to go inside to see them. Take photos from the top and the battlements on the bridge instead.

I visited Casemates du Bock and honestly, it was an amazing experience! The underground tunnels are full of history and mystery — it feels like stepping back in time. The view from the top is breathtaking, especially overlooking Luxembourg City. The place is well maintained and easy to explore. I’d really recommend visiting in the morning when it’s less crowded. Perfect spot for history lovers and photographers. Truly one of the most unique and memorable places in Luxembourg😍😍😍

Nice caves in the cliffs -There was only 1 person in line when i got here around 5 pm. -You get a map of the cave, but its pretty simple, you walk down looking at the rooms/lookouts, there is a few cannons, a well. -On the way out you cross the gate bridge on the inside level

I went on a Sunday at 1130 with their official guided tour which was hosted in English. The tour also offers other languages but do check and reserve your spot in advance as they do not open tours every hour/every day. The guided tour gave a lot of important information about the history of the Casemates, but also the city and urban planning in general. There were hardly any text printed out for visitors to read if you enter without any audio guide/tour guide. Therefore, remember to collect an pamphlet before entering the site if you want to know more about the history of the site. If you want to have more flexibility in exploring and taking photos at the site, I would suggest to explore on your own pace instead of joining the guided tour.

Going around the Casemates was amazing. Our tour guide was absolutely outstanding. Really do recommend paying the extra €8 and getting a tour because they are full of historic information about the history of the Casemates as well as some of the history about Luxembourg itself had a fantastic time took a roundabout about an hour and 15 minutes but it’s well worth a visit!

We were able to buy tickets when we arrived, which was convenient. Students can get tickets for €8 and I was not asked to show any ID. There is very minimal signage and none of it is in English, but they provide a pamphlet in multiple languages with helpful information. The views of the city are great and you get to see everything from a completely different angle than you would from the street. I am directionally challenged and got turned around a couple of times, but it was still easy to find the way out. I am 160 cm and did not feel like the space was small, but my friend who is 170 cm had to watch her head in a few spots. If you are taller than 180 cm, some areas may feel low and not very comfortable to move through. Overall, it was worth the visit.

A Weekend Well Spent in Luxembourg! Classmates Luxembourg was an absolute delight! We were lucky with the weather, which made our visit even better. We spent hours walking around, exploring the stunning views from various angles, and truly soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. We drove there by car and had no trouble finding parking—plenty of space, no waiting, and reasonably priced. The area is well-equipped with restaurants and food stalls, perfect for grabbing a quick bite on the go. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend escape. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some breathtaking scenery!

If you are traveling this way, or even go out of your way to see this. It the least we can do for the 5073 people who died to secure our freedoms! It is a very pretty site with a natural emotional aura. You can see a lot of the history of the battle (of the bulge) and you see Gen George S Patten Jr grave at the head of the troops.

The Luxembourg American Cemetery is one of the most beautiful and deeply moving places I’ve ever visited. It’s a powerful tribute to the American soldiers who made the greatest sacrifice for freedom during World War II. The grounds are immaculately maintained, peaceful, and full of quiet dignity. Walking through the rows of perfectly aligned white crosses and Stars of David is emotional and humbling. There is so much history here over 5,000 American service members are buried at this cemetery, including General George S. Patton, who rests at the front among the soldiers he commanded. The visitor center has helpful exhibits that explain the significance of the Battle of the Bulge and the sacrifices made in the region. The entire site is a reminder of courage, loss, and the cost of freedom. A beautiful, respectful, and important place to visit. If you’re in Luxembourg, this cemetery is absolutely worth your time.

Beautiful tribute for the soldiers. The cemetery is really well maintained and It's free to enter. The cemetery is a little far from the bus stop It takes 20 minutes of walk. Overall it is very recommended to visit the cemetary.

This is my second visit to an American military cemetery overseas. While smaller than the Normandy American Cemetery in France, it remains a deeply moving and solemn site. We came here to pay our respects not only to all the servicemen buried here but also to one of the nation’s greatest military leaders, General George S. Patton. His final resting place serves as a powerful tribute to his leadership and the sacrifices of those who served under him. In addition to General Patton, this cemetery is also the resting place of several paratroopers from the famed 101st Airborne Division, whose heroic actions were depicted in the series Band of Brothers. These soldiers fought bravely during the Battle of the Bulge, one of World War II’s most intense and pivotal battles. Visiting this cemetery is a solemn reminder of their sacrifice and the price of freedom.

History of Battle of the Bulge is on display at the visitor center. Cemetery is very well taken care of with beautiful landscaping. Blooming cherry trees in the parking lot were added bonus of the visit.

Excellent castle to visit, very reasonably priced including the cafe. Although there were a reasonable number of visitors following the route around the inside of the castle, the visitor centre (located through the gift shop) was empty. This contains exhibits and a film presentation of the development of the castle over it's life span. The graphics on the film presentation are excellent. If you visit the castle, please don't miss out on the visitor centre.

I visited on Monday in the morning at 1030. Overall, it provided details regarding the history of the castle, but most required you to scan a QR code to read on your phone. An audio guide was available as well for €2 if needed. The castle was well preserved and provided a nice view of Vianden. A student ticket was €7. A visit of 1 hour should be sufficient, maximum 2 hours for a more detailed exploration of the castle and its history.

Loved the visit to the castle! It's been restored from ruins, so some might argue that it's "fake". But I enjoyed the experience nonetheless. There are plenty of rooms and things to see. Also excellent views of the small town of Vianden.

What a beautiful place. This is the heart of Vianden if you are in Luxembourg like in my case, is not far and you can find free public transportation There is a fee to enter the castle, not that expensive. Beautiful town (city) you will feel the German spirit and the mix between the medieval and more. Places to eat and cozy hotels are available everywhere, I love it

€13 for adults or €7 for students. It’s a beautiful redeveloped castle. In my opinion the most picturesque in luxembourg. From the top you can overlook the quaint town and mountainous landscape, even seeing into germany. They also offer audio tours for €2 and there is a cafe where you can get sandwiches and drinks for not too badly priced. The gift shop does your classic souvenirs at about the same price as the other souvenir places. There is also a nice stamp you can use on your postcards. The castle is not too steep of a walk up to either so is accessible for all.

Good place to visit for those who love the history. Well restored castle with some entertainment. They have schedule for traditional dance, sword fighting and something else. Also they had a market with hand made staff right inside of the castle. There are some historical artefacts. Lots of stairs. However there is an elevator in the one of the towers.

This was my first time visiting the Trier Cathedral (Trier Dom), and I was truly impressed by the grandeur and historical richness of the place. The architecture is breathtaking — a perfect blend of Romanesque, Gothic, and Baroque styles, reflecting over 1,700 years of history. The atmosphere inside is calm and spiritual. The high ceilings, ancient stone walls, and stained glass windows give a powerful sense of timelessness. It’s amazing to think this is the oldest cathedral in Germany, with parts dating back to Roman times. There’s also a lot to explore: the Holy Robe (Heiliger Rock), the crypt, and the quiet courtyards surrounding the complex. Entry is free, and there are brochures in multiple languages available for visitors. I highly recommend taking your time to sit quietly inside and soak in the peaceful environment. Whether you’re religious, interested in history, or just love beautiful architecture, the Trier Dom is a must-visit.

Trier Cathedral, old architecture marvel because it was built in a very old era. Beautiful historical structure with religious importance because of the holy robe. Last time it was displayed in 2012 to the public where large number of visitors came. To visit inside there are certain timings which changes from winter.

Amazing cathedral and architecture, with roots going bsck 1700 years to Roman occupation. Current structure from 13th century and stunning both inside and out. Free to enter, with several options inside to donate towards supporting the building. Hard to imagine how they built it without modern tools. The ceilings are well over 10 stories high, and they elaborate carvings and paintings are simply stunning!

There are many beautiful and breathtaking cathedrals across Germany and Europe but this one stands at the top with the best. While on the outside it may not appear as daunting or heavenly, inside is quite the opposite. What a breathtaking experience. Be sure to go down below to the catacombs and outside to the courtyard. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Trier.

A good must visit place in Trier center. Walkable and cathedral looks magnificent. The entire place around the cathedral gives a glimpse into the old Germany. Also entire place will be tourists who are interested in visiting Trier.

The sculptures are beautifully intricate and the whole building is awe inspiring. Some is a bit creepy, but I guess it’s incentive towards good living.

It's a strange thing to find such Intact and extensive Roman ruins so far north in Europe! In many ways this building is better preserved than some of the buildings in Rome itself. Very informative interpretation, reasonably priced and presenting good views of the city!

Excellent landmark to visit in the middle of the delightful town of Trier. Museum offers a unique insight into local Roman and political history. Limited public conveniences and places to rest do reduce overall enjoyment, however there's many café options and restaurants nearby.

Stumbled across this Roman structure. Relatively quiet access, amazing looking ancient structure around a more modern area. Well preserved, access allowed into the structure.

Amazing site to see - not often you csn see Roman ruins from the 2nd century. Built from huge sandstone blocks, some weighing 6 tons - without modern machinery. The only one of the 4 original gates still standing, it was spared because it was used as a church. Massive structure in the center of town that should inspire awe. A remnant of a different age, when the Roman Empire ruled much of Europe.

I visited on a Tuesday late afternoon at around 1600. It is a very well preserved Roman building, where you could enter and walk up to the third floor of the building for a ticket of €5 (Student ticket). The explanation on the history of this building was very detailed and informative. 1 hour is well sufficient for a detailed visit for this landmark and learning its history. Overall, it is a fantastic experience to learn about the history of this area and I would definitely recommend people to visit.

The fact that this was built around 170 AD is absolutely mindblowing. I loved it! They still have some remnants of religious things in it, which was very interesting to see since it was also turned into a church at some point. Went on July 24, 2025

We felt very welcome, the lady provided a good explanation of their wines and we had the chance to do some tasting, we bought some amazing bottles. Our dogs were welcome too!

Did a great little wine tasting as part of a Viking cruise. The host gave a great history of the winery and the tasting cellar was a great ambiance for a tasting. We tried some of the best wines, and they threw in a red they have been playing with that was actually pretty good. I think they will get there with the reds with further development. We just had a little palate cleansing bread and stuff for our tasting, but they have food and the menu looked pretty good to me. Didnot have time to go back for a full meal, but per our guide their food was very good. A nice small quaint winery, and I would recommend worth a stop in to check it out in a classically beautiful Germanic medieval architecture

We were welcomed by Monika, a kind lady who knows her wine! She gave us tastings of their Trockens, as we prefer the dry rheislings. It was a lovely visit and we were happy to buy a few bottles.

My wife and I were welcomed for a complete and engaging tasting of more that seven of their excellent wines, all of them Rieslings, and each unique. An education in top Rieslings.

Wonderful mix of history and culture. It is truly beautiful! The only downside is that there’s no parking on-site — you have to park about 10–15 minutes away. It was quite a challenge with young children because of the long walk.

We visited the castle on a Sunday, it wasn't crowded. We parked the car (at our own risk) at the school below the castle. We paid 10€ for the castle tour ticket and waited 15 minutes for the guided tour. An interesting day, full of historical information.

Love this place. I visited in the month of October , fall season added to the beauty of this place. The promenade and shops around it make the experience lively and full of warmth. In the market town you can have a taste of seasonal Federwein/ Federweißer and other forms were also available.Took guided tour to the castle which is not so far from the bahnhof (train station). There is also option to hike to the castle or go by bus.

Nice castle but we hiked to ones that were better with no cost or minimal cost . Unfortunately it was under construction which is understandable but took away from the experience and some sections were blocked off. The museum was closed for 1 hour for a theatre show so we waited a while but felt we didn’t want to wait anymore. We thought it was over hyped in our opinion with the high reviews! It is hard not to get spoiled with so many castles around!

Burg Rheinfels is a great ruin castle to explore. I had fun learning about what it would have been used for and how all the rooms would have looked. The grounds can be uneven to walk and there are stairs. There are toilets available and a nice gift shop.

It was great experience to visit the castle (mostly ruined) and have an insight of what happened here during medieval era and after French war. There are several things you can see like the Europe’s largest cold store and beautiful view of Rhine valley at the top. It is mostly under construction due to repair work going on.

You can visit only few parts of the castle as it is under major renovation. What is really a must, if the weather isn't rainy, is the restaurant. The view from the terrace is simply astonishing!

Wonderful cable car ride from Rudesheim, views of vineyards and surrounding countryside, very peaceful but a bit chilly in the wind. A short walk to the monument, bit of a hill, but worth it. Amazing views of the Rhine and all around, the monument is massive, really impressive and the history (to read on placards) is very interesting. Nice little outdoor takeaway for drinks and snacks, note.. you pay a deposit for proper cups. Restaurant as well but didn't use it. A place well worth seeing!!

We had a good tour up here, we got the ring tickets which included cable car through the vineyard , chairlift and boat back. The view at the monument is beautiful totally worth it and the hike through the forest to the chairlift is good too.

Impressive monument, fun to ride the gondola up there. There is a little restaurant up there. Impressive views! It's worth going up to see. If the weather is good, it is a nice day. We had poor weather so we didn't stay long. You can ride the gondola down (keep your ticket) or walk down through the vineyards.

Super nice spot to enjoy the sunset and the sweeping views over the Rhine valley. I enjoyed the fact that the French contemplated blowing up the whole thing during their occupation of the area after WW1. Fortunately, they didn't. Hence: Vive la France.

We visited the zoo on a weekday so it wasn't too crowded. The nature is beautiful, lots of plants and flowers, especially now in spring when the flowers are blooming. Perfect fun for children, lots of animal species, well-maintained play parks for children. The zoo is really big and you need a whole day if you want to visit everything, so it's great for a full-day trip with the family. We really liked it and will definitely come again. We loved the Gondola ride on the lake. We had a really nice experience and memories. Admission for children under 6 is free, a day ticket for adults costs €15 if you buy it at the box office.It's cheaper if you buy the ticket online because then you pay €14.

Located right in front of the main train station, this is a relatively small zoo that packs a big punch. Sure, there aren't lions or tigers, but the polar bears, elephants, hippos, chimps and many other charismatic animals make up for it tenfold. And while some of the exhibits could be on the older side, there are brilliant modern facilities, like the wonderful tropical house, that make a big difference!

Staff were friendly and nice. Beautiful gardens and promenades. Nice displays of flowers. Amazing birds and animal varieties. The full leaning seats were so ergonomic and comfortable! The view from the hill is fantastic and you’re able to see in all directions for miles. Tranquil areas that were peaceful as well as like paintings with the fall colours. Disappointed that the polar bears were not out and wonder if there are any. The water for the bears wasn’t clear or clean. Lots of trash in it lead us to believe there may not be any bear or bears. A great zoo, with lots of animals – elephants, giraffes, parrots, seals, owls, penguins... Also a central location, easy to reach after getting off the train. Quite a good place to have a stroll with your friends. Be aware of the weather because in good weather you can see more animals.

It's ok, nothing more, nothing less. Sure, it's nice with kids, but the enclosures are way too small. The polar bear has no ice, the cheetahs no privacy, but they do have room for countless food stalls and giant grass fields. The enclosures are way too small. We shouldn't be funding this.

Visited the Karlsruhe zoo with friends and their kids which was an amazing find. The place is very nice, interesting, well maintained with lots of activities for kids of every age as well as adults. The exibits are well curated and the animals seem to be very well taken cared for. The ticket is 15€ per person which may sound a bit pricey but you have a tons of things to do. Overall this was a great find that I highly suggest to everyone, especially parents. If you don’t know what to do about your kid and feel a bit drained, take them to the zoo to roam around!

With no choir as you enter you are drawn to the east, to enter the space fully and encounter the light of Christ. The crypts below the cathedral are worth the visit alone. Whether you are looking for a tourist site, a historical adventure, or a pilgrimage site in western Germany, the dome has all of that and more.

Incredible experience! It went way beyond my expectations. I didn’t think there would be this much to see. My main reason for going was the Buran and Apollo exhibits, but I ended up really enjoying the other sections too. There are dozens of cars, motorcycles, and airplanes on display. You also get to see flown items from Apollo, Gemini, Shuttle, and ISS missions. Capsule parachutes, Shuttle parts, astronaut gear, and even a Moon rock from Apollo 15… Such an amazing collection. The Lunar Module looks almost exactly like the real thing, and the lunar suits are just as impressive. Absolutely a must-visit!

Amazing display of land, water, air and space vehicles. I did not expect the huge collection of well-displayed artifacts that allowed up cloce inspection. The Lufthansa 747 is mounted high in the air, can be seen from a distance, and still allows interior visits. Worth a special trip.

It may take more than a day or two to see all this museum has to offer. The wing walk is a must, dont forget to grab your carpet to slide down afterwards.

Beautifully curated museum with several original printed books, specially 3 bibles. A very good printed demonstration, from the making of the letters to the final printed page, both in English and German with a replica of the printing machine. Negative: A very unhelpful large and seated guardian next to the interactive picture box, most interested in moving people along than in helping with the experience.

You are given a card that lets you activate some of the exhibits, and at the end you can print your photo in the style of block printing onto the card. There is a demonstration of printing and the presenter gave interesting facts and was very knowledgeable.

Awesome experience of the Gutenberg museum and in excellent opportunity to see one of the Gutenberg Bibles. Actually four of them. It's absolutely amazing that these were the first books printed by the Gutenberg press. A worthwhile experience to visit this historic place. They are absolutely priceless books as every single one of the 47 of them are different because they were sold as separate pages and made into books by the buyers after they purchase them which we understand is the price of a home to purchase the pages back when they were newly off the press

It's a small museum but very well done. When I visited in Nov 2025 they had the word "Moved" in the name to emphasize that it's final location is under renovation and it is just temporarily adjacent to the natural history museum. Indeed I almost wandered into the natural history museum trying to find it. The first room had a 3D table of Mainz and narrated a story of his life (both in English and German). Indeed in spite of what some past reviews said, the museum seems to have stepped up their game and most descriptions were in both German and English. The main attraction, the two original Bibles we're well displayed and surprisingly uncrowded. I was able to go back two and study them.

1.5 hours was NOT enough. Didn't get to the demonstrations upstairs. (I visited the "Moved!" version in June 2025.) Anyone in graphic design, journalism or communications will appreciate the overarching themes and attention to detail. The Bibles themselves, and the additional works displayed alongside them, were presented very well and in an interesting manner.

The Gutenberg Museum is a fascinating and well-worthwhile visit. While I was a bit confused by the natural history aspect, I soon discovered that the main exhibition is temporarily located inside the Natural History Museum—a detail that, once understood, didn't detract from the experience at all. My primary interest was learning more about Johannes Gutenberg, and the museum did an excellent job of that. The exhibits are fantastic, especially the chance to see some of the first printed bibles up close. I also appreciated the use of modern technology to make the history more relatable, particularly the fun machine that lets you create a selfie with a printed page. My only regret is that I didn't get to see a demonstration of the printing press in action. Overall, it's a great experience and excellent value for money.

It is a must see. Less than an hour away from Frankfurt airport. Parking is an issue. So plan your trip. The ticket is €10. Very nice shop and staff.

Beautiful cathedral. Lovely garden area as you come in. I was in a bit of a hurry so I was not able to figure out how to climb the tower but I hope I can come back sometime and try. Crypt was neat to see. Fun murals of gospel scenes above the clerestory level along the nave. Some interesting sid chapels to include one of the more vibrant colored crucifixion paintings I've seen in a cathedral.

The cathedral is beautiful. I came here on a Thursday afternoon and there was no wait at all and there was minimal people inside. Be careful if there is a service happening and be respectful of the space if so. There is a museum but I didn't go inside there. The architecture in the cathedral is worth the visit to come see. Be aware that as of may 2025 there is major construction happening on the outside of the cathedral so it is covered in scaffolding. Its free to enter the church but donations are welcome. Be prepared to translate most of the signage if you do not speak German. There is a wheelchair ramp going into the main section of the cathedral and the main cathedral floor is flat but all of the side rooms and passageways have steps and are not handicap accessible.

The castle is not big but has a beautiful winery, restaurant, small museum, beautiful facade, but most importantly an amazing high terrace overlooking the city. The tickets include a ride on the cable tramway taking you all the way to the tip of the mountain. A beautiful ride and nice view.

This castle truly has a mystic vibe to it! The red-brick theme, and the fact that its in ruins but still very well maintained adds to its appeal. Highly recommend visiting in fall/autumn as it looks super aesthetic with the green-yellow-red-brown leaves all around the magnificent castle! We didn't go inside but just taking a stroll around it and outside was super beautiful and makes for a good outing in Heidelberg!

From the moment we arrived, everything felt well thought out , the lockers, the comfortable seating areas, the spacious changing rooms, and the neatly organized showers made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The food was fresh and tasty, and spending the day here with my family was such a joy. We booked one of the beach-style chairs, which made relaxing even better, and I loved how organized everything was — no chaos, no confusion, just pure relaxation. It’s the perfect place to unwind, have fun, and enjoy a beautiful day together.

I had a great time visiting this place. There's truly something for everyone, both adults and kids. I appreciated their focus on privacy and ensuring everyone follows common decency rules without making customers feel uncomfortable. However, the prices are a bit high for what's on offer, and it was a bit crowded for my liking. We had to wait in several areas to enjoy the different pools. I also wish the wristbands were a bit sturdier. The ones we got dissolved in water, making it nearly impossible to remember your locker number after a full day of swimming, visiting the saunas and steam baths. Another area that could use some improvement is the front desk customer service. Apart from giving us our wristbands, they didn't spend much time explaining what there was to do or where everything was located. They just assumed we knew our way around.

I had very high expectations of this thermal bath but my experience was slightly disappointing. I've been to many thermal baths in Germany and other thermal baths were way better on several aspects. Vital and Sauna area: This area has been the most disappointing so far, there is only one crowded pool bar and an even more crowded tiny salt pool. Textile area: This area has one large pool and a few tiny overcrowded ones that we couldn't try because there was never any free space. Loungers availability: We had to book a double seat for 13 EUR, but for most other days only some outrageously expensive loungers were available (150 to 300 Eur). I've been to better thermal baths in Germany where such a lounger is only around 30-40 EUR instead of 200+ If you don't have a reserved seat, it can be difficult to find a place to sit. One thing I liked is that they have a few non reservable seats and they would clear your towels and belongings if you leave them on it while you're away. Food: Food can be a hit or miss, the chicken Thai curry was nothing like Thai curry and was barely edible. The chili con carne however was quite delicious. They do have some delicious dessert options and the food was not expensive and very beautifully plated. Water temperature: Water temperature was quite cold in my opinion, because a large part of the pool is outdoors and that probably affects the temperature of the water inside. It wasn't uncomfortable though. Air temperature was very pleasant and warm. Parking: Plenty of free parking spots were available. Showers and lockers: There very few showers so waiting times were quite longs and queues of 5-10 people were forming at times. Water temperature was good and the facilities were very clean. Sauna: One thing I loved was the cinema Sauna, you can watch a small documentary projected while inside the sauna. I didn't join any of the activities because the lines were insanely long which made the saunas fully packed. The steam bath was also really nice and the peeling options are amazing. Massage: Massages must be booked ahead of time. They also have some automatic massage beds but I couldn't find the cost mentioned anywhere. I think that's quite misleading. There thousands of real orchids and beautiful plants all over the pools, which was really nice. I'm not sure if I would come back again.

The indoor pool was uncomfortably warm and not refreshing at all. The outdoor pool area has nowhere to sit or relax, which makes it difficult to enjoy. Absolutely LOVED spending one of our first days in Germany here. We went on a Friday afternoon and probably will be back during the week when it won't be as busy. Would definitely recommend booking a private bed there for the day if you go as you're not allowed to reserve your own. The pool bar is super cute with delicious drinks and it's just a vibe. We also did the sauna part and that was by far THE BEST saunas we have ever been to. Each Sauna has a different theme. Absolutely recommend 👌

The museum conditions of w giant halls, planes the roof trops, outdoor exhibition of tanks, planes, playground and amusement parc. We liked best : slide down of one of the planes, Concore& Tupolev, fastest car in the world " Blue Flame" Monstertrack, car of " back from the future".... In hall 1 you can find the IMAX cinema, museum shop, American dream cars, military tanks, planes, helicopters and other vehicles, aircraft hangar, organs and bicycle racing. Hall 2 is allabout motorracing, formula 1, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Ralleycars, automobile from the beginning, 20s 40s 50s and modern automobile. On the rooftopyou find the Concord, Tupolev and the submarine.

What an incredible place. It's mind-blowing the exhibits on display. Wild, varied and so many !!! You can view it all in a few hours but for sure take a day out to go to this mind bending place. The Concorde and the Kondcordski Tuplolv tu144 are magnificent. Scary climbing up the stairs and the tilt is a bit steep but well worth going. The cars also , so many cool cars, from supercars, to pre war to hot rods. Exhibits on race cars, a cool display of F1 cars. They also have a Great shop . Deffo pace yourself and take time !! They also have another museum called technik Speyer ... That has the Russian Space shuttle the Buran !!!

One of the most fascinating museums l've ever been to because of its absolute mint condition of trains, planes and automobiles :) Expect to spend a few hours to a whole day to fully enjoy this huge museum! Very special to see in person was the supersonic airplanes …Concorde and Russian tupolev (Tu-144) and a real U-boat !! (Line ups may vary from 10min to 1hour) Great collection of Lambo’s, Ferrari’s and of course every classic German sports cars. Lots of outdoor parking (5.00€ ) Bonus: some of the special collection exhibits are interactive by putting 2€ coin fee which gives you a great real life example of a steam locomotive wheels in action with sounds, very impressive so just do it !

We've been wanting to go here for a few years as we passed it on the way to someplace else. So much to see and really loved walking inside the Concorde jet and the U boat. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy but not too bad. Parking is 5 euros. Lots of cars, tanks, motorcycles and more. Great for a family to spend a half day and the playground was fantastic with rides too.

Great, but it could be so much better. There are some amazing exhibits here, but they're displayed in a ramshackle and random manner. Having the planes at stage angles must have seemed like a good idea (maybe after a beer or two), but I think they'd be better level allowing people to walk through easily and concentrateon looking at the interiors fully.. Information on some of the exhibits is sparse or cut-and-paste from others. It is certainly worth a visit, but it has the potential to be absolutely amazing.

It can get crowded and the area outside feels a bit rough at night, but overall it’s an efficient and impressive travel hub.

On the flip side, the station and especially its surrounding district have mixed reviews: many passengers mention crowding, hygiene issues (including unpleasant odours in some areas), and a part of the neighbourhood that feels somewhat rough after dark. If you’re passing through during the day with luggage and clear destination, it’s very serviceable and worth using. At night or if you plan a long stay in the area, just be a bit cautious.

Unfortunately, there are many beggars in the area who constantly ask for money and food. It wasn’t bad dont get me wrong, it just wasnt 1000€ good. Dubai, tel aviv and other cities with michelin star restaurants were just better food wise.

I found it a bit too pricey and the portions are tiny, even that it is the tasting menu. The food was very good, very artistic and service was very good, not too fancy. However, I would appreciate some local touch and use of more local products instead of constantly mentioning how their tomatoes came from the best Spanish tomatoes (where exactly in Spain lol) or some French vegetables or even more far away places. Wine by glass is too expensive too and wine pairing, consisting of 6 glasses of 100ml glasses is way too big for me, I would not be able to drink a whole bottle of wine alone.

My sister and I were in the lounge and had a few drinks (Mojitos, Negroni, Espresso Martini, Macallan Whiskey) as well as the cheese selection. Everything was very tasty and beautifully prepared. The view was amazing and the staff very attentive and friendly.

Excellent cuisine with a view. The Main Tower delivers a beautifu viewl of the city and some delicious molecular gastronomy, but lacks in ambience and service. The setting is a bit austere and does not have the opulence of some other fine dining establishments. The service is typical German: to the point. The dishes were explained well, but it was all transactional. If you don't order the wine course - good luck. Cocktails and other drinks were hard to come by - my sole cocktail was never offered for a refill, water refills were also rather slow. The pace of the dinner is very slow, one truly can relax and enjoy the meal over 4+ hours with the nice sunset view of the city. All the courses were expertly crafted and very good to exceptional. Only a few, such as the quail for main course was sub-par. It is a bit pricey and I must admit the experience, while very good, just didn't have the wow factor we were looking for.

I would give more than 5 stars if i could do. Everything is perfect. Very good service. Beautiful view. Amazing creative food. Very delicious. We reserved a table for 3 course dinner for our wedding anniversary last year and this year. The price is quiet expensive. But worth it. We want to go for fantastic dinner here to celebrate our wedding anniversary every year.

Since I live in Frankfurt (which is about 3 years) I've always wished to experience this amazing Panorama Restaurant, highlight of the city. I had luck, as I called only 10min before my arrival to book a table, and had luck to receive one (normally one needs to book days earlier, and sometimes weeks). Needless to say I was amazed with the beautiful panorama and the simple, yet sophisticated interior of the restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious. Some of the ingredients were complete new to me (as I usually stick to me personally known recepies). Every course was presented in details by the competent and very polite and professional waiter. Special thanks to the waiter Mr. Wilhelm (I hope I rememmber correctly) who made our experienced so pleasant. With regards to the price, I would not say it is expensive. Everyone who visits Frankfurt is a must do attraction for the city and other attractions are nearby as well. Overall it’s a good location for Photo.

A nice old place where you can enjoy the architecture, people, coffeeshops. In the heart of the old town of frankfurt, the place is very nice and worth a walk.

It’s amazing here, many walking tours also start at this point. This is like a prime touristy spot. Many souvenir are also around and restaurant with various different culture and countries are available. There is also a shopping mall nearby on walking distance. I suggest anyone visiting Frankfurt to visit here

Beautiful historical site. The Romer still stands in Frankfurt in all its majesty. This medieval building is perhaps the city's most important landmark. In the past it was regarded as the most beautiful square in Germany. Now it is a very popular square and a very good spot for photographs. Romer is the seat of the Frankfurt city administration. There was a sizable crowd there when we went to it. There was also some preparations going on for an upcoming national event.

The Römer is absolutely stunning - a must-see when visiting Frankfurt! The old town square around it is full of charm, with half-timbered houses, cafés, and plenty of photo spots. You really get a feel for the city’s history here. It’s especially nice in the evening when the lights come on, and during the Christmas market it looks magical. Easy to reach by foot or public transport, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. A perfect place to start exploring Frankfurt!

Frankfurt’s Old Town is a charming area of timber-framed houses, cobblestone streets, and the historic Römerberg square — one of the most picturesque spots in the city.

Very nice. You can enter the Castle free of charge or book a tour as well. Take the walk through the „Hofgarten“, which is very nice with many playgrounds for the kids and places to rest. Takes roughly 30min from the City Center.

very well preserved medieval fortress even though it was damaged before. here Martin luther stayed months seeking shelter. the fortress holds multiple museums of living, hunting, coins, artillery, armories, glass, collection and paintings. it has a large external field to discover and magnificent view over Coburg.

Interesting historical place. Did not have the time to do it all Need extra tickets for some of the viewings. There is a bus from Coburg 1405 to it does a route through the local villages € 2.00. Also a ring up taxi/bus 1408 from Coburg theatre ring up 1 hour before the time of bus departure . € 1.90. And a 5 min drive up the hill.

Big castle on a big hill, well lit in the evening visible well from the city. Offers a great view, shame the best spots are closed in the evening.

Good beginner hike to the top and well worth the walk - beautiful and historical. You could also see the entire city of Coburg from up top!

This Is the most amazing zoo I've ever been to. It's so big with the kids. We could only see a portion of it, but the jungle experience especially with the boat ride was so cool. All of the exhibits are wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone to visit the zoo. Easily one of the best zoos in the world.

Beautiful zoo with a rich variety of animals and habitats! Especially Gondwanaland was amazing giving you the feeling of actually being in the jungle!( don’t forget to get on the little boat trip, super cheap and worth the experience). Love, Greece!!!🇬🇷❤️

Leipzig Zoo is one of the best zoos I‘ve ever visited. Large enclosures. Many events throughout the day. Amazing infrastructure (you can find maps, sign posts, and directions for a tour that leads you through the entire zoo everywhere). They also don’t solely focus on the animals as mere entertainment but seek to inform kids in playful ways about preservation/biology/even physics in the aquarium. Leipzig Zoo also provides a variety of restaurants and snack bars that are evenly distributed across the entire Zoo. I wholly recommend visiting, whether alone or with friends and family. It’s an amazing and informative experience!

Best zoo in Germany especially with huge greenhouse of tropical forest and self moving boats along river with warm climate. Highly recommended for both adults and children alike

This zoo park was fantastic. I would recommend this to everyone. There is so much to see and you should have water with you because food and water prices there is too expensive. WC is free which is very good. And I suggest you guys to go early there, zoo opens at 9 am and closes at 7pm. As I mentioned earlier there is lot to see so you probably will need some rest. And one good thing about this zoo park is that you see animals without any borders and it is kind of crazy but it is safe. So enjoy with your trip everyone.

Zoo Leipzig is a great place to visit with kids. The grounds are very clean with almost no smell, and there are nice play and climbing facilities for children. A fun and family-friendly zoo experience!

This zoo is arguably the best in Europe. The animals have the freedom to roam, creating a more natural environment, and plenty of dining options are available. Don’t miss the chance to watch the monkeys and explore Gondwanaland. It's truly a fantastic spot for some quality time with your children.

Biggest train stations in Europe lots of stores and restaurants to choose from that are mostly all good plus a lot of railways definitely a place to visit for tourists from Germany or other countries.

The largest in Europe.. 😍 Best train station I have been! 👌 With multiple railways and connecting Trips to offer.. A Subway can also be found in this big trainstation... And no worry for having a long connecting Trips, a mall is also within the Station. Various Restaurants and Shops available..

So far the nicest Bahnhof I've seen in Germany, always busy with people passing through and people just coming to shop. As it houses so many great stores to shop in over 3 levels with so many things to see and amazing food options. You can't come to leipzig without seeing it as it is the main train station. Even made more lovely around Christmas or as they say Weinachten, as lots more food stalls open up.

This station is very big, but it is really easy to find the way. Electronic devices such as ticket machines, th e screens are well thought and useful

Super convenient, many shops. The architecture is very impressive too. At the same time, it's noisy, it's crowded. Well, it's a railway station after all.

Beautiful Christmas decorations inside of the building, which adds up to the uniqueness of the historical building.

This amazing monument is a powerful reminder of the past and history. You can really feel the strong emotions when you’re there. Be prepared for lots of staircases—there are more than 350 steps, and some of them are in narrow, tiny hallways. It’s definitely not for claustrophobic people, but there’s an elevator that takes you up part of the way, though it doesn’t reach the top. It’s a great place to visit during the summer or spring when the weather is nice!

Great experience with a rich history. I chose a non audio self tour and would highly recommend this. It's a place of reflection and would rather go undisturbed. The staircase to the top is steep though. Just so you know 😉

If you had only one thing to do in Leipzig, please visit this place. This monument is the tallest in all of Europe and it commemorates the war that broke Napoleon. No tickets required

This intense and impressive monument is a MUST SEE if you are in Leipzig. The scale is stunning and is reminiscent of the Mines of Moria in Lord of the Rings. There are multiple lifts but if you want to get to the top viewing area, you have to use the stairs and it is a little walk. No bad, but most people emerged a little winded and sweaty. The sweeping views of Leipzig are great and, if you go on a sunny day, you can see many miles/kilometers in every direction. Highly recommended.

A really impressive monument. It really makes you feel the enormity of the event being memorialized much like the World War I monument in Kansas City. There was a feeling of heaviness about the monument and it made me feel retrospective. A very nice visit. A stroll through the cemetery nextdoor is also warranted.

the monument to the battle of the nations in leipzig is a massive, seriously impressive monument commemorating napoleon's defeat in the 1813 battle. it's one of europe's largest, and you can climb to the top for panoramic views of leipzig. inside, the huge stone figures are really powerful. it's a bit outside the city center but easily reached by tram and definitely worth a visit for its history and scale

A visit to the Wannsee Villa is highly recommended. This historic site, where the Final Solution of the Holocaust was planned, offers a deeply informative and compelling museum experience. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and a serene lake, the setting adds a peaceful contrast to the weight of its history. It’s an important place to learn, reflect, and remember.

For me it was spinechilling to walk around the mansion where the famous conference was held. The park and the mansion is very attractive inside there is an exhibit with a lot of documents, photos. Upstairs you can find a huge library with a lot of books on holocaust. I would definitely suggest visiting this place. Entrance is free.

When I visited, meeting room was being cleaned, so I couldn’t see it, but it’s worthseeing - very informative and thought provoking about the world we live in today. Such a peaceful place and yet such horrible plans were structured in it. Sarcasm, German humor, call what do you want.

It’s beautiful. It’s hard to imagine of how a place with dark history look beautiful. Anyway, dark things don’t only happen in dark places but also in bright places gardens flourish and flowers blossom.
