Incredible castle ruins on top of a hill, with panoramic views of the surrounding forests! I came here for the Percival concert (Witcher) and it was an amazing medieval ambience.

Real gem. The castle is extraordinary and really recommend to visit. If you want to go inside - be advised - it has steep stairs and one steep ladder to one of the towers. Also, nice walk around outside the castle.

The 16th century fortress in Jura region. On the holiday during summer season, the medieval knights show is held. That was good for kids.

When you first set sight on the castle, you'll immediately be impressed. You'll want to keep looking at it because it's just that beautiful. Then your attention is rerouted by the endless amount of people in yellow vests trying to get you to park in their parking lots. Some even wave glowsticks around. I can't blame the locals for wanting to earn a quick buck off tourists, but it was certainly a bit strange. Some of them even opened up their backyards for parking. We eventually entered a parking lot where we had to pay 5 EUR or 20 PLN, but I can imagine that the price varies per lot. We got out and headed towards the castle, but along the route there was a guy in an ice cream van saying something to us. Now, I don't speak Polish, but my limited knowledge of Czech has allowed me to understand a decent amount of what people are saying. This time, however, he said something that in Czech would translate to pigs, so I can imagine his confusion when I pulled a very confused face after his little sales talk. Anyways, we went further along the path before we were bombarded with stalls on either side of the road. Again, I can't blame locals for trying to earn some money, but I do have to wonder why 1 medieval castle should need around 5 ice cream vans, several stalls selling the same plushies and toys and multiple stalls selling food and drinks. One of them even sold toy machine guns, which is quite odd when you're visiting a medieval castle, where the best gun you were gonna get would only fire a single shot and most likely miss the target, if not blow up into your face. Anyways, we finally got to the ticket office, where there was a small queue but nothing too bad. We went up into the castle area and this was absolutely beautiful. The castle itself had a few shops, but the main event was ofcourse the castle itself. The route was clearly indicated, and took you along almost every inch of the castle. The stairs up to the tower were a bit crowded, but nothing you can really do about that. There were a few little rooms that showcased stuff, including a room dedicated to the Witcher with a very nice replica of his silver sword, if I'm correct in that. In another room there was a canon from the 1700's, which seemed to me to be able to still fire, but I wouldn't recommend firing such an old weapon, lest it blow up in your face. The castle itself is located on a rocky area, which the castle accentuates brilliantly. Even though the castle isn't that large, it seems like it is due to the terrain. Some parts of the castle were lost unfortunately, I would have liked to see a restored version of this castle, I reckon it would have been beautiful if done right. Right now, you can see they "restored" certain small areas with bricks, which I don't think is very historically accurate but I could be wrong in that. A lot of the stairs in the castle have been replaced with concrete or metal ones, which is fair seeing the horrible state of the one staircase they kept in place. When leaving the main castle, the larger area still surrounded by walls is also something you should look at. It features a beautiful rock formation and an old torture chamber. I would take the things on display there with a grain of salt though, seeing there's an iron maiden in this room which they tried to pass off as historically accurate, even though it was only invented in the victorian age, much later than the medieval era. Still, I'm no expert in medieval torture methods so maybe the rest all checks out. When we eventually left the castle, the queue for tickets was way longer. It seemed we had evaded the busy hours, fortunately. Also, before I forget, dogs are allowed to enter the castle, so bring them along if you want. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend you to visit this wonderful place, but it definitely gets one fewer star because of the exceptionally touristy area centered around it.

I was expecting little because it all looks in ruins (in pictures) but once you are there physically you'll be amazed. Also, The Witcher (Netflix) filmed here.

Beautiful place and beautiful surroundings. The exposition inside is pretty small. You have 30 mins to visit, which is enough. It is not very "historic" inside, but still nice to see. There is forest around with really nice tracks to walk in a good weather.

Amazing castle Unfortunately employees are very rude. Especially the lady at the hotel reception. I asked her to show me the room to see if I like it or not, I wanted to find accomodation in the region. Price of 390 zlot seemed good to me, but when I asked her 2 show me she said ' I won' t show it to you'. Very disrespectful attitude. If this didnt happen, the castle is amazing.

Great place to visit. The castle was restored almost completely by the new owner over the last 15 years. Tremendous job. The castle offers would wonderful views of the Jura. One can see the Mirow castle nearby. It's another great castle. Follow the red trail to get there from Bobolice. The hike takes 20 minutes.

Sure, nice ruin, lovely walk. But I paid entrance just to walk around the castle. And I wannted to enter. Bad choice, I should go to Bobolice castle 1 km away instead.

Fantastic views, moderate physical activity to get there (best by bike). No tour guide, unfortunately, but still worth seeing, with picturesque scenery and atmospheric beauty! Both for history and nature lovers

Amazing place for a walk, bad thing that you need to pay for 9zl for entrance and nothing special about castle, you can't go to other castle by walk as they have some sort of wall these days. Good place for hiking, lets say overall 5 out of 10.

The ruins of the eagles nests in Poland are deep in my heart. Though there may not be left of most of them but these rocks definitely can speak. Mirów castle is not open for visitors as for now but the territory is open for hiking and provides great views at the surrounding countryside.

Amazing theme park chock full of incredible roller coasters, Zadra being immense - ride it in the dark which elevates it to an entirely new level. Great value for money , ample car parking, tge park was fresh and clean. A great experience

I visited Energylandia because I was curious about the largest amusement park located near Slovakia. And I must say that I was satisfied. And that was right from the moment I parked my car, which I parked in a huge parking lot located right next to the amusement park. I must note that even though the ticket price is not the lowest, parking is paid separately (7 €/day). The amusement park premises are beautiful, decorated, pleasant movie music plays everywhere and you feel like you are in a fairy tale. There are many shops, restaurants and vending machines. Given that Energylandia has chosen a policy in the style of "buy a full-day ticket and all attractions are included in the price", it is logical that there are queues for each attraction - from 10 to 60 minutes (depending on what day / period you visit Energylandia). One ride lasts about 30 to 90 seconds. However, many of them are worth waiting for, as they offer maximum experience and adrenaline (e.g. speed of 144 km/h or overload up to 4G). You can watch the waiting time on several screens in the park or you can download their mobile application. A practical service is renting boxes to put things away (because you can't wear a cap/glasses/bag, etc. while riding). All you need to do is buy a bracelet (approx. €4), using which you can then always open one box at each attraction. Energylandia really offers an experience for people who like speed and adrenaline. They just have to wait for it :) I definitely recommend it.

The biggest amusement park in Poland! Lots of different rollercoasters, including extremely scary and more simple of kids and family. It's worth to spend there the whole day, they have everything you need. Very convenient system of storage boxes, you buy once for 17zl and can reuse it near every rollercoaster endless time. Also train station is very close, you can get by train from Krakow glowny within 1 hour for 12 zl, train goes every hour.

Amazing roller coaster ride! 🎢 The thrill, speed, and twists were incredible — pure adrenaline from start to finish. I couldn’t stop smiling the whole time! Definitely an unforgettable experience!

Without a doubt the best theme park I’ve ever been too, had a lot of fun! Rides are amazing. Something does need to be done about line cutters, did have a bunch of kids jump in line on Mayan by jumping over the wall. Overall an incredibly pleasant experience, everything’s is reasonably well priced and affordable.

This park is awesome! I love their locker system here, it’s very convenient and easy to use. They have lockers almost at every single ride so you can put your backpack or bag in there hassle free! The rollercoasters here are amazing. This park is better than the Six Flags parks I’ve been to. I recommend :)

The amusement park is really big. Next time we will definitely buy the multiple day ticket. We went on Saturday so it was packed. We chose a day that was super hot, but they had stations with water sprayers so that was nice. Waiting time were quite long which we expected as we went on a weekend. Other than that it was great! Even the water park for the kids! Highly recommend to check out this park!

We had a very peaceful and pleasant time exploring the small but informative Jewish museum. After the 1000s at Auschwitz, this was very peaceful and reflective. In fact we were the only ones there. Highly recommended to have another view.

This museum was an absolute delight to visit. What really stood out, was the staff—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their work. A must-visit when in Oświęcim or Auschwitz. The staff – likely volunteers – are kind, helpful, and well-informed about the museum and its history. What makes this place especially moving are the personal stories connected to the photos and artifacts. It's not just history – it's human tragedy, respectfully presented. The museum’s free app, Oshpitzin, is excellent. You can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. It offers both insights into the Jewish history of Oświęcim and a virtual city tour. Everything is thoughtfully curated – simple, but powerful. Highly recommended: visit the museum and use the app, whether before, during, or after your stay.

As someone whose grandfather was born in Oswiecim, I thought they did a really great job in preserving this community’s memory and honoring it. I’d recommend, if you can, to ask for the keys to the cemetery and go visit there as well, also a very powerful experience

I visited the museum and synagogue of Oświęcim right after visiting Auschwitz. I received a guided tour by a museum employee name Lily who was knowledgable and adorable. Lily walked us through the different exhibitions and helped bring back to life the Oświęcim before WWII. The visit in the museum and synagogue was educating and even uplifting, in a sense that while the residents of Oświęcim may be gone, the Jews and the people of Israel and the spirit is still alive. Am Israel Chai!

Very interesting museum and a lovely tour done by a German Social Volunteer. English, German and Polish tours possible. Visit to the Old Synagogue is also nice and Jewish groups are able to hold a prayer with the old Thora. Beautiful, even though equipped with replicas. Very well worth a visit but don't expect much information on World War II. It's about Jewish life in the city.

A fitting end to a day after visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau, was to visit this small simple carefully curated museum. It is in the Old Synagogue of Oswiecim and it contextualises what was once a thriving Jewish community with artefacts, personal stories and photographs. A wonderful calming visit with a good instruction and welcome from Dr Artur Szyndler, a historian and curator. Delicious bagels in the small cafe helped to provide some sustenance on a long hot and moving evocative day.

Was a somber experience being in a place of death and torture, especially for my family members who endured this egregiously harsh and inhumane reality during WWII. We were never told to purchase tickets in advance so the museum was booked solid when we drove 3.5 hours from Warsaw to visit. The new Israeli owners, as crazy as it seems, have made it more difficult to gain entry with a walk in. We are able to observe the outskirts which was just as surreal and contained some valuable informative sights to see.

Incredibly somber and emotional experience. Seeing the scale of what happened here is overwhelming. We visited on a nice sunny day, but I couldn’t help but feel what the conditions must have felt like for those held within the camp during the harsh polish winters. A must see for anyone to remind us of what happened and try to ensure it can never happen again.

A huge museum, which is being restored to this day and is still being preserved. Book the tour in advance because you can get alone and for free only after 15:00. We got a very nice girl guide, it was very interesting and pleasant to listen to. We visited both camps, the total tour took about 4 hours. This place is very atmospheric, creepy. It is obligatory for everyone to visit, you need to know and not forget the history so that there are no more such things.

Probably one of the most badly organised tourist destinations in the world ! Always wanted to visit but was very disappointed, the complete cluster fxxk of the main entry, the inability to secure private tickets in advance via a official site, this resulted in almost 45 min to wait in a outdoor line until we could get to the ticket office and then another 2 hour wait until our time slot to actually get through the gate. I'd gladly pay €5-10 for advance tickets if I could get a guaranteed time to get in when I arrive. Once in there was no real flow or direction of what to see or what order to see it in. The official map was about as much use as sand in a desert, honestly a 5 year old could have drawn a better plan. Inside large tour groups dominated all the various things to see and we were often barged out of the way or unable to pass them while they blocked doors or things to see. My impression of the place has been ruined by visiting it and then when coming out, they don't even have clear signage where to get public transport back or a covered bus stop. The urban planner / architect who designed the new entrance and coach part obviously never tried visiting as a tourist.

This is a very sad experience. But I do recommend everyone to visit once in a lifetime. I learnt about it in a history lesson, but seeing it for real was just something else. The scale of it is just mad. There was 2 camps, second camp had more than 300 buildings. They were killing almost 5k people a day, in a gas chamber they fit 700 people at a time 😮 Its just crazy to see all the shoes of people who died there. And crazy to see the gas chamber. We all need to see the scale of it and learn from it so the history wont repeat itself... In the second camp, last building we entered was the barrack of ill women, it was called the death barrack, all of them were ill or unable to work, they were getting no food or water and if the barrack was full they were made to stay outside in a yard and wait to be taken to the gas chamber. Most of them died there in a barrack. It's so cruel. The free car park not in use. All car parks around is approx 30zloty. There is massive queue to get it, takes forever due to amount of people visiting. To get in need to go thru security like in the airport. Then there is audio tour. Our guide was not great, was hard to hear her as she didnt hold microphone properly. Was way too many people and very long backlog so we skipped quite few barracks. Once we got to second camp by bus our tour guide didnt wait for everyone so we got lost. Not very well organised tbh. After 1pm most days can visit camps without tour guides and it is free. This place would give chills to everyone.

Powerful to say the least! This was part of my bucket list of places to visit and WOW it did not disappoint. Moving does not do this place justice, understanding what the Jews, gypsies and other minorities went through during the Second World War, you can watch as many documentaries as you like but actually walking in their footsteps really does bring it home…..Unforgettable

The most perfect place for a really good gastronomy experience! The staff is so friendly and helpfull, and the exhibition just WOOW. It’s an interactive exhibition, also in english language, and you can ask for an audio guide. The ticket price contains a mug of beer (alcohol or free), what you can taste in the end of the exhibition. After the pub, you can find a museum shop where you can buy memories from this great place!

It is worth the time to visit this beer museum. Some Helpful hints for your visit. 1. Google maps will take you to the center entrance but there is on a couple of places to park. I would go to next parking lot about 50m down the road and park there plus there is another entrance right off that parking lot taking you right to where you pay for tickets. 2. You pay for tickets and you get a alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink included. To your left of where you pay is a place to store your jackets 🧥 and they are a decent size. 3. Don't make the same mistake I did. When you face the storage lockers go left not right. If you go right that takes you to free drink and museum store. 4. This museum is modern and interactive. There are many displays that are interactive. One area has an antique bowling alley which was pretty cool to play. 5. Overall great experience and i put many pics in this review to give you an idea of what to expect.

11.5.2019 architecture nice,but about organisation not impressed....without reservation upfront not possible to get anything but a tour in polish,no individual visit possible.Comparably small souvenirshop,parking guidance zero,had even no motivation anymore to test the restaurant-compared with Tyskie,Lvivske,Pilsner Urquell,Budweiser etc very poor,not even to mention Heineken or Carlsberg... 15.8.2025 museum closed at dayoff....and social media team is not able to write this at google maps and even at the own homepage....

This is a collection of buildings with a wide variety of exhibits. There are large collections of modern art on display in several of them. In the main building there are some extremely impressive exhibits, taking you through the history of Silesia, it's people and it's culture. There is one building which retains the original steam powered winding wheel, which unfortunately no longer seems to work. The huge shaft winding tower was unfortunately closed for rehabilitation when we visited (August 2025) - it would be a great viewing platform if it was open. A lot of the open spaces were closed of for repairs, but it still a nice area to walk around. Definitely worth a visit for the impressive history exhibits, or if you like modern art.

Very modern museum with a lot of interesting facts about the history of Silesia. The design of the indoor area is pretty cool. Whilest my visit the entry was free, but I think, it was only at this day. Unfortunately you can't visit the exhibition in the area on the outside at the moment.

Worth a visit. A modern art museum which is accessible to most tastes and preferences coupled to a very detailed and immersive presentation of the history of Silesia. Located in a large park with old mining buildings. Most of the park was closed due to construction works, at the time of my visit.

The Silesian Museum in Katowice is impressive not only for its striking underground architecture but also for its outstanding art collections. The galleries of Polish painting from the 19th and 20th centuries are beautifully curated, showing both classics and modern works. It’s a perfect place for anyone who loves art and history.

We visited on Friday, there was no queue. The lady on reception spoke excellent English. I've never been through metal detectors going into a place like this before. It was very different to what we were expecting. The site is an old mine that has been turned into an art house. There is a section of the site dedicated to the first and second world wars. The gallery spaces are large and the art fits in the spaces comfortably. There is a small shop on site with the usual range of souvenirs and snacks.

Attended the 2025 counterstrike 2 tournament, upon entering the stadium there was a long line and once you were allowed inside it was hell, everyone was pushing and pulling... but this is because obviously everyone wants the best seat, in the middle. Other than that, it was good. Nice to experience once.

Great arena in Katowice! I was here for EuroBasket 2025 and had an excellent experience. The venue is spacious and from every seat you get a perfect view of the court. The staff and people around were very helpful, which made it easy to get around as a tourist. There’s also a good variety of food, though prices are on the higher side. Overall, a really good experience

Visited for IEM Katowice 2024, so for 3 days straight. The arena was nice and clean with plenty of cloakrooms (almost no wait at the end of the event, fantastic). Toilets were kept clean. Beer on the pricier side, but really that is a standard in these types of arenas. I also have to commend the beatiful architecture from the outside. One of the prettiest arenas I saw.

You can tell this place is old, but it's still a great venue for basketball matches.

Wonderful setting,tram service that stops directly outside very modern feel,if you turn on a 360 degree circle?you can see two monuments and a history of coal mining in the area and ultra modern buildings,you can see how wonderful the changing face of Katowice is.

That moment when a private garden is significantly better than a botanical garden. A large and open-to-all private garden with a maze, lots of greenery, and pieces of nature from different parts of the world. The garden is beautiful in any season. And yes, there is a plant shop.

Really liked this place. Of course we were lucky with the weather and the bright colors and greenery were amazing! There are a lot of plant species, everything is stylized and zoned. I recommend visiting in spring/summer in sunny weather :)

Admission is free. It's a wonderful place. Lots of benches. I think it's a must-see. The walk takes about 2-3 hours, but you could easily spend a whole day here.

A totally different gardening services and shopping area! I could recommend it to anyone not just for shopping but for relaxing, foto sessions,kids party, outdoor gardening enthusiasts and even for those who reminds old tools and house life. A great place where you can spend time in the bosom of nature. Everyone will find an attraction for themselves. We were there for the second time and once again we enjoyed the wonderful gardens. I highly recommend.

Great place, a lot of work put into maintaining it and it shows. Allow at least 2 hours for the visit. Garden Centre with a wide variety of items for sale available. There is a restaurant and children's playground as well. Entry to the garden is free as well as parking spaces which are a plenty. Recommended.

We stopped there while we were driving to Bielsko-Biała. At first having a lunch was fun, they have a good restaurants on-site. And backdoor of them open to this wonderful garden.

A worthwhile palace to visit. I expected a bit more, but overall it's an interesting place with an armoury (additional ticket required), paintings, fireplaces, furniture and a number of well-preserved rooms. Some corridors are closed, which was a bit of a disappointment, but overall if you're nearby there it's worth a visit, which will take you just over an hour.

We visited Pałac w Pszczynie as a family group (2 adults, 1 senior, and 4 children) and had a lovely time exploring this beautiful historic site. You can purchase tickets at the gate close to the main Square of the city or inside the castle there is a ticket machine too. A nice lady in the office offered us the best price for us with discounts for big family card holders and for seniors etc. The palace itself is truly impressive – well-preserved interiors, rich in history and beautifully furnished. Walking through the elegant rooms felt like stepping back in time. We admired the grand staircase, chandeliers, and antique furniture. There are informative signs in each room, although younger kids might benefit from a interactive exhibit to keep them interested longer. The palace is surrounded by a lovely park, perfect for a relaxing walk or picnic after touring the interiors. Overall rating: 5/5 stars – a must-see attraction in Pszczyna.

Pszczyna Castle is the most prominent noble residence in Silesia. Today, the castle serves as a museum and has served as the residence of Polish and German nobles for centuries. Admission to the museum is free on Tuesdays, so there may be a queue at the door. The museum displays personal belongings of the German noble family that was the last owner of the castle. It took us 40 minutes to tour the museum.

Really posh and nicely decorated palace! It has several floors, and there is an elevator for people with special needs, but not everywhere. The are extra expos inside for extra pay too (like weapons or paintings). It will take at least 1 hour or 2 to visit! There is lots of authentic furniture and decor items. All in all it's worth taking time to explore it inside! And outside there is a large palace park to visit (it's free). There's no parking by the palace, just use some of the city parking spots.

Museum itself little small, only few rooms. There are interesting displays in the basement and exhibitions on the second floor, but with additional fee. Also audio guide is not included in the ticket. Around the palace, there is a very nice park to walk and relax. Free Tuesdays.

Such beautiful place, absolutely breathtaking.

If you ask me to name the most interesting museum (and believe me, I have visited many), then the Guido mine is still far ahead.⚒️ Let's start from the beginning, the mine itself stopped mining relatively recently, so the entire environment is as authentic as possible! Next, where else can you go down 300 meters underground?! The guides tell you about the history of coal mining with interest, so you will definitely not be bored. The lack of interactivity is more than compensated for by the uniqueness of the place, a ride on a mine train, the deepest bar🍺 in Europe with delicious beer, and for the most extreme, the opportunity to feel like a miner and try to mine coal with your own hands. I could go on and on, but why bother - just buy a ticket and visit this place. Or better yet, visit the adit and go rafting on the underground river. I do not regret a single penny spent!

Impressive to stand afoot at the bottom of the jump and look up in awe at its size and wonder how these ski jumpers have the stomach to literally fly. Sadly at this time, snow is sparse so it looks a little tired, however it is closed season and to be expected. Visiting Wisła, got 20-30 mins to spare, go take a look. Would be so much more awesome to see jumpers flying down it.

Great place, nice chairlift, definitely worth it for ski jumping fans even if there's no event going on. The staff is very helpful in collecting things fallen from the chairlift 😀

It is a ski jump facility at the Malinka hill. The fly and jumping track together are around 250 metre in length. This hill is used from the beginning of twentieth century. The present structure is of international standard and was built in 2008 with a seating capacity of 8000 visitors and chair lifts to go up. The first jumper was famous Polish jumper Adam Malysz who is a winner of several world championships. The facility was named after Adam Malysz as well. During summer when there is no snow, the track is covered by polythene sheet, and a competition is often organized to run or climb from the bottom to the top. It is called Barbarian Race. The slope of the hill is around 35 degree.

Lovely little animal park. It sort of comes as a surprise to find an alpaca walking on the road alongside you. GREAT collection of owls but their enclosures are small enough to make you kind of go "Oh, poor thing." But the falconer show is well worth the visit! Those guys are good, even though they couldn't get the eagle out for the kids this time. So it goes. Big playground but some bits are paid and the carnies there are a little slimy, but they give the kids lots of time on the trampoline. The restaurant up top is very Polish in that they have a lovely large menu posted outside that you spend twenty minutes staring at and deciding then go in and they say "We have two things, everything else no." Seems to be a theme around these parts. But the řizek was good and the fries were really good. My wife also praised the coffee from the stand at the playground for actually serving a decent-sized coffee. You won't need the whole day here, but it is a nice way to spend a morning and lunch, especially if you have kids.

Great experience with my family even on a rainy day. The birds of pray show was breathtaking and the beautiful forrest animals we saw were already worth the ticket price. Additionally, the stuffed animal and antlers display was very informative and you can touch. Did not expect to see the racoons. :-) Other than that the carousels were dismantled in winter and the fairytale display a bit dated, but it gave us a laugh. We used up the whole bag of the feed purchased at the gate feeding some hungry deers. Warning: To get there you have to hike up along unpaved road, or find a parking spot, which due to the building site works are limited. Pro tip: Hotel Diament two streets below is a delicious gourmet spot for lunch/dinner afterwards.

Nice cheap day out for the family, two flying displays, owls and other birds of prey. Lots of animals running wild in the park, goats, deer and alpacas. A small amusement park in the summer with games for the kids and places to. Bar and hot food served at the top of the park all year around. Good wholesome day out feeding the goats and donkey.

There are a few animals, mostly owls and birds of prey in cages. You can touch and feed sikas and llamas if they are not overfed by crowds of people. If you have a stroller with little wheels, you are screwed as there are mostly gravel paths. In the centre there is a little amusement park for kids. For 12 euros/person you get very little. If you want to see a lot of animals in better conditions, make a trip to the Ostrava zoo which is a proper zoo for roughly half price.

We visited Leśny Park Niespodzianek a few days ago on a sunny day. The park was busy but not overcrowded. Unfortunately, the visit was very sad for me. Almost all of the animals looked bored and apathetic. The deer and alpacas roam freely and you can buy feed at the entrance, but it is a waste of money as the animals showed no interest at all. The enclosures in general are poorly designed and lack care. The worst were the wildcats: tiny, dirty cages, full of cobwebs, with no enrichment or places to hide. They were lying curled up on the bare ground. I have visited many wildlife parks in Germany, but I have never seen such poor conditions there. The raccoons were in a similar situation, kept in a small cage with no shelter and nothing to play with. I also felt very sorry for the beautiful birds of prey, kept in enclosures far too small for such large, majestic animals. In my opinion, the so-called Fairy Tale Alley with loud music does not belong in a place where wild animals live, since the noise must cause them additional stress. Our 3-year-old child enjoyed the playground, especially the large ball pit and the diggers. However, the alpacas have their food and water right in the middle of the playground and are constantly bothered by people. I even saw them being touched or hit by the swings while people were playing. The park is hardly accessible with a stroller, which was fine for us as we did not have one. The ticket price is far too high for just a few hours, especially when you see the poor condition of the animals. Conclusion: A place with huge potential that, sadly, is not being used. As long as the animals are kept in such conditions, I cannot and will not recommend this park.

Okay, so we just expected "some palms in a glasshouse" and in fact, that is what it was... But, the flora here is really impressive, the place is wonderfully taken care of, the added fauna adds wonderfully to the entire experience (especially the aquarium section at the end) and all this at a very fair price. Some more info boards would've made this a bit more educationally valuable, but already as it is, it's a lovely nature-exploring experience.

Not very large, however a pleasant place with (not only) old palms, tropical flora and a few aquariums (piranhas included). Very reasonable price (20 zl adult).

Awesome place to visit during winter. Temperature of this place has been well maintained to help plants and animals live in harsh cold of Poland. I would recommend this place to plants and aquarium lovers. There are smallest to largest fishes. I would love to visit again as there are plants which grows in only certain temperature and climate. Well maintained but should have been well exhibited as the details or name of the species is in polish and would be difficult for a foreigner to understand.

Awesome place to have time with kids, lots of check points for kids map, exotic insects, reptiles and parrots. Also they've got a hall with aquariums! Cafe with ice cream and cakes. Lovely photozones, we saw wedding fotosets there.

Absolutely fantastic! 🤩 It opens at 10 am and I recommend to go there as early as possible because one can easily spend there the whole day 😀 I took my children there at 2pm, we stayed till 6pm and we didn't manage to see everything because this place is huge and packed with super fun activities 😃 The staff are fantastic, friendly and incredibly helpful - my children don't understand much Polish so some staff explained things in fluent English 🌟 The bank robbery show was funny and the children have photo with the wild west crew! 🤠 Restaurant is very good, dishes are super tasty, quite the American size with Polish prices 🍛🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Bumper cars are the real deal! Children spent 30 min on this attraction alone and only left because the park closed at 6 🤣 I'm looking forward to going back during the next few days for quite a few more hours 😁

We stopped here to have lunch in the nearby restaurant during the transfer from Wrocław to Krakow. After lunch we decided to take a walk to facilitate the digestion. In the park there are miniatures of some popular buildings, in “Minitalia” style. I still remember the moment I stepped onto the trailhead leading to Lysá hora. The air was crisp, cleaner than anything you could ever breathe in a city. The trees stood tall like old guardians of the mountain, their leaves whispering in the wind, almost urging me to keep going.

Amazing 15km walk to have a great view & lunch on top of this mountain. Highly recommend especially when is sunny as the views are lovely. You can see Slovakias High Tatry and all the mountains around. Beskydy are beautiful

The highest (1323m) mountain in the Moravian-Silesian Beskids region. The air is fresh, and there’s a lot of routes & shortcuts to take to the top. The views from the top are beautifully amazing and there’s also a restaurant too which is a sight itself. Highly recommend a visit, and it’s perfect too even for the inexperienced hikers.

We can't say it's not a good place for vist, but today it was so hard and difficult to reach on the top of the mountain due to the slippery of the ice found there and the difficulty of the road. But I advice all to visit and maybe in the upcoming days so the weather will be much better.

Really nice zoo where they are taking really good care of the animals! Almost each species has a space with trees, leaves and everything they need. I really recommend visiting this Zoo! You can buy tickets at the entrance. The parking costs 100 CZH per day.

I visited on a sunday and it was a bit busy. The animal enclosures are big and look like a natural habitat. It is well maintained, clean and the animals are in great shape. They also have breeding programs and overall seems like a very humane zoo.

Fascinating decommissioned mine, with an actual cavern section underground and an elaborate exhibit dedicated to the regional mine rescue organization. Well worth the money and 2 hours of your time.

If you are a small group of less than ten people who don't speak czech I highly recommend getting only the short tour ticket. What they fail to convey is that the second part of the tour you will be forced to walk around with the Czech group and be ridiculed for not knowing the language, outright mocked like we're in highschool. The museum itself is really interesting and the history is very well presented, but the mining part of the tour is just unappealing if you're just looking to check the museum out casually. The app they give you for translating the information and listening to it is just not well written and sadly you can't get any coherent information from it. Just plan ahead and get a guide if you are interested about the mining shaft.

Entrance is arround 12€. Mine lift is clasic elevator. Elevator cabin is just changed to mine lift cabin with bell. And you go down 5 metres. Or 4?? If you expect that real mine lift which go down 800 m deep quite fast. This is not that. You don't even get breathing machine. Good for kids up to 10 Y for explaining. Not like real day work shift experience in mine.

I advise againts spontaneous visitation if don't speak Czech.
