One of the most iconic place in the NCR, a wonderful experience with all friends visited with me, the Auditorium complex and its decorations were interesting. Walking around inside the complex is a great experience. Always wanted to be here. And so it happened. I cannot say that I have never been here before. We especially enjoyed going to it. It’s definitely worth the price, and it’s good to go with your entire family or friends. In the end, it was worth it to experience an auditorium that has meant so much to so many.

Leisure Valley Park is located in Sector 29 of Gurugram in the Haryana State of India. It is also known as the Maharana Pratap Swarn Jayanti Park. It is an urban park offering a rose garden, picnic spots, a cafe and a fountain with musical water shows. There is no entry fee to Leisure Valley Park . A musical fountain is operated in the evenings. It is at a short walking distance from the IFFCO Chowk Metro Station and is right opposite the Kingdom of Dreams . The Leisure Valley Park is a pleasant green area surrounded by the city’s concrete jungle. This Park is quite popular amongst kids, youngsters and the locals. It’s open for the public from 5 AM in the morning to 9 PM in the evening, everyday. Outside the park, and near the entrance, several illegal kiosks have come up, selling eatables. The park, however lacks good maintenance and upkeep. So many stray dogs roam freely inside.

Sultanpur National Park (Ramsar site ) is located at Sultanpur village on Gurugram-Jhajjar highway, 15 km from Gurugram and 50 km from Delhi. This covers approximately 142.52 hectares. The National Park is named after King Sultansingh Chauhan a descendant of King Prithviraj Chauhan. The approach road is good and National Park has decent parking space. The entrance is charged @Rs 50. Around 250 migratory birds find shelter in winter season. The best times are always mornings and evenings. The walk around the park is around 7500 steps. There are watch towers to facilitate bird watching. You can even buy artefacts at counter while returning. Don't forget to rent up a binoculars. Electric vehicles are available for those who wish for ride around the park.

This is the best place for nature lovers. The place is so calm, fully natural, and eternally peaceful. It takes around 2-3 hours to take a full circle of the lake. There are 3-4 watchtowers and observation decks that offer picturesque views of the visiting birds. You need to visit with binoculars and high heeled shoes for the best experience. Carry a water bottle on warm days but do not litter anywhere. The entry costs 50rs per person and 30 rs for parking each vehicle. Restrooms are available near the parking lot. The place is frequently visited by migratory birds from Siberia and Central Asia. One can also find local fauna in abundance. The lake is purely rain fed so water levels keep declining during the winter. This place usually remains open from October to March during the winters

Amazing place for birding. Winter months are ideal, the park is closed from may to oct. It is serene and peaceful. Well maintained and clean, golf carts available so people with mobility issues or people looking just to unwind may avail. They have decent binoculars available for rent as well. Saw 100+ species in the 2-3 hours i was there in mid February. Only sad thing was dogs trying to hunt geese and other birds.

We tried the morning slot as it is less crowded and also saved from sun heat. Need to track to reach the starting point so we prepare for this also . Hukum and Nischyal made the experience even more memorable. The weather was amazing so it made it whole lot better. But it can get really hot in june july. There are a total of 5 ziplines. Enjoy the spectacular views while ziplining

Flying fox Neemrana was a great experience. Coach/ instructors Mr Deepak and Mr ChandraVeer were most professional , patient , lively and accommodating. These boys deserve special note for their professionalism. Mr ChandraVeer regaled us with local stories of the zip area while Deepak helped less avid trekkers , pulling people stopping short of destination on the lines and laughing along with the group. Flying fox Neemrana deserves five out of five for safety, adventure , procedure , location and paisa wasul😊!!!

Little costly but worth it, as it comes in combination with Fort entry... There are total 5 zips, though only 2 are longer but still 5 zips satisfy your gut.... Initially tracking to the mountain top feels like tiring, but it's worth taking ride...

Zip lining at Neemrana is a must do. Flying fox was awesome at it. The training, instructors, facilities (like harness, gloves and even water bottle) were all too good. The hike up till the zip line was a bit tiring, about 750m of climbing, but it was totally worth it. The views from each of the 5 zip lines were amazing. 2 tips: follow the instructions given by your guides regarding posture, or you'll find yourself pulling on the zip.. and, choose to zip when it's not too sunny as it becomes difficult to climb when it's too hot.

Super relaxing activity. The experience is not adrenalinic, but it sure has very nice views. The staff is very kind and helpful. Nish and Hukum (apologies for spelling errors) were with us, making us feel safe, relaxed, and at home. I would do it again.

Nestled on the baks of the Siliserh Lake on the outskirts of Always, the palace offers scenic views over the lake sone some surrounding hills. Entry is ₹100 & one can exchange the ticket for a bottle of water and some insipid tea/coffee.

Siliserh Lake is a peaceful escape from the city. The lake is clean, surrounded by green hills, and perfect for photography or a quiet walk. You can see local fishermen and enjoy a calm boat ride. There are small food stalls near the entrance, but bringing your own snacks is also nice. Great for couples, families, and solo travelers who want a relaxing day in nature. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Alwar.

Beautiful place to see this place. We all enjoyed there. Small cafe is on the top of the building on Lake. Wifi is available in the cafe. You can use this as mobile internet connectivity is not there. Small bar also in this same building in bottom floor. Boating facilities are there with minimum charges. Nearby spot are there for quick visit.

⭐️⭐️ (2 stars only for the kind staff and good food) I’m giving 2 stars — and that too only because of the extremely generous and polite staff, and the surprisingly good food. Apart from that, the entire stay was a huge disappointment. The rooms were far from clean, full of insects, and felt completely neglected. The bathroom didn’t even have an exhaust fan, and there was no water in the tap — forget about using the shower. It was honestly shocking for a place that claims to be 4 stars property. Cleanliness and basic facilities were completely missing. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Wouldn’t recommend unless the management seriously upgrades the property and pays attention to hygiene and guest comfort.

We stayed at Sariska Tiger Camp Resort for our company’s offsite, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is peaceful and green, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout. The team was also very accommodating with our requests and made sure everything ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend it for group outings or a weekend getaway!

The reception staff at this hotel are pathetic, and the property manager is just as bad. From the moment I arrived with two friends, we felt judged by the staff before we even said a word. Despite booking through Cleartrip for a better rate, they changed the room from what was initially shown. Not a single order was delivered on time. The hotel’s infrastructure is terrible and completely fails at basic customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, when we returned from dinner, the main door was locked and the staff were asleep, leaving no security at the entrance. Poor management, especially the arrogant receptionist from Kerala and the rude manager, makes this place unfit for the hospitality industry.

Entry to Zone 1 and 2, has gos parking a canteen , had good chai, and latter parantha which was also good, sighted jungle cat, hare, water snake, no luck with tiger as they was a Buffalo kill inside the bushes by a male and female tigers, waited for long but no luck as they did not show up.

Overall experience was good. If you want gypsy then book it in advance otherwise canter will be available. Check time slots before visiting. Chances of tiger sighting is low but if you are lucky enough you can sight tiger

There are 2 slots for the safari. One at 6:30 and another at 13:30. Gypsies can be only booked online. In-person booking only offers canter vans. It is recommended to book your slot one day prior (if online) or you can book on the same day (if offline). The safari is of a good 150 to 180 minutes and gypsies offer a better experience than canter vans.

It is lovely place to explore, don't expect much in terms of spotting a Tiger. As Sariska is a huge area and limited tigers are there. As per my recent trips only 12 tigers are there in the whole Sariska Reserve. But Jeep Safari is enjoyable and much fun. If you are planning to go there, better visit in Summer as Summer is the best time to spot the Tiger.

Sariska tiger reserve booking office is 40 km from Alwar city surrounded by Aravalli tiger range, you can get window ticket 1 hr before safari in case availability of ticket is there after online booking. It opens 6 am in the morning and closes at 11 am after safari, reopens at 1 pm for evening safari. I had visited the place with my family and daughter during the occasion of diwali. Safari ticket can be booked from rajasthan.gov.in by following some simple steps. Make a login by aadhar number mail id and mobile number, then as per availability book the slot of safari, there are two gates sariska and tahela, sariska is the main gate, there are 3 tracks which need to mention during booking. There is one cafe for snacks and tea/ coffee, one shop for collections of mementoes of sariska. One gallery for information of the birds of animals of this national park, there is toilet and parking facilities, but parking is chargeable 50 Rs. This place is in front of sariska palace decorated for photography, neelgai, sambar deer and spotted dear was found to moving freely in this area. Be careful for monkeys,

I was there at noon so the temple was almost empty. The temple is located right next to the Chand Baori step well. At first, I didn't know it was the temple there. My curiosity took me to the temple. It was a small temple, yet it was old, quiet and beautiful. I had to say its architecture and design were super impressive. I spent some time there to pray and look around.

Despite the eerie atmosphere and desolate nature of the ruins, Bhangarh remains a significant historical site and a major attraction for thrill-seekers and paranormal enthusiasts. ★★★ After visit, I think this wonderful place is one of the best forts in Rajasthan in case of ambiance. ★ No haunted activity is there. All forts of Rajasthan are closed at 6:30 PM (Plus minus 30 minutes for sun light). Inside this fort few number of leopards are found after sunset ( Source local people and Shop owner). Entry fees 25 rupees for Indian.(Cash Payment) Online Payment 20 rupees. A must visit palce in Rajasthan.

Firstly, visit the place before sunset or reach not later than 4 in the evening because the guard will suggest doing it quickly. By the time I reached there, it was closed (5 o'clock in the evening), so I just conversed with the guards; they were very friendly, and there was a Hanuman temple at the entrance. The whole vibe was different. I was very excited to be there, and my sister was feeling low at the same time.

It was eerily quiet, save for the occasional monkey scampering across the path. Exploring the Ruins: Once inside, the scale of the place is impressive. It's not a typical hilltop fort; instead, it's nestled in the foothills of the Aravalli range, which gives it a unique, secluded feel. I spent hours wandering through the ancient stone pathways. The architecture is a beautiful blend of Rajput and Mughal styles, with intricately carved temples like the Gopinath and Someshwar Temples still somewhat intact. The main palace is mostly in ruins, but climbing to the top offered a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire complex and the surrounding hills. It's a photographer's paradise during the day. The "Haunted" Vibe: Did I see a ghost? No. Did I feel an unusual chill or hear crying children? Also no. However, there's an undeniable heaviness to the atmosphere, a profound stillness that makes you wonder about the tragic history. The official ASI (Archaeological Survey of India) sign explicitly warning against entry after sunset and before sunrise certainly adds to the mystique, making the ghost stories feel a little more real than they might otherwise. I decided not to hire a guide, but in hindsight, I wish I had; while the ruins are impressive, a local guide's dramatic retelling of the Princess Ratnavati and the cursed tantric stories would have enhanced the experience even more. My Verdict: Bhangarh Fort is absolutely worth a visit. It's not a spooky fright-fest during the day, but a genuinely beautiful and historically fascinating archaeological site. Go for the history, the architecture, and the incredible photo opportunities. Just be sure to time your visit right – I was out of there well before the sun started to dip below the horizon!

What an adventurous trip to Bhangarh Fort! The place is full of mystery and charm. Walking through the old ruins, temples, and palaces feels like stepping back in time. It was good to visit over there and diving into the history of Bhangarh fort. While going to the top there was a small area which was stinging too much due to the presence of bats. Good to go during October - April. Nature beauty is there and pics also come ausmn. If it is raining then do go in rubber slippers because you will confront the water coming from the nearby water falls.

Too much public now a days , so doesn’t looks like that much haunted as we felt previously 😃 over all great mythological story and a must visit place in your itinerary. Do hire a guide here it’s quite reasonable here hardly 100-200 rupee and they are the one who added some flavour to felt the ghosts 🎭 Route is quite ok and easily approachable👍

If you have come to Jaipur then definitely visit this place because if you do not go to this place then you will forget the real enjoyment of Jaipur.This place is a very beautiful place. Pick up and drop off at our hotel was smooth. Lunch was delicious. The experience at the sanctuary was lively - staff were friendly, each elephant had an employee with them, we asked the employee questions and he was very knowledgeable. The elephants looked happy and healthy.

The greatest experience so far! The place, the staff, the environment and the lunch was just amazing! You really feel that this is a family-company who have been working for this in a lot of generations. Great stories about the elephants and great work for saving the population of elephants in India! I visited Elefantastic – Elephant Wildlife Sanctuary with my family, and it was a truly amazing experience. This is an incredible and genuine experience! If you want to have a close-up encounter with an elephant and not the cruel elephant rides at Amber Fort, this is the place to go. Here, elephants have been rescued from bad treatment and are truly happy. The people here truly care for the animals and give you lots of time to pet, scratch, cuddle, and walk the elephants. The entire staff is really friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and within 3 hours there is plenty of time to bond with your elephant. In my case it was Padma, a really sweet girl. Afterwards, we had a delicious lunch prepared by the owner's mother. Not only is she a fantastic cook but a very sweet lady, who makes you feel welcome at her home. It gives this experience another special personal touch. Everybody on this trip makes you feel at home, starting from the very friendly driver to the handlers of the animals to the guide who gives you detailed information about the elephants and the owner and his mother. A big recommendation if you want to stay away from the commercial road-side elephant experiences and still want to interact with the animals. Short note: Here is only the location of the office and booking service. The experience takes place near Amber Fort at a large open area where there is enough space for the elephants.

The fort is one of the beautiful forts i have seen but if you are visiting this fort, you must wear sport-shoes as you have to walk around 8-10 km within the fort. Also, as the fort is having history with jodha bai, i recommend to take guide with you(200 rs charges). Also, elephant ride is available at the starting point to reach to the main gate of the mahel i.e chand pole.

went to amber palace, taking a jeep to get to the top of the castle. the visit was truly amazing because i had no expectations. there were lots of couples shooting for their wedding. there are so many hidden photo spots. the garden was beautifully managed and the castles (esp sheesh mahal, the mirror castle) were very intact and fascinating. if i had to choose only two spots to visit in the northern india i would choose taj mahal and amber palace.

Busy place, but really beautifull. To many people try to sell you stuff, be your guide or want to take pictures for money. Pretty annoying, you could not take one or two steps without being bothered, so -1 for that. The place itself had a lot of information signs, beautifull corners and places to Explorer or take pictures. But it was way to busy. We sometimes had to wait before we could walk up a stairs and taking a picture was not possible in some places. -1 for that. (Probably better if you can avoid the weekends!) The price was kind of alright 500 irp for International tourist. 100 per person for Indian, 20 per person for Indian Students, 150 per person for Foreign Students. In the end a place with great history and beauty.

Absolutely stunning place to be. It literally gave me goosebumps when i took the first glance at Amer Fort. Parking area is clean, helpful people there. A pro tip, please wear sports shoes as you have to walk a lot. Also, hire a guide if you really wanted to know the history of the Fort and king. Otherwise it's fine to roam around, click photos and adoring the historical architectural beauty. Don't try to go to Jaigarh from secret tunnel. It is 1.5km long and you will feel drained after that. Just go to Amer and then visit Jaigarh and Nahargarh by car. You need whole day for these forts, so plan accordingly.

Amber palace is the best and must to visit place in Jaipur. On weekends there is heavy rush on this fort. It took us almost one hour to reach parking area of fort. The fort ia very nice architectural monument. The Diwan e Khas or Shish mahal is the main attraction of Ambet fort. There are other areas like Diwan e Aam, King's bathroom, various rooms are also nice to see.

The magnificient Amer palace looks majestic on top of a hill. The view from below the hill is mindblowing. The road to the palace is narrow and crowded,but the palace is worth the time spent navigating and reaching the palace. You will get to see the kingly palace, its gardens,fountains, huge halls and hallways, the kings bath etc etc. Be ready to spend good amount of time here. Its the main attraction of jaipur city. There are enough gaurds and security to help us around with directions. Hire a good guide if you wanto explore the history of Amer palace.

Really lovely palace which sits right in the middle of the man sagar lake in jaipur. The view of the palace is beautiful with the hills to one side and water all around. Need more maintenance and cleanliness as the water is dirty and needs treatment. Its a pity that common man has no access to the palace. You will be hawked by photographers offering to take snaps in traditional rajasthani dressing. Bargain well if you want to engage their service.

A great structure and unique example of Indian architecture. It believes that this building is made without foundation. Lots of windows and beautiful look. Nice place to visit but you will face parking problem. In evening it looks much beautiful. Plan your visit in evening and you will love it.

It is built by Maharaj Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799. It is five storied structure and one of the tourist places in Jaipur. It is unique in its design. It looks like honeycomb as it has many small windows and balconies. These windows and balconies allowed royal women to observe the street life whereas these women will be remain unseen to outsider on street. These windows and balconies also provides cool breeze. Thats why the name is Hawa Mahal ( Palace of winds). It is open at 9.30 am and closes 7.00 pm. The closing time varies on season basis. Entry fee is 50 rs for Indian citizen.

A magnificent blend of history and royalty! City Palace is one of the most impressive attractions in Jaipur. The museum sections are informative, and the displays are curated with care. The entire complex is clean, organized, and easy to explore. Though the tickets are slightly on the higher side, the experience and the elegance of the palace make it worth it. A must-visit for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in Jaipur’s royal past!

A part of the Jaipur king's palace is open to visitors as museum. Ticket rate of 300rs per person. Wonderful museum. Most of it is covered, so okay to visit during daytime with high temperature. We visited in September 2025 Current descendents of the King reside in a part of this palace, which is not open to regular visitors. There is a private tour of 4000rs (if I remember right) per person, to view 4 rooms in the section where King resides. Anyone wanting to get a pic in the famous blue-white design room famous in social media - this is one of these 4 rooms available through the 4k rs ticket - don't be disappointed like me 😅

It's a beautiful place where the royal family lives. We buy a ticket for 300 but it was for very limited access, for entire palace the ticket was of 4000 which is huge. Even spending 300 for museum was not worth. The palace is definitely a good place and carrying a great history but spending 300 for visiting museum for 45 minutes is costly. Definitely a place to visit but cost is also royal.

The city palace is one of its kind and so beautifully designed. Also, entry fees of 300 rs for indian and 1000 rs for foreigners is applicable. They have restaurant and caffe as well inside the fort. The blend of Rajput and Mughal design is beautifully maintained, and you can easily spend hours exploring and clicking photos. Truly one of Jaipur’s finest landmarks. That said, a small word of caution about the shops inside the palace complex. Many items are marketed as “authentic”, “royal”, or “handmade”, but the prices are heavily marked up. You can find very similar items — textiles, handicrafts, accessories and souvenirs — outside the palace for a fraction of the cost. A special mention for the perfume/attar shops inside: they narrate long stories about rare fragrances and royal formulas, but most of it is just regular attar being sold at extremely high prices. There’s no harm in browsing, but it’s better to buy perfumes and handicrafts from trusted markets outside. Overall, City Palace is an incredible place to experience the heritage of Jaipur, but be mindful of purchases inside the premises. Go for the architecture, culture and history — they’re 100% worth it!

We visited Jantar Mantar in Jaipur and absolutely loved the experience. It’s a brilliant mix of history, astronomy, and engineering right from the moment you enter. The giant instruments are fascinating, especially when you realize they were designed to study the movement of the sun, moon, planets, and stars with great accuracy. The place feels calm, well-maintained, and perfect for learning as well as photography. Jantar Mantar was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in the early 18th century. His passion for astronomy led him to create 19 massive instruments, including the world’s largest stone sundial. It is one of the most fascinating places in Jaipur. The different devices shows time, the hour of the day, eclipse-on the sun and the moon, the hours left, when will it begin, the end time, the mid time, the duration and everything related to time and above. In those times, people used to see this and know the time of the day and night. There is a wheel that actually tells the time. The spoke on which the sunray is there, its the hour and minutes follow after it. Absolute wonder.

The roads near the dargah are not very clean, and there are many vendors, auto drivers, and some khadims who try to overcharge or mislead visitors. If you’re visiting, it’s best to stay cautious, avoid giving money unnecessarily, and go directly for your prayers. Despite these issues, the dargah remains a sacred and must-visit place for those seeking peace and blessings.

The risk of snatching and theft is very high, both inside and outside the premises. A so-called VIP entry is available if you spend ₹10,000 or more, which even allows you to spend an hour inside near the shrine. Sadly, everything feels commercialized—most people (especially the khadims) seem focused only on business, earning lakhs daily. This is my genuine experience. Honestly, I only come here because of my parents.

The moment you enter the lanes leading to the Dargah, life changes pace……shops selling flowers, chadars, and incense line the way……the sound of qawwalis and the calls of shopkeepers blend into a unique rhythm of devotion. The crowd is always there – from locals to travellers from across India and beyond. Some walk barefoot as a mark of respect……others come with families, carrying offerings wrapped in love. It can get very crowded, especially on Thursdays and during Urs festival, so patience and calm are key. Security checks are in place before you enter……and once inside, you’re surrounded by the fragrance of roses and incense. The white marble structure of the shrine glows softly……and the inner sanctum, where Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti rests, feels almost otherworldly. Facilities are basic but available – shoe stands, drinking water points, and restrooms nearby……though the area outside can feel congested. Inside, volunteers help manage the flow of devotees, and there’s a sense of shared respect regardless of background or religion. For me……standing there, with hands folded and eyes closed, all the noise faded……and all that remained was a deep, quiet prayer. You leave not just with memories, but with a strange lightness in the heart……and a reminder that kindness, humility, and love are the truest offerings we can give.

My visit to the Dargah was an incredibly disappointing experience. The spiritual moment I had hoped for was completely ruined by the surrounding chaos and relentless harassment. The approach to the Dargah is a gauntlet of shops and persistent beggars. Don't fall for the scams. The flowers and Chadar are overpriced—a basic Chadar and flower basket should not cost more than ₹100 and ₹200, respectively. You'll also be pressured by shops to pay for shoe-keeping, but you can easily avoid this by carrying your footwear or leaving it to the right of the entrance. Inside, so-called "guides" will demand money to show you around and perform a puja. They are simply hustlers. We were charged ₹200 for a rushed and unfulfilling tour of the complex. However, the worst part of the visit happens after you leave. You will be absolutely mobbed by beggars who will follow you relentlessly, using guilt to try and extort money from you. This aggressive behavior makes any spiritual or peaceful experience impossible. This place is not worth the effort and is completely skippable.

The experience was both humbling and uplifting, and I felt grateful to have witnessed it. Overall, Pushkar Lake is a place where nature, spirituality, and culture converge. Perched 1,100 meters above sea level, its strategic location and rugged topography made it virtually impregnable, serving as a vital refuge for the Mewar rulers in times of war. Inside its walls, the fort complex includes over 360 ancient temples and the stunning Badal Mahal, or "Palace of Clouds," which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. It also holds deep sentimental value as the birthplace of the legendary warrior king, Maharana Pratap. As a fort it is mysterious, this fort cannot seen from ground, when you cross Halla Pol after few meters from there the fort is visible. Except Great Wall and Mahara Pratap birthplace, there is nothing. Museum is closed. Don't take guide, they will charge you 750 for 4 person and also provide some misinformation about museum. Entrance fee is 40 rupees for Indian and 600 for foreigners. Parking is infront of Hanuman Pol. All Historical Artifacts are kept in City Palace Udaipur. So, little bit disappointed.

The sheer size of the walls stretching over 36 km, often called the “Great Wall of India” is inspiring. It’s hard to believe this was all built centuries ago without modern tools. As we climbed up through the gates and pathways, the views kept getting better. From the top, you get a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding hills and forests, it’s the kind of sight that gives you goosebumps and fills you with pride in India’s heritage. The fort’s architecture, temples and palaces inside are beautifully preserved, especially the Badal Mahal, which offers stunning views and a glimpse into royal life. Entry tickets are reasonably priced (₹50 for Indian visitors and ₹200 for foreigners) and there’s ample parking near the entrance. The fort also hosts a light and sound show in the evening, which we highly recommend if you want to experience the fort’s history come alive in a magical way. Overall, Kumbhalgarh Fort is not just a monument t’s an emotion. The scale, history and scenic beauty make it one of the most unforgettable places to visit in Rajasthan. It was fabulous. The fort is preserved really well. It makes you travel back in history as all the fort is still present except some part of it. The fort is very colorful and it has a very good vibe to it. I will recommend people to visit it in winters and the weather when fog is there cause it will just enhance the beauty of that place. It is a must visit place for tourists.

It’s surrounded by an incredible 35 km long wall, often called the Great Wall of India — the second longest continuous wall in the world after the Great Wall of China, and still remarkably intact. The fort’s design is ingenious — it’s visible only from around 200 meters away, blending perfectly into the surrounding Aravalli hills. The first gate is Halla Pol, and about half a kilometer ahead is Hanuman Pol, marked by an idol of Lord Hanuman. The fort first becomes visible halfway between these two gates. After entering Hanuman Pol, you’ll see the ticket window ahead — entry is ₹40 for Indian adults. From there, you proceed through the main gate, Ram Pol, which leads into the main complex. Inside Ram Pol, two paths diverge — the left path takes you uphill towards Badal Mahal, while the right path leads to the temples within the complex. It’s best to climb the fort first while you have energy and enthusiasm, and visit the temples on your way down. On the way up, you’ll pass through Bhairon Pol, Nimboo Pol, Chaugan Pol, Pagda Pol, and Ganesh Pol, before reaching Badal Mahal, which offers breathtaking panoramic views. It takes about 3 hours to comfortably explore the fort, enjoy the views, and take pictures. Spare some extra time if you wish to explore the surrounding temples, as they’re spread across the lower areas. Notable temples include Neelkanth Mahadev, Vedi Temple, Parshvanath Jain, and Ganesh Temple. I also went up to Bawan Devri, a very ancient Jain temple located a bit farther inside — totally worth it. From there, I climbed onto the fort wall and walked along it, which was an amazing and memorable experience. Kumbhalgarh is also the birthplace of Maharana Pratap, the great Rajput warrior. With its massive walls, scenic views, and historic charm, it’s truly a must-visit fort in Rajasthan.

ShreeNathji Temple is an old heritage-style temple with beautiful, classic architecture that reflects its ancient charm. Many parts of the temple still have that timeless, traditional look, which makes it a peaceful and spiritual place to visit. We also did some shopping nearby — the prices were quite reasonable. After our darshan, we tried the kheer, which cost only ₹20. It was thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious — a must-try for anyone who loves sweets! We wanted to explore more, but heavy rainfall started, so we had to cut our visit short. It was our first visit to ShreeNathji Temple, and we’ve attached some pictures to share a glimpse of the experience.

For every Vaishnav, particularly Pushti Sampradaya, Nathdwara Darshan is ultimate desire. Nathdwara is close to Chittorgarh and nearest Airport is Udaipur, Rajasthan with further travel time of 70 minutes.

This patch of the land is said to be the site of the one of the most famous battles in Indian history,Battle of Haldi ghati .Not so much to view here but if you happen to around here you can visit this site .There are two small memorials built in the memory of two royals who died in this battle.There is also small pond here.This place is not ticketed.This place is located in khamanore village near Haldi Ghati.

The battle of Haldighati was fought here and from the narrow mountain pass to the river Banas in the plains of Khamnor. Today, only a little of it has been preserved. The battlefield spread over six kilometers from Khamnor to Balicha village is known as Haldighati. The museum to be built here at the government level could not be built till date due to corruption. The weapons related to Maharana Pratap and Chetak are safe in the Udaipur City Palace Museum. In Haldighati, private shopkeeping has been promoted in the name of museum. Tourists are deprived of seeing the original sites which are completely free.

This is a historic site which got renovated in 2023 but is not maintained properly. If it is maintained then it can be a good place to visit.

The area is steeped in legend and lore, with echoes of valor and sacrifice resonating through the air. Exploring the site, one can't help but be struck by the sense of history that permeates every inch of the land.

This is the last spot where the second half of the battle of Haldighati was fought between Maharana Pratap and the Mughals. As a result, thousands of soldiers o on both sides were died and their blood flowed to such an extent that it formed a pool. At present it just a park. ASI should focus on this to build more interesting. Also it's not maintained well.

RAKT TALAI Blood-frying is the place where a fierce battle took place between Maharana Pratap and Akbar's army on June 18, 1575. In this ground, hundreds of warriors of both the armies received Veergati and the blood flowing from their wounds took the form of a pond. Was taken, on the basis of which this place is called blood fried. It is very famous place in khamnore near Haldighati. It is very beautiful place.

Saheliyon Ki Bari is a beautiful and peaceful garden, perfect for nature lovers. The entry ticket is ₹30, and there is a common washroom available near the entrance, which is convenient for visitors. The garden has lush greenery, fountains, lotus ponds, marble structures, and an artificial water jharana, which make it a nice spot for a relaxing walk. The evening time is especially good for photography because of the soft natural light and calm atmosphere. However, if you expect a very large or grand garden, it may feel a bit smaller than expected. Still, the atmosphere, greenery, and fountain areas make it a pleasant place to visit. Overall, it's a good and peaceful garden to spend 20–30 minutes, especially if you enjoy nature and photography. Saheliyon Ki Bari was built in the 18th century by Maharana Sangram Singh II. According to history, it was created for the 48 maids (saheliyan) who came with the queen as part of her dowry. The king built this garden to give them a peaceful place to relax, spend time together, and enjoy the fountains. This garden was designed as a private retreat for the royal ladies, where they could walk, chat, and enjoy the sound of water fountains away from the palace duties. The fountains work purely on water pressure without any pumps, which shows the excellent engineering of that time. A beautiful, peaceful, and green garden with fountains and photo spots. Good for nature lovers, though slightly smaller than expectations. Worth a quick visit for its history and calm atmosphere

Its singular purpose was to provide a delightful and exclusive pleasure garden for the royal ladies and their maids of honour, offering a glimpse into a bygone, luxurious life. ​The garden's architectural marvel lies in its harmonious integration of Mughal and Rajasthani styles. It features lush, green lawns and a central lotus pool. The most distinctive elements are the white marble pavilions, or chhatris, which stand elegantly against the backdrop of the white walls. Water is the soul of this space. The garden is famed for its numerous fountains, which are supplied from the nearby Fateh Sagar Lake (and later merged into the Bari by Maharana Fateh Singh). These fountains operate without pumps, using a complex hydrostatic pressure system, a testament to 18th century's engineering. ​Ornamental details are delicate and abundant. Stone carved chhatris feature beautiful floral motifs and repetitive arches, as seen in the dark, richly sculpted archways and canopies. A whimsical fountain, adorned with carved mermaid like figures, stands as a charming focal point in the paved courtyard. Ultimately, Saheliyon ki Bari is a tranquil oasis. Saheliyon ki bari - A huge and majestic garden located near the banks of Fateh sagar lake, was built by Maharana Sangram Sinh for the royal ladies. He presented this garden to his queen. The queen was accompanied by 48 maids in her wedding. To offer all of them pleasurable moments away from the political environment, this garden was made. This patterned garden used to be the popular relaxing spot of the royal ladies. It has many sections, fountains, lotus pool and marble elephants. Currently, the fountains are managey electronically. But in the old times, this was managed by the vacuum. The garden is very well maintained and full of greenery. There is a nominal entry fees. Must recommend everyone to visit.

Amazing Gardens and fountains built over 200 years ago. Some of the fountains and sprinklers are in wrought iron and imported from Liverpool back then. Some marble fountains are actually marvel fountains with water moving through hollow legs or elephants and out their trunks or through hollow pillars and out the pergola. All of this is using gravity and there are no pumps to keep the water the moving - the water comes from the Fatehsagar lake which is 80 - 90 mts higher than the gardens and the height of the fountain therefore depends on the level of water in the lake. Amazing engineering.......

Visited this garden in Udaipur, entry ticket is ₹30 per person. It’s nicely maintained with clean toilets and even fresh drinking water available at the entry, which is great. The garden itself is good, but since I went during the daytime, the harsh sun made it difficult to enjoy fully. They definitely need more big trees for shade to make the experience more comfortable. The only parts I truly loved were the Savan Bhado and Bin Badal Barsat spots inside the garden - those were beautiful!

Very long queue both for tickets and entry. Online option is not easily found on the web. Some of the performances were good but some very average, specially the duet snake dance performers, they were both doing their own thing ,no co-ordination and appeared to be very casual. The group dances were good. Overall seemed a little like a tourist trap

Bagore ki haveli offers you 2 kinds of experiences, one is the rich history through its museum and the beautiful view and sunset that you can catch from it's jharokhaas and windows. And the other one is ofcourse the dharohar dance show that you cannot miss at any cost. Book the tickets beforehand and buy another ticket for your camera as it's worth it. I went there thrice, and each time it had something new to offer.

Bagore Ki Haveli is a beautifully maintained heritage haveli located near Gangaur Ghat on Lake Pichola. The entry ticket is ₹60, which makes it a very budget-friendly attraction. You can explore the entire haveli in about 30–45 minutes. Inside, you’ll see old Rajasthani rooms, colorful glasswork, jharokhas, traditional costumes, utensils, masks, turbans, and artwork, which show how people lived in the old Mewar period. It’s also a great place for photography, with beautiful courtyards and mirror work. If you want to watch the traditional folk dance and puppet show, there is a separate ticket for the Dharohar Cultural Show held in the evening. The folk dance, music, and puppet performance offer a wonderful glimpse into Rajasthan’s cultural traditions. Bagore Ki Haveli was built in the 18th century by Amar Chand Badwa, the prime minister of Mewar. Later, it was used by members of the royal family, including Maharana Shakti Singh of Bagore. The haveli has more than 100 rooms, courtyards, and beautifully carved balconies. After years of neglect, it was restored by the West Zone Cultural Centre, which turned it into a museum showcasing Mewar’s heritage. A nice, peaceful heritage spot with affordable entry, perfect for a short visit. Great for learning about old Rajasthani culture and also for enjoying the evening folk dance show.

I visited Bagore ki Haveli museum yesterday and it was brilliant. Previously a guest house and a government office, this is now converted into a cultural center and museum. Entry to the venue is ticketed and foreigner tickets cost INR150 and can be bought at the gates.

Folk Dance Show timings in 2 slots of 7 to 8 p.m and 8 to 9 p.m.. 200 seats in each Show.. 8-9 p.m specific introduce looking to the diwali 🎇 🪔. It's good to book tickets online in advance for any inconveniences...

A well maintained haveli. Museum has a nice collection of old and antique items. Entry ticket for museum is 60/- per person. They have a dance show in evening for which buying tickets in advance is good option.

But pay attention for it is the sanctum sanctorum of the godman of Mewar, Thakur Amar Chand Badwa. Inside there are chambers dark, dusty, classy and machiavellian. Four Maharanas were outclassed, outstrategized, and out-aestheticised by one Pradhan who built a temple to himself and called it home - Bagore Ki Haveli.

One of the most beautiful palace I have ever visited. It's very magnificent and well maintained. The museum has lot of information. The weapons used during those days, the paintings, dress and culture all are very well preserved. It's a must visit place. There are authorised guides at the entrance please hire one for 500 to get the detailed information about the palace. Do not exit from the exit gate which you will need to pay 50 more and have to take a boat ride which is way expensive instead exit from the entry gate where there are lot of shopping options. There are is also authentic Rajasthani Thali available inside the palace which is good and reasonable.

Lake pichola is a historius lake in udaipur near city palace. Lake pichola is one of the best place to visit at every time. The view from the lake totally beautiful and green. You can also see the rounded view of lake. The boating in the lake is beautiful and peache of mind. It's best for photography. The night view is totally best. Boat riding at night is good and memorable.

So I visited the Monsoon Palace recently, and honestly, it’s one of those places that’s more about the view than the palace itself. It’s located on a high hill a bit outside the main city, and once you reach the top, you can literally see all of Udaipur — the lakes, City Palace, and everything else. The view is amazing, especially around sunset or during monsoon when it’s cloudy. Getting there is a bit of a ride though. The road is quite steep and curvy, and it takes around 15–25 minutes to reach the top if you’re going by car or scooty. The entry fee is ₹170 per person, and they also charge ₹300 for cars and ₹70 for two-wheelers. There’s a cab service from the base too, around ₹120 per person if you don’t want to drive up yourself. Once you’re at the top, there’s a small parking area, and you have to walk for about 5 minutes to reach the palace. There’s a small café near the palace that sells basic snacks like samosas, puffs, tea, and cold drinks — nothing fancy but it’s good enough if you just want a quick bite or some water. The palace itself is okay-ish, not very grand or well-maintained, but that’s not really the main attraction. The views from up there totally steal the show. You can see the whole city spread out below — it’s especially beautiful during sunset. Overall, I’d say it’s worth going once, mainly for the views and the drive. Don’t expect a super fancy palace, but if you enjoy scenic spots, it’s a nice little trip.

The place is beautiful but the tickets rates have gone up. It's around 170-200 per person for Indians + vehicle charges that are close to 200rs. The road features steap curves so keep that in mind if you're taking your vehicle to the top. 'Museum' is little tbh. There's nothing much to see there, it's mostly a good place for a beautiful garden that features the view of the entire city. You can also go to the edge and see the beautiful aravali range as the sun sets. Keep in mind this place is a famous tourist spot and will get very crowded at evenings and weekends. Sometimes the crowd will make it difficult for you to enjoy the view from the top. If you're here for sunsets on a weekend and getting disturbed by the crowd, I suggest you walk down to the cafe at the very entrance of the palace. It's nothing too fancy but it's a few chairs in the garden that give you a free view of the sunset. You can also stop before reaching the palace. There's a spot few hundred meters before the palace that gives you a clear view with little to no crowd. Overall its a good place to visit especially during monsoons 🍻

Beautiful place. The drive up the palace is scenic. It has variety of views all around the palace. The area around the palace is beautifully done for everyone to take pictures. The actual palace can feel a bit crowded on weekends, but its manageable. They also had a special section on the birds found in the area focussing on eagles, vultures and owls.

This beautiful man made lake is the 2nd largest in Asia. Which provides drinking water to Udaipur though being about 50 kms from the city . Has been built between 1711-1730 by the ruler of the famous Mewar royal family, roughly 387 years ago. Also, I took this shot from a place which is popular by the name Roothi Rani ka Mahal initially know as “Hawa Mahal”.
