A good whole days outing .
I was generally favourably impressed with the enclosures in relation to their occupants , the only ones I had some reservations about were the Condors & the Harpy Eagles which are such huge birds.
The zoo is well laid out & all the exhibits are labelled in both English & Portuguese.
Particularly impressed with the bird enclosures & was very , very lucky to attend on the very day that the critically endangered Spix Macaw ( 2 of them ) were released into their new aviary.
Some impressive murals on walls around the zoo.
Large lake , refreshment outlets & a shop.
We did the night experience at the zoo, where you walk around a night following a dedicated path/ green line through the exhibits of the park. You don’t get to experience everything but you do see a lot! Elephant, giraffes, lions, and a hippo really up close!
There is a place to get snacks like popcorn and candy but the other food that’s 1/2 way along your journey looked dried out and nasty. The popcorn was good though!
The São Paulo Zoo (Zoológico de São Paulo) is a fantastic destination for families and animal lovers! With over 3,000 animals, including rare species like jaguars and golden lion tamarins, it offers an engaging and educational experience. The lush Atlantic Forest setting makes it feel immersive. It was good generally but some animals weren't in pairs which leads to their suffering without a companion. Amd there weren't enough guiding maps for visitors. There was only one at the entrance.
Nice collection of South-American animals and birds. Lovely zoo, animals seems to have good and bretty narural living spaces.
This location is well kept, there is a lot to do make sure you plan for a full day!
It's a marvelous place to spend the day.
A good place for young kids and family in general.
There's tap water for free.
Also you'll find places to rest along the way, because it's a very big place.
Dinosaur park require another ticket to enter.
For me, I would skip. Nothing new that I haven't seen before. But kids will certainly love it.

I had the best time hiking in this park. The small paths in the jungle were filled with interesting plants, fungi, and caterpillars of all colors and sizes. Watch out for the green one - it is venomous.
We spent 4 hours exploring the park, and I enjoyed every second.
We didn't see any animals, such as monkeys or coatis, but it was still worth going.
There is a small cafe on the viewpoint, where you can buy a snack or coffee. I wouldn't recommend, as the cappuccino was cold and they didn't even mix the powder with water properly and served it with clumps, although we were the only customers :)
The park is huge, and there's barely anyone (we visited on a weekday), so you can enjoy nature and walk through the park at your own pace.
A trail that every time you go, you always end up with a new surprise.
Park team well oriented in relation to the prevention of covid at the entrance of the part.
For those who want to disconnect a little from the world, I recommend the view on the stone and it is sensational!
Take a casual and brisk walk into the woods! If you want to escape the city’s noise and pollution, immerse yourself in the fresh air and silence.
Amazing experience walking up to Pedra Grande. If you are tired there’s a transportation shuttle to come down for 25 réais. I saw monkeys, butterflies, birds and more.
Don’t go to Lago das carpas, it’s not worth it.

A good choice to connect with nature. It is possible to walk along the main road and explore the side trails. Rock View is DMS!
The hiking route has nothing special and we had to walk on steep paths for around 1h BUT when we arrived the top we felt how worthy it was.... Splendid view of the whole Sao Paulo City and you feel the king of the world!!

It is very nice to see an old tram in such nice condition. Together with the buildings surrounding it, it is a beautiful example of the old town of Santos. Being there, you can feel the atmosphere of the past. You can also feel like in Europe, but unfortunately there such cultural values are neglected and often replaced by modernity.
It is a good starting point for exploring the old town of Santos.

Cool little train ride through the historic center of Santos. Unfortunately all information provided is in Portuguese. Still worth it for 7 reais! The ride takes about 15 minutes and drops you off again where you started. There’s vendors of artisanal craft, food and beverages next to that point.
This would actually be much more enjoyable any day other than Sunday. On Sunday everything is closed.
Santos is one of the oldest Brazilian cities and the Touristic Tram is a good opportunity to know more about Santos and it’s history on board of the trams builded in 1922 and 1911.
The train itself is very nice but the tour is very short and not very interesting. The buildings at that part of Santos are in need of restoration as most of them are derelict. A shame as it was a beautiful area one day.

One note: the museum is in an older part of the city that can feel a bit run-down, so it is best to visit during the day. Once inside, though, you are in a completely different world—one filled with energy, pride, and the legacy of one of the greatest athletes in history.

The museum houses a life size wax statue of Pele, along with his medals, trophies and various other things from his childhood and his journey through life.

I was excited to visit this museum. I always heard about Pele, but never knew his story. I learned so much about Pele just by visiting this museum. Unfortunately Pele passed earlier this year. May his soul rest in peace. He was one of the athletes to have put Brazil on the map even during difficult times of the war. I’m glad to have learned so much. Go give this museum a visit.
I like the museum but is located in a dangerous area. The old side of the city, beware of the beggars! The museum has a great history of the best soccer player of the world. It tells of the start of his career, life and legacy of him.

Great arena tour, gave me awesome ideas for world-building, also learned some parts of the history of the team, only problem that I found (may not be a problem for everyone) was that the tour guide spoke too quickly, didn't wait for the party to be full to begin explaining, plus the microphone was too loud and burst, I couldn't understand a couple of things, but overall a good experience. Although some things were dirty even though construction isn't over yet.
We went here for the first time to watch the Kansas City Chiefs play the Chargers. NFL football. Very straight forward place to get into. Plenty of Uber drivers to leave the stadium after the game. Seating was not crammed and small. Had plenty of elbow room. Ordering food was done through a kiosk and then you take that reciept to another counter to receive your food which we found to be very efficient. We purchased a souvenir cup and when we went to pick up our order learned that we did not receive a drink with the cup which we thought was weird. Had to go back to the kiosk to order a drink, and when we went to go pick it up the canned soda only filled our small souvenir cup up half way. The lady helping us with the food was super helpful and nice as was all of them. The only other small issues were that they closed the store before the game started and then opened it back up after. It was at least 90minutes prior to the game starting and they closed the store? Nice stadium and enjoyed our time here.
Went to the nfl game here and it was absolutely amazing! Brazil showed out for sure! Great game atmosphere and host did an amazing job! Salute Brazil I hope they do another game there

Beautiful arena, less than ideal accessibility to upper levels, but all around a great venue.
Great place. The PA system needs to be upgraded though. Could not hear the music, the announcers, etc.
First time in my life, I got an opportunity to see the live football match from this stadium along with the crowd of 47000 supporters and the soccer lover.
The stadium is beautiful and it gives you ultimate happiness while watching the match, here you can get the t-shirt with your name and favourite number

It's very basic, it's a simple place full of low budget stores. The cinemas are great, but 99% of the movies shown are dubbed in Portuguese. The bowling alley is nice, great place to eat.
Very organized shopping center with ample parking space. There is a good variety of quality products, a movie theater, and restaurants. The prices are typically more elevated but this is a general rule in shopping centers/malls in Brazil.
I'm a tourist from the U.S and one of my favorite things to do is to see the difference between malls in different countries. Let's just say Brazilian malls are one of my new favorites. I wasn't there to buy anything so I enjoyed just looking around, however, if you were going to buy something it's not very cheap. Example: a Maybelline mascara costs 80 Reais which, for an American, would be $20.00. I would economize, look around, and maybe buy something small, but don't go there for a shopping spree. The food court is great with several options, but, again, the prices and portions are wild for me as a foreigner. Overall, the mall is pretty and clean and I would come here again just to see the different stores.
A not so huge space. A congested environment during weekend. Just like other malls the ambience is the same and restaurants as usual are crowded. No English speaking guide and Walmart in it is the added advantage. Walmart is not so big as we normally see but a good place for a one stop shop
I only didn't give it a 5 star because of it's Pet Policy. Like in many other malls in Brazil pets are allowed in, but in this one you have to carry them on your lap. It is also forbidden to leave your pet at the entrance like many other places allow you to. So, if your pet is a lil fatty like mine, choose a different place to go to. Appart from that, very best mall in town.

This park is absolutely beautiful. We spent a few hours here, exploring. Then we had lunch at the restaurant at the end and it was wonderful.
Such a beautiful place with kind-hearted staff! I’m not a local and didn’t know that they only accept cash and Pix, and since my card was international they couldn’t accept it. The girl selling tickets let me in for free and covered my parking as well. Such a simple yet kind act, it was genuinely the highlight of my day! The plants and gardens were beautiful, and I felt very peaceful afterwards. I would recommend this place to everyone!
The place is gorgeous, but quite expensive for full ticket payers. The visit lasts around 1.5h
This park was absolutely beautiful and worth the 40 Reis entrance fee. The gardens were all well-maintained. The views of the surrounding valleys were spectacular. It's an easy stroll through the park, and there's even a maze to navigate through. There are various plants to see and coy fish in the ponds. And there's a tree house you can visit. You only need 1-2 hours total to see everything. The employees were nice, but it may be difficult to find someone that speaks English.

Absolutely wonderful botanical gardens. The location is amazing, with plenty of beautiful scenery. From the treehouse to hedge maze, there is a lot to occupy half a day. I was impressed with how well it was maintained and the variety of plants. The price was reasonable for what you get to see. Also, there is a student discount if you show your student ID. Highly recommend Amantikir Park; it is a must see if you are in the area.

Can't rate it completely as we didn't get a chance to get inside. I suggest you arrive earlier as there are only 30 free tickets available every 30mins.
Its a really nice place, it was colder than the usual places in SP.
The security was also really nice to let us take a photo with him.
Watch out for the timing. The place is mostly closed and has a restricted entrance up to 30 people every 30 minutes. It closes if there's rain or the street is wet. It's very hard to coordinate. To avoid completely wasting your time , the auditorium down the road is very pleasant and has a sculpture garden.
Entry tickets are handed out twice a day, first come, first served. 10am is the first ticket hand-out, and 2pm is the second. Only 18 people can enter per group and stay in for 30 minutes tops.

It was a silly place but fun for our kid and we took lots of pictures. The photographer in there was really nice and only charged us R$5 per adult to take photos of us by the sign and even did a video with snow falling. We enjoyed that!
Overlooking Campos do jordoan, beautiful European style town right in brazil. You can take a "ski lift" type ride up or down to the overlook. Couple of little shops and food vendors so you can spend a little extra time enjoying the view. The photos are what so much of the home, hotels, shops and restaurants are like.

A nice park to walk around. There are several short hikes. We really enjoyed Trilha dos campos (3km), which takes you up to good views and also winds along the river for a stretch. The trail to the waterfall was much more crowded and more of a road than a trail. Overall, the park itself was very crowded excepting Trilha dos Campos. It is possible to access by bus or uber and you do have to pay to enter.
It's a lovely place where you can admire nature... A lot of Araucárias, native fauna, and flora. Well, breathtaking! A must-see sightseeing in Campos do Jordão

With the Covid-19 restrictions, we couldn’t see more of the inside details but it was worth it. They have mass every hour and multiple locations as well. I loved it. Perfect to buy gifts and there more attractions outside the Basilica as well. The entire city is filled with attractions and even the cities nearby.
This should be included in the must visit places in Brazil. The cathedral is huge and very beautiful. The dome ia decorated with paintings of Brazilian fauna. Na última estação, Coronel Fulgêncio, a guia nos leva ao palco da revolução, o túnel que liga a cidade de Passa Quatro e Cruzeiro, para chegar ao túnel, caminhamos alguns metros, recomendo uso de roupa de frio e calçado confortável! Por fim, o trem faz a manobra e voltamos para a estação. Durante todo o passeio, somos privilegiados por uma bela vista e muita natureza!!! Recomendo o passeio.

Easy access. . Just 5 minutes by boat from Gonçalinho Beach. I recommend the Konquilhas restaurant. Fair price and great customer service. The waiter "Coquinho" is very friendly and hard worker.
It's a short boat ride from nearby são Gonçalo Beach. This small island has three little beaches with simple restaurants. Plenty of shade under the trees. The sea is extremely calm and the water is clear. Great place to spend a few hours, especially for families with children
