Very cute farm of sheep. The owl and falcon shows are amazing, too. The baby sheep seem to be very hungry and it's sad that they're not able to drink from their mother's but are instead bottle fed.

(Translated by Google) Wow, what an incredible place! We bought the full passport, and it was worth every penny. The adventure with the shepherd, right at the beginning, was incredible. We saw the entire farm and even had a picnic. I forgot our driver's name, lol, but we loved all the explanations along the way. I'd like to take this opportunity to praise all the staff... friendly and helpful. The bird of prey handler was also incredibly cheerful, putting everyone at ease. The experience of holding the birds is thrilling. Lunch at the restaurant is very good, and the staff are all friendly; we were very well looked after. Needless to say, every interaction with the sheep was spectacular. All good things deserve to be shared, and we highly recommend the tour. (Original) Gente, que lugar incrível! Esqueci o nome do nosso motorista kkk mas adoramos todas as explicações durante o trajeto.

It is Brazil's largest and most acclaimed winery, known for its commercial accessibility. The cooperative began with 16 families and has since become a prominent name in the industry. Free entrance ! Very kind worker! I got a private tour as I did not speak Portuguese. The tour guide was in English and at the end there is a wine tasting of 7 bottles aprox. The interior decoration is beautiful with Greek Gods, saints for protection, and shows all the flags of exporting countries in descending order! Really worth it and at the end you can buy bottles at a discount.
Antoine A — Google review
An excellent experience. Special thanks to "Julia" who was our guide and doing her first English speaking tour - she was fantastic. We arrived for a tour in the early afternoon and were lucky to be in a small group of 2. Julia gave us an excellent guided tour and then we went to a private tasting room. The wines, and Julia's commentary, were first class. We were allowed to taste some special wines. We really enjoyed it. The tour was free, and we bought some wine to take away.
Paul T — Google review
The tour was nice and the wine delicious!
Thais P — Google review
The tour on the winery is for free, the guides are really polite and the tasting at the end of the tour is really good. The place is beautiful and it's worth the visit. If you like something in the winery shop, buy it because the prices are better than on a supermarket
Lau A — Google review
The tour is totally FREE of charge and it is amazing. They show a brief video about the place and origin and a guided tour that goes underground to see the huge tanks where the wine and other products are made. Ending with a tasting session where you can try the the multiple times awarded wine selection. You can't go wrong by taking this tour...

It is like to be in a class learning about how Italians migrate to Brazil. Every station of the presentation is very well explained in detail about their journey from Italy to Brazil. The scenery is very nice and can lead you back to those days when they came to Brazil. I highly recommend.

Today we stopped just for the store and look around. It is even beautiful than was years before. We went to tasting a few grapes to choose which buy. The sales guy was extremely kind and explained very well the difference between the grapes. Totally recommend. I would highly recommend the visitation, I did a few times in the past and it is really nice and beautiful. Try their nature sparkling it is amazing

Casa Valduga is one of those places in the world that you can not miss! I visited this winery in May 2025, during my trip to the Vale dos Vinhedos area. Their hospitality, food, and, more importantly, the quality of the wine is unavailable!! You must try their sparkling wine called 130 Blanc de Blancs. It is to die for! BTW, Luisa Valduga is the best host ever, and their wine cellar is out of this world!
Wine I — Google review
Amazing winery where is one of the most famous one in Brazil. We can enjoy tasting with a lot of options including rare wine. Their wines are fruity, tasty, and simple good. In addition, we can have cuisine in their restaurant. It is course menu, but we can choose each food with several options.
Papipupenta — Google review
Every single person from Valduga treated us graciously and respectful, without rush, teaching us about everything we asked about. We were awarded a very funny and long chat with one of the owners, Mr. João Valduga, who more than just explain about the place, made thousand of good jokes, promoting the same sensation of being in a small and familiar winery. Most important! They have a cute dog called Nero waling over there
Paulo M — Google review
Casa Valdua's tour was an amazing experience (even though I bought the cheapest one). We went through Casa Valdua's history while walking inside the their cave. Also, we tried a select set o wines and champagne. We could see their special cave where Gregorian music is played to the wine. In the end we had short tour outside Casa Valduga.

Miolo Winery is a renowned and spacious winery located amidst picturesque rolling hills, offering visitors the chance to indulge in wine tastings and historical tours. As the largest winery in Brazil, it provides an exceptional experience with informative guided tours that delve into the details of winemaking. The knowledgeable staff ensures a pleasant visit, while the option for wine tasting allows guests to receive credit at the store.
This is the biggest winery in Brazil. I took the tour with the guide and she explained everything to me in details. Before the end of the tour, they teach you how to drink the wine. Definitely recommended
Muhammed S — Google review
Absolutely a deception in regards of presentation and expectation. Perhaps my expectation was really high, but I definitely was expecting much more of a vineyard like Miolo. I love the scooters collection. But the person presenting the history and the wine fabrication was so robotic and not passionated about the products, productions and the history itself. A pity! Hope they can improve.
Gil M — Google review
Years ago I used to come quite often.. I did the tasting, visitation etc. this year I went just to buy one specific wine (Lote 43). I wanted to try other wines (specifically the pinot noir. For my surprise they told us they don’t do more tasting of single bottles and you have to do the paid tasting. They would allowed me to do to the tasting without the visitation, but when I asked which wines were included they would not tell. But basically pinot noir would not be one of them. So what’s the purpose? You go to a winery to try the flavour and then buy a bottle. The staff it is nice the place ia beautiful but the wine purchase was disappointed and then after coming here before definitely not coming back
ANA M — Google review

Awesome place. I strong recommend a visit and the guided tour.
Mauricio B — Google review
This place has a nice view and good structure. Visited it there with my family and it all started bad with the cashier, who also seems to be the manager there. She was extremely rude when we were picking the items we wanted and inquired about the extremely high cost of the wine glasses (yes, you have to buy the glasses).
Luiz D — Google review
Went here for a wine tour during the week. Did several other wine tours in the area over 1,5 weeks before. The company has become a typical example of a company growing too fast. Amongst other things this made it lose its authenticity. The tour guide sought no connection with the crowd and talks in a way someone would give a presentation in a primary school. Other employees are just at the company for work and do not really seem to care about their customers. It almost seems that the company scale increase made it lose just that which allowed it to grow: a good story; passionate people; a company that is actually working on a product instead of providing models "showing" the proces; and a tasting with a build in flavors instead of a mix. If you just want to be informed on a factory proces and taste some wine: go here. If you want to be guided through authentic companies by passionate people who do what they love: go elsewhere. There a plenty of companies in the area around Bento which are worth a visit. This could be on the same road, or in other areas like Faria Lemos.

A fantastic city park in the middle of Porto Alegre. Lots of playground equipment for children to use, plenty of park benches and open spaces to have a picnic or just enjoy people watching. A marked fitness path circles the park as well. As of August 2023 the central pond area is closed for reconditioning, but still ple ty to do and see here!

I can't believe I lived in Porto Alegre for 3 years before visiting this jewel! Come here first if you're looking for artesenal gifts or souvenirs that are unique and truly reflect Porto Alegre. It's also a great place just to pass the day. Lot's to see, tons of restaurant options, clearly a popular spot in the city, for shopping, walking, running, or just getting some air.

It's a beautiful and quite big park. Locals love to go on weekends and I would recommend to tourist do the same. The park is fun this days when is full of people, but can be quite dangerous the other days of the week. Here you can be robbed even with violence, so try to not go alone. Same applies to the city in general. Try to stay just were is other people and you will see just the nicer face of the city.

Praça Internacional

Park
Sights & Landmarks
Praça Internacional is a captivating green space that beautifully symbolizes the friendship between Uruguay and Brazil. Nestled right on the border, this park features flags from both nations and an impressive obelisk, creating a picturesque setting for visitors. Here, there’s no strict division; instead, people meander freely across the open area, enjoying a delightful blend of cultures where Spanish and Portuguese intertwine seamlessly.
This gets 5 stars, not because the Praça is 5 stars but there is an AMAZING food vendor on the Uruguay side. Please see the pictures of the orange vendor stall, Named "something Park". She makes the best Xis and Cochorro Quente. My pictures are attached

Plaza Internacional in Rivera, Uruguay, is truly a “border of peace”, where Uruguay and Brazil blend seamlessly. There’s no real border—just an open space where people from both countries walk freely, creating a unique and harmonious atmosphere. It’s a must-visit place, offering a fascinating mix of Spanish and Portuguese languages and cultures. The fusion of Uruguayan and Brazilian traditions, music, and food makes this spot even more special. Whether you’re here to relax, take pictures, or experience the unity of two nations in one place, Plaza Internacional is a beautiful and symbolic landmark that represents friendship and cultural richness.

Lots of variety of product that are generally hard to come by in Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay. Prices in general are not as competitive as those in Ciudad de la Este, electronics in some cases are double the price. Some of the beers are reasonably priced, 1 bottle of Estrella for 1.50 dollars, 1 bottle of Voll Damn was going for 1.25 dollars. The wines are not as cheap as I had been told; go into into any half descent supermarket in Argentina or Uruguay and you'll find good wines at a lower price. If you're a public employee or doctor looking for a place to spent your easily earned money then by all means try this place. If you are a serious shopper in search for a bargain you should head over to Ciudad del Este in Paraguay if its not to out of the way.

This is a review for the restaurant. The park was awesome. Review for La Casona Restaurant Unfortunately, our experience at La Casona was disappointing. None of us were happy with our meals—everything we ordered was either hard, lacked flavor, or was strangely prepared. It really missed the mark on all fronts. On top of that, we were surprised to see a charge of $2.20 per person just for using utensils, which was printed right on the menu. That’s a first for us, and frankly, it felt unreasonable—especially considering the food quality. In the end, we decided not to waste the rest of our time or money and went somewhere else for desert. Would not recommend.

Nestled along the picturesque Paseo Victorica, the Museo Naval de la Nación is a must-visit for anyone intrigued by maritime history. This riverside gem showcases an impressive collection of model boats, maps, and flags that narrate the rich legacy of the Argentine Navy. Visitors can marvel at unique exhibits, including anti-aircraft guns set amidst lush greenery. A highlight is the Legh II sailboat, famously sailed around the world by Vito Dumas in 1942-1943.
Very nice selection of ship models and real, life-size ships. It takes up to 2.5h - 3h to complete if you are interested in the historic civil and military seafaring of Argentina and read through the exhibition signs, some of which are very detailed. 👍 🤝 Not really a place to visit with kids although they do have a kids corner to entertain them.

Though I really wish it had some English writings as it’s hard to translate everything. Overall I really loved this place! The ony bad thing is that the lights in the room are located poorly
Ekaterine ( — Google review
Truly a hidden gem! A wonderfully rich museum, like you would not expect from the outside, with an incredible quantity of naval model (many of which well over 1, 2 or even 3 meters in length) and historical vessels (like the Lehg II, a 9.50 m ketch that was sailed around the world in 1942 by Argentinian Vito Dumas, the bridge of the ARA Alférez Sobral, almost destroyed in the South Atlantic War of 1992, and a french-made Exocet missile, like the one that sank the cruiser General Belgrano in the same war). The entrance ticket is lass than the equivalent of 50 cents (Euro or USD) and so it is worth visiting even if you don't have much time, but if you are interested in Naval History plan to spend there at least two or three hours.

Quiet place showcasing the naval history of Argentina. For 50 peso, why not spare an hour of your time? However, while information and notes are all in Spanish, Google translate app will do the job for you

Museums
Located in the Tigre Delta of Argentina, Museo de Arte Tigre is housed in a stunning belle-epoque building that was once a social club for wealthy bohemians seeking respite from Buenos Aires. The museum showcases the works of renowned Argentine artists from the 19th and 20th centuries. Visitors can enjoy guided tours in Spanish and explore the magnificent grounds, which are popular for photography due to their resplendent architecture.
Very beautiful museum, small but has great art and architecture.

Great palace to walk around for a little bit, the art gallery is nice. Best part was seeing the history and old photos of the palace itself.

It is one of Argentina's most important museums. Works in its collection covers history of arts in Argentina. Has guided tours and workshops. It is located in a historic building that has amazing architecture and located on the river bank with scenic views. Worth a visit. Popular with tourists. Wear comfy shoes, take water, wear hat, sunscreen. Toilets available. Easy terrain, lot of easy walking. Great place for photography.

This art museum had stolen my heart ❤️ It’s one of the most beautiful buildings in Buenos Aires, plenty of art inside with different painting styles. Friendly stuff. Beautiful garden with the view int he river. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Very very beautiful palace with an interesting story. Visited Tigre during the winter and the building is still beautiful. Will definitely come back in the summer to enjoy the view and the river in it's sundrenched summer glory!

5100 ars in June 2025. So, many images, good view to the river. I think, average time of visiting 30 min.

Museo de Arte de Tigre impresses with excess. To experience the type of extravagance that only too much money could buy back at the beginning of the 1900s. Excess on this scale happens so rarely that it'd be a shame to miss the spectacle. The museum exhibitions are amazing as well.

Beautiful, awesome. When I visited, the museum was closed, but I got great pictures at Museo de Bellas Artes at Tigres, Argentina. It looks like a European Castle, built by a French architect. It's a place with culture and history. I called it the Argentinian Howarts because this place has been used for films.

Temaikèn is a renowned biopark located in Escobar, Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is owned by the Temaiken Foundation and offers a variety of attractions such as an aquarium, a 360-degree theater, and ample space for animals to move freely. The name 'Temaiken' originates from the Tehuelche words for 'land' and 'life', reflecting its reputation as the 'land of life'.
My favorite zoo in the world!! love it so much the bad reviews are insane! beautiful love all the exhibits walkways design it’s gorgeous! The tigers habitat is massive love the white tigers and cheetahs and pumas it’s amazing! highly recommend great for photos! open lush spaces where you see animals not bars and ugly cages! can’t wait to come back again!

The collection's design, encompassing avian, animal, and marine life exhibits, was truly exceptional. However, the $125 admission fee for two adults and one child was excessive, necessitating a four-star rating instead of five.

I really enjoyed this park! We bought tickets one day before through the internet (check promotions, there are many good offers). The territory of the park is big and there are many things to see. It feels like animals have good conditions and bigger spaces than in regular zoos. You can see some rare animals here, for example, bengal tigers, yaguarete, pumas. There are many food zones, toilets and playgrounds around the park. The only disturbing moment is people, which don’t follow the rules and don’t respect animals or other guests. Smoking, taking pictures with flash, screaming and climbing in prohibited areas - such a shame.
Ann A — Google review
Beautiful place and animals, but there's still work to do. Some of the enclosures are missing the name of the animals and the park needs more cleaning. A park that looks abandoned is not a good park. It also needs some paint on the buildings thru the park. The employees are very nice overall and they have good security. The animals are amazing and unique! A clean park and good service will bring many more tourists from all over the countries!

We bought tickets in advance. Take a look at their website because there are a lot of promotional discounts. I'd suggest to get both tickets and parking in advance. The park is very tidy and taken care of. Animals have a lot of space to move 'freely' (well, yeap, this is a grey issue). The aquarium is very good! Lots of species, including sharks. The Bengal tigers were definitely my favorite. There are 2 of them and it is very fun to see them interact. You can also see flamingos, monkeys, pelicans, ostriches, lemurs, bats, pumas, and lots of other species. There are a variety of food places all across the park. Although there is a sign that you should not go in with food or beverages, no one controls anything. Moreover, pretty much everyone goes in with food and beverages. The whole visit may take between 3 and 5 hours, depending on your own regulation of speed (and lunch) Bathrooms are OK. Overall, it was a very fine day and experience. I'd recommend it, especially with children.
Ramiro F — Google review
Spent there my sons birthday with family. Great experience. Very beautiful. Very inconvenient that the tickets can be purchased only online or by card. Cash is not accepted. And only fast food available in the park, so better take healthy snacks for kids with you.
Olga S — Google review
It's a really nice zoo. Animals are well treated here and it usually has foundations that fight against animal trafficking. Some animals here are saved from this traffic. The bird park beside is also an excellent place to check out. It has several activities and is really worth visiting. Great for kids!!
Agustín C — Google review
We are animal lovers and quite critical about some zoos. After visiting most of them in the US and Europe, I must say we were very impressed with Tamiken. Everything looks great - from the sign when entering to the animals enclosures. We found the animals to be happy and active. They have large spaces to roam and be as close to nature as possible. The park itself is amazing, so nice and the themes and explanations are the best we ever saw. Very recommended!

If you're looking for an unforgettable escape from the hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, a day trip to Estancia Santa Susana is just what you need. For $212 per person, this 8-hour adventure immerses you in the rich gaucho culture. The experience begins with a warm welcome featuring wine and homemade empanadas, setting the tone for a delightful day ahead. The picturesque horse ranch offers not only stunning views but also friendly horses that make for an enjoyable riding experience.
Our tour group took a half day trip here to experience traditional Argentinian Gaucho and Pampas life. Everyone was very friendly and the food was great. The music, dancing and demonstrations were entertaining. The house and chapel with numerous displays were very interesting. Definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing time on our cruise tour! The gauchos put on such an entertaining show, and the ring game was really something special. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and the food was bursting with flavor! Watching the tango dancers was just beautiful; they had their own little stage and moved so gracefully. It was also a lovely surprise to meet the friendly Irish owners while enjoying everything Argentina has to offer. What a unique experience!

Excellent day at Estancia Santa Susana. Everyone was great! The wine flowed, the music and dance were outstanding, the food was excellent and do not forget to leave room for dessert! The service was 5*, the gift shop superb and the Gauchos were extraordinary! Looking forward to coming back again!

An authentic Gaucho experience in the outskirts of Buenos Aires. We had an amazing time, tried the delicious dishes and watched an amazing tango show. We walked to the premises of the farm and had a look at the family’s museum and as for last we enjoyed the horse show with the experienced riders. I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back. Our love and regards from Greece
Michalis K — Google review
I spent a lovely day touring the ranch. Had a very nice family style lunch with local entertainment. I watched a demonstration of outstanding horsemanship. The horse men would charge across a field and pluck a hanging ring onto a stick a size of a pencil.

Our journey to Estancia Santa Susana in Argentina for the Gaucho day excursion was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with delicious empanadas and a choice of wine and soft drinks—a true Argentine welcome. What made the experience even more special was the evident family-run nature of the operation. The owner personally greeted each guest, and the camaraderie among the workers was heartwarming. You could feel the strong bond they shared, and it reflected in the seamless way they interacted, like a close-knit family. Now, let's talk about the food. The steaks at Estancia Santa Susana were incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The flavors were authentic and rich, embodying the essence of Argentine cuisine. It's safe to say that each bite was a delightful exploration of Argentine flavors. The variety of shows and activities offered was truly captivating. From traditional performances to hands-on experiences, every moment was engaging and enjoyable. One of the highlights for me was witnessing the remarkable skill of the gauchos as they caught rings while riding at full speed—an impressive display of horsemanship. Our overall experience at Estancia Santa Susana was beyond our expectations. The full Gaucho immersion, paired with the delectable steaks, entertaining shows, and authentic cultural insights, made it well worth the investment. If you're seeking an authentic Argentine adventure that showcases the heart and soul of the country, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Estancia Santa Susana. It's an experience that will leave a lasting impression.

It would be much better if they had some kind of guidance (since there were several people in an office, and it would be more entertaining). Admission for adults is $2,500 (May 2025). It's still nice to visit. (Original) Lindo lugar. Es chiquito, la visita es veloz! (Translated by Google) It is a nice museum, it has very good skeletons of things from when the sea was at the height of San Pedro. It is incredible to see whale bones, for example. You can also see the place where he usually treats the pieces before displaying them. And if anyone is interested, they have a room with an explanatory video. The entry fee is $2000 per person. It's worth going. (Original) Es lindo museo, tiene muy buenos esqueletos de cosas de cuando el mar estuvo a la altura de San Pedro. Es increíble ver huesos de ballenas, por ejemplo. Taller de Platería & Orfebrería Mariano Draghi is a small museum and silver shop run by the talented silversmith, Mariano Draghi. He learned the craft from his father and has created remarkable pieces, including a trophy commissioned by Queen Elizabeth. The museum tour provides insight into his work and techniques, with Mariano himself offering explanations. Visitors can also explore the workshop at the back and browse through traditional silver items on display.
Great works of art, mainly in silver, hand crafted by Mariano Draghi. Some of the pieces especially are very intricate in design and apparently takes months to create. We had a nice tour of the place. If you are visiting the area it is definitely worth checking out.

This is a working silversmith that learned from his father. This gentleman is very creative and talented. He made a solo trophy that was commissioned by Queen Elizabeth. The museum tour shows you some of his work, and then he spends time with you explaining his history and some of the techniques that he uses. One photo is the cornmeal of a frame that has a silver piece. The other is Mariano explaining one of his methods. There is a gift shop where I bought a pair of earrings for my wife. They were $100. This is not cheap stuff.

Museo Las Lilas De Areco is a must-visit attraction in San Antonio de Areco, featuring a remarkable collection of original artworks by the renowned artist Florencio Molina Campos. Known for his unique caricature-style depiction of rural gaucho life, Campos gained fame since the 1930s and even collaborated with Walt Disney in the 1940s. The museum offers three rooms showcasing Campos' works, along with other paintings by various artists from that era.

(Translated by Google) The general admission price of $8,000 (and $5,000 with an extensive list of discounts: for seniors, students, teachers, minors, etc.) is completely justified. The curatorship is outstanding and educational. Unlike other museums, it makes the tour interesting and enjoyable. I highlight the modern layout and the lighting that enhances each work. The Molina Campos room is a must-see. Logistical tip: The entire tour takes approximately two hours. It has a cafeteria, a convenient place to take a break, a gift shop, and a very clean restroom. The best time to go is at 3:00 PM.
