I'm guessing Ivoti is a bit off the beaten path for most that go travelling on Rio Grande do Sul, but if you can spare the time, Weber is definetely worth the visit. Lovely Denise took us throught the whole manufacturing process and guided us in a tasting session afterwards, completing this amazing experience!

Prize winning local distillery! The family has been producing spirits since the 1800s! Talk to Marcelo for a guided tour of the facilities and to learn about the history of the family /cachaça making. Needles to say, this guys make top quality cachaça, gin and rum!
