Great museum. It has lots of old weapons and furniture from old Laguna. I grew up there and even going to the museum as an adult I still learned new things there. Very informative panels. Highly recommend

(Translated by Google) The history is wonderful. We paid 10 reais for the full price and 5 reais for half price. This place has an incredible history and is worth it. It also requires a guard, especially at night, as historical artifacts have been stolen. It's incredible and worth the visit! (Original) Maravilhosa a história. (Translated by Google) I liked the museum! But it's important to point out that it's not the Anita Garibaldi museum; it's a general museum about Laguna's history and some furniture. It can be a bit confusing because people usually go there expecting Anita's history. (Original) Gostei do museu! Mas é importante ressaltar que não é o museu da Anita Garibaldi, é um museu geral da história de Laguna e algumas mobílias, acaba confundindo um pouco porque geralmente as pessoas vão esperando história da Anita ali.

Such a nice beach! Great waves for surfing and a perfect place for relaxing and just having a good time. Nice and clean beach with a beautiful mountain backdrop. Also plenty of food and drinks available so you can stay on the beach the entire day without having to lift a finger. Overall Praia do Rosa had a very nice and peaceful atmosphere. They ensured that we were always safe, well-prepared, and fully enjoyed every moment on the water. The rapids were exciting and the team was highly experienced. The scenery was absolutely stunning and made the adventure even more memorable. The photos and videos they took of us were amazing and will make for great memories. Campeche Island, located off the coast of Florianópolis, is a treasure trove of ancient archaeological sites and natural beauty. The island is known for its pristine sands, calm waters, and hidden coves that offer stunning views of cliffs and rock formations. Visitors can join organized boat tours departing from Armacao Beach to explore the island's clear waters and preserved natural park.
If you are in Floripa a visit to this Island is a must. It is absolutely stunning. You can access it from a few places but we chose to get a boat from Campeche Beach (10 minutes). Tip - get their early as people queue from 8am because they only allow limited numbers on the Island.
Kate D — Google review
A very beautiful beach on the island but it took an hour boat ride to get there. Make sure to choose a good sunny day to go there.
Rula H — Google review
Magical place. If you go there with your family members, make sure not to litter the place. Don’t take your smoking equipment, there and smoke there. Respect the nature.
Mansour M — Google review
It is a must-visited Campeche Island. The best advice I can give is to check the weather before you go, choose an agency to buy it a few days before you plan going because it is a really popular place, if you arrive there without your ticket probably you will face a big queue to try to take the boat! If you have problems with the boat, bring your medicine because it will take 40 min by boat to get there! The water is beautiful, paradise!

A beautiful island with calm but freezing water. If you go on the weekend, there are many boats obstructing the view of the ocean. Nonetheless, the island feels calm and relaxed. We (foreigners) were told it costs 300 reais per person round trip to the island. When we said we don't have that much cash, they lowered it to 200 reais per person (Feb 2022). Still expensive based on other comments here, but I guess that's the price you pay for not being brazilian.

All the beaches here on this island are gorgeous and this one is no exception. White sand clear blue water and a background of greenery and hills. You can't beat it. It's a beach break and although the waves were too small it would probably leave you very good here for surfing their body surfing.

This is a fantastic beach amazing for playing volleyball. Get to know other people find amazing friends just relax on the beach. Enjoy the nature. The views the waves are friendly. A lot of people do windsurfing which is fantastic. There are rocky areas on the left side. Be careful about them if you go there make sure that you step on stable and Certain places not to fall between the rocks. There will be dangerous people who sell stuff by the beach are friendly and welcoming, which was amazing to there are some showers right outside the beach, which were also clean and amazing and I really liked them. I went there with a friend of mine and I took amazing pictures there and I really love the beach and the waves there I would always go back.

What a wonderful beach and so close to Lagoa (15 min on the bus). It offers beautiful nature and some infrastructure likes bars, shops and restaurants but not too much
Philipp L — Google review
It’s ok. Actually a very busy beach so if you’re into that then it might be the right place for you. What’s great is the dunes sitting in the background. If you climb up you’ll get a very picturesque view of the beach! Also the rocks on the left side of the beach is a cool spot to check out !
Discovering D — Google review
People are very nice and the beach is beautiful. Water is clean but sometimes the waves are strong. Plenty of gift shops and a few places to eat. You can enjoy and relax here for hours and not notice how long it's been.
Nadine M — Google review
Nice beach with breathtaking views, clear and clean water but it has big waves (perfect for surfers) anyway you can get into the water with extreme caution (I wouldn’t recommend it for children).

The Dunes of Joaquina in Florianopolis, Brazil are famous for their expansive white sand and the opportunity to go sandboarding with stunning ocean views. Visitors can rent or buy boards from nearby shops or join locals for this popular activity. Situated between Mole Beach and Ponta do Retiro, these dunes offer panoramic views of the ocean and Lagoa da Conceicao. Nearby attractions include Natural pools of Barra da Lagoa and Mole Beach.
Get ready to be swept away on sand filled adventure. Truly felt like I could have been in Egypt. Amazing for taking epic fotos. Also you can rent sandboards if you wanted to give them a try. Free parking where you can find it. I reccomend going at sunset. The views are amazing!

Pretty nice here! Very big area, too big to see it all. However if you’re in Floripa you should totally pass by here.

Breathtaking, and so much fun, you can rent a board to do some sand surfing or bring your own, the view is stunning. Just be prepared to find sand in every nook and cranny of your body.

Best part of Florianopolis. Stunning.
Owlie W — Google review
These dunes are amazing. It costs R$20 per hour and they give you a bracelet so you are the only person allowed to use it for that hour. It is quite high and tirering so if your physical conditions aren't the best you might struggle with it. There are car parks nearby and they cost around R$10/20 per day but you can also park on the street and it will be fine. Some car parks have showers and toilets included on these prices. The boards are in good condition here and the staff is helpful. They also give you wax so the board can get more speed. The beach is nearby and you can get there walking. If the temperature is less than 25 degrees the water might be cold and it might bring jelly fishes. There are restaurants and bars in there. The dunes are just perfect and the moisture from the sea helps it to be in the best condition. Do not buy water from the place in front of it as it tastes like swage and it looks like they have bottled it themselves.

Mole Beach, also known as Praia Mole, is a popular surfing spot with a long stretch of sand and scenic headlands at either end. It's a favorite among locals and tourists for surfing competitions and enjoying the sun and water.
A beautiful white sand beach with clear blue water and no pollution. The water temperature fluctuates with the currents. The waves can be good for surfing or body surfing depending on conditions. The background of hills and greenery is gorgeous and there is a lifeguard on duty here. One of our favorite beaches in the world.
Earth E — Google review
The trails are very nice, but I wouldn't say the same for the beach, unless you surf it is not a very enjoyable beach.. But it has a nice preserved area!
Francesca P — Google review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Playa Mole is everything I dreamed of and more. The surf? Unreal. The kind of waves that make you feel like a pro… until you wipe out in front of a crowd of beautiful people. The sand is so white it makes my sunscreen look lazy, and the water is so clear I could see fish judging my paddling technique. The vibes? Immaculate. It’s like everyone there just rolled out of a hammock and somehow still looks like a model. If you’re into surfing, chilling, and pretending you belong in a postcard, this is the place to be.
Aiden A — Google review
Very nice beach with stunning waves and good infrastructure.
Muris D — Google review
Neighborhood of Selina Florianopolis just across the street. It's a decent beach with space. Small, nothing particularly special about it. It's like season right now so maybe there will be more activity during high season which I hear starts in November and December. It's an okay but not absolutely must see beach. Clean though.
John L — Google review
Beautiful beach, I’ve been here multiple times - as all beaches in Florianopolis it is always windy! I have been to this beach maybe 10 times and there was one occasion where it wasn’t windy. With that being said the trails and vibe of the beach really do make it special - it’s quite a gypsy beach (if you like that kind of thing) and there is always waves so for surfing it’s good (swimming not so much)
Zac N — Google review
Absolutely splendid place! I spent my honeymoon there and I had the best time of my life. Lots of activities, super chill vibe and safe. You can go scuba diving on the little island in the horizon I've met so many nice people there and there's a big lgbt and hippie community, which is where the fun is at. No matter how you look like, you'll feel included. There's also professional surfers and fishermen as well , all sorts of cool people. Let's not forget how AMAZING the fish is at the little food place on the beach Absolutely recommend it

Beautiful and calm beach with parking, restaurants and oyster farm. Nice sunset too. Only downside is the tiny the road to get there, you'd rather go on weekdays to avoid manouvering your car.
Luiz M — Google review
Praia do Forte (Fortress Beach) is a nice little beach nested after a steep mount at the end of Jurerê Internacional beach. It's always calm, offers a great view of the mainland, and a beautiful sunset. The sea is shallow for a long stretch, with short waves. Great for bringing children. You can get there by car, but make sure you can navigate through very, very steep hills, especially on the way back. The road is narrow, passing just one car in a few places. Bad if you are the one coming up and need to stop to let the other driver go through. You can also park before the mount, and walk through the Fortress to get to the beach. There are a few restaurants offering seafood. Nothing fancy, but always good and fresh. Recommended.

Great clean beach with lovely waves and water is just right for swimming. There's lots of cafes and restaurants and bars along the beach with a great atmosphere!
Nick D — Google review
The Americas have a completely wrong idea as to what makes a city livable. This is a place that boasts a sandy beach but waves that make swimming unfeasible. Proof of that is that 90% of the beachgoers are lying or sitting on the beach, but very few venture to go inside the sea and even fewer bother to swim. Add to that the mostly cloudy skies and the ever-present rain, and you've got the picture. Furthermore, there are no cafés to speak of as coffee culture in these parts of the world is practically nonexistent, and the restaurants are nothing to brag about. Finally ,the absence of any other form of entertainment makes this place an absolute tedium. Complete waste of my money. Give me the Mediterranean any time!

There are some residential areas and residential houses. The neighboring people are super friendly and they welcome you to the beach. The sand is super clean. Mirante Madre Paulina

Mirante Madre Paulina is a captivating viewpoint that requires a bit of effort to reach, as it sits atop the steep Madre Paulina Hill. The journey is adorned with vibrant ribbons tied by visitors, each representing heartfelt wishes to Saint Paulina—a beautiful tradition that adds color and meaning to your hike. As you ascend, you'll encounter numerous signs expressing gratitude for prayers answered, creating an inspiring atmosphere.
(Translated by Google) Lovely place, natural landscape, well-kept place, access to the viewpoint is free and open until 5pm. It is not a place suitable for people with disabilities, the climb is steep but not very long. I suggest comfortable shoes and clothing, repellent and water for hydration. There I noticed a possible establishment selling items, but on the day of the visit it was closed. I recommend the tour, it is a beautiful view, to be recorded in photographs and in memory.

(Translated by Google) You can see the church from afar. I thought the view from up there was really beautiful. Access to the site is free and it's a bit steep, but going up is fine if you want to go slower and it's easy. There is a little shop up there, you can buy souvenirs and also water, if you want right after climbing. Along the way there is a railing where you place ribbons to make your wish to Mother Paulina. I left our ribbons too.

Along the way, thousands of colorful ribbons, with requests from the faithful, add color to the journey. Following the path, a little higher, next to the ribbons, we can see a space with numerous signs thanking the requests fulfilled. There are plaques, objects, photos, letters, in short, everything that can thank the Saint for the graces he received. A few meters above is the viewpoint on the hill, a very beautiful place with a beautiful view of the Sanctuary and the region. (Original) Para chegar ao mirante você precisa subir pela Colina da Madre Paulina, é uma subida íngreme, mas vale a pena.
