On August 8, 2024, we took a class trip to the Pernambuco arena. We went with the school students. I got there, took a lot of photos and enjoyed it a lot. In my opinion, I recommend taking more from R$70 and here's a tip: don't step on the grass

I loved visiting the Pernambuco arena, which is very beautiful and rich in history, which were very important in the growth and development of the stadium and thus impacting an increase in tourism, bringing new visitors not only to the arena but also to our region.

Very good stadium with a great structure. This place just have a sin, is in the middle of nowhere and the transportation is terrible. You need a car to go there.

One of the most remarkable and interesting art galleries we have ever visited. Francisco Brennand must have been a weird, obsessive, wildly creative guy to conceive such an ambitious and extensive display of his work. The ceramic sculptures are creative and bizarre, mostly monochromatic and very imaginative. There are elements of Picasso, and Geiger. Some are quite creepy, some are strangely erotic. Even if you are not an art lover you will be blown away.

Very peaceful place. Visiting during the week is good because it’s more calm and less crowded. The range of sculptures and paintings is amazing, not to mention that the grounds are beautiful and unspoiled to go for a walk or just sit and relax

Nice park near Recife. A lot of Ceramics like a museum

The place is nice, but it’s lacking a guided tour or posters with explanations. You feel lost inside, not knowing where to start or what’s the story of the place. It’s also very expensive to get in, 60 BRL. The coffee shop could have decent coffee

You should visit this place at least once. Unique architecture and history. Prepare yourself to be in awe. Visit the gift shop for unique ceramic artwork.

Esse é um museu essencial para quem gosta do Brennand ou de arte moderna. Um lugar limpo, tranquilo, e muito relaxante de visitar. This is a must-visit place in Recife if you like modern, daring art. It does contain quite a bit of phallic imagery, but a in abstract (it is the style of the artist). It's a beautiful indoor and outdoor museum. Very clean, and relaxing.

Don’t use the guide tour, they are scammers! Old town feels like being abandoned with lots of homeless. Don’t feel very secure to walk around. Don’t use any guide tour! They said one hour walk tour, 50 BRL per person. During the tour, there was very little introduction and walking very fast to rush us, took us to shops so they get commission fee, but we actually don’t buy anything. And after finish, they asked 50% more, and insisted cash!!! We don’t want to risk our security since they are a bunch of guides around us and push us to pay! They are the scammers!

Very nice. Close to historic center called Recife Antigo, which is all very nice for a walk and get to know regional food, history, and watch nice live perfomances. Just be careful with your cell and purse 😬

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt welcomed. The check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My room was clean, quiet, and equipped with all the essentials. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety, making mornings easy and enjoyable.

Per se it's just a little spot on the floor, but the area around is very nice. You'll find a few nice bars and unexpensive restaurants around, with some local experiences to know the carnival culture better. Nothing special but worth taking a look.

Nice and safe place to walk. Even I might saw people with * not so friendly" faces. Also that day there was police's every were.

R$10 parking right there. A few museums nearby and one that had interesting realistic art including a replica of the Mona Lisa and faces to full body realistic statues. Can't forget the Recife sign is here!!! Photo op

Nice historic area but full of people trying to sell you stuff and take your money. There is a lot of crime around this area as well!

Very nice place to visit close to Recife. Better to spend a day there then in Recife. You can really feel the colonialism in the air because of the several building in this style. A lots of color everywhere. Fantastic place.

Tourist trap, trash and aggressive street vendors.

This place is wonderful. A lot of foods and store. A place for tourist and everybody. Came to visit a heaven in earth.

It is an important and historic area for brazilian northeast. However, the city looks ruined, old and with no maintenance. Perhaps it became just and area for carnaval.

A serene and beautiful getaway from the bustle of the city life... Amidst the sea and old cultural vibe you get the feel of Olinda.....Linda !!!

A very nice place with many small and good Restaurants. The prospect is fantastic.
