Nice Designer Outlet. A good selection of versions brands. Including a small food court. Big parkingplace and also a Bust stop 5 min away.

This is a nautical themed outlet mall hence the light house outside and the wooden boards everywhere. Despite being open for about 15 years according to a shop worker, we found it extremely clean and well maintained. There are plenty of clean, free toilets and a food hall with a great deal of seating and menu options. We came on the 115 bus which took about an hour and might put some people off. We have visited many outlet malls in the United Kingdom/Europe and this was really impressive.

A very unique outlet mall with a huge variety of local and international brands, it is designed to match the theme of the city with very nice shape of houses full of colours. We found some items that we couldn't find anywhere else, prices are cheap beyond imagination. The parking lot is huge to accommodate a big number of shoppers. The food court has a nice variety to choose from. WiFi is free almost every where. The downside is that it is very hard to get a taxi if you stay little late.

Don’t drive there. The situation on the parking lot is a total nightmare. I‘ve never seen anything like that.

The shops themselves are fine, however there is always heavy traffic around and its easy to get stuck on the parking lot on your way out, and the close proximity to the local dumpster util facility causes some really bad smell all around the place

It’s a MUST SEE in Torun. Kopernik is a PRODUD for polish history. Definitely recommend come and see and read about that astonished person.

Beautiful place for photos day or night. 😎 Nearby: for a few złotych, buy tickets and climb to the roof of the clock tower above Copernicus' statue. It's worth it! Such a view!You climb right past the bells that chime the hour. (Stairs aren't even, so be careful. It's an adventure!)

A place you must see in the oldtown center of Torun, it’s a amazing city that I could say one of the most beautiful city in Poland, even better than krakow and Wroclaw in someways. Hardly destroyed in WW2, therefore a lot of historical buildings survived. Torun also happened to be the hometown of Nicolaus Copernicus.

We visited as a family and had a wonderful experience. We joined the session with simultaneous English translation, which was very well done. The visit begins with a storytelling session that takes you through the history of gingerbread in the region, followed by a hands-on activity where you make your own gingerbread with traditional tools and guidance — a great mix of fun and learning. What stood out to us was not just the content of the museum, but also the warmth and professionalism of the staff — from the hosts to the interpreters, everyone was incredibly welcoming and engaged. There are also additional small activities that make the whole visit even more enjoyable, especially for kids. It’s truly an experience that appeals to both children and adults. Torun itself is a beautiful and impressive city, and this museum is one of those special places that reflect its rich history in an interactive and memorable way. Highly recommended, especially for families looking to enjoy something meaningful and fun together.

This was pointed out to us by friends as a fun thing to do, so we bought tickets and waded in. It's a museum plus interactive venue where you actually get to make some gingerbread. You are actually informed, however, not to eat the gingerbread you make as the process is rushed and the recipe is not quite right. Fun nonetheless. It's fun and informative, so give it a go.

I was really excited to attend the Ginger Bread Making Tour and even planned my entire day around it. English tour... I was given earpieces to listen but extremely poor quality sound systems. It was such a poor experience(they only working hard on the sales of thier gingerbread) which was deeply disappointing given how much I was looking forward it. Anyway just interesting for kids.

Very Good and Interactive muzeum from learning what gingerbreads are made from to making them yourself and them there is a chance to decorate your own gingerbread for an extra 8PLN that you can eat. There is 2 parts the medieval time and the early 20th century. When you are exploring Toruń it is certainly worth a visit. The show in English is at 2pm but in Polish it is every full hour.

We joined the 2pm English-synchronized tour and it was an overall great experience. I don't get those reviews that complain about the synchronisation. In our case, the guy that did the live translation added so much value. I guess humour is a matter of taste - but this was exactly my taste; give that man a raise! 😃 It was a very entertaining/interactive experience and the Polish language parts made the experience even more authentic to me.

Wow, what a great experience for kids and adults. The gingerbread class workshop is such a memorable experience. Excellent performance by the friendly staff. Would recommend it to anyone having a spare hour in old town Torun. Great location. Exit through a gift shop. Well worth the ticket price.

Thank you for bringing back great memories from my childhood when we used to had planetarium in Riga. 😊🙏 I enjoyed a Macrocosmos show. My colleague felt a little sick, but overall experience is great and worth a try. Those who suffers from seasickness not recommended.

It's possible to pay in cash and using a credit card. During weekends all tickets are discounted to the price of a student ticket. The shows are quite interesting, but made with 3D graphics that looks really outdated, during some parts of the show one may feel a little sick, but overall experience is great and worth a try.

Tried phoning all morning and afternoon to book tickets but no answer, they answered a few times but hung up straight away. That didn’t seem to be helping so I started emailing someone at the same time who was extremely unhelpful and sarcastic over the messages. Tried registering/signing up on the website to see if I could book tickets that way but it just tells you to phone. Again no answer

Great place for families with children. Movies are designed for children without too many scientific facts so it can be enjoyable for them. There is no cloakroom there what is a pity but from the projection people are coming out directly to the street. Make sure you have your mask on as many people ignore the risk and do not wear it inside coughing in the tight interiors. If you reserve your ticket online you have to buy it earlier than 15 minutes before the projection or you will loose it.

Brine Park is a great place for day out for the whole family . Lots of activities for kids and not only. Easy access for wheelchair users. The salt graduation tower is where you can sit and breath fresh air . Highly recommended

I loved this park. It is vast and has got many different areas such as: beauty flower arrangements, green grass area, little forest, pond with a bridge, herb garden, so you won't get bored. There are cafes inside and restaurants as well as public toilets. You will find ice cream parlour, outdoor gym and kids playground. I was very happy to spend a day there.

One of the few places to visit in Inowrocław. You can rent a room or an apartment close by and spend your weekend in Solanki. Beautiful park with two large ponds, summer theater, a number of restaurants, Tężnie Solankowe, a beach of some sort and places with mud massage. Very therapeutic. Walks are very relaxing. Bike riding is allowed. One can enjoy scenery all year long.

It's a sculpture to commemorate joining Poland to EU. It is one of the most popular and photographed sculptures in Bydgoszcz, but in my opinion, there are a lot of other, better ones. In one hand he is holding a pole. In the other hand he is holding an arrow and on his neck there are Roman sandals, both of which refer to the oldest city's sculpture and the main symbol of Bydgoszcz - Łuczniczka (The Archer).

This is a new artwork, that seems to ignore the laws of physics. That acrobat is guarding day & night, summer & winter, under the rain and snow and also under the strong wind, the central bridge over Brda in Bidgoszcz.

Small but a nice experience. You can tour the exhibition with an electronic audio guide in English. This is a script read by a non- native speaker so I did wonder how easy it would be to understand if English was not your native language. It contained all the key information though. In addition, the staff spoke good English and were kind enough to find us at the soap making workshop to translate for us. The workshop is about 15-20 zł extra on the entrance fee and is well worth it as it is fun and you get a nice souvenir to take away. Soap making is once an hour so we bought tickets then went to the Mill Island to wait for our slot.

Great experience and really underrated place in Bydgoszcz. Must visit if you’re around. The possibility of booking tour in other than Polish language is appreciated, since it’s not common in some places anyways. I recommend for everyone, especially with soap making workshop. The whole tour is not long, so you’re able to give 100% focus on the story telling, which is great!

Great place to visit and get some knowledge about the soap and dirt! I was really impressed by knowledge of the guide and the great way of briefing the history. I liked the workshops of making the soap- the unique experience! In small shop you can buy nice candles, soap and different products

Spectacular!!!! At the begging we made some soap (they gave it to us at the end) and then we learn about the history of soaps, perfumes and prejudices of the middle age... Also we learn a lot of details for many countries across the world. The guides were amazing... But I have to admit that I had my personal audio guide so if you want a tour in English the best that you can do is to ask first!

Cool little museum with some interesting information on the historical aspects of bathing and personal hygiene. You get to make your own soap, which is handed to you at the end of the tour.

Great place to visit to get some cross history knowledge on dirt and soap. Opportunity to make ons's own piece of soap. The venue is run by young enthusiasts, eager to help with everything. The store offers all kind of souvenirs. Highly recommended.

I really liked Mill Island in Bydgoszcz. The buildings are beautifully restored, and the entire area is very well maintained. It’s an interesting and definitely must-visit spot when you’re in the city. There’s also a free viewing platform – the view isn’t particularly impressive, but it’s still worth checking out.

So fun renting the paddle boats to get away for an hour. Downstream is easy but coming back you should prepare yourself for the upstream current. Recommend two people.

This is the Old town of Bydgoszcz. There are few buildings which has historical value. Very attractive architectural buildings are standing there around. Brda river is the greatest treasure in bydgoszcz and there are many water events river sides in June. You can visit there and can have enjoyable moments. Better place for walking as well. And there are few good restaurants to have a coffee or meal with your families.

A really pretty area for a walk. There is a playground area for kids. There are some museums in the area as well. And there are plenty of good photo ops. I also noticed many nice restaurants and cafés in the area even though I didn't get a chance to eat there. Definitely worth your time.

One of the best places to take pictures, enjoy events or even resting or going for a walk or chill closer to the Bay. Clean, with toilets, accessible to handicapped people and safe. Definitely, worths the visit.

Mill island by the Old Town was Bydgoszcz’s hive of industry from Medieval times. There are a few mill buildings standing here from the 1800s. They have been spruced up and turned into attractions. Island has green spaces bordering the peaceful loop in the Brda, which has clear water and waterfowl on its banks. During summertime yiu can rent a rowboat, potter around the quaint specialty shops or sip a cold beer outside in one of many restaurants.

I had an amazing time here! It perfectly covers the history of Polish archeology. Definitely recommend!! (Note: i was here on my school trip.) It's just a little crowded on the weekends. Other than that, it's perfect!

We had a wonderful time exploring the museum. The fact that the staff were dressed in period clothing and busy "going about their day" mending fishing nets, making pots out of clay, cooking food or selling their products made the experience very transporting. We could imagine what life looked like for hunter-gatherers or in an early medieval settlement. The staff were very friendly, eager to share information and most spoke English, which was very helpful for our mixed language group. All in all, a fantastic day trip both for kids and grown-ups.

The Biskupin Archaeological Museum offers a fascinating glimpse into how people lived hundreds of years ago. I visited the site with my kids, and they thoroughly enjoyed learning about daily life in the past. Onsite, you’ll also find a variety of souvenirs—such as whistles, bamboo flutes, and more—that make for wonderful keepsakes to take home.

A great and immersive place, me and my girlfriend spent the whole day there seeing everything (took about 5 hours), great food, and good handcrafted trinkets and pieces of art, some of which we bought, very much recommended for history/archeology enthusiasts.

Excellent museum, very interesting! Gives you an inside of how people lived in pre-historical times. Also very much appreciated: the enthousiastic explanations of the students in archeology in the most ancient parts of the museum! Castle is nice and a lot of artifacts to see inside but no info in English about anything this is big shame plus you need to pay for parking in front of the castle 13zl for 2h when you can park for free around 10min walk from castle so is a shame again and 2 different tickets if you wanna see castle and gardens, so it could be better

Beautiful old water castle next to a lake with a wide garden around it. To visit castle and garden both costs some money buy the garden is really beautiful with large trees where one can rest and stay in the shadows of the branches when the sun gets hot in the afternoon. Check it the cypress with its aerial roots that look like small dwarves! It's recommended to visit the garden in spring or autumn as the petals or the later change of colour are supposed to be the two most beautiful seasons there. There is a parking space right in front of the castle.

Professional guide knows what she is talking about (for Polish, I didn't see other languages). Beautiful architecture inside and outside. Interesting history of the castle. I enjoyed the experience, totally recommend it!

Very nice place! Make sure you also visit the Arboretum, especially if the spring if you like Magnolias, as they have a great variety of them. You can take a tour with no additional cost, alrhough in Polish, but there are spots where you can scan a QR code and get info. Just the toilets… they cost 3PLN but rhey are awful for what they cost!… no soap in the dispensers, they were not clean enough, rhey have to put attention to this.

A lovely lake. It’s a 5.6km loop we ran around and a great way to see it! There’s a lot going on; mini golf, ski slope, acarde, thermal baths etc. Great visit and would recommend a few hours here

It has the wow effect. Lovely man made lake for rowing competition. Lots of activity on either side of the lake. One side, artificial ski slope and the other side- water park/ slide. There are also ‘beach’ type place where you can play beach volleyball and football. Not for swimming or u can swim but at your own peril…….

Great place for jogging , cycling, walking you pets or just simply outdoor walking . One of the biggest Man made lakes in Poznan. The water sport competitions are kept here. The area of the biggest Malta mall, Ski resort , and The Poznan Zoo. In winter they let it dry out , for cleaning purpose i guess.

A great location to walk. Very long, clean, and maintained path. Road noise is not too loud and is not audible in most.locations. Frequent benches and resting spots. Some eateries close by.

Really large and nice park with lots to see. There’s some mobile ice cream and coffee places. The park could however use some maintenance in terms of grass cutting. It would also be nice to have more places to sit.

A really great park where u can let yourself get lost in. Truly amazing to visit. I spent half of day here by myself and it was really nice. There are a lot of historical spots related to the first and second world war, as well as cemeteries with unknown soldiers. Nice places for picnic, for biking, there are even some terraces really cosy and friendly. Very very nice, definitely one of the most beautiful things to see in Poznan!

Beautiful memorial park for sure. It’s worth the visit. The escapees from the great escape are buried here.

A massive park next to Poznań old town. So many walking trails to do, play areas, public gyms, cafés, bars, gardens, statues, memorials, an amphitheatre and even a war museum displaying tanks and aeroplanes. So much to do here whether it's a quick walk or a family day out. The history of this place is everywhere. Definitely recommend.

Signs would also be good,especially for the Nierozpoznani statues. There were several people looking for places. The Umberto restaurant is fantastic with a lot of choice for vegans and vegetarians

Very nice and fun activity. The guy doing the show were really lovely and funny so it’s definetly a time you’ll enjoy. They tell about the origins of this tradition and explain how to make yourself a St Martin croissant. At the end, you have. A privileged view to the goats show on the town hill clock. I recommend this experience if you have time to spare in Poznan.

The Rogalowe croissant museum in Poznan, Poland is a fast paced talk, delivered with humour & lots of information. We found out the history of St. Martin & then how this very special croissant is made. It is interactive but not for the whole audience. They like to have between 6-8 helpers who complete different stages of the process of the croissant making. I have to let you into a secret that I did not enjoy the flavour of the croissant but knowing where it originates from more than made up for it.

It is more of a workshop than a museum, where you can learn how to make Poznan's famous St. Martin's croissant. Even the baker explains it so interestingly and with such a sense of humor that you feel like you are on a talk show. It was so interesting and fun that we didn't notice how time passed. In the end, we couldn't help but watch the clock strike in Poznan's town square from the window. Although I bought tickets in advance from the website, it was also possible to buy tickets at the door.

The St. Martin's croissant making experience is great fun! Suitable for all ages, very entertaining and well presented, and everyone gets to have a turn if they want to participate. The experience is very sensory friendly and child friendly, as they allow visitors to move around, leave the room for a bit, or take part in the class as they wish. Both hosts were knowledgeable and funny, they presented the history and tradition of these little pastries very well, and at the end of the class everyone got to taste a bit as well. There's also a great view of the town hall goats, if you join the 2pm class. Definitely book ahead though, as it does tend to sell out.

An entertaining experience and not what I had expected. The two guys running it were fun, made jokes and got the audience involved. From a little bit of history, to local dialect, to how they are made. 14:00 was the English version which was basically most nationalities that do not understand Polish. Worth a visit and definitely a nice way of spending an hour.

We went to the croissant museum and it was so fun! The guys are funny when they’re explaining the history of the croissant. They let us take photos of the town square and it was beautiful. Highly recommend! The croissants were delicious

Expensive but worth a try

Steam Festival May 2025. The advantage of the 'VIP' area is that you have a seat and a reasonably good view of the 'parade', run pasts, which was impressive. However, you can't see the opening ceremonies, brass band, cheerleaders, etc. It was very crowded with limited seating areas but quite a few food and drink outlets and retail goods. The evening light show was disappointing.

After wanting to visit for a few years, I finally made it. The displays were incredible, but I was truly sad to learn there is no longer a daily train service, only limited and on Saturday. I wish I had known that before arriving. However, I’m so glad I had the chance to visit; it felt like Disneyland for this railfan, and I may well be back!

The train yard displays are interesting and interactive. Many of the displays are in English, German, and Polish. You can also play audio descriptions on your phone.

Interesting museum especially for the enthusiast with several running trains and a number of dilapidated ones left alongside. Some old carriages the various descriptions even a snowplough that attaches to the big trains. I would recommend this place as probably one of the few places left runnung these beautiful masive living steam machines especially, if you are an enthuast, If you re not, still worth a visit and you can ride on a working steam train which I understand regularly runs on commercial tracks. So whilst I am not an enthusiast my wife seems to enjoy this sort of thing. Could probably spend a good half day, running back-and-forth on the steam train and combining that with the museum. They have a couple of trains that have featured in some well-known films, including the one in Schlindeler's list. Incidentally, that was a brilliant emotional historical film. Place almost forgotten and where time kind of stopped. Visit in Wolsztyn is an amazing experience for everyone - both kids & adults. Looking at steam engines bring you that nostalgic feeling... but when you see it running/ starting from the station you're thrilled!

Very impressive! It's just off the highway, so it's definitely worth a stop over. It's taller than the statue in Rio de Janeiro, a lot less busy and completely free! Built using donations from the town's residents. Free parking too.

Was definitely worth it stopping by here after seeing it from the town. Pretty cool and impressive that I actually saw Jesus here. Free parking and a food truck available for a drink on the go, which is nice. Not much to say about this place besides it being impressive and cool to see and visit Jesus Christ. We liked it, worth a stop.

A huge statue of Christ. It is described as larger than the one in Rio de Janeiro. The statue is 36 metres high and weighs 440 tonnes. Parking was free. You can park a motorhome in front of the bridge. Visiting the statue was free. There is a small bar in front where you can buy drinks. You can take dogs into the park, but not to the statue.

The Christ the King statue in Świebodzin is truly impressive and worth seeing in person. It’s huge, visible from far away, and offers a beautiful view of the town from the hill. The place has a peaceful, spiritual atmosphere and is very clean and well maintained. The only downside is that there aren’t many cafés nearby, but overall, I definitely recommend visiting!

Found this place by accident and had to turn around to check it out. A MUST see when visiting Poland. So happy I got this experience as I prepare to leave the area.

What a find. The world's biggest statue of Christ is in Poland. Lovely grounds to walk around, easy parking and no entry charge. We'll worth a visit.

If your in Germany and never been to this place then you would rather have been in another country..The history of this place is jaw dropping.

We drove out early because it was going to be a very hot day (34 C) and we had our dog with us. The inner park is beautiful with incredible trees. They’re all well looked after and the paths go through nice shaded and open areas. You can tell Fürst Pückler loved nature and things dear to him. Where else would you find a grave for his dog, his favourite Arabian horse and a pyramid for his wife. It’s certainly worth while coming here also during the other seasons to see the colours of the trees. The mansion costs 9€ entrance fee and has a big collection of paintings and a beautiful library. There are 3 places where you can take a break. We had lunch at the „Kavalier“ and ended the tour at the cafe „Der Kleine Kavalier“, where we also got water for the dog (don‘t worry, we had enough water for him with us)

It says we can't ride a cycle at the entrance. But it's more when cycling I guess. It's calm, beautiful and people who love to have these food dates in nature must visit. Nothing is available to buy though, bring everything with you and keep the premises clean.

An impressive structure and it was awesome to see it in action. Fair warning though that the walk to get on top of it may be challenging for less able bodied people.

I never knew that there was something like that in Brandenburg. If you go there in a warm season, make sure to take a boat tour. We were lucky to get the last boat tour this year: it is an unforgettable and unique experience to sit on a boat being lifted to a higher river level! During the boat tour you get guide explanations, so you will still learn a lot even if you prefer the boat to the classical excursion 😉

A building straight out of Starwars, but actually bigger, very real and without a cheesy love story! One of these anywhere would be a good reason for a visit, but here they have two! cancel your Dinsney subscription and visit Niederfinow, ideally u come by boat and take a ride!

This could be 5 star + We paid 5€ to walk around the old boat lift. Unfortunately all the information boards were in German or Polish. It was amazing to see the huge structure and to see how it worked lifting the boats, both were still in use. However, I found the whole experience a bit of a money spinner, you have to pay to park, pay to activate the App, pay to use the toilet and the only way to see the new boat lift is with a tour guide, but that's only in German! With all this money they are generating they could put some English information out. There is a small information centre which is free to enter and they had information boards on how it was erected and fortunately it was in English too 👍. The staff member we spoke to was very helpful and fortunately spoke some English which was a great help.

A lift for cargo ships working the waterways between the Oder and The Havel rivers. One that can lift 6000 tonne of ship and water 36 metres to navigate the differance in water level between the two rivers. Quicker than locks could ever do.

Something different - if in area definitely worth a visit We did a 3-day road trip around the Brandenburg region and this definitely was a highlight. During our exploring, we saw many beautiful castles, townships and lakes to this was something different. We were travelling with a Labrador. You can take a dog up. Dog-friendly. At the ticket kiosk, they gave us a pass that gave us entry via the door, rather than the rotating gate. Parking - there is one main car park - when leaving make sure you get a token (costs 3 euros for a car) from the parking machine next to the toilets, right by the drive-in/ out. Ha ! I thought you had to put 3 euros into the exit barrier machine. ...but no, it just takes the tokens.

Huh somewhere between 3 and 4 tbh, but somehow more for three. So in consideration of price, and comparing price this price with vabali I would say that this spa fails the most. 6h with saunas and therme included is smth like 95 euros and ok its fine but I would for this price expect few basic things: - there is no shower gel.. - really limited and hidden places for taking water even in new buildings there is no place for drinkable water - towels not provided - because of location I would expect that's cheaper And then few things that I would expect for this money: - Ordering in a restaurant is like you need to go to the place order food and then they will bring it to you, it's kind of a half self service - would expect a lot of more sun beds it's almost impossible to find one that's free and many of them are just covered with someone's towel. - just found at the end that it's forbidden to take pictures, I don't have an issue with not taking pictures but it's really not so obvious Positive things: - really nice big pools, salty water, sound pool - Thai restaurants have really good food - new building panorama sauna and last floor terrace is awesome Overall, most of sauna's are really small so for sauna part if you want to visit there is much better sauna focus spa and it's in the center of Berlin. But for pools, I would definitely choose this one over the Vabali.

The worst possible experience to come all the way from Berlin to Bad Saarow Therme with the family to experience that this place solely dedicated to senior citizens/adults on Fridays and Saturdays. Children-free days are Friday and Saturday. What a “family-friendly” approach :( Terrible! BIG NOT thank you to the management of this place for ruining my son’s weekend! :(

I've been to better spas..... My wife and I went here last night because we received a gift certificate for our wedding. We spent a little over 6 hours in the pool and sauna. Unfortunately, we didn't like it that much. While the saunas themselves are great, our favorite was the panoramic sauna overlooking the lake, everything else is tiny and feels cramped. The large saltwater pool is nice, but not as relaxing. And again, the space between the pools and the beds is very small and hard to walk around. A big positive surprise was the restaurant. We had the edamame, gyoza, mangu curry with shrimp and bun bo nam bo. It was delicious. Probably one of the best Thai meals I've had west of Phuket. Unfortunately, the evening ended on a sour note as the parking garage is also - surprise, surprise - super cramped and I scratched the rims of our car going down the super narrow ramp. To sum up: we've been here, but we prefer the SpreewaldTherme in Burg or the VaBali Spa in Berlin.

Lovely place to go. The saunas have really nice view to the park! I wished that they had a proper restaurant with more options in the afternoon.

This spa is about 1 hour by train from Berlin then around 20 minutes by bus. Ideally you should spend at least 3 hours to really enjoy it. It offers jacuzzi, swimming pools and sauna. I loved the jacuzzi and the lavender sauna along with many cold and hot showers. Daily pass cost Euro 27 and 10 extra for sauna. Unfortunately, the food is very limited and the sitting is just wooden benches with ants crawling all over the tables. Obsulatly disgusting! There is a nice park overlooking a lake next to it , it's worth a visit.

This is one of the most relaxing and clean public thermal and spa places I've seen. It's affordable, you can reach it by train and public transport in less than an hour and half from Berlin. They have different kinds of pools inside and outside. I would like to give a plus point for the pool with underwater music and its relaxing atmosphere. I heard its textile-free for adults on Saturday. Make a phone call and reassure it before you head on to this beautiful oasis.

Super cool feelings during the winter time! There are lots of pool to chill inside and one of them in outside which is the coolest one! For 3 hours cost is 17 euro around, I paid in January 2020. They give a bracelet for entrance and locker to put your stuff safely. Only one thing was really annoying if you go there really busy time, after bathing when you’re exiting from the place you need to wait in the line to give your bracelet and for payment! It’s horrible system which I saw first time in my entirely life! Why they’re not taking money at the entrance and putting a box to want us to put bracelets... I didn’t expect from Germany sorry but disappointed.

In the heart of The forest, the beautiful gothic Monestary really stood out. The red brick structure from the 13th century Medieval times takes you back to that age

Beautiful spot, almost mystical, with a wonderful museum, lots of signs are also in English, very pleasant walkthrough. Dog friendly! Eur 15 for family ticket. You need 1 hour for the inside, but there are also many walks to be walked in the surrounding area.

Just an amazing place to visit at the weekend with the kids! It's a gothic monastery opened in the 13th century. It's just half an hour walk from Chorin Bahnhof through the forest and lakes. We really enjoyed it

Simply charming! The attention to detail, the subtle integration of history and culture, the use as a museum, education and event venue is difficult at best to pull off, and Ms. Siedler and her team have nailed it! I look forward to visiting again, soon.

We had an absolutely interesting tour through the tests of the abbey. The cost is 85€ and we’re 5 people. 1,5 hours full of history, interesting facts and stories about the building and the monks that lived in. After that we had a small lunch at the café. And finished the day with a walk around the lake.

What a stunning place. When you come late check if it’s still open. Great for taking walks and hiking. The Gothic Chorin Monastery is a former Cistercian abbey near the town of Chorin, about six kilometers north of Eberswalde in the Brandenburg district of Barnim. It was founded by Ascanian margraves in 1258 and had far-reaching importance on the northern edge of the Ascanian sphere of influence.

Been here many times. Always very nice and relaxing. The saunas are great and there is plenty of room to relax. Spend two days here with one night in a nearby hotel.

The service at reception isn't very friendly, it's almost robotic. People reserve their chairs all day with their towels and there's nowhere to sit, and I went on a weekday. The chairs that were unoccupied had bird poo on them. But the most incredible thing is that in a place with saunas, where people sweat and lose a lot of liquid, water is not offered as a courtesy, you have to buy mineral water. I've been to many places like this around the world and this is the first one where I can't find any water stations to rehydrate. In short, the place is very beautiful, but there's a lack of attention on those details.

I came here as a day visitor for 3 consecutive days. The experience was most enjoyable. Be aware that this business is in the former East Germany and most of the people here did not learn English (or foreign languages) at school. Some of the younger staff and migrant staff working in the restraunt, did speak some English. This is a great place to have some chill time with friends or family.

Very nice place. A perfect alternative to Spreewaldtherme, it doesn't have as many swimming places but it makes up for it with a wide arrange of saunas. The "rituals" are sometimes a bit over the top but fun and respectful anyway. I will definitely come back

Made us pay inflation! We came here because we received two vouchers for packages for our wedding in summer 2022. Vouchers was valid till the end of 2025 and included a visit, massage and a drink. At the end we were told that same package costs now around 20-25€ more per person than it was in 2022, so we need to pay the difference. This information was new to us and not shared over the phone, or at the entrance. Big scam, reason to not come back. Overall reception was not friendly or cooperative. Overall good massage, good restaurant, nice saunas. Very old school and small but clean with friendly people (except the entrance)

The spa is the best in Brandenburg: overlooks the lake, has wildlife, outdoor saunas made with wood and stone, great aufguss treatments - and a restaurant which is quite nice… however… If you’re staying overnight, then the review takes a turn. There’s no WiFi, no sauna towels, and unlike the Google ad here: the breakfast is not free (although the views of the lake are magnificent)

The sauna heaven for wellness enthusiast. Great saunas in the middle of nature, easy access to the lake, quality food and friendly service.

Today we visited this Museum. It was really interesting. It’s not too big, but the last bit is currently shut as they are renewing a few things. There are some things for children to do. Stories are told in some of the houses. There are toilets inside, if needed.

A bit too small for the entry fee but as a student you get 1,50€ discount on regular 5,00 €. Even in the small venue, it shows the culture and lifestyle of then isolated community of Spreewald. You can even try some of the old wooden shoes and try washing clothes in the old north sorbic way. You can listen to how the language of the area used to be. I was excited to see, how the women used to cover their head and hairs some 50-60 years ago in western countries, and why the generations of same culture take the same thing from other cultures as questionable after just 50/60 years.

6 euro per adult, free for kids below 16. Parking is a bit expensive at 7 euro. Nice museum and kids friendly, but small, tops 1 h. Beautiful surroundings and definitely recommend a stop at the nearby biergarten. Beautiful walks and nice with canoes too. Cash only!

Interesting Museum in a beautiful village. This place is wonderful place I've ever visited in Germany, combination of nature and unique village is like n Fairytale. Recommended place to visit with family or small group. Take a boat trip from Lübbenau to Lehde to get more Fun.

Nice but small museum with a few houses showing the history of this area. Entrance is fair but parking in the area is expensive. Also, don’t come for the harbour or river trips - simply too touristy and crowded. Go elsewhere for that.

It’s an incredible experience that I will never do again. The waterpark aspect is nice and huge, but every beach chair is taken by towels… You can change to swim wear in the dome but there are not enough closets for everyone and the ones that seem available are broken. Meaning the lock doesn’t work. The food is bad and the service to get the food is worse - it’s horrendous. They have hired just about 1 server per restaurant and they only speak German. Today our dinner restaurant at Ohana hotel where we stay, had run out of 2 food items, of 5 available, and ketchup. At least they said that they might have it tomorrow, but no guarantees. The room in Ohana is nice. And one elevator is broken so always a queue to get up to your room. You can buy a refill cup, that you can fill every 45 minutes, but there was always a queue and multiple times we experienced that drinks had run out or no ice… If you like regular quality food, then this is not for you. If you like good food, then Germany is not for you. So, all in all it’s an experience - not be repeated.

Tropical Islands - a place that will test if your team would survive on a deserted island. I came to Tropical Islands for two days with a group of 16 friends. I booked four tents (bookings were made simultaneously, from one account). Upon arrival, I discovered that two tents were in Zone 1, and two more in another one – about 5 minutes apart. It seemed absurd to split the group, but I decided it wasn't worth arguing about. Upon arriving at the tents, we discovered that one of our assigned tents was occupied by strangers, leaving my guests with nowhere to sleep. I spent approx. 1.5 hours at the reception desk discussing the situation, and the staff sent me from one employee to another, with no specific action. Each employee kept me waiting, without telling me how long or for what I was waiting for. The manager suggested moving one tent to Zone 1 and leaving the other four guests separately in Zone 2, or putting four people in a "house" in a completely different area from the rest of my guests. This would have meant we'd be housed in three different areas of the complex. We weren't given the option of moving all of us to the same area. The only comment from the staff was "we are overbooked, we can't do anything about it - you can write a complaint". When I asked ironicaly if I could give a one-star rating on Google Maps as compensation, the employee said yes. What I'm doing right now. After the argument, we were given a tent that leaked and was completely wet (pics attached). The staff told us, they don't have any protective foil and we had to deal with it by ourselves. When asked what kind of compensation we will receive for the inconvenience, wasted time, and ruined atmosphere, the employee said we could get 4 coctails vouchers. After commenting that there were definitely more of us and the whole group was now waiting and getting upset, the employee decided the problem was limited to one tent. Ultimately, we received 7 vouchers, which could only be used in the area outside the main water attractions. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The entire complex advertises itself as an amusement park, although the attractions included in the ticket price are two swimming pools (one of which is a children's playground), four indoor water slides, one pool and one outdoor slide. During our stay, the outdoor water wasn't very warm. The outdoor slide didn't have enough water, and we stopped at every turn, having to push ourselves off the walls. The bar and food court, as well as most of the attractions, close at 10:00 PM – this isn't a place for adults looking to spend a pleasant evening, enjoy an exotic evening drink on the beach, dance, etc. If it weren't for the fact that I wasted a lot of time on Saturday arguing with the staff and having team-building activities planned for my guests for the evening, we would have left right after breakfast on the second day, as there was absolutely nothing to do for more than 4-5 hours. On the positive side, I came with fantastic people who organized themselves, made a great atmosphere and wanted to have fun together. Breakfast was also good. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it. The Polish Suntago is definitely more attractive, better organized, and has a wider variety of attractions for everyone and stuff is more pro-client.

We arrived at 6pm and waited in line for a little over 1hr to get checked in. Check in person was friendly but overwhelmed. We had to find our way around during our stay but it’s ok because my husband and my son are very good in memorizing the way. The frustration started when we wanted to check out. They have some check out machines that many people use to check out, but many of them are stuck because the machine won’t take the payment so in the end they can’t finish the self check out. After waiting and observing the situation, we decided to do check out at the counter. The person (a beautiful lady) told us how much to pay and I reached my wallet to pay to the cents with coins. This, apparently, created frustration for the beautiful lady and she had to shake her head while looking at what I was doing. VERY UNPOLITE, but also very German! Honestly, we had a great time at tropical island and in the end she had to ruin that experience. WHYYY???? I just don’t get it. But be prepared for this kind of customer service wherever you are when in Germany!

Impressive at first glance but we wouldn't come again. The initial impression is really cool, the jungle area and overall size of the dome is nice! But afterwards, you'll notice some things: - Food and service are absolutely horrible. We waited 10 minutes to be seated at a restaurant, and there was no one in front of us and the restaurant was basically empty. - Almost all arcade games and tables in the game area are just broken. Overall, our group agreed that it was a nice one time experience and maybe really cool for a single day stay with small children, but we wouldn't go there again.

The venue itself is genuinely beautiful and well-kept. The environment is immersive, clean, and provides a pleasant tropical atmosphere, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the unique setting. Dining Disappointment: The food quality is poor. It mostly consists of low-quality frozen products sold at the price of normal, fresh meals. This is a significant drawback for a day-long visit. • Locker Trouble: The changing room situation was frustrating. Lockers for personal belongings are open and seemingly available, but are unusable, which causes inconvenience right at the start of the visit. • Service Hit-or-Miss: The staff attempts to be nice and polite, but the execution of good service is inconsistent. Their efforts are visible, but the helpfulness and efficiency vary.

On balance a great experience enjoyed by us all. Would advise an overnight stay, as facilities can be used prior both check-in and check-out. Arriving around 17:00 ~ albeit in November ~ using the QR code meant little or no delay, leaving time for the pools and water-slides prior the buffet dinner. Likewise with an early start we were able to use many of the facilities ahead of the day-trippers before a buffet breakfast. An imaginative way of using a remarkable historic building, and an interesting contrast to the autumn weather beyond! Our only criticism stems from using the regional railway service to arrive (30 mins delay) and depart (120 mins delay)... maybe the trains ran on schedule back in the day?

It was the most horrible experience. We arrived at 11:30, none of the lockers were locked. We tried dozens of lockers. We, like many other people, had to leave our things in an open locker. Or we had to carry everything with us. We were with three small children, so carrying everything with us was not an option. The air and water inside were not warm enough, everyone was freezing, both the children and us. Very few hair dryers. Finally, when we were leaving, I accidentally noticed the extra 10, 15 and 25 euros. When I asked the cashier what it was for, he said that it was for the bracelet that closes the locker, 2.50 euros and he didn't know anything more. He sent us to the information desk and didn't want to solve the problem. The information desk showed that it was a charge for our numerous attempts to close the locker. Of course they took 50 euros from us, but we spent a lot of time arguing and our tired children barely survived the whole time. I can only imagine how many people didn't notice and just paid whatever they were charged. And for all this terrible service we paid 200 euros and an additional 100 euros for food (only for two adults and three small children under 5 years old).

An amazing place to explore! Gardens of the World is beautifully designed, with stunning landscapes from different cultures around the globe. Every garden feels unique and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing walk or a family day out. Well maintained, inspiring, and a true highlight in Berlin!

If you plan to visit here, please reserve from 2-3 hours up to a half day. There's a plenty of gardens to see and much more to do than that. Kids won't be disappointed as there are many attractions to keep them entertained (classic playground, water playground, make garden etc.). You can also enjoy the cable car with separately sold tickets. If you came here by car, leave it on the parking lot located next to the entrances, it's free of charge.

Wonderful calming and educational walk through gardens of the World. We had some fun being in the garden of 🇺🇸. The only irony we found and understood 🤭 You will need all day to see all these gardens. Kids had fun in the labyrinth, playground and a short ride in Nature Bobsled Run. Pizza at the restaurant was earned 🤭

I have the year card. When I miss my motherland, I come to Deyue Garden (得月园, “Get the Moon”), the Chinese Garden. Yaoyue Pavilion (邀月亭) means “Invite you to see the moon.”半区丘壑是新开，几处亭台成小筑 means “This area is newly built, with several small and beautiful pavilions.” The Chinese character of the Korean Garden “将军” means General, and the character “女” means woman. The Japanese Garden 融水苑 means “a garden in harmony with water.” 融合如水以成和 means “harmony like water, bringing peace.” But I only understand the Chinese part of the two Asian gardens. The Chinese Garden has a teahouse, and the staff are 100% Chinese. Chinese garden has many fish inside; this kind of fish is only for viewing. In China, we say the Jinli (锦鲤) brings you luck. I hope the officials can make Chinese Garden postcards. It is a really well-designed traditional Chinese garden. Confucius is also a representative of ancient educators. The German sentence written beneath his statue is the original translation of “Do not impose on others what you do not desire yourself.（己所不欲 ，勿施于人）”. Have fun.

I went to Gardens of the World with high hopes. I love visiting botanical gardens in major cities, and I was expecting something along those lines here. The space itself is massive, with gardens themed after different countries and cultures...which is a cool concept in theory. In practice, though, a lot of the gardens felt underwhelming. Some sections were nicely done, but many just looked like patches of native grasses rather than carefully designed landscapes. If you’re hoping for beautifully manicured gardens and vibrant floral displays, you may end up disappointed. That said, it wasn’t bad for the price of admission, and it’s still a pleasant place for a long walk outdoors. With a bit of updating and attention to detail, this could really shine. As it stands, it’s an interesting but imperfect attraction in Berlin.

Honestly quite far from the city center with public transport (takes 40-50 minutes from Alexanderplatz), but a gorgeous visit that I wholeheartedly recommend. Put some good shoes on since it’s quite the walk and just enjoy the beautiful scenery. Art in nature, immensely enjoyed strolling through the gardens. The maze is super fun too.
