One of the oldest churches in Dalhousie, surrounded by beautiful trees and colonial charm. But during my visit, the church was empty and renovation work was going on, so the peace you’d usually expect was replaced by a lot of construction noise. The structure itself is lovely from the outside, and it’s a nice stop if you’re walking around the area. Hopefully, once the renovation is complete, it’ll regain its peaceful vibe. Good for a quick visit — just not the quiet experience you’d expect from a hill station church (at least for now)

This church is one of the famous tourist's attractions in Dalhousie which is just opposite Gandhi chowk. The church was not opened due to heavy snowfall so we managed to get in from the back door. As it was fully occupied by snow it was looking even more beautiful. Definitely, this church is a must-visit place.

On return from Dharamshala to Chandigarh we planned to visit Masroor Rock cut temple. It is a real wonder as temples are built on one Rock just as in Ellora. Though temples were affected by 1905 earthquake but one can see the temple. Restoration work is going on and idols have been kept for worship. However no one is allowed to offer money.

A monolithic rock cut temple of around eighth century. The place is not so popular among tourists. The architecture is wonderful and amazing. Although it was damaged by the 1905 earthquake, still what remains is awesome. A must visit for history lovers.

Beautiful & historic Fort in Kangra. The architecture is beautiful & worth exploring. There’s lot of stairs to climb to get to the top where you get the view of beautiful river flowing & mountains covered with clouds. You can sit, enjoy the view or go for a small picnic. A small ticket of 20rs is needed for entry. Many people visit there with their families so might be slightly crowded. Restroom available inside is not very clean. Beautiful flowers & greenery inside.

Beautiful fort. Tis incredible to see such feats of architecture so high up in the mountains of Himalayas. It is easy to get to, and the hike is not bad at all. It was not crowded when we visited. There's also a museum across from the Fort that you can visit to know about its history.

Kangra Fort - Amazing fort & museum, so underrated. Centuries of history, steeped in stone. Some claim it be over 2000 years old. Needs good guides and stone tablets to read. Good there were only a few people. It is a gem tucked just off the highway to Kangra & Dharamshala.

Such a nice place to visit and to know the history of Kangra better. You must have seen fort before but he speciality of this fort is that it is solely built on a mountain so it will give you a trekking with a fort vibe. Must visit if you are near by.

Beautiful, humbling place. There was so much to experience from the Golden temple to the jora service to the langar service to the gold sewa workshop. The museums on-site are also there to serve as a reminder of the resilience that Sikhs have had to have to survive and become a large community. There are many gurudwaras and soravars (lakes) on-site to take amrat as well. To be able to sit under the trees that some of the Gurus had done so was also wonderful. A beautiful place to visit.

Needless to add this place is absolutely magical especially early morning between 3.30 am and 5.30 am. It is absolutely breathtaking. A must visit at that time. One can sleep later during the day. The serenity an peacefulness is something one must experience.

I have been to Kashi, Ujjain and every where u have to stand in queue. A lot of pushing touching, but here people are standing together with families but with pure energy and devotion to "Guru"🙏

We reached there by taxi, the road was smooth, though about half a kilometer before the temple it became a little sloppy. From the drop point, it was just a 10-minute walk to the shrine. The walk itself felt divine, surrounded by serenity and devotees. The temple is one of the Shakti Peethas, believed to be the place where the feet of Goddess Sati fell, making it a site of immense historical and spiritual importance. The aura inside the temple was filled with positive energy, giving me a deep sense of calm and strength. Overall, the visit was peaceful, well-organized, and spiritually uplifting. Very nice experience at the spiritual place. We stayed at the dharamshala inside the temple premises. For 900 rupees per day, we were given a big room with AC and geyser in the bathroom. Rooms were clean compared to other dharamshalas. It takes around 90 minutes to fully cover all places inside the temple. Mornings and evenings are the best time to visit the temple. It's a bit crowded in the evening. Staying in Dharamshala was a great experience as we can visit the temple any number of times effortlessly. The management personnel were very helpful.

They charge you at the entry and then everything inside is free of cost..there are plenty of things to do inside... they have live dance performance also... Its a vast area..you will require a lot of time to visit every corner of this place..

The thali was good however there was no fresh safed makhan or makki ka roti or even gulab jamun. The chai was poor because there was no option for no sugar the ladies who made the parantha were never listening to my grandmother who is seventy years old and kept giving her rotis not fresh tawa ka parantha. And the dancing was great however the music is deafening. However the kulfi, dhai Bhalla were amazing, the magic show was great however the chuski was too sweet, I would not recommend bringing the elderly to eat the snacks as it was way too sweet. In the whole Havel was good however this rangale punjab was poor as they didn’t have that many Punjabi food

Great place to enjoy evening. Staff is very nice and food at stalls and main room was awesome. Everything we tasted was superb. It’s an entertainment for family of all ages. Only problem was with astrologer who seems to be a fraud….. used a same old story which frauds use to extract money from you by scaring you. We saw this in Chokhi Dhani Jaipur too but there the guy was good and gave us option.

Locatuon is good right at the highway. Inside atmosphere is good but areawise is not so big. Cultural programme is great. Punjab old cluture is displayed everywhere which is good to see if you have come for the first time Inside a big restaurant is there which is included in the entry ticket but frankly I didnt like the food inside and the biggest reason is - We had so many small meals/ food around the restaurant ( stalls everywhere like chaat, candys, ice cream etc) inside and we got full and there is no place left for the dinner. We suggest you to have the fresh baked roti with makkahn and chutney stall and enjoy other small meals ( chaat, pani puri, candys, ice cream kulfi, aam panna jaggery tea etc.), for diner you can opt after sometime post your digestion. Evrything is included in the entry ticket. Overall I feel the entry ticket 1000 is over priced as the place is not so big and also the food option is limited. One time visit is good.

It's a public park, located near the stadium. The entry to the park is free for the public, though parking of the vehicle next to the park is paid and limited. Best time to visit is during day in winters and evenings in summers. General cleanliness of the park is good. It's a good place to bring kids as the park holds good amount of playbees for them (on a payment though) . Best amongst them is the rent a bicycle, where one can hire a bike for self and the kids too and ride it on the bike track inside the park. There is a place which houses the eats, reasonably priced (vegetarian only). Hygiene along with taste including variety would be rated at 7/10.

For the Haryana ADO exam, my center was Govt Model High School, Sector 25, Block B, Chandigarh. It is located around 8-10 Km from Chandigarh railway station. Outside the exam center, on the notice board, the roll number and sitting arrangement were displayed. Inside the gate, a security check-up was done. They have the facilities for submitting mobiles, bags etc. free of cost. But, they have asked us to remove all the threads, religious threads from our hands (but it was not written on the admit card). Anyway, they have guided us along the route to our respective classroom. Drinking water and bathroom facilities are available. On the black board, the sitting arrangement, date, center details etc. are mentioned. Sir checked our admit card and identity proof. They have distributed question papers with a slight delay of 5 minutes (They have provided an extra 5 minutes for the exam for this reason). The exam was conducted properly without any disturbance. Overall, this center was good. Thank You! 🙏

Panjab University is one of the best university in the north India. I am doing Masters in Computer Applications from this university. University life is really good. University conducts many events especially in February- March. This university is ranked in world ranked universities also. Really grateful to be a part of this university. This university is my dream university and studying here is like dream came true. If you get chance to get admission here, just go for it. It is better than any private university, teachers are really good.

It is a best ever university in India 🇮🇳, it is known not only for its well planned infrastructural design of buildings and quality of education but also for its lifestyle and day to day life, which particular can be witnessed at Students Centre- a round shaped circular building housing various shops, eatery stalls for students… There are many shops and eating points here at Student centre, I always love to eat and have cup of coffee or tea here. One can have meal, fast foods like grilled sandwiches 🥪, burgers 🍔, pasta 🍝, spring roll, momos, salad 🥗, juice 🥤, shakes, snacks and many other eatable items at affordable price. Gurudwara Shri Dukhniwaran Sahib in Patiala is a very peaceful and holy place. It is visited by many people who come here to pray and find relief from their worries. The gurudwara has a large holy pond (sarovar), and it is believed that taking a dip in it can heal illnesses and remove pain. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. The atmosphere is calm and spiritual, and the sound of prayers (Gurbani) gives a feeling of peace. The langar (free community meal) is served to all visitors with love and respect, showing the true spirit of equality and service. Cleanliness is well taken care of, and the staff and volunteers are kind and helpful. There is enough space for parking, and it is easy for elderly people to move around. Overall, it is a must-visit place if you are in Patiala. It brings peace to the heart and mind.

Very faithful and peaceful and beautiful palace. Spiritual healing and peace are the properties of the Gurudwara Dukhnivaran Sahib, one of the most revered Gurudwaras in Punjab. Located in Lehal, a part of Patiala, it is famous for its curing properties for any ailments that anyone may be suffering from. Visitors have faith in abluting in the holy water of the pond here, because of its healing qualities. Gurudwara Dukhnivaran Sahib's origin is tied to a villager named Bhag Ram from Lehal, who sought the blessings of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji to end a mysterious plague afflicting the area. In January 1672, the Guru visited Lehal, spending time by the village pond, preaching and meditating under a banyan tree. His presence and meditation led to the plague's eradication. Consequently, the site where Guru Ji meditated came to be known as Dukhnivaran, meaning "the end of all sufferings", and this name was given to the Gurudwara. Between 1748 and 1782, Raja Amar Singh of Patiala established a garden in honour of Guru Tegh Bahadur's special visit, entrusting its care to Nihang Sikhs. Court records from 1870 mention a garden belonging to the Guru and a well, used by the Nihangs. In 1920, plans to build a railway line threatened the banyan tree where Guru Tegh Bahadur had sat, but workers refused to cut it down. Consequently, Maharaja Bhupinder Singh cancelled the project. Although a Gurudwara had not yet been built, a committee was formed in 1930 to raise funds and begin construction. Twelve years later, in 1942, the building was completed under the supervision of Maharaja Yadavindra Singh, a devout Sikh. True to its name, Gurudwara Dukhnivaran Sahib is believed to alleviate grief for those who visit with a pure heart and offer sincere prayers.

The only nice mall in the city of meerut. Although it is quite far from my location it takes almost 30 mins to reach. But the experience here not less than the malls in other big cities. Thus it still lacks in the availability of many big brands. Mall is hygienic and cleanliness level is up to the mark. It also has cinema inside and it has newly opened gaming arena for kids. A must visit place in meerut as food court offers quality food and service.

Red fort - Delhi A true piece of architecture !!! Walls of the fort goes feets above and feets wider. Fort surrounded by the deep waters makes enemies difficult to enter. Through the main gate you can enter and then you can start seeing some amazing entrance walls. After that there white stone monuments where it's restricted to enter but you can see from closure look. There are meausems inside the fort and had amazing collections of history. You need minimum of 2 to 3 hous of time to see every architecture of the red fort. We took tour bus and rushing to see all the places but couldn't make it to meausems. Well mentained gardens and there are good facilities and sit and rest. If you're visiting during the month of March to September make sure you are carrying enough water and electrols. During winters it's best time to visit and wear warms cloths and enjoy the weather.

It was a great experience to visit this beautiful gurdwara. The ambience was so peaceful with prayers were going on inside. There was no unnecessary chaos, unnecessary noise. Everything was well maintained and neat and clean. Followers of different religions used to visit this place to pay respect to the almighty. Though it is a picturesque location but it is better to avoid too much photography.

Our group of curious explorers, including many first-time visitors, was warmly welcomed by the volunteers. We learned about the rich history of the Gurudwara and the selfless service it represents. The highlight of our visit was the Langar—the community kitchen that serves free meals to thousands daily. Volunteering in the Langar, even for a short while, was a humbling experience. Preparing food, serving meals, and witnessing the seamless teamwork among volunteers left a deep impression on all of us. Sharing a simple yet delicious meal sitting alongside people from all walks of life felt like a beautiful lesson in equality and humanity. The Sarovar (holy water tank) added to the tranquility, with its clear waters reflecting the Gurudwara’s grandeur. We spent moments sitting by its edge, soaking in the spiritual vibes and engaging in heartfelt conversations. For many in our group, this visit was not just about exploring a heritage site but about connecting with their inner selves and with one another. Bangla Sahib Gurudwara is more than a religious place—it’s a sanctuary of peace, service, and unity. It provided the perfect setting for our V-Gather meetup, allowing us to bond over shared experiences and meaningful moments. If you haven’t visited yet, do so with an open heart. Super polluted and over crowded , this place is good wide open park and water areas to sit and spend good time with friends and family but but its so crowded and polluted that you can barely see india gate, all smoke and no visibility at 50-100m , and so many tour guides and travel group counting on your money, with some scammer and lots lots of force photographer, save your money, time and health, its better you divert towards any low crowd and good air place, i stopped smoking for quite sometime now but when i went to delhi i felt chest burn and heavy breathing problems. But its a good protected area , if government take proper steps then that place looks majestic

I recently visited India Gate, and it was a beautiful experience. The atmosphere felt calm and patriotic, especially in the evening when the entire area lights up. Standing in front of the monument and reading the names of the soldiers felt emotional and reminded me of India’s history and sacrifice. Overall, my visit to India Gate was peaceful, memorable, and definitely worth it. I would recommend everyone to visit at least once, especially during sunset.

Located at the heart of new delhi, the national monument is the central place of tourist attraction. The place is little crowded during evening hours. The vibes of the place is great. The monument is lit up nicely revealing its true beauty.

Iconinic place and a must must visit in New Delhi. Very beautifully maintained and neat and clean. Surprisingly the washrooms were extremely clean with liquid soap available. Serene in evening.

India Gate is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. The Amar Jawan Jyoti fills you with pride and respect for our soldiers, and the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose statue looks truly majestic. The whole area is well-maintained, lively, and perfect for an evening walk or photos. A must-visit in Delhi!

Akshardham Temple, Largest Hindu temple in world is a divine place. It's more than temple, it's actually a hub of great architectural designs that are carved on rocks and marble. Main things to see: ceilings of each dome inside temple, pillars and Mandovar. Great example of great and rich culture.

Akshardham An amazing beautiful peaceful temple. Must visit place if you are in New Delhi. Metro station also there and is just 100 meter apart. Akshardham is really beautiful the main temple is really beautifully crafted. The outer architecture is beautiful and also the inner marbel architecture was more than beautiful. The roof of the main temple is just amazing. The best and the most beautiful part is the main temple where the colors are too good. Note :- You can not take your phone 📱, camera 📷, so you have to stand in the queue to summit them in the cloak room. Secure cloak room 5/5. After the cloak room there is a security check which will be done in a minute you just have to remove your wallet and belt and that's it they will check you and let you pass. Strong security check. Best place to visit.

Goosebumps!! What a spectacular sight.... The beauty of this temple and its surrounding can not be described in words. Its just like a painting on a canvas. Even after so much of crowd, this place is yet very peaceful and relaxing for your soul. The light show and musical fountain add to the beauty of this place. MUST VISIT

The architecture is undoubtedly breathtaking and this place is worth a visit. However the staff is rude, timings of rides and events are not mentioned correctly on the website and not allowing purses or phones inside is incomprehensible. Why should we be asked to return or have to leave our valuables insecurely in cabs. Why not be transparant and allow cellphones. And what harm can purses and bags do...just use security measures. Even airports allow bags, so why shouldn't this place!!!

I had a wonderful experience visiting Sultanpur National Park. It’s a serene place, perfect for bird watching and enjoying the outdoors. I spotted several migratory birds, including storks, herons, and egrets. The walking trails are clean and well-maintained, with watchtowers that give a great view of the lake and surroundings. It’s a great spot for photography and a quiet getaway from city life. Best time to visit is early morning, especially in the winter months. Highly recommended for nature lovers and families looking for a relaxing day out!

Nice park - keep in mind only cash or JIO payment. No cards. Full walk is about 4km it’s nice walk. Go in comfortable shoes. Leaving the park - UBER it’s difficult and there is small connection in the phone. It possible ask the cab wait you there.

Sultanpur National Park (Ramsar site ) is located at Sultanpur village on Gurugram-Jhajjar highway, 15 km from Gurugram and 50 km from Delhi. This covers approximately 142.52 hectares. The National Park is named after King Sultansingh Chauhan a descendant of King Prithviraj Chauhan. The approach road is good and National Park has decent parking space. The entrance is charged @Rs 50. Around 250 migratory birds find shelter in winter season. The best times are always mornings and evenings. The walk around the park is around 7500 steps. There are watch towers to facilitate bird watching. You can even buy artefacts at counter while returning. Don't forget to rent up a binoculars. Electric vehicles are available for those who wish for ride around the park.

What i really like about this senctury is located nearer to gurugram. A really good place to visit in winter specially. Parking facility available ticket price is also reasonable. Place like this should be supported i can say. Food option is not available so keep this in mind while visiting.

This is the best place for nature lovers. The place is so calm, fully natural, and eternally peaceful. It takes around 2-3 hours to take a full circle of the lake. There are 3-4 watchtowers and observation decks that offer picturesque views of the visiting birds. You need to visit with binoculars and high heeled shoes for the best experience. Carry a water bottle on warm days but do not litter anywhere. The entry costs 50rs per person and 30 rs for parking each vehicle. Restrooms are available near the parking lot. The place is frequently visited by migratory birds from Siberia and Central Asia. One can also find local fauna in abundance. The lake is purely rain fed so water levels keep declining during the winter. This place usually remains open from October to March during the winters

Amazing place for birding. Winter months are ideal, the park is closed from may to oct. It is serene and peaceful. Well maintained and clean, golf carts available so people with mobility issues or people looking just to unwind may avail. They have decent binoculars available for rent as well. Saw 100+ species in the 2-3 hours i was there in mid February. Only sad thing was dogs trying to hunt geese and other birds.

I’ve had an excellent experience at Laser Valley Park, visiting regularly since January 2022. It’s a wonderful place to relax after office hours — perfect for running, walking, and yoga. I truly love this place! 💖💕💝💖🙏 Just a small request to all Sunday visitors — please help keep the park clean by using the dustbins 🚮. Every Monday morning, the park often looks quite messy, and it would be great if we all did our part to maintain its beauty. 🌿✨

One of the most iconic place in the NCR, a wonderful experience with all friends visited with me, the Auditorium complex and its decorations were interesting. Walking around inside the complex is a great experience. Always wanted to be here. And so it happened. I cannot say that I have never been here before. We especially enjoyed going to it. It’s definitely worth the price, and it’s good to go with your entire family or friends. In the end, it was worth it to experience an auditorium that has meant so much to so many.
