I got to enjoy some of the top rides like Nitro, Gold Rush, and Deep Space not just once, but two to three times without long waiting lines. These rides are a must-try if you love thrill and adventure. The morning parade brings the park to life with characters and music, and the evening light and water show is a perfect way to end the day—really well done and full of energy. The quality of food inside the park restaurants is also surprisingly good, with decent options for both kids and adults. Overall, it's a complete day of fun, adventure, and entertainment.

Tips Visit Time - Early morning hrs only 8-9am preferred Ticket - Safari boat offline only Caves ticket - Online only ( no net at site if you get lucky ) Carry item - Enough water and sun protection cap , topi etc. You can get enough shopping items and eating items from local vendors .

This is probably the best place to spend time with the company of calmness in Matheran. To reach Charlotte Lake, it would require a little trekking following the trail in the wild. The lake is beautiful, totally worth the little trek to reach there. It feels peaceful to sit by the lake especially when you've got good company along with you. It's definitely a must visit place in Matheran.

We visited Matheran in weekend and it was as expected crowded than weekdays. Everything is expensive over there starting from food to horse rides to handicrafts. You will get no network so carry cash with yourself. Try to walk and visit all the points rather than waiting for a horse ride. It's a wholesome experience. You will experience serenity, peace to the fullest. Loved it. A proper one day trip.

This is like different world for kids, superbly managed and concepts where kids love to take part in different activities, roam in excitement from one place to another, earn and spend money and thereby enjoying real life skills with fun. For adults, i would say its experience of watching kids enjoying with such excitement. There is animation story you could make, it was explained nicely by Ms Aisha. Overall a valuable experience for kids, with lighter crowd 5 hours is sufficient. Each activity takes around 10 to 15 minutes.

Sanjay Gandhi National Park Visit We started 2025 with a trip to Sanjay Gandhi National Park on 1st January. The park opens at 8 AM, and although the ticket queue was long, it was worth the wait. Entry tickets were ₹110 per person, with car parking charged at ₹50 per hour. We walked about 7 km, taking in the serene beauty of this lush green haven in the heart of Mumbai. The experience was delightful, with scenic mountains, dense trees, playful monkeys, and deer adding to the charm. The butterfly garden was another highlight, with pretty butterflies fluttering all around. The tiger safari, bus fair at ₹136 per person, was an incredible adventure where we spotted tigers, cubs, and a lioness. Unfortunately, we missed the toy train ride as the lanes are currently under redevelopment, but we’ll be back to try it on our next visit. With so much left to explore, it’s clear the park can’t be fully covered in a single day. We’re already planning a revisit to experience more of this incredible destination. Sanjay Gandhi National Park is a perfect weekend escape, offering a blend of nature and adventure. A must-visit for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with the outdoors!

Decent spot in Kalyan for entertainment. The mall is in good condition due to recent renovations and upgrades. Though, it is largely crowded during weekends, you would be lucky to get a seat in the food court. Many shops are present for fashion shopping with different deals and discounts all year. Foreign brands like Starbucks have recently opened as well, if one wants to visit. Overall a well maintained facility with higher degrees of cleanliness but can be improved.

This temple is located in jungle and bit challenging to reach. If you have suv it will be easier but if you have bike or scooter it will be harder to reach. The temple is beautiful. Love the environment near temple also there is stream of water besides temple where you can bath and have fun.

This temple is very nice and having no rush in weekdays.you will enjoy to come here by stairs but don't come by stairs with aged person because they may not go by it. That train is best option for them. If you are having time then use stairs it will take hardly a hour to complete it their are around 1400 stairs.

Best experience for trekkers A Trekker’s Delight – Mahuli Fort, Maharashtra Mahuli Fort is a hidden gem for nature lovers and adventure seekers. Nestled amidst the Sahyadri hills, the trek to the fort offers stunning views, dense forests, and a peaceful escape from city life. It’s especially beautiful during the monsoon, with lush greenery and flowing streams all around. The trek is moderately challenging, with a mix of rocky paths, steep climbs, and scenic plateaus. Once at the top, the view is breathtaking — you can see the surrounding peaks and valleys in all their glory. The fort ruins, ancient water cisterns, and temple add a historical touch to the experience. It’s well worth the effort, but do go prepared with good shoes, water, and snacks. If you’re lucky, you might even spot some wildlife on the way. A perfect weekend getaway for those looking to blend history, nature, and adventure. I recently visited Govardhan Ecovillage for the second time, and just like the first, it was a beautiful, soulful experience. My first visit was with my parents when we stayed at the Vrindavan Cottage, and I remember how peaceful and rejuvenating it felt. This time, we went with our entire family and chose to stay at the Madhuvan Hermitage, which came with air conditioning and an attached bathroom a perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. During our first visit, we had explored their spiritual tours, which were thoughtfully curated and left a deep impact. This time, we attended the evening Aarti and jaap (chants) meditation, both of which felt deeply grounding and peaceful. We also got the chance to witness the Yamuna Aarti, it was absolutely beautiful and soothing, a truly heart-touching experience. Govardhan Ecovillage has truly become one of our go-to destinations in Palghar. Surrounded by lush greenery and steeped in a spiritual atmosphere, it has a unique aura that immediately calms your senses. There are two restaurants inside the premises one near the Mandir and another closer to the stay area. Both offer delicious, freshly prepared meals, and everything is managed with great care and attention to detail. This time, our visit coincided with Ekadashi, so the meals were aligned with the Ekadashi menu. Since we had checked in advance, we were prepared for it. But for others planning a visit, I’d definitely recommend confirming the meal plan beforehand, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the Ekadashi dietary restrictions. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was courteous and always ready to help. The energy of the place is incredibly grounding and spiritual, it truly offers a peaceful escape from the chaos of everyday life. This time, we also got a chance to enjoy the swimming pool, which is quite spacious and well-maintained. They follow specific time slots for pool access, so you may want to check in advance. During our last visit, we had tried the spa services, and that too was a lovely experience. Overall, every visit to Govardhan Ecovillage feels wholesome a perfect combination of comfort, spirituality, and connection with nature. Whether you’re going for a spiritual retreat or just a peaceful break, it’s a place that leaves you feeling centered and renewed. I’m already looking forward to going back again.

Blissful place Very calming and beautiful spot to relax The locals are helpful even offers wood for bonfire even though we didnt book at their camping place. They also have home made tasty food at reasonable prices. Also they have boating facilities.

While the monsoon season offers a unique experience with lush greenery and fog. Despite the challenge, many find the trek to be a memorable and enjoyable experience, particularly with friends and family.

This was our first visit to the place. We heard through our one of our friends. We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The view to the lake was the best part. Mornings and evenings were very pleasant. Obviously the harvesting season was over however it was still worth the stay. The team restaurant manager - Firoz and his team - Akram, Haq and the chef's too were great. Great service and brilliant food. The menu is small but precise. The wine tour along with Sanket was great too. Would surely come during the monsoons.

Went for a weekend ride from Mumbai. To have a blessings from him. This place holds a divine energy. It was a surreal feeling when you see him with your own eyes. I went on Sunday so I was waiting for 4 hrs in queue. Although, there is a special pass entry available to save your time and have a quick darshan. The place and market area seems to be always busy. Overall best experience. Recommended to everyone to feel the energy. Also this place is located in a hilly area surrounded by greenery, dam & mountains from all over the side. So riding till this place through the mountains, forests and passing by small beautiful village makes your journey most scenic and beautiful. Definately enjoyed the climate. Accomodations are available from reasonable to luxury rates as it is one of the Jyotirlinga. One of the best getaway place to take a break from city life and feel the slow living life of villages.

Excellent museum. Very close from Nashik. In city of Sinnar but one should definitely visit it when around this place. They have many varieties of stones collected from mostly Maharashtra, but also India and other countries. As a matter of fact, also from moon, Mars and asteroid. The guide gave good information and that told how it is maintained and how different patterns are recognized. Lots of shapes n colors and sizes for the stones. Even the idols made of these stones. This was a very good place. Even good for school picnics

The Nasik Caves are a hidden gem. Explore ancient Buddhist carvings and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Don't miss it!

Sula Vineyards is such a fun and chill place to hang out. The lights and colorful chairs make the vibe really cool at night. Food and wine together taste just perfect here. It’s a nice spot whether you’re with friends or family. The wine truck and gift shop add a quirky touch. Truly a place where you feel the Sula life!

Sunset Point offers a breathtaking view, especially during the evening. The scenic surroundings and vibrant colors of the setting sun create a mesmerizing experience. It’s a peaceful spot to relax, capture stunning photos, and enjoy nature at its finest.
