BonBon-Land is a delightful candy-themed amusement park that offers a wide variety of attractions suitable for all ages. From thrilling roller coasters to family-friendly rides and entertaining statues scattered throughout the park, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The park provides ample parking options, including free parking for season pass holders. Visitors can bring their own food for a picnic experience and explore the vast area filled with exciting features.
Great amusement park , with a lot of great options for all age groups. What I like the most is that we could bring our food inside and enjoy little picnic time. Is the place where we can spend whole day and still get to see new things around(is the big area, there are many amazing things in different corners 🙂) . Great parking space, few games has long queue but most of them had short waiting time. Its advantage that kids under 90 cm has a free entry. There is small water park for kids, so it’s better to take their swimming customs if they love playing with water.

It is a fantastic spot for a family day out. The kids absolutely love it, no question about that and there is something for everyone, regardless of age. From fun rides and playful activities for little ones to more thrilling attractions and relaxing areas for adults, the place offers an all rounded experience. It is the kind of place where you can easily spend an entire day without getting bored.

Great fun. Family of 5. Lots of people for the Halloween theme. Just a shame the big swing wasn’t working again. 2 times I’ve been here this year and it was off.

Such a fantastic day out we had here. Denmark is such a beautiful country. Henry the mascot was a giggle brought a teddy back with us. Loved this place, different to the norm. Would deffinetly advice a visit here
Diane D — Google review
Excellent location and opportunities for kids to play around!!! Probably among one of the best near Copenhagen..!!!, Unfortunately three of the main rides were not functional today 24/07… And the park was swamped by BEES both my children had been stings…
Junaid — Google review
It's an amazing amusement park and the rides are awesome. The food they sell is also great. There is also a relaxing place to eat breakfast or lunch near the ducks and fish
Malek A — Google review
1. A bit too expensive. Differentiate between people taking the rides and those who just accompany them. 2. Many attractions were closed, and there was no info about it before er entered. 3. It's quite pricey - also with the golden membership card. 4. A bit neglected here and there. 5. What is that thing with farting in Bonbon Land? Is this really something that you can offer children in their spare time? (Show about farting, etc.) 6. Food is junk and expensive. 90% is just trash like slush ice, french fries, and coke. Besides: good size, quite many different places to play around, a lot of attractions where 3-4 years old can ride on, and rather friendly staff.
Mariusz B — Google review
Amazing park with many goofy animals. Since its quite rural, the queue times were also VERY good

Viking Ship Museum

Archaeological museum
Museums
The Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde, Denmark, offers a fascinating glimpse into ancient and medieval maritime culture. The museum is home to five remarkably well-preserved Viking ships that were excavated at Skuldelev and date back to the 11th century. Visitors can explore original 1,000-year-old Viking ships as well as exact replicas at the museum harbor.
An unforgettable experience for anyone who loves Norse history and mythology! The Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde is not just a museum - it’s a journey into the heart of the Viking world. Standing face to face with actual ships that once sailed the seas over a thousand years ago gave me chills. These vessels, recovered from the Roskilde Fjord, are deeply tied to the seafaring spirit of the Norse people. If you're passionate about Nordic mythology, this place is a dream. You can easily imagine these ships as the kind that carried warriors who worshipped Odin, sailed under Thor’s protection, and told tales of Loki’s mischief by the fire. The longships here evoke the legendary drakkars - dragon-headed ships said to sail across Midgard and into mythic battles. The museum also shows how real Viking life blended seamlessly with the mythological world. The sea wasn't just water - it was sacred and feared, ruled by gods and creatures from the sagas. The craftsmanship of the ships reflects this reverence. There are also live demonstrations of traditional boatbuilding using ancient tools, and you can even sail in replica Viking ships yourself - a truly immersive way to feel like part of a saga. Beautifully located on the fjord, this museum is a must-visit. Whether you're a history buff, a mythology lover, or both, this is one of the most inspiring and atmospheric museums in Denmark.

At the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde, you’ll see the real Viking history — quite literally in pieces. The remains of five original Viking ships are displayed here, each with its own story of sea voyages, trade, and warfare. There are guided tours and activities running throughout the day, so it’s worth checking the schedule when you arrive. The guide shares the fascinating history behind the five ships that were discovered just a stone’s throw from here, in Roskilde Fjord. For those feeling hands-on, there’s a small workshop where you can try building your own miniature Viking ship. The kids especially loved hammering and sawing away. I had signed up for the sailing tour, where you get to sail on a Viking ship and even help raise the sail as part of the crew. Unfortunately, only four of us showed up out of the ten tickets sold — the rain kept the rest away. Without enough people for the weight balance, the trip had to be cancelled. Safe to say, I was pretty disappointed — it’s not every day you get to sail like a Viking. There’s also a restaurant by the museum. I tried the Viking platter — decent, but nothing to shout about.
Mei C — Google review
Not far from the Copenhagen, about 30 mins train ride. Just a reminder, you have to walk about 30-40 mins from Roskilde Station to the Viking Museum. Arrived at the Roskilde Viking Ship Museum around mid morning. There are two areas: first inside the agreat Hall, you'll see the five ancient Skuldelev ships in somewhat in skeletons forms. You'll feel a quiet awe just looking at their thousand-year-old remains. Second part is the outside where you'll see a beautiful place view with tons of boats. Tons of things to do outside, you can watch boatbuilders meticulously crafting replica ships in the boatyard. You can also sail out on the fjord in one of the reconstructed longships, sadly no more available slots for the day. If you have the budget and you'd like to fully experience, I suggest to pre book before going. Since we went during summer (end of August) you are allowed to climb aboard other replicas at the harbor, even try on Viking clothes. Overall it's a full experience.
Tiffany D — Google review
One of the most important attractions and museums during the visit to Copenhagen (40minutes by train). Staff are so welcoming with smile. Cinematography short movie in many languages will help a lot to understand the museum. The workshops outside will show you how the V-boats were built. Don’t miss it
Jean Z — Google review
A world-class and unique experience which is a must-visit if you're coming to Copenhagen as it's brilliant and only a 30-minute ride on the train (which is cheap and very frequent). See several recovered Viking long ships, discover about the different types and how they were built and used and then see expert craftspeople making replicas for experimental archaeology - sailing them to see how the Vikings would have used them. You can also become part of a crew in a small longboat close to the centre. And kids can design and make their own boat in wood with hand tools. Free tours in Danish and English by students are good and friendly. The venue hosts special exhibitions downstairs in the main hall. Several places to eat and drink on-site. Medium-size car park. If walking from the town train station, it's a pleasant and mostly flat walk. The shop has lots of Danish culture things to buy as well as stuff related to the Vikings. All staff friendly and helpful.
Alan M — Google review
This museum is an incredible place filled with authentic Viking ships, fascinating artifacts, and tons of interesting facts about the Vikings. Both children and adults will find plenty to explore and enjoy. During my visit, there was a blacksmith workshop where a skilled craftsman demonstrated traditional forging techniques. There was also a shipbuilding area where craftsmen were using hand tools to build seaworthy Viking ships — a truly impressive sight. For kids, there’s a small hands-on workshop where they can build their own miniature ships from scrap wood and test them in a water pool. There’s also a replica of a Viking household, complete with Viking clothing you can try on and a play area for children. The museum also has an excellent restaurant with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. And best of all — if the weather is good, you can join the crew of a real Viking ship replica and sail out to sea. An unforgettable experience!
Julo M — Google review
I was a bit sceptical at first when i read its about one Viking boat restored. But there are 5 of them, and , whats more they have been fully rebuilt and are available even to step-in at the port next to the museum ! I learnt a lot from the short film in the museum. Go to the boat workshop at the port - they are just building a new boat, using old traditional tools, and you can chat with craftsmen. It was Worth a visit/trip from Copenhagen.
Jacek M — Google review
Roskilde Viking ship museum is a fantastic place. The museum has the excavated remains of Viking vessels, with activities for kids. Outside are reconstructed vessels and workshops where they are experimentally building new Viking vessels. Good facilities and cafes, free entry with a Copenhagen card and easily signposted from Roskilde train station. Well worth a visit.

Roskilde Cathedral

Cathedral
Sights & Landmarks
Roskilde Cathedral, a 12th-century Gothic brick cathedral in Denmark, is a significant monument due to its unique architecture and historical importance. It is the first brick-built Gothic-style cathedral in Scandinavia and has evolved over 800 years to reflect changing architectural styles. The cathedral serves as the royal family's burial church, housing the tombs of numerous kings and queens. Visitors can explore its imposing exteriors and interiors while learning about Danish history.
You have to visit Roskilde Cathedral! Its amazing brickwork and unique style are so impressive, but the history inside is even better. Exploring the royal tombs is truly fascinating – especially look for the hidden tombstone of the three-legged horse and other cool myths surrounding the royal burials! The stunning Antwerp altarpiece and detailed royal tombs are also a beautiful sight. It was a fantastic visit, totally worth your time to discover its secrets!
K. D — Google review
As a history enthusiast, I was absolutely blown away by Roskilde Cathedral. This UNESCO World Heritage site is not just a stunning architectural marvel, but a living timeline of Danish royal history. Touring it with Ophelia Tours made the experience even more unforgettable - our guide Rene was knowledgeable, passionate, and made the entire visit engaging and fun. The cathedral’s sheer historical significance is staggering. It’s the final resting place of over 40 Danish monarchs, including Queen Margrethe I and King Christian IV. Walking through its chapels feels like stepping back in time - each one reflects the artistic styles and political shifts of the era in which it was built. From Gothic to Baroque to Renaissance, the cathedral is a tapestry of over 800 years of Danish history. The detail inside is breathtaking. The intricate tombs, the majestic organ, the soaring vaulted ceilings, and the peaceful crypts all tell powerful stories. I especially loved learning how the cathedral evolved over time and seeing how each generation left its mark - something you rarely get to witness so vividly in one place. Roskilde itself is a charming town, full of cozy streets, great cafés, and a welcoming vibe. It made the perfect day trip from Copenhagen - peaceful, beautiful, and rich with history. Highly recommend both the cathedral and Ophelia Tours. This was truly a highlight of our Denmark trip!
Dmitry Z — Google review
Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995. Today we celebrate its 30yrs. Very much worth a visit. Roskilde Cathedral is one of the most meaningful places to visit in Denmark, see a thousand years of Royal history, architectural masterpieces and art. Parking: limited parking available, 2hrs free parking and there will be a charge after that. Toilet is available inside the cathedral Disability access: may be a bit challenging as most areas have stairs. But may go around the plain floored part of the cathedral Original structure: Began as a church built by King Harald Bluetooth around 980 AD (made of wood). • The current brick cathedral replaced the earlier church around 1170–1280. • It was one of the first Gothic-style cathedrals in Scandinavia, built mainly from red brick, influencing church architecture across Northern Europe. 👑 Royal Burial Site • Since the 15th century, Roskilde Cathedral has been the main burial site for Danish monarchs. • Over 40 Danish kings and queens are buried here — including: • Queen Margrethe I (founder of the Kalmar Union) • King Christian IV • King Frederik IX and Queen Ingrid • Future monarchs, like Queen Margrethe II, also have tombs prepared there - refer to last photos Inside the Cathedral • Richly decorated altars, frescoes, and royal sarcophagi. • Features impressive organ pipes and historic tombs made of marble and alabaster. • Each royal chapel is unique, showing how Danish art and architecture evolved through the centuries.

A true marvel of a cathedral, a burial place for many Danish kings. We took a tour that took as to the cathedral on a bus. We arrived right before the opening, and the whole place without crowds that appeared a short while later. The place is rich in history but a tour guide really helps to appreciate that. Otherwise it may look like a regular church.

A really cool spot to learn more about the Danish royal family! It is like a museum where you can read about the lives of those laid to rest there. Beautiful architecture and artwork.

I live in Rome. Many people from all over the world come here. I know our beauties, yet Roskilde Cathedral is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. It's full of imposing, celebratory monuments. What you feel, standing there, is the solemnity of the Danish kingdom.
Anthony G — Google review
This cathedral is definitely worth visiting. The interior architectural is beautiful and this place holds so many of the kings grave and they are so beautiful!!! The entrance ticket is also more reasonable than the other places of interest...
Food L — Google review
Not far from the Roskilde Station. Going into Roskilde Cathedral feels like walking straight into the past. This is where Danish kings and queens have been buried for hundreds of years. You'll walk past royal tombs some in fancy and beautiful stone bed for a queen or king. The real "design" highlight is the royal chapels, which are like small museums themselves. Each one was built in a different time period, so you see everything from medieval wall paintings to huge, dramatic Baroque and Renaissance tombs.

Points of Interest & Landmarks
I am visiting the N.E. German Baltic Coast from my hometown of San Francisco California and I drove over to Kühlungsborn to visit the Border Tower Museum. What a great exhibition of education that explains life during the division of Germany. The exhibit is also a testimony of life in the GDR. The Tower Museum has a sandwich board with names of individuals who were documented escapee's. The museum is split between the tower and the building. If you are in the area, I recommend a visit. Thanks to the curators and caretakers of the museum.
Eddie V — Google review
A chilling reminder of a less forgiving time where the west and east were divided, a Cold War watchtower with a history of those that tried to make there way to the west….. worth a visit. Information boards are in Germany only but the pictures tell a story. You can climb the tower for a small fee (2€ per person). 4 stars only because of the lack of multi lingual support.

Rostock Zoo, located in the city of Rostock, is a modern zoo spanning 56 hectares and home to over 4,000 animals. The zoo features spacious and naturalistic habitats for its diverse range of wildlife. One of its main highlights is the Darwineum, a high-tech visitor center dedicated to Darwin's theory of evolution. This living museum offers an interactive exhibition on evolution and houses a tropical environment for gibbons, orangutans, gorillas, and other species.
It's worth the money. There are many wild and domestic animals to see. Along with some evolution concepts. Of course, polar bear is the highlight, but there are many more animals to enjoy.

Excellent zoo! It's very large and clean. So many of the animals were out and about (not just hiding) they seemed so comfortable and calm. Excellent for family's. Lots of clean bathrooms too (very important to me)

This is one of the nicest zoo I’ve visited in a long time. Many benches with a view. We never found the polar bears and the big octopus 🐙 but beside of that a nice day in Rostock Zoo.

A fantastic zoo!! There are many types of animals, and the staff at the souvenir shop are very enthusiastic and helpful🤗The new red panda Pjat is so cute! I hope he and Jordan can get along well🥰🥰The environment is very good, and there is a beautiful garden. Try to go as early as possible, as the weather is getting hot and many animals are hiding to sleep at noon, can't see them
Juliet — Google review
I like it a lot because there were a lot of different animals all the way from deers to big cats to fish and birds and also monkeys The polarbears were very crowded with peace but after a while it was ok The souvenir shop at the end was filled with a lot of good toys for little kids and also some other things at a good price

This was the most amazing Zoo we have ever seen. The animals are well looked after. All the animals seemed to be extremely happy. Their enclosures are very large, and clean. This zoo has a great breeding program that is extremely successful as most of the enclosures had a baby in there. If I could give it more stars I would. The cost was good value for money. It took us the whole day to go around it.

St. Mary's Church, Rostock

Mentioned on
5 lists
Evangelical church
Sights & Landmarks
St. Mary's Church, also known as Marienkirche, is a significant landmark in Rostock, Germany. This Gothic church, dating back to the 13th century, boasts an array of treasures within its ancient brick walls. Visitors can marvel at the artfully crafted wooden altar, a massive stained glass window depicting The Day of Judgement, a Renaissance pulpit from 1574, and a bronze Baptismal font from 1290.
Beautiful church with stunning exterior as well as interior. It really feels like this church shows how strong Rostock was back in the days. If you are a student, you only pay 2 euros for the entrance fee. It’s a neat church overall, but the astrological clock inside is amazing. It really makes you wonder how people of the past could come up with the idea of creating it.
Ji L — Google review
St. Mary's Church is the largest church in Rostock, Germany. I love its red brick Gothic architecture! It really stands out from all angles in the city!! I was looking forward to seeing its astronomical clock that I had heard about. Unfortunately, even though it said it was supposed to be open on the website, sadly, it wasn't. We walked around the entire building several times to try to find an open door, but no luck.
How L — Google review
Absolutely breathtaking and fascinating! We really enjoyed getting to look around and see the beautiful stained glass windows and the incredible grandfather clock!
Sarah R — Google review
Fantastic church there is a small fee to enter , but it is well worth it. If you can get there for around midday to see the medieval clock play it is well worth it (can be found behind the altar) . There are lots of tombs and an amazingly decorated organ. Well worth a visit

Came here to Costal Germany: St. Mary's Church (Marienkirche), Rostock Location: The church is located in the city center (Stadtmitte) of Rostock. Address: Its address is typically listed as Bei der Marienkirche 3, 18055 Rostock, Germany. It is easily recognizable by its towering, massive brick structure and the specific color pattern on the tower (alternating dark/green-glazed and red unglazed bricks, particularly visible on the sides of the transept and tower), which is characteristic of the building's various construction phases. The St. Mary's Church is famous for being the largest church in Rostock and for housing a magnificent, functional medieval astronomical clock dating from 1472.
George F — Google review
This church is very special! Highly recommended. There are some decorations related to the characteristics of this city: harbour. In addition, the astronomical clock is also amazing. It has worked for more than 500 years and provides a lot of calendar/astronomical information. I like this clock more than the one in Prague. After visiting this church, I donated some money because I hope that anything in church can be maintained in a good condition.

This fortress served as a crucial element of defense for Denmark and NATO during the Cold War. The site features well-preserved equipment and offers an intriguing tour that includes visits to anti-aircraft batteries, anti-ship turrets from a German WWII battleship, and deep underground command posts and armories.
Nobody was supposed to know. Nobody was allowed to talk about it. Buried deep in a piece of cliff, Stevnsfort was a top-secret building block in the defense of Denmark and NATO during the Cold War. The so called Stevnsfort in Denmark is the Last Fortress of the Cold War Era: A hidden Frontline, deep under the Surface. Read the full story about the forgotten fortress here:

Excellent! I had to do the English audio tour with a Danish tour guide, but the facility is just amazing. The tunnels were a nice relief from the hot sun outside. I was able to lock my bike under a shelter, and the staff kept a bag for me so I didn't have to carry it around.

Very interesting place ! I recommend the visit in English with a very experienced British militar that explains a lot of details even with humour, we enjoyed a lot, great job and thank you!

What an excellent experience, well worth visiting but take a guided tour. I was lucky and was the only one on the English tour and had plenty options to film a photograph thanks to my excellent guide Ulla.

A tour that is definitely worthwhile. Not only the bunkers and all the military equipment are worth the trip, but especially the dramatic history behind them. Under one of the most beautiful landscapes in Denmark, hides a colossal witness and actor of the Cold War. An absolute must for anyone interested in history. A guide leads the tour through the facility in Danish. An app allows you to follow the most important information in other languages.

Nice place which provides some insights into cold war military securities but maybe its not so aged anymore in the world of 2025...

We visited Stevnsfort a group of friends, took the special tour, and what an experience! Our guide Jørn Due was a great storyteller, and we had an amazing time around the fort and all the hallways and secret passage ways. A big recommendation to visit this place of Danish military history! 🇩🇰

Stevns Klint UNESCO World Heritage site is a geologically significant chalk and limestone cliff located in Stevns, Denmark. Rising 41 meters above sea level, it offers visitors world-class experiences and the best place to see traces of the asteroid that caused mass extinction 66 million years ago. The area features walking paths, an old church, and a museum about the formation of Stevns Klint.
I visited Stevns Klint in Denmark. It is an awesome treat for your eyes, with picturesque and stunning views. The cliffs and coastal scenery make it a must-visit spot for nature lovers. There is so much space for picnic and barbecue. Parking is with fee. Easy access from parking and not so much trekking needed. There are steep steps to get down to the beech. Highly recommend it!
Rakesh J — Google review
Enjoyable little stop. There's the UNESCO site with a couple small churches and a stairway down to the beach (closed when we visited in March), where you can see the cliffs. A couple minutes up the coast is the lighthouse along with free parking and a bathroom. You can't see the cliffs from there but they have free binoculars to see around the area.
Kevin B — Google review
Small place with breathtaking viewpoints all along the clif. Just watch out, hardly any fences and the cliffs must be around 50-70 meters high. At the far end there is a rather large paid (5 euro, card only) parking from where its a 2 minute walk to the church and start of hiking trails along the cliffs
Michiel — Google review
Visited late in the afternoon so there were not a lot of people around. The view of the cliffs were amazing from the old church. It's nice that they rebuilt the stairs with metal now but it is quite steep so need to be extra careful going down the beach. Happy to have found one stone with a fossil as well.
Marvin A — Google review
Great place to visit, the little church is funny looking and it is quite impressive to see the cliff face, even if it is really hard to distinguish the different layers. Be aware that access down to the beach is via a steep stair.
Kasper L — Google review
Beautiful place to visit. The history of the church is fascinating. The shoreline is very picturesque, a nice walk to the lighthouse. Recommend the restaurant by the lighthouse, but may need to book at busy times.
Amanda L — Google review
There is a beautiful walking path along the coast! The cliffs, lighthouse, fort and church were lovely in a bucolic setting.

78 years go, after several months imprisoned in Ravensbrück, my grand-mother was delivered by the Red Army in April 1945. As a member of the French Resistance, she was denounced and deported to this concentration camp. In January 1939, Himmler let build up the Ravensbrück concentration camp in Brandenburg, North of Berlin, the only camp for women. The first inmates - German and Austrian women - arrived in May 1939. Some 130,000 prisoners, mostly women but also men and children, were imprisoned in Ravensbrück. In six years, Ravensbrück was transformed into a vast concentration camp complex, surrounded by satellites (kommandos) serving the German industry. The inmates were forced to work more than twelve hours a day, punctuated by dawn and evening calls, to develop and maintain the site; they served as slave labor in the sewing workshops and electrical assembly industries such as Siemens and Halske, as well as in the arms industries such as Heinkel, BMW, Mercedes and Skoda. Some were subjected to the medical experiments of Dr. Karl Gebhardt. Polish girls, nicknamed "rabbits" and political prisoners NN, Nacht und Nebel. They were subjected to sterilization experiments, muscle and bone transplants... After such a "nerve-wracking experience", my grand-mother passed her grand-children the following message: "There is no foreigner on this planet 🌍. ☮️ Peace can not be kept by force. Everyone shall contribute to achieve it by understanding" What a heritage from such a woman 👩 who survived this part of History.

Eldena Abbey

Historical landmark
Sights & Landmarks
Ancient Ruins
Historic ruins of an iconic medieval monastery, circa 1199, in a serene park atmosphere.
If you ever find yourself wandering down Eldena Alley and feel like you've stumbled into a Caspar David Friedrich painting, don't worry—you have. This peaceful stretch in Greifswald is where Friedrich probably took his gloomy walks, thinking, "How can I make ruins look even more dramatic?" And boy, did he succeed. Eldena Abbey, or what’s left of it, stands like a giant, melancholic mood board for his paintings, and strolling through the alley feels like getting a personal tour of his mind—minus the existential dread, unless it starts raining. But here's the kicker: while Friedrich may have turned these ruins into symbols of transcendence and human frailty, the actual alley today is more like a scene from a quirky indie film. You’ll pass modern-day locals who probably have no idea they're in the shadow of Romanticism, casually biking through Friedrich’s once-upon-a-gothic-wonderland. Think of it as a weird time warp where art history meets real life, and where you, too, can embrace your inner brooding artist without looking like you're trying too hard. Just remember: ruin appreciation is a serious business. Bring a sketchbook, stare into the distance, and make sure someone catches you in the act - it’s what Caspar would’ve wanted.
Timothy T — Google review
The ruins are very well looked after. Very clean and spacious. The height of the portal is simply amazing!

A quiet and peaceful place with its own history. We had a picnic on the ruins of the abbey and there was such a feeling of peace that we didn't want to go home.👍
Tatiana Y — Google review
One of the famous places Caspar David Friedrich was painting. Certainly a must see for all lovers of romantic historic sites. But the city of Greifswald could and should do way more to improve the surroundings of this superb site, like taking care of the park, offering a visitor centre, cutting trees and bushes to allow better views of the ruins...
Oliver F — Google review
Worth a visit. Park setting makes for a nice walk among the ruins.
John H — Google review
Some pretty interesting history involved in these ruins. If you can get a local to tell you the story, or visit the Landesmuseum in Greifswald to get a bit more background information on this. The landesmuseum also has a model of what this "kloster" looked like before it become ruins.

Large complex with indoor/outdoor pools, water slides & a wave pool, plus saunas & a salt grotto.
Slightly long wait time if you don't go super early. It took us 45 minutes to enter. Nice experience inside for the adults as well as the kids. Pools are nice. 3-4 hours are usually enough here - we didn't stay long even though we had a day pass. Parking is free. Portions in the cafeteria are quite small, especially the chicken nuggets. Food taste was alright.

I love this place. I spend a whole day enjoy this place. Swimming and Sauna. Very relaxing, not crowded, and a lot of attractions to do. Streaming, fountain, wave like in a beach, waterfalls etc. I love waterfalls, because somehow they feels like massage, and I live to do that for my back. And I love the jacuzzi with hot salt water, it's so relaxing for my whole body. The Sauna is clearly awesome, you can even choose the temperature based on their room. And they make some variation spices/ingredients/smell (salt, honey, mint, herbs, etc) every hour in some sauna rooms.
Patricia W — Google review
The pools are great, the only disadvantages are that you cannot buy tickets upfront and therefore on the weekends there could be massive queues. No variety of food offered.

Rrlatively small, must be busy during holidays. We have visited later in the afternoon at 5 pm and this place was not crowded. They have big restaurant inside. Two hours visit was just enough.

We came all the way from Berlin and were not disappointed! We started our stay with some lunch. Food was good, not overpriced and had decent portion sizes. (Lunch ladies were very friendly and hospitable) Both the main compartment and the separate spa compartment are great! We felt very comfortable in both settings! Only downside was that the spa area did not have a thermal water pool. Overall we would recommend this place for anyone and would come again!
Richard D — Google review
The Sauna area here is great. It has its own side entrance too so you don't need to go through the main pool area. The pool itself is good it has slides and is quite adventurous for kids.
Ed M — Google review
I recently visited the thermal bath and wanted to provide some feedback. Firstly, I was disappointed to encounter a strong smell of urine in the toilet area. This was quite off-putting and affected the overall experience. Additionally, I noticed that the inner pools had not been renovated, as I could see old Kalk (lime) residue. It would be great if the management could address this issue to maintain cleanliness and comfort for the visitors. On a positive note, I appreciated the presence of a friendly personal an a lifeguard at the Wellenbereich. It felt reassuring to know that trained personnel were overseeing the safety of the visitors. Furthermore, the thermal bath offered plenty of space, allowing for a relaxed and uncrowded atmosphere. The slides were enjoyable, providing an element of fun to the experience. However, it was unfortunate that there seemed to be a lack of proper control or supervision around the slides, which could potentially lead to safety concerns. Overall, there were both positive and negative aspects to my visit, and addressing the areas for improvement would enhance the overall quality of the thermal bath.

The Maritim Museum Peenemünde U-461 is home to the largest diesel-powered submarine in the world, the Juliett U-461. This massive 1960s Soviet submarine offers visitors a chance to explore its torpedo rooms and even the captain's cabin. The museum also features the Taucher II, a diving support ship from 1959. Despite not being a fan of military museums or technology, many have found themselves fascinated by this unique experience.
Real Russian submarine, It‘ll take around 15 minutes. There are places to eat around.

Very impressive Submarine with rocket launcher platforms. Again and again incredible how to work and life on such a ship. Although it is the biggest museum submarine it is fully packed with tubes, valves and so on. There are lots of explanation and even sounds to simulate the real life on board. Don't miss it if you around

It is really interesting to see cold war era russian submarine from inside. Visited with kids (10&11) who really enjoyed it. There's a steep ladder to get inside. You get to walk through one deck including periscope room, crew cabins, torpedo room and pass the missile launchers. Can't imagine living aboard in such a tiny space for weeks. It is like being in a huge clockwork - all the valves, pipelines, wires, switches - to master it and be able to control everything under enormous stress where mistake may lead to death must have been something. Can't imagine being on board when launching it's missiles either. The ship itself would deserve new paint but definitely worth seeing anyway
Tomáš K — Google review
A must-see for anyone interested in Cold War military items. The ship is very well preserved inside. Atmospheric lighting and background sound from the speakers. There could be more technical information, the complete absence of descriptions in a language other than German.

The Historical Technical Museum, Peenemünde, is a fascinating destination that pays tribute to the laborers who constructed test rockets during World War II. Housed in a former power station, this museum delves into the rich history of the Peenemünde Army Experimental Station and its pivotal role in early space exploration. Visitors can explore where the first rocket was launched into space back in 1942, highlighting one of the most remarkable yet perilous technological advancements of the 20th century.
A WWII museum where rockets were produced in Germany. A very interesting place that serves as a reminder of history and offers a good overview of how things worked back then. While the history is a bit sad, the museum itself is well done and definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend paying the extra 1 euro for a ticket to the rooftop via the elevator, where you'll get amazing views of the sea! I was hesitant at first, but I highly recommend it!
Michael M — Google review
This is an exquisite museum! I was really surprised that the authors of the exposition show the history of this place and the history of this deadly rocket in such a comprehensive way. I recommend taking the audio guide (available in different languages, including Polish) - it's very informative and interesting.
Łukasz C — Google review
The entrance ticket currently costs €13.50, with an additional €2.50 for the audio guide and €1.50 for admission to the viewing platform. Parking costs €1 per hour or €5 for the whole day. There are lots of information panels in the museum, so the length of your visit will depend mainly on how much you want to read them. There is also a cinema where a documentary is shown. My visit, during which I only read a small part of the panels, lasted 2½ hours. In addition to this, you can take a walk along the harbor docks and visit the interior of a submarine abandoned here by the Soviet Union and a German military ship; there is also a museum particularly aimed at children. All the large buildings and missile launch pads have been destroyed, with the sole exception of the power station, which remained in operation until 1990 and was then converted into this museum. Once upon a time, there was a quiet fishing and farming village with about 500 inhabitants, who certainly never imagined that in the future it would become one of the most important places in a world war and for the conquest of the Moon. Due to its isolation and geographical characteristics, in 1935 Peenemünde was identified as the ideal location for secret missile research, and by 1937 it had already been transformed into a small town. Scientists working on two separate projects were brought together there: the first was the Fielser flying bomb, renamed V-1 (“Vergeltungswaffen 1”), of which about 30,000 were produced. The second was the Aggregat missile, which was designed in 10 different versions; almost 5,800 units of the Aggregat 4, renamed V-2, were mass-produced. Upon discovering the existence of the secret base, the British RAF decided to destroy it completely with an attack carried out by 596 bombers on the night of August 17-18, 1943, but some of the targets were missed and the concentration camps where prisoners assigned to forced labor lived were also hit. Weapons production was moved to less vulnerable locations, but in 1944 there were three more bombings. In February 1945, the Third Reich military demolished what they considered important to prevent it from falling into the hands of the advancing Soviet troops, who conquered the base three months later. In turn, under international agreements, the Soviet military dismantled or transported what was left to the USSR, saving the power plant and the airport. The missiles that had not been launched became spoils of war, and the scientists who did not die in the bombings went to work in the research centers of the victorious nations. Wernher von Braun, the brilliant mind who designed the V-2 rockets, had been appointed major in the SS even though he had devoted himself solely to scientific work. Nevertheless, in 1944 he was arrested by the Gestapo for crimes against the state, but given his importance to the project, he was rehabilitated and allowed to return to lead it. At the end of the war, SS troops were ordered to kill him, but he managed to escape by crossing Germany with false documents to surrender to the Americans. In the United States, Von Braun, together with other German scientists from the Aggregat project and US scientists, designed the Jupiter-C rocket that put the first American satellite into Earth orbit. They then built the Saturn V rocket, which, as part of the Apollo program, enabled man to reach the Moon. Thanks to its beautiful beach, Peenemünde has become a seaside resort, with remnants of World War II scattered across a vast area. Only with a guided tour can you access the fenced-off area where the “Prüfstand VII” launch base was located.

This museum is fantastic! So much information and the way it has being layered out is very impressive. I spent almost three hours and unfortunately could not read all the material! The highlight was being able to visit a power plant! If you love history and engineering, this place is a must!! Entrance tickets can be bought on entrance bunker paid card or cash!
Virginia L — Google review
A most important historical site, where the Nazis under the direction of Werner Von Braun and other eminent scientists developed the V2 rocket propelled missile. Also the launching pad for the infamous V1 'Doodlebug" flying bomb which rained death upon London late in WW2. Thankfully it was too late to save the badly crumbling Third Reich. Its an amazing historical site now with launch pad and Rocket examples on display. The museum is interesting with its tales of how massive slave labour was used to achieve the manufacture of these terror weapons.
Dennis S — Google review
It's fair to say that the site is still in tact. The site to visit is 'Die Ausstellung' or exposition. It's pretty detailed if you want to grasp it all, I'd say take 4 hours certainly into account to cover the entire site. Everything is well displayed so the audio is complementary but not really necessary. The elevator (€1 surcharge) for the overview from the top you'll probably pay cuz while there why not but is not really worthwhile. The pictures you take downstairs will measure your expectations.
Geert L — Google review
Four stars for the technological advancement (albeit used by thugs as weapons), and brilliant brains behind what eventually led to the first moon landing. Considering the original site was blasted into dust, the museum was well put together and interesting but not sure about having the tiresome Goebbels droning on over a loud speaker in an exhibit. Ticket office staff are as expected. Parking charges but toilets free ! Usually the other way round.

Tours of an enormous ship hoist dating from 1934 & featuring a 36-meter lift for water traffic.
Our bike trip from Berlin to Niederfinow was an unforgettable adventure! Pedaling through scenic fields and charming small towns, we were treated to a picturesque journey that perfectly set the stage for the highlight of our day. Upon reaching Niederfinow, we were thrilled to catch the Schiffhebewerk in action. Witnessing this engineering marvel in motion was absolutely awe-inspiring. The sheer scale and precision of the ship lift left us in amazement. It’s incredible to see how effortlessly it raises and lowers massive vessels, a testament to human ingenuity and craftsmanship. The entire experience was both educational and exhilarating, offering a unique glimpse into the workings of a historic yet fully functional piece of engineering. If you’re ever near Berlin, we highly recommend taking the time to visit Schiffhebewerk Niederfinow—it’s a sight you won’t want to miss!

I never knew that there was something like that in Brandenburg. If you go there in a warm season, make sure to take a boat tour. We were lucky to get the last boat tour this year: it is an unforgettable and unique experience to sit on a boat being lifted to a higher river level! During the boat tour you get guide explanations, so you will still learn a lot even if you prefer the boat to the classical excursion 😉

This could be 5 star + We paid 5€ to walk around the old boat lift. Unfortunately all the information boards were in German or Polish. It was amazing to see the huge structure and to see how it worked lifting the boats, both were still in use. However, I found the whole experience a bit of a money spinner, you have to pay to park, pay to activate the App, pay to use the toilet and the only way to see the new boat lift is with a tour guide, but that's only in German! With all this money they are generating they could put some English information out. There is a small information centre which is free to enter and they had information boards on how it was erected and fortunately it was in English too 👍. The staff member we spoke to was very helpful and fortunately spoke some English which was a great help.

Something different - if in area definitely worth a visit We did a 3-day road trip around the Brandenburg region and this definitely was a highlight. During our exploring, we saw many beautiful castles, townships and lakes to this was something different. We were travelling with a Labrador. You can take a dog up. Dog-friendly. At the ticket kiosk, they gave us a pass that gave us entry via the door, rather than the rotating gate. Parking - there is one main car park - when leaving make sure you get a token (costs 3 euros for a car) from the parking machine next to the toilets, right by the drive-in/ out. Ha ! I thought you had to put 3 euros into the exit barrier machine. ...but no, it just takes the tokens.

A lovely and serene lake! We visited during the winter, so I can’t comment on the swimming, but it looks like it would be stunning in the summer. The lake is easily accessible from the street, with a charming sandy beach that features volleyball courts, seating areas, and plenty of space to relax. It’s surrounded by a picturesque forest, making for a beautiful setting. There are also eating options nearby, which makes it a great spot to spend a day outdoors. Highly recommended.

National forest
Krzywy Las, also known as The Crooked Forest, is a unique and mysterious site located in Nowe Czarnowo near Szczecin city in Poland. Planted in 1930, the forest features around 400 oddly-shaped pine trees with a distinctive C-shape. Despite numerous theories attempting to explain the unusual shapes of the trees, the mystery remains unsolved. Visitors recommend bringing a picnic lunch and enjoying the special atmosphere of the crooked grove.
It is a great hidden gem you shall visit at least once. The trees are amazing and the history of this place gives is the great example of unknown.

Mesmerizing Glimpse into Nature’s Mystery: This video offers a captivating look at the Crooked Forest in Poland, where a cluster of pine trees grow with oddly curved trunks. The visuals are both eerie and beautiful, capturing the surreal atmosphere of this natural wonder. It’s a short but fascinating watch that leaves you intrigued by the mystery behind these uniquely shaped trees

A Magical and Peaceful Spot in Nature This forest is truly one of a kind! The uniquely curved pine trees make it feel like stepping into a fairytale. It’s calm, quiet, and surrounded by the soothing scent of pine—perfect for a peaceful walk or just soaking in the beauty of nature. Definitely worth a visit if you're nearby. A wonderful place to take a break, breathe deeply, and connect with the natural world.
Traveler C — Google review
Cool place we randomly stumbled upon. If I got it right, no one truly knows why the trees are the way they are. The info boards are funny, a little difficult to find from the street so zoom in before you navigate here.
Ondrej D — Google review
Such a charming place! As mentioned before, the area with the crooked trees is quite small, but of course, that’s just nature, and there’s nothing that can be done about it 😂😂 That said, since today was just a regular Saturday and there were quite a lot of visitors, the parking situation felt a bit chaotic. Maybe some improvements in that area could make the experience even better. Overall, still a lovely spot to visit!
Debbie A — Google review
The area was alot smaller than anticipated but still worth the trip. Nearly 100 years old and still none knows why and for what purpose…

A forest like no other! The curved pine trees look straight out of a fairytale. Peaceful, quiet, and filled with the fresh scent of pine—perfect for a walk or a quick escape into nature. Definitely worth a stop if you’re nearby!
Ankaj D — Google review
Visiting the Crooked Forest is a unique experience, offering a peaceful atmosphere for a leisurely walk and plenty of photography opportunities. The unusual shapes of the trees, all bending in the same direction, create a scenic and somewhat otherworldly environment. If you find yourself in north-western Poland, the Crooked Forest is a one-of-a-kind sight worth visiting!

One of the best thing I have ever seen in this world is here only on this earth of our solar system. All that glitter may not be always gold, but the spark in going on something is so eye catching here, that one may not fargate it in his entire life ever. I also will remember it for my remaining life that it is only seen here and every time it will be new always in future.

It's a small port, where the obligatory pirate ship docks, but also the Navy's port of call, one can observe a patrolling gunship from time to time. There is a small cluster of souvenir stalls nearby, and some restaurants, and that's pretty much it really.

The museum showcases cannon barrels and a variety of medieval weapons while also highlighting naval warfare artifacts from the 17th century.
Historical, interesting, a must visit. Great displays very informative and lots of local historical history.

Not very big, and the vehicles outside are in bad shape and parked very close next to each other so not very good to see. Inside is nice, especially if you like uniforms. Not very big. Friendly staff. (If you see a Panzer IV in the pictures... It's not there. In fact the vehicle is a couple of hundred kilometers to the east, in Klaninie.)

great experience for those who can climb upstairs and are not afraid of heights. really amazing views and great price for the tickets (15zl)! i would definitely recommend! some great food ice cream and souvenirs shops outside the lighthouse as well! family friendly and safe!
Magdalena G — Google review
The lighthouse is a symbol and the main tourist attraction of Gąski, a small, picturesque village located on the Baltic Sea coast. The lighthouse stands at 50.2 meters in height, making it the second tallest lighthouse on the Polish coast. Curved granite stairs lead to the top of the lighthouse. To reach the observation terrace just beneath the lantern, one must climb over 200 steps. From the top, there is a stunning, picturesque view of the sea and the surroundings of Gąski. The panorama from the terrace is beautiful. The Gąski lighthouse was built between 1877 and 1878. Along with the surrounding structures, it is a valuable monument and has been listed in the heritage register.
MIRELA G — Google review
A little over 200 steps a nice thing to do if you got some spare time on your hands but not a most. The views are nice but nothing breathtaking.
Andre P — Google review
About 200 stairs. Narrow, steep stairway at the top before you get out. Can be a bit scary as the railing is only about 1.30m high and it can be crowded. Adult 8 PLN, children 6 PLN. The view is worth it.

Garden
Themed show gardens inspired by natural landscapes or national cultures like Japan & France.
In a modern gardens natural elements harmonize to create a serene sanctuary. Sculpted pathways lead through clusters of native plants, their blooms a vibrant testament to contemporary design fused with nature. Water features ripple gently, adding a soothing soundtrack to the vivid tapestry of colors and textures. Every element, from the minimalist benches to the strategically placed stones, invites visitors to pause and appreciate the seamless blend of modern aesthetics and timeless natural beauty. A lot of joy and excitement

gardens really beautiful and place is definitely worth a visit - there was so many themes around the gardens japanese french gaudi all sorts and everything is well looked after it all depends when you visit as different flowers bloom in different times of the year. paths were accessible to all ages and no one in our group struggled walking about some parts had some hill or tree roots so possibly an issue for those on a wheelchairs but most would be ok. some really great features bird houses sitting places fountains little hide aways etc. staff in garden centre wasn't really great i think we disturbed their chat and they were visibly unhappy someone dared to come and buy something apart from that really good experience - parking bit bumpy so if you have a low car be careful not to scratch the bottom of the car. we did not struggled but we have SUV 🚙
Magdalena G — Google review
Wonderful gardens but, sadly, become neglected because of the "shop part" of the business. Not nearly the same amount of workers and care can be seen as 6-7 years ago. Old paint, broken tiles, empty areas and cheap looking plastic flower pots placed without much thought. Still a nice place, but drastic drop in quality can be seen.

Amazing place to visit again and again. In summer, garden with full of flowers. You need to buy a ticket to go inside the park. But the experience which can you get from the park is worth than ticket price. It has a various kind of flowers and small bushes. And also beautiful lakes. Better place to visit with your kids and to feel the environment. It is not enough to visit there only one time. I like to go there again.

Nice entertainment park in Leba… perfect for a day out with kids, it used to be twice the size, but still gives you lots to do and 6h will fly by quickly. The price is steep for polish reality, but all activities inside are included, we enjoyed most. The site itself could use some renovation, thats why i give 4 and not 5 stars… but i do recommend:)
Piotr S — Google review
I used to love visiting the park for years. However, its not the same park. The woodlands and Dinosaur park, that were amazing are not squeezed into something that looks like a bog garden. Looks like the best grounds have been sold. Very commercialised with plastic, rides and of course places to buy food. Little to do and missing its natural charm.

Sea Park Sarbsk is a captivating theme park located just three kilometers from Leba. Visitors can witness entertaining seal shows and explore a pirate-themed play area. The park also boasts replicas of sea creatures and a shipwreck, offering an immersive experience for both children and adults. Despite the rainy weather, guests can enjoy various activities such as trampolines, playgrounds, and 3D and 5D shows included in the ticket price.
Nice park with seals show, 3D/5D shows and some attractions for kids. Seal show are on 3 different places and start at 12, 14, 16, 18h. Show is much more better the in fokarium on Hell peninsula. 5D show with turte was a bit old - the seat randomly shakes with you and the wind from pipe blow on sometimes. What we like was 5D submarine adveture. Everything was in price of entrance - except trampolinas, where you must buy non-slip sockets for kids (10PLN).
Radek D — Google review
Well organised apart from the car park which is a muddy, uneven field - it feels really below the standard of the rest of the place. It's small and I am not sure worth the money: 99 pln per adult and 79 per child, no family tickets. Most of the shows are nice though. It's more of a place for young kids and teenagers will not find much to do - most of the rides and playgrounds are for young kids. It's OK on a nice day.
Pawel M — Google review
The Sea Park was let's say good.Much more less then expected and I mean like how big is the place. You can make a round in a half hour and for this price which is around 20 euro per person is not worth it definitely. Zoo and everything else is like 20 euro for all family 4 person not for one.Anyway we saw the show, was nice but nobody nowhere was speaking English and this make our trip little bit complicated.
E B — Google review
My family was very disappointed today. It was a bad idea to visit this place for our family vacation. * We paid 270 PLN for tickets for 2 adults and 1 child, which is quite expensive considering the facilities. On top of that, parking was not included, and we had to pay an extra 20 PLN for that. * The quality of the food was very poor, and there were flies 🪰 all over the restaurant, even on the food. The prices were also too high. I paid 46 PLN for just potatoes and cabbage, which they called a "food deal." * Additionally, the management, particularly the photographer, was unprofessionally rude to customers. There is a free open space next to the parking area where many visitors try to save money by parking for free. However, this person called the police on them, even though the police 👮 stated that guests have the right to use the free parking. I'm not suggesting this place for a visit and spending family time it's not worth it.

All shows are included in ticket PRICE! Adult: 59zl, kid: 49zl, baby 1zl. (also trampolines, playgrounds, all 3D and 5d shows!!! Atractions for babies, Amaizing) Coffe, food, souvenirs, also in very Good prices. Worth to visit, really!!! Love this place 101%!!!

The best sea park I've ever visited. It's fun, it's big, it's adventurous. Many attractions for kids besides the seal show are provided. Huge playgrounds, interactive cinema, jump park, train for the little one are just few to mention. We spent there a whole date full of entertainment.
Joanna G — Google review
No value for money, adult ticket costs 99zl and there are no family tickets, you also pay extra 20zl for parking. The shows are nice but not that exciting. Everything else is not worth seeing. The park has not much to see or do, you could walk around it in 30 minutes (very slowly). Food choice is poor, souvenir shop is extremely overpriced. They are bragging that this place is the largest seal sanctuary in Poland but I didn’t notice that, unless they meant that they are located on the biggest piece of land. Honestly, not worth the trip.

Beautiful place to visit , the prices are pretty expensive thought. Big free parking People with babies I would suggest a harness and not a pushchair as it’s kind of rocky and not straight pavement. We mistakenly thought this was a large outdoor museum but it's relatively small and you can't go in all the houses. It's an interesting way to spend 45 mins to an hour and is not expensive. There's also plenty of parking. There seemed to be a couple of restaurants but they weren't open in early April. We drove from Gdansk thinking we would be there hours, but never mind, the scenery around the park was nice.

Three parts, the first educational, the second fairy-tale and the third climbing. The fairy tale part needs fixing. Climbing is best for children and educational for older children. I gave one less star because each part is paid separately.

A very interesting "gravity defying" piece of architecture and construction work. A must visit place in the outskirts of Gdansk through a very scenic road . Everything inside & outside the house is upside down. Some people find get a bit dizzy after some time inside the house as human brain could take a bit of time to get adjusted to this unusual place. I had too much fun. There are basically 2 floors inside the house and one can go to both levels. Some interesting paintings are in the "second " floor. Good place for photography too.

(Translated by Google) It's an okay place, the owner is very nice, I don't know how you can have a problem with him. The place is old-style, it could be an advantage. It wasn't dirty, just old equipment, e.g. there is stone in the bathroom and maybe something could really be replaced, I'm mainly thinking about the shower handles, but everything served its purpose. We've already stayed in a nicer place in this town and we also had to have our own soap and toilet paper (there was just not enough), but ours are also more reliable in terms of cleanliness, so I always have such things with me and I don't see a problem. A large parking lot, we could still use it after leaving the room. There was a kettle and a fridge in the room and they worked. To sum up - a completely good place to stay overnight, you just have to think about having the necessary things, flip-flops for bathing too, and you won't have to get frustrated. Czajnik, lodówka w pokoju były i działały. Podsumowując - zupełnie dobre miejsce do noclegu, trzeba myśleć, żeby potrzebne rzeczy mieć, klapki do kąpania też i nie trzeba będzie się frustrować.

(Translated by Google) Rooms - PRL, that's a fact. The advantage is that the rooms (at least ours) were quite large with a view of the nearby food stands :) Plus the balcony. However, time stopped there a long time ago. My wife and I are not demanding, but a torn sheet or standing water in a slightly moldy shower may bother someone more. Two stars only because there were no worms ;) Service? It's hard to tell. I talked to an older lady on the phone and settled accounts with a young lady - we only saw her twice (arrival/departure). The place makes up for its location. Right at the entrance to the beach (with a ramp for strollers, which is very important, because this is probably the only such entrance), nearby the Żabka store, a supermarket (small) and alcoholic beverages. Very close to restaurants and a place to party :) The noise didn't bother us, everything went quiet from around midnight. Generally, we were rarely in the room, we are not demanding, so 3 out of 5 stars is a realistic rating, but if someone expects a five-star hotel, this is not the address ;) If we come to Jelenia, we will come to Hercules again. (Original) Pokoje- PRL,to fakt. Jednak czas sie tam zatrzymał i to dawno.

(Translated by Google) I give it 1 star because I can't give it less. Drama, I will never visit this place again. Not only do the equipment, couch and room furnishings remember the times of the Polish People's Republic or even earlier, they are very dirty. While staying in the room at the "Herkules" guesthouse, we had the impression that the room had not been cleaned at all after previous tourists. Something disgusting, even a brush couldn't be used to sweep it, because disgusting clumps of old hair were sticking out of it. The couches were full of sand, nothing had been vacuumed, and the bathroom floor was full of hair. We were afraid of catching anything, so we equipped ourselves with cleaning products at our own expense to feel at least a little safe and that we would not return from vacation with some parasite. The water in the shower did not flow, the water stood above my ankles during the bath, the toilet flush did not work properly and, in addition, a terrible stench came out of the bathroom sewage, like a toilet. The corridor is also in a deplorable condition, there are clouds of dust on the floor, tangled with hair and sand, someone spilled something on the tiles, and during our entire stay in the guesthouse, none of the owners bothered to wash or at least vacuum the staircase. Moreover, we were a little late and on arrival it turned out that our room had been rented to someone else, but luckily we managed to find another replacement. The only advantage of this place is the fact that the distance to the beach is small, but I think it's not worth it because the stay is not super cheap and for this price you can definitely have much better conditions and feel comfortable. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

(Translated by Google) A stay cheaper than a hotel stay, although not as cheap as advertised. I was surprised by the need to pay for the stay in advance before the room was made available. I didn't have that much cash with me and I was forced to look for an ATM (one was crowded with tourists and the other was temporarily closed). When, out of breath, I returned to the guesthouse with the money and was given a room, it turned out that there was neither a towel nor a piece of soap. Although I had a towel with me, I had to go outside again to look for soap. After driving 400 km, it took a long time before I could wash my hands. There was no mention of issuing an invoice for the stay. I won't mention the conditions in the guesthouse because I didn't see all the rooms. In my room, which I ordered as a 2-person room, there was one double sofa and two single sofas. There was no longer enough space for a small table, which we had to place on the casing of a small refrigerator, moving it accordingly - a nightmare. I would advise the owner of the facility to provide at least a room for a shared kitchen equipped with dishes and cutlery in such a large guesthouse. The kettle in the room does not meet the needs for preparing a basic meal, especially since it could only be prepared on the refrigerator. I was also surprised by the savings on lighting - the entrance to the stairs outside was completely dark, especially dangerous for elderly people. Small measures would be enough to improve the aesthetics of the concrete balcony and unfinished raw plinths. the lack of even a small table on the balcony and the replacement of old ropes and clips from the times of King Ćwieczek with newer and aesthetic products. I also ignore the TV offer. There is no cable TV, not to mention satellite TV. In short, anyone who only needs a place to sleep and eats in the so-called city is welcome - I will definitely not use this place again. Niewielkie środki wystarczyłyby aby poprawić estetykę betonowego balkonu, nieobrobionych surowych cokołów. braku choćby małego stolika na balkonie i zastąpienia starych sznurów i klamerek do przypinania z czasów króla Ćwieczka wyrobami nowszymi i estetycznymi.

(Translated by Google) I don't recommend such a disgusting place. Dirty, at the end a worm was found, each pillowcase was from a different parish, feathers were falling out of the bedding (I don't recommend it to people with allergies, also because of dust), and the pillows were dirty and flat, everything should have been thrown in the trash. The bathroom was also in poor condition, the shower curtain was terrible, the toilet also left a lot to be desired and fungus started to appear over the shower. Well, apparently it was all after renovation. When it comes to dishes and cutlery, you have to ask the owner, but I would prefer to take my own (unwashed). There were still funny curtains in the room, which didn't do their job very well anyway, because the neon lights outside the window made it impossible to sleep. We were not informed about any kitchenette or gym, although we heard that we had nothing to lose (a kitchenette with two burners and empty cabinets, and no access to the gym anyway). As for the grill, there was a thick layer of dirt and grease, and the grate was missing anyway, with subsequent "rods" falling off. The service itself was not helpful in any way, except for the money they were not interested in whether everything was OK or whether you liked your stay here at all. Łazienka też w nienjlepszym stanie, okropna zasłona prysznicowa, kibelek też pozostawiła dużo do życzenia i zaczął pojawiać grzyb nad prysznicem.

Most rooms have a balcony overlooking the main street. I recommend. A big advantage is a large parking lot and a large playground next to the guesthouse. And people who go to the seaside to watch TV better stay at home. (Original) Byłam w tym pensjonacie dwa razy. Polecam. Ocean Park Władysławowo is a popular amusement park featuring a variety of attractions suitable for both kids and adults. Visitors can explore sculptures of ocean creatures, enjoy rides, and wander through a replica of a fishing village. The park also offers a large playground and a LEGO tent for children to enjoy. Additionally, guests have the opportunity to see lifelike representations of marine and prehistoric animals while being entertained by talking whale exhibits.
Main attraction of Władysławowo. Spent a whole day with the family and it wasn't enough for the kids. Lots to do and see. Great value for money. Will come back again!

Not worth the price of tickets. Ocean park and only 1 aquarium with living fishes. Not for kids below 3 as movies are for older. Everything outside so not good in bad weather. Very dissapointed in visit

We drive here one hour for sharks and fish tank. He is on photos. But Its not there. Arogant worker told me there si not fish tank. Huge Price for ticket only for plastic statues. Its like child camp.

Place is good for children only, not for adults without kids, a bit too boring, that's just my opinion, it could be more fun for other people. Entrance price is included with one ticket for a ride, want to ride more you pay extra. You can get something to eat if you want. If you got children go there if not don't waste your time/money, go instead to a restaurant and put your money there.

50 zloty for a park with only 5 real animals. The rest is not even realistic sculpted or drawn on walls. The only thing that made a little fun were remote-controlled to cars. You can go to the zoo for half of the money and see more and real animals or you can go to the playground for free. This was a waste of time and money.
Anuska — Google review
The park has no real fish, sea creatures or aquariums. Only statues. Came with 7 and 5 year old and found it very boring. Spent the whole time at the playground. Definitely not worth the 1.5hrs drive from Gdansk and the price (120 zloty for 2ad+2ch)

Ugly, empty and ruined place that begs for demolition team. Literal scam, offers nothing but huge trash statue of whale and few others smaller ones, everything is in bad condition. Tunnel with sharks consists of sharks painted on the wall (no joke). Avoid at all costs and most of all, don't pay any money for scam. If you ignore all red flags and wander inside, don't try out food. You have been warned! 🐳🚫

Waste of time and money, overpriced, attractions simply not attractive. Tunnel with sharks is a joke. Kids enjoyed inflatables (hard to call this an amusement park!), choice of cafes was poor too. It’s a nice idea but needs some work to finish it off.

Aquatic center
Aquapark Reda is a popular water park featuring slides, a shark pool, spa/sauna area, and a shopping center. It offers indoor attractions like playrooms and the Experiment Science Center. Visitors can enjoy various water activities for all ages, including the waves simulator and legendary rotating water slides. The park also boasts an underwater shark tank and free parking. For adrenaline seekers, there are super fast waterslides and an aqua spinner for additional fun.
A fantastic day out for the whole family! Great slides, clean facilities, and loads of fun for all ages. It was pleasant to sit down and have a coffee in the indoor cafe. The sharks made our day!

Fantastic place especially the sharks up close were amazing . Great and very friendly service.

We had a fantastic time! The slides are amazing, and when we visited, it was almost empty – no waiting at all. The Shark Bar also serves really good food.
Erik S — Google review
We took our girl swimming here and had a good day, my wife booked the sauna for today they said we can come at anytime but when we arrived they said we will have to come back in 3 hours because they have changed the times for entry 😡we we asked why they didn't send us a message about the change of time they said they were very busy. Not impressed with that.
Mark T — Google review
Although the rides are good and the spaces are clean the experience is completely overpriced when compared to other similar parks offering similar services. The limited amount of rides and the time limitation of 3 hours to be inside the venue make the price completely unreasonable, even worse when you take into account that some slides are not included in the general fare and you have to pay extra each time you use them.

Horrible experience, seriously overcrowded. Looks like zero limits on capacity. Made it really uncomfortable and dangerous. For the money spent it was very disappointing. Also there is an extra fee for a car park, which was not there last year. Would recommend Sopot Park instead, by miles better quality, staff and overall experience.
Anna&Chris&William S — Google review
The park is not very big with few slides only. The main slide “spinner” which is the main attraction of the park is not included in the price. You list pay extra. When we visited the park we bought a full ticket including the Spa area but nobody told us that this section is under renovation and therefore closed!!
