Beautiful beach with shallow turquoise waters, in a protected area. In April it was very dirty under piles of algae. And they collect 5 euro for parking, no matter if you want to stay 1 hour or all day. Also, the last 2 km of road is very narrow. In summer, when the traffic is heavy, it won't be fun.

A very beautiful and interesting beach. But it doesn't deserve all five stars for several reasons. The first thing to pay is to enter the parking lot. Secondly, black algae collects in some parts of the water. Third, there is only one small modest bar where you can buy a drink or a snack. But in general, the water is clear, clean, shallow for children and very pleasant for swimming. Yachts are anchored not far from the coast, which means that many people come here to swim. The beach is clean and spacious, so there are no big crowds. In my opinion, it is worth taking the time to come for two or three hours and then go to the next beach.

A very nice long sandy beach, during the day surely very crowded in August. We were there in the evening (a very good spot for sunsets), then it was bearable. Parking fee is 5 euros for cars, no matter when you arrive, and the parking lot closes at 9 p.m. The access road to the parking lot is a long narrow street with a lot of oncoming traffic. The toilets at the beach entrance were the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in my life – filthier than at any festival. Supposedly the place is a nature reserve, but there is a lot of trash lying around.

For the end of October we found this beach very dirty. If you don’t want to pay the €8 for parking, you can park for free in Colonia Saint Jordi, on Av. Primavera, on the white lines and then walk to the beach. But better choose the more beautiful beaches from the south of the island, like Cala Santanyi, Llombards or Moro.

Don’t waste time on your trip to visit this beach. There are many beaches with clear water that you don’t have to pay for parking. Also this beach has absolutely no shade anywhere. No showers, no bathroom, no changing rooms. When I visited the amount of seaweed made the water like mud.

Soller is a beautiful sea side town with several small local shops and restaurants. Its relaxing to just walk around, take in the beautiful views, enjoy the fresh air. We took the train into town, while the train was very full of people, it was a nice ride into town. Might be less crowded earlier. Great way to spend a day, enjoy a lunch and wander in and out of the shops. (It wasnt loaded with the shirt shops and souvenirs)

We had a lovely time catching the train from Palma to Soller. I would recommend purchasing your tickets in advance and getting to the station at least 30 minutes before the train is due if you want to sit together. People queue on the platform up to an hour before departure time. We arrived to get the 12 midday train but there were no tickets so we had to wait until 1.30pm which was fine. The train takes around an hour and the route is very scenic, it is an old wooden train. It was a really pleasant trip. There are many opportunities for great photos and videos along the way, through olives groves and mountain views. Would recommend, as it is a lovely trip. We were told by friends after that is is more cost effective to get the train there and the bus back, but we had already purchased return tickets. Once at Soller, you can get the tram down to the Port which was equally lovely.

This was a lovely excursion and the views were beautiful. You het the train from Palma the the tram down to Port Soller. Recommend buying tickets in advance as its very busy, however this is pointless for the trams as its a free for all. We were OK going down to the port but returning was awful! We were squashed on like sardines! There didn't seem to be anyone really stopping people from squeezing on! The experience was worth doing but make sure you don't value your personal space! We drive there later in the week and the views were better and space wasn't an issue. But we can say we've done it. The towns were beautiful though and definitely worth visiting.

The Sóller tram is a lovely and charming experience that we truly enjoyed. However, it's important to note that it gets extremely crowded. The current frequency of the trams doesn't seem sufficient to handle the massive volume of tourists, leading to significant congestion and wait times.

Travelled by Train from Palma to Sóller and to the Port by Tram. Both places worth a couple or three hours. On returning to Sóller Train station, I found, in the old station building a free exhibition of the works of Picasso and Miro. There were great views from both the Train and the Tram.

I recommend to get here early we were there at 09H45 and got straight in. When we left there were huge queues. It's a very good aquarium, lots to look at and do. I only rated it 4 stars as we missed the Mediterranean gardens and went straight to the jungle, the staff were ushering families that way but not us. The shark tank is good but its sad to see theese beautiful animals in captivity. All accessible for wheelchair users its a great place to visit for a few hours. I recommend going early on a rainy day to kill a few hours

On Monday, we visited the Palma Aquarium on the coach which is included in the price (we booked through Jet2, who are based in the hotel) and had an absolutely fantastic day! There’s so much to see and do — and we even did one of the extras: the bottom glass boat ride in the shark tank. It was €12 each and definitely worth it! I believe under 3s go free (but double check just in case). My little one had a fantastic day. It is one of the best aquariums I have been to there is so much to do for all ages! Staff were lovely and helpful throughout the day!

We visited Palma Aquarium in Mallorca for the first time, and overall, it was a nice experience. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the place is well organized. The highlight for us was definitely the shark tank – it was fascinating to see them up close! The ticket also included a 3D cinema with a short film about whales that lasts around 10–15 minutes, which was interesting and enjoyable, especially for kids. I would recommend visiting with young children, as there are many different species of fish and sea creatures to see. The only downside is the ticket price, which I find quite expensive considering you can go through the entire aquarium in less than an hour.

30 Euros for adults but there are some package deals on their website that include some of the 'extras' like a shark boat or 3D cinema etc. We opted for straight entry for 3 adult tickets and received ten Euros off. It's a quality aquarium kept spotlessly clean and tidy. There are lots and lots of small to medium sized viewing tanks as you wander an obvious route. The glass magnifies them so you get to appreciate the colours and detail and they have a superb selection. Initially its very dark. So much so that you can easily bump into people but then your eyes eventually adjust. The more popular tanks have a bit of a wait to get to the front as you would expect but totally worth it. Even the souvenir shop at the end has some really good stuff!

Enjoyed the aquarium but it's way too expensive for the time I spent walking around everything (90 mins). No turtles on display but the two big tanks were amazing, the informative information was very good. More aimed at children in general and trying to upsell photographs, gifts from the shop which is disappointing.

Historical cathedral, research hours and buy your tickets in advance. Don't be surprised to see street vendors on the grounds. The number 25 bus drops you off very close and the city center is just behind it. Cobblestone so watch you footing. Fun place to walk around, even if you don't buy tickets to go inside. Enjoy!

What really blew me away was its dramatic location—it sits right on the edge of the old city walls overlooking the sea, and the sheer scale of the architecture is breathtaking from the moment you approach it. I spent a long time just admiring the exterior. Inside, it was all about the light. The most famous feature is the enormous rose window, often called "The Gothic Eye." If you can time your visit right, the way the light streams through the glass and illuminates the massive, airy interior is just magical. I was also really interested to see the modernist input by Antoni Gaudí near the altar—it adds a fascinating, unexpected touch to the medieval space. Honestly, if you are in Palma, you absolutely have to schedule time for this. It’s not just a beautiful church; it’s a powerful piece of art and history that truly defines the city skyline.

We entered here with no expectations but the building definitely implies something spectacular inside. It does not disappoint. It is very busy inside but there is peace and tranquility to be found. You can have a quiet moment of reflection and find out so much fascinating history.

It’s our first time in Mallorca, and we immediately visited the Cathedral of Santa Maria, which is very close to our accommodation. The place is beautiful and offers a truly special experience. There are always many tourists around, but that only shows how popular and worthwhile this location is. The cathedral itself is impressive, monumental, and wonderfully preserved. The view from it is even more stunning – you can see the entire marina with boats and large cruise ships, creating an incredible panorama and perfect photo opportunities. Overall, a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Mallorca. One of the places you simply shouldn’t miss!

This beautiful Roman Catholic Church is located in the heart of Mallorca opposite seashore. it is the most visited place in Mallorca. The interior of Cathedral is amazing. Absolutely amazing castle. Great museums in multiple languages. It's a step walk up there and lots of climbing. But well worth it. An historic monument that Palma can be very proud of. Normally only 4 euro entrance fee (bargain), but free on Sunday (even better bargain!!). Absolutely recommended.

It’s a photographer’s dream and a moment of quiet majesty above the bustle below. Entry was included with our bus ticket, which made the experience feel even more seamless and well-integrated. If you’re doing the hop-on hop-off tour, this stop is absolutely worth it—both for the history and the views.

As castles go I'd say this is generally a nice castle. 4 stars for 2 reasons....1) we couldn't access the tallest tower and nobody mentioned that. Just imagine the views... 2) I'd have loved to understand more about the castle but all the info boards were in spanish only (yes I know, its in Mallorca but its a tourist destination....help the tourists out!)....yes, technology allows translation easy enough but its the inconvenience. Anyway, the castle is set within a large park area full of trails, roads and lots of steps. I probably would not recommend tackling this place if you aren't too steady on your feet or have a wheelchair. We entered from the East side nearest the church. The steps up to the castle got the heart rate up for sure. We noticed lots of joggers using the park and bounding up the steps. We also noticed lots of tourists with tight tops looking a bit sweaty....loose clothing recommended. See pics for some idea of the mountainous ascent. Anyway, there's lots to see in the castle. Mostly statues. There was a wedding taking place when we were there. What a lovely setting indeed. One of the best part of visiting this castle was the incredible circular, almost Colosseum like central structure but beyond that the views. Simply stunning in all directions. Go on a clear day! Aside from that I wish we'd had more time to explore the grounds around the castle. Overall if you fancy taking a break away from the busy centre of Palma, then take a bus or taxi ( it takes no time from the centre) and enjoy taking in some breathtaking views and a wonderful piece of history.

Ate too much on this trip? Take a walk from the city center & climb up the endless stairs. You will find a treasure you did not know you were looking for. The only annoying thing is, once you arrive after that many stairs, they ask you to walk another a couple hundred meters to get a ticket. While walking over, cursing “ it better be worth it” , and it is. There is a museum, excellent views, not too many people unlike the Catedral, the ticket is only 4 euros. Now you feel better and thinking, you accomplished something today, and you did in a way ❤️

Marvelous castle settle on top of a hill with wonderful views of the city, the harbour and the sea. There's a parking place just in front of the entrance. Inside the castle there's a museum with the history of the castle , from the first human settlements till the last use like a jail in the past century. Very well preserved, so clean all around. A place to visit for it's importance in the history and because the surrounding views

We spent a full day at CBbC (Cala Bassa Beach Club) and absolutely loved it. The beach setup is beautifully designed, with comfortable sunbeds and Balinese beds spread out under the shade of pine trees, giving it a very relaxed yet luxurious feel. The service was excellent — our waiters were very friendly, always attentive, and served us with a genuine smile, which made us feel very welcome. They regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The beach itself is stunning, with soft sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. It’s shallow and calm, perfect for swimming or just cooling off. We spent hours in the water, and it really is one of the nicest swimming spots we’ve visited in Ibiza. The atmosphere is lively but still classy. There’s good music playing, and a mix of families, groups of friends, and couples — so it feels vibrant without being a party scene. On the downside, it does get very crowded, especially on weekends in July, so I definitely recommend booking your beds in advance if you want a good spot. It is also quite expensive, both for the beds and the food and drinks, so be prepared for higher prices than at a typical beach bar. However, the quality of the experience makes it worth it if you’re looking for a special beach day. We ordered a mix of dishes — steaks, sushi, and salads — and everything was delicious and nicely presented. The cocktails were also great and beautifully served. Despite the crowds and the prices, we had a fantastic day and felt it was totally worth it. We will definitely come back again!

This is the best beach in Ibiza I would say. Cristal clear water as always. The sea is calm, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. Great for families due to the gradual entry and shallow areas. CBbc, a high-end beach club that stretches along the bay with restaurants, bars, loungers, music, and luxury service with fantastic food and sunbeds.

For me, it's a fantastic place to spend at least part of the day in these idyllic landscapes. The beach is fantastic and although there can be big waves, with less wind it's truly heavenly. The colors of the water and sky turn this place into a European paradise spot.

Every time coming to Cala Comte is amazing. Sea colours are unique, water very clear, sand thin everything just perfect for a perfect beach day. Pink sand also seen and fishes swimming next to people. Lovely. Is a must to see when in Ibiza island.

Crazy crowded and beautiful with options for those that wanna go topless and those that don’t. There’s a restaurant here and places to buy souvenirs. You can rent chairs as well. The water is perfect and you can see the sunset from here. parking is a short walk away from here.

Platges de Comte is absolutely breathtaking — one of the most beautiful beaches in Ibiza! The water is unbelievably clear and shimmers in every shade of blue and turquoise, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The surrounding rocky cliffs and small coves add to the stunning natural scenery. It’s also one of the best spots on the island to watch the sunset — truly unforgettable. The vibe is chilled yet lively, and there are a couple of great beach bars where you can enjoy a cocktail or a delicious meal while soaking in the views. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or just take in the beauty, Platges de Comte is a must-visit for any Ibiza itinerary.

One of the best beaches in Ibiza...there you can come with taxi or bus number L4 from Sant Antoni bus station or with your own car... There is parking if you come with car... The water is so clear and clean... It's not so deep, and you can come so far in the water from the beach... The beach is not so big, but always you can find place to put your towel... There is two great restaurants with so quality food and drink... It's not so expensive... There is lot of young people... One of the nicest sunset on the island... Great view... All recommendations for visit and spend all day if you are at Ibiza 👌

Parking was easy to find and conveniently close to the beach, which was a great start. However, the experience at Ashram Restaurant wasn’t ideal – prices are quite high, and because many people are waiting for a table, you feel rushed to finish your meal and leave quickly. Finding a free sunbed on the beach is nearly impossible, so I definitely recommend bringing your own umbrella and a good book – you’ll likely be sitting on the sand. That said, the sea is absolutely stunning – honestly, one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. Of course, it’s very crowded, so I’m not sure July is the best time to visit. Still, if you’re looking for crystal-clear water, this place is hard to beat.

Interesting information (mostly in Spanish) about the various stages of adaptation of the castle from its beginnings and most recently a palace. Worth a visit. Not much shade so morning or evening visit recommended. Plenty of (paid) parking in the vicinity. Good location for a walk around old town after. Plenty of exercise walking up and down the many steps and slopes to stretch those legs after a few days relaxing on the beaches.

Beautiful walk around the castle, lovely pit stop cafe and prices are great. Views are wonderful and well worth the few euros entry fee to explore the castle grounds. Coffee and cake are a must, visit is most definitely recommended, the surrounding streets with the quaint spainish houses are lovely to also explore.

Interesting place. €2 for seniors. There is a fairly steep tarmacced slope after the entrance, there are other routes up to the top, but steep and very uneven stone paths. Lots of boards with the history around. Lots of different areas to explore including the walls, so if you want to do it all, you'll need a lot of time.Views are good of the surrounding areas. Once outside, there is also a tunnel that runs underneath the castle which is free.

The views are absolutely stunning! There are very few people, so it’s really comfortable to walk around. There’s also a café on the grounds where you can enjoy different drinks with a beautiful view of the sea.

Definitely worth a visit, you will be sweating on a hot day, even if you take the easy road route up to the top. We opted for the hard more but scenic and cultural route making sure we took our time as it was 35deg. Entry is €3 for an adult and €2 for over 65's, the ticket man spoke perfect English and was very helpful. When you make it to the top the views are beautiful with harbour and coastal views. There is a small cafe at the top with a lovely seating area under pine trees, it does close mid afternoon so take a drinknifnyour going after 1400. We walked down the easy route and walked the castle tunnel that runs under the castle, this is free to enter. We parked down at the port car park, reasonably priced at around a €1 and hour and its only 10 mins from the castle.

A good uphill walk to a once thriving castle, little remains and all signs with history in Spanish, thankfully Google Translate helped tremendously. But you can see the history of the place it's mott and bailey,and footprints of the houses. Great views over Denia and harbour,watching the Ibiza ferry's come in. Lovely little cafe in castle at very reasonable price,also toilets,but these are a bit dilapidated.

What a special place. So much fun! Negatives, its a little pricey, and they dont have a vast amount of animals. The pros, wow, the shows are phenomenal, especially the dolphin show. Amazing, just amazing. Yes its pricey, but honestly the shows itself make it worth it! Get over there. €20 cash or €17 (paid online) to touch a dolphin and have a photo (included) is such amazing value. You wont find better. So while its not a cheap day out, it's 100% worth it, and id go back again, and again.

Nice animal Park got discounted tickets so went with family. The dolphin and sea lion show were amazing definitely recommend going and seeing them. At the top. Is a great view of aqualandia which is right next door. Overall a good place to visit with family.

Pretty cool. We did combine tickets with Aqualandia. So we visited this place in the morning. We arrived about half past 10 which gave us time to look around and the watch the parrot show. Which was very informative. 2 of the parrots did not listen to the trainers and decided they were staying out just jumping on the rope. After that we headed to the sea lion show to watch some very happy sea lions and then the dolphin show, which has 8 dolphins doing tricks. The place is small so wouldn't recommend spending the whole day there as you can watch all the shows and see all the other animals in around 3 hours. Prices for photos with animals is around €20 euros I recommended paying for these before you enter the park.

In my opinion, Mundomar a bit too pricey, compared to Oceanografic in Valencia. However, dolphins did an amazing job performing, the instructors are great. Stunning view from the top! I liked it

A great day was had by the whole family. The animals were amazing, well worth going to the shows, birds, sealion, and dolphin. There are other experiences which we didn't do this time. We purchased the combo ticket for mundomar and aqualandia, which was a good saving.

Levante beach was simply beautiful. It is well maintained, clean and safe. Sunbeds can be rented for only 6 euro for the day. Excellent place to relax.

Lovely beach but very busy. Chairs and umbrellas €6 each, you just sit down and someone comes round to pay. Close to shops you have people walking up and down selling cocktails and offering massages. A place with taps to wash the sand off your feet. A warning women do walk around and lounge top less if this offends anyone.

A great beach. However, it is rather populated with many tourists and locals making it rather busy. You can hire a sun-bed at only €12 overlooking the Mediterranean, turquoise, yet quite transparent sea. 🌊

Booked online and had a great time! Free parking available, and some are even covered. There are some bathrooms right next to the parking lot. On the way to the cove entrance, you’ll pass many stores, restaurants, snacks, so plenty of options to eat/shop. The tour itself was about 50 minutes. First part is a short boat ride for about 10-15 minutes, then you get off and walk a bit thru the cave for another 10-15 minutes, and then get on the same boat for the last part back. You can only take photos/videos towards the end, for about 5-10 minutes. The guide who is rowing the boat will let you know when you can use your phones. Water is mostly clear and shallow (1-2 meters deep). There are a few sections where the water goes deeper (around 11 meters) but the boat doesn’t pass on top of it. You do share the boat with other random people. Overall it was fun but mostly relaxing and uneventful. Wouldn’t do it a second time!

Well managed site and surrounding, a very unique experience. There are multiple restautants and gift shops around as well. Tickets can be purchased on site, tours start frequently, there are a lot of guides. The water inside the cave was very clear, the tour starts off with a 5-10 minute boat ride in the caves, continues with 10 minute walk, and ends with another boat ride. The boats had one tour guide each, and could fit about 10-14 people. The guide was in the back and pushed the boat forward like a Gondola, with a long wood. The only downside was that the guide spoke very little English. There is plenty of free parking outside.

This was so much fun! You are allowed to take pictures but only when permitted at one point in the boat trip. I would've liked to spend more time in the boat just checking out the caves but you are moved through the cave waters by a guide. In an area filled with ancient ruins and such old history, it's crazy to think they just found these caves in the middle of the 20th century. They were truly explored only in the 1960s. They still don't know how big it is, where it starts, and where it ends. Worth the hour's trip from Valencia to visit.

The Caves of Saint Josep, I came here with a large group from our cruise ship for the day, we had a timed entry into the San Jose Caves. Each boat holds about 12 people and we went slowly through the water while the guide pointed out various formations. There was a short walkway too, in the middle of the tour. This is said to be "Europe's longest navigable underground river", which is the unique reason I took the tour! It was quite enjoyable and I can recommend it.

I came to #SanJoséCave because I was curious about the cave experience—those online videos looked super eye-catching, and hey, I’d never done it before. Figured it was time to tick it off the list. The value for money is disappointing. Dishes hot in the exterior and almost frozen in the middle. The L'Oceanogràfic is one of Valencia's biggest attractions, a true showcase. The ticket price seemed high for our budget, but after entering and seeing these wonders, I realized it was a bargain. The animals look well-cared for and have plenty of space. The dolphin arena is a real gem. I felt the dolphins were happy; you could see their bond with their trainers, and the instructor focused on educating people about these magnificent animals and their health. Initially, I thought the area was small and would be a quick tour, but it turned out that the coolest aquariums and trails are underground, pleasantly cool (good for hot weather). It was amazing to see the belugas and underwater passages with sharks and other creatures overhead, within arm's reach. I felt the magic of this place the entire time, like a child. The photos capture it perfectly! You can buy a combined ticket to the facilities in the city of science, but THIS is a gem and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I liked the marine animals, beautiful buildings with modern architecture. Arrows on the floor were useful to help you follow a predefined route, to easily go through all the dark rooms with aquariums. I liked the call for everyone to get involved and make changes for a better planet. The dolphin show was a bit boring, a few jumps, swimming with 2 employees and that's it. I've seen better shows at dolphinariums. If you want a good seat go there with many minutes before the show.

This place was awesome. Lots of fish. We even saw whales a crocodile penguins. Jellyfish and lots of other animals and exciting things to see. I would definitely go again as you couldn’t see from the photos there is a lot to see and a lot to do it does cost. It cost us €38 per person. I don’t know what that will be for people looking at this in a few years time. But you can spend three or four hours in there easy And if you come with children, there is plenty of things for them to jump a boat undo ice cream shops. There’s a restaurant in there. There is play areas for kids as well.

Went with the vision this would probably rate as a childrens zoo. Not at all it was amazing. Such a different perspective of the sea creatures which interacted with you as you passed along underwater tunnels. Clean, good food, exceptional staff and most of all the most hilarious penguins I've ever met. Prepare to be intrigued, delighted and entertained.

Whether you’re visiting as a family, a couple, or even on your own, there’s plenty to enjoy and learn. Overall, Oceanogràfic offers a wonderful mix of entertainment and education, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a memorable day out.

The architecture is amazing and is covered in nature. You can even see and hear parrots in the trees and it's beautiful. It's a brilliant place to walk around and explore but one thing which wasn't the best was the cost to go inside. I read other reviews and some people said how it isn't worth paying the money to go inside and I can agree with them. If you want to, your more than welcome to pay the money to go inside but I wouldn't. Overall, amazing place to go and there's a bus which goes right up to the museum which was very helpful.

We visited the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias in Valencia today (October), and it was a wonderful experience even without going inside the buildings. The weather was perfect, sunny but not too hot, and there were fewer people around, which made it peaceful to stroll through and take photos. The modern architecture is stunning, and the reflections on the water create a beautiful, almost futuristic atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting, even just to enjoy the walk and the views.

The City of Arts and Sciences is a futuristic destination in Valencia, well worth a visit. It's a large area encompassing many buildings, of which the oceanarium is, in my opinion, the most beautiful and highly recommended. Even without tickets, it's still worth seeing the buildings from the outside, although you should be careful with the sun as the main promenades are uncovered. However, there's a garden and a park along the entire length, so I recommend exploring those paths.

The building is stunning — futuristic, full of light, and truly one of Valencia’s modern landmarks. We did the whole Combination, Museum, Cinema and the Oceanographic Park! Booked a combined ticket in advance which I would recommend! The Museum is a must for every person that’s interested in science/ the human body! We are two medstudents and we loved it but it’s definitely something children would love as well! The Movie is just an experience for the eyes, the big round screen is unique and therefore very interesting! The Seaanimals are very nice to watch. However, might be the case that they have multiple certifications but to have beluga whales in an Aquarium and Dolphines for a show, even if it isn’t as disciplined as some other shows, isn’t really acceptable. We on purpose didn’t go to the show and we read afterwards some articles which stated the show is very dolphins friendly and the circumstances are far from shows at Seaworld etc. but we heard the crowd from far and Dolphines are very intelligent and sensitive animals which is why that’s not acceptable. Just because they don’t treat the Dolphines as cruel as others, doesn’t mean it’s not cruel. And to keep them and even bigger animals, belugas, in a tank of water when normally they would wander thousands of miles in the ocean just makes me very sad. And I am aware, that they also support the ecosystem sea in a way but I would like to see at least no Dolphines and Whales in Tanks way to small for their needs. We won’t be coming back, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend anyone going there. The only case I would go back is probably with kids, for educational purposes. However, still 3 Stars for the Cinema and the Museum.

So much food to discover and eat. Wine, croquettes, empanadas, sandwiches, paellas but also a lot of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. It is a delight to walk around and immersive yourself of what this foodhall has to offer.

The Central Market in Valencia is absolutely incredible. The building itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and a vibrant, bustling atmosphere. Inside, the variety is endless fresh produce, spices, cheeses, baked goods, and so much more. It’s a feast for the senses, with colors, aromas, and flavors everywhere you turn. The vendors are friendly and passionate about their products, and it’s the perfect place to sample local specialties or pick up something unique. Whether you’re shopping, snacking, or just exploring, this market is a must-see in Valencia. Truly one of the highlights of the city.

Very nice food market. Lots of food is repeated, but you still get a lot of variety. Much of the food is very overpriced, but I guess that's what you get at a touristy place. All the food looks nice, but I'm not sure if the quality is actually that good. Comes with parking, which is good.

100% worth visiting. This market is incredible. The building itself beautiful, but just to walk up and find every aisle immersing yourself in local fresh produce is a real experience. It does not feel too touristy in my opinion as you are surrounded by locals doing their daily shop. It does get busy, so go early (maybe that’s why I didn’t find it too touristy) - I loved popping by here daily

One of the nicest zoos we ever visited. Even though it might look small, we spent great day there. Great variety of animals, the hippo feeding was amazing to see. The animals seem happy and very well cared for. In comparison with other zoos is this one alot of them share the space (like giraffes, ostriches, goats, birds) which gives a much more natural feeling, no cages, no minuscule enclosures. We were just in time for the "Circle of life" show where birds were flying around the arena which was very cool. Only downside was that some people were smoking even if its prohibited Even the restaurant has an amazing view to the animal enclosures. Overall great experience, even though a bit pricey it's definitely worth.

Amazing bioparc! Spent a day here while traveling in Valencia and so glad i did. Wonderfully laid out, not too busy, and great keeper talks given in spanish, catalan and english in the different areas of the park. Enjoyed the lunch meal deal in the cafeteria as well, great traditional paella for the cost.

Fantastic experience for everyone who want to enjoy a day (takes more than a couple of hours for a decent tour) with animals. I like that it's not you classic (and sad) Zoo, here animals have a good amount of space and are nourished and looked after. There is great variety and there are multiple places where you can rest and relax. The ticket price is not cheap, but it's something you can expect to keep those animals in the best possible conditions.

I'm thrilled with this biopark! The animals are cage-free, in conditions that are close to real life. There are waterfalls, ponds, lots of trees and grass, and rock formations. The animals are clean, well-fed, and look healthy and calm. The animals live as if on islands that you can walk around on all sides. I've never seen anything like this with the opportunity to see wild animals so close. Any zoo is still captivity, but this the best that can be in such conditions. The staff is friendly and professional, and there are tours available. I was especially impressed by the area with the lemurs, who just run around next to you, without cages. Elephants, hippos, giraffes, lions, a leopard, turtles, monkeys, many large and small animals, and birds. We wish the biopark prosperity and healthy visitors.

So much fun! Only £25 each for adults. Purchased online the day before and didn’t have to line up like the rest. Able to just walk in. The enclosures were so nicely done, clean and the animals appeared well looked after. Would recommend the hippo feeding which is free to watch. The bird show is something I wouldn’t rave about and if you’re short on time give it a miss. Otherwise so fun. They have an open enclosure where the lemurs reside.

Very interesting walk-through zoo. Quite easy to reach by bus. Can easily spend a good three quarters of a day walking through and having fun with family. In order to enter it is recommended that you buy the tickets online before, otherwise you will end up waiting for half an hour to three quarters of an hour. The issue was not the long queue as much as disorganisation by the personnel selling / scanning tickets. They could have done a lot more and faster if they opened one or two more selling stations and organised the queues a bit more (people were skipping queue and it was not nice!). Zoo is recommended for families of all ages but especially for children. If you go do not miss the AR underwater experience. It is a must for circa Euro 5 (each person). Quite original and good. The only downside was the buying of slushy drinks from the park (actaully from all over Valencia!). You had to buy a refillable cup. Whilst I understand this option to reduce plastic waste, the probability is that you cannot keep on going around Valencia with the cup to refill each time and this custom of selling slushy with cup seems to be all over the city. So you either buy a cup each time (which is not environmentally and financially friendly) or opt for another drink. The rest was all positive and very recommended. The souvenir shop was ok but could do with a good upgrade of original products to sell.

Absolutely brilliant place to spend a couple of hours. It's free to access but if you want to use the lift it cost €2.70 (can only pay by card). A few refreshment areas within the castle selling drinks and ice cream. Well worth a visit!

You have the option to go up the castle via the side walk (not very hard but neither easy) or take the lift (you need a ticket). If you go up via the park you can go down without the need to buying a ticket - pretty convenient. The lift is the best option for a hot or rainy day, or with limited mobility.

When visiting Alicante, it is essential to set aside half a day to explore this castle, and all its history, which is rich and varied. You will have the opportunity for an incredibly beautiful view of the city and the sea. We recommend from the bottom of our hearts.

The history is so rich and interesting, and walking through the different areas really makes you feel connected to the past. The views from the top are absolutely stunning; seeing the whole city and the sea from up there felt amazing. I truly recommend setting aside at least half a day for it. From my heart, this is a place you don’t want to miss.

The elevator up to Castille de Santa Barbara is access from the beach side. Cross the road towards the castle and you will see the entrance. The cost of the elevator is only a few euros per person well worth the spend. Take the elevator up, then do yourself a favor, and walk down through the tiny Pueblo (village) Barrio de Santa Cruz.

Fantastic views across the city of Alicante. Get there just before sunset to watch it setting in the West. We visited for a Wine tasting session in the evening, very popular so need to book well in advance.

This was auch a beautiful garden,well kept and presented. It offered shade from the sun and the running water and pools are a haven for wildlife. There are also peacocks wannsering around the gardenns too!!

The hotel was chosen for its close proximity to the Teatro and the rooms set amidst a beautiful garden. We booked a Junior Suite which was a lovely stroll amongst the greenery. Extremely clean big bedroom with big bed, big tv and a big spa bath in the big bathroom. All staff were happy and helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was very good. Plenty for 4 courses if you're that way inclined! We didn't use the restaurant as we ate out but the bar and bar staff were good too. Excellent (yes) 'big' pool area adorned with lovely twinkling lights for the evening.

What a beautiful botanic garden set in the middle of Elche. All the specimen plants and trees were very well labelled. Admission is about 5 euros with a slight discount for pensioners. The only negative is the availability of parking resulting in circling the narrow streets of Elche several times. There is a large underground parking about 300 mtrs away but there is a hotel with the same name much closer that would b much closer

Tranquil, picturesque place with lots of palms from around the world, quite a variety of cacti, peacocks walking around, water features. All creates an atmosphere of joy, peace and tranquility. We love feeding peacocks as there is a special food available to buy next to the exit.

Beautiful park full of palm trees — a lovely place to visit if you’re in Elche. Peaceful, green, and perfect for a relaxing walk. 🌴

Zenia Boulevard is a fantastic shopping experience! The mall has a great mix of shops for every taste, from fashion and homeware to electronics and gifts. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the outdoor design makes it a pleasure to stroll around. The food court is excellent too, with plenty of choices to suit everyone – from quick bites to sit-down meals. A perfect place to shop, eat, and enjoy a great day out!

Nice shopping area that have many brand stores and much else. A plus for the very nice toilets but a minus for the restaurants (a bit pricey for what you get). Of course this is friendly to wheelchairs. There are also playgrounds for kids, they seem to love the water fountain.

Call out to all UK shopping centers. Visit this place to see how a shopping centre should be run. It's spotlessly clean, shops are full and not boarded up, free parking and it's packed full of shoppers. It's a great place to shop for clothes or food. Plenty of cafes and ice cream parlours, places for kids to play. Open until late in the evening for convenience after work. I've not heard a bad thing said about Zenia Shopping Centre.

Great shopping centre, mostly open air and with a vast choice of shops to choose from. Plenty of parking and they offer events and other activities all summer and at important holidays. Also huge food court with lots of buffet options too

a good time to spend leisure time and buy things necessary for everyday life, also a large grocery store, where you can buy many different products. A large selection of clothes from the budget option to the expensive. A large selection of shoe stores. Many good cafes and restaurants. Having arrived here you can spend whole days :)

It's ok not amazing. The food is rubbish. it's quite small and you can see everything in 3 hours . It's not a complete waste of time and money although 90 something Euro's for 2 adults and a child seems a bit steep on reflection. The food prices to the quality is crazy 😧 very bad hence the 3 star .

Well the kids liked it and thats why we went. But it's very expensive for what you get. The shows are kind of disappointing I think they could do so much more. The technology is 20 years old. They try but it needs an injection if modernization. The food is crazy expensive. The best bit was the dinosaurs in the sea building which we did last thankfully. Four hours and we did it all. Hopefully they can update things a bit it could have been so much more exciting for the kids

Thought it would be a fun natural history thing for the kids. Turns out it's mostly waiting in line for 4D shows, and a play area. The first show they sent everyone away because it was broken down, and the paleontology hall was closed. We were on a tight schedule and couldn't wait hours for the 'rides', so €126 for a play pen? I demanded my money back. First time I EVER did that.

This place is great for young families. the ticket price includes all areas of the park. Everything except the museum is geared towards kids so tickets can be expensive but it's still good to visit at least one time.

What a complete rip-off. €28 per adult and €22 per CHILD! For nothing more than a few fibreglass statues of dinosaurs, a really badly acted T-Rex drama and run-around treehouse that's limited to kids aged +9. And don't go there hungry. The food is absolutely terrible. The salmon (fish of the day) was frozen and had the texture of my granny's old boots, the carrots we're tinned and boiled until every last vitamin had disappeared and the potatoes would have found better used in a jar of baby food. They we're mush. The only thing worth eating was the roasted chicken. You'd get better value for money and more educationally by renting Jurassic Park on Netflix and ordering in a pizza!

Did not disappoint in any way. Excellent family fun day out and exceeded expectations. My 5 year old loved every second.

Good way to spend a Family day. But remeber to take a hat in the summer ! The t-rex animated was awsome. Friendly & caring crew, clean installations. Fun-educational!

Magnificent views even on a “so-so” day weatherwise

Very impressive! A tad bouncy and you can certainly feel the bridge sway and jiggle when you walk over it which can be disconcerting and if you’re scared of heights then it’s a tad terrifying. But a cool experience. Definitely worth a trip to Cuenca.

Not for the faint of heart, vertigo sufferers or ones with fear of height. It looks harmless from the photos but the bridge's width is narrower and the height of the bridge is perched far higher than expected. Does not help that the bridge has very thin railings on both sides. That said it does have very breathtaking panoramic views of the town and countryside if you can keep your eyes open and stop your legs from shaking.

Lovely bridge. Was fun jumping on it. Just kidding. The middle part shakes a bit but the views are incredible.

The bridge is a wonderful way to enter the city. The other way is through a spiraling road in the bottom near the underground parking lot. It’s hard to truly capture the magnitude of the city if you don’t cross the bridge.

Simply beautiful and breathtaking

Wow wow wow, I have never been in a Cathedral that has given me so much joy. I love stained glass so this was an absolute revelation. the stained glass in this cathedral is nothing short of spectacular. the original plain glass windows were replaced by the most spectacular modernist stained glass that elevated this cathedral into something quite exceptional. They also had an exhibition go religious iconography that was simply breathtaking. this Cathedral is definitely a must visit if you are in the city

Amazing cathedral with many little side chapels all with a different history. You have to pay to get in but it's probably one of the most interesting cathedrals we've visited in Spain. Pay the extra 1.5 euros to climb the tower and get a balcony view into the cathedral and out into the square

The interior suprised me, the stained glass works of the cathedral were amazing and we could see many reflections inside! The ceilings are very cool pieces of artwork, and there are many details to see. Visited in October 2025, tickets were 5.50 euros for general public and 4.50 for carnet joven holders.

One of the most beautiful churches I have ever seen. The entry is 5 euros, which I think is totally worth it, and you can also pay 2 euros more to go up to the inside balcony, where you get an amazing view of the main square. For the experience and the amount of beautiful pictures you can take, it feels like a fair price. You can truly spend many hours here because each room has so much personality and makes you feel like you’re walking through a masterpiece. They also have an outside patio where you can see the famous hanging houses of Cuenca, the bridge, and even the statue of the Virgin Mary in the distance. The only downside is that when I tried to pay the 2 extra euros for the balcony, they didn’t accept card, so make sure to bring some cash with you. Also, the shops around the cathedral usually don’t accept card unless you spend at least 5 euros, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, it was an amazing experience, and honestly, if you’re in Madrid, the trip to Cuenca is completely worth it just for this cathedral.

Beyond spectacular. One of the most beautiful and special churches I have ever seen. Highly recommend, even with the small entrance fee. So worth it!

The brightest spot in Cuenca for me. Nice vies from the top to the Plaza Mayor and from the backyard to the mountains.

Iconic historic cathedral located by the Plaza Mayor of Cuenca. Rich in architecture, sculpture, and other religious arts. It offers a unique presence in the historic core sitting adjacent to the River Huecar side with rich views from its cloister gardens. The visit has good digital guide resources and offers a series of combined tickets. With time a full ticket is recommendable and gives access during two days to the main cathedral, going up through the facade triforio, entry to the cathedral museum, and nearby St. Thomas church and tower, which are also notable.

Stunning architecture, beautiful religious art, and giant amazing tapestries, topped off by a really cool vr look at the village. Well worth the visit and the price (8 euro). All the same things as Zaragoza, but closer together. 😊

One of the most beautiful cathedrals or churches I've ever been to! I'm going to say (and disagree with some other comments) that this church is worth the time to visit, and even with an overnight stay in this beautiful town. The design is unique, probably the result of the many architects that worked on it over a span of 3 centuries. The Virgin Mary altar, the Choir section, the Main Altar, the Girola (a circular nave on the back added later to the main structure) and it's small chapels inside are all spectacular, the art is impressive and the place in itself brings some peace and quietness to life. I recommend getting the audio guide and to spend the 1hr - 1.5hrs that takes to listen to the recordings as the explanations are pretty good with lots of interesting details.

Went for a visit and a lunch to this nice old town. This cathedral should be one of your points to visit in this town, it is just amazing inside. I wish I could have done a guided tour because I want to know more about the history as it has so many different things that I could not understand a lot about the different parts of this church.

Free entry into a walk through the early life of a famous Spanish writer. A look back at a age past gone.

Definitely worth stopping in to learn about one of Spain’s greatest writers, Miguel de Cervantes. The staff was knowledgeable, and the house was thoughtfully arranged and well presented.

Free yes free. Self guided tour of the home of the author of Man of La Mancha. The street it’s located on is loaded with little shops and cafes. It not a heavy tourist area so the crowds were manageable It’s worth coming here for a visit

Amazing to visit a house so old that raised Cervantes! Very well preserved and organised! Free entrance! And there are statues of Don Quixote and Sancho in front of the house! Loved it!

Must see for Cervantes fans! His birthplace and family home. Nicely maintained. Furnished in the style of the 16th century. Entrance was free.

Although the museum is not that big, it’s nice to see the birth place of the most famous Spanish writer, Miguel de Cervantes. It’s also very interesting to see what the place used to look like from the exhibits. If you are in the area, it’s definitely worth visiting.

In center of Alcalá you can find the Cervantes Birthplace house and museum. The entrance is free and you can learn and see how was the lifestyle at that time. Very interesting and a mandatory visit in Alcalá.
