What a great place! In the middle of suburbia, it still manages to stay quiet and tranquil. The nature wellness trail is a great idea. I especially loved the Sculpture In The Garden exhibition this year (2025). Thank you for allowing this in your space 😍

Easy parking and pleasant gardens. It was quiet and provided varied walking options. Personally loved sir joseph banks glass houses, a lovely hidden treasure. Lovely places to sit and reflect or eat a picnic. Flat paths are perfect for wheelchairs and prams etc. Toilets are clean.

A quiet, relaxing place for a walk or meditation. Their plant collections are massive. I especially liked the Greenhouse that houses their succulents and the tropical plants where you could feel the controlled environment for the plants. I also loved the Rose Garden

It is a wonderful, serene place to visit with your family. A lovely playground, lots of places to sit and talk, gorgeous gardens, manicured lawns and so much more.

It's a huge garden and tidy. Overall the garden is outstanding, the walk path is good, the garden is clean. Maybe the minuses are in toilet comforts and some facilities are not working like the front fountain and the water inside the pool is dirty.

Visited with our photography group and were genuinely impressed. Nan Tien Temple, located in Berkeley near Wollongong, is the largest Buddhist temple in the Southern Hemisphere—and you can feel the scale and serenity as soon as you step onto the grounds. Beautifully landscaped gardens, huge temple halls, an eight-storey pagoda, and sweeping views all contribute to a deeply peaceful atmosphere. Definitely set aside a few hours—there’s a lot to explore. A few tips: • No photography is allowed inside the shrines, ever. This isn’t clearly mentioned on the website, so best to know ahead. • That said, there are loads of fantastic photo opportunities outside—gardens, architecture, statues, and pagodas. It’s a dream for outdoor photography. • Shoes are allowed inside the main temple building, which is unusual compared to many other countries where it’s strictly no shoes. • Plenty of parking, and a small café on-site for snacks or tea. We’re planning to go back in spring when the gardens are in full bloom—it’ll be even more photogenic.

Amazing place to visit. Stunning buildings with ornate decoration. A lot of information about their belief, their way of life and culture. Even the vegetarian food at restaurant is so good.

Great place for a family day out! Kids absolutely loved it. The train rides make you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. Plenty of souvenirs to choose from too. A must-visit for train lovers!

It is the main railway museum in New South Wales, Australia and located at Thirlmere which is about 90 km from Sydney or 2 hr drive. It displays locomotives, passenger cars, and freight rolling stock formerly operated by the New South Wales Government Railways. It is a lovely place to visit especially if you are a steam engine enthusiast. They offer steam engine rides to nearby on regular basis. Lots to see and learn about the use of steam through history. Toilets available on site. Cafe available. Easy terrain, all on one level mostly, lot of easy walking. There are exhibits on the grounds outside the museum proper that needs some walking. Wear comfy shoes, take water, wear hat, sunscreen. Nominal fees charged for entry. Parking is easy on site. Great place for photography. Not crowded, some tourists and a number of locals

I enjoyed my time at this museum. The volunteers are very welcoming and social, and the museum itself is great, with a theatre, kids activities, cafe and informative information on past trains with a massive collection of trains outside. The train ride is well worth the money - at the moment it terminates at Buxton and turns around. Can’t wait for it to be extended to Colo Vale in the future. Really important piece of history to preserve for future generations to learn about the history of railways in NSW.

Went here for a birthday day trip for my dad. The were many trains to look at and interact with. The steam train ride was great, our tip is to open the windows! Great for kids and adults alike. There was a small train you can ride too, a mini theatre show, kids corner and a playground and picnic areas at the back there is a bbq area and dont forget to see the roundhouse behind the scenes area!

We had such a wonderful experience at the NSW Rail Museum! From the moment we arrived, everything was well organised and welcoming. The staff and volunteers were so friendly and knowledgeable, clearly passionate about sharing the history of trains and rail travel. The exhibits were engaging and beautifully maintained, with plenty to see and do for all ages. Walking through the old carriages and seeing the historic locomotives up close was an amazing experience. It felt like stepping back in time, and we learned so much along the way. The train ride itself was a real highlight—relaxing, scenic, and such a unique way to experience the history of rail. Everything was run smoothly and safely, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to simply enjoy the day. It was a truly positive visit, and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend the NSW Rail Museum to families, history lovers, and anyone looking for a memorable day out!

It looks great now they have painted it for the 30th anniversary of the movie 🎬 Babe. I didn't know it was filmed in Robertson. I do now. Also great pies at Robertson pies to just 3 minutes up the road.

The most underrated big thing ever. Everyone should come to the big spud at least once in their lives. On par with the greats such as the Eiffel Tower in Paris, The leaning tower of Pisa in Italy. Robertson has its very own gem in the big potato. Worth the drive you won’t be disappointed

After driving past this thing many times, I have finally had the honor of visiting the Big Potato. Also known as the ''Big Poo'' by less reverent people, this imposing edifice was birthed in 1979 and transcends mortal comprehension. Gone are the days when intrepid travelers could pay homage to the potato gods within. Now the shrine is sealed up. This certainly excited the archeologist within me. Who or what resides within? What treasures are hoarded behind those walls? We may never know. The Big Potato is one of 150 or so oversized shrines dotted around our country and attracts many pilgrims each year. This thing should be heritage listed. I read that the Big Potato was for sale for a mere $920,000 making it a very sound investment. I urge you all to add this to your bucket list.

Sir Don Bradman Museum. No cricket liver who visits Sydney can not afford to miss it. Though, I would recommend a better lighting's to make history more readable. I loved it.

Great experience for any cricket lovers, or indeed, those interested in the cultural evolution of Australia. Really enjoyed my visit, and was pleasantly surprised that the museum covers not only the great man but the game in a wider context. As one or two other reviewers have mentioned, the exhibits are not always lit as brightly as they might be, but this is a minor quibble. Additionally the museum shop is well stocked, and there is a bargain filled bookcase of second hand cricket books for sale. The adjacent Oval and its picturesque pavilion ( and Mary Poppins statue in the grounds) are other points of interest. A very enjoyable couple of hours.

A great antique store with plenty to explore. From antiques and vintage finds to newer items, there’s something for everyone. I did find the store a bit messy, and I wouldn’t recommend visiting on a hot summer day if you’re sensitive to the heat. On a positive note, there’s a little café inside with a lovely ambience.

So much enjoy seeing this seeing that and most cool stuff in here. If you want to buy any item, it's better to remember your zone or number code of the item before asking for help from staff cos more easy for everyone. Anyway some item you can grab and bring to cashier by yourself easy! :)

It was busy place and a lot of things to see. Vintage and antique and also unique. never boring.

It's a fun place to walk around. On at least two separate occasions I've bought a surprise item I didn't know I needed or wanted. This time it was some lovely heavy cotton European made workmen shirts. Last time it was a newspaper page from 1918 bemoaning the anarchists in the army coming home armed. LOL.

Loved Dirty Jane's - have been meaning to go there for some time (it's location is the only thing that has kept me away so far - being more of a city-dweller - though it makes sense that it's out of town given the size of the premises!). It was fabulous - seriously something for everyone and I came away with a few really great pieces (though not what I actually went to buy!). Probably spent two or three hours there (and could definitely have stayed longer, but needed to get out before I started buying things I really didn't need! :) The staff were friendly and helpful and the coffee shop was also unexpectedly good with friendly and efficient service.

A wonderful place where you can find all kinds of antiques. We can spend an hour or more browsing this place.

Absolutely loved our VIP experience visit!! We chose this zoo over the ones in Sydney hoping for a less crowded visit and it was the best decision. Annabelle was our guide and was amazing. 100% recommend.

Older style zoo but very enjoyable. More for younger children. Very informative keepers. All staff great. Kids love petting area & keeper talks. Koalas, rabbit patting & watching lion feeding were favourite's

We had an awesome visit to Shoalhaven Zoo! The staff were welcoming, the enclosures were clean, and all the animals looked healthy and well cared for. A special highlight was meeting Reneigh the horse — such a gentle, beautiful soul who clearly loves a good pat. You can tell the keepers genuinely care for their animals, and it makes the whole experience feel personal and warm. There’s plenty to see and do, from feeding encounters to peaceful walks along the river. A great spot for families or anyone who loves getting close to animals. We’ll definitely be back to visit Reneigh again! 🐴💙

I live in Sydney and I have been to all the zoos near and far and this zoo has to be the best. We drive 2 hours to get there but WOW it's worth it everytime! The cutest, friendliest most beautiful animals I've encountered at any zoo, they seem genuinely happy. It's very interactive for a young family and a very easy zoo to nativagate without exhausting everyone. All credit to the amazing and super friendly staff!!

A perfectly well-kept zoo, on a pretty riverbank. The animals' enclosures were all very clean and tidy, but not sterile, with interesting terrains, trees etc. We went there for the maned wolves, who were super active and inquisitive. Keen to return when we are next in the area.

Best zoo ever.period.tou can hand feed lions,monkeys etc...at a extra price ofcourse and I spent my bday there and the best time ever.i bought 2 budgies and I wish I had rhe licence to buy those baby emus lol.

Such an amazing experience! The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, well priced and very fast service. I experienced the Lion Feeding that was hosted by Amy and Steven and they were so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Great variety of animals and perfect cozy location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a charming little park! Colorful flowers and tall palm trees sway gently in the breeze, accompanied by the sweet scent of osmanthus blossoms. Locals can be seen relaxing on the grass, enjoying picnics with friends, or playing with their children—it's truly a lovely spot to unwind. The children's playground is a particular highlight, full of whimsical and imaginative features: ceramic sculptures, a dinosaur-shaped speaking tube, small animal-themed wooden seats, handpans, and tiny xylophones… There's even a fairytale-like restroom adorned with stained glass and a sculpted lizard winding around the exterior. It's truly a magical place.

I had the chance to visit this garden for spending some time alone in the afternoon, it is a very nice place for meditation and for photography. Lots of varieties and well maintained, free entrance.

It was beautiful. Manicured lawns and well tended plants and trees. Peaceful walking with my sister. The paths are flat and suitable for all abilities and wheelchairs. We looked at the children's playground and it was full of exquisite details for the children to explore.

Bright Brewery was such a great find! The food was super tasty — the menu is your classic pub and bar-style stuff, but the quality was really solid. What stood out to me was the view: it looks out onto a walking track, which made the whole vibe feel relaxed and refreshing. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating, so you can pick depending on the weather. When we were there, they even had a live performance going on, which added a fun touch. The décor is quirky and cool — I think the lights were made from old beer kegs, which was a nice detail! Highly recommend for a chill afternoon or casual night out.

With Amazing drinks , lots & lots of outdoor & indoor spaces. River flowing next door, park for children, this is the place to be in bright . Be it a Sunday brunch or Friday party .. everything is wonderful. Great staff .. amazing wood fired pizzas & live music .. just excellent ambience . What more you can ask for a chilly snowy Sunday .

Good place for a meal the meals are quite big so could possibly share mains between 2, good selection of drinks ( a bit self explanatory) , overall food but the food was lacking a bit of flavour and uniqueness there is alot of pulled pork and the pork belly was average. If this is fixed it has potential

Stopped in for dinner the night before we headed up to Hotham. The service was excellent, very friendly, quick on food and drinks delivered to our table. I had Butchers Block special. It was a 500g T-Bone and my fiancée had the Pumpkin Pizza. Definitely will be back next time we're passing through.

Always a great experience. Great beers… core range is great but they also have some great seasonal hazy, dark and oat cream ales. Staff are always friendly and helpful (especially with heaters for Queenslanders) and it’s a lovely view during autumn with the leaves changing colour. The hero board is amazing for rubs and wings… but you will need 3/4 people to finish it unless you’re Homer Simpson. Pizzas are also great!

My husband and I did this walk today with our baby in a carrier, it's a pretty easy walk, reasonably flat with some steps. It's a really great scenic walk, I'd highly recommend it for anyone visiting bright. Their is a rocky part to cross but it looks worse than it is, it was pretty easy to get across.

Excellent loop walk close to town. Out one side of the canyon and back the other.

It was a bit difficult to understand where the start point was, so had to wander around a bit. But other than that, it's a really nice and easy walk to do, Stunning Canyon views and reminders of the Gold Rush.

It was such a beautiful walk , we visited at the end of April and the trees were changing colour , the air was crisp in the morning, There's two walks , one shorter than the other . Highly recommend this walk , very peaceful.

Quite a peacefull walk with a Gr8 Camping Ground on one side and the Ovens River . If u r heading up2 Myrtleford, Porepunkah or Bright l highly recommend this walk . On the Bright Shopping Centre side there is a Terrific Walking Track that l also recommend. Enjoy Folks

Had an awesome time at the Old Beechworth Gaol tour! Graham was a great guide and really knew his stuff/made it super interesting. Loved the Kelly family stories, but also learned heaps about the gaol’s history. Wish there was an opportunity to keep looking after the tour.

We took the kids to the Beechworth Gaol during the school holidays. The tour was well priced and it was easy to book online. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions from the group. We highly recommend the tour for all ages. It's a great part of the local history.

fantastic old goal...guided tours run almost every hour and is the only way to checkout the inside of the prison something to remember ...first tour at 10am .. HM Prison Beechworth was built on the site of Beechworth's first stockade. It was designed by Victoria's Public Works Department and constructed using local granite that was quarried with prison labour... Beechworth was one of nine panopticon prisons built in Victoria. Construction began in 1857 and the prison opened in 1860, though was incomplete and only had single cells for 36 prisoners. The capacity doubled when the building was completed in 1864. Beechworth initially housed male and female prisoners. Female prisoners were assigned washing and needlework for government departments. Between 1865 and 1881, eight executions were carried out at the prison.Ned Kelly served six months at the prison in 1870-71 for assault. He was again held there during his committal trial for murder in 1880. Kelly's mother, Ellen and two associates of the Kelly family also served sentences at the prison the late 1870s for the attempted murder of Constable Alexander Fitzpatrick. Twenty suspected sympathisers of Kelly were held in 1879 in an attempt to limit support to the Kelly gang. The prison's iron gates were installed due to fears there may be attempts to break the sympathisers out of the prison.

What a great tour! Very informative and fascinating to know the history. Our guide Peter was fantastic. I could have listened to him talk for hours. If only those walls could talk, we’d know so much more. Definitely a place worth visiting when coming to Beechworth!

Love the hands-on experience of visiting the jail 💗 was a bit cold so we got some food at the cafe and got a very informative book about the prison’s history from the cafe too 📚Love it, will definitely come back next year!!!

The tour guide was awesome, knew his stuff and history and loved telling the story. Gail only closed in the early 2000s so some infamous people looked up here. Kelly History deep with his Mum locked up for a few years.

Beechworth Gaol had not only the Kelly & gang incarcerated here but also Kelly's mentor & tutor - the "gentlemen" Bushranger Harry Power. Somehow Harry Power's tales are subsumed by Ned Kelly's but it is just as interesting. Other inmates here included a whole bunch of modern day tax evaders & Melbourne's infamous underbelly crims. The newer additions include the conjugal visits area in the gaolers yard as you make your way inside on the right & a swimming pool area - gated off on the left. I expected the Gaol to be bigger but it is small with about 110 to 123 inmates capacity. There is the heritage Kelly era wing, the newer ones plus the Hangman's room & the Noose. A group of us - pre-purchased online tix for the 10 am tour Sun 23 Feb recently. A huge crowd of almost 40. The next tour only had a handful - so perhaps this is a better timeslot. Free parking in front of entry gates & also side street. There is a Cafe Truck in the entry yard too & a nice reception re-purposed area & toilets inside before tour starts. Tour ran for 45 mins & Guide thankfully used audio speaker. Typical Oz humour delivered with full on ocker tones- which you wonder if overseas visitors understood. Exercise yard - with the metal mirror (you will find out why) is also the site of 1800s hard labour (breaking granite & carting it), the chain gang tales all made for the grim reality not only the gold rush lawless period but also the 20th century penitentiary system. You get more of the blood & gore penitentiary stories under the pentagonal wooden roofed & similar shaped guard room inside. The replica Kelly gang armour suite is lined up here (by this time it is an oft repeated sight for us having started the Kelly trail at Glenrowan.). For dedicated Ned Kelly & Harry Power stories - do the Ned Kelly Trail tour run by the Visitor's Centre. Beats me how the confined cells & dire deeds of yore can be re-purposed into arts, entertainment & hospitality...Takes it beyond the "dark" tourism into the 21st century enlightenment I suppose. One way of maintaining historical sites like this for future generations but the essence of harsh reality of colonial past would be lost surely. Whatever works to make it a viable site. Pentridge Prison is already a popular re-purposed hub but ..er..rrr..rr - it ain't for me.

Great place to dip your toe into the water. Easy walk from the carpark.

With the visit when exploring the area. Beautiful views of the falls from the lookout point! Nice picnic area with WCs available. Due to injury we couldn’t explore as much as we would have liked, but there were lots of people walking around the rocks and falls below.

Easy walk to the fall from the parking. The view is spectacular and the breeze makes the heat go away. The rocks underneath the water are slippery but with proper shoes it is not too dangerous. A good destination for a day trip, with friends and family or solo trip.

the whole historic zone in Beechworth is amazing ..courthouse ...telegraph station .. gold wardens house ...gold office ..along with the old gaol absolutely amazing must see when in the Beechworth area ...all dating back to 1850s to 1860s build during the Beechworth Gold rush period

We did the courthouse guided tour. It was worth the small fee, lots of interesting information and you could look at how courts were conducted during the 19th century. It's a beautiful old building and well worth preserving, it's our history.

Excellent, informative and balanced view of Ned's story within the context of the regional Victorian court system of the time. Three projectors display the story hugely magnified across the interior courtroom walls so you can truly be immersed in the history of the court building. Side rooms include the judge's chamber (where you can try on legal wigs and robes) and a magnificent law library full of ancient volumes. Very informative and helpful guide Mal answered all my questions and was very well-versed on the subject. A must for fans of Beechworth, legal and goldfields era history!

If you want experience the deeper history of Beechworth, then the Court house is a great place to start. Beechworth has an amazing number of little places you can take the kids or yourself to go and have a visit to learn about Beechworth. The court House is of course famous for its association with Ned Kelly, but it also is an amazing place to come and see a historic building, built in 1958 and was a working courthouse right up to 1989, this courthouse has been an interesting and integral part of the community just as much as the Beechworth Goal Has. I love how you can almost access nearly every room of the courthouse minus the lady's balcony and a storeroom. But the Library happened to be our favourite room, it was filled with old law books and just had that nostalgic feel about it, the kids loved the library and the holding cells. (They used to have an audio spill that used to play but that feature was not there anymore. It did make for a great way to experience the court room.) The kids love being able to explore and sit where the judge and lawyers would sit and they did a little court play of their own. It was cheap to get in costing us a family of 6 $10. you could pay a bit extra for a guided tour which would probably have been great. There were souvenirs you could purchase for reasonable prices. Accessibility: The courthouse is wheelchair friendly, and you can access most of the courthouse bar the cells I believe. The staff are welcoming and encourage all to come and take part in the history of Beechworth. Great place for kids and anyone to come and visit.

This place is fantastic! Cheap to visit. The court house is in original condition as it was on the last day is was used. Lots of interesting information to read. Ned Kellys trial began here in August 1880 before it was transferred to Melbourne. Don’t forget to go around the rear of the building where one of the old stable buildings still stand. Also the old stone lock up with would be terrible to be locked up in. The whole area is so interesting and next door is the telegraph office to visit as well.

Always such a pleasure to visit Scion wines. Staff are always so friendly and all wines are delicious! Especially love the daylight red for a perfect picnic wine, or just because… After dark is also a favourite along with the Muscat X. If you are in the area, this winery is a must visit.

We had tried Scion Rose and loved it so much that when we were in Rutherglen, we knew we had to visit the cellar door! We had a great experience with the wine tasting and came home with a few new wines to try. Amazing wines, beautiful cellar door and friendly, knowledgeable staff, its win, win, win! What a beuatiful vineyard! Had a excellent and lovely tasting for $10 with the hostess Sally. It's a small family run business and their passion for their wines is something you really can taste. Very knowledgeable people. Would love to come back!

Our impromptu visit to this beautiful winery and cellar door was a delight. Our hostess Kara was lovely and informatics despite it being only her second day. She guided us through a great selection of wines that had our palettes dancing with great flavours and character. Fabulous wines in a wonderful setting. Free freight on our six bottles was a bonus.

Georgie was knowledgeable, passionate and a gentle presence for our tasting. It’s clear she knows the unique nature of the Scion story and she is a great representation of the winery. Syrah was the standout & M Town a very fun surprise! Couldn’t recommend more!

Visited Cambells Wines and had an unforgettable experience. The main highlight, of course, was their outstanding wine — an incredible selection, especially the reds, full of richness and character. We also enjoyed a beautifully prepared cheese and meat platter, rich in variety and flavor. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with warm and professional service. A truly special place for wine lovers!

Very good winery. Wide range of wines to taste and sample. Good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Chairs and tables around the place. Good sized car park. Prices were quite reasonable. Well worth a visit.

Campbell's Wines is set in stunning gardens on the edge of Rutherglen. The cellar door offers complimentary tastings, a wine club, and local produce. Blended wines represent something unique. For an earthy experience meander through the barrels or sit by the fireplace in Winter.

I've had the privilege of photographing weddings here in all weather conditions - from intimate small ceremonies to big celebrations - and each and everyone has been absolutely breathtaking. What makes this venue truly special is that you can feel that warmth and passion in everything they do. Everyone always goes above and beyond - they're genuinely passionate about good food, excellent wine, and creating one heck of a celebration! This venue truly shines no matter what. We absolutely adored our visit to Brown Brothers planned by Sarah who put together a wonderful itinerary for us! The setting is beautiful and the cellar door is so inviting with the open fire, historical displays, and use of wine barrels to decorate the space. We had the most amazing tasting & tour experience at the cellar door hosted by Jacob who was fabulous at teaching us all about the different wines and how they’re made in a way that was fun, informative, and relatable as someone who enjoys wine but isn’t overly knowledgeable on the subject. He tailored the tasting to our individual preferences and there wasn’t one I didn’t like. We ended up buying many bottles both for ourselves and as gifts after discovering some new favourites. We also had the 5 course degustation lunch in the winery restaurant which was spectacular. Each course consisted of multiple elements that worked in perfect harmony and were utterly delicious, especially when paired with the matching wines. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive throughout. Overall I would highly recommend visiting even if it just for a tasting, but definitely check out the range of extra experiences they offer too, there’s definitely more we plan to do too. We’re already planning a return visit for next year as we loved the Milawa region and this winery was definitely the highlight of our trip.

We had a wonderful experience with Milawa Luxe Escape, a collaboration of Brown Brothers and Church Lane Accommodation this weekend. The Church Lane Accommodation was beautiful, quiet and private. At Brown Brothers, we were served the Slow Lunch by Henry and it was such a wholesome experience. We do a lot of rushed meals, so having a slow lunch with beautifully complimenting wines got us to relish the efforts involved. The cheese, cured meats and the accompaniments we received to take with us was lovely too. We brought the 2 matching wines before heading back. The next day we had a slow start, enjoying the Church Lane Accommodation, before going to the Wine Tour and Taste at Brown Brothers’. Rosa was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable in guiding us through our tasting, with great placement to help us take better note of the differences and enjoying the complexities of well made wine. We purchased more wine that we selected from the tasting, that we wanted to share with friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our weekend in Milawa, Brown Brothers collaboration with Church Lane Accommodation - Luxe Escape. We are especially grateful to the people that made our experience wonderful - Sam, Colin, Henry and Rosa.

We visited here during a nice little day out and had the degustation for lunch, it was a really nice experience and the winery is very pretty, especially with great weather like we had on our visit. The two staff members ( 1 male & 1 female ) who took care of our table were very lovely and accommodating and we received a lovely gift for a recent special occasion which was a very kind finish to our lunch. I really appreciated the extra effort put into accommodating for my nut allergy, I was served my own servings seperate to the others which made me feel very comfortable and safe. Lovely place to visit.

I have had the best day. My birthday and i felt so special. Brown Bros Milawa has always been a favoured destination for me but today, the best. The staff, the food, the wine...nothing was wrong. Everything was ideal: good food, good wine and great service. Service staff are what sells a venue and the staff here today were so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. My kind of people. What an absolutely delightful afternoon! High tea at Pizzini Winery was a delight from both a culinary and social perspective. Beautiful surroundings, friendly, attentive, and welcoming staff, delicious food, and beautiful wines. Dietary restrictions were not an issue; they just need prior notice. If you are in the King Valley do yourself a favour and check out Pizzini Wines and the different experiences they offer.

Always have a fantastic experience here. The wines are excellent with a wide range to suit all tastes and budgets. Staff are so friendly and helpful, there's a genuine family feel to the winery. The setting is beautiful too. An excellent quick stop on your road trip or longer visit if you're staying in the area.

Pizzini wines were great, providing a nice introduction to the Italian wines the region produces. We went during winter and Pizzini were one of the few places open on the weekday we went. Special shout out to Giacomo, our amazing sommelier, who happily answered all our questions - sharing his expertise from his extensive study and practical experience, whilst talking us through the tasting. Really great spot, highly recommend Pizzini wines if you visit King Valley.

Had the pleasure to experience a wine tasting with Anthony and Duncan. I not only loved the wines (particularly the brachetto and riesling), but the knowledge, stories, and recommendations to pair for my upcoming dinner parties was stellar! Loved it and will be back!

Our second stop at the King Valley region was at Pizini Wines ~ Italian at heart inspired where we were warmly greeted by Karen; Mario and Isabelle. Seated in such a warm and welcoming environment, Isabelle presented us with some tasters olives; caramel popcorn; chilli popcorn and bread sticks and presented us with the wine tasting experience!! Isabelle was extremely pleasant, accomodating and provided alternatives for the individual pallet . We enjoyed hearing about the growth of the Pizzini family, their passion and commitments to their winemaking dream. The surroundings were nice to. We were lucky to also have a friendly chat with owner Fred and hear about his experience and innovative ways of continuing business during the pandemic. We truly enjoyed our experience at pizzini. Purchased a few bottles of wine at the end and couldn’t resist buying the caramel popcorn + chilli popcorn ~ thanks for the lovely hospitality and looking forward to returning and trying out the cooking school.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, on the grand final long weekend, with no booking. After some wine tasting with John we were seated at an amazing table overlooking the winery. The food was absolutely fantastic. ALL the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. And their wines are delicious. We will definitely be going back when we are in the area again!! Chris & Queenie.

What a wonderful lunch we had here yesterday. The staff are absolutely delightful! Thank you for my Italian lessons and also the great wine advice from John. Our gluten free choices were great food was tasty and plentiful and the price of the wines was such good value in the restaurant. Had a beautiful birthday lunch. Gorgeous location, delicious food, great service. The honey carrots are almost as good as my nonnas! Bruno look after us excellently. He was attentive and welcoming without being over the top. Didn't feel rushed at all, which can sometimes happen in busier restaurants. Not here! It was absolutely busy, but felt relaxed. Definitely worth a visit, much more relaxed atmosphere than most of the vineyards around here, but still classically beautiful and wonderful ambience.

When my parents said they wanted to go to Chrismont's to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary - we all said sure. We even delayed their lunch from end of July to end of September so we could book in. And it was worth the wait. We had an amazing lunch. Great food, great service, great venue. Thank you.

We didn’t stay at Chrismont Winery. We only had an impromptu lunch at Chrismont Restaurant with friends. Food was amazing and service was even better!! The Chrismont owners have so much passion. Highly recommend everyone to dine there BUT must book!!! The view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning!! We hope to go back there soon.

Our specific trip to Yarrawonga made this an essential stop. We visited the Echuca store and loved it so much. This didn’t disappoint either. Yummy meals really were a treat for us to take home and cook and of course we bought the wonderful olive oil staff very helpful. and friendly I like the layout of Echuca store better where the skincare section is altogether under the one roof with the store.

Can't rate the quality and service from this family run business highly enough. We purchase regularly and have loved watching the success and growth of Rich Glen. So many beautiful items on offer, olive oils, condiments, produce, beauty products and so much more. Do yourself a favour and check out one of their stores, you will love it, or you can purchase online. Donna and the team organised our corporate gifts for Christmas and everyone loved them. Purchased a bottle of “Hot Cross Bun Gin Liqueur” when I visited the store at Yarrawonga on 9/3/2024 for $49. I assumed that I was getting a good deal. This week’s Aldi catalog displays the same product for $24.99. What a bargain??? Maybe I will purchase two bottles for that price.

The place is easy to find, very interesting and filled with memorabilia from head to toe. The outside is decorated with hand painted portraits. Prices are reasonable considering what you get to experience. We went on a rainy day and had no one else in there with us. Its incredibly entertaining and informative. Highly interactive with lots of thing to see and hear. Atmosphere is awesome and super emersive. The guy running the place is also incredibly friendly and helpful. Would seriously recommend.

We had a history lesson here, staff are fantastic, you are well informed on all of Ned Kelly & other key individuals in Ned's capture , trail, site inspections . There is plenty of memorabilia throughout the town and paraphernalia for sale, t shirts, stubby coolers etc. We spent roughly 2 hours here but are returning on our return from Great Ocean Road Trip. There are Food Shops in the town & staff and locals appear freindly , food was served quick & hot & plenty of places to sit around or park & enjoy.

I really enjoyed looking around the old homestead. It's so important that we retain these little gems of history. And.... it's supposed to be haunted although I didn't see any signs of ghosts 👻

What a beautiful afternoon we spent under a shady tree, enjoying a ploughman's lunch, a beer or two and a local white wine. The owners are so friendly and their family is connected to the Kelly's...owners of the land and homestead. The carefully laid out tables/chairs, around the property, offer spots to enjoy, whether for a couple, family, small group gathering. One could easily have an event held there, and if inclement weather, there is an event space inside the cafe/bar at the back. Toilets are basic and separate to the Cafe but easily accessible. Not so sure about disabled toilets. Plenty of parking on dirt at the front of the homestead. There is a separate kitchen which would be the original and worth a peak to get a glimpse of what it would be like back in the day. Near the toilets and very old tree, there is access to the cellar area - a good hiding spot when under attack from bushranger etc. Such a great asset for everyone visiting Yarrawonga and surrounds. A big thumbs up from us. 👍

A great piece of history and well worth the visit if you’re interested in the Hume & Hovell story. The building is classified “A” to be preserved at all cost ….hmmmm….that message seems to have been lost. The place definitely needs some TLC. The brewery was a relaxing break in the garden . Well worth the visit & tour. A shot sample of beer is included in the ticket entry.

Sorry this is not an review of the beautiful old homestead itself. We never got to that. After our brunch in the brewery we were completely incapable of bipedal locomotion. The other half loves a brew, and I will admit to being keen to try their Autumn deal which was a large ploughman’s platter and two beers/wines. However his lordship wanted to have the pie. So rather than miss out on my ploughman’s platter altogether I chose to have the small platter. Just me. On my own. Solo. It really could have fed two. The ladies all insisted they’d give me a takeaway container, but I gave it a good shake! The variety of goodies on the plate was stunning, with some amazing local produce. And us townies forget the joy of an egg produced by a happy chook! The three ladies on deck were spectacular. Without exception happy, smiling and amenable without being in your face. They were also very knowledgeable about the region. It was a lovely peaceful place to dine, and I recommend it unreservedly. Oh, and the other half said the pie was impressive also!

Nice place with tranquil surroundings. Good selection of beers and ciders. Ploughman's player was generous but it seemed like everything on it except the chutney could be bought from the supermarket.

While we did not take the tour of the Homestead we enjoyed beer tasting and a bite to eat. We selected 6 ciders and beers to taste served in 200ml glasses and a Ploughmans platter to share. The tasting room is spacious yet cozy with a wood fire burning. We enjoyed a leisurely visit there and I'd love to go back

Lovely historic place with very nice food and some interesting homebrews! 😱 Great to wander around the homestead grounds without having to pay for the tour. Seeing 170 year old elm trees was pretty amazing also. Well worth the visit😄👍 Check out my photos! ✅

Unusual encounter in the High Country! Meet the aging lions, meerkats, bison, monkeys etc plus friendly deers, peacocks & other critters that roam free within the wide expanse of fenced off premises. Entry prices are very reasonable for the variety you find here. It is all very open & casual - the long, beaut tree tunnel avenue with water buffaloes, bison & horses roaming on either side of fenced paddocks gives a bit of a thrill of what awaits here. Kitsch & rather whimsical safari park of the unusual kind...The backdrop of Mt Buller & Mt Stirling plus the surrounding distant ranges gives this zoo a mystic, other worldly charm. Interesting wrought metal sculptures scattered around adds interest & a Melb Tram greets you on entry! Parking is rather limited but I guess the long driveway is the overflow car park. Two hours (at least) to hike around the large expanse, from one enclosure to the next all the while amused & entertained by the antics of the animals. Buy special feed for $3 to hand or spade feed some - a map of layout, species & what you can feed is listed & will be handed on purchase of entry tix. I opted out of feed & found that the critters were expecting it! 😁😁 Baleful glares from the Emus, Donkeys & Deers - how dare you two legged critter cheat us!! Followed around in anticipation by this cutesy trio of spotted deers... Next visit I shall not disappoint - promise! As for "just for the kids" typecast - get outta here!! I had an absolute ball...Watched up close the white lion getting a dental inspection, the mane wolf coaxed out of its den, monkeys interacting with keeper & every enjoyment that watching animal antics bestow. Weekday visit was so serene with only a few other visitors & my lucky timing coincided with an official inspection of the animals. Check website for other details & feeding time. Ice-creams, drinks, snacks & limited packed food is available at the small entry area cum gift shop. Without the funding of city zoos - I am impressed with the animal variety & care. Talk to the friendly staff & clear any concerns about animal welfare you may have. Signage & info could be updated. Gumboots are freely available if ground is wet & muddy - near the toilets. There is limited covered picnic & bbq area. High country has been a dry, parched country for a while now - so now (visited 21/5/25) is a great time to visit. Cooler weather, less buzzing beasties & with so much of manure (poop) everywhere, probably kinder scentwise too.. Pretty exposed, undulating terrain to traverse - so not sure about wheelchair or pram/stroller friendly. Will definitely visit again & put the word out there. This zoo has been here since 2000 & yet few Melb city folks who have visited Mansfield know about it... It is such a click worthy, picturesque setting that the zoo should entice visitors with "paint & sip" days.

We rented a house near this zoo. What can I say? Those were the best moments of my life! Starting from 5 in the morning, horses would come up to our little house! We fed them. And then there were the sounds of birds from the zoo. Since we rented this house to go skiing on Mount Buller, we didn't expect to be so close to this zoo. We visited it and were even more amazed. The people working there are so lovely, right to the core! Many wild animals, and they employ staff. Not everyone would be able to feed such animals as dingoes, lions, and crocodiles by hand. A worthwhile place. I recommend it 100%! We even bought toys at the entrance and exit so that the money would go towards feeding the animals. An amazing, genuine zoo where they love the animals!❤️

A magical day at Mansfield Zoo 🦁✨ Absolutely loved visiting this local gem! Getting up close to the majestic White Lions was unforgettable — with fewer than 120 left in the world, it’s incredible that this zoo is home to two. Though they’re in their senior years, hearing one roar live was a powerful moment I’ll never forget. 🦁💛 Mansfield Zoo may be smaller than the big city zoos, but it’s perfect for a relaxed day out with the little ones. The animals are friendly and approachable — from alpacas and deer to monkeys, camels, kangaroos, meerkats, dingoes, wombats, and more. 🐾🌿 Highly recommend for a peaceful, family-friendly adventure in nature! 📍 Mansfield Zoo, Victoria 🗓️ Great for weekend getaways 👨‍👩‍👧 Perfect for kids

Lovely place to visit near Mansfield or on the way to Mt Buller. Not often you see lions being fed, being able to chat to the people who run the zoo and get real insights. The animals are beautiful, there's wild deer and other animals wandering around. If you have kids, they have fantastic play spots in multiple spots to keep them busy. $50 for 3 of us, we did 1-4.30ish, was really nice. Definitely recommend, and would go there again.

We had a good day at the zoo, kids loved feeding animals. There were plenty of animals walking in open, lot of kangaroos, lamas, deer. There were 2 old white lions too. Overall we spent a good day!!

Great place to take the kids during school holidays. Enjoyed the keeper talks and watching the lions and meerkats get fed.

Omg this zoo is great.. The experience of been able to approach and pat and feed animals is awesome. The vibe was great and we had a ball!! Not a negative and I know funding is probably very tight but the BBQ’s need to be updated to push timer public ones But in saying that this zoo has a lot going for it and the BBQ’s work fine. In respect to this or healsville zoo this one is well above still

Absolutely love Healesville sanctuary! My kids and I always have the best time when we visit. The staff are lovely, animals are gorgeous, plenty of play areas and beautiful bush land. I love the peaceful feeling I get when I hear the river water run. The flight arena bird show is always fun but warning it can get quite toasty in the warmer weather as there’s little to no shade in this part. I absolutely adore the bird enclosure with the gorgeous black cockatoos ❤️ my favourite birds. The kids love all the play areas but their favourite is the sandpit with the dinosaur skeleton.

Fantastic experience. Bigger than I expected. Good to have talks at different locations. So happy I got to see a platypus, Tasmanian Devil family at feeding time and echidna. The koalas were active moving and eating so it was a perfect time to walk past. Spirits of the Sky show was awesome. The birds were so well trained out in the wild (no enclosure) and they performed for us. Loved the swoop to catch a fish in the water, crack open an emu egg and reveal of thanks signage. It was different seeing a wombat and kangaroos in an upturned position (playing dead). Wow, a tree kangaroo. A wonderful visit and beautiful sunshine to make it the amazing time I had. The map was really handy and the signages were great.

I love coming here, every time we return it’s always as enjoyable as the last. The habitats created for all the animals are beautiful replications of their homes in the wild. The wellbeing and happiness seems to be well taken care of in this zoo, the animals always seem very at ease no pacing or signs of distress. There’s something really serene and peaceful about this place, love having a chat with the staff too. Today was the first time we went near the end of the day, and it worked out quite well as we got to see the kangaroos having their evening feed, looked at the reptiles with not a single person in the the whole building too. Always a lovely experience.

A wonderful zoo will undoubtedly delight visitors. The extensive grounds offer the opportunity to get acquainted with a variety of wild animals, from platypuses to rare species of kangaroos. You can also see active snakes and turtles here, as well as visit the laboratory and observe many wild and rare birds. Additionally, visitors will be able to see dingoes, koalas, and much more. Visiting this remarkable zoo promises to be interesting for both children and adults.

We only had about 3 hours to spend and wish we had more. The exhibits were excellent. The animals had a lot of space and were also visible most of the time. The Tasmanian Devils were very active when we were there. We also got to see the platypus and attend the talk about them. I wish we had more time to hear more of the talks. The presenter was very knowledgeable and patient. The bird enclosures were also very nice with volunteers available to answer questions.

Me and my friends are all Zoo Victoria members, and we absolutely love animals! 🐾 Healesville Sanctuary is one of our favourite places to visit. We often come here whenever we have free time — it’s such a lovely and joyful place to walk around and spend time with friends and family. All the staff are always so nice and friendly. I especially love listening to the animal talks and watching the Spirits of the Sky bird show — it’s amazing every time! 🦅 We always leave feeling relaxed and happy after visiting. Highly recommend it to all animal lovers! 🌿💚

We walked around for about 3 hours seeing the animals and watching a cool birds of prey experience. There were lots of different kinds of parrots and water birds. I was so stoked to see some pelicans up close as id only ever seen them on tv. We didn’t get to hug a koala or hold a snake but I fell in love with the echidnas and the baby duckbilled platypus. Most of the animals were either hiding in the shade in the cool and i didnt blame them as we were melting ourselves. It got up to 25 or 26c at one stage. 40 years ago I visited this sanctuary when I was on a big international group camping trip kind of like a scout jamboree but it was called Rally Arura ( and was church based). It’s certainly changed a lot in the past 40 years. I’ll have to hunt out my old photos when I get home. Was it worth $119 AU for the two of us? Definitely.

Four Pillars Gin was not even in our original plan, but we were already in the mood after champagne and wine stops, so I thought, why not complete the circle with some gin? I am not exactly a gin person, but I have to say, this stop made me rethink that a little. The gin was great, yes, but can we talk about the duck pate? I had it after a full cheese fondue lunch at Chandon, and still managed to finish the entire jar by myself. It was creamy, flavourful and went so well with their crackers. Honestly, I would go back just for that pate. For the drinks, I ordered the gin tasting set which came with four different types of gin, served with tonic water on the side so you could mix to your liking. I got to try a few variations, but the one that really stood out for me was the Shiraz Gin. It had a nice depth and smoothness that I did not expect. Easy to drink and very well balanced. The place itself has a cool industrial chic vibe, very open and relaxed. Staff were friendly and made the tasting experience fun without being too formal. It did not feel rushed and we got to enjoy everything at our own pace. If you are in the area, even if you are not a gin lover, I say give it a try. You might leave with a new favourite and definitely with a full stomach.

Popped in on Friday around 5 p.m. and the place was absolutely buzzing. Happy hour kicked off at 6 with great drink specials, amazing cocktails, and a full house. The yuzu gin was incredible and the yuzu sour cocktail was even better. The staff were fun and friendly, and the whole place had a great energy. They also run a happy hour dinner on Friday nights, which looked awesome. Definitely the spot to be and probably my number one pick when visiting Healesville.

I had no idea that Four Pillars Gin originated in Melbourne! We stopped by after visiting the Redwood Forest to do a gin tasting and ended up learning a lot about the gin-making process. It was fascinating to discover how different spices are infused to create unique flavours. We also got to rate several distinct gin varieties and try some cocktails made with their different gins — each with fruity, coffee, chocolate, or smoky notes. The experience was really enjoyable, easy to access, and they even offer a membership with some great deals.

A nice place for an afternoon chill with friends or family over gin and some bar food. A small distillery to see the making of the Four Pillar gins. They have a small restaurant that let u taste their gin and cocktails (the cocktail flight is a must), and enjoy some finger food/ snacks. There is also a small shop to buy some merchandise and of course their famous gin to bring home.

Had an explosion of flavour for lunch before completing a gin tasting of 7 of Four Pillars finest Gins. The whole experience was absolutely amazing thanks to a charismatic young gentlemen by the name of Cooper. He educated us about all the traditional spices and infusions in gin making and what sets Four Pillars aside from the rest. His passion and love for what he does, along with his endless knowledge made for a wonderful gin filled afternoon. Cannot recommend Four Pillars highly enough for a visit for foodies and gin lovers. Simply a MUST when in Healesville hopefully you will be lucky enough to meet Cooper the legend himself. Four Pillars also have a nonalcoholic range which is also in a league of its own compared to other nonalcoholic spirits. Full of flavour and just as delicious.

My wife took me to Four Pillars for my 35th birthday and I have now fallen in love with Gin thanks to them 😍 Amazing place. Was served by David who gave us a wonderful experience with so many smiles, stories, and samples. Every Gin I tired was beauitful. Strongly recommend visiting the distillery. I'll be back soon I know it. Shop at the front is well stocked and very good prices.

This place was fun. Well worth the drive and if you’re a gin lover like me, it’s a must try. We had the G&T paddle and discovered a new gin, olive leaf, which is scrumptious so I’ll be going back and getting a couple more bottles. The snacks were good too. We had the fries and a tiramisu dip…so so good.

A great display providing details and insights on the Vietnam War, a number of military items on display, worth a stop to visit and read all the panels of information.

A nice walk in the nature, there’s lots of trees and park benches. The walk looks quite new especially the bins, benches, and water tap. There’s lots of information to read up on the history of Australia’s participation in the Vietnam war. You can take the time to remember the lives and efforts of all the people and dogs who fought in the war. There’s many in depth explanations of Australia’s operations in Vietnam, and there are ranks and military weapons displayed.

Wine tasting and lunch at Yering Station was one of the highlights of our Melbourne trip. I was delighted to try some delicious red wines and enjoy a wonderful lunch there. The beautiful surroundings, elegant décor, and friendly staff make it an outstanding restaurant and winery. Highly recommend.

I was really excited for this one. We went for the wine tasting on a beautiful sunny day, the kind of weather that makes you want to be outdoors enjoying the view. Unfortunately, the tasting itself takes place indoors in a fairly dim room with very little natural light, which felt like a real shame. With such gorgeous surroundings outside, it seemed like a missed opportunity to create something special. During the tasting, four different staff members poured for us. Three of them asked what we had already been served, which made the whole experience feel a bit disorganized and not as smooth or welcoming as I was hoping for. The wine pours also felt quite small -more like a sip than a proper tasting- and I think most people would agree after seeing the photo I’ve attached. Inside, the décor follows a pop-art theme with Andy Warhol replicas. Normally, I appreciate that style, but here it felt completely unrelated to wine, wine tasting, or the heritage of the vineyard. Instead of enhancing the atmosphere, it actually worked against the rustic, old-world vibe that the place itself naturally carries. That said, the outdoor area is stunning. The grounds are well kept, with a beautiful grassy area out front and a lovely lookout point that really makes you stop and take it in. It honestly left me thinking how perfect it would be if the wine tasting were moved outdoors, perhaps with a small kiosk or bar set up in the middle of the lawn. With the sunshine, scenery, and a glass in hand, that would transform the experience into something unforgettable.

You can't fault much here. The service, food and atmosphere is exceptional. However, there was a fault in the steak option that I paid extra for on top of what my parents had already paid for a 3-course meal. It might not seem like a big deal, but since I asked specifically for "true medium rare", not medium, which it ended up exactly being on my plate, that was disappointing, being such a high quality piece of meat. Other than that, it was an amazing lunch, and had me bursting at the seams. I could have just had the pork belly entree and pistachio dessert and been satisfied.

Had a great meal at Yering station. Great service beautiful views great menu and flavours. Everyone enjoyed every dish. Loved my prawn entree. The fish main was perfect. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Front of house Trixie was very professional. Wines were great. Deserts were delicious. Highly recommend will def return.

We had a very odd and dissapointing experience at the restaurant. We had booked lunch using a luxury escape voucher which included a main, choice of wine and two shared sides. The only positive was how well cooked the meats were and how tasty the wine was. Other than that, our experience was very strange. The strangest part or our experience was the use of potato off cuts in our roasted potato side - see picture below. I have never before seen potato fondant off cuts and bits of potato eye served to guests. It's really incomprehensible and unappetising. We ended up leaving the potato dish. The salad was also quite terrible - it literally looked like a Coles pre chopped salad mix that was topped with a few sprigs of dill and some goats cheese. The leaves were barely dressed and very plain tasting. Onto the main meals, which ended up being quite odd as well. The cuts of meat were very tasty and well seasoned. The biggest negative was the random pastry basket served with the pork and holding chopped apple. The basket was pale, undercooked and soggy. It didn't really add anything to the dish. The duck dish was also a bit odd with an undercooked cannelloni filled with pulled duck and cabbage. This was bland and underseasoned also. While both dishes looked pretty, they left much to be desired and not worth the cost or effort. Overall, we would not be back and we wouldn't recommend to others. There are much better choices in the Yarra Valley (and much better luxury escape deals as well). Be warned.

Beautiful Vinyard with celler door and restaurant. Simple elegant feels with vase space. We went to cellar door to get a cheese platter and a glass of wine as we arrived too early for our lunch booking. There are a small number of outside table for you to enjoy the cheese board and wine and it was super delicious. The celler door staff was super friendly and professional, compared to my recent visit to Pt.Leo celler door where staff would just ignored you. We then moved to the restaurant after we finished the cheese board. Lovely open space in the restaurant area with glass wall from floor to ceiling open to the landscape! I was going to do the 3 courses and finish with dessert to share with my partner but the food size was really substantial I was way too full and couldn't even finish my fish main. 😞 My entree of scallops with bacon was so good, a little too much of pumpkin. The barramundi with eels mashed was very tasty as well, but also feel like there are too many things on the plates. Overall I enjoyed my food. My husband entree was great but the main is a little bland. Definitely recommend the cellar door for wine tasting and cheese platter for chill out outdoor on a good sunny day 😎🌞

It had been a very long time since my last visit to the water park, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, this time was truly more fun, absolutely fantastic, and genuinely amazing! It was completely different from my last experience. The rides were exhilarating, the atmosphere was vibrant, and I made some fantastic memories. I hope to enjoy the attraction again in the future!

Pleasantly surprised by the upkeep of the park. Good mix of wet and dry rides. Plenty of picnicking options. Would recommended taking your own food as super expensive onsite. Showers and changing rooms very clean. Went off peak and there were no lines.

came on a monday and park wasn’t busy that busy, except there was a bit of waiting at the bigger rides. i spent a last day with my bf here before going on a 3 month long trip overseas and was some of the best fun i had in months. the only thing is that it’s fairly far out to a lot of places, being in whittlesea, tickets are also somewhat pricey

When we went there it was temporarily closed because 17 schools were there but other than that it was pretty cool. Would love to come back here again. And the food was served was pretty delicious

We were meant to celebrate my son’s birthday at the park last weekend, but unfortunately the weather had other plans. I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the team for making the call to cancel the day before, it was thoughtful, proactive and really appreciated. Zac was so lovely on the phone and very professional. We’ve been to Funfields are few times over the years and can’t wait to re-book my son’s party and get back there when the weather is better. Highly recommend.

The new addition of the Lazy River, bumper cars and VIP Huts really add a whole new dimension to this park ! The Huts are well worth the extra money - it felt so private and comfortable with lounges and even a fridge to keep the drinks cold ! The shade and the location really do make them priceless. Kids can’t wait to go back again 🥰

It was great day with kids , plenty of parking , great seats and tables inside the theme park , take your own food and drink , spent the whole day picnic and play, should definitely visit again when open for next season
