You can go scuba diving on the little island in the horizon I've met so many nice people there and there's a big lgbt and hippie community, which is where the fun is at. Nice place to be on a hot day. Opens at 10.00 am. All the big Brazilian stores there. A very varied food patio and many coffee shops.
