(Translated by Google) You can hang out relaxing under the cool trees on the edge of the beach. The atmosphere is serene with sea breezes and views of the waves. Really nice for chatting/gathering. Plus young coconut ice and mrndoan anget... Heaven on earth... 💓💓👍 but the beach area has a lot of rubbish ruining the view, apparently because it doesn't get enough attention from the relevant agencies. Hopefully it will be fixed quickly, because Pemalang has good tourism potential.

(Translated by Google) One of the Widuri areas is usually used as a motorbike racing area, as well as a place to hang out and vacation for Pemalang residents. The landscape is more beautiful when compared to Pantau Widuri on the west side where the road goes through to Tanjungsari, with rows of cypresses that give a shady impression. On the east side of the circuit area there is also an archery practice area. This place is always busy with visitors every weekend. If the weather starts to get hot towards noon, try stopping by the stalls around the beach and ordering mendoan and drinking hot tea or young coconut water, it's really relaxing. Since the start of the pandemic until now, the circuit area has been open from morning to six in the afternoon. Entrance tickets start from 2,000 rupiah. Sejak awal pandemi hingga kini, area sirkuit dibuka sejak pagi hingga pukul enam sore. Tiket masuk mulai dari 2.000 rupiah.

Coastal area with down-to-earth eateries & a dark-sand beach for swimming & sunbathing.
Beach nearby The Hotel I stay in. At TEGAL city, good view, tjere is also Dirgantara Museum , old plane, Thank, missile, were put as statue..good experiences

The beach has black sand, and the place is in need of proper maintenance. Has a lot of food stalls, large parking space, but lack a proper attraction. The beach is small, so not too attractive in my opinion
Randy C — Google review
The beach is clean enough to visited. There are parking lots, water park, forest, culinary, rinse, etc. Great to see the sunset and sunrise, and take pictures in some sights.
Farah R — Google review
This place near hutan mangrove mintaragen. Many peoples visited on weekend or holiday, some of them visited in the morning so the weather still comfy not hot. Also if you visit in the morning, you'll see sunrise. The babies can play with sand. Umm the sand of this beach is black, yeah like another beach in java. You should visit this beach, if you're in Tegal.

Beatiful scenery in east beach... Not crowded in here and you can get beautiful angle for photoshoot... If you pass the pantura way... Please come to visit Pantai Alam Indah...
Razzaaqtegar — Google review
Clean white beach with clear water and beautiful view, good place to take sunset photos and rest whole enjoying the view.
Arya K — Google review
Nice place to see sunset from Tegal, Indonesia. Nice dark sand beach with a pedestrian along the beach. Don't go here alone, just go with your family or friends or your love one. It's a relaxing beach where you can enjoy this beach by swimming, playing sand, just walking along the beach, but not suitable for sun bathing and surfing. When it's come to weekend this beach will be very crowded. One thing i really don't like with this beach is many people littering because there are few bins provided. The manager must immediately take action on this garbage problem, because it makes the beach not beautiful to look at and seems untidy. What is even more dangerous is when the garbage starts to be carried by the waves and ends at sea. This will pollute the sea.

Keraton Kasepuhan

Mentioned on
21 lists
Historical landmark
Sights & Landmarks
Keraton Kasepuhan, a grand palace built in 1447, is the residence of the Sultan of Kasepuhan and serves as a museum open to the public. It is one of four palaces in Cirebon, alongside Keraton Kacirebonan, Keraton Kanoman, and Keraton Keprabon. This 16th-century wonder is among the oldest and largest palaces in Cirebon with intricately designed throne rooms.
A large palace with several different smaller clusters of buildings. They have various ticket offerings from 2, 3, 4, and 5 sites at different pricing. We purchased the entire 5 sites, got to see the palace, museum, AI show, and sacred wells.
Carlitos — Google review
Keraton Kasepuhan seems to be the better choice out of the two palaces in Cirebon because it's larger and older of the two. I chose the ticket with the access to all the areas which is 30k/person (domestic). Car parking is 10k. The entrance area needs to be cleaned, there's a lot of trash around and the ticket reader is out of service. The museum houses some artifacts, sadly it needs upkeep like painting the walls, fixing lights in exhibitions, and cleaning. The AI Lotus museum is not recommended, it's just a 15 minute AI video about the fight against the Dutch, and plays more like an action movie rather than a historic one. Going deeper, the back area is very poorly maintained. The restaurant has been abandoned for some time and the pools/lake are not maintained and used for fishing by the locals. I did not get a guide, and it seems it would have been a much better experience with one, so I highly recommend getting a guide. This place definitely has massive potential, and if it's fixed could be an instant recommendation if you're in Cirebon, and even an international level tourist destination. However as of now it's okay, not too bad not too good.
Matildabz ( — Google review
The museum zone and AI movie were really nice to see. It was cool to know about the history between the colonisers and Indonesian ***As a foreigner who doesn’t speak Bahasa, I felt a bit odd walking inside. Some people tried to talk to me and follow me (not in a friendly way) Maybe they were guides, but I wasn’t sure When I walked through the gate to get a ticket, a man (knew later, a guide) started walking with me, offering to volunteer as a guide, even though I didn’t ask for it. TBH, having a guide could be good here because there wasn't a lot information in English but I felt more like harassment
Akira K — Google review
Well, it's a palace. I bought the Rp25.000 ticket, so I got to visit not only the palace but also the museums inside as well. Not much that you can do except strolling around aimlessly. Once we entered the museum, a guy came to us explaining things and gave us no space to say no. Even though eventually we used the service (later on we realized that he is a tour guide), it felt like an ambush. The funniest thing is the AI museum, which is basically a standing theatre where they play an AI-generated movie. The movie (obviously) looked so off because the generated images were not the best.
Rizqie A — Google review
Recommended place to visit in Cirebon. Pak Siji atau Pak Satu truly one of the person who can make your trip is wonderful with great storytelling about the Keraton Cirebon.
Dianti P — Google review
Cool palace with an excellent museum. The main thing to see in Cirebon. The grounds are mildly interesting, mostly for the Majapahit-style gates and ruins dating to the 15th cent (later palace sections are unremarkable). The museum is amazing, a treasure trove of 15-16th century asian artifacts. Foreigner prices as of August 2025: site entry 20k, museum 15k, AI exhibit 15k, old palace ruins (Dalem Agung Pakungwati) 15k. There's 2 other smaller keraton in Cirebon whose grounds are free (but lack the 15-16th cent structures). Note that I got a lot of harassment/unwanted attention while touring as a white person, including a group of children constantly following me and trying to talk and touch me. Just be aware.

At Taqwa Grand Mosque

Mentioned on
1 list
Mosque
Sights & Landmarks
Points of Interest & Landmarks
At Taqwa Grand Mosque stands as a stunning architectural gem in the heart of Cirebon City, characterized by its four impressive minarets and a magnificent gold gateway embellished with intricate calligraphy. This serene sanctuary offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life surrounding it, making it an ideal spot for both worshippers and visitors interested in religious tourism. The mosque features spacious prayer areas, well-maintained facilities, and ample parking to accommodate the growing number of guests who come to pray daily.
At-Taqwa Great Mosque Masjid Raya At-Taqwa is a most beautifull mosque in West Java. It is in Jl. RA. Kartini no 2 Cirebon. At-Taqwa Mosque or At-Taqwa Grand MASJID is a historical mosque in the city of Cirebon, West Java, founded in 1918. Today it is one of the congregational masjid in Cirebon and considered an icon of the city of cirebon. The masjid also provides Islamic learning as well as public services such as blood donation and a free ambulance. The masjid was founded in a village called Kejaksan. Initially, it consisted of two sections; one is used as the masjid called Tajug Agung (the present At-Taqwa Masjid) and the other half is used as an alun-alun (the present Kejaksan Square). The mosque was initially named Tajug Agung, but due to the aging structure and the rising demand for an increased prayer capacity, R.M. Arhatha, then head of the Cirebon city Council of Religious Affairs had the idea to renovate Tajug Agung and rename it to At-Taqwa Mosque. The name Tajug Agung roughly corresponds to the "Great Mosque" and as there was already a great mosque located in the Kasepuhan (the present-day Great Mosque of Sang Cipta Rasa), the officials considered two mosques with the name "great mosque" is unjustifiable. In 1951 the reconstruction of the mosque began and it was inaugurated as At-Taqwa in 1963.

So hot here and so inside the mosque. Theres a broken refrigator in the women's area. A nice thing here is they have a dedicated preparation room for women that you can use to do makeup or such.
Fairuz A — Google review
Located in the the city center nearby alun-alun, the mosque is indeed very strategic, big, and clean. It is cool inside the mosque, but cirebon itself is so hot (around 35 C at time of my visit). Overall, I like the mosque and its surrounding. It is easy to buy some local foods (for food traveller),,, ehehhe
Maulidys — Google review
A TRUE great Mosque. Not only for the greatness of the building. But also for its facilities and services. Free hot ginger drinks after every Maghrib prayer. Library and reading corner almost always open. Free parking. The minaret as city port watch tower. Food courts.
Tommy W — Google review
A place to crash from Cirebon's hot sun. Centrally located in Cirebon, the access is very easy to this mosque. The mosque is big and cool inside. I has also the highest tower in Cirebon, so if you want to see Cirebon from the top, it is one of the option.
IsH H — Google review
Mosque At-Taqwa with the lot of facilities like Large of Praying Area, multi purpose building, Canteen, Kids Area and Field that call Alun - alun. Usually this Mosque very busy especially in praying time. This Mosques maybe open 24 hours but i don't the actually. But overall this mosque is the most Complete Mosque in Cirebon City. If you interest with this place you can visit here as soon as possible
Agung P — Google review
Beautiful and friendly Mosque. You can take drinking water here. You can also donate your money with your digital wallet. Simplified the way of donating.
Dian A — Google review
Good mosque in that area, before you enter the mosque you should wash your hand with soap and check temperature body, also during praying you should wear medical mask to minimize covid-19

Sunyaragi Cave Park

Mentioned on
7 lists
Historical landmark
Sights & Landmarks
Sunyaragi Cave Park in Cirebon, Indonesia is a captivating historic site that was once a meditation spot for the sultans. This unique cave stands out with its remarkable architecture and tranquil ambiance, attracting visitors seeking natural beauty and man-made marvels. Just 3 kilometers from the city center, Sunyaragi Cave offers a blend of stunning stone formations and water features that create an atmosphere perfect for rest and reflection.
We stumbled upon this place on a tranquil weekday morning—just a few fellow adventurers, both locals and foreigners, sharing the space. As noon approached, the excitement in the air began to build as more people arrived, eager to explore. We discovered that these enchanting, handcrafted caves were once sacred sites for meditation, steeped in history and mystery! It was thrilling to imagine the countless souls who sought solace within these walls ages ago!
Anita L — Google review
It's a really good place to see this ancient building that was designed like a cave? Or maybe it's a cave and constructed like a building or a place to stay? Not really sure, they should've provided some stories about the place.
Putri S — Google review
People online said this is one of the must visit attractions / site in Cirebon, but i beg to differ. Upon entry the place felt dirty, unattended, and mismanaged. For background the place was built as a meditation place for the Cirebon Sultanate. The weird architecture using reef bonded together is definitely something unique, but the novelty of the plus point ends here. Everything feels dirty and the place fell apart everywhere. I must then resort to reading things online for context. No signage guiding tourists, no storytelling, stone path leading to dirt, pond becomes a local fishing pond. Even the commercial section on the exit for SME looked sad and vandalised. The government is stupid for discarding a place with such historical value. We left after exploring the place for 20 minutes. The parking lot was empty when we left.
Hans J — Google review
Historical site with meaningful philosophy. Amazing. Recommended to visit when you in Cirebon.
Kevin A — Google review
it wasn't a big site, but it has stories worth visiting for.. we decided to have a guide so we can get the full experience.. the place was considered clean (for me) and the staff was very friendly.. although the site really needs improvements
Hamzah S — Google review
Goa Sunyaragi Cirebon or Sunyaragi Cave is one of the historical sites that located on Cirebon, not far from the city center. The enterance ticket is only IDR 15k/adult person. I order ride from gojek ride to get there and the tariff is bellow 15k from my hotel (hotel Asri Cirebon) and it took only about 15 minutes to arrived. The sites is very large and it took me about 1 and half hour to finished sightseeing and photographed a whole place. I also took some rest sometimes if I feel tired of walking (I just sat on the stairs anywhere the sites). The sites was built on the 18th century based on the information I found online. Surprisingly it still looks in a good condition even though it was built a long time ago! If you have an acrophobia/fear of height, or you have imbalance issues, I suggest you to ask for guidance or guide to accompany you. Because if you want to explore a whole place, you need to walk across the narrow footpath (only one person can walk there) and next to it, on your right and left it has around 1/2 meter/50 cm a cubic shape hole. I think it used to be filled with water (like a small pond) or filled during the rainy season, but since it's just holes when I visit there you might find it a little bit scary to cross some passages. The surrounding area also full of irregular and rough and almost all of it has a sharp texture, so you can't use it as a grip. The weather when I visited there is scroching hot! I suggest you to bring some water to prevent dehydration. Don't forget your sunblock either! If you have a low heat resistance, you better bring a parasol/umbrella and wear an easy to dry kind of clothes. You can enter the cave, but not all the path is all conected, most paths are just short and dead-end. The sites has a U shaped path, so from the enterance to the exit gate, you just take a U shaped detour. The enterance and exit gate are side to side. By the enterance/exit gate you can find some street vendors selling some beverages and traditional chips/snacks. There is a big mosque/place for praying. Not far from there, there is a building from ministry of tourism and creative economy. Even though the building is already closed, in front of it has a notice/bulletin board. You can find several information regarding Cirebon culture, such as a traditional food, traditional dance and guide for the tourism place and they also give a translation for the international tourist. Near the building, It has a an open wide concrete field and nearby, there is Indonesia traditional gazebo/bale-bale. I saw a child who is practicing the Cirebonese mask dance. It's so beautiful! But,since I don't want to interupt the practice, so I just watch it from a far and didn't want to take any picture/video without their concern. Because dance duration is quite long, I also didn't have any chance to ask the dancing teacher, who apparently has a souvenir store or selling some wooden masks as a souvenirs. In general, I found the Sunyaragi Cave sites is worth to visit if go to Cirebon and you like historical place or object!
Soraya B — Google review
This place is only for sight seeing. Not so much history. Even no old photo or picture to show how the grandeur of this place before.

Sunyaragi Cave Park, also known as Goa Sunyaragi, is a fascinating historical site located near the city centre of Cirebon. This cultural landmark offers visitors a glimpse into the region's rich history while showcasing its unique architectural charm. The entrance ticket is affordable at just IDR 15,000 per adult, making it an accessible destination for all. While you can explore the caves, it’s worth noting that not all pathways are connected—many lead to short, dead-end routes. This layout adds intrigue and encourages exploration. What sets Sunyaragi Cave apart is its striking appearance, as most of the structure is covered in coral reefs. This gives the site an otherworldly vibe, making it a must-see for anyone interested in history or unique architecture. The preservation efforts seem commendable, ensuring its authenticity remains intact. Hiring a guide is highly recommended for a more enriching experience. They can provide valuable insights into the history and significance of the site, enhancing your visit and helping you appreciate the cultural context. Sunyaragi Cave Park is a unique and affordable historical site offering cultural education and visual wonder. Its coral-covered architecture and preserved layout make it a standout destination in Cirebon. Whether you’re a history enthusiast or simply looking for a unique outing, this site is worth a visit. Don’t forget to hire a guide to make the most of your trip!

Kawah Telagabodas is a stunning natural attraction where visitors can relax in the hot sulfur water and admire the beautiful surroundings. The journey to this spot offers breathtaking views of nature's beauty. Despite its cold temperature and rough roads, the view makes it all worthwhile. This location is also historically significant, having been used as a camping site after the eruption of Galunggung in 1984. Candi Cangkuang

Hindu temple
Sights & Landmarks
The Cangkuang Temple, an 8th-century Hindu-Buddhist temple, is a historic and unique place located in the peaceful subdistrict of Leles Garut. This compact temple is situated on a lake known as Situ Cangkuang and can be reached by raft. Despite its small size, the temple's location creates a distinctive atmosphere that sets it apart from other temples. Visitors are also recommended to visit Kawah Kamojang, a stunning natural geothermal site nearby.
My wife and I recently visited Candi Cangkuang, and it was a truly memorable experience. This historical temple, surrounded by lush greenery and a serene lake, offers a peaceful escape from the busy city life. The boat ride to the temple adds to the charm, making the visit even more special. The site is well-preserved, and the combination of history and natural beauty makes it a perfect place for families, couples, and history enthusiasts. If you’re looking for a calm and cultural experience, Candi Cangkuang is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended! ✨🏛️🌿

One of the tourist attractions in Garut. Quite far from the main road but paid off with a beautiful view. Cheap entrance tickets. To get to Cangkuang temple, you have to take a long raft. Exciting. It is quite organized & well maintained by the owner. Facilities are adequate. #2020

Located in the subdistrict of Leles garut, about 5 km from Bandung-Garut protocol stad.Tempat quite unique, the temple is located in the middle of the lake / situ cangkuang. To reach the temple we can pass it by raft first. Although the temple size is very small, but make the atmosphere feels different from standing upright this temple. Very Unique.

It was a good place to escape from your hectic days. The temple situated in a small island surrounded by a lake. The Island inhabited by five households. The tiny village have a good amounts of land for farming and the entire area near the temple served as a graveyard. There's no historic record about who build up the temple. As a local heritage site the area was well preserved. You pay to pay IDR. 5000 for admission fee, IDR 5000 for raft to cross the lake (frankly speaking, you'll have to pay more) and IDR. 2000 each time you use their toilet.

It's quite unique from my point of view. Though i born and grown up in West Java, it's my 1st time visiting Cangkuan Temple. This 8th centuries Hindu site is one of very view historical site remain from that period. Sadly, the government didn't put enough restrictions in how visitors should enjoy this particular tourism spot. Children climb up to the site is my biggest concern, while the parents don't even bother to get them down even some encourage them to climb up for the sake of photograph. Pity. Another concern that i really can't get it, it is allowed to do picnic within the site (around the temple). Though reminder to keep the site clean and many trash bins provided, my personal opinion it shouldn't be. Indeed education and discipline among my beloved brothers and sisters are not equally valued, yet, government should act as the order-keeper to ensure the behaviors perform properly at such national treasure site, to keep it sustain as long as possible. I visited the site after Eid al Fitr holiday ends however school holiday starts 😅 so it was quite crowded. We need to cross over the lake of cangkuang (situ cangkuang) to reach the site but if you're an adventure seeker, there is path you can walk through to reach the site. Bring a mask, during dry season/summer, the way to reach the site is quite dusty. Crossing the lake isn't bad option specially if you come with your loved ones, can take some good shots. I reach the site from Bandung by public transport from Cicaheum Bus terminal and walked to Candi Cangkuang to enjoy the view (though many motorbike service-indonesian called it Ojek, or chariot pulled by horse-Indonesian called it Delman offered through the way) Entry fee is affordable, less than 1USD. Though when i came it was raised abit due to holiday season, still less than 1USD. The same for bamboo boat fee. The site itself was surrounded by locals cemetery and also paddy fields (not the pretty one but still refreshing to eyes when you see green field around). Toilets available outside and within the site but i didn't utilize it so can't advise it's hygiene standard. Same as many local tourism spots in Indonesia, the infrastructure to reach the site and parking facilities just super so so. I don't know even if it was up to national standards.

candi means temple. this single temple could be reached by rakit (boat made from bamboo). another exitement is the kampung (village) equpied by local people that still live traditionally. the scenery is good.

Amusement park
Water & Amusement Parks
Trans Studio Bandung is an indoor theme park located within the Trans Studio Bandung Mall, making it a popular entertainment destination for families visiting the city. Divided into three zones - Magic Corner, Lost City, and Studio Central - the park offers a wide range of thrilling rides and attractions suitable for both children and adults. With over 20 different games to enjoy, including electric and water-based activities, kids can immerse themselves in a world of fun.
Our thought was that spending 2 to 3 hrs there (on a weekend) should be enough for us but its not! Need to spend the whole day 🤣. Might need to reconsider buying the VIP Ticket, as the normal queue took longer up to an hour to take the ride. After a fun play at Trans Studio, can walk to Trans Studio Mall for late lunch or dinner perhaps.
Osman A — Google review
I believe the services of this hotel getting worse. The operator said each room can request max 4 mineral waters more for ach day. The breakfast also nothings special especially for taste of food. Even ibis grand central breakfast i can claim more fantastic and good compared to trans studio luxury hotel. Also request for late check out 13.00 declined. The good things: quick checkin process, best swimming pool with white sand.
Bmwgue G — Google review
Went here for an office event. First we had team-building activities in one of their halls, then we got a fast pass for free rides. Place was clean and air conditioning was cool. Disclaimer: the place was rented by the office, therefore it might not be in full capacity. I tried some of their rides and they were decent, but nothing special. The roller coaster was closed due to bad weather. Their Dunia Lain (haunted house ride) was not scary at all, therefore it was just a cart moving slowly through some installations that was supposed to be creepy. I think they should provide a backstory or special effects to the ride. If they could not make it scary, they could also try another approach: make it speedy. Additionally, for a place this big, the bathroom was also quite small.
Janice L — Google review
Had fun with the rides, but Giant Swing and Jelajah were under maintainance so didn't get to try them
Andrea A — Google review
It’s fun! That’s the first expression that can cover all of our experiences here. Almost all rides inside this indoor theme park we tried. The service from the staff also beyond our expectation. So my wife lost her phone in the toilet then we reported it to the staff, they were really fast response to it. Thanks God there was a good person gave the phone to them when s/he found it. Maybe something missing from this place is some stands are closed and like abandoned, such as the reporting news, marvel and the coaster, the rest were amazing! Bravo Trans Studio💪
Hadi S — Google review
Games quite great, will be good to add another new games. Spent 3-4 hrs. I bought the ticket for IDR 200k from traveloka. Quite a pity i cannot try the roller coaster due to weather circumstance.

So actually i will review the mall, not the Trans Studio Theme Park. This mall, probably one of the best mall in Bandung. Unfortunately the location is not too good, in the Gatot Subroto road, which is quite narrow and have a lot of traffic jam. The mall itself is good, the architecture, atmosphere and ambiance is like a very good mall in Jakarta. The tenant is good, the food court and restaurant have a lot of option.
Langga C — Google review
An excellent place for families especially for the young ones. Many rides, shows and beautiful parade as the closing. Many food outlets spread all over and all needed amenities are within reach. Staff are young, energetic and helpful. We have been to many Disneylands and some other parks in the USA, Europe and Asia and this parks is as good as the others. Furthermore, the ticket is very much cheaper.

Notable street
Neighborhoods
Jl. Braga is a charming and picturesque street that showcases the Dutch colonial architecture of Indonesia's past. Lined with coffee shops, boutiques, and galleries, this stunning location is a must-see attraction for those interested in history and culture. With its stone path and colonial-style buildings, visitors can easily get lost in the beauty of this place - almost forgetting where they are. Don't forget to bring your camera along to capture the moment as you relax and enjoy all that Jl.
Really love this place. Especially on Friday Night to Sunday, where it's a car free day here. So nice to stroll around the area. Many nice cafes and restaurants.

European style street at Bandung, pedestrian friendly for this city standard. Hopefully the government can uplift this area to attract more visitors.

Awesome to visit, but... Please please please pedestrianise this street. Let the cafes put tables out on the road. Make this ten times nicer and attract more visitors..

super crowded street in Bandung for sure ~ a must visit place for tourists whether local or international. been here on Saturday night, pedestrian isn’t comfortable enough to walk coz lots of seller selling their stuffs (flowers, tattoo, street foods etc) on the pedestrian area. Lots of cafes and art spaces around the street. Make sure to put this on your destination to-go in Bandung 😃 Pay more attention to your personal belongings ⚡️

This street is fun at night, this street has many nightclubs, and nightlife places, I also saw a place that sells some alcohol like vodka maybe, here is also a building that has existed since 1930 and its use has not changed until now, there is also a restaurant that has been around for a long time, there are many historical buildings here, there are also many paintings on the side of the road if you look at almost every painting looks the same but the shop is different. Idk.

The Grand Mosque of Bandung, also known as Masjid Agung Bandung or Masjid Raya Bandung, is a significant Islamic landmark in the heart of Bandung, Indonesia. Built in the 19th century, this majestic mosque boasts an impressive dome and twin 81-meter minarets. It stands as a testament to the city's rich Islamic heritage and cultural significance. The mosque's iconic design and surrounding gardens provide ample opportunities for capturing stunning photographs.
The mosque located close to Alun-Alun Bandung, makes it easier to find a place for pray. The mosque is very big and has a beautiful architecture.

A pretty mosque with a public square just beside it. It's filled with people and street vendors. Great opportunity to immerse myself in the lively atmosphere of the area, where local families hang out and play. The public facilities around the area are clean and well maintained too. Worth a visit if you're curious about how the local life is.
Yuhng Y — Google review
The location is very strategic, close to the main square, Asia Afrika street, and Braga street. You can park your car in the basement of the square, it's quite spacious, very close to the mosque. Quite a lot of people pray there, visitors to the square can easily reach it. There are several large rooms used for prayer, some of which are carpeted. Likewise the main room at the front with its pulpit. There are many ablution places and toilets. Maintenance, cleanliness and lighting can be improved further. Enjoy the photos.

I came here for a Friday prayer. This masjid is very beautiful with large twin minarets. The interior is clean and decorated elegantly as well. The location is near the city center with a park and various destinations within walking distance.

Grand Mosque in the city of Bandung. We called also as Masjid Raya Bandung. Must visit place for performing your daily prayer. Located in the middle of the city, the people must be excited to go in to see what is interior inside. Dekat luar masjid got a few small stalls run by the hawker to make a living. Selling of noodles, bakso, pulut bakar are a few of it. With just having a lapangan, the stall is yours. Inside the mosque, we will a see huge square with half carpeted with the mat. The wudu area a bit watery and slippery due to water not flowing to its outlet. Having a good time here performing my last maghrib before Ramadan 2024 coming on tomorrow.

One of the most favorite place in Bandung both for local and tourists. Often used as a playground for kids and family on the weekend. They have a big yard with artificial grass like in the photo. People go here to spend time with family, holiday, playing, eat some street food although it is not allowed here. They also love to take some pictures here.

You can pray, or rest a couple of time, or play.. the mosque it's quite big, clean, and comfortable, they have mukena there.. you can play with family infront of mosque, its really comfortable to child for play in there.. just like spend the holiday in a cheap way, cause we dont pay anything there.. we can replace it with infaq or sodaqah in the provided place.

Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda

Nature & Parks
Forestry service
Wooded 590-hectare conservation area & botanical garden with walking trails, caves & waterfalls.
Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda (or Tahura, as most locals call it) is one of those places that holds a soft spot in my heart. I used to go here pretty often, and every time I return, it still feels just as peaceful and grounding. The trails are perfect for casual trekking; not too intense, but still enough to get your body moving and your mind cleared. That said, don’t repeat my usual mistake: wear proper mountain shoes or trekking sandals. Some paths can get really slippery, especially in damp or mossy areas. Regular sneakers or flats just won’t cut it. What I love most about Tahura is the combination of fresh forest air, tall pine trees, and the subtle soundtrack of nature all around. Along the way, you’ll come across historical sites like the Japanese and Dutch caves, and if you walk far enough, some small waterfalls. It’s really up to you whether you want to just stroll or go full-on explore mode. There are also quite a few monkeys around, but don’t worry, they’re much more chill than the ones you might meet in Bali. They’ll mostly keep to themselves unless you’re carrying food in plain sight. One downside: there are very few trash cans scattered around. It’s such a beautiful space, so it’s a bit of a shame. I’d recommend bringing your own bag to collect any trash, just to help keep the area clean.
Winda P — Google review
It’s a great place to take a short break from busy days and enjoy some fresh air. Perfect for a family visit, especially with kids, as they can experience a bit of jungle trekking. The facilities have improved a lot. Now there’s a walking trail, a deer conservation area, and of course, the legendary Goa Belanda to explore.
Lusha A — Google review
The park gives you a good forest vibe with lots of high trees and green views. You will not miss the monkees on your way. Unfortunately we had lack of time to reach the Omas waterfall and Tebing Kraton which would take another 4km walk...😅

i thought they open at 8, but i came here at 6.30-7AM and i can get tickets already! spent the morning walking and taking in the scenery. i recommend getting here as early as possible to avoid crowds and before it gets too hot out to walk. we came on a weekday, so a few shops on the walk are closed, but thats okay. on our walk we met a lot of cats that accompanies us, like a tour guide. we didnt walk so far, just enough to see the two caves and the bit with the playground. if you have a lot of stamina, you should walk up to see the waterfalls. its a tad too far for us, but i want to go there if i have the chance to return. please wear comfortable clothes and running shoes since you'll be walking a lot and some paths can be quite wet and muddy depending on the weather. make sure you bring enough water and stick to the path!

A recommended place to chill and enjoy nature at Bandung. If you have an adventurous soul, and new to hiking, this place can be the best option to hike. They offer a lot of hiking point to explore, such as historical cave, deer ranch, and the farthest is Curug Omas while you can sit and enjoy seeing waterfall. You can also find groups of monkeys along the way.
Devina W — Google review
It's good here, the air is clean, environment also clean. Many monkey around. I visit on weekday, only one or two stall were open. The road were okay. I went to penangkaran rusa.

A fantastical forest park, about 8km north from the city center. People usually enter the park from gate 1. The park is very long, the furthest distance from the gate is over 6km. Follwing the path, walking in the forest, it's so great! The attractions include Japanese cave, which is very big, it may hide several thousands of soldiers. The other is Dutchman cave, this one is smaller and acrosses a hill. There are also some waterfalls, but the water is not clean. Anyway, the forest makes people peaceful and happy. BTY, there are some little shops on the way in the park, providing drinks and food. Their food is delicious, and price is reasonable. How to get there? If u r a foreigner tourist staying at Bandung city center without any viehcle, u can take Angkot to Dago firstly. The Angkot stops at the west side of Bandung train station, under a skybridge. The Angkot's front window displays the destination. The price to Dago is Rp6000. Then transfer to a motorbike taxi to the forest park, costing about Rp20k.

1. We arrived quite late at night, but the check-in queue was still long, which took up quite a bit of time. Especially since we were already quite tired after a long journey. 2. After check-in, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant. The restaurant was quite crowded at the time because of a group. What we found lacking was the absence of a separator between the smoking and non-smoking areas, so the smoke was quite disruptive to our meal, especially since we had a toddler with us. As for the food, we admit it was quite delicious, although the serving time was rather long. 3. Our room was in a bungalow, located almost at the very back. However, from 7 PM to 1 AM, there was a stage with loud singing, and it resumed again at 5 AM. It seriously disrupted our rest time.

We stayed at the campsite in a rented tent. That was awesome. Beautiful place, clean, green, spectacular nature surrounds you . The pools are nice, the hottest water I have ever sat in. Rivertubing was nice, not too risky for me, but ok. When we were there, the big slide was not working, minus. Unfortunately due to the big area, a lot of walking or waiting for the shuttle is necessary. I would change the system with activating the entry card. If you want to enter a certain pool, you need to go/ shuttle to the main reception desk to activate your card. That takes everytime at least 30min. Thats weird. Book it on the card as you enter an area, and as you check out, you pay what you used, done. Breakfast was also great. All in all you can have a good time.

We do not pay cheaply for a 3 star hotel with dirty sheet, super ugly looking towel, barely working AC, and an old and cracking bath tub. The bathroom curtains are FULL OF MOLD. Floor is still dirty. Tangkuban Perahu is an active volcanic peak in Bandung, offering guided tours and food/souvenir vendors. The region also features natural wonders like the strikingly blue volcanic lake of Kawah Putih and the lush landscapes of Puncak Pass, perfect for trekking and picnics. Additionally, the coastal town of Pelabuhan Ratu is known for its mystical beauty and attracts surfers and beach lovers.
Visiting Tangkuban Perahu was an unforgettable experience! The scenery is breathtaking — the crater views are absolutely stunning, and the cool mountain air makes the trip even more refreshing. It’s a perfect spot for nature lovers, photography, and just taking in the beauty of Bandung’s volcanic landscape. The area is well-maintained, and there are plenty of local stalls selling snacks, souvenirs, and warm drinks to enjoy while exploring. Walking around the crater rim gives you incredible views from different angles, and it’s fascinating to learn about the history and legends behind the volcano. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable trip — highly recommend for anyone visiting Bandung. Just don’t forget to bring a jacket, as it can get quite chilly up there!

(Australian tourist review) Highly recommend going, was really worth it. I really enjoyed my time here. Transport and logistics things that might help other travellers: - Can totally grab to and from the place, when leaving, you might have to wait 10-15 minutes for a grab driver to accept your request, but I was able to leave a-okay - entry ticket cost was 200,000 (I went on weekday) just to get to the crater at the top - you can totally do the walk up to the crater at the top, takes around 30-40 minutes, I found it quite a nice walk, just follow the road. No need to get a car or a motorbike up - once you’re at the top, enjoy the sights. If you’re keen, go to the very far right, and they provide a tour to the back of the crater. This side has unimpeded views, and I honestly thought it was very worth it. It was 50,000 per person, I bumped into some French travellers who also wanted to do it, we all paid 50,000 each. (Will attach photos of the differences) - the hawkers/peddlers are also happy to help you take photos if you ask nicely, recommend confirming with them that there is no charge before you ask however - I really enjoyed the Domas Crater too, I thought it was really nice. I however had to pay 150,000 for a guide to bring me down to Domas crater. I originally thought this was a scam (halfway up as you’re climbing, you’ll be asked if you want to go. You can also go from the top as well). I till now, don’t know if this was a scam or not. When I asked at the tourist information desk at the top crater, she insisted I had to take a guide. However, the path is relatively easy to find, and I trust that one could easily make their way down their themselves - bring some tissues/towel to wipe your feet off after soaking your feet at the Domas crater foot springs - I didn’t buy a mask on the way in, I didn’t feel a need for it. A lot of the hawkers and peddlers at the top of the crater weren’t wearing one either. - at the top crater, there are stores to buy food and water if you forget to buy/bring

Tangkuban Perahu is a must-visit spot in West Java. It’s packed with natural beauty and local legends that make it a unique and iconic destination in Lembang. The entrance fee is different on weekdays and weekends — we paid IDR 40k per person. There’s a big parking area below, and then you’re taken up around 5 km to the crater area. Restaurants, toilets, and prayer facilities are all available too.

⸻ Be cautious of overly friendly tour guides — you may be persuaded into purchasing souvenirs worth Rp20,000 for as much as Rp300,000. Stay alert and always verify prices beforehand.

Nestled in West Java, Stone Garden Citatah is a picturesque tourist spot offering breathtaking views of lush mountains from its rocky hilltop. This popular attraction features a stunning garden of limestone rocks and peaks, just an hour's drive from Bandung city. Once a sea during the glacial era, the area now showcases coral reefs and cliffs. While access can be challenging due to traffic and steep roads, the beauty and fresh air make it worth the visit.
One of the more beautiful geological sites I’ve seen anywhere in the world. That’s saying a lot given that I grew up in the American Southwest. Being in the middle of a tropical island and getting to see fascinating ancient rock formations piercing out from the mountainside was something to behold. It’s a romantic place for a date, also a great place to bring the family. The weather is delightful, the views are stunning, and the hobbit like rock formations are a blast to explore!

It was really a great place. And knowing that the rocks that were formed 30 million years ago, as a base of a lake, then rose to the surface due to explosions really amaze me. In the other hand, care taker can improve the facilities and infrastructure in this place. I had difficulty finding a decent toilet and prayer room. also it was quite bumpy road to locations

I came here when the sun was blazing. Some people suggested that it’s better to visit this place during sunset, but as far as I know, it closes at 6 PM, so you have to hurry on your way down. Unfortunately, some irresponsible visitors left behind tissues and plastic waste. Still, the landscape here is beautiful. Just a heads-up: be careful if you're bringing food, as there are groups of monkeys around

This tourist attraction is quite interesting with beautiful views of natural rocks and forests from above. The local people still passionately in maintaining this tourist attraction and are very friendly. Even though there is still a lot of trash scattered around, overall this place is highly recommended for me to visit.

Garden Stone Citatah is a must-visit if you love nature without the hassle! The access is super easy—just a short walk from the main road or a quick ojek pangkalan ride. I came all the way from Sukabumi by train (dropped at Cipatat Station) and took the Rajamandala-Padalarang angkot (only Rp 10K–12K/person) straight here. Super budget-friendly! The place is clean, affordable, and perfectly located near Indiana Camp for adrenaline junkies who want extra thrills. The views are unreal—come early for sunrise or stay late for golden-hour sunset; both are Instagram-worthy! You can even camp overnight to soak in the vibes longer. Small note: Tickets are cash-only, so bring some bills. But that’s a tiny trade-off for such a serene spot. Perfect for:
✅ Solo travelers
✅ Couples
✅ Adventure squads Don’t overthink it—just go! 🌄✨

You know this is the hidden gem of bandung barat. It was a beautiful wide view with natural huge stones around you. A little climb is needed but I promise you it’s worth it. relatively cheap, you need to pay only 10k per person and 10k for car parking. The place is quite easy to access but there is no mark yet at the big road so you need to see your maps carefully when it’s getting closer to the location. If you need help to find the best spot or want to know more about the history, there are some friendly guides to help you :)

very nice scenery, good photo spots but lack of maintenance. place very closed to stone factory which harvest stone from the surrounding hills creating dusty air.

Located in Padalarang, West Bandung. From the history, it was a sea in glacial era. That's why you'll see many coral reef and cliffs Was there during weekend. Entrance fee is 25K IDR for two persons include motorcycle. Honestly it was beautiful place and have beautiful scenery and fresh air. But the trafic was crowded and the road to access is a bit sheer. But worth to visit. You also can make a tent and camp with your friends. The villagers are so friendly, if you wanna know the history about the place you can take tour guide who also know the best angle to take many good pictures.

However, visitors can still enjoy views of one of Southeast Asia's largest fountains from outside the restricted area.

Unfortunately it was closed. According to locals, This place has been shut down forever. There's just a little path on the side that people jog on Sunday mornings. It's a shame it's not open anymore, it used to be really cool. Hopefully, they'll do something with the rest of the space someday. Maybe they could make it into a park or something.

Rest Stop KM 57A Tol Jakarta - Cikampek

$$$$affordable
Toll road rest stop
Neighborhoods
Roadside stop with restaurants, cafes & convenience stores, plus a gas station & a mosque.
Rest Area KM 57A is a benchmark for other rest areas in Indonesia because its condition is always well-maintained. Starting with spacious and clean restrooms, ample and scattered seating areas, and a wide variety of food options to try. This rest area is always my choice when I need to take a break on my way to Bandung, the Flower City.
Rii — Google review
A large rest area equipped with many culinary and restaurant facilities as well as a mosque for praying.
Raihan R — Google review
Very nice, there are many of tenants that you can choose. The toilets are big enough to not making us in line. Very big and spacious rest area, one of my fav rest area. love it!
Syifa F — Google review
For most people in Indonesia, rest area has been the most "visitor trap" for selling overprice meals yet low quality without being told the price list from the beginning. Today, I arrived at rest area 57 at 4 AM, was so hungry. My first choice was McD, but unfortunately it was close due to their computer problem, so I decided to go for Soto Ayam Ambengan Pak Sadi. At first, I never had a doubt about this resto, because I used to be one of the biggest fan of Pak Sadi. But, today an extraordinary event happened to me at this Pak Sadi's outlet: 1. The waiters did not give me the price list, so they just took an order and made the meals for me and my family. 2. The taste of the soto was pretty poor, so tasteless so I had to ask them for more MSG. Seriously, my tongue knows very well about Soto Ambengan Pak Sadi. 3. By the term mix or Soto Campur, it means you will have chicken meat, liver, skin, etc and of course with additional rice (they charge this). 4. The shredded chicken meats were awfully small compared to any other Pak Sadi's outlet. 5. For Soto Campur, Rice, and tea, it cost me each 80.000 Rupiah, and so frickin EXPENSIVE!!! And I paid almost 250.000 for such a tasteless SOTO!!! Seriously, I never review any resto in my entire life as a google reviewer with one star, but this Pak Sadi outlet at Rest Area 57 is really a visitor trap. I wish the rest area management will overcome this and make sure the quality of the meals are standard not just high price!

Rest Area KM 57 on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road is a great place to stop and rest, especially for those on a long journey. It's known for its extensive facilities and a wide variety of food options. Facilities This rest area is classified as a "Type A" rest stop, which means it has a comprehensive range of amenities. You'll find a large, well-maintained gas station (SPBU), clean toilets, and a spacious parking lot that can accommodate around 1,200 vehicles. For those needing to stretch their legs or take a nap, there are also dedicated rest pods or rooms available, some with air conditioning, for a small fee. A large mosque is also on-site, providing a convenient place for prayer. 🕌 Food and Drink One of the biggest draws of Rest Area KM 57 is its diverse selection of food. You can find everything from well-known fast-food chains and coffee shops like Starbucks and Subway to local Indonesian eateries and traditional food stalls. This variety ensures that there's something to suit every taste and budget. It's a fantastic spot to grab a full meal or just a quick snack before getting back on the road. Overall Impression Overall, Rest Area KM 57 is an excellent choice for a pit stop. Its combination of practical amenities, like a gas station and clean restrooms, with a wide array of food options and even dedicated rest areas, makes it a reliable and comfortable stop for travelers. It can get very crowded, especially during peak travel seasons like holidays, so be prepared for a lot of people.

Taman Bunga Nusantara

Nature & Parks
Park
Sprawling gardens with many flowers, a large hedge maze, topiary, a lake & more.
This flower garden is very beautiful and well-maintained. Its collection of flowers is diverse and enchanting. The area is vast; to explore the garden, visitors can use the golf carts provided. For flower lovers, be sure to visit this place—you’ll truly be pampered by its beauty.
Marigold T — Google review
Taman Bunga Nusantara offers a vast and well-maintained garden, making it an ideal place for family picnics. The park provides various facilities, including a sightseeing bus that takes visitors around, making it easier to explore the area without getting too tired. The flowers are meticulously arranged based on their region of origin, creating a visually pleasing experience. However, the variety of flowers is somewhat limited, which might not fully meet the expectations of those looking for a more diverse floral display. Initially, I imagined a breathtakingly vast flower field, but the landscape design here feels a bit monotonous. Another thing to consider is its location, which is quite far from the city center. While this adds to the tranquility, it also means extra travel time. In terms of pricing, the entrance fee varies for local and international tourists, with an additional charge for the sightseeing bus. However, considering the facilities and the overall experience, the pricing is quite fair. Overall, it’s a beautiful and serene place to visit, though it may not be as breathtaking as I initially expected. 8.5/10 Would recommend for a relaxing family trip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hadid M — Google review
I recently visited this garden and was absolutely blown away. It’s big, spacious, and beautifully maintained—a true oasis of peace and greenery. The paths are wide and easy to walk, the lawns are immaculately clean, and every corner offers something lovely to look at, from blooming flowers to tall, graceful trees. What really impressed me was how well-kept everything is. You can tell a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining the space. It’s perfect for a relaxing walk, a picnic, or just to sit and enjoy the fresh air. Whether you’re a plant lover, a photographer, or just someone who appreciates a calm, tidy outdoor space, this garden is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

seriously tho, this place is so pretty, quiet, and lots to explore. but I had to admit there’s many rooms for improvement because many attractions are not well maintained, it kinda looks abandoned and dirty somehow. overall if you just wanna enjoy the view, trees, many varieties of flowers and fresh air, this place is ‘yes’ place to go

If you’re looking to enjoy a picnic surrounded by beautiful flowers, this place is a great option for a family outing. In addition to the scenic views, you can also explore a variety of games and attractions in the “Alam Imajinasi” area. However, it's worth noting that many of the games are currently not in the best condition. Hopefully, they’ll be repaired and improved soon.

Nestled at the foot of Mount Gede, Cibodas Botanical Garden is a stunning expanse that dates back to 1852, established by Dutch colonialists. This enchanting garden boasts an impressive collection of nearly 11,000 plant species, including vibrant orchids and majestic Cinchona trees. It serves as a haven for both nature lovers and those seeking tranquility amidst lush greenery. Visitors can enjoy leisurely strolls through its spacious grounds while soaking in the fresh mountain air and picturesque scenery.
very happy to be able to have a weekend vacation in this place, many tourists also come to this place and can play and talk with them. not only that the scenery is very beautiful and very cool, you can come here in the morning because the wind is still very clean. The place is very spacious and there are many large trees around. The entrance fee is very appropriate for what we see and go around there. the point is this place is suitable for a vacation with your family or friends.

Superb public garden that should be known more. It's larger and more spacious than Kebun Raya Bogor. Easy reached by public transport. Be wary though, the place strictly opened at 08 AM so no use visit too early. I suggest take the paid shuttle car first inside before you explore the park by foot. If you do so than you can get ideas which specific area you can explore later. The fare is cheap, IDR 30K/ person and even a single customer still get served. It's very nice to have a stroll in cool and fresh mountain air, sometimes it is still foggy even in mid day.

We spent the night camping near by and my wife said we should visit as its only 30 mins away. WOW what a place to visit, so big, so much to see, you need a full day here really, we had a few hours before heading back to Jakarta. The grounds are very well kept, the air so fresh, so many old trees which are amazing, and to my surprise I found by accident where we parked was a Nepenthes house, as this is a variety of plants I grow I was very impressed at the selection, only dissapointing part was the house was closed even though it should have been open, next time hopefully it will be. The whole place is well worth a visit

Coming from Bandung for work but end up want to go back for my own! 🥹 It was Wednesday, 9amish, and everything was just purrrfect ✨️ the weather, the light, the sunshine, the people (as a strong I nothing is better than only a few people there). Ready to have my own day there soon!!!

I visited on weekdays so there's not a lot of person. Just a few middle eastern tourist, young couple, families, and student celebrating their graduation. The thing about this place is there are double ticketing to enter the area. I think the first gate is for the Cianjur Governnent and the other one is for BRIN. It'a kind of weird. The botanical garden area is the most beautiful place I've ever seen. The clear water, endless row of trees, fresh mountain air, and soft green grass. I can't get enough of it. The only downside of this place is the public facility like toilet is not that clean or smell good.

...this tourist area has an area of 35 Ha and is the largest thematic recreation park in Indonesia which has more than 36 rides and attractions. This area is divided into 5 (five) zones, namely Carnivalia, Tropicalia, Mysteria, Eksplora, and Downtown. JungleLand Adventure Theme Park has an area that can accommodate 30,000 people. JungleLand rides have advantages that other tourist attractions do not have, namely having the most rides and the first new rides in Indonesia: Air Race, Hydrolift, Boat Blaster and Disc'O.

From thrilling rides to entertaining shows, the park provides a vibrant and enjoyable experience. The theme including Carousel, 45m-Ferris Wheel, happy swing, haunted house. There were extra-paid facilities such as electric golf cars ($2.6/IDR40,000) and electric car. I visited this park at public holiday in December 26 and not too crowded. The well-maintained grounds and friendly staff contribute to a memorable visit for families and adventure seekers alike.

Come with a managed expectation, a pretty low one. Not the best theme park, but just an okay. You're given a card each, to be used for any transaction inside. Some rides were closed. The ones opened, unsure if they're properly disinfected. The handle bars & seatings were smelly. There were few rides that aren't covered by the entrance fee. Not my best moment, ain't my cup of tea.

Nice theme park and worth to visit. Love the zee force rides so much! It was scary but super fun, because you will be turned 360 degree for some time and being hanged up for a while. They have food court and shopping area which also beautifully decorated. They also have lots of benches and tree, so whenever you are tired, you can just take rest anywhere. Their haunted house was pretty scary, but worth to try if you dare. Make sure to check their website before going there, because sometime they give discount for the entrance ticket. Other wise, you can get their annual pass which is pretty much cheap if you will go there often. Recommended!

It's basically a mini version of Dufan, has fewer amounts of rides and at least some few food areas to have some rest and eat. In this place, it uses a card for to buy something or to gain access to one of the rides. You can top up the cards at the food court areas. Sadly though, you can only refund the remaining balance on the card starting from 1 PM. Overall, pretty okay place, though needs to be a bit more amusing.

Kuntum Farmfield offers a recreational farm experience where visitors can interact with various animals such as cows, sheep, rabbits and hamsters, while also enjoying horse rides and plants for sale. It is an ideal place to introduce children to nature and teach them how to care for animals. Despite the relatively high ticket price, Kuntum Farmfield is considered one of the most affordable options for such a large venue. To avoid traffic on weekends, it's recommended to arrive early.
Went here on weekdays before school holiday and the place is calm and quiet. The animals are kept well. Toilets are clean. Good experience and first impression.

Went here for the third time, and I'd be back again for sure. It was empty with no queue in the morning at 8am. Still felt some cool breeze, getting hot around 9am onwards, i recommend wearing a hat and sunglasses. The kid had a fun time feeding animals (got some of the feeds for free, bundled with entry tickets) and riding horses, while the seniors enjoyed harvesting veggies and sweet potatoes.

Very good edu recreational place for kids. To learn animals, raise bravery and empathy. There are goats, sheeps, cows, rabbits, guinea pigs, poultry animals. There’s also riding horse, but you have to avoid rest time (12-1pm). No need to buy ticket in advance, just buy on the spot to get package of animal food. For lunch, there’s sundanese restaurant behind Kopi Nako area which serve delicious food.

This place is perfect for kids to get to know and interact directly with animals, especially farm animals. The animals are also very well taken care of. Visitors can feed animals, have direct contact, and learn about different types of animals, providing valuable experiences and learning opportunities for children. However, i think you should improve the directional signs to make it easier for visitors to find their way around. Thanks for the experience!

It was my first time visiting SMB, and the ambiance was great. However, this place charges a parking fee even if the driver only drops you off at the lobby. I spoke with an online car driver who was worried about asking passengers for extra cash, because picking up or dropping off at the lobby even for less than five minutes still incurs a parking fee. I was a bit taken aback, since in Jakarta drivers who pick up or drop off passengers at the lobby usually aren’t charged for parking.

It’s a perfect place for families to shop and spend quality time. Parking is convenient and easy to access. One of the best malls worth visiting again.

Hello, I'm a regular visitor to this mall. It has come to my attention that innovation and renovation towards a smarter and cleaner future isn't the priority in this mall, which is unfortunate. With the rapid expansion of electrical vehicles, for example, a public space should not forget that humans have legs, not wheels, that they use to walk. Human first. That's the goal of a proper future. Not car first, which is a backwards thinking fueled by greed and environmental negligence. I enjoy the great evolution in the Arcade centers in this place, I love it a lot, which is why I don't give my review a ONE star rating. But the fact that this public place doesn't have a good stop for public transportation users AND bicycles is a terrible downvote from the point of view of Green Building. I also heard unfriendly behavior from security staffs that reprimand visitors (paying visitors, mind you) that use their camera to make a non-commercial vlog. That's terrible one-star behavior. Thank you very much. I will still visit this mall, and I will keep looking for proper bicycle parking in each of my visits.

Poor management. Promote a dining voucher program on IG. But when I come there is only one CS, the system is down, and they even postponing one of the program. Better go to pakuwon mall or Summarecon mall.

Nice mall with a wide variety of shops. Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, when I was at this place, I found out that their musholla was far from okay. It was too small and visitors must wait a while to be able.to use it.

Feel comfortable to visit this mall because it's quite a rare to see the mall get over crowded. Lots of parking space are available. We can do shopping, eating, watching movies, playground for your children and so on. This mall is one of the best to visit and enjoy the ambience. It also has a free shuttle bus to take you to Mall Metropolitan Bekasi which is located besides Grand Metropolitan Bekasi. Unfortunately now because of government toll project, the road in front of this mall is one way only. And there is a change of flow of vehicles at JL. Ahmad Yani - BCP intersection. So expect traffic jam when you go visit and out of this mall.

Even if I go here for a lot of the times, but I never get bored. There’s so many things you can do here. Kids really enjoy their time here, there’s a lot of cute animals that we can see closely. Unfortunately, we can’t take a photo with tiger at Baby Zoo during the pandemics 😭

Too bad there are so many games that haven't been opened yet, for the show, the opening hours clash with other shows, so you have to be smart in managing the time so that all the facilities can be enjoyed. even though I came in the morning, but the time to explore all seemed very limited. don't forget to bring an umbrella, jacket or something else to anticipate the rain.

It is a must ho place and you should keep it on bucket list. Apart from enchanting and ethereal beauty you can experience to see a variety of animals and birds. The best way to enjoy it at the fullest is to reach there by 8:30 and enjoy and avail everything that you can. Acc to my recommendation don’t miss cowboy show and the dolphin show. One thing that I really didn’t like was that food was very expansive 😉Other than that it is worth going place.

A zoo in bogor , very nice place to see the wild animal from near. Anyone can go and feed them from car. All the animals are open so it’s prohibited to walking here. The zoo is in very natural environment so it’s a high demand area in Indonesia. All the zoo authorities are very friendly and helpful. About 120 types of animal and many types of birds available here. Road inside of this safari is very good and each animal have their personal area. Open for all.

This is definitely worth a visit as a zoo and theme park and a great day out for the family or just on your own where you get to come up close to animals and feed them driving in your car around the safari area ( remember to buy carrots outside the zoo to feed the animals. ) and once you are finished with this you can take your kids around other animal attractions and shows and also a variety of rides. Definitely recommended. Just remember pack swimmers and a towel if you want to use the water park section.

This place is amazing. Since I live most of the time in Jakarta area, Taman Safari Indonesia is part of my history. My childhood was there. Nowadays, TSI serves my family especially my nephews. The feeding experience, becoming close to the animals especially the wild, and the giant panda are the most important things to do. Please welcome on the weekdays to maximize your experience.

The park is quite big and there is quite a lot of animals there. Before we reached the taman safari, we got to buy the carrots and bananas to feed some of the animals there. There is zebra, giraffe, monkeys, camels, lions, tigers, hippos and many other kinds of animal. During our trip there, we got a chance to go visiting the panda area. It’s quite big and we need to take to bus to reach there. We buy the tickets to the Taman safari online for weekdays and we entered through the special line for online booking. Maybe that’s why there is no line at all in there. We went there since the morning till the afternoon and unfortunately it’s raining on the day we went there. So, some of the animals is hiding and it’s a shame that there are quite a lot of places we can’t visit as we don’t have enough time.

It's been a long time since I came here. I was really surprised by the change. Especially the new place “Istana Panda Indonesia”, where there’s a Fat Lazy Panda and a charming one, Red Panda. I feel so delightful with the experience! Beside, There’s also have Sea Lions & Cowboy Performance that really something. I personally proud with their attention to detail. It was cold with enchanting view of the mountain. Like a trip overseas. Will definitely come back!
