Unfortunately we couldn't go inside, we had to take a cita/ appointment in advance. You can walk around the area around the castle, it is quite interesting.

Omg!!! This place is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. It might be because I love caves and cave houses...From the village are plenty of signs to the Devil's cave. You can't miss it! At the reception is the owner, such a caracter, such a lovely man ( I think he is well known in Spain ) with his beautiful dog. We were allowed to visit with our two doggies. 💜 Impressed by the low price that includes the visit and a drink at the 5 floor balcony. There is a lot of history, old objects, pictures with the owner's past....so relaxing. I felt full of good energy and vibe after the visit. And the feeling of enjoying a good glass of red wine at the balcony...Absolutely gorgeous!!! Thanks for sharing with us this place!

The location is incredible, you can see the whole town, the bridge, the gorge both ways from here. We arrived at 14 and they wouldn't let us in. At the entrance there is a store with food and souvenirs, toilet.

Lovely spa facilities and treatments beautiful grounds and pine forestry for walking, cofrentes town only a short distance away. A good selection of food and wine in the restaurant and plenty of it entertainment every night, all in all a very enjoyable and relaxing week at a very reasonable price.

I totally enjoyed our visit here. The caves are surprisingly extensive and lovely and cool. The tour ended with tasting their excellent wines and a dish of meats, cheese and mini breads. Capped off with a gift of the rather lovely glass's in which our wines were served, Which leaves each of us with a souvenir of a happy day (they will be getting frequent use:)

Little but intense is this castle in the old town of Almansa, achieving a overview of the city and many kilometers around. Inside you can learn about the history and the way it was constructed. You have to pay (no much) to the visit.

"Rising up from the mountain of Saint Christopher at an altitude of 550 metres, the castle is strategically located on the corridor of the River Vinalopó, giving it control of passage towards the lands and valleys of Castilla La Mancha, the valley of Montesa and the lands of Valencia and Murcia. The fortress now allows us to distinguish the two key periods in its history: Islamic and Feudal. Its construction began with the Almohads in the late 12th century, employing the rammed earth building technique to raise the ramparts and the first two floors of the keep. This involved compressing a damp mixture of sand, gravel and lime into an externally supported frame or mould, creating a solid wall. Various changes took place after the Christian conquest in the 14th and 15th centuries, which included the stone reinforcement of the existing ramparts, the enlargement of the keep using masonry, which reflects how the tower looks today, and the construction of an outer wall or barrier surrounding the entire fortress, in line with Castilian traditions. Definitely worth a visit as it only costs 1€ and Javier will give you an excellent summary, in Spanish, about its history which dates back to the Moorish period of the 12th Century. There are interactive projected displays on two floors of the Homage Tower albeit in Spanish only. The Castle's location has always been of strategic importance between Valencia and Murcia.

Very interesting architecture, almost a mini Sagrada Familia. After visiting the church, it's possible to take a hiking tour in the area. Be aware of the elevation gain, though.

Brilliant and unusual fun. Around 50 windows cut straight into the rock face which were used for centuries as stores or tombs, but more recently have joined together as a kind of 3D labyrinth. You have to haul yourself through holes in the walls, floor and ceiling to explore and find your way out. The steps are narrow metal grates leading to the first window so you need a head for heights, and the journey through the caves is quite narrow and physical so you need a reasonable level of strength and fitness. You have to leave bags and coats at the start; you'll need both hands and practical clothes and shoes. You will get a bit dusty. We saw a couple of small (7-8 years) children - they needed a leg up through the ceiling holes but were fine otherwise.

So beautiful! It was á really hot day and we could get in shaddow if we wanted to. A lot of plants, treas, statues and fountains to look at. We also enjoyed seeing the peacocks.

Nice course in a fairly good condition, considering the difficultly with water and drought in the region. One thing that bothered us during the game was slow play, marshall should be more pro-active.

Great place the service here is 10/10 the food here the ribs reminds me on texas style ribs really good burger and the deserts are usa style grande really like this place p.s the refill of beer is 1.5 euro 👌 10/10

Well organized safari . Worth the money. Was €25 euro per person. Cars follow the guide and he stops and talks about each animal group. Lasts around 2 1/2 hours . You can also walk around an area before the safari gate and view the animals there on foot .

It's an impressive and historical palace. They offer self-guided English audio tours. We enjoyed the beautiful buildings and all the gorgeous shiny interiors. Sun was casting the pretty shade through the window door of the terrace.

Absolutely amazing medium sized museum, with lot of interactive screens and a lot of prehistoric and Iberic and Roman period of the region. The only fault is that half of the museum explanations isn't translated in English.

A great trip to the top of the castle, with the most amazing views. Cafe and toilets. You may have to queue for the lift up to castle, but it’s well worth the wait. Price for entry was €2.70 ish, but we got in free as ‘seniors’!! There seemed to be less queues to go down in the lift at the Castle level, as I think most people took a toilet break (level 2) so queues were longer there.

Very long beach with many amenities, restaurants, playgrounds and sports facilities. Good connection to Alicante city centre via one of the tram lines. February sea temperature of almost 16° still allow you to swim. Nice for the whole day.

It was a great little trip, boat ride over there. I expected an island with little on there, however, got there to find one half had a few houses Inc little boutique shop and some cafes and restaurants. The other half was the military side, which had interesting facts and ruins from way back, lovely cliff walking and beautiful stoney beaches. We spent approx 3 hours there, took a picnic, bin are there to dispose of rubbish, and a loo opposite the beach, you could definatly spend longer by going swimming etc, overall a wonderful day out.

Loved this place 30+ years ago when I took my 3 children. This year we went back and took my now adult children plus my 3 young grandchildren. I was still amazed by it and so where they. Its such a lovely place. I remember going on that oldest wooden roller coaster 30+ years ago so its quite sad its not not in use now. This place is very different and great place to get fab photos especially in all the different country themes.

Playground for children and a gym for adults. Right by the Poniente beach with toilets and cafes nearby.. Not really a park in the conventional sense so dog walkers should perhaps stick to the promenade but a great space for children and keep fit folk.

We hired both apartments with connecting door, lovely and spacious clean and well equipped. Good wheelchair access in downstairs apartment. Would definitely stay here again, I would try all beds as I like a soft mattress.

Very clean, well maintained, public sandy beach. It felt safe, and people were civilized. Great background with the tall buildings in the back. There are plenty of restaurants on the shoreside. There are plenty of sunbeds to rent. Lifeguards on watch. The water is not too steep.

I would give this water park in Benidorm more than five stars. It is simply SENSATIONAL! To be honest, I didn’t have the courage to try all the rides, especially the waterslide VERTIGO, but it’s incredibly fun to watch the brave ones make their descent. The park is huge, offering a wide variety of food and drink options. There are also lockers available for €7 per day, which is really convenient. Not to mention the numerous picnic areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Without a doubt, this is one of the best-structured water parks I’ve ever visited.

We've visited this park more times and it's always nice to visit. Bit small, but you can definitely spend a few hours here. Today we booked the delphin encounter which was great! We swam with the dolphins and it was such a great experience!
