Saputara Museum (Tribal Museum) is located at the center of saputara. It is exactly opposite to the Saputara Lake. The museum is the treasure for the people who loves history, art and culture. The anthropology section contains enormous information about the tribes and their art, culture, clothing, Ornaments, festivals, Life style etc. The Musical instruments are just amazing.👌👌 It also contains the famous "Varli" painting style of the tribes. It also contains the information about tourist places, animals, birds etc. Structure need to be renovated as soon as possible. Entry fee is nominal, 5 rs. Everyone should visit it to know about the rich culture of our tribes. 👍

Museum is rich contains information about cultural varieties of people in Dang district. Showcase of old utensils, god & goddess, mask of Indian artifect, jewellery, weapons, farming tools, musical instruments. Construction needs renovation apart from that nice museum to visit. Women jewellery with actual photograph of people is quite beautiful and interesting. For students entry fee is 2 rs, adult 5 rs and foriegn person 50 rs per person. Opens at 10:30.

It is an average museum. It is maintained by Gujarat government. The building is pretty old and there is water leakage at a lot of places. There is a separate gents and ladies Washroom at the premises, by it is not at all maintained. Entry fees is very nominal, at Rs 5/- per Indian citizen. Fees for foreign citizens is Rs 50/- . For students visiting this museum the fees is only Rs 2/-. This museum specialises on three tribes local to this area, warli, bhil and kunbi. The ornaments, cooking appliances, musical instruments and their grain storage instruments are at display. Overall, a nice place to visit for any social anthropology student, average for rest.

As the name suggests, it is point to witness the beautiful moment of sun setting down. The shades of different colours appearing on the sky is mesmerizing. Also the aerial view of lake and the town visible from this point is awesome. There are two ways to reach the sunset point, one is through ropeway (which starts from Table point) and other one is by climbing up on the hill. It is almost close to 1 km strenuous climb, the vehicles are not allowed except for the bikes which are provided by the locals on chargeable basis (they charge Rs 100 one way). There are few stalls where water and food are available. For children, there are few recreational stuff such as RC cars, horse rides, etc. There is no entry charge if one decides to climb up while travel through ropeway is chargeable. It is located on height and we can only go by a walk by hiking on the hill. It will take some time. The view is amazing from there.

Saputara Lake is naturally beautiful, but the overall experience wasn’t enjoyable. The place was very crowded, and it felt like there was hardly any space to relax or take in the view peacefully. On top of that, almost everything around the lake was costly—food stalls, boating tickets, even basic things like parking. The crowd and high prices really took away from the charm of the lake. It could be a nice spot if managed better, but right now it feels more commercial than relaxing.

Nice place to hang out. There are too many nearby places to visit. Also number of sports activities are also available. You need at least 2-3 days to explore and enjoy at saputara.

Pleasant view but boating experience was not good for solo person. But with a family of 4 or 6 will get a good condition paddle boat to enjoy the ride in Lake. Activities near Lake are good and variety of food options available.

I recently visited Sula Vineyards with my family 🍇👫, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience even though none of us are wine drinkers 🚫🍷. Many people think Sula is only about wine tasting, but that’s not true — there’s plenty to enjoy without touching a wine glass. The lush green vineyards 🌿, open landscapes 🏞️, and calm ambience ✨ make it an excellent spot for a relaxing getaway. The property is very well-maintained, with lots of open spaces to walk around, click photos 📸🌸, and simply enjoy the fresh air. It truly feels like an escape from the busy city life. The entry fee is ₹1000 per person on weekends and ₹600 on weekdays 💰. The good part is that you get coupons of the same value, which can be redeemed inside at the restaurant or café 🍴. We used ours for food, and while the taste and quality were excellent 😋, the food items are a little on the expensive side 💸. Still, it balances out since the entry fee coupons cover a good part of the cost. Since we didn’t opt for wine tasting, our time was spent exploring the vineyard, enjoying the atmosphere, and relaxing over a family meal. The only drawback was that service can be a bit slow ⏳, and yes, prices are slightly premium. The prices is ₹1000 per head on weekends and 600 on weekdaysfor entry. One can expend this rs 600 in restaurant or wine tasting vum factory visit. The tour is really good and the tasting is fun with well learned guide. 7 types of wines given for tasting.

The property is absolutely stunning, perfect for clicking beautiful pictures amidst the vineyards. We started our visit with a photo session and then headed for lunch. The food was good, though a bit on the expensive side. Post lunch, we opted for the wine tasting and tour (₹700 per person). The tour started with a short video and a factory walkthrough, where the process was explained in detail by their knowledgeable guide. This was followed by a tasting session of six different wines, one after another, which really helped us decide which wine to buy. Overall, Sula Vineyards is a must-visit place, whether with friends or family. It offers a perfect mix of scenic beauty, good food, and a delightful wine-tasting experience.

However, there’s a small issue with their pricing. They provide ₹1000 worth of coupons (₹200 x 5), but for the vineyard factory visit and wine tasting ticket (₹700), only ₹600 can be redeemed, and ₹100 has to be paid extra. They don’t actually provide ₹100 coupons, which feels a bit misleading in their marketing. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful place and definitely worth visiting once!

We had been Kala Ram mandir just before Diwali and I feel that’s the best time to have darshan because there is no crowd or rush! Pleasant and peaceful darshan! There was renovation work going on at the entrance gate of the temple when we visited. Located in the heart of old Nashik this is an ancient temple and a must visit when you are in Nashik!

One noticeable inconvenience is the long distance between the donation (special darshan) ticket counter and the main temple entrance. This walk can be tiring, especially for elderly devotees, and better planning would help ease the process. In terms of waiting time, free darshan on Mondays takes around 3 hours, which is expected due to the heavy rush. If you choose the ₹200 donation/special darshan, the waiting time reduces to about 1 hour, making it a more manageable option for many visitors. The main drawback is the lack of cleanliness in the surroundings within roughly 100 meters of the temple. The area could be much cleaner and better maintained, especially considering the significance of the shrine and the steady flow of devotees. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive. The divine atmosphere and historic beauty of the temple make it worth visiting, and with a few improvements, the experience could be even better.

I recently visited Trimbakeshwar Jyotirling for the second time, after my first visit around 7 years ago. Earlier, touching the Shivaling was allowed, but now it is not permitted. This time, I reached the temple around 7:45 AM and planned to take the fast-darshan ticket, but the counter closed at 8:00 AM, so I couldn’t buy it. We then joined the normal line, which took around 4 hours to complete the darshan and come out. The pandavleni caves are a prime attraction of tourists even foreigners. These are the caves where Pandavs held shelter during their vanvas in the age of Mahabharata. There are around 20 caves here. They have inscriptions on caves. Also there are ancient made sculptures in them. It is a proof of our divine and great history.

Wonderful collection of real stones...greatly preserved and placed...located in bit outskirts location with less parking space however place is ample for same. Entry ticket 200Rs per person. U need to remove shoes and then go. Entry and main hall neat clean and well lit. Collection is really good. Free guide also there. Toilets free and clean. Shopping place also there.

I visited this museum 2 years ago and i was amazed to see that there are so many gems , stones and minerals of various shapes and with their natural colours which is beyond our imagination, they have well preserved it and I recommend if anyone is visiting Nashik please go to see this amazing museum.

We stayed as a group off 11 people. And everyone loved it! The staff were very welcoming and both the dinner and breakfast were fantastic. We are very thankful to the wine maker who stayed longer than usual to provide us with a wine tour as we arrived later than expected. Very informative and interesting to hear of the introduction of wine integrating into India's culture. We would highly recommend as a lovely stay off. Thank you to all the staff for having us.

We came here for lunch. Chipotle chicken (starter), Penne Rose pasta (pink sauce) and Orange Mojito are really delicious. But, pizza is really bad. We had bad experience of pizza with size and taste. Don’t order spinach cigars also. The place is also peaceful but many house flies which ruined the experience. SULA and Soma are way better than this place. It is very far from city and the road is not well constructed. Limited slots for wine tours and tasting. Either call them before hand or don’t waste your time, fuel and efforts. Dessert wine was also not available. Asked to contact after a month.

Visited Dwarka Mai in Shirdi, the sacred place where Sai Baba spent a major part of his life. Planning your visit will help in many ways for Sai Baba darshan. Off day one can avoid rush. You can buy online tkts for darshan and it works great. There will still be good walk inside however, better than standing in a long queue. There is seperate line for senior citizen so if you have elderly please use that. It is better to get your tkt for paid darshan printed. The entrance unlike any other temples is well maintained and not overly crowded. The parking, mobile phone and footwear is all taken care at the place. Please note mobile phones are not allowed and have to be kept in lockers or just keep in the car. The staff is helpful and guide you around. The inside of the temple is par or even better than any other place in foreign country. Museum is nice and must see. There are other temples shiva ling, Ganesha when you exit towards gate 3. The entire place is well maintained. I was thrilled to see that in India we have such place to visit specially worship place like this one for Sainath.

I am a serving person coming for Darshan all the way from punjab. Honest review is the place is sarine, however, the shop attatched in pic is a fraud or may be one of the frauds who will trick you to park vehicle in front of his shop in exchange of buying a puja thali in which only the Phool mala is allowed in and the devotee realises he gas been hoodwinked once he passes tgrough the security check in. The pile of such items at the gate assured that I am not the only one fallen for the trap. I can only suggest and request to buoycot such shops.For reference, this one is in the road just opposite to the senior citizen gate.

Full rating to Shri Saibaba 🙏🏻 No star for management they pay attention to peoples who have passes and VVIP and they do darshan in 20 min on average. Those who will be in free line there number will come after almost 4 hours. This is big scam bcz i checked local people they mention and comfirmed the same thing.

Visiting Kalsubai Peak during winter or monsoon is considered a good experience, but in my opinion, the best time to go is between February and April. During this period, the cold starts to fade away and the summer gradually begins, creating a unique and refreshing atmosphere with completely different scenic views.

Amazing trek, testing your patience and physical capabilities. Trek is almost 3 to 4 hours long. Other thing I would like to suggest is carry warm clothes even if its raining or not as the mountain summit is gushing with heavy watery winds & fog. Reach in time to get sunset view.

One needs high endurance to climb this peak but when you reach to the top every step is worth it, every break of sweat is worth it. This is the highest peak of Maharashtra therefore known as Everest of Maharashtra. Once you reach to the peak there is a small temple of Kalsuma. Beautiful calm lake where you can pitch your tent and enjoy the bliss. If you don’t have a tent you can ask villagers and they can have one pitched for you in the range of 1000₹-1500₹. You can swim as well in the lake. with the cool breeze blowing, it really adds to the experience.

We visited this beautiful lake in june for fireflies festival. It is surrounded by mountains and it is a beautiful sight to behold in monsoons. One can also go for a boat ride in this lake or swim as the water is clear. But ensure to wear life jackets as it is deep after certain point.

You can come by car, 2 wheeler etc. In ghat section roads are narrow so expect some traffic during monsoon season. Also there is possibility of land slide etc. There are multiple waterfall points in the ghat area where government has build staircase , protective structures to access it easily. Make sure while you park your vehicle, you are not blocking on going traffic. I have seen people doing it. Be a responsible citizen. Same thing go for plastic and other garbage. In monsoon and winter expect lot of foggy weather which limits visibility so be careful. Most of the people I see go till ghat and return if they are coming from pune-nashik highway. I would highly recommend to go down till ghat ends, you will see amazing views.

But this place is very dangerous and thrilling too, it have accident prone area and one must be cautious world travelling at this place. In rainy season its completely covered in dense fog. Also there lots of waterfalls nearby this area and somewhere in mid of Highway waterfalls directly from the mountains on road.

They own this spacious hall .it is very nicely maintained.Total surrounding of temple and village is covered with lush greenery.Whole area is very neat and clean.A beautiful river is very neatly and cleanly maintained.Prices of hall for any function is minimal.You can opt for accommodation in the hotels build by Temple authority and these Hotels are very much reasonable also they have multiple accomodation options.Climate here is really pleasant.

Shri vighneshwar Ganesh temple ozar is situated near the banks of kukadi river. A very peaceful, beautiful and refreshing temple. You can also visit Lenyadri one more Ashtvinayak which is about 15 kms from ozar near Junnar

The caves are around 30 minutes drive from Lonavala, and you can go all the way up to the starting point in your own car. Once you reach, there are steps that take you up to the caves, and the climb is manageable. The main cave is impressive with its large pillars and old Buddhist architecture—perfect for photography and for people who enjoy historical sites. However, there are a few issues you should be aware of: Parking is not well managed. There is some confusion, and it feels like they only focus on collecting money rather than providing proper service. No proper receipt is given, which does not feel professional. Extra Gram Panchayat Toll – ₹50 You must pay an additional toll before entering the zone. Again, the road is not in good condition despite charging the toll. Road Quality The road leading to the caves is not well maintained, which can make the drive a bit uncomfortable. Parking Area Even after paying, the parking area is not organized or properly maintained. Apart from these issues, the overall experience of visiting the caves is wonderful. The historical value, the peaceful atmosphere, and the beauty of the ancient carvings make it a must-visit destination if you are in or around Lonavala.

We stayed overnight near Karla Caves and visited early the next morning, 9 o’clock is opening time — the perfect way to enjoy this ancient site without the usual crowd. The short trek to the caves is easy, around 350 stone steps surrounded by lush green hills and fresh morning air. At the top, the magnificent Chaitya Hall welcomes you — one of the largest and most impressive rock-cut prayer halls in India, dating back to the 2nd century BCE. The wooden arch inside, still intact after centuries, adds a rare charm to the stone-carved space. As sunlight filters through the arched entrance, it creates a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere. Don’t miss exploring the darker corners of the pillars — if you look closely, you’ll notice faint traces of ancient paintings hidden in the shadows, telling silent stories of the past. Karla Caves are not just about history; they offer a quiet connection with nature and art. The caves were really nice! We visited the first floor, which was great. The area on the right-hand side was restricted due to heavy leakage. The main attraction, located just behind the Ekvira Temple, is peaceful and definitely worth a visit. Entry fees 25 for indians.

The caves are of Buddhist monastery. There’s also a temple of Ekvira Ai temple which is popular among the local public. Hence the place remains very crowded. The Chaitya graha is the only place which has marvellous rock cut arts. Outside this the Ashoka pillar gives you a clue of the age of the caves. Due to too much of crowd place is not well kept. It’s also slowly crumbling

The temple is believed to be the place where Lord Shiva worshipped Ganesha before fighting the demon Tripurasura. The idol here is known as Mahaganapati, a powerful and majestic form of Ganesh with 10 trunks and 20 arms (though the original idol is kept hidden in the sanctum and shown only on special occasions). The temple architecture is stunning – a beautiful blend of peace, spirituality, and historic charm. The calmness and spiritual aura of the place are truly mesmerizing. It is well maintained and organized for devotees, even during weekends and holidays. The temple complex is clean, with ample space for parking, and basic amenities like toilets and drinking water. There are shops outside selling prasad, flowers, and souvenirs. I recommend reaching early in the morning or during the evening aarti time to avoid rush and experience the serene atmosphere. The drive from Pune is smooth and scenic (approx. 50 km), making it a perfect spiritual getaway. This temple is often visited as part of the full Ashtavinayak Yatra, but even if you’re visiting individually, it leaves you with a sense of divine satisfaction. 🌟 Tips for Devotees: Mobile phones and cameras are allowed, but photography inside the sanctum is restricted. Wear comfortable footwear (to be removed before entering the temple). The mandir is really peaceful, and we'll culture, I'll recommend to buy VIP pass, which only costs 100/- , which will directly bow you to the entrence of ganesh idol.

It’s a famous one of the Ashta-Vinayaka (Among 8 Main Ganapati Mandir) situated at Ranjangoan. The Mandir is small but the surrounding area is specious. Lots of small temples are situated inside the Mandir itself. The Entrance is amazing. There is no rush during weekdays. But lots of waiting during weekends and Sankashti.

A highly revered temple of Ganesh. It is one of the ashtavinayak temples. It is right on main road and quite crowded. There are lot of puja item shops on way to temple. Parking space is available but due to large crowd it is usually occupied. In Temple just before entering garbhagrih there is a large gold plate which has Ganapati Atharvashirsh engraved on it.

It was an amazing experience. It is easily accessible as it is just along the highway which makes it convenient to reach. The only downside is the huge line just for hardly 1 min of darshan which is a problem for almost all the temples so can't complain about it. The atmosphere is good, you can also sit for hours in the garden area as it is peaceful and calm.

Tiger Point in Lonavala is a calm and peaceful spot, perfect for spending some relaxing time. The view is truly enjoyable, especially when it’s cloudy or raining. On a sunny day, it might feel a bit uncomfortable due to the heat and sweat, but otherwise it’s a great experience. There is ample parking space available, and plenty of local shops around offering tea, coffee, maggi, fruits, and other snacks. A nice place to stop by if you’re visiting Lonavala.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. You have to climb all the way up from Lonavla city just to see this view. The view is lovely but not as worth it to come. This place must be crowded in the monsoons due to waterfalls but I think it would not be great to visit in monsoons as well. I did not get why this is called as the lions point. Seriously! The worst part is that the staff took ₹50/- for parking. We just stayed for around 5 min but still. They should keep a time limit of the parking of vehicles. Had a wonderful visit to Lion’s Point & Tiger’s Point, Lonavala. The rainy weather added a magical touch to the surroundings—misty hills, cool breeze, and lush greenery all around. The environment was extremely pleasing and refreshing, making it a perfect monsoon getaway. Highly recommended for nature lovers and photographers!

Both Lion and Tiger points view are really too good and names are due shape of mountains resemble animal in valley. But the view point is little dirty and area is fenced. Just 5 minit is enough to see. May be more attractive in early mornings.

We visited today with friends and family members. A great weekend getaway, especially for kids and animal lovers! The place offers a wide variety of birds and animals—from cockatoos, African lovebirds, and parakeets to turtles, ducks, geese, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, pigs, goats, emus, and even iguanas. The kids will absolutely love the hands-on experience of petting and observing them up close. The staff is friendly, well-informed, and takes good care of the animals. They also serve decent meals as part of the package. Horse riding sessions are available, along with short rides during the visit. A great spot for children to learn about different animals and their behavior in a safe and engaging environment.

The experience was absolutely fantastic. The animals are in the best of health and the enclosures are so well maintained, the cleanliness is top notch. The guides are very polite and ample time is provided to be with the animals. Went for the kids specially, but we adults also enjoyed so much alongwith the kids. Hats off to the owners and the staff for providing such a wonderful experience.

We visited this petting farm out of curiosity and had a wonderful experience. The well-organized tour allows you to interact with various animals while feeding them from a provided food bucket. Spanning 2-3 hours, it offers a unique chance to engage with different animals and birds. The place is well-maintained, primarily a horse riding school with a petting farm on the side. A great outing for both kids and adults, offering a rare opportunity for close encounters with animals.

If you love animals and birds then this will feel like a heaven for you. I totally loved it.Best part was birds .They had their breakfast on my hand.I totally loved that experience. THANK YOU🥰 I am cutting one star because either the guides should be more strict or you should take fine from people who feed wrong food to animals.Some people including both kids and adults were feeding wrong food to animals. For example. Green leaves to ducks and horses. Guide clearly said in the beginning that only carrots should be given to horses as other food will affect their health. To people who are reading this please don't go if you don't take animals lives seriously

A good and enjoyable place for a half day from Pune especially for the bachha party. Animals and places are maintained well. Food quality is good. Washroom and drinking water available inside. Guides tell information properly during the tour. Ample parking available. We visited on the weekend (Sunday) for 3:30-6:00 pm slot. Charges for 2.5 hour slot is Rs.990 per head and that is for children is around 770 which is very high.

Weekend plans never work out as planned, but sometimes the greatest memories are from unplanned adventures! When my original plans collapsed, I found myself at Japalouppe Equestrian Center outside Pune—a haven for animal enthusiasts. After a quick orientation, we were handed buckets of treats for the animals. My experience began at the petting zoo, where birds sat on my hand, ducks marched around like kings and queens, and cute guinea pigs gave the best stress therapy! The aviary was a scene from a Disney movie, with parakeets and cockatiels flying around. A cheeky cockatiel posed for photos, a lovebird volunteered to be my own personal bodyguard and kept competitors away for my attention! Rupert and Rosie and their geese crew were the center of attention, but the baby rabbits won over my heart. The highlight of the day was a mare with her foal! Japalouppe provides riding lessons, which made me realize my lifelong ambition to master horse riding. As I departed, I knew this was not merely a weekend getaway—it was an experience I would never forget. The day concluded with a dinner of pizza, waffles, and cool sugarcane juice. Now, I have a new goal: learning horse riding!

It was a calm & rejuvenating visit!! Surrounded by Sahyadri mountains, this lake is a serene getaway for anyone looking to enjoy a slow, lake-town weekend. We tried a boat ride here & it was a good experience.

Best temple of lord Shree Balaji. Very good atmosphere with positive vibes. You can easily get blessings from Sri Venkateswara. The Murti of venkatesh is same as Tirupati Balaji.

A Lord Balaji temple ,good place to worship and participate in Pooja /Kalyan Mahotsav, mostly Andhra /Telngana community seen around and also the trustees.

There is sufficient space for parking. Well lighted interior. Pious gentlemen inside. A serene and calm place to even meditate. Very near to Bangalore poona Highway.

Peaceful. Enough parking space forntwo wheeler. If one to wash their feet before entering the temple, they have got one on the left side of the entrance. Offices are present outside temple for devotees to choose the offerings to the god. Specify footwear stand is also there. Request to use the same. Because people leave their footwear all around. People should also be quite inside the temple unfortunately it was found lodly speaking around.

It’s a divine place for inner peace. I think it’s the only Bhagvan Balaji temple in Pune which is run by andhra community & have bramhotsav. Here you can have prasad & also can donate for it during Bhamhotsav (during navratri), collect the prasad next day morning.

This is one of most authentic South Indian/ Iyengar style temple in Pune. The aura and vibes are amazing in this temple. The puja style and philosophy followed is Pancharatra way of worshipping Lord Venkateswara. In the main temple we find Lord Venkateswara as the main deity with his consort Padmavati. Next to Venkateswara, we have the divine presence of Lakhmi Narasimha and Lakshmi Hayagreevaa. In the compound we also have sannidhi of Chakratalvaar / Lord Sudarshana, Lord Hanuman, Lord Sita Rama along with Lakshmana, Lord Ganesha and Godadevi. Priests conduct the puja in a very elaborate and follow every custom and paddathi according to our agama shastras. Very proud that our culture is being preserved and followed and passed on. We feel the absolute divine energy in this temple.

Shaniwarwada located in kasba peth. you can reach here from deccan via pune station bus and also other transport available, this is the historic place in india from peshwekalin . one of the most famous kach mahal was present here , but now there is no kach mahal present here. not well managed but very cheerful place.

The place belongs to a rich heritage but nothing is left now. Only foundation is there what once used to be a 7 stories palace of the peshwas. It's the signature monument of the Pune city hence good of a visit. Once you should visit this. It's close on Mondays. There is light and sound show in the evening. The ticket for entry costa 25 rupees.

It was nice to visit this attraction and heard the history. This having a huge entrance with fort wall . This must to visit with a guide who can give you detail about the fort otherwise it’s not in a proper form coz it got fire .

Even though it was Diwali, the crowd was well-managed, and devotees were able to move around comfortably thanks to the efficient security personnel. One small improvement could be providing a tap or facility to wash hands, as we place our chappals on the stand with bare hands. The lane is extremely congested, one-way, and located in a busy market area. You won’t find parking nearby. It’s best to park your vehicle 500 meters to 1 km away and take a rickshaw to the temple. • You can choose a fast-track darshan pass for around ₹100 to directly go for darshan. There is also a regular darshan queue behind the temple where you can go without a pass. • Photography is not allowed inside the temple. If you wish to take pictures, you must visit the temple office and get proper permission first. • There is a shoe rack facility available where you can safely keep your footwear and get a token. Overall, a wonderful and peaceful darshan experience. Just be mindful about the approach road and parking, and everything else will be absolutely blissful.
