This temple is one of a kind. The moment I entered the temple, it felt like entering a fort, as you see lush green lawn ahead of you. (I have never seen such a sight in any other temple.) I really liked the fact that the govt. has preserved the original theme.

The atmosphere of the temple is really good. It's very old temple and build quality is extraordinary. The carvings on the walls are extraordinary. You should attend aarti in evening. I have attended that twice. There was a group young devotees singing bhajans once and they really made our experience to next level. There is a place where children can play and we can click pics of natural beauty.

Rewalsar Lake is calm, beautiful, and a great place to just sit, chill, and stare into the distance like you’re solving the mysteries of life. The view is lovely, the breeze is nice… but let’s be honest — there’s not a whole lot to “do” here. And before you get any bright ideas — don’t feed the fish. Unless you’re carrying ₹5000 just for the fine. The fish look hungry, but the rules are stricter than school exams. There are some snack stalls nearby and a few places to try Tibetan food, which is actually pretty good and worth a bite. Overall: Great place to relax, click some peaceful pics, and enjoy the lake view — just don’t expect too much action. Come here when your soul needs a break, not when you’re craving an itinerary.

It is located around 18-20 kms away from Ner Chowk. The road to reach there is narrow, and being widened at the very end. The whole town is located around the Lake. The lake is sacred amongst Hindus, Sikhs and Buddhists. There’s a monastery, a Shiva temple and a Gurudwara around the lake. The lake is beautiful and it has lot of fish inside it. The garden needs a bit of maintenance and cleaning. There’s a car parking inside the lake premises.

I visited Jalori Pass during my solo trip in June 2024 and even without snow the place felt magical. The moment you start heading up from Jibhi the scenery begins to change. The road is around 12 km but it’s very steep and narrow and if a vehicle comes from the opposite direction there can be huge traffic especially around the curves. So if you’re driving yourself or even taking a cab just be prepared for that. You can get a shared cab from Jibhi to the starting point or if you have time you can wait for the local bus which comes every one or two hours. Once you reach the top you will find a small temple and a few stalls selling tea Maggi and snacks. I took a short break there before starting the 360 viewpoint trek. The trek itself is about 45 minutes to an hour depending on your speed. It’s slightly steep in places but very doable and the trail goes through pine trees and greenery all around. The higher you go the more peaceful it gets. And the view from the 360 viewpoint is simply stunning. You can see the Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar mountain ranges surrounding you in every direction. It feels like the sky opens up and the mountains just keep rolling one after the other. I sat there for a long time just soaking in the view breathing in the cold fresh air and enjoying the silence. It was one of the most calming moments of my trip. This is the kind of place that doesn’t need too many words or activities. Just reaching there sitting quietly and looking at the mountains is enough to make you feel peaceful. On the other side is Raghupr fort another trek.The lake is small pond.Serolsar Lake is in Tirthan Valley of Himachal Pradesh, located 75 km away from Kullu. The lake is situated at an altitude of 10,170 ft. To access the lake, you've to trek for 5 km. The trek starts from Jalori Pass, the highest altitude point that connects Kullu valley and Shimla Valley. The lake is guarded by thick tall pine trees on all sides. Next to the lake is Budhi Nagin temple. Serolsar Lake is surrounded by a narrow track and a fence around it. The Serolsar Lake wears stunning colours during different times of the year. The lake looks white during winter, half snow-covered and half green during spring and summer, and lush green during monsoon and post-monsoon. This is something worth observing if you have the oppurtuinty to trek multiple times to this lake. Apart from the scenic beauty, the Serolsar lake has religious significance as well. Ilt is a pilgrimage place for the locals. Locals from the surrounding villages come here every saturday to do the parikrama. They mostly offer ghee and oil to the local diety. It is believed the goddess is submerged in the lake and protects the entire region. Serolsar Lake trek is a paradise for someone who loves forest trails. The entire trail is through the dense pine and deodar forests. You also encounter clearings after every hour of the trek which makes them nice resting spots for trekkers to rejoice. From the 360-degree Viewpoint, you get great views of Pir Panjal and the Great Himalayan range. Serolsar Lake trek is an easy trek. It can be done by both fit beginners and experienced trekkers. It's a series of gradual ascents and descents until you reach the lake. The only steep ascent you encounter on this trail is the one that takes you to the 360-degree Viewpoint.

Jalori pass ... The most beautiful trek I have witnessed Start from SoJa . Went during February end and it's the last snow of that season. The whole trek was covered with snow .. 2 feet deep. And it's just heavenly. - wear snow boots as u can get cold feet and take a good amount of food and water if you are starting this Trek. - at the top around 12 km away is the mountain 360 degree view and a beautiful temple is located. - there all the camps and food stalls are available but during heavy snow , all get covered and shut down. - from the temple there is a trek of 3 km to the fort - for having a fort view. - also 2 km away from this point going above is the place where 🎥 " yeh Jawani hai devani" movie shoot was held.. it's just snow covered trek and you can see all way the white 🤍🤍🤍 color.. - the trek is just freaking awesome and you will have wonderful picture points and views during the journey. ❄️❄️ Feel and Experience this beautiful 🤩🤩 snow covered place.

Jalori Pass - The most beautiful place I have ever seen. At entrance you will see the temple of Mahadev and Durga Maa. In snow ❄️, Jalori pass looks absolutely stunning, beautiful, awesome, I won’t have words to describe this place beauty, all the around if you will se their would be snow covered mountains 🏔️ with surrounding trees make this place looks more eye catching and beautiful. The people here around are so nice and friendly. I visited this place on march 21, 2025. At that time it was all around snow and make sure you take up warm clothes when you visit here, because in the evening the temperature plunges very down, and chilled air make you feel more colder and coldest so caps, mufflers, gloves along with very warm jackets make you feel warmer over here.

It is in Bhakra Village in Bilaspur district, Himachal Pradesh (India) It is the highest gravity dam in Asia. The dam forms the Gobind Sagar reservoir. To visit the dam you need to get a pass and register your entry. We went there on Sunday and there was no crowd at all. We had seen the dam from outside because we didn't have visiting passes. You can also visit a few popular temples near the place.

A big and spectacular dam. Ysu can drive beside the dam and see it's beauty, If want to go on the top of the dam then you need to take permission from the local authorities to visit. Photography is not allowed at the Dam but from distant you can take beautiful pictures of the dam, Like I have done. A devine place Nainadevi is also around 20 km from there.

The dam is spectacular. You need to take permits from the local authorities to visit. There is an office at the checkpoint for the same. Also, while the signboard are displayed on the route, it is somewhat tricky to find the correct route. It is better to confirm with the locals on major turns. Photography is not allowed at the Dam but there are a few locations before and after where beautiful pictures of the dam facade and the reservoir can be clicked. If you are also visiting Nainadevi (20 km / 30-35 minutes from there), it is better to start at the temple and view the dam on the way back as the time needed for the dam is not too much.

There are boating point in this area, but you have to drive for like 6 KM more to reach boating point. Don’t pay extra for boating. Private boats ask for like 600 to 800 per boat. The museum is vast and beautifully curated, providing an immersive experience into the rich history, culture, and sacrifices of our Gurus. It showcases how they preserved and promoted the heritage of our land through challenging times, making it both educational and inspiring. The Virasat-e-Khalsa restaurant on-site serves simple yet delicious food at very reasonable prices. Overall, the Virasat-e-Khalsa complex provides a perfect combination of tasty food, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a deep cultural and historical experience — truly a must-visit in Anandpur Sahib

Very well designed, immersive galleries, informs about Sikhism in detailed narrative, impressive supporting visual narration. Iconic architecture by Moshe Safde and brilliant exhibits by NID. Ticketing could be improved, galleries could have more descriptions for further reference, sound from adjacent galleries distract.

Only if you download the app and use headphone. --- It has a beautiful architecture but more than that Art Work inside, displaying whole history of Sikhi starting from its inception to 1948. Everything so beautifully designed, executed various pavilions, it is totally mesmerising. Artist put so much effort to connect all dots well. But sadly, lighting design is upto 5% thus absolutely flawed. Very first three story pavillion has day & night theme depicting 24 hours life in Punjab from rural to urban, from shop to home to all religious places but time for night is longer than the day thus you are unable to see the beauty and hard work out by artist/s and from behind guards keeps whistling, insisting you to keep moving (though it was not crowded at all!!)!! And this fault in lighting design is everywhere, less or more, you can't even read some display texts!! Ita worth visiting multiple times. Required time duration to complete it - 3-4 hours. Toilets - lavish and clean. Timing -1000 to 1630 (Monday Closed). Timing must be recieved, must be open ar 0900.

This museum represents the rich history of Sikhism. Architecture, paintings and arts... everything is wonderful... i visited this place in the month of dec 24 note- it's opening and closing timings are different in summer and winter.

It's a wonderful place, truly fitted to it's earned name the 8th wonder of india. The only limitation is that no photography allowed inside but that too is Ok considering it would increase the crowd

The Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS) is a research institute in Shimla, housed in the former Viceregal Lodge, a must visit Historical place..built between 1884 and 1888 as the summer residence for the Viceroy of India. After India's independence, the lodge was renamed Rashtrapati Niwas (President's House). Loads of jaw dropping advanced features built e.g. Concealed Electrical wiring, advanced Fire fighting system, 200 years old working pendulum, walnut interiors. etc... Its amazing..!! It also contains rare archives, If you are visiting Shimla and keep interest in History...a must must visit. PS - Photography inside the building is prohibited.

The Viceregal Lodge in Shimla is one of those places that instantly takes you back in time. The moment you step inside, you’re surrounded by extraordinary architecture, intricate woodwork, and an atmosphere that reflects the grandeur of the British era. The building itself is absolutely stunning — every corridor, staircase, and room tells a story of its own. The lush gardens outside and the panoramic views from the hilltop add even more charm to the visit. We took the guided tour, which was informative and helped us understand the historical significance of each section of the lodge. However, I personally felt that the tour was a bit rushed. Even though the guide mentioned that we could take our time, we were quickly moved from one room to another. I would have loved to pause longer and really soak in the details — the furniture, the photos, and the artifacts that make this place so special. Despite that, it’s a must-visit attraction in Shimla. The architecture alone makes it worth the trip, and if you’re someone who appreciates history, art, or old-world charm, you’ll definitely enjoy it here. I’d recommend visiting early in the day to truly take in its beauty and peaceful surroundings.

Vicergal lodge named as 13 British viceroys used this placec as residence and used as their capital for 8months every year as summer capital. Draft of partition of India was discussed here. Dr S Radhakrishnan converted this to educational institute IIAS, now offers advanced studies in social science and humanities. British era history involved in this building. 137 years old now. But sad to see poor maintenance and upkeep of structure inspite of hefty entry fee to stay 30 mins inside the building as guided tour.

Situated at 2.5 kms from Shimla railway station, this used to the de-facto power base in India during the British times for 8 months. The first building in Shimla to get electricity, it also saw time as Independent India's first President House for around a decade. Guided tours are available but too many people are stuffed in them and one can't properly appreciate the amount of history (usually in form of images and lettering). A proper way would be to let people go in and browse at their own leisure. Alas, one can't have that. Only the ground floor is accessible (4 odd rooms) to public. There is a lawn and small garden outside as well.

The temple is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful pine trees. You can reach easily by ropeway or by a short trek. A must-visit spot when you’re in Shimla!

Jakhu Temple (also Jakhoo Temple) is an ancient temple in Shimla,Himachal Pradesh, India, dedicated to the Hindu deity Lord Hanuman. A giant 108-feet-high idol of Hanuman was unveiled at Jakhu Hanuman temple on 4 November 2010. The temple is accessible by foot, horse, taxi or ropeway. The Jakhu Ropeway is an aerial lift that links a point near the centre of Shimla to the temple. It was developed by Jagson International Limited and opened in 2017.

Very beautiful temple of God Hanuman. Temple itself is very beautiful. I would recommend to visit it early morning to get less crowd and good pictures. This temple is on top of mountain. Be careful these wild monkeys may snatch your mobile or caps.

Points to be noted 1. Please be aware of cabs for visiting temple. 2. Rates can be negotiated 3. Path is very odd hence ropeway and cabs are the only way to visit. 4. Cabs for temple are far away from mall road. Hence it is suggested not to take senior citizens and people having knee problems. 5. Once cabs drops you near temple there are stairs followed by escalator. 6. 20 rupees per person is the rate for 2 escalators which takes you to temple. Or one can go by stairs.

Visited Jakhu Temple in Shimla for Hanuman Ji’s darshan. We took a private van from the Clock Tower for ₹300 (up & down for two people), though there’s also an HRTC bus available for around ₹30 which comes every 30–50 minutes. There are a lot of monkeys around; they’re not harmful but you need to be careful with your belongings. Standing below the huge Hanuman statue and offering prayers felt truly divine and peaceful. A must-visit spot for a calm spiritual experience.”

Red fort - Delhi A true piece of architecture !!! Walls of the fort goes feets above and feets wider. Fort surrounded by the deep waters makes enemies difficult to enter. Through the main gate you can enter and then you can start seeing some amazing entrance walls. After that there white stone monuments where it's restricted to enter but you can see from closure look. There are meausems inside the fort and had amazing collections of history. You need minimum of 2 to 3 hous of time to see every architecture of the red fort. We took tour bus and rushing to see all the places but couldn't make it to meausems. Well mentained gardens and there are good facilities and sit and rest. If you're visiting during the month of March to September make sure you are carrying enough water and electrols. During winters it's best time to visit and wear warms cloths and enjoy the weather.

We went there at around 5 pm on Saturday and it's in the very Porach area of Ghaziabad. They serve prasad. Water facility, and seating facility is there right outside which any one can use it. The hall is big for many people. They have a shop for many items. Almost every iskcon temple is good architecture. We spent around 1 hr. And at 6 pm they have arti.

No proper management system for keeping devotees’ slippers and shoes. Toilets are not clean and lack basic maintenance. Poor arrangements for devotees staying/living inside the premises. The place feels very congested and overcrowded. Air conditioning does not function properly, making it uncomfortable.

A Soulful Evening with V-Gather at Bangla Sahib Gurudwara As a member of V-Gather, Delhi NCR’s most vibrant meetup group for weekend activities, heritage walks, and making new friends, I recently had the privilege of visiting Bangla Sahib Gurudwara with the group. The experience was nothing short of transformative. From the moment we stepped inside, a sense of peace enveloped us. The stunning golden dome glistened under the evening sky, and the soothing sounds of Gurbani (holy hymns) created an atmosphere of serenity. Our group of curious explorers, including many first-time visitors, was warmly welcomed by the volunteers. We learned about the rich history of the Gurudwara and the selfless service it represents. The highlight of our visit was the Langar—the community kitchen that serves free meals to thousands daily. Volunteering in the Langar, even for a short while, was a humbling experience. Preparing food, serving meals, and witnessing the seamless teamwork among volunteers left a deep impression on all of us. Sharing a simple yet delicious meal sitting alongside people from all walks of life felt like a beautiful lesson in equality and humanity. The Sarovar (holy water tank) added to the tranquility, with its clear waters reflecting the Gurudwara’s grandeur. We spent moments sitting by its edge, soaking in the spiritual vibes and engaging in heartfelt conversations. For many in our group, this visit was not just about exploring a heritage site but about connecting with their inner selves and with one another. Bangla Sahib Gurudwara is more than a religious place—it’s a sanctuary of peace, service, and unity. It provided the perfect setting for our V-Gather meetup, allowing us to bond over shared experiences and meaningful moments. If you haven’t visited yet, do so with an open heart. Super polluted and over crowded , this place is good wide open park and water areas to sit and spend good time with friends and family but but its so crowded and polluted that you can barely see india gate, all smoke and no visibility at 50-100m , and so many tour guides and travel group counting on your money, with some scammer and lots lots of force photographer, save your money, time and health, its better you divert towards any low crowd and good air place, i stopped smoking for quite sometime now but when i went to delhi i felt chest burn and heavy breathing problems. But its a good protected area , if government take proper steps then that place looks majestic

I recently visited India Gate, and it was a beautiful experience. The atmosphere felt calm and patriotic, especially in the evening when the entire area lights up. Standing in front of the monument and reading the names of the soldiers felt emotional and reminded me of India’s history and sacrifice. Overall, my visit to India Gate was peaceful, memorable, and definitely worth it. I would recommend everyone to visit at least once, especially during sunset.

Akshardham Temple, Largest Hindu temple in world is a divine place. It's more than temple, it's actually a hub of great architectural designs that are carved on rocks and marble. Main things to see: ceilings of each dome inside temple, pillars and Mandovar. Great example of great and rich culture.

Akshardham An amazing beautiful peaceful temple. Must visit place if you are in New Delhi. Metro station also there and is just 100 meter apart. Akshardham is really beautiful the main temple is really beautifully crafted. The outer architecture is beautiful and also the inner marbel architecture was more than beautiful. The roof of the main temple is just amazing. The best and the most beautiful part is the main temple where the colors are too good. Note :- You can not take your phone 📱, camera 📷, so you have to stand in the queue to summit them in the cloak room. Secure cloak room 5/5. After the cloak room there is a security check which will be done in a minute you just have to remove your wallet and belt and that's it they will check you and let you pass. Strong security check. Best place to visit.

The architecture is undoubtedly breathtaking and this place is worth a visit. However the staff is rude, timings of rides and events are not mentioned correctly on the website and not allowing purses or phones inside is incomprehensible. Why should we be asked to return or have to leave our valuables insecurely in cabs. Why not be transparant and allow cellphones. And what harm can purses and bags do...just use security measures. Even airports allow bags, so why shouldn't this place!!!

Get a chance to visit Lotus temple. A very nice place to visit. Huge gardens, well maintained and super clean. People are not allowed to enter the gardens. Well spreaded walking paths, shoe counters near the Lotus temple. Though it is called a temple but actually there is no any statue of any God. It is a quite clean vacant place for worship or one can say place for Meditation. The temple dome is built like a Lotus flower with a huge hall inside, number of benches for the devotees to sit and worship their respective God or Meditate.

Sultanpur National Park (Ramsar site ) is located at Sultanpur village on Gurugram-Jhajjar highway, 15 km from Gurugram and 50 km from Delhi. This covers approximately 142.52 hectares. The National Park is named after King Sultansingh Chauhan a descendant of King Prithviraj Chauhan. The approach road is good and National Park has decent parking space. The entrance is charged @Rs 50. Around 250 migratory birds find shelter in winter season. The best times are always mornings and evenings. The walk around the park is around 7500 steps. There are watch towers to facilitate bird watching. You can even buy artefacts at counter while returning. Don't forget to rent up a binoculars. Electric vehicles are available for those who wish for ride around the park.

There are 3-4 watchtowers and observation decks that offer picturesque views of the visiting birds. You need to visit with binoculars and high heeled shoes for the best experience. Carry a water bottle on warm days but do not litter anywhere. The entry costs 50rs per person and 30 rs for parking each vehicle. Restrooms are available near the parking lot. The place is frequently visited by migratory birds from Siberia and Central Asia. One can also find local fauna in abundance. The lake is purely rain fed so water levels keep declining during the winter. This place usually remains open from October to March during the winters

Amazing place for birding. Winter months are ideal, the park is closed from may to oct. It is serene and peaceful. Well maintained and clean, golf carts available so people with mobility issues or people looking just to unwind may avail. They have decent binoculars available for rent as well. Saw 100+ species in the 2-3 hours i was there in mid February. Only sad thing was dogs trying to hunt geese and other birds.

One of the most iconic place in the NCR, a wonderful experience with all friends visited with me, the Auditorium complex and its decorations were interesting. Walking around inside the complex is a great experience. Always wanted to be here. And so it happened. I cannot say that I have never been here before. We especially enjoyed going to it. First Mall of Delhi , ANSAL PLAZA MALL , is located near Pari Chowk, Amit Nagar, Sadarpur, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. When opened, Ansal Plaza was very popular among the shoppers and enjoyed the full success due to its Amphitheater, food court, and special offerings. Gradually it stopped attracting and inviting people when the new and bigger Malls started coming in the NCR with better amenities . It’s an example of very poor management and failure of management to adapt to changing customers preferences. Now the Mall is almost closed. Here ,in the case of Ansal Plaza Mall , The Darwin’s theory is 100% correct- Struggle for existence & Survival of fittest.

You need at least 2 hours to visit. Space movie show is in english and full of knowledge but may be boring for some. The location is odd, far from the city, but road connectivity is nice. Staff is polite and helpful. Neet and clean environment.

If you are in NCR, you shouldn't miss this. One of the very well curated exhibit. For people over 40-50s, it's gonna take you down the memory lane. Kids super love it to see the grandiour of vintage cars and vehicles.... Especially buggies. Kids love the simulator too and movie shown is also brilliant. They can improve bit on the gift shop but rest is an amazing experience.

Visiting the Radha Rani Temple in Barsana was a truly divine and memorable experience. The temple stands gracefully on a high mountain, offering stunning views of the entire town. We reached there by car and later returned quickly on bikes through the cool night breeze—it felt thrilling and peaceful at the same time. Walking up the steep, sloppy road to the temple was a bit tiring but completely worth it. The divine aura of Radha Rani at the top filled our hearts with devotion and calmness. Radhe Radhe !

Darshan is very peaceful and beautiful if you go on a weekday, especially early morning or early afternoon. During weekends or festivals, the rush becomes uncontrollable, it’s not safe or comfortable to bring small children. Ab thoda practical part, place bahut bheed bhara rehta hai. Local hawkers aur touts har jagah milenge, sab apna product ya service bechne ki koshish karte hain. Be alert, bahut log tourist ko confuse karke paisa nikalne ki koshish karte hain. Mobile phone, wallet, ya koi expensive cheez leke mat jao, pickpocketing common hai. Also, do not drink lassi or eat anything from random stalls, zyadatar fake products hote hain aur quality kharab hoti hai. Carry plenty of small change because literally every second person will ask for donation or bhiksha. Overall, darshan of Radha Rani is absolutely divine, but everything outside the temple feels like a chaos zone. If you go with devotion and awareness, it’s a spiritually uplifting visit.

Fantastic place here rope way system is also available to reach on hill then main temple of Radha rani which is really mind blowing. Sometimes it's a little bit crowded but the radha nam satsang was amazing. If you're able to climb then enjoy and climb with happiness with chanting radha radha.

Place is why Barsana is famous for. Takes 20 mins to climb by stairs to the temple or you can opt for ropeway. Don't depend on management, you have to take care of yourself and your family on your own. Better to wait of its heavily crowded. First darshan of the day starts at 5:30am for mangla Aarti. Visiting the Radharani Temple in Barsana was a truly wonderful experience. I would highly recommend having your own means of transportation if you are travelling with family. There is ample parking available, though on special occasions you can expect long queues. The walk to the temple is comfortable and not too tiring, but do watch your step on the stairs. It took us about 10 to 15 minutes to get inside and have the darshan, which was quite reasonable for the month of October, just before Diwali. I have heard that at other times the temple can be very crowded, so it is best to plan your visit accordingly. Once you are at the temple, there is also a fort nearby that you can easily walk to. Overall, it was a divine and peaceful experience.

The first darshan includes - Mata Rani temple and after that - visit the Gufa, Shiv Ji Temple, Krishna Temple & Shani Dev Temple. The temple is huge so follow the signboards. You can get the prashadam from the gate 1 @100rs but the assistant at the temple will ask you to offer your prashad yourself ( and that's okay) The temple has the canteen as well.

Absolutely fabulous place to visit. It's a mirror to our history. Must visit if you want to see post Mughal transition of Architecture. There are adequate Bus services available from Rajasthan government Alwar depot from Govardhan chowk Mathura. It's a one day tour, on a good day 2 to 3 hours, for an enthusiast 5 to 6 hours. No restaurant in the vicinity.

Deeg Palace is a beautiful 18th-century palace located in the Bharatpur district of Rajasthan. Built by Maharaja Suraj Mal, the ruler of Bharatpur, it served as a summer retreat for the Jat kings. The palace is famous for its Mughal and Rajput architectural blend, with grand halls, arcaded pavilions, ornate balconies, and stunning water fountains. Surrounded by lush gardens, the palace gives a glimpse of royal leisure and lifestyle. The highlight of Deeg Palace is its impressive water fountains and artificial rain system, which were designed to provide cooling during the scorching summers. The palace complex has several mansions (bhawans) like Suraj Bhawan, Keshav Bhawan, and Nand Bhawan, each with unique charm. Twice a year, during fairs and festivals, the fountains are still operated, creating a magical atmosphere that transports visitors back to the royal era.

Deeg Palace is magnificent piece of history yet kept very nicely. Museum inside the palace is unique in way that it is maintained as if royals are living there. A little or no changes have been made to the original decor and furniture placement of this palace. Gardens are very well maintained. A must visit place for good pictures as well as it's history.
