It is not very crowded during early morning and evening hours. The top of the temple has a big Shivling which is visible from far off and is the highlight of the place.

Nageshwar Jyotirlinga is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas located in Dwarka district of Gujarat, which is of great importance. If anyone wants to visit Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, then it would be better to go on normal days. Because during holidays and festivals, there is a lot of crowd there, so you will not be able to have a peaceful darshan. Very good arrangements have been made for parking vehicles in the area around the temple. The toilets located around the temple are chargeable and the arrangements are very bad, which everyone should take care of, which we have had a bitter experience where there is no cleanliness even after paying money.

The history of tourism at Gopi Talav is tied to the larger history of Dwarka as a pilgrimage site. Dwarka is considered to be the ancient kingdom of Lord Krishna, and Gopi Talav is intimately connected to Krishna divine play with the Gopis (milkmaids) of Vrindavan. According to legend, it is here that the Gopis came to see Lord Krishna in Dwarka, and their love and devotion turned the soil into yellow clay, known as Gopi Chandan. Pilgrims often collect this clay as a sacred memento.

This is a pond and not a lake. This pond has a historical dimension dating back to 5000 BC. As per the legend, the gopis sacrificed themselves by entering in this pond in order to prevent themselves from attacking forces. They turned into chandan (sandal). Many vendors selling chandan near this pond. Pls check for originality before buying because sometimes it's fake. This lake is also known as Amrit Sarovar and the small footpath around it is maintained by Tata Chemicals as a part of CSR initiatives. You can get to see many peacocks and peahens around.

Nice Temple with Beautiful Surroundings – Some Care Needed The temple is really nice and peaceful, a great place to visit. There’s also a small *talab* (pond) nearby which adds to the beauty—but it needs a bit more care. Planting some small plants or flowers around it would make the area even more beautiful and refreshing. One good thing is that there are small food stalls nearby. You can enjoy a variety of local snacks like **dhokla, khaman, bhaji**, and even fresh **nariyal pani** (coconut water). The **dahi chhaas** (buttermilk) is really tasty, and it’s only ₹20 per glass! You can also get **Multani mitti sticks** for just ₹10. Tip: If you're visiting, take some time to enjoy the local snacks and relax near the pond. Also, do your part to keep the area clean and green!

All people’s who visiting dwarka were also visit gopi talab . Many shops for shopping and also food items were available there to eat. The curd/buttermilk test was very nice . Silent and peaceful place . Spiritual and historic place .

There is currently nothing to see at Gopi Talav. This historic site, which is over 5,000 years old, deserves better preservation and enhancement by the government. There is much potential for improvement, but as of now, there is little to explore here.

A truly divine and peaceful experience at Harsiddhi Mata Temple in Harshad. Cannot rate a Temple but I must say that you will find peace and spiritual feel. There are 300 steps which is not much hard to climb and you will see the amazing view at the back side of beach and village. Must visit this Temple.

Good place to visit. Both educational and informational. Our entire family visited. One of the security guards was not speaking in right manner - he didn't speak nicely with my child and me - that was very odd behavior for Gandhiji's place.

Hari Mandir is a fantastic and very peaceful meditative temple. Behind the temple there is sandipani ashram, a boarding school in English and Gujarati medium. I purchased Ram Katha and Shrimad Bhagwad from here.

Today we visited Swaminarayan Mandir and it was a really special experience. The structure of the temple is very impressive and attractive, every corner is full of beauty and grandeur. The beautiful gardens surrounded by greenery and the clean environment are very soothing to the mind. The maintenance of the temple is very good and the peaceful air here also soothes the soul. This place is not only a center of faith, but also a perfect place to spend some peaceful moments. Darbar Hall Museum houses different galleries exhibiting around 2900 artefacts- picture gallery, palanquin room, textile & costumes gallery, weapons gallery and Picture gallery. The artefacts like weapons, armour, palanquins, sparkling chandeliers, howdahs, diamond woven carpets, photos, gowns, silver items, jewellery and paintings that depict the lifestyles of the Nawabs are the major highlights of the museum. There are displays of textiles and of arms. Further developments are planned, but much work is required on the fabric of the building and displays to bring it up to the standards. The surroundings of the attraction also need a lot of uplifting. Currently it seems very shabby. Attractions: Weapons, Armour, Palanquins, Chandeliers, Howdahs from the Days of the Nawabs, Huge Carpet Woven in Junagadh's Jail, Photos of the Last Nawab with his Numerous Beloved Dogs.

The Darbar Hall Museum is housed in the building where the Nawabs of Junagadh held court and assemblies. The building is a riot of pink coloured walls, domes and parapets. The entrance fee is small and there’s the usual 10x entrance fee for foreigners compared to the locals. It’s also extra to take photos in the museum, twice the price entrance fee! The main rooms are Silver Room, Weapons Room, Glass & Pottery Room, Coins Room, Wood Furnishings Room, Howdah & Palanquin Room and Nawab Portraiture Room. There very little English description except in the coins room, glass room and portraiture rooms. The building is nice, but in need of TLC. The items are good quality, but the room is little more than a few items thrown together. Other than that, the museum does have some beautiful glass chandeliers that once belonged to the Nawabs. The entry price is little more than pocket change and it's nothing more than a 20 sideline of you have time. Don't bother unless you have lots of it in Junagadh.

We visited the zoo on a Thursday and were impressed by the variety of animals, especially the dancing peacock. The safari was well-organized and enjoyable. Only few food options are there It would be more helpful if have more food options available, but overall, it was a great day out and I would definitely recommend it to families with young children.

I visited here with my family. This zoo is very big and comfortable place for birds and animals. Trusts are always taken care of this animals as well as birds and snks. Howevere, this zoo is very useful to know about animals, birds and other wild animals. This is well maintained place 👏 👌 🙌 👍 😀 must visit.

I was impressed by the variety of animals at this zoo. Some exhibits seemed a little less maintained than others, but generally it was consistent. The lions and tigers are definitely the star attractions. The only thing that was fairly appalling was just how much more expensive it is for foreigners. I understand that tourists can pay more, but it was about an 8x-10x difference in price. AND they also charge if you happen to have a good camera, which I did, so I had to go back to the car to leave it there. 😒

The oldest zoo in India. Spread over 200 acres. Tickets cost quite less. 20 for adult and 10 for kids up to 12. Has a lot of animals & birds. Their stars are the Lion, Lioness and Tiger. They also have bison, zebras, deer, hyenas, hippos. Birds range from small parrots and parakeets to eagles, owls, to flamingos, ostriches and emus. For another 100 you can take a golf cart, but it's better to walk and see the animals at your speed. Golf cart just zips thru and back in 25 min, not worth the money. They have a small safari inside the zoo. It costs 100 separately. Some Lions, Tigers (esp white tiger), bears are moved there and not available to view in the zoo. The landscaping is really good, need to appreciate the effort. Warning: DO NOT ENTER THE TOILET. It is so bad that it's like it had never been been cleaned since inauguration. I was almost fainting when I got out. So much for the oldest zoo. They can make it chargeable or increase ticket cost by 5rs and clean it.

Multiple varieties of Animal species are present. The numbers are huge and very satisfying. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the Zoo is not up to the mark. Especially the living conditions of the animals, it's really painful to watch them stay in very dirty cages which are not maintained from the inside.

The view from the top is breathtaking and gives a great look over the whole city. The place is peaceful and perfect for anyone who loves history, architecture, and photography. It’s a great spot to explore with family or friends. Only suggestion — the management could improve cleanliness and provide more information boards about the monuments. But overall, it’s a must-visit attraction in Junagadh! If you want to go there to see the fort , start at 7 in the morning If you go there, take a car because there is a lot of walking here. The facilities there are good, there is a water machine everywhere, there is a toilet and bathroom, and if you have difficulty walking, you can go there safely.

One has to climb steps downhill and again climb uphill to reach lord Dattatreya temple. Temple closes by 7 pm. Plan your trek accordingly. Panaromic view of the mountains are awesome. Enjoyed sunset view while climbing. No need to panic. Lot of devotees ascend and descend during night also. Free food is available at Gaumukh ashram. Enjoy your spiritual trek.

It is so great to see the history of old Tibetan / Jain monks from 4th century making this place for meditation.

too long journey, to see just ruins of ancient heritage site very pity for the archaeological dept, govt of India and local people.. who are happy by not conserving, this very much important part of our rich history.. still its aura is amazing, nearby river and jungle is serene to feel the aura roads are good to reach till the gate, ample parking space, not maintained toilets are rusted n not cleaned. tickets or entry pass not needed, it's free. 15 to 20 minutes enough to see the site no food or water available in and around some lovebirds wandering around, as it is a lonely place..

Archeologically important and very ancient Buddhist caves with a small river flowing in front of the caves and lots of green trees in surroundings. Surrounding environment is calm and cool. Enough parking space available outside. New Buddhist temple besides these caves is also being developed.

10minutes from Khambhalida Temple these Buddhist caves are a hidden gem. This is a very small part of what could have been a bigger residence or meditation cave for Buddhist Monks in the ancient era. The cave is not open for exploration but this is a must visit if you are a history buff. Also, the natural environment makes a perfect opt for a photoshooot. The place is secluded and in the middle of a jungle, many locals can be spotted however avoid wandering off the trek one can easily gets lost in the Jungle.
