A very tranquil place with waves of spirituality. The Mandir premises is overall clean. There is a large parking space near the mandir, just beside the Rajbari. The approach road to the temple is in good condition, but narrow. The charges are Rs 100/- per four wheeler. Lot of eateries are here around the temple. The only drawback is the unethical monetary demands of the Pandas and the priests and bullying by them. The local administration should look into the matter.

The Tarakeswar Temple in the Hooghly district of West Bengal is one of the major Shiv temples in India where one can still pour water over the Shivlinga directly by entering the sanctum/garba griha (as of September 2025). It is advisable to visit early in the morning in order to have a good darshan and pour water over the Shivlinga (say, around 7:30 am, which I did). Avoid the middlemen you meet on your way to the temple and offer puja directly inside the temple. Carry some extra clothes back from home in case you wish to take a dip in the adjoining pond (Dudh Pukur). Cleanliness can be improved. ওঁ নমঃ শিবায় । 🙏 ॐ नमः शिवाय । 🙏 Om Namo Shivay. 🙏

Given 4 Star instead of 5 because of "Pandas" who stand at railway station till temple and offer you puja. They will walk with you until you denied doing puja by Pandas and asked them that you will do puja by your own. And if you do puja by Pandas, you will definitely will be in trap as they will ask money from you after puja and you have to give whatever they will ask otherwise they will shout and create a scene at spot. So my advise (Frequently Visiter), don't listen to Pandas (Whatever they will tell to tra you), you just walk to temple, near temple you will get pradas, holy water and some flower to offer god but that and direct visit temple stand in queue and offer puja to God by yourself. Nowadays it's a business for Pandas to trap new pilgrim. Direction - Near to Railway station just 5 mins walk. Don't do auto or rickshaw they will charge 50/- for just 5mins walkable distance.

The verity range of books available here. If you want old book in lesser price that’s option great or if you want to get new books the option is plenty. The street cover with books only. In case you are looking for first hand CBSE or ICSE books go to National Book Store. It's a great place to have a look around. From books to stationary you will get everything there.

Today (24 October 2025), I visited the iconic Howrah Bridge in Kolkata, and I must say, it left me completely amazed. It’s truly a wonder to see how such a massive bridge stands tall without a single supporting pillar in the river — a masterpiece of engineering and design. The place was quite crowded, as expected, but the energy and liveliness around the bridge had its own charm. What fascinated me the most was how beautiful the bridge looked at night when the lights were turned on — the entire structure glowed with elegance, creating a magical view over the Hooghly River. If you really want to experience the true beauty of the Howrah Bridge, I’d suggest seeing it from a boat on the river. The reflection of lights in the water and the calmness of the surroundings make it an unforgettable sight. However, I did feel that the footpath areas could be a bit cleaner and there are too many street vendors, which sometimes makes walking difficult. Also, it surprised me that there were no books or small stalls selling information about the bridge’s history. Being such a historical and symbolic structure, it would be wonderful if tourists could easily find books or pamphlets telling the story behind this great monument. Overall, visiting Howrah Bridge was a memorable and enriching experience — a blend of history, architecture, and human spirit that continues to inspire awe even today.

Visiting the Howrah Bridge was an unforgettable experience for me. Standing proudly over the Hooghly River in Kolkata, this iconic structure truly reflects India’s engineering brilliance and cultural heritage. I was amazed by its massive size, strength, and the way it connects the busy city of Kolkata with Howrah. The bridge feels alive with the continuous movement of people, cars, buses, and cycles, yet it stands so sturdy and powerful even after more than eight decades. The bridge, officially named Rabindra Setu, was opened to the public in 1943 during British rule. It is one of the longest cantilever bridges in the world and was built without using any nuts or bolts, which makes it a true marvel of design and construction. The structure is made of steel and perfectly designed to handle heavy traffic every day. As I walked across the bridge, I felt the cool breeze from the river and enjoyed the stunning view of the city skyline and boats below. The evening lights made the bridge look even more beautiful.

The flower market is not to be missed. Incredibly beautiful and photogenic. Take the time to walk through the alleyways of the flower market to see the different "specialists.". There is also an excellent ghat (along the river) on the backside of the market from which to take amazing photos of the Howrah Bridge.

One of the nice places to visit for young children to learn about simple basics. All are fun filled, enough to be engaged for at least 4-5 hrs. The museum also has its canteen. The toilets were well maintained and clean. I took a ticket for all the event packs which costs 330rs each. We can choose which events we want to attend. there was a dinosaur dark room, humans evolution show, time machine, space theatre etc. Overall a good day out for any science enthusiast.

One of the tourist place in Kolkata . Plan a full day to spend here.Very few things are free here. It can be a wonderful experinece for kids they will gain pratical apporch of many theories here. Rest they have different shows here which you can experince ticket price varies from 40 to 50 rs per person (indian) . Entery fees of 60 rs. Inside the museum also can buy tickets for appropriate shows. I had experineced shows like 3d space journey of voyager (110rs/person) i would recommed to go for this if you are a space enthusiast. Time traveller also I had seen but its not satisfied according to price. Dark ride , panaroma , ropeway and many different shows. The mirror images was nice to enjoy even for toddlers and inside the building you can see many fishes aquariums and many more. Here most of the equipment was not working and the visitors children’s ( Mainly nearby some Muslim people’s children) was breaking down the sound learning equipment and displaying buttons the security people are busy in collecting tickets can’t securing the things. Some schools are also came here to learning the concepts and practical here . Pls maintain and had a look on the equipment. Inside there is a hotel , the worst food and no hygiene.I had ordered veg thali and fried rice literally waste of money .

Time Machine: Fun, but the effects are a bit outdated now. Still enjoyable for first-timers. Outdoor Exhibits: The musical fountain, ropeway, and toy train are nice additions that make it a wholesome family outing.

Security staff seemed more focused on ticket checking rather than monitoring the equipment. Review of Mother House, Missionaries of Charity – Kolkata Among all the places I visited in Kolkata, Mother House left the most lasting impression on my heart. Nestled in a modest lane of the bustling city, this place radiates peace, simplicity, and divine presence. It is the headquarters of the Missionaries of Charity, founded by Saint Mother Teresa, and visiting here felt like stepping into a sacred space of love and humility. The sisters welcomed everyone with warmth and grace. They gently guided us through the areas open to visitors – the tomb of Mother Teresa, the chapel where she used to pray, and the museum, which preserves many of her personal belongings. The museum is simple yet powerful – you’ll find her worn sandals, handwritten letters, rosaries, her iconic white and blue saree, the awards she received, and deeply moving quotes that reflect her selfless mission. One of the most touching moments was seeing Mother Teresa’s own room – a tiny space with just a simple bed, a table, and no fan. It was a striking reminder of her vow to live among and like the poorest of the poor. Even today, the sisters live in the same humble manner – I saw them drawing water with buckets from a tank below, living a life of complete simplicity and service. People from across the world visit to seek peace, offer prayers, and draw strength from the legacy of Mother Teresa. Many, including myself, have experienced miraculous blessings after praying to her. There’s a quiet sense of healing and hope in the air – the kind that words can barely capture. While Kolkata has many attractions, Mother House is a place that touches the soul. It’s not just a tourist spot – it’s a spiritual home that holds unforgettable memories and a timeless message of love and compassion.

Going to Mother Teresa's Home was a really unique experience. Unlike the other big tourist spots in Kolkata, this isn't about grand architecture or loud crowds. It's a place that just feels different. As soon as you step inside the gates, the noise of the city seems to just fade away. The main thing to see is Mother Teresa's tomb, which is incredibly simple and beautiful. People are kneeling and praying, and the atmosphere is so peaceful and respectful. It's a very powerful place for quiet reflection. The small museum is interesting, too, with some of her personal belongings and a little history on the Missionaries of Charity. It's not a place you'll spend hours and hours at, but you don't need to. It's a quick, quiet visit that leaves a lasting impression. It's a nice change of pace from the typical Kolkata sightseeing and a powerful reminder of her legacy. If you're looking for a moment of peace and a chance to feel connected to a truly remarkable person, it's absolutely worth a visit.

The Mother Teresa House of the Missionaries of Charity is a sanctuary of holiness and charity, where the presence of the Sisters of Charity is deeply felt. We were blessed to participate in the Tamil mass near St. Mother Teresa's Tomb, an experience that was both pure and overwhelming. The house still vibrates with holiness, infused by the charisma of the sisters who embody Mother Teresa's spirit of love and service.

We visited Mother Theresa House in Kolkata and it was an eye opening experience. The humble home of the great humanitarian and Nobel peace prize winner is a must see location in the city. The missionary has a Mother Theresa museum telling her story as well as her simple tomb available to view in the prayer hall. Her actual room is also in the premises. Photography isn't allowed in most places to maintain a peaceful environment within the missionary. Highly recommended!

Very moving to come to Mother Theresa’s home. Nice exhibition and displays of her life story and of her room when she lived here. They stayed opened longer just to let us in as we were late. She lived a full life.

A very emotional visit. An incredibly insight to the life of a wonderful human being. Mother Theresa's dedication to the poor of Kolkata transcends religious orientation. Her service from back when Kolkata became the destination of millions of refugees from eastern Pakistan (present day Bangladesh) after the partition of British India is inspirational.

A place of peace and serenity. Had been there in May, 2014. If the Mother House is to be ranked the No.1 attraction in Kolkata on tripadvisor it cannot be without reason. This sparsely crowded place should definitely be on your list of places to see if you are visiting Kolkata for the first time. Visiting the place where this Great Saint of our times lived and is buried is a blessing. Sadly while we were there, an Indian guy was filming his wife and child with his video camera as if they were at Madam Tussauds wax museum, striking poses in front of the saintly statues, almost committing sacrilege at this holy place. Even foreigners who come here are seen praying at the place. It's a pity the Indian family didn't value the Saint or her holiness. Mother herself was not Indian by birth. Apart from the paraphernalia of Mother Teresa that is displayed in two rooms (that speak of her utter simplicity) it is the peace and divine energy that permeates the place that will move you. A sister (Nun) there will give you a booklet and a medallion which she will say can help you in a variety of ways. Take them with a spirit of reverence.

A wonderful old building and collections that need a lot spending on them to reorganise and modernise. The displays of stuffed animals, massive room full of innumerable rocks, Indian flora and other rooms such as on invertebrates, are all pretty tired and very dated. However the huge archeological collection of stone carvings and sculptures of Buddhas and other deities from over many centuries is stunning and worth the entry fee themselves. And the massive stone railings and gateways from Bodh Gaya and Bharhut? Just Wow.

Bags aren’t allowed inside, but there’s a free cloakroom available outside for storage, which is convenient. However, my experience was disappointing due to the behavior of some staff members. The staff inside were quite rude to visitors, and I even noticed one person in the painting section secretly taking pictures of people on his phone, which felt very unsafe and unprofessional. The authorities should take strict action against such behavior to ensure a secure and respectful environment for visitors. The museum itself is worth visiting for its vast collection, but the management and staff attitude seriously need improvement.

As of 2025 November the ticket pricing is INR 30 for garden, INR 50 for garden and going inside the monument and INR 100 for garden, monument and gallery. You cannot any eatables or water/ liquid inside. Despite restriction on food, people have littered in the garden area , pond area with plastics, ghutka packets ! There should be strict vigilance and fine for such unacceptable behaviour!

I wanted to cover all the mandir and religious places in kolkata and Kalighat is one of them. This place is build on modern infrastructure. I thought the mandir was kept it in its original form. But I liked it, it is very clean and well maintained. I would say it is not well managed because I have heard of many incidents where the pandas reaches out to pilgrims and ask for money for VIP visit. I was also reached out by few. I am not totally against it because some people may not have sufficient time wait in the queue. I went with general queue and I had to wait for an hour as the VIPs were given more priority. One hour wait time is nothing as compared to kamakhya temple where you might have to wait for whole day. The connectivity is good . You can reach metro by foot in 10 mins or book a auto for 50rs.

It's about one and half hours drive from Calcutta via Santragachi and Salap More(Take the road to the left at the crossing). There are a couple of markets on the way where It's a bit crowded. The road condition is pretty good. The place is good. On weekends the charges are about INR 9000/-. Other days It's 7500/-. Catering needs to be arranged.

Only multiplex in the heart of Haldia. Generates city like feel as it is located inside Ambuja City Centre Mall with blazing shopping mall. The price of tickets is also quite reasonable and I think affordable for all classes. Sound system is also quite good. Must visit for all ages and groups.

A beautiful experience! Kapil muni and Mahadev(lord Shiva) are being worshipped here. Root guide: Root 1)from Sealdah--- take a direct train from sealdah station to Namkhana station. Rail fare ₹35 per head. From Namkhana station, visitors are advised to take an Auto/engine van/toto towards Namkhana Jetty ghat,fare 10 INR. From there take boat up to Gangasagar ghat,named as Benuban,fare is fixed 20 INR. From there take Toto upto Gangasagar main temple,fare 40/- head. Beware of fraud vehicle pullars who charged intentionally high amount. Root 2) go up to Kakdwip by the same train from sealdah. Actually this station is just before the one station of Namkhana(Kakdwip-->Ukiler haat-->Namkhana). From Kakdwip station take Toto upto Lot no.8 and take Vessle drive up to the Gangasagar ghat. From Gangasagar ghat you can take bus toward the Main temple area. Suggestion: place is need to be kept more clean by the visitors.

This is really a very beautiful place. If you're a village lover go for this place. A short family trip or go for with your friends. Love this place totally. If you want to explore the place go off season. Go before or after Ganga Sagar Mela. If you go during those days it will be crowded and won't be able to breathe. So better go before or after. Not very suitable place for children and old age people. And make sure you take medicines with you.

Must Visit. Awesome place. Visit in November and December. During Sankranti Mela is organized by locals but at that time it's too crowded. One can stay at Ashram as well at ₹300/day, food is not that expensive. Coconut water is must to try when going to Sagar for bath. Visit the temples at evening during Arati time. This is very old shiv temple in Khragpur, wet medinipur, situated in Malancha khragpur, nearest road is Parijat sweet shop, straight road from Zudio

Has a historic value. Built around 1600 years ago(data collected locally hence can't authorize the authenticity) this temple has a "Lingam" that has emerged from the stone ground. Big space for devotees.

Really good place to visit. Whenever I visit there I find peace and happiness. Good place for people of all ages. ( Young to old). It's a temple of Lord Shiva . It's said that The shiv ling came out from interior of the earth. The Shiva ratri fair held here at Shiva ratri is really awesome.

Old hindu temple of lord Shiva. It is said that the lord here is quite generous to His devotees and answers prayers. The garbha griha is kind a small, only one or two person can hardly enter except the priest. The shiv ratri fair also held here annually. The environment is spiritual.

HISTORY OF JHARESHWAR TEMPLE, KHARAGPUR. This is the oldest Shiva temple of Kharagpur. It is said that Panch Pandava had come here to worship lord Shiva. After many years it has gone underground due to some natural phenomena. Then a man came and purchased the land to make his house. That night Lord Shiva in Roop of Lord Jhareshwar came in his dream and ordered him to leave the place in name of him and make a temple for him there. From that day many visitors from outskirts come here to worship Lord Jhareshwar.

Mandarmani is one of the most beautiful beach I've ever been to. Sandy beach with lots of crabs and star fishes to swim with. Even in the days of storms, it's mesmerizing and beautiful. The local food is amazing and lots of restaurants to go to. Be mindful to swim with caution. The beach does not have lifeguards.

One of the best beaches in East India if not the best. The beach is has a huge length so there are plenty of hotels and you will always find rooms. The beach has a driveway which makes it amazing. You drive along the beach and hear the sea roar. Although the driveway is really narrow and you have to really careful when two cars cross. Otherwise kts amazing to drive here.

I have visited Tajpur Sea Beach - and the sea side market built by Government of West Bengal in early July 2025. There were plenty space for paid parking at 50/- per car but cow dung everywhere. The beach front was small and less crowded. Toy cars available for kids between 100/- and 150/- per ride. If compared Tajpur Beach Mandarmani is superior in atmosphere, food variety and serenity.

Very nice sea beach with few people around. This beach is not very much modified. And beach erosion is very prominent towards Mohona.

Everything about this place is quite pleasant, except for the sea itself. The water here is a dirty black color, which takes away from the otherwise beautiful coastal setting. However, the infrastructure near the shore is well-developed. You’ll find seating areas, stalls, and other amenities that make the visit comfortable and convenient. For those seeking a bit of adventure, boat rides are also available, and they’re definitely worth trying for the experience and scenic views. When comparing the two nearby beaches—Old Digha and New Digha—Old Digha beach stands out as the better option. The shoreline there is cleaner and more suitable for a relaxing walk or even dipping your feet in the water. New Digha beach, on the other hand, is filled with large rocks, which make swimming or walking along the shore quite difficult and even risky in places. Despite that, New Digha has its own appeal—it boasts two large and beautifully maintained parks. These green spaces provide a refreshing change from the beach and are great spots for families, children, or anyone looking to unwind amidst nature. Overall, while the sea may not be ideal, the amenities, boat rides, and contrasting features of Old and New Digha beaches make the area worth exploring.

Great Beach. For the first time visitor( not so crowded like Chennai and Mumbai, beaches,) no car parking in other locations, finally we reached this location near to the sea beach with sufficient parking space.

I have been to Puri, Vizag, Chennai and Pondicherry and I can say that "Digha" is India's worst beach. Entire beach is rock beach and there is unnecessary crowd in a very small beach. But there are lots of food options in old digha beach if you want to take out atleast something from digha trip. You should consider puri or vizag if you want good beach vibes.

Digha Beach is one of the most famous beaches in West Bengal, and a lot of people come here from both West Bengal and Odisha. The beach gets very crowded, especially on weekends. The sea water is not very clean, so if you are planning to bathe, be careful while entering the water. There are stones in the shallow area, and it suddenly gets deep, which can hurt your legs. So take care while going in and coming out of the sea. Apart from this, the beach is nice to spend time at. There is boating available, and you can enjoy a boat ride. Outside the beach, there are many food shops where you can try local food. Hotel prices are a bit high. We were six people and stayed for about 5-6 hours during the daytime, and they charged us ₹3500. We checked 5-6 hotels, and all were charging almost the same. So if you are planning to visit with your family on weekends, it is better to book a hotel in advance. Nearby, there is Jagannath Dham, which you can also visit. Overall, we enjoyed our trip a lot.

Visited Digha a few months ago with my husband — the beach was beautiful, the waves were romantic, and the crowd? Let’s just say it felt like half of Kolkata came with us on our honeymoon! 😅 We tried to take a peaceful walk, but ended up playing find your feet in the sand. Still, had a great time — the sea, the snacks, and my husband’s fake bargaining skills made it a memorable trip!

An spacious well-equipped and nicely maintained place. Its museum and live galleries are nicely managed. However, looking for a guide who would narrate the intrigues of displays on physics. Beside, cafeteria is also worth mentioning. I thank its staff who supplied ice for my niece's wrenched elbow.

The Marine aquarium and the museum is an excellent attempt of the scientific community towards spreading of knowledge. The aquarium needs immediate attention, maintenance and restoration. The museum is very well maintained. All specimens labelled and nicely displayed. Wide variety collections of the marine life forms is a delight for the children and the adults.. The best part of this museum come aquarium is that the entry fee is nill. It is highly appreciated that they could afford to keep the place free of any entry cost The authorities, it seems taking up the renovation work. Wish them all the success and more visitors in future

Marine Aquarium and Regional Centre (MARC) is an Aquarium maintained by Central agency. There is no entry fee, you can enter it without any tickets. You just have to enter your details in the register. Open from 10am- 6pm. It is closed on Tuesday. We found several tanks empty (Under maintenance). Remaining tanks were all good ! We saw several marine species there. We saw snails walking for the first time. There is also another gallery & museum which shares models, photos, etc. The skeleton of a whale kept outside is a major attraction. Remember: Photos and videos is strictly prohibited inside the museum, please respect it.

A few more active exhibits or marine species would definitely make the experience more engaging. That said, it’s still a nice and peaceful spot to visit, especially if you’re interested in aquatic life or just looking for a quick, relaxing stop while in Digha. With a bit more attention and maintenance, it could become one of the more attractive places in the area.

This place is nice. The skeleton of the whale is the main attraction of this place. The place needs to be taken care of by the government. Most of the aquariums are dirty and not properly maintained. Many aquariums are empty. There is not any fan or AC , just two stand fans, which are not enough for those two big hall rooms. The absence of AC or any other types of ventilation system, makes this place hot and suffocating.

It is a boating point at Amarabati park at New Digha. You can have an amazing ride of the boat in the small lake. Two seaters, four seaters and six seaters boats are available there.

According to locals, this beach is not good for decent tourists after evening as there are some people who drink alcohol and do substance abuse there(we went there in the morning, so we did not experienced any of these though). We bought cashew nuts there also at quite an affordable price and those were of premium quality.

The place is good but if you are expecting a good clean and clear arrangement of beach side sitting place then it's not for you. You can seat by the side of sea and enjoy your food. But all the left over and garbages will come to you feet. Live music, live sea food cooking is there but you can't expect a hygiene. Boat service is available there. Not sure about the price.

Udaypur Sea Beach is located on Odisha - Bengal border, nestled between New Digha and Talsari. It is around 2kms from New Digha and is easily accessible via road. Toto is easily available from Digha to Udaypur beach. Rates: 30 per person on sharing and 100 for reserve Toto. The beach is dirty and filthy. The water stinks and if you come out of the water, you will feel a greasy sticky layer on your skin. There are temporary stalls on the beach serving beer and sea food, but there ain’t any shack nearby. I would not recommend visiting Udaypur Beach, Puri has better beachfront than this.

I recently visited Chandaneswar Temple, located near the Odisha–West Bengal border, just 8 km from Digha. It’s a peaceful and spiritually rich place dedicated to Lord Shiva, and the entry is completely free. The temple has a traditional vibe and attracts many devotees, especially during festivals. However, some areas could be better maintained, and a few locals may approach you for donations or offerings. Still, it’s a must-visit if you’re nearby and looking for a calm, devotional experience.

Chandaneswar Shiva Temple is a sacred and spiritually enriching place, often visited by devotees and tourists traveling to Digha or Mandarmani. Located just a few kilometers from Digha, it’s easily accessible by Toto (electric rickshaw) or private car. Do note that the temple lies within the Odisha border, so if you’re driving a private vehicle, make sure you carry all valid car documents to avoid any issues at the border check. While the temple experience is serene, visitors should be cautious of panda (priest) scams, which are unfortunately quite common. It’s best to avoid unsolicited offers and only approach a registered panda or priest if you wish to perform a puja (ritual). Offering prayers here is absolutely free — donations are completely voluntary and depend on your own wish. A peaceful visit to this divine temple can truly complete your coastal trip to Digha or Mandarmani.

🕉️🌄 My Experience at Chandaneswar Shiva Temple – A Morning of Devotion & Realities 🌄🕉️ A few days ago, I visited the famous Chandaneswar Shiva Temple during the early morning hours. The temple complex is beautifully maintained — neat, peaceful, and full of spiritual energy. There’s also a small pond inside, adding to the serene charm of the surroundings. Around the temple, many shops are set up, and all the arrangements for offering puja are available. But beyond the sacred atmosphere, there’s another side you can’t ignore. Almost every step of the way, there seemed to be people looking for chances to take money from visitors. You need to be careful — stay alert and don’t fall into anyone’s trap. Unfortunately, what should be a place of pure devotion has, for some, turned into a business opportunity. It felt like the spirit of devotion has been overshadowed by greed in some corners. Despite that, I tried to focus on the positive. One beautiful and unique sight was the large number of sacred bulls (sar goru) around the temple — some so massive and majestic that it truly felt like Lord Shiva’s own Nandi had come down to bless the devotees. They move freely among the people, and it adds a mythical, magical touch to the place. Overall, it was a mixed experience — spiritually uplifting, visually peaceful, yet a bit disturbed by the commercialization around it. Still, I’m glad I visited and witnessed it all with open eyes and an open heart.

Bhole Baba Mandir in Chandaneshwar holds a remarkable place in the hearts of devotees due to its deep rooted history. Holy place near Digha, big hindu temples full of devotion, no panda or puja pressure. There are many big cows.

The Temple has multiple gods like Jagannath, Radha Krishna but main is Shiva. There is a pond which is a little bit dirty. You have to remove your shoes before entering the Temple.

If someone comes to Digha, you can take the auto from there and come to the Chandneswar temple. It is regarded as the great and awakened temple of Hinduism. If someone is mindful, it must be full. Those who pay homage to devotion must come to this temple. The rent from Digha to the temple is 30 bucks but sometimes it is low.

It's way too beautiful to describe . Take a note:- If you like quite beach to enjoy the nature and also your own company then this is for you. To get the most beautiful experience, visit this place when the low tide is on its peak , the sound of waves and breeze enjoy it with the scenic beauty of boats anchored by the beach. Now comes the most important part during low tide you would experience the flying sand just over the ground which makes the place breathtaking and not less being in the heaven. Also the red hand crabs, those are so wonderful (I forgot to record them ). Just excuse my video making skills but experience in real is the best!!

Talsari Beach is a peaceful and beautiful getaway on the Odisha coast, known for its calm waters and scenic palm-lined shore. The nearby local fish market and boat rides made the experience richer.

Talsari Beach is located in the Baleswar district of Odisha, near the border of West Bengal. It's about 8 kilometers from Digha. You can enjoy a boat ride into the sea or across the Subarnarekha River and buy fresh seafood from local fishermen. You can stay in Digha or Mandarmani and visit Talsari Beach as a day trip ¹

Such a nice place to visit . If you come here by your own vehicle. It has parking lot and it costs 50 INR . So it's great . People are good here . You can do a boat ride here but they charge 100 per person for a short trip on boat.

Indeed, a marvelous sea beach is located Odisha and nearest to West Bengal-Odisha border. From Digha it can easily visit day by day. However, tourist lodge of Odisha government can be booked for accommodation. Beauty of the beach is simply excellent.
