One of the best places to visit in Hubballi - Dharwad for peace and spirituality. I visited ISKCON Sri Krishna Balarama Temple alone on a Wednesday. It is located in a calm area, surrounded by greenery. The temple premises are very clean and nicely maintained. Beautiful carvings and nice decoration around the temple add to the devotional feel. The evening aarti was well organized. Bhajans were sung with full devotion, and the environment felt very peaceful. The volunteers at the temple were very polite and explained things patiently. It was a very good experience to spend some time alone in such a calm and spiritual atmosphere. I went to ISKON on krishna janmashtmi the temple was decorated with flowers lights all over and the energy there was so divine. The temple is under construction and is constructing huge. To get there:- Take a chigri bus or a local bus to iskon rayapur

We travelled on 11th Oct 2025. Jeep safari had just opened a day before after the monsoon break. It's recommended to start the journey early we started at 8 am . It is a one hour journey by jeep to the waterfall. You will be given 90 minutes at the waterfall. Additional time can be spent at additional charges. It is the best time to visit as waterfall is in full flow post monsoon. Jeep can accomodate 7 pax . 600 rs per person or 4200 per jeep. Forest check point charge 250 which includes life jacket charges. Pls do not litter this beautiful natural paradise.

A must visit place for people seeking some adventure. You have to reach Kolem by your convenience. Then you’ll have to book local jeep that will take you near the waterfall which would take around 45min. Then there’s 5-10 minutes of hiking and you’ll see the beauty of nature. That’ll cost around Rs 850/- including the forest charges which is 250 Rs. You’ll also get a life jacket that’s included in 850 Rs. You’ll also can also swim in the waterfall.

Good place for adventurous trip. You have option to go for hiking treking and jeep tour. It takes 45mins to go by jeep from the forest gate. Some places you cross the streams and full bumpy road for 45mins. You will be given 90 minutes to enjoy at the water falls. These jeep drivers charge waiting charges if you cross 90 mins. Avoid if elders with back pain. Also the water fall area doesn't have proper fencing support railing or any proper means to stand. Plenty of changing rooms but not maintained properly. You have a life guard near the water falls. Rocks are very skidy and be cautious.

Heavy Queue up to 3-4 hours for buying ticket, after ticket buy seat in their bolero around 45 min then you reach dudhsagar waterfall parking area… after that 10 min walking for dudhsagar waterfall, after seeing you feeling just wow… awesome location.. but time taken.

Writing down so that anyone who wants to go can have an easy trip. Things to note: You cannot take your personal vehicle after the ticket booking point in Kullem. No shops inside, so take your water bottles with you. The road is very very rocky. Anyone with back problems is adviced not to go. You will need to pay a maintanence fee, its about 220 per person. Carry cash, they do not accept any digital payments. Theres 3 ways to reach the actual falls. The first 2 options are a trek. You can trek from Kullem or Castle Rock. The trek from Castle Rock is almost a whole days worth trek and you will need a guide. The one from Kullem is about half a days worth. The roads to reach there are also very muddy mostly because of jeeps that keep crossing the road. I personally would not recommend the trek because it's not very scenic, the roads are bad to non existent and is dangerous in general, especially from Castle Rock. And you can't take a jeep back from there either because jeeps already have their passengers pre-booked from the ticket point. The only advantage of the trek is that you can stay at the falls as long as you want. The third way is to book a jeep. Best way imo. They run non stop from the ticket point. It's 500 person(on top the maintanence fee). They'll drop you at the final leg, from there you have to trek for 10mins. A very simple trek. You get 1.5 hours at the falls. Enough to see whatever the falls has to offer.

It’s an easy to moderate trek for around 11.5 kms one way…the view is not much what we expected but was okish. The guide will force you to take the train track route but please make sure you take the forest route for better view and experience.

There are Two ways to Explore the Mighty Falls, one in by Trek and other is Jeep safari which is 4200 per jeep (Rs.700/- per Head) if you are less then 7 you can share with others. By Trek is very difficult for Inexperience, its took 3 hours up and 3 hours down total of 6 Hours Walk. Forest Entry Ticket is Rs.250/- per person. Jeep Travel time is 45 Min up and 45 min Down. They Gave you 1.30 Hours for bath in Falls if waterflow is low. The 1.30 hours time is not enough for everyone because we cant get out of the falls due to its carry such joy and wild experience, they gave you life jackets so don't worry about if you not know to swim. Overall I highly recommend everyone must visit this Falls once you are in GOA. Timing 9.0 am to 3.0 pm. Checkpost is walkable from Kulem Railway Station, which is 30 min from Madgoan Junction.

A very mystical temple with strong vibes. Situated in bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary the drive itself to the temple is serene. The temple is from 13th century and is maintained by ASI. Very neatly maintained lawn n garden. The forest area, river and the less crowd makes this an offbeat experiance. Must visit if you are in Goa.

Located in the Bhagwan Mahaveer wildlife sanctuary in Goa, Tamdi Surla Mahadev temple or Kadamba Shri Mahadev temple is a 13th century Kadamba dynasty temple. Legend say, Pandavas had built this temple even earlier to this period when the queen of Kadamba dynasty rebuilt this temple again. The temple is located in dense forest along the river Surla and has a beautiful Kadamba style architecture. Temple is very devine and has a spiritual aura with a beautiful carvings. Post temple visit, pls do try the snaks from the locals outside the temple. They are lip smacking..!

My Experience at Tambdi Surla Temple Visiting the Tambdi Surla Mahadev Temple was a truly enchanting experience — a perfect blend of spirituality, history, and nature. Hidden deep within the lush forests of the Western Ghats, the temple felt like a timeless treasure untouched by the modern world. As I walked along the narrow path surrounded by towering trees and the soothing sound of a flowing stream, I could already sense the sacred energy of the place. The moment I saw the temple, I was mesmerized. Built entirely out of black basalt stone, every inch of it is adorned with intricate carvings that tell ancient stories of devotion and craftsmanship. The cool stone walls and the soft fragrance of incense inside the sanctum created a divine peace that’s hard to describe in words. The sight of the Shiva Lingam and the majestic Nandi facing it filled me with a deep sense of reverence. What struck me most was the serene silence all around — broken only by the chirping of birds and the rustle of leaves. It’s amazing to think that this 12th-century temple has stood strong through centuries, protected by nature itself. Tambdi Surla is not just a temple; it’s an experience of divine calm, architectural brilliance, and natural beauty all woven into one. It reminded me that spirituality often resides in the quietest, most hidden corners of the world.

One of best and peaceful place . The temple is small but the architecture was very old which tells a lot of history. Temple is located middle of the forest the road was good you can easily reach the temple no need to walk. It's better take one vechile or rental cars . Public transport is also available but only 1 time from Panjim to tamde surla that reaches 2:30 pm and will back After 2:30 again to Panjim . From madgaon also you'll get but you have to change 2 more bus . Madgoan to ponda to mollem from mollem you have to take bike on rental ( piolet) they will charge 250/- per person . Beside the temple there is small channal is there and the water is very clean looks like filter water . Temple was very neatly maintained . From temple arround 1km there was a water fall is also there but when we visited in that time it was closed due to some reason. In front of temple limited snacks shops are available the taste is very good. Overall my opinion is very good place visit with your family and friends.

This temple dedicated to Lord Shiva is at the end of an offbeat road in Tambdisurla, Goa. You have to take a detour of around 20 Kms from the main Panaji Belgavi highway and you drive down winding roads between lush green forest on both sides. You find an occasional stream flowing which makes it even more serene. The temple is built in the late Chalukya and Hoysala architecture. There is a Shivalinga inside the sanctum and pooja is still offered here. Opens at 9.00am in the morning and closes at 5.30 pm in the evening.

Mahadev Temple at Tambdi Surla, is that of the Kadamba style, dated 13th Cent. It is reminiscent of the temples at Aihole Karnataka. This temple was built with Basalt, carried here from the Deccan plateau. It is perhaps the only Kadamba architecture made in Basalt. It survived all types of invasions due to it being located deep in the forests at the foot of the western ghats. Just our floundering luck, of being unable to see the inside of this Mahadev temple. First the premises were locked and after being opened for us to troop in, the temple was not accessible , since the priest wasn't there. I personally loved the serenity the place.

A beautiful and timeless 13th century temple built by kadambas. The Shiva Linga fills you with devotion the moment you see it. The peaceful water stream with small fishes adds to the charm. The drive to the temple is awesome, and the place is very clean and well maintained. A must-visit spot for a calm, divine experience.

Very beautiful farm and one of a kind experience if you are visiting for first time. They welcome you with flowers and then serve you a welcome drink. Then you have a option of having lunch or going on a tour of farm. Lunch was home like and tasty. They served both veg and non veg food. It is a buffet. Then on tour they explain you all about the different spices and condiments they grow in the farm and their benefits. At last they pour a mixture of some herbs with water on your back to relieve your fatigue. Overall a great experience.

If you like being around nature and love the knowledge of trees, plants and spices you must visit this Spice Farm. The entry fee was only Rs. 500/- per head which includes a tour guide and a lunch buffet. The welcome to the farm was with a shower of flower petals and a small glass of Lemon Grass tea which has many health benefits. The tour guide is available in Hindi, English and Konkani languages. Our tour guide Saiksha who gave us a tour in English was very sweet, polite and knowledgeable. The tour of the plantation is for about 25 to 30 minutes and is a walking tour. Post that they refresh you with herbal cold water on your back to soothe and calm you. They also give you 15ml of Fenni a local goan alcohol made from the Cashew fruit. You can then sit down for your lavish spread of authentic local cuisine. There is ample of parking space available here and it's better to come in early when it's cooler and has less crowd.

What an amazing experience for the eyes and the tummy… the guided tour was very informative and while it is a large plantation a quick 30 minute walk around the key areas was good to get a feel for this place… the food both veg, non veg including seafood was soooooo tasty… The staff kind, knowledgeable and genuinely trying to give everyone a good time. No Regrets and must visit…

I went here on my birthday — and man, that turned out to be such a great decision! The food was absolutely amazing, and our guide was both knowledgeable and super nice, with just the right touch of sarcasm that made the tour fun and engaging. Everyone we met was incredibly kind. We were actually the first ones to arrive that day, and they welcomed us with flower petals and a warm cup of lemongrass tea infused with cardamom and ginger — such a lovely start! And can I say it again? The food was AMAZING. They served it in earthen pots — not sure if it’s cooked in them too, but either way, it was delicious 😬

It’s a spice plantation & agro-tourism venture located in Curti, Ponda, Goa. The farm occupies around 130 acres and has been developed into a tourist spot where visitors can see how various spices and crops grow naturally. The farm not only grows spices (like pepper, cardamom, nutmeg etc) but also fruit trees, medicinal herbs and practices eco-friendly farming methods. The experience includes a guided tour of the plantation and a traditional Goan meal (buffet style). They have both veg and non-veg options.

Visiting the spice farm is definitely worth it. It's a privately owned farm spread over 130 acres, though only 2–3 acres are accessible to visitors. The guided tour is informative, offering great insights into various spices, their Ayurvedic benefits, and how to identify fake products often sold in the market. The entry fee is INR 500 per person, which includes a guided tour, farm visit, and lunch. The food was delicious, healthy, and they even offer Jain/Swaminarayan options, making it completely vegetarian-friendly. Since the farm is located away from North Goa, it's best to go by car for convenience.

🌿 An Absolutely Wonderful Experience at the Sahakari Spice Farm, Goa! My visit to this spice farm was one of the most memorable experiences of my Goa trip! The place is absolutely wonderful — peaceful, green, and filled with the aroma of nature. Our journey started at 8:30 AM from Panaji, and after navigating through Google Maps, we reached the farm around 9:45 AM. We were the first visitors of the day and were warmly welcomed with a refreshing cup of organic herbal green tea, made from freshly grown spices. Soon after, a guide escorted us through the farm, explaining in detail about the different species of spices, their lifespans, when they start producing yield, and the climatic conditions required for their growth. We also learned about various organic farming techniques used to enhance spice production. Though I forgot his name, I truly admire him for his amazing knowledge, communication skills, and humble nature — he made the tour so engaging! The farm tour lasted about an hour, surrounded by lush greenery, the sound of flowing water, and the soothing scent of spices — it was an absolute delight for the senses. After the tour, we followed a traditional ritual where a blend of two organic oils was applied to our back — said to relieve tiredness, and it truly worked! Then came a chance to taste Feni, Goa’s traditional alcohol made from cashew fruit — like a desi version of tequila! Next, we moved to the dining area for an unlimited Goan buffet, and honestly, it exceeded all expectations — especially for just ₹500 per person! There were around 10–12 vegetarian options and 3 non-vegetarian dishes, along with starters, desserts, and drinks. The flavors were authentic and delicious — finally, I got to taste the real Goan cuisine I’d been searching for throughout my trip. We ended the visit by exploring the farm shop, where we purchased some authentic spices and oils. Prices were slightly on the higher side, but considering they are pure and organic, it’s completely worth it. After relaxing for a while and capturing some photos amidst the beautiful greenery, we headed back to our hotel, completely refreshed and satisfied. 🌴 Overall, this spice farm is a must-visit place for anyone exploring Goa! It’s educational, relaxing, and offers a perfect mix of nature, culture, and cuisine. Highly recommended!

"I'm absolutely in awe of Kittur Fort, a true pride of Karnataka! Despite being ancient and partially destroyed, it showcases the scientific and safe lifestyle of our ancestors. The ongoing reconstruction work promises to restore its former glory, and I can't wait to visit again soon. Located between Dharwad and Belgaum, the fort is steeped in history, having witnessed many battles, including Rani Chennamma's brave fight against the British Army. The museum is a treasure trove of artifacts, with portraits, swords, and sculptures that bring history to life. The fort's surroundings are well-maintained, with a beautiful garden and ample parking. Each part of the fort is labeled, making it easy to explore. I loved the local school chorus singing patriotic songs about Rani Chennamma - it felt like walking through a movie! A big salute to our ancestors for their ingenuity and bravery. Kittur Fort is a must-visit, and I'd recommend it to anyone interested in history, culture, and patriotism. The best part? It's free to visit, and the authorities deserve kudos for maintaining this awesome monument

Same is important and historical place, seen many battles in history. Its free to see, one musium is also there. Now fort is not in good condition. maintained and clean. surrounded by big wall. palace is middle of the fort. same is also not in good condition. but we can understand the history.

Kittur Fort is located in between Dharwad and Belguam District . Even though the great archeological site is in poor condition but still work is progress. Nice garden. Well maintained cleanliness and parking facilities are available.. Rani Chennamma ruled & fought with British Army. She was brave queen.

Historical place to visit near Dharwad, The place where Rani Kittur Chennamma who fought against British, monuments and others archaeological have been preserved but destroyed beyond imagination by british and invaded Bijapur dynasty who ruled Karnataka region.

Small but beautiful ground fort. It's decently maintained and we were able to walk through all parts. Each part is labeled but it would have been great to have a short description of that area. The place is dilapidated but still feels beautiful. There was a local school chorus singing songs about Kittur Queen Chenamma when we visited and it felt very patriotic and made it feel like walking through a movie.

Harvalem Waterfalls is a must-visit spot in Goa, especially if you're looking to explore beyond the beaches. It's easily accessible with just a short walk from the road. Even in November, there was a good flow of water, making it a refreshing sight. There’s also a temple nearby that adds a peaceful touch to the visit. You’ll find Maggi and fruit stalls around, which are handy if you're looking for a quick snack. A simple yet scenic stop worth including in your Goa itinerary.

Amazing experience Journey to waterfall was fantastic which included some bridges where you can get good pictures and memories. Though place near waterfall felt little damp , it was picturesque..... We arrived there in the evening but personally I feel ,you should have in morning so you can get to see a good sunrise and a beautiful sunset at any good beach to conclude the day.

It is a very beautiful waterfall to visit during the monsoons. It is better to take a poncho as the splashing water will make you soaking wet. Most people come here for the temple and not the waterfall, so usually there are very few people.

Harvalem is a beautiful, accessible, and relatively peaceful waterfall spot in Goa. It won’t compete with very large waterfalls in sheer scale, but its charm is in the greenery, the mood, the monsoon roar, and the combination with heritage sites. If you’re okay with nature’s unpredictability (water flow depends heavily on season), and plan well (morning + essentials), it’s highly worthwhile. No ticket - No charges.Parking is also free. Its good but for not for long. You can be here for 15-20 min as there is no place to sit and enjoy the view. But for one time, its worth it. And its look like seasonal, mostly in rainy season.

This temple is located inside military campus… Small and nice Mahadev temple surrounded with greenery… there is a children’s park and a small zoo where one can find animals like deer, rabbits, tortoise etc… no charges… small kids really enjoy this place… toilets are also available in the premises… There is a big Shivaji statue… park is still being developed…

Military Mahadeva Temple is One of the city's oldest temples, this Shiva shrine is managed by the Indian Army and was inaugurated in 1955. The temple is situated on Camp Road and is surrounded by a green, well-landscaped garden with a children's play area and has some benches to sit on. The central shrine houses an awe-inspiring black Shiva Lingam, guarded by five-hooded serpents, which captivates visitors with its mystical allure. Adjacent to the temple is a mini zoo that houses deer and emus, providing an additional attraction for families and nature enthusiasts. The temple complex includes statues of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and replicas of forts associated with him. The temple is open on all days from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. It has relaxing and peaceful settings makes the place worth a visit !!!

Since childhood ( 50 years ago ) we are regularly visiting this temple. Best managed my military administration. For children there is some surprise.

It's a beautiful temple. Well maintained. There is a garden inside the temple premises , and small rides are available too kids along with jumping castle , swing and sliders . Kids will enjoy as there is a small zoo kinda attached to temple compound where one can spot few deers , swans, turtles. Overall it's a good place for people of all ages. There is parking space for 2 and 4 wheeler and it's absolutely free .

Best place to go for a relaxed walk, quality time with family, kids love it. This was the must go destination for me as a child. Loved watching deer, rabbits, peacocks, emu. The temple was a must visit place. Going to the Krishna fountain to spot tortoises was the next best activity. It was very hard to get a chance to sit on the swings. I always preferred the slide.

A wonderful place to spend the day in peace; Swami Vivekananda stayed here for 9 days. Evening prasad is also served around 6-7 PM.

Ramkrishna Ashram is really nice. The special feature of this place is that Swami Vivekananda stayed here for 8 days, moreover, there are many types of colorful flowering plants beside the ashram and they are well taken care of. 🌸💮 The ashram is very attractive from outside and inside. The atmosphere there is very calm and positive. Once inside, Gaelic doesn't seem to come out. Many people were sitting there chanting.💫💫 Inside the temple there is a lot of carvings and idols. I found the people there very peaceful. The guards there were also very nice and gave us proper information. It feels very cool because there is peace there. They have made a small museum of Swami Vivekananda on the left side of the ashram. They have given a lot of information there that what Swami Vivekananda preached while staying there is shown by Chitran.✨✨ There are many such places to visit in Belgaum.👍🏻👍🏻

Place of calmness. Swami Vivekananda stayed here for nine days. In the afternoon, we received prasad from the trust. The drinking water was clean. All the premises were neat and clean. Thanks to the people who are taking care of it..

We visited Amboil Waterfalls ,it looked really beautiful and peaceful. The sound of the flowing water and the surrounding greenery made the place very relaxing. On the way to Amboli, we could see lots of small waterfalls, which made the journey even more scenic. The route is a bit rough, but the view is totally worth it.

During monsoon, you can see the waterfall in all its glory. However, it's difficult to find parking due to a lot of people visiting. It's better to visit on a weekday to avoid the traffic.

You cannot understand and enjoy this magnificent temple without a proper guide. Our guide Mr.Appu created that aura of the temple with his beautiful narration. Though it's a small temple..I would say one day is also very less to study n observe beauty of each pillars and stories of the each beautifully carved art. Only shocking observation is why Govt or Archeology society is not taking care and beautifying. These are just one of few left over beautiful art pieces by our ancestors , if we don't preserve this for our future generations..it will also go very soon. We need to give importance to glorify our History, keeping politics away. This lake is very beautiful. This is heart of kolhapur. At night this looks very attractive. From one side it is very developed. You will get sitting area , play zone for kid. -Get down at main entrance, we mistakenly had dropped down backside gate. -Senior citizens are allowed to sit in the entrance if any large queue was there. -Inside temple, womens are separately in queues to have Darshan as its Mahalaxmi Temple. -Drinking water facility available when you come out of Darshan. -Several shops available inside for shopping devotional items. -Peda Prasad nearby exit of Darshan is the cheap and best which was sold by local guys. -Also, Laddu Prasad sold by Temple committee. -Best part is free Bhojanalaya as like in Shirdi was available and taste was very good. (Variety Rice, sabhji, butter milk, sweet.) -Timing 12PM to 3PM -This is located in backside of temple which is of 50m distance from temple. -Free Tokens are given in main entrance and backside gate. -Volunteers/Members inside Bhojanalaya strictly instructs all devotees to not waste food. One should complete his/her food and allowed to get up for handwash. - Plates for children were asked there parents before giving in order avoid wastage of food. - But this Bhojanalaya is present in 1st floor, which is a very big minus point for those where not able to step up. - Footwears are to be kept outside Bhojanalaya.

Beautiful and very very old temple. Powerful vibes can be experienced. Crowded throughout the day. We had gone in the afternoon and early morning and both times the temple was crowded. We were blessed to have a security officer help us out of the blue as my mom couldnt stand and wait in the queue for long hours. Shahu Palace is a beautiful heritage spot in Kolhapur that truly reflects royal elegance and history. The architecture is stunning, especially the clock tower and detailed carvings — a real treat for architecture lovers! The palace also has a small museum showcasing artifacts from the royal era. However, mobile phones and cameras are not allowed inside the inner section, so you can’t take pictures there — but it’s worth visiting for the experience and glimpse of history. A Hidden Gem of Maratha History & Architecture! Visited the New Palace (Shahu Museum) in Kolhapur and I was completely blown away! This stunning Indo-Saracenic palace, built in 1884, is an architectural masterpiece with its black polished stone, elegant clock tower, and beautiful manicured gardens. The moment you step in, you’re transported back to the royal era of the Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj. The museum inside is brilliantly curated – from the exquisite durbar hall with its Belgian chandeliers and stained-glass windows to the impressive collection of royal costumes, weapons, jewellery, and Shahu Maharaj’s famous taxidermy animals (the wrestling tiger and hunting trophies are unforgettable!). You have to buy tickets Rs.20 for kids and Rs.40 for adults

The Chhatrapati Shahu Palace in Kolhapur is absolutely stunning and full of royal charm. Inside the palace, the museum is the real highlight packed with well-preserved artifacts, royal belongings, hunting memorabilia, and portraits of Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj and the royal family. Photography and shoes are not allowed inside. The outside garden is peaceful, clean, and great for photography. Ticket office is on right side on entry gate remember to take ticket 1st cz its about 350 meter away from the palace. Ticket is 40rs for adults. There is Lots of parking space available. Must visit if you're planning Kolhapur trip❤️

To someone who has seen Rajasthani Palaces and architecture, this will seem pretty okay. Nothing too much fascinating. The backside of the palace was strangely closed for public. The indoor museum stores various artefacts and paintings. Photography is prohibited inside the museum (should be allowed accordingly to me) Ticket price is ₹40.

Ganapati Temple is regarded as the most beautiful temple in south Maharashtra. It is situated on the banks of river Krishna at Sangli. Thorle (elder) Chintamanrao Patwardhan consecrated the idol in 1843. The temple has been artistically built with black stone brought from Jyotibha hills. There is a platform, a hall and a 'Nagarkhana' inside the vast two acres complex of the temple. The entrance door has been carved out of different coloured natural wood. The idol of the Lord Ganapati is made of copper. The idol has been kept in a way that it is visible from any part of Ganapati Peth. It looks so beautiful when the silvery rays of evening sun brighten the face of the Ganapati idol. Ganapati festival is celebrated with great religious fervour for five days from Bhadrapad Shuddha Chaturthi. Sangli is well connected by air, train and road. Dharamshalas and small budgeted hotels at Sangli are available for accommodation.

We went for an overnight stay and this was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had!! Right from the place to hospitality to food and of course, the wines, top Notch!!! This was my third trip to Fratelli vineyard and I must say that my experience gets better with every trip. To begin with the roads are getting better and broader and hence easier to drive. The addition of new wines are great, the new M/S range is so good. The room cleanliness and staff has greatly improved and I would give them a 10 on 10 rating for that. Special mention to Bhola who made a very sincere effort to cook as per our requirements and of course Ravi who helped with everything from wine tasting to drive to the machan and also the distillery. We visited the vineyard store to buy some wine. The collection is good with some interesting variations. They have also introduced cans for ease of use. The staff was courteous and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

What more can I say about Fratelli Wineyards that hasn't already been said by all the 5 star reviews? We had visited as a family of 7 which had 4 adults and 3 children. The experience here was unbelievably customized for us, since we were the only ones staying there apart from their consultants. They have exactly four rooms, of which two are usually occupied by the shareholders and the remaining two are open for guests. The rooms are huge, airy, immaculately maintained and modern. The washrooms are clean, spacious and well-maintained with all the necessary toiletries. Both the rooms open out into a long, flowing common garden where kids can play badminton or frisbee or whatever you bring along. Initially, the property was so tastefully developed by the shareholders for themselves that they decided to extend their experience to guests. So this includes kitchen staff ready at (only) your service, ready to make any cuisine you prefer. We had delicious Maharshtrian food once and Italian food in our next meal (they make good Italian food since one of their shareholders is Italian). Bhola, Maushi and others in the kitchen are very humble and pay attention only to you, since again, there are no other guests except you. One thing we noted, was that everyone from the front office, houskeeping, factory staff, kitchen staff, managers, etc...are all deeply attached to the owners, respect them and stand by them for the way they treat their staff and also for the social work they have done in the villages in the vicinity, such as adopting an entire village, construction of schools, making sustainable water management systems for villagers, sponsoring the education of children, buying grape produce from third party farmers at respectable prices and overall for creating sustainable employment among the local population. This respect in turn, flows down in the way the staff treats their guests. We visited their machan on the day of our arrival. We were driven there in an open-hood Tata Xenon pickup through lush green fields of sugarcane, banana and grape. We enjoyed every minute of the 45 minute off-road ride. The machan, a big hall tastefully made of cane and bamboo, is on a hilltop overseeing hundreds of acres of grape cultivation. The hilltop is tastefully landscaped too. We reached just before sunset. What followed was an experience to remember for a lifetime. The sun was setting in all its glory and we had a direct view of it setting in between distant hills. All this while while having wine, cheese, crackers, coffee and other snacks brought along by our driver. By the time the sun had almost set, we glanced over our shoulder and saw that the blood moon had already risen over the horizon at the same time on the opposite side! No lights anywhere, no noise...just a serene, peaceful and magical moment. After sunset, we went back to the hotel, enjoying the blood moon from our open-top SUV all the way. When we got back, we had a sumptuous dinner after which the kids watched an animation movie on the big-screen TV, chilling in Lazyboy chairs amd cushy sofas. We adults played a little pool nearby. The next day we were given a tour of the entire factory and operations, along with a drive in their vintage Mahindra through the grape fields. The property is very kid-friendly and has a few sports equipments on offer, a few bicycles and a quad bike ride, along with an big open lawn to play on. The experience at Fratelli is one we will never forget and will definitely come।back for, hopefully this monsoon. For the future, they have plans to tie up with Taj for a world-class tourist facility on a hilltop overseeing their grape fields. As it stands, their existing facility itself is so mesmerising and staff so magnanimous, that we are sure they be successful in their future ventures.

I am from Tamil Nadu and was surprised to see this temple (Tamil Architecture) while passing through the highway. Turned the car back and visited. It is a miniature of Chidambaram Natarajar Kanaga Sabai. Great experience

It's a very peaceful place consisting 4 walls made by four state Govt.s Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh , Tamilnadu and Karnataka . Camera inside the temple is strictly prohibited. It's a place to feel rather than capture in mobile .A must visit place.

Natraj Mandir in Satara, also known as Uttara Chidambaram Temple, is one of the most peaceful and beautifully designed temples in the city. Dedicated to Lord Natraj, it reflects South Indian Dravidian architecture with tall gopurams, detailed carvings, and a calm spiritual atmosphere. The temple is clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible from the main highway. I like how it represents unity between different states, as it was built with the support of several southern states. Visiting the temple early morning feels very divine and refreshing. It is an ideal place for prayer, meditation, and appreciating traditional art and culture. In my opinion, Natraj Mandir is not only a religious place but also a cultural landmark of Satara, bringing peace and pride to everyone who visits.

A peaceful temple of Lord Natraj which is known as an Avatar of Lord Shiva and god of Dance, situated right in the middle of the Satara city. The art works are fascinating and interesting. The temple has openings from 4 sides with exactly same design and style. The architecture of the temple will remind of the temples from South India. There are around 7-8 small temples of various Gods and Goddesses situated inside the temple.

Table land is the second highest asian plateu in India . From this place we can see the views of following places - 1. Pandavgad , Wai and nearby villages ( previously known as Viratnagari as per Indian Mythology )at the eastern part of plateu 2.Kamalgad at the western part of plateu 3.Dhom dam at the western part of plateu Table land is the great place for people who enjoy long walk, running, playing ground sports. Table land turns more beautiful from 20 September to 11 October every year as this is flowering period of many wild flowering plants found in western ghats .

"We visited this place for the first time and weren’t sure how much area there was to explore. At the entrance, horse riders offered to take us to 10–12 points, but honestly, only 2–3 of them are major spots that you can easily walk to within 1–2 km. If you enjoy horse riding, you can try it—but it’s quite expensive and not really necessary. The natural beauty here is excellent, especially at Table Point. Sunrise and sunset views are truly worth it!"

6 kms valley having historic relation with mahabharat. Where it is believed Pandavas spent their exile here. Pandavas footprints, caves, devils kitchen is here many movie shots were taken here. It's long plateau. Asias 2nd highest Volcanic Plateau. U cannot walk full plateau there are horses and carts which costs around 1400 to roam everywhere and they explain you story. Best to visit during sunset 🌇

One of the best places to visit during the rainy season. Do not go for any guide or so just travel by urself they will only give information on which movie was shot where and which battle was fought and etc. If horse riding available go for it and bargain for it without fail, for 9 spots go for as low as 1200-1500. You will get some picturesque views if you travelling on low rainy days. Do not spend 20 rs on pandav caves, not worth it it's just a simple shiv bhagwan statue without any lights in cave. Note: from June horse riding is banned for three months due to the rainy season.

Wonderful geological structure which encompasses so much beauty around it that people simply get attracted towards it to relish in the beauty of this flat land. Walk on the table land, ride the horse cart or horse back, appreciate the landforms, observe the flora and fauna, click some memorable pictures and be grateful and feel lucky that you visited such a wonderful natural formation...

Absolute picturesque. It has 9 points to visit. Ghodawalas will approach you right outside, you can either take a horse or walk on your own. If you take a horse then try to bargain cause they charge 3600Rs which is super expensive and not justified at all. We bargained to get the horse at 1300 for 6 points and rest 3 points we walked.

Beautiful spot to visit. We can enjoy the nature. Well maintained garden and restroom facility. Adequate parking space is available. Usually the climate is chilling during winter. You can drive your vehicle till the last point of the location. The krishna river from above looks great.

Sydney Point: Sydney Point is another nice viewpoint, though compared to Harrison’s Folly, it’s a bit less vast and dramatic. It overlooks the same valley but from a slightly different angle, giving a fresh yet familiar view of the landscape. The place is calm and pleasant, with a few people around offering astrology or palm-reading services — it’s up to you whether you wish to believe or try them. There aren’t many shops here, so it’s better to come prepared if you need water or snacks. You can drive your vehicle almost up to the top, and from there, it’s a short walk to explore the area. The path is gentle, and there are a few nice spots where you can take photos of the valley and surroundings. It’s an okay place to visit with family — peaceful, simple, and good for a short stop to enjoy the view.

Th valley viewpoint offers stunning & breathtaking views, making it a must-visit for nature lovrs & photographrs. Howevr, visitors should b cautious while traveling there, as th access road is very narrow only 1 car can pass at a time. Additionally, parking space at th viewpoint is extremely limitd, so plan accordingly. Despite these challenges, th scenic beauty makes th effort worthwhile.

Would recommend to go at sunset time. You will have a good view. They have parking space for car and bike both at the top.

This place should be in the must go list while in Mahabaleshwar, the views are just great and the sunset is also astonishing, bit far from the town and also had to track a bit and ok once reached the point, felt like it was a worth to try. A very good place to take photos and click selfies.. One of the best points to visit in Mahabaleshwar.

Beautiful place explore in a nature

Visited Temple on Sunday. There was rush but however darshan was done within 15 minutes. There were 2 parkings. One with 200m away from temple.Rs 50 parking fee for four wheeler. Prasad was good. Pooja thali was for Rs 60.

We recently visited Mayureshwar Ganpati Mandir at Morgaon, and honestly, it was such a peaceful and divine experience. We reached early in the morning around 5:30 AM, so luckily there was no waiting at all - we got direct darshan without any crowd. The atmosphere at that time was so calm - the sound of bells, a gentle breeze, and that early morning silence just made everything feel so spiritual. The temple is clean and beautifully maintained, and the Ganpati idol looks truly divine. There are a few shops outside for prasad & flowers but they were closed since we reached very early in the morning ... Parking space is also available, and tea stalls were open at that time, early in the morning.... If you're planning to visit, I'd definitely suggest going early morning for a peaceful and fulfilling darshan. Truly a beautiful and soul-soothing experience! 🙏✨

I visited the temple on Tuesday and had a wonderful experience. The darshan of Ganeshji was truly divine and peaceful. What made it even better was that there was no rush or crowd, which allowed me to spend some serene time in devotion and soak in the spiritual atmosphere.

One off the Ganapati temple from Shree Ashtavinayak. Its based in Morgaon, the temple has great history. Temple is built in ancient times but is still in great condition, many pilgrims visit here daily. Lot of shops nearby temple. Its well maintained.

It is believed that pilgrimage should start and end here Architecture & Ambience The temple is built in black stone with a distinctive Nagarkhana (music gallery) at the entrance. Surrounded by four gates in the shape of a peacock (hence the name Mayureshwar). The main sanctum is calm, with the idol facing north, which is rare in Ganpati temples. The idol is considered Swayambhu (self-manifested), adorned with a Nag (serpent) and a diamond in the navel. Experience Spiritual Vibe: Very serene and deeply devotional atmosphere. We visited Shri Mayureshwar temple in the early evening and had a great experience. less crowd and amazing atmosphere. Darshan of Ganesh Ji was divine and peaceful.

Lord shiva temple is especially famous for new weds coming here to seek a blissful life. The turmeric powder holi is a unique tradition of this temple where all devotees offer turmeric powder to lord shiva and also pour turmeric in the air. You will have to cross hundred stairs to reach to this ancient temple but it's totally worth. The energy and vibes at the top are simply amazing.

"Jejuri Khandoba Temple is truly a divine and spiritual place. Located on a hilltop, it requires climbing around 400-450 steps, but the journey itself feels very peaceful and energizing. The view from the top is beautiful, and the temple atmosphere is filled with positivity.

I recently visited Khandoba temple at Jejuri as Khandoba is out deity and we often visit this place to take blessings , this time I went with my father and we decided to take steps to climb up the fort as kid I visited but this time it was bit difficult for my father as he is 60+ now but it took us like 30 min to climb up we took breaks to have water in between but when we reached up it was all worth it despite Sunday the number of visitors were less , we got the darshan and then we proceeded back to pune , only issue is that you will find rikshaws easily , and food availability is less like less options are there .

Traditionally, the husband carries his wife up at least the first five steps of the temple. Turmeric powder, known as bhandara, is spread all over the temple, giving it a golden look. After darshan, when exiting from the left side, you will notice two people sitting near the exit gate inside the temple. The Baneshwar Temple is a historical and beautiful temple located at Nasarapur @35km away from Pune and @3km away from the NH4 highway. The temple surroundings are maintained neat and clean with spacious free parking. You can see number of Turtles and Colourful fishes in the small pond. There is a beautiful garden which is open from morning till evening 5:30pm only. One has to buy tickets to enter and enjoy themselves in the garden.

The mandir is really peaceful, and we'll culture, I'll recommend to buy VIP pass, which only costs 100/- , which will directly bow you to the entrence of ganesh idol.

It’s a famous one of the Ashta-Vinayaka (Among 8 Main Ganapati Mandir) situated at Ranjangoan. The Mandir is small but the surrounding area is specious. Lots of small temples are situated inside the Mandir itself. The Entrance is amazing. There is no rush during weekdays. But lots of waiting during weekends and Sankashti.

A highly revered temple of Ganesh. It is one of the ashtavinayak temples. It is right on main road and quite crowded. There are lot of puja item shops on way to temple. Parking space is available but due to large crowd it is usually occupied. In Temple just before entering garbhagrih there is a large gold plate which has Ganapati Atharvashirsh engraved on it.

It was an amazing experience. It is easily accessible as it is just along the highway which makes it convenient to reach. The only downside is the huge line just for hardly 1 min of darshan which is a problem for almost all the temples so can't complain about it. The atmosphere is good, you can also sit for hours in the garden area as it is peaceful and calm.

One of the Ashtavinayak and nearer to Pune ... takes around 1hr drive from Wagholi. Darshan takes around an hour Max but it's worth it. Good arrangement by the temple trust. Good crowd management. Security. Food options available there are kinda limited but that's okay. Ganapati Bappa Morya

One of the Beautiful place in Lonavla. Must visit place. But you can not go near this Kune waterfalls why because it is under private property now. So we can see this from a distance at Khandala Monkey view point. The view is just Amazing. U can't get over from the view. You can find food stalls there and you can eat breakfast and lunch also.

There was nothing. Google map ended abruptly. Still we went ahead long in search of Kune Falls. There was a beautiful Jungle and some fields to watch. Locals said there is no such falls.

Good place to visit for fun and joy. Road towards waterfall is very raw and cars with low ground clearance may get damaged due to big rocks on the raw road. There are many waterfalls you can enjoy on the way.

The directions on google maps is wrong and the actual entrance is 4kms ahead. The path to the falls is also really bad and can only be trekked. Do not take your cars. Would not recommend.

No proper location and way to visit June falls, we searched way around 30min but the location ended in centre road.. I suggest for 4 wheelers who planning to visit please don’t visit instead of this please visit bhusi dam No way for 4 wheelers

Peace, Divine and serenity. The beautiful holy place. Phones and bag are not allowed inside temple. They have free locker System for bag and shoes. For mobile they will charge 5 rupees per mobile. Regarding stay there is Sai Udyan trust is available where they will give one doremetry bed and one locker for 15 rupees per day. If you are comfortable in this type stay you can go there, its clean and well maintained.

Shirdi Sai baba temple is a blissful and peaceful devotional place wherein the devotees with FAITH (Shraddha) in their heart get their wishes fulfilled. The temple premises is clean and well maintained. The prasadalay is also well maintained and you’re served food as much as you can eat. You’re not allowed waste any food. This rule should be applied everywhere so that people don’t water food. There is saying in Marathi - “Anna he purna Brahma”.

There are many gates to enter the temple but if you want to have a free darshan then enter from gate no. 7. The charge for VIP darshan is 200 rupees. You have to deposit your mobile in the clock room where the charge is 5 rupees per phone. You get darshan in 30 minutes. The management is very good, there is a provision to sit in the line inside and there is also a washroom and there is also a provision for many fan coller..

A very peaceful and divine place. You can truly feel Sai Baba’s presence here. Must visit for everyone seeking blessings and positivity.

Om sainathaye namaha.. excellent systematic approach !! Govt and non govt securities work hand in hand in managing the entire devotees and puja system inside which is really appreciable. Hatsoff to the management. They have dedicated staff for handling lockers where devotees can keep their valuables as mobile and gadgets are not allowed inside the mandir.premises. We had experienced such a wonderful view of baba not once but twice.. want to visit again. Jai ho!!!

Shirdi Sai Baba Temple is a peaceful and divine place to visit. Near Gate 6, you’ll find mobile lockers available for just Rs 5 per phone, along with free shoe stands. For free darshan, head to Gate 7, which you can reach from Dwarkamai Temple, if Dwarkamai is in front of you, go left and take the first right. You’ll pass the mobile lockers first, and then Gate 7 is right there. On weekends, the wait time for free darshan is usually around 3 hours, and the entire process can take 3-4 hours. We also visited once on a Monday morning around 6 AM, and it only took about 1.5 to 2 hours for the complete Darshan. If you prefer paid darshan, you can either book online in advance or book near temple, enter through Gate 6 when you arrive. Wait time is much lesser than free Darshan but it'll still take almost 2 if crowded. Inside the temple, there is usually some waiting time before darshan, so visitors are asked to sit in waiting halls. Opposite these halls, there’s a counter where you can get free unlimited tea and biscuits. They also sell chips and water at prices much lower than market rate. After darshan, don’t forget to pick up your free food coupons next to the neem tree. Near the exit, you will also receive packets of prasad and vibhooti. Additionally, there’s a laddu counter near the lendi garden entry, opposite the neem tree, where you can get the famous Shirdi laddu.
