Awesome market in downtown Sa Dec with typical food and textile options. Food is super fresh!
Glenn J — Google review
Our first stop was at the market in Sa Dec. If Marco Polo would have known it, or at least something like it. He would have wandered between the stalls, where the air was thick with spices, the sharp tang of fish, and the earthy aroma of fresh-cut herbs. Here, trade was not just barter; it was life. The vendors called out, their voices loud and rough, bargaining with the ease of centuries. Stacks of bananas leaned precariously next to pyramids of dragon fruit. Buckets of writhing eels shimmered in the sunlight. Poultry, bound but alive, clucked faintly in resignation. Marco would have marveled at the silk scarves dyed in vibrant hues, the silver trinkets worked by careful hands, the sacks of rice that seemed endless. He might have paused at the noodle stand, watching the vendor deftly toss ingredients into boiling broth, the scent rising like a promise. It wasn’t a place to linger, but to move, to absorb. He’d have seen the faces—lines carved deep from sun and struggle—and wondered at their stories. Sa Dec wasn’t just a market; it was the pulse of the river, the heartbeat of the people. Marco would have recognized it, not as foreign, but as something familiar in its vitality. It was trade, adventure, survival. It was the world he sought.

One of my favorite places during a visit to Vietnam. Electric, alive, beautiful produce, fish, meats, etc. Lovely people, great food, a wonderful experience.

Everything is overpriced. This is how Saigon was back in the days. The overpriced is now passed to the smaller town

Nhà cổ Huỳnh Thuỷ Lê

Points of Interest & Landmarks
Nhà cổ Huỳnh Thủy Lê is a captivating 1895 house located on the riverfront, once home to Huynh Thuy Le, known for his affair with Marguerite Duras. The Sino-French design features exquisite interior woodwork, mother-of-pearl inlaid doors, heavy wooden furniture, and original French floor tiles. This hidden gem in Sa Dec offers a unique blend of Vietnamese, French, and Chinese architecture.
I was lucky to visit the house as a Marguerite Duras fan. They had an English speaking guide, offered tea and even had live music. The house is beautiful. Entrance fee was 40 000 VND. Enchanting atmosphere. A dream come true, thank you!
Linnea J — Google review
The home (1895) of Huynh Thuy Le who inspired the best selling Marguerite Duras novel The Lover faces the Mekong in Sa Dec, Vietnam. The interior features intricate woodwork and mother of pearl inlays. The "Lovers House" has a large cult following stemming from the 1992 soft porn movie starring Jane March.
David S — Google review
Historical place, signature for French Colonial in the Mekong Delta. Problem is not much artifact is exhibited here, also not boat dock that was shown in the famous film l'amant. Tour giude is very warmly that is good point there.

Very good experience. Guide watch the movie 2 times. She has two children 😳

Couldn’t resist and not visit this place if you’re in Sa Dec, the famous movie The Lover. It might have seen better days, but still a good place to put in some time and explore the place for an hour. Had a Viet tour guide that really explain this house in depth and what happened to the occupants
Minh L — Google review
visit this place on a sunday morning. recommend you to contact the host before coming so that they can be prepared for your best experience. if you come in small group and didnt place a reservation, may have to overheard a bigger group because we did the same. 40k/pax including a tour guide, lotus tea and candied ginger. around 9:30am to 3pm is peak hours may need a little wait. the house is known for its unique mixture of viet, french and chinese architecture but mainly thru the movie 'the lover'. besides things related to the movie, tourist will see a view of the chinese-vietnamese culture here. also the vọng cổ performance 🙌🏼 we were really lucky to have a chat with chú xưởng, he was so welcoming and support us. cảm ơn chú! fyi: they do accept booking for staying in their 2 bedrooms for 500k/night. for more info, pls contact the management board.
Linh T — Google review
This place is just a tourist scam. I don't understand how people wrote good comments about this "place". At the entrance you pay 40,000 dong. Yes, you heard right. I have never paid such an amount to enter a small museum, but I agreed. It's a very (very) small house, I will say not much to see, only one floor. After 30 seconds, I realized there was nothing more to see. I turned to one of the workers there, and said to him: That's it ? is this the house Two and a half rooms ?! He obviously didn't like the question and made an annoyed face at me. Save your money and time, simply a waste of time. This is the kind of place where entry should be free ! 40,000vnd ?? Lol a total SCAM. One minute tour, 3 photos, and you're done there...
Roy — Google review
The house, a French colonial villa overlooking the Mekong River, embodies the complex intersections of wealth, culture, and colonial history. Duras described it as a space of both beauty and hardship. It was here that her family struggled with poverty and isolation after the death of her father, while her mother invested their meager savings in an ill-fated land reclamation project. Duras's reflections on the house often reveal the deep emotional imprints of her upbringing. She portrayed it as a place of contradictions: a symbol of fading colonial grandeur yet marked by decay, loss, and the weight of her family's struggles. It was also in Sa Đéc that Duras had her controversial and defining relationship with a wealthy Chinese lover, a narrative central to The Lover. Today, the house has been preserved as a museum, allowing visitors to step into the world that shaped Duras's literary voice. It offers a poignant insight into the life of a young girl navigating love, identity, and colonial complexities, making it a compelling site for fans of her work and history enthusiasts alike.

Floating market
Sights & Landmarks
Cai Be Market is a lively floating wholesale market situated on the Mekhong River, at the meeting point of Tien Giang, Ben Tre, and Vinh Long provinces. It's renowned for its cultural significance and serves as a major trading center in the Southwest region. Each morning, boats from nearby districts gather here to sell an array of goods including fresh produce, flowers, household items, and more.
I would suggest going early early. We went around noon. As you can see we were able to rent a whole boat for just the two of us and rent it cheaply. But most the boats were closed down For nap time.
Barret B — Google review
There was nothing of a floating market. NOTHING, nothing nothing. What a pity! We’re there at 4:30 am to 7 am and there was NOTHING. Some very busy lady wanted to sell tickets … for what? Apparently, previous to the pandemic, there was a big floating market.
Julica O — Google review
Doesn’t exist no more due to Covid but it’s definitely worth going on a tour through the delta BUT: if you book a tour make it more than clear that you don’t travel around the world for souvenir shops and that you want to see the river and channels, nothing more. In the Cai Be zone, we got showed candy manufactures and other stuff what basically serves to navigate you through products. They insist for tips even though you didn’t ask nor booked for a souvenir shop tour. The river, channels and the local market where the floating market used to be are worth a visit.

So amazing loved every minute of this fascinating culture experience the boats the house boats the hammocks swinging on the Mekong delta river near Cambodia the village markets the temples being welcomed into there village and homes cooking with them loved it

Less popular than it used to be. Still interesting in seeing how local people trade. This way of life is disappearing. Another place in time. Can imagine 100s traders now only a few still follow the tradition.

Our day tour activity at Mekong Delta which takes about 2 hours drive from Ho Chi Minh City, we boarded a motor boat 🚤cruised along the Mekong River and the vast network of canals to enjoy the wonderful view and Cai Be Floating Market. Unfortunately, most of the business was closed due to the rain, we couldn't get any tropical fruits 🍌🍉🍍there, this is the reason I have to plan a return trip.....✌🏻Enjoyed a break for coconut water, fresh fruitsssss (jackfruit and dragon fruit😋)of Delta with Vietnamese traditional music performance🎶 in the fruit garden. Here landed an Island for the cottage industry: coconut factory🍬, honey🍯tea garden, rice paper workshop, pop rice workshop, handicraft workshop. Riverside lunch including rice paper roll🌯, a special 🐠elephant fish, chicken, vegetables soup .... yummy yum yum!!! Cycling around the village to end this fantastic tour🚲. 🚩 Group size: 9ppl with tour guide + driver Pick up: 7:30-8am@my hotel Drop off: 5:30-6pm@my hotel

Nothing much special to see if you are from Asia. The floating market is merely boats selling food stuff and fruits to tourists. The journey is too far from HCM city and not worth the time. Spent at least two hours plus on road to reach Mekong river.
Nick T — Google review
Cai Be Floating Market is situated in the area where the Tien River meets the 3 provinces, Tien Giang, Vinh Long and Ben Tre. From Ho Chi Minh City, it will take you roughly 2 hours to travel by car to the wharf, followed by a one-hour boat ride. There are quite a few things you should keep in mind before visiting Cai Be Floating Market: - The boat rides will be somewhat rough and shaky, especially the traditional ones. Make sure you’re not a seasick type. - Put on enough sunscreens and insect repellant. Dress properly with light clothes, as it might get a bit cold early in the morning, and then very hot after 9 am. Bring along a hat. - Double check the price and stopping points before you hop on any boat. Don’t forget to take photos of a huge Catholic cathedral on the riverside, which will look best on photos taken from afar.

Vinh Trang Pagoda, also known as Chua Vinh Trang, is a must-visit iconic temple located in Tien Giang Province. The pagoda's vast grounds cover an area of 2,000m2 and are adorned with beautiful trees and flower gardens. Built in 1849, the pagoda features a unique combination of European-Asian architecture that exudes splendor and solemnity.
Well maintained Buddhist temple with beautiful bonsai trees all over area of the pagoda. Several monks still stays there. The "happy" Buddha and "sleeping" Buddha statue is also one of the attractions of this place. The architect of pagodas is very unique, mix between western and eastern but the decorations inside and outside is Khmer culture affect. Admission is free and you can see it on the way to the Mekong River.

Visited on 18 August as part of my Mekong River tour, the temple has various Buddhist gods and deities, great to have the chance to take various photos. Also has 十八罗汉 When I visited, there were other local and international tourists who were present there as well.

Very peaceful and serene place to visit. This was our last stop on our bus tour for the day, and it was 20 mins well spent. The three buddha statues past (standing), present (laughing) and future (lying) were massive in size. Inside i saw giant pots with lotus planted with flower blossoming.

What beautiful gardens, the bonsai are incredible, all plants are well cared for and neatly kept. It was such a pleasure to see lotus flowers in bloom. Pagoda and Chinese and Indian Buddha well cared for. Loved seeing the dogs too.

What a magnificently kept Pagoda. The grounds, plants, bonsais and lotus flowers were magnificent.🪷 and very well cared for. The Buddha’s were beautifully presented. It warmed my heart to see the little dogs walking around too. There is a souvenir store and 🚾 (bring toilet paper.)
Jeanette F — Google review
Beautifully preserved. Well maintained. Must see as an outing from Ho Chi Minh City. Please do maintain silence in respect to sentiments of Vietnam.
Kali C — Google review
Vinh Trang Pagoda is a beautiful and peaceful Buddhist temple in the Mekong Delta. The architecture is a blend of Vietnamese, Chinese that make the place truly unique. The highlight of the pagoda is the giant Buddha statues, which give a sense of calmness and serenity as soon as you step inside. The pagoda is surrounded by lush gardens, adding to its peaceful atmosphere. There is no entry fee, but a modest dress code is recommended as it’s an active place of worship. Parking is available nearby. If you’re visiting the Mekong Delta, this pagoda is definitely worth a stop for both its cultural and spiritual significance.

Jesus Christ Statue

Perched on Mount Nhỏ, the Jesus Christ Statue in Vung Tau is a towering 32-meter structure, making it the largest of its kind in Asia. Visitors can reach the statue by climbing 800 steps or taking a motorbike taxi. The statue offers stunning panoramic views of Vung Tau's beaches and is often included in city tours.
🌟 Christ the King Statue - Vũng Tàu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An iconic spiritual and scenic landmark! The climb to the top is worth every step — around 800 stairs, but shaded by trees and with rest stops along the way. Once you reach the statue, you're rewarded with incredible panoramic views of the ocean and the city below. The statue itself is majestic, standing 32 meters tall, with arms outstretched. If you're appropriately dressed (long pants and covered shoulders), you can go inside the statue and climb a narrow spiral staircase up to the arms — a unique experience with unforgettable photo ops. 💡 Tips: Dress modestly to enter the statue. Bring water for the hike. Best to go early morning or late afternoon to avoid heat. Free entry, but donations welcome. A must-visit in Vũng Tàu whether you're spiritual or just love nature, views, and history.
Shanky B — Google review
Sort of a replica of the one in Rio. Been there as well few years back. So I must say that this is a good replica, actually. Nice climb through the stairs. Good exercise, if you love activity tourism. On a hot day though, it'll make you sweaty. So be prepared. I went on breezy day, with great weather. Great views along the climb and from the base level of the statue. The strong wind enhanced the views with more waves in the ocean and more wavering trees. You can go to the top of the statue for a 360° view as well. But that you are not allowed, if you're wearing shorts. Clean washrooms. No tickets required. Not for the elderly, small children and people who can't climb stairs.
Avilash G — Google review
It’s free, so that’s always good. You can make your own donation if you like. The hike up is easy. Much harder on a hotter day of course. But it’s safe and there are railings and paved steps all the way. Many viewpoints to stop and take photos or a break etc. one advice please wear pants and appropriate clothing. I was denied entry into the statue because I wore shorts. Even it seems if it’s not short shorts. There’s also a place you can pray, it wasn’t crowded. A lot of older people and families came than backpackers or young people, Gen Z’s etc. Again it’s free so come.
Marcus I — Google review
I visited the Christ the King Statue on Núi Nhỏ (Small Mountain) in Vũng Tàu, and overall it was a very peaceful and meaningful experience — but a few things could be better maintained. What’s great: • The statue is 32 m tall, with arms spanning around 18.3–18.4 m, making it one of the largest Jesus statues in Asia. • To get there, you climb about 800+ stone steps through a lush, shaded path. • Inside the statue, there is a spiral staircase of 133 steps that takes you up to the shoulders, offering a bird’s-eye view of Vũng Tàu and the coastline. • Under the base of the statue, there’s a historic area with old cannons from colonial times, which adds a nice historical layer to the spiritual visit. • The spot is very serene — a great place for reflection, photos, and enjoying panoramic sea views. What could be improved: • While the lower path and surrounding area are clean and well-kept, the top of the statue (near the arms) seemed less maintained. Some parts look worn, and I think they should invest more in restoration or upkeep. • The climb is not easy: some stairs are very narrow, so it can be a bit challenging, especially for people not used to steep or tight staircases. Tips if you go: • Wear comfortable shoes and take your time walking up — there are resting spots along the way. • Try to go on a weekday or early morning to avoid crowds. • Bring water or take advantage of rest stops, especially if you’re planning to climb all the way inside to the arms. Overall: A very worthwhile visit — spiritually uplifting with beautiful views. But I hope the management gives more attention to maintaining the upper part of the statue.
Baljeet S — Google review
Visited on 20 August late morning as part of my Vung Tau tour. Took around 800 steps to climb up to see the Jesus Christ Statue. Great workout, spent around 20 minutes to climb up. It is very narrow to climb up the shoulders of the statue, might be tough for those who are a bit bigger size. Need to take off your shoes before climbing up, they will give you a locker to keep your shoes.
Vincent T — Google review
Wow…I was honestly expecting a small statue, but this is a towering colossus on top of the mountain! It’s definitely worth making the trip for this. Not only is it quite a sight to behold, but you can also go inside of the monument and climb a staircase all the way to the top for arguably the best view of Vung Tau. There are a fair bit of stairs up to the monument and then also inside of it, but anyone in decent physical shape should be fine. One quick note: Google maps doesn’t recognize the staircase as a legitimate route. As such, if you try to get walking directions to here, the only route it presents to you is to hike the mountain that the monuments sits atop, approaching from the rear and snaking your way slowly up the mountain. That path is fine, but be aware that if you start at the official Jesus Christ Statue Entrance (easily found on Google maps), you can just take a series of staircases directly up to the monument. Additional note in case you do take the mountain (maybe more of a hill) hiking path like I did : for some reason, after you reach the top, they have the path blocked by several signs saying that they are doing construction work and you cannot go further. I was a bit disheartened, but since there’s no actual fence blocking the sides, I slipped through to see if the construction warning was legitimate. As soon as I went around the sign, I was at the main staircase leading up to the Jesus Christ Statue, with many tourists all around coming from the official entrance. Meaning that the sign is completely false…they tell you not to go beyond, but immediately past the sign is a public area allowed to be accessed by everyone 😂 I feel like they may have done construction many years ago and just forgot to remove the signs. Either way, I’ve included and image of them below for all of those accessing via the mountain: just go around the left side and you will be fine.
Michael M — Google review
Beware!! Cover your shoulders and knees before entering or else they make you pay for a whole new outfit. You don’t have to pay for entry. Bring a hat. There are shops to buy drinks, ice cream and souvenirs. The top was worth the climb of 1,000 stairs in 35 degree heat.
Katrina K — Google review
Free to enter Intermediate hike, steps are very forgiving and many rest spots but combined with hot weather is challenging. make sure to have good sun protection and water. Make sure to go to toilet at bottom as there is no other toilets! Also, you may go to the Jesus statue but you will be refused entry inside of statue, as women have to wear pants, men may wear shorts as long as it fully covers knees.

Ben Thanh Market is a must-visit destination for anyone exploring Ho Chi Minh City. This bustling hub offers an authentic glimpse into Vietnamese daily life, showcasing a vibrant mix of handicrafts, clothing, and local delicacies. As one of the city's busiest markets, it’s the perfect spot to indulge in delicious street food while shopping for unique souvenirs and home goods. The lively atmosphere extends into the night market area, where visitors can savor popular dishes amidst the energetic buzz of city life.
Ben Thanh Market is one of the must-visit places Ho Chi Minh City. It is one of Vietnam’s most famous and historic markets. Built in 1914, it offers a vibrant mix of local goods—clothes, bags, shoes, dried food, nuts, fresh fruits, coffee powder, souvenirs, handicrafts, and street foods. The market’s bustling atmosphere makes it a lively and interesting place. Bargaining is necessary when you are buying something here.
CS C — Google review
You can spend a lot of time in the market and it can be intense and at close quarters with everyone keen to get your business. Prices are very negotiable. Its a great place to eat at a good price. The shopping is the surrounding streets is just as good and more enjoyable. There are some fixed price shops around which probably give a fair price although there can still be a bit of room to move. Generally at the other shops they will start at twice what they want. Of course if you have time it's best to try a few and you will usually get a good offer when you are walking away.
Paul J — Google review
A nice market with a high energy vibe! There are many shops of many different kinds of products. There's also a food court for your heart's delight. The food was very inexpensive and good. There are many styles competing for your patronage so you will have many food options to choose from with highly reasonable prices. It's also shoppers paradise for cheap bargains. Notice I said bargains because the prices can be negotiated up to 70 to 80% at times 🤪🤪 that of course depends on the shop and the item not everyone is as lucky 😂 but overall it's an enjoyable experience window shopping for a bargain. Hope you enjoy!
Kaveh S — Google review
ben thanh market is giving full sensory overload in the best way possible THE SHOPPING SITUATION this iconic spot is pure chaos but in a good way. the stalls are packed with everything from vintage ao dai to lacquerware that actually slaps. bargaining is expected, so bring your a-game. THE FOOD COURT VIBES the indoor food section is lowkey fire with stalls serving everything from proper pho to banh mi that hits different. it's the perfect place to sample multiple street eats without braving the heat. THE LOCAL EXPERIENCE yes it's touristy, but the energy here is next level. the constant buzz of vendors and shoppers creates this electric atmosphere that's uniquely saigon. come early to beat the crowds and heat. THE FINAL CALL if you want that classic market experience with all the sounds, smells, and flavors of hcmc, this is your move. embrace the chaos and you'll have a core memory in the making. don't forget to ❤️.
Yumz — Google review
I had high expectations for Ben Thanh Market, but the experience was disappointing. The place is extremely crowded and chaotic, making it hard to enjoy browsing. Many vendors are overly pushy and keep following you, which gets uncomfortable after a while. Prices are heavily inflated, and you really need to bargain hard — otherwise, you’ll end up paying far more than things are worth. The quality of some products also felt questionable. Overall, it felt more like a tourist trap than an authentic shopping experience. Ben Thanh Market was not as enjoyable as I expected. The place is too crowded, and it’s difficult to move around comfortably. Most vendors are quite pushy, and prices seem much higher than normal unless you bargain very hard. The market feels more tourist-focused than authentic, which made the experience underwhelming. My verdict: Ben Thanh market experience is not good, annoying vendors with forced sales, sophisticated inside, high price for tourist and arrogant people
Raj M — Google review
Ben Thanh Market is definitely a well-known spot in Ho Chi Minh City, especially for tourists. If you are looking for souvenirs, small gifts or general tchotchkes to bring home, you will find plenty of options here. It is busy, colorful and full of energy, which some people might really enjoy. For me personally, I did not find it particularly interesting. Most of the items felt very tourist oriented and not especially useful. Prices also start off quite high because it is a tourist-heavy area, so you are expected to negotiate. If you do not bargain, you will almost certainly end up overpaying. If you are looking for better quality items or things you might actually use, I would recommend checking out Saigon Square instead. It has a wider range of products, more reasonable prices and a more practical selection overall. Ben Thanh Market is fine for a quick visit if you want the tourist experience, but there are better options in the city for real shopping.
Ron T — Google review
This market is definitely worth seeing, but if you don’t mind wandering through the city you’ll find much better offers. You’ll notice the vendors are far more aggressive than other markets. Everyone is friendly though and they’re eager to sell. If you’re willing to bargain you can get really good deals. I’ll admit, I’m not so good at bargaining.

Standing at a remarkable height of 178 meters, this glass-enclosed observation deck provides a stunning panoramic vista that captures both the vibrant cityscape and the serene curves of the Saigon River. Visitors can take advantage of six high-tech telescopes that allow for an immersive exploration of distant landmarks from various angles.
If you like watching city skylines at night. I would recommend it... The view is beautiful and colorful. It's best to go after 6pm when the building and bridge lights get turned on.

Very cool! I went at 5:45 so when it was still light and then stayed till it got dark. There’s not anything overly that interesting to look at honestly. I mean the best part in my opinion is the bridge because it lights up in different colours at night time. But it Is always cool to see a city from up above! And they have a history of the area and a list of the tall buildings around the world.

Another good observatory deck in Saigon, a bit different to Landmark 81 but still good. I keep getting trick because when you see this building from the distance, you can see the edge coming out of the building and I somehow assume that the Saigon Skydeck has that outdoor part you can go out onto. The Saigon Skydeck observatory area is fully enclosed inside the glass. Free binoculars available around the viewing floor is good! I find the list of tall buildings around the world that rated by design very interesting! A little gallery about fashion with small screen in the dark room if you are interested to watch. The little art made from tooth stick were super impressive too! Beautiful city skyline just as the sky getting dark. Too cloudy to see the sun set 😶‍🌫️🫥 on the day we went.

This is a lovely way to see the city of Saigon with 360 degree views over the river and cityscape. The viewing area is air conditioned and enclosed. One reaches it via a lift. It is 49 floors up and the highest point in Saigon, situated in the Bitexco financial tower. It cost us VND240 per adult. Use the bathroom before going up,there are many in the tower on the way up as there aren’t any at the top. On the downside if you are wanting to take photos 2 things detract from that. The first is the bright lights of the information panels and shopping areas reflect on the glass obstructing your image. The second is the glass is dirty in many areas from visitors touching it.

I visited this place during my trip to Vietnam. Spend about 2 hours in there reading all the information on the tablet, taking videos and photos and looking at places using the scopes available for free. Also bought a Saigon SkyDeck hat as a souvenir. Definitely a great place to visit to see a panorama view of the city. The photo of BEN THANH MARKET was taken through the lenses of the scope.
Minh P — Google review
A great place to get a 360 degree view of the city. We arrived just prior to sunset and stayed to see the lights come on which is spectacular. Unfortunately the souvenir shop and other lights reflect on the glass when photographing. There is alot of information about the tallest buildings of the world as well as the history of the building. Staff are very professional who run this. This is a must see when in Saigon.
Garth F — Google review
We booked our tickets online, but at the reception the staff first said they didn’t recognize the provider and couldn’t scan our QR code. This caused some unnecessary hassle, and in the end they simply scanned the same QR code and it worked. After that, everything went smoothly: the elevator ride up was quick, and from the observation deck you get a 360° view over Ho Chi Minh City. The view was beautiful, especially at sunset, with floor-to-ceiling windows giving a wide perspective. The only drawback was the strong reflections from the interior lights on the glass, which made photos and videos difficult. The price is high for Vietnam, but the view makes it worth it.

Have visited many years ago during the day but this time went at night and it's definitely more beautiful Must do at least once when visiting HCMC

Independence Palace, also known as Reunification Palace, stands as a significant historical landmark from the Vietnam War era. This architectural gem showcases South Vietnamese modernist design from the 1960s and offers visitors an immersive experience into its storied past. As you wander through its five floors, you'll encounter fascinating sights such as a recreation room and a bunker basement filled with vintage communication devices like phones and radios, alongside tactical maps that tell tales of strategic planning during tumultuous times.
Visiting the Independence Palace was a fascinating experience. Walking through the historic halls and rooms, I could really imagine about the important events that took place there. Addtional, i used to use the audio guide that was a really helpful experience. It gave me clear and detailed explanations, so I could understand the history and meaning behind them. The instructions were easy to follow, It felt like having a personal tour guide with me, and it made the visit more interesting and meaningful.

Visiting Independence Palace in Ho Chi Minh City was an eye-opening experience. This iconic site stands as a symbol of Vietnam’s journey through war, resilience, and unification. The palace itself is beautifully maintained — a perfect blend of 1960s architecture and historical significance. Walking through the meeting rooms, war command centers, and underground bunkers gives a vivid picture of how pivotal this place was during the Vietnam War. The preserved interiors and vintage artifacts make history feel alive. The palace grounds are peaceful, with detailed displays and helpful guides to explain the context behind key events. It’s not just a tourist attraction — it’s a powerful reminder of Vietnam’s past and its strength as a nation today. Highly recommended for history enthusiasts and anyone who wants to understand the deeper story of modern Vietnam.

Yesterday marked my third visit to the Independence Palace, and each time, I uncover something new that deepens my appreciation for this historic place. It truly is a reminder that when we take the time to slow down and explore, we connect more meaningfully with the stories and memories preserved within its walls. On this visit, I delved deeper into the rich history behind the palace, understanding why it has been so carefully preserved, the pivotal events that unfolded here, and glimpses into the lives and struggles of those who lived through that era. I took extra time to explore the lesser-known corners: the basement, the smaller rooms, and the poignant details, like the involvement of South Korean forces in conflicts far from their homeland and the harsh realities of war that ensued. It’s heartbreaking to reflect on the pain endured, but also reassuring to see how far Vietnam has come since those turbulent times. This experience has given me a greater appreciation for the resilience and strength of the Vietnamese people. Even my kids enjoyed the visit, though they were a bit disappointed that the pianos in the palace aren’t available for visitors to play. All in all, the Independence Palace is truly a must-visit, a place to remember, reflect, and respect. #vietnam #hochiminh #independencepalace

Visited the Independence Palace in Ho Chi Minh City and it was such a fascinating experience! 🇻🇳✨ The place is full of history and gives you a real sense of the country’s past. Everything is very clean and well preserved, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. It’s not just educational but also really impressive to walk through the different rooms and halls. Definitely a must-see when you’re in Ho Chi Minh City! 🌟

I recently visited Independence Palace, and I must say, the experience was quite memorable. The palace is absolutely huge much bigger than I had expected. It felt like I was walking through a never ending maze of grand halls, historic rooms, and long corridors. After a while, I actually started to feel tired from all the walking! If you’re planning to explore the entire palace, definitely wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to spend a good few hours there. One thing I noticed and something that did affect the experience was that many parts of the palace didn’t have air conditioning. Given how hot and humid the weather was during my visit, it got quite uncomfortable in several sections. Some rooms were noticeably stuffy, and at times I found myself rushing through just to get back to cooler areas. That said, the architecture and historical significance of the palace are undeniable. The design is both elegant and symbolic, and each room seems to hold a story of its own. I especially enjoyed the presidential meeting rooms and the war command center in the basement both were fascinating glimpses into Vietnam’s past. Overall, while the lack of AC in many areas made the visit a bit exhausting, the sheer scale, historical richness, and grandeur of the Independence Palace still made it worth the trip. I’d recommend it, but maybe plan your visit during cooler parts of the day.

It is also known as the Reunification Palace in Saigon(ho Chi Minh City) . Spent few hours wandering those huge retro rooms with the leather chairs, massive floor mats, and that epic rooftop helipad. The basement war bunker with the old phones and narrow tunnels blew my mind. Gardens outside are lush and perfect for photos. Left with goosebumps and a many pics. Absolute must-do for any history nerd in Ho Chi Minh City!

The Independence Palace is worth a quick visit for its history and architecture, but honestly I don’t think the audio guide is worth buying. There are already plenty of signs and information around, so you can still understand the place without it. It’s definitely a spot filled with history, and you get a sense of the important events that happened here. A good stop if you’re exploring District 1, but I’d recommend just walking around on your own.

Entry fee was 80,000, so not expensive Tour the Historic Rooms: Explore the president's office, state rooms, and war command room. View Artifacts and Exhibits: See historical objects and photographs from the Vietnam War era. Walk Through the Gardens: Enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds surrounding the palace. A must-see for anyone curious about Vietnam's modern history.

Museums
The War Remnants Museum stands as a poignant testament to the Vietnam and Indochina wars, showcasing an array of photographs, weapons, and artifacts that narrate the harrowing tales of conflict. Situated in Ho Chi Minh City, this museum is dedicated to preserving history while educating visitors about the impacts of war on Vietnam. It serves not only as a repository for historical evidence but also aims to instill a sense of peace and solidarity among nations.
Visiting the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City was one of the most powerful and emotional experiences of my trip to Vietnam. I went in expecting to learn about history, but I left with something much deeper: a profound reflection on humanity, suffering, and resilience. The exhibits—especially the photographs—were deeply moving. Some images were so raw and disturbing that I almost cried while walking through the galleries. I found myself needing to pause and take time to process what I was seeing. The human cost of the Vietnam War, especially for civilians, was heartbreaking. What struck me most was how personal the museum felt. It doesn’t just present facts or military artifacts; it shows the faces, names, and lives of people affected—both Vietnamese and foreign. The section on Agent Orange and its lingering effects across generations was particularly difficult to take in. I left with a heavy heart but also with a greater understanding of Vietnam’s past and an even stronger appreciation for the strength and kindness of its people today. Despite everything the country endured, I was met everywhere with warmth and openness. This visit changed the way I think about war, history, and reconciliation. If you're in Ho Chi Minh City, I believe this museum is a must-visit. It’s not easy, but it’s important.

The War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City offers a powerful and thought-provoking experience that dives deep into Vietnam's wartime history, particularly the Vietnam War. From the moment you enter, you're met with striking exhibits outside displays include American helicopters, tanks, and bombshells that set the tone before stepping inside. The museum’s galleries are well-curated, showcasing raw and emotional photography, first-hand accounts, weapon displays, and reconstructed prison conditions. One of the most impactful sections focuses on the long-term effects of chemical warfare, especially Agent Orange, with sobering imagery and survivor stories. The prison exhibit with life-sized mannequins and a preserved guillotine is chilling and historically significant. There’s also dedicated space exploring global support during the war, along with detailed panels about Da Lat and Phu Quoc prisons. The layout encourages reflection and personal interpretation, rather than forcing a political stance. You’ll want to spend at least 1~2 hours here to take in the emotional weight and historical context fully. It's not a light visit, but it's an essential one for anyone wanting to understand Vietnam’s past from a Vietnamese perspective. Respectful dress and quiet observation are appreciated in there. You don’t really have to buy your tickets in advance. Maybe on a weekend? I’m not sure. The collections in the museum are amazing. Just prepare your tissue, and yourself because you’ll get angry and teary at the same time. It’s not hot inside, and there’s an elevator for people with disabilities, elderly, or pregnant woman. If you really want to immerse yourself in here, and read everything. Allot at least 3-4 hours.
Cherry T — Google review
Amazing little museum. 3 floors of information pertaining to the Vietnam war and it’s lasting effects. In particular, I found the “War Photographers” section to be captivating…a lot of stories in there about journalists all over the globe that were intent on capturing the war and the brutality therein, often times paying the ultimate price for their attempts to broadcast the truth. The entire museum could easily take 2-4 hours if you’re intent on reading all the descriptions (provided in Vietnamese and English). One small note - I didn’t see any warnings, but some of the content in here can definitely be unsettling. I’m glad they haven’t shied away from this, as it’s important to show the horrible effects of the war directly. But there are quite a lot of pictures of dead and mutilated bodies, especially within the “War Crimes” room. Also, there’s a large section dedicated to the health ramifications of Agent Orange, showing the deformities (in both children and adults, Vietnamese and foreign) and mental conditions caused by that horrible chemical. I saw a lot of families with young kids in here, and a lot of the children had slightly terrified looks on their faces. I assume if it was affecting to me, it may have been doubly so for them. Again, I recommend coming and not turning your face away from the horrible facts and effects of the war, but if you’re sensitive or have young children who may not be mentally prepared for such imagery, you may want to avoid certain exhibits that you feel could include such photographs (mainly War Crimes and Agent Orange are the two areas that are disturbing, I haven’t included any pictures from them below). If you’re in Saigon even a little bit interested in the history and lasting effects of the war, this is a must-visit museum. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was crowded, but still easy to see everything.

Was on an emotional rollercoaster. Need more than an hour here, like 2 or more to look at the pictures, read and absorb, and look at the artillery and remnants. There are several sections and take your time through each. You will definitely leave emotionally numb yet applauding the nation and the support it enjoyed during its struggles.....

Very sad and confronting. We really took our time to look at everything. The more and more we read it was a little disheartening. War is never a great thing but unfortunately this museum is very one sided. They don't tell the whole truth. In one way I understand why they say USA invaded but for the South this was not true. The USA and Australians and other countries came to help the South but this is never mentioned. Even speaking to locals about this they agree and a very passionate about how one sided it is. I still recommend this place highly but have your own view on this. Apart from that, the photos are always etched in my mind.

Was a great museum full of relics and monuments to a whole lot. The floors are dedicated to different “eras” or tragedies of the war. Which were of course depressing to read about, but very important to understand and learn from. The staff were also very helpful and there was a virtual tour (headphones) to help

The Ho Chi Minh City Opera House, also known as the Municipal Theatre of Ho Chi Minh City, is a stunning 19th-century French colonial building that serves as the home to the city's ballet and symphony. Designed by renowned architect Eugene Ferret, this ornate masterpiece was originally constructed in 1897 as a symbol of entertainment for French colonists. The opera house features an elegant facade reminiscent of the Petit Palais in Paris and is located at the beginning of Le Loi Avenue.
Attending the A O Show at the iconic Ho Chi Minh City Opera House was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had in Saigon. The venue itself is stunning — a beautifully preserved French colonial building, elegant yet intimate, right in the heart of the city. The show was nothing short of magical. Through acrobatics, contemporary dance, and live traditional music, it told a wordless yet deeply emotional story — from peaceful village life to the hustle of modern urban Vietnam. The performers were not only skilled but full of soul, using bamboo props and body language to convey meaning with grace and creativity. As a Vietnamese, I felt truly proud to see our cultural identity portrayed so artfully on an international stage. What moved me the most was the audience’s response — endless applause from visitors across the globe. Those claps weren’t just for the show; they were a powerful recognition of the beauty and depth of Vietnamese culture. 🎭 Highlights: – Mesmerizing visual storytelling with no spoken words – Authentic live music and impressive choreography – Intimate atmosphere, perfect lighting and sound – Deep emotional connection, regardless of nationality

Attending a show here is a highlight for many visitors, offering a perfect blend of architectural beauty, artistic talent, and old-world elegance. Built in 1897 during the French colonial era, the Opera House is a magnificent example of French Colonial architecture. It draws inspiration from the Petit Palais in Paris. You'll be struck by its elegant facade, complete with a white stone statue of the Muse of Music, ornate pillars, and a classic sweeping staircase at the entrance. · Interior: The interior is even more breathtaking. Stepping inside feels like traveling back in time. Key features include: · A grand, sweeping staircase made of marble. · A magnificent crystal chandelier that illuminates the auditorium. · Intricate gilded detailing on the walls and balconies. · A high, domed ceiling painted with classical murals. · Plush, deep red velvet seats (around 500, making it an intimate venue). Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, also known as Duc Ba Cathedral, is a stunning 19th-century Catholic basilica located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Built between 1863 and 1880 by French colonists, this architectural marvel showcases unique French design with its red brick exterior and Romanesque bell towers reaching a height of 58 meters.
It’s a pity that it is currently under renovation. I hope that after completion it will continue to show its beautiful architectural appearance and continue to be one of the cultural landmarks in Ho Chi Minh City.

Notre Dame Cathedral, Ho Chi Minh – Currently Underwhelming Visited the Notre Dame Cathedral during my trip — unfortunately, it’s under renovation, so much of its charm is hidden behind scaffolding. In photos, it doesn’t quite capture the grandeur you’d expect. Right now, it feels like just another cathedral to tick off the list rather than a highlight. Still worth a quick stop if you're nearby, but don’t set your expectations too high until the restoration is complete.
Nn N — Google review
We visited this area in the morning. The Notre-Dame Cathedral is currently under renovation, and some locals nearby told us that the construction has been ongoing for quite a long time and is expected to finish around 2027. But don’t worry — right opposite the cathedral is the Central Post Office, another major attraction in Ho Chi Minh City. Many people visit this historic building for its beautiful architecture and cultural value. Also, this spot is where Ho Chi Minh City’s official tourist buses start their route. These buses cover all major sightseeing places across the city. You’ll usually find one or two buses parked here near the intersection, ready to take tourists around. Even if the cathedral is under construction, this area still offers a lot to experience and makes for a great stop during your city tour.

My timing was a bit off when I visited Notre Dame in Ho Chi Minh. The famous basilica was undergoing a massive renovation and it was closed to the public. I just walked around it and took a pic of the lovely statue in front.

At this point, there’s no reason to go and try to see the cathedral at all. It’s completely covered with scaffolding to where you can’t even see the towers at all let alone get in.

When we visited there on 7 May 2025 it was raining slightly and renovation work was going on. So we couldn't explore it much more. This is a famous cathedral and landmark.

Would like to have given it more stars but we really didn’t get to see it except from the outside. We walked from the Palace to Notre Dame Cathedral and were disappointed to find that it was closed for tours due to renovation work being done. This would have been a great piece of history for us to experience but it will have to wait until our next visit to Saigon.

A must-visit landmark when you’re in Ho Chi Minh City. Even though I’ve been here a few times before, the charm of the Saigon Central Post Office never seems to fade. This time I only came to buy a few stamps, but ended up staying much longer, once again drawn in by its timeless beauty. The architecture is a real showstopper — French colonial with ornate detailing that gives the building an almost palace-like feel. The arched ceiling inside, painted in a mix of green and gold with iron support beams, is visually stunning. The mosaic floor tiles are equally beautiful and well preserved, adding another layer of character. At the far end, the large portrait of Ho Chi Minh watching over the bustling space gives the post office both cultural and historical weight. There are also old French maps painted directly onto the walls, one showing Southern Vietnam and Cambodia, which is a unique historical touch. Despite being a working post office, it also feels like a museum — and it does get quite warm inside due to the constant stream of visitors. If you haven’t considered visiting this building yet, definitely put it on your list. It’s both iconic and inspiring. Visited Saigon Central Post office as part of a tour, so we only made a quick stop. It was quite crowded when we arrived around 2:30 PM. Lots of postcards and cute souvenirs for sale inside and outside. There are tables and chairs where you can write your cards, just bring your own pen. Postcards sold inside are a slightly pricey (25k–40k VND each). The nearby Book Market also sells similar ones. If you have time, get postcards at Ben Thanh Market instead. I got 3 for 20k VND, same quality and beautiful designs. Postage costs around 22,500–33,500 VND depending on the destination. The staff are helpful and also sell stamps (mostly 4k, 8k, 15k denominations). Just leave your written and stamped postcards in the small basket near the counter. Tip: Pre-write your postcards if you can, since it’s hot and crowded inside. Leave space for the stamps. Price for a postcard and enveloped greeting card are not the same. There’s Highlands Coffee right outside if you need a place to cool down. Notre Dame Cathedral is just across the street too. Got my postcards after 6 weeks they arrived in great condition with a nice red “Par Avion” stamp.

The Saigon Central Post Office is an absolute must-see in Ho Chi Minh City, offering a gorgeous blend of functioning postal service and magnificent history. This iconic landmark, often credited to the genius of Gustave Eiffel, is a glorious testament to French colonial architecture, primarily in the Neo-Renaissance style. Stepping inside is like entering a grand European railway station. The soaring, high-vaulted ceiling, the polished marble floors, the intricate wrought-iron details, and the antique wooden phone booths create a spacious, airy, and wonderfully nostalgic atmosphere. The large portrait of President Ho Chi Minh presiding over the hall, alongside the historical maps painted on the walls, beautifully juxtaposes the building's colonial heritage with Vietnam's modern identity. But the best part? It's a fully operational post office! Taking the time to buy a postcard, write a note, and send it home is a charming, tangible way to engage with this living piece of history. It's a truly beautiful and calming respite from the city's heat and traffic.
Anujith V — Google review
We visited the Central Post Office on 7th July around 10:30 AM, and honestly, it completely exceeded our expectations. Many people might think, “It’s just a post office” — but trust me, it’s so much more than that. The moment you step inside, you’re hit with this amazing mix of colonial architecture, elegant interiors, and a really lively vibe. The high ceilings, arched windows, and vintage design make it feel like you’ve stepped back in time. It’s not just a building — it’s a part of Vietnam’s living history. Inside, there are lots of little shops where you can grab souvenirs, SIM cards, beauty products, and even some snacks. It’s surprisingly convenient and a nice mix of old-world charm and modern hustle. It was definitely crowded when we were there — tourists, locals, school kids — but in a good way. It just shows how loved this place really is. Despite the crowd, it didn’t feel overwhelming at all; the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. And here’s the part I loved the most — you can buy a postcard, write something personal, and send it to anyone in the world right from here. There’s something really beautiful about that — in a world of instant messages, writing and sending a real postcard from such a historic place just feels special. All in all, don’t skip this place thinking it’s just another government building. It’s an experience — beautiful, nostalgic, and full of character. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in Ho Chi Minh City.
Akshat G — Google review
Visited the Saigon Central Post Office today, one of the most iconic landmarks in Ho Chi Minh City. It’s a stunning piece of French colonial architecture, and stepping inside feels like walking into a beautifully preserved time capsule. On both the left and right sides of the hall, you’ll see old enclosed telephone booths — the kind people once used to call their friends and families in privacy. Today, they’ve been creatively transformed into instant photo booths, giving visitors a fun way to capture memories while still preserving the building’s nostalgic charm. Inside, you’ll also find souvenir shops, old wooden details, and locals still sending real letters — something rare these days. It’s a simple place, yet full of history and warmth. If you’re exploring the city, this is a quick and meaningful stop. Great for photos too. #hochiminh #vietnam #saigoncentralpostoffice

Not as impressive as I wanted it to be. Disorganized, and unfortunately as with many historical sights in Vietnam, everything has to be turned into a shopping mall for maximum profits. Still, not enough ground to skip this magnificent building from a bygone age.

The Đại Nam Văn Hiến theme park in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong, Vietnam is a huge and happy place with lots of things to do. There is a racing court where you can race cars, a temple for people who want peace and prayer, a Disney-style place for children, a resort and hotel, as well as mountains and an artificial sea.
This is one of the largest man-made tourist areas in Southeast Asia, and a place not to be missed when you visit Binh Duong. It was built for nearly 10 years with a huge construction cost of up to trillions of VND, so this place has many spectacular construction items such as Kim Dien, Bao Son mountain, Racecourse and artificial sea. . Coming here, visitors have a really great experience in a spacious and airy space, a beautiful spiritual and entertainment area, and a very good service of the tram system... Visitors can go from Saigon directly along Highway 13 about 40km, so people can travel during the day.
Nghĩa T — Google review
An unreasonably huge theme park but not in a good way. Attractions are large but few and separated by large distances. Most areas require individual admission fees that range from 100-150k. The replica mountain is pretty gorgeous. The golden temple is stunning and impressive. I'm dubious to their claim that the entire thing is covered in gold leaf. Most simply looked like gold coloured paint. Totally worth a visit if you're in the area. We found it pleasantly deserted at 4pm as there was no queue and the temperature had dropped. Must: Pay for the private tour guide on the buggy option that's priced at 300k for the first hour and 200 for every subsequent hour. It will essentially cut your walking down to a minimum and they know all the good photo spots. Do tip the tour guide 100k if you find them friendly and helpful. I'm unsure of the English competency but not having to trek for 3-4 hours in the brutal heat is already worth the money.

Such a big happy time for me. A huge place, they have alot of thing you can do heer. They have racing court for who was dynamic, they have golden temple for people who want peace and pray, they have place same disney land for children, they have resort and hotel, they have mountain they have artificial sea. Visitors can go and just stay there for weeks

Very nice temple vey well maintained. The entrance to the temple is free. You cant take your car inside, but you will get free transport inside the temple.
Siri K — Google review
Great place to spend the whole day with children! A bit far from Ho Chi Minh city. Maybe that's why the crowd was very less. Or maybe it was very empty because we went in at almost 4 PM on a Sunday, without a clue about what's in this place. But since the crowd was less we could spend the couple of hours we had very peacefully. But the children couldn't get enough of it all! So do plan for a whole day if you're interested in bringing along your children.

Sân Golf Long Thành

Golf course
Outdoor Activities
Located in Phuoc Tan Village, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province, Vietnam, Sân Golf Long Thành is a 36-hole golf course spread over 350 hectares. It is known for its immaculately maintained courses - the Hill and Coral - which are popular among locals. The club boasts an elaborate clubhouse and luxurious locker rooms.
Three of us played a game here on 6 Jan. The course is well maintained and the cabbies are quite good in reading lines.
Jon N — Google review
Long Thanh Golf Course offers views of both the lake and the hills. I opted for Hill Golf Course, and the playing experience there is distinct from other courses. The quality of the grass and the management are commendable. Due to its popularity, it's advisable to book in advance to secure a favorable tee time. Membership grants you priority booking. Overall, the experience was excellent. However, on the day I played, I had a negative encounter with a caddy who seemed unfocused and was pressuring golfers to make poor decisions. Despite this, the course itself is beautiful, and I hope for a better caddy experience on my next visit. The golf course is conveniently located about a one-hour drive from Saigon. It's definitely worth a visit.

Long Thanh Golf Course is absolutely stunning — one of the most beautiful courses I’ve ever played on. ⛳️🌿 The layout is well-designed with scenic fairways, lush greens, and just the right level of challenge. The views are breathtaking and the whole experience is peaceful and enjoyable. The course is very well maintained, and the service from the staff was friendly and efficient. I truly love this course — can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommended for golf lovers visiting Vietnam. 🏌️‍♀️✨
Ann P — Google review
Nice golf course with a really good layout. Lots of OB and hazards throughout, and the fairways are pretty narrow, so it’s definitely a challenging track that keeps you focused on every shot. The course is well maintained and the service is friendly and helpful. Only downside was that it was cart-path-only, which slowed the pace a bit. Overall, a great place to play if you enjoy a tougher, more strategic round. ⛳️
Pemba S — Google review
Long Thanh is always a solid golf choice. Both Hill and Lake courses are very well maintained, and they have totally different atmospheres. I can't say I am a huge fan of the clubhouse, though. It looks quite outdated and the restaurant food is pretty bad.
James B — Google review
What an incredible golfing experience. Staff and caddies were some of the best I’ve ever experienced. All the amenities were elite and restaurant was so good. Hire clubs were all new Titleist set from driver to wedge and Scotty Cameron putters. Would highly recommend for anyone who’s travelled to HCM!

Yes. Indeed this is one of the mist challenging golf course in HCM especially the Hill course. The fairway was tide enough to exercise some discipline and course management in order to shoot a good score. Caddy are well behaved and give proper guideline on the green.

Cu Chi Tunnel

Sights & Landmarks
Cu Chi Tunnels, a vast underground network utilized by Viet Cong soldiers during the war, offers visitors a chance to explore exhibits and war memorials. Tourists can also experience crawling through widened tunnels to gain insight into the soldiers' wartime struggles. Many find it hard to fathom how Vietnamese soldiers lived and fought in such conditions. Chinese-speaking guides provide vivid explanations of the historical significance, making it an educational experience for those unfamiliar with Vietnamese history.
Friday 17th October 2025: Good experience to visit and see how the NVA were so aware of their own surroundings and used them to their advantage. Plenty to visit on the site, but it gets extremely busy with tourists, and we were there at the start of the season. You can use the rifle range whilst there: hand gun (cant remember which one), and M16. I was informed they charge $2 per round, so if you want a full clip, thats gonna cost. Enjoyed the visit, it was just too busy, its one of thos early morning jobs you need to be there as soon as it opens to get total enjoyment

The Củ Chi Tunnels, located near Ho Chi Minh City, are an extensive underground network used by Vietnamese soldiers during the Vietnam War. Stretching over 200 kilometers, these tunnels served as hiding spots, living quarters, supply routes, and hospitals. Today, they are a popular tourist attraction where visitors can explore sections of the tunnels and learn about the resilience and ingenuity of the Vietnamese people during wartime. Great experience and unforgettable day.
Pubudu T — Google review
If you in Vietnam must visit Cu Chi for experiencing the mind blowing war techniques against American. Vietnam is a country that truly captures the heart of anyone who visits. The people of Vietnam are among the most welcoming, humble, and kind-hearted individuals I have ever met. Their warmth and hospitality make visitors feel at home from the very first moment. Whether in the bustling streets of Hanoi or the peaceful villages along the Mekong Delta, there’s always a smile to greet you and a helping hand ready when needed. The culture of Vietnam is equally rich and inspiring—a perfect blend of tradition, resilience, and grace. Deeply rooted in family values, respect for elders, and community spirit, Vietnamese culture reflects a harmony between the past and the present. Festivals, music, and art beautifully showcase the nation’s history and pride, while its cuisine—fresh, flavorful, and balanced—perfectly mirrors the Vietnamese way of life: simple yet deeply satisfying. What stands out most is the people’s positive spirit and their ability to find joy and strength even in challenges. Their respect for nature, tradition, and human connection is truly admirable. Overall, Vietnam’s people and culture leave a lasting impression—a reminder that kindness, simplicity, and unity are the true essence of a beautiful life.
DR. B — Google review
Visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels is far more than just a historical tour; it is a profoundly immersive and eye-opening experience that will give you literal goosebumps. The sheer resourcefulness and determination of the Vietnamese people, who carved this complex, 250km-long underground city by hand, is astonishing. Seeing the incredibly small, cleverly hidden trapdoor entrances instantly sends a chill down your spine as you realize the ingenuity required for survival. But the ultimate moment is crawling through the tunnels yourself (sections have been widened, but they are still incredibly narrow!). The immediate sense of darkness, heat, and claustrophobia is deeply unsettling and offers a shocking, visceral understanding of the challenging life endured by soldiers and civilians here. It is a humbling, powerful, and absolutely essential visit that leaves you in awe of human resilience and the powerful, tangible history under your feet.

Here we come to Cu Chi Tunnel. If you going to HCM and love history. dont miss it. Entry fee not expensive also not to worry Once we enter they're tour guide walk us around. we took total 1hrs 45min grab car over from our place. My husband enjoy the guy shooting AK47 also the small tiny Tunnel go down and cover up. I myself try to walk through into a small Tunnel Omg so hot, need to band down to walk. But very good experience. It’s hard to believe how people dug and lived in tunnels during the war. Overall very good experience for us.

What an experience! First time I've first hand experienced a historical moment in modern human history told from the "other side". Truly eye opening and horrific moment in our history, especially with the current geopolitical events occurring live in front of our eyes, it gives a whole new perspective to it. This is a great place for all colonizing countries to visit, especially the French, British and of course Americans.

Visited the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels — a mind-blowing glimpse into Vietnam’s wartime history. Crawled through narrow underground passages, saw the clever traps and hidden bunkers, and witnessed the resilience and intelligence of the Vietnamese fighters. A powerful, unforgettable experience!

Very interesting experience to learn about Vietnam’s war . I booked a tour so the tour guide bought the tickets for me. Bring mosquito spray and maybe long sleeve. I came during a weekday, so I didn’t have to wait that much to enter into the tunnels. The tunnels are very small, so bring comfortable shoes and clothes.

Nguyen Luong Dzung was an excellent guide for us for a two plus day bird tour at Cat Tien park reserve. Many excellent spottings and photos. He had extensive knowledge, excellent equipment and preparation, and unbounded and infectious enthusiasm. He found and attracted many varieties of birds. My wife’s camera got much better pictures with her zoom, but I captured a few with my iPhone.

Our family of four had the privilege of embarking on an incredible 2-day, 1-night adventure with VietNature Tour, and it was truly a journey to remember. From the moment we set foot in Cát Tiên National Park, we were immersed in the breathtaking beauty of nature, guided by the expertise and enthusiasm of our tour leader, Mr Dzung. During our time in the park, we had the rare opportunity to observe wildlife at night—a magical experience that allowed us to witness animals in their natural habitat under the cover of darkness. The daytime expedition to Bàu Sấu (Crocodile Lake) was equally mesmerizing, offering stunning landscapes and fascinating insights into the park's diverse ecosystem. What made this trip even more special was the dedication and deep knowledge of our guide, Nguyễn Lương Dũng. His passion for nature and his ability to share engaging stories about the flora and fauna of Cat tien truly enriched our experience. He ensured that every moment was both educational and exciting, making this journey an unforgettable experience for our family. We highly recommend VietNature Tour to anyone looking for an authentic and immersive adventure in Vietnam’s wilderness. If you’re fortunate enough to have Mr Dzung as your guide, you’re in for an exceptional experience!

I booked a tour for 4 days. I stayed in the park and had an amazing time. The tour was incredible from night safari and night walks trough the jungle to a gibbon tour and a beautiful walk/ hike to crocodile lake and tour trough the village, an amazing boot tour seeing a little fish farm. Thank you so much for an amazing diverse tour! Thank you for being such a kindhearted guide! I highly recommend a tour!

Mr Dzung and Mr Khan were absolutely fantastic guides. They know all the names of animals and birds in English and can spot them extremely well. We were delighted to spend 3 nights in Cat Tien national park with them learning about the local wildlife, primates and even getting us a tour at the free the bears rescue, where we were able to make enrichment toys for the bears and watch them interacting for much longer than we expected. The tour of the Primate rescue centre was very informative as well. Lastly, we wanted to thank them for accommodating us last minute, we only heard about the park the night before we visited but Mr Dzung was kind enough to travel back to the park for us on short notice.

My wife and I stayed two nights at a wonderful lodge in Cattien and Dzung was our guide for two days. Dzung was an excellent guide, we had two mornings birding at an easy pace, and an afternoon in a hide looking for Pittas. Dzung was excellent at finding us fantastic birds to enjoy and was good company. We only wish we had been able to stay longer because 2 days is not enough to explore this wonderful place in such good company.

We had the most amazing experience with Vietnature tour. Our guide, khanh, was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us so much while also being great fun to spend the day with. I would recommend anyone who is looking to experience Cat Tien national park to go with Vietnature tour as you won’t be disappointed.

Visitors can also encounter ethnic tribes like the Ede and M'nong who are known for domesticating wild elephants.
Beautiful hike. The path is not regularly cleared but is okay enough to find. Recommended to go as a group and not alone.

The waterfalls are well worth a visit if you are in the area. But the zoo is terrible, all the animals look unhealthy and the conditions around the zoo are terrible- give it a miss.
Kevin G — Google review
The waterfall itself is undeniably beautiful. However, the surrounding area is marred by litter, which takes away from the overall experience. The ticket price of 80k per person feels steep, especially considering the lack of upkeep.

It’s a little off the regular path and the pathways and pedestrian bridges are in need of upkeep. It has the potential to be very beautiful but pollution has made much of the area unbecoming. If you’re in the area have a quick visit but perhaps have lower expectations. There are spots that locals swim but it’s not clear if this is possible at all points in the year. Come with an open mind to make the best of it.

Very beautiful waterfall! Quite a big one but smaller than the Ban Gioc one. 30k/person for ticket, 10k for bike parking. The water is very clean and clear, you can swim in some parts of the waterfall as well! So make sure bringing extra clothes for swimming. Don't forget to visit Dray Nur waterfall from here. Just crossing the bridge, walk about 10 minutes to see another beautiful waterfall. Must try! (-) the road lead to here from Buon Me Thuot is under construction, very difficult to get to. We visited this place in May 2022. Be aware of this. Should ask the local for alternative road in case you can't get through.

Unleash the majesty of Dray Sap Waterfall! The trek from the entrance might seem daunting, but the reward is waiting for you - A breathtaking two-tiered waterfall that will leave you speechless. You can take the stairs to the upper level to have an overview of this waterfall. In additional, you can hop on a rubber boat to navigate the cool waters beneath the falls. It's an experience you won't forget! And for the little explorers, a charming zoo awaits right at the entrance. They'll be mesmerized the local wildlife. From here, you can drive few kilometers to visit Gia Long waterfall, another wild and pristin waterfall. Along the way from Dray Sap to Gia Long, you can visit a volcano cave if you ride motorbike, around 3 kms of forest path.

Dak Lak Museum

Specialty Museums
Dak Lak Museum, situated on Y Ngong Street in the heart of Buon Ma Thuot, offers an immersive journey through the history and culture of Dak Lak province. The museum showcases a diverse range of exhibits, from ancient stone tools to artifacts from the American War, providing insights from the North Vietnamese perspective. Visitors can also explore natural history displays featuring quirky taxidermy and traditional clothing, musical instruments, and ritual objects representing minority cultures.
This museum is certainly worth a visit if you are interested in the history and cultures of the Central Highlands. It was built in 2008 in cooperation with France and the Museum of Ethnology in Vietnam. The architecture is inspired by the longhouses of ethnic groups in the region and it's all information texts are also displayed in Êdê language (together with Vietnamese, English and French). Translations are mostly good, apart from a few exceptions (for example, translating Đổi Mới as "Innovation" is not appropriate). I visited mostly the ethnographic and historic sections and can recommend both. The ethnographic sections covers the cultures, way of life and arts of the ethnic groups of the province. Elephant taming features prominently. Local ethnic minorities are set in context with the history of migration of ethnic Vietnamese and other ethnic groups from the North. The historic section focuses mostly on the colonial period, the wars against France and the USA and the time since reunification. There was an exhibition by the province government in the lobby covering topics such as development plans. There's a cafe on the east side of the museum (pass by the toilets and then go downstairs). I enjoyed the view on some very old trees in the park from there. Probably not by coincidence, this museum is located on Le Duan Road, named after a politician associated with reunification. Opening hours vary somewhat during the week and the information on Google may not be exact.

An amazing experience! The ticket was only 30k VND for a lot of offerings on two floors. The museum presents according to categories, culture history and biodiversity. All sections are well made and presented with three languages (of which belongs to an ethnicity). The space is very huge with chairs and toilet for your convenience. Highly recommend visiting this over Coffee museum 👌

Our visit was thoroughly enjoyable, and we highly recommend it to anyone in town.

Ticket is 30k per person. Very well display, have Vietnamese, French, English, and Ede language. They open from 7.30-16.30 from Tue-Sun, close on Monday. A better choice than the coffee museum! It's a nice experience. They have 3 sections: culture, biodiversity, and history of the central highland. The history section is closed for maintenance when we were there (In Feb 2023). They also have an exhibition of photos in the 1950s about the highlands people life. Very interesting. We spent about 2 hours in here. The museum has a big park as well. Must visit when you are in Buon Ma Thuot!

Yok Don National Park

National park
Nature & Parks
River boat trips, hiking & camping in a forest reserve home to elephants & hundreds of bird species.
We stayed at Yok Don National Park for two nights. The accommodation was basic but clean, with air conditioning, a mini fridge, a kettle with free green tea, a working desk, and a bathroom with a shower and hot water. The park was beautiful. We went on a birdwatching tour just the two of us early in the morning and did a mountain bike tour in the afternoon. Foreigners are not allowed to wander in the park without a guide. We enjoyed both activities. We saw many birds and had a great time on the cycling tour. Our guide was Mr. Ba; he was a nice guide—friendly, polite, and helpful. He took us to many places in the woods where we could see a variety of birds. Thank you, Ba, for your enthusiastic energy. The least enjoyable part was the food. The vegetarian meals were not very good.

We are on the way back to the airport, it was marvelous. We all enjoyed the elephant tour. At first I hesitated taking the bird tour due to the early starting time, but now I really regret the mess with the plane bookings (we had planned for two nights but were forced to stay only one) because I think I would have enjoyed it very much. We saw a few birds, plants, and other animals during the elephant tour and the guide was very nice and stopped to show us some birds and tell us about them. Thank you very much ! The rooms were not brand new, but clean and functional. Everyone was nice and smiling 🙂 The site is a little bit remote but it's worth the trip (about 1h15 by car, but you get tarred roads all the way, so not too much remote)

Amazing experience! The elephants have more space than they could ask for and the guides clearly gave a genuine care for the animals which is nice to see in Vietnam. Would seriously recommend a visit!

Amazing nature experience in Yok Don National Park! We spent four unforgettable days in Yok Don National Park- a wonderful experience for anyone who loves nature, wildlife and the silence of the forest. I especially recommend guide Sg A’Su for his enthusiasm, deep knowledge and the way he shares it with such passion, and guide Siam for his expertise and stories about the behavior of birds and elephants. On the first day, we joined an elephant observation tour with Siam, who told us fascinating stories about the elephants’ lives. These elephants were rescued from former owners and released into the forest of Yok Don National Park. Each elephant is cared for by two rangers who protect them from wild elephants that sometimes attack the domesticated ones. Rangers live in the forest- sleeping in hammocks, tents, or at ranger stations- and also protect the park from illegal logging and poaching. On the second day, we went on a bird-watching trip with Siam and saw many colorful species- he made it truly engaging and educational. On the third and fourth days, we joined a 1.5-day trekking and camping trip near a waterfall with Sg A’Su. It was an incredible adventure- he explained the forest ecosystem, showed us plants to taste, smell and touch. During the trip, he also took us to the rangers’ base for dinner and breakfast, where we could meet the rangers, feel the atmosphere of their everyday life, and watch them heading out at dusk to protect the forest and its wildlife from poachers and illegal logging. It was an unforgettable and deeply moving experience. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to feel connected with nature. I already want to come back!

We took a tour with an amazing guide Mr. Chinh. This NP works ethically woth elephants! No trained circus animals, just happy and healthy domesticated elephants.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We did the full day elephant tour with a nights stay. We got to see two elephants in the morning, and in the afternoon because of a massive rainstorm blocking our path just the one, but being with the elephants in such weather was really exciting! You get a free lunch included with the day tour, and other meals are extremely reasonably priced- all very tasty as well! As far as we know this was the only ethical elephant tour we could find in Vietnam, at least in the route we were taking. They make it clear there is no touching or riding, they just take you to where they know they enjoy being, and you observe them! The only let down of the whole experience was that the bathroom in the accommodation was… rickety. There were holes in the ceiling so as it rained you did get dripped on whilst using the toilet. In addition, they had peacocks which weren’t kept in the best condition which was a real shame considering the good ethics around the rest of the park.
Louise B — Google review
Wow. What an experience. As far as im aware this is the only ethical elephant sanctuary in vietnam. The elephants seem very happy, and they have people who follow them to keep them safe which is lovely. I did the full day tour where i saw 2 elephants in the morning, and 1 in the afternoon (there was another to see but a rainstorm made it so we couldnt get over the river to find her! But wow, what an experience to be in a rainforest with elephants in a rain storm) All other food on site is very reasonably charged, and staff are very nice. Staff will help you get the bus from the nearby town which was very helpful. We stayed the night on site which was lovely. The only downside is that tje bathroom did leak when it was raining, and we couldnt manage to lock the bedroom door. It was sad to see that peacocks were caged up when the rest of the site was so lovely. Milk and black (the dogs) are so lovely and friendly.
Chloe K — Google review
I did the elephant tour and Asu (sorry if wrong spelling) was an amazing guide. He took all the time to explain me everything about the elephants, the flora & fauna. Tour includes a drive through the forest, watching the elephants pretty closely (Pretty impressive once, you’re facing one in reality), and some further cultural explanation. The entrance area is also worth a visit - beautiful ambience with a coffee. Prices for beverages are reasonable.

Nestled within the protected area of Boeng Yeak Lom, Lake Yeak Laom is a stunning emerald crater lake that captivates visitors with its crystal-clear waters and lush jungle surroundings. This serene destination in northeastern Cambodia offers an idyllic setting for swimming, thanks to several wooden piers that line its perimeter. The lake, formed by a volcanic eruption thousands of years ago, boasts impressive depth while still being safe for swimmers equipped with life jackets.
Nice view, good place for picnic and swimming. The water is really green! Would be lovely to visit in low season. It could be crowded in national holidays as it is also a popular tourist spot among local.

Yak Lom Lake is a hidden gem in Ratanakiri. Just a short drive from Banlung, this peaceful volcanic lake is surrounded by dense forest and has incredibly clear, cool water—perfect for a refreshing swim. The circular shape of the lake is pretty striking, and the whole area feels calm and untouched. There’s a nice walking path around the lake, with places to sit and take in the view. It’s also a special place for local indigenous communities, which gives it a deeper sense of meaning. If you’re in Ratanakiri, don’t miss it—it’s easily one of the most relaxing spots in the region.

Having said, this lake existed after the eruption of volcano thousands years ago. It’s a very deep lake, but you still can swim using swimming lifeguard suits. Nothing much to do here but you can enjoy shopping local products especially ancient tribal wine. Try it. Restaurants are also available but people don’t usually stay here longer. Your choice, and enjoy your journey. :)

This is the best and famous lake of West Highland Vietnam. It's belong to Gia Lại province. It's very very nice. Fresh air wind. Pine trees grown around the lake. You can do more activities at there as camping/ fishing/ sight seeing/ team building/ BBQ ... I really love it. It make me calm down and I feel I can touch of mother of nature. A lovely old place, i spent time with the head Nun at the back in the living quarters for the orphans. It was good to see arable farm land being put to use. With a small amount of livestock,Sisters' most driving need was food, food to feed 180 mouths, average age 6yrs old live on donations and the grace of God. So please if you visit this grand Street front cathedral please leave a donation how ever small.

Majestic church in Kon Tum! This 100 years old church was made from wood. The church design is a combination of Roman architecture and traditional stilt house style of Bahnar people. It is called a wooden church because the main material to build this church is wood abundant in the Central Highlands. All structures from columns, trusses, to floors are made of wood and glued together tenons without nails. The ceilings and walls are plastered with earthen materials mixed with straw in the style of the traditional houses of Central Vietnam. There is no reinforced concrete or mortar used. Must visit place in Kon Tum city!

A very pleasant surprise to see this huge and majestic Cathedral, standing so strong despite the so many years of history. So well kept and maintained and a high Five to the Management and staff who upkeep this place!!! Love the magnificent architectural designs and unique structures from the exterior. I went inside the Cathedral and was amazed by the great beauty therein. Beautiful arches, colored windows and glasses... Love this place!!!!

Must visit spot in Kon Tum city. This is 100 year old wooden cathedral. French built this by combining Roman catholic and local architecture. It took 6 years to complete and still stay intact. People use local instruments for prayers. Propably one of a kind. You can spend short time inside praying. Sunday is the best time to visit.

Our day with Huen will always remain one our most memorable in our Vietnam time. We just drove up spontaneously to the on site cafe and discussed what we wanted to do the following day. He shared his knowledge and experiences with us openly and skillfully, guided us through three villages, plantations, we enjoyed lunch together and feel we truely made a new friend. He was able to answer all of our questions and we had excellent conversation about history, society and life in general. Don’t hesitate to include a tour with them on your travels.

We had a wonderful time with Mạnh. He gave us a private tour from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm of the local villages. Ahead of time, he was very responsive by email. During the tour, he was very kind and patient, spoke English well, and knew a lot about the area and the local people. We drove our own motorbikes, so we received a discount. We paid 1,175,000 VND ($50) for the private day tour. He brought us to a local restaurant for lunch where we tried local foods, which totaled 120,000 VND for the three of us (we treated him for lunch).

Very good tour. Mr Hyunh has a very detailed knowledge of the hill tribes. We did a home stay in a tribal village which was a bit basic and we didn't have much interaction with the family. The next days we did a motorbike tour of three villages and had lunch in the hills. This was very enjoyable and I would recommend it. The homestay I'd skip

The guide was ok, quire flexible and goodknowledge of populations, but be very careful on the price they make; to us the boss in advance and through message made a price and the agent in person made a higher price. When I noticed the boss said he intended different things ( which just cannot be) and to refer to agent price.

My Son is a captivating historical site located in the serene Duy Phu Commune of Quang Nam Province, approximately 69 km southwest of Danang. This UNESCO World Heritage Site showcases the remnants of Hindu temples built between the 4th and 14th centuries, characterized by stunning red brick structures adorned with intricate carvings. Once an imperial city during the Cham dynasty, My Son served as a significant cultural and religious hub for this ancient civilization.
Highly recommend adding this to your Vietnam itinerary! The site is beautiful and has so much history. You are able to walk around and go inside many of the buildings. There are three sites to visit and there is a pavilion which has a show a couple times a day. There is also a small restaurant on the property.

We visited very early today (~7AM) and we were the first guests to enter the area which was very nice. Overall we had a nice morning there and the temples, altars and other Chamba buildings were very interesting. Can highly recommend to do the tour with a guide.

Nice historic site made of ancient ruined Hindu temples easily accessible from Danang and Hoi An. We visited in low rainy season and were the only visitors on site which was quite spectacular in many ways ! If you feel like walking a bit, it is only a 2-km walk from the entrance to the site and quite a lovely journey. There is a 15-minute traditional show at the end of the tour to close the visit. First show of the day this time of year was at 9:45am. Therefore all tourist buses and groups are not aiming to arrive on site before 8:30-9:00. I did not feel it was so impressive but definitely a nice and interesting visit.

A great little morning trip out of Hoi An. Very interesting site in a really lovely location. Come with a guide and you’ll learn a lot. We did an early morning guided tour from Hoi An, arriving at My Son at 6.30am and it was perfect time, so quiet and you got to have a really open and comfortable experience.

Visiting My Son was an unforgettable experience! The site is incredibly atmospheric, surrounded by lush greenery, and the ancient temples and ruins are absolutely fascinating. Walking through the area really gives you a sense of the history and culture of the Champa Kingdom. We were amazed by the architecture and the peacefulness of the site. It’s less crowded than other tourist spots, which makes it even more special to explore at your own pace. A visit to My Son is a must for anyone traveling to Vietnam, both for history lovers and anyone who enjoys beautiful, serene landscapes.
Mathilde B — Google review
Mesmerizing historical site, featuring ancient Cham temples set amidst lush, green landscapes. The intricate stone carvings and ruins reflect a rich cultural heritage and impressive architectural skill. Walking through the sanctuary feels like stepping back in time. Guided tours enhance understanding, though it can get hot, so bring water and sun protection. A must-visit for history enthusiasts and culture lovers exploring Vietnam.
LEVI S — Google review
Beautiful place, although brickwork looks slightly dated and in need of some maintenance. All jokes aside, this Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva is an incredible UNESCO world heritage site that is definitely worth it if you are in the region. There is so much to see when walking amongst these ruins that would have been a prominent religious place in their day. The carvings, sculptures, and feeling of walking up stairs and through chambers that people worshipped in centuries ago is a timeless reminder of our human spirit. Logistically, We rode a scooter there from Hoi An, sweated through our clothes in the heat, then had coconut coffees. Magical.

The Mercure French Village is a beautiful hotel and a lovely place to stay. We really appreciated having direct access to the park, and our room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The only downside for me was the smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom but overall we truly enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful trip here with my family. However, there were a few issues regarding our room. Fortunately, a very helpful staff member assisted us. Her name is SUNI. She enthusiastically advised me on the room options, pricing, and the services available, which made my trip much smoother. Due to the unexpected nature of my work, I had to leave the hotel before I could thank her in person. Please help convey my gratitude to Ms. SUNI. Thank you to everyone for making my vacation even more wonderful. See you!

I came back here after a year, this time with my family on my birthday. The weather in November up here is quite harsh in my opinion =))) so my experience wasn’t exactly perfect. The food didn’t suit my taste, the room was noisy because of the neighbors, and the interior and architecture seem to have deteriorated. These issues were already present the first time I visited in May 2024, but they still haven’t been improved. Perhaps the only thing that really impressed me was the customer service. A family member of mine had dinner here and ended up with food poisoning. Fortunately, a staff member named SUNI and the medical team quickly came to help and were extremely attentive. Luckily, my family member is okay now. I hope that next time I come, the hotel will still be operating and will have renovated the rooms so the trip can be more enjoyable. You should visit here in spring or summer for a better experience, as winter can be quite rough

First time staying at Mercure French Village. I love the design of the hotel; it makes me feel like I am in the middle of a French city. I really appreciate the excellent service from Lucia. She added me on WhatsApp and promptly replied to all of my requests. During our trip to Ba Na Hills, there were many things I didn’t understand, and she assisted me by answering all my questions. I am truly grateful to her. We also had the chance to have dinner at L’ETable! The food was amazing, and the service from Mira was exceptional. She took great care of us during dinner at L’ETable and also during breakfast. We were really happy with her service. **Things to Improve:** This time, our room had a cleanliness issue, which I hope the hotel can improve. **Tips for Travelers:** If you book a stay at Hotel Mercure French Village, there is a dedicated area for you to drop off your car and check in. They can sell you discounted cable car and Ba Na Hills tickets, so you won’t have to queue with other travelers. There is a specific cable car reserved just for hotel guests. Also, the next day, from 06:00–06:05 am, 06:30–06:35 am, and 07:00–07:05 am, the hotel offers an early cable car service to the Golden Bridge exclusively for hotel guests. This allows you to escape the crowds and take photos in peace.
