Floating market
Sights & Landmarks
Cai Be Market is a lively floating wholesale market situated on the Mekhong River, at the meeting point of Tien Giang, Ben Tre, and Vinh Long provinces. It's renowned for its cultural significance and serves as a major trading center in the Southwest region. Each morning, boats from nearby districts gather here to sell an array of goods including fresh produce, flowers, household items, and more.
I would suggest going early early. We went around noon. As you can see we were able to rent a whole boat for just the two of us and rent it cheaply. But most the boats were closed down For nap time.
Barret B — Google review
There was nothing of a floating market. NOTHING, nothing nothing. What a pity! We’re there at 4:30 am to 7 am and there was NOTHING. Some very busy lady wanted to sell tickets … for what? Apparently, previous to the pandemic, there was a big floating market.
Julica O — Google review
Doesn’t exist no more due to Covid but it’s definitely worth going on a tour through the delta BUT: if you book a tour make it more than clear that you don’t travel around the world for souvenir shops and that you want to see the river and channels, nothing more. In the Cai Be zone, we got showed candy manufactures and other stuff what basically serves to navigate you through products. They insist for tips even though you didn’t ask nor booked for a souvenir shop tour. The river, channels and the local market where the floating market used to be are worth a visit.

So amazing loved every minute of this fascinating culture experience the boats the house boats the hammocks swinging on the Mekong delta river near Cambodia the village markets the temples being welcomed into there village and homes cooking with them loved it

Less popular than it used to be. Still interesting in seeing how local people trade. This way of life is disappearing. Another place in time. Can imagine 100s traders now only a few still follow the tradition.

Our day tour activity at Mekong Delta which takes about 2 hours drive from Ho Chi Minh City, we boarded a motor boat 🚤cruised along the Mekong River and the vast network of canals to enjoy the wonderful view and Cai Be Floating Market. Unfortunately, most of the business was closed due to the rain, we couldn't get any tropical fruits 🍌🍉🍍there, this is the reason I have to plan a return trip.....✌🏻Enjoyed a break for coconut water, fresh fruitsssss (jackfruit and dragon fruit😋)of Delta with Vietnamese traditional music performance🎶 in the fruit garden. Here landed an Island for the cottage industry: coconut factory🍬, honey🍯tea garden, rice paper workshop, pop rice workshop, handicraft workshop. Riverside lunch including rice paper roll🌯, a special 🐠elephant fish, chicken, vegetables soup .... yummy yum yum!!! Cycling around the village to end this fantastic tour🚲. 🚩 Group size: 9ppl with tour guide + driver Pick up: 7:30-8am@my hotel Drop off: 5:30-6pm@my hotel

Nothing much special to see if you are from Asia. The floating market is merely boats selling food stuff and fruits to tourists. The journey is too far from HCM city and not worth the time. Spent at least two hours plus on road to reach Mekong river.
Nick T — Google review
Cai Be Floating Market is situated in the area where the Tien River meets the 3 provinces, Tien Giang, Vinh Long and Ben Tre. From Ho Chi Minh City, it will take you roughly 2 hours to travel by car to the wharf, followed by a one-hour boat ride. There are quite a few things you should keep in mind before visiting Cai Be Floating Market: - The boat rides will be somewhat rough and shaky, especially the traditional ones. Make sure you’re not a seasick type. - Put on enough sunscreens and insect repellant. Dress properly with light clothes, as it might get a bit cold early in the morning, and then very hot after 9 am. Bring along a hat. - Double check the price and stopping points before you hop on any boat. Don’t forget to take photos of a huge Catholic cathedral on the riverside, which will look best on photos taken from afar.

Chợ đêm Ninh Kiều

Night market
Shopping
Flea & Street Markets
a street selection of food from a shop and then they cook it over coals. The fish selection of prawn and squid was good but lightly cooked. I couldn’t do more than one scallop as just too fishy for me. The meat was very good – the sausage and the beef wrapped prawns. Also had a Vietnamese pizza on way home which is pork and stuff and some chille sauce in a hard rice cake cooked on charcoal. Top food. Get involved.
Cas A — Google review
Pretty small night market with one small street for food and one small street for clothing / random stuff. Had a fun time trying out different food stalls over two nights, many of which are doused in way much sauces. Personally quite enjoyed the sticky rice with chicken (xoi ga) and the grilled sausages stall shown in my pics. The "Vietnamese tacos" (bánh tráng nướng) was also interesting but it's basically grilled rice paper with random fillings. The Vietnamese rice paper"salad" (Bánh Tráng Trộn), comprising of shredded rice paper strips tossed with mango, random leaves and sauces , was refreshing and something new to me.

Bến Ninh Kiều is the vibrant, beating heart of beautiful Cần Thơ. It's a melting pot of tourists from every parts of the world and locals like our family. You can practically find any kind of foods you're craving for from casual Mexican foods to the fine dining of French cuisine, and of course all the local favorite dishes. Our family like to take a stroll along the river walk and snack along the way. Be sure to take some pictures at night on the Lover's Bridge and try out some of the awesome restaurants on the otherside.

My evening spent at Chợ đêm Ninh Kiều, the night market in Ninh Kiều, was a delightful experience filled with vibrant sights, tempting aromas, and lively energy. As I strolled through the bustling market, I was immediately captivated by the colorful array of stalls selling everything from local handicrafts and souvenirs to street food delicacies. The market was a feast for the senses, with the tantalizing scent of grilled meats, aromatic spices, and freshly cooked seafood wafting through the air. I couldn't resist sampling a variety of street food delights, from crispy banh mi sandwiches and savory pho noodle soup to succulent grilled skewers and sweet treats like coconut pancakes. The atmosphere was electric, with live music performances adding to the festive ambiance. I found myself immersed in the lively energy of the crowd, browsing through the stalls, sampling different foods, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Throughout my time at Chợ đêm Ninh Kiều, I was struck by the warmth and friendliness of the local vendors, who greeted me with genuine smiles and hospitality. Whether I was bargaining for souvenirs or asking about the ingredients in a particular dish, they were always eager to engage in conversation and share their culture with me. In conclusion, my experience at Chợ đêm Ninh Kiều was truly memorable. It's a must-visit destination for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture and culinary delights of the Mekong Delta region. From the bustling atmosphere to the delicious street food, every moment spent at the night market was a true delight.

After dinner we walked through this night market. Exciting atmosphere and enjoyable experience. Roads blocked off to traffic.
Michael C — Google review
Very touristy. Most prices are inflated for tourists. That said, there are a lot of locals, but the locals mostly pull up on motorbikes. It is a nice area to walk around at night to look at stuff, but I wasn't impressed with the food. I did like the 'vietnamese pizza' which is grilled rice paper with a bunch of stuff (including a bit of meat and a quail egg- so not vegetarian) squirted with mayo and "hot sauce" (not hot at all, I promise) and folded over like a taco. 10,000. The sweet potato fries were good. 15,000, and he has a menu in English.
Maya — Google review
The night market is smaller than I expected but the food here is awesome and I found some food that were new to me. My favourite is the Vietnamese pizza which is made with Vietnamese rice paper, very crispy outside and packed with savoury ingredients inside. Do ask for the price first before ordering as it is often not shown at the store.

Lovely night market that’s not insanely crowded! Very chill and relaxed place - I would highly recommend taking an evening/ night time stroll here just to soak in the atmosphere even if you are not hungry!

Chùa Ông, also known as the Guang Zhao Assembly Hall, is a beautifully adorned Chinese Taoist temple that was constructed in the late 19th century by Cantonese immigrants. Located facing the Can Tho River, this temple is housed within the Guangzhou Assembly Hall and features large incense coils that burn continuously, filling its interior with fragrant smoke. The temple was originally built to honor Kuang Kung, a deity representing various virtues.
Also known as Ong Temple, a beautiful place is worship, calm and serene. This remarkable historical site, with its enduring Chinese architecture, is a hidden gem in the heart of Can Tho. A unique and well-preserved Chinese architectural style, The colorful gateway, intricate carvings, and traditional motifs showcased the rich cultural heritage of this place. A blend of Chinese and Vietnamese architectural influences, which added to its charm. I highly recommend a visit for anyone seeking a serene and culturally enriching experience. It's a place where history and spirituality come together, creating a truly memorable atmosphere. Don't forget to observe the local customs and respect the sacredness of the site while you enjoy its beauty.

The shrine is called “Guang Zhao Assembly Hall” built in the late 1800’s by Cantonese immigrants from mainly Guang Zhou and Zhao Qing cities, Guang Dong, China. The shrine is dedicated to Taoist polytheism which Mazu, Jade emperor, and Guan Yu are three of them. The building is petite but nicely decorated with carved details taken from Chinese mythology (e.g., eight immortals crossing the sea). The shrine is extremely busy on full moon festivals and new year days.

Nestled in the heart of Can Tho, the Can Tho Museum is a treasure trove of local history and culture that has been captivating visitors since its establishment in 1976. Spanning an impressive 2,700 square meters, this expansive museum houses around 5,000 artifacts that vividly illustrate the region's rich heritage. From life-size reproductions of traditional buildings like a Chinese pagoda to engaging displays on the Khmer and Chinese communities, every corner tells a story.
Really love it. Learning about Can Tho within short time. But hope to get other languages are available as some of the description are only Viet. You need the translator or tools to know more

I enjoyed learning more about Vietnamese rich culture and history, and specifically that of the city of Can Tho and the area. Majority of artifacts and photographs were labeled in both Vietnamese and English, and I had no problem strolling from exhibit to exhibit without a guide.
Adelina P — Google review
It is a nicely maintained museum with lots of things to observe . You can easily spend 1-2 hours here. Entrance is absolutely free. We should visit this historical place and know about the rich Vietnamese culture . It is in the city centre and easily accessible.
Nilay S — Google review
It's a free museum so can't expect much. It's not got English translations so you'll need Google to change it all. Some nice displays and a nice building.

Quang Duc Pagoda is a prominent Buddhist temple located on Mau Than Street in Xuan Khan, known as the longest street in the Mekong Delta. The pagoda, one of the largest active Buddhist temples, features ornate architecture and houses a serene statue of Buddha surrounded by intricate wooden doors. Despite undergoing renovations in 2012, it still exudes its rich historical significance. Visitors can experience the tranquility and harmony within the temple grounds, where monks continue to reside.

Chua Quang Duc is one of many small pagodas within Can Tho city. It is unassuming from the outside, but is quite interesting once you enter the complex and building. However, it is not much different from all the other pagodas, with similar statues, decorated prayer altars and artworks. The courtyard has a lovely Quang Yin statue and altar along with a white marble Laughing Buddha all on display. If you're in the area and looking at visiting a pagoda without going outside of Can Tho city, this is a typical example of one and is mildly interesting, but there are better ones around.

Located about 6 kilometers from downtown Can Tho, Binh Thuy ancient house is a privately owned residence that was constructed in 1870 by the Duong family and is currently managed by the eighth generation. This French-style house, situated on Bui Huu Nghia street in Binh Thuy ward, features five small rooms and two roofs, showcasing French colonial architecture.
The main house and garden are so beautiful. Another parts are not so good design and taking care so it’s look a little bit like a mess. Ticket price is 30000 vnđ for a person
TD G — Google review
Binh Thuy Ancient House is a charming example of French colonial architecture, making it a worthwhile visit if you’re interested in historical homes and design. We stopped by during some free time between other sightseeing spots. While it’s not a top priority compared to other attractions, it’s still a pleasant place to explore, especially if you want to relax in the garden and take in the ambiance. One downside is the lack of English information or explanations on-site, so you’ll either need to do some research beforehand or consider joining a guided tour to fully appreciate the history and significance of the house.
Sam S — Google review
Not really worth a visit. An old house, not a museum. A few tables and chairs and some photos of the family. No English language descriptions to help you understand what you’re looking at. Owner collected the money but offered no information. Next door is a painter selling his work. Lowest prices seem to be US$50 for the small paintings. Don’t think he sells many.
Anthony B — Google review
Nice place to see local house and culture. Entry 30k VND, I think it's possible to pay by card. Owner was nice despite what I red in the comments. Pay attention to opening hours, since they close during lunch time.

If you have time to spare We went with a guide that could explain a bit more around the area, history and the overall building and family. Interesting, but unless we had it as a part of our pre-planned tour, I would not bother to visit. Unfortunately. Nothing wrong, just nothing too particular.

Sa Dec Market

Awesome market in downtown Sa Dec with typical food and textile options. Food is super fresh!
Glenn J — Google review
Our first stop was at the market in Sa Dec. If Marco Polo would have known it, or at least something like it. He would have wandered between the stalls, where the air was thick with spices, the sharp tang of fish, and the earthy aroma of fresh-cut herbs. Here, trade was not just barter; it was life. The vendors called out, their voices loud and rough, bargaining with the ease of centuries. Stacks of bananas leaned precariously next to pyramids of dragon fruit. Buckets of writhing eels shimmered in the sunlight. Poultry, bound but alive, clucked faintly in resignation. Marco would have marveled at the silk scarves dyed in vibrant hues, the silver trinkets worked by careful hands, the sacks of rice that seemed endless. He might have paused at the noodle stand, watching the vendor deftly toss ingredients into boiling broth, the scent rising like a promise. It wasn’t a place to linger, but to move, to absorb. He’d have seen the faces—lines carved deep from sun and struggle—and wondered at their stories. Sa Dec wasn’t just a market; it was the pulse of the river, the heartbeat of the people. Marco would have recognized it, not as foreign, but as something familiar in its vitality. It was trade, adventure, survival. It was the world he sought.

Nhà cổ Huỳnh Thủy Lê is a captivating 1895 house located on the riverfront, once home to Huynh Thuy Le, known for his affair with Marguerite Duras. The Sino-French design features exquisite interior woodwork, mother-of-pearl inlaid doors, heavy wooden furniture, and original French floor tiles. This hidden gem in Sa Dec offers a unique blend of Vietnamese, French, and Chinese architecture.
I was lucky to visit the house as a Marguerite Duras fan. They had an English speaking guide, offered tea and even had live music. The house is beautiful. Entrance fee was 40 000 VND. Enchanting atmosphere. A dream come true, thank you!

The home (1895) of Huynh Thuy Le who inspired the best selling Marguerite Duras novel The Lover faces the Mekong in Sa Dec, Vietnam. visit this place on a sunday morning. recommend you to contact the host before coming so that they can be prepared for your best experience. if you come in small group and didnt place a reservation, may have to overheard a bigger group because we did the same. 40k/pax including a tour guide, lotus tea and candied ginger. around 9:30am to 3pm is peak hours may need a little wait. the house is known for its unique mixture of viet, french and chinese architecture but mainly thru the movie 'the lover'. besides things related to the movie, tourist will see a view of the chinese-vietnamese culture here. also the vọng cổ performance 🙌🏼 we were really lucky to have a chat with chú xưởng, he was so welcoming and support us. cảm ơn chú! fyi: they do accept booking for staying in their 2 bedrooms for 500k/night. for more info, pls contact the management board.

This place is just a tourist scam. I don't understand how people wrote good comments about this "place". At the entrance you pay 40,000 dong. Yes, you heard right. I have never paid such an amount to enter a small museum, but I agreed. It's a very (very) small house, I will say not much to see, only one floor. After 30 seconds, I realized there was nothing more to see. I turned to one of the workers there, and said to him: That's it ? is this the house Two and a half rooms ?! He obviously didn't like the question and made an annoyed face at me. Save your money and time, simply a waste of time. This is the kind of place where entry should be free ! 40,000vnd ?? Lol a total SCAM. One minute tour, 3 photos, and you're done there...
Roy — Google review
The house, a French colonial villa overlooking the Mekong River, embodies the complex intersections of wealth, culture, and colonial history. Duras described it as a space of both beauty and hardship. It was here that her family struggled with poverty and isolation after the death of her father, while her mother invested their meager savings in an ill-fated land reclamation project. Duras's reflections on the house often reveal the deep emotional imprints of her upbringing. She portrayed it as a place of contradictions: a symbol of fading colonial grandeur yet marked by decay, loss, and the weight of her family's struggles. It was also in Sa Đéc that Duras had her controversial and defining relationship with a wealthy Chinese lover, a narrative central to The Lover. Today, the house has been preserved as a museum, allowing visitors to step into the world that shaped Duras's literary voice. It offers a poignant insight into the life of a young girl navigating love, identity, and colonial complexities, making it a compelling site for fans of her work and history enthusiasts alike.

The square has been carefully designed and well-invested in, making it an absolutely beautiful place to visit. Every detail, from the layout to the landscaping, has been thoughtfully arranged, creating a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great spot for both locals and tourists to gather, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. One of the most stunning features of this square is its breathtaking view of the sea. Standing here, you can admire the vast ocean stretching out to the horizon, creating a sense of peace and openness. The best time to be here is undoubtedly during sunset. As the sun slowly descends, it casts a golden glow over the water, reflecting shimmering colors across the waves. The sight of the sun setting directly over the sea is truly mesmerizing, creating a picture-perfect moment that feels almost surreal. Whether you’re taking a leisurely walk, sitting and enjoying the fresh sea breeze, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature, this square offers an unforgettable experience. It’s not just a place to visit—it’s a place to pause, appreciate, and be captivated by the natural beauty surrounding it.

That boats here are actually on time and tbh that's all you really need for transport stuff like this. There's no covered/inside sitting area so you best hope the weather/Sun position is fortuitous. The food here is alright. Most people avoid them and just get something on the way, for good reason. The officiers here are decent poor at getting people in orderly lines but tbh Viet's don't understand single file, so I can't blame them too much.

Beautiful island, in here you don’t need to care about the rental bikes. There are always many people who do have this service at the habour, but you should be becareful about your helmets cause bike can not be stolen here but helmets. There are many seafood restaurant near the the habour so you can freely pick one. Hotel and Homestay are not too many here, just have several choices. The beach have many traveller when I come, it’s not a really good place for ppl who want to explore the nature. You guy can ask the person who work for the restaurant, hotel reception about the diving tour to see the coral.

This is the biggest port in Kien Giang province where you can go to Phu Quoc island, Nam Du island and Hon Son island
Hiếu H — Google review
Late departure meant an extra 20+ minutes waiting in the hot crowd of people at the gate followed by a disorganized shoving crush to have tickets checked and get on. There's no real space for luggage storage so people cram it in the walkways as they can. Main compartment hot, smelly and stuffy. Very bad turbulence on the way had a lot of people throwing up (the staff went down the aisle handing out barf bags at the start of the trip so I suspect this is pretty common). The snack bar just has a small and poor selection of soda and other canned beverages. Toilets dump directly into the ocean. Overall, one of the worst transit experiences I've had in the world.
Jane R — Google review
You can buy tickets to Phu Quoc island here either with Phu Quoc Express or Superdong. We bought tickets online and the friendly lady working told us which pier to go to. Would have loved more fan or a/c in the waiting room though. The boat leaves on time and the journey will take around 2.5 hours. Ours was really crowded and noisy.

Market
Chau Doc Market is a popular destination in Chau Doc City, An Giang Province. Located at Bach Dang Street, it's known for its friendly locals who are always willing to help visitors find their way. The market offers a vibrant atmosphere with colorful shop fronts and is the largest town near the Vietnamese/Cambodian river border crossing.
If you like gritty, authentic local markets that don't cater in the slightest to tourists, this is the place for you. Lots of variety and quite extensive. I have read it's a great place to eat, but we came midmorning and only found a few options.
Jonathan K — Google review
An eclectic mix of stalls with hairdressers, nail bars, tattoos, massages etc. scattered among the vegetables and t shirts. Jam packed with stalls, might be a problem if you're claustrophobic. Fun people watching and taking pictures, if you ask stall holders whether they mind first.
Mary T — Google review
Good food. However if you can't eat fish sauce, you shouldn't try bún mắm or bún cá
Hiếu Đ — Google review
Lots of goodies. Make sure you check a few stalls as prices vary.
CT N — Google review
It's a market.. It's a boreing market. Why you ask.. Unfortunately in Vietnam especially.. When you vist a market all the stalls are selling the same food products. I have seen this across my extensive trips around Vietnam... If you have one stall selling mango. I gaurantee you have 20 more stalls selling mangos. There is know variety here it's the same thing at each stall Which is disappointing.. And the vendors get very pissed if you do not buy from them... So yes it's a market. But it's a very boreing market after the first 5 minutes..

Nature & Wildlife Areas
Tra Su Cajuput Forest, located in An Giang Province, is a vast 800-hectare mangrove landscape that serves as a sanctuary for numerous bird species. Visitors can explore the area by small boat, navigating through narrow channels surrounded by gnarled cajuput trees. The forest is home to a diverse range of colorful birds and other wildlife such as storks, herons, bats, snakes, and turtles.
Incredible place. Apparently it was re-wilded in the 1980s and protected since 2004. Absolutely magical. The biodiversity and wildlife is amazing. The boat trips (one gentle canoe) and two long tail boat trips were fantastic. I could have spent all day just gently floating by. We were super lucky as it was really quiet. We only saw 2 other tourists on the delta that day highly recommend a visit.
Robyn “ — Google review
Tra Su Cajuput Forest is absolutely a must-visit destination. We booked our trip through our hotel in Chau Doc, which offered a convenient all-inclusive package including tickets and transportation. This was essential because the forest is quite remote—definitely not a place you want to navigate on your own. Our driver took us there, waited patiently during our visit, and brought us back to the hotel, making the whole experience stress-free and seamless. The entrance tickets were included in the package, so there were no hidden costs. The highlight of the visit is undoubtedly the boat ride through the serene waterways of the forest, which is part of the ticket price—no extra fees. The lush greenery, peaceful atmosphere, and unique landscape make Tra Su Cajuput Forest a truly mesmerizing and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended! PS: Do not forget your mosquito repellent.
Sam S — Google review
Beautiful forest with many birds and plants. We bought a combo ticket for 230K that included entry, paddle boat and motor boat. I really enjoyed how peaceful the paddle boat was. The motor boat was a little disappointing - rushed straight through the forest without taking any time to appreciate it. Many other boats were stopped for a long time to get pictures but we just zoomed straight past. They drop you to another part of the forest to explore and then take you back which was nice though. The entry point we put into maps was Thốt Nốt Sữa (Trà Sư) which had free motorbike parking. Definitely recommend going early in the morning.

If you’re looking for a place that perfectly captures Vietnam’s diverse forests and stunning natural beauty, this spot is an absolute must-visit. The entrance ticket costs 120,000 VND, with optional rides that make the experience even more memorable: a motorboat ride for 70,000 VND (round trip) and a rowing boat for another 70,000 VND (round trip). I highly recommend trying both! The motorboat takes you deep into the heart of the forest, where you can admire the vast scenery and peaceful atmosphere. Then, switch to the rowing boat — it glides through narrow forest paths, offering a closer, more intimate view of the surroundings. If you’re lucky, you might even spot a few birds up close! 🐦 On top of that, don’t miss the observation tower — the ticket costs only 5,000 VND, and it’s absolutely worth it! From the top (about five to six stories high), you’ll get a panoramic view of the forest stretching endlessly beneath you — a breathtaking sight you shouldn’t miss. 🌳✨ And here’s a fun bonus: the pigeons here are surprisingly friendly! You can buy a small pack of dried seeds for just 10,000 VND to feed them — some will even perch on your arms to grab a snack. It’s such a wholesome experience, and if you’re curious, check out my video below for a better look at the moment! 🎥✨ The staff here are super friendly, too. You’ll also find a few small souvenir stalls selling charming keepsakes like keychains, traditional Vietnamese costumes, and other handmade items — all at very affordable prices. I even got myself a mini coconut-leaf fan for just 40,000 VND

Visiting Tra Su Cajuput Forest in An Giang was an unforgettable experience that brought you closer to the peaceful beauty of Vietnam’s Mekong Delta. This ecotourism destination is a perfect escape from the busy city life, offering a refreshing connection with nature and wildlife. You will floated through the green canals on a small boat, you was surrounded by a stunning carpet of water lilies and duckweed, with tall cajuput trees forming a natural canopy overhead. The sound of birds and the cool breeze made the journey feel magical. It was fascinating to see so many species of birds and other animals living freely in this natural sanctuary. It was especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset when the soft golden light reflected on the water.

Visitors can explore historic structures like Thoa Ngoc Hau Tomb and Temple of Confucius before heading to the mountain. The area around the base of Sam Mountain is home to several pagodas and temples, including Ba Chua Xu Temple.
Amazing place. What a surprise. The mountain is has a cable car to the top. There you find a magical instagram able site and snack stalls and garden but it was the Temple at the bottom which is tardis like, and developed into so many cave rooms; that really blew us away. So peaceful and beautiful. Plus lots of Vietnamese come here to take lovely photos of themselves in national dress. Loved it here.

2 ways to reach the summit, drive a vehicle or take a cable car. I'd prefer the first one. There are many beautiful pagodas on the way up to the mountain, you can drop by. This is the highest mountain in the Mekong Delta, a nice place for overview of the area and also a sacred place. The statue of Ba Chua Xu was found here and then was moved to the current temple.

Phước Điền Tự, also known as Hang Pagoda, is a Buddhist temple located atop Sam Mountain in An Giang province. Built around 1840 - 1845, it is a nationally recognized historical relic with a serene and ancient charm. The pagoda features statues on hillside staircases leading into a network of shrinelike caves, creating a unique and mysterious atmosphere that draws visitors from across the country.
Lovely temple, free to enter, motorbike barking 10K. Includes a climb up the hill with many different places to worship and a cool cave/tunnel system to explore as well.

The pagoda is halfway up on Sam mountain, with many steps to climb up to the pagoda. The architecture of the pagoda is massive, divided into many sections worthshiping visiting apart from the main hall. I was there on Jan 20, when this pagoda was under maintenance and repair, and there weren't many worshiping activities.

A huge pagoda with many constructions inside. Beautiful and impressive. The landscape around is quite nice.

One of the most beautiful religious sites and pilgrimages in Chau Doc. The sanctuary is my favorite compared to commercial shrines in town which I would like not to mention. If you look forward to seeing a quiet, calm, and truly Vietnamese shrine, the Hang pagoda should be on your list. The location is perfect, on mountain side facing the wide delta with numerous rice paddies. The architecture is beautiful and the plants are lush and green

A beautiful temple complex om Sam Mountain. Must see if you are in the vicinity. The entrance is free. The visit is mostly along stairs - being on a mountain - but it's not a hard walk. Nice views of the surroundings.

Panha T — Google review
This is an ancient temple in Cambodia that every Cambodian should visit and learn about the magnificent architectural works of our Khmer ancestors.
Siro — Google review
This site is historically significant. There is evidence of human habitation from at least 400BCE and the present temple (11th century) stands on the footprint of an earlier temple (5-6th century). The sculptures from the temple are in both the National Museum in Phnom Penh and a few are in the Angkor Borei museum nearby. When I went they were working on reconstructing the roof. It is situated atop a hill which will require walking up a few flights of stairs. Mosquitoes were about so bring insect repellant. There are important caves, one of which has the Yoni pedestal for a missing Shivalingam. On the other side of the hill is the Asram Maharishi, and although the original deity is long gone, it is currently a venerated shrine in the memory of a great sage.

The temple is located on top of the hill in the ancient region of Angkor Borei. Prasat Phnom Da is a well-preserved brick temple, date back to the Funan era of the 1st to 6th centuries, the temple we see today was built around the 11th century, possibly replacing -be an earlier site.

A relatively huge stand-alone temple located on a tiny hill with about 100 steps to reach. Beautiful landscape to enjoy esp. during rainy season. All of temples located in Takeo province of Cambodia, probably this is one of the best n most recommended temples in the list I would personally suggest.
Lyda H — Google review
Phnom Da temple was built on the top of a small hill in 6th century by King Rutravarman, who reigned during the Norkor Phnom period. The temple is 12 meters square and 18 meters high. It was constructed of brick and sandstone. A Hindu temple, it faces north towards Norkor Kork Thalork (Nokor Phnom) which was the capital of Nokor Phnom (or Funan) at the time the temple was built. Things should be improved there: -stair -trash -parking lots

Neat temple at the top of a hill or "mountain" I'f your from a flat country. Aprox 80 steep steps to top. Would be slippery when wet ... Would be 4 stars but trash everywhere on walk up. Why can people just not make one big pile instead of spreading it out????

Nice water cave, it’s already a bit of water so defo worth to go see. Landscape around are stunning too. Just, be careful to the kids from the road attracting you to the place, they ask if you look for cave and bring you there, making their self as a little guide. It’s a money trap at the end it’s cost us around 10$+ we were 3 people 😂. It’s nothing like a guide needed there, you take the road on the right from main road and it’s just there. For a bit of time they stop doing that but now they are doing it again. There is view point at the top of the stairs too.
Adeline B — Google review
Magnificent mountain, with vertical cliffs. All caves free entrance , but there are kids who are trying to assist you for small tip. Several food stalls along the road. The road goes around the mountain and it's worth taking the loop as the mountain looks its best from bit afar, across the wet lands. There is a large water cave where you can swim. Popular for kids. Super easy accessible. Water looks transparent and clean and it is a nice temperature. 25m climb up and you can enter a magnificent dry cave with skylights. The cave seams to be maybe 30m tall? No protection seems to be in place so all stalactites and stalagmites are trashed. Instead there are many Buddha's all over the cave. Amazing view from the cave terrace. 100m south there is a much smaller dark cave also wet. No one visits that one. One annoyance ate kids who they to guide you to the cave, although it's super easy to find. Kids also propose to look after your vehicle when you are sightseeing. They basically want some tip. On the other hand, someone did construct stair and balustrade to the upper cave and also levelled the entrance into the wet cave, so I felt like I do want to somehow contribute. At the end I left some cash at the can next to one of Buddha's.
K S — Google review
Definitely worth a visit. It is tucked away but easy to find. The community discovered the cave when some Vietnamese tourist came exploring. The community built some steps to help people access the caves and provide tours for a small tip. There is a great view in the cave they call the sun cave. We traversed the top to reach the other cave, but you can go down and take the other steps. At the bottom is another cave with a large pond of clear cool water.

Kaoh Tonsay, also known as Rabbit Island, is a small and undeveloped island with lush greenery and limited facilities. Despite the lack of infrastructure, it offers a unique adventure for visitors seeking a peaceful retreat. The island has minimal amenities, irregular boat schedules, and limited dining and accommodation options. However, it provides an opportunity to disconnect from modern life and immerse in nature's tranquility.
The beach on this Cambodian island is absolutely stunning! Crystal-clear waters, soft white sand, and a peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The surroundings are pristine, with lush greenery and breathtaking views. The locals are warm and welcoming, and there are plenty of activities like snorkeling and kayaking for those seeking adventure. A true paradise for nature lovers and beach enthusiasts

Not really ... but yes, it is the best beach in Kep (due to nothing there). I've expected quiet island with clean beaches and place to snorkel. Nothing of it. The only usable beach is where you land by boat. This one is nice sandy beach and good for swimming in the sea. There is nothing there for snorkeling. Other beaches (counterclockwise from main where you land): - "Small" or "Stone" beach: well, fishermen are occupying this one and heavy diggers and trucks are leveling ground for construction site, - nice sandy beach full of trash as usually in Cambodia and heavy diggers and trucks are leveling ground for construction site, - "Coral" beach: it's algae farm now. Next is stony, shallow and mangrove seashore with humps of muddy dead algae. Be warned: I've not gone far on the remote beaches but have seen many dead sea urchin shells. Walk around the island: skip it. Unless you are true dedicated nature lover ... Nothing there and path is not maintained and overgrown in few parts. It's leading partially through bushes & mangroves (shoes and long trousers recommended) and through wet smelly humps (like mud) of rotting algae on "Coral Beach" (algae farm bay - you have to stump upon coral to find it under the water if there is any). I wish I know it before so I just spend a chill out day on beach where boats are landing.
Witold G — Google review
It’s such a quiet, natural, peaceful place to relax for one or two day. You can have a good seafood there or pack by yourself. At 10pm, there will be electricity cut off if you do not pay a bit more. It is also good while electricity cut off at night to see the view of the clear sky and listen to the sea waving sound. In the evening, you can enjoy with the stunning view of the sunset. In the morning, you can take a walk to another part to explore more. It is not really clean but it is a good walk. You spend 25$ for a boat going and coming back. It is until 4pm only. If you take the boat to the island almost at 4pm, you have to stay there one night so you can come back tomorrow.

Small and authentic farm where everything— from pepper to jackfruits and mangoes — is grown organically, and where the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had the chance to get a very informative tour of the farm and taste the different types of equally delicious peppers before the start of our cooking class. Our chef was absolutely lovely and taught us how to prepare delicious chicken curry, lok lak and chek ktis. There’s also a variety of products available in their shop, and you can relax in their many hammocks. An absolute must-see!

Today I had the pleasure of a private tour of the farm, guided in very friendly and fluent English. Afterwards, we enjoyed a pepper tasting, accompanied by many personal stories and fascinating bits of history. The whole experience felt wonderfully relaxed and authentic. On site, there is also a restaurant and the chance to buy local products. The pepper itself is absolutely delicious – for me, the green pepper was the clear highlight. There’s even the opportunity to join a cooking class, which makes the visit all the more special.

Very interesting farm. They gave the visitors free tour of the pepper farm and the fruit farm. We are allowed to eat the fruits too for free. Mangoes, rambutan. Superb! As an indonesian, i approve. You can also purchase different peppers there. The peppers do taste better, maybe because of organic? Enjoy! Please purchase to support the local farm. Oh, the ride to the place was also very interesting. We had so much fun driving the motorbike and enjoyed the villages around. Very recommend if you are in town! Ps: if you worry about not having international license, we didn't see any police stop. Heck, kids are driving here. :))

You get to taste different peppers. In addition, the farm offers a range of souvenirs and gift items for sale. Loved my visit and can recommend it to everyone.

We really enjoyed our trip out here and the drive is really pretty. Very easy to get to by motorbike. The people are really friendly and welcoming- they offer lemongrass and pepper tea upon arrival which was very good. The tour was informative and the guide spoke good English. We were also excited to buy some organic pepper and tea to bring back home.

The Krung Kep Blue Swimmer Crab Statue is a magnificent tribute to the abundant crab reserves in Kep, Cambodia. This iconic blue crab statue stands proudly in the sea, symbolizing the city's association with this delicious crustacean. It has become a local landmark and a popular spot for locals and tourists alike to take photos and enjoy the beautiful sight of the sea.
No visit to Kep beach is complete without an IG moment with the giant Blue Crab. It's also the perfect place to get a unique shot using a drone.

This statue is quite outstanding and stands out well. It symbolise the famous flower sea crabs in Kep but unfortunately no more and what's left are baby and small ones. There are few mobile stalls set up along the pathway here selling bbq shrimps and squids but no crabs.
Edwin S — Google review
...not much to see in the area surrounding the statue, but still worth a visit. There are numerous dilapidated houses in the surrounding forest. The French wanted to build a new residence here.
Frank N — Google review
Riding down from Kampot. Half journey road condition is bad with potholes. Beach is not suitable for swimming. It's just a place to enjoy the sea breeze. Nearby Hill, there are some cafes with an awesome view of the horizon. The weekends are fully packed with locals coming in drove to enjoy a whole day lazing around in rented huts with hammocks. Seafood was famous among the locals coming from nearby towns.
Kenny C — Google review
As you can see by the picture, it was high tide when we stopped here. It was very exciting as the sea was gun-metal grey and impressive in strength. It had been a usual, muggy hot and humid day, so I took great delight in being sprayed as the waves crashed against the ballasts lining the beach. It didn't look like it was possible to swim anywhere near there as it was too rough and the sandy beach had all but disappeared.

A huge statue of a giant crab on the Kep beach, Waterfront, Kep, Cambodia offers a beautiful sightseeing and the symbolic of Kep City. It’s the photo spot and famous place for people to enjoy fresh crab at the beach or they buy at the crab market. There were few small restaurants and eateries which offers delicious sea foods, drinks and beer. A perfect place to witness a beautiful and mesmerizing view of sunset during evening.
Soklyda S — Google review
Kep is synonymous with crab, so it is only fitting that it has a giant statue paying tribute to the crustacean. It should come as no surprise then that the Kep Crab Statue is a local landmark that depicts a blue swimmer crab. Cambodians flock from far and wide to devour this local delicacy that can be found in abundance at the crab market down the road. It’s hard to miss the crab statue. If you continue on the road past Kep Beach you will pass by the crab statue standing proudly in the sea. Nothing quite says “Kep” like crab, so it is a popular spot for taking selfies. Join in the action, pull over and start snapping.
Nguyên H — Google review
This statue is erected as a representation of the famous indigenous Blue Swimmer crab which is found in the beach-side waters of Kep. From here, these are even sent out to high quality dining restaurants in the capital,Phnom Penh. One can also buy them at the crab market, just after they are caught.Direct from the sea to the plate.

Kep National Park, established in 1993, is a nature reserve located in the remote areas of Kep in Cambodia. It features an 8km circuit suitable for walking and mountain biking, passing through dense forests, wats, and viewpoints. The 'Stairway to Heaven' trail leads to a pagoda, nunnery, and Sunset Rock viewpoint.
What an amazing 8 k.m. motorbike ride or very long walk throughout KEP national park. Amazing concrete sealed road & I'm shocked that it's not on the tourist maps. The forests, trees , scenery was spectacular to say the least & very well worth the visit Such an awesome place not to be missed.

Had a great 10km run at Kep National Park. The road is in good condition, surrounded by nature with fresh air all around. The views are beautiful, and I even caught the sunrise — a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend for runners and nature lovers!
Sothyreak P — Google review
This is a really beautiful park with an 8 km paved loop that is easy to access through two entrances. There is a ranger at the entrance, and the $1 fee per person is definitely worth it. We first entered from the left side of the park and started walking towards inland, then continued onto the so-called Jungle Route (I think?). The trail quickly turned into a steep climb where we had to hold onto trees and plants to make our way up. It felt adventurous, but after a while the path became harder and harder to follow until it almost disappeared completely. At that point we decided to turn back, which was not easy, especially going down, it was quite a tricky descent. Back on the main paved path, we continued on the standard route towards Sunset Rock Viewpoint. This part was much easier and absolutely worth it. The view was stunning, and it felt like a rewarding end to the walk. Overall, the park offers both adventurous trails and accessible routes, making it a great place to explore. Sunset Rock is highly recommended. It would get 5 stars if all the paths were kept well and marked.

Very easy hike on a paved path. It’s not a complete loop as it exits out into a street that requires you to walk around the coast along Kep Beach and around to get back to the starting point.

Kep Beach is a charming white-sand beach in the town of Kep, Cambodia. It offers a relaxed seaside village feel with local seafood restaurants and traveler accommodations nearby. Visitors can explore the unique Kep Crab Market and enjoy waterfront dining options. Additionally, the beach serves as a starting point for boat trips to nearby islands, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely day by the sea.
As far as Cambodia’s beaches go, Kep is by far the best. The surf is almost non existent (it’s a shallow bay) but there are now chairs, umbrellas and hammocks to rent for the day. The scenery is stunning and they keep it clean. Plenty of little stores and food carts around too.
Andrew B — Google review
Nice quaint little beach with great cheap seafood all around. hammocks, umbrellas, chairs, inner tubes. life vests available for rent for a few dollars. Clean and nice. Not very busy when we were there on Saturday and Sunday. I recommend this place.

I visited the beach on a rainy day. The sea was murky with big waves. The sky was filled with dark grey clouds, heavy with rain. Perhaps when the dry season comes around, the beach will look picture perfect. Nevertheless, there were many visitors enjoying the bracing winds.

Kep Beach – A Peaceful Escape in Cambodia Kep Beach, located in southern Cambodia, is a quiet and peaceful coastal destination ideal for travelers seeking relaxation. Also known as the “capital of blue crabs,” Kep is famous for its fresh seafood, especially crab dishes that are both delicious and reasonably priced. The beach itself is clean, with calm waters and soft sand, perfect for swimming or simply enjoying the sun. During the day, visitors can take part in various beachside activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, or exploring nearby islands by boat. There are also local restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy a drink while taking in beautiful ocean views. Despite its charm, Kep remains quite undeveloped. Public facilities and infrastructure are still limited, and after sunset, the town becomes very quiet, with few options for nightlife or evening entertainment. Kep Beach is best suited for travelers who prefer peaceful natural settings, authentic local food, and a slower pace of life. It’s an excellent weekend escape from busy cities or a relaxing stop on a broader trip through southern Cambodia. If you’re looking for a calm retreat and some of the best crab dishes in Southeast Asia, Kep is definitely worth a visit.

Highly recommend visiting this beach! It seemed like they had just put down fresh sand but we loved it here. We spent a few hours under one of the umbrellas and ordered beers from the kiosk close by. The sunset was insane and it was so quiet for a beautiful beach. The staff were trying to pick up the rubbish and keep it clean, a lovely spot to relax!

Everything around beach is being destroyed. All 100+ years old chestnut trees - cut down. A huge hotel complex will be built there for next several years. Expect big trucks, dust and dirt, construction noise. Who needs beautiful nature when you can sell your country for casinos, right?

Sights & Landmarks
La Plantation Restaurant is located on a beautiful organic pepper farm that offers guided walks in multiple languages to educate visitors about the cultivation and processing of various pepper varieties. In addition to peppers, the farm also grows fruits, chillis, herbs, and peanuts. The restaurant on-site serves delicious dishes such as aubergine and offers an opportunity to learn about the farm's products through tours. Visitors can also purchase pepper and homemade sauces from the shop, with proceeds supporting local children's English classes.
Such a beautiful place. I can’t believe such a great and informative tour is free! I’ve genuinely never taken an interest in pepper or how it’s grown but it was so interesting to learn about and we absolutely loved the tasting. Their new Spice Bar offers breathtaking views and I would come again for a drink and to just take in the surroundings. Tried the most delicious coconut, tamarind and cinnamon sorbet and the vanilla and pepper is yummy as well.

We came here as part of a day tour around Kampot & were really impressed by the free tour offered here (highlight was sampling at the end!). Our guide was very knowledgeable with great English & we didn't feel pushed to purchase products or anything at the end which we really appreciated. Highly recommend trying the ice-cream at the Spice Bar after the tour :)

We had a really lovely visit to The Plantation near Kampot. Our guide Veha was excellent – he spoke with real passion and knowledge, making the tour both interesting and personal. We enjoyed tasting different types of pepper and local spices. And,.. and the pepper coffee and pepper vanilla ice cream were simply fantastic. A beautiful place, very much worth a visit.
Margareta S — Google review
I was there on a tour from "Getyourguide", it was approximately 1.5h long. Local staff and guide speak English very well and can explain all the processes on the plantation in a very detailed way. I was happy to find out that plantation supports local community and school, people who worked there were truly happy about working conditions. The plantation itself is an amazing place, like taken directly from a movie, surrounded by rich green landscapes. There's a store inside, offering a variety of over 100 spices, you can try most of them before purchase.
Artur P — Google review
A wonderful place to visit. Make sure to take the free farm tour and tasting. It takes approximately 1hr and you learn all about how they grow and make pepper and also get to taste many different types. They’re also a company giving back to the community. Entry is free which is good and the products in the shop are not too expensive. A top attraction in Kampot
Olly S — Google review
I really enjoyed tasting, understanding, and learning how pepper grows there. There was a variety of pepper mostly grown in Kampot, but some was brought from other provinces in Cambodia and/or other countries. They also provided a free tour of the farm with an English or French-speaking tour guide. Everything here is worth the time to come and check out. They also sell their peppers, teas, and other products that they grow there. I highly recommend the butterfly herbal tea as shown in the picture. 5/5, definitely I would come back.
Oscar R — Google review
I had a really good time here! Love that they’re doing donation-based tours where you can see the pepper plants, hear about the history and taste different kinds. Also tried pepper ice cream and beer at the restaurant. It was a bit expensive, but tasted very good!

Phnom Chhngok Cave

Phnom Chhngok Cave is an ancient cave temple with Hindu carvings and rock formations, offering spiritual significance and stunning views of the countryside. The entrance has been formalized with a ticket booth and information boards. Inside, there's a very old shrine from the pre-Angkor period, accessible via proper stairs for all visitors. For a deeper exploration, hiring a guide is recommended to navigate the narrow passages and learn about the 7th-century temple inside.
So peaceful place, full of beautiful views on greenish countryside with palm trees and little hills. Cave with sanctuary is so beautiful, same as the way to it. You need to go up on the stairs and admire its design, same as the little pagoda in the beginning pf the way. Cave is not so big, but it worths for your visit
Klara D — Google review
A very quiet and peaceful place. Takes a short hike up some stairs to get to the cave but it’s worth it and the view across the farmland is stunning too. Costs 5000 Riel to enter and there is an option of a guided tour through the caves but we did not take them up on that.
Olly S — Google review
Came here to make the most of using the scooter I rented and got an unexpected but amazing adventure out of it! The road from Kampot to the cave is paved all the way except for the last couple hundred meters that is a sandy muddy bumpy road. If you don't wanna get the scooter dirty or scraped maybe park by the road and walk the rest, especially after heavy rain. Once you get on the dirt road take the second road to the right (on the left of the small canal) - do NOT continue along the road despite a big sign pointing in that direction! That is another cave shrine that isn't as interesting and an even longer bumpy ride away. After going down the road next to the canal you will soon see the sign and a house where you can park, get a drink or use the toilet or continue driving down the field road to the cave entrance. I decided to park by the house and walk the last few meters as there was a big puddle from the rain I didn't want to drive through. When I got there, a guy on a bike asked me if I wanted a guide and then walked with me to the cave guards who informed me that the entrance fee is 1$ (I paid via ABA). Pao, the guide, then walked up the stairs to the entrance with me, making a quick stop by a nice view where he offered to take a photo for me. The stairs aren't long but quite steep so take it slow. Once inside, he showed me some of the shrines where people leave offerings and told me about the customs and history of the cave. There are also some bats in the dark corners high up. Afterwards he told me that there are multiple ways to walk through the cave to the exit downhill and that one of them can only be taken when it hasn't rained too much and if you're not too big. That sounded exciting so Pao and I literally crawled and made our way through tunnels and corridors in complete darkness except for the bright flash light be brought, seeing many many bats and walking through caverns that are completely flooded during rainy season. It's definitely a challenging (downhill) climb with some potential drops at certain points but Pao ensured me no one died here before haha He has been in these caves and given tours since he was a teenager and you could really tell by how easily he traversed it and shone the light on particular spots where I was supposed to put my feet, hands or watch my head. It took probably 10-15 minutes before we crawled through a narrow opening and ended up downhill by the entrance where we had met. It was a crazy and fun experience and more than worth the 5$! Thank you Pao if you read this 😊
Olivia S — Google review
The cave is small as well as the temple inside. But it does have a cool Indiana Jones feeling to it. Just be advised: if it has rained you will be suffering. It’s a muddy dirt road that is under water when it rains. I have seen people pushing tuktuks out of the dirt so if weather is not great maybe use a car to get here Entrance fee is 5000 KHR per person
Jonas K — Google review
The cave was very good and the guides were good. However, we had a young lad that we believe had a disability. He was very friendly and helpful throughout. Halfway through another guy took over and took us through the cave and again was very good. We then got to the end and the second guy asked to tip the guide and we didn’t have much left to spend so I gave them 11,000 to share and the second guy refused and said he wasn’t going to give the first lad anymore than 1,000. So we felt guilty and gave the other lad 10,000 which we couldn’t leave without tipping him to. So please remember to stick with 1 guide and don’t fall for this trick like we did as they know what they are doing which ruined it for us a little👍🏻
Darren W — Google review
A nice cave, a little out the way with a small temple. There are locals that offer a cave tour as there's a way to get through the cave system and come out another exit. Entrance is $1 but they first attempted to charge me 10,000KHR. Parking is free. Lots of steps and no wait time.
Holly G — Google review
One of the most underrated mountain and cave in Cambodia. Surrounded by fresh air and green scenery, the cave is full of intriguing stories and mysteries. It is small and not for those who enjoy deep exploration but worth a visit. If you’re a beginner cave explorer or unfamiliar with the terrain, you can even hire local kids to help guide you during your exploration.

Great bike and excellent rental service! The price is very reasonable, and the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. They deliver and pick up the bike for you, making the whole process super convenient. The bike runs perfectly, we rode across the entire island, from main roads to small, rough paths, without any issues. I can’t recommend it enough! If you’re looking for a reliable bike and great people to support, this is the place to go.

Great motorcycle, very friendly owner! I contacted them in advance to bring the motorcycle to the airport. As soon as I landed, I picked up the motor and rode it directly to the hotel in the south for check-in. It was very convenient to use for the past three days. I rode it to watch the sunset town and all the visit area, and I strongly recommend this shop to everyone. On the last day, the owner even came to my hotel to pick up the motor, making my itinerary very convenient!

It's absolutely brilliant, the service, bikes and people. We had 3 bikes, all nice looking Honda's. Half tank of petrol, helmets and rain covers for free. We rescheduled the return 2 times with them being always polite and flexible. 5 stars service - absolutely recommend it to anyone who want to rent a bike on Phu Quoc.

We were so happy to meet the owner! We rented two motorbikes for seven days, with pickup and drop-off right at the airport – super convenient. Thanks to that, exploring Phu Quoc was easy and stress-free. The motorbikes were relatively new, well-maintained, powerful, and ran smoothly without a single issue. The owner was always available and responsive in case we needed any support, which gave us great peace of mind. We’re extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend Tính Nguyen Motor Rental to anyone visiting Phu Quoc! You have many options of motors to rent also. Thank Tính for your great and 5 star service!!!

Perfect scooter rental. Incredible service, simple and fast. I chose this service based on Google reviews and I’m really not disappointed. Easy communication via WhatsApp, and he was able to deliver the scooter the next day (even the same day if needed). He came directly to my accommodation, showed me how the scooter worked, provided two helmets, and even accompanied me to an ATM for payment. Very competitive price for the service offert: 150,000 VND/day (600,000 VND for 4 days). For the return, he adapted to my plans: originally planned to meet at the port, but in the end, he met me at the airport at 5 AM without any issue. Smooth communication, perfect punctuality. After several scooter rentals in Asia, this was my best experience: simple, efficient, and hassle-free. Highly recommended, it allowed us to explore many parts of the island, including areas only accessible by scooter, which we truly enjoyed.

Everything was nice and smooth. They bring bike wherever you ask (we got it directly from airport) and also pick it up later from your hotel if you ask so. Completely free. Customer service is absolutely great, bike was also in good condition.

Farm Link is a renowned pepper plantation center situated in Kampot, Cambodia. It's home to the popular Kadode Kampot Pepper, the largest pepper brand in Cambodia. Visitors can enjoy a complimentary tour of the Pepper Garden, where they can engage in workshops, taste different types of peppers, observe demonstrations of pepper processing and drying. The cooperative gathers harvests from numerous local farmers and offers an educational experience on the manufacturing processes for various peppers like black, red, and white.
Very nice and friendly staff, they gave us a free tour in their production, offered a free pepper, vanilla and palm sugar tasting and answered all our questions

Farm Link is a very good place to visit to learn about peppers if you have young children. We took our 5 year old and he got to learn about pepper farming in a short, concise, child-friendly way and it was interesting for us two adults as well! The lady doing the tour was very informative and friendly. We got to taste all the different peppers and learn about the sorting process and we could look around the gardens as well where they grow some peppers. It is also for free! Though we gave a donation as it was well deserved.
Mars R — Google review
Great place where they explain you the different manufacturing processes of the different peppers (black, red and white). It is a cooperative that collects the harvests of dozens of small local farmers. You will be able to smell and taste their different products (peppers, long peppers, salt, sugar and even vanilla that they produce themselves). The young lady who gave us the tour was extremely friendly (thanks to her!) Thank you !

Great place to see how pepper are prepared and how much work goes into it. People speak French and English. The famous Kampot pepper is much cheaper there than at the market.

Great experience in the middle of Kampot - the staff explains everything about the origin of the pepper, processes etc. You can even see the women sorting the pepper manually. Pepper smelling and tasting is also possible. They also have a small farm to show how the pepper and other spices are being grown. The shop has good prices, we went out having bought way too much than we needed 😉 Must go when you are in Kampot.

Really nice introductory tour of pepper. It doesn't have the touristic vibe, and you are not pressure to buy anything. Stopped here hoping to see some rapids but in January and it seems the river has been dammed further up or maybe it's just dry season. It was a nice five minute rest stop in the shade from the afternoon sun and was quite calming and picturesque but not the experience and swimming hole we were hoping for. There were a few locals at the waters edge, washing or cooling off, but then one of them pulled rubbish out of the water bed. The car park is generally as dirty as the river. No special reason to visit unless the rains come back to fill the rapids. The nature opposite seemed quite unspoiled but the bridge across was closed up. (the photos were strategically taken to show the best side, sorry).
