Jahaj Mahal in Mandu is a very beautiful and well maintained site to visit over. Along with old forts and ponds...it has multiple locations to click lovely photos and frame. It is believed to be build for entertainment by the king to have good time in his haram. This is around 60 km from Indore in Mandu town. There are other monuments in town as well. It is maintained by ASI and have a fee of Rs 25 per person.

The site is well-maintained, though the climb can be a bit steep, so wearing comfortable shoes is a must. When we were here, after we crossed a cave there were some rocks falling from above, fortunately nobody was severely injured. Also, the view from the top overlooking the Waghora River is breathtaking. It's a must-visit for anyone who appreciates history, art, or spirituality. Truly one of India’s greatest heritage treasures! This place is of historical/ archeological relevance and it is a World Heritage Site. No wonder Aurangabad is the tourism capital of Maharashtra! Definitely worth a visit with your family.

Magnificent historical treasure. Must be on bucket list of all indians. One can finish the visit easily in a day from Aurangabad. There are two ways of reaching caves. One is beautiful mildly challenging trek of appx 1.5 km from Ajanta View point. One can park the car and take the trek to and fro to caves, this trek reaches directly at cave no. 8. Another option is the main entry 22 km more from this Ajanta View point, park own vehicle and take shuttle bus which will take you to caves. Inside caves, walk of 1-2 km with steps at many places is involved. At many caves, shoes are not allowed. Drinking water and toilets are available inside premises. Carry umbrella if you don't like the sun. The caves are worth your time and effort and it may take 2-3 hours to visit entire area.

The Kailasa Temple at Ellora Caves is a stunning, singular attraction, famous for being entirely carved from a single rock of the mountain. Not only does the temple feature beautiful idols of gods and animals, but some of these sculptures are carved into the temple walls in a distinctive 3D/360° style. Furthermore, one side of the temple depicts scenes from the Mahabharata, while the other side is dedicated to carvings from the Ramayana.

Best among all prehistoric monuments. One day tour. Better to start from Shirdi and back to Shirdi rather than Sambhajinagar. 10 am to 3 pm sufficient for all caves. Winter is best to visit.

One of the 12 jyotirlingas of lord Shiva. Really crowded on weekends, better to visit early to have a peaceful darshan. Male devotees need to remove their upper clothes before entering the temple. The security can be improved a bit. Mobiles are allowed but videography and photography are prohibited. I recommend not to fall for locals offering to help in the darshan queue. They just take you and leave before the temple entrance which is unofficially done. Men are allowed to go in and touch the lingam but women must stay behind the barricade positioned and take the blessings and offer prayers.

I had a very devotional and peaceful experience at Shri Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple. The atmosphere was filled with divine energy, and getting Sparsh Darshan before 6 AM made it even more special and spiritual. Men are allowed for darshan only without a shirt, which adds to the traditional and devotional experience. Truly a blissful visit and a must for anyone seeking spiritual peace.

It is the burial place of Aurangzeb’s first wife, Rabia-ud-Durrani, built by Aurangzeb and later repaired by his son Prince Azam Shah between 1651 n 1661 AD. It bears a striking resemblance to the Taj Mahal, the mausoleum of Aurangzeb's mother, Mumtaz Mahal, which is why it is also called the Taj of the Deccan. It is situated in the heart of Aurangabad (now Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) city in the Indian state of Maharashtra. Bibi Ka Maqbara is a fine example of Mughal design infused with local artistry. The central marble mausoleum is surrounded by intricate minarets at each corner. A vast Charbagh style garden surrounds the tomb having pathways, fountains, and lush greenery creating an atmosphere of serenity. Visited Bibi ka Maqbara at night — a beautiful and serene experience. The monument closely resembles the Taj Mahal, though about half its size, and looks stunning under the night lights. Regarding stay there is Sai Udyan trust is available where they will give one doremetry bed and one locker for 15 rupees per day. If you are comfortable in this type stay you can go there, its clean and well maintained.

There are many gates to enter the temple but if you want to have a free darshan then enter from gate no. 7. The charge for VIP darshan is 200 rupees. You have to deposit your mobile in the clock room where the charge is 5 rupees per phone. You get darshan in 30 minutes. The management is very good, there is a provision to sit in the line inside and there is also a washroom and there is also a provision for many fan coller..

Hatsoff to the management. They have dedicated staff for handling lockers where devotees can keep their valuables as mobile and gadgets are not allowed inside the mandir.premises. We had experienced such a wonderful view of baba not once but twice.. want to visit again. Jai ho!!!

Shirdi Sai Baba Temple is a peaceful and divine place to visit. Near Gate 6, you’ll find mobile lockers available for just Rs 5 per phone, along with free shoe stands. For free darshan, head to Gate 7, which you can reach from Dwarkamai Temple, if Dwarkamai is in front of you, go left and take the first right. You’ll pass the mobile lockers first, and then Gate 7 is right there. On weekends, the wait time for free darshan is usually around 3 hours, and the entire process can take 3-4 hours. We also visited once on a Monday morning around 6 AM, and it only took about 1.5 to 2 hours for the complete Darshan. If you prefer paid darshan, you can either book online in advance or book near temple, enter through Gate 6 when you arrive. Wait time is much lesser than free Darshan but it'll still take almost 2 if crowded. Inside the temple, there is usually some waiting time before darshan, so visitors are asked to sit in waiting halls. Opposite these halls, there’s a counter where you can get free unlimited tea and biscuits. They also sell chips and water at prices much lower than market rate. After darshan, don’t forget to pick up your free food coupons next to the neem tree. Near the exit, you will also receive packets of prasad and vibhooti. Additionally, there’s a laddu counter near the lendi garden entry, opposite the neem tree, where you can get the famous Shirdi laddu.

Planning your visit will help in many ways for Sai Baba darshan. Off day one can avoid rush. You can buy online tkts for darshan and it works great. There will still be good walk inside however, better than standing in a long queue. There is seperate line for senior citizen so if you have elderly please use that. It is better to get your tkt for paid darshan printed. The entrance unlike any other temples is well maintained and not overly crowded. The parking, mobile phone and footwear is all taken care at the place. Please note mobile phones are not allowed and have to be kept in lockers or just keep in the car. The staff is helpful and guide you around. The inside of the temple is par or even better than any other place in foreign country. Museum is nice and must see. There are other temples shiva ling, Ganesha when you exit towards gate 3. The entire place is well maintained. I was thrilled to see that in India we have such place to visit specially worship place like this one for Sainath.

I am a serving person coming for Darshan all the way from punjab. Honest review is the place is sarine, however, the shop attatched in pic is a fraud or may be one of the frauds who will trick you to park vehicle in front of his shop in exchange of buying a puja thali in which only the Phool mala is allowed in and the devotee realises he gas been hoodwinked once he passes tgrough the security check in. The pile of such items at the gate assured that I am not the only one fallen for the trap. I can only suggest and request to buoycot such shops.For reference, this one is in the road just opposite to the senior citizen gate.

Monsoon beauty in Western Ghat, particularly in Malshej, is unbeatable. Clouds, fog, rain, and waterfalls, everything is endlessly. The Govt of Maharashtra provides good parking spaces and beautify water sources and waterfall areas so visitors can enjoy maximum. Hot Maggi, tea, and corn will add cherry on the ice.

This place should be on must visit list in monsoon if you are exploring western ghats. Going here is easy, as for most of the part road conditions are very good. You can come by car, 2 wheeler etc. In ghat section roads are narrow so expect some traffic during monsoon season. Also there is possibility of land slide etc. There are multiple waterfall points in the ghat area where government has build staircase , protective structures to access it easily. Make sure while you park your vehicle, you are not blocking on going traffic. I have seen people doing it. Be a responsible citizen. Same thing go for plastic and other garbage. In monsoon and winter expect lot of foggy weather which limits visibility so be careful. Most of the people I see go till ghat and return if they are coming from pune-nashik highway. I would highly recommend to go down till ghat ends, you will see amazing views.

But this place is very dangerous and thrilling too, it have accident prone area and one must be cautious world travelling at this place. In rainy season its completely covered in dense fog. I frequently stopped at different spots just to soak in the breathtaking scenery. At one spot, something magical happened—within just a few minutes, the thick fog suddenly cleared and revealing a fantastic view🏞. Moments like these make the journey truly unforgettable. It is also a great spot for photography, birdwatching, and enjoying nature at its best. The roads are well-maintained, but can get slippery in rains, so one needs to be careful. The temple is believed to be the place where Lord Shiva worshipped Ganesha before fighting the demon Tripurasura. The idol here is known as Mahaganapati, a powerful and majestic form of Ganesh with 10 trunks and 20 arms (though the original idol is kept hidden in the sanctum and shown only on special occasions). The temple architecture is stunning – a beautiful blend of peace, spirituality, and historic charm. The calmness and spiritual aura of the place are truly mesmerizing. It is well maintained and organized for devotees, even during weekends and holidays. The temple complex is clean, with ample space for parking, and basic amenities like toilets and drinking water. There are shops outside selling prasad, flowers, and souvenirs. I recommend reaching early in the morning or during the evening aarti time to avoid rush and experience the serene atmosphere. The drive from Pune is smooth and scenic (approx. 50 km), making it a perfect spiritual getaway. The mandir is really peaceful, and we'll culture, I'll recommend to buy VIP pass, which only costs 100/- , which will directly bow you to the entrence of ganesh idol.

It’s a famous one of the Ashta-Vinayaka (Among 8 Main Ganapati Mandir) situated at Ranjangoan. The Mandir is small but the surrounding area is specious. Lots of small temples are situated inside the Mandir itself. The Entrance is amazing. There is no rush during weekdays. But lots of waiting during weekends and Sankashti.

A highly revered temple of Ganesh. It is one of the ashtavinayak temples. It is right on main road and quite crowded. There are lot of puja item shops on way to temple. Parking space is available but due to large crowd it is usually occupied. In Temple just before entering garbhagrih there is a large gold plate which has Ganapati Atharvashirsh engraved on it.

It was an amazing experience. It is easily accessible as it is just along the highway which makes it convenient to reach. The only downside is the huge line just for hardly 1 min of darshan which is a problem for almost all the temples so can't complain about it. The atmosphere is good, you can also sit for hours in the garden area as it is peaceful and calm.

Bhuleshwar Temple is a truly mesmerizing place super clean, peaceful, and full of ancient charm. The architecture is stunning and unique, and though it’s often said to date back to the Pandavas’ era, its intricate stone carvings on the walls and pillars feel even more timeless. The Nandi idol at the entrance is massive and beautifully sculpted. The temple remains peaceful on weekdays, making it a great spot for those looking to enjoy quiet surroundings and soak in the spiritual vibe. The road to the temple is scenic, though note that there are no signboards from the highway, so it’s best to rely on Google Maps for directions. A small entry fee is collected upon arrival, and despite being centuries old, the temple is still in excellent condition. You’ll find plenty of great spots to click pictures of the temple and its surroundings. Limited parking is available for both two- and four-wheelers, so try to avoid weekends when it can get crowded. Don’t miss the guava vendors near the entrance the fruit is fresh and tasty! At times, the temple also offers delicious prasad. A few security personnel are present around the premises as well, ensuring a safe experience for visitors. Overall, Bhuleshwar Temple is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates history, architecture, and peaceful getaways around Pune.

Mind blowing architecture from the past. Apparently this mandir is made during the Vijaynagar empire. Brilliant work, peaceful vibes. A good spot to take photos too. The damaged stone structures give a glimpse of the destruction during the Mughal rule. But it's still extremely beautiful . Must visit !

Bhuleshwar Temple is a beautiful and peaceful place near Pune, situated on a small hill. The ancient Hemadpanthi style architecture and carvings are amazing, especially the Ramayana & Mahabharata sculptures. The temple is clean and well maintained by ASI. One of the best and serene temple I have ever been to.. it is like a fortress on the top of the hills. Ample Parking space for 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers too.. Awesome ancient Khajuraho style architecture of the temple. Many carvings on the stone pillars and walls too.. The main shivling is on the stilt floor and again in the underground.. There is a big Nandi which is beautifully decorated. There a secret Ganpati Idol which is only visible if you see everything with faith.. Surrounding area, valley feels awesome and windy.. perfect spot to relieve stress.. The big problem is that the person selling pooja basket for Rs. 150/- which is Ridiculous ! Temple administration and ASI should look into this ASAP. Charging Rs. 50/- is more than enough for the basket without the pedha box. There are 2 routes down the temple. One is the trekking route and other one goes down in the main village in the valley. Locals use this route when the trekking route gets full during the yatra time. Parking charges for cars is Rs. 50/-. The route to the temple is really scenic.. through winding roads, hair pin bends in the ghat. There are many petrol pumps on the road. One is near the turn before the temple after the ghat. So come without worrying about petrol.. it was surprisingly crowded on the weekday around 12 pm too.. There are no washrooms. You have to do your business in the mountains and valley route below. Little problematic for ladies. Snakes can be seen on the valley route. There is a kund below the temple near the valley route. Go explore the route if you have time after taking darshan.. Drinking water is also available in tanks near the parking and temple. Check out the pics.

Whoever reading this review this is my humble request please do not spread garbage over there, this is our legacy and we have to protect it. This is one of the rarest temples which also has rarest to rate thing and we have to protect it.

Bhuleshwar Temple is a beautiful and peaceful temple devoted to lord Shiva near Pune, situated on a small hill. The ancient Hemadpanthi style architecture and carvings are amazing, especially the Ramayana & Mahabharata sculptures. The temple is clean and well maintained by ASI. Sunset view from the top is also very nice. A must-visit spiritual and historical place near Pune.

Very nice and calm place in shelgi area earlier this temple was use used as place for marriage ceremony but after complaining of neighborhood people the temple has stopped the organising functions inside the temple . Shri swami Samarth

The temples of Pattadkal are located on on the banks of the river Malaprabha. The temples are stone carved and from the Chalukyan era and date back to 7th and 8th century. They are beautiful, elegant, intricately chiselled and showcase some architectural characteristics and therefore designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The temples in Pattadakal bear testimony to the richness and timeless splendour of the Chalukyan architecture. It has a cluster of 10 major temples, which showcase some striking architectural features. The temples are unique as they are inspired by Aryan, Dravidian and a combination of both styles. It was even used as the ceremonial centre where kings were crowned and commemorated. There is a sculpture gallery maintained by Archeological Survey of India within the Pattadakal temple complex. Highly recommended and is definitely worth the visit.

The place is well maintained by ASI and is one of the few places where you witness both Dravidian and Nagara styles of temple architecture. The Temple complex is quite extensive, and it would take at least two hours to explore it fully. It's advisable to visit early in the morning as the site opens as early as 7AM.

The place is very good and historical importance. Road to reach the spot are narrow , but there are road for cars to go. Don't rely on local rikshaw guys they will fool for money . Beautiful architecture that makes you so proud to know the legacy of this nation and is history. We took a female guide - Munira ( can't remember her name) who explained everything really well. The most amazing nugget is how everything has been carved from one rock. Even the ceilings have intricate and mesmerizing sculptures/carvings...all done with a simple hammer and chisel. It was humbling and a matter of pride. I do hope the government takes steps to both preserve the monuments and to get the world heritage tag. The surrounding area is peaceful. Just keep a lookout for the monkeys - they won't do anything unless you happen to have food packets with you. The guides will give you a full tour of all 4 caves. There's a fair bit of climbing and some of the steps near the 3rd cave are steep. But do try not to miss the 3rd cave as the carvings are utterly breathtaking

First of all, don't forget to bring a new crisp 50Rs note to take a pic with the stone chariot which is depicted on the note. Very beautiful and super intricately carved temple. Each idol is a work of art and it is difficult to fathom the depth and explanation without a good guide. Guide will explain the background, context, art, detailing and even the sound of various indian instruments by tapping on the columns. While planning a trip here, please understand that this temple can be accessed through two ways- First is the regular way to come to Vitthala temple parking and then proceed to temple by electric cart or by walking. By walking, you can explore the mantapas, temples and pushkarnis (ponds) on the way. Even some endemic plants, unique flowers and insects can be observed. Second way, a little adventurous and involving mild hiking is to come from Hampi Bazaar side, crossing Monolithic Nandi, Achutraya temple complex, Bazaar, taking right after pushkarni, from Varahaswamu gudi, lamp stand, kings balance and finally reaching Vitthala temple taking around 30-50 minutes depending on your fitness level. On the way, you can see Matunga hills on right and Tungabhadra river on left. Tickets for entrance are available at parking or also near the entry of Vitthala temple but mobile signals may be challenging here so keep small cash ready. Not much public amenities and if you plan to walk, especially in summer time, don't forget to keep water.

Some of the buildings are very huge and detailed like music pillars etc. There is a river backside of the huge place which is a must walk , it was so good due to monsoon end and water flow was more. Pick and drop from parking is chargeable via battery car for rs. 20 per head if you wish to take that which I'll recommend to take it - else you need to walk like 750 ms inside. You will get a guides there to explain about the history of the temple. They will charge you 500rs. Must visiting place.

Visited Virupaksha Temple, Hampi 🛕 Over the weekend…. One of the oldest and most beautiful temples in Hampi .. still active and full of divine energy 🙏. The tall Gopura is amazing, and inside temple you can even see its shadow appear upside down on the temple wall — a must-see! You can also visit the small shrine of Goddess Bhuvaneshwari Devi (Karnataka Kuladevate) inside the temple. The whole place is very peaceful and clean. There’s a big pond outside the temple which adds to the beauty of the surroundings. You’ll also see many monkeys around, so keep an eye on your belongings. For a closer darshan, there is a ₹25 ticket that allows you to walk near the main god and have a blissful darshan of Lord Veerupaksha. It can get crowded at times, but the experience is totally worth it. Need to walk bit from parking area.. A must-visit place in Hampi for its history, architecture, and spiritual vibes. 🙏

Each wall, panel, and even pillar is intricately detailed — often compared to “poetry in stone.” Outer walls covered with continuous sculptural bands (friezes) arranged in horizontal tiers. Lathe-turned pillars — perfectly polished, symmetric, and reflective. Ceilings decorated with intricate floral and geometric motifs. Sanctums house Shiva Lingas, each fronted by a large Nandi (bull) pavilion. Difficult to narrate in words (See Pics) 😎 There’s a museum which houses many other sculptures, inscriptions also inside the premises. There’s a nicely maintained garden area to spend sometime after immersing in the beauty of the place. Some area that can be improved are - The road leading to temple from NH/SH can have proper sign boards and roads and traffic can be managed better. Parking lot can be maintained better. Drinking water taps doesn’t work properly.

A nice spot to visit while you are in Sakleshpura .. unfortunately not very well maintained, even the board to indicate the fort is not there at the entrance.. You have parking area at the foot of the fort. Around 250 steps to climb before you get to the top, a moderate hike.... Fort looks good and has scenic view around... Coming to history of this fort was built by the then king of Mysore tippu sultan on 1792 to mark his power of succession over the region.This fort is used to store the ammunition and gunpowder for cannons.I do not recommend going to this fort unless you are a historical sites enthusiast anyway you will not be able to see the star shape of the fort which is unique. If you're driving a four wheeler then parking charges of 40 rupees collected. Everything is maintained near and clean. An artificial waterfall and a lake add more charm to this place. The church has a picturesque setting and is good for film or wedding shoots, When we went both were happening simultaneously. They say it gets partially submerged in water during rainy seasons. It's a popular spot for photography. The church's Gothic architecture and history as a former place of worship are appreciated by visitors. The church is not at its full and is completely broken with no roof and a few walls intact. I am sure it would look spooky during the night times especially during full moon and new moon day. The church looks best in the afternoon. During the peak rainy season, only one-third of the chapel is visible. The surroundings are generally quiet and peaceful, offering a serene experience. The area could be cleaner, people just litter around and there is no one to educate them. The roads leading to the church are dusty, muddy and not well-maintained.

However, for a botanical garden, all the basic amenities and facilities are well-maintained. Plastic bottles are not allowed, which helps keep the place clean. I also visited the nursery, though it was closed due to a festive occasion. It was a beautiful experience. The day was 🌞 I went with my family to explore the beauty of this huge botanical garden that has flora species dating back to hundreds of years ago. Enchanting. ❤️😇 We took the ride for 45 mins which is charged ₹100 per person. The guide thoroughly took us to different locations of the botanical garden taking small stops at specific points. Overall it was a nice experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the place. Recommended to family and friends. ✨

One of the prettiest garden I have ever visited. So beautiful, peaceful and huge. Our first option was Cubbon Park due to its ratings but when I visited this instead, I was glad. It's really beautiful! The way everything is maintained there is very pleasant. The whole area around this park is so cool due to the trees in the garden. Very less pollution and lot of things to do😍

This place has both historical and the spiritual significance. The climb is a bit steep but steps are in good shape and the railings really help for support. There is a dress code to be followed, shorts and sleeveless not allowed so carry a spare jacket, fortunately the administration gave us a shawl which was returned after coming back. The statue offers a sense of calm and photography is allowed but selfies and drones are not allowed. Must visit place for history lovers and architecture fanatics.

There is nothing like this place. It’s a historical spiritual temple that makes you forget everything and the statue just grabs your attention. If you are physically fit it will take you around 25 mins to climb the mountain but the view, energy and every step was so worth it. I hope I come here again and again. If you have some one who can’t climb the mountain you can ask for doli at main office. The dharshan is worth it.

One of the best amusement parks in the country. Some rides are really high on thrill and adrenaline rush, especially their roller coaster- recoil, the twister, maverik etc. You must not miss the newly added adventure ride- Interstellar which is an experience in itself. The giant wheel at the 13th floor gives the best view of the park and the city. The waterpark isn’t great but has some good water slides and rides you can try. For extra fun you can try the rain dance shows, & especially the wave pool with the dj is so much fun. The best part is they hae made a division in the pool with 2 sides, one for family, couple, women; and other for only men. The crew keeps a check that everyone follows the rules properly and behaves. Some things to keep in mind. Some rides can have queues in rush time, but its doable; as the fastrack tickets are double the cost and not worth it as you can still do all rides without it, just make sure you reach before noon and are there till atleast 6pm. Noone specifically checked the costume for waterpark, but carry appropriate material clothes to enjoy the most, or you’ll have t o buy them at 350 bucks. The locker costs 350 rs, with an additional 50 bucks of the magnetic key watch band. There are multiple food joints and options to eat from. You’ll also find souvenir shops. Wait till post the sunset to see the beauty of the park in lights. You can take certain buses plying to and back from the park to city. Overall its a great experience and a must go to atleast once if you are adventurous soul.

Check offers before Booking! This place is really good for a day outing, don't start from the first ride, watch YouTube videos to see which one you don't wanna miss and be in queue for those in the start. First of all reach the place by 10 am to be aware of what to do, and how to go ahead. Normal queue Wait time is 30-70 minutes on each ride after 11:30. So decide wisely don't waste your time on not so worthy rides. We included three meals, it was a good decision so we didn't waste time deciding, what to eat. My recommendations at least include noon meal, so you can enjoy it and during the evening it will be your wish for what you wanna eat after rides. Take the longest hours, it's hardly the matter of 100-200/- rs but then after dinner also you may be able to do some fun rides if not water rides. Take the locker in advance or one of you may end up just looking after your stuff. Wear water rides approved clothing from the start , so you don't waste time changing clothes again and again. Wear rubber slippers/ crocs, it's easy for you to move around.

I recently went to Wonderla Bengaluru, and honestly, it was an amazing experience! One of the best amusement parks I’ve ever been to. The place is super clean, well maintained, and packed with rides that’ll give you both adrenaline rush and pure fun. The new Mission Interstellar ride totally blew my mind! It’s India’s first space themed ride and the huge screen makes you feel like you’re actually floating in space definitely a must-try. Apart from that, the high thrill rides like Recoil were just insane. The water park section was also great the slides, the wave pool, the lazy river everything was just perfect for cooling off and chilling. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the day, and the locker and changing facilities were neat and clean. I also liked the food options inside decent variety and not too overpriced, which was nice. Overall, I had an absolute blast here! Whether you’re going with friends, family, or your partner, Wonderla guarantees a full day of fun, thrill, and amazing memories. Totally worth it! 🙌

Since Wonderla was celebrating its **20th anniversary**, they had a special **Buy 2 Get 2 Free offer**, so the crowd was quite full — but the fun was totally worth it! The park is **very clean, green, and peaceful**, with a lot of energy and excitement all around. We enjoyed both **dry rides and water games** — each one gave us a thrill! The **rain dance** and **Rizal Coaster** were especially unforgettable and gave us real goosebumps. There are **lockers available**, and **drinking water** is easily accessible throughout the park, which is really convenient. Coming to **food**, the options are good and available at **reasonable prices**. Just one suggestion — avoid eating and then going for active water rides immediately, as it might cause a bit of discomfort. For **timings**: * Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM In the **evening**, the **lighting and night atmosphere** make the place even more beautiful. **How to reach:** Reaching Wonderla is easy. The best way is to take the **metro to Challaghatta (last station)**, and from there, you can easily book a **cab or bike**. This was my 3rd visit but first time with family and kids. Beautiful park, everyone should visit for fun. Weather was supportive so you could enjoy water games. There's new addition to the park - Mission Interstellar. It was mind blowing. Never experienced before. For all games there's 25% of people with Fast track priority passes are sent in. With Halloween passes, all land games can be played even between 7 pm to 10 pm while games for regular passes are closed by 6 pm. Park timings on weekends is 11 am to 7 pm. Everything is fine except Food. Its totally SCAM. If you buy buffet online vs offline, the prices are different. If you buy Buffet lunch at entrance is 419 while online and inside its 500+. Any food like Fried rice or Noodles with non/veg manchurian and large coke combination is 410/- when you can buy Buffet for same price. The quality of food is pathetic. After spending good time, we felt disappointed with food quality with menu options and with exorbitant prices. I have provided same feedback to ground staff to improve food. Hence reduced the overall ratings.

When we were planning a fun trip for our school children on the occasion of Children’s Day, the first place that came to our minds was Wonderla - a place we knew would bring them the most joy. Nice place to visit. It is a place where you can feel the eternal peace. I visited during 4 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. and saw lighting, alongwith water sprayers. There is a small children park for sliding, swinging. You can sit, have snacks, can do shopping of Sri Sri branded products, and buy ayurvedic medicines with nadi pariksha. 3 to 4 hours is sufficient time to spend if you are going with with family.

I'm from Vietnam and I came here for the Silence Program. I had a great experience here. The environment is clean, the air is fresh, the people are friendly, the vibration is peaceful... The Ashram is very contrast with the outside world.

HAPPINESS IS FREE. This is a factual review of my experience. First, I was treated with utmost love and respect and kindness by almost every staff member I met here (especially the ones serving the food!). The grounds are pretty, there is a large building being built and the traffic is not *too* loud. I was told I could stay in the accommodations for free and try a course, so I went to speak at the reception (I was also interested in volunteering). I had to fill out several forms and when I was done, I was informed the "Happiness course" was $440 USD. In the USA, that is a lot of money. In India, you could feed a family for a year. It's just a touristy cult/scam that I wouldn't ever return to or recommend to anyone.

A Great Day Out, But With Key Areas for Improvement ​Bannerghatta Biological Park offers a genuinely wonderful experience for wildlife lovers, making it a fantastic destination for a day trip. The park is vast, and many of the naturalized habitats for the local species are impressive and well-maintained. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, contributing to an overall positive atmosphere. ​However, a couple of significant issues prevented me from rating this as a perfect five-star experience. ​Firstly, I was disappointed that some of the highly anticipated major animals, notably the Lion and the Orangutan, were either absent or could not be found in their areas during our visit. This was a notable letdown for key species that many visitors hope to see. ​More importantly, I observed certain welfare concerns that I hope the park management addresses. Several animals appeared to be kept alone or with a very limited number of mates, which seemed sparse given their social nature. In a few cases, the enclosures seemed smaller than ideal, and I witnessed some animals exhibiting repetitive, stereotypic behaviors (pacing back and forth). This gave the distinct impression that they might be bored, stressed, or depressed due to the lack of space or social stimulation. Ensuring that all animals have adequate companionship and spacious, enriching enclosures is crucial for a park of this stature. ​Despite these issues, the overall variety of species and the natural beauty of the environment are undeniable. If the park could improve its exhibit list consistency and significantly upgrade the size and social conditions of the enclosures I mentioned, it would easily earn five stars.

Just reach early, carry water, and keep a little patience — it makes the whole experience so much better.

Last week, I visited the Biological Zoo with my family. It was a very exciting and memorable trip. We saw many animals like lions, tigers, elephants, deer, giraffes and colorful birds. The best part of our visit was the safari. It was really thrilling to see the wild animals moving freely in the open area. We saw lions and tigers very closely from the safari bus and it felt like a real jungle adventure. The zoo was clean and well maintained. The staff guided us properly and we enjoyed taking many photos and videos together. It was a fun and educational experience for the whole family. I would love to visit again, especially for the safari ride.

Visited Bannerghatta Biological Park in the morning, parking available for bikes (paid). The entry area has small local shops selling snacks, water, sugarcane juice, and fruits depending on the season. Took the safari bus after a long queue , it’s a unique experience being inside a cage while animals roam free outside! However, seats with caged windows make photography difficult, and animal sightings depend on luck. After the safari, visited the Butterfly Garden (fewer butterflies than expected) and had lunch at the canteen , limited food options. The zoo area is like any other, with various animals in enclosures. Overall, it’s a nice day trip to see wildlife closely. Appreciate the government’s efforts in forest and animal conservation.

I recently visited Bannerghatta National Park, and honestly, it felt a bit overhyped. From the photos and reviews, I expected a proper wildlife experience, but in reality, it was more like an average zoo with a bus ride added in. We booked the safari bus since jeeps weren’t available, and that was fine — but the safari itself was quite disappointing. The entire 20–30 minute ride had barely 4–5 types of animals — deer, elephants, leopards, lions, and a small bear. It didn’t feel like we were in a natural habitat at all. The zones were just large fenced areas with a few animals each. For example, you start with deer and elephants, then after passing a gate you reach the leopard zone, where maybe 3–4 leopards can be seen resting near shelters. Same goes for lions and bears. It honestly felt like a zoo with a bus tour instead of walking. After the safari, we went to the zoo area, which was okay but again nothing great. There were only one or two animals of each species — a single giraffe, one tiger, one lion, etc. Variety was there, but it didn’t feel lively or well-maintained. The butterfly park was the best part of the entire visit. The entry fee was ₹50 per person, and it was worth it. The dome area filled with butterflies and greenery looked beautiful and peaceful — definitely the highlight of the day. Overall, Bannerghatta National Park is good for a one-time visit or a short family outing near Bangalore, but if you’re expecting a real safari or wildlife experience, you’ll probably be disappointed.

Jeep ride to the top costs around 2500/- fits 6-8 people. Off road is really tough and doable by 4x4 and very experienced bikers. Not recommended to visit this place by own vehicle in monsoon.

The off-road jeep ride to reach the viewpoint was an amazing experience by itself, super fun and adventurous.
