Arrive early in the morning for the most rewarding experience; the birds are most active during these hours, and you'll witness a spectacular display. Parking is plentiful, which is a huge plus. The entry fee is very reasonable, making it an affordable outing. Be prepared to pay a separate (nominal) fee for bringing your camera. We were also fortunate enough to see deer, adding to the overall experience. The paths are well maintained and easy to walk. To preserve the sanctuary's natural beauty and ensure the well-being of its inhabitants, please adhere to the following guidelines: no littering, do not feed the birds, maintain silence, and respect wildlife. Keep a safe distance from the animals and avoid approaching them too closely. Overall, Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary is a wonderful place to connect with nature and observe birds in their natural habitat. Wonderful experience. One of the best jungle safari. Guide was really nice. Carry water with you on safari as it gets really hot during this time of the year on afternoons rides. There are two different times one in morning and other one in afternoon. Please check timings before coming to safari gate.

This temple is an ASI protected monument. The temple is dated back to 8-9th Century and was constructed by King Chand or Chandra of Nikumbha dynasty. It is said that it was this king who had established Abhaneri (earlier known as Abha Nagri – the city of brightness). This east facing temple (an example of Mahmeru style) was built on a raised platform. The sanctum is pancharatha on plan (a hindu temple could be triratha, panchratha, saptaratha or navrathain on plan) with pillared mandapa (a mandapa is the entrance to the temple, it maybe a portico or colonnaded (series of columns placed at regular intervals) hall that incorporates space for large number of worshipers). The temple has a sculpted niche on each buttress of the wall. The sanctum is enclosed by an ambulatory. The cardinal niches show Vishnu (Vasudeva), Balrama (Sanakarshana) and Pradyumna on the south, north and west, indicating that the original temple was dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Presently it enshrines an image of a Devi locally called Harshat Mata (Goddess of happiness). This temple is definitely worth a visit for the beautiful sculptures which are a reflection on the society that was, our beautiful heritage.

A must visit place while visiting Jaipur. Bhangarh Fort is an absolutely beautiful and mesmerizing place to visit! The fort is surrounded by hills on three sides, offering stunning open views and fresh, clean air all around. The area is very neat and well-maintained. On the way to the fort, there’s an old abandoned market about 300 meters long, the ancient ruins give a glimpse into history. The path is lined with huge old banyan trees whose vines touch the ground and form new roots, which looks magical. Inside and around the fort, there are several ancient temples, monkeys, and even peacocks roaming freely. The views from the fort are breathtaking, especially in the morning or late afternoon. Some inner chambers have a strong smell because of bats hanging from the ceilings, so it’s hard to go inside. Overall, Bhangarh Fort is peaceful, scenic, and full of history. Definitely worth visiting if you love heritage and nature.

Beautiful and peaceful place to visit in Udaipur. The fountains, marble pavilions, and lotus pools are truly mesmerizing. Gardens are huge in size, and you can even play many games when visiting with a big group of family or friends. The water fountains still work perfectly, adding charm to the atmosphere. It’s a very scenic and beautiful lake in Udaipur. One of the must visit places. It is near gangaur ghat and Karni Mata temple. You can also do boating but the cost is 800/- per person. It is near city palace for which the entry is too costly which is not worth it. You can come here to relax but avoid the boat ride and the palace visit, you’re not missing much. It can get crowded during the season. There are multiple shops nearby and chats also. Very peaceful at nights.

I visited the Monsoon Palace in Udaipur yesterday and it was great. This is located around 20mins from the city centre and easily accessible using taxis. Entry for foreigners cost INR560 + parking for car on the top cost INR360 and must be bought at the gate. The mountain top location provides amazing views over the lakes and Udaipur which was one of the reasons for the visit. The fort palace is beautiful, well preserved but smaller compared to forts like Amer fort and also hosts a museum. It was a quiet and peaceful visit, highly recommended!

I had put this place on my Udaipur Itinerary and I am glad I did so. Was easily the most fun I had on the trip. Booked an entire boat for an hour all to myself. Mr. Shiv Puri, the boat operator was friendly and helpful. Explore the place for a whole day if you like! The lake is huge and there are historical monuments nearby. The sights of the small islands on the water are beautiful and you can even make stops.

I really don’t know whether to put a 4star or 1star, anyway, as a place known by one of the most influenced personality ever, providing 5 star. The place, you will feel like an old clean compound, where the great asabarmati pass by. I reached whe it was quiet calm, very less crowded, neat surroundings. But the government could do more. They can put a Khadi store there for outsiders, can have a stall of fresh juice, can have a ‘Goshaala’ where you get pure ghee.. government could do much more, but presently it is at outskirts of a big city with less development reached. Anyway worth of a single visit.

Kankaria Lake . Located in Maninagar area of Ahmedabad City. Originally built as Hauz e Qutub in 1451. The circular area around the lake is a promenade with various entertainment options. . A lakefront is developed around it, which has many public attractions such as a zoo, toy train, kids city, tethered balloon ride, water rides, water park, food stalls, and entertainment facilities. The Lakefront is revamped during 2007-08. There are a lot of entertainment activities you can enjoy. There are different stories against the naming of the lake, but whatever it is the name Kankaria is related to Hazrat- i- Shah Alam. Kamala Nehru Zoological Garden or Kankaria Zoo is a prominent place of attraction indeed. You can spend a whole day here as there are lot of activities/amusement available. Kankaria Carnival is an annual week-long cultural festival organised in last week of December since 2008. The festival include art, dance and music performances, social awareness programmes, games and activities for children. Entry Rs.10 per head. Closed on Mondays.
