My bf is a car guy and loved it, I know nothing about cars and also loved it! We drove his corvette so he could drive on the race track. - I LOVED the sinkhole information. You can even look down into the sinkhole, and see a car all crumpled from the sinkhole. We visited mammoth cave national park on this trip, so learning about the cave region really brought it full circle. - well put together museum, it appeals to everyone. I loved the history and seeing the body changes of each generation. Fun to see the paint choices and how they choose interior/ exterior color schemes. I also enjoyed learning about the clay models and wind tunnel testing for aerodynamics. - we played on the racing simulators, fun and challenging! It’s like a vamped up arcade game with full size cars. - I was disappointed that the assembly plant was closed for tours. Still awesome museum visit though! - I collect patches and found patches in the gift shop.

We had a private group tour which far exceeded my expectations. Then we had dinner which rivaled a 5 star restaurant. Everything was so good. The simulators were exceptional, feeling like you were on a real track. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Came thur her a couple of months ago on my way to Nigeria falls and didn't stop so here we are agan. Great visit a little pricey but very cool. lots of cool cars and history of the corvettes. Put together in a timeline in history. Cool cRs for actors and famous people. Cool concept vets you probably wouldn't see anywhere else . Spent about 1 1/2 hours inthw place and seen it all. Cool gift shop and a restaurant. Cool stop very interesting. Keep up the great job. Maby knock the price down a bit but cool. Thanks a whole lot and hope to see yall agan.!!!@@@!!

Great place, displays are well done. Wish I would have taken a guided tour to learn more. Plenty of videos and plaques to read. Clean bathrooms and a nice Diner. There is a sampling of eight cars in the lobby you can see without paying before the cashier line. A Corvette library with records open weekdays only. Went through in about an hour and 45 minutes. Would spend longer watching videos in the future. I imagine the reason there aren't more variety of different vintages is that enthusiast are keeping and driving their Vettes. Gift shop has a great item, managed to escape with only a sticker. To the ladies, this place is husband/boyfriend safe. There are no Corvettes for sale or financing available.

All enthusiasts should visit this place. The museum highlights many of the great Corvettes produced by GM . Classics like the 1963 split window coupe as well as videos of the production of the new C8. The museum has a gift shop with corvette centered merchandise. There is also a place to grab a snack…

If you are a car person in the least you need to see this museum. The Corvette is a clasic no matter what era body style you love the most. I am a split window late 60's person and the examples are breathtaking. Plan on spending two to three hours at a minimum here. There is also a lot of history about the car(s), their designers, and racing that you need to absorbe while you are there.

Great little experience for $50 for 2 people. Lovely corvette. Was actually expecting more cars than there were. Short tour. Was really hoping to see the sinkhole corvettes but there was only one. I couldn't get a pic of it bc there was too many people in the way. The sink hole has been reduced to a tiny view hole in metal doors on the floor. All you can see is the ladder down into the sink hole and dirt at the bottom. That was disappointing. We did not do the simulator even though there wasn't a wait at all on a Thurs morning due to the reviews saying it wasn't worth it due to the lag, which is $15/pp. We were in and out in an hr. We did not try the restaurant due to not being hungry at that time so I can't vouch for it. Overall, if in the area it's worth a view.

The grounds are beautiful. The walking audio tour is great since it gives you the ability to go at your own pace. There is plenty of benches along the way so you can rest if needed. The guided mansion tour was nice the mansion is beautiful no pictures are allowed inside though. The museum is big and full of information and artifacts. All of the staff was super nice and offered to take pictures.

Had some time before our flight so we took advantage and visited Hermitage. Grounds are fabulous what you imagine a large southern estate to be. The mansion is modest and functional. Seeing Jackson tomb was impressive and reflective. Highly recommend a visit and take the time to learn about history and see it visually. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time for a tour inside the mansion or a visit through the museum.

We went in November but a bit earlier we would have seen all the beautiful leaves changing. A bit of a humbling experience seeing the slave quarters. We did not pay to see inside because we had our dog with us. Beautiful property. Would go again.

This is a really cool historical site to visit. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The house is a gem that’s been beautifully preserved, with many of the original furnishings and even wallpaper still intact. There’s a wagon ride that we didn’t see mentioned in the material, so keep an eye out for it and its schedule at the back of the mansion. They also have slave cabins and a section dedicated to the history of slavery.

If you love US history, this is an excellent place to visit! Beautiful home, beautiful garden and it is beautifully preserved! We went on a weekday early in the morning just as they were opening up a d did the tour. Excellent tour and a must visit!

Great historic place, bummer the rooms are blocked off and you are only allowed a view in and no photography. Some places were closed do to construction. Large grounds recommend comfortable shoes. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Worth the trip would be nice to have a lower weekday rate.

President Andrew jackson lived here for twenty years of his life. His descendants lived here for another forty years. it is fascinating to see the home of a former president. The excess and the luxury are quite breathtaking to behold. Despite his prestige it is a sobering reminder that he did not have many of the luxuries that we take for granted today. Refrigeration, running water, bathrooms and more. Also was fascinating to hear about his collection of slaves. A list was presented of their names, their families, and their job titles. after emancipation , it was cool to know that some of them stayed on the property to work for money. Photos are not allowed inside. My photos include a view of the front from the outside, a panoramic view of one of the exhibit rooms, a poster of an early painting of him, and a photo of his and his wife's actual graves. Go and learn not only about the man but also about your own country!

This was one of my favorite tours of all time. Beyond what I was expecting which was just a look around an old distillery. Well it was way more than that. It was a walk back in time and through America’s history. This tour was incredible for how it took you inside the day to day workings of Jack Daniel’s which is the same today, more or less, than it was back in the late 1800s. They have been making old number 7 the same way as the distillery’s founders did all those years ago. This was a wonderful sensory tour combining visual, aural, and aromatic moments that truly drove home what it is to make Jack Daniel’s whiskey. And on top of that was the tour guide Matt. His wonderful personality and engaging style made this tour unforgettable.

The “all about the barrel” tour was absolutely fantastic! We learned so much and enjoyed touring the facilities. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining everything. This was a highlight of our trip and we would definitely do it again!

We went on "A day at Jack" tour and our guide was Justin. It was an amazing tour, newly added. Justin did a fantastic job and made the day so much fun. We were learning and exploring the distillery and process, Miss Mary Bobo's and downtown Lynchburg. There were stories shared, Jack was sampled, great food was consumed, and plenty of laughs were had.

The All About The Barrel Tour was great. Kayla was very informative, patient and entertaining. She knows all the answers and if she didn't she found them out. She is an excellent public speaker and great tour guide. We got to see inside barrel houses, had slushies, went to the rickyard, saw the special water source and Jack Daniel's office. We walked through the process watched a video and ended at a tasting with a few small take home gifts. While at the visitor center stop in the White Rabbit Bottle shop. Mr. Flanders, the security guard, is friendly and had a great conversation. He suggested other things in the area, the next area we were traveling to, and hotel options. There are other tour options but All About The Barrel is a good one. Locally there is some controversy and are some hurt feelings between the origins story. Come check out Jack Daniel's Distillery and visit the area.

This was an interesting tour. As a Jack Daniels drinker I was able to see how the whiskey is made. My wife who isn't a Jack Daniels drinker for the tour and the information very interesting. It is amazing what goes into each shot of whiskey. This is a walking tour with a tasting at the end. Be sure to visit the gift shop, you will find some items here that are not available in stores.

We visited the Jack Daniel’s Distillery today and had a great experience. Our tour guide, Debbie, was incredibly pleasant and made the whole excursion fun and interesting. We really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it!

A really great experience. Let me tell you that you are allowed the tasting and one addition alcoholic beverage which was your choice of Jack and lemonade and or Jack and coke, both are slushies and the slushy is for an additional charge. It was my first tour of a distillery. There were some stairs but not a whole lot. Our host was charming and funny. He told us about the history of the distillery and how they make it all. The tasting room was top notch. They taught us how to really drink whiskey which helped a lot. It was a really amazing tour.

So, I think I first saw anything about this place while watching CBS Sunday Morning. I was pretty captivated by it and decided I had to go someday. It is pretty interesting especially all the history they have posted behind it. I felt the prices were pretty high. I feel stuff would fly off the shelves if they reduced their prices. It was definitely worth stopping at and checking out at least once.

Really unimpressed. Purchased online and the number of “excellent” and “good” condition items I received that arrived with stains, snags, spent or twisted elastics, holes, or significant wash wear is absolutely unacceptable—especially for the high price point. I’m picky about condition, which is why I trusted this company in the first place. I returned a portion of the order that I could tell was a lost cause but chose to keep some of the items that arrived not as described hoping I would be able to stain treat them. That was a poor decision on my part. Going through the items again and there are more stains I didn’t even see on the first pass, which is what has prompted me to write this review. Not so much as an apology from the company when I reached out about the issues originally, which would have gone a long way. Instead I just feel sad and extremely disappointed in the waste of money and will not be shopping here again. Highly recommend more thorough training for people inspecting condition of items and responses to emails that don’t feel completely cold and sterile. Really cool concept, terrible execution. I thoroughly enjoy spending my money on secondhand products but will be finding other places to shop after such a negative experience.

Well organized luggage, clothing, accessories, electronics, jewelry, small selection of Halloween costumes, household odds and ends, all with varying prices. Plan on spending a couple hours minimum. There’s a small cafe and a museum with some very interesting finds.

Very interesting experience. There are 2 buildings - 1 is their "bargain basement." The place is huge and has almost everything you could want. Fun to check out whether you buy something or not.

In my opinion, everything is really overpriced. There are LOTS of clothes, and they are clean and seemed in nice condition, but for used clothes I would expect better prices. The town of Scottsboro has a lot of thrift stores, I feel you would get better deals there.

The store is very well laid out and has an unbelievable amount of clothing in men's and women's as well as children's sizes from luggage that was lost or unclaimed at airports around this country, there is also some jewelry and lots of electronics such as cell phones and noise canceling headsets. If you like previously owned clothing at some markdown prices this is the place for you

I ordered some beats from U.B. online last year and they were very nice and a great price for like new earbuds. I just received my second ever older and I couldn't be happier with the items. The jeans are in beautiful condition and they are 130.00 madewell jeans and I got them for 16.99 plus binoculars that were only 22 bucks but work great and are high quality. Finally, I got a mystery box of stuffed toys for my pups but they are so nice and well made, it's hard to not keep them for myself or for gifts. Order came promptly and all and just love the bargains and also love buying things that are gently used in hopes that it may reduce my carbon footprint. Thanks unclaimed baggage!

Great experience in the caverns. Absolutely worth it. The twisting drive up and down the mountain was exhilarating. The guides were amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

The person who guide us thru this cave was so nice and informative. All the way to the end was incredible seeing all the formations inside the cave. Worth the walk to see this beautiful and amazing natural wonder.

Visited Ruby Falls and it was such a cool experience. You go down into the cave, walk through all the rock formations, and at the end there’s this huge underground waterfall — it’s honestly amazing to see in person. The lights make it look even more magical. The tour is easy to walk and the guides are friendly and explain a bit of the history. It’s a fun spot to visit, especially if you’ve never seen an underground waterfall before. Definitely worth it if you’re around Chattanooga!

Getting to the waterfall is such a fun adventure. The elevator ride down a solid rock shaft is interesting and at the bottom there is a waiting area in the cave where you gather to follow the tour guide through the cave to the waterfall. There was so many rock formations to see along the way that made the time go quickly. Our tour guide had an unique sense of humor and we had a great time! Worth the visit.

The first time that my wife and I had been to Ruby Falls since we were kids. We really enjoyed the tour and learning about the history of its founding.

Ruby Falls is definitely worth seeing if you are in Chattanooga. We had an amazing and enjoyable time on the tour. Going down the elevator into the mountain is cool, and the walk through the cave is fun. The best part is the waterfall! The 145-foot waterfall at the end is absolutely beautiful. When they turn on the colored lights, it looks stunning! It’s truly a special scene hidden inside the earth. If you like nature I would highly recommend coming here.

We visited Ruby Falls during our trip to Tennessee, and it was truly unforgettable. The staff was incredible ,our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate, sharing lots of interesting facts about the cave’s history and formations. The cave itself is breathtaking, and the waterfall is simply stunning ,pictures don’t do it justice! Everything was well-organized, and the whole tour felt magical from start to finish. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!

Great place for families and non families alike. Loved the large tanks for the fish, they looked very clean as well. Glad to see the residents had plenty of space to swim around, compared to some other aquariums I have visited. Wonderful butterfly garden as well. I enjoyed that saltwater and freshwater exhibits were separated. Fantastic views of the Tennessee River and the Riverfront area from the aquarium. Would definitely recommend a visit here, if you're in town.

My BF took me here as a b-day surprise and it did not disappoint. The exhibits were lovely and educational. The view of the river from the different levels was spectacular. We really enjoyed ourselves, we came late in the day and it wasn't crowded which was delightful and peaceful - I recommend it!

Had such a great time at the Tennessee Aquarium! The setup and design of the buildings are beautiful — super easy to walk through and explore. There’s so much to see and learn at every turn, from the sea creatures to the interactive exhibits. Definitely a fun mix of learning and relaxing. This place is awesome!!! We had such a great time!! There's so much to see you could easily spend the entire day here! The only issue is parking (especially if you're disabled). We ended up having to pay to park in front of a condominium in order to have enough room for me to use my wheelchair.

My husband and I thought this was a top notch aquarium. I don’t recall visiting an aquarium with a large focus on freshwater animals. It was very interesting. The flow of the aquarium was really well done. I liked how you started at the top and just meandered to the bottom without risking missing anything. We would definitely recommend this aquarium to others. It is in a great location as well. Convenient to restaurants and hotels. We walked from our hotel, walked to lunch, and then walked back to the hotel.

We are aquarium people, and I've been here before, but my partner has not! We needed to make it a stop on our trip and we both had a blast! Every single member of staff we came across was very friendly and kind. The exhibits were beautiful and we loved seeing the variety of critters they had. I also got to pet a shark in one of the touch tanks, so yeah it was basically the best day of my life. I'm so glad I got to show him this aquarium and can't wait to go back next time we are in TN!

Great water exhibit, featuring marine mammals and lots of fish from salt and fresh water areas. There are two separate buildings and are included in the ticket price. To avoid the crowds and screeching crotch goblins, I recommend not going during the weekend or if there's any holiday vacations going on.

We did the middle Ocoee Trip. We had a group of 8 people in two boats. Our guides, Ace and Cullen, were awesome. This is a highly recommended activity. I strongly suggest going with this company. From Registration, training session, bus ride and the whitewater experience, it was GREAT.

Melody answered the phone when I called for the reservation and each time after, she was extremely kind and informative! Our raft guide was Henry, I PROMISE YOU HES THE BEST GUIDE THERE. He knew the river well and did extremely cool tricks with the raft. He was also very funny and personable which added even more to the experience. While I almost felt like I would died a couple of times Henry kept us very aware of when to do what, so even with our crazy tricks none of us fell out at all.

This was my first time whitewater rafting, and I can 100% say that I loved it! The staff there were super welcoming and friendly, and they all had a light-hearted, upbeat attitude, and definitely made the whole experience that much better! After a scenic drive to the dam where the rafting starts, we met our guide and learned our commands, and this began our trip down the river. I won't spoil the trip, because I definitely think you should do it yourself, but just know that it is definitely worth it. Also, quick shout out to some of our guides, TC Lee, Jack, and Hannah!

My thirteen year old son described this as “one of the best experiences of his life”. We decided to do a father son rafting trip after finding a heck of a deal on Groupon. We arrived at 10:30 for the 11am middle river trip. The facility was clean and organized and the staff was super friendly. You can leave your keys and phone with them, which felt safe. There were clear instructions on how to be safe on the water and were separated into groups. The drive on the bus was fun and the time it took to get unloaded and on the river was impressive. These guys run a well oiled machine. The trip itself was so much fun and I won’t review it so that I don’t take away some of the adventure. It was safe, a good amount of time, and worth every penny. You will get wet, like within the first two minutes. I also highly recommend leaving your phone, camera and anything else valuable back at the lodge or in your car. It’s very clear within few minutes that there’s a good possibility you’ll be swimming. A photographer will get some great photos that you can purchase at the end of your trip. Do yourself a favor and, buy the photos. This trip will be something my son and I talk about the rest of our lives. We’ve even decided to make this a yearly trip and we can’t thank the folks at High Country Adventures for the wonderful experience. I had the most incredible time white water rafting. We had a big group & some were rafting for the first time (naturally apprehensive). TC Lee was our instructor & he did an amazing job from start to finish. He was funny, engaging, & super safety conscious while giving us a ton of thrills! Im looking forward to next year!!!

We took a family of five and had a fantastic experience on the middle part of the river. Sydney was our guide and we could not have asked for a better person to take us down the River. She was kind, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. I trusted her to keep our family safe, but also to give us a great time together.

This is our 4th time with High Country. The place is top-notch. The guides are always excellent. White-water fun at its fullest. We did the middle Ocoee class IV. Our two daughters ages 12 and 14 went down this river for the first time, Mr. Pink made sure to keep us safe and kept the fun rolling. We will be back agian! Our daughters haven't stopped talking about how much fun they had. They are ready for some Class Five with Pink!

This is a 'cute' building. It feels very inviting to enter, and all of the staff are very pleasant. It's clean and has a lot of nice things to buy. The cave itself is nice and the underground lake is absolutely gorgeous and the highlight of the place. That being said, our guide walked very fast and that did put somewhat of a damper on our enjoyment of the tour. Also, we were not expecting how much walking uphill there was so if that is a problem for you, you may want to reconsider visiting this cave.

This. Was. Incredible. A huge shout out to Lillian for guiding us and teaching us all about this amazing chunk of history!! The cave was walkable and areas to sit if you need to. The hardest part was walking back up the steeper incline from the boat ride - but it was so worth it!! So very interesting to learn about the history and the think that people discovered that and explored it before it was made walkable and safer, with nothing but an oil lamp!!

This is literally a hidden treasure. It was about a 2 hour drive for us, but really glad we went. It was very crowded so glad we had purchased our tickets online. Our guide was very knowledgeable, but a fast talker. It is definitely a hike and you are warned when purchasing tickets and the hike to the lake was a lot. I have knee problems and definitely felt it after, but so glad I made it. The boat ride in the lake was really cool. Definitely worth the ride to Saltwater, Tennessee.

Super cool place to visit. Everyone should experience this once in their lifetime. The guide told us some very interesting stories about the caves history. Be prepared for an uphill walk back out of the cave. This place is well kept and very historical. You should check out this place and check it off you bucket list!

While planning my trip using ChatGPT, this gem was suggested as one of our stopping points. I didn’t see a lot of roadside signs on the interstate or even in town (which is a destination must), so I’m so glad it was recommended. The whole experience was amazing. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided great insight to the history of the cave and lake. The check-in host took the time to ensure that each guest was physically capable for the walking tour as it was steep, slippery, uneven and at times, strenuous. We are two ladies between 60-90 years old so we took our time and easily managed the terrain. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We went in the off season and it was still really busy, so recommendations are highly suggested.

It’s wonderful very interesting. Excellent guide & adventure. If you’ve never seen this underground lake. Everyone should see it at least once it proves that our God is an awesome God and all of his creations!

The tour was both fascinating and fun — from exploring the incredible underground caverns to seeing the stunning crystal-clear lake. Our guide made the experience even better with great storytelling and knowledge of the history and geology. It’s such a unique adventure that feels both relaxing and exciting at the same time. We left with memories we’ll never forget and can’t wait to recommend The Lost Sea to friends and family. Definitely worth the trip!

Absolutely loved Mercier Orchards! It’s a beautiful and wonderful family friendly Orchard. The store was stocked with so many things and it included their bakery! The baked goods and apple cider were amazing! I also loved the option to pick your own apples! Such a neat experience!

Mercier Orchards is a beautiful place. It is apple festival time of year in October so it was extremely busy and crowded, but it didn't stop me from getting their apple cider donuts, apple butter, and apple taffy. It was all worth it! Those donuts are delicious with some apple butter on top. It's a must stop to enjoy the scenery!

My husband and I visited Mericer Orchard for the first time and it is a must do in the area! We explored the shop which is very neat with lots to offer. We then got some goodies from the bakery including some of their hand pies, muffin, and apple fritter. All of these were delicious and if you visit you absolutely need to check out the bakery. We then went on a tractor tour and our tour guide was super kind and knowledgeable. You can get some really neat views from this tour. We ended our visit with some wine and cider tasting. If you enjoy hard cider, this is another thing you shouldn't miss! They offer and sell many delicious ciders. We will be back when in the area again.

Very crowded orchard! The parking situation was kind of a mess. We paid $30 for 2 of us to go apple picking which I didn’t think was bad. We went to an orchard last year in Elijay and it was way more expensive so we didn’t end up going apple picking. I will say the orchard was pretty heavily picked through but we still left with so many apples! The experience was fun and we enjoyed some apples as we walked through the trees. We stopped in the store and got a donut and a fried pie before hand. Total chaos in the store. I feel like they need a better set up for getting people through the store. The line for the bakery was so long and was kind of frustrating when we couldn’t pay there. My husband enjoyed his fried pie and my donut was pretty good but I felt lacked the apple cider flavor. The apple cider itself was really good! My husband got a sparkling cider too which was really good! Overall I would come back to this orchard.

Beautiful orchards & fun experience picking apples. The store is huge with lots of variety, but we went during (apparently) peak season and it was PACKED. Would have loved to have been able to walk around the store and shop but the crowd was intense. Lines moved decently fast but wrapped into multiple rooms. Definitely a beautiful spot and would love to visit again in the spring!

Had a wonderful time here. Fried pies were yummy and their ciders were delicious. I didn’t even like ciders. Wish we would’ve been able to bring more home on our flight. Employees were nice and helpful and we were able to do the apple picking tour which was new to us.

My first time at a casino! The beginners luck was pretty sweet. We got a few drinks at Brew Brothers while waiting for check in. They were good for sure. We enjoyed playing the slots and it wasn't too crowded. Ramsay's Kitchen upstairs is absolutely amazing if just for the experiences alone. Make sure to make a reservation and be mindful of the time. Make sure the sun is still up so you can enjoy the view. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and had pretty views. No complaints here!

MOLD - Terrible customer service. Don’t stay here. When I brought the mold videos down to the front desk to get their opinion chelsea told me that the grout turns darker when it’s wet. After explaining to her that it makes no sense I spoke to the hotel manager Roger Hawkins who also told me that they knew some of the rooms had mold but that they were tested and it’s not an issue. I asked for a copy of the report and I was told it’s not available for guests to see. When I asked what year the rooms were tested I was told that they didn’t know the year it was tested. Funny I took that video on the slot floor and talked to the slot manager alan and he didn’t seem to care or want to help. I showed it to Cee in the players desk and they also didn’t seem to care and told me to talk to the front desk. I told Roger the hotel manager that my throat was a little sore after sleeping in that room for a couple of days. His response was should I call you an EMT. I asked Roger when was the last time he was in the elevators as they were dirty, moldy and smelled. He said the elevators are not his department and he doesn’t go in them but I can speak to housekeeping. I reminded him that every guest that he’s in charge of leaves the front desk and rides those elevators. In fact guests I rode with all made comments about the mold and smell. Roger didn’t care. No service at the bar in the sports book. Sat on the backside of the bar to view the TV’s and was completely ignored by two bartenders for about 30 min. I was playing video poker, watching the games and waiting for service. Of course I watched at least 10 other customer not getting served and they walked away like I did. There’s so much more but I’m tired of typing. Overall I will NEVER stay here again.

First time visitor, overall enjoyable experience. Trenton was the first employee we met. He was the bell hop baggage person we had for check in and check out. Wonderfully nice young man, very professional and polite. We really enjoyed the Brew Bros bar drinks, the food all looked and smelled great, we ate the breakfast one day. Breakfast was very nice. Sunshine, Kimmie, and Dewayne were all very attentive and friendly. Could have easily spent all my time there. Service in the Sport Book Bar was touch and go, depending on which server was there. I thought Wilma was a tad abrupt and chose to get my drinks from the other bar in the casino. Really enjoyed talking with Jaimi. We got our drinks from her the rest of the time. That casino bar had cool decor and lighting and comfortable seating. The non smoking casino is very clean and has fresh cool air pumping throughout. The area was cleaned up regularly and promptly. Lots of games to choose from and not too big you can't find your friends when they wander to other machines or tables. We had lots of fun playing and drinking. The outdoor smoking area was close by and protected from rain, with outdoor heaters, although a bit cramped and small. There's another smoking area up the escalators, across a small lobby and out the door. That one wasn't as crowded, just slightly farther away, much more spacious, with a beautiful view and small walking path with a small waterfall. Both Panda Express and Moe's were very good, and Starbucks as well. The arcade doesn't have skeeball, I'm not much of a gambler, so I was hoping they would. I did go to the bowling alley, and it was very nice. Sixteen lanes, and a few pool tables. The rooms were clean and we didn't have any mold issues and neither did our friends in two different rooms. No bathtub, but a large shower with very nice shampoo conditioner 2 in 1 and body wash. Comfortable beds. If you read all that, I hope you have a great time and win big!

Hotel wise, the property is on the overpriced side of things in my opinion. There are much cheaper options in town. The beds aren't the best we have experienced from other properties, but they are ok for 1 - 3 nights. Getting a comp stay obviously makes the value immensely better. If they are free the rooms are great. So stay when it doesn't cost you anything. The real attraction for us is the casino anyhow. We love that it's smoke free. Whole we don't see every game that people pay on YouTube there, it's still a pretty great selection that has something for everyone. That's probably why they keep offering us free rooms LOLz. If you're just coming for the casino, then I highly recommend it. We drive up from Atlanta about once a month to play here. Sometimes just for the day, other times for a couple days at a time. Always fun for us.

First time back since the expansion and very impressed. Our room was a king In the new Valley Tower. Loved the easy access to the parking deck and straight down to the Casino. The slots were paying well and the staff was amazing. Excellent as always Brew Brothers food.

Absolutely terrible casino security should be fired, I flew in from Michigan with my STATE ID too Atlanta, drove with my family for an hour from a little small town but once I’m here I can’t be on the casino game floor because I’m not the age of 31 and my STATE ID didn’t work that’s what the main security guard said. Now that is completely bs because every state law is 21. So I googled what’s the age of consent in North Carolina for gambling, funny enough it’s 21 what a surprise. So I ended up calling the help desk told them what’s going on we talk for a little, then she hands me off to the main security guard I just talked too inside. I told him what’s going on then he proceeded to tell me I can’t gamble unless I have an actual driver license not an STATE ID and he didn’t bring up anything about being 31. So please be professional look at all the pictures and tell me where does it say I need a driver license or I need to be the age of 31. Not in one single picture does it say I need an actual drivers licenses not STATE ID nor do I gotta be the age of 31. Walking in the casino said must be 21 and up didn’t say anything about drivers license or age. Please update your casino page because this is completely bs and I can see why yall didn’t get the approval from the 4th casino the staff is built of lies, now with that said please update the website and get new security guards

They won't let you have your own cup for ice water, well they will one day but not the next so they aren't consistent at the casino part. The rooms were clean and spacious, plenty of towels and pillows. Beds were very comfortable. Staff taking our bags up and back down were great, very friendly and helpful! Will visit again!

Amicalola Falls is absolutely breathtaking! The views are stunning from every angle — whether you’re looking up from the base of the falls or hiking to the top. The sound of the rushing water and the mountain air make it such a peaceful escape. We enjoyed exploring the trails, and the steps to the top are definitely a workout but completely worth it for the view! The park is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for all ages. There are plenty of picnic areas, beautiful overlooks, and friendly staff throughout the park. If you’re planning a visit, take your time to enjoy the scenery — it’s truly one of Georgia’s most beautiful spots. Great for a day trip, a weekend getaway, or just a little time in nature to refresh your soul.

Beautiful park to visit when the leaves are changing in mid October to November. It was nice to have the option to drive to different parts of the park or hike. This makes it convenient for families that may want to split up amd experience the park in different ways. A walking stick and water bottle is helpful if your planning to do more hiking than driving. There are a lot of steps! Great for exercise.

Amicalola Falls is an absolute must see! The waterfall is stunning, and the trails offer amazing views and fresh mountain air. The visitor center and gift shop were great especially the mini wildlife display! A huge thanks to Carla, who was so knowledgeable and friendly while helping us plan our route to the falls. The stairs up and down were a fun adventure with breathtaking views. This park is truly a peaceful, beautiful Georgia jewel. Can’t wait to return!

A really nice state park centered around the tallest waterfall in Georgia. The waterfall itself and the staircase section are the stars of this park. The easiest way to view the falls would be to park at the West Ridge Parking Lot and walk over about 0.25 miles. The staircase section, starting from the reflection pool and going to the top of the falls is a great workout and has great views. I was slightly disappointed with the other trails I used to make a loop while parking at the visitor center. The Creek Trail and East Ridge Trail were just okay to me. I would try the AT approach trail starting from behind the visitor center if I visited again.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Very nice around early to mid-Fall, but I'd watch out for wildlife, such as snakes and bears! Also, if you're planning on hiking, I'd recommend parking, then taking "the arch" up, then the stairs down and back into the parking lot.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this park today. It was $5 to get in and it had a ranger station which was pretty impressive. They had information centers plus they had the souvenir section which was very well stocked. The rangers were very knowledgeable and friendly. There was a ATM on site and purified water stations by the toilets. They also had three Park stamps instead of one hours of collect patches in the wife collects postcards and magnets as well. Drive across the street from the ranger station up that road and come to your first parking space on the right. Then go down the walkway, not the stairs and about .3 mi you'll come across the middle of the falls. Then you get back in your car and go up to the top. Behind the ranger station is access to the Appalachian trail which is kind of neat. I would have liked to have hiked that but I'm too old for that now. The restrooms were very clean and we had a wonderful time.

Nice place for a half a day trip. $8 entrance and shuttle fee per person. You can opt for a shuttle or climb the hill to reach the view point. It is 0.6 miles and tough. The welcome center and view point is great. It is good to visit during peak fall.

You are able to drive to the parking lot and either hike to the top or take a shuttle to the top. The shuttle costs $8 for people 16+ free for 15- There's a senior discount also but don't know what that fee is. The views are amazing.

Beautiful fall afternoon to visit Brasstown Bald. The views are stunning. The walk up to the lookout from the visitor center is very steep, so the shuttle was the way to go. Definitely worth the trip.

The journey to this beautiful spot includes an 11-mile drive along a winding, curved road. After paying the $5 per-person entry fee at the parking area, visitors have two options to reach the summit: take a complimentary shuttle or embark on a steep, 15-20 minute hike.

Brasstown Bald is absolutely worth the trip. The drive up is scenic, and the views from the top are even better-wide, sweeping, and incredibly peaceful. It's the highest point in Georgia, and you really feel it when you're standing at the summit. There's a shuttle if you don't want to hike, but the trail is short and paved, and the walk up is part of the experience. The visitor center is well-kept, and it's a great spot for photos, quiet time, or just taking in the view. Definitely a memorable stop.

POV : Drive two hours north of Atlanta to Brass Town Bald, the highest point in Georgia. Take in 360 degree views of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and even the Atlanta skyline …. Have a picnic on a Porsche 911… Enjoy life

Beautiful aquarium with a great variety of creatures to visit! The lighting was really nice! We had a great time. Especially enjoyed the interactive activities. I appreciated the water fountain in the aquarium. The bathrooms were really clean as well. Souvenir store needs some improvement to get more revenue. Need to reserve sea lion and dolphin shows well in advance! We didn’t know and didn’t get to see them.

The Ocean Voyager tunnel with the whale sharks and manta rays is a must-see — truly breathtaking. The dolphin and sea lion shows were super fun and well put together. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a great spot for families, couples, or anyone who loves the ocean. Highly recommend spending a few hours here — you won’t be disappointed! 🌊🐠

We had a great day at the Georgia Aquarium. Staff were friendly and the place was spotless. The dolphin show was a blast, and I wish we had time for the sea lion show as well. My favorite part was standing in front of the huge Ocean Voyager window and watching the whale sharks and manta rays glide by. The tunnel and that massive viewing window make it feel like you are inside the tank. The shark exhibit was another highlight. Parking is paid in the deck next door, which makes sense downtown, just plan for it. Food is on the pricey side, so consider eating before or after. My only gripe is the layout, which felt a little awkward, but once you settle in it is easy to lose track of time in front of the big tank. Tip if you go: reserve seats for the dolphin show and arrive a little early so you are not rushing. I would absolutely go back. It is surprisingly relaxing to stand at that main window and let everything else fade out.

Georgia Aquarium is the best aquarium in the country. There are so many areas to explore, learn, and to be amazed at oceanic life. The shows are spectacular, engaging, and phenomenal. The tanks are massive and inspiring. There are so many undersea creatures to see in every tank. It’s truly amazing to watch the fish, sharks, anemones, and all the rest co-existing. There are beluga whales, giant turtles, otters, penguins, jellyfish, and so many more species. The performances are all top-notch. You get to be entertained while you learn about oceanography, marine biology, and other scientific topics. We splurged on the backstage tour option and it was magical. We met a few performers, got to hold some of the props, and learned even more about the amazing animals in the aquarium. We suggest at least two days to truly explore and appreciate the grandeur of Georgia Aquarium. It’s a huge, sprawling campus dedicated to education and awe-inspiration, as well as raising awareness about our oceanic friends. Everyone should visit at least once.

Definitely a great experience! Don’t miss the Dolphin and Sea Lion presentations - especially the Dolphin show, which was absolutely captivating. The presentation is entertaining, engaging, and beautifully showcases the Dolphins in an intuitive way. Beyond that, you’ll get to see a wide variety of marine life from around the world. The aquarium is well-maintained and easy to navigate, making the visit enjoyable for all ages.

Well kept and safe. We visited during a weekday afternoon and found affordable parking just a few blocks away. I do not recommend visiting this area with young children after dark unless you are well escorted. Inside the aquarium you'll find first class accommodations for guests. As you would expect, this is a wonderland for young children to learn more about marine life and explore another part of our planet that might not otherwise be available to them any other way. The aquarium can be fully explored in just one day and in only a few hours if you aren't attending any of the special programs that are offered in addition to the general admission. The venue provides clean restrooms and a cafe area to take a nutrition break or just to sip a beverage and catch your breath. The kids were having a blast and there are hands-on areas as well as many walk through opportunities that allow little ones to crawl through caves for a fun and personal experience made specially for the little tykes. The gift shop is quite expensive, but if you're well funded and looking for a pleasing way to support the aquarium, I'm pretty sure that you'll find quality gifts to share with the members of your family during your visit. Across from the Aquarium is the World of Coca-Cola nostalgia museum, giving those who still have leftover stores of energy and want to move on to the next venue a chance for additional exploration time.

Definitely big enough to make a day out of it. Kids love getting to see so many fish from so many angles. There is places to buy food too making it nice not having to go somewhere to eat then come back. Kids love getting to touch the stingray. Highly recommend going .

The World of Coca-Cola was a fun experience overall, though definitely more about the brand than the history behind it. There’s a little bit of nostalgia and storytelling sprinkled in, but most of it feels like one big advertisement — which, to be fair, is kind of what you expect when visiting the home of Coke. My favorite part was easily the picture scanners that morph your face into vintage Coca-Cola ads — such a clever and entertaining touch that makes for great keepsakes. The soda tasting room, on the other hand, was a bit too crowded to really enjoy. It’s fun in theory, but hard to savor the experience when you’re shoulder-to-shoulder with people. Still, it’s worth a visit if you’re in Atlanta and want a lighthearted, bubbly stop full of photo ops and brand nostalgia. Also please note you can find a cheaper ticket if you purchase from a third party.

A fun visit overall! The exhibits were engaging, and the atmosphere was lively and well-curated. The Coke tasting room was definitely the highlight—it felt like the most interactive and entertaining part of the experience. That said, most of the foreign soda options weren’t very good to our taste, but it was still fun to try them all. Great for families or anyone curious about the brand’s global reach. Worth checking out at least once!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! There were many exhibits and things to see. We especially liked being able to taste all the different flavors from around the world. On the downside, there were several from here in the states. I mean, I guess when you're visiting from another country here, it'd be nice, but just something we noticed. My daughter's favorite was from Germany. My favorite was from Thailand. If you know when you plan to go, save yourself a few bucks and purchase tickets on the site.

They make you sit through two terrible movies, the first time just to enter into the place, really didn't add anything to the experience. You just had to stand around for 6 minutes to wait to go in. Then you sat there for 6 minutes and hoped it ended. The movie looks like it was filmed on a go camera tied to a Jack Russell, it was so jumpy and you were so close up it was making me ill ( motion sickness) same with the vault video, pictures racing around your head, then tadah!!! You get to see the vault with the only written copy of the recipe (they don't actually use any more) Not much on the history just wall space. I did like saying some of the old advertisements they had on the walls before you went in to see the first movie. You basically pay $20 per person to taste and drink all the soda you can handle. Gives shaps a lot of expensive t-shirts and some other Coca-Cola stuff, the shirts on sale and you can get souvenir t-shirts anywhere from $15 to $40 on sale. The lab is where the soul of your shoes get sticky and you get to taste their new experiment. Sprite from Germany was the best. the different fantasy, and vitamin waters were good. Sour plum from Korea was the worst, it actually tastes like liquid smoke YUCK 🤢 Warning Wednesday seem to be couple school field trips. We saw probably a couple hundred kids waiting to go in. You don't want to be in there on those days so make sure you haven't made it in at that time with all the kids.

More of a CocaCola tasting experience than a full attraction. You start with a display of vintage Coke ads and characters, followed by a short intro video before entering the main tasting area. The highlight is sampling flavors from around the world as much as you like. Loved the dramatic door opening into Coke World and my favorites - Fanta Melon Frosty and Royal Watermelon. Labs aren’t necessary; the main draw is the tasting and the merchandise store. Not really worth visiting if you’re not particularly interested in tasting cola flavors.

Had a few hours off and went to the Coca-Cola museum. Had only around 1.5 hours, but would advise to spend at least 2 hours to see and experience everything. Quit interesting history, fun to mix your own drinks and challenge how good sense of smell you got!

If you're a Coke fan, it's great. Lots to see and taste. I'm just a standard drinker who was there for an event. It was interesting to try variants from other countries for sure, and I'd make it a stop if you have time but there are more interesting places to see in the area. For me personally I'd give it a 3, but I'm rating it for the target audience. :)

I would say that it was a pleasant experience for a date night once inside the park, though I found the price to be somewhat high. Certain areas were indeed very beautiful and tranquil, and the lighting was quite lovely. However, there were some aspects that were unfortunately quite disappointing and warrant mentioning. I had anticipated more based on the website's photographs, but as expected nothing is in bloom during the winter months, which I believe should be reflected in the pricing, especially since many attractions were closed. Regarding arrival, we were advised to arrive 15 minutes early, which we did. However, we were then informed that we needed to wait until our precise arrival time. This led to a rush of people trying to enter, which took an additional 10-15 minutes. The odor emanating from the restrooms was quite strong and the conditions within were unacceptable. The main entrance also had a noticeable smell of urine and other improperly disposed or uncleaned items from the restrooms. Furthermore, there is an additional charge for parking on top of the ticket price, and the parking garage was quite crowded. Despite these less favorable aspects of my visit, I would still be interested in returning during a time when everything is in bloom, hoping that improvements have been made to the issues I encountered. As i believe in second chances. Overall, it was an acceptable experience, but I had simply expected a bit more.

This was our first time visiting Atlanta, and the botanical garden was on our bucket list. My wife and I really enjoyed walking through all the different themed areas, the whole place was super clean and well taken care of. They gave us a map at the entrance that made it easy to find our way around, which helped a lot since the park is pretty big. The highlight for us was the indoor garden area. It was full of unique plants, facts, and displays—definitely our favorite part and something we’ll remember. We saw plants we’ve never seen before and learned a lot too. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d for sure come back again in the future. Note: save $4 by buying ticket online but processing is $2.50 per ticket. I loved my visit to the Atlanta Botanical Garden! It’s a large and beautiful place to walk around and explore. Depending on the season you visit, you’ll get a different experience. I went during Halloween, and everything was perfectly themed for fall — such a lovely atmosphere! One of my favorite parts was the Fuqua Orchid Center, absolutely stunning! Still, every area of the garden is worth admiring — the flowers, trees, and plants from so many different species make it a magical place. If you’re lucky, you might even spot some frogs in one of the sections! It’s a wonderful and family-friendly spot to enjoy nature and relax. I truly recommend it! 🌸🌳🍁 Also I’m visiting from Florida.

Went in Halloween season for the 🎃 carving contest; Variety of beer, food is ok for the price you pay, 2 bands playing live music really good. Wanted to see the famous “lady covered in green” but I guess it wasn’t the season. Went in a week day so the parking was Great and zero lines.

Just spent the day wandering through the Atlanta Botanical Garden, was there for a wedding, and honestly? I’m convinced I accidentally stepped into a fairytale and no one bothered to tell me. 😌💚 From the moment you walk in, it feels like Mother Nature hired her own glam squad. The lush greenery, towering sculptures, and colorful blooms are basically Instagram filters in real life. And don’t get me started on the Canopy Walk — I felt like a mildly adventurous forest elf, 10/10 would frolic again. 🧝‍♀️🌳 The Orchid Center? Pure magic. Like someone took every shade of "wow" and convinced it to grow petals. And yes, I absolutely pretended I was in a tiny jungle documentary while strolling through. Narration voice included. 📸🐒 If you need a peaceful escape, a cute date spot, or the perfect backdrop for pretending you’re living your soft-life dreams, this place is it. 🌸✨ Rating: 5 out of 5 enchanted leaves. 🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃 Would recommend: Anyone who likes plants, pretty things, or pretending they’re royalty in a botanical kingdom. 👑🌼 Go. Chose tue resort for an anniversary turnaround getaway for me and my husband. It is overrated and over priced. Maybe years ago it was amazing. Event-wise could very well be amazing. Rooms ... No! Walls are thin, heard our neighbor's conversation for a good 4-5 hours til she fell asleep I guess. No microwave. One of the elevators was out of order. Cause delay for everybody. Ice machine on 2nd flor was out of order so we had to go up to the 3rd, with only one operating elevator. Yes I get it- it is a "destiny" resort. I use that loosely. The buffet was tasty but there was not enough options for the price. Hostess needs customer service training. We didn't even know it was buffet til another customer said they just go up and served themselves so we did as well. You all will not believe that thw lights were going out like the fuses were blowing. Not weather but you have too much going on and your breaker can't handle it. But nobody offered any explanation or reasoning. It is funny that we are asked for a deposit for incidentals bit we were not offered any kind of discount or complimentary anything for all that they had going on. We can't charge you a deposit. Please think real hard if you are not golfing, planning to go to their events or you are invited to a wedding just going here for your own celebration and atmosphere... it is not worth it... on another note- it seems like the town in general try to nickel and dime you, hoping you won't look at your receipts. Look at your receipts. Callaway Garden Hotel room 1 1/2 out of 10 for the money. And wifi is slower than a baby turtle. Grounds are beautiful ha a lot of greenery. Japanese Maples and different shrubs 🙃

All things wonderful here for family fun. We especially. I enjoyed the beach party at the lake and the food trucks had such a rousing selection of culinary delights. Having the trolley to transport us around the gardens and to the butterfly center was a plus. Callaway Gardens is being maintained in pristine condition. The amenities are superlative, and the grounds are well kept. The price was a value for all of the fun we had.

Had free tickets to gardens so went the end of September. Not much was happening but we rented bikes for $20 each and took time riding the 10 miles of bike path. It was nice and quiet. We stopped by the chapel which was beautiful and the butterfly aviary which was really neat, so many butterflies. We took a break by the beach and then upon returning the bikes spent some time in the discovery center which had some interesting nature information. Didn’t stay at the lodge

So I only went for the pumpkin patch, however it was so much fun. It wasn’t as big as I expected however the light path at night was fun, our little ones enjoyed it. The food was great and they had a bar for the parents which is a plus ! We will make it back for Christmas!

I took my husband here for a massage and to unwind while on his 34 hour work break. The grounds and venue were beautiful. It was easy to find and access from I65. It was very relaxing. With that said, take your wallet. Everything costs; everything. My husband loved his massage. He said he felt renewed. I had the spa pedicure. It was mediocre and could definitely use some improvement. EVERY one was nice. The workers definitely know what customer service is and they go above and beyond to provide a good experience. The rooms were beautiful, clean and up to date. The cellular service out there is as expected; nonexistent. That’s probably a good thing to unplug and really get you in the relax mode. The caveat? Ordering food in the evening. We wanted to return to the tap room after having enjoyed lunch there but there was a 2 hour wait for food orders. We decided to just get room service. Well, it was absolutely horrible. We ordered room service for dinner around 6pm. An hour later, they called us to say they were out of an item we ordered so my husband kept his room service order and I ordered a pizza from the market. Another hour later the room service food arrives. The pizza from the market was delicious, hot and much better than the burger and fries from room service. Overall: I think it’s a lovely and convenient place for a one or two nighter but we’ve definitely had a better experience for less money.

We get the yearly membership every year and go to quite a few of the events throughout the year. Our kids and us really enjoy it. They have a little bit of something for everyone. It does get busy for special events, but they do a good job of getting people in quickly at the gates considering the amount of people going through. Once you get in the cost of everything is pretty high - like $8 for a basic beer, but that seems almost normal now at places like this. The only real negative is their website. As a member it seems like the website has glitches especially when trying to buy the promised discounted tickets you get with certain membership levels. You can always call or deal with it in person, but in 2025 going quick and digital is what we've come to expect instead of having to sit on hold and wait.

This is our weekend getaway from city. We always have a relaxing time. The resort hasupgraded their amenities. The staff is welcoming and comforting. Great for couples, family, or friends trip.

If you’re looking for a quick escape from the city without driving too far, Stone Mountain Park is a must-do. The walk-up trail is about 2 miles round trip and gives you a surprisingly good workout; it starts easy, then turns into a steep granite climb that will get your heart racing. It’s short enough for beginners but rewarding enough for regular hikers. The views from the summit are spectacular, on a clear day you can see downtown Atlanta, Kennesaw, and even the Appalachian foothills. The exposed granite top has a strange, lunar feel that makes the climb feel otherworldly. If you don’t want to hike both ways, the Summit Skyride cable car is a fun option. It’s a glass-enclosed gondola that glides over the mountain and offers panoramic views. Many hikers take the cable car down after trekking up - it saves your knees and lets you soak in the scenery without effort. Just note that the Skyride ticket is separate from the $20 park entry fee, and lines can get long on weekends. The only downsides: the trail can get crowded, especially late mornings, and the granite gets slippery when wet. Bring plenty of water, good shoes with grip, and go early to catch sunrise or late evening for cooler weather. Overall, Stone Mountain is one of Atlanta’s best quick treks, a mix of natural beauty, light adventure, and a cable car view that feels straight out of a travel ad. Day trip to Stone Mountain Park. Good experience exploring the sights of Atlanta, one of it being this amazing and natural attraction. Walked around the park, took the cable car up to the “summit” and soaked in the views at the top of the stone. The views at the top were fantastic and the whole experience was fruitful. The attraction can be a bit far from downtown Atlanta, you can expect a USD 30-35 Lyft ride one way from downtown if you plan to visit this attraction. A 5* trip, and will recommend to experience once if your travels passes by Atlanta.

Hi everyone! My family and I visited this very interesting park. It was nice to climb up that mountain. If you have the chance, be sure to go up and look from above! You can see everything around you, the forest is very beautiful, and the panorama looks beautiful. I think climbing the mountain is good for your health. If the walking is difficult, there's an escalator! There's a large parking lot and plenty of entertainment. The kids really enjoyed it, and so did the adults. If possible, we'll come back here again and climb it again. There are also toilets (clean). There are trash bins along the way. There are places to eat and stay. Everything is great!

Beautiful today because ....FALL! The leaves are beautiful. Everything is set up for the light show tonight and the winter wonderland. Seems a little pricey for the tickets but everything seems to be about 50 bucks a piece at places. Get a map for sure. There is so much to see other than the mountain. Grist mill, lakes, trails, waterside.

We had beautiful weather. All we need was camp and hike. We did not go on the mountain. There are a number of hiking trails and we loved the campground. It was nice to see the changing of the trees as well

I haven’t taken the scenic skyride, but I usually go hiking instead. For those who enjoy hiking, this is a very easy trail, and for beginner hikers, it offers just the right amount of challenge. Once you reach the top, you’ll get a full 360-degree view of Atlanta — it’s beautiful! Parking is $20 for a one-time visit, and $40 for a season pass. Hope this helps!

The Best Fall Festival Ever! Stone Mountain Park truly outdid themselves with the Pumpkin Festival! We went as a family and were completely blown away by the "Play by Day, Glow by Night" experience. Everything was fantastic: the glowing jack-o'-lanterns, the parade, and the sheer amount of family fun. It's magical, well-organized, and worth every penny. Highly, highly recommend this for anyone looking for the perfect fall outing! Go make those memories!

The day we went was cold and they opened exhibition at 1 pm. While we were waiting we walked around and it was pretty cool. After we went to see butterflies. I have never seen some such a big butterflies and different colours

This is one of my favorite museums in the entire state. The butterfly collection is gorgeous and their breeding program is amazing. We especially love the button quail, that clean up the floor in the aviary. It's a must do every time we're in gainesville.

Butterfly Rainforest had a nice large enclosed patio area full of beautiful butterflies and Luscious Landscaping. It was also a little bigger then I thought it would be. I didn't realize it had a full Museum inside until we arrived and I saw the sign for the museum. The museum was great it had a lot of different displays and was very informative. This is a great place for young & older children alike. Heck, I'm middle-aged and love it!!..

We had an amazing experience here at the butterfly garden! Seriously can't say enough good. We got a couple dollar discount on admission because of being FL residents.The indoor portion was very informative and educational. Also very well laid out and organized. The outdoor area, actual rainforest garden, was beautiful! Water fountains, birds, butterflies and beautiful plants. We enjoyed walking and taking it all in. Can easily spend a couple hours here. We enjoyed being able to observe all the nature up close in a safe weather proof environment. The Florida museum is right next door. We did not visit that today, but it was quite large and looked to be a full day. Parking was $4 and in a lot right next to museum. Restrooms available and a nice fair prices gift shop and penny machine at entrance.

100% worth the drive and the admission. Great for recharging and relaxation. Between the sounds of the waterfalls and the birds and the multitudes of butterfly species it was a sensory overload. Combine this attraction with the natural history museum and the art museum next door (both free admission) and you've got your morning or afternoon fully covered.

Absolutely wonderful place to visit! The garden with the butterflies also has turtles, fish, and several birds. The facility is clean and well-maintained. There were students from the university throughout the museum speaking with guests, which was a nice touch.

I took my wife here and it was awesome. There are so many different types of butterflies and finches as well. If you're a person that likes butterflies here's the place to go. They would land on you and fly all around you. Plus Free parking on the weekends.

Absolutely STUNNING location with so many things to see and explore. Not your average beach at all. This is a place to interact with, and truly be amazed. The trees here are over 500 years old and they are magnificent!!!!

You have to stop and see this place! It’s unlikely other beaches for sure! The trees are bare and look dead but yet they are rooted in the sand and some are rooted in the water! It’s a great place to meditate and take pictures! Very little parking when it’s busy and no rest rooms. Keep that in mind

It’s a unique beach! There were quite a bit of people on the beach and swimming, although I didn’t feel comfortable swimming, especially with little kids. Lots of small crabs (look carefully at the trees) and mostly small shells. 🐚

Love this beach!! If you go at low tide with higher winds, the bugs are not as bad. We try to get there on an evening low tide with moderate winds (12-18 mph). Our twin toddlers were comfortable for a solid hour with no bug bites in the middle of summer (we got lucky because I had no idea). Then, the following summer we were being bitten by flies. So the next year (see pic) we tracked wind and tides and it was good again - highly recommend for a good photo op!!!

What a captivating place! Great Sunrise spot. Also saw a Wood Stork and some other birds there in the walk to the beach!

We came here for a quick after walk-through. The price was a bit steep for what they offer, but we were happy to contribute to the sanctuary. Good variety of wildlife. Excellent flamingos. The exit was closed, so you have to turn around and walk back the way you came, so that was a bother.

It was a great day for a walk through the springs. The hurricane from last year did some damage, but they've done a great job restoring and making the park presentable and accessible. Buildings were closed, with few staff and volunteers, but those who were there were kind and helpful. We arrived mid-afternoon on a Friday. A crazy amount of vultures are hanging out with all the other birds. Plenty of animals to encounter for the size and space. I look forward to visiting again.

We visited the Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park on a weekday, November 2025. They were starting to decorate for the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately, there is still significant damage from the last hurricane, last year. So not only were some of the walkways and bridges either closed or less than optimal. All the things like restaurants and gift shop were still closed. Although they did have a snack truck that also sold the entrance tickets. We took the tram both ways to and from the park. It runs from the visitor center/parking, to the park. As does the boat ride. I wanted to take the boat ride one way. But the times were more limited, and not when we were making the trip in and out of the park. But I’ll live. But I guess we saved the extra money for the boat trip. The tram is free. The park itself is a nice place to see wildlife that mostly is natural to Florida. It is also a safe new home to the wildlife who can no longer survive in the wild for whatever reason. I will say the we waited too long and put off visiting. Because of this, we missed out seeing the Hippopotamus that sadly passed away this spring after many years greeting visitors. They had a nice manatee program at 11am and 1pm to learn about Manatee’s. Followed by their feeding time following the show. We screwed up and forgot to visited the under water viewing section. Yes it was our fault, but also because of the bridge closure that had us walking all the way around to what we missed (getting to the show). All in all it was a nice park that I’m sure we will probably visit again, maybe multiple times in the future.

Had a wonderful day here at Homosassa. You can tell that the animals are well taken care of and the employees and volunteers are informative and kind. It's a great way to get to know the natural wildlife we have here in Florida. Also, the path that the tram uses is a walkable hiking trail and it makes for a very peaceful stroll. Pictured with this review are the pelicans, the panther, the bear, and one of the many species of owls that are at Homosassa.

5/26/25 used my Florida State Park pass and did about 1.6 mile on the board walk since half of it is closed. Got to see tons of animals! Beautiful waters, nice area!

It is a great family friendly spot. They have native Florida animals. All of the animals are there for rehabilitation. They were injured. Some cannot be released due to the injuries. This allows them to live and gives us a chance to see them.

We went off roading with the maintenance guy and he recommended this place. What a pleasure! We saw a FL panther up close and watched manatee munch on lettuce. It was stupid hot that day but the shade was just enough to make it bearable. Thanks for all you guys do for these animals.

Great afternoon adventure! We were visiting the Mayo Clinic and we decided to spend our afternoon at the zoo! We arrived about 12:00 and left at 5:00. It was the perfect amount of time. Our favorites were the gorilla’s and chimps. This is really a beautiful zoo with so many different species. Most of the paths are shaded which really makes it nice to walk around.

Had a fun experience with the family here. We bought the pass that includes the train and the whole experience. The grandkids loved the train and the play park for kids and the penguins the best. I'm sure lots of other things too. We went early on Sunday right after it opened. The lions and turtles were still sleeping. The food was good, portions were large. We had chicken strips and fries. The reusable drink cup is $10 and refills are I think $1.50.

When we travel, we always check out the local zoo. I’m embarrassed to say that I’ve lived in FL my entire life, and never visited the Jax Zoo. My hubby and I recently visited - twice within 6 weeks because it was sooooo good! Their exhibits are well done, the collection of animals is quite impressive and the grounds are well maintained. We thought the entrance fee was very reasonable and most employees / volunteers were helpful. 100% recommend for all ages. If walking is too much, suggest buying the pass that includes the train ride.

A great zoo. Pet the manta rays and even feed them. That’s quite the experience or feed the Giraffes. I never realized how big their heads are. Beautiful creatures. It’s great fun for all ages Make sure you choose the right plan for tickets. . General admission doesn’t entitle you the activity to go on the train or feed the Giraffes!

We've been going to the Jacksonville zoo for years and love that you can really see them putting the money back into the zoo. Amazing decorations. Amazing gardens. And of course the animals are always in impressive enclosures. Even when there's a lot of cars in the parking lot, it never feels congested inside.

Absolutely love this zoo! It was our first time going but will definitely be back. If you have not been or considering going I highly recommend. Out of all the zoos I have been to this is now a favorite!

Our visit to the zoo was, as always, memorable and inspiring! I’m so grateful they offer the $5 admission days — what a great initiative! I do wish this promotion happened in the fall or winter though, as it was incredibly hot. That said, even with the large crowds, everything was very well organized. There were plenty of parking attendants helping people find spots, the entrance line moved quickly, and throughout the zoo there were several stations with free water and places to cool off. The splash park was working great, and overall, everything was fantastic! We love our zoo and are always happy to come back again and again. So many animals, so much variety — they’re doing an amazing job!

Beautiful fort, I’ve been coming here for years. Great scenery, right by the water. They have a gift shop and visitor’s center as well. It’s $6 per car to get in and an additional $2.50 per person to see the fort. Plenty of parking, but the road from the entry point to the actual parking lot is pretty far with a low speed limit. Overall, it’s worth visiting!

Fun activities, lots of history, and very knowledgeable staff and reenactors. I had a blast visiting and cannot wait for my next visit. Very good views of the Fort from the beach, which is easily accessible. There are several enjoyable trails to hike, walk, and bike as well.

It holds the history of the island. For $6 entrance fees we were able to tour the park. The salt marsh is a great first stop. The light house can be seen from here. The history of the light house is on a plaque at this stop. Walking on dunes is prohibited. A paved road takes you through the park with pullouts along the way. The vegetation is thick on both sides of the road. A camp ground is available too for those interested in camping. The fort itself is something to see. Interesting that there was never an engagement there.

My boyfriend and I loved exploring Fort Clinch! It was worth the $6 entry fee and $2.50 per person to enter the Fort. The beach at this state park is beautiful but lots of oysters (watch your step)

Fort Clinch State Park is great for camping! The sites are in great repair, and are a short walk to the body of water. You can fish there all year! There is also a bathroom/bathhouse that are kept clean by the staff. (There is also cell phone signal if you are worried about that.)

Great historical place to visit. They told us the 1st weekend of each month they have some reenactment going on. The museum is $2.50. It is well worth the visit but very hot in the summer time. Dress cool.

My grand's enjoyed experience of exploring the Fort Clinch. All of the people were very friendly and the museum spoke of its history and its evolution. I was a little disappointed that there was not any, that I saw, information plaques giving description of the different buildings and areas. But I would recommend going to Fort clinch to anyone in the area.

They are currently doing construction on the ranger experience, so the boat ride was full all day. The mermaid show was great though. I’m fascinated with how they sync with what we hear in the audience. The show is short enough the hold the attention of younger children. There are beautiful peacocks that roam the grounds, and bring a bathing suit because the water park looks fun too. I didn’t have my suit with me. Definitely a great attraction to check out.

Keep in mind that swimming in the spring is not allowed, and no food is permitted—it’s all about preserving the beauty of the environment. If you’re looking to swim, there’s a beautiful natural pool nearby, also with crystal-clear water, surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs where you can relax and soak up the sun. You can also catch one of the fun shows offered in the area. There’s a nice restaurant on-site—we enjoyed some tasty burgers and delicious French fries. Highly recommended whether you’re visiting with family or just looking for a peaceful escape on your own or with someone special!

Weeki Wachee Springs is an amazing excursion and truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The water is crystal clear and teeming with manatees, and the best part is that you can interact with them naturally and at your own pace, without a guide mediating the encounter. The spring feels like a hidden paradise with plenty of ways to enjoy it—kayaks to rent for exploring, rope swings to launch into the refreshing water, and tree ladders to climb for extra adventure. The only downside is that the rental facility could use a little updating and modernization to match the beauty of the springs themselves. That said, the natural surroundings more than make up for it. All in all, Weeki Wachee is an excellent place to spend the day, whether you’re looking for peaceful time on the water or a bit of thrill and fun. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature, wildlife, and a unique Florida adventure.

One of the best springs in FL. So pristine and clear. I’ve kayaked this many times and love the peacefulness of the environment and beauty of Florida.

I'll give them two stars for their efforts but don't come for the mermaid show. There's a natural spring pool with a lifeguard on duty, the slide is closed, and there's a half hour mermaid show consisting of a host and two mermaids playing out a skit for young ones with the host kicking one of the mermaids at one point. I really didn't get that. First come first served, no reservations. $13.00. No animal shows, nothing else except a souvenir shop and restrooms. It is a State run park and they must be real short on funds. I give them credit for trying to keep this once main attraction open today. Visited Sep 2025

Don’t waste your time! Arrived around 12:00 and was told the cruise was already booked for the rest of the afternoon. A bus load had arrived and since it only holds 20 ppl. They had booked the next 4 hours. There were 2 upcoming shows to see but not until 2:15 and 3:00. Walked around and the places to eat were closed off to accommodate the bus tour. Only thing available were cold drinks and frozen ice cream bars. Basically you would have to wait for 2 hours and do nothing until the 2 shows. They should have told us that before we purchased tickets. It was $13 each so we decided to go ahead and leave and not wait for the shows. On btw, you could not get back in if you left the premises, even if you wanted to go back after getting something for lunch to see the shows! 😱😱😱

My mother-in-law was in town and we took a troop up there to rent a canoe and see wildlife. The water was beautiful, as a spring is always are, we saw alligator, turtles, tons of birds and fish! The water is absolutely clear. We did our own little thing in a canoe with three of us... And my service dog. We had an absolutely wonderful time and will definitely go back. I would suggest doing a tour because we caught a few tours that were giving some pretty cool information and we will definitely try that next time. After we were done we went hiking a little bit. We ran into a gentleman who was liking along the trail and he warned us that there are bear there. So next time I will definitely take some mace with us just in case. But the paths are well marked and it's beautiful. Lots of hiking to be had. It's pretty flat but very sandy.

My friend came to visit so we played tourists for the day and drove to the spring for the glass bottom boat ride and brunch. We had such a lovely visit in the park. The park is beautiful, we'll maintained, lovely local vegetation and wildlife from birds to reptiles. We strolled the pathway for a while taking it all in. The glass boat ride did not disappoint with one exception no Manatee but we saw the wonderous and famous springs, turtles, alligator and tons of birds. The Captain was entertaining and knowledgeable about the history of the springs. Then we enjoyed brunch at the café on sight. We lingered there for a while enjoying sangria, coffee drinks and of course delicious entrees of eggs Benny and chicken and waffles. After brunch we enjoyed checking out the shops and the water fountain. All in all a great park for a visit. I look forward to returning for some kayaking

Silver springs state park is absolutely one of the most beautiful places in the world! I immediately feel in love the second I stepped into the park. I highly recommended hopping in a kayak and doing the full river! It's about a 4 our adventure but you see soooo many amazing beautiful things. There was no shortage in wildlife there and you can tell they are all well loved, protected and cared for.

Wow.. what an amazing way to spend a few hours! We rented the glass bottom kayaks which were very easy to control after about a minute in them. They are made to not tip very easy and one person on the tour with us went from sitting to kneeling and moving to the front to get a picture with no issues at all. Alyssa, our guide, was very knowledgeable, kind and beautiful. Our time in the water was 2 hours and every minute we were finding something to see. Manatees, turtles, alligators, they have monkeys but were not around on this day, fish etc. A very peaceful experience and perfect for most anyone that can get into a kayak and paddle. You will not be disappointed with the site for sure. There is some places to eat etc on site as well.

This is a must-see experience if you do the 90 minute glass bottom boat tour. The Springs are incredibly beautiful. We got to see lots of manatees, alligators, turtles, and birds. Sadly, we did not see any monkeys. I highly recommend! Male a reservation in advance to guarantee you get on one of the boats.

Absolutely beautiful park with crystal clear water - you can see the bottom from anywhere on the river. It is a very slow flow River that makes for an easy canoe trip. It takes about 1.5 hours to do the loop. There are lots of fish, turtles, and fish to see. We were lucky enough to run upon a baby manatee that we were able to follow for 15 minutes.

Amazing place with breathtaking views and so many wild animals. But for me absolutely the best were really nice and helpful staff and park rules which allow people to come with dogs as long as they behave. Thanks to that you can spend great family time on the trails. You can also rent a kayak which is so much fun.

Best Distillery Experience in Florida! Yep another non-food review! What a blast! From the first sip to the last, this place knows how to deliver an experience. The rum, gin, and vodka samples were great — but the bourbon? Absolute favorite. And The Saint… wow. Hands-down the star of the show. Dominick was our guide and he crushed it — friendly, funny, and clearly loves what he does. He made the whole tour feel like we were hanging out with a friend who just happens to know everything about spirits. The classroom is gorgeous and super organized, which made learning as fun as the tasting. I’m already planning my next trip — certification, here I come! You're in the St Augustine area, stop by and as always, tell them we sent you!

This distillery is known for its famous bourbon. We stopped by and took a FREE self-guided tour which includes 4 cocktail samples. It took us about 45min-an hour to get thru with reading info provided. The staff were friendly and obviously love their jobs. They were fun to talk to about the history. After you done you could go for more tasting. The parking are on the side of the building sharing with the restaurant.

My son and I toured the distillery while traveling through Saint Augustine and had a fantastic time! The tour was extremely engaging and informative, we learned a lot, all the employees were extremely friendly in each room had a different tasting. It was a lot of fun. We actually wind up buying several pieces of merchandise in the shop before leaving. If you are in the area, it is a free tour and a lot of fun. Definitely add it to your list!

I’ve been coming here since shortly after they opened in 2013 and somehow they manage to outdo themselves each time. Today, we did the bourbon tasting tour. Dominick was amazing! We learned a lot, tried some incredible bourbon, and had a great time.

Saint Augustine Distillery was such a fun time for our group! We loved trying the tasty cocktails and liquors—they were all delicious and unlike others we’ve had before in S Florida. The gift shop was also a blast, with lots of cool items to take home. Highly recommend stopping by!

This place does complimentary cocktail tastings with their spirits. Everything we tried was tasty. You work your way through the building on a self guided tour as you make stops at different tasting stations. The last tasting station is in the gift shop.

The Florida Bourbon tasting was fantastic! Dominick is an entertaining and knowledgeable guide and he’s passionate about experiencing the good moments in life! The saint is a lovely, smooth bourbon and we went home w two bottles. You should go but make sure you get Domenick!!

This was an amazing experience, I enjoyed visiting the Castillo de San Marcos. The history here is incredible — it really feels like stepping back in time. The fort itself is beautiful, and the views of the water are awesome. The cannons were definitely my favorite part. It’s just one of those places that makes you appreciate how much history St. Augustine has to offer. Highly recommend it, go during the day and at night.

The views of St. Augustine Bay are stunning, and the old Spanish stone walls make you feel like you’re stepping back in time. The park rangers do a great job explaining the fort’s history, and the cannon firing demonstrations are a must-see. It’s very well preserved, clean, and easy to explore at your own pace. Highly recommend bringing water and comfortable shoes — and take a moment to just enjoy the ocean breeze from the top walls. A perfect stop for history lovers, families, or anyone visiting St. Augustine!

Awesome experience! The fort has many places to explore and learn new things. I would recommend everyone visit. You can buy the tickets online or at the entrance. We bought ours at the entrance in minutes with very helpful and pleasant staff. There are multiple places to sit, rest and take in the magnificent views.

Very cool historic castle to tour! The top offers a great view of the water and surrounding area, plus old cannons you can check out. On the ground level there are multiple rooms to explore, each with interesting displays and information about the history of the fort. You can also see step-by-step demonstrations of how soldiers would load and fire the cannons as well as their muskets, which is really fascinating. The staff dressed in Spanish army costumes brought the place to life and made the whole experience feel even more authentic. Definitely worth visiting if you’re interested in history or just want to see something unique.

What a fabulous place to go with friends family or just to go for a visit on your own. Great for family with children as well. Lots of history to learn about. There's a small gift shop with really cute items. Because this is also a National Park if you have a park pass your entry is free. If you're military you'll also get in free and can bring a visitor with you at no extra cost.

The Castillo de San Marcos is always well worth the visit. The structure alone clearly articulates its history and its various functions from the 17th through the 20th centuries The grounds are well-maintained by the NPS and are excellent for walking. This fort is one of the many treasures that makes Saint Augustine the beautiful city that it is. To see the ancient walls lit up at night is breathtaking.

Loved our time here ! Lots of shops we went to and plenty of places to eat at and enjoy outdoor seating in such pretty garden settings. Definitely will go back.

What a nice street for a stroll! Lots of interesting stores and restaurants. Never miss a good stroll on this street. In fact, it is a must when visiting St. Augustine, Florida. I enjoyed every bit of its historic significance to America.

This is a very scenic and historic district of St. Augustine! Plenty of shops and restaurants with anything you could want to eat and do. The buildings had great design and courtyards for sitting. It also hd trolley stops and plenty of restrooms. It’s very nice but beware of the crowds, it’s packed thick!

So cool, the shops , the restaurant's, the outside bars with live music the inside bars with live music. The food great. This place has it all for everyone. Tons of sweets for those who love all sweets, they have everything.

Love this street , St George St it feels like ( Krupòwki ) in Zakopane, you just walk and shop and eat and enjoy. I couldn’t pass by without stopping . I will be back 😂❤️ Every year we travel to FL I want to stop by

It was a fun little tour of the Fort. Small but mighty. Nice boat ride over to the island. Park Rangers were definitely into what they do for a living, very energetic about giving the history of the fort! Free tour but the spots go fast.

Very interesting, loved the history lesson and had no idea a fort could be so small! Loved Ranger Linda and our Captain was great as well. The nature walk was also pretty awesome and loved learning that the live oaks grow away from the salt water!

Well kept, clean and fort. Short boat ride to the fort with a lot of history. Beautiful place. Bathroom and vending machine with drinks are available. A hiking area is also available.

Great place for a little family outing. They have lots of picnic tables, shade, public restrooms, trash bins and vending machines with cold drinks. The gentleman in the information office was very kind and friendly. He gave us maps and information on the area. The ferry was closed when we went so we did not get to pay the $2 and ferry over to the monument. The walking trails are nice but not recommended for anyone who may have a fear of spiders.

Great morning out, the boat and fort are free and take about 50 mins. Even on a quiet day it filled up so get there a bit before. There is also a lovely loop hike to do by carpark of about 20 mins.

It's a fun free things to do. The fort is so small it only takes a few minutes to see but it's free. The ferry ride is maybe 50 yards but again free for everyone. There is a walking path through the hammock and beach access.

First of all the entrance is free. The staff is very knowledgeable and even passionate about this historic site. It is very cool to see and be at this almost 300 years old fort, not to mention the beautiful scenery. If you are in the area, this is a must visit.
