Gorgeous scenery. The drive up from Vancouver is worth the trip alone. Massive amounts of terrain. Great snow at the top of the mountain. Awful visibility mid mountain. Slushy at the bottom of the mountain. Village is really great. Went in March. I would definitely go again.

I went during the summer and it was amazing. The scenery is breathtaking with so many hiking and biking trails to explore. Even without the snow the mountains are stunning and the village has a lot of shops, restaurants, and spots to just relax. Staff are friendly and the whole place is well maintained. Definitely a year round destination and one of the best resorts you can visit.

I had the chance to visit Blackcomb Whistler Ski last year, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had on the slopes. The scenery is breathtaking, the facilities are excellent, and everything feels very well organized. That said, as a beginner, I found the runs a bit challenging. Even the green slopes felt more like blue ones compared to other ski resorts I’ve been to. Still, it was a great learning experience, and I’d definitely recommend it for those who are looking for both adventure and stunning mountain views. With a bit more practice, I’d love to go back and enjoy it even more!

This place is a Dream destination for skiing! The snow quality is fantastic, white & powdery ,the slopes are well-groomed, and the scenery is absolutely stunning. Our full day here was worth spending. The management was also very good.

The Peak 2 Peak Gondola is an amazing experience; It starts at Whistler Mountain, takes you to Blackcomb Mountain, and from there you can take another gondola to a different peak before heading back down. The gondola between the peaks is huge, and the blue cabins have glass floors so you can see the valley below. At the top, there are restaurants and cafes, and you might spot Groundhogs. Even in summer, there’s snow and it’s cold, so be sure to bring warm clothes.

Whistler Blackcomb is awesome. I love the fact you can ski during the winter and then buy a very affordable Epic pass to Access the trekking trails and gondola during the summer. Also the Sunday farmers markets are great! Visit "Cows" for the best mint chocolate chip ice cream ever (they have other flavours too if you don't fancy mint) and Portobello at the Fairmont for real belgian chocolate mochas & hot chocolates ! Whistler is dreamy indeed.

Whistler is an incredible place for both snowboarding and biking. I’ve visited in different seasons, and I’m always impressed by the staff, the facilities, and how well everything is maintained. There are lots of trails across both mountains, making it great for all levels—from beginners to pros. Safety is clearly a priority, with support staff always around. While the sports can be pricey, Whistler often has great deals and seasonal passes. I just wish there were more flexible options for frequent visitors. I love this place and will definitely keep coming back.

Great (and challenging) hike up, but well worth the effort. Awesome views at the top. Check out the grizzly refuge, and if lucky see some colourful local birds. If you hike up the return gondola is only $25, compared to $87 for mountain admission (non resident)

We were visiting BC from the Prairies, so a gondola ride was a must! Picking one was tricky though — they all seemed a bit overpriced. We ended up choosing Grouse Mountain because of their discounted evening ticket, which felt like a good way to experience the views without breaking the bank. As expected, most of the daytime activities were closed by then, but they looked fun and worth checking out if you come earlier in the day. The ride up on the smaller gondola was smooth and enjoyable. The ride down on the larger Skyride, however, was a bit of a letdown — it was crowded, and we had to wait quite a while for it to fill before it departed. That said, the evening walk around the top was beautiful. There was lots to see, and we were lucky enough to spot deer just roaming around — and the bears were super cool to see up close! Even without all the attractions running, it was a great experience overall. Worth it for the views and wildlife alone.

Grouse Mountain was a great disappointment to me. I was expecting breathtaking mountain scenery like what you see in Banff Alberta but to be fair the weather wasn’t great that day- it was rainy and foggy the whole time, which really limited the views. To be honest, I didn't feel like I got to experience the mountain's natural beauty, I don’t even think there was any mountain The Gondola ride was just there never got a chance to experience lumberjack show, the wildlife viewing was limited to just 2 grizzly bears. Considering the high price point, I felt like It didn’t worth the hype. Maybe I will have to visit when the weather is better to appreciate this place.

I visited Grouse Mountain National Park recently, and it turned into quite an unexpected adventure. The day started with an unplanned downpour, heavy rain combined with poor visibility and strong winds meant most of the attractions were closed. Honestly, they should have halted ticket sales on a day like this, because literally everything was shut except for a few core offerings. When I arrived, only the gondola was operational, which thankfully gave some beautiful views despite the fog. The main restaurant was open, and I did get to see the bears in their enclosure, which was a highlight. The rest of the activities and shows — the lumberjack show stage, zipline, hiking trails, scenic viewpoints, wildlife talks, and chairlifts were closed due to weather conditions. Even the secondary eateries and shops were shuttered. One important tip: check the weather forecast before visiting. Grouse Mountain offers a range of outdoor experiences, but rain and wind can shut down almost all of them. On a clear day, you can easily spend 3–4 hours exploring everything from hiking trails to ziplining, grizzly bear viewing, dining, and panoramic mountain scenery. I just wish they had been more upfront about the closures instead of charging full price. Parking isn’t free, so plan for that in your budget. Even with the closures and weather challenges, riding the gondola up and seeing the bears made it a memorable trip. On a sunny day, I’m sure it would be absolutely spectacular. ** They have Starbucks on site ** During rain, Gondola glass gets foggy and drops don’t slide down - there’s literally no visibility to the scenery outside.

Great moderate hike. It’s essentially a couple miles of stairs but that makes for a great workout. I drank a couple bottles of water (1.5 l). I saw a guy who looked in distress and gave him some water. There’s also a water station in the gondola center. Very nice views on top. It’s a one way hike. You have to take a different route down or the gondola down. You can get gondola tickets at a discount online. Nice views on top. There’s also a couple of bears you can check out and a zip line. Best to make an appointment for the zip line.

Wow, wow, wow—words can’t even describe how incredible the views are! If it’s your first time in Vancouver, Grouse Mountain is an absolute must. Definitely get the day pass—you’ll have access to all the shows and free activities. The grizzly bears and owls were super cool to see, and we even spotted a wild elk on our way down the ski lift! On a clear day, the views are just breathtaking—it’s honestly hard to believe how beautiful it is up there. Also, there’s a free shuttle bus that runs between Canada Place and Grouse Mountain, which makes getting there so easy. Highly recommend—don’t miss it!

Wow,.id 😁 recommend doing the grind trail to the top,.it's well worth the cake and the gondola ride down at the top. The hike will take 1-2 hours depending on your fitness, head up the first 20-30 steps... if you can't continue that for 1-2 hours turn back. There's some step sections towards the last 3/4 scrambling etc so beware.

This was honestly one of the most overrated experiences imaginable. Although I’ve heard people say it might have been better years ago, in its current state it’s awful. The tour started with a short video about the founder of Boeing, which was actually very interesting. Unfortunately, that was the highlight. From there, we boarded a bus to the factory, only to go down one set of stairs, then another, and stand in line multiple times before finally taking an elevator up to the viewing area. When we got there, absolutely nothing was happening in the factory. Our tour guide seemed incredibly discombobulated, barely offered any real explanations, and came across as both uninformative and a bit on the creepy side. I honestly thought this was just the beginning of the tour, but it turns out that was it—we immediately went back down the elevator, back on the bus, where we got a bunch of useless information that didn’t add much of anything. We ended up right back at the gift shop, which made the whole thing feel like it was designed more to sell merchandise than to actually show or teach us anything meaningful. We also visited the museum afterwards, which was just as underwhelming. There wasn't much going on, and you'd think we'd at least be able to sit in a cockpit or get close to an aircraft, but even that was missing. Honestly, they should rethink everything about this tour from the ground up-especially considering the price they're charging, not to mention the extra cost of getting there and back. Just a side note, there is a rooftop where you could watch the shared runway, which would be fun. But unfortunately, when we were there, it was not very active. Overall, a huge disappointment. Save your time and money.

I recently took the Boeing Factory tour near Seattle with my mom, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Whether you are an aviation enthusiast or not, if you are anywhere near Seattle and like planes this tour is a must-do. Whenever we see an airplane and wonder how these huge things get build — the Boeing Factory Tour is your answer, and it’s really awesome. We recently visited the Boeing future of flight museum and also took the Boeing factory tour. It was an amazing experience. The guides are super friendly and shared lot of cool facts and interesting stuff. Although the no-photos rule is a bummer, but honestly, it helped us experience this instead of getting distracted with your phone. We have to leave our phones, cameras and bags either in our cars or store it in an onsite locker. This tour is watching a presentation, then taking a tour bus, then a little bit of walking, a little bit of jaw-dropping “wow,” and a lot of “I can’t believe they actually build these things here.” I would recommend booking the tickets in advance , the tour usually takes an hour and half and takes you inside the world’s largest building by volume, where Boeing assembles their popular models like 747, 767, 777, and 787 Dreamliner. This is the location where most of the Boeing 747s ( Queen of the skies) were built and took off from. Walking along the elevated platforms gives us an incredible overhead view of these aircraft in different stages of construction. The overall tour was very well organized, ran smoothly and on time and moved at a good pace. After the tour you can also visit the future of flight museum, it has many interesting exhibits and STEM related activities. The Boeing store has variety of merchandise and clothing that are reasonably priced, it’s a good place to buy gifts and souvenirs for family members. They also have a decent cafeteria where we can enjoy some food and snacks . We really had a unique and memorable experience. This is a fun experience for all. It is totally worth it !

The tour is more about the manufacturing process and facilities. It is very interesting to see the largest building and the system. Inside the centre there is a small movie theatre and some models for display. It’s very interesting to watch planes flying around and landing from the deck. There are gift shop and snacks centre as well. Washrooms are good.

Oh wow - this is awesome for aviation freaks! Honestly: We were a group of 5 boys and we did our trip from Europe to Seattle (via. Vancouver) in Oct.2025 just because of this: Boeing production visit in Seattle, WA I would do it again!! We did the 90‘ tour and the museum downstairs and don‘t forget the terrasse upstaires! Just awesome!

If you're interested in aviation, this 80-minute airplane manufacturer tour is an absolute must-do – it's truly the best of its kind. The amount of information and history you absorb is impressive. A standout moment for me was learning that every single one of the 1,574 Boeing 747s ever produced originated at this very facility and was then transported across the bridge we drove over for its paint job. That detail evoked such wonderful nostalgia for the 'Queen of the Skies.' While Boeing has faced its share of issues, the enduring legacy and widespread affection for the 747 are undeniable; it's a truly remarkable and successful aircraft.

Previously visited in 2017 but failed to write a review. Back then had a great time learning about the history of flight, with some amazing facts, like the many bakeries inside the factory, Peet's Coffee shops (Starbucks lost the account because they wanted their huge banner with their name on it), flower shops, multiple restaurants, gym, massage parlor, medical bays, postal services - it's a small city in there. The Everett factory employs 30,000 people alone, with other branches internationally. This factory is hailed as the world's largest building in the world by volume, and touring it again was fascinating, although I will say our guide in 2017 was more entertaining and was a better storyteller. I actually learned a lot on my own online reading the history of the place than on this recent tour, but it was still pretty neat to see a working factory building enormous airplanes. PARKING: Free parking in the large open-air lot. LOCKERS: you cannot take your phone or purse on the factory tour, there are some clear lockers outside you can put your things in. If you have a large backpack, there are large lockers, but it was annoying to see someone put a tiny purse in the largest locker when there were smaller sized lockers available, but you know, people. Lockers were free of charge. COURSE OF THE TOUR: You watch a video before you walk out of the theater, then onto a tour bus. You have to be able to get on/off the bus stairs, it's not a wheelchair-friendly tour. The bus takes you to a hangar, where you take an elevator down into the depths to the miles of tunnels, then back up to the factory, where you can watch planes being built in sections. After the tour, the bus takes you back to the main entrance. Tour lasts about 90 minutes, if even. The nice thing about the tour is even if you are last off the bus or at the end of the crowd, the order gets reversed when you get onto an elevator, then you get out first, so even if you are in the back of the pack, you will always get to see the planes or be near the guide as the groups are pretty small, about 15. Get there on time, pronto. Not a minute late. They are not kidding. We got there right on the minute, then they turned the lights off in the theater and we were stumbling around in the dark trying to find our seats. COST/BOOKING: Make reservations online through their website or call them. If you don't book in advance, the tour may be sold out as it's pretty popular - it's possible to change your time if you call in person, like we did. Our price with a discount/promo was $33.00 a person as of May 2025. We didn't need to tip our guide as we weren't allowed to bring our purses (whoohoo - I say whoohoo because we were tipped to death on our cruise out of Seattle, so pretty much broke). SHOPPING: gift shop with all sorts of airplane-related things, including Lego sets. IS IT WORTHY OF A REPEAT VISIT? Since I've been there twice, I'd say no, but if you are taking out-of-towners or people who have not been there before, or someone who loves planes or factories, then yes. If you get a good guide like I did in 2017 it makes you want to go back (as I have, thinking it would be the same) but on this tour, not so much but still a unique tour nonetheless.

We visited Chihuly Garden and Glass right after our trip up the Seattle Space Needle, and the convenience can't be beaten. The two attractions are located very close to each other, making it a perfect combo for a day at the Seattle Center. From the moment we stepped inside, I was totally astonished. The artwork displayed, made entirely from glass, is beyond impressive. The vibrant colors, the organic shapes, the dramatic lighting, and the massive, complex formations all combined to form a constant "wow" factor in every single room. It feels like walking through a magical, otherworldly garden. Be aware that it is a compact museum, so I can easily imagine how crowded the indoor galleries can get during peak busy seasons. We were there in October and found the conditions perfect—the crowds were manageable and the weather was ideal. Speaking of weather, the outdoor garden area is absolutely beautiful, with the glass sculptures intertwined with natural foliage. However, I do think anyone visiting in the summer might have a hard time enduring the heat there, as it's quite exposed. Our autumn visit provided the perfect climate to enjoy both the intricate indoor exhibits and the beautiful garden setting at a leisurely pace. A must-see for art lovers, but timing your visit can make all the difference.

It took us less than an hour to walk through, but every display was stunning and full of detail. One thing that really stood out to us was how clean everything was. The air felt spotless and there was no dust on or around the glass pieces, which was amazing to see. Outside, there was live glass blowing, and they were making vases while explaining the process. It was fascinating to watch, and the artists were great at interacting with the audience and answering questions. Overall, it was a short visit but very memorable and worth seeing.

This is a must stop when you’re in Seattle. You see some beautiful amazing glass art and there’s a beautiful garden outside that you can relax and enjoy. The garden is unique because it’s a combination of nature with glass art. I also truly enjoyed seeing the art made live. The artist was also explained the process, which was very educational. The souvenirs at the gift shop are beautiful but overpriced. I am so glad we just went before the time on our ticket because the glasshouse was closing at the time of our reservation due to a private event. They did not tell us this when we were purchasing the tickets online and I believe we paid the same price. Thankfully, we got there early and was able to see it. We also enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar there, where the service was great. This is definitely a great museum to see when you’re in Seattle.

The Chihuly Garden and Glass is absolutely stunning—one of the most beautiful and unique attractions in Seattle! Every exhibit is a masterpiece of color, light, and imagination. The glass sculptures are breathtaking, from the intricate indoor installations to the vibrant pieces displayed among the gardens. The Glasshouse itself, with its massive hanging sculpture and view of the Space Needle through the glass ceiling, is simply spectacular. The layout is easy to navigate, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, and the gift shop is filled with beautiful keepsakes. Whether you’re an art lover or just looking for something inspiring and peaceful, this is a must-see experience that captures the creativity and magic of Dale Chihuly’s work.

This place is absolutely stunning. We bought a combined ticket to visit the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass, which worked really well. The glass artwork is incredible - so intricate, colourful and creative. The exhibition showcases the unique style of Dale Chihuly, with both indoor galleries and outdoor garden installations that make it a truly immersive experience. Definitely worth a visit if you appreciate art and design.

Don’t miss!!!! What a stunning museum. The art is vibrant and mesmerizing. Video was worth watching to learn more about Chuhily’s methods, history and passion for glass blowing. Take your time and wander through. The shop is delightful. Bought a piece woot!

Amazing pieces. Seattle location has been on my list after visiting the St Pete location. The glass house and garden was gorgeous as well and enjoyed watching his work in the theatre. I watched the live glass blowing as well and it was so fun to watch. The bar was so cute with all his collections showcased. My only thing was I paid $20 for what tasted like a $6 happy hour premade margarita. Cocktail bars are cheaper and they are handcrafted. Regardless, the bartender and all the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend checking this museum out

Very cool attraction and the staff moves people on and off the elevators very efficiently. We happen to go on a beautiful afternoon at 5:30pm and saw a gorgeous sunset. It you have a fear of heights, this may not be for you. The elevator and floors at the top are glass! The view of Mt. Rainier was spectacular.

I recently visited the Space Needle in Seattle and had a really memorable experience. As someone who used the military discount, my ticket was $44, which made the admission a little more manageable compared to the standard price. Once you get to the top, the views are absolutely incredible—you can see the whole city, Mt. Rainier, and Puget Sound on a clear day. Visiting the Space Needle in Seattle was an incredible experience and honestly one of the highlights of our trip. We came on a foggy day, but the views were still amazing the skyline, the water, and all the buildings looked unreal from the top. The rotating glass floor is something you have to try. Standing on it and looking straight down is a feeling you can’t get anywhere else. The Space Needle is clean, well-run, and worth the price for anyone visiting Seattle. The staff was friendly, the lines moved fast, and the entire observation deck felt modern and safe. Whether it’s your first time in Seattle or you’ve lived here your whole life, the Space Needle gives you a completely different view of the city. If you’re looking for top things to do in Seattle, the Space Needle is absolutely a must-see. The views, the height, the rotating floor, and the photos you can take here are unbeatable. Our pictures came out beautiful even with the clouds and the whole experience makes you understand why this is one of the most famous attractions in Washington. Highly recommend visiting if you want stunning Seattle views, amazing photos, and a unique experience you won’t get anywhere else.

We had a very fun time going up. The view is spectacular. We talked about going up the newer, taller observation deck, but it was sold out, so we did the Space Needle. I was glad we did, it's set apart from the other tall buildings so I think you probably get a more interesting view. Plus it's iconic. I thought the rotating floor was fun. I would recommend reserving a time slot in advance. We went during the week in the morning and it wasn't too busy.

We checked this place out for sunset recently and had a great visit. The timeline of events leading up to the opening of the Space Needle as you wait in line for the elevator is pretty cool. The elevator ride to the top is quick, but offers great views. The employee riding with us was informative and funny. The views from the top are spectacular. We unfortunately didn’t have the best view of Mt. Rainier on this visit, but you could see a silhouette in the distance. It was a beautiful sunset that day and well worth the trip. Highly recommend.

We were a party of 4 adults and visited on a Thursday morning at 11 am. We all had a great experience and enjoyed our visit . Everyone should go once. They offer a military discount , but those tickets can only be purchased in person. The process to buy tickets and enter is easy. Grounds and interior spotless. The elevator ride to the top of the Space Needle is so fast we really didn’t see the city as we rode up. I felt there were too many people in the elevator at once. The views are spectacular and lots of seating inside and outdoors. There is a casual cafe and bar at the top. There’s not anything to do except walk around, look at the views, take pictures, buy snacks and drinks. We were done with our visit in 45 minutes , but stretched it to 90 minutes by buying drinks and sitting down and talking. There is a very expensive Resturant ($100 per person) at the top and we’d like to visit that at night on a special occasion. The gift shop is very nice .

The Space Needle is an absolute must-visit landmark in Seattle! It can get crowded, so it’s best to go early or at sunset for the best views and photos. A little pricey, but totally worth it for such an iconic Seattle experience!

A great place to visit but I skipped the food experience because of the lines! I loved walking through the alleys and especially the flowers! The market was buzzing with food, culture and my favorite sight: seafood! Everybody seemed nice and know customer service! Not too expensive while I was browsing and the walk to the overlook way was a plus! I loved that while you walk to the market you can see through the lake!

We were visiting Seattle from Nashville for business and had a few free hours to be tourists. Several people suggested we check out Pike Place Fish Market, and it was an amazing experience! The weather was fantastic, and the atmosphere felt a bit like a lively, open-air flea market — full of unique shops and friendly vendors. Everyone we met was so kind and welcoming. We sampled honey, jellies, olive oils, fruits, and even fish! Everything was so fresh and delicious. We couldn’t resist buying several of the local goodies to take home. The hot cider was especially good and perfect for sipping as we wandered through the market. We even got to experience them yelling and throwing fish around which I suppose is special to the market. If you’re visiting Seattle, we definitely recommend stopping by Pike Place Market. It was the perfect way to spend a few free hours and made our short trip feel extra special!

Great show. Brought king crabs legs with them shipped to California for overnight ship so perfectly. I purchased on Tuesday noon and Box arrived Wednesday 10AM next business day $69 cost for overnight shipping and crabs $99 per pound. I got 2 kind of crabs $380 for 4 pound. Amazing staff all of them super nice and friendly. Very good experience. If you guys want to ships crabs or seafood for your family you can try. Highly recommended and I definitely come back.

A unique experience in an iconic location, the sights, smells and overall vibe was outstanding. As a tourist you get a rare opportunity to feel local while walking through the market with all the hustle and bustle. Definitely worth the stop, though I would highly recommend using the restroom either before or after visiting Pikes Place as the lines to enter the few public restrooms were insanely long.

This was a very cool attraction in Seattle! It’s very packed but I loved the smell of fresh produce and sea food. Lots of places to see around the market with plenty of vendors to check out. There’s also a little alley directly next to the market where people have been putting up gum on the walls for year. It’s another popular attraction in the area and the city makes sure to keep it checked before it gets too messy! If you’re visiting Seattle I would recommend this market for sure in your itinerary.

Lively atmosphere. From fresh seafood and handmade crafts to quirky shops and street performers, there's something for everyone. The flying fish at the seafood stalls are a fun and iconic experience.

The gardens are absolutely beautiful. Very well maintained and clean, including the restrooms. There are many photo ops all around the grounds with a fantastic view of Portland with Mt. Hood in the background. There are memberships available for single and multiple on line and at the window and gift shop. If you purchase from the gift shop your entry fee is refunded and it affords you entry for a year and a 20% discount in the gift shop. It's definitely worth the trip. My only issue was with the parking. Not great but there is a free shuttle that goes around.

Fantastic visit to this Japanese garden. Our first time visiting Oregon from the UK and thiz was high one our list of things to see - and it didnt disappoint. The planting, pathways and structures looked fantastic. It was busy but not overly so and everything was well maintained. Food in the cafe was great as well. Plenty of nearby car parking and short queues to enter.

This is such an amazing and magical place. We visited during the fall and were blessed with beautiful fall foliage. Be sure to get the earliest timed entry tickets and arrive 30 minutes before opening to ensure you get parking. The first 5 minutes is a slight incline, but the rest of the gardens are relatively flat. Go, you won’t be disappointed. Are,sure you get timed entry

Breathtaking Gardens, But Be Prepared for the Wait We visited the Portland Japanese Garden about a week ago—absolutely stunning this time of year. The colors were unreal, and we couldn’t have timed our visit better. Every turn of the path was like stepping into a painting: moss-covered stones, fiery red maples, and soft autumn light filtering through the trees. Unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong foot. We had an 11:15 a.m. tour booked and arrived an hour early, paid for parking, and went to get our tickets—only to be told there was a two-hour wait to enter. The website hadn’t mentioned this possibility, so our only choices were to wait around for two hours or leave, come back later, and pay for parking again. The staff seemed well-prepared for this kind of situation, which tells me it’s a common issue, but it would make a huge difference if visitors were better informed ahead of time. Thankfully, our visit happened on a Bank of America “Museums on Us” day, so admission was free, which softened the blow. Once inside, the frustration faded away—these gardens truly deserve five stars. But the lack of clear communication at the start left a disappointing first impression. Go for the beauty, but plan ahead for crowds and wait times.

Second time visiting the Japanese Gardens and was just as blown away by it's beauty, as was the first time. 1 almost didn't get the chance to visit, however, I thought I would walk around before catching my flight back to SoCal. It was a Sunday and arrived right before opening and there was already a massive line to get in. You can get tickets beforehand and 1 highly recommend doing so because it fills up quickly! Since was pressed for time, I decided to purchase a membership and bypass the 2.5 hour wait time and 1 am so glad 1 did! (Quick side-note if you have a membership you can access the gardens at 8 a.m., 2 hours before the general public and for the photographers out there this is an ideal time to capture images without having volumes of people walking into your frame...additionally tripods are allowed for a minimal cost). Walking around the gardens is absolutely breathtaking and especially going in the fall when the autumn colors are in full swing! You can literally spend a good half day here as there is so much to take in and 1 do recommend allowing for at least a few hours at a minimum.

It’s a good garden and well maintained. The Japanese theme has been carefully curated and does match actual Japanese gardens we’ve seen quite well. Truly could be a thoughtful and quiet place for people. The buildings and facilities match in well. Good use of wood in the architecture. The only thing that put us off was the price. Did feel steep for adults. The area can feel quite small and constraining when a large number of people visit. Yes they try to manage a steady throughput but it has its busy areas.

A beautiful place with amazing history. Amazing bonsai. Fantastic water features. Lovely resting places. Clean. Peaceful. Definitely recommend getting the membership. With a membership you can go before and after public hours. Visit during special moments, or get notified of special moments. The staff are friendly. The location is reasonably handicap accessible for the most part. Near the International Rose Test Gardens; an awesome duo trip if you have time. Nice little cafe with fancy treats and tea. Nifty place to stop after walking around. The gift shop is cute. The art galleries and learning experiences are really fun as well.

Amazing hike with beautiful views! This was a steep hike with sort of a paved walk way. There were 2 routes we saw up top, but considering this was an unplanned hike we stayed on the paved side and made it to the top of the waterfall! It rained a bit and that made the ground bit slippery if you aren't wearing the right shoes. P.S. don't forget to bring your water!!

It's one of the most filmographic and mystical places I've ever seen. You absolutely must see it. There are many waterfalls in this area, but the weather here is incredible. Inside, there's a lovely gift shop and a small area for coffee and other things. There's a 0.2-mile path leading to the bridge. But there are also routes for longer walks. But I want to warn you about parking. Finding a parking spot in the parking area right in front of the waterfall is very, very difficult. I thought I wouldn't be able to stop, but on the map, I saw a parking lot across the road, so I went there. But you have to drive 5 miles :)) This park is large and free. After parking, you can access it immediately by crossing an underpass.

What a beautiful place. The hike up to the top was great. *Be aware of the possibility of slipping on the trail. You should wear good outdoor shoes. Other people made it up with regular shoes. *Dogs are allowed on the trail🙌🏽 To end the hike, you will have coffee and or food available. Or before you start. Overall we had a great time. Side note: For those who visit, you should be cognizant of others trying to get through the bridge. It is a beautiful site for photos, but you shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes due to the cluster of people. Maybe take a few and come back. Ok enjoy.

Seeing the falls in all their might after two days of rain was an awe-inspiring experience. I would recommend doing the 5.5 mile loop that invludes several smaller falls up the mountain.

Great place to stop for a break or to enjoy a nature walk. There is a restaurant, a coffee shop before or after your walk and a gift shop. Walk is no more than a mile to enjoy the water fall. There is a longer hike if you want more adventure.

Exploring Multnomah Falls has been an absolutely breathtaking experience! It truly is a stunning natural wonder that lives up to its iconic status. The sheer power and beauty of the water cascading down are mesmerizing. It is overwhelmingly considered a stunning, must-see natural wonder that lives up to its iconic status. The awe-inspiring 620-foot, two-tiered cascade and its lush Pacific Northwest surroundings are often described as picturesque and majestic. The view from the primary viewing area, a short, flat walk from the parking lot, offers the best overall photo opportunity of the entire falls and the iconic Benson Footbridge. This makes it accessible for all mobility levels. The location right off Interstate 84 (I-84) makes it an easy day trip from Portland, which is about a 30-35 minute drive away. The historic Multnomah Falls Lodge at the base provides restrooms, a gift shop, a snack bar, and a restaurant, making it a convenient stop. Wear appropriate footwear with good traction, as the paved trails can be steep, wet, and uneven. Bringing a windbreaker or rain jacket is also a good idea due to the constant mist near the falls. It's a must-see if you ever get the chance to visit!

1 hour away from portland this is a great spot for a quick hike and to experience nature. Just don't stop at the bridge (where most of the tourist stops) but go beyond to the very top.

Crater Lake National Park is beautiful. The day I went to there with my family was a little crowded, but I suspect it probably gets worse on the weekend and around holidays. It is unfortunate that the Park Service has had to reduce staff at National Parks. I feel for the struggles this causes in maintaining, securing, and supporting the parks. There is a lot of parking, but it was almost all full when we were there. This particular park will be having a lot of renovation over the next few years until 2029 so we wanted to go before it got even more complicated.

Beautiful and unique place. When we arrived the foggy weather blocked our view of the lake. Important to note that even if the clouds are low it doesn't mean the whole lake is covered. We continued to drive and eventually found a great spot with perfect view.

Not easy to find. It has a sign of park store but I didn’t see any sign of visitor center. It feels like the parking is competitive at the beginning when you enter rim village but it has more parking space inside. It has shades and rest area beside the visitor center and water fountains at the other side. Overall, I would give 5 stars.

Crater Lake is a beautiful place to visit in Summer. But with a pet dog, it’s not a good choice to arrange the visit. We could only visit the paved area around Rim Village visitor center. Next time, hope we could return here in Winter to explore a different sightseeing of snow covered Crater Lake.

Amazing views of the lake from Rim Village. There is a overlook semi enclosed a short walk down from the main walkway along the rim. Great info plaques and views there.

A couple of helpful staff members inside answered questions about trails and whether we could get an official Crater Lake brochure. If you are curious, the funding to print those no longer exists. The other bummer about this visitor center is they were out of the artistic postcard featuring Crater Lake and only had ones with a guy on a bicycle. Annie's Creek gift shop had the good one.

Small visitor center with your usual visitor center items and stamps! Park rangers were friendly and amazing view points right outside the center. If it’s crowded it is tough to look around as it’s a small center.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this winery! My husband and I joined the tour on October 16, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide, Gonzalo was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He shared so many great wine recommendations and stories that made the whole experience both educational and fun. We loved every tasting and ended up buying bunch of wines and joining the wine club because the wines were just that good! Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for us — we can’t wait to come back again someday. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

A fairytale winery come to life! Touring Castello di Amorosa was like stepping into another world — part medieval castle. The attention to detail in the architecture is breathtaking — from the stone towers and grand halls to the underground cellars that make you feel like you’re in Tuscany. Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the winemaking process. The wines were exceptional — especially the reds and the late harvest wines — and the tasting experience felt both intimate and luxurious. You can tell every bottle is crafted with care and pride. Whether you’re a wine lover or just looking for an unforgettable experience, Castello di Amorosa is an absolute must-see. 🍷🏰

Castello di Amorosa is fun, unique, and full of interesting history — just be prepared for crowds. Our tour was excellent and our guide, Cynthia (Cindy), was the absolute best! She’s worked there forever, had tons of great information, and her humor made the whole experience even better. The tasting was delicious, and we loved getting to walk around the castle afterward to explore and take photos. It’s a beautiful property. One tip: have your reservation confirmation pulled up on your phone when you arrive at the gate. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and definitely worth a visit!

Castello di Amorosa winery is located in this beautiful castle that is supposedly, according to some ratings and a poster on the entrance, one of the top 10 castles in the world. It is a small castle but adds to the experience of wine tasting. The staff is mostly Italian. Our host, Julio, did a great job at explaining the wines and making suggestions. We liked their red blend and their cabs. Good experience.

Everyone told us to visit, though we were not anticipating being impressed with a "castle" built a few years ago. We had visited the sister winery, V. Sattui, which was amazing, and hoped for the best. "Everyone" was right! We were impressed with the beauty and architectural integrity of the structure and then wowed by the wine! Truly remarkable tasting of 5 wines and difficult to say what was our favorite!

The castle is absolutely beautiful and perfect for photos — such a unique setting! The variety of wines at the tasting was pretty good, and overall the wine was enjoyable, though there’s plenty of great wine to be found throughout the area. What I didn’t love was the tour — it felt rushed and not very engaging compared to others I’ve done. Since the castle was actually built in the early 2000s, it lacks real historical background, and the experience felt more focused on selling wine and memberships than on sharing any authentic wine history.

Wow, love this castle. Makes me I'm in England, Germany, or Italy. The grape juice the red and white one was so perfectly fruity and sweet and yummy. The tour is so much fun to explore with the family and friends. The scenic view is awesome especially the flowers and the grape vineyards. I would love to come back again.

The Golden Gate Bridge is simply Spectacular! I recommend visiting the visitors center at the south entrance. Here you can learn about the history of the bridge. Absolutely astonishing how these engineers and steel workers survived brutal cold elements to construct this bridge! Visit Fort Point National Historic Site at the base of the bridge for more Historic facts. Take the 1 hour bay cruise and the boat travels underneath the bridge for an unbelievable experience! I recommend driving to the north side of the bridge through the Marin Headlands and visit Golden Gate Bridge overlook it is a breathtaking view of the bridge and you can look into the city of San Francisco.

The Golden Gate Bridge was fantastic! Went during the week, not crowded. Was able to cruise across at our leisure and not worry about someone on our ass. Fisherman's Wharf was quiet, no lines. Food is always great in the area. And I'm talking about seafood. Everything is slowed down during the week. We really enjoyed our time there. Hotels were plentiful and cheaper. Looking forward to another visit.

I absolutely loved riding my bicycle down this amazing and iconic feature of architecture in my great nation. I visited in 2011 and stayed 5 days in San Francisco. I loved every second of it. Beautiful town. Beautiful people.

Amazing!!!! The bridge in San Francisco is truly beautiful, but the best time to visit it is when there is no fog. Otherwise, you won’t be able to get clear pictures. But it’s definitely something worth seeing.

If you are in San Fran, you have to visit Alcatraz. I used Alcatraz City Cruises and I recommend them. It is a smooth process getting to and leaving the island. Once you are on the island, you can take a guided audio tour or explore on your own. From a historical perspective, it is worth checking out and it gives you a really new perspective on how the "Rock" was used and how it has evolved over time. Being there and experiencing it is a lot different than reading about it or watching shows about it.

This tour was a lot of fun. Enjoyed learning the history of the prison and hearing stories of other things that happened. A nice ride out and great photo ops. Book your tickets ahead and plan on spending at least 2 hours to do the walking tour and self guided tour.

Loved it! The audio tour was really great and informative! Got a full walk through with the tour then you are free to wonder around and see more of the Island and can always go back and look at the block all over again if you want! Was a great time!! We did the night tour and it wasnt to packed.

If you visit San Francisco this tour is a must. Recommend going on the Park ranger walk. It's very informative. The audio tour, while in the cell house was also well done. Park staff were very friendly. Take the time to enjoy this national land mark.

We opted for the Behind The Scenes Tour and are very glad we did! We've been to numerous prison, penitentiary and jail museums and wanted to see all of this one, the alpha omega of prisons! The tour includes places not accessible without a guide so we got to see more than most. Our tour guide was amazing, he was very knowledgeable of both the military prison and the federal prison eras which was greatly appreciated. He eagerly answered questions and happily elaborated on any areas requested. Getting to go underground through the tunnel and mote and learning how they were used during both eras was fascinating. The behind the scenes part is pretty quick, we were whisked from one spot to the next and although our guide said he'd wait until the entire group was reassembled, he started way before we all got there! Had to be super quick up those steep hills! Also included was the Night Tour and the audio tour so it's a complete look at Alcatraz! We thoroughly enjoyed the Indian Occupation exhibit and highly recommend going through all of it, it's quite moving.

We visited Alcatraz recently and really enjoyed the experience! The boat ride was pleasant, and once on the island we had access to a very informative audio guide that helped us understand how the prison operated during its time of use. I especially liked that you had to walk and listen at the same time, it made the visit more immersive! The ticket was a bit expensive, but we’re really glad we went!

💚 Fans infrastructure or public transportation history will be in heaven at this museum. 💚 Visitors are able to fully view the mechanics, in operation, powering the cable car lines throughout the city. 💚 The museum is full of displays and historic photos. Many with the sole purpose of explaining how the cable cars operate. 💚 Great gift shop! 💚 FREE admission!

A real national treasure here! Over 150 years of history as the cable car was originally built in SF. The entrance to the museum is free and there's a very cool gift shop that only takes cash. We rode the cable car to Union Square and back afterwards and how much fun it was to be apart of historical continuity. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did.

Amazing displays, we can see the infrastructure powering the cable cars around town, as well as displays outlining the history of cable cars around San Francisco. this place is great for anyone who is interested in history and San Francisco!

Amazing museum especially given its free entry. The historical information is pretty interesting. Enjoyed catching the cable car there, learning about how all the levers work and then watching the drivers in action.

If you hate interesting in learning first hand how the cable cars work or are in the area, the visit is worth the time. The entrance is free and the museum provides easy to understand information regarding the operation of cable cars of San Francisco. There is a nice souvenir shop in the museum too.

It was really awesome to see the WORKING cables! Such cool history! And it's a free museum, so that's nice as well. We were able to walk through, taking in most of the info and history, in about 1.5 hours. But I enjoy reading that stuff so not everyone will take that much time here...

There are lots of signs with all the details about the cable cars! You even get to see the very cables that run the city's cable cars today, which is really interesting!

I visited Yosemite Valley in August 2024 on a hot summer day, and it was absolutely breathtaking. Despite the heat, the valley was full of life, color, and natural grandeur. Towering cliffs like El Capitan and Half Dome looked stunning against the clear blue sky, and the Merced River winding through the valley added a peaceful charm to the entire landscape. The conservation efforts in Yosemite Valley really stood out — the area is remarkably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. Trails were in excellent condition, signage was clear, and shuttle buses helped reduce traffic and pollution. It’s clear that preserving the natural beauty of the valley is a top priority, and it made the experience even more enjoyable. Even on a hot day, we found plenty of shaded areas, and the cool river breeze helped balance the temperature. The valley floor walk was calm and scenic, and we spotted deer, birds, and even a bear from a safe distance — a reminder of how alive this place truly is. Yosemite Valley is a true gem — a place where raw wilderness and careful stewardship come together beautifully. I couldn’t have asked for more. A solid 5 out of 5.

It is a must see National Park. The Valley can get busy, even on a weekday in early May, so get into the park as early as possible. The water falls was stunning. The mountains were  majestic. We did the Sentinel/Cook's Meadow loop, about 2 miles. It was a easy and wonderful hike.

One of best national parks. The valley is easily accessible and offer specular views of the amazing Yosemite. Plenty of parking but can be so busy during holidays and summer time. 35$ for regular entry good for 7 days.

We visited Yosemite valley on the 2nd day of our 3 day trip. It had been so long since our last visit, albeit during the drought. What a difference now. When we were last here, the waterfalls were a trickle, mirror lake was dry and the Merced in the valley barely running. Camping in my humble opinion was a mess. To cramped and crowded. If you can, try the camp grounds off Tioga pass, much less congested, and the views just as impressive. Unfortunately Tioga pass was still closed when we were there in June. We got to watch a national forest park service controlled burn when we were there. Very interesting and the supervisors were very open to questions.

This is an awesome place to visit. There are a lot of scenic spots to see and beautiful long trails and waterfalls to go for trekking. A must see place. We went there during summer, so could utilize the day light and the falls were incredible!

One of the best national parks i ever visited. Really good place for trekking and mountain climbing. Lots of scenic spots and long beautiful trails for hikes. One must stay here for atleast 2 days to fully explore the place. Very calm and beautiful place.

Summer Nostalgia at Its Best 🎡🌭✨ So many great summer memories of coming here with my family — and even from when I was a kid myself! While a few things have changed (no more darts to pop the balloons and the games are now cashless), the magic is still there. Who Can forget going on the carousel and getting the ring that you tossed to the clown to make his eyes light up The corn dogs and funnel cakes are just as amazing as ever, and the people-watching? Still unbeatable. 🎠💛

The Boardwalk and the entire beach is such a fun place to visit with friends or family. The beach is great to relax and play some sports. Lots of arcades and rides for young people and kids. The walk is long with lots of shops and restaurants to dine in, and of course, the seals make a lovely side attraction. Best to visit in the morning to beat the traffic and find parking a little more easily.

A perfect mix of fun, food, and ocean views! The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is such a lively and nostalgic place full of energy, music, and that classic seaside charm. The rides are fun for all ages, the food stands have everything from churros to garlic fries, and the beach right next to it is beautiful for a sunset walk. It’s a bit crowded on weekends, but that’s part of the fun vibe. Definitely a must-visit spot if you’re in Santa Cruz

One of the best boardwalks in the US among the ones I have been to. Fun, full of people yet not irritatingly crowded at all. The beach is super clean. Boardwalk has a ton of casino, arcade, and other games if you are into that. Huge range of food options - from seafood to pizza - all available within a walking distance. Do not miss the sunset from here.

This is a really cool spot to walk, people watch, and have a little fun, but our feelings were mixed on our visit. First, parking across the street is $20 flat rate. So even if you’re there 30 minutes you’re in for $20. Second, rides are extremely expensive. They REALLY want you to buy wristbands but the lines can be very long so it wasn’t worth it for us. The fair style food was good but the other options seemed mediocre at best. The arcade was actually outstanding and had reasonable rates, which my family enjoyed quite a bit!

Had a blast!! Been going here since I was 12! Seen lots of changes thru the years. This is one of the best visits. Ride and attractions and food options improved. Love the addition of the tables and benches to eat!! Overall it was a great experience Thank you!!!

Amazing place to visit! The family had so much fun waking along the boardwalk. The food and games were awesome! The only downside is that everything closed at 5pm. We went on a Saturday and it was disappointing to see it close so early! I know it’s off season but 5pm on the weekend is wild!

My girls friends and I came into town and bought tickets in advance because we knew this was a must see and it did not disappoint. We started with the feeding of the sea otters which was so cute. Then we stopped for a quick coffee at the cafe. Everything in their cafe looked delicious. We enjoyed the many exhibits and enjoyed the touch tanks. There was do many things you could touch and see up close. I would highly recommend going. Couple tips buy your tickets online in advance and get there early it gets really crowded!

This aquarium boasts an incredible variety of species and is a perfect spot for quality family time. The kids were absolutely enthralled by the environment! It truly is a must-see destination in California. My personal favorites were the mesmerizing Sea Otters, Jellyfish, Penguins, and the immersive aquarium theater. A practical tip: The aquarium is huge, and you might feel rushed trying to see everything in one day. We highly recommend buying an annual pass—it's excellent value for money if you plan to visit multiple times a year and want a more relaxed experience.

The Monterey Bay Aquarium is an absolutely world-class institution that I believe is well worth the visit, offering a truly immersive window into the Pacific Ocean's ecosystems. I found that it excels not just as a display of marine life, but as a dedicated center for conservation and education. The standout exhibits, which I saw are beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, showcase the region's unique biodiversity. I think the Kelp Forest exhibit is a breathtaking, three-story spectacle, featuring towering fronds that create a dynamic, lush habitat for leopard sharks, wolf-eels, and schools of fish. Equally impressive to me is the massive Open Sea exhibit, where I was able to watch tuna, sea turtles, and dazzling schools of sardines swim past a spectacular 90-foot viewing window, which really emphasized the vastness of the open ocean. A newer, must-see addition is the Into the Deep exhibition, which successfully brings the mysterious creatures of the dark abyss to light. Beyond the major tanks, I noticed the Sea Otter exhibit is consistently a visitor favorite, allowing you to watch the playful, charismatic otters romp and groom. The mesmerizing Jellyfish exhibit was also an ethereal highlight for me, using controlled lighting to showcase the delicate beauty and graceful pulsing of various jelly species. The aquarium is perched right on the edge of the bay, and the Great Tide Pool and ocean-view decks provided a wonderful opportunity for me to spot wild marine life, including sea otters and sometimes even whales. While I know admission is on the higher end, I feel the quality of the exhibits and the aquarium's non-profit conservation mission justify the cost. Be aware that the aquarium can get extremely crowded, especially on weekends and holidays. To make the most of your trip, I recommend buying tickets online in advance and aiming to visit on a weekday or arrive right at opening time to experience the most popular exhibits, like the Kelp Forest and Sea Otters, before the large crowds arrive. I would plan to spend at least four hours to fully appreciate the two main floors and attend one of the informative animal feedings or programs. I can say this is more than just an aquarium; it's an unforgettable educational experience and a vital force in ocean protection.

Great place! When I went there there was a bit of a line, but it move quick. The animals were so interesting a wonderful and I learned a lot about the animals that like in the near by sea. Would definitely recommend for all ages.Great fun for everyone!

Informative and interactive exhibits. Bit pricey for how big it is. Membership is worth it if you visit twice a year. Feeding schedule is different and the fish doesn’t eat everyday so we missed the feeding of the tuna and sharks. They also didn’t feed crabs or clams to the otters but only put food in some toys. I was hoping to see them strike the clams with rocks and see how they’d eat. Saw a free educational center in Santa Cruz that’s sponsored by the aquarium right near the pier.

Hands down the best aquariums. It was incredible. You can easily spend 2-3 hours here. Highly recommend catching the otter feeding. Went on a weekday during the day and didn’t feel too crowded.

I typically don't care about places like this but as we passed by the exhibits I was freaking GASPING. mesmerizing displays and fun little presentations and just a beautiful sea to go outside and watch. AUGH. highly highly highly recommend. ESPECIALLY if you love otters like I do <33

Absolutely 💯 percent awesome! I loved everything about the castle and the grounds. Your tour guides are very informative and so are the bus drivers. It's a lot warmer at the top of the hill then at the visitors centers, so dress accordingly. Yes, you can bring bottled water. I would suggest u bring your own or it's $4.85 in the gift shop.

One of the best places I've ever visited. Did two hour Julia Morgan tour during the day and two hour art under moonlight tour at night. Both tour guides were patient, highly knowledgeable and excellent hosts, soliciting questions from tour members and gave expansive answers to all questions, some of which were way off topic. The place itself is historic, artistic and design overload, way too much to take in during the course of your visit. Don't have a fear of missing out--trust the process, the guides and enjoy what you are seeing and experiencing in the moment. My visit sparked a desire to learn more, which I plan to research so when I revisit will have a more solid foundation about the historic art in the collection. The rules in place are there for a reason and have succeeded in ensuring the place is maintained immaculately. Visitors center is spacious and educational, definitely recommend the movie before you head to castle. I dreaded the bus ride but it was way better than it sounds, bus driver acted like tour guide, pointing out artifacts and wildlife. The zebras were a nice surprise! The evening tour was a fantastic contrast to the daytime tour, allowing a perspective of what it was like to be an overnight guest. The change from sunlight to manmade light shifted focus on artwork and design aspects, allowing a more complete appreciation.

It gets 5 stars just for the magnitude of it and what it takes to keep this place tour worthy! It's absolutely massive, everything about it from the sprawling buildings to the huge decor. Columns everywhere, giant statues, church pews, fire places, pools, everything is over the top! We did the Grand Rooms tour, the one suggested for first time visitors and it was wonderful. Our tour guide was amazing, funny and very engaging. We knew very little about William Randolph Hearst before we arrived and we left knowing more than we should!! I highly recommend visiting if you get the chance, it's definitely a bucket list item and we'll probably go back some day for another tour!

First time visiting and it was wonderful! Everyone was wonderful, our guide Camille was a delight! Very knowledgeable and entertaining! Such a beautiful place to go to get away from the fog. The history, architecture, design, and ambiance was breathtaking! The sights and views were incredible! The bus ride was educational, and it was nice to listen to Alex Tribek narrate the drive to and from the castle. Everything was great, except the gentleman at the gift shop, he was pretty rude. The food was ok, way too much seasoning and very dry. But I can't wait to go back and try the other tours!

What an amazing site to see. This castle was so strikingly gorgeous. As you turn into the property the first thing you see is the zebras wandering the property. At the welcome center you purchase the type of tour you want to see. A tour bus drives you up to the property. The castle is jaw dropping. The whole property is filled with amazing art. Learning its rich history was amazing. So worth the trip to see it. I highly recommend!

The castle is absolutely beautiful. I would love to come again because the tour is so limited in what you see. It’s definitely worth checking out, very grand and interesting. Cons: The tour is rushed, the tour should be 1 hour not 45 minutes. The guide talked with a pretty bad mumble (maybe trying to rush) so I couldn’t understand most of what he was saying. Side note: The group of people we were with in the tour (not the castles fault) were super rude and aggressive- you could tell the tour guides were used to it. It was mind blowing.. full grown adults nearly pushing each other over to get a first look, arguing with the guides, cutting each other off, continuing to ignore the guides instructions to help with preservation, etc. Don’t be these people. Enjoy yourself. Relax. Don’t be rude.

The Santa Barbara Courthouse is hands down one of the most stunning elopement and wedding locations I’ve ever photographed. The Spanish-style architecture, lush gardens, and warm California tones make it feel straight out of a fairytale. It’s elegant yet intimate, and there’s magic in every frame taken here. Highly recommend it for couples dreaming of a classic Santa Barbara celebration!

Such a beautiful and historic gem! The Spanish Colonial architecture, tile details, and views from the clock tower are breathtaking. The courtyard and gardens are perfect for photos — especially weddings or quinceañeras. Definitely a must-see in Santa Barbara! It’s also walking distance to major shops at Old Town Santa Barbara. Be there on Saturdays when they close the streets so you can freely walk without the traffic.

I’ve been to a lot of different cities and the last thing anyone recommends me to go checkout is the courthouse. When I read online that the Santa Barbara courthouse was a must while I was in town, I figured why not go and check it out. I did not know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by it all. I mean just from outside, it looked really different from the superior court of Los Angeles as it was a lot smaller, but what caught my eye was how antiquated the building looked. I liked seeing the big murals on the walls and chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. I found it interesting that despite its older structure, it’s still in use. Walking around inside was a lot of fun but the highlight was the tower with views of the city and everything. You can take an elevator or go up the stairs to get there. One other thing that really stood out to me about this place was the gardens right outside. There was a lot of people taking photos there or just hanging out on the lawn. I mean, they are really beautiful and well kept and seem like a great place in town to hang out and kill time. Also, the older woman at the information booth was really helpful. She narrowed down some activities for me to do while I was in the city and even recommended me places to go and eat food. She was sweet and took her time showing me a map of the city with all the points of interest. Give her a raise!

Amazing views from the Clocktower and the Mural Room is a must see! There were a handful of weddings taking place so we also witnessed multiple brides and grooms coming and going, further adding to the scenery.

I visited the Superior Court of California in Santa Barbara and honestly didn’t expect it to be this interesting. The building itself is beautiful, clean, and full of history and character. It feels almost like a museum with how nicely everything is designed. You can walk around, explore different areas, and there’s always something to see — from the classic architecture to the peaceful courtyard outside. The atmosphere is calm and respectful but still open enough that you can really take in the space. It’s definitely worth visiting, even if you’re not there for official business. Super cool experience, I totally recommend checking it out.

This is the best tour spot in Santa Barbara downtown. The garden is very beautiful and we happened to see a wedding on that day. We also went to the top of tower to have a view from all 4 directions of the city, it seems that the tower is the highest point of the city. You'll need to pass a security check when going to the tower, so leave you guns behind you.

Probably one of the most beautiful buildings you can find in this part of California. The architecture is so iconic of Spanish colonial times, but it looks even more impressive inside with the murals. Artistically, it is so impressive. You can visit it for free and spend as much time as you want. You can also go up the tower to get a 360 view of Santa Bárbara and the mountains.

Amazing park. So many fun coasters and rides to choose from. The themes of the rides are phenomenal and match perfectly with the park. The food is great and I recommend buying the day pass and the refillable water bottle, especially on the warmer days. The funnel cake at the entrance is to die for. Definitely one of the best, if not the best, funnel cakes I've ever had. Depending on the day and time, some rides may be an hour or more wait time. However, during the first couple hours after the park opens and before it closes, the ride times go down exponentially.

Best park I have ever been to. I got to race a car and then got my spine broken on a wooden coaster right after. Then I failed the riddlers riddle so I had to stand up on his ride then I wondered why the train wont stop on Wonder Women (seriously guys like, it dosent even stop at the loading station so you have to jump in and hope you lock in in time) but I rode it like 6 or 7 times anyways. Then Batman turned me upside down and in the procces I got kidnapped by Lex Luther and got dropped from 400 feet onto the biggest pendulum ride in the world. As I stumbled away I suddendly got a green cup that let me get a free refill. Idk what that ment so I stepped onto a orange coaster because I thought there would be some Fanta there but instead it made me Scream on Scream. After that I tried something else that was orange and instead got strapped onto a ride that used to hold the title for worlds tallest ride and into a tunnel on Goliath. Ready to give up hope I sit in a nice green colored seat... only to race a blue coaster train in Teisted Collosis. When I thought the ride was over it faked me out and went for a 2nd loop around the track. Then I spotted a coaster with a loop and I remembered something, "This is a great begginer coaster called the New Revolution, to get a good warmup in you should ride this ride to eliminate the fear of hights" (Random Youtuber). So I step on and instead i get a launch at 80 mph while hearing "Wait I forgot the shoulder straps" and got put into the worlds highest top hat loop on Full Throttle. I later found out what a top hat loop was when i went on top of the loop into a near vertical 160 ft drop at the end. By then I found a cool red coaster called Viper, after mistaking it for a Coca Cola (its an honest mistake anyone can make) I broke my neck in 12 deffrent locations (please dont ride it it will hurt, goos layout though a refurbishment would be great for it) It started to get dark so I got into line for something called Tangy since I thought it was a food center for tangy foods. Instead I got on a ride where I hung allmost 200ft above the air and went on the worlds biggest pretsal loop. Then I thought I found the exit. But then I got strapped into a ride. After all the rides I went on that day I knew this cant be much worse. My first tip off that it was worse was when the train started to move backwards out the station. After reaching the peak at around 200ft I go on the first drop backwards. After screaming my lungs out the train bobs up and turns out that was a 10 ft dip. Then music starts playing and I fall backwards at 200 ft while doing a backflip at a 90° straight down angle then forced into a 180ft tall raven loop and doing a turn to see the whole park lit up. Then I do a flip again and get blazed with flamethrowers on a smaller loop before flipping again and pulling into the station. It was so good I got everything in the store related to it (I dont have pictures of it right now but it wasent a lot just a patch and a shirt) and rode it again because that was the best experience in my life. Then I finally exited and I was sad because even though every ride sounded like some sort of extreme tourture you would go through for commiting a horrible crime... it was still fun in the end. 67/10, I will be coming back here as soon as possible to ride X2 again. Cant wait to see what else you guys cook up. Thanks :).

I’ve been to Magic Mountain twice now, and omg I love it so much. we started with x2, so we saved a lot on waiting in lines & were able to try every ride in the park. my fav rides here are x2, tatsu, twisted collusus & wonder woman. twisted collusus is so fun that we did it 4x a day. x2 at night is something i think everyone should experience because the views are actually immaculate🫶🏽 tatsu🐉 is INSANELY fun too. dueling on twisted is a-ma-zing🎢 all rides here are fun & there are so many options to choose from! the only ride i didn’t like was viper bc the loops are just not fun, but besides that, the park is amazing.

Six Flags Magic Mountain is an absolute blast from start to finish. The park is packed with energy, tons of rides, and plenty of spots to chill between thrills. The standout for me was Wonder Woman — easily the best ride of the day. Fast, smooth, and totally worth any wait. Whether you’re going with family or a group of friends, it makes for a perfect day trip. The mix of big coasters, fun themed areas, and general “let’s-just-have-a-good-time” vibes really comes together. If you’re looking for a full day of fun, this park delivers.

Forever a classic, BEST amusement park for thrills! My son's friends invited him to Six Flags for his birthday and I got to be the lucky parent to drive them there. My 9 year old daughter and I took advantage of making it a mommy and daughter date while the others had their own fun. The lines were surprisingly short. The most we waited was maybe 35 minutes. We were able to get on 15 rides! (Loved the app for wait time). The staff was attentive with thorough cart check, which made me feel safe in high speed roller coasters of its stature. For $32 and some change in got ALL my park pictures digitally. Which also included video clips of the coasters before the actual picture capture. One of my best experiences at Six Flags.

I recently had a rare and wonderful opportunity to visit this inspiring and educational site with two good friends What an incredible place! The library is tucked back into the hills of Simi Valley with breathtaking views of beautiful Eastern Ventura County. Upon entering the premises of the Ronald Reagan Library, I had the special opportunity to view the Scrolls. Very informative and educational . The docents and the staff at the Library did an incredible job of making me feel welcomed. The Library is also a tribute to a wonderful and great human being, Ronald Reagan. There is a large gift shop as well as a cafeteria that has a pretty good selection of burgers, pizzas and salad. I had a delicious hamburger outside and had the wonderful opportunity to dine outside overlooking the hills of Eastern Ventura County. If you ever have a chance to visit the Ronald Reagan Library, please do, you won’t regret it.

What an amazing experience! We came specifically for the Deas Sea Scroll exhibit while it was here. And it did not disappoint. But for that matter the all of the exhibits throughout the facility we're great. Getting to walk through the Air Force 1 display was pretty cool. I would absolutely recommend a visit!

I am glad I bought the year long pass & I recommend it to anyone that can make the visit twice or that plans a visit to any of the other Presidential libraries. My first trip here was mostly visiting their temporary exhibit but I plan to make another trip this month. I love how the exhibits are set up in different rooms and it is like walking through a timeliness of Reagans life. Getting the opportunity to walk onto Airforce One was a highlight of this trip. Make sure your phone is charged if you take a lot of pictures. 😀

First visit and the experience was amazing in several different ways. The extensive exhibits on the life of the president and the political moments during his terms in office are thorough and well documented. Since it is his presidential library, there are very few references to negative decisions made during his years in office including long term effects of economic decisions. The aircraft exhibits for Air Force One are stunning and the tour of the aircraft is excellent, although I found the design of that portion of the exhibit space to be confusing and difficult to find the exit path from the bottom level of the aircraft exhibits.

Never been to a presidential library before. Learned about a former president. Walked through Air Force One and Marine One. Experienced history in the best way. Do something different and go see a presidential library if there is one near you.

While visiting LA this was a must visit. We spent close to 3 hours and could have spent even more. Make sure to bring your Presidential passport to get it stamped. Wonderful place and really honors the legacy of in my opinion one of the best presidents ever.

Such a beautiful library with great exhibits (Dead Sea Scrolls now through beginning of Sept 2025)! Amazing scenery! My favorite is the Oval Office and Air Force One. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and docents as well! There’s a reason why this is the most visited presidential library - a real must-see!!!!

PERFECT 2-Day Weekday Trip - We Did It ALL! Just got back from a fantastic 2-day trip to Universal Studios, and going on a weekday was the absolute best decision! The crowds were so much more manageable than on weekends. We were able to ride every single major attraction, some of them even two or three times without breaking a sweat. The attention to detail here is incredible. From the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (butterbeer is a must-try!) to the mind-blowing Studio Tour and the intense Jurassic World ride, every area was immersive and so much fun. The new Super Nintendo World is a total game-changer, it feels like you've literally jumped into the video game. If you can swing it, I 100% recommend the 2-day weekday strategy. It felt relaxed, we saw everything we wanted, and it was worth every single penny. An unforgettable experience!

It was great! We purchased the daily express pass, and within 6 hours, we completed all the rides, including the studio tour. We were a group of four, and we had a blast. We went on a Saturday. The park was not really busy, and the weather was fantastic (74°F). Even the parking was easy; we parked in the general parking area, which cost $35, and the walking distance was not bad. Of course, the whole cost of the day was high, but we had a lot of fun and no regrets.

Universal Studios is an incredibly fun and well-designed park with tons to enjoy. The rides are exciting, immersive, and full of great special effects—definitely a highlight of the visit. The themed areas are impressive, and it’s easy to spend the whole day exploring without getting bored. The only downsides are the long lines during peak hours and the higher prices for food and drinks, which can add up quickly. Even so, the overall experience is fantastic. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is lively, and the park offers something for all ages.

This is our third time visiting Universal Studios Hollywood, and our whole family still loves it every single time! The new Mario area is absolutely adorable — it feels like walking right into a cute, dreamy cartoon world. And yes… we totally bought the mushroom cup, it was just too cute to resist! 🍄😂 Such a fun place for both kids and adults. We’ll definitely be back again!

What’s not to love about Universal Studios Hollywood? My kiddos prefer coming here and compared to Disneyland, for me, the cost is a game changer. We’ve had the annual pass for the past couple of years and it works for my fam of four. There are rides and attractions for all ages, an array of restaurants, snack carts, a few Star Buck locations as well. Their Universal Studios app is extremely useful. It provides additional information on all rides and attractions, wait times, stores, theme park hours, theme park map, etc..if you want to stay a few steps ahead on your day, I highly recommend using. The best time to go are weekdays, absolutely fewer people vs. the weekends. It’s also nice during the holiday season when the Christmas decor goes up. I recommend purchasing theme park tickets online, you’ll save money in comparison to buying in person. (Parking is an additional charge.) Great place to visit, Have fun! Me and my family always do.

They did well with handicapped accessibility of ppl in wheelchairs, although there is a wait to get from the top to the bottom via shuttle for wheelchairs. Sometimes it can be very long. The wait for the Hollywood tour ride also was very long wait when no one else was waiting. We had to wait for a certain car to come by to load up the wheelchair. But everyone was very nice.

Universal Studios Hollywood was such an amazing experience! 🎢✨ I highly recommend buying your tickets in advance and getting the Express Pass (their version of a fast pass). We came early and with that pass I was able to ride everything I wanted without stressing about the lines. It made the whole day so much smoother and way more fun.🤍 If you want to experience all the rides, shows, and attractions in just one day, this is definitely the way to do it. The park itself is so well done, the staff were great, and the atmosphere is just pure excitement from start to finish. Truly such a fun day and I can’t wait to go back!💖

An absolute must-see in LA! We visited on a clear weekday afternoon and it was an unforgettable experience. The views of the Hollywood Sign and the sprawling LA basin are simply breathtaking, definitely bring your camera! We explored the free exhibits inside which were both fun and educational, perfect for all ages. But the real highlight was staying until sunset. Watching the city lights begin to twinkle on as the sky turned orange was pure magic. The atmosphere was so peaceful, with everyone just soaking in the incredible scenery. The best part? Admission to the grounds and exhibits is free, which is amazing for a landmark of this caliber. Parking can be a bit tricky, but it's absolutely worth the effort, you can also choose public transit to get there! Whether you're a tourist or a local, the Griffith Observatory offers a perfect blend of science, nature, and iconic views. A true Los Angeles gem!

The view was beautiful from the roof of the observatory. You can see the whole city of Los Angeles as well as the Hollywood sign on the mountain. There is a telescope structure that you can carry in with no charge. You can see the telescope inside, and the roof of that telescope structure can spin, so the telescope goes through the whole roof, which is really cool. I would suggest walking around the rooftop and having a good look at that mountain and also the city from above. The weather is good. You can also see the downtown Los Angeles from far away. Transportation is simple. You can either drive there and pay $10 for car parking, or take a bus.

I visited the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, and it was an incredible experience! The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning — you can see the entire city skyline, the Hollywood Sign, and on a clear night, a sky full of stars. Inside, the giant pendulum is mesmerizing to watch as it marks the Earth’s rotation, and the telescopes are a real highlight — especially the public telescope on the rooftop, where you can see the moon and planets up close. The exhibits are fascinating, the atmosphere is inspiring, and the sunset view is unforgettable. A must-visit landmark for anyone exploring LA!

After living in LA for 9+ years I've finally decided to go inside this building. I had always view this place as a tourist trap; was I right? Yes. But it has its charms. The view of La is amazing. This place is filled with international tourists. The line to the main telescope is very long and may or may not worth the wait. The parking situation during peak is incredibly bad. Highly recommend to park below and hike up if you don't mind a bit exercise. Great place to take a date.

In my almost 7 years of living here in SoCal (moved from Florida in March of 2019), I've had the pleasure of witnessing the splendor of this great Observatory in person several times (at least 3 or 4 times). If it's your first time checking it out, your best bet is to undertake the Ferndell Nature Trail (you can Google Map that name, or you can also put 2333 Fern Dell Dr, Hollywood, CA and you should be able to have the precise address on where to drive to). Entering Griffith Park from the south corner of Los Feliz Blvd and Fern Dell Drive will give you plenty of street parking options. Then the actual trail is about 1/4 of a mile up (sloped on certain areas) and 1/4 of a LOT EASIER mile down (sloped down, so gravity helps a lot). Griffith Observatory has a lot of free Exhibits, including the Foucault pendulum, a Tesla Coil, and several Halls displaying how telescopes work, how they have progressed over the years, technology-wise, and lots of exhibits about celestial skies. It's an incredibly rich and fulfilling experience, especially if you have family in town and want to show them one of the highlights of L.A. This observatory was also featured in Rebel Without A Cause, so a bust in honor of James Dean is on the West side of the observatory. 10/10 experience. Will definitely be back.

We were visiting LA for the first time this summer and this was on our list of main attractions. Some say the views are what makes this place a destination to visit, I would say its because of GTA V. Anyways, glad we came, super busy and packed (as expected). We visited towards the evening to catch the sunset. Parking can definitely be a hassle but we got lucky and found a spot in the parking located at this location. We werent sure if food was allowed but it appears people take food an have picnics. Not sure if thats allowed or they just don't tell you anything (and it's not allowed). Anyways, recommend coming here if you are a tourist, and locals should be proud they have such nice locations to go on a date or simply to catch views of the city.

It was amazing place for adults and children. And free!!! You will see very much model sytem related with universe such as seasons, solar sytem order and their speed… Btw you can see a real telescope at the roof but you will probably wait al least 20-30 min. And of the story you can see amazing LA view at night. Some exhibits need extra payment but most of the area visiting is free. You give at least half day for this place.

We can say we walked the pier. It was a bit busy and there were people fishing. Enjoyed seeing the sights looking out from the end of the pier. We didn't go to the amusement park but the kids would really enjoy it i'm sure. Lots of places to eat and drink there.

The Santa Monica Pier is such an active and lively place — there’s always something going on! You’ll see people preaching the gospel, families grabbing food, crowds waiting in line for rides, and vendors selling everything from snacks to souvenirs. Toward the back of the pier, there’s even a store offering discounted Santa Monica merchandise, plus a restaurant that’s relatively affordable compared to other beachside spots. Before you even enter the pier, you’ll notice a cool boat and dragon display. When you step onto the boat and pedal, it makes mist come out of the dragon’s nose — super neat and a fun surprise for kids and adults alike! One thing to keep in mind: there are no foot-washing stations nearby. So if you spend time in the sand, just know your feet might stay sandy for a while. There’s also a workout area if you want to burn some energy or just enjoy the fun beach fitness vibes. Overall, this is definitely a full-day experience and a great spot for family fun. The Heart of the California Coast! 🌴🎡🌊 Santa Monica Pier is one of those places that just never gets old. Every time I visit, it feels like a mini vacation the ocean breeze, the views, the lights, the music… everything about it gives that perfect California energy. The pier is beautifully maintained and super easy to get around. You can find everything right in one spot fun rides 🎢, games, great food, and of course, that breathtaking ocean view. The sunsets here are unreal watching the sky light up over the Pacific is something everyone should experience at least once. 🌅 What really stands out, though, is how welcoming the atmosphere is. The staff at the restaurants, shops, and attractions are always friendly and patient, even when it’s packed. You can tell the management keeps things running smoothly because the whole area feels organized and clean despite the constant crowd. There’s also something for everyone families, couples, solo travelers, or friends just hanging out. Whether you’re taking photos, grabbing funnel cake, riding the Ferris wheel, or just sitting by the water, it’s pure good vibes all around. Santa Monica Pier isn’t just a tourist stop it’s a full experience. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel happy and relaxed no matter how many times you’ve been. 🌊💙 Definitely a must visit when you’re in Los Angeles the energy here is unmatched! Santa Monica Pier was nice to see once, but nothing too special. It’s a classic boardwalk vibe, but if I had to choose between here and Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, I’d pick Rehoboth. We visited in November, so parking was easy and only $7. The water was cold, as expected that time of year, but it was still a beautiful, sunny day and a fun quick stop.

Enjoyed a nice walk around the pier. Caught the walk before some rain, but that made for a cool breeze and minimal people. A few spots were open along rhe pier but nothing too exciting. All in all made for a good scenic view, a comfortable walk and a location visit checked off. Oh and apparently the seagulls dont mess around.... look at my picture of the seagulls ;p

Nice to walk around and lots of people from all backgrounds. We were entertained and were able to take lots of photos. Having Pacific Park in the pier was cool. We went there with an 8month old baby and found it a bit hard to navigate as pier itself is not pram-friendly and couldnt find any family rooms. If there were, I wish there was signage.

I had a great experience here. I visited on a weekend and everything was smooth, no wait to get in, and the staff were friendly and organized. The exhibits are beautiful, especially the large tanks with sharks, rays, and colorful tropical fish. The lighting and layout really make the underwater scenes feel alive. I’m also proud to support my local aquarium. Buying a ticket here isn’t just admission, it helps fund research, rescues, rehabilitation, and release programs for animals from the tropical rainforest all the way to the deep sea. Knowing my visit plays a small part in protecting and caring for marine life makes the experience even more meaningful. This is an amazing place for families, kids, and anyone who loves nature and ocean life. It’s relaxing, educational, and easy to explore at your own pace. I definitely recommend buying tickets in advance to make the trip smooth and stress-free. Overall, a fun, memorable, and purposeful visit. I’d happily come back again.

Spent around 3 to 4 hours to soak in all the highlights without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Interactive experiences like the touch tanks and the Lorikeet Forest made the day memorable—actually getting to feed birds and feel sea creatures up close was hands-down awesome. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and staff are always happy to chat and share fun facts about the animals

I’d like to thank some staff members specifically for their dedication to education and incredible service skills. Manny and America at the sea otters show did an incredible job! Sue and Sue’s partner (I’m sorry I forgot her name) in the sea lion-seal show also did a really nice job educating and entertaining us. One staff member that deserves extra recognition is David. David stood next to me for about 20 minutes at one of the touch areas and took me around - giving facts on animals and finding the best ones to touch. He was so kind and even told me about the sea otter show. Clearly the staff is passionate about the work they do. This aquarium is accredited AND the shows are just during feeding time (what a good way to give people a show while respecting the animals). I wish I lived her cuz I would come all the time. Try to get in as soon as it opens to avoid the large crowds from field trips if you go during the week.

Amazing beautiful aquarium, bring good shoes it's a lot of walking. I loved not just the beauty of the place but how welcoming it is to kids. My son loved the coloring, the lights and all the different touch tanks. 10/10 would come back again!

A delightful experience for about the third of the face value of a ticket to Sea World. You have touch pools for sting rays, sharks, starfish, and even jelly fish. There's a sea lion show that's actually pretty good. Parking is only $8 with validation. If your kids are 'young' enough or you just want to see another aquarium, you can totally go here. Sea World is obviously bigger and has more stuff to see, but it's a few hours south and costs more.

The tickets were a bit pricey (~ $45/adult) and I spent almost $8 on a single can of diet coke, but it was still a fun time. Lots to see, but very busy on the weekend. The parking garage was $8 and we had to go to the 4th floor to find a spot. It took us (2 people) about 2.5 hours to get through everything (leisurely taking pictures along the way). There's a cafe of you feel like getting something to eat (we didn't, so I don't know if the foods any good). My favorite part was seeing to the jellies and the big Zebra Sharks. Never seen a Zebra shark before, but man are they cool! Apparently, they breed them there as there was a tank full of eggs. Definitely recommend going and supporting them.

I've recently got myself a membership and the Aquarium has been my place to go whenever I want to distract myself for a little. I tend to go on weekday mornings as there isn't much people in the first hour. It's an excellent place to see and learn about marine life. I've even gone as far as downloading the app and learn more about the aquatic and non-aquatic creatures. It's also a great place to relax and just enjoy the cold, aquatic ambient (whenever it's not too busy.)

Magical from start to finish! My recent visit to Disneyland was absolutely incredible. We spent the whole day for both parks and it was worth every penny! Two parks were clean, the atmosphere was electric, and you could just feel the happiness everywhere. The highlights for me were definitely the Guardians of Galaxy and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance – the technology and detail on those rides are mind-blowing. What really makes Disneyland special, though, are the Cast Members. Everyone from the ride operators to the food service staff was so friendly and helpful, really adding to that "Happiest Place on Earth" magic. Yes, it can be crowded and yes, it's expensive, but it's a classic for a reason. It’s a place where you can truly feel like a kid again. Can't wait to come back!

Worth every penny! Disneyland and California Adventure are a must-visit. We celebrated my daughter's fifth birthday here, and we rode 99% of the rides over 3 days. She is 42 inches tall. Our top 5 favorite rides were: 1. Tiana's Bayou Adventure 2. Radiator Springs Racers 3. Matterhorn Bobsleds (my daughter's least favorite) 4. Guardians of the Galaxy: Monsters After Dark 5. Haunted Mansion I highly recommend getting the Lightning Pass; you'll regret it if you don't! The fireworks show is only on weekends. Wear comfortable shoes—there's lots of walking!

Amazing experience! A magical place where real magic happens. We booked a one-day pass for one park, and then realized that McQueen — my little boy’s favorite — was in the other park. We went to customer service and got magical free passes for the second park. My boy loved the night show with all the characters. A beautiful and unforgettable place!

It's a very beautiful and entertaining place. Very fun to visit and the attractions are amazing. If you're expecting sort of extreme attractions, you might get disappointed. This park is more for family in general. If you hate walking, you might not like it. You have to walk A LOT, and I mean A LOT. Also, if you think about buying a tickets for both parks for ONE day, I wouldn't recommend it that much. I bought a ticket for only one, and I wasn't able to get on all rides and explore the whole park. I got there like at 10am and left until 9pm. The park is very big. Overall, is was a great experience, definitely good for small or younger children! I do think teenagers and adults can enjoy it a lot, but I it was more directed to children.

I absolutely LOVE Disneyland! Had a great time at this park. I went offseason when it was raining, which really helped with crowd control! There are a ton of rides in this park and something for everyone! Usually go to WDW, but happy that I got to try out Disneyland! It was awesome seeing Walt's vision for the park. Space Mountain and Pirates were my favorite rides here. I want to visit again in the future!

Took the adult kids and their children as a family trip. Bought the bundle tickets months ago thru Costco and so loved the adventures we had. Not a frequent visitor so, absolutely love asking questions and so grateful for the plethora of cast members that can answer those questions. Must make reservations months before trip. Food reservations are 60+days or more. Fireworks or parades prepare at least 2 hrs before (if you want great seats). Shopping prices increased this year, $2-4 more for pins and small trinket items. Def use the app. Tells you about characters (where they will be) and events or special surprises! Oh and prepare to spend money. If your a fan, you will soon find out why you will spend more. Lol.

Just magical. Can't say much more.. but I'll try. We decided to travel to Disney from Idaho for the oogie boogie bash. My wife and daughters were massively excited. I wasn't entirely sure but ended up having such an amazing time. Of course, waiting in the line for rides was always a thing but that's what you get. It really wasn't that bad. Loved every minute of it. The food was great. The rides were great. Every experience at Disney was amazing.

The park is spotless, the staff is friendly, and the attention to detail in every attraction is unmatched. I went during the Oogie Boogie Bash at Disney California Adventure, and it was incredible! The decorations, the spooky atmosphere, and all the Halloween-themed shows and character meet-and-greets made it an unforgettable night. The trick-or-treat trails were so much fun (yes, even for adults!), and the special parade was the perfect mix of spooky and spectacular. If you plan to visit during Halloween season, get your Oogie Boogie Bash tickets early — they sell out fast! Totally worth it for the unique costumes, shorter lines, and exclusive entertainment. Can’t wait to go back! 🎃👻✨

next door to the happiest place on earth. prices of foods seems kinda reasonable surprisingly and hey there is ice and water available at the pasta/pizza place that was nice surprise I found! lots of cool shaded tree areas there along with music performances. Nice ambience and overall environment. Even if you don't get on all the rides, soak up the beauty of the park. Remember to keep yourself hydrated frequently and some bathrooms are much more crowded especially near high traffic and popular attractions. When the park closes at 9pm, take a stroll to downtown disney and with all restaurants book, reserve get on waiting list at least 3 hours in advance, you'll be glad you did! Lots of walking, and don't pay for preferred parking- it's actually doesn't feel that much closer. Ride single rider lines whenever it is offered and you won't complain about long waits in lines. They allow snacks as long as they are not requiring re heating and don't have pungent odors. They allow your own drinks so long as they are not glass bottles, they will make you dump at the entrance.

Absolutely amazing!!!!! There’s no happier place on earth Every one you encounter is fantastic Rides are fantastic, great way to teach children patience. Rides move smoothly Park is spotless and organised well. We even hired a disability scooter for the days and it was a god send. Fits every where makes using the rides easy too

Adventure! 🎢 The park was clean, lively, and full of great energy. The Spider-Man ride was new to me!! super fun and interactive! 🕸️ The Toy Story Midway Mania is still one of my absolute favorites; it never gets old. 🎯 Unfortunately, Radiator Springs Racers was closed for repair, which was a bit disappointing, but there were still plenty of other great attractions to enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was cheerful and well-organized. Definitely a great place to spend the day, and I’m already looking forward to coming back when everything’s open!

I was in town for a conference and played hookey. I got there just at sunset, and have regrets. There is a lot more to see and do that I hadn't anticipated. The Cars Land is a standout! I only got to do the Luigi ride, which was adorable! At first, I was confused by the SanFranTokyo land because I keep sleeping on Big Hero Six. I went to go to the Avengers Campus, and I did manage to meet Spider-Man (who was just the sweetest) and do the web slinger ride. WHOO!! That was a workout! As someone who has been to WDW dozens of times, California Adventure was trippy to me because it really feels fake. I think it's the scale that I find off-putting. But that vanishes once you move into the other lands. The Halloween decor was so fun! I've never been at this time of year, so Oogie Boogie's and the not-so-spooky costumes everywhere were a treat! I will definitely be back!

Such a good time. If only Mr. Burns would block the direct sunlight and keep the park cooler. So many awesome Cast Members out there making everything more magical than it already is. Tourists, chill out and have a good time. It is a busy place and patience is a must have character trait. The Lightning Lane made the day so much nicer and the intuitive ordering for food items was great! The water show at the end was incredible!

Awesome experiences as expected, the fountain show was amazing, the rides were great, the employees and the cast were friendly and helpful. You will need more than a day to explore everything. You can only use 1 lightning Lane at once, but after a couple hours you can use another one (even if you don't redeem the first one yet). So keep an eye out for that. You can bring small backpack to put everything inside when you take rides. Take off your hat and Disney eat headband during ride or you may lost it like I did. You can put the backpack on the floor and tangled it to your foot to secure it. Everything with buckles will be expected shaky. Food recommendation; cheap quick breakfast at Pym, and our favourite ever the turkey legs from street vendors! Do an online order to save the line, bring bottles for water, and keep your Disney paper cups for unlimited soda refill. Spend some time at the garden of avenger campus, you can meet some of the avenger heroes there to chat and take pictures with.

We had such a great time at LEGOLAND! There are so many fun things to see and do — way more than I expected. The creativity behind all the LEGO designs and attractions is amazing, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The aquarium is definitely worth visiting — it was one of my favorite parts of the day! There’s a great variety of animals and it’s really well done. However, the park really needs better maintenance. A lot of things were dusty, faded, or missing pieces, some water features weren’t working, and a few attractions were closed. It’s still a fun experience, but I’d love to come back when everything’s fully restored and running at 100%!

We had a good time at Legoland. Parents, grandparents and a 2 1/5 year old. Place was clean and employees were nice. I gave them 3 stars because so much of the park needs maintenance. The mini city section was a big disappointment. Buttons to make things move - most did not work. Much of the display was broken and in need of repair. The map on the app was not updated and we took a long walk to avoid the construction because the app is not updated. The park was pretty much empty but on most attractions we had to walk through all of the long queues instead of just letting us skip the lines. We were also surprised that we only saw two characters out in 2 days of walking around the park. Our grandson had fun building and playing in the toddler area. The aquarium was quite a hit!

First time Vacation at Legoland! We had our 8, 7 and 3 year old and my in laws with their 3 year old. I would say that this theme park is definitely for under 10 unless your kids love more action/activities then it might not be for them. Let me say this...Lego masterpieces everywhere!!!!! Amazing how all was put together to show a little of everything. We started our Sunday with Sealife and then headed to the Brick or Treat event. Kids were dressed up and they were given small bags for candies. Now the candy stations (less than 10 stations) were in certain areas and at times a little confusing with everything that was going on. I feel like it would be nice and easier if candies were to be handed out in front of the rides but thats just me. There was no waiting times during our Sunday night. They were able to get into a few rides as well as enjoying the lego art. Monday visit was a bit more busy and humid. We waited almost 20-30 minutes for the roller coaster and the duplo train ride. Other rides were less than 10 minutes. Most rides that include parents with young children have a weight limit of 330 pounds for the seat. Luckily we were able to take turns and enjoy some rides with our boys. Like i had said previously the rides are definitely for younger kids and they only last maybe less than 2 minutes and have little to no motion. My two older boys enjoyed the roller coaster and the ride that goes up and down(its in my pictures). We did a few family group rides like the big boat ride that takes you along the lake, the duplo train, and the submarine ride. We also bought the 2 day cup and the popcorn bucket but unlike other theme parks, the freestyle machines were not everywhere so it was pointless and the popcorn bucket was only refillable at that kiosk from what we saw because we asked around a few places and those places had no popcorn. The one thing that I don't know how to take it as is at this lego car exhibit my brother in law took my boys to see the car and apparently as soon as they went in the male employee there told him- that there was nothing exciting to see and dont waste your time there and instead go on the rides- so whatever his intentions were we'll never know but my son loves hot wheels so he was interested in looking at that car. So now that I pointed out my experiences I want to say that we had fun, and a few meh moments and for us it was a one time thing. Staff was friendly in the park and hotel.

Title: Not Worth the Price — Disappointing Stay for $700 a Night I booked a fully themed “Friends” room at Legoland Hotel California to celebrate my grandchild’s birthday one November 1, 2025 for one Night. Honestly, for the $700 I paid for one night, it was not worth it. I hope this review helps anyone deciding whether to book here. The room was very small and felt extremely crowded. We were given one king bed, plus a bunk bed and a pull-out bed, which sounds great but left almost no space to move around. The furniture looked old-fashioned and worn out — some pieces were chipped, the wallpaper was scratched, and parts were even peeling off. Around 4 a.m., I tried turning on the TV, but it wasn’t working. The screen said to call the cable operator, so I contacted the front desk. They told me I had to wait until 7 a.m. for someone to come in and call the company. The room was generally clean, but it was clear that cleaning was only done on the surface — not in detail. I have asthma, and I could feel dust irritation right away. Also, please note: the photos you see online when booking are not what the rooms actually look like. The hotel’s biggest advantage is that it’s right next to the park, which is convenient, but honestly, you’re better off staying at one of the nearby hotels that offer more space and comfort — especially if you’re traveling with kids.

I had a great time at Legoland with my family! The park was full of color, creativity, and fun activities for everyone. My son absolutely loved it — from the Lego-themed rides to building his own creations, he didn’t stop smiling the whole day. The miniature Lego cities were amazing to see up close, and we all enjoyed exploring together. It was such a wonderful family day out, and we’re already talking about going back!

So fun, and also very overstimulating! 🤪 It was better and bigger than I expected. Perfect for younger kids. I saw families with kids 0-14 or so. We were there all day and did not see the whole park.

We came here mid-day on a Monday October 6, 2025. Legoland is located in sunny Carlsbad, California. There is a very big parking area and rates start from $36.00 for regular all day parking. There is even vallet parking which will cost you a pretty penny. When we arrived the lady at the front counter was informative, friendly and professional. Buy your tickets online if possible. It's way cheaper than paying at the ticket counter. Once we got through the entrance, we noticed the park is clean and well kept. The Legoland park is big. Lots to see and do. As it is October the theme park has a bunch of Halloween decorations up currently. The park is attached to the hotel resort. A single night in a hotel room will run you upwards of $300.00 or more. The rooms are based on themes. My family and I made our first stop at the Pizza and Pasta buffet having skipped breakfast and snacks and drove for over an hour on the I 5. It cost $76 for a family of three. The pizza and pasta are bottomless as well as the soda pop. After lunch we set out to see the sights. I knew the park was big but I wasn't aware how massive and spread out the property really is. I have including a pic of the park's map in this review. Too many places to name. The boat ride around miniature land is amazing and I totally recommend checking out Legoland Movie World and taking a ride on Emmet's Flying Adventure. It's basically a large screen simulator with immersive features such as spraying mist and drizzle as you and your family fly through the clouds. I would recommend coming early so you can make the most of this magical adventure. 5 stars 💫💫💫💫💫Enjoy!
