We had the burger, shrimp taco, chicken sandwich, and beef dip French sandwich. Everything was tasty and well-prepared. The service was excellent and the staff were all very kind and helpful, which made the experience enjoyable. If I had to mention a couple of small points, the vegetables could have been a bit fresher and the meat could use just a touch more spice for extra flavor. Overall, though, it was a great meal and I would definitely recommend Caroline Cellars.

This was our first time at the Caroline Cellars restaurant, and we really liked it. The restaurant was very busy, so we had to make a reservation two days in advance. Everything we tried was very tasty, but the highlights were the shrimp tacos and the trout—both were absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the wine; they had a good selection of wines by the glass, and the ones we chose were excellent. The service was good, the prices reasonable, and we will certainly be back next time we’re in NOTL.

He took the time to learn our individual preferences and made personalized recommendations that we all loved. We could’ve easily spent the whole day chatting with him about our lives! We stumbled upon this cozy spot tucked away in a cellar and were pleasantly surprised. Despite the place being completely full, we added our name to the waiting list and were seated fairly quickly. The ambiance was charming and rustic, with a welcoming atmosphere. We tried both the panini and the burger. The panini was satisfying—crispy bread and generous filling—but the burger definitely stole the show: juicy, flavorful, and stacked with fresh toppings. The side salad with both dishes was fresh and balanced things out nicely. Service was friendly but a bit slow, and there were a couple of small mistakes with our order. Still, the staff handled it with grace and kept the experience positive overall. Would return for that burger alone, and hopefully next time the service will be a bit more on point.

Absolutely loved my visit to Trius Winery! I did a tasting and spent a relaxing afternoon reading my book on their beautiful covered patio. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and other visitors were so sweet to my pup—he felt right at home! The wines were fantastic, and the whole experience makes this one of my favorite winery visits in New York State. We’ll definitely have to come back for the restaurant, which was Michelin-recognized in 2024. This spot is great for a group outing or solo travelers, very clean, and there’s plenty to explore around the state.

We visited this restaurant in July for dinner and had the two-course meal. The restaurant is so gorgeous but since it was a lovely July evening, we decided to sit on the patio. The setting was absolutely beautiful, overlooking a little fountain, a grassy yard with barrels, and views of the vines. It really set the mood! The meal started with fresh bread and whipped butter, which was absolutely delicious. For starters, I had the beet salad, which was incredible — beautifully plated and full of flavor. My partner had the tomato collection, which was fresh and tasty as well. For mains, I had the beef, which I found a bit under-seasoned compared to the first course, while my partner’s fish was good but slightly plain. We were stuffed so we skipped dessert. I ordered a white wine sampler which came in the rack and since it was warm it got warm quickly so this is something for the owners to consider. Overall, we loved our experience — the gorgeous setting, service, and delicious starters made it so memorable! A wonderful spot for a summer evening experience!!!!

This was my second experience at Trius restaurant. We went for our anniversary this time and really enjoyed ourselves. The food is excellent and they are on the Michelin guide for a reason. I didn’t like that the bread and butter wasn’t included considering with tip and wine, this was like a $400 meal already. It was also served in a plant pot for some reason. My husband got the duck appetizer and I got the ice wine beets. He had the halibut, and I had the Cornish hen. And dessert, he had the blueberry cheesecake and I had the peach pavlova. Both appetizers were very good, the peach pavlova I think was better, but the Cornish hen was the dish of the night. Wow it was so good! Our server was very lovely, and I thought the staff was very impressive coming out with each dish and explaining every component with every course. Overall it was a great experience, and we would consider returning on another trip to NOTL.

The food was delicious, and the wine was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed by how perfectly it was served at the right temperature — I never knew wine could taste this good! It was even better than the pairings I’ve had at Hiramatsu in Japan. I was also delighted to meet the Japanese manager — it made me feel very welcome. Don’t forget to take home a bottle of their wine as a souvenir! 🍷

Trius Winery & Restaurant was one of my absolute favorite stops on my Niagara on the Lake wine tour! It was easily the busiest winery we visited too, and for good reason. I love how multi-faceted it is. They have a beautiful store, a separate fine dining restaurant, and a guided tour (for an extra charge which needs to be booked in advance) that takes you all around the property. The cellar tour was incredible, advertised as the largest sparkling cellar out there . We were able to sample their award winning sparkling wines and the iconic Trius Red for which they have earned so much recognition for. We did run into a huge bachelorette group that delayed our tour, which affected our dinner reservation, but the staff handled it perfectly. Our guide was so accommodating he personally arranged for a private escort for us to the Sparkle Room for the final Insta-worthy part of the experience. Such a thoughtful touch and completely worked out in our favor for a private photo opportunity! Dinner at the Trius Restaurant was outstanding!! It’s actually the only Michelin recommended restaurant in Niagara on the Lake, and it exceeded every expectation. The prix fixe menu was excellent. We were able to choose either 2 or 3 courses. We went for 3 and since we had 3 people in our party we each ordered something different so essentially we tried the entire menu sharing. Every dish was perfection. Service was fantastic as well. Every menu item was presented with an incredible in depth description which was greatly appreciated. Trius is without a doubt a must see winery in Niagara on the Lake!

The estate and wine tour is a must if you are visiting niagara on the lake. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The red wine and sparking wine are a must try. The underground sparking wine cellar is one of the largest in canada! Amazing to see all the bottles stacked up. A must book wine tour in my opinion, with many opportunities to take memorable pictures

Fantastic pizza, delicous cold drinks..... From the second we came here we were greeted by the friendliest staff. Food service was super fast and the food was delicious. ( smoked meat pizza ) is my recommendation. It was perfect ❤ After a great lunch we all did a tour of the distillery..... A huge shout-out to LIAM! ( our tour guide ) what an amazing character, funny and extremely knowledgeable. Made the tour and the end of the afternoon so much fun. The tour was great, tried some delicious drinks and came out of there buying a bottle of the vanilla liqueur and a bottle of #99 whisky sour . Amazing place to spend a whole day eating, drinking and laughing. Can't wait to come back! Thank you Wayne Gretzky Estates! Wonderful memories have been made here.

We visited Wayne Gretzky Estates for a tasting in the Club Room and had such a great time. Our server, Lisa, was fantastic! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the experience feel special. The tasting itself was excellent, and to top it off we ended with a round of cocktails. The highlight was a fun little murder mystery game that actually earned us a free cocktail for our next visit. Such a unique and memorable touch! Can’t wait to come back.

Wayne Gretzky Estates Niagara-on-the-Lake is unlike any winery I’ve ever been to! The atmosphere was so relaxed and genuinely family-friendly, which is something I’ve never experienced on a wine tour before. It almost felt like a big park in the back, where adults could sip wine and cocktails while kids played and enjoyed the space. The shop was really cool, filled with classic hockey photos and Gretzky memorabilia. I loved the casual, upbeat vibe of the whole place. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which I didn’t get a chance to try this time, but it looked great. I heard there’s even a skating rink in the winter, which sounds amazing! Overall, it was alive, happening, and just a fun place to be, especially for families.

Fun tour to do while in niagara on the lake. The tasting was enjoyable trying red and white wine along with their famous whiskey and whiskey cream. Delicious! They also provided a discount on bottles at the shop after completion of the tour. The restaurant was also pretty good just wish it had abit more shade.

We have come many times and has almost become a tradition to stop here at Wayne Gretzky's to pay homage to the great one and to stock up some of his wines. Today we did a tasting and really liked the ice wine and whiskey . The beauty of doing a taste and gives you a discount at the store!

Canadian wine isn't really my thing, but I enjoyed a pleasant enough visit to Wayne Gretzky Estate winery on a recent trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake. The wine is downright bad (I am sorry to say this, but I would call it completely undrinkable), but the grounds and setting of the winery is top notch. Wayne knows what the people want, and he delivers - just not in the category of tasty wine. The winery itself is modern and welcoming. As a hockey fan, I especially appreciated all of the memorabilia of Wayne's record-breaking days as a professional athlete in the NHL. Take some time to browse so you can see it all. Also, be sure to check out the well-curated gift shop, which features some cute hockey and wine themed merchandise. We arrived in the evening without a reservation, and luckily the hostess said she could find a space for us. The tasting room was very busy, but we had a high top table for two. I noticed the clientele was mostly female / groups of women who looked like those "see and be seen" type of ladies, all decked out in designer shoes and handbags with perfect makeup and hair. This is a great place for a girls' night out, with its welcoming yet chic atmosphere. We opted for two different tastings from the menu so we could have a nice variety of wines. We chose a range from white, reds, and dessert wines, and there was absolutely nothing to our liking. We were also hungry and I was delighted they had a modest food menu (we ordered the warm baguette with whipped maple whisky butter for $10) which was tasty enough, if not Earth shattering). The tasting itself was just okay. The service was prompt and our knowledgeable hostess answered all of our questions (but wasn't much on small talk). The major problem I had is that she was doused in stinky perfume. This is a huge no-no at a winery, and whenever she came by to check on us or to deliver something to a nearby table, all I could smell was her perfume. It's not that it smelled rank or anything, but it really did interfere with the taste of the wine. The wines were very low quality, and I couldn't bring myself to take more than two tastes of each one. I guess if I had to drink something it would be the dessert wine, which was creamy yet the overpowering maple is definitely an acquired taste. Note that tastings are pricey and bottles are as well. There's a separate bar for tasting spirits and a stunning outdoor patio area if you want to come and hang a while. I'd definitely return here for the grounds and setting alone, but I'm going to pass on the wine.

Konzelmann Estate Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake is a picturesque retreat set amid sprawling vineyards, offering a serene and beautiful setting. The vintage-style building is stunning, both inside and out, exuding classic charm that enhances the overall experience. The wine is truly divine—rich, flavorful, and well-crafted. The tasting session was enjoyable, allowing us to savor some excellent selections. However, the experience was slightly marred when our assigned staff member left mid-tasting for their break, leaving us momentarily unattended. For a paid experience, better coordination would have been ideal. Despite this hiccup, Konzelmann Winery remains a lovely spot for wine lovers. Just be aware that while the vineyard views are gorgeous, there’s no access to walk among the vines. Still, a great visit overall.

I felt bad for underestimating this winery. You don’t usually see many varieties of red wine from Konzelmann at the LCBO, but their selection here truly impressed me. All the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Our guide, Gabriella, was amazing — she knew so much about wine, had a great sense of humor, and even took beautiful photos of us. Thank you! I can’t wait to try the Malbec barrel-aged red — such a unique and complex taste, like a rainbow of flavors! It has so much more with a sip! Absolutely amazing experience.

Konzelmann Winery in Niagara on the Lake is absolutely beautiful! The view from the upstairs area is impressive. You can see the vineyards and the lake, making it the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. Their peach wine slushies are also amazing! Refreshing, fun, and perfect for a warm day. Cute little backyard area to sit. It's definitely worth a visit!

Nice winery on the lake, with multiple different tasting areas and experiences. Though you can see the lake...the building and seating areas are not on the water. The wine was great and the tasting hosts were entertaining. When we went on a fall weekend, it was quite busy and we had to wait a bit to get a spot for tasting. Best to book ahead if you can. Definitely worth a stop.

We did a tour and tasting. The view from the winery is beautiful. We could see the lake. Tour was okay. She was okay. I felt it’s rushed. It’s a crowded place. So many people were there come and go. We wanted to try other wine too but the staff was too busy to deal with us. Peach wine was tasty. We bought one. Konzelmann is good for the experience and short stop to sample.

What a great tasting, with the joyful Donna as our master tastery-teacher! She told so much that I have forgotten what to remember. What I do remember is why we visited: icewine! Absolutely great taste, not to winey, but more the liquor I wanted and expected. And the view from the Winery to Toronto: priceless! Konzelmann and Donna won me over. But also the other staff members. Lovely place and a joy also for non-drinkers like me!

Decided to tour the vineyards of niagara and happened upon this one. I must say by far the whole customer experience we encountered along the way made your winery the best to visit all due to Charles. He made our group of 10 feel at home. Our previous visit to Kacaba was during a period of covid restrictions, so it was super to be back when the full great experience was available. They have a spacious bright tasting room/event space on two levels in the main hall, and a private room is also available. Lots of outdoor spaces for visits on the warmer months. Our visit this time was related to our membership at another nearby winery, Commisso, whose club includes partnerships with a number of nearby wineries for tastings. Kacaba has a lot to offer! Among the three of us, we tasted most of the menu and had a lovely visit with the staff member. My top two were the Reserve Reisling and, of course Joanne's Blend (sparkling!). My partner and our companion were both quite pleased with multi-award winning Syrah Reserve and Meritage Reserve. All in all, it was a great way to have spent a dreary December afternoon.

We enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Megalomaniac Wines. If you haven’t been - their views, service and vibe are top notch. For the price paid I felt it was great value for what was received. Generous portions, bursting with flavour. A special place! Didn’t take pics of our stunning view but we could see Toronto, the Lake and the skyline of Niagara Falls from the patio.

Amazing patio, the estate house is far from the road so it is very peaceful. Beautiful view of the vineyards as well as the escarpment . The breeze coming from the escarpment is nice. The Tuna cones were very tasty, and the wine/cocktails were very good. Prices are reasonable. Our server was very hospitable and friendly!

We walked through the little shop, with wine themed shirts, hats, and more! We sat down at the "Sun Patio" Nice stone wall and great view of Vineland, Vineyards, And Lake Ontario, From the top of the Niagara Escarpment. Quickly Seated, Quickly Ordered our drinks. The Drinks Came Quickly as well. Prices Were Reasonable on the menu likewise the drinks. Normal menu size for Winery, but the options all seemed Yummy😋. Our Food came with in 10-15 minutes, tasted very top-notch. Only thing is not much choice for young kids. I'm 11 but most stuff is suitable for me. Very reasonable price for a winery restaurant, the portion of food was quite generous and taste was good. The menu was an international cuisine. The dinning room and patio had an expansive view of the winery. The service was also friendly and efficient.

I visited on a very hot summer day and unfortunately many of the animals were either hiding in the shade or sleeping, which made it harder to see them. I was especially excited to see the polar bears, but they were resting during my visit. The zoo itself is quite large, and it can easily take half a day to explore all the different sections. I think going in the fall would be a better experience since the weather is cooler and the animals are likely to be more active and visible. Despite the heat, I really enjoyed walking through the different areas, and my favorite part of the zoo was definitely the Africa section with its wide variety of animals and beautiful setting. Overall, it was a fun visit and I would recommend it, but the timing of the season can make a big difference in what you get to see.

In Toronto, the Zoo is one of the most visited attractions for tourists and locals alike, as its focus on entertaining children and young adults means it's always bustling. If you're planning a visit, I recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance to avoid lines at the entrance. However, you can also try buying tickets at the door and get discounted tickets. The Zoo often hosts events at certain times of the year, such as this one for Halloween, so it's a good idea to keep an eye on their social media for more information on opening days. To get there, there's a shuttle service from Union Station and a bus that runs directly to the Zoo. If you're driving, they have private parking. For food, the park is very well-equipped, with plenty of snack bars, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and a Tim Hortons. However, you can bring your own food, as the park has picnic tables. The park has excellent facilities for visitors with disabilities, with paved streets without potholes, access ramps, staff support, and accessible restrooms. The park also has lockers, where you can rent and leave your belongings. Along with all the animal facilities, the zoo also has a splash pad that opens in spring and closes in the first weeks of fall, a zip line, a carousel, and souvenir shops. The tour is very cool, and everyone is sure to be delighted.

Toronto Zoo is a great place for families. Even though there is construction happening right now and a few animals are not available to see, it’s still absolutely worth visiting. The zoo is clean, spacious, and well organized. My son enjoyed the kids’ learning areas and interactive displays. Friendly staff, lots of walking paths, and plenty of spots to relax. A great outdoor experience for kids and adults — we’ll definitely visit again!

I haven't been to the zoo in 30 years! My one year old grandchild was in awe and it brought back wonderful memories of visiting with his mother. I loved how clean it was and the hospital was pretty amazing. The staff were most helpful too. A great day had by all.

Overall great place. The only reason I removed a star is because, although I understand many of the animals not being out because November is cold, in the canadian area there were supposed to be 6 animals out and we were only able to see 3 of them. That was definitely not worth the absurdly steep hill we had to climb on our way back. That was the only downside of the experience. Loved the place though.

We hadn't been to the zoo in over a decade. Though we got there relatively early in the day, we ended up skipping the whole Canadian section for two reasons: time, and the sheer amount of walking we would have had to do. The day we went, the Capybaras were also block off (or at least we could not figure out how to get to them). A tad disappointing for one of our party. I think that some of the signs were a tad difficult to follow, even with a map to help guide us. There was also limited staff on the premises with visitors, so there wasn't really anyone we could ask other than other visitors. I strongly encourage the following: 1. Buy your tickets in advance. If buying on location, make sure to show your presto card for a discount. 2. Bring food and water. You will get hungry, and as with all day long trips you will need to refresh and fuel yourself. 3. Bring a good camera. You're not particularly close to any of the animals in outdoor enclosures (understandable), so if you wish to take pictures, make sure you bring your best camera or phone. 4. Make note of washrooms. There are a good number of them, but you do have to walk a good little while between each one.

It is a fantastic place to visit with family and friends. We had a good time seeing all Fall colors and walking around. While animals in captivity is bad, it is still important to understand them and value their importance in our lives. They have so many different species of all kinds of animals. Some animals are always resting so you don't get to see them always. You have to pay $20 for the parking and the tickets are extra. They have plenty of parking though. Definitely recommend visiting once.

The Aga Khan Museum is honestly one of the most beautiful spots in Toronto. The outside of the building itself is stunning and super peaceful with so much natural light. I felt like I landed in a foreign place. The staff are all friendly and polite, making u feel welcomed into their space. Altough I would wish they can have a staff member at the entrance welcoming in guests and leading them to checkin. The exhibits are amazing — you really get to see the richness of Islamic art and history, and everything is presented in such a modern, thoughtful way for all kinds of audiences to learn and explore. The gardens and reflecting pool outside are perfect for just sitting and relaxing after walking through the galleries. There is a small cafe inside as well. Overall, such a unique and inspiring place. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something unique and meaningful to do in the city.

I was genuinely impressed by the Aga Khan Museum. It features two beautifully curated floors with a variety of exhibitions that are both informative and visually stunning. The surrounding park is peaceful and well-maintained - perfect for a stroll before or after your visit. The gift shop also has a lovely selection of unique items. During our visit, we even saw a wedding taking place, which added to the charm of the whole experience. A wonderful place to explore art, culture, and history.

Spectacular cultural and social experience! We arrived and were welcomed by a very nice gentleman who briefly described the museum. We took the guided tour of the”As the Sun Appears from Behind,” which was absolutely fascinating. It’s a temporary exhibit from the Al Budra award-winning Islamic art. Adding to the vibe, a duo played Islamic music in the courtyard. The restaurant menu (available on the website) looked very tasty. Since we visited between lunch and dinner, we enjoyed the fresh offerings at the cafe. We highly recommend this oasis. It was about 30 minutes by Uber from our hotel in Toronto, but well worth the effort. Also glad to see that the cafe used cutlery produced from plant starch rather than plastic. Located in a cozy complex that is modern and chic, Aga Khan provides a glimpse into the Islamic culture and traditional art that is both astonishingly stunning and intellectually inspiring. We spent the afternoon in the museum and learnt a lot of about the culture. The permanent exhibition brings artefacts from around the world into the building, with many approaching a thousand years of age and still preserved in very good condition. We were slightly disappointed from the fact that the collection is quite limited, and I wasn’t sure if there is a particular story telling in how the museum collection is planned. It was by region and I feel like I did not learn a lot about how Islam was developed in each region and the contrast and the similarity. The special exhibition we saw was from the calligraphy and we did learn more about the specifics of it, but some of the information was overlapped with the permanent exhibition. Overall it was a joyful 1-2 hour visit but it wasn’t a whole afternoon activity.

Not much to see to be honest. The price for the entry is fair, so I don’t feel scammed. It may be good if you know how to read Arabic or the language on display there. Coat check is included or complimentary. There was some good pieces to see, for example, the old books. Mild experience for me. Maybe worth a visit if you are close by.

Since my family and I have a membership, we decided to come and visit the museum today. The bus ride was about 20 minutes. We walked instead of taking the shuttle bus because the line was too long. Previously, we have had experiences of food poisoning from the cafe, so we packed our own lunch and were able to get seating. This museum is amazing. There are exhibits for all- from deep water exploration to bat caves to the reproductive system. Came with kids and explored the play area on the second floor. Had a blast. Overall a great experience and would come back again.

There are a lot of activities for small kids. My 5 year old and 4 year old kids loved the experience. We needed more than 3 hours to truly experience the whole place, which unfortunately we didn't have. The exhibit halls have to be accessed from the rear entrance, and there are frequent shuttle busses that run between the main and the rear entrances. The family center was really fun and engaging for us. It's a great learning experience.

Great experience to re-learn the basic knowledge of Science. Wish I took a picture of the planetarium but I was so busy following the comets ☄️ 🤣 plus the Human anatomy is something that I’m always fascinated about. Not busy during the weekdays but planetarium is packed. These were taken during Spring time (April 2023 if I’m not mistaken) Wish I took my time to read the boards and comments and explore / observe / experience what the kids were doing with tools and machine etc etc kinda wanna go back! 😕

Incredible museum that enchants young and old. The explanations for natural and scientific phenomena and the exhibits are made so interactive that you want to see them all!!! It is worth spending a day. If you have children they will appreciate it. You too. Parking costs 15 CAD. It has a cafeteria inside where you can eat or drink something. But you can also have your own food and sit at tables outside the dining room.

Good place to visit with kids! Big parking space, fee is 12$. Tickets are 22 for adult, 13 for kids. We were there for 3 hours and see only 2 levels, so definitely will visit again. My children like the kids area.

I haven't been back here for a while (a decade +) and forgot how fun and educational this place is! It's definitely a great place to spend the day with kids. There are plenty of interesting things for the adults as well. Did you know there's a big plant called Tulip Tree? I didn't. I like it that the entire place is spacious with high ceilings. There are so many interactive & interesting things strategically placed not too far from each other so visitors don't crowd into one place. Can you spot the dragon lizard?

Was very excited to come here, we arrived later in the day due to other plans having been priority. The main entrance- we realized we needed to take a shuttle to the exhibits as the bridge is closed? We didn’t have to wait long for a ride thankfully (each way). The exhibits don’t seem to have an order to follow and sometimes we found ourselves a little turned around. There’s some on different floors as well. Probably should’ve done research on areas to see prior to going but usually museums and things like this have a better flow. we used a city pass to get tickets which was well worth it since this experience wasn’t our favourite. It’s aimed more so at children and families. It has a lot of fun experiments but it seems very dated in some ways and a lot of things were out of service which was sad. I enjoyed the Moderna exhibit- maybe because I’m in health care. I didn’t learn too much- but what I did was fun little tidbits and I really liked seeing the models and human body in action. We didn’t try food court. Parking was 12$ on entry. It’s a lot of walking as well but they have a lot of accessibility options. A little underwhelmed and disappointed, it seems if you plan your day to do the live experiments and events with the staff it would be better. Also staff was super involved and fun.

Yonge Street Animal Hospital was incredibly considerate when I shared my dog’s condition and they helped get him seen right away. From reception, to technicians, to veterinary, the clinic is outgoing and has created a very welcoming environment. My dog Peanut is typically nervous in new environments, especially when he is being examined. Dr. Bastos and the team made Peanut as comfortable as possible. We were amazed that he did not exhibit any anxiety or fear and discomfort was minimal. This is how we knew we brought Peanut to the best possible clinic. Both my fiancée and I are incredibly grateful to the entire team for helping Peanut get back to his normal self. We are so happy to have a reliable and trustworthy veterinary clinic so close to home. I've been bringing my pets to this veterinary clinic for two years, and I cannot recommend them enough. The level of care and affection they show to all my animals is truly heartwarming. Specifically, I have a 13-year-old dog who requires extra attention due to her age, and the team here has always made sure she receives the care she needs to stay comfortable and healthy. It's also a huge plus that they have Brazilian veterinarians on their team, which adds a touch of familiarity and ease for those who prefer to communicate in Portuguese. A huge thank you to Dr. Crozier, Philippe, and the rest of the team for taking such great care of my Lady. Was able to have her examined within less than an hour of noticing her facial swelling and everyone was so gentle with me while I was panicking and fearing the worst due to past trauma of losing my other babies to cancer. I was updated every step of the way after her check in and even sent photos of her to put my anxious mind at ease. The most amazing team that goes above and beyond for not just their patients, but for their clients during stressful times.

A hidden gem in Mississauga! It’s a beautiful conservation area with a long boardwalk over the marshes. You can follow the boardwalk all the way to a shingle beach. The beach is fairly long with lovely views of the Toronto skyline. It’s a peaceful place; even on the weekend it was not busy. One of the entrances to the conservation area is from a quiet, secluded residential area. It’s a great place to connect with nature and get some exercise.

Beautiful park! Took the stroller and did the most of the Waterfront Trail, the Knoll Trail and Silver Maple Trail. I would say the Knoll Trail was best for the stroller as it was almost all boardwalk. The Silver Maple Trail had parts where it was less flat / maintained, with tree roots and such, making it a bit harder without a proper jogging stroller. There was a couple of small steps where the Waterfront Trail connected to the Silver Maple Trail, as well. No entrance fees or tickets needed. Overall the park is gorgeous, the trails are well maintained and it is a great spot for hiking!

No tickets required to enter the place. We can park vehicles at Jack Darling memorial Park as there are no parking at Rattray Marsh Conservation area. We need to be in foot only on the broadwalk, no bicycle is allowed. Get prepared for insects and ticks. It has a good views and many animals to view.

A lot of great views. You will have to park through John Darling Park. The view of the skyline and the water in John Darling is worth a trip. And an entrance to the marsh can be found around the back. Alot of nice spots to stop and take pictures on the trail. ~40-60 minutes to enjoy everything. No tickets needed.

Had a fantastic day at Jack Darling Memorial Park! The free parking is a huge plus, with plenty of spaces even on a busy weekend. The Lake Ontario shore is beautiful, and the fishing scene is lively – tons of people casting lines and having fun. Great for picnics, walks, or just chilling by the water. Highly recommend this vibrant park!

This park is the perfect spot to launch your paddleboard or kayak and enjoy a peaceful sunrise or sunset on the water. It offers convenient amenities like public washrooms, a foot rinse station, and plenty of picnic tables and open space, ideal for a family BBQ or picnic. Just be sure to arrive early; while there is ample parking, it fills up quickly!

The park is pretty, beaches are nice, but it's very crowded on the weekends and we couldn't find space in the parking lots. We saw that many many cars had parked on the right side of the road where there are signs that say parking is forbidden on certain hours and days. However, we saw some of the cars there with fines on their windshields. Does someone know what these signs mean then? Those cars were outside of the days and restricted hours so ...utterly confused

Scenic, family-friendly park by the lake Jack Darling Memorial Park is a great spot for all ages—lots of green space, a splash pad, playground, picnic areas, and one of the best off-leash dog parks around. The lakefront views are beautiful, and One of the best parts is that the park connects directly to the Rattray Marsh Conservation Area via the waterfront trail, making it perfect for a longer, scenic walk through nature. It gets busy on weekends, so parking can be tight, but it’s a perfect place to relax or spend time outdoors with family, friends, or your dog.

Large indoor outlet mall that is quite unique in design in comparison to other malls in the Toronto area. Some outlet stores will offer better discounts and clearance products in comparison to the same stores in other malls. It can be tough to find parking at busy times. They only have 4 J1772 chargers which is not sufficient for a mall of this size. Tesla owners also use them instead of superchargers - go figure.

Very good place to shope branded products at reduced prices. Well ranges of various products are there. I would say very best place with your family and spent whole day. A big food court is there to provide different types of cuisine with comfortable seating spaces.

This outlet mall is one of the best shopping destinations around. It’s a huge indoor mall with a wide variety of stores, from basic everyday brands to luxury names, offering something for everyone. The collections are updated and the outlet prices are definitely worth it, making shopping here a great value. Since it’s fully indoors, we can visit any time of the year without worrying about the weather, which is very convenient. We make it a point to visit at least once a month and always enjoy the experience. A must-visit mall for outlet shoppers!

Probably one of Not the biggest mall if ever been to. It’s so huge. But you can find everything there. We spend almost 5 hours in there and easily took 20000 steps. Good selection of everything. There could be more toilettes though. I don’t wanna walk 10min inside for a pee. Anyway, nice experience

I have been going for a couple of years whether it be with family or friends and I always have a great time. This year was the first time I went in the fall — for Halloween haunt and let me tell you the vibes, decoration were way better. (Also fewer line ups) this year I went to the conjuring limited edition maze and I loved how interactive and fun it was. They did a great job. Do recommend

Cons: Overpriced and overrated. Parking is expensive, and food options inside are mostly unhealthy and way too costly for what you get. The overall experience doesn’t match the high ticket and food prices. Definitely not worth it for what’s offered; 1 out of 5. Pros: I visited Canada’s Wonderland this past summer and spent a full day enjoying both the rides and the water park. It was a hot day, so I started with Splash Works; the water area was lively but not overwhelming. There are several pools and slides for every age, and it’s a great place to cool off. The wave pool was a highlight, and there were plenty of shaded spots and chairs to relax between rides. After the water park, I explored the rest of the park and went on a few of the main roller coasters. The sight of the massive tracks and loops from a distance still makes the park feel impressive every time you visit. The atmosphere is energetic but family-friendly; with lots of music, food stands, and people having fun. I ended the day near the main fountain and mountain area, which looks especially beautiful in the sunlight. The water and landscaping give it a resort feel, and it’s a perfect spot to take photos before leaving. Overall, it was a great summer day; well organized, clean, and full of energy. If you plan ahead and arrive early, you can easily make the most of both the water park and the rides.

My husband and I went for the first time during Halloween Haunt on Halloween because we purchased a gold pass from a different amusement park. We got to try a Beaver Tail - Avalanche flavor and it was delicious! The level of detail that went into designing the Halloween Haunt was impressive. The decorations were awesome, there was specially named and unique food options, and there were different themed areas with actors dressed up in scary costumes. One area there were all zombies and another had clowns. The actors were clearly having a good time scaring people and it was sometimes entertaining to just watch them scare other parkgoers. It was also possible to bypass these areas if you didn't want to get scared. There was a freak show, a fire spinning show, and music performances throughout the night. We didn't opt to buy the extra pass to enter the haunted mazes - mainly because I'm not a fan. I rode a few coasters because there was no wait, but it was quite chilly. It was still exhilarating and a lot of fun. We will definitely be back when it is a bit warmer.

This place is fun, but a bit scary with the height of the rides. It is not for the doubtful patrons. Rides are going upside down over your head as you walk around in the park. Every one should try going to wonderland at least once in their lives. You don't have to buy a season pass, just a day pass will do the trick. However, if you are a lover of these Rides buy a seasonal pass. You can also add meal pass to the mix. It will work out very well the kids love to go to this amusement park 😀 there is everything for everyone from babies to adults. Sometimes you will be entertained with fireworks. Check it out! 🔥

Canada's Wonderland is probably one of the most famous Staples in Ontario to go visit, it's lots of fun. Great place to go spend time with the family. I have memories from this place from when I was a kid and now I bring my own kids, Roller coasters are always my favorite and they have some of the best roller coasters I've ever been on. While this place does get very busy and crowded I have yet to found a good day to go where it's not very crowded Prices are very expensive for tickets and if you don't want to wait in line then you have to pay an enormous amount of money in my book for speed passes and then if you want to ride the big roller coasters for the speed pass you have to pay even more money for on VIP speedpass, The water park has lines just as long as the rides. It is very crowded and busy there as well in the summer, Halloween haunt was lots of fun when I was a kid but after covid everything's changed and from what I hear now you have to pay and buy a special pass just to go into all the haunted houses now because the haunted houses were the favorite part of this event in my book. Although riding a roller coaster in the dark is pretty fun as well

The atmosphere is designed to highlight thrills and fun, but underneath it’s clear the priority is profit, not guests. Parking is $39.99, food and drinks are overpriced, and water access is limited to old fountains or dirty sinks. You can’t bring in much from outside, yet security checks are inconsistent—sometimes too strict, sometimes too lax, raising safety concerns. Customer service is lacking; staff rarely smiled or welcomed guests. Ride wait times stretch 1–2 hours unless you pay $179.99 per person for Fast Lane Plus, which doesn’t even include all rides despite the marketing. My kids had a great time, but they weren’t the ones paying. For what I spent in one day, I could have taken a family trip down south. The park succeeds at creating a “fun” image, but in reality, it’s a polished price-gouge. If you want true value and enjoyment, a small-town festival will give you more smiles, less stress, and far better bang for your buck.

We are absolutely thrilled with Wonderland! 🌟 This park is a true wonder for the whole family. We visited it with our kids about 15 times this year, and each visit was a unique adventure. The park is incredibly well-designed, with bright and colorful rides that bring so much joy and excitement to both children and adults. We especially loved the extreme roller coasters, which are packed with adrenaline, as well as the calmer, fun carousels perfect for the little ones. Every corner of the park is filled with a magical atmosphere — from the well-kept green pathways to the vibrant decorations and themed areas. Wonderland is a place where you can fully immerse yourself in magic, joy, and fun. There’s something for everyone here: whether it’s thrilling rides, beautiful photo spots, or just enjoying quality time together as a family. We will definitely keep coming back again and again! 🎢🎡✨

I love this park. You have it all. It has a beautiful trail along Holland River. Park is specious and you can picnic. It’s great for kids. Great for walking pets. It’s great to spend time with friends and family there. It’s also beside Main Street in Newmarket so you have access to all amazing coffee shops, restaurants and stores. There always some kind of an event happening there during summer. This park has it all. Picnic area, trails, playground, river, restaurants, coffee shops and more

Its a very beautiful park. Just next to downtown. The trees, tracks everything is super nice. Cyclist track is also there. Autumn season colors are the best here.

2022 October 4★ Fairly lake park runs along the river and as such, has multiple bridge crossings. The park is part of the Tom Taylor Trail which runs about 7 or 8 kilometres North to South. Within the park, you'll come across gazebos, benches and Kilometre Trail Markers. There's markers use natural elements, art is inspired by the environment and the native Ojibwe ancestors. 10 trail markers in total will enhance your experience and help track your journey along our trail system. Free Parking within the park or along the side streets. A playground nearby.

It was early December and it was overcast. It was not busy on a weekday Friday. Went along the east side of the lake, continued after the first bridge, to the boardwalk. Crossed the second bridge, then came back from the west side of the lake. The loop was pretty short and easy.

Also known as Wesley Brooks Conservation Area is a great place for everyone. However, need to be careful of the cyclists as a lot of them are just going way too fast even though the paths are so supposed to be shared with everyone. Yet I had to pull my kids over many times because they don't even slow down or stop even for little kids. Some don't even give warnings that they are coming. Still the kids enjoyed the boardwalk and the playground.

A big lake park with so much greenery and biking space. You get to see Canada goose and their poop ( be careful not to stamp on) all around you. Fortunately we saw the Beaver hanging around the pool that connects the two sides of the park. Play zone is quite beautiful.

Beautifully manicured and a trail big enough for walking, biking and other summer activities. There is a lot of wild life around and tree coverage. It's a beautiful spot to walk - dog friendly as well!

This is one of the best malls in Ontario. It is one of my favorite places to go. There are not too many people there and the space is big enough to, not feel uncomfortable. Free and not rushed.

Love visiting Upper Canada Mall! The washrooms are clean, and both floors are easy to get to via stairs, escalators, or elevator. The food courts are good with some halal options, and Toys “R” Us has a fun play area that my son absolutely loves. Great shopping experience overall!

I come here almost twice a week as seniors is incredibly empowering, not so crowded, friendly people and sales person. Everything you want to buy is there at a reasonable price, very clean, bus outside parking big free come and get it. Enjoy the Aircon on summertime.

They refused to make an exception. Ask for the name of the store manager and was told that I can't have it. Referred me to concierge. I told them I can't get through for days now. They said they they respond within 24 hours.I told them I contacted them more than 24 hours ago.They told me they're backed up. One BS answer after another. How do these people stay in business?

Upper Canada Mall is a great place to shop. The mall is always very clean, well-organized, and has a wide variety of stores to choose from. Whether you’re shopping for clothing, electronics, home goods, or just want to grab a bite to eat, you’ll find everything here. It’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to spend time.

This is a mist visit spot. It portrays the rich history of the Canadian participation in WWII. Going through the destroyer will give you an idea of the endurance of our brave brothers who served on board. It is the only tribal class destroyer that’s left in the world. Try to visit at 12, when they have the firing of the gun. Also, during summer if the temperature gets above 45 degree inside the ship, they will close it. It doesn’t have air conditioning inside so on a hot day expect it to be really hot inside. Dont miss the engine room. It’s absolutely fascinating!

What a great day trip! The HMCS Haida, Canada’s last surviving Tribal-class destroyer, was an incredible ship to explore—and the best part? Admission was free during our visit. We had a beautiful day in Hamilton, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made the experience even better with their kindness and enthusiasm. Exploring the ship gave us a chance to compare Canadian and U.S. naval vessels, which made it all the more fascinating. HMCS Haida is full of history and very well preserved. Walking through the tight corridors and seeing the ship’s layout really made the past come alive. Highly recommend this stop—perfect for families, history buffs, or anyone interested in military or naval heritage.

So nostalgic for me, two of my grandparents fought during WWI and WWII and I get chills being here. It’s a well preserved history, there was also reenactment when we were there. Not a lot of parking so be there as it opens. I recommend getting a ticket, it was free when we were there but still need to pick up our entrance ticket by the booth at the entrance

We went for a day trip and this was a last minute decision. The students/staff were abundant and full of knowledge. To our surprise they had a live gun display. This is a fascinating piece of history. As the ship is so old - my recommendation is to place some charcoal bags to absorb some of the weird smells. I left a donation as the entrance was free.

Exploring HMCS Haida in Hamilton 🇨🇦✨ My first visit here and I have to say, it was such a unique experience. Even with a 45-minute wait, stepping aboard this historic warship made it completely worth it. Walking through the decks felt like taking a step back in time and really brought Canada’s naval history to life. A must-see if you’re visiting Hamilton! 🚢🌊

Had an absolutely fun time wandering around this amazing Canadian War relic. So much access to everything and loved reading all the historical info on posters. Highly recommend this tour it’s super cheap and a great way to spend a couple hrs.

This is an amazing piece of history that is definitely worth the visit. You are able to walk through the warship on a self guided tour and take as long as you want. There is information along the ways as you climb up and down ladders and see what life was like for the soldiers that served our country on the ship and how it contributed to making Canada what it is today

A cool step into the past. Our tour guide Roxanne was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour. So many interesting artifacts to see and a fascinating history. Tickets also included entry to another military museum at any time, looking forward to checking that one out in the future.

We planned on always visiting but something came up so we decided on that day to just go and we did. We loved it beyond words, from start to finish. The atmosphere was incredible, clean, friendly with the staff always greeting us answering anything we needed. The tour guide was the sweetest person very polite and informative as were the other members inside. I would highly recommend visiting and taking a tour. If you’re from Hamilton I would recommend getting your library card to cover the cost. No issues with parking as there was ample space. I would suggest taking the tour twice to fully embrace the experience.

We stopped by Dundurn Castle while driving around and only explored from the outside this time. The grounds were beautiful—we even caught a glimpse of a wedding, which made the visit extra special. The highlight for us was the Kitchen Garden, a large and well-kept space where staff dress in period costumes. It’s a lovely spot for a stroll, and we look forward to coming back to do the full tour another day.

This place has a completely different vibe. It was my first shoot here, and I’m definitely coming back for more. A true photographer’s heaven — stunning architecture, diverse backdrops, serene water, and lush greenery all in one spot.

What a beautiful historic castle. Beautifully decorated and set up. Taking the tour was well worth it, our guide was a wealth of information. We very much enjoyed our visit.

Even just seeing Dundurn Castle from the outside was worth the trip! The architecture is stunning, and the grounds offer amazing views that make you stop and stare 😍. It’s easy to imagine how grand life must have been living here back in the day—like stepping into a history book, only with fresh air and geese for company 🦆. Next time I’ll definitely go inside, but for now the exterior alone gets 5 stars!

It’s not just an art gallery—it feels like walking through Canadian history. The collection highlights Indigenous history, culture, and traditions in such a thoughtful way, with incredible displays of clothing, artwork, and storytelling. Every room felt meaningful, and the paintings and artifacts helped me connect with the history on a deeper level. It’s the kind of place where you leave not only inspired by the art, but also more educated about Canada’s cultural roots. I highly recommend this museum to everyone—whether you’re an art lover, a history enthusiast, or even someone training to be a teacher. It’s both beautiful and educational, and definitely worth the visit. A true treasure in Ontario! Such a beautiful and meaningful place! I borrowed a pass from the library (a great tip if you have a card—you can get in for free!) and the visit was so smooth. The staff welcomed us right away, and inside the exhibits were breathtaking. The museum shares so much about Indigenous history, art, and culture, and every piece felt powerful and inspiring. A beautiful gallery nestled in a forested area, the McMichael Canadian Art Collection in Kleinburg, in the city of Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, focuses on Canadian art, especially the Group of Seven and Indigenous artists. The space is peaceful, well laid out and full of natural light with a great mix of classic and contemporary works. There are walking trails just close to the gallery. A relaxing and inspiring place to spend a couple of hours, it is perfect for art lovers or anyone looking for a quiet escape. Besides the exhibits, the museum often hosts special shows, artist talks and workshops for children and adults. There's also a small cafe and a gift shop with art books, prints, and handmade items. One of the highlights of my visit was the Morrice in Venice exhibition - a glimpse into the work of Canadian artist James Wilson Morrice and his time in Venice. The collection captures the light, colour and mood of Venice in a way that feels both dreamy and grounded. The Morrice in Venice exhibition runs until September 25, 2025.

We visited the McMichael Gallery for the exhibition of Canadian artist James Morris and his Venetian cycle of paintings. The show was fairly compact but beautifully presented, with many works on loan from private collections. There was also plenty of additional material about the creation of the paintings and the artist’s biography, which made the experience even richer. The gallery itself always has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The gift shop is excellent, and I enjoy the café as well. You can also take a walk in the surrounding park - it’s easy to spend a whole day there. I usually buy an annual membership that lets me bring guests, and it’s a wonderful place to meet up with friends.

Can easily spend 2-3 hrs here, hike outdoors or admire the art indoors. Also recommend their Cafe the Cabin, the food is amazing. I had the squash soup and it was very creamy.

It's a bit of a trek from downtown Toronto, but the selections are incredible. There are a couple exhibits, including over 90,000 drawings from Nunavut West Baffin Co Op. There are many group of seven painters in this collection. The Morrice collection is fascinating, and it has many study paintings. This helps to understand the creative process.

A lovely place to spend the day. The gallery building, the grounds, and the trails are beautifully maintained. The cafe serves tasty light bites. The artwork is, well, spectacular. The history of the gallery as a private home and the collecting passion of the owners are very interesting. Well worth the drive from Toronto.

There were over 7000 Canadian exhibits displayed at Mc Micheal art Gallery and people are happy to learn about Canadian artists. If you have the time I highly recommended it, it's warranted a try. There are natural trails on the ground and Kleinburg is a quaint town to explore as well.

Such a beautiful place. Its far from us, but we went for the fall pumpkin trail and it was a wonderful night. Everyone we spoke to there was also so kind. Its like stepping out of thrle harshness of the world and letting this beautiful place refill your heart with joy.

Went here during day time for the pumpkin display. Beautiful decorated. Although most activities are closed for the day time and there isn't much food options, the display was nice to walk through and take photos.

A gorgeous and serene garden. The grounds are well maintained. The rock garden is beautiful. There are trails to walk. You can learn about all of the plays. It’s a great place to read and relax. Overall, the place is lovely. I recommend visiting.

One of my favorite places in Ontario! I’ve visited during summer, spring, and fall, and each season is stunning in its own way. The gardens are beautifully maintained, with peaceful walking trails and scenic spots for photos. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and there’s even a nice café for a quick break. A perfect spot for nature lovers, families, or anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors.

Very beautiful w a waterfall, reflection pool, gazebo however there seemed to be a lot of weeds and various sections were closed for a $17.00 ticket. That was a bit surprising. But overall we got some beautiful photos.

Words cannot describe how beautiful this complex is… combination of Mediterranean Greenhouse, with a nice collection of indoor decorative unique plants and European style outdoor gardens perfect for romantic occasions like weddings, it’s just walking distance from jungle where you can find wild life such as snakes, chipmunks, frogs and even bluejay!!!

Took a path from fisher mill park, free street parking. has some extremely narrow parts but it’s an enjoyable hike. Got here around 4pm and it wasn’t busy. Walked behind the falls too :)

The best view that you would imagine to see the fall is now blocked by rails. The pictures are older for this fall; it's beautiful but restricted to be able to get to the bottom of the fall to witness nature. The attached pictures were taken from the top through rails, but there's no way to get closer to the fall.

It was really nice and I do recommend if you love hiking and nature,though if you’re going with kids then I wouldn’t recommend as much as there are many steep corners and kids tend to run so it’s a danger but the top view is worth all the climbing so I really recommend it for a like family trip.

I had a great experience hiking from Fisher Mills Park to Webster Falls, and I’m really glad I went with a helpful group of adults. The scenery was beautiful, and the group atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. It’s a fun outing for couples or groups looking for something a little adventurous, though I did find one section of the hike more challenging. It’s probably not the best fit for young kids. Overall, I love discovering spots like this—places that combine nature, activity, and a sense of togetherness. I always look forward to exploring new experiences like this one, whether it’s hikes, local attractions, or even restaurants that bring people together.

Spectacular view in winter! Amazing! I will definitely go back to get down to the back of the fall next year if the weather. PS. We could not get in to the parking lot because the charging machine doesn’t work. Thanks God, someone told us to go to Tews Falls first and use that parking permit to get in here and it works.

Used to be nice to go down to the Falls but its closed off. You pay $16.50 for parking and there's no warning that you can't do that anymore. Its sad because it used to be such a fun thing to do.

Our visit to Springridge Farm in Milton was a delightful experience! The picturesque setting, with its vibrant fields and charming barn, created a perfect day out. The fresh, homemade treats from the bakery were a highlight, especially the apple pies. kids will love the little farm animals and wagon ride. we also enjoyed strolling through the pumpkin patch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit feel like a warm, family-friendly adventure. We’ll definitely be back next season!

Springridge Farm is a beautiful spot, especially in the fall — the décor and colours are absolutely stunning and create a perfect seasonal atmosphere. There’s a great selection of pumpkins, and the market is full of unique gifts and fun finds. The food is tasty, though it can be a bit on the pricey side, and the farm gets extremely busy — especially on weekends. We visited on a Saturday and unfortunately weren’t able to take part in many of the activities because of the crowds. That said, it’s still a wonderful place for a fall day out if you don’t mind the busyness and slightly higher prices. Highly recommend for the overall experience and atmosphere

We loved this far with kids. The tractor ride was super cool and farmer J was amazing. He gave us a little tour of the farm. The farm animals were well kept and the children enjoyed watching and feeding them. The farm is really huge.

It’s an amazing place to spend quality time with friends and family or even by yourself if you’re not glued to your phone. Ample parking. Washrooms are pretty okay. There’s some stuff to eat and drink too. All age groups can have fun.

Super cute farm to go with your family and friends! Admission was $18 plus tax to get in and there was a lot to do. We fed animals, took loads of pictures and went on the wagon ride. There were a lot of areas for the kids to play and enjoy. The bakery and market is free to enter and we were obsessed with their tarts. The Apple caramel and strawberry rhubarb was a crowd favourite for us. Would come back again!

An amazing experience. We stopped in here to check out the market and get some pumpkins. So glad we did. By far the best places we've ever gone to get pumpkins. The market was absolutely stunning and the pumpkins were great quality at a good price. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This place is a must see in the fall/winter.

Cute and picturesque farm, but not much to do unless you enter the farm, or to visit the market. There is an area for the little ones to play but not really for teenager/adults. You can get plenty of pumpkins here during the fall. The market has a lots of fresh and baked goods; as well as some home decor.

Rattlesnake Point is such a beautiful location! 🍂 The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially in the fall when the colors of the forest look magical. It’s the perfect spot for hiking, relaxing in nature, and enjoying the stunning scenery. I also want to highlight the wonderful service. At the entrance, when purchasing the ticket, I was greeted by a staff member named Sofia. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming — her warm attitude made the start of my visit even more pleasant. People like her truly make the experience special and memorable. I highly recommend this conservation area for anyone who loves nature, hiking, and peaceful views. I will definitely come back again! 🌿

I love going here to walk the trails and to see the views The whole experience starts with the drive up that really steep sharp turn and then you get into the park Lots of trails to go on that loop around and back with good scenic views. The pictures that I posted we went down and off trail down along the cliff face walking along the rocks which I truly enjoy Which I truly enjoy There are caves around here somewhere. I haven't found them yet but I am told that there is a local tour company that will take you through them You can see people doing rock climbing on the cliffs here Definitely a favorite!

this was my first ever hike in canada.absolutely loved the experience and loved the fresh air of the forest. the views from the lookouts, the greenery all around, the amazing lake which has two layer of water and the way they NEVER mix and great companions all along the journey made the hike much more memorable. The views were like straight out of the movies .Only problem was washroom and if anybody is seeing my review please don’t forget to bring your snacks(we forgot)😭😂 W TRAILS, W LOOKOUTS, W VIEWS, W NATURE, W HIKING👌

Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area is absolutely stunning! The forest trails, boardwalks, and stair climbs are breathtaking and make for an amazing hike. It’s such a peaceful spot but also full of adventure — perfect for summer and fall visits. Driving through the steep hills was so much fun, and I can’t believe we only just discovered this place. Truly amazing!

Beautiful trails and easy to follow only issue was it was really crowded by 1-2pm, I left around 3:00 and the overflow parking area was full with a line to come in, I'm assuming due to the great weather. Once you are out on the actual trails it was not so bad. Great look out points and mesmerizing fall scenery.

Gorgeous views, especially this time of year! Many chipmunks to be seen too. Washroom had a bad odor that could be smelt on part of the trail as well which we thought was strange - this is my first time so I'm not sure if that is typical for this area. We parked in the lower parking and walked the Vista Adventure Trail, lots of lookouts for a 1.5km trail. Highly recommend.

A wonderful little lake, excellent views and nice hiking trails. Easy access with picnic areas and parking. Did not have difficulties ourselves but for some the hike could be longer to go around. Remember where you entered , eg L1 to L18 markers.

It is very expansive and expensive to enter. Approx $28 after tax for a car of two persons. Trails were hard to navigate and very much nothing. The lakeside is lame. This place wpuld be great for a peaceful picnic. Lots of tables and space. The cost would clearly keep the population out. Its clean lots of parking.

Heart Lake is such a beautiful and wide open park. Everything is really well kept and maintained, and even the washrooms are clean, which is a huge plus. There are tons of picnic benches scattered around, so it’s easy to find a spot to sit and relax. The park has a bit of everything: a splash pad, pool, hiking trails, Treetop Trekking, and lots more to do. The entrance fee is on the steep side at around $28 per car, but it feels worth it when you see how much care goes into keeping the place nice. You can come here for a picnic, to hang out, or just to spend a day outdoors. Parking is never an issue either since there’s a ton of it, and it’s also a popular spot for people to host events.

It’s a wonderful scenic area with easy access for trails n family gatherings. Truly enjoyed a race event there. Treetop trekking is another great activity there.

We had an amazing time here! It’s a great place for a family picnic. The pool was perfect for swimming, and the lake offers a beautiful view. There were also other features we didn’t get to try, like the tree-top trekking, which would be a great option for our next holiday trip..

I did the kayaking by the lake with some friends. Customer service was great--I called a few times in advance for booking changes and was also greeted kindly and provided with support. We had a great time. Would come again.

In Parking lot, there are so many big nails. Why management is not looking into this. I saw around 8 nails in the parking lot. Be careful while parking. First you pay $28 for parking and then end up with a flat tire.

Why visit: 1) This lake is beautiful but more than that it is a geological gem as it is a MEROMICTIC LAKE . Where the water layers in the lake do not mix . Thus helps scientific research to learn about the generations past studying the lake sediments. 2) Great trails around the lake and towards Rattle snake conservation area. 3) You can picnic the whole day here with family. 4) Being a green belt,even during the highest temperatures in the summer,you will get cool breeze and dense forest cover from the intense sunshine.Perfect respite from intense heat. 5) A good place to bring kids and toddlers 6) Huge wooden statues of various species are fun and entertaining for kids and adults both

A real gem. The 1km trail circumventing the lake is iconic. The 2.5 km escarpment trail is also interesting. The part from CL01 to the lookout is slightly difficult with some rock sections but the part from the lookout to CL02 is easy. The visitor centre closes at about 4 pm and so does the access to the washrooms, which is not ideal.( There is another one near the picnic area which is rustic hole-in-the ground). A good place for a summer picnic with friends and family. Would recommend buying tickets online as the gate is not manned till 11.00 am, making it a little complicated. Also cheaper.

Lovely place to roam several trails and boardwalks, around the lake or through the woods, one trail connects to Rattlesnake Point. Visitors centre has souvenirs and basic snacks with a coffee machine, also plumbed toilets. The reconstructed village is excellently layed out.

I visited the area in the weekend. I paid online the fees , $10.50 per adult. I purchased the tickets when I arrived. We went in three trails. The one I liked was escarpment trail. The nature is beautiful. However the washrooms don't have soap and water. I recommend having your hand sanitizer and your toilet paper 🧻.

Well, this is truly an amazing place. I recommend a visit here and a visit to the wildlife care centre while in the area. The walk down to Lake Crawford is similar to a hike down to the Don River in Toronto from south Leaside. It isn’t something I would recommend for elderly or wheelchair individuals. The re-created long houses are really spectacular and harken you back to a time when these were community houses for entire families of indigenous peoples. Pick a sunny day, get in the car and head west. Enjoy

Beautiful trail, dont bring bananas because the monkeys in the trees will try to take them from you. The views are amazing. I got to the top, and could see the CN Tower.

A definite must visit such a beautiful tranquil Sanctuary. It's an absolutely beautiful, wonderful place.so much love and care are given to these beautiful animals. You can't help but fall in love with these Donkeys and gratitude to all the staff vets volunteers who show some much love and compassion

The staff and volunteers were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The donkeys all seemed well cared for and friendly. Very docile creatures. They enjoyed the petting and many would stand by the fence where they could be reached. It was a fun day.

Such a great experience! This place is a safe haven for donkeys and mules. The volunteers are incredibly knowledgeable and you will learn a lot. Being around that many donkeys leaves you feeling “zen” since they are so calm and gentle. A great way to spend an afternoon :)

I loved how there are so many volunteers here, caring and looking after the donkeys and so knowledgable too, could answer any questions thrown at them and you could see the compassion and loving nature as they spoke about each donkey. My only disappoinment was that i wish there was more interaction with the donkeys, some kind of space where you could sit with them, feed them, brush them, anything really. I came in from Toronto (1.5hr drive, each way) to spend just 30 minutes at the santuary, i felt alittle deflated but happy i got to see them being so loved.

This donkey sanctuary was impressive. We went to the talk about donkeys and learned so much about them. The donkeys and mules were very gentle. This is a great day trip from Toronto for all ages. I highly recommend it. You can even support this worthy organization by sponsoring one of the adorable donkeys or mules. Just one little warning - the website says to wear closed shoes and long pants. I wore the closed shoes but opted for capri pants. Unfortunately the part of my leg that was exposed came into contact with stinging nettle plants growing close to the fence of the donkey paddocks so be sure to keep away from the nettles or wear long pants!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our visit to the Donkey Sanctuary yesterday. I am so glad we were able to make it for the last open day of the season and will definitely be back for a longer visit next year. We fell in love with Apollo who came over to say hello when we first arrived. The farm is well organized, the grounds are well kept, and it is a beautiful and peaceful place. You can tell that everyone working and volunteering here truly cares for the donkeys. Thank you for your hospitality!

just visited the Basilica of Our Lady Immaculate in Guelph, and it was seriously impressive! I'm always on the lookout for stunning landmarks, and this one definitely delivered. Inside, it's so peaceful and beautiful. The light streaming through the colorful stained glass windows was magical. You can really feel the history and the importance of the place. It's the kind of place that makes you stop and just take it all in. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Guelph. It's easy to find, and wandering around inside is a great way to spend some time. It gives you a real sense of the city's character and history.

A beautiful church (Basilica ) constructed in 1800s . Awasom construction I have checked the mass timings on the church site , so that was able to participate in the mass of 11 am on Sunday Inside the church it's very calm and buetiful.. well lighted (naturally) with colour full stained glass Highly recommended to visit at least once if you pass through Guelph

This is one of my favorite historic site in Ontario. inside and out are so stunning, well detailed. Though I not visiting church like other Christian I would say I will be regular here if I am living in this area. So beautiful, if you see the interior of the church you definitely be in 'awe' moment.

I visited the BASILICA OF OUR LADY IMMACULATE today, which is in Guelph. It was a half an hour drive from my place in Waterloo and I have been wanting to visit the Bascillica for the longest time ever. Although the website said the Basilica closes at 3 pm, we were able to visit and pray in peace when we reached there at 3:30 pm. The place has a very calm and soothing vibe, it's very peaceful and beautiful. I spent around 20 minutes there talking to GOD. And then witnessed the amazing architecture. One should visit the Bascillica if they need a break from the busy world and want some peace and time to talk to GOD. Don't forget your 3 wishes if you're visiting the Bascillica for the first time. 🤭

Beautiful basilica! I love coming here during the weekdays, with no one around to calm my mind in thoughtful prayer. I’m in absolute awe with the artistic intricacy and architecture, both interior and exterior. The stain glass windows come to life as the sun shines through it. Beautiful all year round.

Was here for a wedding and I have to say the place is immaculate, the intricate details, the paintings, the stain glass. I mean it was was just amazing to behold. The ceremony was flawless, and the sound when the organ played...wow, highly reccomend a visit

Found this on a last minute whim and absolutely loved the area. The 8km walking trail was beautiful. Restrooms were clean, my dog loved his time here. We went on a Friday evening, it was quiet and peaceful. A hidden gem, I can’t wait to be back!

The scenic view is captivating and amazing to think we have not explore the whole area. it is spacious good for any outdoor activities for family, friends and team building event for companies. I quite surprise not to experience chasing after mosquitos here compare to the other places we visited. May I suggest to add a washroom to the other area too. we definitely visit again to explore the whole place.

We drove from Kitchener and it was worth it! We went on a Friday morning and reserved our admission online the day before. The price is cheap for two people ($13). Do the Vicki Barron Lakeside Trail, it's a must! You can park at lot 3 and the loop takes about 1.5-2hr to complete. There are so many scenic spots to stop and enjoy. The trail is really well maintained with various terrain and fairly flat throughout. The bridges over the water were our favourite. The park overall was well maintained and so were the washrooms! We then did the Kayak rental. It was quick and easy and the prices were reasonable! Although it was a further drive for us it was 100% worth it. It's a large lake, great trails and good rental options.

Island Lake is one of the parks part of the Credit Valley Conservation, where this park acts as a head water for the Credit River. The park has a number of trails, most of which are not very difficult along with various picnic areas and fishing spots. The most popular trail is the Vicki Barron Lakeside Trail, which covers the perimeter of Island Lake. It connects smaller islands within the lake by a series of wooden bridges and boardwalk style trails. The trail surface is about 1/3 boardwalk, which is easy to walk on and is wide enough for hikers and cyclists. Many of the viewpoints along the trail are also fishing spots as well. Generally, the trails are not very difficult and are very clearly marked with points of interest. The park also has plenty of picnic areas, with a larger area near the P2 and P3 parking lots. There are also spots to launch for any water activities such as canoes and kayaks. Overall, this park is good if looking for a picnic spot or for a simpler walking trail. On popular times, the wait time can be 30 mins or more, so it’s recommended to pay online in advance to help with getting in quicker.

Breathing in the crisp air and listening to the birdsong, we left the city noise behind and immersed ourselves in nature's symphony. Exploring the winding path, we discovered hidden gems around every corner, from babbling brooks to secluded clearings. As we made our way back, we felt invigorated and rejuvenated, our spirits lifted by the beauty of the outdoors. In summary, the two-hour hike was a fantastic escape, providing a much-needed dose of nature's wonders. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quick adventure!

An incredibly beautiful and serene conservation park with lots of scenic views. It has a few short trails and one long Vicki Barron Lakeside trail that goes around the lake. The trails are very well kept and marked for easily navigating around. The main trail is great for walking or cycling but if you want to complete the trail, cycling would be a better choice. There are a few benches along the trail where you can take a break in a relaxing environment and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake. Canoes and kayak rentals are also available in the park, and you can bring your own as well. The lake is also great to go for fishing, you can also have a picnic in the park and bring your own charcoal BBQ grill. There is an entrance fee of $6.5 per person to enter the park. Overall, a great place for a weekend outing.
