Moose Lake

Mentioned on
6 lists
Lake
Nature & Parks
Moose Lake is a serene and easily accessible destination, offering a peaceful hike along the shores of Maligne Lake. The trail leads through an ancient debris pile from a landslide, showcasing lichen-covered boulders and mossy trees. Visitors can explore the Moose Lake Loop or take the longer Bald Hills Hike for stunning forest views. Situated in British Columbia, it provides scenic views from VIA Rail's route and Yellowhead Highway.
A gorgeous, pristine lake in Mount Robson Provincial Park. There is only one small pullout along the lake with a boat launch. If you get the chance, get out on the lake in a boat or kayak. Venture to the other side and discover the creeks that run into the lake, the sandy beaches or an American Pika living in the rocks.
Tania S — Google review
Wonderful Lake. Brings memories of my Grandfather. He had a store and post office at the west end of the lake on the rail line at Red Pass.
Bill L — Google review
Moose Lake is a breathtaking stop along the Yellowhead Highway that feels like stepping into a postcard. Surrounded by rugged mountains and framed by the towering peaks of the Rockies, the lake stretches out in a long, peaceful ribbon of deep blue-green water. On a calm day, the reflections of the mountains and clouds are so vivid they look almost painted. This is a place where you can truly slow down and soak in nature. It’s perfect for pulling over during a road trip, stretching your legs, and taking in the scenery. The shoreline is easily accessible in spots, making it a great place for photos, a picnic, or just sitting quietly to listen to the gentle lap of the water. If you’re lucky, you might spot wildlife in the area — moose sightings do happen, and you’ll often see birds skimming the surface. There are no big crowds or noisy facilities here, which adds to the serenity. Facilities are minimal, so it’s best to bring your own snacks, water, and anything you need. The beauty of Moose Lake is its simplicity — untouched, peaceful, and a reminder of how incredible British Columbia’s landscapes are. If you’re driving through Mount Robson Provincial Park, this is a must-see stop. Whether you stay for 10 minutes or an hour, it’s the kind of view that stays with you long after you’ve left.

Was there on my trip back from settle.what a calm place to relax(other than the highway 16 😂)
Karan S — Google review
Such a stunning lake! 💙 Perfect to relax during a long roadtrip. There's also a public toilet.

Stunning lake , the only lake on the side of Fraser river. Nice view and some relaxing time during road trip
Hassan M — Google review
We passed the Moose Lake in the province of British Columbia while doing a VIA Rail trip from Vancouver to Jasper National Park in Alberta, in July 2019. The Canadian National's Rail line and the Yellowhead Highway run along the north shore of the lake and we got very scenic views of the lake from the train window. Moose Lake is the only lake along the course of the Fraser River.

Stunning lake. Very blue and shadows make for a wonderful changing vista. Shame we couldnt walk pound it more (possibly can from other vantage points)

Tourist information center
The Mount Robson Visitor Centre is a must-visit spot on your Vancouver to Jasper journey, located just a short drive from Rearguard Falls. As the tallest mountain in the Canadian Rockies, it offers breathtaking views and an opportunity to learn about Mount Robson Provincial Park. The center provides amenities such as a cafe with stunning views, free WiFi, and helpful staff. Visitors can also enjoy a spacious deck facing Mount Robson and access to water fountains for reducing plastic waste.
The Mount Robson Visitor Centre is much more than just a quick stop – it's an experience in itself and a definite must-visit if you're in the area. We were truly impressed with everything it had to offer! Downstairs, they have a really nice exhibit that provides fascinating insights into the park and its natural history. It's well-designed and engaging. On the upper level, you'll find a lovely gift shop stocked with a great selection of souvenirs, but the real showstopper up here is the gorgeous view you get right from inside! Just next door, there's another building where you can grab even more gifts or some food if you're feeling hungry, which is super convenient. The people working at the centre seemed genuinely nice and helpful too, adding to the positive atmosphere. But for us, the absolute highlight was the very nice outdoor deck on the back of the building. This is the spot for some extra special pictures of Mount Robson – the views are absolutely unparalleled from there. Overall, whether you're just passing through or planning to explore the park, the Mount Robson Visitor Centre is a fantastic place to stop, learn, shop, and soak in some truly spectacular scenery.

100% worth a visit and certainly is one of the highlights of my trip around the Canadian Rockies. Kinney Lake is a must see and is well worth the 1-1.5hr hike. It is not too challenging or overly steep and the path is very well marked. It is super convenient to access the trail from the Berg Lake trail head car park.
Adam D — Google review
Mount Robson is a breathtaking destination in the Canadian Rockies, offering stunning scenery. This majestic mountain stands at an impressive height and is a must-visit for nature lovers and adventure seekers. With its picturesque surroundings and abundant wildlife, Mount Robson Provincial Park provides a unique experience for visitors. - *Scenic Views*: The mountain offers breathtaking views, especially from the Visitor Centre's viewing deck. - *Hiking Trails*: Explore the numerous trails, including the popular Kinney Lake trail, which offers scenic views and exciting hiking experiences. - *Wildlife Viewing*: Spot wildlife such as elk, deer, and bears in their natural habitats. Cafe Mount Robson is a convenient and delicious stopover for travelers, offering a variety of menu options. *Food Quality*: The cafe serves delicious food, including sandwiches, salads, and baked goods.
Trudy S — Google review
Standing at 3,954 meters (12,972 feet), Mount Robson is the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, its snow-capped summit attracting climbers year-round. With scenic lakes, abundant wildlife, hiking trails, and rich flora, it’s a must-see for anyone who loves nature. Welcome Centre, a first stop for most visitors, where souvenirs line the shelves and rangers share tips about the park, the mountain, and its many trails. Its porch is the best vantage point for the clearest, most majestic view of the Mount Robson. The Centre has a museum which contains many interesting facts about the state park’s history, mountain climbing attempts, and the surrounding wildlife.
Culinistanbul — Google review
We visited Mt. Robson on our drive from Clearwater to Jasper. It's the highest mountain in the Rockies. The Welcome centre tells a bit about the history of the first voyage of discovery, as well as the geology. There's a store and some toilets inside as well. Also: WiFi! From the deck at the back there's a great view of the mountain itself. But for the best pictures of yourself and the mountain (as I'm not a big fan of fences in picture), I would move to the spacious lush green field behind the centre.
Elske H — Google review
I only stopped here for a short rest, but the mountain views completely amazed me. Even on a warm day, there was still snow glistening at the top, making the scenery stunning. It turned out to be an unexpected highlight of my trip, worth pausing to enjoy.
Oil G — Google review
Very helpful staff. Berg Lake trail campsite explanation & water for the climb up to Emperor Falls - most appreciated!
Marla H — Google review
On a good (mostly cloudless) day, you can make a stop here, buy snacks or ice cream and have a view of Mount Robson. Great for those that are not planning on going further in or hiking. You still get to see the tallest Mountain in the Canadian Rockies.

Mount Robson Provincial Park

Mentioned on
+29 other lists
Park
Nature & Parks
State Parks
Mount Robson Park is a breathtaking expanse of protected wilderness that beckons outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Nestled in British Columbia, this park is not only the second-oldest provincial park in the region but also home to Mount Robson, the tallest peak in the Canadian Rockies at an impressive 3,953 meters (12,969 ft).
Mount Robson Provincial Park is indeed a stunning destination, especially on a road trip between Jasper and British Columbia. The towering peaks, serene lakes, and breathtaking views make it unforgettable. However, your experience highlights an important consideration: winter travel can be challenging due to icy roads, slippery conditions, and unpredictable weather. The lack of gas stations within 100 km and the closure of many hiking trails and waterfalls during winter further add to the difficulty. For those planning a trip, visiting in the summer is definitely advisable. The warmer weather ensures safer roads, open trails, and a more enjoyable experience exploring the park’s natural beauty.

This was by far one of my favorite hikes of the trip. We only made it to the lake but even that was worth it. Highly recommend a visit.
Michael L — Google review
This is one of the most beautiful parks I've ever visited. The views here are unparalleled, and there's tons of wildlife.
Noah D — Google review
I come here every summer when I can. One of the most amazing trails on Earth. If you only have a couple of hours, a trip to Kinney Lake is well worth it. If you have a couple of days, the trip to Berg Lake (and Snowbird Pass) are breathtaking. Must book a loooooooooooong time in advance.
Adam J — Google review
Honestly the berg lake trail is one of the nicest hikes I've done. We went up to emperor falls and back (32km+) in one day, and although it was totally worth it it was quite heave on the knees. I recommend everyone to do the hike, as I can only imagine what Berg lake itself will look like, but make sure you got a few days time so you can appreciate it in all it's glory without having to walk around with a knee brace for a week after 😉
Pepijn H — Google review
Beautiful Jaw dropping mountains and breathtaking views. It's one of the most beautiful part of the yellow head highway drive towards BC. There are a few shops for travellers and tourist to patronize. Also several areas for photo lovers. Ensure your vehicle is in good shape as help may not come as quickly as you desire if needed. Cellular network signals are very poor around these area due to the mountains. Ensure your vehicle has enough gas to avoid disappointment. Not many gas stations are available around the mountain.
Tolu B — Google review
Such a beautiful place! Here you get to see snowy and really tall mountains! And because the Mount Robson Provincial Park is near BC and Alberta, you could play around and you jump from province to province, that sounds cool to me!

Mount Robson Whitewater Rafting Co. offers a range of rafting experiences in the Canadian Rockies, catering to both beginners and experienced adventurers. The season runs from May to mid-September, with peak water levels in June due to snowmelt. The Ottawa River is one of their popular destinations, offering high volume rapids and the option to navigate through Middle & Main channels.
We did the 2 hour float, Great customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff, we were told stories of the mountains, people, and the rivers in the area… it was a great relaxing trip. We had a 2.5 year old to over 50 year old…. I’d definitely recommend.
Kristine D — Google review
This is a terrific experience with wonderful people. Tyler was our guide and Mady our lookout and Abby our photographer. The safety aspect is comprehensive and the gear is excellent for warmth and maneuverability. The scenery is beautiful and the whole rafting experience brilliant. Thanks!
William G — Google review
I can’t express just how grateful I am we went with this company!!! Tyler and maddie were amazing, entertaining and knowledgeable guides… we had so much fun and my husband And I are hoping to be back before the end of this season if our schedules align again or for sure next season!!! Tatt or Natt (the photographer anyways I couldn’t figure out which name I was hearing) did an amazing job capturing our rafting adventure!!! When we couldn’t bring our phones I was concerned we wouldn’t get great pictures! But without our phones to take pictures I was able to enjoy the entire experience and we ended up with awesome pictures anyways!!! (And for all of them they were only $40 at the end!!!) Myself and another gentleman had medical issues and the guides ensured we were taken care of and checked on us throughout the experience… Definitely above and beyond!!! Will be back 100% Thanks again to the entire team, driver, photographer, our guides and anybody else I may have missed that helped make this possible for us!!! You guys are awesome!!!
Kerry M — Google review
Amazing and fun activity for a day trip! We did the white water rafting, but I’m sure the scenic tour is also beautiful. The white water rafting was fun and easily done even though we didn’t have experience. The guides are amazing and takes you safely through the rafts, so you feel safe even in the wilder parts of the tour. As a bonus the ride down the river is also so beautiful (when you have time to notice)
Rikke L — Google review
Staff were so friendly and excited to see all their clients get onto the rafts. Our guide, Ryan, was so knowledgeable of the local mountains and back history as well as the local wildlife we witnessed during our float. He provided so much education about the water we were on and how a river actually works. Our kids had an amazing time, as did we! Met wonderful people on our raft from all over the world. Beautiful weather and great waters! Definitely recommend!! 100 out of 10!!
Cassie C — Google review
Booked for my birthday July 25,2025 unfortunately photographers weren’t there however Ryan emailed me photos almost right after he took himself 🥹 the best, funniest crew who made the whole experience amazing and sooo fun, 100000/10 reccomend
Aimee B — Google review
We have used this company twice now for white water rafting. The staff are friendly and super knowledgeable. We felt very safe and had so much fun. Would definitely recommend
Laura S — Google review
Wow, what an amazing first rafting experience we've had! From beginning to end, we had a blast learning how to raft, working as a team to complete the course. The staff/crew were incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive — making sure we were safe, comfortable and having fun. We also couldn't ask for a better guide than Tyler. He was knowledgeable, encouraging, and had a great sense of humor that kept the energy high throughout the trip. He made us feel confident on the water and made the whole experience that much more memorable. If you've been rafting before or are considering rafting for the first time, this is the place to do it. We hope to be back in the future when given the chance :)

Three Ranges Brewing Company is a craft brewery that prides itself on using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients to create beers with bold flavors. Their diverse selection caters to every taste preference, from light and refreshing options to dark and hoppy brews. As part of the BC Ale Trail, this cozy establishment offers a rotating menu of seasonal drinks alongside their classic offerings.
In town for a work project, we stopped in to try a flight of Three Ranges Brewing CO’s beers. We were NOT disappointed! Such a diverse and flavourful collection of beers (and clever branding and names too). The patio was a great place to hang out and enjoy the small town vibe. Especially enjoyed “Resplendent Raspberry Sour” and “Swamp Donkey” brews. 👍
Jeff W — Google review
seems to be out of business, property is for sale Edit: actually I did check the website in advance and couldn't find anywhere on the website that the brewery would be closed. I'm not on social media. I couldn't post this comment on Google maps without giving a rating. Let me make it a 3 star then - that's more neutral. I'm sorry you went out of business. Are you planning on opening again at some point?
Shari F — Google review
Perfect dinner. A good selection of craft beers. My first visit and I asked for a Pils and was given a delicious lager to try and my friend ordered an amber ale and chose from 3 tastings. We sat outside with our dogs, ate good food from the food truck and relished the warm summer evening.

I had a great time checking out the Three Ranges Brewing Company. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. The beer was great too.

West coast brewery tour continues…..heading back east after spending the last ~2.5 years in North Vancouver. Long drive on a perfect blue bird day takes us thru Valemont BC and an oasis under the sun…..see you again 3 Ranges when we come back for sled season 😁

Great selection of beers. We were on a roadtrip and just stopped by, so we got some beers to go. Service was quick and efficient and it seemed like a cool place. Will definitely stop here again, when in the area.
Maria N — Google review
Excellent beers and customer service that goes above. Sit and have a great beer or mix and match beers to take home.
Vee M — Google review
So sad to hear about Three Ranges closing. I know an establishment like theirs is really important to a smaller community. We always enjoyed their beer and the pub when we’ve been through a couple times. We live in Edmonton and sadly can’t support them the way I would want to. I’ve even searched out their products here in Edmonton. I hope something good comes of it. Cheers! (With a Skippity Pap - my fave)

Cranberry Marsh/Starratt Wildlife Management Area

Wildlife refuge
Nature & Parks
Nature & Wildlife Areas
Cranberry Marsh, also known as Starratt Wildlife Management Area, provides visitors with the opportunity to observe wildlife through two observation towers. The marshlands are home to muskrats, which have adapted well to this environment and can be spotted near the marsh edges where they feed on water plants. Beavers also inhabit the area and their lodges and dams can be seen. For those seeking more outdoor experiences, Larry Hall Trail is located nearby.
It's good for a little walk. If you go in the evening, I recommend bringing bug spray.

Great nature trail loop, especially if you are a bird nerd. Mosquitos were a challenge in the forested portions though so stopping to check out a bird was a pain penalty. Bring big spray and dress in pants and sleeves if you plan to take your time.

Visitor Centers
Valemount Visitor Centre is conveniently located just minutes from the town core and offers a variety of trails suitable for different biking experiences. Visitors have praised the helpful staff, particularly mentioning Ernie, who provided valuable insights and assistance with trip planning. The center's clean facilities and informative brochures make it a great stop for travelers looking to learn more about Valemount and its surrounding attractions. Although lacking air conditioning, the friendly atmosphere and helpful resources make it a worthwhile visit for anyone exploring the area.
Stopped by Valemount Visitor Centre for a bathroom break on the way to Jasper. The centre is clean, bright and airy. We picked up lots of guides and brochures of nearby places of interest.

We usually stop here for 10-minutes on road trips. A good spot to let out the kids or dog to stretch the legs as there is a large field and it's far enough away from the main roads. A few picnic benches of seating nearby as well.
Bryson H — Google review
I stopped to get some information, I didn't leave with much. I had to wander around the store to see what the town was about. I asked all the questions, I thought the lady could have shared more helpful information of what the town offered. I left there wondering why I even stopped.
Heather G — Google review
What a joke of a town. Safe to say I’ll never be back — the name Valemount will always be a bitter reminder. Found a “futuristic” self-cleaning public toilet… reality? A malfunctioning mess. Filthy inside, couldn’t even wash my hands. Feels more like a cheap PR stunt — probably a bribe by Telus to keep other phone providers out of town 😂. And that’s another issue. I drove 30 extra minutes just to get here, hoping for a decent place to dine and maybe some cell service. Instead, I found a town that fails in every direction. Dining? Fail. Service? Fail. Experience? Complete fail. Valemount, the “pit stop” you’ll regret.

The Valemount Visitor Centre is fantastic! The building is adorable, and the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Like another reviewer mentioned, they are genuinely excited to share their knowledge with you. The gift shop is a gem, offering lots of unique magnets and great prices on items. Some of the same items Jasper and Banff carry, but cheaper. They have shelves lined with brochures of other nearby places, and the staff helped me discover new spots I’d love to check out in the future. Overall, a must stop if you’re in the area!

Amazing location and view. The walls are thin, but my neighbors were pretty quiet. One of the windows didn't work which is fine for the weather I had, but with no AC or fans, it could be an issue. The host did offer to come fix it, which was super nice.

It's a very nice place. Very clean. It's just keen eared to the next door apartment so it's good to have some earplugs in the bag. But I definitely recommend this place !

We stayed here in June 2025 for a night while traveling from Alberta. It is a lovely place located just a couple kilometres out of town. The area is quiet with lots of birds in the forest to fill the air with songs. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. There were windows to open on both sides of the cabin to allow a cool evening breeze to flow through the. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. There was no air conditioning so it could get a bit warm in the cabin on a hot summer day but the evenings are generally cool so that helps to get a good sleep. I would highly recommend this place overall.

The impression given by the workers was that seeing a bear is a sure thing. In fact we did not see any bears. The salling was nice and the instructor was friendly. The price was 125 Canadian dolars. I would not pay this price if I knew that it is not sure to see bears.

Blue River Campground & RV Park

Campground
Nature & Parks
Blue River Campground & RV Park is a family-friendly destination offering 42 sites for RV and tent camping, including tipi tents and an outdoor community gazebo with TV. Wi-fi is available at most campsites, and rental equipment such as canoes, tents, bikes, and fishing gear can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The site office provides daily recommendations for activities like hiking, biking, and fishing.
We camped here in August before going on our canoe trip to Murtle Lake. The couple who run the place are super friendly and service oriented. The campground is set up with a full kitchen which is great for those who are tenting. Showers are great, bathrooms are very clean, and full laundry services are available. They graciously allowed us to store our camper there while on our canoe trip and to use the showers upon our return before we headed out. Both very much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this place and would use it again if in the area. There is a bit of traffic noise as it’s close to the highway but it didn’t disrupt our sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by Blue River Campground & RV Park. Traveling as a family of six on our way to Vancouver, we felt incredibly welcomed. The owners are warm and friendly, the atmosphere is authentic and serene, and everything is well cared for. Before visiting, we had read a few negative reviews and honestly wondered what to expect. But our own experience couldn’t have been more different. Sometimes the most sincere and heartfelt places are overlooked or misunderstood, and Blue River Campground is a perfect example. If you’re looking for a serene, welcoming, and truly genuine place to relax and recharge during your trip, this is it. We left with gratitude and would happily return again. Raf (BE)

Quiet campground close to a lovely lake and beach area to take kiddos to. The campground had a bathroom with free showers for guests to use! Another really nice feature was the public kitchen and sink available to use! It was great for doing our dishes. Our toddler also LOVED the two sandpits filled with toys. Not the most privacy between sites, but we would definitely come again.

We stayed here for two nights and rented a canoe for 6 days to be on Murtle lake. The campground has large capacity for tents and RVs as well as several cabins that are reasonably priced. The free shower and the kitchen were very convenient. The owners are friendly and flexible whenever possible to meet our needs. It has playground for little kids to play in.

We had a travel trailer so the hot showers and laundry were a great bonus on our trip. The people that worked there were very friendly and helpful. She even switched my laundry from washer to dryer. I'd stay again. Great food 2 min walk away.

We absolutely love it here. They have full kitchen in a covered gazebo with pots, pans, plates, a coffee maker, fridge, stove. So I don't need to pack anything but my food! The service is amazing, they are kind and helpful. They really care about the campers and their camp! Real bathrooms and showers. Plus, really close to great hiking trails and a short drive several waterfall hiking trails
Khloe K — Google review
It is hard for people who have made this place what it is today to get rid of the negative ratings from years ago. It is clean, well cared for, water and electricity are properly installed, they have a fantastic shared kitchen space. There are mosquitoes, not much they can do about that, it is close to the highway and the occasional train makes itself heard when it passes, that was less of an issue than I I initially thought it would be. It was an unplanned stop for us, but I would have no issues making it a planned one next time we are out this way. The people running the campground are super friendly and helpful.
Marja B — Google review
Some friends and I stayed at Blue River Campground on our way to Jasper from Oregon. We were very happy with our accommodations in 2 of the cabins, and were greeted by very friendly hosts upon arrival. Amenities were great, hard to beat a hot shower when you're camping. Location was ok, wish there was more within walking distance, but otherwise a great place, especially if you're just passing through. Would stay here again.

This place is an absolute hidden gem, and we are so grateful to have found it! We've stayed at the resort a handful of times now, and are consistently blown away by this magaical place! Most recently we celebrated our wedding here with 40 of our closest friends and family, and to say it was perfect would be an understatement. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding came together flawlessly. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the venue cannot be beat! It is one of the most peaceful and magical spots we've ever been to. The cabins are rustic luxury at its finest, the lake, the sandy beach, the beautiful forest, the wood burning fireplaces... I could go on and on. If you haven't been here, do yourself a favour and check it out!

We were there for 4 days for a wedding. We loved it. So peaceful with such gorgeous grounds. Our Log Chalet was comfortable with a lovely wood burning fireplace, comfortable bed, lots of wood, good water etc. The resort catered the wedding and the food was certainly the best we've had at a wedding. The staff was very warm, professional and kind. I can imagine how amazing this place would be in the winter with heli-skiing thrown in! Wow! If you want a destination wedding but don't want flight expenses too, this would be the place to go. We will go back.

The horseback ride lasted an hour and took us across meadows, through forests and along the river. There were two of us and we had different levels of experience. My horse was adapted to my riding abilities once again. Sarah also take care of our security. Sarah and Dawson accompanied us with two vivid dogs. Overall a really great experience. Warmest recommendation.

A truly wonderful trip. We went on a 3 hour evening ride with my wife and 2 sons accompanied by Sarah, Darcy, and Lucy. We explored the ranch which was a beautiful mixture of rolling hills, forest, and streams. At the end we stopped by the river for dinner made in an old 19th century wagon, an unforgettable experience. The team looked after us really well, with beautiful and healthy horses, and a strong focus on our safety. Highly recommended.

I did a two-hour afternoon ride with Sarah, and it was a great experience! The team was incredibly accommodating and professional from start to finish, and everything felt well organized. The ride itself was really interesting... the landscape and habitat were beautiful, and Sarah shared lots of insight that made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent, the horses were clearly well cared for, and the price was reasonable for the experience. Highly recommend!
April M — Google review
A great memory for two horse novices. Darcy our guide was authentic, charming, helpful and humorous. The ride exceeded our expectations in terms of what we did and where he took us. The trail ride was pretty with dramatic scenery and a mix of meadows, slopes, woods, even a bit by the river. Highly recommended !!! As a hint don’t arrive in shorts, you will be wearing riding boots and going through real country with trees, bushes etc so have sensible leg coverings

We messaged them one day in advance and I got a reply within 10 minutes that they will make the ride work! Super easy, well organized ride. We had an amazing morning at the vavenby trail rides. Myself and my partner had never been on a horse before and thought we would give it a try. We was greeted by Sarah and Antonia from Germany with smiles and a warm welcome, the horses were already out and ready to go. So we kitted up and after a few simple instructions off we went. The horses were so easy to control and so well behaved, any worries I had soon went. The trails around the ranch were breath taking and after a long ride we ended up by the river for food and a chat. With there dog by our side the whole ride it was an amazing experience. One which I would gladly do again. Many thanks ed and Sarah for allowing us to have this time on your ranch.

An amazing falls. You can walk behind the falls! (At your own risk). Worth the short hike, although note the very steep, but short stairs and incline on the way back up from the bottom of the falls. Totally worth it.

Patrick H — Google review
Beautiful park to visit but you would think that with how popular Wells Grey park is that they would have more parking available for tourists. The parking lot was full so I had to park out on the shoulder with alot of other people and had to walk back about a blocks worth to the trail entrance from this parking lot. Not a huge deal cus I was there for a hike anyways but alot of people have small children and stuff and walking on the main road back to the parking lot isn't the safest. Also, not the parks fault, but tourists are disgusting and filthy and just throw their garbage all over instead of in the supplies garbage cans.
Blayne O — Google review
Beautiful place. Do carry bear spray. Tried to go 3 times. Had to turn back twice due to bears near trail. The fall is totally worth the almost 2 hours hike back and forth

Waterfalls
Helmcken Falls, the fourth highest waterfall in Canada, is a majestic natural wonder located in Wells Gray Provincial Park, British Columbia. The falls drop 141 meters into a canyon and are fed by the Murtle River. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from a well-maintained viewing platform or take an 8km round trip hike along the Helmcken Falls Rim Trail for a closer look.
The area from the car park to the waterfalls has benches and open space. We had lunch and let our kittens run around for a bit! The platform has been expanded to a larger platform and has great views of the falls! The Cone at the bottom was still in great shape but has some brown bits - went around 2pm on a weekend and was not busy at all

Very accessible. They have parkinf for car & RV/ campers. Toilets re available everywhere. This waterfall is gorgeous & amazing. A must to visit & trekking there. U can trekking further to the end of the trail. Really nice view & less tourists.
Viết V — Google review
Helmcken Falls offers a stunning view with its dramatic drop into a deep canyon. The viewpoint is just a short, flat walk from the parking lot, making it easily accessible for all visitors. There are restroom facilities near the lot, and the viewing platform gives clear, wide views of the falls and surrounding cliffs. On a good day, the mist rising from the base adds to the atmosphere. If you're anywhere near Clearwater, it’s definitely worth pulling over for.

Beautiful waterfall surrounded by rock formations formed due to volcano, been here multiple times during winter and during spring and the waterfall always surprises with its views. Must visit if driving to Jasper/mount Robson/clearwater if driving along hwy-5 and there is lots of camp sites / RV sites and Cabins available in and around hwy-5.

Spahats Creek Falls

Mentioned on

Scenic spot
Nature & Parks
Nestled within the stunning Wells Gray Provincial Park, Spahats Creek Falls is a breathtaking sight that captivates visitors with its impressive 246-foot drop. This magnificent waterfall cascades through layers of ancient volcanic rock, showcasing the unique geological history shaped by glacial meltwaters over 11,000 years ago. While the total height reaches around 262 feet, onlookers can marvel at a dramatic 200-foot plunge from various vantage points along the canyon's edge.
Super easy walk to get to the canyon and viewing platform, the trail is a little icy ATM so be careful where you walk. The canyon is beautiful but the waterfall was a lot smaller than expected from photos! Still beautiful to see though! We went last weekend in the late morning and no one else was there!
Isabella B — Google review
Gorgeous waterfall. Very easy access to the viewing platform from the parking lot. We arrived around 11am on a late July weekend and there’s already some people there. There’s plenty of room on the viewing platform to fit all the visitors. Great view of the canyon.
LoveShelties C — Google review
Great little park for a quick stop while driving. Park seems to be handicapped accessible, with new benches and a clean trail going to the falls overlook.
Will W — Google review
DON’T miss the tiny brown sign to the right, look for the giant HOT DOG sign to the left to park and do a quick hike to view the falls. If you do happen to miss the parking lot for Sapp Falls, just carry on the road up to the next parking lot. The hike is approximately a kilometer and a half mostly down and can be challenging, but will definitely get your heart beating if you need that as a stop on the road. The fall are absolutely spectacular to see.
Cam M — Google review
I am so incredibly glad we decided to pull over and stop at Spahats Creek Falls during our drive through Clearwater! What an absolute gem this place is. From the moment you arrive, you can tell it's well cared for. The trail leading to the falls is exceptionally well done and maintained, making for an easy and pleasant walk. The initial view as you approach the main area is nothing short of breathtaking – a deep, impressive canyon stretches out before you, hinting at the grandeur to come. But just a little further around, you reach the main viewing area, and that's where the magic truly happens. The falls themselves are absolutely stunning and incredibly interesting to behold. Spahats Creek Falls truly stands out because the water seems to burst directly out of a hidden cave in the side of the canyon wall! It's such a unique geological feature and immediately piqued my interest, making me wonder exactly where that water is coming from deep within the rock. Overall, this was a fantastic stop that exceeded all expectations. If you're driving through Clearwater, do yourself a favor and experience the beauty and mystery of Spahats Creek Falls!

At the Wells Gray Park Visitor Information Center, I saw something, I have never seen before at any other park service, including National Parks. They had a tip jar on their counter. ....your job is to provide information and customer service. You get paid or volunteer to do so. The tipping mindset of places that aren't restaurants serving you food at a table is becoming too much and honestly ridiculous. The place does have merchandise, ice cream, and coffee to purchase.

A Truly Exceptional Experience – Wells Gray Info Centre Over the years, my wife and I have visited countless visitor centres, and more often than not, they’re exactly what you’d expect: basic information, a few brochures, and a staff member who’s likely answered the same handful of questions a thousand times before. But the Wells Gray Information Centre was something else entirely. What set it apart was Hailey. From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to help us create an unforgettable experience in Clearwater and the surrounding area. Her knowledge was incredible — not just the popular highlights, but also the hidden gems that only a true local would know. Every recommendation felt personal, thoughtful, and spot-on. She also pointed us toward Liquid Lifestyles, located just at the end of the parking lot — and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire trip. In a time when genuine customer service can feel like a thing of the past, Hailey reminded us how impactful it is when someone truly cares about what they do. Her energy, enthusiasm, and insight turned what could’ve been a quick stop into one of the best parts of our vacation. Thank you for making our trip so special. If more people brought this level of care to their work, the world would be a better place.

Golf Courses
Chinook Cove Golf & RV Park is situated in the charming mountain town of Barriere, offering a picturesque setting for golf enthusiasts. Despite being a nine-hole course, it provides an extended play experience with two par-fives and lengthy par-fours. The scenic beauty and challenging level make it one of the top nine-hole courses in the Okanagan/Kamloops area. Just 50 minutes north of Kamloops, this course boasts well-maintained greens even in early May.
Not too far from Kamloops, Nice course 9 holes but can do twice for 18. Most holes are long so expect a good amount of time. Nice views and green grass.

When our booking at a different RV park fell through, we contacted Chinook Cove and they were able to accommodate us. SO happy they did! We now have a favourite spot for camping with full hookups. Everything is very clean (including the onsite showers/bathrooms) and the staff are wonderful. The golf course is a hidden gem! We will definitely be back!

We finally decided to stop and look at this place instead of driving by as we usually do. The young men in the clubhouse were super friendly and helpful. The campground turns out to be very quiet and large enough to accommodate pretty much any size of rv. Very strong wi-fi signal in campground. The golf course was beautifully manicured and was very fun to play while offering a challenge as well. We walked the course on this visit but next time we will use a power cart as there is a lot of elevation changes here which make the walk a little more of a workout.

What a terrific find! This gem of a golf course was in great shape, course is well laid out and was a terrific introduction to golf for a beginner while still challenging a lower handicapper. Tons of parking for a couple truck/trailers. Will definitely repeat.

Lovely little 9 hole golf course. The staff are friendly. Less capable golfers are sure to lose balls on several holes. Green fees are reasonable.

A beautiful 9 hole course 2 par 5, 2 par 3 . Great food ,RV camping , a beautiful setting. I have been enjoying this course for over 20 years. 3341 yards , please go and enjoy.

Nice Gem of a nine hole course. Gets backed up on a couple of holes with 3 groups waiting but it was still under 2 hour nine hole round.

The Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre offers a relaxed atmosphere with event space, free Wi-Fi, and dining options. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs. The hotel provides a perfect blend of urban luxury and natural beauty, with stunning mountain views on one side and the vibrant downtown Vancouver on the other. Visitors can indulge in VIP suite treatments at the Roman-style Spa Utopia, featuring towering pillars and cascading waterfalls.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and professional. Special thanks to Felix, who handled a fire alarm situation calmly and efficiently. While everyone was understandably unsettled, Felix remained composed, guided guests with clear instructions, and reassured us throughout the incident. His professionalism truly stood out. The parking attendants and front desk staff were also very courteous and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its great location and facilities but especially for the outstanding team working here. I’ll definitely be back!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely Outstanding – Honest Staff and Amazing Stay! I stayed one night at Sun Peak Grand Hotel last month, and I was honestly blown away by both the experience and the honesty of their team. The hotel itself was beautiful – clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful, scenic spot. The room was cozy and had everything I needed for a relaxing night. But what truly impressed me was what happened after I checked out. The next day, I realized I had forgotten something extremely valuable – my gold bracelet – in the room. I immediately called the hotel, hoping for the best. They were kind and responsive, and to my huge relief, they checked the room and found it! The staff went above and beyond by safely sending it back to me without any delay. That level of honesty and integrity is truly rare these days, and I can’t thank them enough. From start to finish, my experience with Sun Peak Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone — not just for the comfortable stay and peaceful atmosphere, but also for the genuinely good-hearted people who work there. 👏💯 Thank you again, Sun Peaks Grand Hotel — you’ve earned a loyal guest for life!

From booking to arrival, our entire experience was absolutely exceptional. We arrived a few hours early and the hotel was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. Not long after settling in, guest services reached out by text to make sure we were happy with our room. I mentioned that we were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and without me even asking, they said they would bring something up for him. When we returned to our room, we were touched to find a handwritten card from the staff wishing him a happy birthday, along with two drinks and a dessert provided by the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made the celebration feel extra special. To top it off, we also got to enjoy the comedy show the hotel was hosting that evening on his birthday which made the whole experience even more memorable. Every step of our stay was handled with care, kindness, and attention to detail. We’re so grateful to all the staff who went above and beyond to make our time there such a special celebration. We will definitely be returning again. Thank you for making this birthday one to remember!

My husband and I just got married at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nikki as our wedding manager, and she was truly incredible. From start to finish, Nikki went above and beyond to make sure our day was seamless. She was organized, responsive, and always one step ahead, handling every detail with professionalism and care. I truly can’t imagine the day going as perfectly as it did without her. If you’re considering getting married at Some Peaks, I couldn’t recommend it more. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and the food was phenomenal. We had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! Thank you Nikki and Sun Peaks!

We had an absolutely magical experience at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel this weekend. From the moment I booked the stay, until the moment we checked out, the quality of service that we received was exceptional. The people we spoke with in the reservations department were marvellous. They went out of their way and above and beyond to make this stay extra special. The check in staff and guest services teams were incredible. We were given a room with a gorgeous view of the resort and a balcony. The room was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable and the room had a smart tv, espresso machine, full tub, bathrobes and all the other bits that you’d expect from a hotel resort. The hotel is so nice and the entire resort is just beautiful. We can’t wait to come back again in the future. Thanks for making our stay so extra special.

We had a great experience and time staying at Grand Hotel at Sun Peaks, rooms are big, clean, bed are comfy, pet friendly (dogs and cats), the pool is nice, just the AC was a bit loud. I think overall is great! I would stay here again. There were only one elevator running, one was in maintenance, but the other one wasn't working, during rush hour we waited 3 elevator to get the trolley down.

Huge thank you to Torren and Christian who helped me with my bindings mid day .. they were super friendly and beyond knowledgeable! Highly reccomend this shop for all of your ski and snowboard needs

Came to get some bindings mounted on a brand new pair of skis. When I picked them up I checked the bases and noticed a large blister where they'd put the wrong sized screw in and it was de-laminating the base. Would have been nice if they checked their work. 5 trips to the store to get it fixed, lots of attitude and little responsibility taken. I'd go somewhere else.

Sail down the slopes in style for a decent price! Jardines is a staple of the Sun Peaks ski wear community and although a lot of people might expect "ski hill pricing" that's just not the case here! I have purchased skis, boots, poles, snowboard helmet, gloves and gotten a great wax (on the skis! 😉) The staff are very friendly and know exactly what you need...even if you don't! Jardines specialize in snow gear and have the latest and greatest ski and snowboard equipment and snazzy looks for the apres ski patios! Don't buy from outlets in town when you can get outfitted right by snow professionals up on the hill! 👍👍👍👍👍 Located a short walk up from Bottoms across from Mantles in the village. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚶

We spent a few days at sun peaks skiing but this dog sledding was by far our favorite thing! Chris, the owner and his wife really take good care of these dogs. They know all 40+ of them by name and know all their personalities. Our tour guide Liam was great and my husband and I were very warm in the sled, even though it was snowing the whole time. The dogs are super friendly and love what they do. We will come back here for sure!!

We were visiting family in Sun Peaks who been dog sledding last year and loved it. We went on the hour long tour and can say it was the highlight of our holiday. Chris collected us from the village and drove us up to the base. All of the dogs are clearly loved and well cared for and enjoy their work pulling the sleds. We had time to meet and stroke our sled team before the tour and then afterwards time to stroke all the dogs and meet the amazing litter of puppies - just adorable!! Travelling through the forest was simply breathtaking and we stopped at the lake for photos. Our guides Tempe and Andrew were friendly, informative and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this experience - thank you all so much for such a special and unforgettable experience!

Unforgettable Dog Sledding Adventure at Sun Peaks– A Must-Do Experience! From start to finish, this dog sledding experience was nothing short of magical! The moment we arrived, we were greeted by a team of energetic, well-cared-for huskies and knowledgeable guides who made us feel welcome and excited for the journey ahead. The sled ride itself was absolutely breathtaking—gliding through a pristine winter wonderland, surrounded by snow-covered trees and crisp mountain air, was like something out of a dream. The dogs were incredible, full of enthusiasm and strength, and it was heartwarming to see how much they love running. What truly stood out was the opportunity to interact with the dogs! Thanks so much for the experience!

We had amazing experience with Mountain Man Dog Sled Adventures. Taryn made a last minute booking very easy. Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. Liam made our sled ride enjoyable. The scenery was magnificent. But it’s the dogs that steal the show. They clearly love being on the trail and there was plenty of time to interact with them after. Meeting the puppies was also a highlight. We would recommend the experience. Chris and his team clearly love the dogs and the experiences they create for guests.

Great fun course in the mountains, the drivable hole 16 is a hoot and the course is a great place to stop if you are in the area.
Reid — Google review
Beautiful setting, but the font nine is so narrow that the average 20 HCP player will lose a half dozen balls. No room to miss. Back nine is great, however. A few annoying things about the operation of the course. They make you fill out the longest waiver known to mankind before taking out a cart. Complete overkill. Also, they don't allow cooler bags in the course (they remind you of the rule repeatedly), but there is no water on the course. For a resort that gets very hot and dry in the summer, it's pretty irresponsible. For $130/ round, not really worth it. Stick to the Kamloops courses.
Pow S — Google review
After riding my bike from Kamloops all the way up to Sun Peaks for the much-hyped “Dirty Birdy on the 12th,” my expectations were sky-high, unlike my blood sugar, which plummeted fast due to the absolute absence of food trucks. Let me be clear: I didn’t bike 1,200 vertical meters in clipless shoes for a bottle of lukewarm water and a complimentary glow stick. I came for bass, grilled cheese, and bad decisions. What I got was one out of three. The music? Slapped. DJ Guac delivered a reasonably spicy set, and the 12th hole amphitheater. Yes, a tee box turned bassmusic dancefloor had surprisingly solid acoustics for a one night rave venue. But he never played OOOUUU (you call her Stephanie, I call her heffanie) by Young M.A (Cloonee Edit), which felt like a deliberate personal attack. Let’s talk logistics: Food: Nonexistent!!! I wasn’t the only one who noticed. I heard multiple ravers muttering about cheese curds like war veterans. The vibe shifted hard around 2 am when people realized they had to choose between starving, or cannibalism. I chose a third option: rage-coasted back to Kamloops for 7/11 taquitos like a man possessed. I'm still dreaming of the grilled cheese that never was. •Facilities: A full-on disaster. With bathrooms approximately 1.4 kilometers from the beat drop, the forests along the fairway became a free-for-all. I personally witnessed a guy urinate directly into the cup on the 12th green. Not even mad, it was technically a hole in one. • Sound system: Decent, but c’mon. If you're gonna throw a full send under the stars, give Guac a Funktion-One stack and let the hole breathe. The DJ deserved better. We all do. Despite the shortcomings, I’ll probably go again. But please, for the love of rave gods and hungry ravers running on nothing but dicsco biscuits, sort out the darn food trucks! Just because the venue itself is spectacular doesn’t mean you can skimp on the BASSics. **Huge shoutout to the onstaff kinesiologist who led a group mobility session just before midnight. That 25 minute dynamic warmup on the d-floor, with everyone groaning through hip openers in mesh tanks was a game changer for marathon raving. My lower back felt reborn.

Had such an amazing golf experience. Thank you to Lauren and her staff for their friendly atmosphere, great selection of merchandise and helpful information with the local attractions. The golf course is in great shape with lots of challenges for all levels of golfers. Definitely a must play.
Donna L — Google review
Operations and policies are very poorly run. You can't get a rain check when its raining and if you back out its a 100% cancelation fee. Considering 75% of their business comes up from Kamloops you would think they would be a little smarter when it comes to their policies and help you out when the weather can be unpredictable between Kamloops and Sun Peaks. Not to mention staff is pretty unfriendly and couldn't really care about your experience. Course is not worth $130 on a weekend. Pro tip, stay in Kamloops for golf. Any other course is more enjoyable.
Marc A — Google review
This course is beautiful! Did the play all day for $75. Cart included. Got in 45 holes before I called it quits. They were aerating the greens and they were still in good shape. Patches of snow were visible yet fairways were very dry. If you can hit your driver long and straight, you can go for a lot of the par 4's. Especially 16 which is 328 yards and drops 100 feet. Only complaint is #18 is way too easy for a Par 5. Played it 3 times, have a 10 handicap and went birdie, birdie, eagle.

Nestled in the Land of Hidden Waters, Bridge Lake Provincial Park is a charming destination for lake enthusiasts. Situated 51km east of 100 Mile House in British Columbia, this park offers an ideal setting for anglers with its abundance of rainbow trout, kokanee, and burbot. While most camping sites cater to RVs, there are walk-in spots by the lake for tent and hammock campers.
Great Campground, camped here for a few days and I got beautiful pictures of the sunset on the lake and also the thunderstorm at the end of my visit, great campsite it has lots of camp spots and also double spots for if you have a trailer or bigger party, but there were mosquitos lol, I would visit again though, 8/10 campsite.
Bryce ( — Google review
We visited the provincial park area for the day - you can easily miss the turn off, so keep your eyes peeled for the signs or follow google maps. Lots of parking and area for a boat launch. Beautiful camp sites with a shared outhouse. Day use area has a few picnic tables and you can walk down the trail and there are a few pictures tables along the walk as well. Water was clean and warm, but lots of lake weeds maybe 15 feet out from the shore. We tried a few different swimming spots, and we found the best area with the least amount of weeds was around the boat launch area. It is a bit soft and muddy, so would recommend wearing water shoes. Not too busy, maybe 7 people swimming on a hot day - people coming and going to swim, boat, canoe, kayak, paddle board - lovely lake overall and would return for a nice swim!

We didn't originally plan to stay here but when other plans didn't work out we found enough campsites here. The area is gorgeous, great lake for kayaking etc. Clean campsite with a very helpful and friendly park operator! Check out the nearby Ice Caves Trail for a great easy very interesting hike. There are also stores nearby to pick up anything needed.

Love it. The majority of the sites are oriented for RVs but there are walk in sites at the end of the parking lot by the lake for tents and hammock campers. We rolled down the path and stayed at one of those. There’s trees spaced well down below so we could hang our hammock set ups. Sorry didn’t get photos of the set up. Oops one thing to remember is there is no water there except the lake. Lol. But just a couple of minutes down the road is bridge lake store and they have everything you need. Water, beer, firewood etc and fair prices. This is important for motorcycles because we can’t carry as much as a minivan. The campsite representative had fire wood as well. Beautiful place the Loons sing all night. Lol. Trails to walk lake to swim when it’s warm. Great break on a Cariboo Loop.

Tournament Capital Ranch is a family-friendly sports facility with well-maintained fields and beautiful views. It offers a great place for ball tournaments and provides a kids' playground. The clean washrooms and porta-potties add to the convenience, although some visitors find the concession stand overpriced for the quality of food. With ten manicured grass fields, including night lights, it's an ideal spot for baseball and soccer tournaments.
Great place to play or watch Ball tournaments, has a kid's playground, family-oriented beautiful fields, and views, it's clean and well maintained. Washrooms and porta-poties are also clean and maintained, which is nice. So does not having to walk from the far fields to the main washrooms just for a quick pee. My only complaint is the concession stand and how insanely overpriced it is for the quality of the food. If there is a food truck on site or near I highly advise purchasing food or drink through them.

Privato Vineyard & Winery is a family-run boutique winery located in the heart of BC's Thompson River Valley, specializing in producing top Burgundian-style wines. The name 'Privato' reflects the private and idyllic setting of this vineyard. They focus on small-batch production, with a selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Visitors can enjoy their award-winning wines at the intimate tasting room and lawns, while taking in the serene ambiance.
We had our wedding ceremony at Privato, and we could not recommend it more! The venue is beautiful, with lush gardens of flowers, beautiful buildings, trees, and more. The staff were easy to work with and quick to respond to emails! They had a room that we used to get into our dresses and a space away from the ceremony/guest location for my husband and I to have a private “first look” and exchange personal vows. All of our photos turned out so beautiful, and it is mostly thanks to this incredible venue! They allowed us to stay in the gardens after our ceremony to take photos with family and the wedding party. They even let our 2 dogs be a part of the ceremony and photos! Privato provided wine barrels for us to use as/for decorations, and they closed the garden area to the public for the entire day on our wedding day. We were allowed to have a full rehearsal and set up our chairs, archway, and decorations the day before. We also dropped our artificial bouquets and all dresses off to hang up in the locked room that day, which took a huge stress off our shoulders for the wedding day! So many guests complimented the venue and couldn’t believe how gorgeous it was. I have included some photos from the day at Privato. We would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a wedding venue!

Great destination for fall fun and fine wine! The environment is absolutely gorgeous, and the pumpkin patch is always a lovely tradition. While the cider wasn't a hit, the wine is superb. It was a bonus to have a great vendor on site to eat, making it easy pair and enjoy a glass of wine or cider right before or after picking our pumpkins. We'll be back for the wine and the views!

I just wanted to say the biggest thank you to the amazing team at Privato Winery. I had bought a Mother’s Day tasting for my mum and me through their website, but a few days before, I saw a woman selling a gift basket on Facebook Marketplace. I thought I scored a deal—but unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. The confirmation number she gave me wasn’t even close to the real ones Privato uses… So annoying but my own fault. Sidney and Catalina were nothing but kind and patient. They looked at the message I got and told me they think I had been scammed. And here’s where they completely blew me away: instead of turning us away (which they honestly could have done, because none of this was their fault), they rallied together and helped us. They put together a basket for us right there on the spot and turned what could’ve been a disappointing afternoon into something really special. The wine was incredible, the ciders were so good, the charcuterie was delicious, and the entertainment was just the cherry on top. But more than that, it was the kindness of the people that made the day perfect. Thank you Sidney, Catalina, and everyone at Privato. You went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful. You gave my mum and me a beautiful memory we’ll never forget.

Beautiful winery. Stopped by for a cider and wine tasting. The gardens are very nice. Tasting area is very spread out. Lots of sun and shade options. Pet friendly area. Cornhole and ladder ball.

We had a fantastic time at privato winery! Maya was AMAZING. She was so sweet and talkative and clearly cares a lot about her job. We even signed up to be members during this experience!! Thanks so much!
