Beautiful place to enjoy artsy environment. A gem in the middle of Stanford: free entrance, free art kit for kids, and plenty of places to enjoy the art. We came here during weekday in the afternoon, there was no wait, some group of students came in for field trip. Appreciate the owner of this place so much. What a legacy!

A powerful and thought-provoking experience. The Cantor Arts Center surprised me deeply. I came in expecting a typical university museum—and left moved, inspired, and full of questions. The Second Nature exhibition was particularly impactful: bold, raw, and unapologetically urgent. Some works felt overly constructed, others struck me like quiet revelations. But overall, it was a meaningful encounter with art, nature, and our responsibility as humans. Highly recommended for anyone seeking more than just pretty pictures.

This museum is hidden gem in Palo Alto & Standford University! What a beautiful place and variety collection of Art & sculpture! Highly recommended to visit when you have chance to tour Palo Alto city and Standford University!

Outdoor sculptures are Amazing, if you have some time to visit, before a Stanford Appointment. The museum has a Great History of the first railroad from The Bay Area, to The East Coast, too!! There's a Church, too, with Beautiful stained glass windows.

This museum is free, easy to navigate, and fun for kids. The collection is diverse—everything from ancient artifacts to contemporary pieces—so there’s always something interesting to see. The building itself is beautiful, elegant, spacious, and clean, and staff (volunteers) are quite helpful and friendly. The outdoor sculpture garden is a highlight, especially for kids who need to move around after looking at art indoors. It’s a great balance of culture and fresh air. You could easily spend a whole day here, and since admission costs nothing, the only expense is parking and coffee, - if you visit the small cafe. Great place for a laid-back visit, whether you’re into art or just looking for something different to do.

Loved the open-air vibe with all the greenery and fountains—it doesn’t feel like your typical mall. Tons of great stores, from high-end brands to cool local shops. Grabbed a bite at one of the cafes and just enjoyed people-watching. Perfect place to spend a relaxed afternoon shopping and soaking up the Silicon Valley energy.

This is a really big and spacious shopping center! I’m amazed by the number of seating areas available, especially for university students. It’s such a great spot if you want to study outside, with its airy and nature-friendly architecture. You can easily spend hours walking around, window shopping, or people-watching. There are lots of sports shops, high-end brands, and there’s even a very cute cat town!

A bit underwhelming… there is not many stores here compared to other malls such as the Roseville Galleria which also carries most luxury brands. I do enjoy shopping at Loro Piana and Tiffany but this particular Hermes isn’t my preferred location. Overall I would not go out of my way to visit here.

I've had a ton of experiences here and they've always been good! The place is well kept and clean, with tons of options offering everything you could ever imagine and need all in one place. The food spots are also delicious, and well priced for this style of mall. The parking situation can get hectic at times, but you'll find a spot!

Very nice place to hike in the East Bay. Trails are well maintained and there are lots of intersecting paths. This allows hikers to easily customize the length of the hike. Views of the bay are really beautiful and there are plenty of great breezes, even on a hot day. One star off for the limited access to bathrooms and water refill stations, given the $5.00 entry fee.

Visited on August 30, 2025. The weather was amazing. I only walked .5 miles of the Bayview Trail off the first parking lot with a stroller, my wife and our 2 year old grandson, but it was very nicely graded, paved until it opens up to a view of the Bay and an easy walk or bike if you just want a nice place to exercise or take in views of the Bay Area. There are picnic areas and places to sit along the way if needed. I’ll be back with a bike to do a more comprehensive tour. The views from the hills and trails above are presumably spectacular. I was with family and we had other obligations, but it was perfect for a quick stroll before heading to dinner.

While the overall elevation gain is moderate (likely under 1,000 feet), the varying slopes offer plenty of opportunities to get your heart pumping. ​A highlight is the marsh area, which is a fantastic spot for birdwatching. You can often spot a variety of shorebirds and waterfowl here. ​The views are stunning in every direction: you get a clear look at the west side of the bay and a beautiful, sweeping landscape on both sides of the ridge.

It's one of the best trails in Fremont. It's stroller friendly and has a lot of parking space. Tip: Either try to come early in the morning so you get a parking spot or later when the sun is shining. If you come at the perfect time it would be hard

Only walked the marsh, saw so many ducks, including but not limited to coots, griebs, and teals in addition to kites, hawks, egrets, night herons, turkeys and deer. Great wildlife watching . Plenty of parking, can't wait to be back.

Rangers always on point. Our party was for a 2 year old so the play ground was good, even for the older children. And the Bay was nearby, what a view!

We stayed in the camp site. Staff here is very friendly. There are 4 sites, all to one side of the parking lot, between the playground and the bay. Each camp site has a picnic table and is separated from the other sites by short bushes and rocks. The airport is just down the street, and you can hear the airplanes nearly constantly, which you get used to. You need to have access to your own bathroom in your camper, as the closest bathroom is only opened 8am - 5pm. The showers are push operated, and the water is lukewarm. (It does take a few pushes before it heats up). The women’s bathroom has stall doors, the men’s only has 4 foot barriers between the showers, with no stalls. There are water hook ups and electrical hook up, see photos as there were other campers that didn’t have the correct plug. There is currently no sewer or grey water dump. Park itself is very nice, great walks, and the kids enjoyed the playground. It is close to the freeway which is nice.

We went there on the weekend. Park entry cost is $6 per car and you would definitely love it inside. It has a great harbor view and planes landing on the SFO airport. We walked through the trail. In the other side there is a Eucalyptus tree area. My son was excited seeing all those boats in the pier.

I came here before but this time I took a bus instead of driving and realized it's free if you walk in. But it's better suited for family visits, so driving is the most ideal transportation, I would say. I walked almost 20 minutes from the closest 292 bus stop. I wanted to do a solo hike, so it's fine for me. You can see the airplanes landing into SFO from the beachside. And there are many people camping on the beach, so don't forget to bring your most comfortable tent or sunshade. There are also places for BBQ. Reservations are required, I assume. On the other side, there is a harbor. I see visitors with their puppies and other families with their children cycling. Multiple clean restrooms in the park.

Beautiful recreation park. Sea side walking enjoyable the sea breeze kissing your face feels like French kiss. Play area for little kids. Lots of wind surfers 🏄‍♂️. Ample tables and benches very good spot for picnics. Also thire is a cycling track.

Visited in Aug 21 and had a great time. Our visit was for fishing and hike and it was great for both. Looks like a great place for kids and sailboarding. They have a nice bait shack and snacks for purchase. Several bathrooms with running water are spread out. The parking fee of six dollars is well worth it.

We love visiting CuriOdyssey! It’s a perfect spot for young kids — my 1-year-old and 3-year-old daughters always have a great time here. The otters are adorable, and we especially enjoy the noon feeding time, where the staff shares lots of interesting facts about their behavior and habitat. It’s both fun and educational! There’s also a small playground and a courtyard area where you can watch airplanes fly overhead — my kids love that part. We often bring a lunch and have a picnic at the tables in the garden area. It’s such a peaceful and family-friendly setting. One tip: weekends can get busy, and the nearby parking lot sometimes fills up, so I recommend arriving early. On weekdays, it’s usually very quiet, which makes it even easier to enjoy. Highly recommend for families with young children!

First time visiting CuriOdyssey with my 4-year-old this past Saturday and I’m already planning our next trip! This place exceeded all my expectations. We lucked out because it was Bubble Day, my daughter was absolutely mesmerized by all the bubble activities and demonstrations. The themed days are such a brilliant idea and really add something special to the experience. The exhibits themselves are engaging and perfect for curious little minds. Everything is hands-on and interactive, which kept my kiddo busy for hours. What really stood out to me was how genuinely friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. They clearly love what they do and were so patient answering my daughter’s endless questions. You can tell they really care about making it a memorable experience for families. The food trucks outside were a nice surprise too, we grabbed lunch and ate in the outdoor area, which was a perfect break between exploring. Honestly, I wish we had discovered this gem sooner! It’s such a wonderful place for kids to learn and explore. We’re definitely becoming regulars.

A nice place to enjoy with kids. Got play areas with different kinds of items outdoor and various science related activities indoor and few animal exhibits too. A complete package to spend time for entire day with the bay view. Got ASTC affiliated museum membership, which made me to visit this place. Had to show that my membership museum is part of ASTC. Would have missed this place with out the membership.

We came here as part of a trip to explore the ASTC Passport program. What a cool spot on the bay. The combination of the science museum, playground and zoo is fantastic. So many great interactive exhibits. There is so much to learn from here, especially for a child that is over 3 years old. Us parents had a blast with the exhibits too, many clever visual exhibits. The zoo is a nice touch, good exhibits for the animals and the enclosures looks to be well maintains and good size. The playground is pretty neat too, since it is also for teaching physics. Overall a great place to stop and learn and a beautiful location.

Had a great time with my great granddaughter. It was her birthday and she turned 3. She was fascinated with all the exhibits and the animal shows. We spent HOURS enjoying your facility and she still didn't want to go home. I gave her some dollar bills for the donation box and explained that if we donated money, we may be able to come back and explore new things. She quickly put the money in the box and asked when we were coming back! Thanks to all the staff, you do a fantastic job!

Cute quaint place. Worth getting a membership. Animals are awesome to see. We could probably watch Gunner all day! Such wonderfuls things. and a playground to get the wiggles out before the exploration.

Loved this museum! We came and utilized the Blue Star family discount for military families and loved it. It is pricey, but worth it for active kids especially 5+ with a mind for science. No cafe or hot food options, pack a lunch. There is plenty of seating in the back overlooking the water and cubbies to store items.

The Blackhawk Museum is absolutely amazing! We've already been there twice and every time we are blown away. The animals inside are so realistic — it feels like you're seeing them in real life! Even though we are big animal lovers, we discovered so many species we had never even heard of before. It's such a fun and educational experience. Outside the museum, there are plenty of food options with restaurants and stores nearby, plus a great playground for kids. It’s the perfect place to spend a whole day with family. Highly recommend!

My son heard about the Blackhawk Museum from a friend, I was a little skeptica to visit since we had to drive an hour and 15 minutes, thankfully I was pleasantly surprised. What a fun place! The had a variety of displays. There is a car display, privately owned the owners are sharing with the museum. There are rare cars to see ip close,what a treat. There's an exhibit on China, the wild west, nature something for everybody. We didn't give ourselves enough time to explore the wild west, we need to go back. The staff were all very professional and helpful.

The museum hosted the San Ramon and Danville Chambers of Commerce for a fantastic networking mixer. It is a beautiful location for any event, and its exhibits are unique—no other museum in the East Bay can compare! Thank you for a really fun evening!

Absolutely amazed at the size of this museum, beautifully designed with incredibly detailed displays. Very clean , extremely friendly staff . There is a plaza with Plenty of little shops and restaurants and a playground for kids adjacent to Blackhawk museum.

The car section, China section and the wild west section are amazing. The African wood carvings section has a small collection, but it's also beautiful.

The Oakland Zoo was awesome we been to a handful of zoos this has been my favorite so far. You have to buy your tickets online for a specific time pulling up around our designated time, parking and getting in was super easy. There is a lot of ground to cover we opted for going up the Gondola first up at the top we saw wolves, a jaguar, bears, and more they also have their cafe at the top up there which has an awesome view - it may be a little crazy trying to find a table as everyone is there with their family but this particular day weather was perfect so we sat outside and had an awesome view. Would definitely recommend. They have another little lift for $5 per person that takes you directly over the Lions - that was surreal they even let out a little roar while we were going over the top it was insane. There was so many animals it was awesome. They also had some cool reptiles and a little insect room. All in all would definitely recommend be ready to walk.

I feel we nailed it on our timing. We got there before they opened and were first in line. When we got inside we headed straight for the far end of the park and worked our way back. We were able to catch many animals being fed and almost all of them were out and about. We also didn't have to wait in line for the ride or wait to get close to the animals. The weather was perfect and the animals seemed to be putting on a show. The lions were roaring and playing, the monkeys and chimpanzees showing off, and more. It was a fantastic experience and a wonderfully kept up zoo. The animals seemed well taken care of. I value that.

I'm a teacher in San Francisco, and I'm always on the lookout for the best field trip experiences in the Bay Area. The Oakland Zoo has become one of our absolute favorites. Over the years, I've tried several of their educational options: the first year we booked a wildlife assembly (we were the only class there), the second year we participated in the ZooSchool program, and this year we explored the self-guided option. Each experience has been well-organized and engaging for students. In the past we never had time to ride the gondola or explore the zoo on our own so we never collected Zoo cards. My students this year loved collecting cards throughout the day, but what really stood out was an Oakland Zoo staff member who went above and beyond at the end of the day. He took the time to trade cards with my students and make the experience feel extra special. The Oakland Zoo is, in my opinion, far superior to the San Francisco Zoo in terms of both educational value and visitor experience. We'll definitely continue returning year after year. Highly recommend it for teachers, families, and anyone looking for a meaningful and memorable day at the zoo! I also attended glowfari for the first time last year and WOW! It is worth every penny. The decorations are up and it's looking EPIC this year.

It's a good Zoo, but the access for people walking is difficult. The lower entrance was closed and we have to walk the road with all the cars. There is a "sidewalk", but we had to walk around it using the road most of the time. The installations are great and big for the animals, bigger than other zoos, and there is enrichment. The workers were really nice and enthusiast, explaining facts about the animals and the conservation efforts. The views from the California Trail are excellent, you can see Oakland and San Francisco skylines.

Had an amazing experience! There are so many fun learning areas and awesome playgrounds for the kids. The animals were super active, the gondola rides were a bonus, and the bay views were the cherry on top. Definitely a place we’ll visit again!

It was my first time to Oakland zoo and it was such a fun time! We went around 1pm on a Saturday, it was pretty hot and luckily some animals were very active! Favorite exhibit was grizzly bears, wolves, giraffes, we went to 3 different bear exhibits and they were all so cute. Definitely take the sky ride! We took it and were able to see sleeping lions resting underneath the shade further back in their exhibit. If we didn’t take the sky ride, we definitely wouldn’t have been able to see them. It also has great views of the bay! We also did the train ride- this one took a bit long to get on as there were so many families and large parties. This is the only way to access wallabies and emus. It was fun to see emus up close- but maybe would skip if you’re short on time and the train line is too long. Definitely would come back again to enjoy the park- who doesn’t love animals?

I have loved the Oakland zoo forever, for their top-notch habitats, husbandry, and ethics. But today I had such a unique experience and felt like I needed to leave a review. I went with my family around opening this morning, and shortly after we took the gondola up to the upper zoo area, it had to be temporarily shut down for safety. The staff (specifically the EMT) checked in with us regularly to answer our questions (like if the cafe would still be opening with only a small handful of people up there- it did! And when the shuttles would be coming to take us down). It was kinda fun to have a more "private" experience at the zoo since nobody else was able to come up, and to get to see the veterinary hospital in a normally private section of the zoo as the shuttle took us back down. But the point of my review is just how wonderfully all the staff handled the weird situation (and my in-law's redundent questions, haha). Definitely eat at the cafe- it was yummy and the outdoor view over the bay was beautiful. Unfortunately, the gift shop is currently closed for construction.

Kimmy and I hiked here for time. We both impressed. Long paved trails with bathroom and water stations along path. Trail gently sloping and easy to walk. If you are more adventures, review map at trail head. Highly recommend. Kimmy gives 2 paws 🐾 up.

Love this place. Taken my mom and friends and everyone enjoyed. There are some bugs so bring spray and you can't get lost all the paths ends up leading you back out just remember if you go up come back down. Beautiful trees and birds and sometimes you can hear the creek running and it's so nice. There's lots of parking and the park stays open late and it's free after 5pm so it's nice in the summer to have 3hrs or hike or outside time before dark. I've met some really interesting people some from New York even a cat that's famous on Instagram. There's dogs and they are supposed to be in leashes but not always just be careful and keep an eye out. There's a ton of bathrooms. The air is so great I always feel 1000x better each time I go.

Beautiful redwood park. Wide paths. Saw bike riders there. Lots of bathrooms. Nature wonder land. Free parking during the week. Great place to get a nice hike in and de stress. Passed by a playground. Dogs on leashes! Passed by a picnic area.

Beautiful hiking trail with lots of large Red wood trees which makes it shady and cool in hot summer days. You may see some lady birds and squirrels. Horse riders, runners and hikers share the same trail.

Beautiful park and great place to go for a walk and enjoy the nice weather! Took a quick trip to Oakland and went here to see the trees and took a nice walk. Very nice and clean park to visit!

For being to close and easy to get to it’s great to enjoy some nice trails with pretty views. I didn’t plan well so just went out and back about 3 miles and it was nice. Probably a good idea to look at all the different trails and plan a route but even just wandering was nice.

Nice and shady with lots of trail options to spread out the crowds. Depending on the loop you choose, there could be significant elevation changes, so be prepared for numerous inclines and declines. The redwoods are 2nd and 3rd generation, so it's not the largest I've seen but still impressive and beautiful. Was hoping to see old growth in the section marked "old growth" but I didn't notice anything larger than what we saw on the Stream/Mill/French loop. If I lived in the area, I'd be making this my go-to forest bathing destination!

💚 Fans infrastructure or public transportation history will be in heaven at this museum. 💚 Visitors are able to fully view the mechanics, in operation, powering the cable car lines throughout the city. 💚 The museum is full of displays and historic photos. Many with the sole purpose of explaining how the cable cars operate. 💚 Great gift shop! 💚 FREE admission!

A real national treasure here! Over 150 years of history as the cable car was originally built in SF. The entrance to the museum is free and there's a very cool gift shop that only takes cash. We rode the cable car to Union Square and back afterwards and how much fun it was to be apart of historical continuity. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did.

Amazing displays, we can see the infrastructure powering the cable cars around town, as well as displays outlining the history of cable cars around San Francisco. this place is great for anyone who is interested in history and San Francisco!

Amazing museum especially given its free entry. The historical information is pretty interesting. Enjoyed catching the cable car there, learning about how all the levers work and then watching the drivers in action.

If you hate interesting in learning first hand how the cable cars work or are in the area, the visit is worth the time. The entrance is free and the museum provides easy to understand information regarding the operation of cable cars of San Francisco. There is a nice souvenir shop in the museum too.

It was really awesome to see the WORKING cables! Such cool history! And it's a free museum, so that's nice as well. We were able to walk through, taking in most of the info and history, in about 1.5 hours. But I enjoy reading that stuff so not everyone will take that much time here...

There are lots of signs with all the details about the cable cars! You even get to see the very cables that run the city's cable cars today, which is really interesting!

Don't have the words to describe this park. Simply astonishing! You need q whole day to go around.. multiple days of you wish to make long stops in the sites and enjoy. I think the best way to make the most of it, is to take a look on the several sites, decide which ones you want to see and follow the Google map of the park. This way you will not get lost and you' ll have plenty of time to enjoy - bring coffee and food and no worries, there are clean public restrooms in several points.

Such a beautiful park in the heart of San Francisco! There are so many parts to go and see, from the Conservatory of Flowers down to Blue Heron Lake. In addition, there are many museums to go and explore, such as the California Academy of Sciences and De Young Museum. There is also the serene Japanese Tea Garden, which is an amazing place to walk around and relax. I will definitely come back again!

Golden Gate Park in San Francisco is a vast and beautiful urban oasis filled with gardens, lakes, and walking paths. Stretching over 1,000 acres, it’s home to landmarks like the Conservatory of Flowers, Japanese Tea Garden, and de Young Museum. The park offers space for picnics, biking, and peaceful strolls, making it a perfect escape from city bustle.

Honestly it's just a great park to stroll. The landscaping with the varying vegetation gives it an otherworldly feel like the rest of the city. A lot of juxtaposition. On top of that there are world class museums scattered throughout. Definitely can spread a day out here alone if you're visiting.

We were there for the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival. String Cheese Incident was phenomenal, as expected, and our favorite act. But the park itself is amazing, festival or not. Excellent birding spot and for walking/strolling. Wheelchair accessible.

This has to be one of the most beautiful parks in the US. Especially love the Japanese Tea Garden, de Young Museum (Art of Manga exhibit was available when I went), and the JFK Promenade to go for a run. Such a nice place to spend the day!

Golden Gate Park is a San Francisco treasure, larger than Central Park and full of things to explore. You’ll find miles of trails for walking or biking, wide lawns for picnics, and lakes with paddle boats. At Strawberry Hill, the park’s highest point, you can enjoy peaceful views, a small waterfall, and dog-friendly paths. We even came across a fun “sea monster” exhibition. Perfect for families, pet owners, or anyone who loves the outdoors.

This is a must-see attraction in SF. Everyone loves to see or drive down this path. The view was gorgeous from the top, and the flowers were in bloom. Great pics to take, and I preferred to walk to really take it all in.

This is my third time to this attraction. The scenery here is still pleasing to the eye. I like to see tourists from all over the world being intoxicated in this way. It is very romantic.

This is a must see. Everyone should experience this beautiful street. We walked down and back up and also drove down this street. Highly recommend doing all three. The flowers we so amazingly beautiful.

Great to see absolute disaster cars everywhere. Honking. People taking illegal turns I don’t blame them some of the time it’s a nightmare to get down the road. I got there from the top maybe it’s better at the bottom? But I didn’t bother was complete mess. The traffic cops do there best but it’s overwhelming.

Beautiful spot, the only downside is that the bushes are so tall so you can’t really get a close up photo of the curved street but it’s worth going if you’re visiting SF.

Sea lions, sunsets, and a lively boardwalk vibe Pier 39 is one of those places that instantly feels alive, a mix of sea breeze, music, and the occasional bark of a sea lion echoing from the docks. I didn’t need to buy any tickets in advance; the main attraction, the sea lions, are free to watch if you find a good spot by the water. It’s one of those simple yet memorable moments where you just stand there, camera in hand, and enjoy their lazy, sun-bathing charm. The pier itself is full of options, cozy restaurants, souvenir shops, ice-cream stands, and smoothie bars. I didn’t get to try everything, but everything I did try, from snacks to smoothies, was genuinely good. The staff were friendly and helpful everywhere we stopped, which made the whole experience even better. Nearby, there are a few attractions like the Ferris wheel and some boat tours that might require tickets, but they’re optional. Honestly, just walking around the pier at sunset already feels like an experience on its own. If you’re coming by scooter or bike, I’d recommend checking how busy it is first. Scooters are manageable, but on crowded days, maneuvering a bike could be tricky. All in all, Pier 39 is more than just a tourist stop, it’s a place to slow down, take in the bay air, and feel the pulse of San Francisco by the water. 🌅

My family and I really enjoyed our day stroll at Pier 39. The weather was perfect when we visited! It was a bit crowded in some areas, but we still found plenty of nice spots to sightsee and walk around. There are lots of great food options and cafés to choose from. Finding a restroom was a bit of a challenge, but overall, it was still a wonderful day!

I squeezed in a quick visit during a long business trip, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my week. The energy here is amazing—shops and restaurants stay open late, so whether you want a great meal, a last-minute souvenir, or just a relaxing place to take in the views, there’s something for everyone. Perfect for travelers on a tight schedule who still want a memorable experience. I’m already planning to return on my next trip—this place easily makes the “worth the stop” list.

Fun place to spend a little time. Easy shopping. Got to see some sea lions and had a yummy bowl of chowder in a bread bowl and freshly made donuts. Great view of Alcatraz at one end and San Francisco at the other!

The typical place for all tourists to visit at least once. A few carnival-style rides & attractions for kids, Bubbz Gumps restaurant a Mexican & surf themed casual restaurant & bar ,biscoff cafe , Hard Rock cafe. There is a In & Out burger joint just a little further back past the ship wheel.

Visiting fisherman’s wharf was probably the highlight of our San Francisco trip. So many cute shops, the best place to buy any souvenirs for your family and friends. The Biscoff Café was so good as well as the ice cream shops. Highly recommend!

The employees are doing the best with what they got. Typical amusement park food was over priced and under temperature. lol. At least they have over priced cold beer to soften the blow from the over priced room temperature food. The kids had fun and that’s what really matters. Thank you to the lifeguards. Without you guys all us parents would have to be on edge all day. 🛟💪🏽💪🏽

Great place to chill this blazing hot summer time. Take your whole family and friends and relax to the cool pools around its vicinity. Meet new friends, share great experiences. Clean surroundings, cold water, great cabana and shelter to stay-in. Snacks/foods was adjusted, before it was 3hours to take refills, now its 4hours. It was a fun experience!

We visited on 7/13/2025 and had a mostly good time. The kids had a good time in the wave pool, on the slides, etc. As others have said, they could do a better job moving people thru the slides more quickly and efficiently, but it was good enough for what it was. Also, the men’s bathroom by the end of the day was an unhygienic disaster. They really need a separate, dedicated changing area. The really odd thing is the food situation. Many places we went for food, we were regularly told that the menus were not accurate in showing what was actually available. The attached photo shows the entrees and says “Served with fries.” I read this to mean that all items on this screen were “entrees” and all included fries. I did four orders of pizza and four kids meals and none of them came with fries. When I asked about it, the cashier said that only the first two items came with fries. That is certainly not indicated in any way on this menu. It feels like a bait and switch. I then made a second purchase for two orders of fries and the cashier failed to produce a receipt for the order even though I asked her for it within seconds of paying. She looked around for the receipt and asked a coworker for help and they came up empty handed. She then shrugged and said there was nothing she could do. I was not happy and she knew it. When I got back to my cabana, I then noticed that my fry orders were of two different sizes. I paid the same amount for the two orders, why would they be different sizes? What is going on here? Between the inconsistent food quantities, inaccurate signage, high prices, and inability to get a receipt when requested, I couldn’t help but feel exploited. As you can see from the screens, we are paying a lot of money for food that is mediocre at best. They should at least update the digital signs so that they are accurate and the employees should deliver us a correct order and produce receipts when requested. I’m still giving this place three stars (really 2.5 stars feels more accurate) because I want to be fair and the experience, aside from the food and the bathroom, was fine (grading on a curve). However, if we’re going to be gouged on the food, at least be clear on what we actually are, and are not, getting for our money and make sure that everyone is able to get a receipt for every single purchase.

There are workers that look like they’d rather be somewhere else. Why are they there in the first place? It looks like they are getting paid to stand and stare at nothing. Especially in the kids slide areas. There are numerous times where the kids slam into each other because they don’t watch how many kids go down the slide. My nephews got hit in the back and I caught one of the times when it happened. Also if a worker asks a little kid if they are tall enough to ride the ride, is safety on the top of their mind? How can they ask a little kid? Shouldn’t they be the ones to check?

Great on a hot day. Get tix in advance online as they are cheaper. No food allowed. A small locker cost $11. Lines were long and not all the slides were in operation

Coming from Texas, this place lacks some things for us. It's small, 2 of the main rides were closed, the drop slide only one slide was working, I think it's beyond ridiculous that you have to rent out tubes for the day. Very little lay out chairs. On the positive side the park is very clean, the staff was really great.

My experience here was terrible to say at the least. I will not be returning. First of all, the food is unnecessarily expensive, almost all the big rides were closed, and the same songs were playing on repeat the whole entire day. I also rented a cabana for $250 which promised a ceiling fan and beverages, and NEITHER of them were fufilled. In addition, after the main pool was closed, there was a goose in the pool. The bathrooms are also beyond disgusting, and I am not over exaggerating. I am very unsatisfied with my stay and DO NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

If you are in San Fran, you have to visit Alcatraz. I used Alcatraz City Cruises and I recommend them. It is a smooth process getting to and leaving the island. Once you are on the island, you can take a guided audio tour or explore on your own. From a historical perspective, it is worth checking out and it gives you a really new perspective on how the "Rock" was used and how it has evolved over time. Being there and experiencing it is a lot different than reading about it or watching shows about it.

This tour was a lot of fun. Enjoyed learning the history of the prison and hearing stories of other things that happened. A nice ride out and great photo ops. Book your tickets ahead and plan on spending at least 2 hours to do the walking tour and self guided tour.

Loved it! The audio tour was really great and informative! Got a full walk through with the tour then you are free to wonder around and see more of the Island and can always go back and look at the block all over again if you want! Was a great time!! We did the night tour and it wasnt to packed.

If you visit San Francisco this tour is a must. Recommend going on the Park ranger walk. It's very informative. The audio tour, while in the cell house was also well done. Park staff were very friendly. Take the time to enjoy this national land mark.

We opted for the Behind The Scenes Tour and are very glad we did! We've been to numerous prison, penitentiary and jail museums and wanted to see all of this one, the alpha omega of prisons! The tour includes places not accessible without a guide so we got to see more than most. Our tour guide was amazing, he was very knowledgeable of both the military prison and the federal prison eras which was greatly appreciated. He eagerly answered questions and happily elaborated on any areas requested. Getting to go underground through the tunnel and mote and learning how they were used during both eras was fascinating. The behind the scenes part is pretty quick, we were whisked from one spot to the next and although our guide said he'd wait until the entire group was reassembled, he started way before we all got there! Had to be super quick up those steep hills! Also included was the Night Tour and the audio tour so it's a complete look at Alcatraz! We thoroughly enjoyed the Indian Occupation exhibit and highly recommend going through all of it, it's quite moving.

We visited Alcatraz recently and really enjoyed the experience! The boat ride was pleasant, and once on the island we had access to a very informative audio guide that helped us understand how the prison operated during its time of use. I especially liked that you had to walk and listen at the same time, it made the visit more immersive! The ticket was a bit expensive, but we’re really glad we went!

The Golden Gate Bridge is simply Spectacular! I recommend visiting the visitors center at the south entrance. Here you can learn about the history of the bridge. Absolutely astonishing how these engineers and steel workers survived brutal cold elements to construct this bridge! Visit Fort Point National Historic Site at the base of the bridge for more Historic facts. Take the 1 hour bay cruise and the boat travels underneath the bridge for an unbelievable experience! I recommend driving to the north side of the bridge through the Marin Headlands and visit Golden Gate Bridge overlook it is a breathtaking view of the bridge and you can look into the city of San Francisco.

Walking or biking across is an amazing experience you can see the city skyline, Alcatraz, and the Marin Headlands all in one view. The Golden Gate Bridge was fantastic! Went during the week, not crowded. Was able to cruise across at our leisure and not worry about someone on our ass. Fisherman's Wharf was quiet, no lines. Food is always great in the area. And I'm talking about seafood. Everything is slowed down during the week. We really enjoyed our time there. Hotels were plentiful and cheaper. Looking forward to another visit.

I absolutely loved riding my bicycle down this amazing and iconic feature of architecture in my great nation. I visited in 2011 and stayed 5 days in San Francisco. I loved every second of it. Beautiful town. Beautiful people.

Amazing!!!! The bridge in San Francisco is truly beautiful, but the best time to visit it is when there is no fog. Otherwise, you won’t be able to get clear pictures. But it’s definitely something worth seeing.

The Ferry Building has my favorite coffee shop in it as well as a top room, so it's a social hangout spot while you wait for the ferry to arrive. I've only used the ferry itself once, and it was an easy experience. It can get EXTREMELY busy, so make sure to give yourself plenty of time. My favorite thing about the ferry building? THE VIEWS. The whole area is beautiful. It's right across the water from Mare Island, which make for beautiful scenery. Make sure to stay and walk around and enjoy the waterfront.

Can’t complain, fast, efficient , and quiet boat, only thing I can add is that they should and NEED to clean the windows so we can actually see out to the ocean

We love taking the Ferry from the Vallejo Ferry Building. It’s the perfect travel experience into San Francisco. There is a walkway along the water, a nice coffee shop, brewery and restaurants for convenience while waiting to catch the ferry.

It’s an amazing adventure to get on this. Minus point is the size of the ship is kinda small.

Absolutely avoid parking in the assigned parking area! It’s not worth it. You might as well drive to San Francisco yourself. My family and I drove down 3 hours for a Giants game. We thought taking the fairy would be fun. Came back and our Cadillac converter was stolen from our car. This WAS DONE IN PURE DAYLIGHT. This place definitely lacks security. There is absolutely no security cameras. Sketchy people parked all around that will sit there for hours watching people as they leave. Homeless tents everywhere and doubled the 3 hours we were gone. Last time we choose to go. Environment is not safe.

The Ferry ride was fine. We parked in Vallejo and took the Ferry to SF , and stayed 3 nights. We came back and our car was broken into. Broke the small window in the back. Nothing was stolen but they went through my cargo bag.

This was lots of fun. I can see why people chose this method of transportation over BART! It was spacious, clean, there were bathrooms, had a great view, you can eat and drink on the ferry too! I don't know why it took me so long to try this. It was a little more expensive than other forms of commuting, but definitely worth it! On the return trip, there was a Ferry employee that told us stories and made everyone laugh. It was great weather and lots of fun to sit outside and watch the water! I don't ever want to take BART to get to San Francisco again! Once it got dark, it was such a treat to enjoy the lights from the deck. I would like to ride the ferry every day.

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is, overall, a nicely designed park that offers an interesting mix of thrill rides, family attractions, and animal exhibits – somewhere between a zoo and a theme park. 🎢🦓 The park is clean, well laid out, and has something for everyone. Up until about 5 PM, I had a really good time – great atmosphere, nice weather, and a fun day overall. One big plus was the Oktoberfest event that happened during my visit. 🍺 Of course, it doesn’t quite reach the level of a real German Oktoberfest, but I have to give them credit – they put a lot of effort into making it feel authentic with themed decorations, music, and matching food and beer. It was a really fun and well-done touch that added to the experience. 🎶🥨 And I say that as a German. Unfortunately, things went downhill later in the evening. I went across the street to check in at my hotel and tried to re-enter the park at 6:10 PM for the Halloween event, but was denied re-entry because of a park policy stating that guests can only re-enter until 6:00 PM. The park wasn’t even close to being full, so the rule felt unnecessary and inflexible. Even after speaking with a supervisor, there was no exception, no understanding, no real effort to help. That’s sadly the kind of poor customer service Six Flags is known for – sticking rigidly to rules instead of showing flexibility or basic guest consideration. It’s especially disappointing because I would have gladly spent more time (and money) in the park that evening, especially with the Halloween and Oktoberfest activities going on. On top of that, the ride operations were, as usual for Six Flags, very slow and inefficient – dispatches often took five to seven minutes per train, which kills the pacing of the day and causes unnecessary waits. Bottom line: A nice park overall, with an interesting mix of rides and animals and a well-organized Oktoberfest that showed real effort and heart. But the lack of flexibility and poor customer service left a bad impression. With better operations and a more guest-friendly attitude, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom could easily be a top-tier park – unfortunately, this visit left me with mixed feelings and just two stars.

Fright Fest was fun and the Halloween decorations were really good! They turned on fog machines as soon as it got dark and had scary characters walking around. My son had soo much fun it was like being in a real haunted graveyard. It was a long walk from the parking lot to get to entrance I suggest dropping people off by the front. They have great roller coasters. We rented a locker for $22 which was soo helpful. The average wait for all rides was 45 min to 2 hours so that was tough for a group of boys under 12 yo. If the lines were quicker I would give it 5/5. It's a long walk back to the parking lot.

I had a great time at Six Flags even though a lot of the reviews I see are negative. Good: - We got the FLASH Premium pass and it was absolutely the right call - we barely waited in line, and when the Batman ride opened at night we got on after about 15 min in line instead of 90 minutes - We went for the Fright Fest as well, and the mazes were well done! I liked the haunted mansion the best, club fear wasn't that great since it was very empty and not as many actors inside. The spooky vibes were great and the actors seemed to have a good time - My favorite rides were the Joker, Batman, and the Wonder Woman Lasso ride, that's definitely the longest ride. Superman was also high thrill. - The park wasn't super busy on a Saturday, and parking was easy as well. Very walkable - Dolphin show had cool tricks, but the talk track is definitely for kids Bad: - Food is really expensive, $20 for basically a single slice of pizza and salad - Gets really hot during the day, but cool during the night so bring layers Overall this was a really great experience and would come again

What a mighty park for its size! Good variety of roller coasters and friendly park staff. Lines are long as usual but if you can afford a flash pass it makes the day that much more enjoyable. The cool thing is they have a mini zoo in the back of the park. The animals were so cool to look at and offered a nice change to the loud and hectic front of the park.

Great park! Grab a flash pass if you're visiting for the day, they have some fantastic coasters that you'll want to ride multiple times! Scare Feat was meh, I wouldn't pay for any of the mazes again, but it was great to ride their iconic coasters at night.

It use.to be a great place for rides and animals, but it's depressing to see less animals and expensive to eat, perhaps they offer more over the summer. I went in late October, only offered the dolphin and walrus show, dolphin show was cute, the walrus show was boring. The aquarium is a joke, like 1 small shark, 1 or 2 nurse shark, a handful of big fish. The cheetahs were active though and plenty of them compared to other animals. A lunch of burger, fries and a drink for one person is 30! Funnel.fries were good but 17 bucks is crazy. They don't take cash

It's decent. Some rides gave me a headache and would not recommend. Food is decently price and around the same price you'd get at any other cedar fair parks. Their scare fest is really small and very wimpy than from what I've expected. But overall, their sea lion and dolphin shows were great!

One of the best outlet malls in the North State. Great prices & selections. We were there this past weekend & found shoes for all my kids. The North Face also had a 60% clearance sale!! Needless to say, it was like Christmas in March!! Time to do an epic haul video.

Vacaville Premium Outlets is definitely a go-to spot if you’re looking to score great deals on name-brand items. I recently visited and was impressed by the variety of stores and the discounts available. I found some amazing deals at Zales, where the prices on select pieces were significantly marked down—perfect for a special occasion or just to treat yourself. I also found some great finds at a few other shops, especially on shoes and seasonal apparel. The outlet layout is spread across two main sections, so be prepared for a bit of walking, but the grounds are generally clean and easy to navigate. Parking can get crowded during peak hours, but I was still able to find a spot without too much hassle. Most stores were well-stocked and the staff were helpful and friendly. It’s not the most upscale shopping destination, but if you’re after variety, name brands, and solid discounts, this is a great place to spend a few hours. A solid outlet experience overall—and worth the stop if you’re in the area or looking to do some serious bargain shopping!

My family absolutely LOVES the Vacaville Premium Outlet Mall! We live a few hours away and drive over the hill for about 3 hours each direction to shop here. We come a few times a year, especially during holidays when sales are fabulous! We shop at about 75% of the stores, making purchases at most. We spend a nice chunk of change each time but we make out like bandits with sooo much stuff! Always happy with our experience. Thanks to ALL the employees who put in so much effort to make our time there great and well loved.

Honestly, this is my go to outlet mall. I love how much parking there is and I feel the stores do carry quite a bit of selection as they’re pretty big compared to Livermore. I always find something in this mall, so definitely recommend!

Vacaville Premium Outlets has become a second-class outlet center in recent years. Many premium name-brand outlet stores have moved out after the San Francisco Premium Outlets opened many years ago. The phase one section of the outlet center still has some good stores, but the phase two section is pretty empty, or it has only a few stores I want to shop. The old design with the parking lot in the middle of the outlet mall is also outdated. Most of the shoppers drive their cars directly to the stores they want and skip everything in between! So the less famous stores will have a hard time Survive!

I went to Bath and Body Works. Plenty of products in stock and the staff were amazing. Kory (I can't remember the rest of her name 😭) and Bella were very knowledgeable on the products and offers available 🔥 excellent customer service deserves recognition ✨

Nice premium outlet! All kinds of brands. got huge parking lot not too crowded.... Lots of public restroom, vending machines, Unfortunately NO restaurant at all .. you will get to see only food truck! And some vendors..However must say had an great tacos truck there, must try from them.

Absolutely beautiful building and proiperty with mediocre wine and service. We came earlier in the day and thoroughly enjoyed an olive oil tasting at their “Pressed” location so we expected similar service here, but it fell short. The wines were decent, we bought a case, but there were only 2 we liked enough to buy. The guy who did our tasting seemed disconnected from us, though he tried to be pleasant. Overall, we weren’t impressed.

We visited this winery on a Wednesday and were able to walk in for a wine tasting without a reservation. Our server was very knowledgeable and gave us information on each wine, where the grapes grew, and other interesting facts about the family. We ordered a charcuterie board and also sampled the olive oils in their olive oil shop. We stayed in Sausalito and were able to get here in about 45 minutes.

Beautiful place to spend an afternoon tasting wines. We found the place while driving and were not disappointed. They have gorgeous outdoor seating where we enjoyed their wine looking out the vast field of the vineyard. Their food menu is not extensive yet the choices will fill you up. We ended up ordering pizza with bruschetta. We were a group of 4 so we tried their white & red wine. The prices were reasonable for a bottle and the wines were really good. You can bring kids but i would recommend making an adult trip to this place.

We had a great experience at the bar with the bartenders Sam and Tim, after taking a look in the shop there and trying some pretty spectacular olive oils and balsamics. I bought a 6 pack that I put together with my favorites and just know I will be bummed when I run out, being from Chicago will make it hard to just go and stock up again but wow their carmalized onion balsamic is beyond words. I ended up joining the wine club because of how amazing the service and wine was. The chocolate wine shot was fun. The wine is poured directly into a piece of chocolate. Beautiful property and A++ would recommend.

I'm from Utah. This is my favorite winery, hands down. Everyone is so accommodating, the wine is fantastic, the grounds are phenomenal, and the experience is always the best. I bring cases of wine home because I can't get it in Utah. I could rattle off a handful of different times where everyone; like literally the whole winery went above and beyond to appease me. I visit every year. Multiple times in some years, and Jacuzzi is just always a high mark above...everywhere else. *FAVORITE*

We came without a reservation and they were so kind to fit us in, very beautiful property, loved the bread oil tasting, the chocolate shot was fun and Derek was great! Would definitely come back!

We came to Cline Family Cellars on a Monday during vacation with our kids — and came back again on Tuesday because it was that good. The wines are beautifully crafted, and we especially loved tasting Cline’s “Shifting Tides” — elegant, smooth, and full of character. But this place is so much more than just wine. The grounds are open and peaceful, with so much to explore. There’s an original vintage train car, several ponds filled with fish you can feed, donkeys and plenty of open space. It’s crazy how relaxing and beautiful it can be — even with kids in tow. They were entertained and welcomed, and we had real time to enjoy ourselves. When we shared a personal story with a staff member, the owner came out to meet us. Their warmth, curiosity, and incredible generosity were beyond anything we’ve experienced at any winery, ever. We left with great wine and even better memories. Cline is a place we’ll return to again — and tell others about. Special thanks to Emma and Quinnie.

We dropped in unannounced but still treated to an amazing tasting. Wine was fabulous! The grounds were amazing from the mission, to the pond to the donkeys! Loved it all!!

What a beautiful garden and pond! Loved walking the grounds. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and our host Emma had a great sense of humor and immense wine knowledge. Enjoyed the classic Sonoma flight, although the Chardonnay was the winner in our group! Very kid friendly and pet friendly!

Came down for a small trip for our 10yr anniversary, Jerry was amazing we loved him and loved how family friendly and beautiful the winery is! My daughter really enjoyed feeding the fish, we left with two bottles, can’t wait to come back!

4 stars for our awesome server & the beautiful outdoor area. Wines were ok nothing that we wanted to buy a bottle of. Kids are allowed outside (not sure about inside) so if you don't mind rugrats running & screaming all around your table, sit outside and enjoy the scenery.

Cline Cellars has a spectacularly beautiful property! It's welcoming, clean, and stunning. The staff was very friendly and our wine specialist was super knowledgeable and kind. I will happily return but also recommend this family owned oasis when you're in Sonoma!

We really enjoyed our time spent at Cline and hope to be back in the future. The grounds were beautiful and relaxed (heads-up, it was EXTREMELY kid friendly and felt more like a brew garden than a winery). This was easily the only wine we had on our most recent trip to napa that had a taste and experience in line with their pricing.

WOW. I wish I could correctly articulate how fantastic Palmaz was. You are warmly welcomed as soon as you arrive and there is a spacious waiting area. If you are a technology geek and wine lover, this will be heaven for you. I understand the expensive price tag, but what is $150/pp feels like $500 with beautiful and tasty accoutrements. This was winery 4/4 for us on our trip. Cannot recommend Jordan enough. He knows his stuff, doesn’t come off as “too cool for school” and knew the answer to every question. He would absolutely be invited to a family dinner. Thank you so much, Jordan! PS There was no pressure to buy bottles or join a membership, which made purchasing more enticing.

Wow! Our visit to Palmaz was unbelievable. Great wines, great tasting, great service. Trey was our guide and he made sure we were very well taken care of! His insights, hospitality and recommendations really helped shape our experience in Napa in the best way. The tour was great, informative but not stuffy. The grounds were beautiful and I can’t even begin to speak on how impressive the novel, data driven approach to winemaking is.

Beautiful high tech hillside location. Production process features gravity movement of product and amazing technology. Facility is well appointed. Tour guides very friendly and super knowledgeable of their vineyard and wine in general. Superb tasting experience and tour.

Did a private wine tour and food pairing, and it was such a great experience. Celeste was our host and she was so sweet and knowledgeable. She made us feel totally at ease and brought the whole experience to life. The wines were fantastic, the food pairings were spot on, and the setting was beautiful. I’d come back just to see Celeste again and do another tasting with a bigger group. Highly recommend if you’re in Napa and make sure you ask for Celeste!

We loved our tour and tasting. The technology and innovation is incredible. But this would all mean nothing if not for the amazing wines. This place really shows how much, despite all the technology, winemaking is still an art. And so very human.

Jarvis is the most incredible wine tasting experience I have ever had! As a long time Napa wine lover, and having experienced countless different wineries/varieties of tours, I can honestly say Jarvis goes above and beyond the rest! The tour is informative, fun & beautiful. The staff is the BEST! Their knowledge, passion, joy, and humor all shine through on each tour. It doesn’t matter who you get, trust me, it will be good! Cora and Rob have always taken Great care of us…if you’re lucky enough to get a tour with them, you’re in for an amazing time. And finally-the wines! WOW! We are absolutely hooked on Jarvis wines. They are some of the most beautiful wines we’ve ever had the opportunity to taste. My personal favorites are the Merlot, Tempranillo, and the Lake William blend. The Chardonnay is also a heavenly treat. Do yourself a favor and book a tour at Jarvis! You won’t regret it.

Simply the best visitor experience in Napa Valley. When I have friends going out there, if they have time in their schedule for ONE winery to visit, I send them here. When you arrive, you enter a door leading into the side of hill. You are in for a spectacular tour and tasting. This cave looks like something a Bond Villian would have built. It’s unreal until you see it. And if they are really lucky, they will get Cora as their host. She’s one of, if not the best, doing it these days. And the wine? Come on. Lush Chardonnay, Exquisite Cabs and Merlot. Don’t sleep on the Tempranillo, it’s my favorite. And their Lake William will stand toe to toe with any Bordeaux you can bring. It’s that good. Come see for yourself. But be careful, you WILL want to join their club.

Such an incredibly and unique winery that is a must-do. If you only have time for one winery, you need to make a reservation to tour this winery. The cave is unlike anything you’ve seen or can expect, but the photos you see from others on these reviews are 100% accurate. A stunning tour with even better wines. Having taken the tour a few times, both Isiah and David provide excellent curated experiences filled with interesting winery history, funny stories, and a flair for the dramatic. Jarvis is a must for both the experienced and novice wine fan.

I fell in love with Cabernet Franc bc of Jarvis ..it was my “AHA moment”. The cave is truly epic, and the team, including Cora, Sil, and Ted, are BEYOND delightful and have created many memorable experiences for us. The harvest tasting and ball are truly exceptional experiences, with meticulous attention to detail and thoughtfulness. If you are lucky enough to attend one of these events you will be blown away !

We probably would have skipped this stop, but it was still interesting to see. The winery itself is very cool and has a unique vibe, but the experience didn’t quite live up to the price. At $150 per person, you’re given maybe 5 oz total of wine, and the tasting happens only at the end — after doing the entire tour without any wine in hand. The tasting portion lasted about 30 minutes. We came as a couple and were grouped with six others (eight total plus the guide), which kept it intimate but it’s still a group tour. It’s a bit out of the way, and there’s no cell service at the winery, so rideshare isn’t ideal (though technically possible). The wine was also some of the priciest — and honestly our least favorite — of our Napa trip. Total time was 80 minutes which was also the shortest visit out of all the wineries we went to, which is more ironic considering how long their tour portion is. Everyone we met there was very friendly and the setting was undeniably cool, but overall it’s not an experience I’d recommend to friends when there is so much to do in Napa.

Beautiful landscaped square with many shops and restaurants around it. Tuesday was market day with food stalls, local sellers and live music. Many people brought their own outdoor set up and picnic. Nice atmosphere

We have always loved coming here and through the years it has never changed. Boutique hotels, great wine and amazing food. It is great for a couples getaway and lots to do with kids also. The square is something you need to see. It is also rated in the top 10 Fourth of July fireworks displays in the country. We went last year and it was unbelievable.

Lots of spots to tuck into, shops, eateries, ice cream, wine tastings, liquor tastings and more. Very walkable. Sweet little square/park in the center. Lots of parking (3 hrs).

Great downtown area, very walkable with a unique variety of shops, restaurants and tasting rooms. Spent much more time in this concentrated area than anticipated. Great people, great experiences, great time.

A different vibe than some of the other wineries in the area— in a good way. Frog’s leap feels down to earth, and friendly. We brought a dog and enjoyed the selection of wonderful wines while exploring the gardens and taking in the sights of the beautiful grapes. I had a great time, just note there’s no outside food allowed, which I believe is a county regulation, so make sure to snack up before you go!

Frog’s Leap is a beautiful winery—the gardens are stunning, and there are a variety of charming seating areas that make for a relaxing visit. We arrived a bit late and appreciated that they still accommodated us, though it meant the tasting felt a bit rushed. The wines were good, but considering the price, we expected a more engaging experience. The tasting focused mostly on flavor notes; we would’ve enjoyed more background, stories, or insights about the winery and its history. Still, a lovely setting and a nice stop in Napa overall.

My step son recommended Frog's Leap, and I'm glad we listened! The wines are spectacular, and the property is absolutely gorgeous. The gardens invite one to release the stress of life and relax. I really needed this! The staff is excellent and a special thanks to Jaz for all his knowledge and guidance!

Great morning tasting at the Garden Bar at Frog’s Leap! Check-in was a breeze and the grounds are breathtaking - so many flowers, herbs and vegetables. We brought our toddler who greatly enjoyed the orchard, chickens and sheep dog (Sadie) patrolling the property. Wines were delicious as well, especially their red blend. Shoutout to Nathalie and McCoy. A perfect morning!

We had the most amazing experience at Mumm Napa! Maddie was absolutely wonderful – she was incredibly knowledgeable about the sparkling wines and shared so much fascinating history with us. The tasting on the Oak Terrace was spectacular, with breathtaking views that made the experience even more memorable. The sparkling flight was delicious, with exclusive selections that felt truly special. Maddie’s hospitality and attention to detail made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. Don't threaten me with a good time and bubbles! The answer is Yassssss. It was a Sunday afternoon and I was heading out if the area. Stop the car it's a bubble emergency! We didn't have reservations but we were able to get in. Snaps big snap the the ambience as a whole and the tasting outside patios! From the screens to block the sun, the views for days, the picture potentials, the educational, and warmth (from bubbles and vibes). Our server-Brando! Shout out by name sir. I appreciated the education and delicious pours! Definitely bought a bottle to go. Wanted a sweatshirt but having children and cream is a no honey. Highly recommend!

We had a nice visit to Mumm Napa - this was not our first visit, nor was it our best. This winery attracts a lot of “girl groups” so it has really changed from the experiences in the past. It has the feel of a bachelorette party (it’s all very pink and party vibe) now instead of a nice, relaxing spot. I’m sure that is super fun for those partaking in the groups, but it’s not the vibe we had known in previous visits. I love the sparkling wine at Mumm, it is always delicious - however my husband was disappointed to learn that they no longer serve the delicious still Pinot Noir we had enjoyed in previous visits. Still beautiful views and delicious sparkling wine!

I had a great time at Mumm. I celebrated my 30th birthday, we received some free goodies. Our server I believe was Austin and he was awesome! I loved it so much I became a Club Member. I can’t wait to go back in November to p/u our shipment.

As a champagne and sparkling wine lover this was a fantastic place to sit down and have a glass. Even without doing a tasting we were given an introductory half-glass of their Blanc de Blanc which was crisp and a lovely way to start. Are waitress was very helpful and even allowed us to try a blind taste test of the Roses before picking our second glasses. The quality and service are exceptional and even though it's a smaller location compared to some of the other Vineyards it's a wonderful place to wind down and enjoy some nice views in a beautiful atmosphere on the outdoor patio.

Had a great experience at V. Sattui Winery! Our host was very knowledgeable and shared amazing stories that really enhanced the visit. The wines were excellent—some of the best we’ve tasted. The location is gorgeous, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy. Plus, their fine food market is impressive with a fantastic selection. Highly recommend stopping by!

The reservation process was simple and straightforward, and check-in at the front was quick and pleasant. We were seated right away at the Mercato Bar, where Jacob, our Bar Sommelier, made the experience exceptional. He was knowledgeable, energetic, and genuinely welcoming, which set a great tone for our visit. The wines we sampled were delicious, and the cheeseboard was excellent -- especially the tiny yellow pickle peppers, which became my favorite item. The on-site market offers a great selection of snacks, and all of their wines are available for purchase to take home. This winery also has a beautiful outdoor area, making it perfect for a date or a picnic. The grounds are stunning, and the staff were consistently kind and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily return.

Between the atmosphere, the wine, and the setting, it’s one of those places you remember long after you leave. If you’re in Napa, don’t overthink it — this winery deserves a stop. Wine tasting made easy and affordable! Also a lot of fun when Bart and Eduardo team up to serve the customers. It’s difficult to find a place that offers such a wide range of grapes and varieties. The tasting customers sit around a large ring shaped bar. The premium tasting consists of five wines. There’s no rush and tasters have plenty of time to clear their pallet prior to moving to the next wine. We had a blast and suggest you give it a go.

We visited Sattui Winery in Napa and enjoyed the beautiful grounds and relaxed picnic area. The tasting experience was nice, with a good variety of wines to choose from. The deli had a great selection of cheeses and snacks to pair with the wine. However, it can get quite crowded, especially on weekends, and parking may be a bit tricky. Overall, it’s a charming place to spend an afternoon, especially if you enjoy casual outdoor wine tasting.

For the ones that believe in divine intervention, this review is for you. My husband and I decided to celebrate our 10 year anniversary at this winery. We had a tasting booked for 12 o’clock. The grounds were gorgeous and beautiful. It was a perfect day for wine tasting. Once we entered the tasting room, we were going to the bar to the To the right of the room, but something in my spirit told me to go all the way to the back bar, and that is when I was able to be served by Justin. His customer service was superb. For once in my life, I did not feel like I was a black woman in Napa standing out, but I just felt like I was an individual being taken care of the right way. Justin just made you feel important. I do not know what y’all pay Justin but he definitely deserves a raise. and this was my first time coming to the winery just an FYI!

If you are looking to build the perfect picnic basket with high intensity flavors and complex, ready-to-eat pairings, the V. Sattui Marketplace is the definitive destination in Napa Valley.

We were walk-ins and they were able to accommodate us for the red wine tasting @ $75. We sat on porch and enjoyed 4plus one glasses of red wines plus the charcuterie board($40) that you get to take home. Giselle was very knowledgeable and knew when to educate and when to walk away and give us time. It was a beautiful and relaxing couple of hours. Decent clean bathrooms outside.

We visited Beringer last week on our honeymoon and it was wonderful! It was right next to our hotel, The Alila, so was a nice easy walk next door! The grounds are breathtaking and so much history! The tour was really interesting, especially seeing the original caves and engraved barrels. The iconic wine was even better than I expected and the house on the grounds is an absolute must to pop in and see all the richness in history it entails!

We stopped by Beringer Winery just for sightseeing and really enjoyed walking around the beautiful historic grounds. The architecture of the old stone buildings and the landscaping are stunning. Even without doing a wine tasting, it was a lovely place to explore and take photos. It’s worth a quick visit just to appreciate the charm and history of the winery. Will come back next time for wine tasting.

Not worth the price. We did the $95 Taste of Beringer tour. It’s supposed to come with 5 tastings plus a dessert wine and some food. Here’s why it’s not worth $95 - pour size - I’ve been to dozens of wineries all throughout Napa/Sonoma/surrounding area and this is by far the stingiest, smallest sample of wine I’ve ever been given. They pre poured all the wine in advance and unlike other wineries in Napa, they never offered an additional taste. Most wineries that charge $50-65 offer nearly double the amount of wine. Also - one of our wines was missing (so instead of 6 we only had 5 and if someone else in our party hadn’t noticed and requested our additional wine, we wouldn’t have had all the wines we paid for - and for context the first wine on the menu was the one missing) - Service - our waiter was very friendly but left for 10-20 minutes at a time so we just drank the wine ourselves the majority of the time with no explanation. The fun of Napa/Sonoma is having an engaging sommelier or waiter who explains the wine. Not someone who leaves you to taste alone for 20 plus minutes. I actually had to ask a host where the waiter was to get him to come back Food - the food portions were absolutely tiny and cold, it tasted like they put everything in a fridge and didn’t reheat it before the tasting (so they served bread and it tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge for several hours - kind of cold and stale). Last - it was really hard to read the menu because they printed it poorly, so it was not fun to read ourselves when our waiter was MIA for large chunks of time. Pros - pretty grounds, friendly staff, and pretty good tasting wine. Overall - go somewhere cheaper with better service and food (and you’ll drink more!)

Visited this winery estate in Napa Valley and it was great! A lot of history, impressive location and very good wine. Went in on Monday and got a private tour as nobody was there in the afternoon. Highly recommend to visit week days as on weekends it will be crowded.

My partner and I did the cave tour with one tasting and one non-tasting experience. We booked the tour a week in advance online. Since we are not avid wine drinkers and didn’t want to break the bank but still wanted to experience a wine tour, we searched for a more affordable option (under $50/person) since most tasting tours nearby are relatively much more expensive. We had an excellent time with an amazing, knowledgeable tour guide! After the tour, we were able to buy a glass which we enjoyed in the patio area. There are many areas for lovely photos.

I had my first ever formal wine tour here. Our tour guide Corey was amazing and answered all of my newbie questions. Nicole from the front desk was also very helpful when I could not find the location of the tour. The address on my ticket sent me to their delivery location and she was helpful to get me to the right location. Will come back and bring friends. Thank you for a great experience.
