Dow Gardens is an absolute gem! 🌸 The entire place is beautifully maintained with vibrant flowers, peaceful walking trails, and well-designed landscapes that change with the seasons. The canopy walk is a must-try it gives you a stunning bird’s-eye view of the trees and gardens. It’s such a refreshing spot to relax, take photos, and enjoy nature. Perfect for a family outing, a quiet stroll, or even just some “me-time.” The staff is friendly, and everything feels thoughtfully taken care of. Truly one of the most beautiful places to visit in Michigan! 🌿✨

Enjoyable, relaxing, intriguing. Had a fabulous day wondering different paths throughout the gardens and your even encouraged to leave the path to walk across the lawn to find other hidden places. Saw lots of different varieties of plants and flowers. Thought things were labeled quite well so you knew what you were looking at. Had a canopy walk which was really cool to be up so high in the pine trees to look out across different areas of the grounds. The café by the canopy walk was very well priced having sandwiches, drinks and ice-cream. Looking forward to another trip on a Thursday or Friday so I can tour the Pines home.

Dow Gardens are beautiful. Such a peaceful and lovely way to spend an afternoon. Everything is very walkable and extremely well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. I met a friend at the gardens and we spent a few hours catching up, and we really enjoyed ourselves. They would be equally enjoyable solo, or as a family.

We visited this garden in Fall season and its perfect choice. Dow Gardens and Whiting Forest is awesome beautiful. We seen beautiful fall colors. We walked around the park and We enjoyed seeing the different plants, flowers, and trees. The Canopy Walkway was must see attraction at park. It has beautiful trail walk and glass top view. My daughter enjoyed the Children's Garden tremendously. Highly recommend a visit to commune with nature and beauty for a few hours.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. The grounds were gorgeous. Prepare to get lost in the vast gardens and venture down hidden paths amongst the flowers. I might have visited a quarter of the place in my almost 2 hours there, and I am already planning my next trip back. It's definitely worth the cost of admission.

This is an awesome place. Well worth the drive. We came from 2 hours away. Lots of walking, beautiful paved paths, mulched trails. The canopy walk is built to stand till the end of time. The flowers and trees are all so beautiful. Everything about this place is so peaceful and calming. There is a waterfall, a stream, flower gardens, trees, ponds, bridges, and lots of soft green grass. There are also lots of benches to sit and enjoy the views and relax. Spend the day and enjoy.

I love coming here in the Fall to see the colors of the leaves on the canopy walk. But the summer is just as nice. You can definitely get a workout in if you walk all of the gardens and the canopy walk in one day. So sad that the playground was made out of wood and rotting and got torn down. I do hope they make plans to make another one.

The outdoor venue was ok. The seats felt cheap and wobbly. The floor isnt slanted, or if it is, very slightly. This means it is harder for everyone to see. The sound system was bassy and sounded quite good. The cost of concessions was well priced for a venue. The parking was good because of how many different parking areas they have there. Overall we probably wont be back unless it is someone we really want to see. Good seating is really important and I shouldn't have wished I got lawn instead of floor.

It's a good venue for gambling and staying but also for outdoor concerts. Always clean. Close enough to town if you want to do other things and there are other attractions nearby. The restaurants and bars within the casino are surprisingly good with good food drinks and fair prices. Easy travel on a main road. I recommend.

Here it is October 27 9:32 PM I am at soaring Eagle Casino resort. Apparently they’re under new management. As of right now, they have pulled all the ATM machines off the floor and you have no way of getting money. We have to go to the casino cage and pay a credit card transaction fee of 7 1/2% or more. I have never heard anything more ridiculous in my life.

First off, let me get the crap out of the way... check in guy didn't let us know squat. Luckily my husband heard the girl checking in a guest next to us so he had a clue as to what was where, etc. I also counted how many people I had with me and he still charged me for one extra band. Rooms are OKAY and we got a suite. You can apparently only use one TV at a time which is deceiving. Our shower drain was backed up, the bunk bed was EXTREMELY wobbly and squeaking- needs to be tightened. There was tape from a prior birthday party still hanging on the walls in multiple spots. And the thing that set me up to even leave this review was the RUDE waterpark staff. I understand the job can be alot, but dont take your frustration out on me or my kids. I simply picked up a slightly deflated tube because there wasnt any free ones, this lifeguard just yells at me a says I cant do that, DONT DO THAT DONT! I said what? She said PUT IT DOWN YOU CANT INFLATE IT! Mam... OK. That is fine. But, there are ways to speak to people to get your point across. It was immediately defeating. I was just trying to get a tube for my kid and her friend. I like how it is decorated for Halloween and the magician was cool. I wish I had better things to say about this experience but it has been disappointing- so it pretty difficult finding any positives.

Overall, we had a good time, but the service in the restaurant was very slow both in the evening and for breakfast. The food was OK, at least for dinner. The breakfast was, meh... I ordered poached eggs and received scrambled, but given it took them over an hour to process our order, I wasn't going to try to fix that. We didn't really taste our breakfast food, as we had to wolf it down to meet their strict 11:00 Check-out Time. We were running late because breakfast service was so slow. An hour after they had taken our order, we still didn't have our food. When I asked the front desk if we could have a little extra time, because we didn't have our food yet, I was told - Nope. So, when we finally got our food, we had to wolf it down, so we could run back to our rooms and grab our stuff before they disabled the keys. Whew - made it just in time!

What a beautiful place. Our room had a fireplace and the bathroom was awesome. The bed so comfy, and the view of the waterfalls was awesome. I will definitely be going back another concert

This is a top notch casino. The outside looks so stunning. I was amazed on how eye catching it is. The staff was very friendly. Watched a concert as well and was terrific. Definitely will go back again.

Took a side trip to visit the FireKeepers Casino while staying in Battlecreek MI. Had a good time losing my money as one usually does when visiting a casino. Remember the house always wins. Regardless the sheer volume of machines and varieties was astounding. I do believe I have not seen so many different games in one place outside of Las Vegas than I saw here. I will definitely come back

Well it was our 31st anniversary. Never ever been here. The casino is meh OK. The room as we arrived was clean. We stayed two days. No housekeeping the second day. Guess we’re going back to Covid! Ha! Security that didn’t really know said you godda request housekeeping?? At $189 per night you’d think they would make bed and bring clean towels. Nope no way. Never going back.

Three is my overall rate it'll go up if I win. So gamble responsible people because when you lose your money somebody else is smiling. overall it's a clean facility the staff is pretty friendly the gambling is fun. There's lots to see there and do.

We have never been to FireKeepers Casino before. We had a weekend where we could get away and decided to go and spend the night on property. Property, our room, and the overall Hotel layout were great. Long story short, we were very disappointed with the casino gaming floor area. The flow on the floor was a cluster. No rhyme or reason. It's like they built the casino, and added new wings where ever they could find the space. It is huge, but again very confusing as to where to start, play, etc. We hunted for iver any hour before we found a drink station! Also we had to stop someone that worked there as to how we could find rewards registration as new guests. It was on the opposite side of the casino floor! Im guessing about 2 city blocks away. We decided to call it a night after an hour, so we checked out the on site restaurants. Again, another long story short, we decided to leave property and go to a chain steak house in Battle Creek. The property restaurants had many of the same options, and at REDICULOUS prices. $19 for a plain burger. Anything else added to the meal was ala carte. We actually save money by leaving property, and got steak instead of a burger and fries. Maybe it is just us, but it was not a fun experience as we had hoped it would have been. We ended up spending most of the evening in our room watching Netflix. Sorry Firekeepers. I highly doubt we'll return.

We always have a great time at Firekeepers! We don’t always win but always have excellent food and service. We have been coming to the Halloween party for quite a few years now and look forward to it each year! The Italian Grinder at Dacy’s is worth the drive! Thank you so much!! 🙏

This is the worst experience ever. Such a nice hotel should never allow such thing. My cats didn't work after coming down to front desk twice trying to activate the key and still not working, they said they are sending someone to fix it. I left waiting for 30 minutes like a homeless with no one helping. Came down again angry, no apology, only saying they are trying to get to it. We'll, I am tired and my stuff in the room and I am standing for 30 minutes in a hope for that to be fixed. Finally service guy showed up, it turned out the key was the reason and they couldn't figure it out at the front desk despite me going down 3 times to get it checked. Ruined the whole night and planned to watch the game and sleep early for work next day. Disgusting. I wish I can give service lower rating than that. Didn't even bother apologizing for a mistake they did

We stayed in a renovated room and the are gorgeous! Feels like Vegas! The casino is smoke-free so it doesn't get any better. There are many restaurants around the casino and a fairly large sports betting area as well as table games. The slot floor is huge and it appears more than 80% of the machines are newer.

It’s a pleasant surprise to find so many antique cars from around the world here. The site even has separate buildings dedicated to different makers such as Ford, Cadillac, and others, featuring everything from steam engines to modern cars. There are also vintage gas stations and a classic diner on-site. The venue routinely hosts vintage car and motorcycle shows. While admission is a bit pricey, the park is a good size, and you could easily spend an entire day if you watch all the exhibit videos. A wonderful place that brings back old-time memories.

This is an awesome place to go if you’re looking for something to do. Buildings of restored cars, antiques, trucks, buses and motorcycles. From the very 1st car and up. Games that you can play along the way. Car track that you can race with remote controls. One of the 1st cars that you can listen to directions and start. Great place! Winner for grandparents to take grandchildren out for day. My grandson and I had a great time!

Attended a private event in the evening for our work’s conference and it was an absolute blast! So much history and opportunities to enjoy the cars on display and the grounds are absolutely beautiful! There is an old diner were we enjoyed frozen custard and it was honestly the best frozen custard I ever had! The staff were all eager to talk with you and teach you about the museum. This is definitely something I want to experience again with my family! Did I mention I got to drive in some of the old vehicles!!! I felt like a little kid! Everybody should visit at some point!

Don't think twice, go see! The best collection of cars I've ever seen! We just left and I'm ready to go back. The facility is pristine, the cars sparkle, landscaping manicured down to the individual blade of grass. A wedding was taking place when were we there so we weren't able to go in one of the buildings as to not interrupt the ceremony, but got to talking to Fred that works there and he took us into the events center and gave us a personal tour and story behind the connection between Mr Gilmore and Walt Disney and how their relationship came to be. Fred was WONDERFUL!!! Spent so much time with us talking about the history of everything. Couldn't thank him enough! We look forward to coming back especially with all of the special events they host. This classic car girl had the time of her life today!!!!

Fabulous ambiance walking through the buildings and yard of one of the most spectacular car museums around! What a great history. I was a bit surprised that there seemed very little information on the Gilmore family and this amazing contribution to the public. I found a very small sign with some information by one of the cars. Guess what?!!….this car museum is interesting and fun to visit even if you’re not a big car enthusiast! The drive to get here was beautiful and the grounds are beautiful.

This place is large and full of unique vehicles to view. The layout is well organized and planned. Each manufacturer is represented in their own garage. I loved seeing the concept vehicles the most. We had so much fun!

Great collection of classic automobiles spread amongst many buildings built to hold the collections. Exhibits change constantly so always worth the trip to see what's new.

Amazing place to visit in Kalamazoo. Great for young ones and kids , they enjoy a lot. Big collection of warplanes, helicopters and lots of rides inside. You can ride on them as many times as you like. Ticket also includes the visit to air zoo flight discovery center, 2 mins drive or around 10 minutes walk. There are shuttles too. Ticket is for whole day, so you can go out and enter anytime.

Awesome place to visit!!! The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Lots of walking so wear good gym shoes. This place isn't just for little kids but everyone of all ages. I have to say that my favorite exhibit was The Nighthawk, truly amazing and you don't realize how big it actually is in person. The food was really good at the Cafe and they have a variety of things to eat. The gift shop had a lot of really neat stuff to buy and of course I bought a bumper sticker. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again.

Great experience. Clean, interesting, well organized… Very much worth doing the membership as well not only to use it here, but also because of partnership with many other science, museums in the country. They have a few rides for smaller kids to keep them entertained as well. And a flight simulator for older kids and adult adults.

Give yourself about 3-4 hours here. 2 wouldn’t have been enough, but after 3 we headed back through for a second round. Lots of airplanes to see but thats NOT all! They have several indoor amusement park rides and all rides are included in the ticket price. This was a hit with my kids! My baby could ride a few in seat beside me too. Several hands on stations to see and manipulate which was fun. Great time overall. They had plenty of air flight simulators which were very fun and made a small wait, sometimes no wait, ride. The murals were beautiful too!

I love taking the kiddo here. She’s two years old and loves the toddler tarmac! We always have such a great time when we come here, we play at the toddle tarmac, ride the Ferris wheel, and look at all of the planes. Sometimes they have fun events or activities here. They used to having a changing table in the toddler area but had the bright idea to remove it. You would think there would be a changing station in the closest bathroom, but for women it is not; you have to go to the front of the building. I am also unsure of if the toys get sanitized at all.

A museum for aviation enthusiasts & kids. This science center boasts lots of great aircraft, science & fun rides for families. There’s a “toddler hanger” an area for little ones to play with all sorts of aviation themed toys. It has a breastfeeding nook & a baby play area. My children ages 12, 9, 5 & 2 really enjoyed everything at this center. Highly recommend for the whole family.

If you’re a fan of aviation, plan(e) a trip here!!!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!! My kiddo was absolutely blown away. The very first thing we seen when we got into the main hanger was his favorite aircraft!!! (SR-71 Blackbird) So much history here and so many planes. I encourage you to make sure and read the stories for each plane as some of them will absolutely surprise you!! Planning our second trip back now 🙂 Update: We returned!!! Gonna need a third trip!!!! Side note: The 71 Blackbird they have (SR-71B #831) is the training model. I believe two were ever made and that they have the only one left in existence!!

Absolutely beautiful. We are here for the autumn night on Tuesday, but have spent the day here too. We took the tram into the sculpture park area, not worth the price you pay for 1/2 hr ride when you can't see most of the sculptures! If you are here to see these amazing sculptures then skip the expensive tram ride. Plan on spending the day here, there is so much to see. If we lived in the area we would definitely get a membership. Looking forward to this evening. Music, lights and more. I'll add more pics later if I can. We were blessed with a beautiful fall day and evening. Beautiful evening, perfect weather.

We have been to several different gardens in different states and this place is in the top 3. It was very easy to get too. Had no problems with traffic getting to this location. The parking lot was easy to enter and plenty of spots near the main entrance. They have a kiosk or front desk to buy tickets. No line at either. We only pay for the tickets not parking or maybe the parking is included in the ticket price but I feel it was a great price. This place is extremely large and there is lots of ground to cover. You could easily spend the whole day here. They have a gift shop inside. They have a very large amount of unique sculptures. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. I cant say enough good things about this place. You have to see it for yourself. Highly recommend!

Spectacular! Stunning collection of sculptures! Incredible gallery space! Be sure and see the documentary film before you tour the garden. Great place for anyone!! So beautiful and the staff are the friendliest and best!! We were fortunate to see some wonderful special exhibits! Loved our lunch in the dining room! Great gift shop! Recently I visited the Frederick Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids. It's truly a fascinating place. It has numerous indoor and outdoor gardens, including a children's garden, as well as a sculpture park. The highlight to me was the Japanese garden. It is absolutely lovely. There is also a cafe and a gift shop. The park requires a lot of walking but they do provide both a tram and a shuttle for those who can't handle all the walking. This is definitely a don't miss Park.

A well-maintained incredibly beautiful and relaxing 158-acre botanical garden, art museum, and outdoor sculpture park with walking trails throughout. Visiting is an adventure, similar to going to Disneyland, except more relaxing because you are surrounded my nature. There is also plenty of parking and you can easily spend a few hours exploring. Be sure also to see the gift shop before leaving.

Our family has loved coming to Meijer Gardens for over a decade now. Every season brings new displays and views all around the grounds. We have brought friends and family here from all around the country and it’s always a crowd pleaser. A must-see in the Grand Rapids area. Great for all ages in all seasons.

These gardens absolutely deserve a 5 star rating. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable docents are located throughout the area. Great displays, sculptures and tours offered. The grounds are immaculate! We thoroughly enjoyed and will return!!

This is a great museum, looking back at history through the lens of today sheds new light on quite a bit of the history presented here. You come away with a new found respect for president Ford, but at the same time you realize who the notorious players were in that same era. Worth a visit and it is a beautiful museum that is extremely well maintained.

Gerald Ford was President for only 895 days (2.45 years), so I didn't expect his Presidential museum to be as nearly as impressive as it is. First of all, it's located in a beautiful area of downtown Grand Rapids right off the Grand River. The building architecture and grounds are beautiful and well kept. The museum is well laid out with thousands of artifacts well displayed. It also contains a mockup of President Ford's Oval Office, as well as his Cabinet Room. This visit opened my eyes on what challenging times the Ford Administration had to operate in and all he had to deal with as leader of the free world.

This was our first presidential museum that we have ever visited and we were pleasantly surprised by how much we'd enjoyed it. Highly recommended if you're in the area to spend the time to tour this museum and learn a little bit about American history.

I traveled to Grand Rapids for the specific purpose of visiting the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum. The Museum is located on the banks of the Grand River in Downtown Grand Rapids. The parking lot adjacent to the museum is free for Museum Visitors. As visitors approach the museum you are greeted by a very nice statue of First Lady Betty Ford. There is also a statue of President Ford at the entrance to the Museum. Once I purchased my ticket for the self-guided tour, I made my way up to the exhibit area which documents the life of the man who served as both Vice President and President and was never elected to either office. The first exhibits that I encounter documents the early life of President From his birth in Omaha, Nebraska to his football day at the University of Michigan. Moving though the museum I found the exhibits on his long career as a member of the United States House of Representatives. A part of the House Exhibit that I found particularly interesting was President Ford’s service as a Member of the Warren Commission that investigated the Assassination of President John Kennedy. The museum deals extensively and quite accurately with the corruption of the Nixon-Agnew Administration. After completing my tour of the museum, I made the short walk along the paved path to the crypt where both President and Mrs. Ford are resting. The walk from the Museum to the Gravesite affords visitors a very nice view of downtown Grand Rapids. During my 2025 visit to the Ford Museum was open Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sundays from Noon until 5 p.m. It has a very reasonable admission price of $13. Seniors’ admission is $11. All total I spent a little less than 4 hours at the museum. This is a very well-done museum and I would highly recommend visiting if you are in the Grand Rapids Area.

We only had a short time to spend here, maybe a couple hours, but it was enough. As opposed to all other presidential libraries, it was separate from the museum. This wasn’t made clear on the website(s). One was open on Saturday and the other was not. And there was a 2-hr drive separating them. Interesting museum, but not spectacular, compared to others we have visited.

Very nice place. For the roughly 2.5 years of presidential service, this is a very nice honor. The ability to bring the country together was his amazing character.

Aside from the red winged blackbird that attacked me on the sidewalk at departure, or the sheer volume of dog poop scattered across the grass between the president's grave and the river, I found this museum to be both illuminating and humbling. Having just read "Write It When I'm Gone," my impression of Ford was a four letter misfire: dull. I had the impression, based on his much later years, that President Ford lacked insight on his own life and experience, that his view of the world and the nation was incredibly superficial. And maybe it was, near the end, but this museum took me through a different--albeit understandably biased--point of view, letting me see Ford as a regular boy, a regular man, going through regular things, and yet excelling and serving for the benefit of other regular people, like himself. I've now been to 25 presidential graves and countless homes/museums/libraries, which means that a lot of them start to feel, for me, rehearsed and predictable. But in Ford's museum, I got a little choked up at my own arrogance, admitting, necessarily, that Ford wasn't dull at all. He was a hard-working man who fell into the presidency, never really wanting to be more than a legislator, a representative of the people for which the presidency offered him a new platform to serve. The only question that I never got answered, a question that someone might be able to answer here, is why Ford settled in California during his post-presidency, nudged between Nixon and Reagan, when he clearly loved his Michigan home.

We were incredibly lucky to have Frosty as our guide our kids kept yelling "THIS IS THE BEST DAY EVER & THIS IS SO MUCH FUN" our toddler kept crying any time he stopped that's how fun it was. It was great and so nice to hear about the dunes. Recommend to anyone and everyone! They were also very understanding and accommodating when we got the time zone mixed up since we were staying in IN. They were great.

What an absolute blast! Staff is extremely friendly and fun! I had no idea what to expect and they made this adventure so fun and thrilling. I am a local and I highly recommend this excursion to both other locals and vacations. You definitely would be missing out on your west Michigan experience if you didn’t participate. Frosty is the best!!!! Myself, My 17, 13 and 9 year old LOVED this ride! We felt bad for the other riders because they didn't have Frosty! When we passed them their tour looked so boring! We really lucked out with a fun, energetic tour guide. Ride was about 40 minutes from what I can remember. You do get called to get on the ride ahead of time so be prepared to show up a little early and get checked in. They have a souvenir shop to look at before or after with a few refreshments for purchase. Book ahead of time online and keep checking the day before and morning of if you still need an opening. People were being turned away that came up looking to purchase. They sell out quick! Even on a weekday! Don't 2nd guess- Do the ride! You wont regret it! Have Fun!

Wow! What an amazing experience! This was the highlight of our trip to this area! It was worth every penny! The guide was phenomenal, and the ride was so fun and exhilarating. We also learned so much on this adventure!!! We highly recommend!

Be prepared to wait if you have a large party of people, but it's definitely worth it. The place has a good sense of humor, especially our driver, Paul, who was hilarious and made it ten times better. It's basically an educational roller coaster ride. You'll be on the ride for about an hour. It was a wonderful day to be out seeing the dunes and the wildlife. The deer are unafraid of getting close to the vehicle.

Totally worth the money. We all loved it - from kids (4-7) to grandparents (65+). The whole week was sold out, but I got 8 tickets at 7am the day before. We did a 9:40am ride in August 2025. Recently we've had highs of 90+ deg. The morning ride was very comfortable and the sand was still cool. The ride was super smooth - even sitting in the back row it was not jarring at all. We really appreciated our driver who was the perfect blend of history & entertainment.

The dune rides were beyond expectations! Booking was easy and they were very flexible when we needed to switch time slots. The staff was friendly and accommodating and I love that this is a locally owned small business which adds to the exclusivity of the experience. It is the best way to get to know the area, and I can already see this being a place I come back to every time I am in town. It is a quick thrill I would not miss. The guides truly make the ride and Paul especially stood out. He genuinely seemed to enjoy what he was doing, and he even made us think that giving tours and driving buggies all day might not be such a bad life. Watch out for snakes 😉

Holland State Park is a decent spot if you’re looking for a quick beach outing. The view of the iconic Big Red lighthouse and the sunset over Lake Michigan are definitely worth seeing. However, the park gets very crowded, especially on weekends, making parking and finding a quiet spot on the beach difficult. Facilities like restrooms and concessions could be maintained better, and sometimes the cleanliness of the beach is hit-or-miss. Overall, it’s nice for a visit, but not the most relaxing experience if you’re hoping for peace and space.

The bathrooms and showers were filthy. The bathrooms stunk and they were not kept up. We were here in 2024 and thought they were great, but no longer. The plastic shower benches that were gray in color were almost black as they weren’t washed all season. I don’t know what was smeared on wall. Green mold, lots of spiders and webs. They were really gross. Come on folks, you can do better.

Website is deceptive. On the official website it says that it has a dog beach, and that it is pet friendly. When I arrived, however I found out that their signs all the way across the beach saying no animals and their so-called “dog beach.” is nothing more than a spot with sand with no apparent water involved. They do have a bathroom with flushing toilets that is right by the beach, which is nice however, it has these stalls that have benches that would seem to be a changing type area only there’s no curtains or doors or anything on them for any sort of privacy. In the same building as the bathrooms they do have a little gift shop place that offers some limited food and drink options. I got the soft serve chocolate ice cream, single scoop and let me tell you they don’t give you very much for what they charge for it. One thing that was nice though is that they do have I think there was two spots with those beach sand walk runners that make it much easier to get further down on the beach. I used Google maps to direct me to the beach and instead it directed me to the campground parking. I found that if I didn’t turn into the campground parking, I just kept driving eventually I did get to the beach.

This was our first visit to Holland State Park, and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. We stayed at the beach campground, where the campsites were generously sized and the utility hookups were well-maintained and easy to access. The bathhouse was impressively clean, well-lit, and conveniently located. One of the highlights was the stunning night sky — with the campground set away from the city lights of Holland, the darkness allows for incredible stargazing. We enjoyed breathtaking views of stars and planets that made the evenings truly memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay.

We booked a cabin for 2 nights at Holland state park. It was clean and quiet. The cabin was heated and had a nice view of the lake. The camp grounds were beautiful, altho the water was winterized since we got there in late fall we had a great time hiking the sand dunes and hills. We enjoyed our quiet nights swapping stories and cooking meals over our fire. This definitely is a great spot.

Why google has this as a hotel, First off this is a campground! Nice campground, very clean well maintained. We came up for wedding only got to stay a couple nights. We got sites next to friends had a great time. Only issue i had was tight in some areas for large fifth wheel good thing it wasn't full..lol we'd stay here again you're in walking distance from lake michigan.

Since it was Labor Day, the park was very crowded to say thw least. But the beach is great overlooking the Lake Michigan. Crystal clear water is enchanting to just sit and watch. One can take nice walk on the pier that extends well into the water. Lots of boat activities were taking place. Excellent location to spend the day!

It's a beautiful place, one of my favorites on the East shore of Lake Michigan. It's highly recommended in the summertime when the weather is nice and you can enjoy the beaches and parks in the area.

Google 'West Michigan' and it wouldn't surprise me if this appeared. Very busy in the summer and very cold in the winter. An iconic place to visit and a beautiful beach.

Long concrete pier (probably almost 1/4 mile) on Grand Haven Beach with a lighthouse and another building structure at the end. Day I was there it was super windy and had large waves that made the Pier slick. Beautiful and popular at sunset ! Day I was there it was free to enter. A must-see in Grand Haven !

Such a cool place to visit, definitely enjoyed our little stroll here. The views are super awesome too. It can get windy at times, so plan accordingly. Beware that it does require additional caution to walk here, especially because there are no barriers or fences between the walking area and the water (couldn't emphasize that enough). Other than that, absolutely recommend! Definitely hope to visit again in the future.

If you park at the state park you'll have to walk across campground and beach to access. Super busy beach very clean and safe, beautiful area.

A smaller family friendly theme park with a nice water park inside. If you're looking for dozens of crazy coasters this isn't the place, but if you can get by with a couple, want a water park, or have younger children this is a great spot. We went in a nice day in the middle of the week shortly after opening. The line to get in took less than five minutes and we walked right on to the first few rides. By mid day it was a little busier, but certainly not crowded. Only waited in one line over fifteen minutes including water slides.

My kids had a blast here, the ticket prices are fair and there is tons to do here. They have a large variety of rides for all ages. They are even chubby-friendly as my hubby was able to ride everything with ease! The park is clean and well-maintained, and the staff was mostly friendly. Some staff had attitudes, but most were nice. The food prices are OUTRAGEOUS! The burger and fries were 16 bucks and it was a frozen over-salted patty. Was gross. That was the only downside. The drink cups are so worth it! Pays for itself. I will be back a million more times its well worth the money. Just pack a lunch!

Feelings of nostalgia as you see some classic rides mixed in with the new. We had a great time at both the water and amusement park. Affordable and perfectly sized for a day full of fun all ages can appreciate. Over 8 water slides to match all thrill levels! I would not purchase the food plan, it was a waste and did not include beverages. Honestly, if you eat breakfast before hand, you will only eat once around mid-day because you are captivated and having such a wonderful time. You truly only want a cold beverage or ice cream.

Had a lot of fun at the park! Shivering Timbers is such a fun ride! We spent two days at the park and overall had a great time! The good: -Park is clean, does need a little maintenance such as fence painting. -Shivering Timbers, Wolverine Wildcat, Sea Dragon, Logrun were all very fun! -Beer Garden was a nice spot to relax at both the water park and amusement park! -Lines are not super long! Except for Wild Mouse. (That one they need to figure out) -The train that takes you from one side of the park to the other! Super fun! -Season passes work here! Along with season drink pass! Huge win! The bad: -The water park smelled like poop. Legitimately spent most the day gagging because I kept getting smells of it. This was my biggest complaint of the entire park. -Could use a few new coasters. I know a lot of funding gets allocated toward Cedar Point, but this park is in desperate need of a few smoother coasters. -Food options! Not many great food options. We ended up spending $60 on a pizza there for all of us! Insane! Overall, I would rate the park 4/5! It's a great family park and love not having to wait 3 hours to go on a ride. Super fun two days were spent there!

We had a great day at the park! The mobile app for the park was a life saver! It told you how to get to the rides you wanted to ride. If you were looking for food, it guided to there. It was very convenient and great to use. Having upgraded to the drink plan was handy! Anytime you were thirsty, just stopped at any one or the drink stations and get your beverage of choice! Looking forward to going back real soon!

Went last week for the first time since I was a teen. The park was much bigger than I remembered, and the water park was AMAZING! My daughter absolutely loved it. Also, everything was super clean, and when my daughter and I got separated at one point, staff were quick to help out and had already located her. The only thing I HATED was having the tote my own raft up the stairs. The rafts were REALLY heavy and I didn't have any help. After the first time, I told my daughter we couldn't do any more rides that required lifting. Also, more shade while waiting in lines would be nice. Just the same, 5 stars. We had a blast!

it's a fun and great place for family fun!! be prepared, no cash. i found this out the hard way. and holy cow, i remember when tickets used to be $25 to get in, for both parks. now, it's $25 for parking, $60 entry fee (just to get in, riding rides or not) and an extra $69 for the Fast Lane passes. just giving people a heads up on things that i didn't know. ♡ also a recommendation: ADD "fast pass" rides to the water park too! side note: Thunderhawk was down, super disappointing!

We have wanted to take the SS Badger forever, so we were thrilled to finally take our maiden cruise. 🚢 This is a one-of-a-kind experience. We would encourage everyone to take advantage of the movie, the sun deck, Bingo, the gift shop, and everything else. If you want a post card of the ship, be sure to get one in the gift shop. I’m sad we didn’t . But the whole experience, from blow horn leaving to the mooring at the end, was fantastic.

We had a blast (instead of driving around the lake) heading to our niece’s wedding. The ride was fun and weather perfect. Highly recommend to those looking for an experience instead of just a long drive. We played bingo, lounged on the deck in the sun, and enjoyed the breeze.

The S.S. Badger Ferry is a great way to "drive" between northern Wisconsin and northern Michigan. Although dated, the ship is clean and comfortable and has many modern amenities. The Crew (hands) makes the voyage fun and interesting. It has a museum exhibit covering ferry transportation. The four hours are stress free when compared to driving through Chicago and the time onboard is enhanced with Bingo and Trivia games. A truly enjoyable way to travel on U.S. Highway 10!

We loved the ride, it truly was a once in a lifetime experience for us. The staff was super friendly for the most part. I really enjoyed the thoughtful touches they had to keep you entertained while on board. We also happened to have amazing weather when we went so that definitely helped! They had free soda refills which is nice because you don’t see that much anymore and that worked for coffee as well. I think opportunities for improvement would be better wayfinding signage, maybe an informative posted agenda and overall a bit of a renovation, although it was unique in character. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves. Oh I should also mention, I had to change my reservation 3 times and they accommodated me each time with zero issues. I did have to pay a fee when I canceled my SUV and added a passenger ticket for my mom who has health issues so we decided to forego the jeep trip around the state and come back the same day. I was hoping we wouldn’t have to pay that fee with adding another round trip passenger but I also didn’t ask for it so it’s on me. We loved the badger bingo and the food was actually a little better than expected. And best of all… we made it! :)

What a great experience. The ship was much taller than I thought it would be. It swallowed up a whole parking lot full of cars, trucks and busses. We entered the vessel at the stern and up the stairs we went into the waiting/game room. There we had bingo to play while alcohol drinks and cafeteria style food were available for purchase. It was a foggy day so we heard plenty of the fog horn. My favorite part was the great gift shop and shouts of "Big ship, great fun!" The only drawbacks for me were the cost and the length of time (about 4 hours) it takes to get across Lake Michigan. Glad the water was calm.

Had a great trip and time on this classic and beautiful S.S. Badger. They offer food, drink. bingo, movies and so much more. The crew on land and sea was awesome. Thank you to all who work on on The S.S. Badger cruise ship.

Wow.. great trip everyone should take it once. Food not so good. They won't let you bring any open food on. We could have our lunchables but not our subway. Sealed drinks are ok. Bingo was fun and ya gotta buy something to take home.

Always a fun adventure with Mac Woods Dune Rides! I've been here many times over the years with my wife, friends & family and always have a memorable experience! Our drivers/tour guides have always done a great job with narrating along the ride, sharing a lot of history of the area and a handful of good jokes. the entire Mac Woods staff is friendly and attentive. The rates are reasonable and the ride itself is comfortable. there are many great views to enjoy along the ride as well. the dunes are fantastic and the ride is quite smooth. love the different water views too! Bonus:they have a cool little store there with snacks & beverages and a few cool atifacts to check out. PLUS, there is a great ice cream shop right next door! If you visit the dunes without your own buggy, This is the way to go!

Great family fun! You just show up and reserve your place in line (no way to pre-book as far as I could find). Macs has a decent gift shop and a shaded area to wait on benches. We waited about an hour, but it wasn't so bad. We walked across the parking lot and got some food and ice cream and cam back to hang out for about 20 minutes before our dunes scooter (the truck) was ready to load-on. Now for the ride, we had a GREAT driver, Scott. We got a quick rundown of what to expect, a little bit of history, and lots of jokes. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The scooters drive much fast that I thought!! I held on a couple times, but again, totally safe. I had my 7 and 11yr old kids with me. The stop at Lake Michigan wasn't something I expected, it was cool having the beach all to ourselves. Scott was great moving around giving each group some time if they wanted pics taken or more dad jokes. When you go, ask your guide if they know if the seagulls on the beach are male of female. (Scott can, 🤣) A fun trip. Took about 50 minutes. Would do it again if I was in town with some folks that haven't been before.

OMG !!!! This was awesome. First ever visit but will definitely return again. Our guide was very informative and also very funny. Had a blast here. If you ever get the chance to visit the Mac Woods Dune Rides I highly recommend going.

Awesome time riding around on the dunes. The driver/tour guide was great and we had a blast. The view of Silver Lake and Lake Michigan was beautiful and very clean. Great weather and good company as well.

My family and I had a BLAST at Mac Wood's Dune Rides! We even decided to do it a second time before our trip was over. Both times we had awesome guides! I can only remember the name of our second driver, Scott, and he was great! You can't get tickets prior, but honestly, it is worth the wait. They have public restrooms, sell snack and souvenirs, and yard game while you wait! Also, after they had an area available to rinse the sand off your feet if needed. It's a must stop, one in a life time activity!

Mac Wood’s Dune Rides (Visited 8/10/2025) Our visit to Mac Wood’s Dune Rides was absolutely unforgettable! We had the pleasure of riding with Walton, who has an incredible 32 years of experience driving the dunes — and it showed from start to finish. His skill behind the wheel was matched only by his extensive knowledge of the dunes and surrounding area. He shared fascinating facts, pointed out hidden features, and sprinkled in plenty of well-timed jokes that kept everyone laughing and in great spirits throughout the 40-minute adventure. The ride itself was a perfect balance of breathtaking scenery and pure fun. There were moments that felt just like a rollercoaster — thrilling drops, sharp turns, and bursts of speed — but always safe in Walton’s capable hands. The trip is also full of photo opportunities: sweeping dune landscapes, Lake Michigan views, and unique natural features you won’t see anywhere else. One of the highlights was learning about fulgurite, a rare and beautiful glassy formation created when lightning strikes the sand — something truly special to these dunes. Before or after your ride, be sure to check out the gift shop. It’s packed with great finds including toys for the kids, cozy clothing, and fun accessories to remember your trip by. If you’re in Michigan, this is a must-do experience. As the saying goes: "The dunes are Michigan’s shifting mountains — climb them with your heart, and they’ll stay with you forever." This place is a MUST visit! It was so pretty out there and they even let us stop at the big lake! It was such a unique experience to go ride the dunes and learn about some history as well! The staff was super nice and the gift shop was really nice as well, with lots of little trinkets and clothes and even a squished penny machine!

This is by far my favorite State Park to stay at! Is it hard to get reservations? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely! There is so much to do, you'll never be bored. Spend your days walking the miles of beautiful trails; kayak Lost Lake or Lake Michigan; float down or fish the Big Sable river; take a walk to the lighthouse; spend the day at the beach; take in the wildlife while on a bike ride; end you're days with some ice cream from the camp store.

Love the beach at this State Park. It's always clean and well manicured. The bathrooms are also clean. (Wish they had hot water in the bathroom, though.) Our family has hiked to the lighthouse on the marked trail and have returned to the parking area via the beach. It's always a lovely walk (except for the time our three year old got soaking wet, when the temp was below 60° and it was windy. He said he was tired and needed to be carried the two miles back to the van 😳.) Highly recommend Ludington State Park!

July 25-28, 2025, hooked with our dogs, watched the sunset. The park is amazing and we hope to go back and try to camp. Lots of trails with shade.

Great beach, with clear water tons of space. Three volleyball courts. Accessable walkway from shelter to beach, and beach chairs available. Bathrooms (no showers) located in the shelter. The shelter offers a store/cafe in the basement and a small museum upstairs. Large free parking lot. You do have to pay to get into the park, although we saw people parking just outside the entrance to the park and walking in (unsure if you have to pay when you walk in vs drive).

Great place to go for a hike and lots of beautiful spots to take it all in. Campgeound had electric hook up, however they pack you in like sardines. We needed a neighbor to move his truck just so we could get the camper into our spot. All main roads have been paved and there is a nice bike trail through the park!

It's got the beach, dunes, old sawmill equipment, a dam, great hiking, a walkable light house and it's been recently updated. It's the most popular state park. The town of Ludington is cool also

Typical Michigan star park. Very clean. Beach was pristine. I took Zeke to the pet friendly part beach and it was a small stretch with the river feeding the lake at the end. Was not busy at all at the end of July. Always enjoy Michigan beaches.

The Chicago Botanic Garden is truly one of the best spots in the area if you love nature, beauty, and a peaceful escape from the city. Every corner of the garden feels carefully designed and well taken care of. The bonsai collection is absolutely fascinating—I could have spent an hour there just admiring the incredible detail and variety. The Japanese Garden is another highlight; it’s so calm and thoughtfully laid out, with winding paths, bridges, and views that make you want to slow down and take everything in. There’s a lot more beyond those highlights too. Each section feels like its own little world, from wide open flower beds to quiet wooded trails. You can easily spend half a day here and still feel like you haven’t seen it all. It’s also a wonderful place for photography or just sitting on a bench and enjoying the view. The only downside is the logistics if you don’t have a membership. Parking can back up with long lines to get in, and the ticket line can move slowly on busy days. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re planning your visit—arriving early definitely helps. Once you’re inside, though, the wait feels completely worth it. Overall, the gardens are a gem in the Chicago area, perfect whether you’re going alone, with family, or bringing out-of-town visitors. It’s one of those places that changes beautifully with the seasons, so every visit feels different. I’d highly recommend getting a membership if you plan to go more than once—it makes entry much smoother and is absolutely worth it.

What a beautiful place! I was visiting Chicago to spend some time with a very dear friend and I wanted to take her somewhere to enjoy the summer before it was over, this garden was thirty minutes away from her apartment and wow! What a dream! We spent at least two hours walking around the gardens and seeing all the beauty and trying to take everything in. There were so many sections with different plants and they were all arranged so beautifully! I could spend days walking around and enjoying the natural beauty and all the hard work that the employees put in! I cannot wait to come back again!

Went here with a girl friend of mine for the lightscape show. Parking was prepaid. The parking was not far away from the gate. the 1.3 mile trail route was well planned. The lights were a bit underwhelming. The background music beat the lights for sure. Very festive. Not very packed. Not so much interactions for the kids though. Shout out to their gift shop. Many delicately designed artworks, sovorneirs, and toys. Loved the magnet I got. Really cute and delicate. Overall I enjoyed it with my friend.

This is the most beautiful Botanic Garden I have ever been to! When in town I love to come here with friends or by myself for a scenic walk and smell fresh flowers. At night you can see the most beautiful sunsets ever! The gate entrance closes usually at 6pm but you can come in 5 minutes before and stay until the dark. Lovely place !

Loved our visit to the Chicago Botanic Garden! Such a beautiful, peaceful place — it really feels like an escape into nature. Everything is so well-maintained and calming to walk through. The train garden was the absolute highlight for us! Our toddler was obsessed — we ended up sitting there for almost an hour just watching the trains go by. It’s so cute and detailed, definitely a must-see if you’re visiting with kids. Overall, a wonderful experience for both adults and kids. Perfect place to spend a relaxing day surrounded by nature.

Great place to decompress. I’d get the membership if I lived near here! It was chilly and we wanted to see the bonsai collection but they they remove it from Nov - Apr We missed it by a day! It’s quite large so I’d go at least twice to cover everything

What is not to love about the Chicago botanical gardens?? (Except maybe the staff at the membership desk—why are they always so condescending and rude?) This is one of the best spots around—worth the trek in from wherever you are. It’s conveniently located right off the highway (41 I believe), and many people will meet at a nearby Trader Joe’s to head in together. The events are fabulous The gardens are impeccably well kept Always seasonal fun things, like plant giveaways in the summertime Great for people of all ages

First time at Fright Fest and Definitely worth it and I will be coming back. I just wish there were more actors running around, like all over the park. Besides that, staff are always friendly and helpful, and never have any issues when I do come here. And was really happy to see that American Eagle have both sides going! Just a little disappointed that Raging Bull is still closed, that’s my favorite ride. Other than that, Amazing and well maintained park.

Great time with family and new friends! I didn't stay all day or go on all the rides, but I enjoyed my time walking around, spending time with family and was pretty surprised that there weren't more people when I was there... 😁👍 It was pretty clean and brought back some good memories from when I was younger and enjoying the park that's in California. Might have to take my son to the Florida location in the near future.

I’ve been to a lot of fall and Halloween events, but this place really knows how to put on a show. From the second you walk through the gates, the atmosphere grabs you — fog rolling across the walkways, creepy music echoing through the park, and costumed scare actors lurking in just the right spots to make you jump when you least expect it. The haunted houses were well-designed and full of great special effects. Each one had its own personality — from eerie asylum vibes to full-blown zombie chaos. The makeup and costumes on the actors were impressive; you can tell the staff puts serious effort into making each scene believable and spine-tingling. Even walking around between rides, the themed zones kept the energy high. There’s something thrilling about riding a roller coaster at night with flashing lights and the sound of screams in the background! I also appreciated that the event felt organized despite the huge crowds. The park staff kept things moving, and most of the lines moved faster than expected for a big Halloween weekend. Security was visible but friendly, and I noticed plenty of sanitation and rest areas, which made a long night more enjoyable. That said, the food and drink prices were outrageous .We’re talking $15+ for a burger and fries, $6-$8 for bottled water or soda, and desserts that cost almost as much as a meal. I completely understand that theme parks mark up their food, but this felt excessive even by those standards. My advice: grab a meal before you go or plan for a splurge if you want to snack inside. Still, overall, Fright Fest is a must-see if you love Halloween thrills. The park goes all-in with its decorations, live shows, and creepy characters. Between the haunted mazes, the night rides, and the electric atmosphere, it’s worth the trip — just pack your own food and water. 🎃 9/10 for scares

Great park with GREAT coasters. All employees were super nice and friendly! Ticket prices are not bad, but food & drinks are a bit stiff on cost. Worth it. Some of the best coasters I've rode! My family had a blast!!!

We had a great time at Six Flags Great America! There are so many fun rides and the park has a lot to offer for all ages. It was an exciting day and we really enjoyed the energy and atmosphere. But there were a few downsides. The wait times for rides were really long, which made it hard to enjoy more of the park. Also, some rides require extra payment inside, which we didn’t expect after buying tickets. It would be even better if they had street shows or entertainment for people who aren’t into rides—it would help pass the time and keep the fun going for everyone. Still, it’s a fun place for families and thrill-seekers. Just go early and be ready to wait a bit!

We bought the season pass as we live an hour away from this place. Buying seasonal pass was the best decision because we could go all weekends and special days. Absolutely love their Halloween decorations and fright fest events. However, the fright fest rides/haunted house experience are an additional cost. You need to get a separate ticket even though you have seasonal pass or park fee. Worth visiting.

Six Flags Fright Fest during Halloween is a must visit! 🎃 The spooky vibes, haunted attractions, and night shows make it even more thrilling. It’s way more fun after dark open till 9 PM, so don’t miss it! 🎢

Fun, adventurous, for all ages, interesting layout with a lot half levels. great selections of restaurants, food court, free and surcharge playgrounds. Plenty activities for little ones. Department store, Macy’s, Uniqlo, Carter’s, Michael Kors, eyewear shops, and some many other stores to shop.

Great mall, huge variety of stores. Something for everyone. Food court has a good selection of food options. There is also a lounge area near the restrooms. The restrooms were very clean and well stocked with soap and paper towels. Parking is definitely challenging but if you don't mind walking a bit you should be fine. Happy shopping!!

My 1st time visiting the Woodfield Mall was when I was around 3 so I was quite interested in coming back here when visiting Chicago. Overall, a nice mall for me in which I could eat and shop with a moderate amount of people around. On the 1st floor basically in the center of the mall is a kid playground area as well (which I did go to when I was 3). They’ve got a small food court on the 2nd floor all the way to the right kind of tucked in near other restaurants/small shops. Whole mall is mixed with beauty stores, clothing stores, food stores, gift stores, makeup stores, and more. It isn’t the greatest mall I’ve ever been to but I will say you sure can spend/waste a good chunk of hours exploring new things or just things of interest.

They're updating as the years go by. The elevators are great. Always been one of my favorite malls. Clean, big variety of top stores, great customer service.

This mall is huge huge. I literally run in tonSephora, Lush, Anthropologie, Nordstrom then I’m OUT! I love it there. I always feel safe. And I also love all the new stores that come here as opposed to the city.

This is one of my favorite malls to go to and I live in chicago. The driver's worth it, especially during Christmas time you'll find a lot of sales. I love that there's a lot of eateries in the area as well and Ikea is just three blocks away

One of the best museums in the country both inside and out and incredible views right on gorgeous Lake Michigan. Plan to have lunch at the awesome cafe overlooking the lake, which includes a patio. Collection is beautifully arranged with an incredible American modern collection, best in Midwest. I got a membership so I can walk over and do laps around the tunnels which overlook the lake and city! Cafe is excellent with perfect espresso, salads, wraps and subs, soups and wine, etc. Supporting the cafe supports the museum! Well done!

My boyfriend and I went to the art museum today to take pictures with his new camera. There were only a few spots we took pictures and were really respectful of those around us but we were followed on the lower level of the museum the whole time. We couldn’t go in a new section without a worker watching us. We were in no way doing anything that caused any disturbance to anyone or anything there…that kinda ruined the experience for us. Other than that the art is gorgeous and I have always loved art since I was a kid.

We come here about once a year. It's not something we normally plan to do, but think about it when we might be downtown for some other activity and find that we have some time. Always enjoy the building itself and the featured exhibits. This time they were showcasing some of the Bradley Collection. Another special exhibit (although much smaller in scale) was the "Reviving the Dance of Death." The docent suggested that we use the magnifier app on our phone to get a closer look — great suggestion! We never try to see everything, and usually have enough after one hour. The lower level parking is a great option if there are spaces available. The MAM is a nice amenity on our beautiful lakefront.

This museum is a dream come true. We traveled from Michigan for Summerfest and knew we had to go to this museum while we were in town! Our first impressions were just marveling at how beautiful it was. Even the underground parking is beautiful! For some reason the wings didn’t open at noon and flap, and we didn’t get to see them open at all this weekend which was such a bummer! The museum is fairly priced at $27, and this place is *huge*. We kept thinking we went through every room and just kept finding more art! We spent almost 3 hours here. The cafe is really nice for a quick bite and beautiful view. Just keep in mind they are cafe prices. I liked the gift shop but I wasn’t blown away. Overall you will see some great things at this museum and you’ll be happy you went!

Beautiful Spot by Lake Michigan The Milwaukee Art Museum is a stunning place for a walk along Lake Michigan. There’s a nice café with great views, and Discovery World plus two lovely parks are just a short walk away along the shoreline. Plenty of parking available — perfect for a relaxing visit.

The museum is well appointed on the Lake Michigan shoreline. It already encompasses the threat of a future romantic destination. If you are a fan of Futurama, you will understand. Initially I intended to visit the museum to explore Calatrava's architecture, which I like. Culturally, it seemed essential to understand why it was positioned in Milwaukee, instead of Chicago. If you recall, the Chicago spire (project started but not completed) was a Calatrava design. Many, I believe, felt slighted by comparison. The project manifested versus the project lost. It was a blow for the birth of the skyscraper city. An old narrative now, but relevant, if only comically. I was not surprised for the setting to be naturally beautiful - you can feel the magnitude of Lake Michigan from inside and outside the museum. However, what shocked me was the glass work throughout the galleries. I was not expecting such an impactful collection, enough to inspire to revisit the topic of glass collecting as art in lieu of paintings. The restaurant needs improvement.

Absolutely beautiful! Wonderful exhibits, amazing staff. Took my friend, my partner & her niece/nephew and we all had a blast. Ten/ten, definitely going to come back again!

This is a beautiful garden, which has been designed based on different popular book themes. There are paved scenic ways which take you to different stops, where the books are kept for kids to stop, and read. There are multiple restrooms all along the garden, and plenty of free parking is available next to the garden, and across the street. Entry tickets are priced at $12 for adults, and $10 for kids aged 3-17. Kids under 2 are allowed free entry. Sheboygan county residents too have free entry, if the tickets are purchased in advance.

Both toddlers and moms were just amazed by this fantastic place! So many fun, recognizable and interactive installations, and an overall beautiful garden. The picknick area just outside was an extra bonus that had a good balance between seating area and activities to get both some food and some fun in between bites

Super cute place. Especially for kids. The trails are easy to navigate and most everything is made to be interacted with. I went with just my husband and adult daughter and we enjoyed it, I definitely will be back with my grandkids

Would give this 10 stars if I could! Had so much fun for hours with my preschool aged son. The attention to detail is really impeccable. So well kept, plenty of space, and clean bathrooms.

Don't go on a Tuesday! Should have checked out the hours before we went. Closed on Monday and Tuesday. But we went into the little picnic area that I think they use for school groups. Really cute. Hopefully we can visit again soon...on a day that they are actually open.

Visited with my sister in law and kids ages 2 and 4. We all had a magical time and highly recommend. Will absolutely be back and plan to get the books we haven't yet read out of the library prior to visiting next time so the kids can hunt for additional familiar friends.

I thought this was a very nice museum. It’s filled with lots of iconic bikes that roll off the line. The only thing is I wish they would’ve had some of the customized bikes. I understand that the people customize them by their selves, but they’re usually customized with Harley Davidson parts.

My husband was born on a Harley Davidson and he was like a child visiting the museum. There were so many Harley’s from every year and every period. There was even fun for the young ones (I’m 62) with a makeshift Harley to ride. There was also a special hallway honoring African American riders and African American female riders. I loved the exhibits.

A great place to show their bikes from the very beginning of their production. They served Army, Postal, Medical, Police, Refugees and to take away pets or people. Visit it and know their bikes. I posted some important information as well.

Going to a Brewers game at American Family Field is always a fun experience. The energy in the stadium is great!! fans are passionate but also welcoming, so it feels like a true community atmosphere. One of the best parts is the famous Sausage Race, which is such a quirky and unique tradition that makes the game feel extra memorable (and always gets the crowd hyped). The retractable roof is also a big plus, you don’t have to worry about games getting rained out, and it makes the stadium comfortable no matter the weather. Food-wise, you’ll find plenty of classic ballpark eats along with some Wisconsin favorites like cheese curds, brats, and local beers. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but that’s pretty standard at MLB parks. The staff throughout the stadium is friendly and helpful, and the whole place is kept clean and easy to navigate. Parking can get a little crowded, but the tailgating scene is part of the fun!! lots of fans grilling out before the game adds to the whole experience. Overall, the Brewers stadium offers more than just baseball. it’s a mix of tradition, good food, and a welcoming fan base that makes every game feel like a celebration.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best ballparks in baseball and a must-visit, even if your team isn't playing. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is electric and uniquely tied to the city. The architects did an incredible job blending modern amenities with a classic, old-school ballpark feel. The sightlines are superior from every section. The concessions here are what set this park apart. They offer typical stadium food, but they've partnered with local restaurants and breweries, offering a fantastic variety. When you couple the food with the wide selection of craft beers, you have a superior concession stand. There are plenty of social spaces, fan zone and childrens experiences to gather at, like the "Kids Zone" on the terrace level and the "Power Playground" on the field concourse.The integration of team history is also superb, with beautiful plaques and statues of team legends inside and outside of the stadium. Don't forget to check out the "Selig Experience" exhibit. It's a must for any Brewers fan. Overall, it's a wonderful experience and a shining example of how a modern ballpark should be built.

That visit and The Game with Diamondbacks I will remember for so long. That was a thriller. Both team could get a win ticket before last inning 8:8 - but the huge visitors support and perfect organization and atmosphere- were helped for Brewers. I have never seen not only support, but an entertainment on the stadium. Screen plays, the fun run, music accompaniment- it’s a Top level not only for Baseball. Thank you for excitement. One of the best ballparks in baseball! The retractable roof ensures that rain or shine the game will go on! For beautiful summer days with the roof open, there's nothing like it. Great food and drink vendors all around the stadium and love the Bernie slide for when the Brewers get a home run! There are usually lots of brand activations inside and outside of the stadium too that give away free swag which is a nice touch.

We had a great time at American Family Field! We parked in the preferred parking lot to be closer to the stadium. By the way, pre-purchase the parking before the day of the game to get a discount. Our seats were on the top level and we found elevators and escalators to assist us. The fans are incredibly friendly. You must see the sausage run! We’ll be going back for every home game next year!!

Best time ever! Even though we are Cubs fans, the Brewers fans were nice to us and the whole vibe & stadium was beautiful. Plenty of accessable bathrooms too. Don't plan on rushing out though leaving that parking lot was a cluster of craziness! No one is guiding traffic out so just don't hurry out. We also appreciated the free parking since coming from Chicago we are used to paying an arm and a leg! That was a nice surprise! Can't wait to come back again.

Great ballpark, even the seats up high have a good vantage point and you can see the whole diamond quite clearly. Things in the gift shop and/or any food is ridiculously expensive, but that's any sports franchise stadium for any sport. Nothing out of the ordinary or extravagantly expensive or anything like that. Parking is ok, this was the first time we spent extra for "preferred" parking and I would definitely recommend that to anyone planning on attending a Brewers game. It has (as I'm sure most if not all do also) some very long escalators so you do not need to walk up several flights of stairs to get to your seat if you are way up. Overall I like this stadium a lot and I recommend catching a game if you get the chance to.

On our way into Lake Geneva, we stopped at the ‘Tristan Crist Magic Theater.’ I wasn’t sure what to expect from a magician in the middle of a corn field, so we were pleasantly surprised by a great show. Some of his tricks were amazing. Definitely Vegas quality! So next time you’re in Lake Geneva, don’t miss it!

This show was better than I expected, even with all.of the great reviews! It was an action-packed and very entertaining 90 minutes. Lots of interacting with the audience and all ages seemed to really enjoy the show. Tristan is very funny and very skilled! My husband and I.both really enjoyed it.

My husband and I went here on our anniversary weekend trip. It was an amazing experience! You have to do this! I don't want to give too much away...lol. Atmosphere and staff were top notch. This was a last minute addition to our vacation itinerary and so glad we did. My 7 year old LOVED it and decided she wants to be a magician now. It's a relatively intimate venue so you can see the illusions very well. Still have no idea how they pulled a single one off. I prefer to believe they really are magic. Well worth it and great family fun!

Nice museum that showcases many aspects of aviation! They have a fun area for kids inside as well, I will say the simulators offered need to be maintained better only 2-8 were in working order. Lastly my group could not find a bathroom in the top of the museum once you enter. ( this was a problem for some members of my group)

Wow! You can eat off the floor in this place. This event has a price to pay at the door, but that quickly becomes irrelevant after you start looking around in here. It is the best museum I’ve been to to date. Oshkosh turns upside down during their “Air Show”every year the end of July. I’ll go to that someday. I went outside to see the hangers out back and found some of the plane owner’s vehicles out there. Those were as cool as the airplanes were back there. You see old cars all the time, but I’ve never seen an old delivery truck. That made my day. I could’ve and should’ve flown the Blue and Yellow biplane while I was there because the line was short at the time. Oooops, I’ll get that one done the next time I’m here. I had the best of times here and I’m really glad that I went here. Put this on your must do list. Enjoy…

*** FREE AIRPLANE RIDES FOR KIDS!!! If that doesn't get your attention I don't know what will. On weekends they run a Young Eagles program which kids ages 8-17 are able to get a 10-15 minute plane ride in which they are even given the chance to take the controls. There is no extra cost just the cost of the museum which is extremely reasonable. $37 gets the family in and includes 2 adults and up to five kids. On top of that amazing experience the museum has numerous other kid related things through our it and everything for the aviation enthusiast. From all sorts of planes for early in flight through about the early 70's. Tons of history, exhibits, models, etc. Plan at least 3-4 hours to see and do everything. Weekend we went was not crowded at all. Can't recommend this place high enough.

Different than other aviation museums we have been too. This is mostly experimental aircraft. There was a lot of interesting stuff to see however. This is a large museum and it's well put together. Prepare to spend at least two to three hours. Recommended.

First, I love airplanes! So this is a great place to explore. Interesting historical review of Experimental aircraft. And aviation history in general. Really need exhibits. Lots of great exhibits for kids to explore aviation.

An absolutely amazing museum for aviation enthusiasts and history enthusiasts alike. So much planes in here and stuff to learn. You could spend an entire day in here. Its also a very nice atmosphere. The restrooms are clean and there are water fountains located with delicious water incase youre thirsty. I came here with my older brother and his wife in july for the 2025 oshkosh airventure which was incredible. I highly recommend visiting this museum while you are in the area, its really worth it. There are also some interactive exhibits such as air pressure and gyro force. Even if you know nothing about aviation it is still a cool place for anyone who wants to learn.

I have not seen other japanese gardens or places like these so i cant make better judgement here. I visited 19 oct 2025. Trees were fairly in color. Not too cold. Wasnt too crowded either. I felt it was small and i was able to completely explore in a little more than an hour. Whole garden is stroller friendly which was nice. It was certainly a beautiful, calm serene place. I will visit again nxt year in spring

I’ve been there twice and it’s very serene there. The scenery is beautiful and when I went recently to see the fall colors it was so peaceful. You can just sit and meditate with peace and quiet. People there are very relaxed and friendly. I would highly encourage you to go there. I didn’t try the food there yet but heard that it’s very good.

What a beautiful place! I decided to spend my birthday (late September) soaking up the tranquility and serenity. This was the perfect place to roam around and enjoy all the beauty. It was very peaceful, and I love that I could take my time around the gardens, and take photos at my own pace. It was so peaceful that I felt like I was the only one there, even though it was a quite busy day. They had a wonderful area where you could eat inside also. I highly recommend adding that to your experience. They have bathrooms inside the building, as well as outside. The property is cared for and well maintained. I'd love to come back again when it isn't so hot! My phone kept giving me warning errors because of the heat, and I couldnt access my camera during those times... that is how hot it was. The heat allowed me to sit in the shade, journal, sip water and enjoy the area with zero distractions 🙂 If you love photography, and serene settings, mixed with a brilliant layout and landscaping, this is the place. Great for all ages! The colors were just starting to change. I imagine it's close to peak by now, if it hasn't peaked already. Can't wait to return. There is a lot that I didn't get to see!

Very beautiful gardens, although I wish it was a bit bigger for the price. Easily traversable in an hour without rushing. I'd like to see less grass and more ground covering plants. It was nice to see some aesthetics I recognized from my time in Japan. The teahouse is beautiful and water features are all very peaceful. It was incredibly crowded for a wedding when we were there within visiting hours, which for me made it less enjoyable because the parking lot was completely packed and many people were there to witness an event and not necessarily to enjoy the serenity of the gardens. I wish they'd hold events like they separate from park hours. (I specifically waited for people to move out of the shore to try and get less people in my photos.)

My first time here and I was blown away! I almost didn't go because I wasn't sure if it would be worth it in the Fall, but OMG that's got to be the best time to go! The way different colors of the trees were interspersed was so beautiful. I was lucky to be there when the sun was shining and the colors were so bright. I actually walked around it twice. Highly recommend visiting when the colors are at peak. My only complaint is constant traffic noise detracts from the peaceful experience, but not a lot they can do about that.

Great place, just beautiful to walk around! Went in September. Parking is free but there's an admission charge per person. The restaurant is in the buildings' entrance. We did not eat there but wished we had, especially since we spent 2 hours driving to get there. The restaurant has a very nice & comforting atmosphere. Prices appeared slightly higher than others, so we went elsewhere (big mistake). Truly a garden of heaven & a must visit place!

First time visiting the Wisconsin State Capitol, and it instantly gave me Washington D.C. vibes! The architecture is stunning inside and out—marble floors, intricate details, and a dome that’s truly breathtaking. The view from the observation deck is worth the trip alone, with beautiful sights of the lakes and downtown Madison. A must-see when in Madison!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Capitol Experience in Every Sense The Wisconsin State Capitol blew us away. The building itself is absolutely stunning, every hallway, staircase, and mural tells a story. But the real highlights? The observation deck with panoramic views of Madison, and learning about Lady Wisconsin, the powerful figure watching over the city from the dome. I'm obsessed. What made the experience even better was the staff. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely excited to share the history and hidden details of the building. They answered every question with patience and passion, and made us feel completely welcome from start to finish. Clean, peaceful, and inspiring, this is more than a stop on a tour. It’s an experience. Don’t miss it!

What a great statehouse. This location has been well maintained and is an architectural gem. Take advantage of the outdoor 6th floor 360° observation deck to view the city as well as the viewing deck inside.

Free Capitol Tours 6-7 times a day and a very good guide always. Has a great Observation Deck. It’s a piece of Art and it’s great to see how his was built after it was burned down once. Great place to add to your sightseeing list in Madison and very close to State Street - Basically Downtown Madison

Lovely building and fun history tour. Got a surprise concert by a brsss ensemble while there. Outside observation deck is a must if you can navigate (about 50) stairs. Reminiscent of other Capitol buildings - but probably the only one with statues of badgers 😁

Open to the public. Beautiful and air conditioned yay! Lots of clean bathrooms and elevators. The architecture is very cool. Fun place to stop in when visiting Madison or walking around state street.

We go here all the time. Absolutely love it. We love going to the beach there too and the park near by. I like how we can feed the goats. All the different buildings you can walk through are nice The staff is always friendly. We ate at the café or grill there and it was very tasty. The playground there is nice. The carousel ride is nice but they make the parents pay to hold their kid on the seat. Same for the train ride. I just consider it my donation to the animals. But be prepared to bring $6 per ride and if you have multiple kids... it adds up. $3 per ride. Still worth going. We are so happy this zoo park exists.

Great free little experience to bring the family or to just enjoy nature at its finest! I loved seeing all the amazing animals but what was really amazing was the variety! Ive been to many zoos and most don't have all the animals out but as we visited every animal was out and excited to see everyone. So if your looking for your next adventure or date I definitely recommend Henry Vilas Zoo!

Great little zoo, and it's free! It's a perfect size for families and a nice way to spend a couple of hours. We especially enjoyed the polar bears, red pandas and the carousel. Parking can be a bit tight.

The zoo was wonderful. What a great weekend visit place for families or solo. A wide variety including lions, tigers and bears. There are places to enjoy a snack or children to ride a train. This zoo is currently open to the public for free. Donations are appreciated to support the zoo.

It was an excellent little zoo. It was clean and a good variety of animals. I've been to a number of zoos and this one has some animals I hadn't seen before. There is no entry fee and I was able to bring snacks for our family. It was pretty busy as we went the week before school started and the week after the college students moved in but still very nice.

It's been ten years since I've visited and there's been many updates. We absolutely enjoyed our visit. As always Henry Vilas has free entry but I encourage everyone to donate at least one dollar per group member in a donation box to help them keep the zoo free, spare more if you're able.

Had a great time, they gave a good selection of exotic animals but half of them were not there when we went. The big ones too, so we didn’t get to see the orangutan, giraffe, lions, camel, and so many more which kind of ruined the experience for our family. But it’s free so can’t really complain except for the 3 hours of driving back and forth

New Glarus Brewing doesn't need a lot of introduction, they make some of Wisconsin's most well known beers. They were in the middle of an expansion so on my stop they had a limited selection for tasting including a lager, farmhouse ale, oktoberfest, plus a watermelon, strawberry rhubarb, and a sour blackberry...they have several other beers, just not on for my stop. They had alp horns playing, free tours, and their gift shop and beer cave where up and running. I still want to stop back when they have tasting room and more taps on.

One of my favorite Breweries I've visited. They have an informative, self-guided tour that gives you a detailed history of the New Glarus Brewing Company. The surrounding landscape is gorgeous and they offer picnic table seating for the beer tastings. There is a large, free parking lot for customers.

Came on a Monday during July- hardly a soul around, and had the place pretty much to ourselves. Did not have time to do any tours, but was able to pick up some souvenirs. Absolutely beautiful grounds, with lots of areas to wander, tons of parking setup for tour buses, as well as a beautiful area to hang out beer-hall style! We've been drinking Spotted Cow for many years, so did not do any tasting. The place is clearly setup for masses of people- but what confused me, is when do these masses of people come, unless they are all retired people like me? ...Still amazed that a brewery could be closed on the weekend (which is why we had to come on a Monday before lunchtime).

Visited New Glarus for a beer tasting and had a great time! For $8, you get to sample three small beers and keep the tasting glass. Alternatively, for the same price, you can get a full pint of beer in a souvenir glass that you also get to take home. All seating is outdoors, which adds to the charm—it's a cute and relaxed spot to enjoy a drink.

New Glarus Gyrator Doppelbock: Located in New Glarus, WI, New Glarus Brewing Company was founded in 1993 and is known for their best-selling beer, Spotted Cow. A Doppelbock is a strong (Doppel means double) dark, German-style lager. It is sometimes referred to as “liquid bread” due to its malty sweetness, full body, and its traditional association with the Lenten season. Brewmaster Dan Carey put over ten years of barley research into choosing the Czech barley that goes into New Glarus’ Gyrator Doppelbock. While not as long as ten years, the brew does have a long journey as it’s lagered ten weeks in the cellar before resting in the bottle for an additional 6 months for a more mature flavor. Since I’m not the biggest beer drinker, I apologize for my description and undefined palate. For me, it was a heavy and creamy brew with a hoppy/lightly fruity flavor. It poured a clear dark amber/brown color. If you enjoy a good craft beer, then I think you’ll like this 😋. I found it drinkable for a beer, but it’s not one I would purchase myself😐. My favorite part was the extra strong buzz as it’s a higher alcohol content (nothing official on New Glarus’ website, which is weird but unofficial sources place it between 6.9-8 % alc/vol.). Love Spotted Cow and for years always took some home with us when visiting Wisconsin ..this trip we were able to visit!! Did the self-guided tour and was great to learn more about their history. Tasting - 3 4 ounce tastes allows you to choose which beers you'd like to try, and you keep the tasting glass! They have an area where you can wrap your glass to protect it while traveling. Nice selection in the gift shop and area to purchase. Staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. Great stop and we'll return when in the area again

Devil's lake state park has something for everyone. The incredible and rocky skyline is perfect for those looking to challenge the peaks with either hiking or climbing. The placid waters of the lake are wonderful for swimming or kayaking. The deep and tranquil forests are wonderful for peaceful walks and adventurous treks. When not being active the park also hosts some great spots for camping, with a variety of both wooded and open sites. The park is additionally quite well maintained. Roads and trails are generally in good condition. The bathrooms are a bit more hit and miss, with some being quite clean and moderns, while others lag a bit behind. The distinction is easy to spot from the road for what that's worth. All in all, a great nature area for adventures of all kinds and memories waiting to be made.

Dangerous... but fun? 😂 This hike is not for the feint of heart. We decided to do the climb the hard way which consists of essentially climbing the side of a mountain that does not contain any sort of railings or protective measures. We saw multiple slip and almost lose footing...ourselves included. Many people with children of all ages including infants. The hike is quite strenuous depending on how you go about it. Bring drinks, snacks, and hope. 😂 There aren't any staff on the mountain whatsoever so you do need to have an honest conversation with yourself beforehand about whether or not you want to risk it for the biscuit or not. One hiker almost fell off the side of the cliff while we were hiking and was thankfully caught by nearby trees and then brought to safety. I know this review is all over the place but this is honestly what happened lol. The park overall is beautiful and a stunning presentation of nature... you just need to be prepared and wear GOOD hiking shoes. Cost for a pass is not expensive either. We would probably do it again, we just wouldn't choose the side mountain climb and would most likely go the long way up which is much safer.

11/03/25: The spectacular views at this park are incomparable. I hiked the East Bluff side of the park. I did part of the Ice Age Trail by hiking part of East Bluff Woods, East Bluff Trail, The Balanced Rock Trail down to the Lake, Part of the Grottos Trail and the Potholes Trail back up. I was going to hike more around the actual lake but the winds were gale force today. This park has easy trails, moderate trails and super difficult slippery trails. The hardest trail is the Balanced Rock Trail. I am an experienced hiker who had on trail runners and was using hiking poles and I slipped a few times and fell once. The potholes trail is a bit easier but not by much. I would not recommend attempting these trails in any type of weather. The rock steps are slippery when dry, down right dangerous when wet. The trails and out buildings are well maintained. I would recommend this park to both seasoned and new hikers. I would just recommend researching your trails before planning your trip.

We were only going to come for the morning but wound up spending the whole day. It was windy but when you were on the forest trail it was fine. The more adventurous in our group went up the east bluff trail, going up was easier then the trail down. We ate lunch at the onsite restaurant but wished we would have packed a picnic lunch like others had. We spent the afternoon by the lake and exploring the beach.

I was not able to spend much time there. I drove around the lake and I found out later that there are different areas off of different roads that you can get into different parts of the lake. So that park system is quite extensive. There is definitely some amazing hiking there. And at this time of the year, there were still a lot of hikers out there. The lake is beautiful.

Wow! I’m so thankful my wife’s coworker in Phoenix invited us out on his cabin cruiser for a day on the lake. It’s one of those places I probably never would’ve seen otherwise — absolutely stunning! The drive through the mountains was incredible, and then suddenly this huge, beautiful lake appeared. And the wild donkeys roaming the hills? Just amazing!

Beautiful place! Get to the parking lot by 9 am on a Sunday! And hope you don't need the bathroom until after the cleaning through is done. Blah! The gift shop/concessions open at 10 am. Both beaches became packed very quickly. The hikes are amazing but don't underestimate the climb or over estimate yourself. You don't need to be a pro, but hiking shoes, walking stick and lots of water is highly recommended! I didn't camp, just visited for the day.

Stayed last week, Sunday-Wednesday, it had been about 8 years since my last stay. I love the water park and Tom Foolery's Park. Good water slides and the flow rider is a lot of fun. The rooms were clean and well kept. I'm looking forward to the indoor water park expansion in 2026, and I'll have to return in the next year or two. My only complaint: replacing the Chocolate Shoppe ICE Cream with Cedar Crest in the sweet shop. How could you? Chocolate Shoppe ICE Cream is leagues better than Cedar Crest.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Our first time was great, but this time was amazing. We did the Fall for Adventure package. So worth it. The breakfast buffet at Cinco Ninos was so delicious, we went both Saturday and Sunday. Amazing food and service! Our room was so clean. Tom Foolerys was a blast. Brew City food was also delicious. Great Happy Hour specials. The brownies from the Java Cafe 🤤. John the Manager was so amazing to us. Oh, and the Tea Party was spectacular. Highly recommend attending if you can. Cannot say enough good things about our latest experience. We will be back.

Spectacular Water Park! Luxurious spacious suites! Accommodating staff! Loving and caring housekeeping! And thats only the beginning of your many perks staying here! Super cozy fun-filled adventures here at the Khalahari Resort! This is my family's go to everytime we want to go to a water park. Its great it feels 75 degrees all year long! Great for those getaways! Lots of slides for all ages! Even Adult getaways! Tiny lazy river for the babies and toddlers. Water swings! Basketball hoops! TiKi Bar in a pool area designated for 21 and older fun! Delicious drinks! Conveniently right off highway 94. New plans for more exciting park and slides outside coming soon! I loved how there's small flip questions and answers all around the hotel about Africa and African animals! Along with life size gorilla statues to take pictures next to. Great location near almost everything food restaurant. Kwik Trip right around the corner for super kwik trips! 10/10

We have stayed at the main resort and at the Villas. The resort area is great because everything is there - bowling, arcade style games, laser tag, and go carts. The Villas are beautiful, cozy and Lake Delton is serene. I highly recommend staying here anytime of year. Plus Devils Lake is a short drive and in the fall you can see all the leaves change.

No issues with checking in, the room was superb, clean well stocked and ready within the time stated. The water park was well staffed, upkeep was obvious with new construction underway but not impacting the guest. Great staff, great venue, great service.

The hotel itself is clean and feels cozy and not ultramodern. The water park is about a two-minute walk from one side to the other. The slides, wave pool and lazy river are a lot of fun. Staff members are friendly and accommodating.

Would not stay here again. There are better resorts and water parks at the Dells. The customer service was lacking and the layout of the place was ridiculous. Why would I want to walk a mile and a half from my hotel room taking 2 elevators and flights of stairs just to get to the water park from my room. I mean who thought this design was a good idea? We definitely won't be back.
