This was the cutest and the most interesting place. Greek town. I could have spent all day looking at the boats in the harbor and all of the shops had the most creative things in the them. Homemade soap with sponges in them. It was such a creative and welcoming town. Great place to walk around. All of the Greek food was an adventure for sure, but delicious.

I loved walking around and looking through each of the stores. Such a beautiful town by the docks. Bought candy of course and these wonderful spices to try when I get back home. The Greek restaurants are abundant and I didn't have room to try any, we had breakfast before going here... darn it! Because I love authentic Greek food, yum!

Such a pleasant place! It has a nice variety of local shops and plenty of options to enjoy a meal or a drink. Since it was a rainy day, there weren’t many people around, which actually made it even better — we got to enjoy everything more comfortably and didn’t have to wait to get into any spot!

One of the best places in Tampa to visit. Lots of local shops, great deals and restaurants. Most of shops are selling famous sponges, sea shells, clothing, potteries, local food, teas, herbs, flowers and so much more. It gets pretty crowded on the weekends, so make sure you’re bringing your wallet and credit cards with you to buy souvenirs from the stores. Come early so you can see all the local shops and booths.

I loved my experience here. Most of the shops have the same stuff in it but it the feel of the area that I believe is why people visit here. The 2 hour dolphin tour is great!

I was unaware that Tarpon Springs is a Greek town. It features a plethora of local Greek shops, restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. I really enjoyed my visit, taking a pleasant stroll through the town and hopping from shop to shop to find some sponges and handmade Greek olive oil bar soaps.

It is a very pleasant place to visit. You will enjoy every minute you spend there until you realized that time is not the only thing you spent. Right after you left you will start questioning your financial decisions. Expensive has different meaning, maybe even new meaning at Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks.

It was not as great as I had hoped from previous reviews implied. We toured the park and watched a show. We also did the half hour airboat tour. We did not see any gators on the tour but we did see an abandoned nest. Staff were friendly. It was enjoyable but not what we were expecting. Animal enclosures seem quite small. The bird enclosure was neat. My son enjoyed seeing the large alligators in the pond. We decided to skip the drive through safari.

It's always great to return to Wild Florida. Definitely worth the drive out to see so many exotic animals. This time we included a Capybara Encounter. Piper was a great guide. Passed along so much information! She made the visit fun and also showed us the warthogs adjacent to the Capy area Thanks Piper for making our visit special!

One of the highlights of the tour was our opportunity to engage with the capybaras, lemurs, sloths, and, my personal favorite, the African porcupines. Contrary to popular belief, these porcupines don’t shoot their quills at you. Instead, they exuded a playful and affectionate demeanor, resembling and even resembling excited dogs. Their adorable nature made them a delightful addition to our journey. Throughout the park, we were treated to a diverse array of wildlife, including crocodiles and alligators. Interactive shows provided valuable information about these magnificent creatures and their various species. Additionally, we visited a petting zoo featuring goats and a majestic white turkey. Our day of exploration culminated in a delightful lunch at the park’s café, where we were delighted to discover a vegan option. The attentive staff ensured our food was prepared in a separate area with separate utensils, demonstrating their commitment to maintaining hygiene and preventing cross-contamination. To quench our thirst, we indulged in the delicious Safari slushies, which came in souvenir bottles adorned with alligator heads. Next we embarked on a scenic airboat ride through a vast lake, where we were treated to breathtaking views of wild alligators, birds, and the untouched beauty of Florida’s past. This serene and awe-inspiring experience left us feeling both exhilarated and relaxed. Finally, we embarked on our own drive-through safari, allowing us to explore the park at our own pace. The tour guide even provided designated areas for vehicles to pull over, accommodating those behind us who wished to pass. This personalized experience ensured that we fully immersed ourselves in the wonders of the wild Florida. Here, you’ll encounter a diverse array of animals, including deer, zebras, antelopes, camels, crocodiles, alligators, bison, cows with impressive horns, and a magnificent giraffe where you can feed it and take pictures. The Safari, Gator Park, Wild Florida, and our knowledgeable tour guide made this experience truly special. If you spend some time here, you’ll be in for a treat. My kids loved this whole visit! The fan boat was really cool and our tour guide was so knowledgeable! We took the one hour boat tour and it was so worth it! Make sure to pack some sunglasses lol. Seeing alligators in the wild was really cool but my kids really really loved the animals at the park. You can tell they are well looked after and loved.

Had an amazing day at wild florida we did the air boat ride with captain Mark who was very entertaining and great at pointing out wild like saw lots of gators and birds during the tour. We also did the drive thru safari plus the adventure park was amazing highly reccomend esp if Busch gardens is too expensive wild adventure was affordable and u deff the a good bang for your buck. Buy in advance made check in super easy and u can plan for what time u want to take your ride

Visited Wild Florida to surprise my 11-year-old son with the Capybara encounter, and it was a hit! He thoroughly enjoyed it, and the instructor's expertise really added to the experience. The animal park itself is a manageable size, yet packed with a diverse array of fascinating animals. The Wild Safari ride was the highlight for my 4-year-old. The abundance of animals to spot, combined with the fun checklist provided, kept us entertained and engaged from the comfort of our car. Overall, Wild Florida offers a fantastic and memorable family day out

Amazing park, came with the family over the weekend arrived around 9:30 in the morning and then had to wait in line to enter the drive-through Safari. Spend a good hour doing the Safari, then went to the gator Park to see some more exotic animals. They do offer airboat tours, which is worth it. Get to see gators and their egg nests in the wild

This is a very clean venue. There is always helpful staff around and the lines move fast. The audio upgrade that happened recently has made it sound amazing no matter what seat you are in. The new LED boards look great as well and add to the whole experience.

Returned here after 6 years & back in Orlando to see Orlando Magic & what a night beating Boston Celtics. All the staff were friendly & helpful,some even dancing 😀. Drinks are expensive but you expect that in this environment. They have a grab & go area which is really quick & easy to use. We had tickets in Block 112 and a great view of the game. Sadly Stuff was not doing his usual stunts we had witnessed many times in the past,maybe down to health & safety 🤔 Mickey & Minnie also turned up. The sound quality was great and we are glad we returned.

Always a pleasure and a fun time when I go to any event at the Kia Center. Friendly staff , clean restrooms , not so bad vending prices lol some a little pricey but hey what can you do. I've had the opportunity to attend Solar Bears hockey games , Orlando Magic games , concerts that were unforgettable.

Great location and Gold Certified Building. Easy access, comfortable seats (with excellent viewing, you don't have to worry about someone wearing a cap/hat), and lots of food options. The Geico Garage is next to it and there's a connecting bridge to it. Would definitely come again.

Really smooth in and out experience, nice venue. We prepaid for parking at the Geico garage across the street and they let us in immediately, found parking really quick. You cross to the center through the skybridge. Went to watch the Orlando Magic vs. Miami Heat game, you can see clearly from anywhere you sit. Food isn't too expensive but not cheap either. Overall a great experience, super smooth and we had a fun time! Would come again for games or concerts 💕

Drove drom Tampa to see Gabriel Iglesias. First time at Kia Center and was impressed. Comfortable seating and access was reasonable. Restrooms clean and manageable. Although we ate before the show, noticed lots of different food choices at reasonable prices. We were in section 114 which were fantastic. Definitely would drive over again.

Went here for a Billie Eilish. The venue is huge. We sat in section 114 and it felt like we were next to the stage. I highly recommend this venue. Seats were comfortable and they had cup holders. Service workers were very friendly and the food was great.

The Lightner Museum is definitely worth a visit, with a beautiful historic building and an impressive collection of art and antiques. The architecture alone makes it a special stop, and there’s a lot to see throughout the different floors. That said, it leans more toward being an art gallery than a traditional museum, which might not be what everyone expects. Still, it’s a great place to spend a couple of hours, and I’d give it 4 stars for the atmosphere, history, and variety on display.

I am a wedding photographer and I hosted my wedding in the courtyard at the Lightner Museum, my team photographed our wedding and it was everything I hoped for! Despite the work they were doing on the courtyard, everything turned out amazing!!! Staff was amazing, the venue is gorgeous and so much history. I loved every moment. As a wedding photographer, we have photographed weddings at the Lightner Museum and just like my very own wedding day, it is beautiful and everything every bride dreams of. If you are looking for a ceremony venue, this is it!

If you like historic, unique and beautiful museums then you will enjoy this. You have the option of being self guided or with a guide so I opted for self. While I’m not a history buff I did enjoy walking around to the different levels to see how they sectioned off each rooms and area. A couple of my favorite rooms were the stained glass, timeline of the evolution of bicycles, and the crystal and glass room. Each room had its own story and when you get to the end there’s a beautiful courtyard looking down of where you can enjoy lunch at their cafe! It took me about 30 minutes to complete at a quicker pace but it could take up to 45 mins or longer. There were a handful of beautiful pockets to take pictures at outside as well and a cute little gift shop on your way out.

Step into another world perhaps a better world. Beauty and thoughtfulness surround you. What a brilliant contrast to the throw away culture we now inhabit. Imagine a world where people are proud to put their names on things without hiding behind pseudonyms and handles. Imagine making things that can be resold and work long after their creators have collected their eternal reward.

Neat place to go with a lot of history. I wish I could've seen this place in it's day. Definitely have some interesting items, and a great restaurant downstairs.

Amazing visit to the Lightner Museum in St. Augustine! The self-guided tour lets you explore at your own pace, and trust me, you’ll want to take your time. The collection is wildly diverse—no single theme, just an eclectic mix of art, artifacts, and oddities that keep you hooked. The historic pool area is a total showstopper; the longer you look, the more details you notice. A must-see gem in the heart of downtown!

This is one of my favorite beaches in the USA. It's beautiful, clean, pet friendly and a very free, kind and non-judgemental atmosphere. They even have workout equipment on the beach.

I highly recommend taking this walk. So many things to see and do.

Virginia Beach Boardwalk is one of the best going around. It is completely paved and runs for a couple of miles. There is a separate lane on the boardwalk for bicycles and carts. People in the beach condos overlooking the ocean can hit the boardwalk and go biking or walking. The Neptune statue is a huge attraction

Just came back from VA Beach, refreshed & recharged ! Although I had a GREAT time it was early June, so it rained for a good portion of our trip. And VA Beach does NOT have a "boardwalk" in the true, classic definition that other beach towns such as Ocean City MD, Rehoboth Beach DE, Myrtle Beach SC, Atlantic City NJ, Coney Island NYC etc, etc VA Beach has more of a 3-mile "promenade" which is PAVED rather that the historic WOOD PLANKS of the traditional beach BOARDwalk. Virginia Beach also loses points for its oceanside's lack of businesses and activities on oceanfront property, with only exception are the hotels and resorts and a few restaurants here and there. All the same shopping, dining, beach activities etc Hotels pretty much take up the vast majority (90%+) of prime oceanfront lots Instead of the countless shops, restaurants, amusement thrill parks, etc found in places like Ocean City and Rehoboth. VA Beach has insane # of mobile venders who only stay for seasonal timeframe. Not a lot of shops, just hotels and restaurants on the "boardwalk" that's not even a boardwalk but concrete path ... But to each its own and it was peaceful...

Love this place! What a boardwalk! I just can't believe they built the ocean so close to the shops.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg is such a unique and fun experience. The park is designed around different European countries, and walking through each area feels like a mini cultural trip beautiful theming, great food, and lots of cool details everywhere you go. The rides and roller coasters are awesome, with options for both thrill seekers and families. There’s also tons of live entertainment, shows, and seasonal events that make every visit exciting. Overall, it’s a fantastic mix of culture, fun, and adrenaline. One of the best theme parks on the East Coast!

Busch Gardens is great. I think parking and food are a bit pricey but it's a theme park, so that is kind of expected. I like all the coasters, but Alpinegiest and Verbolten are my favorites. Pantheon can be unreliable, so expect it not to be running all day. It's about a 2.5 mile circle, with moderate hills, so make sure to have comfortable shoes. There are a few animal exhibits and a couple shows; some seasonal, some run throughout the year, such as Celtic Fyre, which has won some awards. Wait times vary, sometimes they can be up to a hour on busy days, but on an average weekday during the summer, wait times can be less than 10 minutes. Especially when Water Country is in full swing. They do have all day dining options that allow you to get food every 90 minutes. If you time it, it's worth it. There are also a small, Sesame Street themed children's area.

I had a great time yesterday at Busch Gardens. I was there from 1pm until 10pm. Christmastown is absolutely gorgeous! I was disappointed that the top roller-coasters were closed. The lines for other rides were very long and I wished that I had a skip the line pass. It was sunny and 65 degrees. I only got to see the Festhaus show and it was good. Next year I hope to go to Christmastown a few times so I can see all of the entertainment.

Went with our kids and Grandkids today, October 18th 2025 for the first time in our Grandkids life's !!! They have been there three (3) times over the summer with our kids, their parents. Busch Gardens goes back to my childhood !! My father was in Broadcast Television as the president of the CBS Affiliate TV Station in Roanoke, VA !! I was there on the first day of its opening, and my sister and I rode the "Loch Ness Monster" in the first two (2) hours of opening !! It is truly the Most beautiful park in the Country. Has the best rides, nicest staff through the years, and a Must Go to Theme Park !!! So now the tradition moves on to the Grandkids and they truly, truly, truly love it and had a great time today !! They were talking about it as they went to bed. Telling their funnest moments and what they are going to do the next day !! They love The kids areas. The Dragon tree house, "Grouch's Worm ride" and "The Big Bad Wolf": "The Wolf's Revenge !!" And the "Loch Ness Monster". Our Kids Love "Pantheon", "Griffon", "Tempesto", and the all time Fav of our kids and My wife and I is "Apollo's Chariot" !! A Great time is always had here !! Get Season passes, and if you can the Skip the Line with "Quick Queue". If not do the food, it's worth it. You need to go and enjoy all the NEW rides for 2025. Now it's Howl-O-Scream, our Kids are there and I know are having a great time. I also see where it's open at Christmas now too. Excellent !!

It was my first time at Christmas town at Bush Garden. My friend invited me. We had so much fun to hot chocolate to matching Christmas earrings. She took me around to all her favorites. She really maded my day. I definitely will be back again soon.

This park is beautiful. It’s one of my favorite parks to go to and there are so many reasons why. First of all, Fridays are surprisingly much slower days so I’d recommend going on a Friday and the park is pretty big so wear some comfy shoes. The park is very convenient when it comes to loose articles and it has lots of shade so waiting in queues won’t feel like hell. This park has a European theme to it and they did it very well. The theme and atmosphere of the park is seriously underrated and the rollercoasters there refuse to miss. I’ve gone a number of times and it just seems to get better every time. There’s so much to do at the park and you never get bored. The food is great too but it is gonna still be pretty expensive (but that should be expected at most corporate theme parks). This park in Williamsburg is a must do when you’re in the area as it offers something for babies, kids, teens, adults, and even grandmas. Even if you don’t like rides all that much there’s still a lot of things to do there like catching a show or trying some new foods that are unique in every section of the park. Overall, this park has infinite possibilities with a beautiful atmosphere and an even better ride lineup that has something for everyone from thrill seekers to first timers. 9/10

Amazing park. I've gone here since I was a kid and it's still awesome. We went during the Christmas lights season, but I was disappointed that the big Rollercoasters like alpengiest, lochness, and Apollo were closed. Wish they would've had a big warning on Red letters of that on the checkout screen before purchasing the tickets... other than that my kids and I had an amazing time! It's a visit you won't regret. I also advise going on a Tuesday or Wednesday, and riding the smaller rides during the day and save the bigger coasters for the evening when the lines are shorter.

If you love history, good food, and ghost tours this is the place to be. You will enjoy being taken back in time when house drawn carriages and folks wearing colonial attire pass by and offer up a good day. The town and restaurants can be busy so plan ahead. Be sure to walk around there William and Mary campus to see this beautiful campus. Tips: make sure to visit the Visitor's Center for tickets, information, shows, and shuttles to Colonial Williamsburg. Buy tickets in advance in order to see inside the different homes, shops, and business. Buy ghost tour tickets before hand and be sure to wear good shoes. Be sure to visit the shops, restaurants, and colonial homes along the Duke of Glouchester Street. Paid parking kids can be finie nearby and within walking distance. The cobblestone walkways can be challenging so wear good shoes.

Had a great time here with the kids. We were able to easily buy tickets ahead of time, and were able to show the tickets from my phone to get into places. Everyone there was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The tours of the buildings were interesting, educational, and fun. Lots of places with bathrooms, snacks, and drinks. Options for a full meal as well. We spent about 5 hours here.

Wonderful old buildings! The atmosphere is wonderful. We did encounter school groups but we were able to keep away. Wish there was more homes to enter and explore. We came on a week day and less activity going on I assume. Trades people were interesting to talk too.

Life changing trip! Went for a whole week in the end of September and already planning the next trip. Don’t skip the palace or the art museum! Stay curious, take your time and be sure to go around every corner and in every open shop. The actors are amazing, the stories are so interesting, asking questions is celebrated and there is so much to explore and experience. Also, the shuttle is so convenient!

The Historic District is a sprawling, living museum that feels like stepping into a time machine. Walking the cobblestone streets past restored homes, taverns, and tradespeople at work—blacksmiths, wigmakers, and printers—captures the essence of colonial life. The district is expansive, so comfortable shoes and a map (or the excellent Colonial Williamsburg app) are a must. Highlights included the Capitol and Raleigh Tavern, where I learned about the seeds of American independence. The area is vibrant with activity, from fife-and-drum performances to impromptu historical reenactments, making it engaging for all ages.What truly sets Colonial Williamsburg apart is the storytelling and learning opportunities. The interpreters don’t just recite facts; they share compelling narratives about the diverse people who shaped this era—enslaved individuals, artisans, gentry, and revolutionaries. Programs like the “Voices from the Past” series and interactions at sites like the Peyton Randolph House provided nuanced perspectives on the complexities of colonial society, including its darker aspects like slavery. These stories are thought-provoking and grounded in extensive historical research, making the experience deeply meaningful. Overall, Colonial Williamsburg is a terrific historic site that blends education, immersion, and entertainment seamlessly. Whether you’re a history buff or just curious, the Governor’s Palace, Historic District, and rich storytelling make it a must-visit. I’d suggest allocating at least a full day to soak it all in, and don’t skip the evening programs for an extra dose of charm! Highly recommended for anyone looking to connect with America’s roots.

This is a living museum that portrays a version of history around the time of American revolution, painstakenly recreated by concerned researchers and presented as accurately as facts allow, from one perspective - the victors. There are certainly more perspectives of the story to be told as facts come to light, e.g. the natives, the enslaved, the wives and children, and yes, the British all have a part in this story, and their stories deserve to be told, and perhaps they will as more people get interested and get involved. This is not a pretty story. None of the participants wanted to be involved in the events that unfolded. No one lived happily ever after. And yet, the story has not yet ended, as the struggle for freedom of all people continues. The introduction of the American story told at Colonial Williamsburg is extremely well done in a realistic setting by earnest guides and interpreters. We are all part of this story, and everyone should come to Williamsburg to experience this invaluable piece of history. Take your time. Enjoy the story.

The largest outdoor living museum in the USA. A great place to visit whether it’s with the family or a significant other. Everything is very walkable and the aesthetic of the area is beautiful. I highly recommend staying at the Williamsburg Inn.

If you live near Washington, D.C. and have already explored all the Smithsonian museums, and you're looking to venture a bit farther, this place is worth the trip. It’s not huge, but it offers a thoughtfully curated collection — and best of all, it’s open year-round and completely free. The surrounding scenery is also beautiful, making it a perfect getaway for those who want a peaceful break from the everyday hustle. The current Frida Kahlo exhibition didn’t quite meet my expectations, as it features more writing than artwork, but it’s still worth a visit. This is a museum where you can enjoy the playfulness of surrealism and discover the hidden modernity within ancient art.

There are a lot of great works of art! More Egyptian items than I have seen other places. That was very neat to see. The Faberge eggs were very interesting. I really enjoyed the section with the black walls and the lighting on the paintings. That really made them pop! We also enjoyed the giant paintings!

Wedding Venue: We had an amazing experience planning and hosting our wedding at the VMFA!!! Beth was awesome to work with through the planning process, and wedding weekend. She was kind, helpful, professional, responsive, and we had full confidence in her executing our event! She helped provide all the critical info up front, answered all our questions through the process, provided guidance, vendor suggestions (DJ was amazing), helped coordinate details for some of the other vendors, and overall was a calming presence that put us at ease. The wedding logistics were executed flawlessly, and it was such a nice feeling to be able to have full confidence in Beth and the staff, and truly be able to enjoy the day/evening. The venue itself (Amuse & Claiborne) was perfect, and our guests were raving about it - they enjoyed the different rooms to talk and dance, and enjoyed the patios. The food was incredible (especially the mac and cheese!), we loved having so many options as a part of the station dinner, and guests really liked having the food out all evening. The bar never had a line, everything was efficient, and guest enjoyed the selection. Most importantly, we and our guests noticed and appreciated how every staff member we interacted with was so nice, helpful, and were just a positive addition to our evening. Lastly, we loved all the different outdoor options for pictures, including a private first look in the front of the building. The grounds are so beautiful! Thank you to Beth and the entire VMFA staff for everything they did to make our wedding weekend perfect, smooth, and SO much fun - we are so grateful! I visited the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and absolutely loved it! The Frida Kahlo exhibition was incredible, so inspiring and beautifully curated. The museum itself is spacious and elegant, with a great atmosphere for art lovers. I really enjoyed spending time there, and I’d love to go back to explore more of their collections!

Beautifully curated art spanning every era — from contemporary pieces to works thousands of years old. One of the most impressive art museums I’ve ever experienced, with such depth and volume that you’ll find yourself returning again and again.

This museum is both active and peaceful between the inside and the outside. It's a go-to for me. This is fantastic place with an incredible collection, whether you're into art or you're just checking it out for the first time.

My son and I went today. It was an incredible experience in no small part because of the wonderful people who work there. I am bad at jotting names down to remember them for reviews but.. the lady on the first floor from Texas was kind and directed us to some amazing art. The gentileman on the second floor with the nice mustache was helpful. And Mary in the cafe showed us compassion and gentilness in a very embarassing moment. Thank you VMFA y'all rock and your space is amazing. All the love from your new Texas friends we're already plotting our next visit!

So glad we visited on our last full day in the region. I hadn’t been here six I was a little girl. We took the behind the scenes tour which gave access to all 3 floors of the house. The guides are amazing as they gave immersive history lessons as the tour unfolded. Highly recommend this tour for ages 10-100. Lots of walking though but it was beautiful and thought provoking.

This is a great destination to learn about history and get out in nature. The shops, museums and the tour guides are fabulous. The staff are very knowledgeable and personable. You can watch live archeological digs happening in real time. They have many ticket purchase options depending on what you want to do and are handicapped accessible but for those who like to hike and walk there is a very nice walking trail up and down the mountain. There's something there for everyone. The view is blissful. Definitely a bucket list visit.

Sunday morning on the first shuttle to Jefferson's masterpiece, and I got to walk around the grounds alone for a few moments, imagining times past. The landscape looks so good, even this late in the season, and the vegetable garden is beautiful. I signed up for the house tour, so got to see the inside, totally worth it, especially on a drizzly day. I was here 32 years ago, and feel lucky to get to be there again, even just for a few hours. I try to donate annually, to try to help this great project, l so appreciate it. The gift shop and café are great, and I'm delighted to bring some seeds home grown in the garden. Listening to the new book on 'Jefferson- The Art of Power' as I drove home. What an amazing person and legacy he left us.

The house is much smaller than I expected. The restoration and tours are excellent. Our guide was so knowledgeable. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer. There is a considerable amount of walking on the grounds so wear comfortable shoes. The museum shop is expensive but very nice.

I would give this amazing, historic, estate 5-stars if it weren't for our abysmal tour guide. I highly recommend you educate yourself on Jefferson's life (the good and the bad) before taking a tour here. Our tour guide clearly hates Thomas Jefferson and had an agenda the entire tour. She called him a liar. She said he had no interest in religion. And she glazed over almost all of his actual accomplishments. I hope Monticello will start hiring people who can communicate the whole truth of Jefferson and his Estate and bring people the magic of our founding fathers again. That being said, Monticello is beautiful and I was awestruck as we walked through the house, through the gardens, and even down to the graveyard where descendants are still being buried. How cool is that?? The treasures kept in the house are impressive and the architecture is something to marvel. I'm excited to go read Jefferson's biography and then return for another trip in the future (hopefully getting a more educated and enthusiastic tour guide).

Great place, cool look, and great sights. The price is insane! $22/adult. $42/adult if you want to go inside the house. That does not include the second floor of the house. They say it’s owned by Thomas Jefferson non-profit. They are 100% making a huge profit off those prices. Highway robbery. Nice employees though. I don’t want to recommend; I will not say not to go either.

Had a wonderful day at Monticello. Got my ticket for the house tour. As it was a weekday in the off season, there were all of four of us, rather than the max 14 per tour. Our guide was first rate. Had tons of information and insight, making the visit even more meaningful. Also took the guided slavery tour which was excellent. There's also so much to see on one's own as well. I highly recommend!

Mount Vernon earned its name due to its association with United States President George Washington. He lived in various times at this estate. It is basically an agriculture estate on a raised bank of Potomac River. The estate has a nice two storied building where George Washington lived with his family members. There is vast green all around. The property also has the tomb of George Washington. It can be a nice weekend tour. The facility has a museum to exhibit George Washington's stuffs like furniture, crockery, wardrobe etc. The museum and all other facilities are well designed, well maintained, and masterly curated. There are volunteers everywhere. There are guides, narrators, audio visual shows. There are adequate facilities for people with special needs. One needs to walk 2-3 miles at least to see all the exhibits.

My visit to Mount Vernon was truly inspiring 🇺🇸 I loved every part of it — the insightful exhibitions, the beautifully preserved estate, and especially the passionate guides who brought George Washington’s story to life. Walking through the house and gardens felt like stepping back in time. The attention to detail and the way history is shared here make it one of the most memorable visits I’ve had in the U.S. A place full of meaning, learning, and respect for the past. Highly recommended!

First and foremost I would like to thank the staff at the lost and found, someone recovered my necklace and returned it to lost and found and the staff here did everything they could after my girlfriend contacted them via email to ship the item back to me in a quick and timely matter and I really appreciate the staff here for that. Now this was an extremely amazing experience to see George Washington’s home and farm and to learn about his family and life and the slaves that he had working on the farm and seeing his tomb and seeing how beautiful his garden is and Maintained really well by the staff who works here. If you are in the area I would recommend visiting this place, the staff here are very friendly, helpful and it’s obvious they love their job.

We really enjoyed visiting here with our kids (ages 3 & 6). We’ve studied Washington with our schooling and seeing his favorite place really brought history alive. There’s something really amazing about standing on the back porch at Mt Vernon and enjoying the same view he loved standing where he probably stood. Even though the house tour is limited currently it was still worth doing and we highly recommend going. Learning about the way the house was built and how he worked the land was fascinating. Seeing his tomb was special. We went at the end of day and actually saw it with minimal people present. The guides were all helpful and very kind. We quickly visited the other burial grounds for the enslaved people as it was closing time. We appreciated that we could and they weren’t rushing us out.

A wonderfully presented piece of early US history. Although there are main house renovation works going on, it did not spoil the visit to this glorious spot. The volunteers - who are everywhere - keep you well informed of history and everything George Washington. Great food court, museum and shopping before you drive away.

The grounds and gardens are stunning. The house is undergoing major renovations and most of it was closed. However, there is plenty of information to be found among the grounds woth the self-guided audio tour! The Potomac River photo cruise was woth the $11

Perfect place to visit! Admission is free, and parking is only $15, which is very reasonable for what you get to experience. The museum has an incredible selection of aircraft and helicopters on display, including the legendary Blackbird, the historic Kitty Hawk, the unique Oblique Wing research aircraft, and even the iconic Concorde. Each exhibit is well-presented, and you can get up close to the planes, making it both educational and exciting. There are also plenty of interactive displays and informative signs that explain the history and technology behind each aircraft, which makes it engaging for both kids and adults. One of the highlights is the observation area, where you can sit and watch planes taking off and landing—it’s such a fascinating experience, especially for aviation enthusiasts. The museum is well-maintained, clean, and easy to navigate, with friendly staff available to answer questions. It’s a great place for families, history buffs, and anyone curious about flight. What a cool place. I've been to the National Air and Space museum in DC, but it has been a while. Just recently found out about this place and I just assumed it wouldn't be at quite the same level as the one in DC. I was wrong. It has a great selection of planes, jets, and other aircraft organized by ear. Several nice practical learning activities too. All of this without the hassle of getting around in downtown DC. My only complaint is that I wish they had some aircraft that were accessible. We recently visited a very small regional airport with a museum and were able to board and explore nearly all of their planes. I definitely recommend a visit!

This is a must see for any air or space enthusiasts. It’s about an hours by subway and bus from downtown DC - but well worth the trip. Walk right up to the Space Shuttle and an SR71 and hundred of other planes. We had an incredible 87 year old docent named Joe who gave us a free 2 hour tour. Joe brought personal experiences and detailed knowledge to all the planes and exhibits. Amazing.

One of the finest Aviation museums out there. Many one of a kind surviving airframes. The WW2 collection is impressive including many important German Airplanes which are top notch restored. Whenever I fly out of Dulles International I make sure to spend my time in this Museum. Admission is free, parking for 15$ with plenty of parking space available. Will continue to visit, the exhibition is changing regularly.

Amazing place to be even-though it’s not easy to reach there from the city. For those who have passion to fly or love planes, here is the place to be. Of course also for the ones who wanna know the history. There’s a free tour. The gentlemen will share their knowledge with the public. Wonderful!

Absolutely fantastic! The sheer size and scale of the museum can't be fully appreciated through a camera lens. Many iconic aircraft from TV and movies are on display in full scale—most notably the SR-71, Enola Gay, and the space shuttle Challenger. Admission is free, with a $15 parking fee that's well worth it.

Obviously a must see if you're visiting DC! I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty crowded but people were being very respectful and waiting for others to finish to take their pictures. When you get to the top you can see all the way down the National Mall which is great. Unfortunately the bookstore was closed due to the government shutdown, but still fun to check out!

A great place to honor our former president. You will never understand how big it is until to get to the bottom. The best time to visit is close to sunset when the sky is pretty and you can see the full reflection of the Washington monument with amazing colors in the sky. The addition of the ramp although blocks the view from the front, is a good addition for those with strollers.

The Lincoln Memorial is stunning especially at sunset. I didn’t realize how close all the monuments were to each other until I visited; everything is just a short, scenic walk away. As I made my way from the Thomas Jefferson or Washington Memorial to the Lincoln, I saw one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever experienced. The way the light hit the reflecting pool and the memorial itself was just perfect peaceful, powerful, and unforgettable.

Reading and Gettysburg address was like stepping back in time and in my opinion is the best speech every written. Please note that there is a lot of walking if you visit Washington DC so really good walking shoes are a must.

Wow! What an amazing museum!!! We’ve visited it a few times over the years. Our whole family has always enjoyed it at all ages, little kids, teenagers, and adults alike. There’s hands-on activities for younger kids, and informative displays for adults. We watched a film display and the toddlers next to us found it just as engaging as we did. This museum really is truly great for all ages, and we have found it fascinating after each new visit. We spent 3 hours here, and didn’t even see every display. There’s so much to do and to look at. The staff were so friendly and well-informed. We really enjoyed chatting with them. I’m so happy that we were able to visit. My one piece of advice is to book the free timed-entry tickets as far in advance as possible so that you get the chance to enjoy this amazing experience!

Great museum! If you love aviation you will love this place! They have many airplanes from 747s to DC-3s to a wright flyer. They even have an x wing hanging from the roof! Tons of cool information, including about space flight and space craft. Only complaint is that part of the museum was closed for construction, but it's understandable because they have to renovate it at some point. Get tickets online in advance! Would highly recommend this place!

Great place for being solo, as a couple or family. You need to book your tickets online in advance as there are timed entries to enter. Amazing information, videos and models for explaining various aspects of space and flight travel. Will take about 1 to 2 hours to fully enjoy. Less crowded on weekdays versus weekends.

Great museum. I didn't know that I can get the timed pass online, so I had to wait there for 15 minutes but that was not a problem for us. Incredible to see the real engines and rockets used for space exploration. My kids were 3,5 and 1,5.. they enjoyed the kids zone, but in general it is a must-go for older kids for inspiration.. we will definitely go again in future..

I went in late June and quite enjoyed my experience. If you are in the area, definitely visit. Unfortunately part of the museum was closed off and the lines were very long (but go incredibly fast). Gift shop is incredible. Exhibits are great, I liked the Northwest 747 the best. Definitely recommend checking out the Apollo Exhibit. I quite enjoyed my experience.

We love going to the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History again and again. There is always so much to see, explore, and learn. One of the highlights for us was the African safari animals exhibit. The animals look so real that it feels like you're actually on a safari! It's exciting and fun for both kids and adults. My personal favorite part of the museum was the human evolution section. It was truly amazing to see how humans have changed and developed over thousands of years. The displays show how we’ve evolved from early humans to who we are today. It really makes you think about how far we’ve come as a species. The kids also had a great time exploring different sections of the museum. There are interactive exhibits and interesting facts everywhere you look, so it never feels boring. We spent hours walking around and still felt like there was more to discover. The Smithsonian Natural History Museum is a great place for families, students, and anyone curious about the world. Visiting the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis was a truly inspiring experience. The campus is absolutely stunning—historic buildings, immaculate grounds, and views of the Severn River that are hard to beat. Walking through the Yard, you get a real sense of tradition, honor, and service. The guided tour was excellent and gave great insight into the life of a midshipman, the Academy’s history, and its role in shaping Naval leaders. Highlights for me included the breathtaking chapel, the crypt of John Paul Jones, and the Naval Academy Museum with its incredible ship models and artifacts. I left with a deep appreciation for the commitment these young men and women make to serve our country. Annapolis itself is a great place to explore before or after your visit. Whether you're into history, military service, or just want to be inspired, the U.S. Naval Academy is absolutely worth your time.

If you’re visiting downtown Annapolis and can spare some time, be sure to walk into the United States Naval Academy! (You can walk on with just a driver’s license. To drive on requires military or DoD ID.) It is beautiful to just walk most of it outside, but if you can - be sure to visit Bancroft Hall, the Chapel interior & John Paul Jones crypt, and the fantastic museum as well (just a stone’s throw from the chapel.) We frequent the USNA and never tire of it! Captains Row is just idyllic. Amazing!

We visited Memorial weekend. The campus is beautiful and there is a first-rate gift shop. Highly recommend.

Took a tour as part of the youth leadership program, very inspiring and beautiful place. Used the sim and had a good time. Be sure to catch evening noon formation. Tour many of the top of the line sports facilities. Looking to get sponsored by them for high school/ college. Need a valid id for entry. Veteran’s affairs id will not work for entry. Go navy, beat army!

We had the opportunity/honor to visit the United States Naval Academy in JUL_FY2024 and it was an amazing experience, a great opportunity to learn more about USA history and legacy. We did a plant tour and for sure it's a remarkable site. Definitely, it's a place that deserves my respect. It was a privilege.

The Naval Academy is definitely a place to visit if you’re in the Annapolis area. There are walking tours and bus tours but we decided to follow the map and do it on our on. The campus is beautiful and well kept. All the buildings are magnificent. The Academy Chapel is a must see while you’re there, simply gorgeous and then you can go underneath part of the chapel to visit John Paul Jones crypt which is breathtaking, honoring one of our true Naval heroes! The day we went was perfect, very little clouds and just a nice cool afternoon, not too warm. We visited June the 11th 2024. We even got to see the Navy football team practicing. You’ve got to go and walk the places where lots of Naval heroes got their beginning.

The outdoor concert venue is terrible. Parking was $50 if you didn’t have a VIP card. Eight drink lines were 25 people deep, and the venue is poor at best. (Hot - limited air flow with concrete below your feet and overhead,, and Porta Potty restrooms.)

Never been to a casino before and I played blackjack. We had a very nice (and competent!) dealer and my friends and I have a great time. I was also happy to have found a slot machine with a lever to pull which was incredibly satisfying. I’ve heard the quality of dealers can vary, but I got *lucky* with mine, I suppose!

I didn't come for the Casino so I couldn't tell you about it, other than it looked nice inside from the outside. Instead My fiance and I went for a Glorilla Concert @ Level One. The concert experience is a whole other story, but as far as the venue goes. get your mind ready. When/if you see an advertisement for anything at "Level One" in Baltimore; just know that it's not a CLUB on the 1st floor. It's quite literally the parking lot. It wasn't dirty, and it's not like there was glass or anything on the ground, just....it was a parking lot; Didn't expect THAT.

Went to see GloRilla at Level One it was a good experience. Had VIP package so was able to drink until 9pm. Top shelf and the show was great

Went to casino specifically for Eric Benet concert in the Harbor Room. The Harbor Room was small and intimate with individual folding chairs which was convenient to reposition oneself for more room around them.

Single worst concert experience ever. Garage sound, 1 hour will call line, and unlit portapotties. Should not be allowed to have shows where the parking garage horns are playing in background.

We used horseshoe for a reunion event and it was nice the downstairs restaurant area and club give the casino a fun vibe. The actual slots were fun … the top floor is more business the bottom floor is food and play! Overall we had a great time!! It’s a neighborhood favorite so I’m sure I’ll be back

We went for the first time and we choose labor day to go. It actually wasn't that bad. We had no wait to get in. But some of the exhibits had a crowd before you could get to see it decently. We did not do any of the experiences or were we able to see the dolphins though we did try. They were being feed when we were there and we didn't wait long enough to see them. If you have anyone in your group that has mobility issues and needs to use elevators they do have them and they can fit wheelchairs plus a person or two. They are not near where the other entrance to the floor is for those that do not have mobility problems. I say this for those who have parties of mixed capabilities. There is one area that those who cannot do stairs can access and that is the birds area. There is a way for wheelchairs to go through the area but there is 2 platforms that you can't get to. The aquarium was nice and the employees we came across were all friendly. The are some rather large attractions and lots of smaller ones just like any other aquarium or zoo. They have an area with horseshoe crabs and jellyfish that you can touch the animals. We were hoping that there was an area you can feed manta rays of something like it but they did not. We got to see how they clean some of the tanks and some of the divers that we found out that all the divers are volunteers. The guy made a joke saying that they work for free bottled air. Some of the tanks look difficult to clean so I don't envy them. They some frogs and birds and some other animals. I was not expecting to see any other animals but I thought it was cool. There are some really good views of the harbor as well. They have a spot that you can sit and rest while looking at the harbor. All in all we will probably go back and definitely recommend.

It was nice... I have been to aquariums with more variety... this one seems almost local species. A few empty habitats... the Jellyfish invasion is not impressive if you have seen them in other aquariums... some tanks looked like they were sick... dolphin shows are no more but you can sit and watch them... they mostly hung out in the back though, until the helpers came out to feed. That was cool. I agree with the stopping the shows and loved seeing them play. The rainforest was okay too... a couple of birds here an there... mostly just plant life with a cool water fall. Escalator was broke on one floor of the 4 floor exhibit. I think they have an elevator, they were not to informative about it though. We never looked into the Australian terrarium... chose to leave and do other things.

Had a mommy son day and it was just what was needed! Everything was clean and in order, not too many people on a school day so it was nice. The design of this aquarium is very unique. I have visited many aquariums across the country. Like the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta, the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, the Long Beach Aquarium in CA, and the Mall of America’s Aquarium. We went on a Sunday so it was super busy but getting our tickets online was a smart move. The layout of this aquarium is pretty unique and it can be actually quite confusing. Thankfully we had a friend who has been to this one multiple times and knew his way around. I do like the open design to the main attraction and the escalators to next level. That was very unusual to see. There was one escalator that was out of service but they had the service door for the stair propped open and someone standing there to help guide. Also another interesting thing was the rotating doors. I have never seen them being used inside of a facility. It was kind of annoying as only one person could go through it at a time. The best thing was all the aquatic creatures that they have. Those were a joy to watch and we got to talk to a knowledgeable guide that was showing off a turtle skull. She was fun to talk with and knew her stuff about the animals in the aquarium. I would go back for sure.

One of the best or the best aquarium that I've seen. I especially enjoyed the rainforest it was beautiful and immediately takes you back to oohs and ahs like you're a kid again. Let's not forget about being able to touch a jelly fish. Yes this is a great aquarium.

I love this aquarium, it takes about 2-3 hours to see everything without rushing. They have touch tanks that are fun for everyone and a lot of awesome exhibits. There are places to get food and drinks which is nice as well. Parking is decent and right in front of the aquarium. I normally go on the weekends and the crowds are not too bad.

I hadn't been to this Aquarium since my grade school field trip. I don't remember everything from over 30 years ago when I visited but I do know I had a great time with my 6 y/o son this past weekend. It looks amazing. There were so many beautiful attractions and aquatic life to look at. I REALLY enjoyed it. The jellyfish are awesome to watch.

We stopped in 30 Sept 2025 after engaging a tour guide for a “3 hour tour”, He had so much to tell us, he took 4 hours! Very informative and yet, so much could be said about the battles fought here. The Museum film and Cyclorama painting exhibit cost $40 for two seniors to see. The Cyclorama visit is timed but you can take your time walking the Museum. We visited the gift shop also. Tons of historical books there, along with glassware, magnets, and tasteful knickknacks. Lots of seniors and few school trips at this time of year.

Visiting this place was a very meaningful experience for me. There is so much to explore & learn. The video that is shown at the beginning of the museum tour was very well done, & the diorama experience was indescribable. Highly recommend for anyone interested in U.S. history.

We bought tickets for the diorama, movie and museum. Great experience overall! The movie was education and well presented, lasted about 15 minutes. The diorama visit is about 15 minutes as well and is worthwhile. The museum is huge, you could spend all day there. The gift shop is great. We left with toy rifles for the boys to do their own reenactment of the battles. The cafe offers delicious options, my only recommendation is they should offer more table for seating. They only had about 4-5 tables and that was not enough.

Gettysburg is a phenomenal historical site with more to see than the majority of visitors can get to in a short time. Just my personal practical advice, if you only have one day to visit the battlefield and don't want to hire a licensed guide, then the NPS auto tour is more than adequate. It is well marked, makes 16 stops at all the major highlights, and the audio & video segments do a great job. If you are more of an enthusiast and have 2 (or more) days, I recommend Carol Reardon & Tom Vossler's A Field Guide to Gettysburg. It lays out and thoroughly explains 37 stops. Taking a kind of combo approach, drive the auto tour with the Field Guide in hand. You get the shorter 16 stops, but the Field Guide gives you more depth and information at each spot. Plan on 2 to 4 hours on the battlefield itself and bring along a picnic and plenty of water. There's a lot to think about on this sacred ground. It's hard to stand anywhere in this peaceful, beautiful landscape and imagine the tragic carnage that happened here. But it's almost a spiritual kind of experience to try.

Gorgeous platform setup! Gift shop was actually very affordable. I usually get sticker shock but was pleasantly surprised here! We had tickets for the first class parlor and it was very comfortable. Our server was wonderful. The scenery was great - farmland, farm animals, a small park, and other small attractions that the train goes through. 45 minutes is perfect duration especially with a child. We’re from honesdale — known for having the first locomotive train so we’ve been on several rides by us. But this one was so much nicer in every single way. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lancaster!

Strasburg Rail Road is a wonderful experience for families, students, and anyone who loves history and trains! The ride through the beautiful Amish countryside feels like stepping back in time — peaceful fields, horses, and old barns all along the way. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience both fun and educational. The vintage steam locomotive is kept in amazing condition, and you can feel the power and nostalgia with every whistle. The station area is also lovely, with gift shops, small museums, and food options nearby. Perfect for kids and groups — it’s not just a train ride, it’s a journey through history. Highly recommend visiting, especially in the fall when the scenery is at its best!

We attended the Cheese and Wine event and had a great time! The station looked magical with Christmas lights, wreaths, and trees creating a festive atmosphere. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the parlor car had a cozy, vintage feel. The train ride was shorter than expected, and since we went at night, there wasn’t much scenery to see—daytime rides would be better for that. The cheese and wine were delicious but the portions were on the small side. I do not beleive the ticket price reflected the quantity of the cheese and wine accurately. The gift shop was a pleasant surprise with lots of train-themed and holiday items. Overall, it was a fun and festive experience, perfect for the holiday season!

My friends and I are celebrating 50 yrs of friendship and I mentioned it to the conductor and next thing I know he come with balloons for us, we were so surprised. I had reserved seats in the lounge car which was great with the swivel chairs. The ride was great with interesting landscapes and the ride was monitored along the way. My friends and I truly enjoyed it.

Just fantastic 🤩 I've been on several train rides, but this is the most scenic and the nicest restored cars, and the most selection of seating. And a real steam engine, choo choo!🚂 And the cutest little train station village and shops. Best T-shirt 👕 choices. Just great fun 🙌🏻

We drove all the way from Cleveland, Ohio (6 hours!!) to ride this train and it was incredible. My 3 year old is obsessed with trains so instead of having a birthday party we decided to spend a weekend away to learn all about trains. The entire experience was incredible - meeting Mrs. Claus, dropping a letter to Santa in the hopes we will receive a letter back, the Christmas songs, the train itself was so nostalgic, Santa on board was great! We also really enjoyed the smaller train ride after riding the big train. All in all, we had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone. We arrived 45 min prior to getting on the train (like the email recommended) so we could spend some time to do all the fun Christmas activities. Also, shockingly enough, I found this train experience using ChatGPT. I'm a working mom of 3 with limited time so I took to ChatGPT to help plan our weekend away and this is what it recommended we do. So glad I trusted it!

If you're making a trip to Lancaster, adding this to your itinerary is a must. We were just there this past weekend and did the Santa Express car (they have different experiences and price points). Ours was just perfect, a little less than an hour, with beautiful scenic route, live entertainment with instruments and Carolers. Of course the Cherry on top was Santa making his way and stopping to speak with every child, give a small Candycane and ornament gift and take pictures with each family. In addition to all that, they have a lovely station with stores, eateries, and also outdoor entertainment. Super super cute! Will go back!

Fun place!! Free Hershey ride through the hersey manufacturing process(totally staged and animated but interesting) so much candy!! A dessert area, fill your own Reeses Cup! Build your own candy bar and follow the whole process. There are plenty of food vendors there too all themed fir Hershey, chocolate and some savory selections too. You could easily spend hours there!

I have been to Hershey Park last Saturday and I loved it. The park was neat and clean, beautifully decorated for Halloween including a „scare zone“ at night time. Coasters were great! Especially enjoyed Wildcat‘s Revenge, Skyrush and Storm Runner. Will definitely come back!

It's a good park. I've been to many parks in the US and also in European countries. I can say that the price is a little high given the quality of the park. Overall, you can visit a couple of times. I can tell you that it’s better to buy express tickets if you go on weekends, because the waiting time is on average at least 35 minutes.

A sea of ​​positive emotions! Even though we were with our little daughter, who is 4 years old, even my husband and I managed to ride the highest slides, taking turns. I didn't really like the system by which we ate; it would have been better without it.

Went on a weekend during their $44.99 ticket deal which was the solely the reason for us going! I was pleasantly surprised with how fast we were able to get in just a 10 min walk from the parking lot to the gate and we were able to get on a ride right away. The rides themselves were very fun our son had a great time! We got there around 11:30am and stayed til almost 7pm. The prices were absolutely reasonable and the basketball employee gave my son an extra shot at winning a basketball. It was an awesome time and we will definitely be returning one day. I recommend buying the parking pass online it’s $10 cheaper! And go when they have a discount in their ticket price.

This park is amazing. Definitely better than what we expected! Family loved it and there is plenty to do for all ages. Oh yeah, the chocolate!!!!!!! Priced right. Coasters were awesome!

We loved it! We started in a super long line but it moved quickly. The staff was friendly and organized and kept the flow going. The park is SUPER clean and I love that there are restrooms all over. There were a lot of choices for rides (my kids are not big coaster fans yet), as well as food. One weird thing was a lot of stands were closed and it was pretty busy. I wish we had time to go to the water park, but we only had time for the day. We will be back! A great park to visit!

I've been here once before, but I'm not much of a gambler. So when I was told that the Philadelphia street food festival was going to be hosted at Harrah's, I was wondering how they were going to pull it off given that the majority of the casino is inside, totally forgetting about the awesome race track out back. The festival was awesome! I posted a few of the photos and videos I took of the event as well.

Enjoyed my time at this casino! Didn’t really win heavy, but enjoyed the time here! Pretty spacious. They also have a horse racing track, but they weren’t running tonight. It’s actually nice here when there’s a big race like the Derby or Preakness. Beer specials and a lively crowd. You can seat outside and watch it on the big screen. Variety of eateries here. Stopp d in Pholly Tap Tavern. Nice! Overlooking the race track as well as the river. Christian and Tara were very polite and conversative! Had the Turkey Club with Fries. Fries were really good! Club was good but so big! Only ate half. Turkey was plain tasting. Not like an Oven Roast, but still good! Also had the Space Dust IPA Beer. Really good! Had a kick to it! Booth seating as well as tables and chairs.

I just left there and every single worker there was friendly, helpful and smiling. We ate at the Philly Tavern and my husband got a cheesburger and I got a Blt and it was delicious. There was a long line at the rewards booth at first but it went quick. Good variety of tables and slots and few places to eat. The horse track is right outside, free parking and nice view of the river.

Fun visit while on a roadtrip from California. Although across from a prison, I felt safe and secure. Security was great and walked around alot watching folks, especially Michael who made himself available to speak to me and addressed questions that I had about the casino. Thank you Michael for being so kind. It cost nothing to be kind. The slots were great and we enjoyed seeing your racetrack. Can't wait to come back.

Not a bad casino, remember when playing slots to hit and leave. Most of the regular slots I've played do hit and I finally hit a 4 of a kind on video poker. Just walk away when up.

They freaking removed the Poker Room @ Harrah's Philadelphia because of the Covid-19 Pandemic and replaced the poker room with dumb video poker. What a plenty waste of my time. Didn't spend 1 single cent at the Casino Sunday night and I never plan on going back now. Now, 'OFF' to Atlantic City to enjoy my time at some real Casinos because frankly put you can't truly be called a Casino when you don't have a single Poker table playing Texas Hold'em

This is something I have always wanted to see, the history is fascinating. I had planned a whole day but there definitely is not enough to keep you busy for the whole day so do research and take in the city, it is unbelievably walkable, easy to navigate and a beautiful city

The birthplace of the United States Constitution, the Liberty Bell at the Independence Historical National Park is a fun way to spend a few hours exploring and learning more about our country’s history. Surrounded by 18th century architect, visitors can still enter the very same buildings where our founding fathers wrote and signed the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution, passed law, and came together as a nation.

Did not know liberty bell symbolizes freedom to so many people. This place provides good history how Liberty bell services a reminder life is what you willing to fight for. The ranger is very knowledgeable even show us how to take a good “daylight “ shot of the crack from the bottom of the backside of the bell.

The Liberty Bell is a significant piece of US history. The fact that they don’t charge to go in is fantastic cues can be quite long but within 10 to 15 minutes you’re in. Really well organised. A must see if you’re in Philadelphia.

This was one of the other items that I was blessed enough to check off my bucket list as well. I learned a lot about the history of the bell, as there is a indoor museum dedicated to it.

I didn't think I would like this museum as much as I did but it was surprisingly good. It's free admission, but there was a significant line to get through security. Once inside it's not that large, but the information and stories provided were excellent. I was amazed at how complete a history they gave, highlighting the contradictions of this symbol of freedom while systematically oppressing women and minorities in this country. It's also why I came in the first place, given how we're currently headed down the same path. It's more of a physical representation of our constant struggle for the fractured freedoms and liberty that we all strive for in America.

Liberty Hall is associated with freedom, civil rights, and American independence. It is a famous bell that attracts visitors from all across the globe. Nice place to visit when in Philadelphia.

We visited for the first time and really enjoyed our time with kids. Nothing much for teenagers but they can still have some fun on the rides. Some of the rides were not functional as you can read in most of the reviews. I visited on a weekday and didn’t experience any wait time. Parade was the most amazing experience for my kids. Salute to the artists who were performing with such an enthusiasm on a super hot day

I had an AMAZING time with my little one at the Sesame Place. This theme park is full of colorful fun packed streets. We did not cover all but the bit we covered was memorable. Things are a pricey like the parking, food and most items at the gift shop. But nonetheless, it is a MUST SEE especially for kids. The parade was our highlight. I highly recommend for tourists and even locals. 💯 Kids Friendly ✅ Paid parking✅ Gift shop✅ 🚻 Restroom ✅ Lovely Ambiance ✅ Good Music ✅

"Elmo, Mama. Elmo, Mama!" - 2 yr old pointing with excitement. Where are we? "Special Place, Mama!" - 2 yr old. He couldn't say "Sesame" so called it "Special Place" instead of Sesame Place. Wednesdays are the least crowded day in the summer. Get a season pass. The parade is cute but if you go often skip the parade and go on rides without a line. Kids must be able to walk and sit independently to go on the rubber duck water slide. My son loved it at 2 years then 3-4 was scared. Then went back to it when older. My son was so excited to be to be tall enough for the rollercoasters. Oscar's taxi was closed the first time he was tall enough then got stuck with us on it at the finish but my kid needed to go to the bathroom while we were waiting to get the seat belts to release, luckily he held it and had no interest in getting back on. Grover's rollercoaster is way better but for adults who don't like rides, this is a real ride, not simply a preschool thrill ride. Get to shows early. Seating can run out at the indoor theater. Get a spot for the parade early if going. I miss when they allowed kids to interact with parade characters. Core memories for my child. Skip character meals...too expensive for picky eaters, vegetarians, and kids with food allergies. Wish bathrooms were cleaner. Elmo's Flying Fish was my son's favorite ride. And he loved climbing on the ropes when he needed to jump around. Bubbles were a great distraction in line on days when lines were longer. Season passes can be bought in August for the end of the season and Halloween and Dec holidays' spectacular AND the following summer. Pass includes parking. Worth it if going 3 or more times. Sesame Place was my son's happy place ages 2-7 years of age.

It was a great experience with our granddaughter and family, just as fun as 20 years ago with our children. food, merchandise and extra activities are pricey but that's with all theme parks. Definitely recommend purchasing tickets online you save about half the price.

This experience was everything I wanted it to be. Food- I purchased the food pass for the 3 main places to get food from (ABC, Big Bird's, & Elmo's). Preparing in advance for the food I would highly recommend as theme park meals are expensive. The pass offered one entree, one side or dessert, and one drink ( no alcohol ) every 90 minutes. In my eyes for 3 adults and 2 kids it was worth it and at about $137 vs an approximate $375 Rides- I am no thrill seeker... but my kids (18 & 10) enjoying plenty of them with shorter wait times averaging around 4 to 15 minutes depending on the ride and the time of day. Oscar's coaster had the longest line at about 30 minutes, however it had an delayed open at around noon. What I did notice about the rides, is that they do not all start at the opening of the park. I'm not sure if this is due to staffing, maintenance, closure or whatever else one could think of but there is so much to explore that by the time you make it back around to a ride that was "closed"... it may be open. Characters- the meets for the characters were pretty easy going. The lines were tolerable and were consistently moving. Not all the characters were available for meet and greets but there is a way to find all of this stuff out. Parade- We went due Labor day weekend & 45th Birthday celebration. The parade was awesome. The songs were catchy and not the normal songs we all know! With some ABC'S & 123's, floats, bikes, and dancers... you can bet that they all did great! All of the characters were in the parade. Elmo, Abby, Big Bird, Oscar, Zoe, Kelly, Cookie monster, Bert, Ernie, and the count. What really tied this whole experience together was the Sesame Place App. This app held my tickets and passes, had a in depth map of the park, and give you a schedule. You can navigate the App to pull up your passes for easy convince instead of navigating through emails or printing out passes and tickets. The map will offer you directions to and from different areas. If you're looking to find a shop or the playground the map will give you directions on how to get there. The schedule is a little wonky and my best guess is because the characters are human and there is some error in all things human. With that being said characters are subjected to change without notice. So dont get your hopes up looking to see someone and they're not there. This disclaimer is also on the app. The schedule will help you plan your day based on what you like to do. For us it was helpful because we were able to plan for the little one to meet her favorite friends while the others were able to play until meeting for food, parade, or at Count's castle in the water. There are plenty of things to do and a variety of foods to eat. The park was clean, colorful, and encompasses people of all ages and races to come and enjoy. Not quite as diverse as Disney but its not as popular. I will be going back with my kiddos because they want to go back to Sesame Place!

It's a good time with our toddler but it is pretty overpriced, understaffed, and could be better maintained. We got value with the season pass and a teacher pass, but won't be doing it again. We really enjoy everything Sesame Street, but this feels like a cash grab.

The flameworking demo was well presented. The presenter was very informative and seemed to really enjoy her job. However the narrator at the Hot Glass demo seemed totally bored. This is a very cool museum. There are a number of sections that showcases the artistic aspect of glass as well as the science and the history of glass. It is a material so integrated into our lives that you don't even realize how often it is used. My favorite parts are the glassblowing demonstrations. The glass blowers skillfully makes works of art within 20 minutes and it's very interesting to see. During late September and October, they have seasonal demonstrations such as making a pumpkins. You can even take glassblowing or sandblasting classes. This is definitely a museum worth checking out.

The Corning Museum of Glass is a unique experience that combines creativity, science, and art in an intriguing way. Every area of the museum evokes wonder, from breathtaking glass sculptures to live glassblowing demonstrations. All ages will love the exhibits, which exquisitely display both contemporary advances and antique glass workmanship. The GlassMarket store provides distinctive mementos, and the staff is informed and welcoming, making the entire experience better. The live demos are especially instructive and captivating. A must-see location that genuinely shines with brilliance is the Corning Museum of Glass, regardless of your level of art appreciation or general curiosity.

Glass making and a Lego con! The glass making was well worth the price - Erin was a fantastic teacher. She timed her lessons very well, even including moments for pictures 😀 very informative and her direction was very, very clear. This was I believe the first time the museum hosted a Lego con. It was free with admission and a lot of fun. The layout was easy to navigate. Tickets for entrance are timed so if recommend buying in advance.

Absolutely worth a visit, even if it means a short detour from your route. A fascinating collection showcasing the history of glassmaking, with detailed exhibits from ancient times to modern days. We learned many curious facts, took part in two workshops, and were amazed by the contemporary glass art exhibit. Three hours flew by completely unnoticed - a truly captivating experience.

We visited the Corning Museum Of Glass on the weekend during Incandesent Festival in Corning NY. The museum was also sponsoring the Empire Brick Lego convention. Admission price covered the Lego display in which hundreds of creations and Lego artist were available to see and talk about the Lego art. The Lego exhibit also offered Lego themed hot glass demos. Tickets for the Corning Museum of glass maybe purchased in advance on line or purchased at the museum. Tickets are good for two days. See web site for ticket information as well as a variety of different classes which are offered at a cost for the day you visit. We had visited on a weekend and since it was during the Lego exhibit it was extremely busy at the museum. I was impressed how well organized the museum is and hardly and hadn't hardly any wait time. Maps and information are given at the front counter when receiving Tickets. Be prepared to have the time when you visit Corning Museum of glass as you could readily spend two days at this amazing place! I plan on a return visit in which I definitely will take a glass blowing class. Blown glass as well as other beautiful gifts maybe purchased at the museums large gift shop. It has something for everyone! The only downside to the museum is the parking lot. It needs more signs for location. My husband and I as well as another couple we met were confused at exactly where the museum was located. Also small buses are available to ride in for those who are handicapped.

Mi wife and I visited with a tour. We only had 2 hours but you can't really see the museum in 2 hours so we took a lot of pictures. We saw vases being made downstairs and a lady creating a carature of a bunny upstairs. The museum had a bunch of different sections. Beautiful glass art. Big gift shop and food court. I would recommend.

Great views, fall colors at its peak. And no matter when you hike the gorge trail, it’s always wet and muddy so dress appropriately with hiking shoes. We ended up doing the gorge trail 3 times back and forth coz it’s so pretty. And then did the rim trail too taking the Jacob ladder 150-180 steps down to gorge trail again. Visiting here 10 years we felt there is a new construction happening. Infact the start of the gorge trail is blocked and there is a detour on the rim trail to get to the gorge trail currently. Parking lot is $10 day parking, which can be used in any other finger lakes state parks.

I traveled all the way from Canada just to see Watkins Glen State Park, and it was truly worth every mile. Visiting during the fall made it even more magical the vibrant colors of the leaves against the dark stone walls and cascading waterfalls created a scene straight out of a painting. Walking through the Gorge Trail felt peaceful and unreal at the same time. The crisp autumn air, the golden light, and the gentle sound of rushing water made it an experience I’ll never forget. Every corner was picture-perfect, yet no photo could capture how it felt to be there. Watkins Glen in fall is pure perfection calm, colorful, and full of life. I left with a heart full of gratitude and a deep wish to return again.

Start-to-end stunning views and modest trail length on the 1.5 mile Gorge Trail make this a perfect family hike with younger kids. We brought a group of eight with four children under 10 and everyone loved the experience. It took about an hour-and-a-half with plenty of photo and snack breaks. The Gorge Trail is mostly stone and well-maintained. We took the North Rim Trail back and it was a lot less crowded than the popular Gorge Trail. Lots of steps make for a vigorous climb at times, but it was all manageable for our 6-year-old and 7-year-old. The many waterfalls keep everyone motivated to push forward, and the rock walls make for incredible scenery throughout. One of the best hikes I’ve ever taken.

This place doesn’t disappoint! Beautiful waterfalls/foliage and well-maintained. I would recommend hiking shoes because it does get a bit wet/slippery on some spots. Lots of steps, but still pretty easy. Takes 1-2 hours done leisurely. Many spots to take a breather or to relax and enjoy the scenery. I’d recommend doing early and a day after it rains is best.

Visited Watkins Glen State Park during peak fall season, and it was one of the most breathtaking experiences I’ve had. The gorge trail is simply magical , waterfalls flowing through layered rock walls, colorful leaves carpeting the paths, and mist rising from the falls made it feel straight out of a postcard. The park was fairly busy, but completely worth it. The trails are well-maintained and easy to follow, though be ready for stairs (lots of them!). Every turn offers another photo-worthy spot. Parking was easy to find near the main entrance, and restrooms and picnic areas were clean. If you can, go early in the morning to beat the crowds and catch the sunlight filtering through the gorge, it’s unforgettable. A must-visit, especially during fall foliage season! 🍂🌊

Breathtaking views! The waterfalls, stone stairs, misty atmosphere, and light rain — what more could you ask for in an outdoorsy adventure? It does get busy, but it’s absolutely worth it. If you have balance issues like I do, I highly recommend bringing a walking stick. And if you’re not super physically fit, I’d suggest starting from the upper entrance and going down the stairs rather than climbing up — there are over 800 steps, and I know I couldn’t have managed them going the other way! We spent about three hours on the Gorge Trail, between walking, climbing stairs, and stopping often to soak in the scenery and take photos. The entire place feels almost magical — fairy-like, if you believe in that kind of thing. There’s even a spot that looks like a doorway; I called it the “door to the fairy realm.” This was truly an unforgettable experience and a must-do hiking adventure! And before you leave town, make sure to snap a photo at the phone booth — it’s a must-pic moment!

Watkins Glen State Park is one of the most stunning natural spots in New York State. There are two main trails: - **Gorge Trail** → The most popular one. Medium difficulty with many stairs, but it takes you right beside and even behind the waterfalls. You’ll pass highlights like **Cavern Cascade**, **Central Cascade**, and **Rainbow Falls** — the most photographed spot in the park. - **Indian Trail** → Runs above the gorge. It’s less crowded but doesn’t get you as close to the waterfalls. Accessibility: The Gorge Trail has many steps and narrow passages, so it’s **not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers**. Families with young kids might find the lower sections manageable, but completing the whole trail is tough with a stroller. Tips: - For the **best photos**, come early in the morning or on weekdays. Weekends get very crowded. - There are several parking lots across the street from the main entrance, and the fee is affordable. - Bring good walking shoes — the stone paths can be slippery near the waterfalls. - Plan at least 2–3 hours if you want to walk the entire gorge and really enjoy the scenery.

What an awesome experience if you’re a baseball fanatic! So much history to see and more! I would expect to spend at least 1-2 hrs here. There is a 17 film they have at certain times you watch then walk around the exhibit. You can purchase different types of books from the library and then there is a huge area for the gift store with plenty of selection!

A great time if you are a fan of baseball and the history of how it came to be. They had a lot of exhibits dedicated to what you would expect. But also plenty dedicated to women in baseball, how other countries and cultures have contributed to the sport, and acknowledge the good and the bad that baseball has faced. Very interactive museum. All of the floors have bathrooms. There are stairs and escalators. Watch the movie they play. There are tours of the plaque room or you can wander on your own. Staff announce when these will happen. The staff are very helpful and if you have questions ask them. Plan to spend at least two hours or more here. They do not have their own lot for parking, but you can park at the Doubleday Field lot and walk down.

Definitely a bucket list visit! I was attending a conference in Syracuse and made the incredibly beautiful drive to Cooperstown and 99% of it didn't disappoint! I love seeing all the plaques, the displayed memorabilia was amazing and there was even game use memorabilia from this year! My only disappointment was how small and minimalistic the baseball broadcasters hall of fame display is. Honestly it's an embarrassment!

The museum looks huge from the outside, but was very small on the inside. Easy to navigate through and has everything that you’d expect as expected. My only suggestion is that they’d offer an individual or group tour to talk a little bit more about the museum and I’d pay extra for it. Went through the museum relatively quickly; their souvenir shop was pretty nice and surprisingly well priced! I wish they had an indoor restaurant or place to get drinks and a hotdog for nostalgia.

Absolutely a bucket list item crossed off. This was an amazing trip to see something I've been thinking about since I was a kid and it really was a great experience. I went with my brothers and it brought back a lot of childhood memories. If you're a baseball fan this is an absolute must to see. Can only post 50 pictures but there is so much more to see.

We stopped at the National Baseball Hall of Fame on our way to Bar Harbor, Maine. We camped at Glimmerglass State Park, which is highly recommend! The museum was pretty decent. My preference would have been for the design to have been the history of baseball in a more chronological order before splitting up varying exhibits. It just didnt flow. The exhibits themselves were great. My biggest criticism might be that you have to go back all the way to the beginning to go to the gift shop. Again, a flow problem. Fortunately, most of the actual town is a gift/souveneir shop.

After going on a road trip to all of the major sport HoF’s the baseball HoF is easily the best. There is so much history and it’s thoughtfully laid out in chronological order. There were also additional exhibits setup such as one to recognize the connection between the MLB and Japan, a bobblehead collection, and a few rooms dedicated to baseball cards.
