We had a great time! The lines moved as we expected for a Saturday. The slides were super fun! Loss of star for two attractions being closed. The drop out slides and the pool where the Lilly pads are. Food was good, lots of choices for all lifestyles. Overall a great time!

I visited the water park recently, and unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The park feels very outdated — a lot of the infrastructure looks old and definitely in need of renovation. The rides themselves were okay — nothing too special, but they did the job. Unfortunately, it was hard to enjoy them because the waiting times were extremely long. We had to wait between one and two hours for almost every attraction, which really tested our patience. There was hardly any shade or seating in the waiting areas, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, the visit was underwhelming. For the price, we expected a lot more — especially better crowd management and perhaps some more modern attractions. If you’re planning to visit this park, be prepared for very long wait times and a rather outdated experience.

A place that’s even better than I expected. Although the ticket price is a bit expensive and comes with various additional fees, buying a ticket that includes a meal makes it relatively more affordable. There are all kinds of water slides, and it’s a great spot to visit occasionally during the summer. Just be careful of sunburn and slipping.

My family had a blast at Raging Waters.💜We visited September 7, 2025. The parking was $25 and you ride a shuttle to the park. The ticket line wasn't long you scan it at a kiosk. The lines were kinda long but not as bad as some say. There is something for everyone to enjoy.Will come again next summer!

This review is based mainly on hygiene, food, and amenities. The park all in all needs a good cleaning. Since there aren’t enough places for people to settle their belongings, nor for grandparents to rest while waiting, one must search for an empty little corner, but what one can find is trash, food containers, and forgotten items. Not very welcoming for the elderly that just go along to be with family. The bathrooms are filthy and the stench of urine is terrible. Power washing is not enough with the amount of people they allow in. There are many good cleaning products for example Ajax with beach, Clorox, etc. and the work wonders when used with a brush. The food, we paid ahead with the ticket and we regretted it. First, the wait in line at Sharky’s was 45 minutes!!! For nasty, extremely salty hard french fries and dry chicken tenders. The waffles were toasted and there is nothing other than catsup for the $16 dollar average size hotdog. We only rode 3 slides, visited the beach and river for 20 minutes each.

Was a pretty cool water park. Gotta get there early to avoid the lines. Parking is a rip i think . $25 for general parking which is like a mile away. You have to take a tram to the park. Or 75$ for preferred parking which is right next to entrance.

There are a lot of different rides and slides, which makes it fun but you will always have to wait long lines (unless you have the expensive VIP tickets). It would be a 10/10 experience if we didn’t have to spend 75% of our time waiting in the lines. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can rent the overpriced lockers to leave your belongings. There are plenty of showers and bathrooms.

Citadel Outlet is one of the best shopping places in Los Angeles. There is a huge selection of brands, constant discounts, and great sales. The area is beautiful, clean, and designed like a fortress — it looks impressive. Parking is convenient and the staff is always helpful. Today I walked around the stores and found everything I wanted, and at great prices. The atmosphere is always pleasant here, perfect for walking, relaxing, and enjoying shopping. Highly recommend!

A very nice shopping place, where we visit frequently. It's adjacent to the 5 freeway. So for most of the time, coming here is not a problem. However, if you come late, you may have a hard time finding a parking spot. A lot of good shops are here. It's worth a visit, if you haven't done so

This a solid outlet mall. Basically every storefront is populated with major brands, there are some decent food options, vending all over, and - critically - large and clean bathrooms! The location isn't "convenient" per se, but right of the 5, we find ourselves at least passing it pretty often. Whenever we stop, we usually find something worth checking out. Mostly clothing and fashion, but there are a few housewares stores, cafes, chocolates, other luxury goods, and novelties. The major drawback is parking. The way it's laid out always kind of makes entering feel like a bottleneck. There's a big lot in the middle for valet, and you sort of have to either park in the structure near the front and walk, or drive through the whole thing to get to the surface lot. Either way, you're stuck going through this little entry drive. But once you're in, it's a good an outlet mall experience as you're likely to find anywhere.

This shopping center was wonderful to visit. Many stores to shop and buy things. Very exciting experience. Easy free parking available. The mall has good restaurants and clean bathrooms. Everything you need in one place. Good location in Los Angeles for shopping.

I’ve been here several times. Although it’s called a library, it actually feels more like a botanical garden — the area is huge. If you really enjoy wandering slowly and taking your time, you can easily spend the whole day here. I recommend reserving their afternoon tea; the atmosphere of sitting by the rose garden, sipping tea, and chatting is perfect for family gatherings, friends, or bringing kids along. My favorite part is the Chinese Garden — it’s incredibly similar to those in Suzhou, and it also reminds me a lot of Yuyuan Garden in Shanghai. Currently, the ticket price is about $29 on weekdays and $34 on weekends, which is a bit pricey, but they do offer one free admission day every month.

It never gets boring. No matter which time of the year, the garden has a priceless beauty. I personally like the wilder areas more than the highly architectural ones. Alltogether, this is always a nice showcase to take out-of-town guests, who typically as a little plus indulge in the store at the end of the day. Absolutely amazing experience. We went for our wedding anniversary and it was worth the money. We did the free tour around the grounds, plus we went through two of the museums and lots of the gardens. Our favorite was probably the rose gardens and the subtropical area but all of it was really pretty in it's own way. We will be back with our mother's soon. 😁

Absolutely brilliant visit today. The weather was perfect — warm but not too sunny — and there is plenty of shade throughout the gardens, which makes wandering the trails comfortable and relaxing. Accessibility was great as well. The pathways are wheelchair-friendly, and it’s easy to navigate between most of the major garden areas without feeling limited. One important note: buy tickets ahead of time. They can sell out for the day, especially on weekends or during special events, so planning ahead will save you the trouble. If it’s your first time, the must-see highlights are: • The Chinese Garden – peaceful water views, beautiful architecture • The Japanese Garden – serene paths, koi ponds, and iconic landscaping • The Rose Garden – colorful, fragrant, and perfect for photos It’s the kind of place you can spend hours exploring without even realizing it. I have been wanting to come here for a long time! Had to buy tickets online as it was a holiday and guess they are needed for Friday's, Saturday's and Sundays. Went right away in the morning and spent over 4.5 hours here! At over 100 plus acres and 16 themed gardens there is a lot of walking involved. Galleries to enjoy, gift shop ,tea house, cafés and more. Gardens included desert, Japanese, Australian, jungle, roses and many more. There was a cute water play area for children. I saw tram shuttle for people that wanted a ride back as some places are far away from the entrance and it got very warm. Definitely worth the price to see this beautiful place!

I can not wait to visit the museum and gardens again. I attended later in the day so I did not have enough time to spend in every garden but the taste I got on my first visit was a dream. There is nature everywhere. So many beautiful varieties of plants and flowers. Some of which I have never seen before. I spent most of my time in the gift shop and really had to hold back not spending too much money. It is well organized and caters to all lifestyles. The passionfruit vegan chocolate bar is thee best chocolate I have had. The Huntington is an amazing place to go alone, on a date or with family and friends. Perfect place for writing or people watching as well. They have free first Thursdays and if you own an EBT Calfresh card you will receive a discount. I was not too impressed with the food in the cafeteria area. There were tons of people getting food, tea and coffee. I was able to put a vegan meal together at the bowl place but the food was cold. The hot water spout for tea was not working so the guy on the other side had to give us hot water from the bar which was scolding hot. I thought to myself how dangerous that could be if I did not double my cup sleeve. The grab and go section was good. Fruit was super fresh and there was an area with desserts also. After I nibbled I walked until closing basically. After some time the people at the table are gone and you can just walk through to whatever garden you want but really it's only about 30 minutes before closing. Please visit. It a dream place to be.

Amazing hidden gem within San Marino area that most people don't realize has a world-class garden and multiple art galleries! Excellent place to bring the family from young to old to enjoy some beautiful outdoor setting and rare artworks. It also has a kids garden with play area and the food options are very healthy! It's not huge but they made it where there is endless landscapes taking you from one garden to the next. They offer multiple membership programs which also qualifies for tax write-off as donation to non-profit. The one we got allow us to go in as early as 8am which is an hour before it's opens at 9am. The membership is totally worth it and allows for many morning walks and exercises with barely anyone there.

An absolute must-see in LA! We visited on a clear weekday afternoon and it was an unforgettable experience. The views of the Hollywood Sign and the sprawling LA basin are simply breathtaking, definitely bring your camera! We explored the free exhibits inside which were both fun and educational, perfect for all ages. But the real highlight was staying until sunset. Watching the city lights begin to twinkle on as the sky turned orange was pure magic. The atmosphere was so peaceful, with everyone just soaking in the incredible scenery. The best part? Admission to the grounds and exhibits is free, which is amazing for a landmark of this caliber. Parking can be a bit tricky, but it's absolutely worth the effort, you can also choose public transit to get there! Whether you're a tourist or a local, the Griffith Observatory offers a perfect blend of science, nature, and iconic views. A true Los Angeles gem!

The view was beautiful from the roof of the observatory. You can see the whole city of Los Angeles as well as the Hollywood sign on the mountain. There is a telescope structure that you can carry in with no charge. You can see the telescope inside, and the roof of that telescope structure can spin, so the telescope goes through the whole roof, which is really cool. I would suggest walking around the rooftop and having a good look at that mountain and also the city from above. The weather is good. You can also see the downtown Los Angeles from far away. Transportation is simple. You can either drive there and pay $10 for car parking, or take a bus.

I visited the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, and it was an incredible experience! The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning — you can see the entire city skyline, the Hollywood Sign, and on a clear night, a sky full of stars. Inside, the giant pendulum is mesmerizing to watch as it marks the Earth’s rotation, and the telescopes are a real highlight — especially the public telescope on the rooftop, where you can see the moon and planets up close. The exhibits are fascinating, the atmosphere is inspiring, and the sunset view is unforgettable. A must-visit landmark for anyone exploring LA!

After living in LA for 9+ years I've finally decided to go inside this building. I had always view this place as a tourist trap; was I right? Yes. But it has its charms. The view of La is amazing. This place is filled with international tourists. The line to the main telescope is very long and may or may not worth the wait. The parking situation during peak is incredibly bad. Highly recommend to park below and hike up if you don't mind a bit exercise. Great place to take a date.

In my almost 7 years of living here in SoCal (moved from Florida in March of 2019), I've had the pleasure of witnessing the splendor of this great Observatory in person several times (at least 3 or 4 times). If it's your first time checking it out, your best bet is to undertake the Ferndell Nature Trail (you can Google Map that name, or you can also put 2333 Fern Dell Dr, Hollywood, CA and you should be able to have the precise address on where to drive to). Entering Griffith Park from the south corner of Los Feliz Blvd and Fern Dell Drive will give you plenty of street parking options. Then the actual trail is about 1/4 of a mile up (sloped on certain areas) and 1/4 of a LOT EASIER mile down (sloped down, so gravity helps a lot). Griffith Observatory has a lot of free Exhibits, including the Foucault pendulum, a Tesla Coil, and several Halls displaying how telescopes work, how they have progressed over the years, technology-wise, and lots of exhibits about celestial skies. It's an incredibly rich and fulfilling experience, especially if you have family in town and want to show them one of the highlights of L.A. This observatory was also featured in Rebel Without A Cause, so a bust in honor of James Dean is on the West side of the observatory. 10/10 experience. Will definitely be back.

We were visiting LA for the first time this summer and this was on our list of main attractions. Some say the views are what makes this place a destination to visit, I would say its because of GTA V. Anyways, glad we came, super busy and packed (as expected). We visited towards the evening to catch the sunset. Parking can definitely be a hassle but we got lucky and found a spot in the parking located at this location. We werent sure if food was allowed but it appears people take food an have picnics. Not sure if thats allowed or they just don't tell you anything (and it's not allowed). Anyways, recommend coming here if you are a tourist, and locals should be proud they have such nice locations to go on a date or simply to catch views of the city.

It was amazing place for adults and children. And free!!! You will see very much model sytem related with universe such as seasons, solar sytem order and their speed… Btw you can see a real telescope at the roof but you will probably wait al least 20-30 min. And of the story you can see amazing LA view at night. Some exhibits need extra payment but most of the area visiting is free. You give at least half day for this place.

I took these photos from the side of the Griffith Observatory. My zoom isn’t the best 😬. Staying till after sunset, I don’t know why but I thought the sign illuminated - it didn’t. It would be good to see it glow, even if just for a short period of time. I am not sure if you can get nearer but google maps gave me this location. Enjoy. I visited the Hollywood Sign in Los Angeles, and it was an unforgettable experience! The drive through Griffith Park was scenic, and the panoramic view of the city from the top was absolutely stunning. Seeing the iconic white letters up felt surreal — a true symbol of LA’s magic. Love the Hollywood Sign. The view was amazing.. 🫶🏼 Just make sure you parked your car before you arrive your destination. Because it hard to find parking when you get closer to the sing. Also make sure you wear comfortable shoes 🥲😃 You will need to walk a little bit

The Hollywood Sign is definitely a must-see when you’re in LA! It’s such an iconic spot, and seeing it up close feels unreal. I walked all the way to Lake Hollywood Park, which is an easier route it took me around 40 minutes, and it was totally worth it. The view from there is amazing, especially during sunset so gorgeous and peaceful! It’s a great spot to relax, take photos, and just enjoy the LA vibes.

What can I say that hasn’t already been covered? The views are majestic, the hike is tough but enjoyable. And the atmosphere is just great.

We can say we walked the pier. It was a bit busy and there were people fishing. Enjoyed seeing the sights looking out from the end of the pier. We didn't go to the amusement park but the kids would really enjoy it i'm sure. Lots of places to eat and drink there.

The Santa Monica Pier is such an active and lively place — there’s always something going on! You’ll see people preaching the gospel, families grabbing food, crowds waiting in line for rides, and vendors selling everything from snacks to souvenirs. Toward the back of the pier, there’s even a store offering discounted Santa Monica merchandise, plus a restaurant that’s relatively affordable compared to other beachside spots. Before you even enter the pier, you’ll notice a cool boat and dragon display. When you step onto the boat and pedal, it makes mist come out of the dragon’s nose — super neat and a fun surprise for kids and adults alike! One thing to keep in mind: there are no foot-washing stations nearby. So if you spend time in the sand, just know your feet might stay sandy for a while. There’s also a workout area if you want to burn some energy or just enjoy the fun beach fitness vibes. Overall, this is definitely a full-day experience and a great spot for family fun. Lots to see, lots to do, and a classic California adventure! 🌊🎡🌴

The staff at the restaurants, shops, and attractions are always friendly and patient, even when it’s packed. You can tell the management keeps things running smoothly because the whole area feels organized and clean despite the constant crowd. Whether you’re taking photos, grabbing funnel cake, riding the Ferris wheel, or just sitting by the water, it’s pure good vibes all around. Santa Monica Pier was nice to see once, but nothing too special. It’s a classic boardwalk vibe, but if I had to choose between here and Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, I’d pick Rehoboth. We visited in November, so parking was easy and only $7. The water was cold, as expected that time of year, but it was still a beautiful, sunny day and a fun quick stop.

Enjoyed a nice walk around the pier. Caught the walk before some rain, but that made for a cool breeze and minimal people. A few spots were open along rhe pier but nothing too exciting. All in all made for a good scenic view, a comfortable walk and a location visit checked off. Oh and apparently the seagulls dont mess around.... look at my picture of the seagulls ;p

Nice to walk around and lots of people from all backgrounds. We were entertained and were able to take lots of photos. Having Pacific Park in the pier was cool. We went there with an 8month old baby and found it a bit hard to navigate as pier itself is not pram-friendly and couldnt find any family rooms. If there were, I wish there was signage.

This location is enchanting mesmerizing and has a wide selection of shopping recreation..adventure...beach activities and ample parking. The views of the ocean simply draw you closer to everything including self. The pier..gardens entertainment for all age groups explains the footfalls..so happy to be here..clean serene

Downtown Santa Monica, aka Third Street Promenade, is large open air mall a few blocks from the beach. Pre-pandemic I’d have given third street Promenade a five stars rating, however things have changed a lot over the last years and it is especially true for this place. Unlike a good wine, it aged pretty badly. Many stores are empty and the one opening their doors are somewhere between low quality merchandise’s and bad tourist souvenirs. A few restaurants and bars seem still to attract people. On my side, I still go there to check on the AMC which is often less crowded than other cinemas on the West side or to pass by the Apple Store or the Barnes and Nobles. There is a great potential for this open mall, however they need to do a better job attracting flagship stores and make it a true enjoyable experience.

Still a cool place to visit once a year. They have human-size outdoor games (connect four and chess) and cool rotating? chairs. Still a tourist destination. **Many stores are permanently closed. Parking is much better than before and it's more pedestrian- and bike- friendly. Street performers are still a main attraction.

Great vehicle, plenty of power across RPM range. Very stable despite the tall stature. Roomy enough unlike the American SUVs that drive like boats on wheels and can't corner at 40mph without leaning like pizza tower! Drives like a sedan, accelerates like a BMW 5 series, looks and feels luxurious. The only downside is that you really cannot and should not take it off-road. I mean maybe if you're desperate to try, you can drive it over a few puddles, but nothing more. This is not your Range Rover. It will get stuck like a dog, trust me.

Downtown Santa Monica is a lively and beautiful place that has so much to offer. It’s perfect for shopping, dining, and just enjoying a walk. Parking is available but can be busy on weekends, so it’s good to plan ahead.

So many stores have closed in this area and looks run down. The whole area stinks of urine and is being overrun by food trucks and make shift carts. No longer a fun family brick and mortar shopping area but more of a street vendor's surrounded by homelessness.

This beach is a nice and large beach with many tourist attractions along it's length like Muscle Beach and the Pier. It is often crowded, and if you dont come in from the bike path, parking is really tough. The views are nice though, and there is a bikeway along the entire length of the beach.

Beautiful ! Plenty of parking and. not free I paid $15 so....plan your trip Wisely. The beach is really nice and it's a little bit of a hike from the parking to waters edge. Come prepared to walk a bit. Also, choose your bike rental wisely too. I paid $95+ tax for a bike for a good 4hrs. Come to find out there were cheaper options.

I’ve lived in California most of my life, but finally took the time to spend a full Saturday at Santa Monica State Beach—and I gotta say, it’s got a lot going for it. The views are honestly hard to beat, especially if you get there a bit earlier before the crowd rolls in. I parked way down past the pier because, man, the parking lots right by the sand are pretty expensive and fill up fast. You’ll have a little walk, but I didn’t mind—actually kind of enjoyed checking out the local businesses on the way. Once I hit the sand, it was nice and clean, no trash around, and plenty of space to toss a frisbee or just chill. Brought my own towel and umbrella—recommend doing that because rentals are nuts. I ended up near a volleyball game for a bit, and the people playing were friendly enough to let me jump in for a round. Water was cold (like, freezing at first), but after the first thirty seconds you get used to it. I’m not a super swimmer, but the waves were manageable, and lifeguards were on point. Took a walk up to the pier, which is honestly worth the trip whether you’re first-timer or local. Tons of food stands and little shops—got a burger that was solid but overpriced, but so is everything around here. Roller coaster was fun, arcade is slightly run down but still gives you that old-school vibe. Ran into some street performers who were surprisingly legit, and ended up watching a skate demo near the boardwalk. Annoyances? For sure. Restrooms could use a serious deep clean, and if you’re like me and try to avoid public bathrooms, be prepared—most days they’re kind of gnarly by noon. Also, traffic out of Santa Monica at sunset was a joke. Took me 40 minutes to get onto the freeway. Would’ve been nice if cops helped direct more, since lots of folks just stand around blocking the crosswalks and it gets messy. Still, all things considered, it was a killer day. Beach, water, people-watching, and just hanging out with friends with the ocean right there—hard to complain. Deducting a star mainly for the parking and those restrooms but, honestly, I’ll be back. If you can roll with big crowds and keep your expectations set, Santa Monica State Beach delivers the classic SoCal experience.

We went on a Sunday in late October. There were minimal lines to get on the rides and the weather was nice and cool. Got to ride all of the rides, enjoy the studio tour, have lunch, a few snacks, and enjoy our time together. We definitely will be back. Keep in mind that the park closes early during the Hollywood Horror Night season & that is a separate entrance fee.

PERFECT 2-Day Weekday Trip - We Did It ALL! Just got back from a fantastic 2-day trip to Universal Studios, and going on a weekday was the absolute best decision! The crowds were so much more manageable than on weekends. We were able to ride every single major attraction, some of them even two or three times without breaking a sweat. The attention to detail here is incredible. From the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (butterbeer is a must-try!) to the mind-blowing Studio Tour and the intense Jurassic World ride, every area was immersive and so much fun. The new Super Nintendo World is a total game-changer, it feels like you've literally jumped into the video game. If you can swing it, I 100% recommend the 2-day weekday strategy. It felt relaxed, we saw everything we wanted, and it was worth every single penny. An unforgettable experience!

It was great! We purchased the daily express pass, and within 6 hours, we completed all the rides, including the studio tour. We were a group of four, and we had a blast. We went on a Saturday. The park was not really busy, and the weather was fantastic (74°F). Even the parking was easy; we parked in the general parking area, which cost $35, and the walking distance was not bad. Of course, the whole cost of the day was high, but we had a lot of fun and no regrets.

Universal Studios is an incredibly fun and well-designed park with tons to enjoy. The rides are exciting, immersive, and full of great special effects—definitely a highlight of the visit. The themed areas are impressive, and it’s easy to spend the whole day exploring without getting bored. The only downsides are the long lines during peak hours and the higher prices for food and drinks, which can add up quickly. Even so, the overall experience is fantastic. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is lively, and the park offers something for all ages.

A great park. A lot of fun to visit. The wizarding world is fun if you're into Harry Potter, and the whole park has some great rides. My son loved Nintendo world. He had a great time on the Mario Kart ride, and we got him a power band so he could play all the interactive stuff. I really enjoyed the backlot tour, and seeing some of the sets and locations from Hollywood History. Overall, this was a one-day park for our family. We had a fun day, and we enjoyed it, but more than one day would have been too much. Be warned that you should check the hours before you visit. Some days it opens at 8, some days it opens at 10.

This place has grown since i last visited and all for the better. So worth the price of admission and can't wait to go back. The Simpsons, Harry Potter, Nintendo, Transformers, Jurassic World; where can ya go wrong? Harry Potter and Nintendo was the highlights attractions and loads of time could be spend there. Can't wait to see the new coaster in play, looks amazing!

An absolutely unique place that is a must-see. In addition to the main exhibition for $5, it is better to buy tickets for $20 and see the second part of the exhibition, which is located right across the street. Everything is much more interesting there, since in addition to absolutely unique cars, you can see and hear musical rarities more than 100 years old in action. It is useless to look at photographs - places like this need to be seen with your own eyes

I did not know what to expect but The Nethercutt Collection was absolutely positively gorgeous and well worth visiting. The automobiles were overwhelmingly beautiful and jaw-dropping in their uniqueness. The music section was unbelievably impressive. I can't wait to go again.

Such a fun experience, you can be in and out of there in well under an hour if you're looking for a quick family activity and are in the area. They have a wonderful collection of cars and the train is pretty awesome. Great for just $5 and kids 12 and under are free.

If you’re into cars, music, or history of America’s early 20th century, this museum is a must. If you can, do the Nethercutt Collection tour and go during the day where they let you see the train.

If you appreciate vintage cars, this is the place to go. With the guided tour, you're allowed to get up close (but don't touch!) both domestic and foreign cars from the early 1900s to the 1970s. The Bugatti was gorgeous. Well worth the $20 tour fee to see these preserved cars, and learn some local history.

A true hidden gem in California. The Nethercutt Museum is pure class from top to bottom history, craftsmanship, and preservation done right. Unbelievable collection of antique automobiles with various provenance, music machines of all sorts and sizes along with automobilia.

Free parking can be hard to find. The only option for free parking is on the street, and you’ll likely need to arrive outside of peak hours to secure a spot. The beach itself is clean, less crowded, and generally peaceful—especially compared to Santa Monica. Public restrooms are available, but there are no public washing areas. Be prepared to share the beach with plenty of seagulls, which are a common sight here.

Beautiful 1.8mi sandy beach with tons of street parking and a huge lot. There are showers in some spots. Great views of the coast and mountains.

We spent Father’s Day at Zuma Beach with friends, and it couldn’t have been better. Clean sand, beautiful views, and plenty of space to spread out even on a busy day. The water was perfect for wading and boogie boarding, and the lifeguards were super attentive. Parking was easy and close to the sand, which made hauling gear and coolers a breeze. Just an all-around perfect SoCal beach day. Highly recommend Zuma for families, friend groups, or anyone looking to enjoy the coast.

It's been a while since I visited Zuma Beach, and the atmosphere is a bit calmer than other places.

After many years in California, Zuma Beach still tops my son and I list of favorite surf spots — best enjoyed off-peak, of course: Monday to Friday, outside holidays, and early mornings before the crowds wake up. This is Malibu at its purest — long golden stretches of sand, clean waves, and that endless Pacific view that makes weekday emails feel like a bad dream. Surf’s great midweek when it’s mostly locals and dolphins sharing the lineup. Yes, it’s definitely not rare to surf among dolphins, great and unforgettable experience that you never get bored of. Weekends? A bit of a scene — come early or embrace the parking safari. Personally I avoid it as much as I can, if I can. Pro tip: pack snacks, wax up, and stick around long enough to watch the sun turn the whole beach into liquid gold

recently did a photoshoot at El Matador Beach in Malibu, and it was nothing short of breathtaking. This hidden gem offers dramatic cliffs, sea caves, and unique rock formations that make every shot feel cinematic. The natural light at golden hour was absolutely magical soft, warm, and perfect for capturing that dreamy, coastal aesthetic. The beach has a romantic, almost untouched feel to it, which added an organic, peaceful vibe to the shoot. Whether you’re aiming for editorial, lifestyle, engagement, or creative content, El Matador is an ideal backdrop. Just a heads-up: there’s a steep trail and stairs to get down to the sand, so wear comfortable shoes and travel light. Overall, El Matador Beach brought so much life and depth to my photos. I’d definitely go there again.

Only cost $10 to park. A lifeguard is on duty on the hill and can be down to you in a minute! The rock formations are so cool. One looks like an elephant!

This beach is particularly visit for photo sessions, it has rock area that simulates like a cave. Unfortunately was so pack that I couldn't take a good Pic this time. Parking lot available at entrance is $3 x hour, automatic machine available to pay. Easy access to the beach and beautiful scenic views, worth the drive.

Beautiful beach with convenient parking. The views at sunset were amazing. Be warned that the parking lot closes at sunset and they start to close the gate before that to stop people coming in.

A surprising gem snuck in the base of the cliffs. Really crowded, but what beach in So. Cal. isn't? We were able to employ one of the tidal caves for a shaddy spot to play 5 Crowns and enjoy the afternoon. There lots of people taking pictures of people, so it must be a beautiful beach.

Peaceful beach that I'm looking forward visiting again. You have to be careful while walking down the old wooden stairs, but it's worth the effort!

My daughter and I went for fright night. The staff was amazing and we enjoyed watching them scare. 2 of the rides we were waiting for broke down so the wait times were pretty long. I was also recommend being careful when you purchase a meal deal. This is yhe second time I've had an issue with it. It included a meal, drink, and snack. We usually get the snack first earlier in the day then go back for dinner. 2x now the staff marked the wrong item and tried to say we used the meal when we had only used the snacks. They did still end up giving them to us but it was a hassle both times.

Great place to go, they open 10.30am and close at 9 but you can hang out a bit more after that. The Flash pass is an amazing upgrade once you get a hang of it, we saved more than 3 hours of wait time! Truly recommend it! You have burgers, pizza, sandwich, chicken tenders and more! All that we tried was delicious! Rides we Amazing specially X2 and Colossus!

Best park I have ever been to. I got to race a car and then got my spine broken on a wooden coaster right after. Then I failed the riddlers riddle so I had to stand up on his ride then I wondered why the train wont stop on Wonder Women (seriously guys like, it dosent even stop at the loading station so you have to jump in and hope you lock in in time) but I rode it like 6 or 7 times anyways. Then Batman turned me upside down and in the procces I got kidnapped by Lex Luther and got dropped from 400 feet onto the biggest pendulum ride in the world. As I stumbled away I suddendly got a green cup that let me get a free refill. Idk what that ment so I stepped onto a orange coaster because I thought there would be some Fanta there but instead it made me Scream on Scream. After that I tried something else that was orange and instead got strapped onto a ride that used to hold the title for worlds tallest ride and into a tunnel on Goliath. Ready to give up hope I sit in a nice green colored seat... only to race a blue coaster train in Teisted Collosis. When I thought the ride was over it faked me out and went for a 2nd loop around the track. Then I spotted a coaster with a loop and I remembered something, "This is a great begginer coaster called the New Revolution, to get a good warmup in you should ride this ride to eliminate the fear of hights" (Random Youtuber). So I step on and instead i get a launch at 80 mph while hearing "Wait I forgot the shoulder straps" and got put into the worlds highest top hat loop on Full Throttle. I later found out what a top hat loop was when i went on top of the loop into a near vertical 160 ft drop at the end. By then I found a cool red coaster called Viper, after mistaking it for a Coca Cola (its an honest mistake anyone can make) I broke my neck in 12 deffrent locations (please dont ride it it will hurt, goos layout though a refurbishment would be great for it) It started to get dark so I got into line for something called Tangy since I thought it was a food center for tangy foods. Instead I got on a ride where I hung allmost 200ft above the air and went on the worlds biggest pretsal loop. Then I thought I found the exit. But then I got strapped into a ride. After all the rides I went on that day I knew this cant be much worse. My first tip off that it was worse was when the train started to move backwards out the station. After reaching the peak at around 200ft I go on the first drop backwards. After screaming my lungs out the train bobs up and turns out that was a 10 ft dip. Then music starts playing and I fall backwards at 200 ft while doing a backflip at a 90° straight down angle then forced into a 180ft tall raven loop and doing a turn to see the whole park lit up. Then I do a flip again and get blazed with flamethrowers on a smaller loop before flipping again and pulling into the station. It was so good I got everything in the store related to it (I dont have pictures of it right now but it wasent a lot just a patch and a shirt) and rode it again because that was the best experience in my life. Then I finally exited and I was sad because even though every ride sounded like some sort of extreme tourture you would go through for commiting a horrible crime... it was still fun in the end. 67/10, I will be coming back here as soon as possible to ride X2 again. Cant wait to see what else you guys cook up. Thanks :).

Amazing theme park. If you're looking for intense rides, this is the spot. Many types of roller coasters and attractions. Drinks are a bit expensive, so I just recommend to bring your own water bottle and fill it up. The food they sell there is pretty good. Heads up though, the lines are long to rides if you don't have a flash pass, so it's also a good idea to get one if you're a frequent guest.

Major shout out to all the Six Flags magic mountain staff especially the ADA staff you guys are truly setting the bar for excellence when it comes to regards to the customer service our family had a lot of fun and your park was very accommodating with ADA passes shout out to the ADA department at Six Flags you guys are awesome absolutely setting the bar no breaking the bar for excellence with regards to customer service. I appreciate all the help that you offered my family and I as a disabled veteran I feel accommodated. Looking forward to many more visits at Six Flags, Magic Mountain and Valencia, California.

Love Magic Mountain, great as always. Lines were better than ever and most rides were open. Only complaint is they HAVE to figure out having to stand in the did line just to get a re-fill! It's insane to wait 30 min to over an hour just for that, when other parks have figured it out. Otherwise this place is amazing.

I recently had a rare and wonderful opportunity to visit this inspiring and educational site with two good friends What an incredible place! The library is tucked back into the hills of Simi Valley with breathtaking views of beautiful Eastern Ventura County. Upon entering the premises of the Ronald Reagan Library, I had the special opportunity to view the Scrolls. Very informative and educational . The docents and the staff at the Library did an incredible job of making me feel welcomed. The Library is also a tribute to a wonderful and great human being, Ronald Reagan. There is a large gift shop as well as a cafeteria that has a pretty good selection of burgers, pizzas and salad. I had a delicious hamburger outside and had the wonderful opportunity to dine outside overlooking the hills of Eastern Ventura County. If you ever have a chance to visit the Ronald Reagan Library, please do, you won’t regret it.

What an amazing experience! We came specifically for the Deas Sea Scroll exhibit while it was here. And it did not disappoint. But for that matter the all of the exhibits throughout the facility we're great. Getting to walk through the Air Force 1 display was pretty cool. I would absolutely recommend a visit!

I am glad I bought the year long pass & I recommend it to anyone that can make the visit twice or that plans a visit to any of the other Presidential libraries. My first trip here was mostly visiting their temporary exhibit but I plan to make another trip this month. I love how the exhibits are set up in different rooms and it is like walking through a timeliness of Reagans life. Getting the opportunity to walk onto Airforce One was a highlight of this trip. Make sure your phone is charged if you take a lot of pictures. 😀

First visit and the experience was amazing in several different ways. The extensive exhibits on the life of the president and the political moments during his terms in office are thorough and well documented. Since it is his presidential library, there are very few references to negative decisions made during his years in office including long term effects of economic decisions. The aircraft exhibits for Air Force One are stunning and the tour of the aircraft is excellent, although I found the design of that portion of the exhibit space to be confusing and difficult to find the exit path from the bottom level of the aircraft exhibits.

Never been to a presidential library before. Learned about a former president. Walked through Air Force One and Marine One. Experienced history in the best way. Do something different and go see a presidential library if there is one near you.

While visiting LA this was a must visit. We spent close to 3 hours and could have spent even more. Make sure to bring your Presidential passport to get it stamped. Wonderful place and really honors the legacy of in my opinion one of the best presidents ever.

Such a beautiful library with great exhibits (Dead Sea Scrolls now through beginning of Sept 2025)! Amazing scenery! My favorite is the Oval Office and Air Force One. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and docents as well! There’s a reason why this is the most visited presidential library - a real must-see!!!!

It was my first time here. I was very excited to experience. All the poppies, but unfortunately, due to the weather, there weren't very much. It was pretty dry. However, I did try to make the best of it, and I still walked the trails. They had there to check out the views. They were some poppies, but not as it normally would look orange all over the fields. There are different flowers. That you can look at plenty of lizards and birds. But not too many poppies. They had a cool visitor center which sold a lot of items that were very cute. With poppies on them. They do have parking there.You do have to pay an admission.They also have restrooms 🚻. Please be mindful and pick up any trash that you have. Hopefully, next year, the weather will be perfect for the poppies to Bloom. There was no super Bloom this year.

I went here for the first time and we liked it. We loved that the trails lead you back and no chance to get lost. Though cold, there are flowers especially on the side that does not have much wind. It’s beautiful. Fresh air. Greatfull to experience nature.

I went years ago with the kids and it was in full bloom at the time. As soon as you see a bloom, I recommend going. I don't see any on the live cam yet which is too bad since it's late March already.

We were unable to find any information about the best time to visit the park for the flower blooming season. After spending two hours traveling there, we were disappointed to find that the flowers were not in bloom.05/03/2025

I overall enjoyed this place. The hikes were not very long. The incline was about 2% grade. Now to see the poppies in Bloom, it would depend on the weather. The poppies are sensitive. When I went, just before Spring, in late March, It had rained a lot causing the poppies too Suffer, due to lack of oxygen. So, as a warning look on their live webcam first or ask the ranger station if you can get a live person and ask them the conditions. The staff mini ATV vehicles riding around, but they seem to have missed many holes on the pathway that need filling in regularly. Good luck. 🙌🏼😅👍🏼🌅

There's no puppies this year but if you love nature you still enjoy visiting this park. You will be amazed by the variety of other flowers you will see. The tiny tiny chamomile gives the hills that vibrant yellow color that you will love.

Incredible hiking trails full of all of the wild flowers you could imagine this year! We got there at 730am and the park was already busy. $10 to get in and worth it in every way. Definitely stay on the trails as to not damage the flowers or disturb any wildlife.

It’s a pretty nice outdoor outlet mall with a good mix of stores to shop from, even though a few have moved out recently. The food court isn’t anything to get excited about, but luckily there are better spots to eat nearby like Finney’s and a couple of other restaurants. It’s a good place to walk around, especially on a nice day, and you can usually find some decent deals too.

It’s really hard to find parking on the weekends. They need more maps. This place is huge. And they keep adding on all the time. Bring water and sunscreen screen. Stay for the day. We had lunch at. Nice restaurant that serves Pancakes all day. We had a salad it was huge. We split it my grandson had a burger n Fries . Look so good !! Go during the week if you can. That’s what we did. Found lots of parking 😎😊👍

Wow! What a terrific outlet mall and it's huge. Great stores including American Eagle outlet, Guess, Michael Khor, Banana Republic, Levi Strauss and so much more. A great please to walk and get your steps in while shopping for good deals and selection. The customer service is stellar and they have a food court and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Okay. This was a fantastic venue! This place has all the elements of greatness for sure! Buck Ownens was a great singer, and he left behind a great restaurant. This place is a stop off for all up and coming country singers. This is also the Place that Garth proposed to Trisha... [Garth alert]. Food was above and beyond expectations! They served the best baby back ribs of any I have ever had! Service was good, and the waitress was nice. Can't wait for a next time!

My husband initially mentioned Buck Owens Crystal Palace while we were dating, stating his intention to bring me to this location. We are now celebrating our wedding anniversary here. Although the food and music are superior, the service from “Sierra” was deficient and disappointing! We experienced a prolonged delay in receiving our beverages and an additional wait for her to take our order; it is worth noting that the next table received service first, despite our prior arrival. Sierra made an error with my order, neglected to place my husband's order, and exhibited an unfavorable demeanor when presenting the bill. We would have preferred a different server, our night would have been perfect!

☀️ Buck Owens' Crystal Palace Made it back to Bakersfield! The Crystal Palace is for sale, hopefully it will remain open, but there is a chance it will be closed for good soon. The idea for the Buck Owens Crystal Palace originated in the mid-1980s. Buck spent most of his early career performing in small, smoke-filled bars and honky-tonks around the country. He wanted a high-class place for country-western music to be performed. Buck also wanted a place where he could "be himself". There is a museum with numerous memorabilia throughout his career. Live music and great food. And of course the buck-mobile hanging behind the bar. Once made for Elvis, Buck used it in The Streets of Bakersfield video.

First Timer! Dinner date with the wife. Great service provider Skylar, sweet, patient, kind and quick. Food was delicious! Will be back.

A club atmosphere with dining and seating on many different levels to view the stage for many different music venues. Nice atmosphere and facilities and the dining area is clean and offers great service. The parking is protected by security guards on electric bikes who will follow you to your car, unless a show has emptied the building and everyone is leaving. The venue offers a gift shop and a museum of country music (Buck Owens of Hee Haw fame) the only negative would be the acoustics in the very back areas where the surrounding walls prevented clear music sounds reaching out ears properly 😔... Fortunately, a table was cleared and I was able to moved up to hear past the offending wall enclosure. 👍

Enjoyed this venue very much. If you're a country music fan this place is for you! So much memorabilia all over the place. Great picture opportunities. There is not a bad seat in the house. The environment and crowd was great. Brought my teenagers to see Charlie Crockett and we all had a great time. Tickets are affordable. We did not eat as kitchen closed at 10. I would see a show here again!!

Amazing place to dine at. First time me and my wife came here and it was definitely worth it. We got to see the famous Bakersfield sign, and also loved the museum part of the restaurant. The food was heavenly, i had a chicken fried steak sandwich, which was huge, and fries. Wife got a chicken fried steak meal, with baked potato, and loved it. Started off with some onion rings, which were divine. Ended the meal with chocolate cake, and oh boy, im glad i saved room for it. This place was really amazing, live music, cool bar has a Cadillac behind it, museum to wonder around and check out, made for a fun night. Definitely will be back here again soon.

Our time spent at Tobin James was time WELL spent. The highlight of our time in Paso Robles. My opinion is that wine is more than what is in the bottle, it's a living organism and experience. We had wine tasting…. and then we had the total experience at Tobin James. Fat Boy was a hit, the wines were fantastic and the time spent with Lance and Claire was spectacular. Came here as part of a wine tour and have to say, our host was amazing (I think her name was Kelly, terrible with names). She was very knowledgeable and helped make for an astonishing tasting experience. She was able to guide us through different wines that really aligned with our tastes even going as far as recommendations off the list and my wife absolutely loved her suggestions. Not to mention I personally loved the saloon style ambiance. Loved this winery

This the best winerie in California ! The wine's are fantastic the staff go's above and beyond to make your tasting experience amazing. We have been wine club members for years. Always our first stop in to Paso Robles.

The Most Beautiful mountain peaks i ever been in my Life so far!Just a wonderful place to visit. For the hike the camping BBQ the peace and fun. A must see place on your bucket list lol. I encourage every to take a visit one day you won't be disappointed.

I'm glad we took a chance on this park during a longer camping trip. It's small and not well known, but it is a very special place. Plan for hiking very early since it gets hot there, but the trails are beautiful and varied. The trail signs have a lot of detailed info, such as grade, surface, and even cross slope, so you can tell how hard they will be. I was impressed by their dark skies policies, such as no lights or fires after 10pm. The stars are incredible, with dry air and no nearby large cities. It has some of the strongest wilderness ethics of any park I've been to, and it's well explained in the park signage. That said, they have nice amenities such as showers and a camp store. One thing to know about this park is that it has 2 entrances and no connecting road through. In my opinion, the west entrance isn't worth the drive (though it is a nice drive through vineyards). There are good views of the rock formations there, but to hike to them you'd have to get there very early (after the drive, because you can't camp on that side) and then hike on sunny trails with little shade. The east entrance has the campground and a road to one of the prettiest and shadiest trails. The nice thing is all the trails in the park connect up, so you could go anywhere from the East Entrance if you want a longer hiking experience There's a lot of wildlife, including very mischievous raccoons and all kinds of birds. My one complaint would be that some of the campsites have an unreasonably long walk to a bathroom (loop B in particular), so if that is a need for you, take a very close look at the campground map before reserving a spot

Definitely doesn't get enough love. It may not have views as grand as Yosemite but the hiking trails are so fun to go through, with lots of features, and the views are still awesome. This place gets HOT though. Bring lots of water.

Great underrated park. Rock climbers paradise with great wildlife viewing. Spent a half day here and just did the bear gulch loop and felt like I got to see everything. The condor viewing was the only thing I would have liked to add. Great picnic area as well with showers for campers.

The park mostly consists of moderate to strenuous hikes. The sun's heat starts to set in around 9-10am so plan routes accordingly. I recommend the High Peaks Steep/Narrow trail for up-close condor and vulture viewing. Bats can be seen skirting across the surface of Moses Spring Reservoir after sundown. The trails are very sparsely populated, aside from the Bear Gulch area which has some traffic. I took the Old Pinnacles - Balcony Cliffs - High Peaks - Blue Oak loop 7am-12pm on a weekday and did not see a single other person on the route.

It was our first time visiting this National Park. Unfortunately, it was during a government shutdown in mid-October. The staff was limited and we were relieved to know that the East side entrance was open along with the campground. We learned that the west side entrance were closed. We stayed 4 nights in the campground. We stayed mid-week and the parking lots were not full. There were school kids staying in the campground. Pinnacles is an amazing National Park with spectacular rock formations, views, and wildlife. We lucked out to encounter 2 condors up close. The trails are well kept.

As someone who loves shopping, I was really looking forward to visiting the Gilroy Outlets. With three separate shopping areas and a wide variety of stores, there’s definitely potential for a great shopping experience especially if you're looking for good deals. However, a few things made the visit frustrating. I was disappointed to see that most of the stores had signs saying “no public restrooms,” and unfortunately, none were available throughout any of the outlet sections. It became a hassle to leave the shopping area just to find a restroom at a nearby fast food place. Another issue was the limited store hours. Opening at 12 p.m. and closing by 6 p.m. just doesn’t feel reasonable, especially when there are long lines to try things on or check out. Extending the hours would really help, particularly for weekend visitors and out-of-town shoppers who want to make the most of their trip. I also noticed a lack of visible security throughout all three sections of the outlets. With how busy it can get, having a stronger security presence would help shoppers feel safer and more comfortable. Lastly, I wish there were more dining options nearby. After hours of shopping, it would be great to have convenient places to eat without having to leave the area entirely. Overall, while the Gilroy Outlets offer a wide range of stores and deals, the experience could be improved with better amenities, longer hours, visible security, and more food choices.

Shopping so close to home is perfect! A few favorites are Lululemon, Converse and Coach stores. I treat myself to a road trip 1-2 times a month!

We all know buying at renowned outlets is the way to go to save money. This place has everything you need and then some, always at great prices. All kinds of food near. Spend a whole day there. You won't regret it.

Something for everyone. Shopping is in 3 large sections, so you can stroll for hours. Public restrooms. Some restaurants. Loads of free parking.

@Columbia So, I love a good deal as much as the next girl, but this visit? Not it. From the second I walked in; the energy was off. I felt WATCHED instead of WELCOMED, which if I'm being honest, killed my shopping mood. As if that wasn't enough, my card decided to act up at the checkout (love that for me lol), so cue me feeling even more stressed and awkward as the same employee that was following my partner & I was hovering. That being said, everyone has their days, but I did want to drop a gentle PSA for retail folks: customers can feel when we're being treated as problem instead of a person. Maybe next time, less surveillance energy, and a little more "Hey, how's your day going?"

Gilroy outlets definitely changed over the years, not as much selections as they used to as far as options in the stores they have. Other than that its still a good time to go out and enjoy time with family.

Definitely a place to visit when around. It easily takes a day to Rome around. There are 145 Brand outlets spread across this area. Lookout for a deal over there portal so you can avoid so much walking but then miss the deal in the next brand. They have huge parking space spread across the premises so just look for around if you even don't find instantly. They have public toilet, look for the Guide board for one nearest to you.

We had a good time today with family at Gilroy Gardens. The trees and focus on nature and food is great. The landscaping is beautiful. They have a couple different water play areas one more for toddlers, another for bigger kids. It's ideal for little kids through day 10-12 years. They have swan boats and a train that runs around the perimeter. Unfortunately, some of the rides weren't working. Still we had a good time and will be back again for a couple more days.

Buy Tickets in Advance! Went for the Boo Bash. It was fun and they did a good job decorating and the theme of Halloween. Fires are for 6 and under. Lots of the same ride style but repurposed. Great price if you live in the area and do the annual pass. Food choices are a little sparse. It they do include Chick Fil A. The water park was closed but looked like it would be great for young families.

We went to Glory Garden during the Halloween season, so it was even more fun! There were a few designated spots for Trick or Treating, and the kids had such a great time with just that!

We used our Great America Gold pass to go to the Big Boo. You need to reserve your Boo ticket online using your Gold Pass on Gilroy Gardens website. There were about 8 candy stations and several shows to watch. The candy stations gave out 1-5 pieces of candy each and had 0-5 kids in line. The lines were very short for rides. We got dinner around 5pm and the wait was really long at Castroville corners. Plenty of tables! We will come again when it’s not raining.

It was a great experience visiting the park with my 3 years old. It was a Halloween evening and the park had a complete vibe of it. Loved the rides (carousel, Strawberry ride, banana ride, train, pumpkin patch, Hotair balloon ride and many). Time just flew by and we couldn’t complete everything in this first visit, but had good time. Will come back soon. Plenty of parking. First stop is parking ticket, then after you park, it’s the entry ticket booth, after crossing that there is a security check and then it’s all fun stuff. The souvenir store is near the exit and had some good stuff. I felt there is not many food options inside the park.

Such great family fun. The park is awesome and I love seeing the same familiar faces when I bring my son here. He likes to bug the ride operators and ask them how everything works. Often times they know the answers to his questions which are pretty elaborate for an eight year old. I recommend getting a season pass because that's what we've always had and it just seems worth it especially since I live in Gilroy. The employees went above and beyond to help me locate my son's friend who has a bad habit of slipping away and hiding as a "joke". The employees handled it quickly and I spoke with a couple of men who work to keep the rides going, they are the real backbone of this park. I always fascinate over how such a large place can operate so smoothly. I can't stand the big amusement parks like Disney. This is a real non profit and education is around every corner if that is what you seek! Big shout out to Jess who saved my new iPhone last year when it slipped from my hand on timber twister AND Jess, once again saved the day when we got stuck on sky trail I was nervous and he quickly calmed me and had us off the ride in a jiffy! I buy all my friends and family with children tickets every year. I love that my kids get to grow with this as their big treat several times a year. Even better that is basically in our back yard! Thanks GG and team. You guys are pros and rock! Thanks for keeping the children safe and smiling!! P. S. Christmas is my favorite time of year at the park, summer can get sooooo hot, it's a good thing they added the water features for summer time!! I loved ice skating with my kids for their and our first times trying to ice skate!!

This place was a blast! We went for the pumpkin patch, but there was so much more. Great corn maze, great food, cider was good, and the haunted house was genuinely wonderful! Excellent spot for a family day, but make sure you do your waivers prior to going!

Every seat is a good seat. The volunteers are very helpful and nice. It is a lovely, clean and very accessible venue.

Great venue! I came here for the first time to see a show and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to enter and leave. Restrooms were clean, and seats were comfortable. There didn't seem like a bad seat in the house! I would definitely go back.

We drive down from Rocklin a few times a year.In fact we are going Sunday to Boz Scaggs. We love it. Staff is great. Sound is really good. Beautiful venue. Love the Box office. Nice buying from them. Not Ticket Master. You will enjoy the Galo Center. We sure do.

There is no bad seat at the Gallo Center. The volunteers and staff go the extra step to make the patrons feel welcome and enjoy the performances.

We had great time here. The whole experience was very enjoyable and fun for both kids and adults. There are many cool exhibitions. My personal favorite was the new exhibit, Dream Garden, where we got to play with the animation with our whole body. The IMAX dome theater is also a must-visit even though you already get a free one-time admission when purchasing the tickets to the museum. We love the Blue Whale documentary. Very educational and entertaining!

Super fun place to explore if you're even a little bit curious about how things work. Tons of interactive exhibits, and the robotics and VR stuff really pull you in. Some parts felt a little dated, but it’s still one of those museums where kids and adults can both have a good time without it feeling too “educational.”

The Tech Interactive I've been here in high school during a field trip. Back then, it was called "The Tech Museum of Innovation." This place is great for Elementary students and above. The Ai was cool and the arcade was fun. Alot of learning about the environment. The Body Worlds exhibit are from Institute for Plastination. They preserved real humans here. It really isn't for the fainted heart. The bodies used are for science-based. Either way, it's crazy to see. All the staff's there are super friendly and helpful. I would go back just for that.

Best tech museum in Silicon Valley for kids. Probably the most well respected tech museum for kids with a sublime imax done theater which is one of a kind. Best to go during the week or early on weekends. It can get quite crowded. Parking is easy with plenty of massive parking lots nearby and the museum validates it so parking is almost free. A nice healthy cafe at the entrance. Plenty of clean toilets. A clean museum for kids with anti bacterial lotions spread throughout and wide clean spaces. The exhibits are very kid friendly and encourages them to play with it and experiment and engage their curiosity. The imax theater is to die for. A dome theater that’s massive and gets you deeply into the movie despite lots of excited noisy chatter from kids. The museum is spread across three floors and the body worlds exhibit is one of the special exhibits that my kids loved. A bit scary for the young ones but very informative and life like.

One of the coolest places . We had another great visit during a school field trip. Staff is friendly and so enthusiastic. Leading is so much fun. Thank you for another great visit.

If you are in downtown San Jose, take the opportunity to visit the interactive museum. You can spend a few hours and have fun, even better if you are with your children, as it is guaranteed fun.

Winchester Mansion was such a beautiful and fascinating find. My husband had watched a documentary on it, and I had always heard about this house, so visiting in person was really exciting. We both appreciate vintage furniture and history, so this tour was right up our alley. Our tour guide was vibrant, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the experience even more engaging. I’m usually the one in the group asking a ton of questions, and I definitely gave her a run for her money with a few she hadn’t heard before. I actually loved that — it gave her something new to think about after all her years of doing these tours. If you enjoy architecture, history, or anything a little odd and mysterious, I highly recommend visiting. From windows in the floor to doors that don’t open, stairways to nowhere, and all the quirky details in between — it’s such an interesting and unique place to experience.

Winchester mystery house is a must for anyone into the paranormal. The energy is so surreal inside the house. My daughter and I could feel and hear sounds no others could while on tour. The price is very affordable. If you visit California this is definitely something to see. The gardens are beautiful with wonders at every turn. One of the great California mysteries lies within these walls.

I have been coming to the Winchester house off randomly since the 1970s. The tours have morphed over the decades and are great. This is the first time we did a basement tour though. It was not worth the cost. All you really see is lots of bricks, concrete and low hanging pipes. The only thing of interest down there is the old boiler. The staff were great. We got there a couple of hours before our scheduled tour, and they nicely got us in an earlier tour.

Know this famous house for long. Finally be there. A bit different with I thought. Have to join in a tour group (around 15-20 ppl) to get in the house. Sarah was a tiny lady, so I guess the house was designed to fit her needs. All rooms are so small. Feel really packed with the group. Not a lot to see. Not scary. Good to know the history. Wish could have seen more due to the ticket price.

What a thrilling experience it was to finally visit The Winchester Mystery Mansion.bit had always been on my list and I finally made it. The tour was absolutely amazing so informative and the place was spooky but filled with so much history. The masquerade was the best Haunted mase, party I've been to. Walking inside the house being able walk around the house was an incredible experience . The staff and everyone was kind and friendly so worth the trip.

The guided tours of the Winchester Mystery House are all fun and entertaining while you gain insight into the history of the house and the area. Our guides have always been fun! We went in early October when their Halloween themed night decorations were up which made it more spooky and fun. The "self guided" basement tour is a bit of a letdown now. Years ago we paid for a "guided tour" of the basement and stables. That was worth it. This year we added the extra $$ for the basement tour only to find it was self guided with a few plaques and some arrows on the ground. Take the tour but skip the basement add on and save some $$.

If you’re anywhere near San Jose, The Winchester Mystery House is an absolute must-see! 🕸️ We decided to check it out while in town for my brother’s cancer treatments at Stanford — and I’m so glad we did. Yes, the tickets were a little on the pricey side (around $45 per person, plus extra for the basement tour), but it was absolutely worth it. We were literally the last group to leave that night, and it made the whole experience feel extra special and just the right amount of spooky. 👻 Before the tour even started, my brother crushed it at the shooting gallery game — and got a full-on ovation from everyone watching! 🥳 It set such a fun tone for the visit. Once inside, the house itself is a wild, twisting maze of rooms, staircases, and secrets. You’ll see stairs that lead to nowhere, doors that open to 8-foot drops, and windows built into the floor — it’s like stepping into a Victorian puzzle box that never ends. Learning about Sarah Winchester herself was just as fascinating — she wasn’t just wealthy; she was an innovator and inventor, creating designs and systems way ahead of her time. My brother, who’s a plumber and pipefitter, was completely captivated by the old plumbing work throughout the house — each pipe was custom built and welded together back in the 1800s! The level of craftsmanship and creativity is mind-blowing. Highlights for us included the Séance Room, the easy-riser stairs (built to ease Sarah’s arthritis), the intricate spiderweb designs, the repeating number 13, and standing in Sarah’s bedroom, imagining her wandering those halls by lantern light. A huge special shout-out to Frannie, who went above and beyond — showing us some extra hidden gems, sharing even more stories about Sarah, and taking a moment to pray over my brother for healing as he faces a difficult road ahead (it meant A LOT to my brother). That kindness meant more than words can say. ❤️ And a big thank-you to our tour guide, Alexis, who infused the entire tour with humor, personality, and energy — she made the history come alive in the best way possible! Whether you’re into architecture, history, craftsmanship, or a touch of the paranormal, this place has it all. It’s weird, wonderful, and totally one-of-a-kind — 100% worth it!

It could be that I'm a southern girl, Falcons fan, and season ticketholder to the Benz, with great food options, but the food looked good at Levi's stadium but was pretty awful. Chicken nuggets tasted like sawdust from organic chicken. The tater tots were soggy and old. Stick with adult beverages!

Levi’s Stadium is a modern, spacious, and impressive venue the home of the San Francisco 49ers and host to many great events. The design is sleek, with comfortable seating, great visibility, and an excellent sound system. The atmosphere during games and concerts is energetic and exciting, and the large screens make it easy to follow all the action. The stadium is very clean and well maintained, with good food and drink options throughout. Parking and entry are well organized, though traffic after events can be slow, as expected for big venues. Overall, Levi’s Stadium is a top-notch sports and entertainment arena that offers a fantastic fan experience modern, comfortable, and full of energy. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the Bay Area!

Great stadium. Access to get in was easy and pretty quick. The app did a good job telling you what you can and cannot bring. The stadium was clean and plenty of friendly security staff. The food on the other hand hlwas not so! The chicken tenders were okay but the fries were like cold cardboard. I would have asked for new ones but when you order for 4 and it piled on, didn't notice till seated! Over priced. The staff taking orders were cool but the staff serving food were a bit not friendly, but not unfriendly.... just meh?. We had. Great time at the 9ers game though! Will go again. Just find better places to eat I guess. Oh ya paid $70 for 2 whiskey mules from Joe Montana's Whiskey! What? I guess if they dont list the price, be prepared to pay!

Levi stadium is always a lot of fun. Especially when the Niners win!!! The food is very high price it was $18 for a little brisket sandwich and $20 for one tall can of beer. I suggest to pregame it before you even enter the gates. Security is all around so it is pretty chill. It is a nice stadium. In fact one of the nicer ones I've ever been to.

Levi Stadium is nicely built. We went for a 49ers game and I loved the layout and that their sound system is so great. Usually in stadiums, you can’t understand what they’re saying but glad it was different here. Such a cool place for the game with a nice variety of food & drinks! Can’t wait to go back!

We went to see Morgan Wallen and it was AMAZING!! I had nose bleed seats but I could see very well and the sound was excellent. After the concert so many people were trying to exit the stadium and even though it looked intimidating it wasn't bad at all. I'm looking forward to my next event at Levis stadium whether it be a concert or a football game.

It's a good place to shop for clothes, shoes, wallets, and other accessories. But it's not a place for guys and children looking for electronics, game shops, anime goods, or similar items. Anyway, I liked this place's warm summer day shopping vibe. There's a food court that provides different kinds of food that will keep you fueled for a long shopping spree. I recommend this place.

An outlet mall that features large stores from almost all major brands. The mall is quite large and involves a lot of walking. There is a proper food court along with smaller coffee and ice cream shops, as well as vending machines spread across the mall. The pricing at all stores is considerably discounted, while majority of the stores have further larger discounts available. Not much tech available in this outlet mall, however definitely a good place for shopping clothes, shoes, jewelry and other accessories. The free parking lot circles around the mall, and for short trips it’s better to find the store and park closer to

This outlet mall has a great selection of large stores from nearly all major brands. It’s quite spacious, so be prepared for a bit of walking. You’ll find a full food court, smaller coffee and ice cream shops, and even vending machines conveniently located throughout. Most stores offer significant discounts, and many have additional sales that make the deals even better. While there aren’t many tech stores here, it’s an excellent place to shop for clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories. Parking is free and surrounds the entire mall. If you’re planning a quick visit, it’s best to find your store first and park nearby for easy access.

Update: I had a great experience in San Francisco Premium Outlets! All the stores were well maintained, stocked, and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The decorations as I walked through many different brands felt like a mall but outside, and it had many sitting benches and resting places plus restrooms which were convenient. Great shopping experience! Huge selection of top brands with amazing discounts. The outlet is clean, well organized and easy to get around. Perfect for finding deals on clothes, shoes and accessories. Brazilians will love it too as there are many favorite brands with much better prices than back home. Totally worth the visit!

I luv a bargain and I do not find particular joy in clothes shopping. So I try to maximize my time, energy, and dollars when I do. With that in mind, I planned a shopping excursion out to the San Francisco (SF) Premium Outlets. I purposely did not go on a weekend. I did that to avoid the crowds and lack of sufficient parking. Overall my first ever experience at the SF outlets was a success ... I survived! I was able to purchase clothes, in my hard to find size, at bargain prices. These outlets include a good mix of brands (designer , luxury, and mid-range). The luxury brands include Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo, Burberry, Prada, Tory Birch, Zegna... just to name a few. There was a food court and food stalls scattered about the outlet. The outlet is beautifully designed and landscaped with art sculptures and plants; adding to a more pleasant shopping environment. But my gripes are the parking lot and the lack of janitorial staff. The parking lot has only one exit/entrance. The flow of traffic gets logged jammed and it becomes the Wild West of line merging. Regarding the janitorial needs, I spent practically the entire day at the outlet and do not recall seeing any janitorial staff. The women's restroom closest to the food court was atrociously dirty and got more so during the day. Trash bins were overflowing and there was a strong sewage smell. The other restrooms were not as worse, but not clean either and less likely f a strong odor. Plus the food court dining area was a hot mess as well. Tables needed to be cleared and cleaned.

Went here on the 70th year anniversary free day. It was very cool! It was also my first time seeing a bald eagle. Also a lot of taxidermy.

On vacation, we came upon this museum. It was a wonderful experience. My kids really enjoyed it being able to discover animals they've never seen, and they really liked being able to get up close to real statues of bears, foxes, deer, and other animals. They were able to use telescopes to view owl feathers and other things as well as sit in a giant eagles nest.

This was a fun place for our boys. They are a bit younger so their attention spans are a bit short, but they had fun. One of my boys was very intrigued with the indoor bee hive with the port to the outside. Other than that, they loved seeing the owl, their favorite animal and our reason for visiting this venue. Even I was interested in the live raptors.

Highly recommend for families to spend the weekend afternoon. Very educational for young kids. Every hour, they have special scientific event events where kids can ask questions. It’s a lot of fun for families.

This is probably one of the best smaller wildlife encounters that I have been to in Northern California. They have so many unique animals. They're including the bald eagle and porcupine and all the reptiles as well. Definitely fun and informative for the whole family and what is really cool. Also, is the aviary outdoor exhibit.

One of the best outlet malls in the North State. Great prices & selections. We were there this past weekend & found shoes for all my kids. The North Face also had a 60% clearance sale!! Needless to say, it was like Christmas in March!! Time to do an epic haul video.

Vacaville Premium Outlets is definitely a go-to spot if you’re looking to score great deals on name-brand items. I recently visited and was impressed by the variety of stores and the discounts available. I found some amazing deals at Zales, where the prices on select pieces were significantly marked down—perfect for a special occasion or just to treat yourself. I also found some great finds at a few other shops, especially on shoes and seasonal apparel. The outlet layout is spread across two main sections, so be prepared for a bit of walking, but the grounds are generally clean and easy to navigate. Parking can get crowded during peak hours, but I was still able to find a spot without too much hassle. Most stores were well-stocked and the staff were helpful and friendly. A solid outlet experience overall—and worth the stop if you’re in the area or looking to do some serious bargain shopping!

My family absolutely LOVES the Vacaville Premium Outlet Mall! We live a few hours away and drive over the hill for about 3 hours each direction to shop here. We come a few times a year, especially during holidays when sales are fabulous! We shop at about 75% of the stores, making purchases at most. We spend a nice chunk of change each time but we make out like bandits with sooo much stuff! Always happy with our experience. Thanks to ALL the employees who put in so much effort to make our time there great and well loved.

Honestly, this is my go to outlet mall. I love how much parking there is and I feel the stores do carry quite a bit of selection as they’re pretty big compared to Livermore. I always find something in this mall, so definitely recommend!

Vacaville Premium Outlets has become a second-class outlet center in recent years. Many premium name-brand outlet stores have moved out after the San Francisco Premium Outlets opened many years ago. The phase one section of the outlet center still has some good stores, but the phase two section is pretty empty, or it has only a few stores I want to shop. The old design with the parking lot in the middle of the outlet mall is also outdated. Most of the shoppers drive their cars directly to the stores they want and skip everything in between! So the less famous stores will have a hard time Survive!

I went to Bath and Body Works. Plenty of products in stock and the staff were amazing. Kory (I can't remember the rest of her name 😭) and Bella were very knowledgeable on the products and offers available 🔥 excellent customer service deserves recognition ✨

Nice premium outlet! All kinds of brands. got huge parking lot not too crowded.... Lots of public restroom, vending machines, Unfortunately NO restaurant at all .. you will get to see only food truck! And some vendors..However must say had an great tacos truck there, must try from them.

It's a nice well kept trail adjacent to UC Davis. There are redwood trees planted there many years ago and plants with their name on a placard in front so you know what you're looking at. The "lake" they're building right now hasn't been completed so the creek is dirty and muddy but promises to be clear and full of life soon. It's adjacent to free parking on the weekends which is a plus and within walking distance to a Farmer's Market and restaurants.

The atmosphere is refreshing and peaceful, with beautiful flowers blooming all around. It’s a perfect place to observe and learn about nature

The walking trail for the UC Davis Arboretum and Public Garden starts at the parking lot of the Davis Commons Shopping Center. It’s a great place to talk a walk before or after eating at one of the great restaurants at the Davis Commons Shopping Center. There is a paved trail that leads you along Putah Creek that runs through the UC Davis campus. You should be able to walk to the UC Davis Arboretum within a mile or so. It’s a peaceful place to walk, ride your bike or walk your dog. You will see plenty of wildlife and various plants/trees along your walk. This trip we probably only walked about 0.5 miles and turned back around as my mother-in-law was getting tired. If you are in Davis, you should stop by and take a stroll to enjoy nature.

A lovely trail to recharge on a summer evening after a workday. An easy walk along the creek, passing through gardens, pines, redwoods, and oaks - perfect for finding shade on hot summer days.

A beautiful little path winds through lots of wonderful spices and different plants. Holding hands with my loved one is the best thing.

Spent so long trying to figure out the parking. I didn't have time to even go in the arboretum like I planned. I called ahead of time downloaded the amp parking app. Before I went there was told if I had trouble going to headquarters I went in there was towed to park in any sea lot did that but that was for all day not hourly as I needed. So then I called the parking department they told me the amp doesn't do hourly right. By then I was hungry, got something to eat and tried to renew or pay for parking and couldn't do it. So I left without even going in the arboretum. The parking sucks. It's not user friendly. Very confusing and so frustrating. There's got to be a better way for visitors to go to the arboretum
