We were so excited about our stay with them but were very disappointed with the service we received. We had our baby with us, and asked room service and concierge if we could get hot water to make some formula. They said that would not be possible and even the restaurants do not give hot water as it’s not safe. They went on to say you can just use the coffee machine in the room and run hot water through it. This would be fine if it was just for us, but to use it for baby formula did not sound like a good idea. When we asked what other options we have they just said it wasn’t possible and we will have to go out to figure it out. We decided to just try out the restaurant to see if they could help us, and luckily they were able to but the rudeness and lack of attempt from the hotel was disappointing. I should say that during booking we did tell them we had a baby, and would need the ability to make hot water and at that time they had said to just call concierge or room service and they would bring it up. We had decided to valet the car so we can have ease in moving the car seat and baby. It took us about 10 minutes to get our luggage in, the baby buckled up and everything and the lady kept coming to us telling us that we are taking too long this area needs to be cleared right away and you cannot wait around. Again, just rude services from the staff that was a disappointment… we were not just waiting around but actively trying to get everything sorted and were approached 2 times telling us we needed to move now! Very disappointing experience overall!

I rarely ever take the time to leave reviews.. but I must share I stayed here with family & we had an amazing experience at Caesars Windsor thanks to Neha at the front desk. She was incredibly professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming. Even during busy times, Neha handled everything with grace, efficiency, and a smile. As a QSR franchisee myself.. she truly stands out as one of the best hospitality professionals I’ve ever encountered!!! Caesars is lucky to have her we will definitely be back

This was a great experience. We came from the U.S. for a concert. The location is easy right after the border and the service was excellent. Nero’s Steakhouse was great food and service. Getting into the concert was secure but easy and friendly. Parking was easy and everything in one place is awesome: park once then enjoy dinner, concert, overnight. Highly recommend.

We saw Sarah McLaughlin and the show was great, staying at hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. After the show we decide to spend more money in the bar. So the reason for a two star is the joke of legends bar… we sit down only to have a waitress come over telling us there’s is a line and she points to the other side of the bar, we look around and literally see 4 tables, shocked we say line up for what you’re empty! She says there is only one server, seriously Saturday night after a show and you have one server (btw we counted 4, albeit all looked over 60) we then see all four gather together point at us sitting in the booth and it’s been 15 minutes no one has come over ( we went to bar for service) and not one more table has come in .. these numb numbs clearly are ignorant and should be fired.

We got married in the Augustus 27 in May 2025 (ceremony and reception). Can't recommend this venue enough, the view, food, drinks, hotel rooms and everything in between was amazing. Truly the best view in the city, especially at night. The onsite coordinator (Jennifer) makes planning with vendors really seamless. All the staff we encountered were lovely (special shoutout to Ramona and our bartenders night of). We got many compliments from guests on the venue and the convenience of staying at the casino. We are so happy we booked it. Thank you to the team for giving us our dream wedding!

The only place that was open for food was the 24 hour Tim Hortons. This is a kiosk and a full restaurant. Other places to eat close early, so depending on when your flight gets in ... Stuck. You'll want to order Uber eats, no room service. In all, I have to say it was clean. Maybe it makes sense on a weekend, during the week, you'll have better amenities at a regular old holiday inn. I would not stay again.

I almost felt like I was back in Vegas when I stepped in the hotel! 5 stars for everything!! I was here for a concert. The Coliseum venue is absolutely perfect for seeing shows. I’d love to come back for another one and stay at the hotel next time

I don’t really like going here, and im convinced most other residents of Clinton Township don’t like going here either, and you probably like it more because you aren’t from here. But now with Lakeside gone, this is like the only option and so now it’s 10% better than it was before. My complaints come largely from the fact that this is an outdoor mall in a state which should not have an outdoor mall. Coming to this mall in the winter or fall isn’t a very fun experience the way it is during the summer. I think it’s unnecessary to have an outdoor version of sommerset in what I call a “workers town” because, we are mostly working class residents that commute to surrounding cities. Very few of us actually afford to shop here regularly. Beautiful mall, I enjoy coming here to eat and go to the movies but that’s really about it. I suppose that’s the con when it comes to living in a township that props up big business and punishes the small ones that do exist here.

Beautiful, and well kept. A unique mall experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for year-round entertainment, great shopping and dining. Sola Salons is beautiful. A one stop shop for all of your hair/beauty needs. This mall is safe and secure 24/7.

I love coming here. Always a calm vibe and plenty of variety of shops. I also love that the mall is dog friendly. Mostly a fashion mall, but there are some other cool stores here as well

I visited Ford house today, and even though it rained for a bit, I had a great time. The visitors center is a state of art building with a fantastic restaurant & gift shop. The staff and service staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised that they even have a on site shuttle to get to each party of the estate if you didn't want to walk or get wet from the rain. This is a must-see stop.

What a Majestic estate to visit. The grounds are meticulous and well manicured. I love coming here on a lovely afternoon and walking the grounds that are rich in Detroit history Can you imagine growing up living here? Coming from a true Pioneer of the automotive industry back in the early 20th century Those are the thoughts that run through my mind as I look at the beautiful Willow trees that sway in the wind along the shoreline of Lake Saint Clair

This was such a wonderful experience. My partner brought me here as a surprise for my birthday so I don't know too much about the purchasing ticket process, but I know we arrived a little late and the woman in the visitors center moved us up to give us enough time to get to the main house. Shuttles are plentiful if you can't or don't want to walk. We took a shuttle from the visitors center to the main house but then walked the way back. It seems a lot further than it is, but the views especially in the time we went in the year were amazing. The docents were all helpful and willing to answer questions. The estate itself is beautiful. If you love history, or just want to even have a nice place to go enjoy the water or have lunch at their restaurant it is great. The food at the restaurant was amazing I highly recommend. Overall a wonderful experience, a nice quiet pocket in an otherwise busy city.

This was an amazing place to visit and we were impressed by how every detail was thought of. The docents were plentiful and full of information and interesting stories about the history of the estate and the Edsel and Eleanor Ford family. We ate in the wonderful restaurant in the welcome center and enjoyed a delicious meal and attentive service. The gift shop was bright and full of beautiful remembrances! Our shuttle driver was very friendly and we appreciated her tips and kind suggestions. We especially enjoyed going to the garage and seeing Edsel Ford’s personal collection of cars that were more like artwork! I would highly recommend visiting this wonderful estate.

This place was so incredibly pretty. I was with my special friend and I wanted to see the water going to the Ford house. Allow me to do that. The staff was friendly. The place was beautiful. I felt like we were in a time capsule. It was so whimsical and peaceful. If you’re looking for an nostalgic beautiful place you should definitely go here.

Beautiful property. Visited for a shelter fundraiser which is amazing that they host events like that. I am a huge animal lover so being able to walk around the property with my doggies made me really happy.

Can be chaotic I'm backed up at times the view at the top of the bridges are wonderful when you're over the river p definitely not for the faint-hearted or the person that is scared of heights. What walking under the bridge at the boardwalk or fishing off the boardwalk under the bridge is great delight you can catch him anything along with walleye and salmon or see people scuba diving along the river

Unfortunately if we would have had kids there which we would enjoy the pool but couldn't because it was filthy the floors the bathrooms. The room stunk I don't know if it was the carpeting or what it was we complained and they brought us up a bottle of breeze to spray all over our room we've got pictures that will be included not impressed with this place at all, there was food inside the air conditioner that made it stink trying to cool our room down the faucet and the tub ran and ran and ran, fix holes in the walls, wallpaper coming apart just totally disappointed!!!!

Goergeous views, a park at every turn, beautiful walkways and places to enjoy a quick dip or dive! Phenomenal venues, food and never-ending possibilities for entertainment. Loved it!

This is always a great place to visit. You can grab a bite to eat from the few chip trucks that are available and sit and watch as large freightliners, small boats and sometimes large amounts of people in floaties traveling underneath the Twin Bridges.

Beautiful atmosphere in and around the Blue Water Bridge! The people are smiley and friendly! The food vendors are awesome! The current in the river under the bridge is VERY STRONG, I personally wouldn’t want to swim here, but better swimmers than me do!

Blue water bridge, heading to Sarnia from Port Huron. This is my favorite border to travel of the two here in Michigan I’ve been to so far, ambassador and blue water. I think there’s typically less traffic, the border workers are a bit nicer and I think the bridge is a little nicer too. I love taking this way and heading up to London.

Winter camping in December was perfect - snow, peace and tranquility. Lots of birds to see, trails are in good shape too. Roads are cleared quickly if snowfall, and comfort station has hot showers👍. The park staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Great place to relax. My boyfriend and I love going here, we are from Michigan but the drive is totally worth it. The people here are so kind. The facilities are fantastic, the restrooms are always clean, there’s a shop where you can buy everything you need basically, and you can rent kayaks and bikes in case you don’t have. The city of Grand Bend is like 15 min away from here and it’s also pretty cute. Definitely recommended!!

Amazing place for camping. My wife has been coming here since she was a kid and now our family camps here every year. The camp grounds are amazing and the beach with the sand dunes are the best I've seen. The park employees are friendly and kind. There are lots of things to do around the park and in Grand Bend. I highly recommend camping here!

We camped at the park for 2 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. It is a beautiful protected forest host to oak savanna ecosystem and freshwater dunes, home to so many species of plants and animals. We had plenty of time to explore the park and soak in the beauty. The camping area beaches are not crowed and we could just relax on the beach and watch the sunset. the whole park is covered with boardwalks and is accessible for wheelchairs.

Gorgeous beaches, lush trails, clean facilities, and friendly park staff! This place was great for my family and I. You can have a legitimate camping experience while knowing if you forgot anything there's a reasonably priced camp store with almost anything you need. There's a wide variety of trails to hike/bike, many dog friendly spaces including certain beaches, easy to navigate maps and so many great places and activities for adults and kids alike to learn from!!

What a stunning area of Ontario. This Provincial Park lived up to its hype. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. What an amazing and large park! Camping sites in the Riverside campground (area 4) were spacious and private despite the large number of sites. Facilities and amenities were all clean and well stocked. The various beaches were beautiful. It was like being down south with the beautiful white sandy beaches and the aqua water! And it's a short drive into Grand Bend, a beautiful little town.

Awesome campsites!! We had 3 campsites for 2 nights and it was so fun! The sites are clean and spacious. They were close enough together but still offered privacy. AND we barely felt any mosquitos!!! The bathrooms and showers were also cleaned regularly. Great place for camping with kids! They can be loud and dirty and enjoy so many outdoor activities. The beach area was beautiful! I can't say enough good things about it. We will definitely go again.

We visited Storybook Gardens recently and it was a fun day out with the kids. They charge $9 per person for entry, and inside they have a few rides, a splash pad, some shows, and nice pond lookout areas. It’s definitely a good spot for kids to spend the whole day running around and enjoying themselves. They charge $3 per ride ticket, and most rides need one ticket. The Ferris wheel needs two tickets for adults. They also offer an all-day unlimited rides pass for $15, but honestly, I don’t think it’s worth it at that price. Maybe if it were $10, it would feel like a better deal. Some of the rides include a carousel, elephant ride, Ferris wheel, swing, and a mini train. Sadly, the Ferris wheel and elephant ride weren’t working when we went, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if they had a deal like 10 ride tickets for $15 to make it more budget-friendly for families. The splash pad wasn’t amazing, but it was enough for the kids to have some fun and cool off a bit. Overall, it’s a nice place for a one-time visit, especially if you have young kids. But if they lowered the entry fee to around $5 and made ride tickets a bit more affordable, I think more families would visit more often.

LOVE this place. This is such a cute park for toddlers and young ones especially. The splash pad is huge and I had a hard time convincing my kid to come out to do other things like the rides, small village play area and face painting. We were here for a few hours and still didn't manage to do everything. There are some fun play structures for older kids too. The rides are pretty simple but fun for kids. They had a little race track with bikes and toddler cars that the kids adored too. We will definitely be back. This place is over an hour drive from home for us but we loved it. There are seating areas to eat and you can bring your own food or purchase some from the few vendor areas.

Fun spot for a family day! The kids loved the splash pad and playground, and the little rides were a hit. Some areas feel a bit old and could use a refresh, but overall it’s a cute place to spend a few hours. Prices are fair, parking is easy, and there’s plenty to keep the kids happy

A Magical Day at Storybook Gardens We visited Storybook Gardens today with my girls, and it was truly a magical experience from start to finish. I honestly can't believe this beautiful park has been so close to us all this time—and we never knew about it! From the moment you step through the castle doors, it feels like you’ve entered a storybook world. The kids were absolutely mesmerized. There’s an incredible amount to see and do. The park is filled with charming attractions—rides, multiple playgrounds, pedal cars, a refreshing splash pad, and even adorable miniature villages. Along the way, there are fun photo ops with beloved storybook characters like Moby Dick, Humpty Dumpty, and the Cheshire Cat, which added so much whimsy and excitement for the little ones. What really impressed me as a parent/grandparent was how family-friendly the entire park is. There are plenty of shaded rest areas, lots of seating, and the washrooms were clean and easy to find. For lunch, we enjoyed grilled paninis (which were delicious!) from the on-site café. Overall, I’d highly recommend Storybook Gardens for a fun, affordable, and memorable family outing. Whether you're visiting with your kids or grandkids, it’s a fantastic place to spend the day making lasting memories.

So much fun and soany memories flood backbin here. Things have changed over the years but still an awesome place for family to spend time to get her and having fun. Came here a couple times as a kid myself and now shared Storybook with my youngest 13 yr old daughter. She enjoyed the Gardens emensly! Thanks for having us. Hope to come back again.

Great place for kids! We were here for the first time and spent almost all day there. There are 5 attractions that you have to pay extra for riding on them. Attractions old but still fun for kids. We bought unlimited riding bracelets for our kids and it was great decisions! If you don't want to pay extra for the rides there are still lots to do in the park: jumping pillow, cars rides, splash pad, shows, 3 great playgrounds - for all of these you don't need to pay! Also you have to know that if would be rainy day the train would not work!

Canada Life Place is a great venue spot. I have been here for multiple concerts/events and they are always done well. Lights and sound are fantastic. The staff are very kind and easy to talk to. Hassle free process getting in and to your seats. There are lots of places to get food and drinks, as well as many bathrooms. Drink prices are a bit much but other than that it is great!

Best place in London For large Band Concerts. But Beer is Super Over Priced !! Last call is too early. The London Knights Burger is Awesome! No re‐entry is really Sad.the used to have smoker zones, no more.

My wife and I got tickets to go see AEW. The arena was really nice. Had an aisle seat couple times people going up the stairs drop their drinks. Staff had someone come and clean it up right away. Great arena and view to watch wrestling. crowd was amazing. the vibe was good. Highly recommend.

Have attended this place for various things. The most common and popular one is a good old Knights game. Then who can forget the London Lightning games. So much fun and interaction. Great for the kids. Too bad they don’t exist anymore. I’ve been for private basketball games, which is nice to play on a full size court with a black hallow background. I’ve also been for the good for the Harlem Globetrotters which is a world of fun. Last but not least, I’ve been for some concerts. And who doesn’t like concerts. But the most memorable of them all which didn’t happen inside the arena but just outside it on Dundas street, was Jurassic Park and the Raptors championship gatherings. I have lots of great memories and pictures/videos somewhere and I’ll post them when I find them. But yeah, never a bad time going here. And the way to do that is set no expectations, and live in the moment, then you won’t be upset about the outcome which you can’t control. Your level of enjoyment you can control a big part of it. So yeah, any chance I get to go to Canada Life Place (former Budweiser Gardens).

I had an amazing experience at Canada Life Place for the Avril Lavigne concert! The security staff was super helpful, guiding me to my seats efficiently; I had friendly interactions with security team members, thank you! The concert setup was fantastic, great lighting, sound, and overall vibe. Everything ran smoothly, and the venue was clean and well organized, the seats for the pit were also comfy. Big thanks to the security team, once again, for making the night stress-free, and efficent at every step of the way. I’d definitely come back for another live event here!

Drove from ajax to London to go see AEW and it was worth it, the staff were super nice, and the fact they had seating for specially able people was lovely

The Avon Theatre in Stratford is a charming venue, with a classic look on the outside and a comfortable, welcoming feel inside. The seats are fairly comfortable with the sound and lighting being usually excellent. The location is great too — right in the heart of Stratford, close to shops, cafes, and parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the seating can feel a bit tight if the theatre is full, especially in the older sections, as was my case when I went to watch Macbeth there recently. Also, some of the best seats tend to sell out quickly, so it's a good idea to book in advance. Overall, the Avon Theatre is a nice place to enjoy live performances, especially as part of the Stratford Festival. The quality of the performances is first-rate.  As part of the Stratford Festival, the productions are top-tier. The Stratford Shakespeare Festival was launched in 1952 by Tom Patterson, a local journalist. Today, it has grown into one of Canada’s most popular cultural events. His vision was to bring Shakespeare's works to life in the town of Stratford, Ontario, a location that shared its name with the birthplace of William Shakespeare in Stratford-upon-Avon, England. At the time, Stratford was a small town, but Patterson believed that bringing Shakespeare’s works to the town could not only elevate its cultural profile but also serve as an economic boost, drawing tourists from around the world. The idea was somewhat ambitious, given that Stratford was not known for its theater scene at that time. Patterson's vision eventually gained support from several key figures, with local residents rallying behind the project.

We watched a beautiful reproduction of the Anne of the green Gables in Avon theatre in downtown Stratford. The venue is great with a beautiful layout. The production was also amazing. Strongly recommend watching Anne of the Green Gables.

Came here for the first time and experienced the Anne of Green Gables play. To me it was just ok. Our first impression of going to Stratford was a pain because this city doesn't have enough parking for the theatres so we spent 20 minutes looking for parking with every lot full. Then rushed to arrive on time. Small issue: this venue lacks having enough washrooms for the amount of people during the 15 minute break. The play itself was mediocre. The actors/actresses were tremendous but this was a very liberal twist on the story of Anne of Green Gables. They added a gay character. Took a shot at the current USA VP. Among some other things I won't mention. To me, politics should stay out of plays unless it's necessary. The story lacked authenticity in the second hour and I wish I just left at half and explored Stratford. 2/5 ⭐⭐

Saw Macbeth and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels playing here this season. Superb. All the theatres in Stratford are excellent, with the Avon being no exception. Comfortable seating. Recommend coming here for top quality theatre.

We watched anne of green gables. Loved the production and set. Well executed. The theater is cozy and everything is well managed.

We came to see Macbeth and I don't think I've ever seen a show with better stagecrafting! The theater was lovely, with a really nice shop and a concession area where you could pre-order for intermission! What a great idea! We'll definitely be back again!

The Avon Theatre is a real treat. Not a bad sightline in the whole theatre (in my opinion). I often sit in "obstructed view" seats and rarely feel that I'm missing any of the action. The seats are comfortable, the lobby is light and the staff are helpful and kind.

Amazing venue designed for stage plays! The staff, architecture, washrooms and maintenance were all excellent. The food and drinks at the cafeteria could have had more variety though.

We went to see Ransacking Troy, and I was blown away. And not just by the play, but by the theater as well. A beautiful building inside and out, with a store, dining and bar areas and not a single bad seat in the whole house. I will definitely be coming back!

Incredible theatre built in 2020. Modern amenities, brilliant architecture, exquisite staging, lighting, and stagecraft. We saw two plays here (The Winter's Tale and Forgiveness) and both were extremely well done and enhanced by their presentation at Tom Patterson Theatre.

A very nice, modern theatre. The stage forms a narrow peninsula surrounded by the audience. This makes for a very different experience.

An amazing experience in a beautiful, light filled and airy theatre. The common spaces never felt crowded. You can see the river from wherever you are in the lobby. There were an ample number of washrooms and no queues. The theatre space is lovely and seats were velvety and comfortable. Be sure you enjoy the outdoor patio and the adjacent garden.

*A Natural Wonderland for All Ages Our recent hike at the gorge was an unforgettable experience! The stunning natural rock formations are a sight to behold, offering breathtaking views at every turn. The well-laid paths made the hike enjoyable and accessible, allowing us to fully take in the beauty of the area without difficulty. The gorge was just that! Gorgeous! What impressed me most was how incredibly clean the entire park was—it's clear that a lot of care and effort go into maintaining this natural gem. Despite the rugged landscape, Elora Gorge is very kid-friendly, which made it a perfect family adventure. Even with the steep drop-offs, we felt safe knowing that dangerous areas were carefully fenced off, ensuring everyone could enjoy the scenery without worry. If you're looking for a beautiful, well-maintained place to hike that’s suitable for all ages, I highly recommend visiting!

It was a short walk from the parking area to the hole in the rock stairs. The cedar tree roots growing around the large rock is magical. We were there on a weekday morning this week and had the place to ourselves. There is a forest trail to a stone lookout where you get a view of the limestone rockface. We were happy to follow a review that suggested going to Victoria Park in downtown Elora and taking the stairs down to the river for a close up view of the gorge. Be careful as the trail is really rough with steep rocky path. The combination of the two trails gives you the best experience.

*only reviewing tubing on the gorge* I went tubing with a few friends and really enjoyed myself! The tubing price was $54 plus the park entrance fee. For the price I likely wouldn't do this again. For the price I'd expect a tube collection service which there isn't. Also due to bridge construction we couldn't park at the finish line to drive back to the drop off so we had to walk 45mins. I don't mind walking but for the price I shouldn't have to walk with all the equipment. However all that said, I really found the gorge beautiful and the (small) rapids were fun! We all had a good time

There is an entry fees of $8 per person. There are three trails that you can go. They are not tough so can go with kids as well but not with stroller and all. You can enjoy tubing but tickets should be purchased in advance. There are multiple parking lots. You can enjoy a day out with your family but carry your own food and water as there no foods stalls inside that. I didn’t find Look out points much attractive, I think tubing would be fun and that is on my bucket list, will definitely try next time.

Elora Gorge Park is a protected area surrounding a deep gorge, and we visited for a walk through the picturesque landscape. We were amazed by the stunning natural beauty, clean environment, and excellent facilities. It seemed like we paid С$8.50 per person and spent the entire day here with friends and their dog.

Park entry fee: $8.00/person Cars were parked on the grass or anywhere they found the space. Tubing: registration $20/person Plan ahead, the line was long. If you rented the equipment elsewhere, you don’t have to wait in line but there’s no signs up indicating which wasted a lot of time. Once you get the band, follow the yellow steps to the launching area. The hike is steep and long. Once you get into the water, you are on your own, there aren’t life guards. The water flow was steady but other areas, fast. There is a area in between you can stop and dive off into the water. It’s not easy to navigate the where to go unless you paddle in some way(used my water shoes) It’s beautiful along the way, the scenery is beautiful, you will pass a waterfall! When you get to the end, it’s best to step off as it was harder when when you reach the chain. Now the walk back to return equipment (if rented on site) and to the parking is also long but through the trail so just follow the signs. Along the way, I saw many camp sites. Tips, Bring water shoes, rocks Bring water proof case for car keys/phones. I guarantee if not secured, you will lose it. Oh wow, what agreat experience!! The gorge was beautiful and fun. We had such a great, hot and sunny day to end the summer. I highly recommend this floating trip and I'd go back!!

First off, the reservations — you have to book a time slot online and pay for tickets ahead of your visit. They clearly state they may turn away walk-ins if it’s busy. Understandable, since the butterfly area is small, and they don’t want to overcrowd it. On the plus side, parking is free and there’s plenty of it. Inside, there’s a small cafeteria and even a little playground for kids. The entrance leads to a small welcome area, and then you pass through double doors into the butterfly conservatory. The space is kept warm and humid for the butterflies — which feels nice on a cold winter day, but on a sunny day I was sweating buckets. There are lots of butterflies, and if you’re lucky one might even land on you. Now the downsides: the arena is very small. You can easily see the whole thing in under 15 minutes. For the size, the ticket prices feel steep. They don’t allow outside food, which is tough considering many visitors are families with kids, and there’s no designated area to sit and eat your own snacks anyway. If you’re a larger family with kids over 2, expect to spend quite a bit between tickets and the cafeteria. Overall, it’s worth visiting once for the experience, but don’t stress if you skip it — you’re not missing a full-day adventure.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Butterfly Conservatory. It was quite easy to tour around the facility. The building is very accessible for people who might require wheelchairs too. The variety of butterflies and birds is quite astounding. I really enjoyed seeing the Nicobar pigeons. I’d recommend the butterfly conservatory for people who might be on a date, also if you’re single it’s a lovely place to visit too.

I recently went to a wedding at the Butterfly Conservation in Cambridge, and it was such a unique and beautiful venue. Being surrounded by butterflies and lush greenery made the whole day feel magical and intimate. It’s such a peaceful setting — perfect for a wedding which is what I was there for. The staff were kind and helpful, and everything felt really well taken care of. It was such a special experience, and I can’t think of a more memorable place to celebrate a wedding.

Such a beautiful and relaxing place to visit! The Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory feels like stepping into a tropical paradise right in the middle of the city. The moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by warm air, lush greenery, and butterflies flying all around you – some might even land on you if you’re lucky! 🦋 It’s not just butterflies either – there are little birds, fish ponds, and some really unique insects to see in the side displays. The whole place is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and happy to answer questions. It’s a great spot for kids (they get so excited when a butterfly sits on them!) but also really peaceful for adults who just want to enjoy nature and take photos. You don’t need a ton of time to go through, but it’s such a calming and refreshing experience that you’ll want to stay longer. Definitely recommend this place for families, couples, or anyone looking for something different and relaxing to do in the Cambridge/Kitchener-Waterloo area.

I had a pleasant overall experience, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit enjoyable. The pricing seemed fair, but it did feel a little less worthwhile because of the limited space and the relatively small variety of species available to see. The place itself is quite compact, so it’s best to visit during quieter times. If it gets crowded, the area can feel congested and a bit overwhelming. There are lots of butterflies, although most of them are of the same species, which reduces some of the excitement. Other than butterflies, there are only about ten different types of creatures to observe. There is also a cafeteria on-site, but the menu options are limited, so don’t expect too much variety in food choices.

This will be such a great place for family with kids, or couples. Lovely garden with tons of butterflies surrounding, and if you take a little peak in the bushes, you might spot some little birds under. Me and my friends spent at least 2 hours there, just in an awe.

This is a great place to learn about the life cycle of butterflies and admire them closely. My visit last weekend was my third time around. There is no extra cost for parking and generally, I get the feeling that I was able to see more butterflies than the other version in Niagara Falls. The staff is very friendly and enjoy interacting with those visiting this location.

Saw Jesus Christ Superstar at the Hamilton last week. Situated in an revitalized section of Cambridge next to the Grand River. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. Theatre could hold just over 500 patrons, and was sold out for this show. Great performances and ice cream at the intermission. Will ansolutely visit again.

We went to see Ali Hassan’s comedy show at the Hamilton Family Theatre and had an amazing time! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly. The seating was comfortable with a great view from every spot. Perfect venue for a night of laughs and entertainment!

One of my favourite theatres. Due to the size there is not a bad seat anywhere. Even to the fat sides you don’t get a blocked view. There is lots of parking and the staff are very kind. Been to many shows here, they always hire great performers, directors and crew that make every show feel like one of kind.

A group from my church went to see the play Jesus Christ Superstar. The theatre is beautiful and I think every seat has an excellent view. The acoustics were great. Judas was amazing. I could listen to his voice all night.

We stayed at the deluxe pod for 2 nights, and overall, it was a great experience! The pods were cozy, and we really appreciated that firewood was provided at no cost - it made the evenings extra relaxing. The property is beautiful, with over 90 km of trails for walking or biking, and there’s a winery right across the street. There are plenty of adventure activities available at an extra cost. Although we felt that they are a bit overpriced (biking, kayaking, zip line, spa, etc) . The food at the Marsh View Patio was fantastic - we had the braised ribs and a salad, and both were absolutely delicious! One thing to note: if you’re traveling with babies or young kids, there isn’t much in terms of activities for them like playground. Overall, a wonderful spot for couples or adults with older kids looking for outdoor adventures and relaxation!

Fantastic spot - totally exceeded expectations - the website does not do justice to how great it is. The overnight units (cabins and yurts) are well designed, clean and equipped including bed warming pads for the autumn time. The grounds are well maintained and the view from the trails and restaurant are exceptional esp. at sunrise/sunset. trails are lovely for hiking or biking and they've got some GREAT Rocky Mountain bikes to rent. ziplining was fun & the Joro hot/cold spa/sauna/plunge was really fun - owner was super helpful and kind with showing us how to 'adjust' the cold plunge well. all around fabulous experience

Had a great experience with my family. Lots of great outdoor activities like hiking. It is also really close to Turkey Point beach. My son really enjoyed the observatory. My wife and I really liked the Joro Outdoor Spa. The Marshview Patio & Bar on site had excellent food. All the staff were really friendly. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for something outdoorsy without the worry of getting soaked in a tent.

We had a wonderful time at Long Point Eco Adventure's Park. We stayed at #15. & We asked for a wheelchair accessible ramp and it was more then our expectations. The ramp just wasn't a aluminium pull out ramp but a strong wooden ramp that was easy to move. The beds where so clean and the bathroom. Lovely to see fresh towels and bedding. Plenty of space to walk around in the tent with an adult walker. You may need to close the walker a little to walk in the bathroom but it's not difficult at all. It's so nice they accommodate people who use a wheelchair. The walkway to the tent from the car isn't very far especially if your in #15. Monday July 28 -Thursday July 31 are the dates we stayed. It was such a wonderful experience to get away from the city. Beautiful place to come back to with family and friends I'm definitely recommending this beautiful park to everyone I know.

5 of us did the zip-lining. Ages 10-44. Our guides were Tori and Nate. They were both excellent! They played well off each other and always kept us informed, entertained and engaged. Safety always top priority. I was very impressed by Tori when she answered my question on line tensile strength without missing a beat! Lots of fun had by all. Highly recommend. We also had lunch at Marshview afterwards. Excellent food, atmosphere and view.

Here is such a hidden-gem place where you find a lot of amusement like zipline, stargazing, hiking, kayaking, ax throwing, you name it. Overall, it could worth five stars. But, program cancellation on-site without earlier notification and full refund but leaving credits on your account instead makes a lot of frustration. Personally, I don't mind making another trip, but just feeling totally unsatisfied with the way of their business practices.

Why visit: 1) This lake is beautiful but more than that it is a geological gem as it is a MEROMICTIC LAKE . Where the water layers in the lake do not mix . Thus helps scientific research to learn about the generations past studying the lake sediments. 2) Great trails around the lake and towards Rattle snake conservation area. 3) You can picnic the whole day here with family. 4) Being a green belt,even during the highest temperatures in the summer,you will get cool breeze and dense forest cover from the intense sunshine.Perfect respite from intense heat. 5) A good place to bring kids and toddlers 6) Huge wooden statues of various species are fun and entertaining for kids and adults both

A real gem. The 1km trail circumventing the lake is iconic. The 2.5 km escarpment trail is also interesting. The part from CL01 to the lookout is slightly difficult with some rock sections but the part from the lookout to CL02 is easy. The visitor centre closes at about 4 pm and so does the access to the washrooms, which is not ideal.( There is another one near the picnic area which is rustic hole-in-the ground). A good place for a summer picnic with friends and family. Would recommend buying tickets online as the gate is not manned till 11.00 am, making it a little complicated. Also cheaper.

Lovely place to roam several trails and boardwalks, around the lake or through the woods, one trail connects to Rattlesnake Point. Visitors centre has souvenirs and basic snacks with a coffee machine, also plumbed toilets. The reconstructed village is excellently layed out.

I visited the area in the weekend. I paid online the fees , $10.50 per adult. I purchased the tickets when I arrived. We went in three trails. The one I liked was escarpment trail. The nature is beautiful. However the washrooms don't have soap and water. I recommend having your hand sanitizer and your toilet paper 🧻.

Well, this is truly an amazing place. I recommend a visit here and a visit to the wildlife care centre while in the area. The walk down to Lake Crawford is similar to a hike down to the Don River in Toronto from south Leaside. It isn’t something I would recommend for elderly or wheelchair individuals. The re-created long houses are really spectacular and harken you back to a time when these were community houses for entire families of indigenous peoples. Pick a sunny day, get in the car and head west. Enjoy

Beautiful trail, dont bring bananas because the monkeys in the trees will try to take them from you. The views are amazing. I got to the top, and could see the CN Tower.

Great place to bring kids to, lot of different war time planes to see. There are 2-3 different types of aircrafts where the kids can go in and even sit in the cockpit. Lot of historical information related to specific planes and the role they played during various wars. They have 2 propeller planes which offer the opportunity to fly in them as well. They also have free flight simulators which are a lot of fun. There is a small merchandise shop which is nice. There is ample parking. overall lot of fun for kids and adults alike. Overall must visit place for anyone interested in WWII, Canadian history and aviation history.

Great place to learn about Canada's contribution to the world wars. Minus one star for the aged and disabled who wish to visit the open flight deck but have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Thanks to all the young and experienced cadets who are really impressive with their product knowledge. The restorers and engineers are doing an amazing job fixing up this rare collection. The Runway cafe is really good value with all the usual fast-food you'd expect. And acknowledgment to the pilots who give their passengers an unforgettable experience

Excellent place to visit and see the planes and learn how they were helpful to RCAF in defending sovereignty of our country. Interactive videos of decorated airforce personnel, who are not amongst us but the museum has kept them to see and learn about their lives. Place worth visiting.

We had our wedding here in October 2025. Stevie-Jane couldn’t have been more accommodating and easy to deal with. She communicated everything to us clearly and set expectations appropriately!! The day went as smooth as can be! All of our guests said the venue was so unique and fun! If you’re looking for a unique, and classy wedding venue, this is the place to be!!

What an awesome place. My 13 yr old wants to be a pilot and just being there with him was such a great experience. There was a large group of air cadets when we were there so we could not get a guide, but the self guided tour of the museum was fine. Would absolutely recommend to any plane enthusiasts and also anyone wanting to see some really neat Canadian history. Very well maintained, I really loved seeing these planes being restored, just awesome important work! Would definitely go back

I went for a walk to Gage Park in Brampton, and it was incredible! The Christmas lights display was stunning, showcasing Canadian heritage and culture in such a unique way. If you have some time, you should definitely visit Gage Park in Brampton—you won’t be disappointed!

This is a nice little park best during the Christmas season. They have a skating rink with equipment rentals. Its a bit difficult to find the parking. The best option is to park at the City Hall public parking where the first hour is free. Great for Christmas photos

Gage Park is a very beautiful park specially during the winter with it's free outdoor ice skating rink. The rink is surrounded by beautiful lighting making it a delight to skate at night. Skate rentals and sharpening is also available. Rentals cost $15 for 2 hours and $10 for kids aged 12 and under, helmets are also available to rent at $5. The rink is open daily from 5pm-10pm and 10am-10pm on Saturday and Sunday. Underground parking is available in City Hall. Overall a nice option for a winter outdoor family activity.

Gage Park in Brampton is an amazing place. Beautiful park with lots of trees and greenery. Personally, I like it during the snowtime. During the winter, the park is illuminated with lights all over, and an absolute delight and treat to the eyes and mind. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience in the freezing cold, worth it, unforgettable and just loved it. Not to miss this illuminated experience during the next winter.

I was staying near Gage Park. I used to come here almost every week. I have seen this park in every season. Now I'm shifted to another place and i miss this park very much. It was such a cute park with cherry blossom tree, Farmer's market, fall colors, tree lightening ceremony, skating rink, beautiful decoration, and jamming sessions by some freelance musicians on weekends. I miss everything. I wish to come here someday to enjoy the charm of this park.

As everyone is visiting places to get the wonderful view of cherry blossoms, me and my friend decided to go to Gage Park as it is in the Downtown hence, very accessible by bus. Although front side of the park was temporarily fenced due to renovation probably, we still got beautiful sight of the white cherry blossoms. We soaked ourselves in the sunlight and the fresh air and clicked tons of nice pictures. The bungalow is a great place to get clicked with. Overall, it was worth of spending time! Made our day!

I had a terrible experience here on January 8th. The shoes I bought were advertised on sale at a specific price and even had the tag with the price on them, but when I went to check out, the cashier cut off the tag with the sale price and I got charged $20 more. When I told the girl cashing me out she said that they didn’t have time to change the tags on the sale items at all that day but it was already 4pm in the day, I’m sure they could’ve had time to change it or at least honor the price on the shoe. Instead she said there’s nothing she can do and couldn’t give me the show for that price.

I come in, buy some boots..went home, only to realise i received a size larger ..not only the wrong size..but the wrong boot too ..they didn't fit, they were too big, bring them back to store.. and what does manager Azra say? They are WORN! CANT RETURN, THERES MUD ON THEM. How can they be worn when they never fit? Also, can someone please show me the mud?!?! Ive been shopping here for the last 5 years, buying everything from sneakers to boots, even the wife has bought from here so many times. Never had a problem before. My challenge remains, find the mud! I insisted so many times that they were not worn but she didn't want to listen. All this really goes to show me is that they sold me shoes that had been worn before.

I wanted to buy a shoe for my girl but the attendant is not very helpful. She made me feel like im disturbing her several times when I asked for a size. I’m a salesman, too. It saddens me whenever I witness a salesperson in the store failing to perform their duties effectively. My daughter and I walked into 5 or 6 different shoe stores on a quiet Tuesday morning in Square One. Not a single employee in any of those stores asked if we needed help finding anything and in one case he couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone. Not until we walked into Journeys and were greeted by Ali. She was kind and helpful and steered us to a shoe that we would never have looked at. She is definitely a kind soul and a great employee! I would shop here again based on the service alone. Thanks Ali!

I came in to return a brand new pair of shoes and was told I couldn’t return them because they were worn. I bought them online and attempted to return them the same day I received them. They were a simple pair of black vans with not even so much as a spec of dust. Staff were condescending and made me feel like a criminal.

I purchased a pair of heeled Crocs from this store months ago. The cashier from that time recognised me when I went in recently, and asked about me. That made my day. I appreciate it. Also, the Crocs are awesome. I wear them everywhere. The price was very reasonable.

Great shoe selection for men, women and kids. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I ordered a shoe from them that they didn't have in store and there was a big mix up. When I came into the store to solve it, associates Tashèe and Alex went above and beyond to come up with a solution and I left satisfied.

Had a fantastic day at Jack Darling Memorial Park! The free parking is a huge plus, with plenty of spaces even on a busy weekend. The Lake Ontario shore is beautiful, and the fishing scene is lively – tons of people casting lines and having fun. Great for picnics, walks, or just chilling by the water. Highly recommend this vibrant park!

The park is pretty, beaches are nice, but it's very crowded on the weekends and we couldn't find space in the parking lots. We saw that many many cars had parked on the right side of the road where there are signs that say parking is forbidden on certain hours and days. However, we saw some of the cars there with fines on their windshields. Does someone know what these signs mean then? Those cars were outside of the days and restricted hours so ...utterly confused

Its is a beautiful lakeside park in Mississauga, perfect for family outings and picnics. It has wide open green spaces, a dog park, splash pad, and scenic walking trails with stunning views of Lake Ontario. It gets overcrowded on weekends and parking can be very difficult.

I have been going for a couple of years whether it be with family or friends and I always have a great time. This year was the first time I went in the fall — for Halloween haunt and let me tell you the vibes, decoration were way better. (Also fewer line ups) this year I went to the conjuring limited edition maze and I loved how interactive and fun it was. They did a great job. Do recommend

Cons: Overpriced and overrated. Parking is expensive, and food options inside are mostly unhealthy and way too costly for what you get. The overall experience doesn’t match the high ticket and food prices. Definitely not worth it for what’s offered; 1 out of 5. Pros: I visited Canada’s Wonderland this past summer and spent a full day enjoying both the rides and the water park. It was a hot day, so I started with Splash Works; the water area was lively but not overwhelming. There are several pools and slides for every age, and it’s a great place to cool off. The wave pool was a highlight, and there were plenty of shaded spots and chairs to relax between rides. After the water park, I explored the rest of the park and went on a few of the main roller coasters. The sight of the massive tracks and loops from a distance still makes the park feel impressive every time you visit. The atmosphere is energetic but family-friendly; with lots of music, food stands, and people having fun. I ended the day near the main fountain and mountain area, which looks especially beautiful in the sunlight. The water and landscaping give it a resort feel, and it’s a perfect spot to take photos before leaving. Overall, it was a great summer day; well organized, clean, and full of energy. If you plan ahead and arrive early, you can easily make the most of both the water park and the rides.

My husband and I went for the first time during Halloween Haunt on Halloween because we purchased a gold pass from a different amusement park. We got to try a Beaver Tail - Avalanche flavor and it was delicious! The level of detail that went into designing the Halloween Haunt was impressive. The decorations were awesome, there was specially named and unique food options, and there were different themed areas with actors dressed up in scary costumes. One area there were all zombies and another had clowns. The actors were clearly having a good time scaring people and it was sometimes entertaining to just watch them scare other parkgoers. It was also possible to bypass these areas if you didn't want to get scared. There was a freak show, a fire spinning show, and music performances throughout the night. We didn't opt to buy the extra pass to enter the haunted mazes - mainly because I'm not a fan. I rode a few coasters because there was no wait, but it was quite chilly. It was still exhilarating and a lot of fun. We will definitely be back when it is a bit warmer.

This place is fun, but a bit scary with the height of the rides. It is not for the doubtful patrons. Rides are going upside down over your head as you walk around in the park. Every one should try going to wonderland at least once in their lives. You don't have to buy a season pass, just a day pass will do the trick. However, if you are a lover of these Rides buy a seasonal pass. You can also add meal pass to the mix. It will work out very well the kids love to go to this amusement park 😀 there is everything for everyone from babies to adults. Sometimes you will be entertained with fireworks. Check it out! 🔥

Canada's Wonderland is probably one of the most famous Staples in Ontario to go visit, it's lots of fun. Great place to go spend time with the family. I have memories from this place from when I was a kid and now I bring my own kids, Roller coasters are always my favorite and they have some of the best roller coasters I've ever been on. While this place does get very busy and crowded I have yet to found a good day to go where it's not very crowded Prices are very expensive for tickets and if you don't want to wait in line then you have to pay an enormous amount of money in my book for speed passes and then if you want to ride the big roller coasters for the speed pass you have to pay even more money for on VIP speedpass, The water park has lines just as long as the rides. It is very crowded and busy there as well in the summer, Halloween haunt was lots of fun when I was a kid but after covid everything's changed and from what I hear now you have to pay and buy a special pass just to go into all the haunted houses now because the haunted houses were the favorite part of this event in my book. Although riding a roller coaster in the dark is pretty fun as well

Canada’s Wonderland is fun for kids, but the experience feels more like a money trap than a family park. The atmosphere is designed to highlight thrills and fun, but underneath it’s clear the priority is profit, not guests. Parking is $39.99, food and drinks are overpriced, and water access is limited to old fountains or dirty sinks. You can’t bring in much from outside, yet security checks are inconsistent—sometimes too strict, sometimes too lax, raising safety concerns. Customer service is lacking; staff rarely smiled or welcomed guests. Ride wait times stretch 1–2 hours unless you pay $179.99 per person for Fast Lane Plus, which doesn’t even include all rides despite the marketing. My kids had a great time, but they weren’t the ones paying. For what I spent in one day, I could have taken a family trip down south. The park succeeds at creating a “fun” image, but in reality, it’s a polished price-gouge. If you want true value and enjoyment, a small-town festival will give you more smiles, less stress, and far better bang for your buck.

We are absolutely thrilled with Wonderland! 🌟 This park is a true wonder for the whole family. We visited it with our kids about 15 times this year, and each visit was a unique adventure. The park is incredibly well-designed, with bright and colorful rides that bring so much joy and excitement to both children and adults. We especially loved the extreme roller coasters, which are packed with adrenaline, as well as the calmer, fun carousels perfect for the little ones. Every corner of the park is filled with a magical atmosphere — from the well-kept green pathways to the vibrant decorations and themed areas. Wonderland is a place where you can fully immerse yourself in magic, joy, and fun. A Great Day Out at Vaughan Mills I recently visited Vaughan Mills, and it was an experience worth sharing! This shopping center offers an impressive array of stores, catering to everything from fashion and beauty to electronics and lifestyle. Whether you're after high-end brands or great deals at outlet stores, there's something for everyone. What really stood out was the variety of dining options from quick bites to full meals, there’s no shortage of places to refuel between shopping. I also appreciated the spacious layout, which made navigating through the mall easy and enjoyable, even during busy hours. Beyond shopping and food, Vaughan Mills has entertainment and family-friendly attractions, making it more than just a retail destination. It’s truly a one-stop spot for a full day of shopping, eating, and exploring. If you're in the area and looking for a well-rounded shopping experience, Vaughan Mills is definitely worth a visit!

Large indoor outlet mall that is quite unique in design in comparison to other malls in the Toronto area. Some outlet stores will offer better discounts and clearance products in comparison to the same stores in other malls. It can be tough to find parking at busy times. They only have 4 J1772 chargers which is not sufficient for a mall of this size. Tesla owners also use them instead of superchargers - go figure.

Very good place to shope branded products at reduced prices. Well ranges of various products are there. I would say very best place with your family and spent whole day. A big food court is there to provide different types of cuisine with comfortable seating spaces.

This outlet mall is one of the best shopping destinations around. It’s a huge indoor mall with a wide variety of stores, from basic everyday brands to luxury names, offering something for everyone. The collections are updated and the outlet prices are definitely worth it, making shopping here a great value. Since it’s fully indoors, we can visit any time of the year without worrying about the weather, which is very convenient. We make it a point to visit at least once a month and always enjoy the experience. A must-visit mall for outlet shoppers!

Probably one of Not the biggest mall if ever been to. It’s so huge. But you can find everything there. We spend almost 5 hours in there and easily took 20000 steps. Good selection of everything. There could be more toilettes though. I don’t wanna walk 10min inside for a pee. Anyway, nice experience

I love this park. You have it all. It has a beautiful trail along Holland River. Park is specious and you can picnic. It’s great for kids. Great for walking pets. It’s great to spend time with friends and family there. It’s also beside Main Street in Newmarket so you have access to all amazing coffee shops, restaurants and stores. There always some kind of an event happening there during summer. This park has it all. Picnic area, trails, playground, river, restaurants, coffee shops and more

Its a very beautiful park. Just next to downtown. The trees, tracks everything is super nice. Cyclist track is also there. Autumn season colors are the best here.

2022 October 4★ Fairly lake park runs along the river and as such, has multiple bridge crossings. The park is part of the Tom Taylor Trail which runs about 7 or 8 kilometres North to South. Within the park, you'll come across gazebos, benches and Kilometre Trail Markers. There's markers use natural elements, art is inspired by the environment and the native Ojibwe ancestors. 10 trail markers in total will enhance your experience and help track your journey along our trail system. Free Parking within the park or along the side streets. A playground nearby.

It was early December and it was overcast. It was not busy on a weekday Friday. Went along the east side of the lake, continued after the first bridge, to the boardwalk. Crossed the second bridge, then came back from the west side of the lake. The loop was pretty short and easy.

Also known as Wesley Brooks Conservation Area is a great place for everyone. However, need to be careful of the cyclists as a lot of them are just going way too fast even though the paths are so supposed to be shared with everyone. Yet I had to pull my kids over many times because they don't even slow down or stop even for little kids. Some don't even give warnings that they are coming. Still the kids enjoyed the boardwalk and the playground.

A big lake park with so much greenery and biking space. You get to see Canada goose and their poop ( be careful not to stamp on) all around you. Fortunately we saw the Beaver hanging around the pool that connects the two sides of the park. Play zone is quite beautiful.

Beautifully manicured and a trail big enough for walking, biking and other summer activities. There is a lot of wild life around and tree coverage. It's a beautiful spot to walk - dog friendly as well!

I visited the Royal Ontario Museum last week on a weekday, and it was such a fun experience! I’ve always heard good things about the ROM, but seeing everything in person was even better. Since it wasn’t too crowded, I got to take my time exploring the galleries and really enjoy each section. The dinosaur exhibits were super impressive — they’re definitely a highlight. I also loved the cultural displays from different parts of the world, especially the Asian and Egyptian sections. There’s just so much to see that a few hours didn’t feel enough. The architecture of the building itself is also worth appreciating — the mix of classic and modern design makes it feel unique. The staff were friendly, and everything was well-organized and clean. Overall, it’s such a great spot for anyone visiting Toronto or even locals who haven’t been in a while. Whether you’re into history, art, or science, there’s something for everyone. I left feeling both entertained and a little smarter — totally worth it! We will visit again with my family.

The Royal Ontario Museum, Canada’s most famous museum, is located in the heart of Toronto. With its vast exhibition halls and impressive collections, this place stands as a true fortress of culture. Opened in 1914, the museum displays more than 18 million works of art from different regions and time periods around the world. These works are showcased in dozens of diverse galleries such as dinosaurs, birds, the Middle East, China, Egypt, toy soldiers, and world treasures. It’s not possible to explore the Royal Ontario Museum in just a few hours. Therefore, if you have the time, I recommend dedicating at least a full day — or ideally two days — to visiting the museum.

Easy to go with the city pass but if you can become a member, there will be many exhibitions that you will also be allowed to go to. You can easily spend 2-3 hrs just walking around. Some cakes, and beverages are also available on the ground floor for a small break. Some sections were really cool. Especially recommend the gems section. Unfortunately, dinosaur’s section was closed until first week of December.

It was an absolutely amazing museum. The exhibits were nicely curated, the artifacts were lovely. The biggest downside was how noisy it was, there was a live performance in the lobby and it took away from the atmosphere that the museum had, I also wish they made it clear as to which area was heavily kid oriented, or else I wouldn’t have spent so much time on the second floor when I could’ve been on the third floor actually seeing the stuff I really wanted to see and learn about. But that being said the areas they have for kids is very well done and the kids there seemed to be having a great time learning. I loved the Greek and Roman section of the museum and paying to see saints, sinners and lovers was very worth it. Absolutely stunning paintings, you could see the brush strokes and the tiny details on the canvases. The ROM was a lot of fun.

We visited the museum on a snowy Sunday afternoon, there was no waiting for the tickets, 35 CAN/adult person. Staff were friendly, ready to explain and direct. The ground floor included marvelous pieces from China and some from Korea. Last floor for the European and Egyptian cultures. We took more than 2 hours, but we could not visit it all. Beautiful experience for a neat museum

There's a lot going on here. If you are really into museums and want to look at most things then plan to spend four or more hours here. There's dedication to natural history for animals and civilizations. Good assortment of unique pieces. There is a lot of pottery, more than you'd think for sure. The collection of Greek and Roman busts is impressive along with the number of tombs. The dinosaur exhibit wasn't able to be fully seen due to renovations.

Obviously this place has an amazing view. I ordered an old fashioned. It was perfectly made. My food was amazing. I got the multi-course meal that included an appetizer, the main dish, and a dessert. It was definitely on the pricey side. For one person with a good solid tip and of course the alcoholic drink. My total bill was about $160. That said the view is amazing. The service was great. The food was amazing. Absolutely worth every bit of it and it was a great evening to myself with a beautiful sunset. I highly recommend getting reservations and I would also recommend to look and see what time is sunset is and get there about a half hour before

I recently visited the CN Tower with a group of friends on a weekday, and it was an unforgettable experience! We decided to buy our tickets online beforehand, which meant we didn't have to wait in long lines. This definitely helped make the whole experience smoother and more enjoyable from the start. The moment we stepped into the lift, the excitement was already building up. The staff in the elevator were not just professional but also incredibly funny and engaging, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to the ride. The fast ascent gave us a sense of anticipation, and the view as we reached the top was nothing short of breathtaking. From the observation deck, the city sprawled beneath us like a living, breathing landscape. The buildings seemed to stretch endlessly, while the cars and vehicles below appeared as tiny moving dots—it's amazing how perspective shifts when you're so high up! The day view was spectacular, offering a clear, panoramic look at Toronto's impressive skyline, and we could see all the way to Lake Ontario. But what really made the experience even more magical was seeing the city transition as the sun began to set. Watching the sky change from golden hues to the deep blues of night, the lights of the city flickering to life below, was truly mesmerizing. One of the highlights of our visit was the chance to see the vastness of Lake Ontario. The enormous water body stretched out endlessly, and you could almost feel the peace that it brought to the bustling city. It’s hard to put into words how incredible it felt to take in such a stunning sight from such a height. While we soaked in the views, we also treated ourselves to some delicious food at the restaurant, which had its own glass floor. Dining while looking out over the entire city, surrounded by the endless sky and twinkling lights, made the meal even more memorable. Everything down below seemed so small and far away—the buildings, the busy streets, even the people—all of it felt like a different world from up there. It was a perfect blend of nature, cityscape, and human activity, all from the comfort of the CN Tower. We enjoyed the beauty of the tower. We opted for the trip to the top. It's a tad overrated. The clouds at the top made getting good pictures a difficult task. The elevator is super crowded, but very fast. The staff members are kind, respectful and helpful. I think going to the observation deck would have been a better option for us. It is lit beautifully at night from the outside. The glass floor and big beautiful images behind it were fun!

The CN Tower is a must-see! A unique place any time of year. The view from the top is indescribable – the entire city looks like a scale model, with Lake Ontario stretching out to the horizon. The biggest attraction? The glass floor, which you step onto with a little trepidation, but then burst into a broad smile 😄 The whole experience was perfectly organized and with very friendly service. It's worth buying tickets online. If you're in Toronto, you simply can't miss it! I recommend it to anyone who wants to see Toronto from a completely different perspective. An unforgettable experience!

My first time experience here was amazing. The walk to the restaurant is a little bit much but once you are in the building it’s actually pretty neat. You go up the sky lift that gives you amazing views of the city and immediately out of the elevator you are guided and seated to you seat. Now I did make reservations that were honored so I’d recommend making arrangements ahead of time, we were there for a birthday and they accommodated my wishes of acknowledging the special with a cute placard and a special desert for his birthday with a cute placard. The food however was 10/10 I had the lamb shank and grits, with a deconstructed Caesar salad. Everything tasted great even my guys food was good he opted for the seafood route with a lobster style meal and Brussels. I can say 10/10 even our waiter was attentive and helped up pick out items and plan our meal accordingly. I missed his name but he was amazing and well wishes to him. I inquired about if there were any semi sweet wines and he recommended me one and even let me sample it ! Of course it was amazing right from Canadian vineyards which was a plus. I’d definitely recommend if you are okay spending a good penny.

We absolutely loved this experience and we're going to come back to do it again. We enjoyed everything about it. We were able to walk up and buy tickets, there was no wait. I was truly surprised by the size of the tower. The views were incredible and there's an art exhibit. I don't want to give it all away but this was worth every penny.

There were so many activities that kept them entertained and excited the entire time. Everything was well organized, clean, and safe, which made it easy for us to just relax and enjoy ourselves. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you could tell they really cared about making sure everyone had a great time. We’ll definitely be coming back — such a wonderful place for families to make memories together!

Ripley’s Aquarium is an amazing place for families. My son loved watching the stingrays — you can see them from above (bird’s-eye view) in open water, just a few feet away. The kids’ section has a small filtration system for play purposes, where children can learn how water moves through the aquarium. It’s educational, fun, and a great way for kids to explore and understand how filtration works. The place is clean, well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for both kids and adults!

Its a really cool, fairly big aquarium. It was a little cfowdwd, but other than that, it was fun. There were so many decorations and things to see, and unique sea creatures. The kids indoor playground looked fun, and all the tanks were very clean, and the creatures were well maintained. The only problem was the food. I there were more fikd options. The only cafeteria type food place only had a couple crowded tables, and barely had anything on the menu. But that wasnt enough to bring my rating down to a 4 stars, because the aquarium is so great. I love this place.

Awesome for all ages. Plenty of seating arrangements for elders. Touching the sting ray is the best thing as a climax kids can have. My kids had an amazing day. The aquarium has a lot of variety of sea creatures . Moreover the way it has been presented is amazing. Information display is very clear and simple. Its worth the money. Memorable experience.

9:00 a.m. Toronto My CityPASS said I could visit Ripley’s Aquarium anytime, so with an hour to spare before my CN Tower reservation, I decided to head inside. I asked the girl scanning tickets how long it usually took to get through. She told me about an hour and a half. It was Monday morning, and the place was completely empty. It was quiet, the kind of quiet that hums in your chest. Just the low music and the faint whoosh of water cycling through the tanks. The blue light made everything look like it was breathing. I wandered slowly, taking in the small faces of the fish and the strange calm that filled the rooms. There was even a “quiet tent” set up for anyone who needed a break. I understood why. If I had another encounter with that sawfish staring at me like it was judging my entire existence, I’d need it too. For a quick stop, it ended up being one of the most peaceful hours of my trip so far.

It was nice, but honestly, $56 for adults and $38 for children is way too expensive for what you offer. There were no glow fish, no dolphins, and not even a dolphin show. For the amount you charge, at least include some impressive or unique marine life that makes the visit feel worth the money. They seriously needs to improve its exhibits or reconsider its pricing it feels more like a tourist trap than an educational experience.

One of the best Aquariums I have ever gone to. Great tour of the water life in Lake Ontario, this place taught me a lot about the creatures in the water. They have a great jellyfish exhibit which has glow in the dark jellyfish under blacklight which was an amazing experience. If you have never visited this aquarium I highly recommend you check this place out!

Beautiful, scenic and relaxing! Stunning views of downtown Toronto en route by ferry to this quaint set of interconnected islands. Lovely boardwalk from Ward’s Island to Centre Island. Clean and lifeguard-supervised swimming area on Centre Island. Cute amusement park and gardens. Spend the day or just a few hours.

Toronto Islands are one of the best places to visit in the city. The view of the skyline from across the water is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. Whether it’s summer or fall, the islands are stunning. There are three islands, each with its own charm. You can take a boat to any of them (check the schedule), or grab a water taxi near Harbourfront for a more relaxing ride. The return trip from the island is free even if you didn’t take the ferry. The are a few beaches which are clean and scenic, perfect for summer days. I highly recommend going on a weekday, ideally in the morning to avoid crowds (it can be VERY crowdy on weekends). On weekdays it is quiet, peaceful, and you might feel like you have the whole place to yourself. The best way to explore is by renting a bike through Bike Share. There are lots of them available. There is also a nice boardwalk on the opposite side of the islands (no bikes permitted though). But the best part is of course the iconic view from Centre Island. There are also a few cafes for a quick snack, plenty of picnic spots, lots of water stations. Overall, Toronto Islands are a must-see!

We ended up catching the ferry to Billy Bishop Airport (~10minutes). From there, we walked to Center Island. It was incredibly crowded for a weekday. Prices were high for pretty much everything. The highlights for us were the little farm, where we got to pet the ponies, donkeys, and goats. We caught the ferry back to the mainland maybe 40 minutes after exploring Center Island.

I always have a great time on this island—beautiful nature and delicious food. The only thing I didn’t like this time was that some people were going into the fountain pool, which isn’t allowed. Security should take steps to prevent this.

Visited Toronto Island Park around 3 PM in October with friends. We spent about two hours walking around and watched a beautiful sunset. It was a bit cold, and there isn’t much to do during the colder months besides walking, grabbing a coffee or snack at the small café, or checking out the restaurant that was open. The views of the city and lake were great, but overall it’s a quiet, simple experience in the off-season. Also, in winter the ferry doesn’t reach the main island, so you have to walk about 30 minutes to get there

had a great time at Toronto Islands. The place is peaceful and has amazing views of the city skyline. I went during the air show, and watching it from the island was a perfect choice. The planes flying over the water and skyline made it a great experience. We also had a small barbecue there, which added to the fun. The open space, fresh air, and calm surroundings made it a relaxing day. The ferry ride to the island was smooth and easy. Overall, it was a lovely day,good weather, exciting air show, tasty food, and a perfect spot to enjoy nature while still being close to the city.

Beautiful islands to enjoy some quality time with friends and family. It’s an easy ferry ride or water taxi from the harbours. During weekend a very busy place, so a wait for ferry is long. However if you wish to save time, get a water taxi which is quick for some extra dollars. Overall the island is very clean with great sights and activities for everyone. It’s huge with different sides of it. Centre island is the main attraction for a new person or tourist. Easy to walk around or rent a cycle for better experience. Lots of places to get a quick drink or snacks. Lot of signage’s available and its self explanatory. Best views of Toronto skyline from the islands.

Family and I went to this amazing St.Lawrence Market and it was so many shops inside for whatever you need. It had amazing Food options and so many Meats options also. What are the unique thing is how different culture kind of meat and cheese and fruits that were in this Market. The food was so fresh anywhere you tried to eat because it was made fresh right away. We try the pizza place and it was very delicious. The only reason why I give it a four star is because it would have been nice to see some Halal Options in Market as it had None and we had to find Cheese pizza to eat. Also bathroom could been cleaner! Overall Very Amazing and Unique Market to visit.

If you would love to visit local market as a tourist, this is the place to go! It has nice market atmosphere and I see long queue at many shops in the market by locals. It also cater both raw and ready to eat food. So you can buy beef steak to cook in your homestay or buy ready to eat food. Variety range from meat to seafood to fruits to bread to tarts to desserts and even maple syrup! Beautiful atmosphere and nice yummy food.... A nice brunch place and market!

Had a terrific time spending the day browsing St Lawrence Market. Bought an amazingly creative bouquet of flowers to brighten our hotel room. Had a delicious charcuterie lunch made from purchasing items from various vendors. Dessert was the largest berries we’ve ever seen, sweet, juicy, and delicious! Bought some pork belly to bring home after our trip. Purchased wines, a few souvenirs for our kids, generally had a nice day browsing through the enormous market. For reference I’d say it is about six times the size of Pike Place Market in Seattle.

Pretty much every visitor to Toronto knows this market. It's in a class of its own among public markets. Think about the scale, the vibe, the amazing selection and quality of products. You can even eat and drink while you shop—how great is that? On a nice day (if it's not too cold), the outdoor patio is the place to be. It's spacious, with pigeons wandering around, and another market is just across the street. Picture this: you're eating a lobster roll or pasta, feeding the pigeons, enjoying the scenery, and chatting with friends. What a fantastic scene!

A nice place to visit, lots of options for fancy goods, food particularly seafoods, meats, cheese, backed delicacies, sweets and farm produce. Liked the bright, happy vibe and roaming carefree environment. It was Christmas buying time, it added colourfulness. Good for buying souvenirs too.

This is probably the best market in town for fresh produce and so much more. For example, you can indulge yourself in all things protein in many shops on the main floor. If you feel more adventurous, you might want to check out the seafood stalls as well. My vegetarian friends will also find their delights. This is one of the oldest and simply best places in Toronto for the freshest food possible. I feel blessed to live nearby and be able to take advantage of this privilege to get the food of my choice at anytime. I especially love the lamb chops and marinated chicken breasts 😊 Highly recommended to all foodies living downtown Toronto.

Wonderful experience of the oldest market in Canada! There was a booth that has been there since before Canadas birth! The main floor is where fresh food is sold. The lower level has all the international flavours… will visit again. Lively atmosphere… need sitting area in winter. Has a mini-museum in lowest level where the jail used to be.

We had a tasting here and tried many samples of awesome wines . All of the Surahs were amazing . Colin is awesome and the best guy you can get to show you the tastings . Give this man a huge raise ! He made our experience a phenomenal one .

Charles, our server, was incredibly approachable and engaging. He captured our attention with an intriguing and informative overview of the Niagara wine industry, all while keeping things personable and tailored to our experience. We’ve been to many Niagara wine tastings, but this one truly stood out! We learned so much and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent tasting experience. I have done tastings i Australia, France and Canada. This is by far the best wine testing I have ever experienced. Collin was amazing. He really knew the wines and was able to make suggestions for our tasting based on our comments. Superb.

Our previous visit to Kacaba was during a period of covid restrictions, so it was super to be back when the full great experience was available. They have a spacious bright tasting room/event space on two levels in the main hall, and a private room is also available. Lots of outdoor spaces for visits on the warmer months. Our visit this time was related to our membership at another nearby winery, Commisso, whose club includes partnerships with a number of nearby wineries for tastings. Kacaba has a lot to offer! Among the three of us, we tasted most of the menu and had a lovely visit with the staff member. My top two were the Reserve Reisling and, of course Joanne's Blend (sparkling!). My partner and our companion were both quite pleased with multi-award winning Syrah Reserve and Meritage Reserve. All in all, it was a great way to have spent a dreary December afternoon.

Great visit! Very rich with culture and good people! Ive been there since i was (5) at art shows. The art is top notch and well worth seeing and buying.

This was our first visit to the Chautauqua Institute. We went for Week 3 and joined some of our friends from California for the week. We had no idea what to expect - and even after the first few days, we were still taking it all in. This gated community has a rich past with hundreds of historic buildings and homes right next to Chautauqua Lake. We enjoyed a lot of the activities that week - from lectures and concerts at the Amphitheater to plays at the theatre to a steamship tour around the lake on the Chautauqua Belle. We looked forward to our morning walks along the lake and up and down the streets to look at the lovely homes. The only thing we didn't like was the hotel we stayed at - the Spencer Hotel & Spa (which I also reviewed). We've already reserved our room for next year at the Athenaeum Hotel.

Beautiful place with good acoustics for shows. Parking is $20 and quite far away but a shuttle is available.

An artsy, upscale, well-maintained and self-contained village in the countryside beside Ch. Lake. Many activities available in the busy summer season, but we appreciated quiet walks on uncrowded paths in the fall off-season. Very leashed-dog-friendly. Leisurely 12 mph speed limit is not always adhered to in the off season.

Last weekend I was the guest of a friend at the Chautauqua Institution to hear conservative pundit Jason Riley, who is originally from Buffalo, went to my Alma mater - University of Buffalo, sits on the Editorial Board of the Wall Street Journal and is a Fox News contributor. I told him before he signed my book, that I disagreed with him on somethings, Jason's response, ".. are you sure you want me to sign your book?". It's been a quite a few years since I've been back, but the place looks the same. What's different, I got the impression that some people felt that they didn't have the freedom to have, or hear certain thoughts in certain venues on the facility grounds. A week later, a world famous author who I've met before, did security for, Salman Rushie, that has spoken in Buffalo was attacked in the very venue that I enjoyed a religious service. The irony, his intended conversation was to talk about freedom of speech in the United States of America. Our country, unfortunately, is so polarized presently, that it's almost impossible for people to just listen to one another. I was invited out to dinner recently, place of my choice, I picked Hutch's. I was told we couldn't go there because the owner supported Trump and gun rights advocates. What does that have to do with a good steak? If the person is not preaching hate, nor advocating violence , people have the right to believe in what they want as long as it doesn't infringe on your personal rights. If we can't have a coffee, or medium steak and sensible conversation- agreeing to be disagreeable, nothing but problems lies ahead for our country🇺🇸

Very grateful to have had the opportunity of attending this program. As a student of the program though, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the housing given to us. Prior to writing this review I found a bee walking across the floor of my dorm, despite the windows being sealed shut. This prompted me to question the insulation of the dorms, considering I've found numerous other bugs and spiders. Furthermore, we paid an $800 fee for the air conditioning to be installed this year, of which we were the first year to have this privilege. However, the AC broke three times within the first two weeks of my stay here, and remained broken for days at a time. Good luck doing laundry here! There are 4 washers and 4 dryers for the ballet, art, orchestra, and opera programs. Totally unreasonable. The dryer also doesn't work and I've had to dry my clothes three times just to get them at least damp. (Each cycle costs a dollar btw) So in total I spent $21 alone on laundry which is frustrating as a college student who is trying to save money. Also, the food within the institution and in the dorm dining hall are nothing exceptional. I ended up spending a lot of money on eating out at restaurants because the dining hall made me sick at times. And if you would like to doordash, you can't without looking for your driver for ten minutes because of how strict the gate pass policy is. Highly recommend coming here with a car if you are a student. Was also disappointed with how the musicians were treated during the ballet and opera cycles. We were cramped into a tight makeshift "pit" because the real pit had flooded this winter?? So instead we risked banging our tens of thousands of dollar instruments against each other for the sake of an opera cycle which was thrown together on a whim. Another great feature about this institution is nothing is open after 11 pm! And there is no food to be found after 10 pm. The food itself is ridiculously expensive for what it is. The coffee gazebo is extremely mid and costs at least $9 for a latte that is 3/4 milk and 1/4 espresso. Really liked the instruction and learned a lot here, just really disappointed with how they treat the students. Multiple students had injuries here with how much they treat us like workhorses.

We were pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful surroundings of this quaint village. The grounds are exquisitely maintained. We were at the pavilion to see the Jurassic Park movie with an orchestra. The pavilion is very nice. It’s quite a walk to get to the Pavilion from parking so be prepared. The walk is beautiful. It feels like you’re walking in an old time village from yesteryear. Next time we will take more time to explore. We will definitely visit again.
