worth the visit if your into some high end shopping/window shopping etc. we didn't find it much interesting. but lots of nice places to eat/drink around.
Parking: we parked in Beverly hills library which is walkable from the drive. parking is free first 2hr and every half hour $1. daily max $16.
Clean, upscale, and beautiful to walk around. Luxury stores, palm trees, and a really nice Beverly Hills vibe. Even if you’re not shopping, it’s a great place to just stroll and enjoy the area.

Located at the end of Manhattan Beach Pier, Roundhouse Aquarium is a free-to-enter attraction that houses over 100 marine species from Santa Monica Bay. The aquarium features four galleries where visitors can explore and learn about sea life, including interactive exhibits and animal encounters with moray eels, rays, and octopuses. It also offers summer beach camps and classes for marine enthusiasts.
It's a cool little aquarium experience. They have quite a bit of sealife. Admission is free, but donations are encouraged. It's worth a visit.

While checking out the area, we decided to stop in the aquarium since we were already on the pier. We realized it didn't open until 2 p.m., which seemed late to me. Since it was 10 minutes until 2, we decided to wait. Some employees started bringing stuff outside, but it was more than 10 minutes past 2 that they let people in. I get and generally love the laid-back atmosphere of Southern California, but waiting an extended period of time after opening to get in was kinda annoying, especially because we needed to leave by 3 and were concerned we wouldn't have enough time on the parking meter to see all that we wanted to see.
Once we got inside, we discovered it is a free aquarium, but donations for operation are appreciated! You can make a cash or electronic donation.
The aquarium itself isn't very big, but there are some neat things to see! My two highlights were seeing an octopus moving around its tank and the volunteer that was there explaining and teaching things to people! I learned a few new things while I was there! I always appreciate a chance to learn more about the world around me! The man was very friendly and did a fantastic job engaging with visitors!
Overall, there were many interesting things to see and experience! However, some of the displays could be improved for a better viewing experience. Some were hard to see because of poor lighting or light glare. The octopus was my favorite thing to see but probably had the worst tank of all. The poor lighting made it more difficult to see with good clarity. There was also a working area by the tank that looked disorganized and blocked good viewing. The octopus looked to be healthy and in good shape, but it could use a bigger, better tank.
I wouldn't list this as a must-see aquarium. However, if you happen to be in the Manhattan Beach area and like marine life, it's worth the look around!
Small but full of interesting exhibits! 🐠 It’s a cute little aquarium right at the end of the Manhattan Beach Pier — perfect to stop by if you’re already at the beach. Lots to see for its size, and it’s nice to just wander around and enjoy the ocean vibe. Great for kids and anyone who loves marine life!

I love walking down the pier and coming to this aquarium. It's a nice small aquarium that is free and has a good amount of sea life to look at. Always a great bonus after a walk and adds to the pier experience.
Excellent place, small but enough to learn about marine life. I loved seeing the jellyfish, a living creature that never ceases to amaze me with how it moves in its habitat.
The kids were absolutely fascinated with being able to touch and experience the ocean life urchin and star fish. Staff was also educational and provided lots of info and it was free !!! Will be going back
The Roundhouse aquarium was nice!!! Two stories, tightly packed with well- labeled sea life in clean aquariums!

Peterson Automotive Museum is one of the best museums I’ve ever been to and an absolute dream place for any car and car culture lover. Several floors of curated cars including the history of the American automotive industry, the future of driverless cars, famous cars seen on TV and in the movies. The layout of the exhibitions is well planned and spacious. Lots of info and photo reference for each car and there are even tours run by the museum.
The racing history section is really cool and there is also a sim for visitors to try - be sure to book for this as it gets busy.
Do not pass on The Vault, located in the basement and housing hundreds and hundreds of cars from every era. Including a room dedicated to F1 cars.
The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly, be sure to ask them all the question as what they know is truly impressive and they are all car enthusiasts.

Excellent selection of stunning cars. The variety was fantastic. Went here on a Sunday with my son. It was very easy to park and enter the museum. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a place for kids to do some crafts, build Lego cars and sit in a couple cars. The Vault was a must see. Absolutely loved the selection, especially the Formula 1 cars for my son. We were able to get really close to the cars and it wasn't too crowded. We had a great time here and I would highly recommend visiting.

Located along Wilshire Boulevard's Museum Row, the Peterson is features a red facade wrapped in sweeping stainless steel ribbons. Inside the museum houses more than 300 iconic cars across three floor ranging from early automotive icons to cutting edge supercars, concept vehicles and movie props. Each portion of the gallery tells a distinct story and highlights the evolution of racing, engineering and design.
The experience is thoughtfully curated, balancing historical insight with modern flair. Interactive exhibits and immersive displays make the museum accessible for all ages, while serious enthusiasts can explore “The Vault,” a guided underground collection showcasing some of the rarest and most historically significant cars in the world. I have no idea why after all these years living in SoCal that it took me so long to pay a visit to Petersen Automotive Museum. Went on a Friday and arrived around 11:30 a.m., and while it was busy, it wasn't overwhelmingly so. Ample parking on site, though it does cost, however, it is a pretty short walk to get inside. If you taking the time to tour this museum, I highly recommend paying the little extra to tour "The Vault" in addition to the main museum. It's located on the lower level and it houses such an amazing collection of cars spanning the years, which car enthusiasts and the like will appreciate. Honestly, one could easily spend hours down there in awe of these vehicles! The main museum is also really interesting as well. There are three separate levels within the main area and each has it's own unique theme. Along the way you will see a wide variety of automobiles as well as famous cars you might recognize from the movies. Even if you're not a gear-head you will enjoy your time here!
This place is definitely my favorite car museum in the world. I had the pleasure of having Jeff as one of my guides. He is absolutely amazing. The knowledge that that man contains about the vehicles that are in that facility are unmatched. He completely made my day with the stories he knew in the history of the vehicles. Do yourself a favor if you’re gonna come out to this museum, do not skip out on the vault you will regret it. Going to this place for me was like going down memory lane and bringing back all the best memories of my childhood if you love vehicles you’re in the right place.
Bring forth the rides! So many museums have epic cars, but coming to the Los Angeles car lot like this,is AWESOME! I Mena the Mach 5 from Speed racer to Batman and the Popemobile! You can take photos of it all and enjoy some of the most beautiful car collection around. Don't miss it. Worth the Vault too!

A MUST VISIT for any automotive enthusiast, the cars here were insane and so overwhelming by the scale of this collection. Highlights were the CLK GTR, Enzo, and EB110. If you even only like cars this is worth a trip. Me and my friend were amazed by the scale and the Vault is 100% worth it, less crowded and contained some incredible cars. We left feeling like we could come back again and again and still find more to see. Parking was tough, the sign said “Lot Full” but we pulled in and found a spot luckily when someone was leaving. Overall a 10/10

Last week I had a chance to visit the Manhattan Beach before I board the airplane in LAX. I know the west coast is well known for sunset views. It is very true that sunset is gorgeous. The piers in Manhattan Beach adds a lot of flavor to the sunset. If you walk underneath the piers you’ll get a real treat of the sunset scene with surfers and family photos takers and other water sports youngsters. There are many beautiful homes along the beach. There are also many restaurants for you to choose. It ls a worth a while place to visit if you are in LA area.

We stopped at Manhattan Beach during our drive from San Francisco, and I instantly fell in love with it. The vibe of the place is incredible — relaxed, welcoming, and full of that classic SoCal energy. The beach itself is beautifully maintained and impressively clean, which made walking along the shore even more enjoyable.
The pier was definitely a highlight. It offers stunning ocean views and adds so much charm to the entire area. Parking was easy to find, which made the visit stress-free. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer to soak up more of the atmosphere.

The sand was very clean and soft, wind was pleasant, but the water quality was poor (high bacteria per health reports). The pier was in good shape but people ignored the signs saying things like no dogs, no scooters etc. Good spot for pictures and a very, very, small aquarium at the end. Other than that no vendors or shops. You have to go up the hill to town. Parking was only 2 hrs on the street and in the lots.
We love this place for short walks. Especially free small aquarium at end of pier. Lots of shops and dining too. Sand is soft. Lifeguards on duty. Beach is clean and sho no signs of trash. A lot of trash bins prior to heading to the shore maybe to remind visitors to Throw their trash on the way in or out.
The beauty and power of the sea will elevate your innergy; even on a day the sun is slightly hiding. The waves are invigorating, without touch. Sand between toes with sea water seeking into the skin of feet, rising into one’s vessel, is incomparable. I love it! What a dream to live along the oceanfront!
Manhatten is a nice Upscale beach community. A great variety of restaurants and boutiques to fit everyone's personal preferences. Seems to have plenty of paid parking lots and meters along the main roads. It's a steep grade to walk to the Pier.
Manhattan Beach Pier is a wonderful spot to enjoy the ocean and the coastal vibe. The walking track is awesome — on one side, you have beautiful houses, and on the other, the stunning beach. Perfect for a relaxing stroll, photos, and soaking in the scenery. A must-visit if you’re in the area!
Manhattan Beach is absolutely stunning — clean, relaxed, and incredibly scenic. The wide sandy shoreline is perfect for long walks, beach volleyball, or just laying back to enjoy the ocean breeze. The water was clean and great for swimming or surfing, and the sunsets are just breathtaking!

The Grove is a nice outdoor mall with a mix of high end stores. Around the holidays, especially at Christmas, the decorations are colorful and festive, which makes it a fun place to walk around.
There’s a good movie theater and lots of places to eat. The Original Farmers Market is also here, it has a bunch of different food options, and the people working there are usually pretty friendly.
Such a great experience! 🌟 This plaza is absolutely beautiful 🏙️ and filled with lots of nice shops 🛍️ — I really enjoyed my time here ❤️. There’s even a little track train 🚝 that takes you around the entire market, which made exploring super fun and relaxing.
The fountain is stunning 💦✨ — I honestly felt like I could sit there all day and just enjoy the atmosphere 🪑☀️.
Right next to it, there’s also a lovely farmer’s market 🥕🍞 with fresh produce and cute local stands. You could easily spend a whole day here just strolling around and taking it all in.
Visit here to get dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. But we came early and got to enjoy a beautiful sunset here. This photos, I took without edit or filter. Really no filter needed. Night time here also good to go, the vibes and lights make it more magical.
Finally checked this place off my want to go list! So many people and shops. There's a really cool trolley and a fountain that make for good photo ops! While you're here, definitely take some time to check out the adjacent farmers market!

I still miss the Dominique Ansel Bakery that used to be here (RIP cronut runs 😭& cookie in cup 🥐), but The Grove continues to deliver with its mix of fashion, food, and entertainment.
The Grove is one of the favorite spots in LA. It’s a gorgeous open-air mall with a great mix of high-end stores, everyday brands, and delicious restaurants. A great place to visit for all ages. I recommend taking one of the guided tours as we learned so much more than if we had not. It’s hard to believe the asphalt is still seeping up all over the park. The fossil collection is spectacular. You can also see an excavation site as well as the scientists preserving the fossils.
I found the museum very informative. The decent was a gentleman, he provided us with facts we wouldn't have known without him. The displays were amazing. I was very intrigued that different areas were sprouting up tar and so they put neon green cones by them. The different pits are still be excavated and new animal remains are still being found. We had teens with us and they seemed to be interested in the displays too.
Been wanting to visit here for years. The museum was very interesting and not over crowded like i thought it would be. We did not get to observe the excavation as it was later in the day and it had closed.maybe go there first?
I found it very unfortunat that the LACMA was clearly being built over areas where there was more to be excavated as they found fossles while building the facility. LACMA is built all around and nearly 10 feet away from the active excavations and tar pits.

This museum is like the little sister of the natural history museum, focusing on the fossils found in the tar pits of the area. The space is pretty small and just one loop so you can finish seeing everything in less than 2 hours. They have some pretty neat fossils dating back to the ice age, and lots of interesting information. The entire surrounding area is nice to walk around and check out too.
I had been here a lot times in different seasons but honestly as a local I had never seen this rock kinda structure and alien-like futuristic spot.
This is telling me that you never see the whole page when you did not experience everywhere in every corner. So don’t always go far to find sth new! Start from where you are to find what you have missed.
I really really enjoyed that afternoon in the gorgeous LA sunlight combining with the most beautiful and natural color (green and blue) in every scene. No fake! No ugly filter, no human commercial. No social and no purpose. It was just pure nature and wilderness. It is the best thing for me and it is free.
I am just so sick of fake people and their intention behind. All they want is attention to fulfill their vanity. That is so stupid.
Nature is powerful, effortless, and mysterious. Life and its vitality is everywhere if we pay attention to that healthy energy. It is sooooo magical. Isn’t it?

Visited to see something uniquely Southern Californian. Wasn't sure what to expect. Had a great time with my wife and kids. You can see the tar pits (actually asphalt, as the displays explain) for free by just walking around the park. There's a good museum too with fossils on display and a lab where fossils from the tar pits are cleaned. Outside you can see a lot where a crew is excavating into the tar. Not too stinky, if that's a concern. 😉
Awesome museum got in for free with museums for all. Learned a lot and really enjoyed our visit.

Hermosa Beach Pier is a historic 1,140-foot structure that offers stunning views of Santa Monica Bay and the Los Angeles area. This is our favorite beach. They have the strip of stores and restaurants right off the beach. It's very clean and family-friendly. If you like volleyball, they have a ton of courts to play on. If you want a refreshing bite to eat, I suggest the acai place called Good Sol. So, good!

Parking is a challenge, sometimes. The pier has plenty of benches. They had a volleyball competition the day I visited. The bathroom might be without toilet paper at times. I noticed the area to be clean. There are restaurants and shops near the boardwalk. Very lively. I noticed a skateboarding group riding together. I also noticed a live band playing music on a Thursday night in July in one of the outdoor bars.
As a portrait photographer, this is one of my favorite spots to shoot couples at sunset and even capture spontaneous street portraits of interesting strangers. It’s a lively, cinematic place — no surprise it was one of the filming locations for La La Land. The crowd brings great energy, and the golden hour light here is simply magical.
If you’re a fan of dreamy light and city vibes, you’ll love shooting (or being photographed) here too!

We enjoyed our visit to the California Science Center, but it definitely had some highs and lows. The biggest downside was that many parts of the exhibits were closed or under renovation, which made the experience feel a bit unfinished. On the plus side, the aquarium section was nice, and the exhibits that were open kept the kids entertained and curious.
There’s a new construction area in progress that looks like it’s going to be amazing once complete—but in the meantime, the center really needs to focus on updating and maintaining the existing spaces. The facility started off quiet in the morning, which was great, but it became very busy as the day went on.
We grabbed a snack at the café, which was surprisingly good, though the eating area itself could use more attention—it had cobwebs and dirty walls that took away from the experience. Overall, it’s a good place to visit, especially with kids, but right now it feels more like a work in progress.
Love this place! They take donations, other than parking, the place is free to visit. There are extra activities that charge such as the IMAX theater, space simulator, rock wall and hurricane tunnel simulator. They have space exhibits, tons of interactive areas, an aquarium and sports building. It wasn’t very crowded. The kids and I really enjoyed it. We touched some starfish, a wall of ice, played with some interactive exhibits.
There’s a food court on the first floor, a rose garden and several other museums right outside of the science center. We were there for several hours and did not get a chance to see everything.
The California Science Center is one of those museums that manages to feel genuinely hands on without ever dumbing anything down. There is a lot to see, from interactive exhibits that kids can throw themselves into to larger displays that reward slow reading and attention, so it works well for both quick visits and longer afternoons. Seeing the space shuttle exhibits up close gives the whole place a sense of scale and wonder that is hard to forget. I also appreciated that the staff were patient and helpful, even with crowds, which kept the whole experience energetic rather than chaotic.
Had a short, but great time visiting with mom after some years. Her walking & patience isn't the same, but I made sure to visit my fav, the Eco System. I got to touch starfish and learn the many types and colors they had there and see urchins and jelly fish.
Looked like schools were visiting this day as it got crowded in some sections. It's a good place to visit and stay cool while looking at new and old displays. The store at the entrance has jewelry, clothes, puzzles, many more items at fair prices. I highly recommend taking a trip, it's free with paid lot that is shared for the other museums.
big museum with tons of interactive displays and different exhibit rooms. i especially loved the fish tanks and the touch tank outside. there was also a fun room where you played with ping pong balls. i didn’t go to their current exhibit but it was still enough to do then i got cookies in the cafe. the only downside is swarms of kids everywhere bc of field trips but not too bad. i also liked the fire safety exhibit with the fake apartment. admission is free which makes this an easy five stars.

Admission to the Science Center is free! This area of Los Angeles is very safe during the day, especially when large school groups are visiting the Science Center. The Science Center focuses on Air and Space as well as Ecosystems. The anchor of the Air and Space Exhibit is the Space Shuttle Endeavor. The Center is creating a new display for the Endeavor and solid rocket boosters. Seeing Endeavor up close and speaking to former engineers who build and designed her is an amazing experience. The Ecosystems displays are interactive and fantastic for children of all ages, even if you are 91 years old. Plan to watch one of the IMAX movies on the screen that is seven floors tall! The selection is extensive, the seats very comfortable, and accommodations have been made for handicap access. Plan to spend at least 4 hours hear. When we come with our family, we spend the whole day. There are tasty choices for food and drink, or enjoy the inside and outdoor tables when you bring your own lunch.

Had nothing but positive things to say about this place. It was really cool except that was not here for a basketball game. I was here for a sleep token concert. And the venue was amazing. I don’t think there was a bad seat in the house wherever you were watching your show from. The layout, the decor, the staff work in the event. I don’t know if that necessarily has anything to do with my review of this place, but honestly, we had an all-around great experience with this venue.
Always a great time at Crypto.com Arena! I went for a Lakers game and the energy was awesome as always. Entrance was quick and easy, food court has good options, the seats were super comfortable. You can usually find street parking or use one of the garages nearby (around $40). Great vibes, great crowd, and always a fun night in downtown LA!
It was a very fun experience, but workers could use some more training. We had gotten upgraded to pit after the opener and wanted directions to it. A few workers were walking around, and we asked for directions to multiple staff members. They all gave us different answers, and I believe one even said "entrance 3" (I don't even think it exists lol).
Doors opened at 6:32, since they were busy asking people to empty out their totes and to open their bags. I went in line around 5:40, small line, no biggie. Also, tickets are priced lower the day before the concert (just a suggestion; I got mine the day after tickets went on sale).
Went to see GDragon and had an amazing time. The production team put on such a good show. But also the venue is perfect. Seats are comfortable, sound is perfect, the place is clean. Plenty of parking available. Staff members were all very friendly, even if not all of them knew where our seats were. I loved everything about it. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to buy tickets for future events at this venue.
Overall enjoyed the experience here and look forward to going back in the future. I found the concourses to be quite narrow and hard to get around. The food selections were quite different than most arenas, but perhaps fit the local diet better. But it made it hard for me to find much I wanted to eat and ended up spending over $20 for some Doritos nachos in the After Dark special area.

Outside the arena, you can see statues of legendary athletes, including Kobe Bryant — who tragically passed away — as well as other basketball, hockey, and boxing icons like Oscar De La Hoya.
The arena is connected to LA Live, making it a perfect spot to enjoy downtown LA’s nightlife before or after a game or concert. A must-visit landmark for sports and entertainment fans visiting Los Angeles.
Amazing experience watching Lakers live. You must visit this place if you are in Los Angeles even if you never watched a basketball game before. I bought the parking ticket in advance and it was a little bit expensive but still more affordable than use uber from west hollywood.

Been here a couple of times but never found a concert we liked until today.
The first half of the chamber music program featured modern pieces, and the second half was dedicated to Beethoven.
It's interesting to note that they performed in the main hall (only half full), instead of the smaller one. The acoustic is gorgeous.
The venue is terrific, especially the outdoor garden.
They offered little wine prior to the start, and we chatted with a few female concertgoers. The first two ladies are friends, both widowed and living nearby. They suggested Vespiao for dinner. Then two separate females joined us, one Chinese, who said she's on the board of the Library, and confirmed the homeless people using the bathroom at the Central Library. She also insisted on talking to me in Mandarin.

Absolutely Beautiful💜❤️🩷The concert hall’s architecture is amazing and the high ceilings structure in the interior is perfect for sound/ acoustics. The seating is perfect at any angle and it has comfortable seating for everyone. The woodwork is beautiful on every level. Gaining entrance to the concert hall is really easy and available on every level of the parking structure and on the street level entrance. There’s accessible parking and seating in this building. There's a gift shop, plus areas to buy food and drinks on each level. There's also a beautiful outdoor dining area and a beautiful view of the city. This building has beautiful structures of art, mesmerizing walk ways, and paths around the sitting areas which lead you to explore. There’s an addition for children to explore and experience the arts with a children's stage. The staff is friendly, efficient and very supportive to help with all necessities and getting you to your seat on time. The performers and performances of all of these musical talents will take your breath away. Gustavo Dudamel is absolutely fantastic and of course including all of the musicians giving their best performances. Just watching and listening to everything made me feel mesmerized and so happy to be able to share this experience with others. If you have the chance to see him conduct with so much passion, please do. This is his last season in Los Angeles.
This is our first time visiting the Walt Disney concert hall. The architecture is beautiful, and the overall design of the building is wonderful. If you have never visited the concert hall, please know that the ORCHESTRA VIEW section is behind the stage so you will be enjoying the music from the bands backside. “Orchestra view”means the view the orchestra has facing the audience. Would not recommend this section even if it’s called “orchestra”. Seating is bench style - not individual seats, so it can be crowded and you’ll be sitting arm-to-arm, literally. Would return but only to purchase seating in the center sections.
What a beautiful place, I don’t think there is a bad seat in the whole concert hall. There is plenty of parking in the underground garage and it is very easy to get up to the entrance. We had a nice experience and I look forward to our next concert.
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to take pictures or record video once the concert begins, so I only took a few pictures pre-concert.
Amazing place to visit. I did the self-guided tour and was pretty straightforward. I did it on a Saturday morning and the music hall was open. Super nice!
Even without stepping inside, the Walt Disney Concert Hall leaves a lasting impression. I had the pleasure of admiring it every day from my hotel room at the Conrad across the street and it became a favorite part of my LA skyline view. Designed by Frank Gehry, the building’s architecture is truly a masterpiece — with its swooping silver curves and bold futuristic presence. It's captivating from every angle and feels like a sculpture come to life. I didn’t get a chance to attend a performance this time, but just walking around the structure and seeing how it reflects light at different times of day was already a memorable experience. I’d love to return someday to hear the acoustics from within.
This was my third visit to Walt Disney Concert Hall. We attended an astonishing performance of Mahler’s 2nd Symphony by the LA Philharmonic. The hall, designed by famed architect Frank Gehry, is a marvel of form and function that needs to be experienced. Tours are available daily. Don’t miss the garden area on the south and west sides of the building. The acoustics in the concert hall are amazingly clear.

Dodger Stadium, located in Elysian Park and opened in 1962, is a must-visit for baseball fans. With a massive 56,000-seat capacity, it's one of the largest MLB stadiums and has been home to the Los Angeles Dodgers since its inception.
I went to a game at Dodger Stadium recently, and it was an amazing time. The energy in the stadium is contagious—from the crowd singing along to the national anthem to the excitement building with each pitch, everything felt electric.
The stadium itself is iconic. The views are fantastic, especially when the sun starts to set behind the hills. The architecture has a classic charm, you can tell this is a park with history and with character. 
Food-wise, I got nachos and a beer. Delicious choices, but yes—the prices were steep. Nachos cost more than expected, and the beer wasn’t cheap. Still, consuming them while cheering, surrounded by fans, made it worth it.
The amenities and atmosphere were excellent. Plenty of vendors, good sightlines, helpful staff. Even if parking or getting in took a bit of time, once inside it didn’t matter—every moment felt fun. 
Overall, despite the high cost of snacks and drinks, it was a very fulfilling experience. If you love baseball, camaraderie, and a lively crowd, Dodger Stadium is a must-visit.

A truly fantastic baseball experience from a visiting fan (Phillies). Views inside are fantastic. We had first row seats in the 158 Loge level. Food at the main concourse level is great (garlic fries are a must get). Getting in and out was a breeze, and the fans were awesome. Super cool experience.
Rating Dodger Stadium 5 stars because there is nothing like Blue Heaven on Earth! I’ve been coming to games since the early 90s. The only rough part of a visit may be getting back the freeway after a game.
DS is such a historic ballpark, but it’s full of great upgrades. There are a lot of great spots to eat, great shops, and wonderful historic/informational displays. No surprise since DS is the third oldest stadium in use as of 2025! You’ll even find placards showing historic events by visiting teams throughout.
I love sitting along the third base side of the park to keep in the shade. I like sitting up high so I can see the San Gabriel Mountains (and Mt Baldy), the Verdugo Mountains, and occasionally the rising moon.
I recommend a cold beer, the taco platter, and soaking it all in. Let’s Go Dodgers!
An old stadium that just works and has stood up to the test of time! They have so many spots for photo opportunities for you and the family.
My one let down was the security gaurd at the gate, he was ultra power trip and couldn't wait to ruin someone's day. Wish I would have gotten a picture hindsight. My buddy was not allowed in with his fanny pack as it didn't fit in the box? He searched it first, then proceeded to demonstrate that it didn't fit, even though it fit. He maneuvered to make it look like it didn't fit and fluffed it to make it look like it didn't fit. Made him walk all the way back to the truck(30minutes away)even after pleading with him. Then when he came back he made him throw away his vape? Been through stadiums and concerts and never seen someone have to throw away their vape. Of course you cannot smoke them but never seen them have to be thrown away. You can even go through airport security with them? There was no talking to this guy so he threw it away(note these are not cheap, around $40) definitely brought the energy down after having start the game experience with this. Some consistency in training and maybe a supervisor readily available in the event there is a question.
Just typing this up brings back the level of frustration. Sad.
The rest of the experience was dope. Dodger dogs are just part of the experience. Still get to get your ice cream in the baseball helmets and dont forget about the nachos in the bigger helmet!
Oh and dont walk to the stadium as the uphill slope is not fun lol. Just park there for $35. (Pro tip)
Everything is amazing about this stadium! Not only are we generational fans, but we are loving the food selections these past 2 years! The drinks are outrageously priced, but probably for good reason! Est seating is behind home plate for sure, it avoids all hours of the sun haha!
Did a tour of the stadium (on the morning they won the World Series!) and had a great time. Our tour guide, James, was excellent. A true professional that knows a LOT about baseball, not just the Dodgers. It’s a great experience to go on the field, check out the dugouts and press area. Lots of history in this stadium.
Fun times, we are Giants fans but are visiting all stadiums so on our stop here for the World Series we took these pictures. Stadium is overall an easy in and out, rowdy crowd as expected. Saw an arrest in my section in the 2nd inning. Lots of history here
3rd oldest baseball stadium in the US. Beautifully maintained with lots of memorabilia to see and enjoy, and even a botanical garden. Ample parking and a great views of DTLA and surrounding areas. Take the tour if you can and explore places you normally aren't allowed into.

Really enjoyed my visit to the Korean Friendship Bell, dating back to 1976. It's a beautiful piece of Korean architecture and huge bell dedicated to this scenic spit overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Free parking and a visitor centre, but that was closed the Sunday I visited. A great spot to take in the view with a picnic.
The place is very scenic with 360 degree view of ocean in three sides. On a clear sky day looks amazing. Small parks nearby for picnic and child friendly. Parking is easy and free. Must visit place in Long Beach if you like ocean view and sceneries.
Beautiful vantage point at the top of the peninsula. It over looks LA Harbor, Long Beach, Catalina and the Pacific Ocean. This place was the old Naval battery to protect the harbor. It's out of the way if the major LA tourist sites. But if you're looking for a local vantage point that's free, quiet and full of nature....this is the spot!
This is a beautiful view of the ocean. The bell in itself is absolutely awesome. San Pedro itself is very nice. Would recommend stopping here if you have time to kill going to or coming out of LAX.
It’s a chill place to go. It’s worth checking out if you are near by. The artistry, the craftsmanship and engineering mastery that went into creating this place and the bell itself is impressive.
That said, I think the Korean Friendship Bell needs a bit of painting upkeep in the near future. It doesn’t look like it’s in disrepair, but being outdoors, it could use some TLC to keep it in tip top condition.
I stopped by here on my way after getting off the cruise ship. There was a white gentleman volunteering there who explained the place to me in more detail than a Korean person would have! I was also impressed by the playground next to it, which was designed in a traditional Korean style for children to play.
Possibly one of the best Sunset viewing points in San Pedro!
And ooh that basketball court is such a fun surprise! I wonder when does San Pedro ring that big bell?

The staff and volunteers were friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions. It’s a great mix of education and fun ,perfect for kids and adults. Highly recommend adding this to your Long Beach itinerary!

Fascinating tours of an iconic warship. There are both self guided and guided tours. You can see most parts of the top decks, the lower decks are closed off. Its amazing how flat out HUGE these ships are. The 16in and 5in guns are still aboard as are the Harpoon and tomahawk missile launchers. a lot of the quarters and messdeck are kept operational because groups can camp there. Knowledgeable staff. Worth seeing!
Really loved the ship! It’s an amazing experience to walk the entire route — from bow to stern. The cannons are especially impressive. From the deck, you can watch other ships passing by. Words can’t fully describe the experience — I highly recommend visiting!
Came here March 2025 on a Saturday when they were doing a tribute to police K-9s day. Pretty cool. The museum is quite amazing. Not only is the ship remarkable but also the exhibits and displays inside are fascinating. Right next to the cruise terminal and port facilities, which provided a nice backdrop for this big beauty. Well worth the hour to hour and a half we spent and the cost of admission. Parking was pretty easy and like two bucks.
What a great museum of such a historic battleship. Whether you appreciate World War II weaponry or not, this is a must see Museum. The engineering alone is breathtaking. Walk around the ship and imagine what it was like Back in 1942.
This was a lot of fun especially for the kids... we did the self guided tour and it took about 1.5 hours. It is a part of history that the kids only know about from books and seeing and touching the real thing really gives them a connection to the effort and sacrifice it all took. The place is well curated, maintained and the volunteers are very helpful...
Fantastic place to visit and learn some history. I didn't get to do the tour at that time. I was wearing sandals and that's not recommended for a lot of metal and steep stairs or stairs period. However, I speak to those at the entrance and made lots of conversations talking various topics surrounding the Iowa.
Whilst staying in Redondo Beach I decided to visit the USS Iowa Battleship in San Pedro. Plenty of parking right next to the Iowa, cost $2 per hour and payment is with Credit Card. Entry for a self guided tour of the Iowa is €30. It takes about 1.5 hours to go around the ship. The tour involves going up and down some steep ladders so wear appropriate shoes and if you are not able bodied you will have issues. I would have liked a bit more information to read as I walked around the Iowa, which is why I only gave it 4 stars, but it was an interesting piece of history to explore. Recommend a visit.

Had a wonderful time at the Aquarium and extremely thankful for the volunteers giving a thorough 90min tour of the facility. I felt like a kid again and learned many new facts! I only took one star out because they are renovating the main area with live animal displays and was a bit disappointed I would not be able to experience that. Can't wait to go back when the work is complete. :)

The nursery and educational center is fun to observe. It will only get better in the Fall of 2026. Consider going to the gift shop it's full of great suveniors,toys,baby items, and more.
It might be small but it has some engaging activities. Great when you want a free place to visit. Parking was 1$ per hour so pretty cheap. It's also near a beach which is within walking distance.
A very family friendly (and adult interesting) aquarium that only asks for a donation. All sea life is from our coast and is very educational and a hands on experience. I would highly recommend taking a day trip. San Pedro also has a free trolly that takes you all over town where you can experience all that San Pedro has to offer. And there is a trolly stop located in front of the aquarium.
great place to take your kids to. they have a movie they play at a scheduled time and afterwards have an activity. theres an interactive learning center with shells and preserved jars with an animal inside that, and a tide pool with tonss of life, like starfish, sharks, crabs, abalone and sea cucumbers to look at up close. next door theres a lab that helps with the conservation of red and white abalone due to being endangered. the main aquarium wasnt open while i was there but i enjoyed the parts i saw. parking is 1 dollar per hour and across the way is the beach. i went on a sunday and it wasnt very crowded. great place.
I don't normally give five stars, but I was very impressed by the aquarium. Right now they're taking admissions by donations. Meaning that there's no fee to get in. It's under renovation. There's an impressive, incredible puppet show. The staff are great and the exhibits were relatively decent. Not bad for again, after giving a $5 donation. I hope to see what comes out soon. The great highlight too was feeding abalone.
Can't wait to come back to support this aquarium, everyone there was so passionate about preservation and they were extremely informative about all of the creatures! There's also a lot of things to do if you have kids

I am currently in a shelter threw Union station I've been a client for 6 months, now suddenly I need to move locations, they have no reasons for why but I have been given a verbal update that every person needs to relocate, from my understanding I should have been given some kind of written statement and some time to prepare to move.
Holly St. care coordinator's should not! be contacting clients at inappropriate times such as their non related work hours. It's unprofessional.When they reach you it's not even anything that important.
Please retrain these individuals to be consistent in kindness and considerate.There are also individual case managers/ care coordinator's that like to talk over the client while still speaking. How is that effective communication? Please upper management, address these issues.
Trust some of the staff faculties (Watchers day/night I call them) favorites certain people, certain Staffs wash their laundry for them while the client (person)ain't doing anything, some becomes chummy chummy (Very close) in the office with certain clients (person's ). Be prepared to get sicknesses here too they will place you in a room in the middle of the night while other people who passed it on to you don't receive it at all. Nobody Respects Nobody even if you keep urself (if your friends with them/not).Some of the Staffs or Watchers give certain people a pass to do as they want while other's are obedient to obey by the rules. We were living in a motel and my husband just started a new job but didn't make enough for an apartment or weekly rent for motel. My mother just passed also so we had no where else to go and I didn't want my autistic son living in a tent in the streets so I heard of this place through 211 and was the best decision I made. It’s an open-air shopping paradise.
Citadel Outlet is one of the best shopping places in Los Angeles. There is a huge selection of brands, constant discounts, and great sales. The area is beautiful, clean, and designed like a fortress — it looks impressive. Parking is convenient and the staff is always helpful. Today I walked around the stores and found everything I wanted, and at great prices. The atmosphere is always pleasant here, perfect for walking, relaxing, and enjoying shopping. Highly recommend!

This a solid outlet mall. Basically every storefront is populated with major brands, there are some decent food options, vending all over, and - critically - large and clean bathrooms!
The location isn't "convenient" per se, but right of the 5, we find ourselves at least passing it pretty often. Whenever we stop, we usually find something worth checking out.
Mostly clothing and fashion, but there are a few housewares stores, cafes, chocolates, other luxury goods, and novelties.
The major drawback is parking. The way it's laid out always kind of makes entering feel like a bottleneck. There's a big lot in the middle for valet, and you sort of have to either park in the structure near the front and walk, or drive through the whole thing to get to the surface lot. Either way, you're stuck going through this little entry drive. But once you're in, it's a good an outlet mall experience as you're likely to find anywhere.

You can even upgrade your dinner if you want to make it extra special. The energy of the show was incredible and it’s perfect for all ages. I highly recommend it — such a memorable experience!

My friends and family went. We were a group of 35. Very accommodating. I think the staff had a hard time to pinpoint who the leader of the group was. There was a miscommunication with the picture taking. The food was alright, I like it better at Medevil Times. The show was good and long too so it's great for kids especially. We had such a fun time at Pirates Dinner Adventure! From the moment we walked in, the energy was high, the atmosphere was exciting, and the staff was welcoming. The show was action-packed, full of acrobatics, sword fights, and even some audience participation—which the kids absolutely loved.
Our whole family (kids ages 5, 7, and 14) was completely entertained from start to finish. The performers were engaging and kept everyone laughing and cheering.
Surprisingly, the food was also really great! Everything came out hot and well-prepared. We especially enjoyed the roasted chicken and the dessert was a nice finish to the meal.
Overall, it was a memorable experience that we would highly recommend for families looking for a unique and fun night out. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!
Great experience! The show, atmosphere, drinks, and service was great! The food was alright. However, they do have options if you are vegetarian, vegan, and/or have dietary restrictions. My husband and I were asked to be a part of one of the games during the show and that was a lot of fun. The alcoholic drinks are strong! You get the keep the glass the drinks come in and if you decide attend another day, bring the glass and you get your drink at the refill price. I would definitely see this show again. I highly recommend it!
Look, the only reason that I'm giving the food a 4 out of 5 stars is because I wish the main dish was a bigger portion. Other than that, the food was delicious. It's a good thing (for me at least) that you can order various appetizers to add to your meal. And the 6 appetizers that my family and I tried here were equally as delicious. I especially enjoyed the fried calamari.
As for the cocktails, I enjoyed a few rounds (since my wife was driving this evening) and each cocktail was just as delicious as the previous. Also, each one was made with double shots, so they were particularly potent... for all you out there who enjoy a nice, strong drink.
The show and entertainment are the biggest draws here. The various acts and performances were all entertaining and delightful to watch. The musical numbers were all well done and were a joy to watch as the performers did their absolute best during each act. The overall story is a tad predictable, but I still found myself engrossed and entertained by the end of the night. It was especially fun to see all the audience participation during the show, with extra fun as I watched all three of my kids get in on the fun as they were called up to the stage to assist during various acts. (A big shout out to Antonio, the Yellow Pirate, whose section we were a part of this evening. He was particularly fun to watch and cheer on.)
One thing I especially want to point out was the quality of the service we received. On this particular night, our server was Wendy, and she did an excellent job in getting us out drinks, meals, and desserts in a speedy manner. And she was cheerful and delightful every time she came by our table. Hopefully, when we return, we'll have the pleasure of having her as our server once again. (Seriously, a big thank you Wendy, you were the best!)
A family night out here can get a bit pricey, but for the food, entertainment, atmosphere, and overall experience you will have here, I think it's well worth the price. My family and I left the show already planning for a return visit before the end of the year.
The show was interactive and fun, food was mid but i really enjoyed the tender roasted turkey leg. The mash was boxed and veggies, frozen. Service and performance, excellent. Great for children and families. Used the discount code and got seated in the far left corner, with the worst view though.
this dinner adventure is amazing. the atmosphere is so detailed and the stunts are beyond fantastic! the actors are so fun and great with both kids and adults- kids are constantly let into stage/boats in a great, interactive way! definitely worth the cost-
additionally, surprisingly, it’s a musical! fantastic singers, actors, and especially stuntmen! the strength of these actors are unbelievable!
Such a wonderful place! The staff and actors are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The show starts right on time (or very close to it), and everything runs smoothly. I recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to really take in the atmosphere.
There’s a gift shop at the entrance — not the cheapest, but full of fun items that add to the experience. We purchased VIP tickets, and they were absolutely worth it! Sitting up front kept my 3-year-old and 1-year-old completely entertained the entire time.
The food was good — not Michelin-star level, but definitely solid and satisfying. Overall, a great outing for families with little ones. Highly recommend!

Every detail was handled with genuine care and enthusiasm, which made coordinating such a big group completely stress-free.
The show itself was absolutely spectacular. The knights, horses, and performers gave it their all — the energy, the choreography, and even the crowd interaction were top-notch. The food was delicious (and fun to eat without utensils!), the drinks were flowing, and the cheering never stopped. You could feel the joy and engagement from every member of our group, from the kids to the adults.
We left grinning ear to ear, talking about the black and white knight’s escapades and already planning our next visit. It’s rare to find a place that blends entertainment, hospitality, and a sense of shared adventure so perfectly. What a fun experience! We had a great time. Food could use some help! Good thing Porto’s is next store lol. The staff was amazing. All the little extras are nice and all the sword variety was kinda cool to see. Definitely be prepared to spend money on the gift shop!
My husband and I took our four teens to dinner. It was quite pricey, but alot of fun. The main meal was pretty good and we all enjoyed it. The servers were quick and the food came out hot. The dessert however was very lack luster! Normal meals got a small eclair which was terrible. I upgraded our tickets when we arrived, which included a dessert upgrade to cake. The cake was also terrible. It was a dry vanilla cake with gritty frosting on it. I was pretty disappointed as the upgrade was pretty expensive. The show was a fun idea; however, i did note that more than one horse seemed overly stressed. However, I observed the riders regularly reassuring them and giving treats. I did not see any inappropriate handeling of the horses and they were all of good weight and appeared healthy. It is EXTREMELY loud! I wouldn't spend the money again, but it made for a fun memory.
Was seated with Res Knight. He was the clear dominant knight of the whole group. Despite revealing his rebellious association with the Catalan off shoot he really screwed up the reveal and ended up having all the knights turn against him. If he was smart he would have behaved himself during the joust. Then, when the time was right he could have snuck behind stage and slayed the king. The Queen clearly wanted his D so she would have probably been ok with it. Instead his hubris got him slayed and he didn’t get the girl. Also, it’s ridiculous how much money. Medieval Times is printing. The novelty of the utensiless food was fun as a child but coming back as an adult, my $75 experience was probably a $3 meal. If you are going to continue with that, that’s fine but I think they should replace all the amplifying recorded music with live musicians. They can certainly afford it and it would really go a long way to help with the immersion. Plus I am sure everyone would love to jam with a talented bard.
First time here and I really enjoyed it. Food was good, service was excellent and the show was awesome. My 8 year old and I were screaming and cheering the whole show. Definitely would recommend to go check it out.
The seating was tight but the food was good. The atmosphere was fun and entertaining. We had a blast with our school group. There are fun extras you can purchase like swords, hats, drinks that glow and tons more!
My family and I have been coming here for years. I have not been since they have redone the story. So this is as of Nov 8th 2025. This was the best show I have ever gone to. We paid for the VIP for my son's birthday and got front row. We had the black and white knight. Dude was Jon snow but the American version. He picked up on our energy (first timers read: Get loud, have fun, cheer non stop) food was amazing! I don't know if it's nostalgia but I could drink a gallon of the soup. Fights were longer and seemed better choreographed. The king and queen were top notch, falcon showing was way longer than in previous years and they really got close! The whole thing was amazing. Also our chancellor dude was like 7' tall and you could tell her wasn't feeling all that well but he put on a great show. (As a fellow tall person it's great to see tall knights) I had so much fun, my family had so much fun, our knight gave my daughter a rose and a sash.. she won't stop talking about it. Just the best time. If you can afford it, please treat yourself. It's absolutely amazing.
My children and I went on a field trip with our charter school recently and let me tell you, those kids had so much fun! It was so interactive and entertaining. They got to eat with their hands and scream at the top of their lungs cheering. So they had a great time, would recommend to families who had kids who can handle loud noises, darkness at times and RP fighting.

Overall its a great mall with many places to shop. But there is one vendor that sells candy that ruined the mall for me because i on e gotten food poisoning from the candy. Not only that one time i saw him mixing the expired ones with fresh candy which is horrible.
Today, Thursday at 5:40 p.m., I went to buy roasted chicken at Chicken Now in Plaza West Covina, and I’d like to suggest that you train the cashier who was working that shift to do a better job. She had a bad attitude and was unfriendly the whole time — I didn’t feel good about the experience at all. The cooks, however, were very nice, and the food was excellent, but the cashier’s service was really poor.

Is really fun here. I Love the water slides, especially the one where you can get in with the whole family. The lazy river is super big and fun. There's a ride where you slide on your belly. Overall I think Soak City is the best place to go for summer.

We celebrated a birthday.
Food is $40-50 per person. Very few trees, and we had to sit in the sun all day. That's the only unpleasant thing. We waited for a few hours for a place under an umbrella to become free. A boy started drowning in the waves, and the rescuers saved him. They did a great job. You can trust children! Thanks to the rescuers.
We visited Knott’s Soak City on a Sunday with our three kids. Overall, it was fun — but there are a few things to know in advance if you want the best experience.
Parking was a challenge. It cost $35, which we expected, but by noon it was completely full. We spent nearly 20 minutes circling the lot, and the one-way parking lanes were poorly marked and confusing. Our kids got discouraged thinking we’d have to leave, but luckily we caught someone leaving and followed them to their spot.
The park itself is lively but packed, which is understandable for a hot summer weekend. We started with the Lazy River — unfortunately, it wasn’t very “lazy” without a float. Only about 20% of people had access to float tubes, and the rest were standing around or wading through. The real issue though was the flooring: the surface was extremely rough. My wife and I both got cuts on our toes, and all three of our kids had scrapes or cuts on their fingers. It felt like walking on coarse sandpaper — something we’ve never experienced at other water parks.
That said, there were still plenty of enjoyable areas. The slides were exciting, the wave pool was great for the kids, and the splash zones were well-designed and shaded. We noticed some families brought in their own food and drinks (smart move), but we didn’t — and paid high prices for basic snacks and drinks. If we return, we’ll bring water shoes and pack our own cooler without question.
Final verdict: There’s fun to be had here, but you have to plan ahead — especially for float access, food, and foot protection. The park needs to address the flooring issue seriously; safety shouldn’t be compromised. That said, our family made some great memories, and with better prep next time, we’d be more ready to enjoy it fully.
Fun in the sun and it couldn’t have been more perfect for my kids since they love the water, me, not so much! I recommend coming to the water park on weekdays as there are less people and you can get more rides in. Park open at 10 and most people are lined up by 930. Parking is 35, if you are local, probably uber there is cheaper. I recommend getting a food pass for 51$ as you can get food every 90 minutes and drinks every 15 minutes. Once’s you get in find a place to park your stroller or wagon. They do allow you to bring in food and water , which is so good because my kids find American food harder to chew bc it is drier. Plenty of smaller playground for younger kids. Get on all the rides first thing and then do lazy river and wave pool. Pack extra towels and a picnic blanket bc there is a place to do that! We barely used the chair bc after being in the water, the kids were cold and needed to dry out.
We visited Soak City on a weekday during the summer and it was very busy—seemed to be at full capacity. We arrived later in the day, so finding available seating was tough. I’d definitely recommend bringing your own chairs and an umbrella for the grassy areas.
Getting through security was a bit of a hassle—my keys, phone, and the zipper on my toiletries bag triggered the scanner and turned the process into a full 5-minute ordeal.
Once inside, the atmosphere was fun and family-friendly. We enjoyed the lazy river, and although there was about a 10-minute wait for floating tubes, it wasn’t bad. Food-wise, the pizza line was long, but the cafe with burgers and fries moved much quicker.
Unfortunately, my phone got ruined—next time I’d bring a better waterproof pouch or just leave it in the car.
Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely visit again!
Main themes: tidal wave, floating village, lots of fund with little kids facilities, various straight and spinning slides, recommend a seasonal ticket, be prepared with a soft wet flip flop, walking on all pool areas seemed spiky and get bleeding easily, maker sure you get sun burn protection, drink lots of water, stay safe, security teams were sufficient and reliable.

Season passes to Knott's and Soak City are definitely worth it. The kids love it every time we visit.
Had a wonderful time with my kids. The wait in line was no more than 15 minutes on some slides. The food was very expensive. I do not recommend eating there, especially if it is a big group. The pizza was $66! Our favorite ride was the Lazy River and The Wedge.

The Arboretum and Botanical Garden at Cal State Fullerton is a 26-acre green space featuring over 4,000 types of plants, walking trails, and a museum. It showcases various plant collections and allows visitors to stroll through the gardens while observing wildlife. The Heritage House, built in 1894, has been restored into a museum showcasing life and medicine from the late 19th century.
This was a nice place to visit and walk around that didn’t cost anything to get but you could make a donation. It’s location on the Fullerton University campus next to the baseball fields with the cost of parking through machines. They have friendly staff who welcome you in and can answer questions. It has all types of trees, bushes, flowers, and paths to enjoy. There’s little ponds with turtles, ducks ands lily pads to watch. They have benches to rest as well as wooden bridges to walk over that make the atmosphere pleasant. There’s shaded areas as well as grass areas that we saw some people sitting and enjoying. There was a dinosaur shaped bush and a historical house with a sundial to read about. They have signs directing you with accessible restrooms with emergency buttons, just in case. This is one of the most amazing and local places I’ve been to and been soo satisfied. There’s a beautiful waterfall when you walk in. The parking is free on the weekends and there’s no admission. There’s a suggested donation of $5 and they sale vegetables and flowers grown on the property. There’s tons of paths to take, a plethora of tress and plants both native and indigenous to the area as well as several landmarks on the site with historical value and significance. Through what I call the bamboo maze, there’s a gorgeous body of water that’s home to families of turtles and a favorite relaxing spot for some of our aerial friends. If you’re in Fullerton in Orange County, please, pay a visit to the arboretum for Fullerton college and see for yourself.
This place is a little botanical oasis. The variety of plants is fun to see. The scents of all the blossoms were incredible - even in July! Great place to take a leisurely stroll, practice some photography, or just get your steps in.
Visited from pennsylvania, and I was hoping to see natural california foliage, but it seems I got more than that.Because a lot of the palm trees did not come from california. You mean it turned out, we went on a day that they were having some sort of event. My son didn't get to do anything for halloween.This year, but he got to trick or treat at each stop which was kind of cool. And I got a free succulent for stopping at each table. It is handicapped accessible. His wheelchair was capable of going on the trails. Just don't go on the bottom trail because a tree grows over it.

Very interesting and informative look at Nixon's career and life. Didn't know anything about his personal life, or honestly many of the good things he did during his presidency. The exhibits are modern and very well done. Watch the video at the beginning, it's a great introduction. The order of the exhibits is interesting but it worked. And we liked ending on his childhood home and the helicopter. The grounds are nice. There's really nothing too ostantacious here. Other people mentioned how nice the docents were and it's true. They're very nice and knowledgeable.

Incredibly well done. So much to see and learn here. The museum includes Marine One (President's helicopter) and a full-size replica of Nixon's Oval Office. Believe it or not, Richard Nixon's childhood home (and birthplace) are on these grounds.
An incredible and comprehensive Presidential Library. Densely-packed with information, it tells not only the story of Nixon, but the time in which he lived, led, and ultimately faltered. The museum does not shy away from Watergate and the reckless decisions he made, which I appreciated. A complicated and tragic figure in American history. The helicopter is undergoing renovations so could not been except through a gate which was disappointing. The museum starts with his administration and then explores his childhood and rise to power, which was an unconventional choice that is interesting if not a bit counterintuitive. Highly recommend visiting!
Drove across country to see this Museum. Got to entrance and was told only the Gardens was open. I asked why? It was due to the Federal Government shutdown. This absolutely made no sense to me. I asked why would a self guided museum tour be closed? I was told that the government owns the displays in the museum. Eight Dollars to go though the gardens. I was also told that the gardens were open and the house that the President was born in is open as well. Marine One was also open as it was next to the house that he was born in. I asked if I could use the restroom as none where insight of the lobby/entrance was told it would be a Dollar and I would have to go through security. None of this makes any sense to me. Especially the restroom part. Took pics from outside. I’ll problem get a bill for taking the pics, so enjoy.
Beautiful performance at an equally beautiful venue. The performers played a great selection of songs from Coldplay and Imagine Dragons with a little introduction to many of the songs. This is always a fun event and not our first time with Candlelight Concerts. Young and old were there tonight and we look forward to seeing another show from Fever and Candlelight Concerts.
Attended a concert at the Nixon Library in Orange CA. The quartet played Fleetwood Mac and they did so beautifully! The candles made the venue look all the more cozy and dramatic, the whole experience was wonderful.

Yorba Regional Park, located near the Santa Ana River in Anaheim, is a popular natural attraction. Spanning 140 acres, it features four large lakes with connecting streams, over 400 picnic tables, 200 barbeques, walking and cycling trails, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, playgrounds, fitness areas and more. This green oasis also offers bike rentals for exploring its biking and jogging paths as well as equestrian trails.
If you are a parent looking for a big outdoor space where the kids can explore, the adults can relax, and no one ends up bored after twenty minutes, Yorba Regional Park is it. We spent a few hours here and already want to go back.
First thing you need to know: it is five dollars per car on weekends. Not outrageous, but we came in several cars and paid forty five bucks total just to enter a public park. At first, that felt like a letdown. But once we got inside and saw how much there was to do, it honestly felt worth it.
Q: What makes this one of the best parks in Anaheim?
A: Options. Whether you are planning a birthday party, just need a weekend hangout spot, or want to do something active with the family, this park gives you everything.
We turned right after the entrance and it led us to the lake area, which was the right call. The lakes are beautiful, the air feels clean, and the grounds are well kept. No trash, no bird mess, no weird smells. Just clean, clear water and wide open space. There are shaded picnic tables and barbecue areas all over. If you are thinking of hosting a group, this park makes it easy.
We rented bikes for about fifteen to twenty each and it completely changed the experience. We rode through the whole park, passing trails, playgrounds, quiet picnic zones, and a bunch of other families doing the same thing. We did not have time to try the paddle boats or kayaks, but tons of people were out on the lake and loving it. That alone makes this spot feel more like a weekend getaway than just another park in Orange County.
And yes, the squirrels. I did not expect this to be a highlight, but they are everywhere and surprisingly friendly. The kids were running from one tree to the next trying to spot them all. It was like a nature scavenger hunt that never got old.
Q: Is it too crowded on weekends?
A: Not at all. It was busy, sure, but the park is so big that it never felt cramped. If one area had a lot of people, we just rode for a few minutes and found a quieter spot. Parking inside the park was easy and there were tons of spaces close to the main activity areas.
We saw folks fishing, kids on the playgrounds, families barbecuing, people walking and biking, every type of outdoor activity was happening, but it all felt calm and laid back.
Pro Tip for Parents:
• If you are planning to stay more than a couple hours, show up early.
• Budget for rentals, bikes and boats cost extra but add a ton of fun.
• Bring snacks, sunscreen, and a change of clothes if you have got water loving kids.
Final Verdict:
Yorba Regional Park is without a doubt one of the best outdoor activities for families in Anaheim. Whether you are here for the lakes, the bike rides, the birthday party vibes, or just some peace and quiet under a shady tree, this place checks every box.

This park is amazing, there is much to do for all ages. Many picnic shelters, and tables, playgrounds and restrooms. Also great shaded walking trails separate from bike and running trails. I love this beautiful park. It’s really the only park I like to run with my dog in. He and I have been coming here for our runs for a while now and we have never had a bad experience here. This regional park was absolutely incredible. We visited family while on a longer vacation in San Diego and drove up to meet them. The park is huge. There is a five dollar vehicle fee. There are also bikes and Swan boats for rent at reasonable prices and kids prices are 17 and under which most places stop at 12.
There is plenty of shade, paved trails, picnic tables, and bbq pits.
Great park! $3 parking on weekdays or $5 on weekends! Plenty of public BBQ grills ♨️ and open space for dogs or to play 🐶🐾 it was super nice and quiet on our visit

The whole place is a virtual museum, with a small collection in a separate room.
Olives available (of course). Better to buy on site. Shipping olives is EXPENSIVE!
Be sure to pet the cats.
Established in 1894 the Graber olive Co. has been canning olives using the same methods and equipment since day one with only a few minor changes (the boilers are now natural gas operated instead of wood) the olives are also no longer growing on this property but 70 miles away “both properties have been owned and operated from the beginning and are now run by the 3rd. Gen.
They only can 1 to 2 months out of year (depending on the harvest) and hire high schoolers to do the manual canning although they have noticed a decline in high school participation in the recent years with more older people applying for jobs.
The family gives free tours “our Docent has been working for the family for more than 30 years!”
There is and old main house that is still lived in with a well in the front yard. This place is a true time capsule that is still going strong “so cool”

Bought this very clever bowl for olives and pits but would also be great for cherries and pistachios. A boutique type shopping experience with a very helpful staff. If you want the history or a tour ask for Dot. She is very informative and you can tell she loves working at the Graber House.
A gem! Best. Olives. Ever. Never was a particular olive fan before, but these are delicious. There is not one, but two, charming giftshops. And if you can swing by during November, you might even be able to tour their facility - which still uses its original early 20th century equipment!
These were the best olives I've ever had (and I've loathed every one prior before trying theirs!)

Aviation museum featuring a collection of aircraft & memorabilia, plus a youth education center.
The museum is located at the Chino Airport and houses over 150 aircraft, including rare and historic planes. Many of these aircraft are still in flying condition, which is quite impressive. 
The exhibits are well-organized and informative, covering various eras of aviation history. One of the highlights is the collection dedicated to the 475th Fighter Group, which includes artifacts, photographs, and records from their time in the South Pacific during World War II. 
The museum also hosts monthly events called “Hangar Talk,” where visitors can attend talks or seminars given by people involved with the featured aircraft, followed by flight demonstrations. These events are themed around different aspects of aviation history, such as World War I Aviation, Experimental Aircraft, and Naval Aviation. 
In addition to the aircraft, the museum has a collection of military vehicles, including a Sherman Tank and a Dodge Ambulance from World War II. These vehicles are maintained and operated by volunteers and are used in parades and historical reenactments. 
Overall, the Planes of Fame Air Museum offers a fascinating look into aviation history, with knowledgeable staff and well-preserved exhibits. It’s a great place to visit for anyone interested in aircraft and military history.

Came in today to tour the planes of fame, air museum with my father-in-law they have a wide variety of old planes, most of which are still running. Every first Saturday of every month they take a plane out of the hanger, start it up, showcase it and fly it for about 20 minutes as an airshow . The staff here are very nice and very informative. Definitely highly recommended museum to come check out..
Great visit. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. We came on Father’s Day and all the days were free. Hangars were a hot and not enough ventilation. There was a lot to look at but wished there were areas to purchase water. The gift shop was great and had a lot of cool items. We got shirts and a magnet. Crowds were not an issue.
This place is amazing. The kiddos will definitely enjoy seeing the airplanes. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable of the aircrafts that are on display. Place is clean and very organized so you know where to go even though it's a self guided tour. Gift shop is really cool with selling a bunch of memorabilia and a few toys.

Highly recommend visiting if you're an aviation enthusiast. Lots of history, lots of planes, and even a tank!
First time visiting, we had a lovely time! All staff were friendly and welcoming. You enter and exit through the gift shop, entrance is $20 per person, 4 and under free! Restrooms were near the entrance/exit.
I recommend bringing lots of water to stay hydrated, it’s a bit warm in the areas 🙂 There are some areas where it is empty, but that didn’t take away any of the magic. We enjoyed our time there and talking to the folks there.
One of the premier warbird museums in the country. The hangars are stacked with historical aircraft. Check out their webpage to see if they’re flying any of their warbirds on the day of your visit. They often have visiting aircraft stop in for flights and to be displayed. The restoration shop is incredible and can be viewed from behind a roped off area. Help donate to get their B-17 Flying Fortress airworthy again. This museum is very kid friendly. Just make sure not to touch the aircraft. The Hinton family has a deep connection with this museum. Had the pleasure of meeting Steve Hinton and his son Steve Hinton Jr during our visit. 2 of the most knowledgeable and friendly people you’ll ever meet. Both took time to speak our children and took pictures with us…thank you Steve and Steve-O. It can get hot so make sure to drink plenty of water and wear a good pair of shoes. You will be walking a lot. The gift store is fully stocked with lots of aviation and warbird related items. Can’t wait to return.
This is a great museum, you could spend the whole day here. I spent 3 hours without trying. There's a lot of history, and the docents are very knowledgeable. It's amazing that they can restore planes into flying condition.

This was a great space. My only complaint is that the parking lot is extremely far from the front of the building. It was actually closer for me to walk to my hotel, than it was to walk to a friend's car in the parking lot. There is a great hall and two levels. I would recommend attending a conference, here.
We attended the California Professional Trucking Association show and convention at the Ontario Convention Center and had fantastic time recently! The Ontario Convention Center facility and along with it's staff members made for a great event!

The Ontario Convention Center is very huge to attend the CREEP I.E Con. This is the 2nd time I've gone. I've seen many horror cosplayers and talented artists of horror. A very friendly place to meet the celebrities of horror. Make sure to carry cash for autographed stuff as there is a five dollar fee using their ATM machines. Lots of stuff to shop and enjoy the event. I highly recommend going to.
Large, new convention center near the Ontario airport. The only real drawback is that there aren’t any food options within walking distance. There is a decent hotel or two if you are flying in for an event.
We attend the stamping and scrapbooking expo every year, this year from Oct. 29th-31st and every year we are left confused and frustrated with the convention center. This year, one security guard told us one thing and then another will say something different. One guard told is a door wasn't an exit as other people walked out of it. It's sooo frustrating. Then today, Nov. 1st we can't park in the handicapped spaces because someone thought it was a good idea to set up for another event while our event was taking place which limited the handicapped parking. Once again, the security/parking attendant had no clue what to do and just kept telling us we had to park across the street when we needed a handicapped space. And you know the security is an outside agency they hire per event with no concerns for the quality of service or communication expected when paying almost $200.00 to attend an event. Seriously, super poor planning. The communication and decision making was so poor that our group discussed driving all the way to Arizona for their expo to avoid the Ontario convention center. It's sad that a venue would be the reason we no longer wish to do something we love.

Non professional staff,
I have been to this Convention Center twice. One for Comic Con Revolution and Burbank Card Show. The Venue is Large and spacious, movement in and out of the facility was simple. Security, staff facilitators and vendors were at their most professional. I would definitely attend any events that may arise at this convention center again.

Home of The Reign! Easy drive from the Inland Empire or San Gabriel Valley. Easy in and out parking. The Arena is 1st rate. Lots of great seats, good food and a nice walk around the concourse. And of course Kingston is a fan favorite!

The arena itself was pretty good. Was here for a work event. The only things that were such a downer was the cost of water at this place. And that no vending machines to get the water. Had to wait in huge lines just to get water that was $9 a bottle. Wow! Spacious, clean bathrooms.
Had a lot of fun, i was expecting it to get really hot since i was going to a concert but surprisingly the temperature indoors was perfect. Bathroom lines were also quickly and efficient because they had someone inside the bathroom directing people to available stalls. There were a lot of concessions available all around and trash cans were easy to find.
On 10-10-25 I went Social Distortion and Morrissey Concert. I had a good view of the stage. The sound was good for both bands. I had a great time at this venue.
First time being to a concert here. Think I went to a gun show when it was citizens bank. Was one of the closest venues from Palm Springs until they opened Acrisure Arena. Both places seat about the same but Toyota lacks restrooms big time. Water less urinals don’t smell very good especially with a bunch of hammered concert goers “going”
This is a great arena. Any seat is a good seat. We've also seen Disney on ice here. I'd just be cautious of seats close to the stage as the stage was further up then on ticketmaster so we would have been behind the stage a little instead of close to the front. Also alcohol options are limited which is always a bummer.
We came with Allegro choir to sing the National Anthem. Our family stayed to watch our first ice hockey game. Reign vs Gulls. We enjoyed ourselves and the kids are asking to return!
The drinks are expensive. More than most places. I spent $42 for two beers where other places I’ve spent like 25-30 for the same ones and same size. Also the seats don’t have any cup holders to hold your beer. The restrooms don’t have a shelf or anything to hold your beer or drink either. You have to hold it while you’re in there. It was a good show and the cleanliness from what I saw was at least kept up with. It’s also cashless but I guess venues nowadays are becoming cashless. They have a kiosk to buy a temporary card that you can reload with money but you can’t reload it so either put the amount you think you’ll use or you have to buy another card.

Beautiful stunning and amazing views. But I do advise to be equipped with some type of detereant for possible mountain lions , bears , and you will see packs of wolves but my experience with the wolves is that they were quite friendly that they leave the impression of dogs , they will approach wagging their tails sniff you and/or lick you and then continue on leaving about their business or they just don’t approach you at all.
runs right past my brother-in-law's house. Took the kids on it for a Christmas Day run on their new scooters. One of the success stories for Rail to Trail conversion. While Southern California is known today for its sprawling freeways, in the 1920s, it was home to the largest interurban electric railway on earth, the Pacific Electric Railway. This is part of that legacy.
