Great NP, even during the shutdown. Visitor's Center was open and the shuttle was running (it ends October 19). Lots of varied hikes from 1 mile to some monstrous ones. Terrain was varied as well, some serious elevation changes and some paved accessible ones. Quite beautiful!

Bryce Canyon National Park is one of those rare places that feels almost other-worldly. It’s hard not to feel tiny, in the best possible way. Another highlight is how the park transforms throughout the day. Early mornings glow with soft gold light, afternoons bring out the rich reds of the rock, and the sunsets are phenomenal. If you stay after dark, Bryce is also one of the best stargazing locations in the country—its night sky is unbelievably clear. Whether you’re there to hike, photograph, or simply soak in the views, Bryce Canyon feels like stepping into a natural cathedral shaped by time and elements. It’s a must-see national park that leaves you inspired long after you’ve left.

Bryce Canyon is absolutely stunning. The landscape is filled with towering spires of rock called hoodoos in deep reds, oranges, and whites. The trails are steep, challenging, and completely worth it. Every turn opens up a new and breathtaking view. What makes Bryce Canyon so unique is that it isn’t a true canyon but a series of natural amphitheaters carved by erosion and frost. The park sits high on the Paunsaugunt Plateau, with elevations reaching over 9,000 feet at Rainbow Point. A few fun facts: The park covers about 35,835 acres (roughly 56 square miles). It has the largest concentration of hoodoos in the world. The colors come from iron oxide and other minerals in the rock. The contrast of light at sunrise and sunset makes it one of the most photographed places in Utah. If you love dramatic scenery and rewarding hikes, this is a place you’ll never forget. Five stars from start to finish.

Wow!!! Bryce Canyon is unbelievable its like another world! It gets real interesting fast when you enter red canyon going east on hwy 12. Those red rocks are amazing such deep red color. Then you get to Bryce and those deep red colors mix with the tan sandstone color all of it blends into a natural wonder! We had so much fun we traveled all the way down the canyon at Rainbow Point and enjoyed a nice picnic lunch. They have lots of picnic tables in this area and restrooms. Many roadside pullout areas and parking lots to get to all the viewpoints along the canyon. When traveling deep into the canyon the canyon dropoff is on both sides of you....quite a thrilling experience! I recommend getting to sunrise/sunset point as early as you can because it gets quite busy with visitors. Once you find parking there is nice large concrete walkway that join Sunrise and sunset points together.

We went in early November and the crowds weren't to bad. The visitors center was still open even with the government shutdown. The views were stunning and breathtaking. Wish we could have had more time to do some of the hikes but we will definitely be coming back to see more.

Breathtaking views! I think winter is the best time to visit as the hikes are doable (we did the 3 mile hike which made us sweat as well lol). The beautiful skies add up to the wonderful snow capped mountains which are visible even at greater distances.

Gorgeous. Don’t be afraid to go in a few basic hikes; they’re well worth it. Visit the welcome center and talk to one of the park rangers at a desk and get a plan for each day. Our ranger was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend specific hikes that were within our capabilities, including secret gems.

Accessible for all, no hike needed unless you want to. The easy 1.6 miles loop around the base have amazing views. Nice scenic drive with red rocks, hay bails and longhorn cows.

Getting up to the parking lot took an hour because there's a stop light at the bottom of the hill that filters how much traffic gets to the top. Of course this is after you've already entered into the park, so if you turn around and leave you would pay to have seen nothing. This is an easy attraction to visit once you get to the top. There is a walkable trail, and lots of parking. Or benches looking at it if thats more your speed. The visitor center has many collectable items as well as a self guided tour of history. You can sign up to climb it, just remember what you are climbing and that it is sacred ground.

Devils Tower National Monument completely blew me away. Seeing this massive rock formation rise out of the rolling hills is absolutely awe-inspiring. Pictures don’t do it justice; you have to experience it in person to appreciate how majestic and otherworldly it feels. The trails around the base are fantastic, well-marked, scenic, and full of viewpoints that show off the tower from every angle. The park is clean, well-maintained, and easy to explore. Whether you’re hiking, taking photos, or just soaking in the view, Devils Tower is a must-see. Truly one of the most unique and powerful natural landmarks!!

Everyone will have their own experience as it will differ from person to person. I had a surreal and profound one, visiting this enormous monument also called as Mato Tipila. There are two trails, Tower and Red beds trail. I would recommend doing the tower loop trail as it circles close to the tower. There are some amazing Lookout points once you’ll finish about 3/4 of the loop going clockwise. Do check out the visitor center / gift shop and learn about all the different folklore regarding how the tower was formed. Since the shutdown is in place, there was no entry fees, but otherwise I believe it $25. -Do keep an eye out for the climbers as that will give you an idea of how big the tower is and also how stupid and audacious humans are to mess with everything that is out there irrespective of the fact that some places have spiritual importance and hold deep relations to some tribes. I did not stay for the night, but I’m sure the sky would be very amazing to watch during the night time. If you are into stargazing/Milky Way then then you should go for it. Do check the weather before your visit as it can change within minutes While I was there, twice it snowed a little bit, and then the sun came out as well. A couple of nearby spots that you can also visit are the Prairie dog town and wind circle sculpture. I visited those places on my way back to Rapid City. Hope this was helpful.

Beautiful small park with million dollar views and fantastic trails. Takes a couple of days to hike them all unless you are really energetic, but there is a nice campground right in the park so you don’t even have to leave. Personally I would avoid the overcrowded (and slippery) paved trail from the visitors center. The Red Bed trail, although longer, gives much better views and is much less crowded.

This is my favorite place in north eastern wyoming! Its only about an hour and a half from Rapid City. If youre visiting mount rushmore and skipping devils tower, what even are you doing? There is a very easy hike around the base of the tower, where you can see the full 360 degrees of it, and gasp at the crazy rock climbers! Theres also tons of prarie dogs and deer here! It is NOT pet friendly. And that isn't to be mean to dogs. There are porcupines here and the closest vet is over an hour away. It is NOT pet friendly for the safety of your animals, not for the annoyance of you. Please leave your dogs at home or in your camper, or skip the hiking trail. There is RV parking here! And camping near and around here! It is very family friendly. The hike around the base is easy and short, even the newly walking will enjoy it, and when they want mommy or daddy to carry them you dont have a terribly long way to do so *exclusive to the time im writing this, the visitor center is open amid the government shut down. The book store is owned by a non government entity and is sponsoring the center being open*

An absolutely stunning place — even more impressive in person than in photos. The tower rises out of the landscape in a way that doesn’t look real, and the surrounding trails give you incredible views from every angle. The main loop is easy to walk and well-maintained, with clear signage and plenty of spots to stop for photos. Rangers are knowledgeable and friendly, and the visitor center is small but informative. It’s peaceful, scenic, and carries a sense of awe that sticks with you long after you leave. A must-see stop if you’re anywhere near northeast Wyoming.

I had the pleasure of visiting New Belgium Brewery in Fort Collins with my daughter, my partner, and her family — and let me just say, this place exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was electric but relaxed. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and impressively knowledgeable about the beers, which made the whole tasting experience even more enjoyable. We started off with a couple of flights to get a sense of the variety, and it was hard to pick a favorite — they were that good. But once I did, I stuck with a few pours of my top picks, and every sip was a reminder of how expertly crafted their beer is. There was a Mexican food truck on-site that seriously blew us away. The food was fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the beers. The indoor space was welcoming and full of energy, but it’s the outdoor area that really shines — wide open, dog-friendly, and full of life with kids running around, families laughing, and groups just enjoying the day. It felt like the backyard party you always want to be invited to. This wasn’t just a trip to a brewery — it was an experience. One of those rare places that nails everything: the beer, the food, the vibe, the people, the setting. I’d come back in a heartbeat, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to make the trip. New Belgium, you’ve got something special going on. Keep doing exactly what you’re doing.

Just a short walk from the middle of Old Town, New Belgium Brewery is worth the trip. Whether you are a fan of Fat Tire or just like to try some new beer varieties, there is something for everyone here. The large, open, outside area is an awesome place to sit and enjoy the wonderful Colorado climate and delicious beers. There was a food truck for snacking and plenty of NB paraphernalia in the gift shop.

Guessing that this is in everyone's list of breweries to visit in town. If not it should be. Fabulous facility with beautiful grounds and a relaxing vibe. All of the usual NB beers on tap and several other must-haves. The sThe staff was very accommodating and happy to engage in conversation and answer many of the same questions they get asked over and over again. Make it a stop. You won't regret it!

Got a case of beer from Costco and there's like 1 that is drinkable. The rest is fine if you like some mystery flavor. Maybe it's raspberry maybe it's dead orphan meat. Ohh this one is a nappy beer with a hint of collection of nail clippings. The worst purchase I've ever made beer wise. And I have made quite a few poor decisions in my day.

I went on this beer tour in 2022 and was so impressed that I brought a bachelor party back here in 2025. The space is beautiful, the tour is interesting (though hot for the first section, so be prepared), and for your money you get a lot of delicious beer. If you’re interested in beer or how anything is made, it’s a don’t miss. Make sure to buy tickets well in advance - they sell out fast.

This brewery has one of the nicer outside spaces; it is very open and vast. I never felt like I was sitting on top of anyone . The beer selection was great and the flights were super smooth. Overall it was a great time and I’ll definitely be back!

We went to this brewery while doing a roadtrip. We did a tour with Cynthia. It was perfect ! We absolutely loved the tour ! Very interesting and fun. I love that you get to see from the beginning to the very end of the process. We stayed after to enjoy a beer. Cynthia was very nice ! The outside area is very nice and the beers are very good ! Definitely would recommend. We even left with suggestions of what to do in Fort Collins ! Would defintely recommend to visit this place and take the tour !

No water fountains that i saw.Disabled parking fills more than an hour before game starts.Very well organized and courteous people.$23 parking and easy to get out in first 15 Minutes.Bus to transport inside parking but there is a line.One side of stadium be third baseline had shadow whole The rest was baking hot.No long bathroom lines! Very expensive beer $11-15.Ne careful what seats you buy. Disabled people have personal assistants and for those using a walker is very difficult cu hold on to bars when descending on stairs because of wrong spacing of bars.Please Avoid the stairs if you have a cane.

The park was clean and comfortable. All seats provided excellent viewing. Multiple vendors offered a variety of services and prices that were reasonable. I would highly recommend this park of you love baseball.

Coors Field is one of the best ballparks around! The atmosphere is always incredible - from the mountain views to the energy of the crowd, it’s such a fun experience whether you’re a big baseball fan or just there for a great day out. The stadium is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food and drink options never disappoint. Fun way to spend the afternoon! Even better when the Rockies win! Did you know that you can make reservations for the Mountain Ranch Bar & Grille and for $32 a person you can sit inside/outside in the shade and comfy seats and eat at the buffet. Don’t tell anyone about this cool, secret spot!

Beautiful stadium. We want to a day game so it got pretty hot. If you are attending a day game, consider tickets towards the back of a section that has a cover. Loved that they had sunscreen at the first aid stations and had water refill stations. We enjoyed the view from the roof and by the bullpens before we sat in our seats. I also loved that they had a kids food area with very reasonable prices! It’s right by the playground. Entertainment between innings could be more exciting.

This is a great ballpark. It is gorgeous inside and out. It has a timeless look and feel. It’s so inviting you feel like Babe Ruth played there. It’s located a mile high above sea level and the views are amazing. I would highly recommend and you should buy some merch at the on site store and the food is fantastic and reasonably priced.

Coors Field is one of the most beautiful ballparks in the country. There is truly nothing like the views of the Rocky Mountains from the stands sunset games are unbelievable. The atmosphere is fun, relaxed, and very “Colorado,” and it’s the perfect place to catch a Rockies game on a nice day. Great stadium, great vibes, and absolutely iconic mountain views.

My husband and I rode the Bustang bus from Colorado Springs to Denver Union Station. It was a very comfortable ride. The station is lovely and there were lots of comfortable places to sit and relax. We were waiting for another ride, so we mostly stayed inside the station. We were just a bit bummed that the ice cream shop wasn't open, but found a burger place nearby where we could get milkshakes. The restaurants and bars were a bit pricey but looked nice.

It was really cool to see this iconic historic place and how they've updated it to keep it functional and trendy. There is a hotel attached and the interior has been converted to something like a food court with little shops and bakeries attached. And it is still a functioning train station which was super cool. Definitely worth a quick visit if you're in Denver.

Well as Union squares go this is one of the nicest ones I've seen. It is very clean and has a few restaurants to go to if you want inside. There is lots of comfortable seating here also.

Pretty good. Trains on time, nice waiting area, plus a nice bookstore. Although we looked but all stores were sold out of Denver fridge magnets.

Beautiful building with the public transportation buses, Amtrak & Long distance buses located close together in proximity. Free shuttle up the 16th Street Mall as well. Enjoyed the trip as well as seeing the changes since I was last there.

What a marvelous job they have done keeping such a fantastic piece of Denver history!! This was a scheduled stop on our Guided Food Tour & I was amazed with the history & food we sampled. I will definitely be back!

The men's bathroom was filthy and they didn't clean it regularly. Not only that, but there was only one major bathroom. When they did clean it all the men had to stand in line. It's aging infrastructure... Hardly any place to plug in electronics. That said, it's fun to look at the old building. We also were serenaded by a nice man who played the piano and sang.

Absolutely wonderful area to have a drink, eat, shop, or just wander around looking at people. Lots of the restaurants on the mall have patios or rooftop decks. They have banned on the bricks every Wednesday night during the summer. Very festive atmosphere! We loved it!

This is a first time at the Pearl Street mall, and what a great vibe. The shops were so cute, and what an amazing variety. We had lunch down there as well, and it was delicious. Such a lovely spot!

Bring your wallet and your dancing shoes! This strip is full of great artisanal shops and delicious food options. The lively atmosphere and street performers make this a great evening hangout. Be ready to dance to some local musicians and help get the dance circle going! Or if you’re lucky, the zip-code man may be there to blow your mind with his thorough knowledge about anywhere/everywhere in America.

Pearl Street Mall is a fun, walkable spot with a great mix of shops, restaurants, and coffee spots. It has a lively but relaxed vibe, making it a great place to wander for a few hours. Whether you're grabbing a coffee, browsing unique stores, or just people-watching, there's always something interesting going on. The street itself is charming, with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The only downside is parking—it can be tricky to find a good spot, especially on busy days. But if you're in Boulder, it's definitely worth checking out!

Wow. Wow. Wow. First time here for a concert, and this place is BONKERS cool! Great views. Obviously. Great sounding show. Good food and beverage access and options. I need to come back during the day and check out the museum and the surrounding areas. Sooo cool!

This was easily one of the best stops on our trip. The views were absolutely beautiful. We had a tour guide with us who was very knowledgeable about the area and the theatre itself. It's a bit of an intense hike up, but it's well-worth the climb. Gift shop is at the top as well as a wall with everyone who has performed there, and a history section. It was really fun and I would go again. Definitely something everyone should see.

Incredible landmark. The layout is amazing even if you are just visiting for views or exercise. The trails around the park provide great views all around. The inside has a lovely gift shop, nice restrooms and awesome museum style set up for education on the location. This place was so awesome, I visited twice this trip.

A Must-See Colorado Gem! I visited Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre at the end of summer, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The natural rock formations are stunning, and the views of Denver from the top are incredible. The amphitheater itself is iconic standing there feels like being part of music history. The hiking trails were well-maintained and offered a great mix of scenery and exercise. Parking was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you go, make sure to catch a sunset; it’s magical! Whether you’re here for a concert, a workout, or just to soak in the beauty, Red Rocks is an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Colorado!

Magnificent amphitheater from the surroundings to the engineering and design. If you ever get the opportunity to see a concert or service….go. Amphitheater looks to the east so sunrise services are spectacular and one is not looking into the sun for evening concerts. We were there and they were testing the sound system…. Quite impressive in an empty amphitheater. Take a look at the museum below and see the hall of fame performers.

Always delivers! Visit and experience the museum! The restaurant is also really good with plenty of outdoor seating. Love the history and that it is completely accessible to the public. There are also miles and miles of trails to enjoy the stunning beauty! If you are lucky enough to go to an actual concert, it is super!

One of the best live music venues ever. It’s amazing. The scenery. The venue. The sound. The camaraderie. Likes attract likes. Good people everywhere inside. Music brings people together. Bucket list trip. Get here if you can. You will remember it all.

Day visit during the Summer ... Only 1.5 hrs from Denver. The drive is breathtaking. Great customer service. We decided to book an e-bike tour the same day, last minute so we had to call. We did the Riverside tour but the mountain tour was also an option. If we had arrived earlier maybe we could have done both. Included with it was a day pass for the gondola and $12 drink voucher (can only be redeemed on resort owned restaurants. Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. The bikes were pretty comfortable. The only disappointment was the food options after.

Rooms were very nice. Not a hotel but hotel-like. Multiple restaurants were shutdown during our stay (the one we wanted to go to was shutdown for a private event) & restaurant shutdowns weren't mentioned when we booked. One of the 2 mountain slides was also shutdown. Other than that a nice place to visit.

Winter Park is a great family ski resort. Nice accommodations and cute little village. The stores do close down by 6pm or so, not a lot of nightlife but great for families that like to hang out.

Winter Park is perfect for people of all ages and skill levels. They are skilled at providing for an extremely large number of people all at once. Everyone was very, friendly, helpful, and understanding. We attended the beginning ski school and were expertly matched with the best instructors for our needs. My instructor Gordon was extremely patient with me and made sure that I had the best experience possible. My husband's instructor Diago was awesome too.

We had such a fun and organized experience at Winter Park! The ice tubing area is very well managed, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They also have hot cocoa and snacks available, which made the whole experience even better. Don’t forget to take the gondola to the Winter Park Village for beautiful scenic views, great food options, and access to skiing. Perfect winter outing for families!

Spoke with Nikki in Customer Service at 4:58pm (they close at 5pm). Was thankful she answered the phone and was extremely helpful! She stayed on the phone with me and tried to find an answer to my questions. Can't said enough kind things about Nikki and the team at Winter Park. We are headed there this summer for a concert and had some questions. We always have a great time skiing, but had a few questions about summer activities. Thank you Nikki!

Be aware if you are coming from out of state I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of transparency. * THERE IS NO DISCLAIMER ON WEBSITE * what’s so ever They failed to inform us that a required lift ticket was not included in our ski reservations , only telling us one day before, which forced us to pay over $400 unexpectedly. That we simply can not afford When we asked for a refund, they refused, citing their “8-day window” policy—despite the fact that they didn’t provide the necessary information before that window closed. This was inconsiderate, poorly handled, and shows a lack of responsibility toward their customers.

Depending on the path, going up is easy, wheel chair accessible. Going down, moderate with small rocks, we are a little older so each of us used a single walking stick just for balance, but most people didn't. Carry drinking water for hydration in this altitude. The fountains at trail head were dry. Beautiful scenery! We are here on August 31, a little warm but not bad. Parking challenging on weekends.

Hiked Fish Creek Falls today and it was the highlight of my trip. The trail to the upper falls really got my heart pumping, but reaching the top was worth every step—the views are incredible! The lower falls are easy to reach and perfect for photos, while the upper trail gives you a real adventure. Parking is $5, with restrooms and picnic tables. I’d go back in a heartbeat.”

The trails and area are well very maintained. My husband grilled up some steaks for us. You can't get much better in life than a nice meal, a beautiful view, and the love of your life. We went on the uranium prospect trail, and it was absolutely beautiful!

Absolutely breathtaking. Would do the hike over and over again. First part of hike is easy and accessible for all.

There are a couple of short hikes to view the waterfall! All very easy paths, and some are paved. We encountered a mom with two baby moose which was an exhilarating experience! She ended up chasing us a little ways up the path! The waterfall is beautiful though and a must see if in the steamboat area!

The hot springs themselves are beautiful and super relaxing. The staff here though are rude, short, and unhelpful. They act super annoyed with you. Stayed just one night thank god. They didn't provide us with door codes to our cabins so we had to leave all our stuff in the car. I would have asked but omg just having a conversation with a staff member was like pulling teeth. One staff member yelled at us after we left and came back during the day because "we didn't tell them." Um sorry Stacey I didn't know I had to check in with you also why did you take the description of my vehicle if you're not going to use it? Better yet maybe give guests a ticket to put on their dashboard so you don't have to chase us down in your golf cart to prove a point? Sheesh. Yeah I'm really not down with the too cool to be bothered attitude of this place. Maybe shut down or find a better line of work if you hate your guest and don't want thier money? Anyways, I recommend valley view or desert reef hot springs. The staff there are incredibly welcoming and my money is better spent there.

I’ve been to Strawberry Hot Springs a couple of times now, and I will always keep going back. It’s one of the most unique and beautiful hot springs in Colorado. There are multiple pools, each with different temperatures from super hot to warm to even really cold plunge pools. It’s a natural hot spring, but it’s been shaped into an amazing man-made oasis that still blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. At night, bathing suits are optional, which definitely creates a different vibe but still a cool and memorable experience if you’re comfortable with it. Overall, this is an incredible spot in Steamboat Springs, perfect for relaxing after skiing, hiking, or just exploring the area. Peaceful, scenic, and totally worth the visit. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Worth the Trip! We drove an extra 4½ hours to visit Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs, and it was totally worth it. The place is surrounded by beautiful mountains and peaceful nature — it felt like we were in another world. It was my wife’s first hot spring experience, and she absolutely loved it. Sitting in the warm water with mountain views all around was just amazing. We were even lucky enough to see a fox walking by, which made the visit even more special. The place is well kept, clean, and has a very relaxing vibe. For the experience you get, the price is very reasonable. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic, and refreshing escape, this spot is perfect. We’ll definitely be back again!

Strawberry Park Hot Springs is one of the most magical places I’ve ever visited in Colorado. Tucked deep in the mountains, it feels like you’re slipping into a hidden oasis where everything slows down the moment you arrive. The natural pools are surrounded by tall pines and the sound of running water, and the mix of warm and hot springs makes it easy to find the perfect spot to relax. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful — rustic, quiet, and beautifully connected to nature. Even with other visitors around, it still feels serene because the layout is spacious and the views are stunning from every corner. Getting there does require a bit of a drive along a rougher road, but it adds to the sense of adventure. Once you settle into the springs, it’s absolutely worth it. If you’re in Steamboat, Strawberry Hot Springs is a must — it’s the kind of experience that stays with you long after you leave.

After reading reviews I was hesitant about going to this hot springs. The concerning part, for me, was statements of rude staff. I decided to make a reservation and give it a shot regardless. I am so glad I did. This place is beyond beautiful. The pools are perfect with a great variety of temperatures. Best of all the staff was amazing. There is not a lot of interaction with staff if you are just using the springs and not utilizing the "hotel" part. They are not intrusive allowing you to enjoy your visit. The gentleman who took our payment was kind and even said if grandma couldn't make it back up the hill they would give her a ride up. On the way out a different employee was in the check-in booth and made a point to ask us how our visit was as we passed by. Proof that, although helpful, reviews should be taken lightly and you should make your own experiences. 10/10 hands down!

Went with my husband after dark, it was incredibly relaxing! I have a connective tissue syndrome that causes chronic pain, and the water helped so much! The staff were pleasant and polite. I loved that the pools had different temperatures. I wish so many people didn't use flashlights when nearing the pool to set their stuff down, but it's dark, so I understand, and not a fault of the staff. I went on a Saturday. I'm aware they clean their pools every Monday and Tuesday, but I wish they cleaned it another time of the week as well, as there were some wrappers in the water, unfortunately. Also, watch out for the rock in the parking lot!!

Visited on November 18, 2025 I had an amazing time at Strawberry Hot Springs today. The atmosphere was peaceful, the pools were perfectly warm, and the surrounding nature made the experience unforgettable. The place is well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A perfect spot to relax and recharge - highly recommend!

We're from Utah so we've skied every resort in the area. So many great ones. But when we landed in Deer Valley we fell in love with it all. The mountain is fantastic for all levels. The services are first class. Food is fantastic. Apres Ski great fun! Don't miss this one if coming to Utah.

Came here to have lunch/drinks on the desk to relax and enjoy the beautiful views they have here on the terrace. My fault I forgot it was a holiday, and they were fully booked; but the nicest male host/manager (tried to catch his name as I left but couldn't find him later) gave me a nice spot to enjoy a mimosa regardless. Super lovely host/manager, I would always come back here for dinner/lunch/drinks on a non-busy holiday. The place is spectacular, be prepared to make a reservation for a weekend or holiday. Thank you Deer Valley folks!

While I love skiing Deer Valley and enjoy the amenities & service… they have eliminated the affordable Locals Ski Pass this 25/26 season. The new “Limited” pass is $1500 and makes it hard for non wealth locals and workers to enjoy the slopes. I find it sad and disappointing that Deer Valley is pushing higher prices and exclusivity over actual benefits for the sport & community !

BEWARE NEVER BUY SEAON PASS INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have lived in Park City for over twenty years. Skied at DV for longer. I had bilateral foot surgery last year. For that reason, I purchased insurance on my pass. I didn't use it one time. After submitting all the required documentation, their subsidiary company declined a refund. This is gross injustice. I think DV needs a serious reevaluation.

Jiomary, the restaurant manager, was so incredibly nice and professional. She really enhanced our experience— seriously, she’s an incredible addition to the team here! Delores and Carter were also so friendly and accommodating.

Honestly we had a great time. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Outside of the fact that everything was VERY expensive. Which is totally my perception, so we passed on getting lunch. Went to the top of the mountain and it was amazing. On the way down to the area with the stage and trailers that were selling food and beverages. We went to the ice cream shop and I requested 1. Kids cup single scoop with (free one choice mind you) gummy bears. $4 + $1 for the gummy bears. 1. Single scoop cone with (not charged for free one choice) (free one choice mind you) butterfinger dust. $7 1. Single scoop cup with rainbow sprinkles (free one choice mind you) $7 + $1 for sprinkles. SPRINKLES Total ending at $34.22 What math is this?? She was alone and trying so hard. But to be charged for the free option on the scoops. And to be charged $14 dollars over what is clearly written on the side of the trailer. She was flustered and had a line growing behind me so I didn’t want to give her a hard time since she was obviously overwhelmed. I want a refund for paying almost double what I received and requested

The music was great! But the organization was poor. The line was chaotic, inefficient, and not effective. I know for a fact that people around me in the line told the staff their bags had been checked and they were not. Bring your own food. The options there are limited, expensive, and not good. Just exiting the amphitheater proved to be a challenge. Half the hill was ripped through the restaurant with the path partly blocked. Traffic and foot traffic exiting conflicted and could have been greatly improved.

The Olympic Park was very interesting and free! We went through both museums and the gift shop. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got to watch people practice jumping on the airbag and into the pool. The pool practice was really entertaining. The staff can tell you when athletes will be practicing. Unfortunately we were not able to go on the tour as it was sold out. Make sure to buy tickets ahead of time if you want to ensure you make it. Worth your time.

We did the Gold Pass and enjoyed our whole allotted time! So many fun activities, and some you can’t do anywhere else. We did the zip lines, ropes course, tubing down the ski jumps, activity tower, and alpine slide. We had so much fun! And we got challenged, which was a bonus. Our 9 and 16 year old boys had a blast! It can be somewhat expensive, but we felt it was worth it. Have an adventurous attitude and you won’t be disappointed. It was also really cool to watch the ski jumpers and aerialists practice. Very fun day!

Awesome to be able to watch junior Olympics practicing on the jumps. Museum was very interesting and the practice ski jump was a blast. Beautiful facility and definitely a must stop if you're in the area

This place is awesome! I'm so glad that we stopped and spent some good time here. The summer bobsled experience is absolutely worth it! Watching the ski jumpers practicing into water was also very interesting and amazing to watch! There is so much too do for kids and adults!

I did an Olympic tour, walked around the museums, watched Olympians train and did the Bobsled Experience. Wonderful time! I would definitely recommend this place. Dani (?) was an awesome tour guide and the other staff were amazing also.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. He was a snowboard coach from Ohio. We loved it all. I zip lined, worth it & fun! Bobsled sounded scary. $20 tour was worth it. Museum was cool. Getting to see the skiers practice in the pool was cool too.

In SLC for a couple of days and decided to take a stroll through the downtown area. Came across Temple Square — a beautiful and peaceful space with lots of Mormon history to learn about. It was quiet when we visited, so it felt like a self-guided tour. None of the buildings were open, so we couldn’t check inside, but it was still worth walking through and taking in the grounds.

Even if you are not part of the Church of Latter Day Saints this is worth a visit. There are church members everywhere in pairs willing to answer any questions. Everyone is very kind. We enjoyed walking the outdoor spaces and spent time inside the tabernacle, the family research center, and the conference center. No entry fees.

Beautiful architecture, peaceful gardens, and plenty of history everywhere you look. 🌿 From the Brigham Young Monument to the Joseph Smith Building and City Creek Canyon nearby — everything is within walking distance. 🚶‍♂️ Clean, scenic, and full of charm — perfect for photos, short walks, or just soaking in the local spirit. 📸🌸

Beautiful public square with impressive statuary, a lovely garden, wide walking paths and plenty of benches, gondolas and shady spots for rest and contemplation. An inspiring place to meander, even as someone who is not Mormon, and take in the beauty of the grounds and architecture of the Temple, Tabernacle and other sanctuaries. On a side note, this place also has the cleanest, classiest public restrooms I've ever encountered. There is currently a lot of construction taking place - Summer 2025 - but there are many areas of beauty still accessible that make it worth a visit regardless.

The new sculpture and landscaping at temple square is so classy. They have benches placed around the area for contemplating and appreciating the atmosphere. Inside the Conference Center, the architecture of the flooring, pillars and paintings on the walls seems to compete with the great museums and places of higher learning in the world.

I was very excited about my trip to Salt Lake City. Years ago, during my university research titled “A Century of Olympic Graphics,” I came across the name of this city, which had hosted the Winter Olympics, and I’d always been eager to see it in person. One of the main attractions I wanted to visit was the Mormon Temple, but unfortunately, it was closed for renovations. However, just across the street, the city’s Convention Center caught my attention, and I hurried to explore it , it was quite an interesting experience. I also enjoyed visiting the Utah State Capitol building, surrounded by a beautiful landscape of colorful autumn trees.

This place was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen! I’m not Mormon but it was still really cool to check out and see all the history. They had the most beautiful garden here! 🌷💖

Antelope Island is a beautiful and peaceful place. The Bison are such amazing creatures that shouldn't be taken lightly while on the island. Expect to spend a few hours there while walking around, exploring some of the sights.

I recently went camping and hiking at Antelope Island, and it was such a peaceful experience! 🌅 If you love nature and hiking videos, check out my YouTube channel @IamOnePOV — I uploaded my full Lakeside Loop Trail adventure there. The views are breathtaking, the lake looks unreal during sunset, and nighttime is perfect for stargazing. There aren’t many big trees, so I’d suggest booking a site with some shade if you visit in summer. Highly recommend spending a weekend here — it’s one of Utah’s hidden gems! 🌄

Very unique park! After driving the causeway, we were immediately greeted by several bison and a herd of antelope! We visited mid September, on a Friday and it was not busy. The temporary visitor center is in a small building at the marina while their main visitor center is undergoing renovations. We camped in Bridger Bay campground (no water currently due to VC renovations), and our camping fee ($20 + $8 fee) covered our causeway toll.

Can see the Buffalo was amazing they are a really big animal , you probably think that they are quiet and patient but they can be really angry with human so be careful, amazing place for take pictures and go with the family (:

I enjoyed my day on Antelope Island. I was there as the tide came in on the east side, when exiting, so I could better see the marsh areas. The fee is high, $15. Due to construction there is no water and they let you know that before you enter and it is on the state park website. There are vault houses (pit toilets) all over the island. I spent a few hours at Fielding Garr Ranch, drove around and hiked to different parts of the island. The locals aren't kidding, those brine flies are pesky! By late afternoon, they were out and annoying. They are vital to the ecosystem, just be prepared. I had no idea how large Salt Lake is! It is so flat you can see the evaporation cycle occurring. I've great photographs of it on the north side, with afternoon sun hitting it, even slight rainbow colors. I learned a lot about the fresh water on the island, too. I saw hundreds of BISON and a deer grazing in the field.

I got to bring a photography group here from one of our Junior highs and they had the best experience ever it was really beautiful to visit and enjoy the history.

Huge difference between the summer and the cooler months. Plan out the trip as the. colder months probably till June, certain roads are closed. But it also means no flies and other pesky insects. The cooler temps means it'll be easier to do certain trails as you won't sweat as much from the radiant heat. There are 2 that were taken in the cooler months (March) and the rest in June.

Stunning, Jaw dropping, amazing! Every turn is an Oooh Ahhh turn. Truly a magnificent place. Thank God they protected these areas. The National parks are one of our greatest treasures

Has a small museum dedicated to the park, and souvenir store. Rangers were friendly and will give you answers in your inquiries about the park.

Really small visitor center. Can't accommodate all the visitors, but the staff were really helpful and they have great exhibits and a small gift shop. Appreciate the maps all being located outside so you don't have to wait in line just to ask for a map.

As usual the staff is always helpful. Make sure you take your ID and American the beautiful pass or money to pay the park entry fee. Many options for souvenirs and interesting facts about the park.

Loved the short drive in the park. We did a short walk at the end of the road. Get there early if you can. Lots of big tour buses go through here. Lots to see outside the park area too.

Great camping, great hiking, great National Park! We stayed Friday-Monday and had plenty of time to explore and relax. Try the 🥧 pies and if you are early enough to snag a cinnamon roll they are a must!

Great NP, even during the shutdown. Visitor's Center was open and the shuttle was running (it ends October 19). Lots of varied hikes from 1 mile to some monstrous ones. Terrain was varied as well, some serious elevation changes and some paved accessible ones. Quite beautiful!

Bryce Canyon National Park is one of those rare places that feels almost other-worldly. The moment you step up to the rim and look out over the amphitheaters filled with thousands of vibrant red and orange hoodoos, it genuinely takes your breath away. No picture truly prepares you for how surreal and massive the landscape is in person. What makes Bryce especially memorable is how accessible its beauty is. You can catch incredible views right from Sunrise, Sunset, Inspiration, and Bryce Points, each offering a slightly different angle of the canyon’s maze-like formations. But the real magic happens when you hike down into the canyon. Trails like Navajo Loop, Queen’s Garden, and Peekaboo Loop let you walk among the towering hoodoos, weaving through narrow passages and tunnels carved by nature. It’s hard not to feel tiny, in the best possible way. Another highlight is how the park transforms throughout the day. Early mornings glow with soft gold light, afternoons bring out the rich reds of the rock, and the sunsets are phenomenal. If you stay after dark, Bryce is also one of the best stargazing locations in the country—its night sky is unbelievably clear. Whether you’re there to hike, photograph, or simply soak in the views, Bryce Canyon feels like stepping into a natural cathedral shaped by time and elements. It’s a must-see national park that leaves you inspired long after you’ve left.

Bryce Canyon is absolutely stunning. The landscape is filled with towering spires of rock called hoodoos in deep reds, oranges, and whites. The trails are steep, challenging, and completely worth it. Every turn opens up a new and breathtaking view. What makes Bryce Canyon so unique is that it isn’t a true canyon but a series of natural amphitheaters carved by erosion and frost. The park sits high on the Paunsaugunt Plateau, with elevations reaching over 9,000 feet at Rainbow Point. A few fun facts: The park covers about 35,835 acres (roughly 56 square miles). It has the largest concentration of hoodoos in the world. The colors come from iron oxide and other minerals in the rock. The contrast of light at sunrise and sunset makes it one of the most photographed places in Utah. If you love dramatic scenery and rewarding hikes, this is a place you’ll never forget. Five stars from start to finish.

Wow!!! Bryce Canyon is unbelievable its like another world! It gets real interesting fast when you enter red canyon going east on hwy 12. Those red rocks are amazing such deep red color. Then you get to Bryce and those deep red colors mix with the tan sandstone color all of it blends into a natural wonder! We had so much fun we traveled all the way down the canyon at Rainbow Point and enjoyed a nice picnic lunch. They have lots of picnic tables in this area and restrooms. Many roadside pullout areas and parking lots to get to all the viewpoints along the canyon. When traveling deep into the canyon the canyon dropoff is on both sides of you....quite a thrilling experience! I recommend getting to sunrise/sunset point as early as you can because it gets quite busy with visitors. Once you find parking there is nice large concrete walkway that join Sunrise and sunset points together.

We went in early November and the crowds weren't to bad. The visitors center was still open even with the government shutdown. The views were stunning and breathtaking. Wish we could have had more time to do some of the hikes but we will definitely be coming back to see more.

Breathtaking views! I think winter is the best time to visit as the hikes are doable (we did the 3 mile hike which made us sweat as well lol). The beautiful skies add up to the wonderful snow capped mountains which are visible even at greater distances.

Gorgeous. Don’t be afraid to go in a few basic hikes; they’re well worth it. Visit the welcome center and talk to one of the park rangers at a desk and get a plan for each day. Our ranger was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend specific hikes that were within our capabilities, including secret gems.

Nice place for a quick stop to see Bryce canyon NP-like views. The spectra trail was nice, but they also have an observation deck area that will give you equally nice views of you don't have time to walk the trail. The gift shop has reasonably priced shirts and sweatshirts. You're required to have your state park pass to enter this location but no one checks so you can basically just walk the trail and see the observation deck without having to show your park pass at all. As long as you don't go into the visitor center, you're good. There is a clean bathroom at the parking lot.

WOW! Let me tell you, if you can make it up to cedars break I would highly recommend the drive. When you’re seeking peace this is the place to be. Just under a 35 minute drive from cedar city this look out is quite phenomenal. With a priceless view and onlookers from all over it’s truly breathtaking. Every time I’m in town I go to Cedars Break to catch the sunset and just sit in awe of such an amazing spectacle.

Go up there if you can. Very similar to Bryce, but 2000 ft higher in elevation. The ride up there from Zion to Bryce (yes it is a detour) in late September with the aspens in bloom was spectacular. Even had to stop to allow some grazing sheep to cross. WELL WORTH A TRIP.

We got it just in time to have a moment to talk to the Rangers in the visitor center. They cannot be kinder or more friendly and were very helpful. The park is open 24 hours however the visitor center is only open til five. Beautiful hikes, beautiful views for everybody to enjoy.

This place was so much more than what I expected to see here. I had no idea what I was driving to and walking towards. It was such an unassuming drive on the way to Bryce Canyon and it just pops out of nowhere. Have to say it was really cool and the most pleasant of surprises. Breathtaking.

This place is all inspiring. From the southern visitor Center just walk straight out and you are greeted with this massive landscape. You can see for miles and miles and the landscape is very unique. Take a moment and read the various information that's available at the visitor center as they are very helpful. The geological formation at this area is quite amazing. They are restrooms you can use and it's easily accessible from the parking lot. There are several viewpoints around this monument and I highly recommend you go to her the Northern viewpoint as it gives you a very different perspective. I think the best time to visit is doing sunrise and not sunset.

This gorgeous park is such a hidden gem! Was never on our plans, never heard of it until a friend told me about it. SO glad we went! If you’re in the area of Zion and Bryce, this is a must do!!! It’s like a mini Grand Canyon! Visitors center and staff were great too…

Best friends is definitely a must visit. We are from Cincinnati & have visited a few times. Well this time after touring the sanctuary we met some of the Texas flood rescues and came home with a dog! Bear friends helped us find a safe way to get her home. Tours are free, funny, & informative. The volunteers & workers are sweet and really engage with you in your. Greet for kiddos

So, probably a good idea to plan your stop in advance. We didn't. They have plenty of tours, but it looks like most are in the morning. Enough about our mistake. The self-guided tour is pretty epic anyway. You do get to go into one of the many cat houses and interact with the kitties. And you can see just a few of their hundreds of dogs at the adoption center. This place is doing great work.

This place was so much fun. The lunch was amazing. Especially for $5. And the view from the patio was so pretty. Everyone was so welcoming. The tours were super cool and the animals are so well behaved. The cats were great with children which was a relief with my 3 year old wanting to pet them.

I am a monthly donor so I wanted to see how my donations were being used. I was pleasantly surprised by this beautiful town called Kanab. It's breaktaking views will make you appreciate the work of God. I enjoyed all 3 tours that I went on ( the grand sanctuary tour, goat walking and pig tour, and bunny tour). I learned something about goats on the tour. You're not supposed to feed male goats a lot of fruit because it can cause lead to crystallization within their urethra. I fed some goats grapes and leaves at the vineyard because they acted hingry. But i will not do that again. I recommend that you spend two days so you can take all of the tours. The cafe provides a delicious $5 vegan lunch with a million dollar view. I love how the pigs have air conditioning on their houses to keep them cool. This sanctuary has a building to care for cats with Feline Leukemia Virus. They are no kill so any animal that ends up here has a home for life. And last but not least, this sanctuary is completely ran off volunteers and donations. So please donate so we can save them all.

My 4th visit to Best Friends but this time arranged a highly successful group volunteer visit for Sisters on the Fly with the BFAS Group Experience Team. Our hearts were filled with the BFAS mission and vision through volunteering, touring and making parrot enrichment toys. A 3-day event easily could have been a few days longer for us. Yummy, outdoor, vegan lunches at picturesque Angel's Village Cafe were 'icing on the cake.'

I’ve wanted to visit Best Friends for decades! So happy to finally get to see this magnificent sanctuary in memory of Toots. Everything about it is perfect. Yeah, I cried. Sacred experience for me ❤️

We have visited this beautiful place more than once! Enclaved within the red rock beauty and near Zion National Park this place is truly magical. There is a tour although not as it used to be. Worth a visit and go ahead and adopt a pet..

The Narrows felt like a scene after a typhoon, went the weekend before Labor Day and it was packed! The water wasn’t clear at all, but it was still super fun and thrilling. Definitely rent shoes and walking sticks—it’s slippery. Bring some snacks and water. If you’re visiting Zion, this is a must-do!

Amazing and fun hike for the family!!! One of the best hikes I have done! The hike can be as long or as short as you like, as the real beauty is the path. Some people recommend special socks, water shoes, and hiking sticks. I do recommend a hiking stick, but I used an actual stick I found in the desert that worked great and wore quality water shoes. There was one place towards the beginning that we were in water chest deep, so do keep in mind that you can get really wet depending on how high the water currently is. We were there at the very end of June and the water was pretty cold, but our feet got used to it fast! There is also a little water fall towards the beginning of the river and fun side trails later on down the path. The shade covered us the whole hike, but we were on the trail by 8:00am and stayed for about 4 hours total. A must do if you are in Zion!!!

It was quite an adventure. Bring water and snacks. A stick is a must it really helps walking over rocks. We got there by 8am. Took the shuttle to stop 9. We walked about 1 mile to the start. We walked for about 4 miles in the narrows and turned around. We had couple young kids they were tired couldn't go any more. It took about 3 hours to go up and about 1 hour to come back down. Its a real adventure. $30 water shoes from Amazon worked really well. The water was very cold at first especially when it went up to your belly. But once that sun comes out and into the canyon it feels really good to rest and let the sun hit you and warm you up.

Our Zion National Park visit centered on The Narrows, an unforgettable water hike. By 8:10 a.m., the Visitor Center parking was full, so we parked at Stop 2 and took the shuttle to Stop 9. Thanks to my wife’s planning, we rented water shoes and hiking sticks, making the four-hour trek more enjoyable. The towering canyon views were stunning, and the kids had a blast! At one deep section, the water reached my waist, and I helped them across—an exciting challenge. You need to experience The Narrows at least once in your life.

The Narrows is the most unforgettable hike of my life. Imagine wading directly into the Virgin River, surrounded by thousand-foot canyon walls that rise dramatically on both sides. It’s not just a hike; it’s an adventure. Hot tip: bring hiking poles or at least a walking stick and shoes/boots and clothes you don’t mind getting soaked. First, getting there…you must either take the park shuttle or bike in, no private vehicles are allowed. It sounds like a pain, it isn’t, trust me. Ample parking is available near the visitors center near the shuttle stop. Then you’re on your way. Take it to the last stop, Temple of Sinawava then hike an easy paved trail to the “entry” aka the water. The river is your trail, and every step is both exhilarating and humbling. Sometimes the water is ankle-deep, other times it reaches your waist/chest and with every bend you discover new perspectives on this awe-inspiring canyon. The cool water, the echo of footsteps and laughter, the sheer scale of the rock walls, it’s a sensory experience unlike anything else. The beauty also is, you can go as far or as little as you want! My wife and I took this on and were absolutely blown away. It challenged us, yes, but it also rewarded us with memories we’ll never forget. Standing there, looking up at the towering cliffs and realizing how small you are; it’s a perspective shift you can’t get anywhere else. If you do one hike in Zion, make it The Narrows. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that leaves you both exhausted and exhilarated, and it will stay with you forever.

What a hike, water is cold and deep in many areas. This place can get very packed especially in the beginning. Highly recommend a walking stick and good water shoes as the rocks will destroy your feet and ankles.

I don't think words or photos can truly convey this experience. You just have to go and do it yourself. I will say that you don't really need the boots and neoprene socks that the outfitters outside the park have to rent. I think the only thing are either hiking poles or a sturdy hiking stick.

Great October hike at sunrise! We got our permit for the first time slot of the day, which was great. We took the first park shuttle of the day and were within the first few hikers of the day on the trail, so we didn't run into anyone on the way up Angels Landing. This hike was super fun to do. It is definitely impressive which gives a sense of pride when you complete it. I did not think it was too hard physically. It can definitely be scary in some areas though. I witnessed people turning back because it was too scary for them. I now get what the hype is all about. Get your permit and do the hike, you won't regret it.

Visiting Angels Landing was absolutely unforgettable! The views from the top were breathtaking, with incredible scenery in every direction. The hike itself was challenging but totally worth it once you reach the summit. The trail was well-maintained, and there were plenty of spots to stop and take photos. I’d recommend going early in the morning to avoid the crowds and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It’s one of those places that truly reminds you how beautiful nature can be!

The hike is challenging but so worth it. I came down backwards which made it so mush easier. View is gorgeous along the way. It’s not as scary as shown in the online videos when you actually get on the trail.

Beautiful and Breathtaking hike! Be sure you are up for a challenge! There is a lot of high drop offs and your walking along edges. But it’s worth it! I am glad we went in October and not during peak season, it’s a small walking path for people in both directions and you have to wait for people to pass by before you can go.

Angel’s Landing is a stunning trail with some seriously out-of-this-world views. It’s not an easy hike, especially if you’re a beginner but totally worth it for the scenery. I went at the end of October, and even then it was hot and sunny, so I highly recommend starting early to beat the heat and the crowds. Bring lots of water. I didn’t go all the way to the peak with the chains (it gets pretty intense), but even stopping before that, the views were incredible. You don’t have to do the final stretch to enjoy the experience.

This hike is not for the faint of heart or anyone with a terrible fear of heights, but also the best hike I have ever done. The views are gorgeous, the chains area gets your adrenaline going, and finishing the hike feels so rewarding. Definitely dangerous, so must be physically able! I wouldn’t ever recommend this to children or elderly. To do the chains you must have a permit. But anyone can do the hike before that and get an incredible view at Scout Lookout before that if they don’t mind switchbacks! We went in June and on the trail at 7:30 am to beat the heat and the crowd, which worked great for us as it started getting much more crowded at the end. I recommend starting as early as possible. Keep in mind you will have to take their bus shuttle to the hike entrance and parking at the entrance of the park is near impossible to find if you arrive theater in the day.

This trail was one of the toughest I've tackled in my 15 years of hiking. I'd still recommend it 100% to those who can handle the challenge. Just be sure to bring plenty of water - more than you think you'll need. And if you're afraid of heights, this trail might not be for you.

Skywalk at Grand Canyon West I recently visited the Skywalk at Grand Canyon West, and overall, the experience was disappointing. While mobile phones are allowed, the professional photographers stationed along the Skywalk tend to block the best viewing spots, making it hard to enjoy the view or take your own photos freely. It felt more like a sales setup than a scenic experience , with constant pressure to step aside so they can take photos to sell you later. The Skywalk itself is much smaller than expected, and although the view is nice, it's not significantly better than other areas of the canyon that are free and far less commercialized. For the high ticket price, I expected something more immersive and less restricted. Crowds, limited time on the platform, and overall poor value made this a low point in an otherwise amazing Grand Canyon trip. If you're planning to visit, I’d recommend skipping the Skywalk and heading to the South Rim or other less tourist-heavy viewpoints, you’ll get better views, more freedom, and a more authentic connection with the canyon.

Absolutely breathtaking experience! The Skywalk at Grand Canyon West was unreal — totally worth the trip. They give you slippers to put on before you enter the skywalk. Standing on that glass bridge and looking straight down into the canyon is wild… it honestly feels like you’re floating in the sky! Even if ur afraid of heights, by the time you go around the 3rd time(15 min allowed for each time), it’s not so scary and is even thrilling! The views are beyond words — endless layers of red rock, the Colorado River running through, and this peaceful, powerful energy all around. I spent a few hours exploring the area — there are great photo spots everywhere, places to sit and take it all in, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything felt really organized, and the whole experience was smooth. I’d 100% recommend going early because the light hits the canyon in the most magical way. It’s one of those bucket-list places you just have to see in person — no photo can do it justice! The skywalk closes at 5 pm, so there’s really no chance of seeing the sunset, unless it’s deep into winter, but hopefully soon, they will extend the hours. Free parking on site.

I enjoyed the skywalk! It was interactive and more fun than I thought it would be. I went early AM on a Sunday and the crew working at that time was very laidback. Everyone was allowed to take pictures and the camera crew didn’t force their services on anyone unless they asked. I would definitely suggest going early if you can and going offseason. I went in mid-October. It was nice because I felt like I had some parks of the canyon to myself! Not sure if it would be something I’d ever do again just due to cost and time restrictions, but I do think it’s worth checking out at least once! It was pretty close to Vegas. I drove out in the early AM and I would estimate it’s a half day trip if you start somewhat early.

I’ve always wanted to visit GCW since the Skywalk opened and finally got there today and it was an amazing experience. Awesome views of the canyon from around the property and directly down some 3,000’ below along on the Skywalk loop. The Skywalk is a cantilever design with nothing supporting it underneath as it hangs precariously over the canyon edge. There are also authentically correct replicas of several different Indian homes from different Tribes indigenous to this area of the Grand Canyon. There also locals selling jewelry, a snack shop; dancers; restaurant, and gift shop. PS: Some trails can be rugged…

So amazing!!! To be walking on glass almost a mile over the Grand Canyon floor is amazing. The only negative about visiting here and Guano Point was that it cost 100 dollars plus taxes a person. But worth doing it once. The views are amazing and worth it. As I have recommended on the other stop, I would go in the late fall or early spring. It was so hot when we visited in the summer. Staff is very kind. The shuttle comes every few mins so it’s very easy navigating around.

Breath taking views from both Eagle point (skywalk) and Guano point. It is a long drive down a single lane highway which is poorly sign posted. You can purchase your ticket 🎟 at the gate. All access pass is about $100 USD and will give access to Skywalk and Zip lining. Well worth the trip, suitable for all ages.

If you’re in Vegas and you want to make a day trip to the Grand Canyon this is perfect. It took us about two hours to drive there and the cost for the skywalk and the general admission was about $60. That might seem a bit steep but I can tell you that I felt it was worth it. Though I was scared to death to walk around the skywalk I was blown away by the incredible views of the Grand Canyon. I would suggest this place as a day trip for anybody that doesn’t have time to make the 4 Hour Dr. to the actual park.

What a magical place. We did two trails over the span of around 3 1/2 hours: the short but scenic Mouse’s Tank, and the iconic Fire Wave/Seven Wonders Loop. Both provided different experiences, views, and difficulty levels, but I feel like there still lots more to see!! Even just driving through the park, you get incredible and genuinely jaw-dropping views of the rock formations. Absolutely blew my expectations out of the park, and the new visitor center looks super cool too! The current visitor center has some cool displays and a nice little gift shop in the middle. I recommend getting here either very early or towards sunset, as there not a lot of shade and, even in cooler temps, the sun can be brutal. Please check this wonderful place out.

Writing a “review” of the Valley of Fire feels a bit like rating the sun. Or giving three stars to gravity because it’s “a bit much sometimes.” The place doesn’t care what I think. It’s been here for 200 million years, unbothered by human opinion, Google reviews, or the existential unraveling of anyone who visits. And yet here I am, typing earnestly into the void about how it made me feel small in the most reassuring way. The Valley of Fire exists on a timescale so immense that our entire lives do not even register as a blink. While we are born, grow up, agonize over career choices, stress about emails, and die — these rocks just… exist. They are steadfast and exist outside our timeline, the changes measured in geological rather than biological time. And somehow that’s comforting. There’s something deeply soothing about knowing the universe isn’t keeping track of our daily panic. Standing among those rust-red cliffs and formations, I felt every melodramatic human emotion: awe, insignificance, reverence, and an odd sense of relief that my to-do list, my one sided feud with my neighbor (true story), my overthinking… none of it matters here. The Valley of Fire is the ultimate reality check wrapped in beauty: a place where the universe pats you on the head and says, “Sweetheart, relax, it’s really not that deep.” So yes, five stars. Would recommend. Bring water, snacks, and a healthy sense of humility

Awesome park to visit, this place had a few stops with petroglyphs that were neat to see. The visitor center was cool and the staff were fun and helpful of cool thing to see in the park. Most of the hikes were easy and well marked. Family friendly even for littler kids to go on. Would recommend visiting!

Lots to do and beautiful hiking trails. Highly recommended! There are a variety of rock formations that you could spend hours enjoying the view and nature. As always, remember this is located in the middle of the desert, always bring more water than you need on your adventures. There is a visitor center in the park which offers small snacks and beverages, as well as souvenirs!

Beautiful place to explore with short little hikes. What they’ve changed in the last 2 years is requiring photo permits if you’re not in walking or hiking outfits. Also no longer can you park on the road and look at the views. Parking is limited in some popular hike trails. It’s hot during summer and don’t underestimate the heat.

Absolutely stunning! The red rock formations glow under the sun and change color throughout the day. Don’t miss short hikes like Fire Wave (1.5 mi), White Domes (1 mi loop), and Mouse’s Tank (0.7 mi). One of the most beautiful parks near Vegas — nature at its best! I would always skip Vegas and just go here!

I've been meaning to visit this state park for years. Very happy to have made the drive up from Vegas. Scenery is dramatic and beautiful. Also I was not expecting to see Bighorn Sheep! I plan to come back when I have more time to hike. Note, many trails are closed in summer.

America is great. What a sight. What an accomplishment. It is always a must see. You can now drive across the dam again. Also can walk across it. Tours are first come first serve. So you get there and get in line and then get assigned a time. The view from the bridge is also spectacular.

I had seen multiple pictures of this dam and thought it was big, but this thing is HUGE!!! We did the tour that took us down inside and that was very informative. It’s also very interesting looking around in the museum and seeing all things they used and how they built it. Definitely a cool place to visit!!

Seeing the Hoover Dam was amazing. I'm glad I got to experience this place. Was free to walk around and take pictures but if you choose to you can pay to take the tour at a reasonable price.thwees also a gift shop and diner on sight with free parking.

Don't look down. It would be a big fall. There can be gust of winds. It's a big climb to get to the bridge. Honestly pretty cool bridge. It can be quite hot up there. Bring water because you will need it on the hike.

Amazing viewpoint connecting Nevada and Arizona! The bridge offers a breathtaking overlook of Hoover Dam and the Colorado River below. Short hike from the parking area to the viewpoint with clear signage. Windy up there, so hold onto your hat! Definitely worth the stop.

The Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, also known as the Hoover Dam Bypass, is located along US Highway 93 at the Arizona/Nevada state line. Its official address is 27953, 28689 Great Basin Highway in Boulder City, Nevada. This bridge spans the Colorado River after water passes by the Hoover Dam power generators and spillways. It was built to divert traffic that used to drive along the top of the Hoover Dam. There is a pedestrian path along the bridge and its wall does a pretty good job blocking the view of the Hoover Dam from vehicles driving the across the bridge. I have not walked across the bridge, but I understand that it provides a great vantage point to view the Hoover Dam. This arch bridge sits 890 feet (270 m) above the Colorado River. Like every bridge, it will flex and sway from traffic driving across the bridge as well as wind passing through The Black Canyon of the Colorado. This sway is intentional as a rigid structure would be damaged by the forces exerted upon it.

After our Hoover Dam tour, we moved our car to the free outdoor lot (Boulder Dam Bridge Parking) and walked the Mike O’Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge. You can visit the bridge before or after the dam, but if you’re joining a tour, it’s best to do the tour first in the morning and save the bridge walk for later. This massive bridge connects Arizona and Nevada, built to ease traffic around the dam. It opened in 2010, is 1,905 ft long (579m), 890 ft high (270m), and is the 2nd tallest bridge in the U.S. and it even won a bridge design award in 2012. It’s named after: • Mike O’Callaghan, Governor of Nevada (1971–1979) • Pat Tillman, an NFL player who left his career to serve in the military and died in action in 2004. You can walk across the bridge to get amazing views of Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. You might feel the bridge slightly sway( something to keep in mind if you’re afraid of heights). We visited in late March and it was super hot and dry (over 30°C / 90°F), so definitely bring a hat and water. The bridge isn’t long, but with no shade, it feels intense under the sun. If you have a free day in Vegas, this side trip is totally worth it!

We had a blast. So full of people, music and lights. It was great. Awesome place to people watch, we don't drink or gamble so we just walked the street and we're blown away by everything there is to see. My husband bought an amazing painting off of one of the street artists. It was just a lot of fun, especially if you come from small town like I do and don't get to see this type of thing often.

Definitely worth checking out, but I must warn you that many of the casinos and street stores here evoke a nostalgic feeling for a reason. They’re not like the newer part of Vegas or the heart of the strip, but if you’re seeking a glimpse into the past, perhaps 3040 years ago, this is the place to be. One must-try is the outdoor circuit bar, where they still perform flare bartending, a skill that’s hard to find elsewhere in Vegas. I believe there’s also zip-lining available, and part of the street is covered with an LED ceiling, complete with a stage for live music, which I think is part of the Atomic Saloon. Overall, it’s a must-visit, but it could be something entirely different. I would like to see it more devoted to live music and live entertainment . The street performers are the heart of the place, so make sure to support them.

Wow—what an unforgettable experience! Fremont Street Experience is pure Vegas magic! The lights, the music, the energy—everything here is absolutely electric. The canopy light show is breathtaking, and the live bands keep the vibe going all night long. I loved the mix of classic Vegas casinos and modern street entertainmen.it’s like stepping into the heart and history of the city all at once. Everywhere you look, there’s something exciting happening. If you want to feel the true spirit of Las Vegas, this is the place to be! Love from Canada 💕😘

The ambiance here is fantastic, feeling more accessible and less pretentious than some areas of the Strip. You'll find live bands playing on multiple stages, often featuring high-energy cover artists that keep the crowd dancing. The street is also famous for its incredibly diverse and often bizarre street performers (be aware that tipping is expected if you take photos). It's a non-stop carnival atmosphere.

I had come to the Fremont Street Experience for many years. My experience is getting better and better. I finally feel that Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas is better than the Strip. I think I will book a hotel in the Fremont Street area next time when I come to Vegas. The Fremont Street Experience is fun, with more activities and even livelier than any other area in Vegas. I enjoyed the nightlife here. I like the stores, bars, restaurants, and casinos here more.

We came through on the Big Bus tour but we did not get to stop. From what we saw it will be an awesome adventure in the future. The place was bright and lively. We drove right down the middle and under the huge ceiling video screen that stretched what seemed to be as far as we could see.

Fremont Street is a must if you’re in Vegas for the first time. Cheap gambling, nonstop entertainment, and people-watching that deserves its own documentary. You will absolutely see something unforgettable — maybe even something you wish you hadn’t. I’m pretty sure I saw the best magic of my life here from about five feet away. Tip your street performers. They earn it. Go at night for the full effect, stick to the classic casinos for better odds, and keep your wallet close. If you want pure, unfiltered, chaotic Vegas energy, Fremont is it.

The wifi that you pay $50/night for through the mandated resort fee is unusable. As in you literally can't even connect, and in the unlikely event you do, nothing loads. Not google maps, not email, not a website. Rooms are clean but missing a mini fridge. Management obviously discouraging having your own drinks. No ice that I know of. Carpet smells worn. Could be worse. Gym is great. Staff are pleasant. Parking garage is managed through a third party and $20/night. Views of the mountain are nice. Beds are fine but pretty springy. 3 stars is a bit generous but it could be worse. I've stayed at nicer comfort inns.

I am severely disappointed with the all around experience of the STRAT. Booked for 4 nights and we left after day 1! 1st room was not clean at all, the whole “C” tower smelt awful, room was very loud. Very dusty, sticky and left garbage from past users. Not what we expected at all for the “newly renovated” title. Due to the uncleanliness we got a 2nd room. This was much better, it was located in another tower with the same layout. However we got two body towels and no additional ones for hands and face. The sink water pressure was way better than the shower. Customer service on arrival and when we switched rooms was lovely! 2nd room was much better but this whole experience left an awful taste in our mouth. In addition to that we arrived later at night and this is not a place you or your family would want to walk around at all! Even our cab driver told us to not venture out far in the area. All restaurants in the casino were closed and only option was McDonalds (it is what it is) We paid double the price with loosing all our days booked at this hotel to go somewhere else. Not a location I would go near again or want to stay.

Hotel is conveniently located on the Las Vegas Blvd strip & offers thrilling rides, a comedy club, a casino & a rotating restaurant. I saw the comedy show & thought it was fun & hilarious. The rooms where quite spacious & very clean. I stayed in the older rooms but was told they had newly renovated & modernized rooms. I however had quite an unpleasant check in experience. Arrived just before 12 noon & was told I could only check in at 3pm because of the type of room I booked. Came back just before 3pm & reception staff told me I had to wait until it was after 3pm not minding that I was extremely tired from the wait. On both occasions, they tried to sell me the idea of upgrading to a different room at an extra cost. Got the feeling they were all about money & not focused on customer satisfaction/experience. I get it that it's Vegas but I got a much better customer experience from the other hotels I stayed at. On the positive side, the guys at the Bell Desk were courteous & understanding when I dropped off my luggage prior to check in.

This is an older hotel and gets some flack but we really enjoyed our stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable. There were several nice restaurants and the casino was cool (they got all of my money though) The highlight was going up the observation deck and catching sunset and happy hour. The drinks were good, the staff was friendly and the VIEW was AMAZING!

Great staff and good attentiveness, place is a little smoky and stale, and winning at any bar is few and inbetween. You'll spend a lot of money at the bar for a single drink and are much better off playing somewhere in the floor. PT has great selections of food, but opens really late after 2pm, so if you want lunch at a reasonable hour, your kind of out of luck, unless you want to spend almost $10 for a single slice of pizza. The Top of the world restaurant is a little pricey, but the food is good and the atmosphere is excellent. Rides are a little expensive for the amount of time you get, but taking a look from the outside is worth the venture to check out the city.

This is our 1st time starting at the hotel. We selected a Boulevard suite, which is a decent size room. We did ask for a higher level but got a lower level instead that looks over the air conditioner units. We had breakfast every day at Strat cafe, the food portion was big and good. We also ate at PT’s Wings & Sports and 108 Eats. We enjoyed the Observation deck to see views of the Las Vegas valley. We didn’t realized that there was an outdoor deck until we were leaving, which if we knew we would have gone up before it started to rain. Overall we like it and maybe stay there in the future again.

Always enjoyed staying at the Strat when we are in vegas. I think its a great location in between the strip & Fremont Street. The Deuce bus is easy to navigate & get to to either spot. Clean rooms, Great service. There is a McDonald's in the hotel, and a great pizza place. I'd pass on the Strat Cafe tho. Guests get a discount for the Top of The World viewing deck. $10/person instead of $30. The casino is good too! Be aware of the time share people that usually get ya across from the Starbucks. Great mountain views from rooms. North tower was nice. Lovely pool as well on the 8th floor.

We really enjoyed our experience on the High Roller - the views of Vegas at night are hard to beat! This is roughly a 30 minute ride in a spacious pod with 360 degree views. The pods move smoothly and slowly so you will not notice the movement. If you are trying to keep the party going while onboard, they offer drinks before you board - at elevated prices. Keep in mind that they do bag checks before you enter, so you are not allowed to bring in outside drinks. The only negative is that they had us enter and exit the pod while the pod was moving, which seemed a little sketchy to me. One miss step could mean a guest falls off the platform. I did noticed that they stopped the pods for some guests, though. The pods move really slow, but the risk of a fall is still there. The overall experience was too good to knock the rating. If you are staying at a Cesars-run hotel and have not signed up for the rewards program - do it! My tickets were free as a new member of the program.

It's interesting. Slow and steady. We went during daylight hours so we could see the mountains in the distance. At night it might be more exciting to see the lights. It was a 30 min ride but felt quick. It was roomy in there. The two of us were in there with 5 others. Plenty of room for people to move around and take pics and not feel crowded. We brought our own drinks with us but there was a bar right before you get on. I think we paid $22 each. I'm not sure I would say this is a must-see but it was interesting enough for something to experience while we were in Vegas

This is definitely a must-visit attraction when you’re in Vegas! I highly recommend going at night the view is absolutely stunning with all the lights from the Strip glowing below. I got two tickets through Groupon, which was super easy and convenient, and the whole experience was well worth it. When we went, there was a family with little kids who were a bit loud and energetic just being kids so that was a small distraction. But aside from that, I really enjoyed the experience. Once you’re up there, you get an incredible panoramic view of the entire Strip and beyond. Seeing all the hotels, lights, and energy of Vegas from above is something you really can’t describe until you experience it yourself. If you’re planning a trip to Vegas, make sure to add this to your list it’s one of those experiences that gives you a whole new perspective of the city and makes for some amazing memories (and photos, too!).

We bought tickets online ahead of time from Groupon and just had to show out passes and got right on- no wait. We went during a Friday around 1 pm and got right on the ride. Also the ride overall takes about 30 minutes to complete which is so nice. The view from the top overlooks and it taller than most casinos. I would definitely go again and recommend it. It’s worth the price.

The High Roller Happy Half Hour is hands-down one of the fastest ways to get a strong buzz in Vegas. If you have a Caesars Rewards card, you can usually grab a deal on the regular ride and then upgrade to the open-bar cabin for around $25 — easy win. Great for a group of 5–10, especially around sunset or after dark when the Strip looks insane from up top. Our bartender was on it the whole time and even snapped some great photos for us. If you want a fun, quick, no-effort pregame in the sky, this is the move. Highly recommend

This was a cool experience. We got the tickets for the bar car. There’s only one bar car so we waited for a while for the car to come around and you also go with other groups. About 20 people were in ours. Offers great views of the strip. Would recommend.
