My wife and I grew up in the Woodstock generation. We weren't in the crowd of over 450,000 hippies but in the movies and music that came from those historic 3 days, we finally got there to see hallowed grounds and a great museum. Go there and understand the times and the music that brought so many people together in peace. Special thanks to Duke Devlin.

A gem of a stop. Step back in history, and learn about iconic Woodstock. The exhibits are well planned and capture the magnitude of cultural impact this music festival had. We were in a time crunch, so we had to rush through. I would plan and give yourself at least two hours to fully enjoy. Price for entry very reasonable.

This was such an awesome experience! I was too young to go to the original Woodstock, but I’ve always fantasized about being there as an adult. It took me a while, but I finally made it — and wow, it gave me chills! The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and full of history. You can almost feel the energy of those 450,000 people who came together for peace, love, and music. The museum is fantastic — filled with stories, photos, and memories from that legendary time. If you ever get the chance, go! It’s not just a place, it’s a feeling. A walk through history that still radiates good vibes. ✌️💛🎶

Beautiful building and grounds. We had sandwiches at the Cafe before touring the museum. There was so much to read, and see. We watched some videos, viewed the memorabilia, listened to music, visited the gift shop. Came back later in the evening for the last night of the Peace, Love and Pumpkins Festival. What a great event! There were local vendors, a drone show, a very nicely decorated path, fire pits, food options. All the staff was terrific.

The building is nice. The grounds are nice BUT the Woodstock Exhibit leaves a lot to be desired. Basically its frames of the movie documentary blown up in parts and spread out throughout the Hall and its extremely grainy to booth. Maybe the younger generation might enjoy it because I doubt they've seen the movie. For everyone else from that ERA its a bust. Not to mention your paying a pretty penny to get in lol. Took me all of 5 minutes and $23.00. Decide for yourself :)

Awesome museum and grounds. Very knowledgeable staff, a few of them actually attended Woodstock in 1969. Movies were informative, lots of photos of bands that played at Woodstock. We also went to a peace, Love & Pumpkins. It was a Halloween experience of lighted up trails over 400 carved pumpkins and ghosts and ghouls. It is advertised as scary but it wasn’t. Still had a great time there was a band playing in enclosed pavilion, lots of vendors, food and drinks available for purchase. We spent the night on site in their campground. We stayed in the glamping area. Would love to come back next year for some of their summer concerts.

As a child of the 60s I had a pilgramage here on my "bucket list", which I fulfilled in October '25. The museum didn't disappoint. In addition to the expected Woodstock festival history and artifacts they do a nice job of the history of the era, e.g., political climate, race relations, Vietnam, etc. They also have a nice selection of videos of the concert and related topics. The monument overlooking and marking the concert field is half mile from the museum. There is a cafe on site selling breakfast and lunch items, beer and wine. Well worth a day outing.

This is a great spot! Its quite large, many, many shops to meander through. Many are crazy expensive so its not your every day shopping experience but there is a ton of variety including a little something for everyone's taste and budget. We came for the scarecrow festival and did eat and shop while we were here. Spent the whole afternoon. It was quite busy and parking was a challenge but we did find some. Definitely recommended for a day out with family or friends.

You just can't go wrong here. We've been coming here for over 20 years and it's just done right. I think one of the greatest places you can go is the village itself. It's free. You don't have to pay for anything and you can just walk around and have the option to shop or dine. Sometimes the beauty of this place is just that. Walking among the shops and enjoying the nature and especially during season changes. But the other part is the availability of some absolutely incredible places to shop and eat or grab a drink. From sweet spots and bakeries to bougie places to buy clothing and seasonal outfits or even a good old-fashioned hat store and shoe store, you can also get world class koi for your koi pond or have someone build a koi pond for you. There's wine tasting and a Harry Potter themed fantasy store and even an authentic German food and cuckoo clock store. I dare anyone to try to find all of these things in one spot anywhere else in the world. Peddlers gets crowded for a reason but somehow it always seems like a bustling paradise.

This is a perfect half / full day trip from New York or New Jersey, in PA! We have been to Peddler’s village 5 times in the last 1 year. It has an old place charm, shops, restaurants, gardens and beautiful walk ways. They always decorate the place based on the season/festival or holiday. The shops here offer by unique and different products. There is ample parking and is wheelchair accessible. Highly recommend for young family and actually people of all ages. We especially enjoy stores like Sticky Situation- which the most amazing variety of natural flavored honey, cookery ware shop, pop corn shop, Fehrenback Black Forest clocks shop that transports you to Germany, knobs n’ knockers, the cloak and wand and What’s in a Name where we bought some of the oldest original maps of the world and name history.. check it out

We took a ride out there on Thursday October 2nd, since it’s a beautiful day and we had time. Unfortunately we didn’t expect the place to be mobbed, including restaurants. Apparently schools in the area were closed. But at least the scarecrows didn’t disappoint!

This was a place I've been meaning to visit, I learned about it last year. Saw a video on YouTube which reminded me of it and today finally made the trip.1st parking is free there multiple locations where you can park. This beautiful area offers a variety of different shops, eateries and beautiful sand sculptures. Stepping into this unique place is walking into another world which makes a great idea for a day trip specially on a nice summer day. Area has beautiful well maintained landscapes benches available to sit and relax. Definitely add this cool place to your bucket list, definitely one of the most beautiful places I've visited definitely recommended. If you're driving from nyc like I did, it was under two hours. There's also a area that offers games like arcade, play area for kids, merry go round. Definitely family friendly environment, also pet friendly. Restrooms are also available here. They also host different events throughout the year, so visiting at different seasons will feel like a different place.

A very Hallmark village during Christmas season, both during the day and at night! Lots of fun shops, lots of good bites. Family friendly.

We visited both parks on the same day, and I recommend starting with the Zoo first. Buy your tickets there, as you’ll get a discount for the Safari. The Safari took about 30–45 minutes, depending on how often animals stopped us in search of food. Passing through different sections felt like going through a toll booth—only instead of attendants, curious animals were waiting to be fed. It was a very fun and interactive experience, but be careful—some animals will stand right in front of your car. The Zoo portion was okay, although most animals were either sleeping or hiding from the sun and heat. We still managed to see tigers, lions, and a variety of farm animals. Next time, I’d like to try the VIP experience for a closer look at the animals. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit! 😉

Very nice zoo. The walk though is easy and not very long. You do get alot more up close views of the animals that larger zoos dont offer. I highly recommend doing the safari. You use your own vehicle and have animals coming to say hi throughout the ride. It took us about 1 hrs to drive though. The animals will stick their heads in your car to feed. Get some cool selfies and give children a unique experience they'll remember forever. Buy the feed buckets. Its kind of expensive but makes the experience so much better:)

We went here with our local friends. We had a wonderful time! This place has such a wide variety of animals. Everything was clean and well maintained. The ability to pet and feed so many animals is an experience unlike any other. I do wish some of the enclosures had more going on for some of the animals as some seemed bored (pacing)... But every staff member we saw was caring and attentive.

Considering it is 20 minutes outside of Binghamton, this place is great. The Zoo itself is a good size, for sure, and it’s spacious, modernized, and relaxing. The layouts of the animal exhibits is well thought out, offering the chance to see most of the animals. The Preserve / car park is much larger than I expected, with major themed sections of the leisurely drive. Overall, the animals are very docile and friendly, with the chance to feed many of them.

I think I may have had more fun than my grand kids and they loved it. The animals were beautiful and to see them so close was amazing. There were white a few cars at the gate but everyone guess at their own pace and once inside we didn't really see any cars until the end

What a great experience. The animals are so well taken care of, the staff was friendly. We went to the zoo first and then the safari, and spent 3 hours between the 2. We will definitely be back.

Well worth the drive for our first visit. Both parks were well kept and very clean. You can clearly see how well the animals are taken care of. As a mom of two young ones I really appreciated the baby spots offered around the park that were cooled with AC and private/clean changing areas. Highly recommend visiting both parks, we did the walk through first and were given a discount for the drive through after.

Not a great casino. Was there about 20 years ago and went again in 2025. Need players card to order drinks. Must play $5 to order and can only have one drink every 30 minutes. At least 40 slots broken. Casino is half smoking as well.

Came to this casino for the first time. At the entrance the security was very rude & disrespectful. 0 starts deserved earned at an entertainment service business before even entering the casino.

What a night with lots of luck and fun

The table suddenly became very busy, and the dealer kept blowing cards, but they changed 4 dealers within 10 minutes. The staff called a few people to look at it, and said it was very strange, as if we were cheating. , they said they were going to close this desk and they were going to get off work. No way, the rules of the game are theirs. The next day, I went to the same table and kept losing. The dealer kept getting 20 and 21 points. I asked the staff when the table would be closed today. The dealer told me that in addition to changing the cards, the table would be replaced with new cards. , will not be closed. Yes, shameless behavior can only make you lose, not win. When you are lucky, they keep changing people to deal cards, or close the table directly. There is no justice at all... don't go gambling in this place, their behavior is so bad

Bush league services and amenities. Unhealthy conditions and clown shoes service. It is clear there has been a recent management change for the worse. Our stay started with the front desk being unable to locate our reservation. Despite it being made months ahead of time. Next my coworker discovered that our shower would not drain. When maintenance arrived they pulled 3 hair extensions worth of hair out of the drain. They have done away with complimentary breakfast (which my coworker would not stop complaining about for our week long stay), the attached restaurants are over priced. One night I ordered medium steak, at "market price", and received a brunt piece of charcoal that was no where near worth what I had paid for the meal. Next security saw fit to give my company vehicle a "parking warning" threatening to boot or tow it. With no explanation for the warning. The vehicle was legally and parked in a valid area. No signage, no markings, no attempt to contact me. When I contacted them, they admitted that the warning should not have been issued. It never occurred to them that the vehicle was parked for more than 24 hours, because the guests were staying for longer than 24 hours. All these above mentioned things are annoying but what is unforgivable is my coworker and I both observed the house keeping staff clean our room one day. The house keeper took the reusable glasses and coffee mugs, washed them in the room's sink without soap, and replaced them. There were no new glasses or mugs on her cart, so this must be a standard thing for this staff. Dog feces located everywhere in the landscaping and parking lot. The room does not have a microwave and the refrigerator barely cools drinks at the max setting. The computers in the "business center" in the lobby are running illegitimate copies of Windows, the styling of the rooms and public areas are clearly cheap and tacky. The free wifi is open, public, and not in the least bit secure. It is clear the powers that be are cutting corners where ever possible. In short, anyone staying here should not expect the most basic level of customer service and expectations to be met. For the cost of the room alone, I would expect NONE of these issues, let alone one of them to be experienced during a week long stay. The only people that have any idea of what they are doing is the polite and professional maintenance staff. But that is not enough for me to reserve a room here next time.

Reserved a room for Friday Night May 11. Arrived to check-in only to be rudely informed By an employee at registration desk that despite having an itinerary Number with a Confirmation Number confirming our reservation, They were over booked and they had no rooms available. After 15 minutes of waiting the hotel manager (I guess as she never Identified herself) rudely offered to shuttle us to another hotel off site. I recommend not wasting your time visiting the Sand Casino. Your better off visiting another resort.

Wasn't allowed to bring my 20yr old son through the casino to eat at Emeril's Burgers and More. Don't know why security couldn't escort us to the restaurant. Last thing we wanted to do was waste money on the slots. All we wanted was a bite to eat. Security said the only option was the food court. Definitely not worth it.

Amazing Place to visit while in Scranton PA! Very kid friendly, and interesting for the whole family. You can pay for a ticket to ride their trolley and train ride, which explains the history of the area. There is also the turntable + roundhouse museum, which houses lots of relics and trains, all of which is free to see. Overall an amazing place to stop by whenever you have free time, plus it's a short walk over the bridge to the Steamtown Marketplace & Trolly Museum!

This is another wow, wow, wow moment. Had no idea stopping to check Scanton PA out was going to yield this awesome find. This place was loaded with all kinds of history. Obviously you have to be a person interested in history to appreciate this kind of site. But how could you not be? This may be the best preserved site in America dedicated to the railroad, and steam engine. I'm so glad that this is somehow funded for our citizens to be able to enjoy. It's so cool to see the kids be in awe of these trains. I know growing up, I was interested in trains as well.

This is a very big site with plenty to see. It's pretty confusing to know where to go. I went to the trolley museum and steam town. There's is actually another museum called the technology museum by steam also that I think is work checking out. It's very interesting seeing the history of the rail system and how Scranton became known as the electric city. There are guided tours that take about an hour and brings you to where they work on restoration of different trains.

Even if you're in Scranton for the Office, make sure you go here! I found out they had one of the 8 remaining Big Boy trains and had to stop by. It's out in the parking lot and is beautifully restored. The museum is free. Staff are all friendly. There's easily a half day of stuff to see, but you could easily spend a full day here. Lots of beautiful trains and very thorough and informative walk through exhibits. I ran out of time and didn't have a chance to walk on the walkway above the rail yard, or go to the electric trolley museum. You will not be disappointed!

Couldn't get in due to Federal Shutdown, but posting a few details re parking etc. Large free of charge car park is shared with the Trolley Museum. There are signs for RV and Van parking too. Plenty of blue badge parking spaces. There are many picnic tables and benches, some under cover around the car park. Some locos around the car park Hope to return one day and go inside.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We happened to stumble thru right before their tour! Nick and Bill were very informative and fun! We even got to see some of the workers and behind the scenes stuff! I still can't believe the tour was free! A wonderful must -stop if you're in the area!

We visited early morning on a Saturday in late June 2025. We got there just a few minutes before opening since we were staying at the Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel. Amazing hotel to stay in if you're in town for the Steamtown National Historic Site. It was a converted old train station. There is a giant parking lot and you can kind of look around at the trains in the parking lot and in front of the visitor center while you wait for them to open. The ticket and information center is right at the front when you walk in. We picked up maps, junior ranger books and purchased our train tickets for the 10:30AM ride/tour. Sadly the Locomotive Shop Tour started at 11AM and there wasn't another one until 2PM. The train tour returned at 11:15AM so we wouldn't make it in time and we had a tightly packed itinerary for the day. Next we walked to the left where the Bookstore museum shop is. It's in adjacent building to the Oil House. It's actually a fairly nice sized store with a bunch of neat stuff. This is also where the NPS Passport Cancellation Stamps are for this site. They are right behind the counter and there are 2 stamps. We dropped all the stuff off at the car and went into the first building (Visitor Center). We went through it pretty quite because we noticed that they had a handcar Experience from 10-11AM and a line was starting to form. Never tried a handcar before and it was much harder to get started than you think. Momentum is your friend though. The ranger let all 5 of us get on. 2 on each handle and one opposite of him on the cart. You go out maybe 50 feet, stop and then turn around to go back. It was a lot of fun. By the time we were done we went through the Technology museum to the other side where the train ride/tour was. We had to go fast to get in line since they are not assigned seats and first come first serve. We wanted to make sure we got seats next to each other. We were the second group in line. We decided to sit in the way back. There are 2 passenger cars next to each other and they are not the same. They do have rangers/staff on both trains as you're going. They were very strict about staying in your seat while the train was moving and there were a few kids on our train that the rangers/staff kept having to remind. Conductor will come by and punch your ticket as well. It's pretty cool because the hole punch is the shape of a train. The train doesn't go too far before it stops and turns around to head back to the station. it was a fun experience and for $6 per person it wasn't too bad. I think 5 and under were free. It was also a pretty full train. Not sure if it was sold out or what. After we got off the train at the same place we got on the train, we continued round around the circle into the Roundhouse. Here there were a ton of parked trains with signs and you walk on like a high up platform to see them all. You can't really get super close to them unfortunately. The locomotive shop is also attached to this section of the building and where you would go if you had purchased that particular tour option. We continued lastly into the History Museum portion and looked around a bit. This was the portion we walked through the fastest honestly. Kids weren't too interested in the history. They liked the technology and seeing the trains more. The last building we came across was the theater but it was closed for renovations or something during our visit. So we were not able to watch the park film. I'm sure if we were able to watch the film, the kids would've been more interested in the history aspect. Kids finished their Junior Ranger Booklets and we turned them back in at the front Ticket and Information Center and they got their badges. We ran into museum shop to get them stamped and then we were off to our next stop for the day. Overall it was a great experience and we packed a lot in for just under 2 hrs. Since we had to run through everything so quickly we would 100% come back in the future. Take more time in the museums and also do the other tour. Maybe the theater will be reopened.

I found it very nice and organized. It's a beautiful park, and the attractions are really fun. A good mix of modern and traditional. Some vintage rides add a special touch. The only thing they urgently need is better integration with the Six Flags system. You can't enter with your ticket through the Six Flags app, even with the All Parks package, as it doesn't work, so you have to wait in a long line at Guest Services. Also, because there's no integration with the SF system, I had to pay for parking and request a refund at Guest Services, or I wouldn't be able to enter, even though I was entitled to the benefit. Anyway, I hope they fix this integration once and for all so I can give them 5 stars.

Great local amusement park one of the best out there definitely suggest. Employees are very nice also nice environment to be in not very crowded fast lines barely no wait time. Water park was closed when Google said it was open disappointed but not a big deal it was September 21st anyway

Had a great day! Got there at opening, stayed until 6pm . . Utilized the premium meal plan (every 90 mins) and drink every 15min Rides hardly had waits . . 15 mins tops and it was a SUNDAY . . . The family rode 13 different rides 20 total times and we didn't even go to the Water park side . . Lots of fun

While I do love Dorney and always have a great time there, the pricing for food/ drinks is already insane but having to pay almost $40 FOR PARKING, is criminal. The haunt was dope, all the shows and performers were great, (the skeleton crew show) was my favorite though. Lines for the coasters were short, was able to get on everything, even sit in the front. The lines for the "Haunt Attractions" were quite long though. Hopefully pricing becomes more consumer friendly in the future as I believe I had to pay $15 extra in service fees when ordering my ticket online.

I really enjoyed this park , it has a very charming feel to it imo . It's a decent sized amusement park ( I expected it to be much smaller) . The water park portion looked to be really nice as well. The layout is decent here , but there are some steep hills to walk. I was really impressed with Possessed , Steel Force , Talon and Iron Menace. I also loved that Chickie's and Pete's is on the dining plan here!! Also growing up going to Cedar Point all my life it was wonderful to see the Demon Drop still running great and getting to ride it was awesome!!

Overall, the park is really nice and offers plenty of fun attractions. However, I think they should limit the number of guests allowed in each day because it was extremely crowded, and the lines were very long. Some staff members provided great service, while others seemed uninterested in being there. My son had a great time, and it’s definitely a wonderful place for kids. I recommend reserving tickets online, as it’s cheaper than buying at the gate. Some restrooms were clean, but others were smelly and not well-maintained. The park itself is clean overall and has a nice selection of food and snacks, though the food is definitely overpriced. Get the season pass even it’s its first one day you save way more money. You can also bring a friend for 20$.

Dorney Park is always our favorite theme park probably because it's more reasonable compared to to the other park you paid a ticket for dry and water park, We took my sisters family in here for the first time she have 3 young kids and I'am proud to say that they love the water park, her kids is none stop playing on wave pool and lazy river, we came on opening at 11 and we got a nice shaded lounger area, the only downside is the customer service told us that season pass holder can get in early and we did not see anybody by the water park gate that letting season pass holder get in, we got so happy but got disappointed right there, they even put season pass entrance sign but like others we waited till 11 to get in, so this thing is false advertising and reason I only gave 4 star, But as always Dorney park is clean the bath area is decent the bathroom is maintained the best part is the all day dining that me and my kids truly enjoyed thru out the day. I highly recommend to avail all day dining to everybody you will not regret it, and season pass pays off we are coming back again specially on October for their Halloween.

Very family friendly. All the seats in the ballpark are close to the field. And the price is right. Food was good. Parking good but a nightmare getting out of there! Added another 40 minutes on our hour drive home. Lots of fun being had in the park. It was Star Wars Night and Fire Works which were some of the best I've seen.

Great ballpark to visit. Good prices. Nice long firework show after the ballgame. Fun mascot concert before the game and got several mascot autographs. Parking is free and close and yes you will wait getting out at the end but that is common at most any game or concert. Recommend.

This ballpark is a gem! I was there for a high school reunion in the adjacent Redners Event Center and saw the game perfectly, but looking around, it seemed that there were no bad seats in the stadium at all! And you could see the amazing and extensive fireworks display at the end of the game with great clarity. I also took the time to check out the concessions and sports clothing store while there, quite a lot on offer. There was even a live small concert going on in the concession area at the end of the game. Definitely kid-friendly, and fun for couples, young and old. Parking lot and street parking after 5 pm was free but the roads in and out are one lane, basically, so prepare for a wait. You park at your own risk.

I would give 5 stars except I could not find gluten free. I bought fries but couldn't get a meal. I was told I could take the hot dog out of the roll. Obviously I cannot do that, as I have Celiac. I guess not enough of us who attend games have food intolerance. The seats are good, the fans are all friendly, the parking is free, unless you want to buy reserved, and food items are not as expensive as at regular team concessions. Even saw awesome fireworks.

Went for they Fourth of July fireworks it was a blast definitely recommend coming here for baseball entertainment and food definitely my go-to stadium😊👍

Great AA venue... has all the elements that it takes to be relevant. Its affordable, diverse crowd, good food, solid customer service. Nice facility for sure.

The stadium was clean and prices were reasonable. I would absolutely return for another event. If they stop selling alcohol on Recovery Night, I'll give them 5 stars.

Absolutely beautiful outdoors store. Large two floors of everything needed for the trip or sports you take or do. You can even pay your Cabels credit card bill there. And use your points you collected using the credit card.

It’s like a big shopping store for hunters, fisherman,sports enthusiasts and outdoorsy types. We love walking through the enrapture store with our list to find essentials for our next adventure.

Absolutely wonderful store. This is perfectly positioned for my travels with my rv. They allow RVs to park for shoppers and the store is amazing! This is the largest store they have! It’s massive!!! I always shop here when I’m coming through on my travels and the huge parking lot allowing space for RVs to park works perfect for my tiny camper.

There was a lot to look at! Lots of taxidermy displays! Cool aquarium and lots and lots of fishing and hunting items. There are clothes for men and women. Boots and socks and jackets. Kayaks, quads and utvs too. Four stars for over priced everything!

This is top notch hunting, fishing, kayaking, hiking ANYTHING outdoors. The amount of inventory is unbelievable. The animal displays are mountains high. On those mountains; mounted animals with signs of what each animal is. Not only is it one of the best shopping experiences but it is educational. They even have a target practice area reflecting the gold mine era. (So cool!) My son and I visited for 3 hours and honestly could have stayed longer. Thanks Cabela’s for having us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You could spend hours in this store. There is so much to look at and the store is very neatly organized. The walk through aquarium and deer exhibit are pretty cool and I’m sure people of all ages enjoy it! There is even a second floor!

Absolutely by far one of the top greatest experiences I've had in my 65+ years, and to top it off Alex and Emma made it even more awesome. Best guides ever. Can't wait to make this an annual event....thank you to all the staff as each one of you were AMAZING

For anybody who has adventurous kiddos, I've got a place for you. My 7-year-old daughter and I checked out Refreshing Mountain for the first time yesterday and spent nearly 5 hours there of pure fun. Together we did 5 ziplines, tackled all three levels of the the ropes course, climbed a rock wall, fed some barn animals, enjoyed the beautiful playground, road pedal carts, and so much more. The property was clean and the staff was so welcoming and helpful (it actually felt unrealistic because of how most businesses are ran these days.) Choosing to spend our day at refreshing mountain was the best choice we could have made for our mommy & me day! Run, don't walk, to enjoy your own day at Refreshing Mountain. 🤸You SO won't be disappointed. (And if you can, request Starla and Thaddeus - they were the bomb.)

5 stars — Because where else can your kids fly through trees, hug a pig, become wild plant experts, AND be fully worn out before dinner? Refreshing Mountain has officially earned its spot as our family’s home away from home. We’ve been coming here at least twice a year for seven years straight (minus the COVID gap we’ve all blacked out). And every single visit has been pure magic. Today? Top-tier. We ziplined, tackled obstacle courses, climbed walls like tiny action heroes, and visited the farm where one of my kids fell deeply in love with a pig. (We are now apparently a “we need a pet pig” household. Send help.) But this time, we also tried something new—a foraging class, recently added to their already amazing lineup of activities. My kids are now self-proclaimed wild plant experts, and I’m only slightly concerned they’re going to start making backyard salads out of suspicious leaves. But in all seriousness? It was fantastic. Educational, hands-on, and so much fun that no one even asked for snacks during it. A miracle. And then there’s the moment that keeps us coming back: years ago, when my disabled son Rhys couldn’t zipline on his own, the incredible staff made it happen with a tandem ride that let him soar through the trees like a superhero. It was a moment I’ll never forget—and the kind of kindness and intentional inclusion that defines Refreshing Mountain. Every staff member we’ve met has been welcoming, patient, and genuinely happy to help families make unforgettable memories (even if we’re loud, chaotic, and slightly muddy). This place isn’t just an adventure—it’s a gift. 1000/10 recommend. Just maybe don’t come during peak Carlisle car show traffic, unless you enjoy testing your patience before the ropes course.

We attended the homeschool day and it was truly "refreshing." The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and very inviting. The check in was super easy, the staff is amazing and so friendly. My girls (5,9 and 11) had fun from 10 am to 5 pm, non stop! The price for the homeschool day is super reasonable and we are grateful to have this available to us. Thank you all we can't wait go back.

This camp was truly amazing. My family and I inquired and competed the zip line activities. The instructors were kind and new their job perfectly. We had full confidence in the staff with our safety at hand literally.

I had an absolute awesome experience! When I told the staff I do obstacle course racing regularly and have done multiple zip lines they let me attack the obstacle course right away alone. It was a blast and there was definitely some complicated ones that slowed me down. The zip lines definitely get the blood pumping and during mid-December they had millions of Christmas lights strong throughout the wooded area which made for some breathtaking views.

We went for our dad's 75th birthday on a full moon night. I would not recommend taking your older loved ones here. Hilly, gravel trails are what you walk on. We loved the enthusiasm and knowledge of the volunteers. We hated that more tickets were sold than expected (which we know helps the wolves) and we didn't get the small group tour to learn. The wolves are majestic and their howling beautiful. We did not get to see the entire sanctuary because there was not enough volunteers, that made the trails clogged with too many people. We took chairs and carried them. That sucked. You DO NOT NEED CHAIRS. There are benches and a fire pit by the gift store at the end of everything. My suggestion: bypass the moon nights and go when you can score a small group tour of the ENTIRE facility. We were thankful for all the knowledge the pony-tailed volunteer dropped on our large group of about 100 people. We appreciated the no kids under 16 rule for the moon night's too. There's such a rich, wonderful history to this place and we wanted to hear all of it. 5 stars for the wolves. 5 stars for the volunteers. 1 star for over selling tickets. Bottom line: go for a day time visit with a small group.

We actually had the pleasure of staying in one of 3 cottage's on the property. We stayed in the Paymaster's Offfice. It was an adorable cozy place that had a gas fireplace, a large air jet soaking tub, kitchenette that included a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, cook top with two burners, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Breakfast is included with your stay and was delivered to the cottage by Maggie. Also included is a tour of the wolves. In the early morning hours, we had the pleasure of hearing a symphony of wolves. What a beautiful way to wake up. Everyone should experience it at least once. They take great care for these beautiful creatures. Our tour guide Michelle was very nice and knowledgeable about every wolf on the property. They all have a story to be told. I highly recommend going in the fall when the wolves are more active due to the cooler weather.

I loved my visit to the Wolf sanctuary. The volunteer was awesome and he worked there for over 20 years volunteering, extremely knowledgeable and I learned a lot. I will certainly be going back when all the leaves are down so you can have complete full visual of the wolves. The grounds are pristine and well kept. Can you tell I loved it there?

We did the full moon night walk. The wolves were on and off active. We learned a lot from the guides. I wish you were able to know the entertainment before booking. There was a poet our night and not live music.

This is a really interesting place to visit. I would recommend it! It is an experience you will remember for a long time. You get to see them up close and personal. How they interact with each other and the guide does a great job explaining anything you want to know about them. You will find it educational and entertaining with guided public and private tours. Book ahead when they have limited availability. They also have a gift shop if you want a souvenir.

This place is incredible. The tour guides are incredibly knowledgeable, the wolves are respected and intentionally cared for, 1.5 hour out from Philly - worth the drive. Will visit again. Close to Shady Maple if you want some good food after your visit

We had a private tour with Denny; he was such a knowledgeable tour guide and passionate about the sanctuary. We got to see the beautiful wolves before their feedings, so they were active and eager to be fed. Hearing the wolves howling was amazing! In the 2 hours we really got to know most of the 55 wolves the sanctuary cares for. Denny was amazing and made this experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this experience!

Great place.. a little hot inside but a big variety of foods, bakery items, vegetables, meats and trinkets and much more. This cupcake place was amazing. Prettiest cupcakes I've seen. They said they are planning on getting a shop soon. I wish them lots of luck.😊

Had a great time visiting Lancaster Central market. Vendors galore, from fresh cut flowers to meats and cheeses produce souvenirs and hot food. Pricing was absolutely amazing and everyone was very friendly. Loved walking through seeing everything. Baked goods and beautiful cupcakes.

Loved this marketplace where I can get baked goods, candies and treats as well as soup mixes and pancake mix. We sat down and had breakfast at the counter and the eggs were perfect. Very nice people work here. They have handmade crafts and gift items as well.

I recently visited this place for the first time and really enjoyed it! The apple cider latte was amazing - not too sweet and something I could drink every day. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Exciting and very busy place on a Saturday. We arrived to check it out on a lovely bright sunny day. Food vendors inside and out musicians the smell of baked goods and coffee. We looked at all of our choices for lunch and decided on ntwo deli sandwiches from Deli Grassi which was turkey with peppers,, lettuce and tomatoes on freshly baked bread from Philly. $26 for two sandwiches. Had two cokes and got some Boston custard donuts from the Amish Red Maple Bakery. Very crowded and you have to pay to park. So many choices inside and out check it out for yourself. 🌹

Absolutely loved this indoor market. If you like fresh veggies, locally sourced milk products, fresh meat, etc., you will love Central Market. It gets busy as the morning moves on, so get your items early. The fudge from Uncle Leroy's Candy Kitchen and the beef sticks sold by S. Clyde Weaver are top notch. Vendors we purchased from were friendly and worked efficiently. Loved the fresh vegetable stands as well. You will need to pay for parking and watch your time closely! Allow at least an hour if you are someone who likes to peruse nearly every vendor.

It was a pretty nice Market. We got there a little after 12:00. The market was very busy. We picked up a few snacks there.

This was a great place to learn about Hershey - not just the Hershey company but the town too. There is a scavenger hunt to keep younger kids entertained. Quite a few interactive exhibits. Add on experiences include the Chocolate Lab (make your own chocolate bar and learn about chocolate) and tastings. The chocolate bar experience at the lab is different than make your own Candy Bar at Hershey's Chocolate World. There is also a café where you can get something to eat or drink (great food and coffee options).

A great stop if you’re short on time! The museum offers a nice mix of the history behind the Hershey business and Milton Hershey’s lasting impact on the town. Well organized, informative, and easy to explore without feeling rushed. Perfect for anyone who enjoys learning the story behind the famous chocolate brand and the community it built. Chocolate tasting was a fun addition.

Fun way to learn more about Hershey. Some really interesting interactive aspects to the museum which is great for kids. Spent about an hour walking around. We enjoyed learning more about the town. The gift shop was ok - it would be nice if some collectors tins or historic packing was sold to reflect more of the Hershey history or one of a kind chocolates, just available there. We paid extra for the chocolate tasting at the end for adults and kids. Very tasty. I do wish that kids could keep their tasting mug, especially considering the price of the tastings, as our little one really wanted it and it would have been a nice keepsake. A chocolate sample to take home would have also been really appreciated. We offered to even pay for the kids mug but were told no. All things considered it was a nice visit for an hour or 2.

The Hershey store is massive. Every kind of chocolate you want. Plus all the other candy's owned by Hershey, like Jolly Ranchers. Took the factory tour and it was quite informative.

Fun place!! Free Hershey ride through the hersey manufacturing process(totally staged and animated but interesting) so much candy!! A dessert area, fill your own Reeses Cup! Build your own candy bar and follow the whole process. There are plenty of food vendors there too all themed fir Hershey, chocolate and some savory selections too. You could easily spend hours there!

I have been to Hershey Park last Saturday and I loved it. The park was neat and clean, beautifully decorated for Halloween including a „scare zone“ at night time. Coasters were great! Especially enjoyed Wildcat‘s Revenge, Skyrush and Storm Runner. Will definitely come back!

It's a good park. I've been to many parks in the US and also in European countries. I can say that the price is a little high given the quality of the park. Overall, you can visit a couple of times. I can tell you that it’s better to buy express tickets if you go on weekends, because the waiting time is on average at least 35 minutes.

A sea of ​​positive emotions! Even though we were with our little daughter, who is 4 years old, even my husband and I managed to ride the highest slides, taking turns. I didn't really like the system by which we ate; it would have been better without it.

This was my first trip to Hershey Park. Honestly had little expectations. However I was very impressed with several things: 1. Lots of shade trees around the common walking paths 2. Many ways to get from one place to another. 3. The amount of lifeguards am was a plus 4. The amount of restaurants was amazing 5. Ride selection for both young, teen and adults was perfect. 6. Rides look like they are in perfect order. Actually surpassing Disney in some ways. 7. New rides being added all the time. 8. Making great use of their entire space. My only complaints: 1. Monorail was down 2. Some areas had signs to get from place to place other intersections had none. (Made getting around difficult for first timers) 3. Exit out of main parking lot was confusing. We only saw one main exit sign and stumbled on it after driving around. Will come again. We live 10 hours away. Buy tickets online for deals.

We really had an excellent experience.. my grandson was able to get on a number of kids rides right away with no waiting. I highly suggest the one day meal plan. We were able to get burgers, fries and a large Coke each. Save chocolate world for the end when you're leaving so you can hit the air conditioning before you go and there are plenty of good deals in the checkout laying on the way out. Special shout outs to the attendant on the swing thing who was so engaging in sweet to the young kids really went out of his way to make that right. A great experience

This park is amazing. Definitely better than what we expected! Family loved it and there is plenty to do for all ages. Oh yeah, the chocolate!!!!!!! Priced right. Coasters were awesome!

Went by myself today. Employees were all really nice and helpful, seen a lot of cool animals. Prices are great for what you get. Food prices are good too, I got pulled pork, it was edible but not great. More roll than meat and meat was watery. On upside it warned me. Fries looked good but I didn't get to try any. Gift shop nice. Had a great time even solo

Such a great experience (even in the rain)! Make sure you do the safari ride!!!! The staff were amazing! The food was good! We loved chatting with the gentleman in the museum! Mostly all of the animals were active (and if not, the staff do what they can to get them moving around). We can't wait to visit again!

Lake Tobias Wildlife Park is a great place for a day trip. It is a combination of a guided safari area and a more traditional walk-through zoo, and it's great for kids. The safari tour on one of their open-air buses was great. It was interesting to see animals like bison, elk, and Ankole-Watusi cattle in a large, open environment rather than smaller enclosures. They also had rare, light-haired bison, which were mixed in with the rest of the herd. Part of the tour included an opportunity to feed an elk that came up to the bus. We explored the zoo portion on foot. There are enclosures for lions and tigers, as well as primates like lemurs. We also visited the reptile building, which housed a number of alligators, frogs, and snakes. The park has a few areas for direct interaction. Our kids spent time in the petting zoo area with goats and a miniature horse, among other small animals. They also had the chance to feed a large group of young emus. The paths in the zoo section are hilly, so be prepared for a bit of a walk. I did see that they offer carts for visitors who might need assistance with mobility. The pricing for admission and the safari felt reasonable for a full day's activity. Overall, it was a busy day with a good variety of things to see, from the safari ride to the different animal exhibits.

WHAT AN AWESOME DAY we have at this fantastic Lake and Zoo😊!!! It was great from the beginning by their huge parking lot to by the time we left. The whole place, animals, the services, the food, the atmosphere... it's like they think on each and every detail. Yes, they even have a playground for the kids. Put on a comfortable sneakers and be ready to enjoy the walk. And yes, you can bring wagons and strollers. To make this family day more enjoyable take a ride on their Safari tour. 100% recommended. And don't forget to buy the snacks, before getting in the line, to enjoy the ride by feeding all the wild animals. Lines moved faster than you think. So join and enjoy EVERYTHING.

We visited Lake Tobias Wildlife Park on August 29th, 2025, and had such a fantastic experience! The safari ride was the highlight, giving us the chance to see so many animals up close in a beautiful, open setting. The park is well maintained, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making the visit even more enjoyable. It’s a perfect place for families to spend the day, with plenty of activities for kids and adults alike. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and educational outing!

This was my first trip to Lake Tobias, my wife had been here previous, but some time ago. I was a bit reserved when I pulled in the lower parking lot. Not very large so I held my thoughts until I reached the interior of the park. So very impressed with every facet of the setup. We started with the Safari ride, and it didn't disappoint. We had one of our younger granddaughters, and she was a bit reserved with feeding the donkeys and llamas but she warmed up as we got further in. The animals were fairly conditioned to the routine, but that didn't stop the fun we had with them. Our driver was super informative, telling us a lot of details about the animals. It was a gorgeous day and most animals were out and active. Too many to describe them all, but plenty to see. Very close. Feeding the giraffes was special. They got right in your face. We packed our lunch so the only food item we got was fresh popped popcorn at the safari area. Awesome. Hot and tasty. All of the staff were pleasant, polite and informative. The reptile show was great. Close up with snakes, alligators and a not so active sloth. Still fun. The bears, monkeys, lions, goats, kangaroos, prairie dogs, panther, and assorted other creatures I can't recall , entertained us all. Well kept park. Lots of fun and educational information. Lots of picnic pavillions and benches throughout the park. We will surely return. Thanks for all you provide.

Drove 1.5 hrs and it was absolutely worth it. All the staff was polite and friendly. All the animals were out. The safari ride is absolutely worth it. You get your moneys worth that’s for sure. We hope to come back some day!!!! Oh and Verenda the safari bus driver was excellent.

Love what they did to the entrance, parking area, and visitor center since the last time we were here. The center was closed since we were there late in the day. Closed at 5pm. Plenty of parking on the upper and lower lots. Views of Pine Creek Gorge (PA Grand Canyon)!were wonderful. Pictures are of the upper lot. Bathrooms in the upper parking lot and entrance way to the gorge (toward left of building). They are older but were clean. Worth the drive if in Wellsboro area.

Did a short day trip here from our camp site and had a fun time. They have different level trail and amazing views to be had. Definitely something that can be done with the family or by yourself.

Best park I've been to in PA! The views are amazing, the hike is challenging but very fun and the campground was super clean. This is a wonderful place that everyone who enjoys the outdoors should visit!

Beautiful park to really take in all the views of the canyon. There’s a really nice observation deck that gradually lowers into other deck areas so you can get a full view at all different angles.

One of our favorite spots in Northern Pennsylvania. This Tioga county grand Vista is absolutely amazing. As you look over the thousands of acres of State Park and watch the leaves blow up following the canyon draft, it’s absolutely amazing. with facilities for every need, lots of hiking trails, a visitor center with excellent bathrooms. This is one of our favorite places.

Beautiful area, there are tons of trails and the views go on for miles. It was a little hazy when we went so I felt like there wasn't as much perspective depth but we still loved it. Very accessible at some points and we will be back soon. Do a little research first to figure out where you want to start but the options are plentiful.

This is a free park so I can't be too upset with some of the changes they made. However the parking lot changes where they chop down all of the trees around the parking lot and change the layout of the parking lot and move all the parking a little bit further away from the park was in my honest opinion a poor decision. I don't know if there's new management there or what, but even the gift shop seems lesser and I'm not sure if there's even possible to get any kind of drinks or snacks up there. Every time I go I can't get anything to drink from like a booth. There used to be a wonderful food truck here that sold Maple related products and maple syrups, however the management here decided they did not want to renew the contract so that's not even an option anymore and to me that was kind of like one of the little highlights of this park. A couple years ago this park was absolutely amazing wonderful and perfect but now I feel like something else has changed, whether it be new management or a change in the times but this isn't what it used to be. There are some great well-maintained trails here especially the turkey trail and the overlook trail is pretty good as well. I feel like they need to cut back some of the trees that are up near the viewing platform so you can see more of the surrounding area.

Did not spent too much time as I was on my way home but what I did managed to see was interesting many of the outside exhibits were closed but it was to be expected for winter time. I'd recommend visiting during spring or autumn. Do plan to visit another time.

The U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center has many interesting outdoor events and exhibits. The museum gives an overview of the history of the Army. An interesting detail is that you can follow a soldier with the use of dog tags available at the information desk

Was really an excellent piece of heritage. Very well done and have lots too see both inside and out. Also, they are open free to the general public! If in the area they are definatly worth checking out!

Even though the museum was closed due to the Gov shutdown, it was still a lot to see on the walking trail around the property.

Enjoyed my visit to the Kinzua Bridge State Park a great deal. We had a good fall day. We visited the visitor center (excellent helpful staff) and walked along the bridge (that remains). We then walked a nearby trail loop before heading down to the valley floor and the wreckage caused by a F1 tornado in 2003. The track down to the valley floor was steep but we managed OK and was well worth it. The valley floor has a beautiful stream and it is interesting to get up close to the wreckage. A unique experience. The climb back up was hard but on reflection easier than expected; arguably easier than the walk down. Writing this review the next day I can confirm some soreness in leg muscles.

Always wanted to visit in Fall. Finally made it yesterday! Little bit late for the colors but still beautiful! Great visit center with nice friendly staff! Great information is inside building! Great view area and the overview bridge are great views! May come back next summer!

Absolutely gorgeous views. The Visitor Center has a lot of interactive displays and exhibits. Workers are nice and courteous. Little Sister's Big Rig has super delicious food. The Elk burger was the best burger I've had in a long time.

Love this place. Me and my wife had a great time even tho they are doing work on the bridge. Removed the tracks and the glass at the end you can’t see down do to the work going on. But still a good time

If you haven’t been here what are you waiting for!? Stunning views and awesome for sunrise and sunsets. Plenty of walking trails and areas to just stand and admire Mother Nature. Walk out to the end of the observation deck and get a full view of the valley floor bed below both East and West. No matter what this is a wonderful place to visit. There are walking trails to check out the floor bed below. And little areas to enjoy your lunch or a snack. I do recommend wearing a hoodie or something a little warmer if you get cold easy during September months and beyond. (Always check the weather). 10/10 this needs to be on your destination stop.

The ride out here was very fun, I’m currently trying to ride around to all 10 of the PA wild locations as they are all very unique. The views here are incredible. I even got to watch a storm roll in. I would love to come back in the fall and hike the lower trail. The visitors center is very informative. I liked all the history behind this site. Even though the bridge is currently under some rehabilitation it’s hardly noticeable and you’re able to see everything.

First time I visited the Zippo /Case Museum & Flagship store with my friends. Very nice store with a lot of various zippo lighters with unique colors and designs! Zippo and Case clothing! Museum part was incredible awesome and history of zippo and history of Case are quite interesting background history. Case knifes are great quality ones get from what I have heard. Great place to visit in afternoon ! Definitely recommend this place to anyone !

We went there about a year ago...and it was closed for a water main break. So we tried it again today. It was a pretty impressive museum. Lots of history to look at and read. Gift shop. I'd go again! It was packed. Lots of other folks had the same idea. It's free to enter.

An interesting museum that takes you through the timelines of zippo lighter and knives. A well curated free museum in Bradford to enjoy the story of Zippo. There is an attached store in case you want to grab a souvenir on your way back.

8-22-2025 - So my hubby had a couple of #zippolighters from his young adulthood era. One has bugged him for decades because it stopped making the tell tale sound when the #zippo lighter is opened. So he did a bit of research and found that you can send them back to the maker for repairs because they guarantee them for life for workmanship. Now, that doesn't mean where you've dropped, dented, kicked around, or otherwise abused them. That's on you. Strictly workmanship. So he packaged them up, filled out the paperwork, and sent them off for repairs. He is anxiously waiting on their return ....... more to come 8-25-25 Received email acknowledging the receipt of the antique zippo lighters. They 4 to 5 weeks to repair or replace. Fingers crossed, they will be able to repair the lights of my youth..... More to come 8/26/25 He has heard back from #Zippo, they have made the repairs and they will be shipping back soon. He can hardly wait to get them back. 8/29/25 - So excited, package received with my zippo lighters! They replaced both inserts with new ones and they fixed the hinges and gave me back the patented zippo click! It appears they cleaned and buffed the casings too! I wish I had kept my old zippos. I do have a very vintage knife. It's a leisure self guided tour. Lots of merchandise for sale. You can actually see the employees working in the lighters. Get there before 3. That must be quitting time.

Very interesting place to visit. The museum was put together beautifully. The area was well maintained and had plenty of parking for cars and large vehicles. Be ready to walk up some steps to the top (118 exactly), but we'll worth it. There is a tram but isn't working at this time. They did offer a discount due to the tram not operating. If in the Altoona area , worth the look, especially when a train comes through.....

What a great place for a railfan - or engineere - to visit. Only had an hour but still saw four trains trundle by. The view from the observation area of the reservoir is spectacular. Will be back when we can spend the day. Only drawback was the funicular was not in operation this trip, so 194 steps up it was!

Informative museum and great views of Horseshoe Curve. 4 stars was only because the tram was inoperable and 194 stair steps could be daunting; otherwise a 5 star experience. We saw an Amtrak passenger train, 2 freight trains (different directions), and a 4 engine helper engine group on a beautiful sunny Friday morning.

Really cool place to visit, especially if a train comes along. We were lucky enough to see two trains at once, each going in different directions. The horseshoe curve means you can see the beginning and the end of the train, I believe about a mile long. And the trains blow their horn as they go by. There's also a nice little museum with the history of the area and the train tracks, and a gift shop. There are stairs to climb, but it wasn't difficult. There is a little tram with boxcars that goes up the hill but it was not operating when we were there.

Its really not that great of a paid experience! They should really use the money they make to cut the tree line down so you can actually see the the entire curve and fix the grounds up. Alot of the signs about the history need to be fixed. The museum was nice but thats about it. You can only see a small part of the curve because its blocked by trees and vegetation. So not worth the money. Also- the incline plane was shut down, which we did get a 20% discount for it not working but still 🙄 Climbing stairs to see 1/4 of the curve should be a free experience. Not worth almost $50 for a family of four. I mentioned this to the worker and she said the railroad company owns the land on the opposite sides of the curve and they are responsible for cutting that down and it hasn't been done in over 5 years. Still on grounds the trees could be trimmed. Save your money!

The machine that takes you up to see the train, was broke. And I can't walk up 200 steps to see it. They should probably put that on the website. And since I wasn't a paying customer, I couldn't use the restroom. And we were about 2 hrs from home. So I sat in the car and my husband went up. The pics were from down below. I don't think it's a big of deal then they make up on the website

Pretty cool place to stop. The museum is interesting abd it gives some history about the railroad. There is a nice view from the top of the stairs. It is a good place to watch trains.

Great experience if you have the chance to go. It brought back my childhood. There was so much history there. You were able to tough items that other famous actors have touched, like the Studio A door that many famouse actors have passed through and there is a sign that tells you who the actors were.

So much to see! The first part of the museum tells the stories of Lucy and Desi as real people. Their family backgrounds, how they met, how their careers evolved. The second part focuses on their I Love Lucy lives. You learn about technical innovations and Desilu Productions. All done really well. You should allow at least 2.5 hours and maybe a little longer to view everything. One of my favorite things was the reproduction of the living room and kitchen set.

We visited the museum on a Saturday in September. We bought tickets online the night before. You can buy a combo pass for this and the comedy center. We did that and I think it was $43/person for both. I had to select a time online and we arrived before that and did not have to wait. The museum is well done. There is a lot to see and a lot of information about Lucy’s childhood and history, Desi’s childhood and history and their relationship and achievements as a couple. We learned a lot. There is a photo opportunity inside at one of the sets. That was $10 and there is a photographer there to take the photo for you. We don’t do that but saw others doing it. The tour is in two separate buildings but they are close together. Once you go through the one, you just go out on the sidewalk and walk a few steps to the next building. There were no stairs involved. The staff member at check in was friendly. I think we spent about 2 hours here. There is a gift shop in both buildings. We had an enjoyable time.

This has been on our list of places to see for a few years now. My wife and I are both fans of Lucy, and thought a stop on our way to see friends in Buffalo was just the right time, and we are so glad we did. Rememinising about the old "I Love Lucy Show", and learning things about how it came to be and behind the scenes stuff was so much fun. After the actual tour in the building, we went to the cemetery to visit her grave and pay our respects. It was a nice afternoon remembering a television icon, who changes the landscape of broadcasting forever!

Neat place for those who recall I Love Lucy or who love Lucille Ball or Desi Arnaz. Lots of memorabilia and a few videos that add to them. You can see most of the museum in an hour to an hour and a half and including the attached Desilu next door. Street parking is possible when we were there on a Thursday in the Fall and it was free for up to two hours. Some streets have meters though.

Historic, beautiful and uncommon would be a few words to describe this local gem. The staff is also notably friendly , knowledgeable and courteous. The views from the top are stunning. There are also a nice gift shop and evening restaurant at the summit.

Riding the plane is rather inexpensive. They run roughly every 15 minutes, although I wish hours of operation started earlier. Mountain bike trails are easily accessed from the top, ride bikes down and ride the plane back up. The bottom, however, requires you to carry your bike up through a very narrow passage and stairwell. If you are running bars over 700s, it's very tight, and difficult for children. I had to carry my bike up, then go back and carry my sons bike up. The trails are pretty technical and I wouldn't advise a novice, especially a novice child, ride them. The trails require ability to control your descent and handle tight turns. The lower section of trail is mich easier for a beginner.

Very cool experience with great views of the town below. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Finding the right place to park at the bottom is a bit of a challenge but certainly worth taking the time to do.

Great history behind the incline plane.

Don't fear it, it's really not a bad ride! Although this incline is steeper than the ones in Pittsburgh, it's a much smoother ride. I generally have weak knees if I'm even three stories high somewhere, but I was stepping out of my comfort zone to ride it and it wasn't bad at all! It was a very smooth ride and it even still transports vehicles both ways. I wish we'd have started at the bottom and put the car on to get to the top. The platform outside is a great view and from inside the gift shop you can see the mechanics of it (as pictured here).

This place is awesome and a must see, worth a day trip (but make sure it's during the open season). I live in Pittsburgh, a few blocks from the Duquesne Incline, which I ride often, and this one in Johnstown is a gem! It was closed when I visited and I absolutely will return when it's open. So, a little known day trip you can take, from Pittsburgh to Altoona, will allow you to see 5 inclines, 4 of which you can ride. The Duquesne and Monongahela inclines in Pittsburgh, Johnstown inclined plane, Allegheny Portage Railroad, then the mini incline at the Altoona Curve. Enjoy 😉.

The inclined plane is under construction so you currently can't ride it or get to the viewing balcony. I think you can possibly go into the restaurant at 4pm and after for a view of Johnstown.

Great visit! Very rich with culture and good people! Ive been there since i was (5) at art shows. The art is top notch and well worth seeing and buying.

This was our first visit to the Chautauqua Institute. We went for Week 3 and joined some of our friends from California for the week. We had no idea what to expect - and even after the first few days, we were still taking it all in. This gated community has a rich past with hundreds of historic buildings and homes right next to Chautauqua Lake. We enjoyed a lot of the activities that week - from lectures and concerts at the Amphitheater to plays at the theatre to a steamship tour around the lake on the Chautauqua Belle. We looked forward to our morning walks along the lake and up and down the streets to look at the lovely homes. The only thing we didn't like was the hotel we stayed at - the Spencer Hotel & Spa (which I also reviewed). We've already reserved our room for next year at the Athenaeum Hotel.

Beautiful place with good acoustics for shows. Parking is $20 and quite far away but a shuttle is available.

An artsy, upscale, well-maintained and self-contained village in the countryside beside Ch. Lake. Many activities available in the busy summer season, but we appreciated quiet walks on uncrowded paths in the fall off-season. Very leashed-dog-friendly. Leisurely 12 mph speed limit is not always adhered to in the off season.

Last weekend I was the guest of a friend at the Chautauqua Institution to hear conservative pundit Jason Riley, who is originally from Buffalo, went to my Alma mater - University of Buffalo, sits on the Editorial Board of the Wall Street Journal and is a Fox News contributor. I told him before he signed my book, that I disagreed with him on somethings, Jason's response, ".. are you sure you want me to sign your book?". It's been a quite a few years since I've been back, but the place looks the same. What's different, I got the impression that some people felt that they didn't have the freedom to have, or hear certain thoughts in certain venues on the facility grounds. A week later, a world famous author who I've met before, did security for, Salman Rushie, that has spoken in Buffalo was attacked in the very venue that I enjoyed a religious service. The irony, his intended conversation was to talk about freedom of speech in the United States of America. Our country, unfortunately, is so polarized presently, that it's almost impossible for people to just listen to one another. I was invited out to dinner recently, place of my choice, I picked Hutch's. I was told we couldn't go there because the owner supported Trump and gun rights advocates. What does that have to do with a good steak? If the person is not preaching hate, nor advocating violence , people have the right to believe in what they want as long as it doesn't infringe on your personal rights. If we can't have a coffee, or medium steak and sensible conversation- agreeing to be disagreeable, nothing but problems lies ahead for our country🇺🇸

Very grateful to have had the opportunity of attending this program. As a student of the program though, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the housing given to us. Prior to writing this review I found a bee walking across the floor of my dorm, despite the windows being sealed shut. This prompted me to question the insulation of the dorms, considering I've found numerous other bugs and spiders. Furthermore, we paid an $800 fee for the air conditioning to be installed this year, of which we were the first year to have this privilege. However, the AC broke three times within the first two weeks of my stay here, and remained broken for days at a time. Good luck doing laundry here! There are 4 washers and 4 dryers for the ballet, art, orchestra, and opera programs. Totally unreasonable. The dryer also doesn't work and I've had to dry my clothes three times just to get them at least damp. (Each cycle costs a dollar btw) So in total I spent $21 alone on laundry which is frustrating as a college student who is trying to save money. Also, the food within the institution and in the dorm dining hall are nothing exceptional. I ended up spending a lot of money on eating out at restaurants because the dining hall made me sick at times. And if you would like to doordash, you can't without looking for your driver for ten minutes because of how strict the gate pass policy is. Highly recommend coming here with a car if you are a student. Was also disappointed with how the musicians were treated during the ballet and opera cycles. We were cramped into a tight makeshift "pit" because the real pit had flooded this winter?? So instead we risked banging our tens of thousands of dollar instruments against each other for the sake of an opera cycle which was thrown together on a whim. Another great feature about this institution is nothing is open after 11 pm! And there is no food to be found after 10 pm. The food itself is ridiculously expensive for what it is. The coffee gazebo is extremely mid and costs at least $9 for a latte that is 3/4 milk and 1/4 espresso. Really liked the instruction and learned a lot here, just really disappointed with how they treat the students. Multiple students had injuries here with how much they treat us like workhorses.

We were pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful surroundings of this quaint village. The grounds are exquisitely maintained. We were at the pavilion to see the Jurassic Park movie with an orchestra. The pavilion is very nice. It’s quite a walk to get to the Pavilion from parking so be prepared. The walk is beautiful. It feels like you’re walking in an old time village from yesteryear. Next time we will take more time to explore. We will definitely visit again.

Idlewild is an awesome park for families with young kids. The rides are geared towards children with several allowing toddlers to ride with an adult. It is a much better value for young families than parks like Hershey or Kings Dominion who have very small young kids section. The water park is awesome too! We spent half the day at just the Waterpark. Also, buy your tickets online in advance. The tickets at the gate are much more expensive!

My children and their spouses and my 6 grandchildren had a great time from opening to closing! We had so much fun last year that we made it part of our annual family vacation. Looking forward to next summer already! Very clean , well maintained park , including Soak Zone.

Went for our daughters early birthday 🎈🎂 present from her grandparents and she had a blast. The park is great for small kids!! Definitely recommend a wagon!!

Long lines for food (1 person working bbq shack and 1 hr wait, no trays, no silverware), rides closed due to staff shortage, maintenance, and removed (slides)... I used to love this place... going downhill fast... lack of maintenance and appearance. If due to lack of help, reduce ticket price or close when little help so people dont have to have a bad experience. We paid full price for 1/2 the experience. Maybe the owners and senior leaders should come thru when short staffed and see how they like the treatment. They wont... they want their full ticket price collected no matter the experience for the public. Was like this last year too... figured they fixed it up since.... Edit as the day goes on.. after the long wait, my BBQ sandwich was cold, as was mac n cheese and half ripe watermelon. Son bought the $25 unlimited refill souvenir cup only to find out it has a QR code and only gives a LIMITED # of refills. Caramel apple not available, as "apples aren't ripe yet".

I will start with what really ticked me off…. We were in the lazy river and just kept going around cause it was peaceful. My handicapped daughter cannot do much so we stayed. While we’re in there and it’s hot out 88 degrees they kicked everyone out and said they were closing it for about a half hour so everyone could take breaks. You don’t close a water attraction when there aren’t many for breaks, you swap out workers for breaks. It was closed for over an hour. I’ve never seen anything like that and I’ve been to many parks. So we had to go to the pirate play area and the worker complained at me for going down the little water slide with my daughter who doesn’t walk. I’m like she doesn’t walk he’s like I understand I’m like no you don’t. Next the only bathroom with a big changing table smelled like pee, it was all over the floor. I didn’t see anyone clean the bathrooms at all. The food was so expensive. I’m from Eastern PA and you guys are more expensive than them. Also closing at 7 is really early. Sesame place stays open later and that’s geared towards little kids. We would’ve went to Kennywood, but it was too hot. I love the big changing table. I love how you just check in with your tickets when you park. I love how the parking is right there. Some of the workers were really nice. The wait times for rides were next to nothing which was nice, but it was a Monday.

We have season passes and have been several times this year have had a great time the only thing I would ask you to change is when people are filling their cups can you please make sure there is ice there is never ice because the soda machines do not make ice someone has to fill it and it is always empty but other than that we have had the best time with our 5 grandkids there we will continue to come back

We love Idlewild! It is such a great park, and we have made so many fun memories there! For our family, the season passes; they are so worth it! You can go as often as you want in the summer and fall with most of the passes. Their payment plan system they have is great and can make it more affordable for families. Another little thing I wanted to mention. Sometimes we have people in our group that need a wheelchair, and I noticed this year they are offering mobility scooter rentals now, which is great!

We had a wonderful experience. Even with different schools visiting the lines went quick. Everything was extremely clean. The only thing that I would say is that certain staff would let my daughter go down the sides by herself, as she is 48 in tall. However some staff when they switched over would not let her go without an adult. Other than that, there was so much to do. Not only is there a water park, but there's also an arcade. And there are lots of food courts and Quaker steak is attached to it. Play kids also love looking out over the balcony at the boogie board place and the wave pool. And they had so much fun at the boogie boards, and the instructors were so sweet. If they fell off too soon, the instructors would let them have another turn.

We had a great experience. A few things to keep in mind when visiting, take your own towels. It is a Cashless resort as well. Not a ton to do for your older kids/adults to do but still able to have some fun. The staircase for the water slides is a tight squeeze with inner tubes that all use the same stair case with 3 lines. All in all had a lovely experience, not enough lifeguards for all the areas. Definitely look for the best deals when going to enjoy the most for the least!

Found an amazing deal online! Included 4 passes for 2 days and an overnight stay! Staff was super friendly, facilities all very clean, kept the floors in bathrooms dry, and lots of places to sit. No long waits for slides and great kid area. Lifeguards watch and do their jobs. Arcade is huge. Only thing is food prices are a little steep.

Had a great time at Splash Lagoon with the family! It’s a classic indoor water park in Erie and perfect for kids and family members of all ages. Plenty of fun attractions, clean facilities, and a great way to spend the day together. Highly recommend for a family outing

SENSORY DAY 2025 (Friday May 16th) We took advantage of sensory day at Splash Lagoon. They had a special rate for an overnight stay. We were able to stay overnight and 4 passes to the water park, plus we bought an extra pass because we are a family of 5. Check in day you can arrive as early at noon for the water park and 4pm for your hotel. Check.out day the Waterpark opens at 11am for hotel guests only and noon for everyone else, you are welcome to stay all day. Destiny, at the Wyndham front desk, was so professional and efficient. We got our wristbands and headed over to the Waterpark. We found the Waterpark to be so clean, the staff was plentiful and accommodating. This place is very well run. There are alot of lifeguards and they are very focused on the water and safety of the guests, but not rigid. The food at the café was about $12 per meal, burgers-pizza-hot dogs-fries-chicken tenders-ice cream. There is so much seating you will not have a problem finding a seat. Tables and chairs as well as pool chairs by the wave pool. There are bathrooms located throughout the park, changing areas, family changing as well. There are lockers to rent at a kiosk, very easy and affordable. **you do need your own towels, they do not provide them at this location ** The hotel was pretty nice for what we paid. Our room was on the 5th floor. We had 2 queen/full beds as well as a pull out. Plenty of pillows and towels. There is a jacuzzi tub that was big enough for me, my 8yo and 5yo to soak in together. We had a coffee table, and eating table, a desk, a swivel tv, a mini fridge and freezer, microwave and a small bar area with a coffee pot. Breakfast was your usual free breakfast. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffle makers, juice, fruit, breads. Lots of coffee. There was a ton of room to eat in the breakfast bar. The staff there were hustling and getting everything cleaned up as guests turned over. Overall, this was a great stay.

Took our kids there as a weekend getaway and they absolutely loved it! They are talking about making reservations again they had so much fun. Their favorite thing to do was the surf simulator, the staff there Saturday was great with kids encouraged them to do their best followed by high fives and the urge to try again! All staff seemed friendly, restrooms and changing rooms were very well maintained and clean, floors we're kept as dry as possible to prevent fall hazards. We will definitely be going again

We had a quick stop before heading home. Beautiful park! Definitely want to come back and explore when we have more time. There are 6 different beaches entrances, 3 different piers, ferry rides and even a park. Beautiful!

Presque Isle State Park is an absolute gem along Lake Erie! The park is beautifully maintained, with clean restrooms, plenty of walking and biking trails, and several gorgeous beaches to choose from. Beach 6 and Beach 8 are the most popular, offering calm lakeshore waters perfect for families and a relaxing swim. My favorite is Beach 10 — the water there is crystal clear with open waves, giving it a more adventurous and refreshing feel. It’s a fantastic spot to just sit back, enjoy the breeze, and watch the waves roll in. Best of all, entry to the park is completely free! I highly recommend bringing your own food and turning it into a picnic — it’s the perfect way to spend a day by the beach.

Presque Isle was magnificent! I’m sure it’s super packed on the summer, but ours was a fall visit and while it was busy, it was not too bad! Great foot and bike paths. Lots of beach area, the water was great and the lighthouse didn’t disappoint even though it was closed. This was recommended from a friend and I’m so glad we went! Definitely worth the trip if you are within an hour or two drive.

This is seriously one of those places you visit and cznt wait to come too. Super safe, there's always rangers/ law enforcement driving around. Clean, with lots of garbage cans and restroom areas. I grew up around Lake Erie and I still get pleasantly surprised at how clear the water is at these beaches. Great place to grab Primanti Brothers and spend the afternoon.

I suggest everyone go! Beautiful views, nice beaches, clean, and a lot of areas for parking and easy access. Nice drive, beautiful fall colors, and lots of small things to do. Playgrounds, bathrooms, and parking all year. We were able to get out and in easily. Found lots of seashells and my littles had a blast. Take extra clothes, kids don't care if its cold!

It is absolutely beautiful here. I love view. It's nice sand to walk in, we had a great time! Free to go, and you can rent boats. I think they are pet friendly as well. I didn't go anywhere other than the beach area, so I'm not sure about restrooms, picnic areas, or playground.

The water was very shallow at beach 7, only up to hip height on an adult. We considered bringing floats but I was glad we didn't. I don't know for sure but we saw nobody using them &after being told we couldn't pass a pool football in the water I doubt floats would be allowed. Not the lake adventure we're used to &not what we were looking for. Beautiful area &you can see through the water all the way out to the buoy perimeter.

On a beautiful sunny afternoon, my dad, my husband, and I decided to explore Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. First and foremost, the parking situation is absolutely atrocious! We drove around for probably about 15 minutes, just looking for a spot before we finally managed to find one about half a mile away. I think with it being located so close to two university campuses, parking is never good here. The terrible parking situation aside, this place is absolutely beautiful! The variety of plants and various vegetation in beautiful arrangements was definitely something to behold. We had such a wonderful time, exploring the exhibits and even had fun looking for the hidden toucans in the various rooms. Such a pleasant afternoon and definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in Pittsburgh.

Phipps Conservatory is an absolute masterpiece. As an educated plant collector and a partner with a degree in horticulture, we came in with high expectations—and Phipps exceeded every one of them, earning a 10/5 rating from us. ​The level of thought and care that has gone into every single space is breathtaking. Adding my 5 star review into the mix because this place was amazing. Beautiful botanical displays of all shapes and sizes all under these magnificent victorian glass greenhouses. You will feel like you were magically whisked off to London or Paris for the afternoon. Worth the visit to escape the madness and chaos of the world around you. Today I needed a nice, calm, relaxing, warm, inviting stroll through a garden and I was glad I stopped by. Thank you to everyone, especially Barbara keeping us going left and on the tour. 😎😎

Really cool experience for those interested in botanical gardens. Well worth the price of admission. Parking can be a tad tough to find on the street so be sure to plan ahead. Plenty of exhibits inside with rooms dedicated to rainforests, chrysanthemums, and ferns. My favorite was the cactus room!

I’ve been to several large botanical gardens, but the Phipps absolutely blew me away! My dad and I spent several hours walking around and I left feeling inspired and having learned a lot. This is an absolute must-visit, even if you’re only in Pittsburgh for a day or two.

What a wonderful experience! We've been here many times through the years and its always enjoyable. The Fall flower show was especially beautiful, and a treat to stroll from one area to another. I look forward to the next time here. We did learn if you go first thing in the morning (9:30), parking is readily available.

The theme for the Phipps Conservatory's 2023 Winter Flower Show and Light Garden was: Garden Railroad: The miniature train ride was titled "Pennsylvania Through the Four Seasons." It was one of my most enjoyable rides, a reminder of winter 2023, and I'm looking forward to what the theme will be for winter 2025. It's a perfect place to share with family and friends, and if you want to enjoy a solo ride to reconnect with yourself, it's also a great place.

PNC Park is hands down one of the best ballparks in the country! Getting there is incredibly easy – it’s just a short walk from downtown Pittsburgh, and the area around the stadium is very walkable. Entry into the park was smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. The ballpark itself is beautiful with plenty of concessions available throughout. As expected at a major league park, food and drinks are on the pricey side, but the variety of options makes it worth it. The views are absolutely spectacular – you get an amazing backdrop of downtown Pittsburgh and the river, which adds so much to the game-day atmosphere. Even if your seats aren’t the best, PNC Park has plenty of areas to move around and take in different perspectives of the game. From the outfield concourses to open standing areas, every angle seems to offer a great view. Overall, the combination of easy access, great amenities, and one-of-a-kind views make PNC Park a must-visit for any baseball fan or visitor to Pittsburgh.

The stadium has good history, atmosphere. Easy to walk to from nearby hotels. Very clean, staff friendly and accommodating. This was the only stadium that the usher wiped down my seat so far. We've been to several. Nice area, worth the trip. It was kind of confusing to walk around inside the stadium to check it out. Before we sat in our seats.

This is my favorite ball park. We travel the country just to see baseball stadiums. This is a great place. The view... the people. MLB has to do a better job with the food but the prices are below average and if you go when the gates open drinks were on happy hour prices. The ushers were great. This is the one ballpark that you want to sit higher up on the first base line so you have a great view. Normally I like to sit as close as I can to the field but the view is worth the sacrifice and the tickets are way cheaper. Take in as many games as you can while you're there.

Calling yourself the Best Ballpark in America takes some big ones. Being an SF Giants fan, I might have to disagree. I attended a Sunday afternoon game here, was a rather warm day, but my seats were soon in the shade and I was able to enjoy the rest of the game. The views are quite stunning, it’s a perfectly situated ballpark. My only complaint was that the concessions weren’t as special as the park.

The best baseball views in the country. The concourses are open and have lots of food and drinks available. Large bathrooms, easy to find seating. The exterior has lots of foor and bar options and the walk over the Clemente bridge makes for a great outing.

Best ballpark in the world with the best view of Pittsburgh! The employees are all very friendly- everyone at security, to the elevator operators or the vendors all make you feel immediately welcomed and seem very proud to work there. Be prepared to pay a lot for parking which is anywhere from $25-$40 on game day. The lots fill up quickly, so be prepared for a walk from the parking lots or garages surrounding the stadium. Food prices are also outrageous but there’s a lot of choices. I ordered the a slice of “world-famous” Caliente pizza which was huge and equivalent to two slices and cost $12 a slice. It was very good and also very greasy! All in all, if you’re a baseball fan, add this ballpark on your list to visit…you won’t be disappointed!

This is a beautiful park. It's clean and the staff were all friendly. Even the fans were kind and helpful. The surrounding area is nice and felt safe both before and after the game. There are a lot of great eateries and attractions around the stadium. The whole package makes for a great experience.

I enjoyed this funicular side trip. The view at the top was nicest part of the trek. Crossing the street from the parking lot felt like a game of Frogger. Up top there’s a few touristy things to see, but not much. I’m biased because I’m comparing this with the many I’ve done in the EU. Overall it was a nice side adventure, but not much to write home about.

Ticket prices r great and it’s a really cool experience. It’s old time feel to it which is cool it’s like u stepped back in time which I always love that feeling. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because when we went their was a group of rowdy teens playing around in the car and shaking it the whole way up the hill making it a little scary to say the least and the staff did nothing about it. But we will definitely be returning again

I didn't enjoy my visit for several reasons: 1. You have to pay for parking, which costs $5 for 2 hours. 2. I came with my wife and kids (13, 10, and a baby in a stroller). It was very hot, and we all felt tired. We had to wait in a long line to buy tickets, and they only accept exact cash. 3. The staff were rude and unhelpful, with one lady shouting instructions through a microphone. 4. The gift shop at the top was small and sold trivial items. This place needs updating. They should accept credit card payments, have a website for advance ticket purchases, and add air conditioning—it was unbearably hot.

Make sure you have exact change in cash! $2.50 each way so $5 per person. No change or credit cards here. Great view of Pittsburgh and some cool spots to check out at the top of Mt Washington

Ride the cable car At Duquesne Incline and see the best views of downtown Pittsburgh So whenever you see pictures of Pittsburgh, I am sure you are looking it downtown with and cable car in the foreground. it is easily one of the best things to do in Pittsburgh. From the cars, there are great views out over the city. Once used to transport workers all the way back since the 1800s. they are still using two original 1877 cable cars, the Duquesne Incline is a working museum, with the upper station providing photos and displays on the history of the incline. at the top, you can also see the working mechanism, wheel, and all. I don't know if it is the norm, but there was a guide in our cabin and he gave a brief idea about incline history, and how it come into the picture. Duquesne Incline was rescued and restored by a group of local residents in 1963 and still delights residents and visitors with its original, elegant, wooden cable cars Parking: $10 and that's valid for 24 hours. Parking is more expensive than tickets which are just $5. You don't pay at the counter, you put the exact amount in a cylindrical box (nobody checks what you are putting in the container). a counter lady comes in a while and shoves it with a stick. i have never seen a system like this. if you want to experience a slice of the city’s long history, go for it.

Rode the incline up and down as part of an excellent sightseeing tour offered by Molly's Trolleys. There is a panoramic view at the top of Pittsburgh from the north side. The ride is in a no-frills vintage car and there are antique photos in the waiting area.

The ride is worth the wait. The view up top is good, but the ride from the from the back of the car is really unique. It is shaky and is not smooth, which made it a fun ride.

If you’re a Harry Potter fan, you should check out the Tipsy Cauldron pop-up! And if you’re not, it’s still totally worth it. The atmosphere is a perfect escape with great music, the coolest decor, and the friendliest staff. The food and drinks have the cutest presentation & they taste even better!

I went to The Delvin Miller Adios Pace for the Orchids and it was such a fun, unique experience! This was my first time at a harness race, and I was blown away by the energy, the tradition, and how much there is to take in. From the starting gate to the final race, the day was packed with excitement. I even got to go behind the scenes to see the paddock and ride in the starting car, something I never expected, but will never forget! The whole event was really well-run, with an awesome mix of races, food, music, and a big purple theme that made everything feel festive and fun. If you're looking for something different to do in Pennsylvania that still feels local and exciting, this is it. 10/10 recommend checking it out — I’ll definitely be back next year! 🐎💜

I go there to country line dance. The floor is spacious & seating is abundant. There is a convenient bar by the dance floor! Bring your slick boots though. The floor can be grippy. The DJ plays the latest dances with some older ones mixed in.

Really cool casino with kind of an oldie type style. I really enjoy our time here and playing in the arcade. With the bowling alley would be open until 4AM or something though but it might be under a different company possibly. I included a photo of the arcade which I think is in the perfect place for the casino since it appears to be filling an empty space and right outside the bowling alley which makes sense. I will be returning to enjoy the arcade and possibly bowling next time. Thank you for the memories and laughter we had tonight. 😄🥰

The Tipsy Cauldron Pop-Up Halloween Bar at The Meadows Casino was amazing! Such a fun and unique experience — 10/10! The staff were super nice and so committed to the Harry Potter theme, which made the whole night feel extra magical. The decorations were incredible, the drinks were delicious, and the whole vibe was festive and fun. Definitely recommend checking it out — can’t wait to come back next year

Attended a concert there. Wouldn’t go to another outdoor concert there ever. They ziptie small folding chairs together and you have no space. You can’t even sit properly every other person had to sit forward to fit. And the isles were so close together you couldn’t get in and out. Ticketmaster shows section 7 directly center of stage, however they set it up shifted one section down the whole way so instead of center we were to the right. And section 8 was center. But it wouldn’t have mattered anyway. They allow people to stand in the isle behind section two which is higher than the back sections already. So you literally can not see the stage even standing. And one tv monitor is also set up to low because the people are just blocking it. Perhaps if when they moved the concert from indoors to outdoors if they didn’t change us from being section 2 to 7 without notification it would have been semi enjoyable. Only two stars because the place was clean.

Just like the other Hollywood Casinos in PA, this one was really nice. Stopped here on a Monday night to watch the Phillies in the 2025 playoffs. Great venue to catch a game or place a bet. The TVs are massive and there were multiple games/content on. The bar staff was super friendly and helpful for us business travelers. I had the ribeye steak and didn't know what to expect beings it was a sports bar. It was superb! Cooked exactly as requested and great flavor. Had some fun in the casino, but the slots seemed really tight. Not many bonuses and didn't get to play much for the money put in.
