Unforgettable Game Day! My experience at Lincoln Financial Field was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. The atmosphere in the stadium was electric, making the game itself an incredible spectacle. But what really pushed the experience over the top was the food and the service. Our server was incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick, making us feel right at home. The food was fantastic as well—way better than your average stadium fare. Everything was fresh and delicious. If you're looking for a great place to catch a game with amazing service, this is it. Five stars all the way!

As a diehard Eagles fan from Texas, I always love coming up to Philly to watch my favorite team play. The atmosphere is absolutely electric — from the tailgate to the scenes before kickoff, you can feel the passion everywhere. I usually stay in Center City, and the energy throughout the city is incredible. I was lucky enough to be at the 2025 season opener against the Dallas Cowboys, and it was an unforgettable experience. Between the food, the vibe, the history, and the unmatched sports passion, it’s always a pleasure visiting Philadelphia. Can’t wait for many more games!

A vast venue with decently priced food trucks that don't hit your wallet hard. I definitely recommend eating at one of them. I paid $10 for a double cheeseburger and $5 for fries. Inside the stadium it wouldve been close to double that. Plenty of restrooms and eateries inside the stadium as well. Staff was helpful during my visit.

How could you not love this place! Great stadium! Good views from any angle! The crowd. Is always nuts here! A lot of steps depending where you enter. Parking is always a nightmare on game days and events! Food and drinks are ok, but pricey like most stadiums. Went to Eagles open practice with my daughter and granddaughters. Had a great time out! Love games here!

Wow! The Philadelphia Eagles. It doesn't get much better than that. Eagles verses Cincinnati Bengals. Another wonderful Thursday date night, in the books. Lincoln Financial Field is awesome, good traffic flow and great service at the hot dog stand. If you're a Philadelphia fan as I am, try to get here. It's incredible.

Lincoln Financial Field is a spacious and well-organized venue suitable for both football and soccer events. The seating arrangement ensures that every seat offers a great view of the field. However, food and beverage prices can be quite high, with a can of alcohol costing $22. Convenient parking is available nearby for $30 per vehicle. Overall, entering and exiting the stadium is a smooth process, and security measures are thorough.

I was feeling liturgical. After this recent season opening win fresh off our Eagles championship tour at the Link will always be another memorable Philadelphia establishment. Some legendary, inspirational, fashion-forward, folk were present that TNF night and I'm just like, "LOOK AT WHAT GOD HAS BLESSED ME TO EXPERIENCE!" 🥲 I'll march this journey for eternity with God's grace and as part of his script. We've all had an opportunity to be a blessing to some, some, or most! Take care of each other🫡😁✌🏽

Awesome place with lots of great construction themed rides. All the rides were great for the whole family. The kids had fun time enjoying every single ride. You can also cool off in the wave pool and enjoy water slides, which is a plus, and get back to digging and excavating. Worth the trip. Definitely recommend this place for the whole family to enjoy!

My son and I decided to fly in just for this park. We had seen it on YouTube and decided we needed to check it out. Our flight left Michigan at 7am. We flew into Philadelphia and picked up our rental car. It was a short drive to the park and upon our arrival, a wonderful surprise...FREE PARKING! Upon entering, we headed to the waterpark. It was small, but nice. We stayed until noon, when the dry park opened. The dry park was amazing! The employees were very helpful and friendly. We were able to ride everything, even the zip line. A few things we did twice, like the Big Diggers. Those were our favorites! The elevation station does need a caution sign about the seats being so hot that they will burn your legs, though. Overall, we had a nice day and left around 4pm, to fly back home.

This place was great! It’s not a huge park but it’s a nice size still. Lots of activities for the children. My son loves construction trucks so this was a great place to bring him and have him be able to operate the vehicles. They have a park so kids can run around and play. They also have food and snack options available. All the staff were really nice and kind.

First , the senior discounted admission is HALF of the regular admission, but only available at the gate. Parking is free, plentiful and right at the gate; no long hike, no shuttles. I could see my car from the gift shop! If you ever wanted to play with the big toys, regardless of age, this is the place! Definitely not Disney, but I enjoyed it so much more. This 67 year old "kid" had a blast. The "rides" don't open until Noon, but we arrived early and sat by the pools in the pretty awesome water park - we got a cabana so we'd have a shaded area to rest on an extremely hot day. Shaded areas are difficult to come by, as places to sit, one negative. Because of the heat, more people were at the water park, so there were literally zero wait times for the rides. We spent almost three hours in the rides section and went on all but a few rides (a storm cut that short). Unique in a good way! They are diligent with weather and immediately cleared the pools and park when a vicious storm approached. So we didn't get our water park time; the wave pool brought me back to the days at Palisades Amusement Park. There are CLEAN changing rooms and CLEAN rest rooms are plentiful throughout the park. We only had a snack, but it was good. Have to have my giant soft pretzel (which was a lot better than Disney's). And the best thing in the gift shop is an "operators license" card, for $10, personalized with your picture, date of visit and date of birth. I got it to show the DPW boys next to the library the next time they joke that the library could be the perfect break room. And the photo was so much better than the one on my passport or license! Employees were sweet, helpful, kind, personable and made this day even more fun as they indulged this old lady with her heavy equipment fix. This may not be for everyone, but I always wanted to go there since they opened years ago. Would I go again? Absolutely! And the holiday lights displays looked really interesting...

This is a fun theme park built around a neat premise! Despite the rainy weather and an equipment malfunction, our group had a good time, and staff were friendly. Some things I would like to see added to improve the experience: EV charging stations in the parking lot and plans to add more electrified park equipment as technology advances. Diesel fumes aren’t exactly what I want my kids breathing in.

Wear a hat! A lot of open space, so it can get hot quick! My grandson enjoyed himself. He loves dinosaurs 🦕 so this was perfect 👌🏾 I would definitely go back. Price should be cheaper for adults size is kid targeted, but adults can absolutely have fun as well, no doubt!

Arcade,Rock climbing,also small park for little children that can't ride. Drive, ride and operate real cranes,tractors,trucks. Spindizzy is a great time. I rode it 4 times. Water park was closed due to it being off season. Definitely going back for water park.

Stayed in the newly renovated Stardust tower for 2 nights. The hotel room was beautiful - open closet, 2 double beds, desk, refrigerator and safe in a nice credenza with a big screen TV mounted to the wall (with Netflix and YouTube). The sink/vanity was nicely done and outside the small bathroom (toilet and tub/shower only). Turn down service is by request only. There seems to be about 20 rooms per floor in a circular pattern which was unique. There were 3 elevators and we only had to wait on it a couple of times but otherwise it was pretty quick to get in and out. There’s ample parking outdoors in addition to valet service. It was a short drive to the King of Prussia mall and Philadelphia Expo Center.

I was happy with everything about the casino. The food is good, the drinks are free if you're playing games, you have a smoking place with games which is nice. The machine I was playing malfunctioned with over 600 dollars in it and although it took them an hour to figure it out they made sure I got my money and were very nice about it. The only thing I would say is I went in with 6000 dollars and came home with 2500 🤣🤣🤣 I never have any luck at valley forge casino and I always win at Hollywood in perryville md. I do understand that that's the plan when you walk in the door is to get all your money so I'm not saying anything negative about the casino Im just making an observation that I tend to win more during the 7am to 10pm time frame and I do better at Hollywood. With that said I still go to valley forge casino because it's on my way home from work most days. Lol. Good luck everyone!!!!!

We love Boyd, but this facility could be much better. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:45, then we had the hardest time getting a waitress to come around and give us a drink. We eventually sat at the bar and those guys were amazing.

My absolute go to Casino. It's just right size and the atmosphere is safe and clean. I can even play and cash in my lottery winnings when I go there. The servers come around consistently and Valley Forge gives out good incentives.

I don’t know if we were just in an odd room but it was really dark. I mean so dark we had to move our suitcases next to a lamp to see. The vanity was in the hallway. Furniture was old and bed terribly uncomfortable. It was just a bit tacky. The staff was great but we were really disappointed that the bar outside the casino shuts down at 10 on the weekends. We were there for business and not gamblers so this was a bit disappointing. We just do not feel that we got the value for how much we paid for our room.

The room was clean, welll kept, nicely appointment on overall pretty nice. It has a modern look and feel. I would have given the room 5 stars, except our balcony overlooked a roof. Not really the hotels issue, but a little bit of a bummer. That said, the gentleman working the front desk was extremely pleasant, cheerful, and was very welcoming. About a quick minute or two walk over to the casino.

Let’s talk about Mike Wilson Bar tender at the comedy club. Guy over served me and says $20 unlimited drinks. One that’s not a thing So after my first drink I am told hey can you pay for one my manager is going watching. I said no because I was told unlimited drinks for $20 and guy proceded to tell security and staff I didn’t pay. Which is wrong I mean unreal out of this place I’m a young comic who wanna perform here and told basically I was stealing cause I didn’t wanna pay bartender for what he didn’t promos

Our group had so much fun! Richy was super accommodating and really went the extra mile. Everyone in the group had so much fun that I think we will definitely do this again. I also liked how they had other things to do besides just the axe throwing like pool; jenga etc.

Richy was awesome! He was there when we needed help and we had the best time! Best place for a double date!

It was our entire group’s first time and we had so much fun! Axe Master Richy is so kind and patient and incredibly helpful with tips. We all had no clue what to do and he was so great with one on one attention. So much fun and we’ll definitely be back!

We went to Bury the Hatchet in Bensalem to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we had such a great time! Richie took amazing care of us — he was super nice, patient, and very helpful the whole time. My wife and I had an incredible experience at Bury the Hatchet! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a lively atmosphere that set the stage for an exciting evening. Our instructor, Jesse, was absolutely fantastic! Jesse took the time to teach us the ins and outs of axe throwing and even how to throw stars. Her enthusiasm and expertise made all the difference. With her patient guidance, I was able to hit the kill shot not just once, but four times! Earning a trophy for those successful throws made the experience even more thrilling, and I couldn’t help but beam with pride as I held it up. The venue itself is inviting and well-organized, with ample space for everyone to enjoy their time. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, Bury the Hatchet offers a unique and exhilarating experience that you won't want to miss. The Mrs and I went for our first time at the Bucks County location and it was amazing! Richie was great! He explained everything in full detail and was just overall a cool guy. I ended up getting the kill-shot which earns me a spot on the Wall of Fame! Again, it was such a great time. We'll definitely be back!

So much fun! Ricky was great, he gave us tips on how to throw better and was super attentive. He also let us try out some fun alternatives to the axes. The vibes are great here and I definitely recommend to anyone who is in the mood to chuck some steel. Make reservations!

We had the most amazing time at our wedding this October. Our guests did not have enough good things to say and the day went seamlessly. We appreciate all of the staff's hard work and for putting so much care into providing excellent service for their guests. The winery is so beautiful and we truly wouldn’t have changed a thing about our wedding day. They were so accommodating and so lovely to work with throughout the entire process. We can’t wait to go back and visit soon!

Went to a 5:30pm wedding there last weekend and there was a horrible smell in the parking lot and on walkway to the ceremony site. Smells like backed up sewer line. Persisted all night. Almost unbearable. Several drunk ppl from wine tasting were allowed to wander in wedding tent. Sign posted said outdoor grounds close at 4 and winery closes at 6. However staff did nothing when about 10 wine tasting customers sat on wall to watch 5:30 wedding ceremony and talk loudly (and drunkly). Staff also did nothing about drunk ppl screaming in parking lot during ceremony. Comical because the owner will not allow DJ to play music at enjoyable level. No one was able to hear parent/child dances. DJ said this is because owner’s home is directly next to wedding tent. This place is beautiful but they need a serious customer service overhaul. If you want a fun peaceful wedding you should look elsewhere!

Absolutely loved my visit to this winery! The atmosphere was peaceful, the views were beautiful, and every wine I tried was perfectly balanced. My host, Carol, made the entire experience even better — she was friendly, knowledgeable, and you could tell she truly enjoys what she does. She explained each pour with passion and made great recommendations based on what I liked. I left not only with a few bottles but with a real appreciation for the craft behind them. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for good wine, great company, and genuine hospitality!

We hosted a surprise 50th birthday celebration this past weekend and it was truly amazing! From the first time we met Tom and his team, we knew it was going to be a great venue for us. All of our guests raved about the venue, the quality and selection of the wines and the entire team at Crossing Winery. The bartenders were very friendly and made sure all of our guests were well taken care of the entire night. The ambiance with the fireplaces and wine made our night perfect! We can't thank them enough for helping us make true memories of a lifetime. Special thank you to Tom and his team.

The staff was very friendly, the wine was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. If you sit at a table, be prepared to order on your phone through a QR code. Don't worry if your technologically challenged, the staff will ask if you need help.

Crossing Vineyards helped me and my client host a wonderful event at their beautiful winery. Their entire team -- event manager, server, and bartender -- were all fantastic. Super efficient, kind, professional, and accommodating. The food and wine were great, and the winery made us feel right at home. All of our guests were impressed and kept saying how lovely the venue was. Hope to be back soon when I'm off the clock and can enjoy more wine!

I visited this park about 8 years ago. I was impressed then, and I'm even more impressed now. An excellent variety of rides spread throughout the park can keep families and thrill seekers equally entertained. Food quality here seems to be a bit better than other Six Flags parks I've visited. The landscaping and green space are very well done throughout the park, and actually improved since 8 years ago. It's simply beautiful to look at in most places. Families will really appreciate some of the "quiet spaces" to sit in the shade while others are on nearby rides. The left side of the park around El Toro looks like it's getting ready to go through some redevelopment, so I'm very excited to see what Six Flags does after seeing the improvements everywhere else in the park. The employees who work here are also the best you'll find in any Six Flags park. The only thing I don't understand is, why is there such a huge difference in the quality of the experience you get between here and Six Flags New England?

We went on halloween, they had the fright fest.. It was fun, the place is clean, organized and has alot of services and amenities.. We faced an issue with our tickets and passes, but the guest services employees were so welcoming, helpful and nice about it and helped us in no time. Thanks to their help we got to enjoy our day there. It was for sure worth the trip.

It was incredibly great! I had the opportunity to visit both acquatic and roller coaster parks and I loved it. The water park has a bunch of attractions for all the kids and adults. There is also a large pool with waves. There is lockers for all your personal belongings. Now the roller coaster park was amazing. I went with a few friends +25 yo. And we had a great time. Every roller coaster ride was extremely enjoyable and scary. There is also a few restaurants. I will suggest to go on weekday because is a very crowded place. And the parking is 35$ general , 50$ preferential.

Well this was our first time here, as annual members for 6 years we’ve always talked about coming here and since it was the Halloween event what better time, BIG MISTAKE! Every other park is inclusive, you have tickets for Halloween you get the haunted houses, mazes, etc. Not here! $35 a piece, $90 for fast pass and if you don’t get there fast pass you’re screwed! As someone with family memberships for Six Flags, Hershey Park, Legoland and CedarFair, we regularly travel to all the parks from Florida to Massachusetts to Ohio and I’ve never been to a park that allowed that many people in, it was packed! I mean, beyond packed! Everything had a long line, we made it through 2 mazes and gave up when the fast pass lines were as long as the GA lines for the Halloween attractions😢 It was stressful, that many people and large groups pushing through you and kids, and then they’re just stopping in the walkways while groups of teenagers congregated everywhere without supervision and on top of that I’m walking with my kids smelling weed burning everywhere. Get it together Six Flags, I grew up near Wild world, that became Adventure World before finally Six Flags, we stopped going there years ago because of the fights and violence from groups of teenagers and young adults, now they’re closing it for good 😢😢😭 This place has the same vibes! I do want to come back maybe when it’s not so busy, rides looked awesome and almost all of them were operating, not sure I even saw any rides out of commission which is good coming from Six flagsFlags America where you’re lucky if 50% were operating that day and the shops and decorations were dilapidated and look like they survived a tornado, but unfortunately with that many people, every ride had a 60-180min wait, even the stores had long lines to even get in and don’t even try to get food, those lines were ridiculous, at least there was an occasional opening at the drink stands where the lines were maybe a few minutes, I actually felt like a 🤡 waiting to get my cups scanned when people were just walking up from the side filling up their cups😡 employee couldn’t do anything, I don’t think she could even see them😡 by 830 the coke was out of syrup and there was no ice, I told the lady working but she didn’t understand what I was telling her, she just smiled and shook her head to and down. Thankfully they were fully staffed though, most parks can’t get enough employees to work which ends up with closed attractions and concessions. Kudos for that! As for Halloween, get there early and get out when the sun goes down, we gave up at 9pm, after finally picking up a bags from the stroller rentals and getting out of the park it was 10pm and the lines to get in the park were absolutely ridiculous and long, I don’t know what those people are expecting at that time, by the time they get through security and front gate they’re going to be in for a world of hurt when they actually see the lines inside😱

​We recently visited the safari with our grandkids and had a fantastic time. We especially enjoyed riding on the old army trucks, which took us right through the different animal exhibits. The ride was not only entertaining for the kids but also very informative for all of us. Considering how much fun we had, it was a very reasonably priced outing for the whole family. It was such a great experience that we're already planning to go back again next year.

This was my second time visiting Six Flags Great Adventure, and it was just as exciting as the first. On my July 2025 trip, I enjoyed Flash Vertical Velocity (a recent addition and an amazing ride), Batman, Nitro, Roaring Rapids, Jersey Devil, Skull Mountain, Buccaneer, The Joker 4D, and Houdini’s Great Escape. On my first visit in March 2024, I experienced Sky Screamer, The Joker, Harley Quinn Choo Choo Train, Nitro, Jersey Devil, Superman Ultimate Flight, El Toro, Medusa, Kingda Ka (once the world’s tallest and fastest roller coaster), Batman – The Ride, The Dark Knight Coaster, and even played some fun basketball. I was sad to see that Kingda Ka is no longer there, but I am excited to see what new ride will replace it. The park is full of energy, and having a season pass makes visiting very convenient. I would definitely come back again!

Outstanding! Worth every penny! Staff and crew were amazing. They kept the kids so entertained and engaged, even my 4 year old grandson who doesn’t sit still. This is a must do when at that Jersey Shore! (Just moms need to sit down and watch. Not hovering over their kids and blocking other parents views. Kids were fine!)

Really amazing experience! Staff was incredible and kept the kids very entertained. The kids were welcomed, assigned their pirate names and received custom temporary tattoos! The pirates gave an intro - taught the kids pirate language and kicked the experience off in an amazing way! We then boarded the ship and the kids were instructed to sit in one section and adults in another. It was great. The on-board pirates did an incredible job of running this experience. The kids really enjoyed shooting the bad pirate with water and collecting their treasure. HIGHLY recommended. We can’t wait to do it again!!

One of the best experiences the jersey shore has to offer. Anyone with kids local or visiting should plan this pirate adventure, it's a must do. Humor for the adults, so exciting and perfect for the kids. Staff is exceptional, owners are amazing.

My grandsons loved the whole experience., it was a total adventure. The staff did an amazing job with all the various age groups, the kids were totally engaged. The ship was like a scene from Hook. activities were age appropriate . The weather was perfect we couldn’t ask for a better day!!!

This was fantastic! Had such a great time today. Couldn’t imagine a better experience. The crew was great. The boat was a good size, comfortable and steady on the water. I was a little concerned beforehand because we had 4 small children were 3 months to 7 years old. No issues at all. Everyone had a blast. Will definitely do that again.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience for our Anthony and we throughly enjoyed as well. Both the girls were wonderful on navigating and making the time fun for all, at times a comedy act!!

My boys ages, 5, 4, and 21 months had a blast! It’s highly interactive and engaging for young kids! The staff is great! They are super friendly and do such a wonderful job interacting with the kids. My boys play pirates all the time after going. We’ve been twice and will be looking forward to another sailing next year! Also super easy to book 👍

Not a great casino. Was there about 20 years ago and went again in 2025. Need players card to order drinks. Must play $5 to order and can only have one drink every 30 minutes. At least 40 slots broken. Casino is half smoking as well.

Came to this casino for the first time. At the entrance the security was very rude & disrespectful. 0 starts deserved earned at an entertainment service business before even entering the casino.

What a night with lots of luck and fun

The table suddenly became very busy, and the dealer kept blowing cards, but they changed 4 dealers within 10 minutes. The staff called a few people to look at it, and said it was very strange, as if we were cheating. , they said they were going to close this desk and they were going to get off work. No way, the rules of the game are theirs. The next day, I went to the same table and kept losing. The dealer kept getting 20 and 21 points. I asked the staff when the table would be closed today. The dealer told me that in addition to changing the cards, the table would be replaced with new cards. , will not be closed. Yes, shameless behavior can only make you lose, not win. When you are lucky, they keep changing people to deal cards, or close the table directly. There is no justice at all... don't go gambling in this place, their behavior is so bad

Bush league services and amenities. Unhealthy conditions and clown shoes service. It is clear there has been a recent management change for the worse. Our stay started with the front desk being unable to locate our reservation. Despite it being made months ahead of time. Next my coworker discovered that our shower would not drain. When maintenance arrived they pulled 3 hair extensions worth of hair out of the drain. They have done away with complimentary breakfast (which my coworker would not stop complaining about for our week long stay), the attached restaurants are over priced. One night I ordered medium steak, at "market price", and received a brunt piece of charcoal that was no where near worth what I had paid for the meal. Next security saw fit to give my company vehicle a "parking warning" threatening to boot or tow it. With no explanation for the warning. The vehicle was legally and parked in a valid area. No signage, no markings, no attempt to contact me. When I contacted them, they admitted that the warning should not have been issued. It never occurred to them that the vehicle was parked for more than 24 hours, because the guests were staying for longer than 24 hours. All these above mentioned things are annoying but what is unforgivable is my coworker and I both observed the house keeping staff clean our room one day. The house keeper took the reusable glasses and coffee mugs, washed them in the room's sink without soap, and replaced them. There were no new glasses or mugs on her cart, so this must be a standard thing for this staff. Dog feces located everywhere in the landscaping and parking lot. The room does not have a microwave and the refrigerator barely cools drinks at the max setting. The computers in the "business center" in the lobby are running illegitimate copies of Windows, the styling of the rooms and public areas are clearly cheap and tacky. The free wifi is open, public, and not in the least bit secure. It is clear the powers that be are cutting corners where ever possible. In short, anyone staying here should not expect the most basic level of customer service and expectations to be met. For the cost of the room alone, I would expect NONE of these issues, let alone one of them to be experienced during a week long stay. The only people that have any idea of what they are doing is the polite and professional maintenance staff. But that is not enough for me to reserve a room here next time.

Reserved a room for Friday Night May 11. Arrived to check-in only to be rudely informed By an employee at registration desk that despite having an itinerary Number with a Confirmation Number confirming our reservation, They were over booked and they had no rooms available. After 15 minutes of waiting the hotel manager (I guess as she never Identified herself) rudely offered to shuttle us to another hotel off site. I recommend not wasting your time visiting the Sand Casino. Your better off visiting another resort.

Wasn't allowed to bring my 20yr old son through the casino to eat at Emeril's Burgers and More. Don't know why security couldn't escort us to the restaurant. Last thing we wanted to do was waste money on the slots. All we wanted was a bite to eat. Security said the only option was the food court. Definitely not worth it.

Count Basie and the Vogel in Red Bank NJ is our answer to NYC.. Without the crime, the high price parking, commuter taxes and long trip and tolls. Tons of great restaurants close by too. Count Basie rocks! The place is gorgeous with many spots inside to get drinks or snacks. Bathrooms are a bit small, but suffice. The seats are roomy with ample shoulder and leg room. Great view from the pitched floor and the loge gives possibly a better view. The area boasts tons of restaurants at all price levels and parking is usually sufficient. I found free street parking during a sold out show. The area is ultra safe and I would not fear for the safety of my vehicle. And the staff are really nice, seriously never met anyone there who wasn't jovial. And they have an outdoor section where you can smoke. They have all bases covered, except for hot food when you are running late and can't get into a restaurant in time.

This was my first time back at the theatre since I was child, and it did not disappoint! The bartenders did an excellent job at keeping the long line for concessions moving - those incredible women need a raise. The security guards were very respectful, and the ushers were super helpful. I was nervous about finding parking, but was happy to find out that 30 minutes before our concert there was a church about a block or two over that was allowing people to park there for $20. We were happy to park there and know that our car would be safe. The theatre itself is gorgeous and the chairs were relatively comfortable. We sat in Row F on the left side and had a perfect view of the stage. Overall, it was a great experience!

Fantastic theater with amazing acoustics and a terrific staff. So beautiful inside and very well organized and taken care of.

We went to see Fiddler on the Roof. The show was excellent. Staff were warm and inviting. Seating went quickly. Intermission adequate, long lines for ladies room, but what show isn't. Seating comfortable. Very organized bringing you into building, seating and directing you after show. Refreshment staff was very nice. Popcorn delicious and made just right.

I just saw a Brad Williams show at the theater. The show was hysterical and theater was amazing. It's in Red Bank, which is a very nice area. The only downside is there's not a ton of parking if you don't arrive very early.

I was thoroughly impressed with this place. Great place to see a comedian, a concert (Steve Hackett from Genesis in my case) or any other venue they have scheduled there. The place was immaculately clean, friendly security and staff, things to eat - like you're in a movie theater, and alcohol beverages if one chooses. They even have a VIP section - sports bar feel with some comfortable seating and a tv - I viewed it as just an overall addition to any night out experience. The place was easy to get to, as if you can't do GPS there's something wrong with you. Just saying. There's plenty of parking on the street if you get to the venue early enough, and parking lots that are free after 5:00. And I know I'm sounding like I'm advertising for the place, but I did my homework before I went and it was exactly what they said it was. Yeah! I called and I got a live body and somebody that knew what they were talking about - directed me appropriately. The woman said that there would be plenty of street parking and there was. If the person or band you're going to see is at The count Basie theater, get a big smile on your face and be prepared for a really great experience. Thorough professionals running this place.

Zoos provide an amazing chance to connect with wildlife that we otherwise wouldn’t be able to see without traveling across the world. Most of them do their best to provide habitats that give animals humane treatment and a safe place to roam with as much space as possible. Designed as part of the South Mountain Reservation located in West Orange on just 20 acres, Turtle Back Zoo is managed as part of the Essex County Park System. Tickets were easily gotten by visiting their website for a Saturday visit. Upon arrival as first-timers, parking was well organized and free. The zoo is not huge, but there is a decent amount of walking, so if one goes, be sure to wear comfy shoes. Water misters were set up throughout the park to help cool off on hot days. It’s recommended to start at the top of the zoo or top of the hill and work your way down. There were plenty of interesting animals to see from all continents except Antarctica, such as flamingos, condors, bald eagles, penguins, giraffes, etc. Seasonal exhibits (butterfly and bird tents) require an additional fee. They have a touch tank featuring stingrays. My partner and I stopped by Savanna Cafe for lunch (no outside food allowed inside). The food varies from burgers, hot dogs, pizza, sandwiches, and chicken tenders to salads and ice cream. We decided on chicken sandwiches, fries, onion rings, ice cream, and water. It was decent, served its purpose, but was pricey. This is a must-take fun for any age classic New Jersey day trip, which we can recommend.

Had a fantastic time at the turtle back zoo!!! i went with my brother. we hadn’t been since we were little children and it was so much fun to rediscover the zoo as adults. i recommend getting there early, parking was free and we drove right in. no lines! which was fantastic. they had lots of different areas to see and it was a great time overall. a lovely day activity for any animal lovers.

You cannot beat the price per person on a weekend to enter this Very nice zoo! Stop by if you love animals and take a look at all the beautiful wildlife that lives here !! The zoo is very clean and the staff is so helpful and kind , consistently walking around the property to make sure the animals are good and the customers have any questions or concerns there is always a staff member near by , you can also pet and feed the cownose stingrays which is very cool! I highly recommend stopping in to this amazing zoo!

Great zoo! Parked in their garage for free. The animals were beautiful, and the design of the facility and habitats is very impressive. Very kid and stroller friendly. The staff we came upon throughout the park were very nice and friendly. The kids burned some energy at the cool prehistoric playground. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Had a wonderful time! Just don't go during afternoon in the summer. Most animals would be taking a nap or hiding in the shade to cope with the afternoon heat. Make sure you have water with you, you also need to cope with the walking and afternoon heat. A lot of folks brought outside food and snacks, which I thought was a great idea as there's not many options. Not as many exhibits or diversity as Bronx zoo but still very lovely, less crowded and charming. My favorite was the Giraffe and red panda exhibit. You can also feel the giraffe and the birds for couple extra bucks, if you choose to.

I made my second trip back to Turtle Back Zoo recently after quite a long break, and it was a mix of nostalgia and new discoveries. The layout has expanded, and there’s definitely more to see but also more walking! Each themed area feels like its own little world, which makes the journey between them fun, even if your feet start to protest by the end. I remembered the peacocks roaming freely last time, so it was a bit surprising not to see them this time around. Still, the variety of animals is impressive from big cats to reptiles. Depending on the weather, a lot of them were lounging in the shade, which made spotting them a bit tricky. One of the highlights was feeding the giraffes such a cool, up close moment that made the visit feel extra special. There are also plenty of spots to grab snacks, rest, and take photos, which came in handy since I was snapping way more pictures this time. Whether you're going with family, friends, or just looking for a peaceful day outdoors, Turtle Back Zoo offers a great mix of education, entertainment, and nature. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely worth the visit especially if you haven’t been in a while.

I have the luxury of homeschooling my daughter and so we invested in the yearly membership for the zoo so we can come every single week. We love the train, feeding the stingrays and watching keepers doing animal feedings. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely seem excited talking about what they do and it feels great knowing the people taking care of the animals love what they do. The new vet building is totally amazing if you’re able to catch it while they are caring for animals. We were able to watch check ups being performed on baby emus, it was so cool!

This exhibit was amazing! Getting to see history. I was in the 6th grade when this event took place and just seeing it now from a different perspective as an adult just hits different. I'll share some photos that I have taken but it is 100% worth the visit. It just opens up so many more questions about where we are now against where we may have been. It also questions perspectives on mindsets these days but I will not get into that here. This place was awesome and I would definitely love to go back during another visit to NY.

At the time, I could never have imagined that I would one day return to the same spot and find that the buildings were gone. When I came back years later to visit the memorial, the feeling was surreal. The area where the towers once stood is now a place of quiet reflection, marked by the enormous, cascading pools set within the footprints of the original buildings. Water flows continuously, creating a soft, mournful sound, while the names of the victims are engraved around the edges. Standing there, it’s impossible not to feel the weight of history, loss, and resilience. The emptiness where the towers once reached toward the sky is both haunting and profoundly moving. Walking around the memorial, I was struck by the contrast between what I remembered and what I saw now. The city has moved forward, new buildings rise around the site, and life in Manhattan continues its relentless pace. Yet the memorial holds a stillness that makes time feel suspended. Every detail — from the endless water, to the engraved names, to the subtle landscaping — is designed to honor what was lost while reminding visitors of the strength and perseverance of those who survived, and the courage of those who came after. Being there, I couldn’t help but reflect on the impermanence of even the most monumental structures. The towers seemed unshakable in my memory, but tragedy and time proved otherwise. The memorial doesn’t try to replace them; it doesn’t try to replicate what was lost. Instead, it invites visitors to pause, remember, and honor. It’s both humbling and healing, a space where grief and respect coexist in a quiet, powerful way. Visiting the 9/11 Memorial is an emotional journey. You leave with a deeper understanding of loss, resilience, and the fragility of even the mightiest human creations. Coming back to a place I once knew so differently, seeing the towers replaced by pools of reflection, reminded me that memory and history are alive — and that remembrance is as important as rebuilding.

Wow wow wow. Months behind on leaving this review, but wanted to be sure to encourage others to visit. This was such a well thought out memorial and museum. Very thorough and respectful to those who perished. It is very moving. To be in the space, looking at the foundation, the energy was palpable. This was agreed way to honor those souls and those who lost their lives saving others. Incredible.

One of the very best museums I've ever been to. Very comprehensive displays tastefully done. Recommend ordering tickets ahead of time for early morning to beat the crowds. Some time slots sell out. The audio device is also highly recommended.

Buy tickets in advance. Allow more time than the recommended 60-90 mins, especially if you are old enough to remember where you were when you heard the news or saw it unfold. Highly moving exhibits bring the victims front and center of your visit, making the experience all the more personal and emotional. Be prepared. However, it is an experience I highly recommend. Those who forget history are bound to repeat it, and this is an event we should never forget.

This museum was the main thing I wanted to do when I visited New York for the first time. Buying my ticket and getting into the museum was easy and organized. The exhibits were well done and organized in a timeline that was easy to follow. There were plenty of staff members to direct people and answer questions as well as a self guided audio tour that was available for purchase. This was a moving experience and I would recommend this to anyone who is able to visit.

A wonderful use of old elevated train tracks turned into beautiful greenery in the middle of the city. So many different kinds of vegetation and lots of great art to see along the way. We walked about 2 miles of it from The Edge down to Chelsea Market.

The High Line is one of the most unique and enjoyable outdoor experiences in New York City. Built on an elevated historic rail line, it offers a peaceful walkway above the busy streets, with great views of the city and plenty of greenery along the way. It’s a perfect place for a stroll, whether you’re looking to take photos, enjoy the art installations, or just relax in a quieter space. The mix of plants, architecture, and open views of the Hudson River makes it feel both urban and calming at the same time. Depending on how fast you walk, you can explore the whole thing in about 30–60 minutes, making it a great stop that doesn’t take up your whole day. It can get crowded during peak hours, but it’s still a lovely experience overall. A must-visit if you’re in the city and want something scenic, relaxing, and completely free. Lovely for an autumn walk and lots of great photo opportunities. Clean bathrooms. Lots of city views. Surrounded by buildings with unique architecture. Lots of benches and viewing areas, including one where you can watch traffic. Landscaping and sculptures.

This walk is so nice, it's hard to believe it's free (privately funded, donations accepted). We stopped for several minutes to listen to a mockingbird perform his concert! Super clean bathrooms, and there are no pets allowed, so with all the plants, it smells nice too. Not too crowded on weekdays.

The Experience: This is a fantastic spot for a nice walking experience above the city streets. It offers a unique perspective of Manhattan and serves as a great path to get to Hudson Yards, offering a perfect, looming view of The Edge as you approach. Accessibility Note: Be mindful of where you enter. I found the stairs to be very steep at the access point I used. If you have heavy bags or mobility issues, you definitely want to double-check the map for elevator access beforehand, as the stairs can be a workout. Verdict: Despite the climb up, I thoroughly enjoyed the walk. It’s a refreshing break from the traffic below.

A unique and beautiful walkway throughout New York City. From Hudson yards to Little Island, an extraordinary yet calm walkway above the streets. And offer a serene and calm experience. Would highly recommend.

This might be the best urban park that I've ever visited! What a great way to meander through the Chelsea neighbourhood with some elevated views of New York City. I imagine it can get extremely busy on a nice day, but its certainly work checking out if you're in the area. Lots of little pockets of space if you want some privacy from all the folks out for a walk.

We kinda spur of the moment decided to do this, while in NY. So didn't buy tickets in advance, although it wasn't difficult to do so there, as they had computer ordering systems on site to use, we would have been able to see and realize that there is a price difference amongst the different "time slots" and that entry times are set every 15-30mins apart. There is thorough security to get in, and lots of staff around as well. The place was clean, and spacious. The history on your way through was very interesting. The view from the top was really good, we paid extra to go to the 101 floor. And although it wasn't a huge difference from the view of the 85th floor, I'm glad we did it. Defiently recommend visiting the observation deck of the empire state building atleast once. We went up during daylight hours, so I may, someday come back for a night view.

Go see it, you won't regret the time you spend exploring this iconic building. We're from NZ, so this was a bucket list visit and I loved everything about the museum walkthrough, old footage and experiential stuff. Views are phenomenal, breath taking even on a good day like we had. We just looked and looked at the vast expanse of this city and didn't want to leave. So much NY history in the one place, it's worth the entry fee for sure. If you are remotely interested in the Empire State Building you'll love it.

From the 86th floor, the city lights stretch in every direction—Times Square glows, traffic forms ribbons of color, and the skyline looks its best after dark. Crowds are lighter at night, so it’s easier to enjoy the view and take photos without rushing. Overall, the nighttime atmosphere feels calm and memorable. If you want a classic view of Manhattan with less daytime noise, this visit is worth it.

I chose the ESB over the Rock and other viewing platforms for it's historical significance. Built in 1931, in one year and 45 days, featured in many famous movies and recognized around the world. It even has it's own zip code! My first time in NYC so definitely had to go all the way up to the 102nd floor which is completely enclosed so good for cold weather! But you have great views from the 86th floor also which is open air and enclosed. Reservations are required and earlier is less busy.

I found the 86th floor to be pretty adequate for photos.I didn't see a point to go all the way to the top, To be honest. The views are pretty spectacular.You get to take photos from both the eightieth floor and then open air eighty sixth floor. There's lots of museum and stuff to look through before you get up to the elevators, you can either look at it or skip it.It's up to you. Then, at the end, of course, there's a gift shop. I would highly recommend this. I would probably recommend it over some of the other tall buildings because of the history surrounding this one. And it's pretty centrally located, so you can see everything from the eighty sixth floor.

I must say, this is the most magical place on earth, if you go to New York, this is a must. The prices of the tickets are affordable and the experience makes you feel like you’re on top of the world. We went in the evening and seeing the lights of New York was magical. It bought the city to life. The staff were really friendly and the museum part was interesting as it taught you about the Empire State building. Will definitely come back and visit.

One of the great things about traveling to any city is obviously the people that you meet. In my brief visits to New York, though, I've found it difficult to meet and to engage with local folks. On Nov. 12, 2025, I woke up in the morning thinking about how cool it would be to make one great human connection that day. I whispered to the Universe that I’d like that kind of encounter – a chance to get to know the real New York. It turned out that I had been looking for such a connection in the wrong place because I wasn't looking up. That's when my wife (Won-ok) and I decided to tour the Empire State Building. That was one of the things that was on my life bucket list, something that is a quintessentially American experience. When we made it to one of the lookout areas, a very kind woman named Renita greeted us with such warmth that it was overwhelming. Some people just radiate goodness and kindness, and spending time with Renita was the only time that trip that we felt the sun. My aunt happens to have the same name so the name struck a particular chord with me. Renita asked if there is anything that we would like to know. I was a little embarrassed by how little I know about the city. Renita Immediately helped me overcome my sheepishness and began answering questions from me and Won-ok. It didn't take long for one thing to lead to another and for the three of us to find ourselves in a deep, soulful conversation. Renita told us she has been working at the building for many decades. A native New Yorker, she saw the World Trade Center go up – and she witnessed the horror of the towers going down. I learned more about the history and spirit of New York in the moments I spent with her than I did on the entire rest of my trips there combined. Renita is a credit to the Empire State Building and to the city of New York. My wife and I saw a lot of amazing things on that trip but the experience that made the greatest impact on us was Renita -- New York’s ambassador in the sky.

The doors leading into the terminal from 42nd Street show traces of its long history. Iconic landmark with stunning architecture Grand Central Terminal is not just a train station but a New York City icon. The main concourse is breathtaking with its celestial ceiling mural, elegant arches, and constant energy. The Whispering Gallery is a fun hidden gem where you can test the acoustics. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and the Grand Central Market for local treats. Despite the crowds, it’s worth visiting to admire the architecture and soak in the history.

If you know you know this is where the opening scene for the first episode of gossip girl filmed. It is the most gorgeous train station I’ve ever seen and is so clean and tidy. There is lots of variety of food and retail shops available and even a little sports section it entertain yourself. It is truly an amazing train station and it’s so appealing to the eye. There’s also so nice to re-enact the classic Photo of Serena Vander Woodson. 🤭🤍🫶🏼

As a tourist visiting New York City, Grand Central Station was my favorite building. You could see and feel the history of the building. The best part about being inside the station is thinking about how important it was to building the city and how it currently helps facilitate so much of the business in the city. Also, it is amazing to think about the important people from history who have set foot in the same location! Highly recommend as a stop touring the city!

This has been the station I’ve used for years as my main connection between home and the city. Even though it’s a hub for both locals and tourists, from my perspective as a local, I still find it beautiful—especially from an architectural point of view. It’s full of history, and every time I arrive here, I feel like I’m stepping into a place that matters—somewhere meaningful. There’s always so much going on: people arriving, leaving, tourists, commuters… and I love that. It captures the magic of New York’s diversity. Trains run frequently, and you can easily catch the line that suits your destination. Ticket prices vary, but I recommend downloading the MTA app to check schedules and buy tickets online. You can also get them at the booths—it’s a bit old-school, but it has its charm (I used to do that a lot back when I was in school). What I love most is the art deco style—it reflects the elegance that made early 20th-century New York so iconic. The restrooms are usually clean, there are quick bites available if you’re in a hurry, and the self-service machines are convenient. Overall, it’s an efficient, accessible terminal—and I truly love it.

Going for a walk early in the morning feels refreshing and leisurely. The display boards might be more visible if it were a bit darker… but I still prefer the time when daylight is just beginning to break. Even in the early morning, there are a variety of food options like hot dogs and corn dogs.

Times Square is one of those places you have to experience at least once. The lights, energy, and atmosphere are incredible, especially at night. It does get very crowded, particularly on theater nights, but that’s part of the excitement. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all around. A true New York City landmark!

We finally visited the iconic Times Square and whatever I had heard before about this is not an exaggeration. The vibe, atmosphere and the electronic billboards make this place a very happening one. Lots of shops and eateries near this place. A great crowd every time you visit. But at night after sunset this place becomes more awesome. Must visit and multiple visits are my recommendation.

There’s a rhythm here, a heartbeat of the city that never sleeps, and on this night, it was louder, wilder, and more exhilarating than ever. Walking through the throngs, catching glimpses of costumes and celebration, and capturing these moments in photos and video made me appreciate the magic of New York in a way words can barely capture. Times Square is not just a place — it’s an experience, a living, breathing canvas of human energy and creativity. Halloween night 2025 will forever remain vivid in my memory as one of the city’s most unforgettable moments.

This is nyc the busiest city in the USA. I love and hate this area at the same time but mostly I love it because the shows are nearby and you can get reduced prices if you wait online and so many food, places and historical places and even the US armed horses recruiting services center and you should definitely walk this area and not drive because you will be stuck in traffic During the day. Enjoy!

Finally, on my 5th trip to NYC we did Rockafella Centre instead of Empire State. What a great experience. Great views of the NYC skyline which includes the Empire State. The Beam was so worth it as well. Great views out towards Central Park. Could have stayed up there for even more hours. Nice little cafe/bar with terrace area to sit and chill while admiring the views.

We visited Top of the Rock and were absolutely amazed! The view of New York is stunning — especially the Empire State Building and the Manhattan skyline. The entry was quick and well-organized with minimal waiting time. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy the city vibe, take incredible photos, and soak in the views. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New York for the first time!

Visiting Top of the Rock was such an incredible experience! The views of New York City are absolutely breathtaking. The elevators are fast and the observation decks are very well organized, making it easy to enjoy the sights without feeling crowded. Definitely a must-visit

Top of the Rock was fantastic — much quieter than the Empire State Building, which made the experience way more enjoyable. The views to the north are incredible, especially over Central Park. You also get a perfect view of the Empire State Building, which you obviously can’t get if you’re standing on it! Highly recommend going around sunset for the best light.

Even in drizzling rain this was an enjoyable experience. We actually really like the foggy photos we got too! One of the cheaper birds eye view options with two different tourist photo opportunities. Though I usually find those to be cheesy, if it wasn't raining during our trip I could see their unique recreation of the iconic construction photo snapped during the building of the rockafeller center could be super cute/fun and very New York specific, and I may have considered it in better weather.

Loved Top of the Rock! The views are incredible even though you’re not the tallest building in the city. Took almost no time to enter even though it was pretty busy being right around dusk. The night views are the best. Definitely do this on your trip to NYC.

Visiting The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the stunning European paintings to the intricate Egyptian artifacts, each gallery offers something new and awe-inspiring. The museum’s architecture is just as impressive as the art itself, with grand halls and beautiful details that make exploring a true pleasure. The staff and volunteers are welcoming and knowledgeable, enhancing the experience even further. Whether you’re an art lover or just looking for a cultural adventure, The Met is a must-visit destination that leaves a lasting impression. I can’t wait to return!

We had the morning free before flying home and wanted to visit somewhere new to us. You could actually spend the whole day in this magnificent museum. It's structurally beautiful as well as having displays that are truly impressive. The Egyptian items were outstanding, the burial items, jewellery and finds took our breath away. The wall paintings on the burial building were spectacular. Also the photograph of the wooden replica boats all broken and then repaired and on display were incredible. They all had a black bob hairstyle! The Greek section was fabulous as was the Asian. The African panels on the ceiling, totem poles, tribal costumes and carvings were beautifully painted and definitely a favourite of ours. The Japanese garden was quiet and a place of calm and very much represented the culture. We had a quick stop at the cafe, the queue went down fairly quickly and people were constantly moving so tables became available. This museum turned into a highlight of our trip and I have already told friends to put it on their to do list when visiting New York.

⭐️ Incredible World-Class Museum in the Heart of NYC. I visited The Metropolitan Museum of Art and bought my ticket at the entrance. It was busy with tourists, but once you step inside the galleries the museum is so huge that the crowds spread out quickly. The exhibits are absolutely incredible — Egyptian mummies, sarcophagi, medieval knights, full suits of armor, ancient weapons, paintings, sculptures, musical instruments, and so much more. The collection is massive and honestly mind-blowing. At some point we were so tired from walking that we had to stop, because this place is endless. It really feels like stepping into ancient Egypt, medieval Europe, and world history all inside Manhattan. There are clean restrooms, plenty of places to rest, and a nice gift shop on the way out. A must-visit NYC museum. Highly recommended! 📸🇺🇸

I haven’t been to the MET ever since coming back from the army. I used to go all the time, especially when they would have new exhibits in the museum. What made me go in the first place was because I’m writing an essay on art for my art history class. I wanted to share so of the photos that I took on my journey.

Man Ray exhibit was fantastic. Ancient Egypt was also very cool. So big, impossible to see all in 1 visit. upstairs musical instruments room was awesome and the armor and swords too. loved the big open natural light room where the Egyptian tomb was. Really great place.

The Met in NYC is one of those rare places that somehow exceeds the hype. The moment you walk in, you feel the weight of history, culture, and artistry from every corner of the world. The collection is massive — truly something for everyone — but it never feels overwhelming. Every gallery is intentional, beautifully curated, and full of details that pull you in. What I appreciated most was how easy it was to get lost in time. One minute you’re in ancient Egypt, the next you’re staring at a Van Gogh that stops you in your tracks. The staff is friendly, the layout is intuitive, and the entire experience feels like stepping into a different world for a few hours. If you’re in NYC, this is a non-negotiable stop. It’s not just a museum — it’s an experience you carry with you long after you leave.

Carved out 3 hours and still barely got through maybe a half(if even that) of the museum. The staff there was great and the student discount of 17$ was pretty great, and I think it’s awesome that New York residents and local students only pay if they want to, that’s a cool perk. One thing is, at times it definitely felt like a maze getting through the galleries.

Central Park in the Fall — Absolutely Magical! Visiting Central Park in autumn was better than I ever imagined. The colors, the crisp air, the skyline peeking through the trees — it felt straight out of a movie, only real. The park is wonderfully kid-friendly and dog-friendly, full of families, friendly faces, and space to explore. From the winding paths to the shimmering ponds and quiet lakes, every corner is breathtaking. The city views are stunning, and everyone we met was kind and welcoming. Truly one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I’ve ever experienced.

After the watching the 'Stranger Things: The First Shadow' Broadway show at the Marquis Theatre on W46th St & 7th Ave, we walked the 0.7 miles up 7th Ave to the Central Park entrance at W59th St where I had my first NYC Hotdog from the Nathan's Hotdog stand. It was very tasty if a tad small for $6. We only walked in a very small section of the vast 843 acres, 2.5 miles long and 0.5 miles wide park, from the W59th St & 7Ave entrance to the Model Sailing Boat Lake and could have spent several days explore the different sections of this vast beautiful space, which is enjoyed daily by some many local New Yorkers and tourists. There were lots of people relaxing on the grass, walking, jogging, running, cycling & rollerblading through the park, together with rickshaws and horse drawn carriages carrying their passengers on the one directional circular road running around inside the park. We stopped off at the Le Pain Quotidien kiosk next to the Model Boating Lake for hot drinks & pastries at one of the tables, enjoying the late evening sunshine whilst watching people going by and children sailing their rented remote controlled model boats in the lake. There are public male & female toilets either side of the kiosk and a table service section for a selection of food & drinks. It wasn't too busy when we were there around 6pm on a Saturday evening and it was the perfect place to sit down, take a break, relax and watch the world go by in Central Park whilst enjoying a drink. We were fortunate to be there to listen to the famous Central Park guitar man, David Ippolito, playing some beautiful guitar music from across the boating lake opposite our table, in his regular Saturday slot. On our walk to the Model Boating Lake we passed the 1,800 seat open air Delacorte amphitheater inside the park, where free public shows of Shakespeare's 'Twelfth Night' were being performed. My wife is a big fan of Shakespeare's plays and would have loved to have gone to see the play. However, as the vast majority of tickets were allocated via lottery to NYC residents we would have had to queue up in person in a standby line outside the theatre on the day, in the hope of getting one of these few ticket allocations and I didn't like Shakespeare enough to do that. As it was such beautiful warm late summer we decided to walk the 2.2 miles down Lexington Ave, from the park at 74th St down to our hotel at 36th St. Although it took a lot longer than taking the subway we really enjoyed seeing more of the city on foot.

I had never seen such a huge park in the city area. Spread across 800+ acres, this park has a lot of beautiful places to visit. We went to Bethesda terrace as our first spot here and it’s really worth visiting. Great spots to visit, sit, relax, run and click pictures. Loved the bow bridge. Must visit and highly recommended.

Central Park is absolutely beautiful !!! it’s hard to believe a place this big and peaceful exists right in the middle of the city. I loved exploring Belvedere Castle and Bethesda Fountain, and seeing all the iconic spots in person felt so special. Such a perfect place to just wander, relax, and take in the city from a completely different perspective.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the Mountain Creek chairlift team. On September 13, while photographing a wedding, I accidentally left my camera at the top of the mountain. The lift was scheduled to close at 6:00 PM, but the staff kindly stayed with me and waited until the last team member at the summit located my camera and brought it down. I’m deeply grateful for their patience, professionalism, and kindness. Thank you so much!

I’m really disappointed with Mountain Creek’s lift ride operation. They closed the line 30 minutes before the posted closing time, saying the line was already too long — yet they were still selling tickets just minutes before closing the line! That’s completely unfair and misleading. It feels like they just care about making sales, not about giving guests the experience they paid for. The staff didn’t communicate properly, didn’t apologize, and didn’t offer any options for people who bought tickets but couldn’t even line up. If they know the line gets long, they should stop selling tickets earlier or use time slots to manage the crowd properly — not punish guests who show up on time. It's not our problem that everyone wants to ride during sunset. That should be a management problem!! This was very disappointing and showed how poor the customer service and organization really are. Never again! Waste of money!

We went to Mountain Creek for the fall fest. The event was packed the weather was perfect and the ride up the lift was great. It was cool watching the mountain biking on the trail from the lift. The only issue i had was the food and drink situation. They did the best they could, but clearly not prepared for the mass of people that came. Luckily the burger was delicious and saved the afternoon. Overall happy, good atmosphere, food, games, music and friendly staff.

Great bike park! Employees were pleasant and helpful. Prices were reasonable. The lift took a couple tries to perfect loading the bikes but after that it was easy. We visited during Octoberfest and it was good and bad. Very busy, but lots of entertainment and food options. The trails ranged from mild to wild. I liked that there were technical trails as well as flow. The trails were a little washed out but not too bad considering it was the end of the season. Overall it was a great experience and we plan on returning!

Came here November 2nd for the 3rd annual fall fest weekend. I got the sky ride ticket for $16.78. I really wanted to try the adventure package but it was already sold out by the time I got ready to purchase. In my honest opinion the Fall Fest is NOT WORTH IT! Especially if it would be quite a drive for you. The drive for me was about 1 hour and 30 minutes and I don’t think the experience was worth the drive. I honestly feel like the IG reels and TikTok videos I’ve seen of the Fall fest overhyped it and made it look better than it really was. In my opinion it was hectic because there were bikers all over the place which is fair because the fall fest and the bike trail is a shared space. I think they should have called this BIKER FEST you literally have to watch out because the bikers just zoom by. I did get to go on the sky ride which was nice and the scenery was beautiful. But, was it worth coming to the fall fest and purchasing a ticket just to do that…… NO. If you are looking for a Fall experience/farm experience in Vernon, NJ I recommend Heaven Hill Farm which is literally 9 minutes from mountain creek. Now that gave me the vibe I was looking for. I didn’t get to explore it fully because it was close to closing time but I did check out their Farmers Market and their cider donuts were tasty. Anyways, maybe I will be back to mountain creek but probably not for their Fall Fest. I will say that the staff at mountain creek were friendly, I got some cool photos, and I got to spend time with family and friends so that is a plus.

Here already for fall fest and its overly crowded. No one working so it’s unclear if parking is paid/unpaid. Food vendor area is disorganized. Not clear what each line is for (1 for ordering, 1 for pickup, but no rhyme or rhtym to tell you when your order is ready). Took an hour to get our food alone. Do not waste your money on this. Did not go on gondola or coaster due to long lines (1 hour at least). Not a good experience and am requesting a refund. If I’m driving 2 hours from NYC for foliage, better to go upstate to the Catskills than this overhyped crapshow Also, while we were prepared for bugs and nature, we did not anticipate the insane amount of yellow jackets near the food area Update 24 hours after emailing them (and before they responded below): Got a general message they’re looking into it. To be clear, this was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. We did not even have enough time to redeem the tickets we bought due to the long lines. Sadly, I do not have confidence they’ll make it right and strongly feel this place is a cash grab. We do not plan to ever come back and encourage others to avoid. Go over to warwick, ny and go apple picking, or just go up to The Catskills Update 3 days later: After a bit of pushing via email, we got a long empathetic apology from the owner who refunded us. His leadership was greatly appreciated, and hopefully the resort takes the right steps to fix this. Owner invited us back and offered some perks upon our return, but we likely will not come back given the lines issue seems to be an ongoing issue. We hope the resort will improve over time.

For boarding- if you get the lowest access pass. You have to walk a long distance with your gear. But worth the day pass and season as you get to ride on two mountains. Go on T,W,Thursday to skip crowd. The location is good had Taco Bell and local bean cafe if you want to skip out on $20 food in the lodge

Easy drive from the city. $10 for parking, no wait on entrance line. $15 entrance fees if riding, free entry for 3 and under and if you not riding. The park is clean, and walking g and playing. Girl walking and singing. There is a mist walk stand. Having spent 5 hours, bought water for $4.50 plus hot dog and fries for $15. Lots of rides not working and are missed. Hopefully, they are up soon.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect family day at Playland! We had such a great experience from start to finish. Parking was super easy and only $10, which made getting in with a toddler hassle-free. Admission was just $15 per person for anyone who wanted to ride, which was totally worth it for all the fun we had! We were also able to use the stroller for our 2 year old which was very convenient. The park was very clean — especially the bathrooms — and there were plenty of chairs and shaded areas to sit and watch. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, which made the day even more enjoyable. My 2-year-old had a blast! There were tons of fun baby rides, and his favorite was the kiddie roller coaster — he couldn’t stop smiling! Also ,No wait time for the rides. The food was affordable and there were great options. Drinks were about $4.50 and food ran from $7-$13. Overall, Playland is the perfect spot for a fun, affordable, and family-friendly outing. We’ll definitely be back! 🎢🎠🍔🎉

Sad to see what Rye Playland Park has become today in 2025. I remember coming here with my parents and grandparents in the early 2000’s brought back nostalgic memories. I miss the boat that would take you around the lake. Last time I saw the boat it was up for sale. They seem to restore a good chunk of the park with new paint and other maintenance. The bathrooms are kept clean. Hopefully the park comes back fully restored in the future. Unfortunately dragon coaster is not operating and the Ferris Wheel is being dismantled. There are still some good rides for kids to enjoy. The arcade games are free which is noice. It’s a nice place to just walk too. Heads up they don’t allow snacks in the park. Free admission to walk the park and $15 for all rides. $10 parking.

My nephew came down with my sister Fourth of July I wanted to initiate him into going to Playland. It’s a big nostalgia for everyone in the family we’ve been coming for 40 plus years. Came early the definitely had parking situated before the crowds. Line was long for tickets and thankful a new window opened right when i Got here i got to beat the line. Unfortunately I wasn’t aware that majority of the park was disassembled. All adults rides minus a handful and the rest was just the basic kiddie rides. I’m glad i came early because my nephew was able to get on rides without the crowds. We had Nathan’s from the food truck. Very slim picking for food options by this time park started filling up with that rachet young crowd smoking weed in front of the kids no respect. Leaving took forever just wasn’t worth the headache but we kept the memories alive.

The beach is clean and nice. You can rent umbrellas and chairs.They had a dj. The locker rooms are packed and a bit smelly but not the worst in the world. We purchased tickets for both the pool and the beach but couldn't experience the pool because you can't enter the pool area with chairs. Overall a good beach.

It’s definitely an experience. Parking was easy breezy since there are plenty, and most likely because the amusement park was barely packed. Admission is free, and rides were free for my 23 month old son, he had just made the 36” mark to ride. We only brought one $15 adult ticket for rides since someone had to watch our new baby 🤭. Like most reviewers mentioned, there are quite a few rides that were closed, probably around 1/4 of the rides were not operating on a Saturday! Fortunately, there was minimal waiting for rides. 2-5 minutes max, or no wait at all! The rides are not in the best conditions. We spent most of our time at the kiddie section. I went on the submarine ride with my son and ride suddenly stopped at the top as it was half way through. The jolt (when the ride stopped) was so big that my back spine slammed into the seat. It was painful and quite scary for myself. I asked the operator about what had just happened on my way out, and he said it happens often!! Horror!! Your food options are extremely limited. Pizza ( cheese or pepperoni), chicken fingers, fries, hot dogs, burgers, ice cream, and pretzels. I may be missing a few! I was in shock to learn a bottle of purified water would cost $4.50, so pack your own water to stay hydrated!!

Mini park, boardwalk and beach, amusement park, restaurants, ice rink and more... though it may not open the amusement park in 2025 due to budget concerns from what I heard from some locals - could just be politiking. Also watch the speed traps on the way in, saw a few people get ticketed on the way in. $20 to park between Memorial and Labor days. Big lots. Otherwise open to the public to walk around the beach/parking but amusement park looks a little desolate.

Great experience at the Kykuit Highlights Tour. This tour is about 1.5 hours and covers the first floor of the estate and outside. There are other (longer) tours that include more of the estate if you like. All tours leave from the Visitor's Center. There is a large parking lot there...but there is also some overflow parking around the corner ii needed. The overflow lot is a short walk to the Visitor's Center. The center has a large shop with lots of gifts and souvenirs. There are also some snacks and bakery-items (coffee, tea, pastries) available for purchase. There are bathrooms and the ticketing area. You check in at the ticketing area and are given a hand band. A bus (very nice and comfy) will take the tour guests from the visitor's center to the estate...the ride is about 10 minutes. The tour guide will also be on the bus offering some information throughout the ride, including information on the structures and facilities within the larger estate as you pass those by. The tour itself was great...but I can see some may want to visit the other floors of the estate, which is only included in the longer tours. Lots of information throughout the tour. They do keep the schedule pretty tight though as I noticed our tour guide checking the schedule regularly to determine how much time to spend at each room. I understand this is crucial in order to accommodate the various timed tours but it does leave little room for asking questions and some of it felt a little rushed. Photography is ONLY permitted outside of the estate. You cannot take photos inside the estate. You are taken back to the visitor's center when the tour it completed. Overall I had a great visit. I would love to return to view some of the other offerings...such as the Philipsburg Manor. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

This is a very good place to visit as it is a former summer retreat of John D. Rockefeller who was first American billionaire and the founder of Standard Oil. Well maintained and a great location with awesome views. However the "classic tour" does not let you see the whole house as the upstairs of the property is still private area owned by the Rockefeller family. The tour was about 2 hour and they took the group onto a bus ride from the ticket place to the Kykuit estate house.

The tour is quite extensive and the tour guide is knowledgeable about the Rockefeller family and the many many art pieces in the home and grounds. The tour includes first floor, massive grounds, basement art gallery, and carriage garages. Parking was at Phillipsburg mansion and then take a shuttle to the mansion. Be early as the shuttle does leave at the ticket time and it was quite busy.

We did the Grand tour. Our guide, Dana, was very knowledgeable about the house and gardens. It was a drizzly day so we didn't get as much outside but additional spots were added on the inside. There are a lot of stairs. It is always fascinating learning about people from the past.

We did the standard tour which is about two hours start to finish from the visitor center at Philipsburg manor. A few things to note: You CAN have water in a sealed container, but you may not drink it inside the house. All bags will be checked before entering the main house. Photography is only allowed outside of the house on the grounds. We’ve made it a habit to take our visiting family to historic estates we have yet to visit and this weekend it was Kykuit. While the house itself is impressive, it’s complimented by the various artworks and sculptures placed throughout inside and the grounds. The two hour tour gives you a nice tour of the main floor of the house, the main grounds, and the art galleries in the basement. Then, you get a peak inside the carriage house to view the collection of classic buggies, carriages, and cars. You start at Philipsburg Manor Visitor Center and they shuttle you to the house and back. There are several moments throughout the tour that offer spots to sit for those in need.

The Rockefeller mansion. Kykuit, is an estate to behold, the bus ride up from Sleepy Hollow is fun. The house is spectacular as are the grounds. The home has a variety of different tours, with different price points. I learnt so much from this tour: Stunning views, exquisite art work: it’s nice to learn about people who’ve built America. You have to buy tickets to see this place. I was amazed that the outdoor - an orange flams and railings were made by Tiffany. Very meticulously maintained. Loved the gift shop too.

The variety of stores is incredible—luxury designers, sportswear, home goods, and everything in between. The discounts are genuine, and with a little patience, you can find some amazing deals. The outlet itself is beautifully designed with an open-air village-style layout, making it enjoyable to stroll around. There are plenty of dining options and rest areas, which make long shopping days much more comfortable. Parking is extensive, though it can get busy on weekends and holidays, so it’s best to come early. It’s worth setting aside a full day here because there’s so much to explore. For visitors from New York City, the shuttle buses are very convenient. Overall, an excellent destination for serious shoppers.

If you’re in New York and you’re into shopping, this is the place to be. A return ticket is $45 via a bus and gets you access to most of the clothing and apparel big name brands. Their foodcourt is also spacious and serves great food. I’d recommend taking the 8:30am departure from NY and 3pm back from Woodbury to avoid traffic. Trip each ways is just over an hour.

I was here for the annual Brest Cancer Awareness Day and this is one of the coolest malls I’ve seen. They have many of my favorite stores/brands. I definitely enjoyed shopping around after the Brest Cancer Walk. If you’re into luxury brands, you should definitely check it out!

The outdoor setting made it feel more like a relaxing day trip than a shopping spree, with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The food options were also a nice surprise, with a good mix of quick bites and sit-down spots. Overall, it was a perfect shopping experience, made even better by the gorgeous weather. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun day of deals and sunshine!

Smashing place! You need to come here with your won trolley else you might end up buying one. You need patience to look through at the Nike or Lululemon store. The Coach and Michael Kors are all pretty neatly managed. I was in awe of some of the offers on display. The Brooks Brothers store was another lovely place. Clear with their offers as always.

I had an amazing experience shopping at Woodbury outlet stores. The collection is amazing and the discounts are unbelievable. It’s one of a kind experience and one must shop from these outlets. Luxury brands like Gucci, Ferragamo, Valentino, Burberry, have many options to choose from! I am coming again to shop my heart out.

First timer ! It’s a couple of hours drive for us and visited this as many of my friends suggested this place. The parking is a bit tight and I had to pay about $12 to get a premium parking … lots and lots of good shops and showroom here, but it is pricey. The best part about this outlet is the food court even within the food court. The food is pretty expensive.. I have been to Jackson premium outlets and Jersey Garden malls and this Woodbury outlet is the most expensive out of all three .. Adidas Nike showrooms were good, but not much of discounts. Lots of other shops like Kipling , polo Ralph Lauren etc .. the stuff is good but again , it looks like they UP’d the price and then give us discounts ! Overall an average premium outlet mall. 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I'm the president of a newly formed senior group called the Sandyston Legends. For our first group trip we choose The Pride of the Hudson river cruise. We were not disappointed. Besides the weather being perfect the cruise was so relaxing and informative. Everybody in our group had a great time. The staff was great. And a special thank you to Lynn for the arrangements. We will definitely be back and we'll spread the word to other groups in our area

What a fantastic 2 hour tour on the Hudson. We wanted something fun for our wedding guests to do that were in town the day before the big event. This was the perfect activity. The crew were exceptional and even sectioned off an area for our party to have privately, which made it great for dropping off our bags and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Also, they make a killer espresso coffee with a kick on board. Forget the mimosa and get the coffee drink. Thank you for an incredibly fun time!!!!!

This was a nice simple boat trip up the Hudson River, turn around by West Point and come back down. It’s a nice simple couple hours. There is a cash snack concession. The seating was spacious both upstairs and downstairs. The crew was attentive, and the captain was informative. The narration was automated and loud enough for even handicap people to hear. This trip allows you to see many historical houses and West Point. We definitely would do this again.

We went on the pride of Hudson as part of a two week vacation To the Rockland County area. This was a fantastic way to see all the places on the eastern west side of the Hudson that we have driven past for many years. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and you could tell they love their job. Love supporting local businesses like this

Yesterday was our 2nd time on the Pride of the Hudson. Our 1st time was in August 2021. It is a really nice 2hr cruise on the beautiful Hudson River. You get to see all of the historic sights & go down to West Point & back up again. The ship is always full so go early if you want a seat but we usually wind up standing to take pics & be out of the sun when my son needs to & so then we sit downstairs for a lil bit at a table, have some drinks(you can bring your own just not alcohol) & watch the views there while listening to the narrator. They sell snacks, hot dogs & every kind of liquor & beers. It is really a great time & we will probably go back again in a year or 2 again!

Took my sister for her birthday. Ride was the perfect duration and staff was awesome. We got the lunch add-on and the sandwiches were great. Loved the yummy coconut sorbet! Had such a blast💗

We chartered the Pride of the Hudson boat for our 45th Wedding Anniversary in October, and everyone had an absolutely splendid time! The captain and crew could not have been more welcoming and helpful to the large (90+) group on board, and went out of their way to make sure everyone was doing well. As you might have guessed, some of the folks in attendance were not as young as they used to be, but with the ramps on the dock and to the ship, along with able assistance from the staff, we all got on and off board safely. The weather cooperated and we had spectacular views of the fall foliage throughout the trip. I heartily recommend this company for anyone looking to have a wonderful time cruising on the Hudson!

This park is beautiful, it has a lake and waterfalls and multiple easy trails to walk. It also has a small beach with a lifeguard where you can swim. There is also an area for kayaking. The only thing I did not like, was the area for long distance swimmers, there is a sign that states “only members can swim”, however it doesn’t say you can’t walk in that area. My husband and I walked there and a crazy “Karen” wanted us to get out and go back to the trail. We were admiring the lake and walking and not bothering anyone. It really did not make any sense, needless to say I stayed longer just to make her enjoy her day 😂 even more, some people just act entitled and I will put them in their place if needed, but it’s not the park’s fault. After all, it is a park, and people should be allowed to explore unless otherwise posted. Aside from this incident, I would recommend this park, you will need a few visits to see everything! Also the visitor’s center staff are very friendly and helpful.

Minnewaska State Park is honestly one of my favorite places to just get away and chill. The views are unreal—think cliffs, lakes, waterfalls, and endless trees. I love hiking the trails here; every turn feels like a new adventure, and the air is so fresh. Whether I’m hanging out by the lake, snapping photos, or just taking in the scenery, it’s always super relaxing. It’s the kind of spot where you can totally unplug and just enjoy nature. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with awesome views, you’ve gotta check this place out!

Hands-on most beautiful state park in New York has preserved the legacy of park’s founders Smiley brothers by maintaining the carriage roads and trails in excellent state. My favorite loop is to follow Castle road to Lake Awosting and return back via Hamilton road back to Minnewasca lake. Very scenic views that don’t require serious hiking effort, just slight inclines and declines. Natural beauty of Shawangunk Mountains here is supplemented by road building prowess of preserve’s founders and is the reason that we still have the park available now to thousands of daily visitors at a modest fee. Many grand historic hotels of Catskills don’t exist anymore including burnt out Cliff House and Windmere hotels previously located at shores of Lake Minnewasca till 1970s, so really glad that conservation efforts have succeeded here. New visitor center and expansive parking lots are huge improvement over park’s facilities of just six years ago.

Visited: Friday, October 24, 2025 I hiked the Castle Point Loop starting from the Upper Parking Lot. The parking lot was spacious and not crowded — definitely past the peak season — and parking was $10. The weather was a bit chilly, but the fall colors were still beautiful. At first, I took the UA trail toward Castle Point, but it was mostly gravel and not very exciting. Later I switched to the BR trail, which was better, though I hardly saw anyone the entire time — maybe fewer than five people total. The hike itself felt a bit monotonous; even on the way down, it was just gravel again, so I ended up jogging down. I remembered Gertrude’s Nose being much more interesting and scenic in comparison. I stopped by the Falls at the end, but honestly, it wasn’t something I’d go out of my way to see again. Overall, it’s a decent hike for solitude and views, but not one I’d rush to repeat — especially considering it takes around 5 hours round trip.

Oh, it's so lovely. I come down from the north, and seeing the beautifully colored autumn leaves is especially a big treat. The most basic trail around the large lake in the park is perfect for couples to come and take a light, short walk. Of course, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, needless to say. If you've done a lot of hiking, there are courses suited to different abilities, so it would be great to experience them together. The view of the park from above is truly breathtaking. The visitor center is clean, and the staff are very friendly. Even though I visited on a cloudy day, I highly recommend it to anyone nearby or within a 1-2 hour drive!

There is a lot of canopy for shade but there wasn't a lot of water coming over the falls. It was like a clogged shower head. You need to come after a rain storm. Over all it was nice, quiet, and not crowded. You can hear the sound of silence, and nature.

One of our favorite park for years. You can hike. We love trail bike riding here with the family. The views are spectacular! Worth the uphill ride. No camera can capture its actual beauty. And we love what we call “the secret lake” - Lake Awosting since it’s in the middle of seemingly nowhere. Surrounded by hills and trees. Not always open so check before you go. Perfect full day activity. Bring snacks. Every ridges and valley points are worth stopping to just soak in all that grandeur nature has to offer! Please make sure to take your trash with you as you go to preserve its beauty.

Just did the sky rider tour with some of my friends, and we had an absolute blast. We got to go on 5 ziplines and walk over a really cool suspension bridge. It was during peak fall foliage, so the views were absolutely stunning. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable, engaging and fun! I would highly recommend booking a tour with them if you are in the area, you won’t be disappointed.

What a fun day! We did the full 3 hour tour with Sam, Luke and Bryan who made the whole experience a lot of fun. They were great guides and clearly love their jobs. The length of the tour definitely made it worth the price! Just be prepared to use your 'abs'.

Awesome time. We did the mid mountain tour for starters but definitely want to return for the skyrider. We had a ridiculous amount of rain and ended up completely saturated but it didn't stop the fun at all. I mean if you haven't ziplined down a mountain in the pouring rain, did you even Zipline? Such a fun time and the rain made us go faster 😂 our guides Brandon and Kincaid were awesome. We had a lot of laughs and fun during our experience. Looking forward to the skyrider in the future.

The zip lining was an absolute blast today, I would 10/10 recommend everyone go and enjoy themselves! The tour guides Zack, Nate and Dustin were hysterical and fun easing everyone's nerves, and really made the experience even that much more enjoyable. Can't wait to come back again someday!

Make sure you have a way to secure your phone and stuff. I forgot this and bought a Fanny pack-type-thing for $20. First time zip lining for my girls and me but we had a blast. Group size will be about 5-10. Guides are very patient and good about getting the little ones to take their first zip when they are 50 feet in the air. They don’t get frustrated if it takes more than 5 minutes for the kids to let go.

My wife and I went on the Skyrider Tour and love it! It was my second time here but my wife's first. Our guides Luke and Dakota were great and made the experience more enjoyable. I highly recommend trying this Excursion at least once, you won't be disappointed.

New York Zipline Adventures skyrider tour exceeded our expectations by far! It was such an amazing and fun experience, with incredible views of the mountain range! Coming mid-October was a great idea as the fall foliage was beautiful. One of the best parts was our guides. Tink, Dustin, and Dakota were so awesome, we felt very safe and in good hands! Not only were they very knowledgeable and experienced, but all three had the best personalities and told funny stories which made sure everyone in the group had a memorable time. I definitely want to go back again, and will be absolutely requesting the same guides.

I really wanted to enjoy this place more, as there are a lot of things to see and do. But I'm restricted by my power wheelchair from going to a lot of interesting parts of the old fort. Still, I enjoyed the view, the nice gift shop, and the pleasant people always willing to help. During my visit on July 30, some reconstruction efforts were underway on a Fort wall. This is a great place for families with school-age children. But even this 73-year-old is impressed at the history here! George Washington, Ethan Allen, Benedict Arnold...!

Fort Ticonderoga is a gem. Well kept, with lots of cannons. There are a few employees in colonial clothing to help interpret what we were seeing. The stories are fascinating and it's amazing how many revolutionary figures passed through that fort. No real crowds the day we visited. Easy parking. Easy access. And, a great experience. I should add... There is a well stocked gift shop and a dine in eatery in the visitor center. So.... It's easy to just show up and enjoy

My son and I went today for the 250th anniversary! We got to see history come to life! Hard to describe how fun it is to see reinactnentments of our country and the true perspective of life back in 1770s. History is beautiful. The fort is in great condition and all the demonstrations we saw, the stories we took part in were great! Live animals too! Grounds are beautiful and well kept. There is an elevator in the newest exhibit as well for handicap access 🤘 There is a cafe and restaurant on site! Thank god! And the food was really good! I got the mount defiance. A turkey club but in a full sandwich. Perfect. The raspberry lemonade is also, excellent. My son got a root beer float! Good service and fun views.

This visit was a nostalgic moment. I had come here in 1975 This 2025 visit was an opportunity to see the changes and improvements made to the exhibits. It was fantastic! You must make time to see the King’s Garden. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my time here.

Interesting history lesson and great reenactments. Make sure you watch the canon firing. Interestingly, historians now think the original fort was made of wood, not stone, so what you are visiting is entirely inaccurate. Fun, nonetheless.

I had a Great Time here. Not everywhere was accessible with my powerchair but I definitely did not feel like I was missing out on anything. Huge Gift Shop. Just about everything on open ground level is packed gravel. My powerchair did not have any difficulty with it. There are a few raised stone areas in the Fort tunnel entrance that could be a potential trouble spot for some. Assistance is readily available if not by the staff, fellow travelers were always offering. I had one offer to push me up the final go at Mt. Defiance!

Fort Ticonderoga exceeded all expectations! The guided tours were incredibly engaging—our guide brought the Revolutionary War history to life with vivid storytelling and deep knowledge. You could really feel the layers of history in every corner of the fort. The King’s Garden was absolutely stunning—peaceful, colorful, and perfectly maintained. It felt like stepping into a hidden sanctuary. And the views of Lake Champlain from both the garden and the fort walls? Breathtaking. Don’t miss the café either—it was a surprise highlight. The food was excellent, and sitting out on the patio with a view of the lake made it even better. Whether you’re into history, nature, or just looking for a beautiful, enriching day trip, Fort Ticonderoga delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend!

Fascinating place to learn about American history. They transported entire buildings here in addition to artifacts in what feels like its own small town. Be aware that there is A LOT of walking here, but they do have shuttles if necessary. Regardless, wear comfortable sneakers. There is something for everyone here. Our kids (6,8 years old) loved the circus museum, the round barn full of old cars, the steamboat, and the school house. I loved all of the former along with the log cabin full of taxidermy big game, the lighthouse, the Wyeth and Grandma Moses paintings in the mansion. We were here for five hours and didn’t get to see everything. Could easily do two days here and split some time between the museum and Shelburne Farms. It’s a must see if you’re in Vermont, and many of the locals also recommended it. Bonus points for Fiddlehead Brewery being located right across the street, and beautiful surrounding views. Absolutely love it here.

Very interesting and diverse museum! Something there for everyone, art, history, carousel, large machinery, to delicate and massive small statue carvings. Probably one of the most unique collections we have visited. Plan a full day at least for your visit. (There's a very good snack and sandwich bar on the grounds run by a catering service that takes pride in the food they prepare.) They also give you a second day if needed.

I was genuinely blown away with how intense this museum was. Though I am not a huge fan of museums, I did thoroughly enjoy roaming around the exhibits, though my dad had the most incredible time ever. This is a good all day, nice weather activity. I like the fact that most stuff is outside. I don't have much insight on the specific exhibits, but I did really enjoy the toy store exhibit.

Huge museum and grounds. Can’t be done in one day luckily the ticket is good for two days. We only had one day so just hit the historic parts. Didn’t have thime for the art portion. The circus carvings were just amazing. Just so much to see at that one building. RR building and station in great condition. Wish we could go back. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent time at the Shelburne Museum. We originally thought a couple of hours would be enough, but we ended up spending about four hours, including lunch at the café. The exhibits were both interesting and fun, offering a great way to learn about history. There were also plenty of opportunities for photography. Highly recommended!

Amazing opportunity to take a walk back in time. Authentic buildings and artifacts that were moved to the museum so you are walking in an actual piece of history. Friendly staff and a shuttle service for those that do not want to make the walk or need a little help. The walk is a good one! We spent 4 hours touring the grounds. Decent restaurant that serves basic lunch, snack, ice cream and beverages. A couple of gift shops and several rest room facilities throughout the grounds. 100% worth the trip just plan on some walking and plan about 4-5 hours to really see it all.

Amazing Museum, a good place to visit with the whole family. It has a little bit of everything so everyone’s going to have a good time and I recommend visitors do take the whole day to experience this museum. Bonus points ante free apple picking when season is right. My toddlers had a blast.

This place is a must visit. Such an awe- inspiring work of nature at its best. The sound of water, the way the nature has carved the stones will last in your memory for a long time. You have various packages to choose from depending on your interest and your group range. You can do trials, river walk, adventure walk, rafting, tubing. Be sure to check the age and height of kids while purchasing the tickets. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The guides are so knowledgeable. They answer all your questions and give suggestions on what more you can see in the neighborhood. You will definitely enjoy all of the activities here. The Rafting and tubing are good for kids and adults who would prefer light ones and not rapids. The shuttle runs frequently and has multiple drop you off locations. The parking is big. Overall you will never regret this trip.

This is a very magical place. It’s been on my list for a while but I was skeptical because of its status at a tourist destination. I was not disappointed! Well worth the entrance fee and plenty to do. Amazing hiking and picture taking opportunities everywhere! We hiked around the entire rim and it was fun and exciting each step of the way. There are rafting and ropes/climbing opportunities that we didn’t partake in, but they looked like a blast. This place is a wonderland and I’d definitely return for more if it’s enjoyment. If you’re in the fence, go for it! You won’t regret being immersed in this natural wonder.

Ausable Chasm was on the list to visit while in the Adirondacks and it did not disappoint. It was truly a fun and extraordinary place to visit. From hiking the scenic trails along the sandstone walls to floating down the river between the cliffs, every part of the experience was incredible. The views are breathtaking and the combination of adventure and natural beauty makes it unforgettable. Whether you’re looking for an easy walk, a more adventurous hike, or tubing through the gorge, Ausable Chasm has something for everyone. Definitely a place to check out if you’re in the area.

This was the perfect long weekend get away. The fall was a wonderful time to go. The water levels were low but still beautiful. While there the trees changed colors, the sun was shining and a gorgeous mid 60s day. It's worth the extra cost to pay for the boat and river walk. The staff were great, fun, and informative. It made for an awesome birthday weekend. Our family will go again sometime and highly recommend it.

Ausable Chasm was an extraordinary experience—we really loved it! We were hoping to go tubing, but the water level was too low the day we went, so we couldn’t. Instead, we did the rafting. It was a small, simple ride because of the low water, but still enjoyable. What made the trip amazing were the hikes—we walked the trails, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. I totally recommend visiting. It was such a lovely and memorable place to see.

After moving to the Adirondack area several months ago, the Ausable Chasm was definitely on my bucket list. My daughter came over from Rochester, and we drove up to the park. We left Jasper at home as this park is not dog friendly, and once you are on the trails you will see why. We did have a little bit of a wait to buy our tickets, but the website warned of the wait if we went during that time period. Everyone was super nice and helpful. We hiked the trail, which offered many beautiful views including waterfall, canyons, and many rapids. Definitely stop by the Elephant Face rock formation. It was really cool. Anyway, we followed the trail to the raft, where we waited about 30 min (again, website forwarded of a wait time during certain hours so we were prepared). We boarded the raft, went through the chasm and she rapids, and ended the hike by taking the trolley back. If I had to do it over again I would have hiked back. The canyons were very cool with a nice breeze. I thoroughly enjoyed the views and the atmosphere. The gift shop was nice as well. I think this is a must do for any Adirondack trip!

This is a beautiful summer outing with float trips available as well as a heart fluttering ropes course traversing the chasm. For those who enjoy their feet planted solidly on the ground, there are also lovely walking trails. If you want a free experience take a walk outside to see Rainbow Falls and the hydro dam, or up on the bridge for breath taking views.

We stopped in Burlington on our way home from a long driving trip to Canada. We stayed at a Hampton inn nearby and drove into town to look around and have dinner. Before dinner, we walked along Church Street, a pedestrian only street, looking at all the bars and restaurants. A really lively area full of happy people.

My wife and I visited Church Street Marketplace while we were in Burlington. Thought the concept was nice, and there were definitely plenty of shops and eateries. There was also live performances when we were there. It's a nice walk, and you can definitely spend a couple of hours there easily. Some of the surrounding area is not necessarily in the best shape, but I think that is true with most downtown areas.

I love church street! The vibe, people, and atmosphere are all welcoming, and friendly! I live in NY but have visited church street for shopping, tattoos, food, and this time a piercing at The Prik! Church Street is dog friendly! There are no vehicles, or parking right on church street... But their are multiple parking garages. If you are handicap, and show your tag, parking is free. We went on Labor Day this last visit, and parking was free for everyone in the parking garages for the holiday! A great place to spend the day!

Loved this during the day! Busy area with lots of shops and patios. At night it's beautiful with the string lights and the banners. Plenty of dog friendly areas and stores.

This is a pedestrian-only street for a few blocks that has a very nice selection of many different shops and restaurants.

This is the most touristy spot in Burlington. It’s a walkway pavement that spans over five to six blocks, with excellent options for dining and shopping. Alongside some of the popular restaurants, they also have iconic Vermont brand stores like Vermont Bear Factory, Vermont Flannel Shop and Ben & Jerry. We also visited a Patagonia store, a bookstore, Catamount store for apparel and gifts, and bunch of other stores. Prices are decent, some stores have sales and discounts. It appeared decently safe, though there were some homeless people around the marketplace. The street parkings need to be paid with ParkMobile app during the posted hours. There are several hotels only few minutes walk from this place. There’s also a parking lot nearby that offers 2 hours of free parking.

Smugglers Notch Resort is a personal go to when looking for down time in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. You can stay in a range of options from studio accommodations to full on five bedroom townhouse units with a kitchen. I have been there in both the summer and the winter and they are equally fantastic. The staff is really friendly and there are enough activities to satisfy adults, kids, and families. There is a general store for grocery shopping, an outfitters store for apparel, as well as on site restaurants and bars. With multiple pools as well as water slides this is an amazing family oriented resort.

Really enjoyed staying here for the disc golf pro tour Green Mountain Championship. Had a great location in Liftside 42 which is close to the main buildings/restaurants and has a balcony facing the green where Fall fest was held. So I had a great box seat for the concerts with no extra ticket charge. Restaurants were a little pricey, but the food was really good. Only one pool was up and running in September, but it was heated nicely. My room was spacious and had a full kitchen, so cooking in is possible if you don't want to pay for the restaurants. The two big disc golf courses were awesome and the little 9 home pitch and putt was fun, too.

The resort has much to offer all year. The water slides and pools in the summer to the snow skiing in the winter. The location to smugglers notch and to all the activities around Stowe majestic the location perfect. The views from the rooms vary depending on the location. Many views from the balconies should be improved by trimming the trees that have grown hiding the awesome mountain view.

This was my second trip to this resort. Booked through RCI during their off season and resort was quite. Rooms are spacious and comes with lot of amenities including a fireplace, whirlpool tub, bunk bed for kids and a full size kitchen. They also give you complementary arcade passes. Property has few pools. It was relatively cheaper to book with points. Downside is, not friendly for people with mobility issues. Both times I stayed here, you have to take stairs in some way to get to your room. No elevators in buildings I have stayed at. Virtually no soundproofing at least on the exterior of rooms. Walking normally makes loud thumping and squeaking sound. Rooms look really dated. Bed was comfortable but pillows not so much. However, it wasn’t a dealbreaker as I was able to get good sleep every night. Staff at check in desk was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Susan at front desk was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I feel welcomed and informed me about resort, restaurants & activities. This is my weekend getaway place and I will continue to visit every few years. This resort can be excellent choice for family gatherings or weekend getaway from NYC, Boston or Canada. Lot to see and do in the area all year round.

We always visit during the shoulder-seasons, which suits our quiet, introverted lifestyle. The resort is quiet, clean, and peaceful. Staff are wonderful. Locals can be relied upon to lend their advice whenever needed. We are repeat visitors, and will be back again! We hope the appliance-focused maintenance man has a successful surgery in the new year!

We've been coming here for 15 years sometimes twice a year always during down season for better prices. This year is the first time we only have access to the small North Hill pool and need to drive to it, all the other ones being under 'maintenance' they say however no one working on them so.. quite disappointed, I don't think they should charge resort fees when it's like this. The 3 bedroom condo in Sycamores is nice, comfortable, clean, nothing missing.

We traded in with RCI. Very happy with this resort. Large, clean, well furnished suite. Only issue is location which is's over the mountain from Stowe so spent 30 min each way to get to restaurants going through the notch. It is however a beautiful drive.
