I visited Mayapur ISKCON Temple yesterday. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place filled with divine energy. The temple area is very clean and well organized. I also got a Sulabh Prasad coupon for ₹50, available from 12 PM to 4 PM, and the food was really tasty and satisfying. The aarti and kirtan were wonderful and made the visit even more special. A must-visit place for peace, devotion, and spiritual joy.

It's a holi place for inner peace and spiritual activities. It will start with your parking @150 in cash and all food coupon @80 per head . All are in cash transaction in this place . This surprise a lot - No UPI ..no Credit card. The prayer will calm your inner peace . Mandir will close from 1 pm to 4 pm. New Golden temple is notvyet fully operational/ Openning . The visit charge of new temple is chargeable. In summer it's difficult to stay outside from 1-4 pm . Better to take one room at Gada Bhavan or other for Family members. Food quality is average - it's now chaged to Buffet system ( Old one was better system as per my feeling ) . Safety security inside mandir is good enough .

I went there with my family. All is good arti, street kirtan but if you not booked your room before go there then it's make you hard to feel the spiritual environment. Bcz every bhavan said that no room is available. ATM s are not working, only cash . Just think you go there with your old parents and you're not found any room for them and cash problem with hot temperature outside and for food you have to wait in line for 20-25mins minimum. Finally I got a room for 5040/- in conch bhavan for one day. New iskon temple still under construction, but for seeing the construction work you have to pay 50/- per person. The new one will be finished by 2027(assumption). I suggest you that if you think to visit iskon then book your room in advance. And if you go there with old parents then avoid the any bhavan food token. It's take too much time and you have sit on the floor for food. Who have physical problems please avoid it.

We visited here on 10th August on a heritage walk. My first time in this beautiful university. Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of this place.

It was an amazing experience to visit the memorials and buildings once created by Rabindranath Tagore and his father Debendranath Tagore. From the place where Debendranath Tagore found peace (chatimtala) to the tree where Rabindranath Tagore started teaching kids under the clear blue sky, everything was so mesmerizing, we were absolutely taken back to those times. We visited the 5 massive palaces built by Rabindranath Tagore and various departments like Arts and Music. Although we were'nt allowed inside due to some restrictions, we clicked a lot of pictures and enjoyed our stay at Santiniketan. Looking forward to visit one more time.

Visva Bharati University is one of the oldest and traditional universities of the country. Arts, music, etc. are taught under this university. I had the opportunity to visit this university once, the world famous poet Rabindranath Tagore's memory is hidden inside this university campus. The presence of ancient trees, ancient sculptures, chirping of birds, clear sky inside this campus is like a strange joy that gives peace to the mind.

At the day of Holi we had go there, this entire area is totally silent and peaceful but just because of Holi day it was very noice for crowd . Otherwise if you go there some another day you can find peace and spent a quality time with your loved ones.🫰

Woah! What a place and had a great experience. It is a calm and peaceful place where we get to know a lot about Rabindranath Tagore and his life. We can park our car and hire a Toto (auto) and the driver will take you around the campus and explain details about the significance of the place. Very friendly people. Clean and well maintained. Must visit to spend a day away from city life. Hand made artifacts are sold at a market nearby. The restaurant are next level there and serve amazing food at affordable prices.

Excellent place...Malla King Bir Hambir commissioned this architectural marvel in 1587 as a sanctuary for Krishna idols during the annual Rash Festival. It features a compact, square central shrine enveloped by three concentric galleries, all crowned with an imposing pyramidal roof, with the outermost corridor distinguished by ten openings on each side, each gracefully framed by traditional Bengal roof structures, standing as a testament to the Malla Dynasty's legacy in Bishnupur. Route Direction: Rasmancha is located approximately 1 km east of the Rabindra Statue.

This is a Terracotta temple located in Bishnupur. This temple is very well maintained by Archeological Department Government of India. This temple size is big. You will feel but historic if you visit this. Entry fees is Rs.25 for each person. Witha single ticket you can visit all the temples in Bishnupur. I think this is the largest temple in Bishnupur. Temple is well maintained and even the washroom of the temple also very well maintained.

The Ras Mancha in Bishnupur will surely remind you of the old days when the Malla rulers reigned over the Bishnupur kingdom of the Bankura/Rarh region of medieval Bengal. In my opinion, the pyramid-like structure of the Ras Mancha is no less in grandeur than the Aztec or Mayan pyramids of Mexico. As per the information booklet available from the vendor right outside the main gate of the complex, the Ras Mancha was a venue of the famous Ras Utsav organised in the earlier centuries by the Malla rulers. It is required to buy a ticket before entering the complex (both offline and online payment services available), which gives simultaneous access to other sites within the city such as the Pancharatna Shyam Rai Temple. Hence, make sure that the Ras Mancha is in your bucket list when visiting Bishnupur.

Visiting Rash Mancha (Rasmancha) in Bishnupur was one of the highlights of my trip. Built in 1600 AD by King Bir Hambir, this unique structure is not exactly a temple in the usual sense but was designed as a stage for the grand Ras festival. What struck me most was the architectural uniqueness: the pyramidal roof, arched corridors, and the arrangement of galleries make it stand apart from the more common terracotta temples in the region. Relatively inexpensive ticket entry (around ₹ 25, if you go for online ticket the cost is ₹ 20) and this ticket gives access to multiple temples in Bishnupur.

Rasa (divine mellow), Mancha (Podium). An old brick and conch-mortar construction of a temple/hall for dance congregations and other activities. There's a nice lawn around the landmark. But all nearby alleys are narrow and there's no parking. So plan accordingly.

The Rasmancha Temple was built by the ruler Bir Hambir at the end of the 16th century. The temple has 108 columns and a pyramidal roof. A very amazing temple. It is surrounded by a well-groomed green lawn. Everything is very clean.

It is a shopping mall at Durgapur City Centre. More of a mall it an entertaining place for roaming of general people. Location is beautiful. Easily accessible by Bus, toto, auto, rapido etc. Nice place for kids. Famous brand garments, jewellery, food and other kids entertainment are available here. It has its own parking area at the basement. Street side paid as well as free parking available. Price is as per the other malls. Night club also available. All the celebrating dates are celebrated here. People mostly use this mall for photography.

Dimna Lake is a serene spot surrounded by lush hills, perfect for relaxation and picnics. The best time to visit is winter and post-monsoon when the water level is high. Summer is less appealing due to heat, but mornings and evenings remain pleasant.

Very good picnic spot. You can enjoy with full family. Environment is very good specially on January month. Very much crowded on 1st January and rest sunday of January. You can Cook food here . Boating facility available. Snacks and juice shop available. Free parking available for Two wheeler, four wheeler and even bus .

I believe we came to visit in wrong season because water level was very low and can see the ground in some places. Assuming this winter and post monsoon season might be the best time to come here. However, the place is a beauty nonetheless. The seasonal shortcomings failed to fade the charm of this lake. Even though created artificially as part of some industrial requirements however, nature took it upon itself to beautify it.

This place is absolutely stunning, nestled in the heart of nature. We stumbled upon this hidden gem by chance, and we couldn't be more grateful. It's wonderfully peaceful here, with just a few folks enjoying the shoreline and taking a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water. The view is simply breathtaking, especially as the sun paints the sky with its mesmerizing colors during sunset. 🌺 A Soulful Visit to Baba Baidyanath Dham I recently had the blessing to visit Baba Baidyanath Dham in Deoghar, and it truly felt like stepping into a different world — one filled with devotion, energy, and peace. The moment I entered the temple premises, the chants of “ओम नमः शिवाय” and the fragrance of incense instantly made me feel connected to something divine. The darshan experience was deeply fulfilling. Even though the temple gets crowded, especially during peak hours, there’s a strong sense of discipline and faith among the devotees. Seeing the faith of people who walk miles for just one touch of devotion is profoundly touching. I would like to express my gratitude to Baba Kedar, who has always made my darshan experience more beautiful than ever before. The Rudra Abhishek was truly incredible. Thank you, Baba Kedar. The main Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva radiates an energy that words can’t describe — you just have to experience it. I also visited the nearby temples, and each one carried its own charm and serenity. Deoghar itself has a simple yet spiritual vibe. Locals are warm and helpful, and there are enough food and stay options around the temple area. Baba Baidyanath Dham is one of 12 Jyotirlingas located in Deogarh, Jharkhand. You can reach here from Jasidih Station which is well connected with major stations like Patna, Ranchi, Howrah etc. Thousands of devotees come here everyday offering prayers. The queue is long on any given day and you can get direct entry to the temple by buying a pass for ₹300. Try to visit Basukinath as well if you have time which is located approximately 50 Kms from Baba Baidyanath which holds equal significance. P.S.- Be aware of the Pandas as they are present everywhere and they will try to get as much money from you wherever possible.

Some management issues inside the garbh gruh near shivling due to public, hard to do the jalabhishek and darshan of baba ji but otherwise everything is good. This issue seems prevalent in many Indian temples. I humbly request the temple trust or government to intervene and regulate these practices, ensuring a peaceful and genuine worship experience for all devotees. Clear guidelines and transparency would help eliminate confusion and allow devotees to focus on their spiritual journey. My visit to Dassam Falls was an amazing experience. The surroundings are very clean, the views are stunning, and nature is truly beautiful. There are many shops selling packed food items, but I was happy to see no wrappers or litter nearby — the place is well maintained. A perfect spot to enjoy nature peacefully!

Impressive waterfall on Kanchi river at just about 40 kms from Ranchi. Definitely in the second league after the powerfull Arhirapally, Dudhsagar etc. One can go and enjoy near the river bank with water brushing the feet. Extremely enjoyable and relatively safe waterfall. Adequate care has been taken to construct viewing area and stairs with railing.

Ranchi Jagannath temple is quite peaceful and nice place to visit in Ranchi.. it's located on a small hill top, Ranchi assembly and stadium view is very good from here. There was no large gathering so one can send time here and offer Puja to lord Jagannath. Parking space is also available.

It was functional from 427 CE until around 1400 CE.Nalanda played a vital role in promoting the patronage of arts and academics during the 5th and 6th century CE. Now the ruins have been beautifully restored and maintained by the Archeological Department. Some places have been vandalised by insensitive visitors through graffiti. It also has washrooms and sitting places. It is easily reachable through local trains, cabs, buses, auto and e-rickshaws. A nice place to spend a day.

Knowing it’s the birthplace of Guru Gobind Singh Ji made the visit even more special. The Langar was simple and delicious, served with great devotion. However, one thing that didn’t feel right was being asked to join both hands while receiving roti — it almost gave a feeling of being treated like a beggar rather than a devotee. I completely understand the intent of humility, but perhaps this could be done in a more respectful way. Overall, it’s a divine place that fills you with peace and positivity. A must-visit for anyone coming to Patna. 🙏

Well, This temple is nostalgic for many folks as they have fond memories of visiting here when for the 1st time they came to Patna & considered paying visit to Hanuman/Mahavir temple. This temple is run by a trust which use money of the temple in the development for example they have hospital etc. This is the most important site for hindu. There is shoe counter outside the temple which is free of cost. Must try Navedam sweet which is made up of pure ghee and dry fruits. After hanuman darshan must see the stone on the 1st floor which keep floating in water. This temple is just outside the Patna railway station. Therefore it is one of the my favourite place in Patna to visit.

It is the desire of every Hindu to visit Kashi at least once in their lives. There is a tradition in our country to spend the last days of life in Kashi. It is believed that Lord Shiva recites the name of Rama, in the ears of every living being who is about to die here. Vishwanath appears as a self-contained Jyothir Lingam in a tank-like structure measuring three by three feet. Devotees can pour Ganga water with their hands and sprinkle flowers and touch it to worship from 4.00 to 5.00 am and also from 4.00 to 5.00 pm. We obtained tickets through online (one month ago) for Sugam Dharshan at 2.00 pm batch by paying Rs.300/- per head. We had our Dharshan within seven minutes. Then we purchased tickets for Rudra abishekam by paying Rs. 450/- and a priest came with us and performed all the abhishekams for the Lingam. We paid another Rs. 250/- towards the cost of milk for performing Milk abhishekams. By 2.30 Rudra abishekam was also performed. Then we stood in the queue meant for free Dharshan and worshiped Lord Viswanathar within 30 minutes. We kept all our important belongings such as mobiles, bags etc in a locker outside the temple and left our chappals there . We could never forget that vibrations which we felt while we were doing the Rudra abishekam.

I visited Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur yesterday. It is a peaceful and beautiful place with a calm atmosphere. The temple is clean and well-maintained. This temple is good to explore in the evening time not in Afternoon cause the floors are heated up and unable to walk on it .... Free food (langar) is distributed everyday.. We got to witness the entire stretch of 84 ghats beautifully illuminated with diyas. The laser show and fire show were absolutely mesmerizing and added magic to the evening. The boat was clean, safe, and comfortable, even amidst the crowd. Their team was polite and professional, guiding us throughout the ride. Visited during the Mahakumbh season and the overall experience was good The only thing I could suggest to visitors is that you have to be good at bargaining because The boat owners asked us 2000 pp which was totally not fine we bargained at 1000 pp I don't know if this is fine or not but I can say every rupee is worth it.

The atmosphere was serene, surrounded by spiritual energy and calm waters. One of the best experiences I’ve had a soul-refreshing and unforgettable.

I recently visited this place with my best friend and was quite impressed with both the museum and the planetarium. The entire area is very well-maintained — the greenery is lush and taken care of, and cleanliness is clearly a priority. To visit the planetarium, you need to purchase tickets, but they are quite affordable and definitely worth the price. The show was informative and engaging, making the experience memorable. The museum, which focuses on Nehru family is also quite impressive. Each exhibit feels authentic and thoughtfully curated. It gave me a deeper understanding of Nehru family life, values, and the lifestyle of leaders during that era. Overall, it was a meaningful and educational experience.

A very Big bungalow looks a luxurious lifestyle of natives. After seeing the first impressions appeared as Nehru ji a royal family person, enjoying superb comfortable life. The museum shown the history of nehru ji family. That is Nehru Dynasty. Not much about other freedom fighter heroes. Entry ticket of 200/- much more for such place, hence it doesn't attract sizable visitors, so it should be abolished..to attract crowd.

Once the residence of the Nehru family, this elegant mansion offers a rare glimpse into the personal lives of leaders who played a central role in the political scene of then Indian and in India’s freedom struggle. The museum is well preserved and maintained. Walking through Nehru’s study, Indira Gandhi’s room, and the family drawing room and watching the collection of photographs, personal belongings, handwritten letters, and Nehru’s vast library brought alive the stories I had and hadn't read about in books. The museum also gives you an insight into the lifestyle of the politically powerful and rich family of the time. The presence of the Jawahar Planetarium and the book store in the same complex adds a refreshing and educational dimension to the visit. Overall, Anand Bhawan is a recommended visit for anyone who's interested in history, heritage, and reflection. It will definitely be an informative trip if you take your time exploring and reading.

Anand Bhavan is a beautifully maintained historic house that showcases India’s freedom struggle and the legacy of the Nehru family. The museum is well organized with many rare photographs, artifacts, and personal belongings. The place is clean, peaceful, and a must-visit for history lovers and tourists in Prayagraj.

It is good place to visit in Prayagraj. There are so much memories of our late Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru and Mrs Indira Gandhi. It is well maintained. It is spread over acres of land. One who visit here must come to see this place. Public facilities are also available. Such as toilets for both men and women are available.

Very Good Park to have a walk , couple of times in the week . The Greenery and music system inside the park is very Nice . also there are plenty of benches and sitting areas to relax . Cycle is also provided for two or more people . One jurrasic park is also there for kids and it has vending machines to have some beverages too . The Parking charge of the two wheeler is 20 rs and entry ticket of the park in day and evening hours is 15 rupees which can also be purchased online through QR code posted right there at the main entry gate. Also a musical water fountain will grab your attention at night which is very nice and its timings are later in evening lets say after 7 pm . Points for improvement are :- Signages should be there for people roaming there in night to find for them that where is the exit path or exit gate , Even i was confused once at night and was scared a little bit . Washrooms and drinking water facility is only at the entry gate i think which should be also there in between the park and should be regularly maintained . Tickets Price should have been reduced to 10rs. For any day any time and Parking Fees of vehicles should also be reduced to 10 rs for two wheeler and 30 for car etc. and some food stalls would also be the Good option inside the park . Thanks

The greenery, walking tracks, and overall cleanliness of the park, every aspect is taken care of. We were told that this park was opened on 5 August 2014 and is named in memory of UP socialist leader Janeshwar Mishra. One of the highlights is the lake inside the park, where boating facilities are available. The musical fountains and well-lit pathways make evenings here especially enjoyable. Bicycle rental is provided @ 500₹ security and ₹60/hour rental for double seat cycle and ₹30 for single seat cycle. This is full of different activities like the Jurassic Park section, boating, cycling and motion chair. Tickets are ₹15, free for Senior citizens.
