I want to rate the Cultural Center higher, but as a whole, it needs some love and care and money put into it. The signs in the botanical garden have been highly vandalized and the statues are plastic replicas. The art exhibit in The Cube was really interesting though and I do recommend it. For $5/person it's a great deal and totally worth it.

It’s a very nice museum with fascinating architecture and a clear, engaging presentation of history — from cave people to the U.S.–Mexico War. The photography exhibitions were excellent, especially the photos about the U.S.–Mexico border.

Fascinating walk through the history of the Baja California peninsula from the Age of Discovery to the Second World War. Again, the US is the aggressor. I was most interested in the models of ships and diorama. I used to make those.

Attended the Binational Conference of Social Work Post-Pandemic. Excellent location on a Friday. Vendors galore set up all day with food, can lots more. So much fun. It is across from a beautiful mall. Lots of traffic as there is a turn circle, be careful. I enjoyed the cultural experience. Very friendly people and helpful all around. Will go again. The exit at the border was about an hour, so be patient, and go with a buddy for company and to chat with a long the way. Remember your passport.

The play was great, but the theater needs to be more organized, we were standing in line for over an hr waiting in line to watch a play. The ushers have no control. Others just floked and ignored the line.

Huge outlet. Lots of stores especially sports & perfume. Some good deals but you need to look. Unfortunately they didn't have an Eddie Bauer store. Food court playgrounds were scattered around as well as seating areas for the husbands. At the front of the outlets there were 4 Mexican food trucks. We ate lunch there. The Birria food truck especially had good prices and the food was delicious. But I'm sure they were all good.

Outdoor mall near the Mexican border... We enjoyed shopping here! The free parking and convenient restroom are much appreciated! We didn't have time to peruse the Food Court. I visited SKETCHERS (got 2 pairs of shoes) and The Last Chance Store (Amazon returns). My cousins got work shoes and clothing. Prices were reasonable and service was okay! We'll be back if we're in the area again!

It’s been years since I’ve been at this place. So many more shops, so many more options. We came on a Saturday around 1:30 pm. The place was buzzing, parking lot was crowded as expected, but you can find a spot, people are always coming in and out. Very well kept. Definitely worth the drive every once in a while, especially if you are coming from Orange County like we are. Prices are ok. Somethings are cheaper, some others are at the same price as your local shops. Good way to spend a few hours here walking around, browsing the stores, grabbing a bite, etc.

Big, open mall at a walking distance from pedweast cross border. They have a lot of stores in different blocks, you have to use your phone map to locate stores. They have a couple of coffee shops and restaurants. The restrooms are not many and have to walk around to find them.

I love this mall, i’ve been visiting since I was 2 and lived in Baja California, years have passed and even though i moved back to Mexico City, everytime i go to California i always come here, it has a variety of stores (my favorite are Sephora, H&m, Ulta Beauty and Zara) and discounts are amazing too :D!!

You'll find all sorts of clothes and shoes from many brands, electronics, you can eat and drink while you are at it as it has options for food and snacks as well. I would recommend to wear tennis shoes and be comfortable since it is a huge place you'll probably be walking around all day from shop to shop.

One of my favourite ball parks that we have been coming to for over 10 years. Amazing views of the city and lots of good options for food and drink. Came for a Padres v Dodgers Friday night game this time and it didn’t disappoint. The small wine place across from the Lexus Lounge was great. Very easy to get served, which was a challenge in the lounge itself. Friday night games are the best as the crowd is loud and engaged. Padres fans are have always been friendly when we visit and everyone had a nice time.

Great park. Been to like 40 different baseball parks (current and retired ones). This is one of the best! Amazing setting. Great views of the city. Interesting features inside like the Padres HOF. They were having Hispanic Heritage weekend when I went in late September. Definite playoff vibe as well with Mariachi band (they played the national anthem - never heard that before) and Latina dancers and sitting room seats in outfield. Super fun.

This has to be one of the better MLB stadiums I have been to. It was easy to get to and find parking for. The employees were friendly and nice, and it was fun seeing the fans get into the game and cheer for the Padres. The food in and around the stadium were also good. I look forward to being able to come back to see another MLB game here when I'm able to.

This review is all about Petco Park itself, not the Padres—though I’ll always bleed blue for my team! This stadium easily ranks in my top four. The views, the electric vibe, and the food make it a standout. The highlight? The famous Seaside Market Tri-Tip Nachos (aka Cardiff Crack nachos). These are an absolute must-try—loaded with juicy, slow-smoked tri-tip, nacho cheese, BBQ sauce, sour cream, and green onions. They’re so YUM, even a traditionalist like me, who lives for ballpark hot dogs, happily deviates for these. Trust me, they’re worth it! Escaping triple-digit Arizona heat for a game at Petco each season is a highlight. The back-and-forth rivalry cheers in the stands create an unmatched atmosphere. From the stunning views to the incredible food, Petco Park delivers an unforgettable baseball experience. Can’t wait to return next season!

Great stadium, fantastic area, great staff and service, and had a great time! I got the steak nachos, which were fine, but could have used hot sauce or salsa. One bottle of soda was $7…pricey. Great viewing area with large screen!

Baseball Heaven With Better Weather” Petco Park instantly became one of my all-time favorite ballparks — and I’ve dragged my family to a lot of stadiums, so that’s saying something. From the second you walk in, it feels more like a baseball resort than a stadium. Great energy, great sightlines, and easily the best weather you will ever watch baseball in. I mean, look at the sunset pic — you could frame that thing and pretend you’re a Padres season-ticket legend. Our seats near left field gave us a perfect view of batting practice, and the crowd was fun without being chaotic. Padres fans are passionate, but in a “we’ll cheer, then go surf after this” kind of way. Zero hostility, 100% California chill. The stadium itself is beautiful — modern, clean, wide open, and surrounded by the skyline. Even the concourses feel like you’re walking through a high-end outdoor mall. And the Tony Gwynn statue? Absolute must-see. “Mr. Padre” deserves every bit of that spotlight. Bonus points: we stayed in a hotel overlooking the park, and waking up to Petco Park outside the window is the closest I will ever get to living the MLB life. If you’re knocking ballparks off your list, Petco Park is a top-three, no-question stop. San Diego does baseball right.

9/6/25 Parking is a zoo so come early for dinner and so you can check out the merchandise. On Saturday, we parked at the Hard Rock Hotel and paid @$90 for valet plus tip. The park is clean and has lots of meal options. The people who worked there were friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait in line for a bathroom! So nice! I'd suggest hanging out for a bit because there is so much traffic after the event, no need to rush. Overall, a good experience. I'd bring my comfy walking shoes because you'll be walking to get there and up lots of stairs. (There are elevators.) Pro tips- don't get the mixed drinks, stick with the beer on level 1. I had the rum and pineapple juice drink and it was watery. Also, make sure to have a plastic bag.

Good, not great. If you are considering this museum and haven't visited USS Midway, just go to Midway. It is much bigger and better experience. If you have, I would still only come here as a big plane enthusiast. Just walking through without too much attention will take you about 30-minutes, probably not worth your money.

right when you walk in there was a man who was eager to share his knowledge about all the exhibits. super friendly guy. i like how the layout takes you on a journey through the decades and there was so many interactive pieces that are fun for children and even adults. towards the end theres 2 types of simulation games, one on the computer and one in a pod. it cost 10 per person to play for 5 minutes. worth it. i was worried about parking but i came at 11am on a sunday and there were only 3 cars in the huge parking lot, we parked super far in fear of not finding good parking but even then, the walk was nice and the tram is always running. you can buy tickets online or at the counter when you walk in.

The San Diego Air and Space Museum is a cool museum with a wide variety of aircrafts and jets as well as different exhibits. It's decently large and there is plenty to see. Highly recommend if you like aviation and visiting Balboa Park.

The San Diego Air & Space Museum is a great experience in Balboa Park. It’s good for all ages. Genuine aviation enthusiasts will find it a treasure of air and space information with actual icons. Families with kids will find it very entertaining with lots of kid friendly activities. The parking is free. The ticket prices have escalated over time. Plan to spend a minimum of an hour to walk-through. You could spend half a day here. This is one of the treasures of San Diego. Don’t miss spending time here.

If you’re interested in US aviation history, this is a great place to see some of the replicas. I really liked the first 4D movie on the moon and I love the Da Vinci exhibit on flight.

Interesting experience, recommended more for younger children than adults. It was pretty interesting going inside Project Mercury and seeing how cramped it was in there for me. Also using the space shuttle simulator and trying to land it without veering off course or crashing it into the ground. A lot harder than it looks.

The renovation is beautiful! It's always been a gorgeous space but the updated building feels newer and crisper. The way light radiates during a watering/misting is nothing short of magical!

This display was free to enter, and quite beautiful. It featured a variety of gorgeous flowers, bushes, and other plants, as well as some water features. No reason not to check it out if you're in the area!

Such an awesome place with so much history and beauty! The Botanical Building is one of my favorite spots in Balboa Park — it’s peaceful, relaxing, and always a joy to stroll through. We came here with our granddaughter and took some lovely photos with the pumpkin displays — perfect for the season. It’s amazing how well they’ve preserved the charm and character of this historic building. A great stop for a quiet walk, photos, or just to enjoy the plants and atmosphere. Always worth a visit when in Balboa Park!

It is very calming when I come here, it has been renovated, and it is fantastic, i imagine more plants will be added, I love the peacefulness here. You can come anytime of the year, and plants would be a joy to see

The Botanical Building is beautiful and peaceful. I really enjoyed walking inside and seeing all the tropical plants and flowers. It’s a lovely spot for photos and relaxing in nature.

The Botanical Garden was absolutely beautiful and definitely worth the trip!!! If you have not visited you should!!! Parking was easy too. They have free parking and Handicapped parking available. Spend some time there you’ll be happy you did!

Beautiful botanical garden set in Balboa Park! It’s not huge but it’s a very pretty building with some incredible plants. And the building is beautiful from the outside too with a picturesque pool with some koi, turtles and ducks. There was no charge to enter and it was nice to walk through!

The San Diego Zoo is a must see on a San Diego visit! I would say it’s an all day event if you plan to see the entire zoo. I was there from 9am to 5pm! Make sure to bring your comfortable walking shoes! I would recommend taking their bus tour from the start and sitting on the to deck on the right side. You’ll see more of the attractions during the drive than the left. The bus tour is a great starting point and allows you to see a lot of the zoo and animals from a high POV! From there I recommend choosing your important must see animals and go from there! The air cable car is in the middle of the zoo and stops at the polar bear attraction so plan accordingly. Some people like to take it down at the end of their visit because you’ll end up at the entrance but there is more of a line. They do allow water bottles and food. Highly recommend drinking water as it does get hot!

Kendal and I visited the San Diego Zoo for his birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Although I’m not usually a huge fan of zoos, we couldn’t pass up the chance to explore this world-famous destination and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked through the gates, we were surrounded by lush greenery, vibrant habitats, and some of the most beautiful animals I’ve ever seen. Every exhibit felt thoughtfully designed to give guests an up-close look while still respecting the animals’ space. We saw elephants, lions, pandas, and even a few playful monkeys who put on quite the show. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and it was clear they genuinely care about conservation and animal welfare. One of the highlights was taking the Skyfari aerial tram, which gave us a stunning view of the entire zoo… perfect for catching our breath after all that walking! Speaking of walking, this zoo is massive, so definitely wear your most comfortable shoes. We also lucked out by visiting in October, when adults pay regular admission and kids get in free, a great deal for families! Between the breathtaking exhibits, fun learning moments, and the joy on Kendal’s face the entire day, it was hands-down one of the best birthday adventures we’ve ever had. Even if you’re not a “zoo person,” the San Diego Zoo might just change your mind. A must-visit for anyone traveling to Southern California!

The San Diego Zoo is the best zoo we have ever gone to, bar none. Initially, we were put off by the high price of admission. However, we were convinced it was money well spent by the first hour we were there. All the exhibits are thoughtfully laid out and you can spend a complete day there. We had a lot of fun learning about all the different type of animals and how we can make a difference for the betterment of all creatures.

Had the best experience visiting the SD ZOO, definitely not a 1 day experience, so many beautiful animals to see. So beautiful walking thru all the green forest/bamboo. Loved the tour bus & flying thru the sky... Staff was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Able to bring in own drinks & food. Which is super helpful when bringing kids.

Very Fun place to go with family and friends Lots of awesome animals compared to other zoo’s. Location is great and heavy parking lot so theres never issues finding a spot! Lots of room even when packed. I have been several times where the park seems full but you never have issues seeing animals across the park due to the high volume. Animals seem to have really nice enclosures and don’t seem unhappy which is relieving for a zoo. Prices range from about $65 for children and adults are usually around $75. For a whole day pass this usually is pretty good price Military get in this location for free and can go anytime.

Had a fabulous time at the San Diego Zoo. One of the best zoos I have ever been to! If you plan on coming, please wear comfortable walking shoes. Took us a little over 5 hours to walk the zoo in its entirety. We went early in the day and were able to see a lot of the animals out and active. The Skyfari Aerial Tram was a wonderful bonus, didn’t get to take the bus tour but we still enjoyed our visit. Didn’t get to see the Panda, it had retreated to it napping spot by the time we got to its area. I recommend buying your tickets in advance. I bought my tickets through a 3 rd party website. Had no issues. Tickets were emailed to me and scanned at the entrance.

The kids love the zoo and so did WE. Of course these days I feel like you have to go in October because kids under 11 are free with paid adult. We were really excited about the Pandas and that was a complete bust! You can barely see them! The highlight was the horny baboon that pleasured himself right in front of us! Explain that to the kids what he is doing! Overall it was fun and you definitely get your steps in waking the park.

Such a beautiful oasis in the heart of the city. The zoo is the big attraction here but the Japanese gardens, natural history museum, air and space museum and many other attractions are in this park. You could easily spend multiple days here without running out of activities!

One of the best city parks ever! It’s large, well maintained, and in a pretty central location. Has tons of interesting places to explore, from the impressive architecture to the many museums and gardens. Lively, very aesthetic place and it’s easy to spend a whole day exploring this park!

How was Balboa Park? WET. A few folks mentioned how rare this was. We were also there on a local free day. I guess it is an honor system, as no one asked for ID, but we were willing to fess up to being from another State, where rain is a regular occurrence we are currently avoiding. Finally got into the large Botanical Building. The free Timken Museum of Art is closed M-Tue, RATS! Given that it was a free local day, there seemed to be adequate parking at 10, rain stopped by 10:30a, and we headed out. Expected a bit more of the Japanese Friendship Garden, and was surprised by cats comfortable enough to sleep in the open. Other spaces were hard to take photos of, absent other people. A public park being... public.

Great location with many museums. Free parking and a trolley to make getting around easier. Love to view the architecture. Recently attended How the Grinch Stole Christmas at the Old Globe Theater which was fantastic. The Arboretum is open again. The buildings were light up at night.

The Botanical Building is a must-see, with its towering wood lath structure and beautiful koi pond. The best part? So much of this beauty is completely free to enjoy. We visited the San Diego Museum of Art and were thoroughly impressed with the collection, but you could just as easily lose yourself in the Fleet Science Center or the Museum of Us. The options mean there's something for every interest and every age. Now, for those complaining about parking: 😡stop being lazy and get there early like everyone else. We arrived around 9 a.m. and found a great spot in the free Inspiration Point lot with no hassle. If you're not an early riser, there's a free tram service that will get you where you need to go. The park is massive, and a little planning goes a long way. Don't let your own poor planning diminish this incredible experience for others with a one star review😡😤. In short, Balboa Park is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is vibrant and inspiring, the grounds are immaculate, and the variety of things to do is unmatched. This is a five star experience from start to finish, and we can’t wait to go back.

Balboa Park will leave you in awe. With several museums, garden and San Diego Zoo to visit, you will never run out of things to do. It’s a great place to bring the whole family. I how educational and historical this park is. I would highly recommend this beautiful park to anyone visiting the San Diego area.

The first thing I noticed about this casino that bothered me is that it's a smoking casino. They don't just have a part of the casino that's for non-smokers or just for smokers. I can't stand the smell. Went to Tony gwynn's buffet for all you can eat seafood. It's pretty decent food at least most of it. Some of it is not so good. It's what you would expect at a buffet. I'm not overly impressed but I'm not disappointed. It's all right to go there once in a while, especially because my friend pays for it. I wouldn't spend $75 on a buffet for myself though.

Review of the new Jamul Spa: New resort spa at Jamul Casino. Many things to like about it, and some areas that can be improved. Good: New beautiful facility with lots of amenities. We tried everything; sauna, steam room, hot tub, massage chaise in lounge, terrace seating. All very nice and new. Bad: Co-ed hot tub, small outdoor terrace (only shade, no sun from 11:30AM - 4PM during our visit) no hooks to hang towels/robes near any of the amenities and spa guest do not have access to the hotel pool. We were told the pool is for hotel guests only. Our visit was within 2-3 weeks of them first opening but they still have some kinks to work out. The biggest issue was not having access to stairs to get to the spa. My friend has a phobia of confined spaces. She never takes the elevator. We spent 30 minutes trying to get approval to use the stairs. Per the Security Director, she could not use the stairs to go UP one floor to the spa but they would allow her to use the stairs to go DOWN one floor to the lobby. MAKES NO SENCE AT ALL. We considered cancelling appointments but worried we'd be charged a no show fee and she didn't want to ruin our day. She took the elevator but the incident put her in a bad place physically and emotionally, initially. We expected to enjoy a stress free day to reset and relax with a massage but because of the nonsensical issue with no access to stairs going up, it wasn't the best way to start our day. It took meds and some time for her to calm her nerves and the massage helped, too. We appreciated the concern and service from everyone in the spa and made the best of our day. The security issue is separate from the spa, but something to consider if going to this facility. In regards to the pool, even if they allowed spa guests to use, I don't know if stairs would have been available -- it's a rooftop pool.

Great service, pretty resort! Nice mountain views. Pool is not heated, so we did hot-cold dips from the jacuzzi to the pool.

I've had one of the best experiences here then one of the very worst - I was thrown of this casino for simply trying to watch a game of baccarat - they claimed that their policy is that Nobody is allowed watch any game that is reserved... I wanted to play because it looked like a either a really great shoe of cards were being dealt or there was MASSIVE CHEATING going on... I simply stood there for a few minutes just to watch as these 2 homeless looking old asian women that had reserved the table started to make grunting noises, as i waited and watched wanting to see more hands being dealt.. Anyways they stopped betting and the dealer stopped as they waited for me to go away... They didn't want anyone watching their silly game. I was patiently waiting for them to either bet or unreserve the table, instead they went to a female asian manager that came over demanding that i leave the area. It was insulting, rude and very obnoxious. By the way I have the highest card they have available, the Onyx card and they still treated me like absolute poop! I recommend that this and all casinos be shuttered for ever, they are in essence a plague of leeches. The security guard - Hasar #2604 was especially threatening and disrespectful. Not to bad only if the white fish was really Albacore Not Skipjack , only someone with that type of pallet and knows his or hers fish would know but still delish . For one the drive to Jamul Casino is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of parking & easy to get to the main casino & there brand new very modern comfortable reasonable clean spectacular beautiful hotel. There promotions are plenty & well worth the trip. Outstanding friendly, helpful, happy , nice kindly staff is amazing. Great selection of slot machines & plenty of table games to play with a seat at almost any table always available. Very fun atmosphere & beautiful scenery.

A very fun experience and a beautiful area to come and explore. The trains are great it's a short circuit but you get to go around twice and they have three different engines.

Took a walk around the park after eating at the Hamburger Factory. Never seen this before. Cute park! Well taken care of. It was a nice walk.

Steam locomotive ride was a big hit with families with small children but be prepared to wait due to the long line. The gazebo featured singers singing railroad themed songs. Historic house and museum were interesting to visit.

Old poway park has history, creativity is a very interesting place to enjoy. Have a picnic areas and food places around it. Plus a great I will call mini train with is very atractive to raids with friend family and children. I love the experience

This is an Awesome place to take the kids, walk your dog etc. The little creek is nice, The big trees offer great shade, the picnic tables and BBQs are great for picnics. On Saturday is a Wonderful Farmer's Market and the Ole train runs around the park.

I’m so glad I visited this historical part of Poway. Monday morning and no one else there except a few people walking their dog. 🐶

Great place for everyone! Took my little girl and the park is nice all by itself. Plus it has added bonuses. If you go on the right day (schedule on website) you can ride the little train for only a couple of dollars. Additionally, the park has several really nice public grills and picnic tables, that would be great for a family or a group. Several restaurants walkable nearby too. Totally worth checking out.

Viejas is a beautiful Casino. The chandeliers and lighting are exquisite. The rooms are beyond beautiful and the decor is priceless. They have many new slots I've never seen before with high end graphics. The only thing I found odd was that we were not allowed to use the refrigerator even though we had purchased the food at Viejas. But all and all a fantastic place. I highly recommend it. The snack shop has a lots of healthy food and is open all nite and is very reasonable. I found an interesting way to get up there rather than just taking 8 frwy. There's alot of side roads that offer beautiful scenery and no traffic at all.

I feel like I'm at home whenever I visit Viejas Casino. Atmosphere is so casual & friendly. But you can dress in the finest too & feel very comfortable. Great selection of games & there promotions & free offers are outstanding. The whole surrounding area is so Serene and a beauty to look at. I feel very tranquil looking at the scenes from anywhere at Viejas. The rooms are outstanding. Very clean throughout the whole place. And every staff member are so nice, friendly & helpful. I felt like family & like I belonged. And plenty of great places to eat with some of the best food I've ever eaten.

I Actually Like This Casino, Hotel & Outlet Center. I Definitely Had A Good Time In Casino With My Friends From LA. I Definitely Found Some Good Sale's @ The Gap. We Had Lunch @ The Grab & Go. Oh Yeah The BBQ Sandwich, Fries, Clamchowder, Free Cold Drink & Cheese Cake. Oh Yeah Everything Was Delicious. I Totally Recommend This Awesome Casino.

A three sounds about right for this one. The staff is nice in all departments. The variety of slots are nice. The variety of table games isn't the great compared to others. Food is really good. Did have a problem with the pool at The Willow. I don't know how they would let someone bring glass candles to the pool. They had to shut down the pool and re drain it. I do recommend this location to other as long as an incident does happen like that again.........

We didn't stay at the hotel, we went for the ZZ Top concert. The only service we used was at the bar. Great service and a generous pour. The venue is nice under the stars but the folding chairs you sit on were not at all comfortable. They are zip tied together so you can't move them which makes sense, but the main issues are: The chairs are too close together, I was shoulder to shoulder with the guy next to me, not comfortable. The other issue with the seating is there is no center aisle. Our seats were in the middle so to get out, I would have go past about 22 people! Seriously, the rows had 45 chairs in the row and we were 23. Great seats for the concert and ZZ Top was amazing! They still got it. Loved the concert, venue, not so much.

I love this casino.... especially playing "2cent whales of cash" and the workers are nice..... they do have alot of informants walking around trying to snap a quick picture of you , acting like they are on the phone, knowing dam well theres nobody on the other end of the line.....

Coming from a NorCal avid casino goer, this was a very good casino and only 40 minutes from SD. Rooms were a little cramped and the floor had a ton of machines only feedback was the weird layout. Food options were great as well as a 24hr grab and go.

We had a wonderful time visiting the animal sanctuary and were happy to contribute by purchasing some donation items for the zoo. It was heartwarming to see the rescued animals being cared for, although it was sad to learn that many had been mistreated in the past. The highlight of our visit was getting tickets to feed the animals, which was an unforgettable experience. Visitors could choose to feed lions, bears, or tigers. My husband chose to feed a lion, which seemed to be the most popular option. Unfortunately, the first couple in line took a long time feeding the lion, so by the time it was our turn, we were only allowed to feed it three times. While we understand the staff needs to regulate feeding portions, it would have been nice if they managed the time more equally for everyone. This sanctuary is best suited for visitors 18 and older, as feeding the animals is an activity reserved for adults. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the venue itself is unique and versatile. It’s a cool place to host events or simply relax while spending time with the animals. We’re looking forward to staying overnight next

We can't say enough good things about the amazing work done at Lions, Tigers & Bears on Alpine, CA, just 40 minutes from downtown San Diego. It's a truly certified & accredited sanctuary - no touching the animals, no photos next to them, they are in huge enclosures with grass and dirt under their paws, and may live out their rescued lives in peace. I have close-ups of the animals, but you don't see the huge areas they live in that mimic their natural habitat as much as possible. The white tiger in with the orange tiger, we saw them when they were almost babies and maybe 20lbs, they are now 150lbs. We always see something different each time we go. Being a member is a great way to go often. San Diego is lucky to have the Zoo & Safari Park out here, but Lions, Tigers & Bears is another not to miss experience if you are nearby. These are wild animals that have been saved from lives of abuse - like two of the lions rescued from that Tiger King scum. Lions, Tigers & Bears help save 70 of all his Tigers and found accredited homes for the other 68 felines. Did you know white tigers are from specific purposeful inbreeding and they have eye and health issues due to it - pretty yes, but WRONG to be bred like that. They also just got a "liger" (pics 13&14) - purposefully bred lion & tiger - WRONG!!! So many health problems. Poor thing. In person, we could see her very faint tiger stripes. She is getting used to seeing people go by and acclimating to the sanctuary. Never stop at an unsanctioned or non-accredited roadside "zoo," nor anything involving wild animal petting, ANY animal circus, animal fights, exotic animal "hunting," or where animals are chained up and/or in small, concrete floor enclosures. Those are not safe for the animals - tell your kids "no" and that you'll take them to a real, safe zoo or sanctuary (and always check their credentials). And if it is a domestic animal farm, still look for cleanliness, do the animals look well feed, humane conditions, no choke-chains, antagonizing, or other harsh behavior. Stop by and see the Lions, Tigers & Bears whenever you can - it should be on everyone's SoCal experience list!

The pre tour video is a bit long, and the story is sad as it describes the poor treatment the animals received in the movie and circus industries, as well as by prior individual owners. However the animals are well treated now and the volunteers are friendly and knowledgeable l. They clearly care about the animals. The tour guide on Saturday is a school teacher and did an amazing tour! Everyone in our family enjoyed the visit. A great value.

It was a great experience! You have to buy your ticket in advance, because the experience consists of an organized tour (1.5 hrs), and then you can roam the grounds on your own. Eddie the Jaguar was amazing. The sanctuary was very clean, with well-maintained enclosures and spaces that made both the animals and visitors feel safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to answer questions or provide more information about the animals and their stories. You can also feed some of the animals, which is cool. The sanctuary itself was beautiful, set amidst picturesque surroundings that added to the peaceful atmosphere. It was easy to get to as well. Large highways most the way, and NO winding mountain roads, which is nice. I left feeling inspired and grateful for the work the sanctuary is doing. It’s a perfect place for animal lovers and families. However, small children may not like some of the images of abused animals during the 20-minute video at the beginning of the tour. Great experience. Highly recommend!

The park is very clean, and the animals are well taken care of. The website says to wear comfortable shoes as the paths are dirt. A more accurate description is that the pathways are gravel and sand and slippery. Had I known, I would have worn hiking boots. I slipped as I was walking down a hill on the way to my car and sprained my wrist. Badly. Railings or steps should be installed around the property. The terrain is uneven and gravelly. More attention should be paid to the people who visit and not just the animals.

My husband and I visited the sanctuary from the east coast as part of a week long vacation in California. Even though this was only two hours of our trip, it’s all we’re still talking about now that we’re home. We did the Feed With a Keeper tour and had Chris as our volunteer guide. I was impressed with how passionate and knowledgeable she was about the animals. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. We even got to talk to Bobbi briefly and the lead keeper, Cody. Our tour was closer to 3 hours, even though we only paid for 2. She wanted to make sure we had plenty of opportunity to meet and feed all the amazing animals. Being that close to and interacting with the big cats and bears was absolutely awe inspiring and I’ll never forget it. I work in the animal behavior field and spent many years working in an animal shelter and was impressed with the care and enrichment the animals at the sanctuary received. Truly a special place. I wish we lived closer, we would come back again and again!

Bernardo winery is a wonderful place to spend the day. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and it feels like a small village. The tasting room looks rustic, it is always cool inside, the staff if very friendly and knowledgeable. There i a gelato/sweet shoo, an Italian eatery, a coffee shop and various gift shops, too. The food from the Italian kitchen is outstanding; we especially loved the mussels and the Arancini.

Wonderful scenery, staff, and wine. On top of that, the food was perfect for a night of sipping and strolling. One of the best wineries we’ve been to on the west coast 🍷

We love the Bernardo Winery! It is one of our favorite places to relax for brunch or an early dinner. The ambience is unmatched. We’ve long since grown out of our college bar/party phase, so a visit here this is a fantastic way to decompress after a long week or to bring family and friends when they come into town. The food is excellent! The portion size for the fries is fantastic. I love to get a salad plus a side of fries to share with whoever I’m with, and maybe a pizza. The wine pours for the tastings are generous. The only thing I’ve ordered and not been crazy about was the bruschetta because it had olives and pistachio which I wasn’t a huge fan of. The best part about our visits to the Bernardo winery are walking around the shops after. It is incredibly romantic too! Especially during sunset. At night, there are outdoor heaters that make it very cozy too. If I could leave 10 stars I would!

I recently officiated a wedding at the Bernardo Winery. It was my first time to this venue and it did not disappoint! The grounds were beautiful and very private. The greenery was well kept and the ceremony area was beautiful. Loved the cocktail area, it was shaded and perfect for hanging out. What a great place to get married - thank you Bernardo Winery for a wonderful experience - I hope I am back there soon!

I really wish they would care about the customer experience here. It's such a beautiful winery, in an ideal location. I've personally been visiting for the last 15 years. Many additions have happened throughout that time but the dismissiveness of their employees continues. Specifically the employees in the tasting room, it seems as they are being forced to work there with zero enjoyment. That along with their food ordering system, table hunting, fetching your beverage from a separate building from someone who looks annoyed cannot be the final system - its a shame.

My Father is here and the entire property is so beautiful. The office managers and those that manage the grounds are simply wonderful and keep the entire area the way in which one could only imagine. Heavenly blessings to us all

A beautiful cemetery. Well-kept and beautiful landscape, waterfalls and the employees are very helpful, kind amd respectful. We had our family members ceremony here and the entire process was amazing. I love how its huge and right next to the museum as well.

It is "closed" after sunset, but that's because the cemetery is largely unlit by any man made sources of light (except around the buildings and on the flags which are lit). Just stars, the moon, and any ambient light from the main streets outside the cemetery. We left after twilight and the gates were still open for people to enter and visit their loved ones. No one was chasing people out. At least not too quickly.

Beautiful place. Full of history. Full of Hero’s. I understand this place has 320,000 veterans resting here with capacity to hold 2 million. Their Medal of Honor Memorial is simple and very humbling. The names of every Medal of Honor recipient etched into their marble walls. My uncles name is on the wall and my father and father in law are buried here. This place is humbling. The aircraft from March Air Force Base next door fly over this place and adds to the pageantry. When the flags are placed on all the grave sites on Veterans Day, it is a site to behold. I get overwhelmed with the feeling of pride. There is history here everyone should visit and experience regardless of having family placed here or not. I hope you will visit. On weekdays there is plenty of help and the place is well organized. They have a 6 staging areas for services. The guard at the guard shack will direct you. BUT, On the weekends the offices are closed. If you don’t know where the gravesite is you are visiting, the best bet is to go to the offices. They will be closed but there is a kiosk next to the front entrance that can direct you to the gravesite. They will direct you to a “section”. But the sections are not clearly market out. And It is a large place so patience is a nessesary. After you find out the section you Then download a map on your phone from the official website to find the area. I have run across a few people who were frustrated trying to find their family grave sites. So try to find out all the information you can before you get there on the weekends. Or best bet is to plan on going during the week when the offices are open. Good luck.

Absolutely gorgeous grounds, very peaceful and serene. It would be nice if location (section) markers were a little bit more visible, but I understand they are trying to maintain the natural beauty of the land.

We took our 2yo grandson to the museum and were pleasantly surprised on how engaged he was with the exhibits. We arrived at 10am and there wasn’t a wait to enter. Their main museum area is a huge hangar! Don’t hesitate to go through the hallways (AC was great!) for additional displays. We liked that the glassed collections were from floor to ceiling to allow little ones to view items. For viewing the outdoor planes & helicopters we wore comfortable shoes. Due to the warm weather we brought hats and bottled water.

Great museum! Many many aircraft, way more than I anticipated. Google didn't do it justice so I've added more pics. If you are into short wave radio, TV, and electronics check out their display devoted to their history. The SR-71 was really awsome. Many displays you can experience. Also displays of space hardware, U.S. and Russia.

All I can say is go and check this place out. If you love planes and military artifacts it’s a must see. The guys who work here are some of the nicest people I have met! Took my son who is 14 and we had a great time! The amount of things they have at this museum is unbelievable!! I would highly recommend a visit!! Thank you gentleman it was a pleasure!

The March Field Air Museum is by far one of the best museums I have ever visited. It's been almost 30 years since I last visited and they have definitely put a lot of love, dedication and pride into this place. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in our Air Force and military defenses. It's a great place to bring kids and learn invaluable history. 10/10 would recommend.

My daughter, her son and I visited on 9/27/2025 about 11:13a.m., they opened at 9:00. The man at the entry, taking payment, was super friendly. After we stepped out of the ticket area we were greeted by Fred, (maybe his title is docent?) He had a lot to tell about areas we don't want to miss, and a small, more personal, story, too. He was fun to listen to. He had a great sense of humor. My grandson is almost 4, so he was interested in different things than I was. His mom took him about, but we reunited in different areas. So much history in there! Then we took the tiny bus, $5 per rider. This man was amazing! He took us past each airplane on the field, describing the vitals & history of each plane, while adding a bit of humor on occasion. Great touring voice and so filled with info! It was a great tour! If you are a plane buff, but maybe don't know about ALL of these planes, it's a great guided tour. The bonus was no walking! 😉 Enjoy!!!

This has been a hidden gem of a museum. Went here on a whim,but I never expected to see so many and such big aircrafts up close. Could have spend days if I wanted to thoroughly see it all. I saw most of my favourite planes on display here, absolutely beyond my wildest dreams. (SR-71,B-17,B-25J) But the collection is far greater than that. On the outside of the museum there's more planes than I have ever seen together, and the bus tour is a recommendation. Have a chat with the staff and volunteers, they have great stories to tell, and real life experiences. The nearby active airbase also has some interesting activity. Inside there's a lot of history on display from all kinds of era's of aviation, from uniforms to replicas to actual spaceshuttle parts! Must see for any aircraft enthusiast.

Took my son over fall break and there's so much to see. The staff and volunteers were very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a little 45 min. tram tour around the outside planes for a small extra fee, but it was well worth it as the gentleman that provided the tour gave us so much information about each plane and it happen to be raining quite a bit outside. Its much bigger on the inside than you anticipate, with a NASA section, military outfits and so much more. There are flight simulators and even an old war plane where we had a gentleman by the name of Max who used to be a pilot for that type of plane instruct him how they would have taken off in that fighter plane. They also had a scavenger hunt that my son was quite invested in. It also looks like you can rent parts of the facility out for events. I would recommend taking the time to visit this treasure.

Overall a great experience. The track was fun and challenging and allows you to actually put these cars to the test. Going for extra laps on a cheaper car is definitely worth it. The instructor I was with was excellent and guaged my driving skill well. He didn't interfere much and let me really flog the car. (Had quite a few sliding moments but he didn't freak out or grab the wheel). After a few laps he was really able to tell where I made mistakes and as a result we got some fast times for the car I drove. Only possible complaints are that the bathrooms are just Porto potties and that it's still just a tent. Overall I would still highly recommend the experience, especially if you are at all into cars or racing.

Staff was really friendly. Cars were nice. The experience is a little pricey. The VIP experience is not any thing extra special. Overall my son loved it as his graduation present. Us spectators, not so much. But it wasn't bad.

Great staff the cars are everything you would expect and more. The instructors are great you'll enjoy hitting the gas with no fear of getting a speeding ticket.

Great place to bring your guy friend, brother, dad, uncle, cousin, bf, husband etc. Went there twice and the service was great. If you're more about driving rather than flash, I would recommend you rent the Porsche GT3 over the Lambo or Ferrari. It's a much more driver focused car and you can compete with the best of them in terms of lap times.

A lot of fun, but too many sharp corners to really enjoy the cars. I would like to see longer straights to get up to an overall higher speed and more sweeping corners that you can take at a higher speed. Also, I spent over $800 to drive three cars. Too much time standing around between drives for that price. Overall, a good experience though.

This is a great start for LA. While Vegas has the cream of the crop, I had to try this one as well. The track is bumpy, the tent is hot, and the video is low tech, but hey the manager is doing her best to make things great for us. We're driving/racing cars we wouldn't otherwise so WOW!! Forget the tent, track surface, and well upgrade the video to full 360' (new) tech and walla you have a day of memories you will never forget and watch again and again. Yes that is you at the wheel, is all I can say every time I enter a corner from 100+mph. It's definitely worth saving up a few bucks to flog a super car you would otherwise never lay your hands on, where in the world do others get to do that! Edit: I forgot to mention the instructors. A cool bunch of guys that help us go faster even though the dynamic of safety over watch is telling them to limit our rocket driving. This yields an internal conflict all in itself while we hurtle our super car at speeds that can only be described as beyond the confines of safe. Then you add the constant clear instruction or help that they must repeat over and over not only daily but each ride, again at race speed if you so choose. These guys aren't thanked enough for supporting BOTH sides of the ride experience: 1. Skilfully deliver the customer desire for insane speed and 2. Support the business owners request to keep the day running smooth without incidents. You can't get this one of a kind Rollercoaster without their sacrifice. Man, what a job though!

Amazing NASCAR Experience!!! The NASCAR Racing Experience is one of the best NASCAR schools in America! For anyone who wants speed and thrills, come to this experience! The team is really awesome and nice, and the drivers are great! And the experience itself is really awesome!! For anyone who wants speed, come to this experience! It’s a ton of fun!

The roar of the engines is defending and the gush of wind that follows is tremendous while more than you can count race cars go flying across the track at 180, 190+ mph miles per hr. It's hardcore entertainment.

Review for April 2021. Mount San Jacinto State Park. A California State Park. The first thing I want to mention is the fact that the weather changes significantly from the Coachella Valley floor to the top of the aerial Tramway in Palm Springs. Also known as San Jacinto Mountain Range. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely enjoy the change of weather. It was pretty hot on the valley floor but when I got here I should have brought a sweater at least. Nevertheless it was a wonderful experience and I did the five mile hike Trail. Definitely recommend is for any Adventure Seekers out there

Plenty of trails to choose from, including the PCT and some fun routes to Mt. San Jacinto!

Hiked to the tram area with son. Starting at 4am we made it by noon taking many breaks to love the views. Weren’t prepped to go to peak -another 5 or so miles but will be going again in few weeks,weather permitting to bag that peak!!!!

I visited here in January 2019. While palm springs is desert, the top of mountain was covered with snow. And tram which automatically turns around was fantastic.

Please clean up after your family fun, visits , hikes, drives, and picnics! Enjoy!

The Redlands bowl is very historical to Redlands. I was born and raised here in Tedlands and have many memories with my grandparents and family going to watch plays and live music. It's a great community place. Located down town near the historical library and Lincoln shrine.

Amazing experience. This was my first visit to the Redlands Bowl. The performances are free. The grounds are clean and seating is awesome. Parking can be found in the surrounding neighborhoods. Restrooms are clean and well stocked. Snacks are available for purchase. Very peaceful and lively crowds. Come early, for best parking and seating.

First time at the bowl since we moved to the area and it was great . It was full but everyone was polite and we found seating. Next time I know to arrive early. The music and visuals were lovely and relaxing since it was the perfect temperature to be outside.

FREE LIVE SHOWS! Yes, you heard that right, The Redlands Bowl is home to a long-running summer festival that hosts live entertainment at no cost! Voluntary donations are highly suggested as this amphitheater has NEVER charged since its opening and it's been around for over a century! Donations are excepted in cash (a bucket is passed around) or through dip (tap). I love the quality entertainment and magical performances I get to experience here each year! I've seen The Texas Tenors, Mariachi Divas, Broadway and AGT talent and so much more on this stage! The musicians that show up are wonderful! It's recommended to come early as some shows fill up fast. You can opt to sit on the lawn but it's limited. The benches are a bit tough so I would recommend bringing a seat cushion. The Bowl is very strict about NOT saving seats for others, please be courteous and don't do it. The Redlands bowl is now a part of my yearly summer activities! It's a good place to come with friends or even by yourself! The ambiance is kind of rocky as a lot of patrons are older, white folks with entitlement issues. However, I've noticed more young people are coming so hopefully the vibes improve! Some of the staff are hit-or-miss especially the info desk peeps, they need to be more welcoming! Parking is available at the mall on Citrus or the lot across from the mall (also on Citrus). Parking is FREE. If you're craving a snack, the Redlands Bowl partners with some people called the Optimus Club who sell popcorn, ice cream and drinks if you're interested. Restrooms are available by the Gables House. Overall, I highly suggest visiting, some of the shows are a bit old-fashioned but most are good!

This was an awesome experience, and Gil, our tram operator, was fantastic. My friend was having issues with vertigo, and he handled it wonderfully. There was music playing, the view was magnificent, and even though it was quite a bit colder up top, the views made it more than worth it. The dine option with the ticket was okay. The food was basic, but for a few dollars more, it's good. I have a milk allergy, so I was unable to get the mashed potatoes, meatloaf, or lasagna, but they had chicken. It had a good flavor, but was very dry. The veggies & salad were pretty tasty, and the potatoes were just OK. No rave reviews, but for the price okay. Overall, with the tram, hike, ambiance, and friendly staff, I would definitely recommend trying this.

The experience was excellent. There was no wind to speak of and the ride was super smooth going both ways, but steep and perhaps no ideal for people who are sensitive to heights. The views in the car and ontop of the mountain are spectacular. The food was well above average. The hike opportunities are nice and not very strenuous, although the high altitude and the thinner air will exert your body disproportionally. Would recommend the ride to anyone who is not fazed by heights.

I went on a business meeting and had one spare day so decided to and see the tramway. It was an amazing experience specially that tramway rotate while climbing using wires and pulley. Huge difference in temperature on top of the hill so always bring a good jacket. Ticket was 35 USD, but you have to wait minimum 1 hour. There is no public transportation so us UBER.

I had no idea what to expect with this but it was such a good experience. It’s a 10 minute tram ride up where you can find restaurants, a movie about your location, info on the tramway and how it was built, a little taxidermy museum, and tons of hiking trails. We did the dine and ride tickets for $6 more and got a great dinner included too. If you’re a hiker, I recommend going up in the morning so you can enjoy the trails all day

What an incredible experience. The tram ride itself was fun. Parking is designated. The place is clean and well maintained. And the staff were all great. The hike and views in the area is easy even kids enjoyed.

So much fun. What a contrast from sunny Palm Springs to chilly mountain top. Recommend going early in the day for less crowds. Buy your tickets ahead of time during busy seasons.

We took the tram up at 9:30 AM on November 22. When we got to the top, it was a winter wonderland with heavy snow falling.. although we didn’t get much chance to do much hiking because of the snow. It was amazing nonetheless..

It's almost like a little desert oasis. Not for Miles is there anything really nice. Then boom. This very clean and up to date outlet mall. I unfortunately was not there to shop. But worked on the Chloe face lift. Its revamped and full of modern and very aggressive light fixtures.

ILLEGAL PUPPY SALES WITH NO CONCERN. Solicitors selling illegally bred small puppies in OVER 100 DEGREE heat absolutely abusing them. Cabazon security did NOTHING. It is very obvious they are peddling animals to the point they are asking people to buy them. Cabazon DO BETTER. Spoke to someone in the office who led me in the right direction to air my concern. Apparently there is different security for different areas of the shopping center. Thank you for being helpful in solving this matter. I will keep my post up to inform others not to support backyard breeders!

2025 ,Beautiful place beautiful view . Best place to shop luxury designer . The only down side are the outrageously overpriced food court and the trash over flowing and not being emptied often enough.the bathrooms are also filthy old and outdated,shocking for surch a luxury place, the ones in the grove in LA are better . Great parking space.FREE PARKING , which is great compare to LA .huge outdoor mall . Other than the bathroom issue ,definetly one of my fav in southern california. I keep coming back . Very peaceful for outdoor luxury shopping. There is stores for every budget every price range

I've always liked shopping out in the middle of nowhere. I just don't like the other shoppers, most are jerks. But the few stores I shop are amay with some good sales and discounts

Phenomenal place with great varieties of great stores. Fun to pass the time shoppers delight. And tons of great deals with great brands. There are small shacks to buy food and drinks. There is enough parking and even security​ patrolling. And the bathrooms are decent.

These outlets are next to each other premium desert hills outlets and the cabezon outlets. Lots of different stores to do your shopping for all budgets. A few restaurants and eateries along the way. Plenty of parking but can get busy. You'll find some discounts in some of the stores. The premises are kept neat and clean restrooms available too. A nice walk with beautiful views of the mountains and sunset. Some art work throughout. Will definitely return.

Absolutely a must stop on the 10 fwy if you're driving to and from los angeles to palm springs. Pretty much all name brands are here. Roomy walkways. Plenty of restrooms and parking. Clean, luxurious and modern shopping.

It's so nice shopping in this area. The stores are very clean and the sales clerks are very welcoming and polite. It's nice to be able to step outside and get a breath of fresh air when going to the next shop

Beautiful outlet that we randomly decided to stop buy on our trip back from Palm Springs glad we did much nicer than the one in camarillo which was really surprising very clean huge variety of stores might be my new favorite outlet to go to now!

Last time I visited this place was 2015, how time flies! It is completely different now and I do think the selection of brands shrinks quite a bit. I’m here for the billabong outlet shops but unfortunately it is closed but not correctly marked in google maps. I hope there are more shops for food and drinks. The Starbucks gets overcrowded because a lack of coffee shops & bubble tea shops. It gets overheated at noon and it’s easy to get dehydrated. When everyone wants a iced drink Starbucks become almost the only shop that you can get a refresher from

ILLEGAL PUPPY SALES WITH NO CONCERN. Solicitors selling illegally bred small puppies in OVER 100 DEGREE HEAT. Security does nothing! It is VERY obvious these people are selling puppies to the point of verbally asking for sales. Absolutely letting animal abuse happen without any concern. DO BETTER! UPDATE: I received great concern on the matter from Desert Hills and say they are taking the matter seriously. I hope this gets solved! I’m keeping this up to spread awareness to not support backyard breeders.

First time visiting. Lots and lots of stores to shop from very enjoyable to walk-through especially at night time. Lots of restaurants and parking spaces as well. They even have a McDonald’s close by and it’s a great for kids because they have tablets on the tables for them to play with while the adults catch a breather. I highly recommend it now we return.

Decided to explore another part of this exciting city and found myself at the Palm Spring Air Museum in Hot Springs 😀. Since my dad was a Marine, I try to honor him by visiting places like this and learning more about our military heroes through their stories and history. Just a little tip, it’s a really dry heat out here, so stay hydrated! The aircraft are retired, but the lessons and history they hold are alive and inspiring for anyone who loves to learn. This air museum is amazing! There are also vehicles and ship models. So much history in each hangar and outside. Icredible memorabilia. A staggering experience to see each of these aircraft upclose. There were planes being restored and getting worked on. Though most are grounded, i was told a couple still fly. My husband is a huge plane lover and this place was the perfect first stop in Palm Springs. Right next to the airport. There are guides in each area to answer questions and share information.

Absolutely incredible collection and curation! We were visiting in town and came here on a whim and all of us were completely blown away by everything here. Felt like i needed an entire day for each hanger to be able to truly appreciate everything! The F-117 exhibit alone was breathtaking and the docent in the hanger was super knowledgeable and friendly. Already planning trip to come back here from Maryland! Fair warning if you come here overestimate how long you’ll spend because there is so much to see, read, and watch!

We visited the Palm Springs Air Museum with our kids, and it was an incredible experience! The museum is extremely family-friendly, the exhibits are interactive, the volunteers are knowledgeable and passionate, and being able to get so close to historic aircraft was a huge highlight for all of us. Our kids absolutely enjoyed every moment. The kids especially loved the flight simulator, they would have stayed there all day if they could! It’s the perfect place for families, aviation fans, or anyone looking for a fun and educational activity. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great museum! Multiple hangers with more planes outside. We spent 4 hours and could have easily spent another 4 if we stopped and read all the historical posts and information posters. Well worth the price of admission!

I have been to many Air museums. This one should be on anyone's top things to do well in Palm Springs. I need another day to go back and visit! Also very reasonable entrance fees and items in gift shop a great price. Not to often you can get a quality tourist ball cap for $20...

This is definitely a must do if you visit Palm Springs. Fantastic war museum, hard to believe the size when you get inside. The displays are amazing and a credit to the devoted people that work there. One of the best I have visited, lots of great surprises.

I mostly love the Tukut. I love all the servers, DJ's, entertainers, and everyone who works there. One reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price for the tables is exuberant (imo). $75 for a table for two is not reasonable. Friday nights feel different now. It's not terrible, and they do have some really good cumbia bands, BUT the atmosphere is not as vibing. Some ppl go upstairs to the Chingon because its free cover charge, and it's free seating. Maybe they don't care? Same management? At the end of the day, it's a business to make money. That's understandable; I just don't think that upper mgmt thought about how some of the loyal regulars would interpret their price hikes... I probably will always still visit, but Tukut does not offer more than other casinos. For example, the Saboba and the Pechanga both have dance places that offer free cover charges and free seating so if I can, I'll drive there instead. As a matter of fact, the dance floors at other venues are bigger and roomier. That being said, overall the Tukut is still a good place, especially the ppl who work there. I find everyone to be polite and helpful. You'll also find forever dance friends that go often. Just be prepared if you tire easily, because you'll have to fish out money just to sit. As a side note, it's also hard to contact them and they don't always respond to email. I'm now giving Tukut 5 stars because they recently stopped charging for their bottom tables and to me, that says a lot. Thank you mgmt. I appreciate that very much! Much love to Tukut!!

I had the guys that fix the beers Sergio before him . They called him and he walked up and said I’m not serving you. What kind of employee does this: he hid behind the bar after asking his name multiple times .

We were there Saturday September 28th, 2019. 10 dollar cover charge with players card. Limited seating and the BOE (Best of everything Band) was great. DJ Gary is one of the better old school DJ's that you will find. We had an Excellent night out! Will be back to visit soon.

I love the Tukut Lounge!! Please bring back The Reel Band on Saturdays!! And the DJ that was there when they performed on Saturday, May 20, 2023! Great Band! Should be on the rotation for Saturdays and not just for Karaoke, What a waste! The 2 solo/leads were OFF THE CHAIN!! May I also request The BIG BAND ON SATURDAYS AS WELL. Horrible. Went for what I thought was a free concert then found out we had to pay a fee. Super Small area. I was willing to pay the fee but then was told that I was not allowed in because the dress code doesn’t allow sandals without a heel strap… RIDICULOUS!!! It doesn’t even say anything about their dress code on their website OR at the place!!!!

Nice lounge, dancing music - mix of Latin music and r&b. (Went on a saturday night 1130 to 130) Drinks are very weak. Go to rock and brews first, they have strong, good drinks.

We went for a morning hike at Big Morongo Canyon Preserve, and were hoping for some good bird watching. It was both a great hike and had great bird watching! The trails are well marked and there are several - they are marked for distance and difficulty. The bird watching on the trails was good, but it was really great not too far from the entrance were a fountain and various bird feeders had been set up. We saw a huge flock of Western Bluebirds, it was fantastic. We also saw hummingbirds, plenty of various finches, scrub jays, woodpeckers, and more. It was great!

Fantastic place to hike. People with mobility can enjoy the boardwalk trails. Good other trails. A trur oasis.

Fun place if you are into wildlife and biology! Lots of history and life here! Just be respectful, not like some tourist who chuck sticks and walks into the brush off trail.

Absolutely incredible birding. Saw more than a dozen hummingbirds and tons of other species. Go to the natural science education center feeders. Free.

Just a great experience! Been to JTNP many times and wanted to get to know the Morongo Valley more. Donated money at the birdseed donation box because that was awesome! A gem of a place to hike at any ability level. Excellent maps and trail markings, and one trail is all boardwalk for complete accessibility! Great wildlife viewing opportunities especially toward evening with this heat. Info center is awesome - read it all before you go so you know what you are seeing! Will come back to check out the rest of the trails! We did two yesterday. 👣

Went up the "scenic sky chair" lift as a summer activity while on vacation. If you are on vacation and looking for another activity to do with the kids. I paid $86.00 for three adults and a 12 year old to take the lift to the top. We were hoping to do some hiking but there were only two trails available and they are not shaded so we didn't do much. There is a restaurant at the top and food options but it is also a great place to just bring a picnic and enjoy the views. During the summer it is a huge mountain bike area and almost all of the people going up where bringing their bikes. The basic ticket only allows for one round trip. I wish it was unlimited as the views coming down are awesome.

Everything was a great experience! Parking guides got us in a space quickly. Getting our tickets and bikes on the lift was a breeze. Awesome variety of trails to ride on well marked trails. The good is reasonably priced for being at a resort and better than most places I've experienced. I'm already looking forward to my next trip here

We had a great time at Above the Boom! It does get a little chilly. So, as they recommend, dress in layers. Also, even though it said no food and drink. A bottle of water and maybe some kids snacks seemed acceptable. They were not overly strict. We supported them purchasing our tickets, and additional beverages including water.

We always come here whenever we visit Big Bear. The resort offers year-round outdoor activities. The things you do here are unlimited, from skiing and snowboarding in the winter, to mountain biking and hiking the rest of the year. There are several different dining options from fast-food to more upscale bars and restaurants (opening times vary with the seasons). One of the activities we like to do in the spring and fall is taking the chairlift to the summit and enjoying the view while eating lunch. There is plenty of parking along with a multitude of stores, ski/snowboard rentals, a child amusement center and plenty of trails for biking and hiking.

Terrible experience. Came here from Vegas for my son‘s birthday. Got a rental bike and immediately first run down the brakes are already worn down and just super loud. I took a relatively easy way down and when I got to the bottom I noticed one of my spokes had come out. My chain also came off but I didn’t notice it until my second ride down. So I’m just trying to get down the mountain at this point cuz I can’t pedal and then I get down and they tell me the derailer needs to be replaced and I can pay $110 to get my bike back. And I’m like all of this happened on one ride down and now I have to pay $110 after already having paid $200 for the day. I fought it so hard, spoke to every person there that I could about getting my bike back or at that point just getting a refund and leaving, no leniency whatsoever. The bike rental experience there was absolutely miserable, the bike i was given was terrible. Do not rent from this place. Also, my son’s ride card was deactivated at one point and we had to go back to the ticket booth to get a new one. last so much time just trying to get going. If I could give negative stars I would. Spent all this money to come up here just for the bike to break down after one green run.

The bike repair shop did a great service for my bike! Joshua found the problem, repaired it, and explained how it should be shifting. Took it for a test ride and shifting was perfect! At a fair price!!! Thanks guys!

Great bike park, shredded all day. I just wanted to mention Nancy, the food handler because she was rude and mean. Great learning experience. I brought the kids and they loved it, blue trails were so easy and fun. Good jumps flowy and food was good, but Nancy wasnt.

This is a wonderful place to visit, regardless of whether you live in Big Bear or just here for a visit. And if you have children, they will love the experience. According to what we read online, this zoo is one of two Alpine zoos in the United States, which provide a refuge for wild animals that cannot be released back into the wild for a variety of reasons as well as specializing in the rehabilitation and release of local Alpine species. They also offer educational training programs, special events and exhibits concerning their mission. There are restrooms onsite along with a gift shop and free parking. Just beware that the zoo does not open until 1000 hours, and in the warmer months, you might not be able to see many of the 190+ animals they have since it is sometimes getting too hot during the day. We will try again this fall when the weather is cooler. We did, however, get to see a wonderful bear education demonstration with one of the trainers and Eleanor, what an informative speech by the trainer. We even witness just how fast a bear can move, which was an eye opener for all of us present. We highly recommend this zoo for people of all ages and appreciate all the staff in their efforts to care for these animals and educate the public.

Visited the zoo for the first time and LOVED it! We spent about 2 hours at the zoo, casually walking around to learn & observe the animals. The bears, especially the grizzly, were the best! Caught most of the presentation on the skunks which was super interesting. The little skunks were fun to watch scurrying around for the meal worms while the docent shared a wealth of info. At the end, we decided to become annual members so we could visit the zoo & Big Bear more often. The cost of 2 adult tickets was $34 ($17 each), but you can buy a couples pass for the year for just $90. Looking forward to our next visit!

We visited on a Friday afternoon. Upon a recommendation by a local cashier, we visited around feeding time (2pm-ish). Although it is a small zoo with only locally indigenous creatures, every animal was out and visible, some moving about, some lounging. Gift shop prices were reasonable, compared with other gift shops. The premises were clean and festively decorated for the holidays. Also there is a $1 discount ea. for a group of 10 or more.

Not a huge zoo but perfect for a quick outing with little ones. Plenty of room to look at the animals. We never felt crowded. Everything seem well maintained and the zoo grounds were clean. Plenty of parking. Clean restrooms.

This little zoo is very sweet, a fun little outing with the kids. My only suggestion is to go early in the morning when it’s cooler and when the animals are awake. We made the mistake of going in the heat of the day and many of the animals had found their shady spots, I don’t blame them! Definitely worth a visit!

Not disappointed at all! All of the animals were well taken care of. Even in the summer they had misters, fresh water and shade for all animals. Everyone looked well fed and happy and thats what I look for in a zoo! I understand that all animals were rescues which I love. 10/10 Zoo better for kiddos.

Very small zoo, $17 for adult but probably perfect for little kids cuz they have a cool playground in between. Hard to see some of the animals through the wire cages. And a few were deep so you couldn't see them at all from walkway

We have been to the ingratron multiple times. Each time as wonderful and healing as the last. We will continue to visit for as long as we can. Make sure to arrive early to check in and enjoy a peaceful moment in the courtyard. Bring a light blanket if you tend to get cold easily. Make sure to fill up on their mineral water AFTER your session. Not suggested to have liquids/full bladder before.

I was very excited to do a sound-bath at the integratron. I have experienced many sound-baths. Sadly for me I was unimpressed with this particular sound-bath performance. I believe the person playing the bowls did not have a lot of experience. It was very one dimensional and flat. Normally my body reverberates with the sound and I thought that given the fact that I was in an acoustic dome that it would be amazing. Unfortunately I did not have that experience. I also was uncomfortably cold as the A/C was on, it was quite warm outside so I get that. I would recommend bringing a blanket.

Wow! If you love mystery, history, and maybe even alien encounters, you will love the Integretron. We knew about the story prior to visiting and did some research. My wife saw they offered a "sound bath" with musical bowls. We were fortunate to get tickets for this great experience. We highly suggest purchasing tickets in advance (a week or two out). We arrived early and enjoyed the grounds and gift shop. Very clean property with restrooms and a bottle refill station. The sound bath was amazing and relaxing. It lasted around 45 minutes, and it let's you disconnect. Highly recommend this experience.

I attended a 60‑minute sound bath at the Integratron in Landers (just outside Joshua Tree), and it was absolutely transformative. The moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a peaceful “hammock village” and fresh lemon water—perfect for unwinding before stepping into the dome. The sound bath begins gently, then crescendos into deep, enveloping tones that literally vibrate through your entire body. Over the course of the session, I drifted into such deep relaxation that I experienced an almost meditative journey—some even see colors or have visions

A most interesting experience to see, feel, and hear. The sound bath experience will play with your senses, very relaxing. Adjusting back to reality takes a few minutes.

Soooo much fun! The sound bath was amazing, I had a deeeply profound experience. The staff really cared about everyone’s experience and provided so much history and context for the building we were in. Maybe a little too much! Haha I would have preferred a longer sound bath and cliffs notes of the history (I had already done my research, that’s why I was there haha) Super fun! Highly recommend They also have a great gift shop!

An absolutely beautiful place! We went on a Friday and thoroughly enjoyed walking the grounds and the sound bath they offer brought our mind and souls to a unique destination. It was fun exploring the gift shop afterwards.
