I highly recommend Plantation Island Resort. It was such a great place to relax on the beach and a cocktail in hand or a massage. The places to sleep were great. The beds were nice and comfortable. they had air conditioning a bathroom with a shower, a tolit, and sink, and there was a body wash shampoo and conditioner and lots of towels, there are cleaners that come every to days and clean and give you fresh towels and the people are very nice. There will be complimentary water, an abafay of food, a bar we're you could get soda, cocktail, mocktails, ls and more. There were so many options for things to do Snookling on the reef or on the beach, tie die, paddle board, kayaking, and so much more. I HIGHLY recommend Plantation Island Resort

Staff service is good, but hugely expensive at 50fjd/day for a rusted fixie
Tom P — Google review
Stayed on plantation island with 4 friends for a week. Reasonable sized island so unless you want to walk everywhere this was a great option. Got to have sunset drinks at the island bar, ride around to dinner and explore all of the island. Hired the bikes for a week and definitely worth the money. Great friendly staff and efficient service. Fantastic way to experience and explore the island. Definitely highly recommend this activity, fun for the entire family with lots of bike options.

Malamala Beach Club

Beach club
Outdoor Activities
Malamala Beach Club is located on a private island and offers a range of amenities including an infinity pool, water sports equipment, and a stylish island bar. Visitors can enjoy sharing platters with friends or indulge in refreshing fruit cocktails, beer, or wine while taking in the stunning ocean views. The club also features beachside cabanas, lounge chairs and beds for relaxation, an a-la-carte menu with reasonable prices, massage services, and a cool club vibe.
Malamala Beach Club is paradise on earth. The island is tiny but breathtaking - soft white sand, crystal clear water, and a coral reef you can snorkel right from the pier. We booked a private cabana and loved having our own shaded spot with comfortable loungers and towels. The food was simple but delicious (the fish tacos were excellent), and the cocktails were refreshing. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was the cherry on top. A perfect day trip - we didn't want to leave! The staff made everything seamless, from the boat transfer to the service on the island. There's a relaxed, stylish vibe here that makes you feel like you're in an exclusive tropical club but without any pretension. If you want the perfect mix of relaxation, swimming, and incredible scenery, this is the place.

What a place! Very easy to arrive, 20min from Port Marina. Incredibly relaxing. Everyone treats you very nicely. There are two pools, both are amazing. The beach club is big, so you don’t feel even if it’s busy. I c don’t even need to mention the view and the beach. Absolutely stunning.
Thais R — Google review
Awesome day trip to a beautiful island beach resort with great snorkelling just off the beach and great facilities. The 2nd time we went we splashed out on a private Beach cabana and we're so glad that we did. It was so much more private. But the other areas are fantastic as well and there's plenty of space and recliners etc for everyone.
Nicky B — Google review
Malamala Beach Club is an absolute paradise! The crystal-clear waters, stunning island views, and delicious food and drinks made for an unforgettable experience. We booked a private beachside cabana, which was totally worth it! The view was incredible, and the butler service really topped it all off. We had such an amazing time, even though we only did a half-day visit. Next time, we’ll definitely stay for the full day! All the staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time.
Courtney C — Google review
A must do in Fiji. The whole day visit was such a great experience. We spent the whole day at the beach swimming, sun bathing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Snorkeling is available too ... all inclusive in the return ticket. This place is a pradise... food we ordered for lunch was amazing too. Highly recommended
ZAAD_SR — Google review
Location: 4.8 / 5 Only 30 minutes each way from Port Denarau. The environment is clean, and the water is crystal clear — exactly like the photos and videos. A truly beautiful island. Facilities: 4.2 / 5 Snorkelling equipment needs to be registered before use but is fairly new. We purchased the Beach Club Full Day Package with a poolside daybed for around $330 AUD. There are also free daybeds available under the shade. If possible, request daybeds #3 to #8 — they’re in the front row near the pool. We were randomly assigned #13, which was in the second row in front of the infinity pool. I wouldn’t recommend the second row, as the floorboards bounce when staff or guests walk by behind the bed, making it uncomfortable to relax. The infinity pool is great and a nice depth, though the water is quite warm, not cool enough to refresh. There were many kids aged 5–12, so it wasn’t exactly a quiet spot to unwind. There is an adults-only pool, but it’s rather small, mostly occupied by older guests, and may require an additional fee. Food: 4.0 / 5 We ordered the Loaded Fries (delicious), Fried Chicken (overcooked), and Mediterranean Platter for Two (excellent, though the eggplant was a bit too heavily spiced). Drinks: 4.3 / 5 Cocktails are priced around $16–18. They were good but not outstanding. There’s a special — 4 cocktails for $99 FJD (excluding tequila cocktails). Service: 4.8 / 5 Friendly and attentive service all around. Overall: A beautiful place for a first-time visit if budget isn’t a concern. However, I probably wouldn’t rush back — there are a few other islands worth exploring.
Kevin K — Google review
We had a lovely relaxing day out at the Beach Club utilising the MyFiji adults only section. Not wanting to leave the water, the staff made this easy accomodating our cocktail and food orders poolside. Highly recommend.
Olivia S — Google review
We had a brilliant experience at Malamala Beach Club. The transport was very quick, taking only around 15–20 minutes from the port. The staff were extremely polite, and the food was excellent - far better than expected for a beach club, and at prices much more reasonable than our hotel. All water activities, including paddle boarding, kayaking, and snorkelling, were included in the entry price, which was a great bonus. We had a cabana next to the pool, which was super convenient as it was close to both the restaurant and the pool area. For those seeking more privacy, the standalone cabanas a bit further out might be ideal, though service there could understandably be a little slower. It was quite busy, so service was on the slower side at times, but nothing to complain about. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Malamala Beach Club to anyone visiting Nadi.

Amazing and definitely the best scuba diving in Nadi! The team is incredibly friendly. 23 dive sites in total. Most beautiful reef experience.
Josephine P — Google review
The divemaster was very good and i do believe that they are the best on Fiji. Don't expect too much. The whole equipment is really basic and their gear definitely needs a replacement here and there. Also their prices on the website are far from reality. I paid 310FJD for a double tank dive, which i think is a bit pricey, considering their equipment. Don't forget to bring your own bottle of water!

Zip Fiji Momi

Tours
Zipline & Aerial Adventure Parks
Zip Fiji Nadi offers an exhilarating zip lining experience with 16 lines, including a mix of ascending and descending runs. The longest line spans 250 meters, and visitors can explore the historic OHO cave where people sought refuge from cannibals in the past. The friendly guides, such as Rupi, Ben, Mike, Cody, and Chris, ensure a safe and enjoyable adventure for all guests. They entertain visitors during walks between zip lines and capture incredible moments for them to cherish.
We had a spectacular day at Zip Fiji Nadi! After our cruise line zipline tour was cancelled, I contacted Zip Fiji directly and they picked us up at port and transported us to the location. 1000+ steps and 16 platforms, so you need to be fit, but an amazing experience. Our guide John was knowledgeable about the area and took terrific pics and vids of our adventures. Our driver then drove us back to the port well before the departure time. Highly recommended!
Annette F — Google review
Had the best time at Zip Fiji. The views are unreal and the boys are all so friendly and helpful. Done the abseil and seen some caves too. Special shout out to Joe he was so amazing at his job and helped to calm when I was nervous to abseil!
Amanda S — Google review
Zip Fiji was pure adrenaline and fun! The course has 16 ziplines that take you over jungle canyons and through different landscapes, with incredible ocean views from the top. The guides were friendly, funny, and made us feel completely safe while showing us little tricks to make the rides even smoother. We also explored caves as part of the tour, which made the experience even more unique. It was a few hours of nonstop excitement, and definitely a must-do while in Fiji. The variety of lines - from shorter warm-up ones to the final long run - kept the excitement building throughout. Seeing the jungle and coastline from such a unique perspective was unforgettable. This is one of those experiences that makes you feel like a kid again, laughing and cheering the whole way down.

Momo Zip Line in Nadi, Fiji is a remarkable place for a family adventure, offering unforgettable thrills and beautiful views that everyone can enjoy together. The experience starts even before the first zip, with a warm welcome from the crew whose energy and kindness set the tone for a fantastic day. They treat all guests, especially families, with extra attention—making everyone feel safe, comfortable, and ready for adventure. The zipline course itself is a highlight, weaving through lush forests and rocky canyons, and featuring a unique limestone cave exploration. Kids and adults alike are captivated by the stories shared by the guides, especially the history of the “cannibal cave,” and everyone will love soaring high above the trees. The guides aren’t just safety experts; they’re comedians, camera-crew, and personal cheerleaders all rolled into one.One thing to note for families: the stair climb up to the first zip platform is no joke! It’s best described as the “Fijian Stair Club”—where every step earns a family a badge in perseverance and a good reason for an extra dessert later. Don’t worry, though; the guides make plenty of stops, offer lots of encouragement, and keep spirits high with jokes and local stories. At the end of the adventure, everyone gathers to enjoy a delicious home-cooked lunch, which is the perfect reward after a morning of climbing, zipping, and laughing. The food is simple but hearty, with enough variety to please adults and children. For families searching for an adventure that blends excitement, local culture, and shared memories, Momo Zip Line Nadi absolutely delivers. Just remember: if you survive the stairs, the rest is pure fun!

Such an amazing experience! We had the best time, and the staff were so lovely and thoughtful they even carried our water bottles in their backpacks and used our phones to record and take photos for us. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every moment and felt completely safe and cared for.
Courtney C — Google review
Really a great experience. Tons of fun zip lines. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And are good at building the excitement with the kids. There are a number of stairs to climb between zip lines. They also have repelling as an option which was great however I don’t recommend this if it is you first time repelling as there is not much training or instruction. The first repel is free air down into a beautiful cavern maybe 40 ft. Second repel is down a cliff face. 20-30 ft. And the last is the smallest. Great adventure park and great views of the coast as well. The guide took great pictures and videos of the kids and the zip lines. Would definitely go again.
Simon H — Google review
This was our first activity to start our holiday journey in Fiji and it did not disappoint. Myself and my partner had a blast. Absolute beautiful views especially when you're zipping through the line from check point to check point. We also were treated to learn the history of the Oho cave and the Tau people which was truly incredible. Massive shout-out to all the staff from Zip Fiji Momi. (especially to our guide on the day Jimmy, vinaka) Thank you for the experience. Professional, welcoming, amazing, with an unbelievable experience that will never be forgotten. They are the top guys to check out in Fiji and will definitely do again.

Nature & Parks
the nicest day trip we did in Fiji. magically dreamed of our most beautiful day in the Fiji Islands, no one should miss the special day trip. you start early in the morning and go from 9 and return at 11:30 in the evening back to the hotel. there is a resort on the island where you can spend the night. We booked a room for the whole day while we were there because we wanted to take a bath and change for the evening, a low-ceilinged room with an outside toilet, spotlessly clean, very different. we swam in clear blue water, had a cooking class in a wood-fired oven with crabs, unbelievable taste of food, we did not expect it, we had never tried it anywhere before. we enjoyed a lot of dancing with singing and music with a terrific fire show. incredible moments. wonderful evening. we had a nice dinner. we went crazy with the sunset
KATERINA L — Google review
The staff are fantastic. The fire show is great. Daily activities are good. The beach side cabins are better than expected.
Robert R — Google review
Definitely try the Robinson island tour in this island It’s one day tour where you get to experience the local Lovo lunch. Also they take you for snorkeling it’s not clear water though.
Kay U — Google review
We did the day and the night tour recently and really loved it. It made for a big day being picked up at 8.30am and not dropped off till 11.30 pm but I think it’s definitely the best way to do it as you don’t feel rushed at all. The village tour was great and we were lucky for the chief to be there at the time. There is lots of fun activities on the island that they have planned for you or you can just relax and enjoy the island. The staff were almost all in the evening show and all amazingly talented. There was some issues with the boat on the way home but the guide was able to quickly lighten the mood by singing some songs. They could improve the boats a little but otherwise the whole experience was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I’m sure we will be back to stay a few nights on the island.
Chris C — Google review
Island great fir day trip with overnight accomadation. We did Robinson Crusoe tour $199FJD included pick up from hotel, river cruise to the island, snorkeling via boat on reef. The lovo was unveiled and the fire walkers did their thing!, lunch was accompanied with a really fun local traditional dance with 8 people, and fire dancing in a fun presentation. After show you can kayak, walk the island, about 1.4 klm loop, learn basket making, medicine walk and the bulla dance to finish off an amazing day!
Rick O — Google review
We went on the sunset cruise and dinner and had a great time. They were even accommodating to our young children. Very friendly people.
Austin J — Google review
Very fun experience! Delicious food and the dancing (professional dance company) was so much fun and quite genuine with the guests. The ride there and back in the boat was particularly nice because some of the dancers came back on the boat with us and were dropped off along the way. Seems to support a good cause!

The marina boasts 52 fully serviced berths and 16 swing moorings, including facilities for superyachts. Visitors can easily access Port Denarau from various hotels on the island via a short taxi ride. Once there, they can explore a retail area with shops, spas, and restaurants.

The marina is stunning, with breathtaking views and a laid-back atmosphere that's ideal for unwinding. The shopping and dining options are excellent, with everything from high-end boutiques to local craft shops and a variety of restaurants serving fresh seafood, Fijian specialties, and international cuisines. The live music and cultural performances add an extra touch of magic to the evenings. It's also the gateway to some of Fiji's best island adventures, with easy access to cruises and day trips. The staff and locals are incredibly friendly, embodying Fiji's famous hospitality. Highly recommend Port Denarau for anyone visiting Fiji – it’s a place where memories are made!

Great places for souvenirs! They have a liquor store, a Rip Curl, a pharmacy, restaurants among other businesses! They also have the best dive shop around- The Purple Turtle! Book any dives with them! They’re incredible! Lots of other things to look at and buy. Definitely worth checking out while you wait for your excursions!
Megan L — Google review
Absolute chaos. But staff are super friendly, lots of very lovely shops. Construction currently happening to renovate the space. Just be mindful of dodgy taxis or people trying to make you get into the wrong bus while forcefully moving you. (It’s ok to say stop).
Steph W — Google review
When i had my trip to fiji i had visited port Denarau twice once for shopping and another time for sailing.I must say that sailing was so amazing. They had offered food, snorkling and amazing experience. For sailing tickets were booked at the same day and it was very crowded. But experience was good. Port was very clean and nicely maintained
Nids — Google review
Nice spot but also where most of the cruise tours and island transfers operate from. It has a small shopping centre including a small supermarket. Also a nice spot for a coffee or lunch.
Ross W — Google review
Shops, bars, restaurants, vibrant marina. Bula bus 10 AUD or 12 local currency. It takes you around the resorts hop on hop off. 20 minutes 1 loop
Hunor S — Google review
This is where you go to see stunning islands. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in this wonderful harbor. Every shop is clean and tidy. You get access to all you need. Before visiting the islands and returning to your resorts, there are a few supermarkets where you can pick up some water, snacks, and alcohol.
A K — Google review
A very pleasant way to spend a few hours during the day, especially the sunset and a couple of good restaurants around plus every now and again twirling firework show. A nice break from just sitting and watching the beach and very easy to get to either by walking or public transport is amply available. There are some luxury yachts every now and again.

Lautoka Market is a typical Fijian roofed market with numerous vendors offering a wide variety of affordable fruits and vegetables. The prices are clearly displayed, and the market provides free Wi-Fi and public restrooms. Conveniently located next to the main bus station, it also offers ample parking and easy access to taxis and buses. With high roofs and good ventilation, it's a spacious place for green shopping, featuring an abundance of stalls selling fresh produce.
First, it's a pretty much typical Fijian roofed market. It has lots of vendors and a great amount of choices for both veggies and fruits at very reasonable prices, which are written on cupboards. It also has 1h of free Wi-Fi and public restrooms for usage. Finally, it's directly adjacent to the main bus station and several over shops and eateries.

Fresh greens, vegetables and fruits 😋
Vorau M — Google review
Great market for fresh fruits and veggies. You can pick up dried kava (sevusevu) here if you're going to visit a village. Definitely try the salt/chili dusted pineapple from the vendor here. Easy Street parking (meters) nearby, and we appreciated the feel of this town market moreso than the vibe in Nadi and Suva.
P B — Google review
Fresh, Friendly, and Stress-Free Very cool market with loads of fresh local fruit and vegetables. I actually preferred it to the Nadi market as here you can browse without being hassled as a tourist. It’s clean, has great street food, and offers everything from fresh veggies, fruit, and eggs to kava and spices. Friendly atmosphere and well worth a visit.
Ari C — Google review
Love this place full on fijian market don't hesitate to haggle they will take full advantage of max sale price if they can there is also more then 1 vendor of any produce or items got a great deal on huge crabs by being seen asking and walking away it is as local and colorful as one could wish for overwhelming at 1st but relax and breath

Nestled on the western coast of Viti Levu, Natadola Beach is a true gem among Fiji's stunning shorelines. Renowned for its soft white sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters, this beach offers an array of activities that cater to every type of traveler. Whether you're keen on snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs or riding horseback along the picturesque shoreline, Natadola Beach has it all.
Often said to be the best beach on the main island and I would have to agree. It was clean and was still swimmable even at low tide, unlike most of the others on the main island. To stay could be expensive as the accommodation choices are the Yatule or Intercontinental resorts. You can do a day visit on your own and swim get a massage or do a horse ride. Both the massage and horse rides are done by the local villagers.
Ross W — Google review
You can participate in a fair number of activities at this beach - besides swimming, sunbathing and strolling along the beach, you can also get a horse ride or a massage at the shelters set by the the locals. The beach itself was average, and the water was not particularly clear or enticing, but there were activities to keep you occupied for at least half a day
CK C — Google review
Aside from the tragically obvious problem of proper rubbish disposal among the locals, the beach itself is very beautiful. Perfect weather (dry season) plenty of white sand beaches to enjoy at low tide, including a long sand spit near the river mouth. Safe for the kids, enough room for everyone to find their patch of tropical peace.
Alan L — Google review
Gorgeous blue water, amazing reefs to snorkel in and friendly locals providing a variety of activities. Accessible with a rental car, which is awesome if your staying on the main island and want to explore- this makes a fantastic day trip. I recommend walking up past the resort and finding the locals who will take you to their island to explore a private beach, snorkel and see an ancient cave! It felt safe swimming here and if you feel like lounging definitely see the locals for massages at better prices than any resort!
Charlotte-Rose — Google review
This is a legitimate sandy beach with waves along the Coral Coast. Best of all, it’s free! You might get friendly harassment from people offering horse rides—just smile and claim your spot in the sand.

Great surfing spot but very windy that day. Recommend to get a massage from the local more than any resort

Stunning swimming beach with soft sand. There is a small massage hut on the beach and locals selling coconuts. The only thing lacking is a changing room and restroom. Otherwise its a greay beach!

Sri Siva Subramaniya Swami Temple is a vibrant Hindu complex located in Nadi town, showcasing traditional Dravidian architecture and intricate wooden carvings of deities brought from India. The temple's colorful exterior and impressive ceiling frescos make it a visual delight. Visitors are required to dress modestly, remove their shoes at the entrance, and refrain from taking photos inside the temple.
An explosion of colour and the biggest Hindu Temple in the Southern Hemisphere, Nadi’s Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple is a feast for the eyes! Featuring ornate carvings of Indian Gods and striking ceiling frescoes, the Temple is one of the few places outside of India where you can see traditional Dravidian architecture. For a small entry fee, you can join the guided tour which runs every half hour between 8.30am – 3.00pm. You'll need to observe a few rules like dressing modestly and removing your shoes. I wish I could have taken more photos, but it was absolutely pouring out, and I was completely soaked. My phone got so wet, it stopped working. I will definitely try and come again while I'm in Fiji.

Interesting Hindu temple in Nadi that has many colorful depictions of their gods on the inside ceiling of the building, as well as around the outside. Beautiful decorative architectural features, although the outside pools were being drained at the time if our visit. Legs and shoulders must be covered and a covering is provided if you are not suitably dressed. Worth checking out.

We did a quick visit while going to Nadi Airport. The temple is great with amazing colors to display. Please note that not all attire’s are welcome and girls are only allowed to wear saree, skirts etc. however good thing is they provide skirts which you can wrap around while visiting the temple and it doesn’t not cost you . The staff was friendly and I was happy to see presence of all Hindu gods there. Don’t forget to visit the restaurant next to temple if you like South Indian. We were not able to visit due to time constraints so cannot comment on food quality.
Richa N — Google review
This is the largest Hindu temple in the Pacific. Built between 1976 - 1986 on the site of a smaller 1926 temple, it reflects the legacy of the Indo-Fijian community, whose ancestors arrived in the late 19th century as indentured labourers for the sugarcane plantations. The temple is a traditional Dravidian architecture, vividly decorated with colourful carvings of Hindu deities.

Visited this temple. Being newly painted the temple is looking very beautiful. The environment is so peaceful.

Amazing temple with exceptional paintings! Your given sarongs to cover your legs and shoulders while visiting. No shoes allowed. The complex was being re painted while we visited and the craftsmanship is stunning!! Was just mesmerized by the entire place. I can imagine it would be a good place for meditation, I noticed an energy shift while I was there. Highly recommend!!

Nadi Market offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture of Fiji. The bustling market is filled with friendly vendors selling an array of fresh produce, seafood, and Indian sweets. Visitors can wander through lively stalls offering affordable prices on items like paw paws, pineapples, and bananas while capturing the colorful scenes with their cameras. This vibrant market provides a chance to mingle with locals and sample exotic fruits and vegetables. Additionally, nearby Chinese bakeries offer more culinary delights to explore.
Would definitely recommend coming here for an authentic Nadi experience. Locals shop here, so prices are very affordable, and there’s fresh juice and cut up seasonal fruits for sale to snack while you walk. Just heaps and heaps of various produce, and very close to the temple and handicrafts market, so definitely worth a visit if you’re in Nadi town!

Interesting place to check out when you are in town. They sell fresh vegetables and fish.

If I lived in this area these markets would be my go to place more incredibly good and almost certainly growing without pesticides and fertilisers of bountiful supplies of fruit and vegetables. Just near there are all sorts of clothing and tourist souvenir markets and it's all very close to the main shopping area. We were able to do the whole lot in just a few hours and it's very interesting
Ross D — Google review
Lovely and cheap fruit and veges. Very friendly people but just don't get scammed. I ended up going with a local to their local shop as they kept nagging me and they kept asking me to buy expensive stuff from their shop. At least I got a cup of cava out of it but just say no thank you!

Fun place to visit and see fruits and from the area. purchased five pineapples and five paw paws for $3 Fijian dollars. Real fruits drink for $2 was absolutely amazing and It was the best juice I had in Fiji. It's pretty busy there with so many locals. A must-see place in Nadi City. Our taxi fare from our Resort Ramada to Nadi town was $15. Although using a bus is an option, taking a taxi is more convenient, but they only accept cash.

Beautiful market with all the colourful local produce. Very friendly vendors just like all the people of Fiji. Crabs and more seafood available on Saturday.Clean enough but lighting could be better. The Leeds cafe thats within the market will cook(curry style)any seafood you purchase, check with the owner first. Photo of cooked Fiji clams (nakai). Some nice Chinese bakeries very nearby. Use the local metered taxi on your trip back to hotel. A Very Good Real Fiji Experience. Please don't deny yourself this.

Nadi markets was a good little stop over to sample the local fruit, veggies and delicacies on offer. There are two main parts of the markets, one selling fruit and vegetables and the other, moreso household miscellaneous items including brooms and kava powder. We got some apples, tomatoes, eggs, casava pie and a local dish with sea grass, tuna, jelly and coconut milk.

The Garden of the Sleeping Giant, located near Nadi, is a serene retreat at the foot of the Nausori Highlands. It features over 2,000 varieties of orchids and native plants, offering tranquil paths and picnic areas for visitors to enjoy. Additionally, nearby Sabeto Mud Baths provide a unique experience with natural mud believed to have healing properties. Visitors can cover themselves in mud, let it dry, and then wash it off in natural hot pools.
What a breathe taking experience. So stunning & the staff were just beyond nice. It’s really gorgeous to take in the different orchids, durian (which I’ve never seen actually on the tree) and tropical plants that grow. Cute little kitties to pat (so bring some cat food if you can). Definitely a worthy visit even if it’s hot!

Experience was okay. There was no sign board leading to the gardens at the main road. Had to ask few residents from around the area. Also the gardens are maintained well but there were no orchids. I am guessing this season was not the ideal one. Maybe go for the trail walk, very peaceful.
Archana D — Google review
Lovely rambling gardens, well maintained paths and plenty of seating to rest if the heat gets a bit much. A nice cold glass of fresh juice after our walk was a welcome inclusion in the ticket price. As always, the staff here were friendly and welcoming.
Roy J — Google review
This fell short if my expectations as I've visited lots of gardens. I do not feel it was worth the entry fee and travelling time to get here. Could have easily given this one a miss. The road leading to this garden is a dirt road and very bumpy. Our taxi driver went so slow similar to a walking pace and was getting overtaken by vans and other cars. There were times I thought the gravel and rocks would damage the car but luckily this didn't happen. This might be worthwhile if you are a fan of orchids. The website states there are 2,000 different types of orchids. They are located at the start of the walk. If I had known this I would've slowed down and attempted to take them in. I'm from Brisbane so for me excluding the orchids this felt like a rainforest walk. I was familiar with a lot of the trees and plants growing here. It was hot on the day we visited and we also had our 10 month old with us. If you are bringing your little one don't bother with a pram as you'll have to leave it at just after the orchids section/ toilet block (at the beginning) unless you want to carry it up lots of stairs. The stairs are not equally spaced apart so you really need to pay attention where you are stepping. If you are after a view follow the signs to the lookout. It's quite steep so it may not suit all ability levels and there are only two spots with shade. While there was a nice view at the top it wasn't spectacular. We didn't spend much time up there. It didn't take us much time to walk through the garden and return to the entrance. The driving time to and from Nadi was more than the amount of time we spent in the garden. At the end of the walk you get a sweet drink and you can sit down in shade. Disclaimer: the last photo I've included is of the 'Sleeping Giant' but I took this from Port Danarau and not on the way to this garden.
Katie — Google review
Beautiful little garden perfect for a relaxing short trip. The garden is well taken care of and after your visit you’ll get a free refreshment. There is a restaurant and toilet facilities. The collection of orchids is the highlight and you can also take a rainforest track on wooden planks and hike up a small hill to the viewpoint. Overall a very nice and short adventure. For proper wilderness hikes I recommend the national parks.

Mud pools was a fantastic experience. So much fun and our skin felt amazing afterwards. Also had massages outdoors which were really good. Management was a little disorganised with the massages as we had a big group. We had booked in advance so we expected a little better but otherwise it was overall a great day. Highly recommend

I've never had a mud bath before. Thought I'd give it a go. You apply the mud to your body. It helps if you are with another person to help you get fully covered. I guess it's like a mud face mask. While you are drying you are given a story about how this place came to be. You then take a dip in two warm pools one of which is warmer than the other. After washing the mud off my skin felt nice and soft. You have the option to take a massage. Overall it's a nice little experience to do. This place wasn't too far from our hotel. I'm not sure I would recommend coming too far to carry out this activity.

I spent the day at Tifajek Mud Pool and Hot Springs with my team (Canada Ravens Rugby League), and it was the best self-care experiences I’ve ever had. The natural mud pools followed by the hot springs were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I opted into the massage offered and this took me right into a nap! The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the whole experience felt authentic and refreshing. 10/10 would highly recommend visiting if you’re ever in the Fiji Islands!

Lovely messy experience. Slathering yourself with mud and waiting for it to dry, then bathing in really warm baths that are naturally heated by the earth. Well worth the visit, and naturally your skin will love you after!

It's amazing how the world works. We were lucky enough to come across a driver not too long after we landed in Fiji. This fine gentleman offered to drive us around the island for a very reasonable fee. This was one of the last stops on our journey. Full disclosure, I did not go into the hot springs. I'm a bit of a neat freak, and I just mentally couldn't do it. My wife on the other hand, was all in. She had a BLAST, and really enjoyed herself both with the springs and with her guide. She provided an exceptional history of the island as well as the property. One of the main reasons I love travelling, the process of learning all about parts of the world that I've seen in movies and read about in books. If you are fortunate enough to get to Fiji, do spend your time at your resort and whatnot. But please don't forget to head out into the country and find these little jewels. You will be glad that you did.

The park offers a Hut for overnight camping with cooking facilities, although prior booking may be necessary. Amazing views at the top! I didn't have an AWD vehicle but went slow and was okay. Wame was my tour guide and was both watching for my safety and extremely knowledgeable!

All you need to know! ⛰️ 🥾 🇫🇯 Location - Google maps is reliable and brings you to the village were you find the ticket office 🎟️ Entrance Fee | Parking - 25$ per person without a guide / extra fees for a guide | free parking at the site Trail - The park officer will explain the trails to you and you can choose which one you want to hike! It’s best to wear hiking shoes, long trousers (high grass which causes skin irritation) or proper shoes / no sandals. I would say the trail difficult is a T1 to T2 Level We have done the waterfall trail up the stream which took around 2 hours in total. Food - You can order food before you head up the trail and a friendly village family will prepare it for you Wildlife - If you are lucky you’ll spot the famous Kaka 🦜, other birds and squirrels Hope this helps. Have a nice hike ⭐️ All the best, Stefan

Koroyanitu is an amazing wilderness with beautiful waterfallls, massive trees and tree ferns, and amazing flowers across a rugged landscape. This is the real deal. You will hike challenging trails, even through the root systems of some of the largest trees I have ever seen. Apparently a place with significant biodiversity, yet little research, Koroyanitu deserves your attention. Bring water, sunscreen and 25 fjd per person (well worth it) and give yourself several hours to explore. Trails are moderate to advanced. High clearance vehicle recommended.

Koroyanitu National Park in Fiji is a hidden gem waiting to be explored by nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers alike. Spanning over 39,000 acres, this pristine wilderness offers a diverse array of landscapes, from lush rainforests to rugged mountain peaks. Trekking through the park unveils stunning vistas, cascading waterfalls, and rich biodiversity, including rare endemic species. The park is also steeped in cultural significance, with ancient archaeological sites and traditional Fijian villages dotting the landscape. Visitors can immerse themselves in the local culture, partake in guided hikes, or simply unwind amidst the serenity of nature. Koroyanitu National Park is a haven for those seeking to reconnect with the natural world and discover the true essence of Fiji.

staff are very communicative on whatsapp, which was helpful because i visited on a day that had light rainfall. overall i had an enjoyable hike, but as a female solo traveler had a questionable guide that made a few inappropriate comments. although i do recommend getting a tour guide because they know the landscape very well (since they live in the nearby village), i suggest female travelers go with company :-)

Awesome place to be at. I didn't even know that it's a National Park until a person visiting told me and I went along to discover with her. The long drive inland was totally worth it. Very mountaneous walk from Abaca Village to the waterfall. We had a guide all along. He took us to two waterfalls, we had Jamun fruit. However I feel the place lacks popularity and is underrated. Also, the tracks, road from the village to lodge could be taken care of. Overall, fantastic experience!

Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park - Visitor Information Center

Nature & Parks
The Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park is a stunning nature preserve with towering sand dunes, scenic trails, and picturesque lookout points. Established in 1987, it holds rich historical significance as archaeologists have unearthed ancient relics dating back over two millennia. The park also serves as the challenging training ground for Fiji's Olympic gold medal-winning Rugby 7s team. Visitors can explore the archaeological site, relax on the beach, or immerse themselves in local culture.
Great experience/ idea for a family adventure ("time out") from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Good time to connect to the natural surroundings and explore a historical and cultural heritage site. Took the "Yatolekaleka", the short walk around 2.2km (distance on the smart watch) with the family on Saturday, 19th April 2025, at around 12.30pm. This scenic walk lasted about 54 minutes for us (estimated to be circa 1 hour). Recommended to go for this walk in the morning, go in a group, take bottled water, wear a hat & sunglasses, comfortable shoes (canvas or crocs), a camera or your mobile phone for photos, and pace yourself. Please check in the Office first for a briefing on the trail. We paid FJD21.00 for 2 adults, and 2 children. Truly loved this first time experience and looking forward to more opportunities in future.
Thomas S — Google review
Our visit to the Sigatoka Sand Dunes was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the tour guide at the front desk made us feel welcome — friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful. We chose to do the walk without a guide, and it was perfectly manageable. The trails are clearly marked, and signs along the way helped keep us on track. We opted for the longer 2-hour loop, and it was absolutely worth it — the epic scenery of rolling dunes, coastal forest, and sea views made it feel like a different world. The kids had a great time too, discovering insects and plants, and finding little surprises along the way, like the woven tree-hugging figures tucked in the forest (a bit spooky, but cool and memorable!). It was a great mix of nature, adventure, and learning. Highly recommend starting early to avoid the heat, bringing water, hats, and good walking shoes. Overall, this was one of the most unique and beautiful nature experiences in Fiji — perfect for families or groups.
Lily T — Google review
We did the shortest loop walk through the forest to the beach and thoroughly enjoyed it. The sand dunes are beautiful, but make sure you go early in the morning or wear close toed shoes if you plan on being there for awhile- we went at 12:00 and the sand was so hot! Gorgeous beach to walk along and the bats in the Mahokoni trees were adorable
Charlotte-Rose — Google review
We enjoyed our visit to this national park. We did the 1 hour loop trail, knowing it would take us 2 hours anyway. Why? Our children spent an hour on the beach making huts with driftwood! We had so much fun, so this was a great family outing. The view is stunning. You only see the sand dunes in a distance when walking the short trail. You walk through the dunes with vegetation, which we also enjoyed. On our way back you walk though the woods with thousands bats hanging in the trees. I recommend you walk the route following the landmarks in order. This way you will walk downhill on loose sand instead of uphill. The park highly recommends not to walk in-between 11:00-15:00 because of the extreme heat. But it's doable during dry season when the temps are lower and you often have cloudy days. You can come here with a taxi from Sigatoka or take the white public bus ($0,91 per ticket).

Ultimate Guide to Sigatoka Sand Dunes 🏜️ Entrance Fee - 10$ Fiji Dollar entrance fee (cash or card) Opening Hours of the Park - Visiting the park is only possible from 8am until 4:30pm Important - Due to excessive heat it is recommended to visit the park between 8-11am in the morning hours ! Reception - You have to go to the ranger reception and enter your name in the registry (safety reasons) they will also explain important details to you Trail | Level T1 to T2 - The trail itself is rather flat with no crazy elevations except if you climb up the sand dunes. It is recommended to wear proper shoes. You can choose different trails (see pictures) Wildlife - You will see many spiders, insects, squirrels, butterflies, bees, lizards and other creatures What to bring - Hiking shoes or proper shoes. Enough drinking water and some snacks Parking & Facilities - Free parking at the entrance and clean toilets at the entrance Hope this is helpful ☀️ Enjoy and stay hydrated 🐪

Beautiful place for a short hike. There is a large colony of flying foxes that can be seen hanging in the trees. The view from the top of the dunes is well worth the walk. Best to avoid walking in the heat of the day, as large parts of the walk are out in the open.

Kula wild adventure park is one of the most recommended activities to do when you are in Fiji. If you are with young kids who love water then this is definitely a place for you. The park has 3 main activities Animal encounter and tortoise feeding, zip lining and water slide/ water area for smaller kids. Please check the site for prices on each activity, based on what you want to do you can select for a combo or individual tickets. Animal encounter have snake holding and lizard holding( can’t recall exact name 😛). You also get to touch and feed the tortoise. There are lot of parrots and few other birds to watch inside. Zip lining is a good experience which even young kids can do. Water slide is nice and was fun for my 10yr old daughter and 5 yr old son who did it at least 10 times.

Lovely wildlife park to go and visit if you are down at the Coral Coast. Many attractions for kids such as zip line and water slide, though the additional cost is quite high. Food at cafeteria available on site. Many aviaries with colourful birds as well as reptiles and turtles. Glorious vegetation and forest along the paths and boardwalks. Well worth checking out.
Andy B — Google review
We walked over from the Outrigger resort in time for the 11am turtle feed. We then enjoyed a hot steamy walk up into the top of the rainforest. Saw hundreds of fruit bats in trees across the valley above the zip wire platforms. We walked through the aviary and the reptile house, not a lot of space for the animals but this is a rescue centre for illegally captured animals so must be a lot better than they were used to.

Enjoyed the opportunity to hold the reptiles .Exhibits were ok and zip line enjoyed by my adult son. Probably more suited to families with children but we enjoyed the two jours we spent their. Do feel it's a little overpriced.

Kula Wild Adventure Park is Fiji's biggest Family Fun Park and Ecological Preserve. It is located on Fiji's largest island, Viti Levu, in Korotogo near Sigatoka. Initially established as a 'bird park' in the late 1980s, the Park displayed typical species but ran into hard times. By 1996, the Park was in shocking condition with most birds in dire need of proper nutrition and care. Kula Eco Park Management bought the Park in 1997 and immediate action was taken to save the Park's inhabitants. It sits on a 28 acre property set in three beautiful valleys, with 12 acres of very dense coastal forest. There are huge walk-through enclosures that put the visitor inside the habitats of their kula (collared lory), resident parrots, doves, water birds, bats, and reptiles. Marine displays of ocean turtles, soft and hard coral, and tropical fish provide a glimpse of the spectacular marine world that surrounds the 300+ Islands of Fiji. With almost a kilometer of wooden walkways, bridges, rest areas and two (very expensive) cafes, the park provides their visitors with the opportunity to experience the ‘wild side’ of Fiji in comfortable and safe surroundings. I had the opportunity to hold a rare Fijian Iguana at the interaction area. I absolutely hate things that scuttle and scurry, and I was SO scared that I was just shaking all over. I drew the line at holding the Boa Constrictor! Then there is not forgetting their Rollercoaster Zip Rail, the first of its kind in Fiji. As well as a kiddies splash pool with water jets, slides, and more. Every visit is vital to the Breeding Programmes and Student Education Courses they offer and they heavily rely on public support. It is actually extremely expensive for what you get. The kids would appreciate it more, but at $75 per adult, $35 per child, and $3 one small scoop ice creams, it's going to be a very expensive day out. Note: the outside step is very high with no railings. I had to hold on to the column/post and pull myself up. The wheelchair ramp is so steep that it wasn't an option at all.
Joanie B — Google review
Great variety of wildlife to explore at your pwn pace. Also has good kids activities to enjoy. Premises is also fairly accessible for wheelchair users.

Made me a kid again. I was able to hold a native iguana and a boa. We saw birds and live coral and sea turtles, which we got to feed. Saw active fruit bats. We went zip lining [thank you Junior (must do)] and water sliding is a perfect way to cool off and end your day!!

Naihehe Cave

Great experience, our guides Zac and Tia really made this an adventure. Before entering the cave, you have the Kava ceremony with the chief of the local village. The caves were great, but you do need to crouch really low to get in, and you are in the river when entering. The caves are full of history and rock formations, which were all explained by the cave guide. Lunch was provided consisting of local produce. Travel to the caves included a river crossing by boat and then off-road land-rover. All in all a great trip.
Andy T — Google review
We did the Naihehe Cave 4WD Safari and had a fantastic day, the scenery and the caves themselves were amazing. Our guide Sadam and driver Zac (also the cook) did a great job of explaining village life and the history of the caves. Expect to get wet in the cave! I would have no trouble recommending this tour or even the tour company as all the staff we dealt with which was a few were exceedingly friendly and helpful.
Ross W — Google review
We made the trip to Naihehe Cave with the Off Road Cave Safari Tour. The caves are beautiful and the knowledge of our guide was excellent. Would definitely recommend a visit to any tourists on Viti Levu. The deepest water went to about knee height, and there is one section where you need to crouch/crawl under to get to the main caverns (second photo is the gap). If you’re claustrophobic I wouldn’t recommend visiting this cave. It’s very spacious inside but you need to go through this gap to get there. Wear thongs, waterproof sandals, or reef shoes inside. No bats or animals in the cave, with lovely fresh clean water.

An off road adventure through rural farmlands and villages, with epic views and a huge cave to explore. What a day! It only got better with the amazing team that took us on the trip with shared lunch and Kava.

Magnificent look at the cultural but also geological history of Fiji! Even as an indigenous person, the impact these caves had on me was mind blowing. Quite a unique experience that is a must do.

Our Naihehe Cave Safari in Sigatoka was an absolute gem of an experience—thrilling, cultural, heartfelt, and filled with laughter. From the moment we met our guide Sadam and driver Moses, we knew we were in good hands. Sadam was not only informative but also incredibly engaging. He shared the story of his name—born during the Gulf War—and other memorable village naming traditions, like a child named Lockdown during COVID. Naturally, we joked that Moses must’ve been born during biblical times—he looked great for his age! On our way to the caves, we picked up several villagers heading to a funeral, which gave us a genuine glimpse into Fijian customs and the spirit of community. It was touching and respectful, and Sadam helped us understand the meaning behind what we were witnessing. The caves themselves were breathtaking and full of mystery—towering rock formations, the eerie remnants of a cannibal oven, a romantic wedding cavern, and even a hidden pregnancy chamber where women once waited out secret births. The stories brought the cave to life. Getting through the tunnels required a sense of adventure—we crouched, crawled, and waded through ankle-deep water, often on slippery, uneven rock. It felt like stepping back in time into a secret world. After the cave exploration, we were treated to a delicious BBQ lunch prepared by Moses himself. The grilled sausages were sizzling hot and full of flavor, paired perfectly with an abundant spread of fresh local fruits and vegetables. Every moment of this tour was memorable—equal parts history, humor, heart, and hands-on adventure. If you’re looking for something off the beaten path that combines culture, exploration, and incredible food, don’t miss the Naihehe Cave Safari. Highest praise to Sadam and Moses for making it unforgettable!

Visited this cave with Saddam through Sigatoka offroad safari. He was amazing. He's a local villager with the best knowledge. Spot the cannibal oven (don't be fooled, the bone on it is not human) Make sure to get the the chief's approval before entering.

I really liked it alot, very large area with the somewhat spooky/interesting backstories told by the locals, the only downside is that the entry fee is quite high for the locals.

Booz is a little expensive. The produce they did have was great but sold out of a lot of stuff when I was there. What you'd expect from a tropical island store in the middle of the Pacific. Not gonna find a Coles or Woolies here so make due 🤙

There is a nice breakfast restaurant at the hotel nearby. Reasonable prices. Cheaper that most hotels in the area...

It's a nice little setup in a spot that has no competition for miles around. And the prices show it. I wouldn't do my weekly grocery shopping here, but it's good for picking something up on a road trip.

Oh my goodness our time here was INCREDIBLE! Bruce took us out to the mini break and we all had so much fun learning to surf! The beach from hammocks were a favourite for the kids and the coconut pina colada was up there with one of the best I’ve ever had!!! Absolutely incredible experience and I can’t wait to go back!!!

I am one of the local surfers, Bruce has been teaching me to surf since I was 10 years old. I have now won many comps thanks to Bruce!
Apisai T — Google review
I did the 5-day surf camp with Bruce (with a dorm-bed accommodation at The Beachhouse) The resort staff were super cool and friendly. Mingling with fellow travellers was easy thanks to meeting them at the surfing + the really chill vibes of the place. Food was excellent each night and reasonably priced. My dorm room + communal showers were also nice. The roaming family-friendly dogs were a really great part of my stay. Doing surfing each day in a row turned out to be a solid amount of work (given the conditions) but this was all totally worth it, when some good waves rolled in and my muscles + balance were ready (kinda). In addition to his helpful surfing tips, Bruce also took us out for sunset beverages. I wish I had visited this place years ago. I can't wait to return.

This is our second trip to surf with Bruce at Endless Summer Fiji. He has got so much experience, was very accomodating, nothing was ever a problem, & ensured that our family had a fantastic time on the water. We went again as we found the memories we made as a family would be something we would never forget. Thank you so much Bruce for such a great experience.

I had so much fun on the board and in the waves! I felt super safe all the time and the instructor took really good care about me and my friends. I stand up really easily! Makes me wanna stay here and practice for a while.

Highly recommend to anyone who’s planning to go to Fiji! I’m a 35 year old who has never surfed before. With the magical help of Bruce I managed to actually surf! Great times, fantastic instructor! 🏄🏻‍♀️

I booked this camp for my brother as a gift, based on the great reviews and it wasn’t a disappointment😉: My Brother Mike had the best time of his life. As a solo traveller and intermediate surfer he enjoyed the surf lessons and activities. Bruce was a champion and made everyone feel welcome. 10/10 for experience🍍
Pia K — Google review
So, it is difficult to get a surf lesson in one day. Bruce, the teacher, does a decent job, but I believe should spend a few more minutes on shore training. it is a very quick lesson on shore before heading out, and I think too short. There are some very basics that can be learned on sand that can help the water experience immensely. Once in the water, Bruce was helpful. That said I wish he were a bit more engaged in the ongoing learning and teaching. It feels as though, as a good surfer, he has checked out a bit with trying to teach the newer bunch. Listen, teaching newbies all the time is tough work. Bruce does a decent job at this, and I would go back again. That said, I would do a one day deal, and not much more than that, as on day 2-3 I don't believe you'd get your money's worth.

Shark Diving
Aqua-Trek Beqa Dive Center, located in Pacific Harbor, Fiji, offers a unique and thrilling shark diving experience. Visitors can safely encounter various shark species such as bull and tiger sharks in their natural habitat. The center's knowledgeable and energetic crew ensures a safe and enjoyable underwater experience for divers of all levels. In addition to shark dives, Aqua-Trek also offers opportunities to explore stunning coral reefs and wrecks.
Had a brilliant experience over 2 days of diving here. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Felt completely at ease under water and safe regarding nature of what’s happening. Plenty of staff underwater covering the wall of shark dive! Got the chance to see bull sharks, reef sharks (white tip, black tip and grey) and plenty of nurse sharks. Would defiantly do a return trip and would recommend this dive company to anyone.

Two separate successful, amazing dives with Aqua Trek. I joined a Saturday two-tank shark dive and had an excellent experience. The boat was clean and uncrowded. The crew and dive masters fun and motivated but still attentive to all 10 divers. We had a ratio of 5 dive masters to 10 divers and each DM had a large aluminum pole for safety. Visibility was not great but I was told that is normal for winter dives after recent rains. Rode the boat for 15-20 minutes to the main area and about half way to Beqa island. I scheduled a coral dive for a Sunday the following week, but weather scrubbed the dive. Aqua Trek called me as I was enroute to the dive shop to explain the cancellation. I made the Sunday two-tank coral dive about two weeks later and had another good experience. Everyone was professional and the equipment in great condition. Good visibility, plenty of wrecks, and some large sharks following us around as we enjoyed the beautiful coral. The price was expensive for a single day of diving but overall the experience was worth it. Recommended if you are on the south coast of Fiji.

Best diving school in Fiji Pacific harbor. We did our open water course with Apy, he was outstanding. Not just that we did our shark dive here as well. Manao,Fabi,Las,Simi,Captain Edy, Las(2) and all the other boys out there we're very welcoming, helpful, patient and easy to approach. They always answered our queries and questions with a big smile. They made us feel like a part of their own crew family, giving much more confident we needed during our dives. All equipments were top-notch, quality instructors and highly experienced divers. Aqua treak beqa has a safest record of 28 years, which will make you feel more comfortable during the shark dive. Boys are flawless in the ocean, attention to the topmost details and always highly alert on safety. Anyone coming to Pacific harbor we definitely recommend Aqua trek for scuba diving and shark dive. The whole experience was above and beyond because of the wholesome effort the crew puts into.

We did two shark dives in the morning with Aquatrek Dive Center, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcome and comfortable. All the staff are local and truly fantastic, so friendly, professional, and passionate about what they do. The dive guides were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel safe and well-prepared. During the dives, we saw a large number of bull sharks up close, and the entire experience was conducted in a very respectful and controlled way. We felt completely safe and in good hands the whole time. You can really tell how much the team cares about the ocean, the sharks, and their guests. We highly recommend Aquatrek to anyone looking for a safe and thrilling shark diving adventure in Fiji!

The shark dive was amazing, I can 100% recommend it! I had some issues with my BCD, I couldn’t inflate it because it was leaking air, but the crew made sure I am okay during both dives, someone was all the time keeping an eye on me, which made me feel safe all the time. You can clearly see that safety is the most important for them, which makes a beginner diver like me feel relaxed and calm. I am glad we chose them, the team is very professional, everything went smooth.

I booked a Shark Experience dive and was very nervous, ended up sitting out the first dive. All eight dive guides came up to me asking what they could do to make me more comfortable. I ended up having a singular instructor with me the entire time, that gave a very hands-on experience. They all cheered for me for being brave, which was really sweet. Could not recommend more.

The whole team at Aqua Trek was fantastic! I just got my open water cert a few weeks prior to this trip, so am still very new at diving. I did 4 coral days with them and then 2 shark days. On the first day with them, they assigned a guide just to me to ensure I was comfortable in the water amd diving. Sam was so patient and literally held my hand for the entirety of the first dive. By the next dive he stayed with me, but I was much more comfortable. They made sure I was always in a small group the rest of the week. Although the biggest group I saw the whole time was 6 divers to 1 guide on a coral dive. During shark dives they had many more guides and made us all feel very safe. A big shout out and thank you to the captains Eddie and Las and all of the dive guides, including Sam, Apy, Wase, Simi and the rest. They really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They are all fun to be around and seem to prioritize safety. Thank you for such a memorable trip!

Beqa Adventure Divers offers an unforgettable experience at the Shark Reef Marine Reserve, known for its abundant shark population. With 20 diverse dive sites, Beqa is renowned as the Soft Coral Capital of the world. The company's shark dives provide encounters with eight different shark species, including bull sharks, tiger sharks, and tawny nurses. During the dive, participants witness hand feeding and observe sharks swarming around a trash can filled with tuna heads.
The MOST amazing shark dive ever! There were close to 40 bull sharks. I was so impressed with the organization and safely protocols implemented. I never felt like I was in danger and always had a few of the dive crew watching over me. The detailed information and visual aids were outstanding. I will definitely be back, but next time will stay closer to this establishment!

Highly professional. Very structured and organized. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Around 40 Bull Sharks on our dives, plenty of Lemon, Grey Reef, Blacktip and Nurse Sharks too. Business is run by an expat and likely the best address for the Shark Dive among multiple operators.

We had a fantastic time diving with Beqa Adventure Divers! We have worked and dove with sharks around the world and this operator is responsible, safe, and gets incredible shark action. They also work with Fiji Shark Lab to contribute to scientific discovery in the area surrounding the local sharks which is incredible! Next time we are in Fiji we will absolutely be diving with them again! 🦈

Incredible diving experience. Thank you for a life changing experience. I can’t wait to come back. My team were so knowledgeable & very supportive to myself as a solo beginner diver. I was made welcome, gear set up for me & a gentle offer to have someone assist me defend I was encouraged folded naturally into the small group of us. This is such a special team, a special ethic & philosophy & with no doubt I felt completely safe & the team & guests all were protected at all times. Thank you 🙏 The experience was sublime, I can’t wait to come back and watch such an incredible experience shark encounters are breathtaking.

This was one of the best dive experiences I’ve ever had! I have dived all over the world, and Beqa Adventure Divers shark dive is PHENOMENAL! With such a professional and organised team (Malakai, Kenny, Harry and Selio) and clear instructions, I felt safe and their competence allowed to put all my attention on the 5 different shark species! Bull, lemon, tawny nurse, white tip, black tip and one aloof silver tip- we saw it all! And the grouper was the biggest one I’ve ever seen! We loved it so much we came back for a second day! Thank you to the team for making this possible! I feel so lucky to have been able to experience this with Beqa Adventure Divers!

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Beqa Adventure Divers! From start to finish, the entire operation ran like a well-oiled machine — professional, organised, and with safety at the forefront at every stage. Their dive procedures were top-notch, giving us total confidence and peace of mind, even in such an adrenaline-filled environment. The dive site itself was absolutely stunning — crystal-clear visibility, vibrant reef life, and, of course, the stars of the show: the sharks. Dozens of them, from multiple species, all moving gracefully through the water just metres away. It was awe-inspiring and deeply humbling. The guides and crew were incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and respectful — not just of the divers, but of the sharks and the ocean environment. You can tell they truly care about conservation and education. This is more than just a dive — it’s an unforgettable experience run by a world-class team. If you’re coming to Fiji and love diving (or sharks), Beqa Adventure Divers is absolutely unmissable.

I had an amazing time diving with Beqa Adventure Divers! From start to finish, the entire team was super friendly, professional, and welcoming — special thanks to Levani, Manu, and Sai, the local dive masters, who were not only highly skilled but also made every dive feel fun and enjoyable. The crew and boat captains were equally kind and attentive, making the whole experience smooth and well-organized. The facilities are new, clean, and in excellent condition, which adds a lot to the overall comfort and professionalism of the operation. The shark dive itself was absolutely incredible — thrilling, perfectly managed, and conducted with great safety.

Rivers Fiji offers an exhilarating experience for visitors to Fiji, taking them on a journey through the tropical rainforest and canyons of the Namosi Valley just outside Pacific Harbour. With options for single kayak or group raft rides, there's something for everyone looking for a unique adventure in Fiji. The team at Rivers Fiji is known for their kindness and dedication to ensuring visitors have an unforgettable experience.
One of the best adventures I’ve had! You are picked at a specific location at a specific time and driven (1-1.5 hour drive) to where you get all the gear and head to the river. Once you get to the raft, your teams guide gives you a set of demos and instructions and you head out. There were about 26 waterfalls in the 4-6 hours of this trip. The guide knew every nook and cranny and led us very skillfully. He had about 26 years of experience and was very informative, funny and had lots of patience. We stopped halfway into the trip and had lunch that was included in the trip. The guides quickly set up tables of fresh local fruits, juices, cold cuts, sandwiches etc. A very pleasant experience.

Rivers Fiji is a must do no matter where you are spending your time on this/these beautiful islands. Be sure to include this adventure in your itinerary. Everyone involved with the company was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure the guest’s safety and happiness were met with high standards. The lunch was amazing and abundant! Start to finish I felt comfortable and attended to. This is all without even getting into how fascinating the scenery is! The beauty and magic of this one of a kind experience was jaw dropping. The customer service matches the atmosphere, top notch! Vinaka (thank you) to Tobi and Moses they kept the fun going and were very informative. I will come back to Fiji just to do this again someday. Money comes and goes. Experiences last a lifetime. Book it!

We had one of the best days while staying in Fiji. Mozes, Abraham and Noah were perfect rafting/tour guides. Maka was the best bus driver on the scenic road. The day just flyby. We started at Pacific Harbour at 6:45am, the trip to rafts/river took us about 1h45min. Rafting was very adventurous, our guide Abraham told us many interesting things about history of Fiji and river and life on Fiji. Somewhere in the middle we had lunch. And than we ended up in village. We were back at starting point around 4-5pm.

This is possibly the best activity you will do when visiting Fiji! My partner and I booked this tour whilst holidaying from Australia. The business is owned by an American who consulted with the local village and ensures that 20% of all proceeds are given back to the village as well as any tips given the the guides going directly to them and their family. The company only employs guides from the village to provide a source of income and allow those closest with the river and region to share their knowledge with visitors. Our journey started with complimentary pick up from our hotel in Pacific Harbour and included an approx 1.5 hr drive with a break in between to have some home made banana bread. The staff go through a thorough safety briefing and provide all equipment that you might require. The boats are in great condition and appeared mostly new. The best part of the experience starts once you climb on board your raft and work together with your guide to paddle down the upper navua river. With the constant gentle current, the activity is not strenuous and very manageable for anyone wanting a fun day on the water in an untouched part of Fiji. The gorge and initial 45 minutes was some of the most spectacular scenery we have seen with 30m sheer cliffs towering over a crystal clear channel of water. Our guide, Sammy, was the ultimate highlight. He did an excellent job at explaining the connection to his local village, the natural history of the river and how to make the most of our day on the water. He was entertaining, did a fantastic job at ensuring everyone on the raft was having fun and didn’t shy away from some friendly competition against the other rafts. Approx just under half of the trip is shaded by trees so you aren’t too hot, and there are a few waterfall stops to allows those wanting to cool down a chance to swim. They provide lunch at a beautiful creek if the water isn’t too high and there are plenty of options for everyone. It is simple but very tasty and generous when considering it has to be paddled down in rafts! We had the greatest day and could not recommend this trip enough to anyone considering it. The only regret you will have is not booking this trip!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Fantastic trip for me (53 yrs old) and my 20 year old son. Toby was our guide. I loved the stories he told about his village and the Fijian way of life. The rapids were very mellow (class 1 & 2) in early September which made for a nice slow trip down the river so we really got to experience the beauty of the canyon. The lunch was simple and very good; fresh cut fruit and a make-your-own sandwich bar. Transportation arrangements were well organized. It was a long day, 12 hours from pick up and drop off. We were staying at the InterContinental Resort at Natadola Bay and got picked up at 6:15am. Great value trip for the price.

Amazing experience! The people of the village is what made the tour so special! The kava ceremony was incredible compared to one other that we had seen on the island. The main tour guide was very funny, with the right amount of good sass! 😊 The food we had for lunch was probably the best food I’ve had in Fiji so far, everything went together so well and the chicken made underground was delicious. It was great to see how everything is made and cooked in the village as well as meeting all the little ones and the school. Extra special thanks to the tour guide on the river! Thank you for making the float extra special! ☺️ thank you for the fiji water and all the extras I got to do! 💧🛶 Vinaka vaka-levu! 💜

We took the Fiji Combo Day Tour and it was just the most rewarding experience ever! Made the 6 hours return bus ride totally worth it. The whole trip lasted close to 12 hours with 5 hours of it being activities time. Loved every moment of it, from the motorised Canoe ride & Bamboo rafting along the beautiful Navua River, to soaking and swimming in the majestic Magic Waterfall, every moment was just magical! The visit to the local village was exceptionally well organised and the local tour guide, Nem, is eloquent, humorous and the best tour guide one can ask for! The food prepared by the local women, dance songs and performances, including their traditional Kava ceremony and lovo lunch is 10 out of 10! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fiji, a tour not to be missed!

We didn’t do a whole lot in Fiji as this was suppose to be a relaxing trip. We only booked two tours but I have to say I’m glad this was one of the tours we booked. A round trip of 6 hours but all worth it. The tour was amazing and it’s a must in Fiji. It started off at the village with a boat ride to the magical falls. Make sure you have your camera on when you walk pass the first mini waterfalls by the stairs. The view walking towards the falls is mind blowing and you wouldn’t want to miss that out on video. So all the bloggers and influencers wanting an amazing content this is a must have in Fiji. This falls is gorgeous. Water is a bit cooler so it’s great for a swim. When we left the falls we did a bit of bamboo rafting before we got back to the boat to head back to the village. This is where all the fun begins. You get treated like you’re part of the family. The people there were amazing. We got a welcome ceremony which included cava ceremony. To top it off we had a Fijian lunch which was amazing and I must admit was so much better than the food we’ve been having in our hotel. You learn a lot about their culture. They also offer massage and a few activities for the kids. I also recommend tourist to buy their souvenir from the local villages like this one instead of hotels and souvenir shops. Just because the profit goes straight to their people instead of the big companies. They also give you proof to show it’s treated wood so you can take them home with u. The only feedback to Nem and his crew is to give the visitors a bit more time to buy their souvenir from the ladies. I felt like some of us didn’t get enough time to buy more souvenirs. But special mention to Nem who was absolutely amazing and also the women for cooking us an amazing meal.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this tour. Not only was it incredibly fun, but every staff member we chatted to was amazing, the experience was unforgettable, the food was the best we'd had all trip, and everything was such a blast. When we signed up, we didn't know that it was an entire day trip, and we had to fly out that night. We were advised to cancel by others who were worried about us getting back to the Nadi airport in time. I reached out to the tour operator, Scott, who was amazing at communicating (especially when I had such a last minute request). He made sure that we got back on time, and that everyone on the tour was aware and considerate of our timeline. he even stored our bags safely for us so we could go straight to the airport upon our return. Our driver, Apisai was so friendly, and pointed out spots of interest and answered all of our questions about Fiji on the drive (which was a loooooong drive). Nem, the guide, was an absolute treat; so kind and positive, and definitely made the tour! from his jokes and sunny disposition, to his deep knowledge about the environment and culture, this tour was the highlight of our trip. He made it so inclusive, and that we felt very welcome from the boat rides to the village experience. Book the tour, you won't regret it! A few helpful hints: if you're staying in Nadi, expect a 3.5 hour drive to the tour location, it includes a snack/washroom stop at a clean service station on the way. Bring a bathing suit! you'll definitely want to swim in the magic waterfall, and you have a chance to change at the tour location before getting onto the boat. Wear shoes that are waterproof/you don't mind getting wet. Lunch is incredible, so no need to pack one. At the end of the tour, the women of the village have a small market where they sell goods. The prices and quality were the best that we'd seen of all the markets we'd been to during our trip. If you're looking for souvenirs, I'd likely plan on buying the bulk of them here, so bring some cash :)

So many hats for one beautiful human. Vinaka 🙏❤️

Flea & Street Markets
Suva Municipal Market is a vibrant and bustling harborfront market offering an array of local produce and handicrafts. Divided into two sections, the market features a variety of fresh aquatic food, fruits, and vegetables in the local produce section, while the handicrafts market showcases traditional souvenirs and beautiful works of art. The lively atmosphere is enhanced by vendors maneuvering through the lanes with their barrows.
Don't miss the market when visiting Suva, wow! Come hungry and get all the local breads, desserts, and fish dishes for lunch. Bring your own cutlery or ask around. Items costs between 1-5 fjd. We had lunch here twice on our trip.

I once bought 4 bundle rourou for $2 which was originally $3 each. But, but, some vendors will up their price to test you and when you refuse they drop the price back to the original. Some vendors will never lower their prices, so they end up watching their crops rot.

Food court
TappooCity Suva is a well-maintained mall featuring popular brands in Fiji. The upper floor houses a good food court, while the top level offers a children's play area and souvenirs for tourists. Despite its cleanliness and variety of high-quality brands, some items are considered overpriced. Visitors can also enjoy dining options at the mall. However, it's important to be cautious about pickpockets in the area.
Tappoo City is an incredible shopping destination that exceeded my expectations in every way. The variety of stores, from international brands to local boutiques, makes it a one-stop shop for everything you could need. The food court offers a fantastic range of options, catering to all tastes and preferences. The entire complex is well-maintained, clean, and inviting, with a modern and stylish design. The staff at Tappoo City were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, making it perfect for a day out with family or friends. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Tappoo City and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping, dining, and entertainment experience.

Last year in November my 2 year old son was playing in the sports section. One of the male workers went to the effort of going to get him a toy rugby ball and played with him for a solid 30 minutes! We have such high regards for that gentleman 💜

This is a great place to offer free shuttle from Port to downtown area. Every clerk is friendly and helpful no matter you buy or not. We happily did shopping here & cross streets, used the clean bathroom & sat in the clean and comfortable 4th floor to surf online. Highly recommend as a starting point of visiting Suva.

The mall offers a great mix of retail outlets that caters to different tastes although not that budget friendly. It feels modern and spacious, which makes shopping more comfortable even on busy days. There is a wide range of stores, from popular clothing brands to the latest of techs. I especially liked the electronics shop because they stocked the latest products with good variety. The staff in most outlets were friendly and approachable. The mall layout is easy to navigate, with clear signs guiding you to each section. Parking is convenient and well managed. Cleanliness is well maintained throughout the outlets, and there are plenty of areas to sit and relax. The TappooCity food court has plenty of choices, which is great for groups with different tastes. Some outlets serve tasty and fresh food, while others are just average for the price. The seating area is clean, though it often feels crowded during busy times and finding a table can be difficult. It is a decent spot for a quick meal, but there is room for improvement in service and crowd management.

While on a business trip in Suva, I found myself in need of some tourist souvenirs to take home. Fortunately, I stumbled upon a great little place on the ground floor that had just what I was looking for. To my pleasant surprise, on the top floor, there was a reasonably priced food court that offered a variety of dining options. I appreciated the convenience of having a range of choices to satisfy my hunger without breaking the bank. One thing that stood out about the mall was that each floor featured different offerings. It's interesting to see how the mall is organised under one company, yet each floor provided a different needs. Overall, my experience at the mall was okay. The great little place for souvenirs on the ground floor and the reasonably priced food court on the top floor were definite highlights.

[From July 2023] I ordered two espresso drinks. The two employees working there (vakayalewa) had the worst attitude. They were rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing about something while I was placing my order. I imagine they don't understand much about the service industry but they should consider learning so they can do better job to best represent this company and further their own lives.

Nice variety, be careful of the sizes not accurate. I bought a 5X US it said on the tag but didn't fit was the size of XL and told me it would take 2 weeks to get my refund back on my card😕but at least they let me change two shirts up and refund the one.

Nature & Parks
Albert Park is a significant historic site in Fiji, known for its expansive green field that hosts rugby games and a field hockey pitch. It holds historical significance as the landing site for Sir Charles Kingsford Smith during the first trans-Pacific flight from the USA to Australia. Situated near Fiji's government buildings, it offers stunning views of Suva harbor and the city skyline, attracting both locals and tourists for leisurely walks during the day or night.
Albert Park in Suva is a true gem in the heart of the city! Whether you're a local or a visitor, this iconic park offers the perfect blend of history, culture, and relaxation. The wide open green space is ideal for a morning walk, an afternoon jog, or simply relaxing under the shade of the trees while enjoying the sea breeze from nearby Victoria Parade. What makes Albert Park extra special is its deep historical significance — from the first landing of a plane in Fiji to hosting royal visits and major national events. It's not just a park, it's a living part of Fiji's heritage. The facilities are well-maintained, and there’s always something happening — from sports matches to cultural events and community gatherings. It’s also a great place for families, with plenty of space for kids to play and picnic spots for everyone. I highly recommend stopping by Albert Park if you're in Suva — it’s a refreshing slice of green in the middle of a vibrant city!

Nice large space to run around. People are often out playing on the field or walking/running around the perimeter. Covered stadium seating area to rest/watch people playing. One star docked because trash is scattered here & there. Needs to be pick up or place trash cans around perimeter to prevent people from dumping their chip bags and drinks as they play.

The lush green grass, soothing sea breeze. Awesome spot for a morning walk/run. The smell of curry from the pavilion restaurant (motivation to run more and burn more fat), just takes y p urine breath away

Wide open space in Suva, in the evening you’ll find people playing rugby and other sports here. Lovely place, good for jogging and walking. You’ll also get a good view of the main government building of Suva from here. If you’re trying to get a photo that signifies Suva, this is the place to do it!

It is a wide open space good for picnic, running around, parades, and games. Around it are beautiful iconic buildings in Suva. There are a couple of restaurants within its vicinity.

When you want to enjoy a day but playing game or jogging or running, this is the place to be. It has big stadium which is very well maintained and you will get lot of people across all ages either walking/running/playing. You will feel motivated once you reach there and for sure you will contribute to your health. A muddy body place for regular exercise to keep you healthy and fit.

Beautiful old park with a huge, working fountain. Very shady. They do have a large chess board if that is your thing.
Robert M — Google review
The Park is a large open space field the size of 4 maybe 5 football fields. It has pavillion with 2 fast food cafes and 2 decent sized events room. At one corner of the field is an open space #workout area with equipment. A good place to take the family if you want to enjoy outdoor activities. It gets pretty full at 5:00pm when locals come to have a game of touch rugby or a workout. There is a workout group that does #boxfit type training every weekday at 5:30pm. Its F$10 a session if you're interested.

Museums
The Fiji Museum, located in Thurston Gardens, is a captivating repository of Fijian history and culture. It showcases archaeological artifacts and exhibits that narrate the national story from ancient times to the arrival of indentured laborers in the late 19th century. The museum provides a comprehensive journey through Fiji's historical and cultural evolution, featuring displays in chronological order. Notable attractions include the impressive Ratu Finau, war clubs, and relics from The Bounty.
this is a must-see for anyone who wants to obtain a cursory understanding of the history of Fiji. It touches on who the Fifjians were prior to colonization: their modes of transportation, dress, textiles, culture and other artifacta. It then displays life post colonization, the British uniforms, missionary dolls and the introduction China. etc. There was a cute gift shop, and attached cafe.

Visited Suva National museum while travelling to Fiji. You have option to buy tickets with a local guide with some additional charges . We took a local guide and it was worth it as she explained about the history of Fiji very well. A lot work is still going on to digitize the work but all together a nice experience if you want to learn about the place . Not much to do for kids so find something to keep them busy while you visit.

Small museum, exhibits are well done. Covers history of Fiji with exhibits on early settlement as well as more recent history, and an impressive ocean-going drua (ocean-going canoe). Worth a visit. Has a large veranda with a nice cafe. Next to Thurston Gardens where we enjoyed watching the fruit bat colony wake up in the evening

Is a must to visit if you come to Suva ,super convenient just look for express bus ‘Pacific Transport FJ express bus’ , we get a timetable from the host desk and the bus comes every hour, outside there’s a clock tower easy to recognise. I gain some history knowledge that’s why I love museums. Ticket is 20FJD/person

Located in the back of the pretty Thurston Gardens, this cute little museum can be visited in about 40 minutes, is nice and cool (air conditioned), has very nice and clean public restrooms, and it has at least one super unique artifact (partial rudder from HMS Bounty aka Mutiny on the Bounty fame). Otherwise the museum had some moderately interesting artifacts that are well marked, although most are either reproductions or 20th century. It is FJD 20 each for foreigners, but they do charge a 5% extra fee if you pay with credit card.... Nevertheless it was $9.50USD each (after cc fee) for arguably the only real tourist attraction in Suva and we were happy with our visit.
Jason Z — Google review
Great experience learning more about Fijian history and culture. The museum is compact, but provides a great introductory insight into Fiji and its rich history, the exhibits are well curated and provide sufficient detail to provide understanding, without over complication. When we arrived the museum was pretty quiet being a weekday; however a bus full of school children did arrive shortly after (they were very respectful). We didn’t buy the tickets in advance, no queue when we arrived, we all thought it was well worth the money.

Colo-I-Suva Forest Park is a 2.5-square-kilometer rainforest oasis filled with vibrant tropical plants and lively bird species. The park features 6.5 kilometers of well-marked hiking trails that lead to natural pools and stunning viewpoints. Waisila Creek winds through the forest, creating water swimming holes along its path. Visitors can cool off in the pure, refreshing waters of the interconnected pools and waterfalls, offering a delightful escape from the humid rainforest environment.
Fantastic park to visit if you enjoy nature. There are waterfalls and pools to swim in. Do not come here if you can’t handle a short hike or get winded easily on inclines/stairs. Our tour guide was Wise, and he was fantastic, and very knowledgeable. I swam in the lower pools and it was so gorgeous and peaceful, I do recommend bringing water shoes to change into from athletic shoes, you don’t need hiking boots or anything.

Worth a visit. You will need to make good plans to get there and back. Walks are a challenge - come prepared for uneven ground and high steps.

Beautiful pools and hiking. Fun place to jump off a ledge into a pool for iconic vacation photos for sure. Bring but spray for your legs! Make sure you have exact change to pay the forestry ministry for entrance as there's no place to easily break a $50 nearby.

Really enjoyed the hike in the park. It was much cooler than in Suva. We dipped our feet in the waterfalls but didn't go all the way in and it was a little cold. We got a helpful overview of the trails from a park manager at the parking lot. Spent about 1.5 hours here.
Attiya S — Google review
One of the most pleasant places in the Suva region, Colo-i-Suva Forest National Park is a beautiful spot about 20 minutes north of the city centre. The protected rainforest is home to a multitude of birdlife (easier to hear than to see), hiking trails, and many refreshing swimming spots. Access is from Princess Road, with a reassuring security gate before a pleasant 2km gravel road that leads to the main car park. There have been a number of incidents in the park, but things have improved with security here, and at the car park. Entry is $5 per person ($1 for locals), payable at the car park most days, but on Sundays and public holidays at the office opposite the main gate. A taxi from central Suva on the meter should cost $15-$20. There are rudimentary changing rooms by the car park and upper and lower pools. The only toilets are by the car park. The best swimming spots are the lower pools, 15-20 mins walk from the car park. The upper pools are the closest, 5 mins walk. All are good, but the water is clearer in the lower pools.

Place recommended to visit in Suva.Enterance ticket cost 5 Fijian $,you can spend amazing day.All tour takes about 1 hour, that tour guide can show you every corner of the park ,and plus you can swim in spring water as much you want.Ive spend about 4 hours in this park ,beautiful nature, fresh water, wich gives you after a lot of energy of mother nature.

Moderately maintained little wooded park up in the higher elevation above town, with some manmade pools and waterfalls. About 25 minutes drive from downtown / cruise terminal and an entry fee of $5FJD. A few free restrooms / changing rooms at the parking lot (none elsewhere). Longest loop trail takes a little under an hour (Fitbit showed 5K steps or 2.25 miles), if you do not stop to swim. Trail is narrow and a lot of steps... sometimes handrail, but often no handrail (sometimes right in middle of water crossing). Some slippery rocks and wood steps. Moderate difficulty for the terrain and wouldn't recommend for those unsteady on their feet. Some fallen trees and old concrete steps and broken handrails just left in woods as refuse. Minimal wildlife. No views of city or ocean. It is nice for the locals to have the woods, but as a tourist I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.
Jason Z — Google review
Such great waterfalls. We lower the lower falls as it had many small small pools. The walk to the falls is also very scenic and full of nature and birds. Highly recommend. There are washrooms, showers and changing rooms inside which were clean. Highly recommend the place and taking a dip the pools and water falls.
