My visit to Wadi-e-Jinn left me stunned and amazed. It is a place where nature shows a phenomenon beyond normal explanation. I witnessed the strong winds of the valley, and when I placed a bottle on the road, instead of rolling in the direction of the wind, it moved in the opposite way. It was both shocking and fascinating — an experience that made me pause in awe. What makes Wadi-e-Jinn even more special is the deep tranquility it holds. Despite the unusual occurrence, the valley is peaceful and calm. The silence of the desert, the rush of the mysterious winds, and the serenity of the surroundings create an atmosphere that touches the heart. This place reminds you of the greatness of Allah ﷻ and the unseen realities of this world. It makes you reflect on how vast creation is and how limited human understanding can be. Truly, Wadi-e-Jinn is a place where one feels humbled, reminded of the unseen (ghayb), and connected to the power of the Creator. Every moment spent there was not just a sight of nature’s wonder, but also a reminder that the universe is filled with signs (ayat) that point towards Allah’s majesty and wisdom.

My visit to Wadi-e-Jinn was an incredible and magical experience. Watching our car defy gravity and roll uphill on its own was something I'll never forget. It was a truly happy and unforgettable part of our trip to Madina.

If you’re in Madinah, I definitely recommend a short trip here—it’s only about 30 minutes away from the city. Best to visit in the morning or evening when it’s not too hot.

Located in Al Baida, Wadi al Jinn is one of the strangest and most fascinating valleys in Saudi Arabia. Situated around 24 Km northwest of Madinah, this valley is truly a mysterious place. On your way to the valley, you will reach a point where you can put your car in neutral, and it will start moving uphill. The car slowly picks up speed and can go up to 120km/h while going uphill for about 12-13 km. The valley itself attracts a lot of tourists. Some tourists set up tents and stay here for a few days. One of the biggest attractions here is quad biking. People love speeding through the dusty tracks on their quad bikes. Moreover, the peaceful and fresh atmosphere of the valley is second to none, which is why many families come here to have picnics on the weekends.

You would have more appreciation if you read the detailed seerah on accounts of the Uhud battle beforehand. I read ar-Raheeq al-Makhtum and I wept, and I smiled then I'm shattered (especially how the Meccan Polytheists treat the martyrs was beyond savage) and my admiration towards the companions be it Muhajireen or Ansar radiallahu 'anhum grew more and more. Common misconceptions Muslims have is that we loss the Uhud battle, but it's not entirely true, because the Musyrikeen didn't succeed in their ultimate goal either which is mrdring Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. There are layers and layers in Allah 'Azza Wajalla's decree and wisdom for us to seek knowledge, lessons and humbled ourselves before Him. "Peace be upon you, O inhabitants of these dwellings among the believers and Muslims. Indeed, we are, insha'Allah, soon to join you. We ask Allah for well-being for us and for you."

This is the cemetery housing the graves of the martyrs of Uhud, foremost amongst them Sayyid ush Shuhada Hamza (as). It is right opposite Jabal up Rumah, the hill on which the Prophet (PBUH) commanded archers to hold position under the command of Abdullah ibn Jubair. The cemetery is enclosed by a barrier but the graves can be seen through it with the grave of Hamza (as) being the most prominent. The site is a fitting reminder that those who are blinded by the allure of the riches of the world harm not only themselves but others through their choices.

The cemetery is adjacent to a mosque. During hot day you can take shelter in the mosque before or after you pray a visit to the graveyard.

The Martyrs of Uhud Cemetery is a destination for the visitors of Madinah, as it includes 70 tombs of top Companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him), who fought and were killed in the battle of Uhud in 3 Hijri/625 AD. The cemetery is located in "Sayyid al-Shuhada Square" where a memorable battle of early Islamic history took place. On the site, there is also Sayyid al-Shuhada Mosque, the second largest mosque in Madinah, after the Prophet's Mosque. It accommodates 15000 people at times of prayer, and the cemetery is 3 km to the north of the Prophet's Mosque, near the base of Mount Uhud, after which the battle was named. You can visit the Martyrs of Uhud Cemetery 24/7. It is surrounded by a wall with metal bars, through which visitors may look. Some visitors start with performing prayer in Sayyid al-Shuhada Mosque and then climb Archers' Hill, from which they can have a better view of the square and the cemetery.

It's been a long time since I was there last time, but it is improving and contains all the brands you need, there is an arcade game on the 3rd floor , the othaim supermarket is on the first floor along with a variety of shops, I advise everyone to go there, you will find your needs there whatever they are, the second floor has the city max and others. The only issue is that the mall is so big needing an information disc to guide you to the place that you want to go and a larger parking area as well

This mall has everything you could want under one roof. Great shopping options and plenty of shops. Food court is also available with several options. Well decorated with clean and modern layout. Parking was easy and the entire space felt safe and well-maintained. During the weekends will be crowded a bit especially the food court.

Visited the mall to pick some Zetun extra virgin olive oil from fiesta restaurant and had a tasty Mexican salade with salmon, coffee and kunafa from sadeddine is worth the experience

Mall is on good location, it's like a big ship. You will find many national and international brands of clothing and other household things. Mall top floor has food court and big area for kids entertainment. It includes many arcade games and different types of ride, swing etc. Food court has big sitting area. But on weekends it Will almost full. There is also hyper market with good promotions. Although parking area is limited. Good place to visit with kids, family indoor hangout. Please like this review if it's helpful for you.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it has a private beach. Food choices for breakfast is limited. Called the staff to clean our room but nobody came and when we insisted on having our room tidied up, the hotel staffs declined and said that they have other rooms to clean first (no guests). Dirty pool especially the kiddie pool. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Only come here if you’re on a tight budget and wanted to have a private beach.

The place is very good and the beach is also inviting you to swim. A good plce to hold a big event for company gatherings or recollections. A lot of fun activity and sports you can do here because of theur wide amenities. The only thing i do not like or disappointed is their toilet/ washroom. They should change/replace or renovate their public toilet mostly the toilet bowl and sink. It is very important to attract more guests and custumers.

I went on a Eid vacation, and the hotel was mediocre at best. Pros: Room size is good Location is perfect Cons: Awful food Terrible service NO cleanness Hotel has signs of age Shower takes time to be hot There was no cleanness in the hotel. There were no toothbrushes, tissues, or toothpaste and the towels were old and dirty. The "room cleaning" button on the hotel telephone does not work .The cleaner only came ONE time in my 4 day vacation, and if you try to get him to come clean your room he takes a long time to come. The food was awful for both breakfast and lunch. There was not a lot of food, and the food feels old and cold. In addition, the hotel is pretty greedy, so if you want to get a bottle of water or get a bottle of Pepsi, you'll need to pay up. The water is overpriced and small (costs 4 riyals!). The service is very bad. The hotel tries to minimize the amount of workers to reduce the prices of rooms, and that has diminishing returns. In the swimming pool area, there are no table cleaners and overall service is very bad. The hotel has signs of age, and that becomes evident when you go to the underground pool bathroom, as the roof is literally peeling off. These signs of age are all over the hotel, including in the bottom of doors, and in the rooms. Lastly, the shower takes a long time to get hot even if you set the water temperature at the highest. For the price, I expected more. The location is excellent, but the poor cleanliness, bad food, and lack of service make this hotel hard to recommend.

It was a terrible experience. I have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this. I would highly recommend not to stay in this hotel. Here’s why : The rooms were small and dingy. They were not cleaned properly as we saw trash in the room. The toilet was disgusting and unclean. They did not clean the room properly. There was not much to do. Extremely Boring. Quite safe. There was not much you could walk around. It was plain and nothing to eat. Especially breakfast the food was dead and completely disgusting. The room service was really bad. We asked them for a mattress they couldn’t give, they only gave a blanket with bugs in it. Whenever we ask they always bring at least 2 hours after. For people who’ve statues and Enjoyed before, rethink. This resort used to be holiday inn. Holiday in was superb. That’s why we came. They’ve changed their ways as there is a new owner. Mena hotel was previously holiday inn. But their ways have changed badly. They also scammed, lied, and cheated us. They promised us 3 beds that we never got. They charged us for 3 bedrooms but only gave us 2 bedrooms. They promised us mattresses but we never got that as well. They got us 3 useless blankets that we could not use without mattresses. Even one of them had bugs. A little message to the manager of Mena Resort : I you are reading this, we had a horrible stay. You offered us 3 beds and charged us for 3 beds but you only gave us 2. You promised us 3 mattresses but you only gave us 3 blankets with one having bugs. I’m sorry to say but we have not enjoyed this and certainly won’t come back. We feel we did not have a stay up to our expectations and if you made a mistake it would be shameful not to make compensate. You guys made a mistake and instead of trying to compensate you guys made it worse. Overall, staying in this hotel is not a good idea.

Very good place only down side is that the buffet is extra and you have to buy breakfast / lunch / dinner separately but the pool was ok it was not heated tho but it was medium sized and beach was ok the sand is not that good but you get a beutiful sunset

It is the worst resort ever - I don’t recommend anyone to stay here rooms are too old - not clean full of insects the moment you open the balcony door - villa beside are not renovated and full of damage furniture on in the front where it is supposed to sit and enjoy the sea view- they describe the unit as a villa of two bedrooms and in fact it is a studio type unit - too small and smelling bad

Just visited Mall of Dhahran, and it’s definitely one of the top shopping spots in Saudi Arabia. The mall has a great mix of both international and local brands, a wide variety of food options in the food court, and fun entertainment like a cinema and a kids’ play area. Dhahran Mall is one of the best malls in the Eastern Province, Khobar, Saudi Arabia. It has more than 100 famous brand shops and outlets, including clothing, footwear, perfumes, jewelry, coffee shops, fancy stores, a theatre, a kids’ game zone, a food court, ice skating, and more. Visitors can easily spend 2 to 3 hours enjoying the shopping experience. It is highly recommended for all kinds of people who love shopping.

Lovely shopping mall. The area close to panda smells and is annoying. It affects my decision to even shop close to it. Significant part of the mall was burnt maybe three years ago, still not rebuilt. The mall is spacious and beautiful with lots of shopping options.

At its peak -around 10 years ago-, Mall of Dhahran was one of the trendiest malls in the area & the go-to place for all things entertainment; arcades, shopping, food and merely just walking around. Lately and especially after the recent fire -around 2 years ago- it is just not the same. The mall is now half closed, the establishment never recovered and the quality of the stores & building is just not the same. It is still a good place to visit and walk around or do some light shopping. However, if you are planning to do some serious shopping or if you are a tourist, I think you should opt to visit Alnakheel Mall in Dammam. It is much newer, cleaner and with many more name brand stores and local options. Also, the Mall ventilation is not the best. It is always hot inside stores and is only breezy in the walkway between the actual stores. Plenty of parkings & relatively good crowd.

Great place to walk some laps in the air conditioning. There are some fast food restaurants still under construction as well as the amusement play area that will be built soon.

An old bazaar in the centre of Hafouf. You can buy traditional clothes, shoes, spices, etc. There are traditional cafes that still serve traditional dishes. A nice walk through the narrow isles of the souq.

A real taste of Arabian culture. Beautiful place, fully renovated and well cared. It's a world heritage site, really worth seeing and walking, especially in the winter season.

Really neat place to visit. If the weather is right, this place is fun to walk around and shop for local spices and bakhur (a special fragrance like agar, you light up on a charcoal and the smoke comes with nice fragrance). We also bought a lot of different kinds of spices.

AL-Qaisariya Souq is the center of the attraction best shopping area for tradicional/ antiques such as traditional thob, dress, personal accessories, home deco, and small restaurants, cafés.

It is a very expensive Market if you are planning to buy some gold then it is not a good place they charge you more than 360SAR for 1gm of gold of 21k but the price of the gold would be around 271 SAR for 21k gold. I would rather suggest going to gold outlets such as Malabar where you could get one price across the kingdom and they usually give discounts on making charges too, so if you are a first time gold buyer then buy from such outlets. The souq is most probably the place for chilling out rather than shopping. PRO TIP:- if you are looking to buy some abayas then buy from the shop on the side of the road rather than the backyard shops as the price they offer in the front row shops are usually fixed and are kept according to the quality of the material.

Also called Judas Cave. It is worth a visit. There will be an offer for a tourguide-45minutes tour (need to pay a hundred tho), and they will let you borrow a flashlight each person. There will be fee for Entrance (fifty SAR)+ vat(7.5sar) per person (I wasn’t able to ask if there’s any difference of payment for kids). You are free to take photos.. there will be photographers around if you want better photos or printed copies. They also have Souvenir shops… If you are worried about food and drinks, there are cafes and restaurants you can go. Parking is not a problem, they got a big place for that. So far, it is far😂 but worth it.. a place away from work and worries.. a little break you deserve.. 🥰

Remarkable place. Amazing formations and caves that are easy to explore. Seems to have its own climate too. Exceptionally cool in this midst of a blistering Al Ahsa summer. Eager to experience it in the winter.

Nice historical place it offers a wonderful experience I recommend in the summer go during the sunset or I prefer visiting in the winter they offer to get your picture taker with a photographer

I have seen a lot of contradicting information regarding whether this place is open or not. I had a tour booked to go there which was cancelled so I rented and car and went myself but the security says it's been closed for 8 months. I do see other people getting in a few weeks ago so maybe it's hit or miss. Try your luck if you have time but go with the understanding that you probably won't be allowed in. I have shown the best view of the camels I could get from the parking lot.

The Royal Camel farm is definitely worth a visit. The admission to this place is free so no need to come with a tourist group. You can walk around freely and take pictures of these beautiful animals. Place can be a little muddy after rain.

Very easy to locate and ample parking available. The entry is free and they allow you to walk around camels which are tied up. They unofficially allow you to feed the camels. Washrooms are present but not really clean. It's a good place if you want to take your young ones. There is nothing much to do here so you can't spend more than an hour here.

I loved this place! This was an incredible experience. Very friendly camels, you can feed them and take a lot of photos. The entry is free, and parking space is available. It was a beautiful experience enjoyed by the entire family. Absolutely worth the visit!

If you are visiting Bahrain as a tourist you have to visit this place, courtesy of the royal family this is a lovely place, camels , camels and more camels, I even saw two of the cutest young baby ones, there is the opportunity to feed them, they are so friendly, some may question why in this confirmed area, but they are all look healthy and happy so go visit, bonus look also at the dates forest alongside it

Big camel farm located in Budaiya road. Entry free. No ticket Time 7 AM to 5 PM Enter from the main gate, left side parking and same location door to camel farm. Varieties of camels available to see. Different colors and ages from young camels to older ones. Good place for kids and animal lovers. There are so many dates tree but access is limited to camel areas only.

Situated at a calm beach it is a well maintained fort. It offers nice spots to click amazing snaps and has nice walking paths. It looks beautiful after sunset when it is illuminated. Next to it is the museum which has some ancient articles to see and appreciate. Strongly suggested for a visit

Bahrain Fort is a fascinating and beautifully preserved historical site. The layout is easy to explore, and the QR codes throughout the fort make the experience even better, each one gives clear, informative details that bring the history to life.

I visited the Bahrain Fort in the summertime, and wow it was hot! But it was absolutely worth it. The sunset over the ruins was gorgeous, casting this golden light over the old stone walls. You can really feel the history here; it’s incredible to think how old this place is and how well it’s been preserved. What made it even more special was seeing a few men outside the fort schooling their Arabian horses. It was such a beautiful and peaceful sight, especially with the desert backdrop and the city skyline in the distance. If you visit Bahrain, definitely come around sunset it’s a moment you won’t forget. #ruins

Al Areen Wildlife Park (متنزه ومحمية العرين) I recently visited Al Areen Wildlife Park, and overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone interested in wildlife and nature. The park is home to a variety of animals and offers a unique opportunity to see them in a semi-natural environment. The layout of the park is well thought out, allowing visitors to explore different sections while enjoying the beautiful landscapes. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement to enhance the overall experience. One of the highlights of my visit was the chance to see some incredible animals, including the Arabian oryx and various bird species. The park does a commendable job of showcasing these animals and providing educational information about their habitats and conservation status. However, I believe that adding more animal species would significantly enrich the experience for visitors. Expanding the variety of animals would not only attract more visitors but also provide a more comprehensive understanding of wildlife conservation efforts in the region. While the park is generally well-maintained, I did notice that some areas could benefit from more regular cleaning and upkeep. A few enclosures appeared to be less tidy than expected, which detracted from the overall experience. Ensuring that the park is clean and well-maintained is crucial for both the animals' well-being and the visitors' enjoyment. A little more attention to maintenance would go a long way in enhancing the park's appeal. The pathways throughout the park are pleasant to walk on, but I found that some areas could use better signage and information displays. Clearer directions and more educational materials would help visitors navigate the park more easily and learn more about the animals they encounter. This would not only improve the visitor experience but also promote awareness about the importance of wildlife conservation. In conclusion, my experience at Al Areen Wildlife Park was enjoyable, and I would rate it four stars. It's not a great place to visit but it's okay as there is no zoo in Bahrain. You might need to use the golf car as it's such a big land area and you will not be able to walk to explore all. Do the name says wildlife it's disappointing as there are no wild animals. There are many types of deer's, ostrich, wild fox, Goats only.. No lions, bears, tigers, giraffes and many more. Okay for a change to visit

I visited the wildlife park during the week, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The variety of animals was limited—there were no lions, tigers, or giraffes. Instead, the park only had deer, birds, goats, camels, ostriches, and sheep. Overall, the place needs more care and development to improve the visitor experience.. ticket rate 2 BHD for adult

My Positive feedback of this Park : This wildlife park appears to be a great place to visit for families with kids. -The park has a good collection of birds and the staff is friendly. -The safari section of the park is good And for management : - The park needs to be maintained properly and the animals need to be fed properly. - The animals in the park seemed stressed and overheated and the water was not sufficient.

It's a very nice place for visiting, and there are many animals to see. The entry ticket costs 2 BD (Bahraini Dinars) to go inside, and it's a very fun place! 🥰

A fine zoo and park in Bahrain very close to the Bahrain F1 Circuit. The place has a zoo, a bird park, a Japanese Botanical Garden, and a Plants area. The place has walking paths and picnic areas. In some areas, birds walk freely. Most of the animals they have are local or regional animals. The place is quite vast, yet some areas can get some better attention in terms of hygiene. Tickets can be bought by card only. There is ample parking on-site, and there are restrooms at the entrance building. There is also a mosque and a cafeteria. Getting to this place is quite a distance as it is in the south of the island. Expect to spend 1 hour onwards.

A fantastic experience! The track at Bahrain International Karting Circuit is world-class, well-maintained, and perfect for both beginners and enthusiasts. The karts are fast and smooth, and the staff are professional and welcoming. Fifteen minutes is more than enough to enjoy an adrenaline-filled session. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bahrain!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have never ever encountered ruder staff anywhere. The ladies at the shop counter so rude! The men who work with the karts, so rude, completely uninterested and do not care. For safety as well. It says in safety briefing they will do one lap of the course to show us. They did not. They did not check our helmet straps or anything. The track was good fun but you need to sort your staff out.

We had a great experience here with the family. Kids aged 4 to 7 can ride along, and those 7 and above can drive on their own with other kids. We did find it a bit odd that they charge a 1 BD registration fee per person in addition to the regular charges.

Very disappointed,we stayed just for one day in Bahrain, and decided to get karting experience. We called before coming, and lady on the phone said that we could come, and drive, after 20 min. we came, and reception says there is now chance for us to drive, it was at 14:30. Next available session at 18:00. Also we try to buy souvenirs at the reception - answer no chance, because person who can sell will come after 17:00. Had an amazing time. Definitely one of the best attractions in Bahrain. The rides were thrilling the atmosphere was energetic, and everything was well managed. You can easily spend a full day here with family or friends. The DJ & the music kept the vibes alive throughout the day. However, the only downside was the food. We tried the pizza and broast, and unfortunately, both were below expectations. The pizza especially was quite disappointing. Food quality needs serious improvement; surprising that no one was raising concerns about it. Overall, still a must visit place at least once. Just hope they improve the food experience to match the rest of the park.

Lost Paradise is always the best place during summer!! They have fun and amazing water rides and perfect to enjoy an adventurous day with family. Me and my family had the best time as always. We also had great food that was delicious and juicy. They even have a cute kids meal that my little brother enjoyed!!

Had fun in quite a fabulous weather condition in the month of December. The beach was clean but there were so many rocks inside water so if you want to enjoy inside the water this location is not for you. Till the evening there are a few people so you can enjoy your time with your friends and family. The most important point is there's no public toilets or shower provision on the beach or nearby area.

Public parks are free and a great place to “touch the water.” I've noticed things here that I've never seen before.

As I head towards the beautiful Dukhan Beach, I wanted to take a moment to share some important information a water in the beach is crystal nice sunset view. in addition carry some fresh water to take a shower after taking a bath in the beach water.

Well maintained and family friendly beach. Very clean that from time to time there were maintenance roaming around to clean, collect the trash and replace the plastic in the bin. The only issue is bathrooms are not available during Fridays (I guess) because we saw public toilets but it’s closed. Hope they can add more benches and umbrellas ❤️ But overall it was a wonderfull experience with our kids seeing alot of small fishes swimming around us ❤️

The place where you get romantic with surrounding nature and beauty, your heart will calm down when every tide touching the shore sometime gently and slowly to give calm to your turbulent thoughts... alas! Washrooms are not available on this beach.

We visited Al Khor Park last Friday and had a wonderful time with family. The park offers a lot of parking spaces, which made it convenient for us to find a spot right away. There is an entrance fee of QAR 15 for adults and QAR 10 for children. I highly recommend booking your tickets in advance through the Aoun app to avoid long queues or any hassle at the entrance. The park is spacious and well-maintained, with a variety of animals to see. One of the highlights was being able to feed some of the animals, which the kids especially enjoyed. Although the lion was not available during our visit, there were still plenty of other animals to see, making it a fun and educational experience for children. In addition to the zoo area, there are several food stalls scattered around the park, offering snacks and refreshments. There is also a playground where kids can run around and enjoy themselves after walking through the animal enclosures. Overall, Al Khor Park is a great spot for a weekend outing with family or friends. It’s clean, affordable, and offers plenty of activities for both adults and kids to enjoy. We’ll definitely visit again!

I will call more of Park than a Zoo, however it’s a nice place to visit with your family and send a day. Need to by tickets online and Some times cell network is not working so buying tickets online in advance is a good idea.

Reached in evening. Tiger and lion cages had closed. Birds sanctuary was open but you can't see much. Farm animals were accessible. Overall nicely maintained but disappointed with the washroom facility. Not clean with water not coming in flushes in some of them. Family park all connected and very nice. Overall a good experience. Perfect time to reach here is 3-4pm

Nice place for all age groups of people. U can spend a day here. Bring your own food, mats, toys. Scooters r not allowed though. U cn also buy some snacks here. The animals can be fed, so don't forget to carry some fresh veggies or bread or khabus for them. The zoo closes at 6pm, but the park remains open until 10pm. Ample of parking is available.

Large zoo, good range of animals withing generous spaced areas. There is also a huge play area, a Masjid and plenty of toilets around to make for a convenient experience. Food and snack stalls also available. Lots of fun.

However, when we arrived at the ticket counter, we were informed that children below 3 years old don’t need a ticket—this information wasn’t mentioned earlier, which could have saved some confusion. The size of this museum and the shear number of artifacts is amazing. Exhibits cover an amazing array of world history. Truly one of the largest private museum's in the world, the collection is Smithsonian quality.

Must visit place if you're a car guy! This place have a lot of things like fossils,stones,remains of old structures,ammunitions, attires,jewelry,sports etc. But the most interesting thing was the massive collection of cars.Not just cars,there are trucks,vans,and even a plane! The cars were of different brands including Porsche,Lamborghini, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Cadillac,Pontiac, Chevy,Dodge,Jeep,Willys,Mercedes, BMW,Audi,Subaru,Nissan,Toyota,Honda, and the list goes on and on. The museum is situated right behind the Leaning Minaret. They have some expansion works going on now,so probably much more collections will be available soon. Try to come in the morning or early in the afternoon,as it will take some time to explore all of it. Also,there's a farm and horse riding club nearby,which closes by 5pm.

Great track and facilities. Bussed in from nearest metro stop (about 20 mins ) as no tram/metro to track. Good facilities, great grandstand view and hill view at first corner. Food prices ok, and free bottled water from separate stalls. MotoGP racing immense experience and would defo recommend. The noise trackside is deafening!

The roar of the engines still echoed in our ears as we made our way from the grandstands. The crowds dispersed slowly, sharing stories of the thrilling race. A long walk followed, stretching our legs after hours of sitting. Despite the distance, the shared experience created a sense of togetherness. These simple moments with family are invaluable.

This is a great place to catch some high speed action. The atmosphere is amazing no matter what event is being hosted. If you’re ever in Doha for a few days and have a chance to visit it’s worth it.

The park was clean. Not very busy on a Wednesday. Unfortunately afew slides & Kids play areas were closed either temporarily or construction. The staff is helpful & friendly. Not overpriced. Convenient if you live in Hilton Salwa otherwise, its more than an hr drive from Doha

Its is the best place spend to your weekend, specially if you are with family. I was with my friends no problems what so ever. Rides are nice and thrilling and priced very well, like i left water boarding as I didn't think i would be able to have fun with that. Food options are also good enough. No other place can give you the thrill of US Air force landing just passing you over head. Must visit if spending weekends in Doha. Cheers

The first outdoor water park in Qatar. Fanastic slides that really excites you to slide more. The cool part is, that there are sectors for small kids, adolescent and adults. The area is really big and still the staff are well organize, they have more than enough life guards to check you and your kids. The food serve here in kiosk are very cheap and lots of food to choose from. Finally, watch out for the planes flying above the Aqua Park.

Aqua Park is really the perfect place to spend the day in spring. It's too hot in summer so spring really is the perfect time to go. Aqua Park is really fun for kids and adults. It's not the best waterpark but still really fun.

This is a nice LITTLE Aqua park. There isn’t much there. I paid a more discounted fee as there was an offer on the day we went. For young children it was a day of fun, but to be fair there’s not much there to do. The staff were very helpful, as I didn’t print my ticket, the took the booking number. There are 4 big water features and several pools. The main ones are the pirate area, the slide and the boat slide (how many times can you go on those before the novelty wares off). A water path, where you sit in an inflatable and travel around the path. There is also a swimming pool with a wave machine which, was on only twice in the 5 hrs we were there!! The pool was enjoyable and there are clean facilities. We did have a nice day, however it’s not a nice lace we’ll be running back to in a hurry. You cannot bring coolers into the park to have a picnic, we discovered this when we were leaving, when someone had theirs taken away.

This new village is spread out in a large area with traditional architecture on one side and modern 21st High Street (walking street) at the entrance with new shopping mall, restaurants, shops, museums, etc. A beautiful mosque for all. A great place to spend the entire evening!

Oh my goodness. There are barely enough words to describe the beauty of this place. It was breathtaking, the architecture, the history, the monuments. Qataris have a way of making every building and site look unique and beautiful. The Katara Cultural Village was an incredible experience, and I learned so much from my tour guide about their culture and heritage. I wouldn’t mind visiting again.

This was somewhere I had read about as somewhere to visit. So I put it in my itinary, it is however a bit Disney , Arabian Castle with food outlets. It was very quiet when I visited so lacked any sort of ambience so was a bit soulless. I am however advised it is a different proposition after dark. It is an interesting interlude if you are in the area but don't be too upset if you miss it.

Villaggio Mall is a great mall to go to in Doha. The architecture of the place is worth seeing. The Venetian-style gondola adds an interesting activity to do inside the mall. The food court has a lot of restaurant choices, the play area is huge, and there are lots of stores to choose from. There is even the corner where all the fancy brands can be found. All in all, it was a great experience for me and my family.

Unbelievable place in Doha – Villaggio Mall feels like stepping into Venice inside a shopping center. There are canals with real gondolas, painted sky on the ceiling, and even a full-size ice rink where they play hockey games. Some of the pictures have animated us to visit it. Isn't it a nice idea to sit in a Restaurant with view at the lights and channel to enjoy Dinner? We have been here, November, 9th in 2025. At first glance it has reminded us a little bit at Venice. But then we have seen that there were only a few people sitting in the Restaurants. Several Restaurants were empty and so were the Shops. Finally I have been in a public Restroom and seen that it was build in a very cheap way with broken Tiles, holes. Underneath the washbasins it was rusty and electric cables were hanging around. In connection with Electricity it looks dangerous. The seats of all Toilets were covered with water and more. Not hygienic at all. Toiletpaper was finished. What a pity. But give it a try! Get your own impression.

At first we were impressed of the Design when we were standing in Front of the Building and even after entering it. But very fast we recognized that inside there are many Shops and Restaurants but all of it are looking simple designed and the offered items (goods) were looking quite cheap. Cheap in this sense has nothing to do with prices. Comparing to this the Villagio Mall has a better Design and better Shops.

The environment is warm, stylish, and relaxing, making it perfect for a calm breakfast or a casual meetup. The food is fantastic, especially the Qatari breakfast, which was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. It really stood out as a highlight of the visit. A special mention goes to Sharon, our waitress. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her service added a personal touch that made the experience even better. Overall, Maison Layan is a spot I’d definitely return to—and highly recommend.

Qatar Corniche is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sea view. We can see many people coming here for jogging and cycling, choosing this route for its clean and scenic atmosphere. My scenic tour along the Corniche was a picturesque one, (though on my visit the hazy weather did my photos no justice,) I was happy to be at this beautiful Promenade with lovely harbour views. From the Dhow boats in the harbourfront, to the beautiful downtown Doha skyline, a nice leisurely walk along the foot path could lead you into Al Dafna Park and seems a tranquil place in the evening. Another area of interest...hopefully for a future visit

Great tourist spot but also great for late night walks. It’s a classic spot in dogs and for good reason. The view is spot on and tons of people are there exercising. There are some good food spots nearby and it’s a very accessible spot. Highly recommend.

What a place I never seen such a nice out of place. Neat and clean huge with lots of shops. Lots of restaurants a lot of good vibes around you can spend the whole day over there have a lot of different kinds of food, sweets tea coffee drinks you name it you can find it and you can find All kinds of different prices and you can enjoy their anything that you are thinking of having a nice environment. The atmosphere is vibrant yet authentic — narrow alleys filled with the aroma of spices, freshly brewed Arabic coffee, and the sound of local music. The architecture beautifully preserves Qatar’s heritage, and the people are incredibly welcoming. There’s something for everyone — from traditional garments and souvenirs to art galleries and restaurants serving delicious Middle Eastern cuisine. I especially enjoyed wandering around in the evening when the souq comes alive with lights and local energy. If you want to experience the true essence of Qatar, Souq Waqif is a must-visit. Can’t wait to return on my next trip!

Definitely the highlight of Doha and one of the liveliest places in the city. The Souq sits on a historic trading site that has existed for more than a century. It was restored in 2006–2008 using traditional materials, giving it an authentic old-Qatar appearance. You’ll find everything here, Spices, perfumes, oud, traditional clothing, handicrafts, carpets, antiques, and souvenirs, Falcon Souq, lots of restaurants and cafes, and galleries, traditional workshops, and local artisan products. The lively night atmosphere here is simply AMAZING! Families, tourists, and locals walking through its narrow alleys, enjoying street performances, shisha cafés, and seasonal events. And with the Arab Cup around the corner, that place is going to be something else!! The Souq preserves Qatar’s market heritage while functioning as a cultural and social hub. Souq Waqif is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited in Qatar. The atmosphere has an amazing, unique energy. The souq is full of diverse booths, restaurants, and street food. It’s a bit crowded, but the old alleys and traditional heritage give the place a wonderful charm.

A beautiful, reconstructed traditional market right in the heart of Doha. It’s especially lively at night and honestly one of the best places in the city to walk around and spend time. It’s full of souvenir shops, nice restaurants, and cozy cafés. You can find all kinds of interesting local items like Qatari halwa, shisha, Arabic coffee, and lots of tasty food. One cool thing is that part of the market actually has cooling systems built into the floor to keep the area comfortable. The atmosphere is really pleasant and there’s parking available nearby.

A beautiful place to visit showcasing local markets and restaurants.It tends to get busy at night especially weekends and winter time. Events also happen sometimes to entertain tourists,residents and locals with their family. You will also find here the iconic thumb finger.

Nice museum, like 4 floors , very nice, expect to spend from 1.5 hours and up if you read everything 😀 👍 , very educational. Interesting. My suggestion come near sunset time it's so beautiful , the views amazing outside to the city.

Gazing at the magnificent architecture and view is rivalled only by the immense plethora of knowledge one is emerged it. It is definitely worth visiting. The museum displays Islamic history and modernity. Tickets are available at the entrance. Be ready for quite a walk, though you wouldn't notice it - once immersed in the vast ocean of knowledge.

Museum of Islamic art is situated in its own island close to Corniche. The museum had permanent exhibits of art from various regions where the religion was prominent at a given time in history. They also had a temporary exhibit about the making of the museum. Loved this exhibit. They had original blue prints, Drawings, interviews etc. what was the philosophy behind the building shape and architecture. Do recommend to go there.

Beautiful building and exhibitions to stroll around for an hour or two. The audio tour could have been a bit more informative, and will definitely try the Alan Ducasse restaurant, Idam, next visit. It was very quiet and calm when I visited.

Beautifully designed museum from outside and inside. The exhibition goes in a circle on all of the 2 (3 with exhibition) floors. Amazing pieces but only little interactive - very traditional.

Pretty nice place. Was not crowded. You can enjoy the beach and the small pool. Activities are available like basket ball, beach volley and aeadoo. You will get a voucher to eat. Recommended.

We enjoyed a relaxing Friday first by swimming in the Arabian Gulf and then jumping in the pool! We even participated in the water aerobics class! The food was yummy but the service was slow as they were short staffed.

A massive shout out to the incredible manager Ms Twinkle humble, kind, and a true superstar.That personal touch made all the difference. She handled everything like a pro, even allowed a few special requests that are normally not permitted, and helped our staff enjoy sheesha at a discounted rate. Mr Salman serving us with an amazing hospitality. The way Ms Valentina and Ms Rabia had everyone on their feet. It was a memorable moment. The setup, the service, the vibe everything was on point. The entire team was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making things smooth and memorable. Many thanks to Mr Hany, Mr Akshay for their amazing service. Also amazing staff Mr Zubair who is famous now for serving crushed ice every time with a huge smile😂 To anyone planning an event or just looking for a place that treats you like family look no further. 50 riyals/ pesron is Too much to pay for almost 1 service available (rest room and shower).but the place it self is beautiful, there is playground for kids and a pool for kids near to it. Overall its good and i will visit again, i hope they will increase the services in exchange with the entry fees

It was such an amazing experience, and I enjoyed every moment of it with my family and loved ones. And the survive/rooms were amazing. Plus I got to know an amazing person who works there called Ruby who was really kind and helped alot.

Unique place where an inland sea connected to ocean with a thin inlet is surrounded by sand dunes. UNESCO heritage site. Unique ecosystem, tranquil. You need a 4x4 car and never travel alone.

Khor Al Udaid! It’s such an incredible experience to visit this stunning inland sea in Qatar. The mesmerising golden sand dunes, clear blue waters, and breathtaking views make it a perfect spot for camping, dune bashing, and enjoying the tranquility of the desert. It’s a unique and unforgettable experience that showcases the natural beauty of the region.

Wonderful place. However, for less experienced drivers like me, it is recommended to schedule their visits on Weekends.

Fantastic place to see after drive through sand dunes. Beautiful to watch sun rise and sunset here. Everyone must go for at least one time. Kids will really enjoy the drive on 4X4 in sand dunes. Advice to go in group, will help if you have any difficulty in sand dunes.

The Sea and the desert dunes meet!(currently listed under potentials on Unesco) It is also the border to neighbours Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Tip: check for clear skies. This desert safari is fun and its good for all ages. There are a lot to do here if you like Sand dune buggies, Paragliders, Pony, Camel riding and you could opt for a not so quiet stroll on the beach.

Great place! If I would do it once again, I would take some food for a picnic and stay there for the whole day. The beach is very good and even in winter you can swim there. The ground is also good, thus, you do not need special shoes. It is possible to come there using Google maps of course only with four wheel drive vehicle. There is a street without that much sand. Normally, all cars using this was to come back.
