We visited this beautiful lake in june for fireflies festival. It is surrounded by mountains and it is a beautiful sight to behold in monsoons. One can also go for a boat ride in this lake or swim as the water is clear. But ensure to wear life jackets as it is deep after certain point.

This place should be on must visit list in monsoon if you are exploring western ghats. Going here is easy, as for most of the part road conditions are very good. You can come by car, 2 wheeler etc. In ghat section roads are narrow so expect some traffic during monsoon season. Also there is possibility of land slide etc. There are multiple waterfall points in the ghat area where government has build staircase , protective structures to access it easily. Make sure while you park your vehicle, you are not blocking on going traffic. I have seen people doing it. Be a responsible citizen. Same thing go for plastic and other garbage. In monsoon and winter expect lot of foggy weather which limits visibility so be careful. Most of the people I see go till ghat and return if they are coming from pune-nashik highway. I would highly recommend to go down till ghat ends, you will see amazing views.

Here all the big infrastructure is owned by Vighnaharta Ganpati temple authority. They own this spacious hall .it is very nicely maintained.Total surrounding of temple and village is covered with lush greenery.Whole area is very neat and clean.A beautiful river is very neatly and cleanly maintained.Prices of hall for any function is minimal.You can opt for accommodation in the hotels build by Temple authority and these Hotels are very much reasonable also they have multiple accomodation options.Climate here is really pleasant.

Vighnaharta Bappa was a great dharshan. Cleaning was well maintained during pandemic as well social distancing norms. It is great to visit during off season since there will be less crowding.

The mandir is really peaceful, and we'll culture, I'll recommend to buy VIP pass, which only costs 100/- , which will directly bow you to the entrence of ganesh idol.

It’s a famous one of the Ashta-Vinayaka (Among 8 Main Ganapati Mandir) situated at Ranjangoan. The Mandir is small but the surrounding area is specious. Lots of small temples are situated inside the Mandir itself. The Entrance is amazing. There is no rush during weekdays. But lots of waiting during weekends and Sankashti.

A highly revered temple of Ganesh. It is one of the ashtavinayak temples. It is right on main road and quite crowded. There are lot of puja item shops on way to temple. Parking space is available but due to large crowd it is usually occupied. In Temple just before entering garbhagrih there is a large gold plate which has Ganapati Atharvashirsh engraved on it.

It was an amazing experience. It is easily accessible as it is just along the highway which makes it convenient to reach. The only downside is the huge line just for hardly 1 min of darshan which is a problem for almost all the temples so can't complain about it. The atmosphere is good, you can also sit for hours in the garden area as it is peaceful and calm.

Water park picnic was just fun at Shanti Sagar. We stayed overnight and it was also good experience. Natural beauty, greenery very good.

Too remote. Located by Ulhas river. Few slides only and you will have to actually walk down on them rather than slide, like we did because you can't slide on the poor quality slides. Too low slope to keep you going down. Then the water spray on one of the children's slides is dangerously intense. Lot of sharp hurtful sprays. Had to cover my ears and keep eyes closed to protect them. Just aimed straight at your face. While water was clear, the wave pool water was very dirty and hazy. Also it did not create a single decent wave. Just waters tossing here n there. Haven't been cleaned or filtered in a long time. Disappointed that there is nothing for adults. Deepest part is till the waist. No swimming pool. Food is good, but unjustly highly priced. No bill provided for my food expense of 9000. Suggest you to get your own food and eat in the vehicle during the break.

I want to give no star after seeing the so called water park but theirs no option so I had to. First of all it's not even a water park it's dirty green water which obviously wasn't being cleaned on timely basis, the tiles of swimming pool are very dirty and even the water is dirty. There are only like 2 to 3 slides and that's it, there's just one big pool where slides for children and adults are installed together so basically the whole crowd just plays in one big pool together at once. Second of all the changing room 🤮 it's soo dirty and very unhygienic, people go and pee in the changing room instead of using the toilets that is already provided and in some changing rooms shower was not their or shower was intentionally broken. I genuinely request no one to go there, the place is an actual trash. And their was a very bad smell coming from the wave pool as it is not being cleaned. The area around the pool was mud which was getting dissolved in water when one person used to go into the pool after stepping in the mud i.e no tiling was there around the pool so that the feets don't get dirty, a basic hygiene should be maintained which was highly missing out. Again, DON'T GO. And you may also think that it's just 300 but in traveling and all you will spend is 700 above. In this money you can go to other waterpark which is way too better than this not even better but which is actually a waterpark and not a scam like this one here. Overall very unhygienic and disgusting place....

Very beautiful view point in Matheran. Huge open space for you to sit, relax, spend some time with yourself or family/ friends, absorb the atmosphere (take tons of pictures if you wish to!). On one side you have the beautiful landscape of hills and plateau and on the other side you have a beautiful waterfall! There’s a long fence on the right, however there is a point where the fence is broken and one can just hop over and walk to the edge of the ledge for an adrenaline rush (although not advisable)!

Charlotte Lake & Lord’s View Point are next to each other. It’s known for the pretty sunsets, there are small stores close by that sell snacks and tea. It’s a small hike for 15min from the main path. It is super safe both at day and night to walk through the forest. I would recommend this place if you’re at Matheran for visit.

A grand stadium with an immersive atmosphere — but the overall experience is held back by serious infrastructure issues. We visited for the Arijit Singh concert, and while the performance and crowd energy were truly electrifying, the logistics were far from smooth. The approach roads are painfully narrow and poorly managed, leading to hours of traffic chaos. It’s extremely congested, and there’s a high chance of your car getting scratched or dented in the mess. Even after parking, the walk to the venue feels like a mini trek — uneven terrain, dusty paths, and no proper walkway, which leaves you and your clothes caked in dirt. Inside the stadium, the seating isn’t the most comfortable, and basic amenities leave much to be desired. For an event of this scale, the facilities were quite underwhelming. Rating: 3/5 — mainly for the performance and scale, but the lack of planning and poor access really need attention.

I went to this stadium twice..once for an IPL match between KKR and MI and once for India Vs SL. The stadium is a small one when you compare it to Wankhede or Eden but the way it's laid out, you can see the pitch white easily. You feel near the ground no matter where you sit. The issues about this stadium is the task to get out as it's near the highway. No public transport is easily available but you have to manage. Experience wise, lovely! Sweet and cute is what I would say. Thankfully they have water outlets which are free and crazy options for food like biryani and pizza. Imagine eating these at a stadium 😂 The washrooms are good or maybe I got lucky that day. Overall I liked it..just getting out is a pain. I would recommend leaving a bit early or late...and bringing your vehicle so that you have something to go in else waiting is inevitable.

This stadium offers a great view of cricket matches. It hosts International cricket matches along with Ranaji / MPL tournaments. It's Home ground for the Maharashtra Cricket Association.

Big cricket ground. The parking area is not managed properly and needs to be properly . Food options are very less and the cost is very high . Toilets are not easily approachable.

Great hospitality. Good food. But the best thing is superb cricket. Great competition on the field. Though common man has to park the vehicle far away from the ground.. Around 2-3 kms the venue. Travel through some bad narrow roads. You may feel like trekking sometimes. But it is worth once you enter the stadium for the great contest of Cricket.

Prati Shirdi is a peaceful and clean temple near Pune, made just like the original Shirdi Sai Baba temple. It’s a great place to feel calm and spiritual. The caves are around 30 minutes drive from Lonavala, and you can go all the way up to the starting point in your own car. Once you reach, there are steps that take you up to the caves, and the climb is manageable. The main cave is impressive with its large pillars and old Buddhist architecture—perfect for photography and for people who enjoy historical sites. However, there are a few issues you should be aware of: Parking is not well managed. There is some confusion, and it feels like they only focus on collecting money rather than providing proper service. No proper receipt is given, which does not feel professional. Extra Gram Panchayat Toll – ₹50 You must pay an additional toll before entering the zone. Again, the road is not in good condition despite charging the toll. Road Quality The road leading to the caves is not well maintained, which can make the drive a bit uncomfortable. Parking Area Even after paying, the parking area is not organized or properly maintained. Apart from these issues, the overall experience of visiting the caves is wonderful. The historical value, the peaceful atmosphere, and the beauty of the ancient carvings make it a must-visit destination if you are in or around Lonavala.

The caves were really nice! We visited the first floor, which was great. The area on the right-hand side was restricted due to heavy leakage. The main attraction, located just behind the Ekvira Temple, is peaceful and definitely worth a visit. Entry fees 25 for indians.

The caves are of Buddhist monastery. There’s also a temple of Ekvira Ai temple which is popular among the local public. Hence the place remains very crowded. The Chaitya graha is the only place which has marvellous rock cut arts. Outside this the Ashoka pillar gives you a clue of the age of the caves. Due to too much of crowd place is not well kept. It’s also slowly crumbling

Even though it was Diwali, the crowd was well-managed, and devotees were able to move around comfortably thanks to the efficient security personnel. One small improvement could be providing a tap or facility to wash hands, as we place our chappals on the stand with bare hands. A Magical Day at Imagica, With a Word of Advice! Our family visited Adlabs Imagica on October 21st, and what a day it was! From the moment we walked in, the park felt vibrant. The kids (and adults!) loved the rides. We had a blast getting soaked on the water flume, taking a spin on the classic carousel, and getting competitive on the indoor shooting ride. As evening fell, the park completely transformed with beautiful lights, making the whole place feel truly magical, especially the area around the lake. However, we need to share a very important tip. Our visit coincided with the peak Diwali festival break, and we weren't the only ones with the idea! The park was packed with families, which created a fantastic, festive atmosphere but also meant one thing: a huge rush. This led to a massive number of people in the queues and, as you'd expect, very long waiting times for all the popular rides. We still managed to have a great time and make wonderful memories (the pictures prove it!), but the waiting definitely took up a big part of our day. So, here is our number one piece of advice for anyone planning to visit Imagica during a busy period like Diwali, a long weekend, or any school holiday: It is highly advised to book the Express tickets. It might cost extra, but it will save you hours of standing in line and let you enjoy far more of the amazing attractions the park has to offer. Overall, a fantastic park for family fun, but plan smart during the holidays!

Aqua Imagica is the perfect mix of thrill and fun! The high-speed slides, wave pool, and lazy river make the whole day exciting. The park is clean, well-organized, and the staff is very helpful. Imagica is a really good place to visit with friends and family. Wide variety of rides. Loved deep space ride, it's dark like space with starry ceiling and the speed of 200km/hour the twist and turns will surely challenge your brain equilibrium. Loved it the most. Then nitro roller coaster 160km/hour was amazing too. Gold rush with the speed of 80km/hour is at 3rd rank for me after Deep space and nitro. I for india, Mr india, salimghadh/ banghadh, were good too. Dead drop was a slight disappointing. Chota Bheem ride for kids, sloch monster were good for kids. Dancer / performer's were good treat. The water fountain show at the end of the day was soothing.

A Magical Day at Imagica, With a Word of Advice! Our family visited Adlabs Imagica on October 21st, and what a day it was! From the moment we walked in, the park felt vibrant. The kids (and adults!) loved the rides. We had a blast getting soaked on the water flume, taking a spin on the classic carousel, and getting competitive on the indoor shooting ride. As evening fell, the park completely transformed with beautiful lights, making the whole place feel truly magical, especially the area around the lake. However, we need to share a very important tip. Our visit coincided with the peak Diwali festival break, and we weren't the only ones with the idea! The park was packed with families, which created a fantastic, festive atmosphere but also meant one thing: a huge rush. This led to a massive number of people in the queues and, as you'd expect, very long waiting times for all the popular rides. We still managed to have a great time and make wonderful memories (the pictures prove it!), but the waiting definitely took up a big part of our day. So, here is our number one piece of advice for anyone planning to visit Imagica during a busy period like Diwali, a long weekend, or any school holiday: It is highly advised to book the Express tickets. It might cost extra, but it will save you hours of standing in line and let you enjoy far more of the amazing attractions the park has to offer. Overall, a fantastic park for family fun, but plan smart during the holidays!

Aqua Imagica is the perfect mix of thrill and fun! The high-speed slides, wave pool, and lazy river make the whole day exciting. The park is clean, well-organized, and the staff is very helpful. Food options are good and there are plenty of places to relax in between rides. A great place to enjoy with friends and family definitely worth the trip!

Imagica’s amusement park is located between Pune -Mumbai near Khopoli Adventure’s Theme park , water park & snow park are three different section of exciting thrills , as per our fun categories . All theme sections make’s thrilling experience for all age categories. Thrilling , exciting, breathtaking fun and joy 🤩 with good food , good staff and well managed Amusement park . Huge parking availability Separate tickets need to buy for adventures, water and snow . Water park required minimum one day to enjoy all rides same for Adventure. Weekends are all time crowded and rushed .

Imagica is a really good place to visit with friends and family. Wide variety of rides. Loved deep space ride, it's dark like space with starry ceiling and the speed of 200km/hour the twist and turns will surely challenge your brain equilibrium. Loved it the most. Then nitro roller coaster 160km/hour was amazing too. Gold rush with the speed of 80km/hour is at 3rd rank for me after Deep space and nitro. I for india, Mr india, salimghadh/ banghadh, were good too. Dead drop was a slight disappointing. Chota Bheem ride for kids, sloch monster were good for kids. Dancer / performer's were good treat. The water fountain show at the end of the day was soothing.

Tiger Point in Lonavala is a calm and peaceful spot, perfect for spending some relaxing time. The view is truly enjoyable, especially when it’s cloudy or raining. On a sunny day, it might feel a bit uncomfortable due to the heat and sweat, but otherwise it’s a great experience. There is ample parking space available, and plenty of local shops around offering tea, coffee, maggi, fruits, and other snacks. A nice place to stop by if you’re visiting Lonavala.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. You have to climb all the way up from Lonavla city just to see this view. The view is lovely but not as worth it to come. This place must be crowded in the monsoons due to waterfalls but I think it would not be great to visit in monsoons as well. I did not get why this is called as the lions point. Seriously! The worst part is that the staff took ₹50/- for parking. We just stayed for around 5 min but still. They should keep a time limit of the parking of vehicles. Had a wonderful visit to Lion’s Point & Tiger’s Point, Lonavala. The rainy weather added a magical touch to the surroundings—misty hills, cool breeze, and lush greenery all around. Both Lion and Tiger points view are really too good and names are due shape of mountains resemble animal in valley. But the view point is little dirty and area is fenced. Just 5 minit is enough to see. May be more attractive in early mornings.

The trek or road climb is fun and not too long. The view from the top is amazing, especially during monsoon when everything turns lush green. Clouds move around you, sometimes covering everything, and the wind feels like it can lift you up. It’s peaceful, refreshing, and worth the trip. Food stalls at the top serve authentic rural Maharashtrian food—pithla-bhakri, curd, kanda bhaji, and lime sharbat. After the climb, it tastes even better. It’s a perfect weekend spot for nature lovers, trekkers, history fans, or anyone needing a break from the city.

There is lot of eateries for small snacks neare stairs and at the top. Small reasturants where you can enjoy home made lunch made by local people. Food Not too expensive. Enjoyable place. You can take your own food also. Better to carry water.

I’ve been to Sinhgad Fort twice once in winter and once during the monsoon and both visits were unforgettable. The views are absolutely stunning! During the rains, the entire place turns magical with fog rolling in, clouds blanketing the mountains, and the fresh green grass swaying beautifully in the wind. One of the best spots near Pune to enjoy nature, weather, and peaceful views. A must-visit!

- I visited Sinhagad in November and it was really an awesome experience. - There are PMT buses after every 1 hour from Shaniwarwada to Sinhagad [convenient to take before 1pm]. - Two wheelers also available for a day to ride nearby area. - Make sure to meet the locals, eat the food on Sinhgad and feel the power of Maratha on fort. - Very beautifull and easy fort to climb and convenient for children also.

Th trek up Sinhagad Fort through th Sahyadri Hills is breathtaking, w stunning views at every turn. try to visit early morning or on a weekday to avoid crowds, carry H²O, & wear comfortable 👟 for th trek. Parking can get busy on weekends, but th food & views make it completely worth it!

Outstanding place to visit for a vertical 5kms trek and climb or by motor-able road. Will have to still take stairs post trek for further explore… Saturday sunday its busy place with lot of footfall… rainy season is best if its open if not landslides. Best time is to reach by 6 am

The Baneshwar Temple is a historical and beautiful temple located at Nasarapur @35km away from Pune and @3km away from the NH4 highway. The temple surroundings are maintained neat and clean with spacious free parking. You can see number of Turtles and Colourful fishes in the small pond. There is a beautiful garden which is open from morning till evening 5:30pm only. One has to buy tickets to enter and enjoy themselves in the garden.

Rajgad should be the first in life at least once. Chhatrapati Shivarai spent 25 years of his life in this fort. While walking on the fort, we feel like Maharaj... Those walls, fortifications, machi all of them have been touched by Maharaj while walking around the fort. There are 2 ways to go to Rajgad fort 1) drive to the place, and 2) trek If one has time and wants some real adventure, I would suggest trek. Difficulty level is moderate but it’s fun. Will take 1.5-2 hrs to reach to the fort
