I went to Sabarmati Riverfront early in the morning during my exam days, and it turned out to be a very relaxing experience. The place is calm, the sound of the river waves is very soothing, and the cool morning breeze makes it even better. Ahmedabad can be quite hot, so visiting this place in the morning felt really peaceful. There’s a metro station around 2 km away, so it’s also easy to reach. The main riverfront area is open 24/7, but if you want to visit the Atal Bridge or garden area, they open after 9 AM. There are trees all around, and you can even find bicycles nearby to ride, though they are a bit costly. Still, it’s a good experience, especially for visitors from outside the city. Overall, a great spot for a quiet walk or just to sit and relax in the fresh air.

The riverfront is very beautiful and it is very peaceful during non-peak hours. I visited during early morning hours and I saw people cycling and jogging on the promenade. The river was very calm and greenery was lush. The infrastructure developed by the government there is very well maintained. The walking space is huge and very picturesque. The long riverfront offers ample space to exercise, cycle, run and walk. The place is also clean and not littered by plastic. I also saw a river cleaning boat gathering trash that was thrown in river during early hours.

Every year Kite festival is organized at this place during 14-January week. It's runs for 4 days approximately. During day there are people from different countries participating their kite flying skill. During evening there is cultural programs. Parking is not available at this event place. Laden is 2-3km far near the flower park. Is wish a visit. There's food court, wash rooms and drinking water facility.

The place is very beautiful with a proper cleanliness maintained throughout. Here their was few public entertainment thing here like the bicycle ride and other things. The river is also very neat and clean. The police persons also take rounds continuously through the river front for security. 0

Absolutely loved it. The lake is very beautiful and amazing. It has few entry points but not all of them have parking option available. There are so many activities to do in the lake. Lots of food options. Lots of amazing activities. The train is very amazing, it gives you a one round about tour of a lake. In addition with that, it has flower garden, fishes to see and joy to experience.

Nice place to hang out with kids. There is a toy train ride which is a nice experience for kids. Multiple food restaurants and snacks sellers are there. We also visited 2 zoos in the same area. Recommend 5-6 hours time if you want to cover everything.

Kankariya lake is a beautiful Park for children. Here lots of people come. Lots of swings and sliders for kids. A toy train which is an attraction for visitors. 10 ₹for adults and 5₹ for kids

In my opinion, this palace is one of the most magnificent and well-maintained royal residences in India. Architecture and grandeur: This palace was built in 1890 in the Indo-Saracenic style. It is said that this palace is four times larger than Buckingham Palace! Its huge doors, beautiful windows and intricate carvings will amaze you. Interior splendor: The interior work of the palace is truly amazing. The flooring, exotic tiles, murals and colorful glass windows of the 'Darbar Hall' are a sight to behold. The museum section houses a collection of rare items and weapons of the Gaekwad family, which will take you back in time. Vast grounds: The vast and lush garden of the palace gives immense peace. The small golf course behind the palace adds to its grandeur. The atmosphere here is very peaceful and beautiful in the evening. My experience: I have visited this palace many times, and every time I am happy to see the maintenance here. An audio guide facility is also available to explain the art and history inside to the tourists, which is very helpful. This is a special place for families, history lovers and architecture students. It was the best experience ever.. such a nice palace Laxmi Vilas Palace, Vadodara..A good, nice palace with equally huge gardens and its own golf course.. they have cricket academy also.. and LVP garba is most famous in here.. Though only a very very small part of the entire palace is open for public display. They have good AV and give you the Device with earphones to listen to the entire history & details about the Palace, its history, Royal Family and many things. It goes on and on for more than 2 hrs. However, we took 1 hour to explore whole palace.. They have a nice small cafe inside..

The Darbar Hall, with its stunning chandeliers and Venetian mosaic flooring, is breathtaking. The audio guide is well-curated and helps you appreciate the heritage even more. The sprawling lawns and golf course add to the charm, and the upkeep of the property is commendable. Entry is well-organized, though prior permission is required for certain areas. Overall, Laxmi Vilas Palace is not just a monument but an experience that blends culture, history, and elegance. A must-see gem of Vadodara. There are some places in the premises that needs a lot of restoration and the exterior needs some renovation work and painting. It rained a lot that day so we had to rush back from the lawn area. Overall a well spent outing which can be completed in an hour or a little more. Photography is prohibited inside the palace

Beautiful place to visit. No regrets. It takes 2 hours to fully explore the palace. The audio guide is included in the ticket. So keep your tickets safely and don't lose them. To collect the audio guide show your ticket in the office administration and tell them the preferred language. The first point of the start of the palace is the statue near the Golf lawn. Don't miss the painting which is at the exit, before that you have to submit the audio guide and take sign.

The place has a calm atmosphere and you can actually feel the simplicity with which Mahatma Gandhi lived. The museum inside is well maintained and displays his personal belongings, letters, photographs and important moments from India’s freedom struggle. Walking around the ashram gives a sense of history and inspiration at the same time. The view of the Sabarmati River adds to the serenity of the place. It is not just a tourist spot, but a place that reminds us of Gandhiji’s values and way of life. Definitely worth visiting.

Nestled on the banks of the Sabarmati River in Ahmedabad (with a wide access now created from the Sabarmati Riverfront project), the Sabarmati Ashram stands as a pillar of India’s freedom movement and the personal abode of Mahatma Gandhi from 1917 to 1930. Founded by Gandhi, the ashram served not only as his residence but as the nerve-centre of the Non-Violent Civil Disobedience Campaigns, including the 1930 Salt March. The simple, humble buildings and open spaces reflect Gandhi’s ideals of truth, simplicity, self-reliance and community life. A standout architectural element of the ashram is its museum complex – the Gandhi Smarak Sangrahalaya – designed by legendary architect Charles Correa and completed in 1963. Correa imbued the museum with a vernacular modernism: modular 6 m × 6 m units arranged around courtyards and water-bodies, brick piers, stone floors, tiled roofs and wooden louvre screens all deliberate to reflect ‘swadeshi’ materials and climatic responsiveness. The museum architecture draws inspiration from the layout of village houses in Gujarat’s Banni region and is designed for incremental growth, symbolic of a ‘living institution’. In recent years, the ashram has entered a major new phase: the central and Gujarat governments have rolled out a masterplan for a ₹1,200 crore redevelopment project that will expand the ashram precinct from the current 5 acres to around 55 acres, encompassing 36 existing buildings for conservation, restoration or redevelopment. The plan includes new visitor-orientated amenities such as an orientation centre, interactive workshops on charkha spinning, handmade paper, cotton weaving, a library and archives, and multilingual interpretive exhibits. Together, the ashram’s historic legacy, Correa’s architecture and the sweeping redevelopment project combine to make Sabarmati Ashram not just a preserved heritage site but an evolving memorial that aims to communicate Gandhi’s values to future generations in a holistic, immersive way.

This is my second visit after fifteen years. During my first visit I spent about three hours at the place going through each and every display. On the River front things were not so well organised. Now the place looks aged and lacks maintenance. The river front is now totally revamped and looks very inviting. Construction work for the new museum has started and may be, after couple of years it will again be a place to visit.

You can visit this place and go for boating in the lake. The lake has lots of fishes but beware of the snakes which are present there. You can take shared boats, boat that can be rides by two person or a four person boat for half an hour ride. There is a Shivji temple that is located in the centre of the lake, you can easily go there by your boat. Thank you.

Nakki Lake boasts the best boating experience in Mount Abu. Has all sorts of options such as pedal boats, sharing boats, rowing boats, shikara boats, and a few water activities as well, even for kids. The sidewalk around the lake also offers many attractions such as Hanuman Mandir, Raghunath Mandir, Toad Rock Mountain, Bharat Mata Mandir, and the Nakki Market. You name the thing, and Nakki Lake premise can deliver that.

Nakki Lake is a scenic spot surrounded by a walking trail. From the parking, you need to walk about 200–300 meters to reach the lake, or you can take a horse ride. The place is calm and nice for a stroll, paddle boating, or just sitting on the benches around the lake. There’s also a market nearby, but it’s mostly food stalls and ice cream shops with a few local items. A peaceful place to relax, though not much beyond boating and eating.

This is the most popular place in Mount Abu. It ha been developed well but is always over crowded hence cleanliness is an issue. Boaring and walking on the trek are nice activities here. Shopping market is also there.

Delwara Jain Temple – Mount Abu Delwara Jain Temple is one of the main attractions in Mount Abu. As soon as you enter, you feel peaceful and calm. The white marble work inside is really detailed and clean — every pillar and wall has fine carvings that catch your attention. The temple is well-maintained and very quiet inside. Photography is not allowed, and even mobile phones have to be submitted outside, which actually helps you stay more present and focused. It stays naturally cool inside, and the atmosphere feels very calm and spiritual. You need to remove your shoes outside before entering, so be prepared for that too. Rating: 4/5 Time spent: Around 30–40 minutes Best for: Families, art lovers, or anyone looking for peace and a break from the crowd.

Dilwara Temple is an ancient Jain temple, famous for its stunning marble carvings and peaceful atmosphere. It’s one of the most important places of worship for the Jain community. Phones, cameras, smartwatches, and food are not allowed inside, which helps keep the sanctity intact. Entry timings are different—Jains can enter from 7 AM, while visitors can enter between 12 PM and 5 PM. A must-visit in Mount Abu for both its beauty and spiritual feel.

Lake pichola is a historius lake in udaipur near city palace. Lake pichola is one of the best place to visit at every time. The view from the lake totally beautiful and green. You can also see the rounded view of lake. The boating in the lake is beautiful and peache of mind. It's best for photography. The night view is totally best. Boat riding at night is good and memorable.

The entry ticket is around ₹400 per person, and you need about 3–4 hours to explore the entire complex comfortably. Inside the palace, there is a well-maintained museum that showcases royal weapons, traditional costumes, ancient paintings, artifacts, and the lifestyle of Mewar rulers. The museum adds great depth to the visit and helps you understand the palace’s rich history. The complex also has a restaurant serving traditional Rajasthani food, including dal-bati, at reasonable prices. Juice, pakoda, and other snacks are also available for visitors. The palace is incredibly photogenic, with its stunning architecture, old courtyards, beautiful balconies, and royal décor. It gives a clear idea of how the kings and queens used to stay, through preserved rooms and displays. Overall, City Palace is a must-visit attraction in Udaipur—perfect for history lovers, families, and photographers who want to experience Rajasthan’s royal heritage.

City Palace is one of the most stunning heritage complexes in India. The moment you step inside, you feel the grandeur of Mewar royalty. The architecture is a beautiful blend of Rajasthani and Mughal styles, full of intricate carvings, mirrored walls, colourful windows, and vintage courtyards. The museum walk is long but worth every minute — it showcases royal weapons, paintings, royal living rooms, and breathtaking views of Lake Pichola. The palace is maintained very well and gives a true glimpse into Udaipur’s rich history. The best part is the panoramic view from the top — Lake Pichola, Jagmandir, and the entire old city look magical, especially in sunlight. Entry is a bit expensive, but the experience is truly unforgettable.

One of the most beautiful palace I have ever visited. It's very magnificent and well maintained. The museum has lot of information. The weapons used during those days, the paintings, dress and culture all are very well preserved. It's a must visit place. There are authorised guides at the entrance please hire one for 500 to get the detailed information about the palace. Do not exit from the exit gate which you will need to pay 50 more and have to take a boat ride which is way expensive instead exit from the entry gate where there are lot of shopping options. There are is also authentic Rajasthani Thali available inside the palace which is good and reasonable.

The place can get crowded, so visiting early morning is best. Overall, a beautiful heritage spot that represents Udaipur perfectly. Absolutely loved visiting City Palace! The place is huge, beautifully maintained, and full of picture-perfect spots. The colorful windows, mirror-work rooms, and lake views are amazing for photography. The staff is polite, and the museum walk is smooth with lots to explore. The lake view from the palace is the highlight — perfect for sunset lovers. Ticket prices are a bit high, but totally worth the experience. Great place for families, couples, history lovers, and anyone visiting Udaipur for the first time.

Very long queue both for tickets and entry. Online option is not easily found on the web. Some of the performances were good but some very average, specially the duet snake dance performers, they were both doing their own thing ,no co-ordination and appeared to be very casual. The group dances were good. Overall seemed a little like a tourist trap

Bagore ki haveli offers you 2 kinds of experiences, one is the rich history through its museum and the beautiful view and sunset that you can catch from it's jharokhaas and windows. And the other one is ofcourse the dharohar dance show that you cannot miss at any cost. Book the tickets beforehand and buy another ticket for your camera as it's worth it. I went there thrice, and each time it had something new to offer.

Bagore Ki Haveli is a beautifully maintained heritage haveli located near Gangaur Ghat on Lake Pichola. The entry ticket is ₹60, which makes it a very budget-friendly attraction. You can explore the entire haveli in about 30–45 minutes. Inside, you’ll see old Rajasthani rooms, colorful glasswork, jharokhas, traditional costumes, utensils, masks, turbans, and artwork, which show how people lived in the old Mewar period. It’s also a great place for photography, with beautiful courtyards and mirror work. If you want to watch the traditional folk dance and puppet show, there is a separate ticket for the Dharohar Cultural Show held in the evening. The folk dance, music, and puppet performance offer a wonderful glimpse into Rajasthan’s cultural traditions. Bagore Ki Haveli was built in the 18th century by Amar Chand Badwa, the prime minister of Mewar. Later, it was used by members of the royal family, including Maharana Shakti Singh of Bagore. The haveli has more than 100 rooms, courtyards, and beautifully carved balconies. After years of neglect, it was restored by the West Zone Cultural Centre, which turned it into a museum showcasing Mewar’s heritage. A nice, peaceful heritage spot with affordable entry, perfect for a short visit. Great for learning about old Rajasthani culture and also for enjoying the evening folk dance show.

I visited Bagore ki Haveli museum yesterday and it was brilliant. Previously a guest house and a government office, this is now converted into a cultural center and museum. Entry to the venue is ticketed and foreigner tickets cost INR150 and can be bought at the gates.

But pay attention for it is the sanctum sanctorum of the godman of Mewar, Thakur Amar Chand Badwa. Inside there are chambers dark, dusty, classy and machiavellian. Four Maharanas were outclassed, outstrategized, and out-aestheticised by one Pradhan who built a temple to himself and called it home - Bagore Ki Haveli.

We visited Ranakpur Jain Temple recently, and it’s a stunning place! The intricate marble carvings and grand architecture are breathtaking, with every pillar telling a story. The peaceful vibe inside is perfect for reflection, and the surrounding greenery adds to the serene atmosphere. The priests were kind and shared fascinating details about the temple’s history, making the visit special. There’s a small canteen nearby with tasty, simple snacks we enjoyed. However, we faced an issue when a security lady denied us entry, assuming we were non-Indian just because we weren’t fluent in Hindi. It was frustrating but resolved after explaining. Despite this, Ranakpur’s beauty and spirituality are worth visiting.

However, I highly recommend carrying at least one phone or camera — the carvings and architecture are absolutely worth capturing. Women are required to cover their heads with a dupatta before entering; if you forget to bring one, the temple provides it, which is a thoughtful gesture. Most visitors only explore the main derasar, but make sure to wander around the entire complex — that’s where the true charm lies. There are also a few smaller derasars within the premises, and right outside, you’ll find the beautiful Sun Temple, which is worth a quick visit. The Bhojanshala serves simple yet delicious satvik food for around ₹100 per person, and it’s one of the best meals you’ll find. For those planning to stay overnight, the Dharamshala offers neat and clean rooms at about ₹500 per night, making it a great budget-friendly option. This temple is really the highlight of the region. It’s a true hidden gem that photos cannot capture—the beauty and magnificence of the place go far beyond images. The energy is very intense; it took us a while to settle in and vibrate in its frequency. Please try to spend a long time here, at least a few hours—our visit was very short, and we somehow actually regret staying so little. This place is a buffer zone between the physical and the spectral realms, a true masterpiece and a sacred place in every sense.

As a fort it is mysterious, this fort cannot seen from ground, when you cross Halla Pol after few meters from there the fort is visible. Except Great Wall and Mahara Pratap birthplace, there is nothing. Museum is closed. Don't take guide, they will charge you 750 for 4 person and also provide some misinformation about museum. Entrance fee is 40 rupees for Indian and 600 for foreigners. Parking is infront of Hanuman Pol. All Historical Artifacts are kept in City Palace Udaipur. So, little bit disappointed.

The fort’s architecture, temples and palaces inside are beautifully preserved, especially the Badal Mahal, which offers stunning views and a glimpse into royal life. Entry tickets are reasonably priced (₹50 for Indian visitors and ₹200 for foreigners) and there’s ample parking near the entrance. The fort also hosts a light and sound show in the evening, which we highly recommend if you want to experience the fort’s history come alive in a magical way. It was fabulous. The fort is preserved really well. It makes you travel back in history as all the fort is still present except some part of it. The fort is very colorful and it has a very good vibe to it. I will recommend people to visit it in winters and the weather when fog is there cause it will just enhance the beauty of that place. It is a must visit place for tourists.

It’s surrounded by an incredible 35 km long wall, often called the Great Wall of India — the second longest continuous wall in the world after the Great Wall of China, and still remarkably intact. The fort’s design is ingenious — it’s visible only from around 200 meters away, blending perfectly into the surrounding Aravalli hills. The first gate is Halla Pol, and about half a kilometer ahead is Hanuman Pol, marked by an idol of Lord Hanuman. The fort first becomes visible halfway between these two gates. After entering Hanuman Pol, you’ll see the ticket window ahead — entry is ₹40 for Indian adults. From there, you proceed through the main gate, Ram Pol, which leads into the main complex. Inside Ram Pol, two paths diverge — the left path takes you uphill towards Badal Mahal, while the right path leads to the temples within the complex. It’s best to climb the fort first while you have energy and enthusiasm, and visit the temples on your way down. On the way up, you’ll pass through Bhairon Pol, Nimboo Pol, Chaugan Pol, Pagda Pol, and Ganesh Pol, before reaching Badal Mahal, which offers breathtaking panoramic views. It takes about 3 hours to comfortably explore the fort, enjoy the views, and take pictures. Spare some extra time if you wish to explore the surrounding temples, as they’re spread across the lower areas. Notable temples include Neelkanth Mahadev, Vedi Temple, Parshvanath Jain, and Ganesh Temple. I also went up to Bawan Devri, a very ancient Jain temple located a bit farther inside — totally worth it. From there, I climbed onto the fort wall and walked along it, which was an amazing and memorable experience. Kumbhalgarh is also the birthplace of Maharana Pratap, the great Rajput warrior. With its massive walls, scenic views, and historic charm, it’s truly a must-visit fort in Rajasthan.

The fort is one of most amazing forts in India. Though managed by govt agencies, it is a decent job. Pros 1. All important places inside the fort are accessible by road in your car. 2. Sufficient auto rickshaw services are available. 3. Key historical sites are well maintained. 4. Guides are reasonable, knowledgeable and communicate well. Cons. 1. Light and sound show is slow and boring. There was mention of Maharana Pratap. It ended abruptly. Don't waste time and money. 2. Be careful while driving up and down the fort as there are narrow gates to cross and most drivers don't have patience to stop.

One of the highlights of my visit was watching the sunset at the Johar place — it’s an experience I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting. The atmosphere during sunset is unforgettable. A quick tip for visitors: you pay for your car only once at the entrance, and the entry ticket for people is also a one-time ticket. Make sure you keep your ticket with you at all times because you’ll be asked to show it at multiple points throughout the fort. That said, the management can definitely improve the overall visitor experience. The fort is huge, and without a tour guide, navigation becomes confusing. There aren’t enough clear signs, directions, or explanations about what each site represents, so it’s easy to feel lost. Better maintenance, informative boards, and a more organized route would make a big difference. Overall, the fort itself is extraordinary and absolutely worth visiting — but the tourist management could be improved to match its grandeur.

It's beautiful to see the palace complex reflected in the calm water of the reservoir—it gives a good idea of the scenic beauty that existed alongside the fort’s dramatic history. Meera temple, Jain temples, Gaumukh sarovar, Shiva temple, etc. are added attractions. Get a Guide: Hire a local guide. The fort is huge, and without someone telling you the stories behind the ruins (especially about Rani Padmini), you'll miss 80% of the experience. Time Commitment: Plan on giving this place 3-4 hours, minimum. It’s not something you rush. Comfort is Key: Wear comfortable shoes and take water. It gets hot, and there's a lot of walking involved, even with a car.

I visited Chittorgarh Fort on Sunday morning by auto rickshaw from the railway station. The auto charged around ₹750 (bargaining ₹600–800) for a round trip, including a full fort tour and drop back to the station. The visit took around 4–5 hours, covering all the major attractions. Morning time was perfect — less crowd, easy entry, and pleasant for exploring, though it got very hot and sunny later in the day. In the afternoon, the entry line becomes quite long, taking 45–60 minutes due to heavy rush, so morning is highly recommended. Places Visited: Rana Kumbha Palace – very old and partly damaged, gives a glimpse of ancient Rajput glory. Fateh Prakash Palace (Museum) – royal architecture and historic collections. Meera Temple & Kumbha Shyam Temple – peaceful places linked to Meera Bai’s devotion to Lord Krishna. Vijay Stambha – grand victory tower, inside entry closed but magnificent from outside. Gaumukh Mahadev Kund – serene sacred pond with natural water flow. Padmini (Padmavati) Palace – beautiful palace surrounded by a lotus pond, linked to Rani Padmini’s Johar story. Mahakali Temple – peaceful, spiritual spot for devotees. Jain Kirti Stambha (Jain Trith Stambha) – artistically carved ancient tower dedicated to Lord Adinath. Overall Experience: A wonderful historical trip filled with courage, devotion, and Rajput pride. The fort is vast but well-connected by auto. Best to visit early morning with water and cap, as it gets hot by noon. A must-visit place to truly feel the heritage and bravery of Mewar.

Learn the history through your guide Do pitru pind daan or Tarpanam ..even woman/ girls can do for all departed souls. Pay for annadanam which is bit forced on you once you complete the pooja. Anandanam( minimum 2100 upwards) Guide charges Rs 100.. ofcourse you can tip them more Pandit who does your Pooja - 100 upwards All this is at the Brahma ghatt or Tarni ghatt. Then head towards the temple.. Its a beautiful simple temple not made commercial at all which impressed me the most See the only temple with Brahma (4 faced) and his wife Gayatri. We could not visit Savitri devi mandir as Ropeway was not operational You Can take your family especially for a camel ride

Management is good, people are taking care of the place very evidently. Trust me don't buy those tokris, go inside pay your respects sit for a while it's very peaceful and explore the market and ghats, best time you'll have!

Beware from the Panda's. Digambar Jain mandir near Pushkar lake is very old and beautiful. The dharmashala is quite old and not sure it is functioning or not.

Good place to watch. A religious pool for holy bath. Famous because of Brahma Temple at Pushkar. Foreign visitors are plenty. Most of them are living for a longer time.

Serene lake with spiritual vibes all around.

Our first tiger safari was very enjoyable but we did not see a tiger. They were spotted by forest ranges near us but with it being just after the wet monsoon period it’s very green and beautiful with lots of long grass for tigers to hide. It also means there’s many places for them to and their prey to drink so they are spread out a lot. We still enjoyed it and our guide and driver are excellent and really trying. We didn’t see a sloth, leopard or jackal either. We saw deer, boars, monkeys many bird type including peacocks and eagles. Hopefully we will see a tiger. I was very grateful that we got to go to Zone 5 in the park as it’s entrave is only 15min from Aman-I-khas luxury tented camp which is the best place to stay in the area. I have had problems with my eye retinas detaching so it’s quite a risk on these bumpy roads. I really hope we get another close zone tomorrow and see a tiger. It will be our only trip to India and it took so long to get to the national park. I will update after tomorrow’s safari.

It's a picturesque national park of about 1800sq km, but it may be vast but feels intimate and beautiful with mountains & lakes. We came to see a tiger and after three visits we were unlucky. But luckily we did see a black bear and lots of birds and dear..Great time dispite the road at times.

I went on a safari each through zones 1, 2 and 3 and was lucky enough to see a tiger on 2 of the safaris. There is a real variety of wildlife and each zone has such different scenery. I loved my time here and can't recommend it enough!

Visited zone 3 which Is known for higher chances of Tiger sightseeing and luckily we spotted one in the morning safari. We booked canter and was a good experience . It's a 20 seater open truck.. Route being same for Jeep and Canter.. Zone 3 is also famous for its lakes. Two of them being Rajbagh Lake and Padam Lake..also has beautiful Hunting palace and Johri mahal which is very picturesqueanda gives the heritage touch

Not worth, went there end of October, morning and evening safari, didn't see any tigers and neither did any of the people we met at our hotel. There was not much to look at otherwise, we were falling asleep the whole 3 hours on each safari ride. The safari booking is basically only possible though a hotel which will rip you off big time for it. On the ticket is says 1600 INR per person in canter. I think you just need to be extremely lucky. I doubt that the people in jeeps saw anything. If there was a tiger to see they would see it from more close up but that's it. It's 1700 square meters of park, 10 zones, they always take you to just one. Total of 69 tiger. Count your chances. Like you might be right next to it and not see it because there is a bush. Simply overhyped. There's trash too. UPDATE: went to Kaziranga in Assam and saw a tiger 3 times, out of our 3 safari rides (we were lucky but still), the national park is waaay better.

Though some days can be crowded or strict with rules, the experience is unforgettable. Overall, Ranthambore is a must-visit for anyone who loves nature, wildlife, and adventure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. A part of the Jaipur king's palace is open to visitors as museum. Ticket rate of 300rs per person. Wonderful museum. Most of it is covered, so okay to visit during daytime with high temperature. We visited in September 2025 Current descendents of the King reside in a part of this palace, which is not open to regular visitors. There is a private tour of 4000rs (if I remember right) per person, to view 4 rooms in the section where King resides. Anyone wanting to get a pic in the famous blue-white design room famous in social media - this is one of these 4 rooms available through the 4k rs ticket - don't be disappointed like me 😅

Amazing place to visit. It's an architectural marvel. The entire palace is aesthetically designed and very pleasing to watch. The museum also has lot of artifacts the kings Dubar looks very magnificent.

It's a beautiful place where the royal family lives. We buy a ticket for 300 but it was for very limited access, for entire palace the ticket was of 4000 which is huge. Even spending 300 for museum was not worth. The palace is definitely a good place and carrying a great history but spending 300 for visiting museum for 45 minutes is costly. Definitely a place to visit but cost is also royal.

The city palace is one of its kind and so beautifully designed. Also, entry fees of 300 rs for indian and 1000 rs for foreigners is applicable. They have restaurant and caffe as well inside the fort. Must visit if you are staying in jaipur. Also, this fort do not require guide as everything is mentioned there with details and pictures.

The blend of Rajput and Mughal design is beautifully maintained, and you can easily spend hours exploring and clicking photos. Truly one of Jaipur’s finest landmarks. That said, a small word of caution about the shops inside the palace complex. Many items are marketed as “authentic”, “royal”, or “handmade”, but the prices are heavily marked up. You can find very similar items — textiles, handicrafts, accessories and souvenirs — outside the palace for a fraction of the cost. A special mention for the perfume/attar shops inside: they narrate long stories about rare fragrances and royal formulas, but most of it is just regular attar being sold at extremely high prices. There’s no harm in browsing, but it’s better to buy perfumes and handicrafts from trusted markets outside. Overall, City Palace is an incredible place to experience the heritage of Jaipur, but be mindful of purchases inside the premises. Go for the architecture, culture and history — they’re 100% worth it!

A great structure and unique example of Indian architecture. It believes that this building is made without foundation. Lots of windows and beautiful look. Nice place to visit but you will face parking problem. In evening it looks much beautiful. Plan your visit in evening and you will love it.

It is built by Maharaj Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799. It is five storied structure and one of the tourist places in Jaipur. It is unique in its design. It looks like honeycomb as it has many small windows and balconies. These windows and balconies allowed royal women to observe the street life whereas these women will be remain unseen to outsider on street. These windows and balconies also provides cool breeze. Thats why the name is Hawa Mahal ( Palace of winds). It is open at 9.30 am and closes 7.00 pm. The closing time varies on season basis. Entry fee is 50 rs for Indian citizen.

The fort is one of the beautiful forts i have seen but if you are visiting this fort, you must wear sport-shoes as you have to walk around 8-10 km within the fort. Also, as the fort is having history with jodha bai, i recommend to take guide with you(200 rs charges). Also, elephant ride is available at the starting point to reach to the main gate of the mahel i.e chand pole.

went to amber palace, taking a jeep to get to the top of the castle. the visit was truly amazing because i had no expectations. there were lots of couples shooting for their wedding. there are so many hidden photo spots. the garden was beautifully managed and the castles (esp sheesh mahal, the mirror castle) were very intact and fascinating. if i had to choose only two spots to visit in the northern india i would choose taj mahal and amber palace.

Busy place, but really beautifull. To many people try to sell you stuff, be your guide or want to take pictures for money. Pretty annoying, you could not take one or two steps without being bothered, so -1 for that. The place itself had a lot of information signs, beautifull corners and places to Explorer or take pictures. But it was way to busy. We sometimes had to wait before we could walk up a stairs and taking a picture was not possible in some places. -1 for that. (Probably better if you can avoid the weekends!) The price was kind of alright 500 irp for International tourist. 100 per person for Indian, 20 per person for Indian Students, 150 per person for Foreign Students. In the end a place with great history and beauty.

Absolutely stunning place to be. It literally gave me goosebumps when i took the first glance at Amer Fort. Parking area is clean, helpful people there. A pro tip, please wear sports shoes as you have to walk a lot. Also, hire a guide if you really wanted to know the history of the Fort and king. Otherwise it's fine to roam around, click photos and adoring the historical architectural beauty. Don't try to go to Jaigarh from secret tunnel. It is 1.5km long and you will feel drained after that. Just go to Amer and then visit Jaigarh and Nahargarh by car. You need whole day for these forts, so plan accordingly.

Amber palace is the best and must to visit place in Jaipur. On weekends there is heavy rush on this fort. It took us almost one hour to reach parking area of fort. The fort ia very nice architectural monument. The Diwan e Khas or Shish mahal is the main attraction of Ambet fort. There are other areas like Diwan e Aam, King's bathroom, various rooms are also nice to see.

The magnificient Amer palace looks majestic on top of a hill. The view from below the hill is mindblowing. The road to the palace is narrow and crowded,but the palace is worth the time spent navigating and reaching the palace. You will get to see the kingly palace, its gardens,fountains, huge halls and hallways, the kings bath etc etc. Be ready to spend good amount of time here. Its the main attraction of jaipur city. There are enough gaurds and security to help us around with directions. Hire a good guide if you wanto explore the history of Amer palace.

By the time I reached there, it was closed (5 o'clock in the evening), so I just conversed with the guards; they were very friendly, and there was a Hanuman temple at the entrance. It was good to visit over there and diving into the history of Bhangarh fort. While going to the top there was a small area which was stinging too much due to the presence of bats. Good to go during October - April. Nature beauty is there and pics also come ausmn. If it is raining then do go in rubber slippers because you will confront the water coming from the nearby water falls.

Too much public now a days , so doesn’t looks like that much haunted as we felt previously 😃 over all great mythological story and a must visit place in your itinerary. Apart from that, the entire stay was a huge disappointment. The rooms were far from clean, full of insects, and felt completely neglected. The bathroom didn’t even have an exhaust fan, and there was no water in the tap — forget about using the shower. It was honestly shocking for a place that claims to be 4 stars property. Cleanliness and basic facilities were completely missing. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Wouldn’t recommend unless the management seriously upgrades the property and pays attention to hygiene and guest comfort.

We stayed at Sariska Tiger Camp Resort for our company’s offsite, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is peaceful and green, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout. The team was also very accommodating with our requests and made sure everything ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend it for group outings or a weekend getaway!

The reception staff at this hotel are pathetic, and the property manager is just as bad. From the moment I arrived with two friends, we felt judged by the staff before we even said a word. Despite booking through Cleartrip for a better rate, they changed the room from what was initially shown. Not a single order was delivered on time. The hotel’s infrastructure is terrible and completely fails at basic customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, when we returned from dinner, the main door was locked and the staff were asleep, leaving no security at the entrance. Poor management, especially the arrogant receptionist from Kerala and the rude manager, makes this place unfit for the hospitality industry.

We were told by the locals that it's very beautiful at night with its lighting but as we weren't able to make time, so we visited in the morning, and we were still mesmerised. The temple is spread on a huge campus, the main temple building is majestic, and the sculptures of Krishnaleela are mesmerizing, each more beautiful than the one before... The temple is as beautiful inside as it is on the outside, with intricate details and some LED decorations. So my main point is, please don't miss this, even if you can't make it here during the evening.

Prem mandir, a relatively new temple of Vrindavan, was really nice and beautiful place. The premises is huge and can accommodate thousands of people at a time. Evening and night is the best time to visit this place for its beautiful lighting and beautiful statues and other idols outside. The inside decoration is also beautiful. Though it is much less important spiritually than other temples of Vrindavan, but still it attracts lakhs of tourists and pilgrims everyday for its beautiful architecture and decoration.

One of the most iconic place in the NCR, a wonderful experience with all friends visited with me, the Auditorium complex and its decorations were interesting. Walking around inside the complex is a great experience. Always wanted to be here. And so it happened. I cannot say that I have never been here before. We especially enjoyed going to it. It’s definitely worth the price, and it’s good to go with your entire family or friends. In the end, it was worth it to experience an auditorium that has meant so much to so many.

Visiting Qutub Minar was a truly memorable experience. The monument’s grand Indo-Islamic architecture and detailed stone carvings are breathtaking, and the entire complex is filled with historical structures that take you back in time. One of the highlights inside the complex is the Khilji’s Madrasa, an ancient Islamic learning center. The structure, though in ruins, still reflects the architectural style and educational significance of the Khilji period, making it a fascinating spot for history lovers. The surrounding area is beautifully maintained, and the lush green gardens offer an amazing view and a peaceful place to relax while exploring the site. Entry was very affordable—just ₹35 for Indian citizens when booked online through the official portal. The online booking process was quick and helped avoid queues at the gate. Overall, Qutub Minar offers a perfect blend of history, architecture, and serene garden views, with landmarks like the Khilji’s Madrasa adding even more depth to the experience.

I recently visited Qutub Minar in Delhi on my own, and it was one of those experiences that felt both refreshing and memorable. Going alone actually made it more special because I could take my time exploring without any hurry. The moment I entered the complex, the sight of the minar towering above everything else was absolutely stunning. It’s hard to imagine that this structure has been standing tall for over 800 years. As I walked closer, the detailed carvings on the red sandstone caught my attention. Every arch and design felt like a little piece of history frozen in time. I wandered around the lawns, sat under the shade of a tree, and just admired the monument from different angles. It gave me a sense of peace, almost like stepping out of the busy Delhi life for a while. The complex itself has more than just the minar. I checked out the old mosque ruins and the famous Iron Pillar, which still stands rust-free after centuries. The whole area has this mix of grandeur and calmness, which makes it a perfect spot for a solo outing. Of course, there were crowds—tourists, families, and school kids—but it only added to the lively atmosphere. Since I was on my own, I had the freedom to just walk, observe, and click photos without worrying about keeping up with anyone. Overall, visiting Qutub Minar alone was both peaceful and inspiring—a perfect blend of history and quiet time.

Super polluted and over crowded , this place is good wide open park and water areas to sit and spend good time with friends and family but but its so crowded and polluted that you can barely see india gate, all smoke and no visibility at 50-100m , and so many tour guides and travel group counting on your money, with some scammer and lots lots of force photographer, save your money, time and health, its better you divert towards any low crowd and good air place, i stopped smoking for quite sometime now but when i went to delhi i felt chest burn and heavy breathing problems. But its a good protected area , if government take proper steps then that place looks majestic

I recently visited India Gate, and it was a beautiful experience. The atmosphere felt calm and patriotic, especially in the evening when the entire area lights up. Standing in front of the monument and reading the names of the soldiers felt emotional and reminded me of India’s history and sacrifice. Overall, my visit to India Gate was peaceful, memorable, and definitely worth it. I would recommend everyone to visit at least once, especially during sunset.

Located at the heart of new delhi, the national monument is the central place of tourist attraction. The place is little crowded during evening hours. The vibes of the place is great. The monument is lit up nicely revealing its true beauty.

Iconinic place and a must must visit in New Delhi. Very beautifully maintained and neat and clean. Surprisingly the washrooms were extremely clean with liquid soap available. Serene in evening.

In the night the view is amazing. so if you want to take a photograph of yourself come in the daytime, but if you like to get these night view, you should come at night.

India Gate is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. The Amar Jawan Jyoti fills you with pride and respect for our soldiers, and the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose statue looks truly majestic. The whole area is well-maintained, lively, and perfect for an evening walk or photos. A must-visit in Delhi!

Beautiful place, with free entrance - but rates apply for shows (takes about 2 hours). Note: no camera, phone , electrical devices and no cigarettes allowed - will need to be stored on-site. Expect crowd, but it's handled and systematic. Worth a visit, and average take 1-2 hours (exclude show time)

Akshardham Temple, Largest Hindu temple in world is a divine place. It's more than temple, it's actually a hub of great architectural designs that are carved on rocks and marble. Main things to see: ceilings of each dome inside temple, pillars and Mandovar. Great example of great and rich culture.

Its actually a masterpiece with very good architecture but they dont allow you to bring phone and camera inside

Akshardham An amazing beautiful peaceful temple. Must visit place if you are in New Delhi. Metro station also there and is just 100 meter apart. Akshardham is really beautiful the main temple is really beautifully crafted. The outer architecture is beautiful and also the inner marbel architecture was more than beautiful. The roof of the main temple is just amazing. The best and the most beautiful part is the main temple where the colors are too good. Note :- You can not take your phone 📱, camera 📷, so you have to stand in the queue to summit them in the cloak room. Secure cloak room 5/5. After the cloak room there is a security check which will be done in a minute you just have to remove your wallet and belt and that's it they will check you and let you pass. Strong security check. Best place to visit.

Goosebumps!! What a spectacular sight.... The beauty of this temple and its surrounding can not be described in words. Its just like a painting on a canvas. Even after so much of crowd, this place is yet very peaceful and relaxing for your soul. The light show and musical fountain add to the beauty of this place. MUST VISIT

The architecture is undoubtedly breathtaking and this place is worth a visit. However the staff is rude, timings of rides and events are not mentioned correctly on the website and not allowing purses or phones inside is incomprehensible. Why should we be asked to return or have to leave our valuables insecurely in cabs. Why not be transparant and allow cellphones. And what harm can purses and bags do...just use security measures. Even airports allow bags, so why shouldn't this place!!!

Good place for family and couples. It's colorful place. So many points to click beautiful and colorful pictures and reels. Tickets prices are 100 per person without boating. With boating 250 per person.

Bhulla Taal is a small, artificial lake surrounded by lush greenery it’s clean, peaceful, and nice for a short outing. Apart from the lake with ducks and fish (fish feed is available for ₹10), they also have rabbits, hamsters, and some birds, which kids and animal lovers will enjoy. The ticket prices are quite high ₹250 per person including boating, which feels expensive for what’s offered. Without boating, it’s ₹100, and defence personnel are charged ₹50, which is reasonable. They also have archery, a trampoline, and swings, which are extra ₹100 each, and kids really seem to enjoy them. There’s free parking, which is convenient, but overall, while the place is pleasant for a brief visit, the pricing could be more reasonable.

It's a pretty place to relax for a while, click some pictures, or enjoy a quiet boat ride. But the experience is fairly limited, and the overall vibe doesn’t quite justify the entry fee. Parking is also limited and chargeable, which is another downside. Overall, it’s good for a one-time visit if you’re in Lansdowne, but not a must-see destination. If you’ve already experienced more vibrant or scenic spots like those in Nainital, Bhulla Lake might feel underwhelming.

Boating here is a wonderful experience, and the small park with statues and seating areas makes it even more enjoyable. It’s an ideal place for photography, picnics, and simply soaking in nature’s beauty.

Bhulla Taal is a small lake in the middle of Lansdowne, it offers good views with decent flora and fauna, Pedal boat rides are 100 rs. Extra for 15 minutes. Please note that sometimes it can get crowded and then you will not be enjoying the views, I personally felt that there were many areas of improvement in the maintenance of the lake. The authorities, along with collecting the ticket money should also improve on the amenities and the overall maintenance of the park. Other activities inside the park are chargeable separately like archery. Over all it's a good experience if you have nothing else to do in Lansdowne.

These amenities make Bhulla Tal not just a spot for relaxation but also a place where one can engage with nature and enjoy simple pleasures .  The lake is open to visitors from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily, except on Wednesdays when it remains closed. The entry fee is modest, and boating charges are additional, typically around ₹50 per person . Given its proximity to the town center, Bhulla Tal is easily accessible on foot or by a short drive, making it a convenient destination for a quick getaway.
